- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:05Speaker 2: We just started out the morning with Ashley telling me
- 0:08Speaker 2: she's got stuff to say It's almost Famous podcast.
- 0:12Speaker 3: I'm Ben, I'm Ashley. My stuff to say is about
- 0:17Speaker 3: the episode. So do you want to go there or
- 0:19Speaker 3: do you want to have a little host chat first.
- 0:22Speaker 4: I want to dive right in, Ashley.
- 0:23Speaker 2: I mean, I think right now in our lives, it
- 0:27Speaker 2: feels like Bachelor Nation has consumed my week. I told
- 0:31Speaker 2: you before we got on, I've just been feeling blue
- 0:34Speaker 2: this week. I don't really know why. There's not like
- 0:36Speaker 2: a good reason. There's nothing pointed too. It's not like
- 0:38Speaker 2: I'm laying in my bed paralyzed with you know, anxiety
- 0:41Speaker 2: right now.
- 0:41Speaker 4: I've had those seasons. But I'm just blue, and a.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Little bit of it is Ashley that I feel like
- 0:47Speaker 2: last week, you know, we did two episodes. Obviously, we
- 0:50Speaker 2: did the headline episode and we did the break that episode.
- 0:52Speaker 4: I just feel like there was a lot of headlines
- 0:54Speaker 4: that of.
- 0:55Speaker 2: People I knew that that like had so some sort
- 1:00Speaker 2: of emotional effect on me. Sometimes we were at a headline,
- 1:02Speaker 2: I don't know these people, We're just breaking down a story.
- 1:05Speaker 2: We're talking about it, we're assuming things. Last week felt
- 1:08Speaker 2: like there were headlines that hit very close to home,
- 1:12Speaker 2: and we're getting into some of those headlines and follow
- 1:15Speaker 2: ups on those headlines this week or later on. But
- 1:18Speaker 2: it just I think it just affected me because it's
- 1:21Speaker 2: not fun to hear they weren't exactly good head like,
- 1:25Speaker 2: they weren't like uplifting, heam up. You have to be
- 1:27Speaker 2: specific y no no no no, no no no. They have
- 1:29Speaker 2: to go back and listen to our podcast that was
- 1:32Speaker 2: posted on our thread, and then later on here in
- 1:35Speaker 2: the podcast when we break down headlines. We're gonna have
- 1:38Speaker 2: some follow ups on some of these headlines that we
- 1:39Speaker 2: talked about. But if you haven't listened yet, I'd just
- 1:41Speaker 2: say pause, here, go back. Click on the episode that
- 1:45Speaker 2: was posted right before this one. It breaks down some
- 1:48Speaker 2: big headlines in Bacheloration.
- 1:51Speaker 4: Ashley.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Let's jump into breaking down this episode. It's episode seven
- 1:55Speaker 2: of Charity season of The Bachelorette. She has three and
- 2:00Speaker 2: a halfman. Uh, well, there's like one.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Is it's almost like it almost like eagles out.
- 2:08Speaker 2: To three though it does almost that, yeah, because like yeah, yeah, sure,
- 2:13Speaker 2: and then we point so we have three people three
- 2:18Speaker 2: three men in Fiji with Charity uh actually going into
- 2:23Speaker 2: this episode, if you can go back before you watched it,
- 2:27Speaker 2: I think you and I both assumed that Dotton and
- 2:34Speaker 2: Joey were the favorites. I said, Xavier.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Saying Xavier the entire season. You've been saying he's your
- 2:43Speaker 3: pickth the entire season, and I have every week been like, Ben,
- 2:47Speaker 3: are you just trying to be different here?
- 2:51Speaker 4: You coirky? No, so okay.
- 2:53Speaker 2: So, if if we were to say it, I had Xavier,
- 2:57Speaker 2: Dotton Joey, you had Dotten Joey Xavier kind of as
- 3:03Speaker 2: your leads. I really expected this week to have some turns.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Because sure did it did.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Because I felt like this season, even though I've enjoyed it,
- 3:16Speaker 2: I've liked watching it, I've had a good time with
- 3:17Speaker 2: it, it hasn't had those dramatic, like memorable scenes or those
- 3:22Speaker 2: memorable twists and turns like you know some previous seasons.
- 3:26Speaker 2: I knew the show was going to try to find
- 3:29Speaker 2: some way to bring some type of spice because we're
- 3:33Speaker 2: getting late in the season. And yes, the mentel All
- 3:37Speaker 2: usually has some type of spice to it, but it's
- 3:39Speaker 2: not really a watched episode by the the core fan
- 3:42Speaker 2: base doesn't usually get great ratings. They found a way
- 3:46Speaker 2: to bring in some spice this week, didn't they?
- 3:48Speaker 3: They did they They did a good job. And that's
- 3:53Speaker 3: the twist. I'm assuming that Charity had told us. Remember
- 3:56Speaker 3: how Charity was like, there'll be a moment, and you'll
- 3:58Speaker 3: know it'll be you'll know what it is. I think
- 4:00Speaker 3: is the Xavier moment, not so much the Aeron moment.
- 4:03Speaker 3: We actually have no idea of what's coming with the
- 4:06Speaker 3: Aeron situation. She's kind of pressed pause on him. But
- 4:11Speaker 3: my assumption is that she's not gonna, like, what's she
- 4:13Speaker 3: gonna do? Be like, can you hang around? I guess
- 4:15Speaker 3: it's kind of what she's doing. She's like, can you
- 4:17Speaker 3: hang around for a little while while I make a decision.
- 4:20Speaker 3: But it's like, it's not like you're gonna get extra time.
- 4:21Speaker 3: She's gonna like throw him into next week where it's
- 4:24Speaker 3: supposed to be the top two.
- 4:25Speaker 2: No, I mean I think it. I think it actually
- 4:27Speaker 2: has a bigger storyline than you think. I would disagree.
- 4:30Speaker 2: I think the moment she's talking about was not this episode.
- 4:32Speaker 2: I believe it's gonna be in the next episode. Oh really,
- 4:34Speaker 2: why I'll tell you why, but let's start from the beginning.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Okay.
- 4:39Speaker 2: So, okay, Charity Charity is in Fiji with Joey Dotton
- 4:47Speaker 2: and Xavier. The first overnight is with Xavier. They have chemistry,
- 4:54Speaker 2: Xavier has I've made it no secret that Xavier has
- 4:57Speaker 2: been at the top of my list all season.
- 4:59Speaker 4: I feel like.
- 5:01Speaker 3: And we weriting people why you think that is?
- 5:05Speaker 4: Well, Okay, it started funny enough. It started during the
- 5:10Speaker 4: dodgeball date on the beach.
- 5:13Speaker 2: He was, you know, there's some people being pretty ridiculous
- 5:16Speaker 2: on that date, and he was kind of calling it out,
- 5:18Speaker 2: not to them, but like in the ITMS, he was
- 5:22Speaker 2: also very competitive. He was also very respectful and attentive
- 5:27Speaker 2: to Charity and kind of how she was feeling, what
- 5:29Speaker 2: her needs were. So after that date, I said, there's
- 5:35Speaker 2: something more to this guy. And then I feel like
- 5:38Speaker 2: I was more convinced when Xavier had a very quiet storyline.
- 5:43Speaker 2: He didn't even get involved in the drama. In fact,
- 5:46Speaker 2: he kind of sat on the side of the drama.
- 5:49Speaker 2: He was kind of never shown. And I feel like
- 5:51Speaker 2: that's a typical thing for somebody who makes it really far.
- 5:55Speaker 4: Typically the person that ends.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Up with the lead at the end, no, because you
- 5:58Speaker 3: can be saying the same thing. But Dotton, he's been peaceful.
- 6:03Speaker 3: He had two one on ones back to back. Yeah,
- 6:07Speaker 3: but then Xavier had one on one. I mean yeah,
- 6:12Speaker 3: the storyline which was like just let you know, don't
- 6:14Speaker 3: know if I could propose. He and then like, I
- 6:17Speaker 3: don't know, you seem like a lot like my ex.
- 6:19Speaker 3: There's been like way more. There's been like actual like
- 6:21Speaker 3: red flags about savior.
- 6:23Speaker 4: I agree.
- 6:24Speaker 2: I would say, I will admit I'm wrong. But let's
- 6:27Speaker 2: start at the start of their date. I am excited
- 6:31Speaker 2: about this date. I will say, this is the this
- 6:35Speaker 2: is the week where typically these dates feel very comfortable,
- 6:39Speaker 2: Like when you watch them, they're just like, yes, of
- 6:41Speaker 2: course we're the final three. Of course we're here with
- 6:45Speaker 2: the lead, and the lead is like, of course this
- 6:47Speaker 2: is the guy I'm going to be spending my time with.
- 6:49Speaker 2: This date from the beginning felt uncomfortable. Not because of
- 6:52Speaker 2: the date. It was mostly their chemistry. And I will
- 6:56Speaker 2: say when they were asked to kind of give each
- 6:58Speaker 2: other some nice words, uh, Xavier, it's in my opinion Xavier.
- 7:06Speaker 2: From that moment on, I was like, he has a
- 7:08Speaker 2: lot of catching up to do. I actually at that
- 7:09Speaker 2: point said Charity, you need to send this guy home.
- 7:11Speaker 2: He's not ready. He didn't share like I think. He
- 7:16Speaker 2: said the line of you like a beautiful flower that
- 7:19Speaker 2: I don't want to crush and.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Reminded me of that.
- 7:24Speaker 4: Yeah, it was like why would you want to crush me?
- 7:26Speaker 4: In general? Like why would you want to crush any flower?
- 7:28Speaker 3: Basically he was saying, like I can see myself hurting
- 7:32Speaker 3: this person.
- 7:34Speaker 2: He's just admitting that, and so I had my guard up.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I felt like at that point in my mind, actually
- 7:41Speaker 2: I said, Ashley was right, I've liked.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Xavior, Like that's the thing, Like I've always liked him
- 7:49Speaker 3: and I wanted him to get far. But now that
- 7:52Speaker 3: it's down to these three, I'm like, eliminate this dude.
- 7:55Speaker 3: I want to know how long there. Well, well, let's
- 7:59Speaker 3: talk about like little marriage moment. That also felt weird, right,
- 8:03Speaker 3: So they did like this ceremony. It was like a
- 8:05Speaker 3: Fiji tradition. It is weird for them to ever mock
- 8:09Speaker 3: a ceremony, wedding ceremony. Yeah, this was particularly weird because
- 8:13Speaker 3: it just like you just kept thinking, She's probably thinking
- 8:18Speaker 3: I shouldn't be mocking this with him I should. If
- 8:21Speaker 3: I'm gonna mock this, we'll do it with the other two.
- 8:24Speaker 4: Whoo or disagree, Ashley.
- 8:27Speaker 3: I thought her mind was like, i'm'd be down to
- 8:29Speaker 3: do this with Donton.
- 8:31Speaker 2: I've okay, So this is a good point for us
- 8:34Speaker 2: to skip into. Then their evening conversation where things kind
- 8:39Speaker 2: of blow up. You know, he admits that in the
- 8:43Speaker 2: past he has been unfaithful.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Uh.
- 8:46Speaker 2: That is obviously something that Charity has been worried about
- 8:48Speaker 2: and has something that she has experienced in her life,
- 8:51Speaker 2: and so it is something more sensitive to her. I
- 8:56Speaker 2: feel like he explained it, and that's that takes a
- 8:59Speaker 2: big person, right. You don't need to do that in
- 9:01Speaker 2: national television. He didn't need to do that till Charity this.
- 9:05Speaker 2: It meant I think a lot to her.
- 9:07Speaker 4: That he did.
- 9:09Speaker 2: But I feel like his follow up to kind of
- 9:11Speaker 2: telling her was off and felt very distant, and I
- 9:15Speaker 2: would have been very frustrated if I was here.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Okay, So here's the point that you're.
- 9:19Speaker 3: Saying, showed no emotion in his face. Showed no emotion
- 9:22Speaker 3: kind of freaked me out.
- 9:23Speaker 2: And here's to go back to what you were saying
- 9:25Speaker 2: where she was in her mind thinking I should be
- 9:27Speaker 2: doing this with other two. I felt like she fought
- 9:30Speaker 2: very hard to keep him around and gave him many
- 9:33Speaker 2: opportunities to kind of like smooth this thing over, and
- 9:37Speaker 2: he continued to say things I was like, whoa, Like, oh,
- 9:39Speaker 2: that makes it a little worse. That's not any better.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I felt like she wanted Xavier around. I feel like
- 9:45Speaker 2: she wanted him in her final two. I do agree
- 9:48Speaker 2: with you.
- 9:49Speaker 3: She definitely tried, and it seemed as if, like with
- 9:52Speaker 3: almost every comment, he was trying to get eliminated. I
- 9:56Speaker 3: think that he kind of wanted to go home. A
- 9:58Speaker 3: part of him certainly did.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Okay, we don't know, right, we can't can't say, but
- 10:03Speaker 2: I would say, after watching this episode, I would agree
- 10:05Speaker 2: with you.
- 10:06Speaker 4: I think he sat there. I think he was scared.
- 10:09Speaker 4: I mean the line that he.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Said, well, let's let's go through those lines. Okay, say
- 10:15Speaker 2: something like you have them written down. I know that
- 10:17Speaker 2: you love to take notes, so say some of some
- 10:20Speaker 2: of them to us and unlet's react.
- 10:24Speaker 3: Okay. There was the one time where he was like,
- 10:26Speaker 3: I'm gonna try my hardest not to remember, and her
- 10:30Speaker 3: eyes like blew up. I'm going to try my hardest
- 10:33Speaker 3: not to cheat on you, basically is what he said.
- 10:36Speaker 3: And I was like, holy shit, dude, I can't believe
- 10:39Speaker 3: he just said that out loud. And then she kind
- 10:41Speaker 3: of like recovered from that.
- 10:43Speaker 2: She did because because okay, let's pause here, because you
- 10:47Speaker 2: and I are both married, many of the listeners are married.
- 10:50Speaker 2: We got married because we are deeply in love with
- 10:54Speaker 2: our spouses. However, I, I mean, I've been open about it,
- 10:58Speaker 2: like when you're engaged and you're leading up to that marriage,
- 11:01Speaker 2: like there are those times where you're like, holy crack cow,
- 11:04Speaker 2: I'm about to commit to one person for the rest
- 11:05Speaker 2: of my life. Now, for me, it was very easy,
- 11:08Speaker 2: like to give my mind back in a healthy place
- 11:10Speaker 2: to be.
- 11:10Speaker 4: Like, yeah, but I get to be committed to Jessica, like.
- 11:13Speaker 2: I love her, you know, but you're it is it
- 11:17Speaker 2: is a scary it's fair fair to be scared of
- 11:20Speaker 2: that idea because it is one commitment that you're making
- 11:24Speaker 2: either for the first time or second time, some fourth
- 11:27Speaker 2: or fifth, but it's a commitment that you're making with
- 11:30Speaker 2: the mindset that this is something eternal, that this is
- 11:33Speaker 2: your partner.
- 11:34Speaker 4: That is a big commitment.
- 11:35Speaker 2: You're not used to that as a human so I
- 11:37Speaker 2: give him credit for saying, sure, I'm going to try
- 11:40Speaker 2: my hardest, because also, marriage is a commitment every day
- 11:43Speaker 2: you wake up where you say, I'm going to try
- 11:44Speaker 2: to be the best I can for my partner. And
- 11:46Speaker 2: if I'm not going to be the best I can,
- 11:47Speaker 2: you know we need to talk about it.
- 11:49Speaker 3: Yeah. He definitely admitted clear that, So I get a
- 11:52Speaker 3: choice to be to be loyal. Yeah, and it just
- 11:55Speaker 3: came off from try as well as he possible. Ken, Okay,
- 12:11Speaker 3: so that was shocking and alarming. She kind of recovers
- 12:14Speaker 3: from that, only to have him say and I had
- 12:16Speaker 3: to rewind this part because I wasn't quite sure and
- 12:19Speaker 3: I'm still not quite sure. I was like, I can't
- 12:20Speaker 3: wait to ask Ben this, he says. I. My heart
- 12:26Speaker 3: is fully knowing that this is that this is right,
- 12:32Speaker 3: but my head has doubts. Okay, was that about getting
- 12:37Speaker 3: engaged at the end of this or was that about
- 12:41Speaker 3: just like her in general, like her being the person
- 12:45Speaker 3: for him.
- 12:46Speaker 2: I don't think it has anything to do with charity.
- 12:48Speaker 2: I don't think any of this had to do anything
- 12:50Speaker 2: with charity. I think zavior marriage in general, marriage in general.
- 12:54Speaker 2: I think this dude, for whatever reason, and we didn't
- 12:56Speaker 2: get to go into it as much as uh probably
- 12:59Speaker 2: even could have. Like this is the moment where it
- 13:01Speaker 2: would be awesome if the show called in like a
- 13:03Speaker 2: psychologist and said, Okay, let's sit down, Xavier, let's talk.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Why does marriage scare you so much?
- 13:08Speaker 3: Like?
- 13:08Speaker 4: What is it about?
- 13:09Speaker 3: It? Is it? Especially with his parents who've been married
- 13:11Speaker 3: for thirty plus years.
- 13:13Speaker 4: I also think that marriage.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Right now, for a lot of people have has this
- 13:18Speaker 2: kind of connotation that your freedom and he kind of
- 13:21Speaker 2: spoke to it is being ripped away, and in some
- 13:24Speaker 2: levels your freedom is changing. But it's not like marriage
- 13:27Speaker 2: means that all of a sudden, like you can't do
- 13:30Speaker 2: anything ever again, Like you can't hang out with your buddies,
- 13:32Speaker 2: you can't have fun like lifex That's like that's the
- 13:34Speaker 2: opposite of my experience.
- 13:36Speaker 3: Yeah, my social life I feel like hasn't changed at all.
- 13:39Speaker 2: No, And so I do think that kid does that
- 13:44Speaker 2: it's not even it's not even your spouse's problems, it's
- 13:47Speaker 2: the kids. I don't know if he's been modeled something
- 13:51Speaker 2: differently in his life, and he might have been, but
- 13:55Speaker 2: it does feel like marriage is the thing that he's
- 13:57Speaker 2: most concerned.
- 13:57Speaker 3: About m Yeah, she's picked up on this and she's like, Okay,
- 14:03Speaker 3: you know, he's not ready and I don't want to
- 14:05Speaker 3: be with somebody who's not ready, and she walks him out,
- 14:10Speaker 3: and I'm just yeah, I am like, okay, great, let's
- 14:13Speaker 3: let's let's be serious. Now. Do you have anything else
- 14:16Speaker 3: to say about that? I mean, he doesn't even seem
- 14:18Speaker 3: that he's not really that sad.
- 14:20Speaker 4: He's not that sad.
- 14:21Speaker 2: I think he's frustrated, maybe with himself. I think he's
- 14:26Speaker 2: probably pretty pumped to go home because I'm guessing he
- 14:28Speaker 2: was laying in bed at night being like, holy crap,
- 14:30Speaker 2: I'm in the final three, like this could mean an
- 14:32Speaker 2: engagement hand. I'm happy that Charity did what she did.
- 14:36Speaker 2: It did scare me for a bit that she was
- 14:38Speaker 2: going to keep him around. And I'm not saying Xavier
- 14:41Speaker 2: is a bad dude. I'm not saying that he did
- 14:43Speaker 2: anything incorrectly.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Here.
- 14:45Speaker 2: He explained to her something that was very hard probably
- 14:48Speaker 2: for him to explain. But as soon as he said it,
- 14:52Speaker 2: like the first thing that came to my mind was
- 14:54Speaker 2: he's just not ready, Like send him home, and you know,
- 14:56Speaker 2: if you really want to be with somebody as into
- 14:58Speaker 2: this and you have three guys that you're really into
- 15:00Speaker 2: and a couple of them you really see a marriage with,
- 15:02Speaker 2: Like this is the one guy that is giving you out.
- 15:05Speaker 4: She did seem upset.
- 15:07Speaker 2: I did find it interesting, Ashley, how upset she was that,
- 15:11Speaker 2: like they did not get to spend the evening together,
- 15:13Speaker 2: like she she said, this didn't go how I wanted to.
- 15:16Speaker 2: And then the next morning she woke up and said, here,
- 15:18Speaker 2: I am waking up alone. I do feel like she
- 15:21Speaker 2: was hoping to spend more time with Xavier like that
- 15:27Speaker 2: evening like really bad. Like she wasn't like mad at him,
- 15:30Speaker 2: she was just like, I really wish I could have
- 15:32Speaker 2: spent more time with him.
- 15:33Speaker 3: But that reminds me of the other thing that he
- 15:36Speaker 3: said that was like whoa. He goes like, I need
- 15:39Speaker 3: to know more about you, remember, and she was like,
- 15:42Speaker 3: I don't know why he needs to know more about me.
- 15:44Speaker 3: I've been giving him my true self the entire time,
- 15:46Speaker 3: Like he exactly, I'm sold on her. Oh you think
- 15:49Speaker 3: that that's what he do? Do think He was specifically
- 15:52Speaker 3: implying sexual chemis like chemistry in.
- 15:55Speaker 4: The past, it hasn't it hasn't been.
- 15:59Speaker 2: It's been a converse on the show where people have said,
- 16:01Speaker 2: you know, the physical connection is so important in a marriage,
- 16:04Speaker 2: right for some that is very important to figure that
- 16:08Speaker 2: out or I don't know. I think for him, what
- 16:11Speaker 2: he probably would have said unfiltered was yeah, like we
- 16:14Speaker 2: need to figure like that's so important to me, Like
- 16:16Speaker 2: we need to figure like I need to see what
- 16:19Speaker 2: that's like, like see if we have that physical connection.
- 16:22Speaker 2: It just if he would have said that given the
- 16:27Speaker 2: been like what yeah, And so I think he was.
- 16:30Speaker 2: I think he was understanding like what place, like where
- 16:33Speaker 2: he was sitting and what had already been said, and
- 16:35Speaker 2: he was like, hey, here's the deal, Like I have
- 16:37Speaker 2: a lot that I would want to figure out before
- 16:39Speaker 2: I could commit to somebody, and so it was best
- 16:43Speaker 2: he went home. And and that brings us then to
- 16:46Speaker 2: kind of a scene in the middle of this where
- 16:48Speaker 2: all of a sudden, Aaron shows up to Fiji. It's
- 16:51Speaker 2: not a short flight. They've said it a couple of times.
- 16:53Speaker 2: It's not a short flight. He shows up to Fiji
- 16:56Speaker 2: to try to get Charity back. Uh, Ashley, We've watched
- 17:02Speaker 2: the show for a long time. Our listeners have watched
- 17:04Speaker 2: the show consistently for a long time. Do you remember
- 17:08Speaker 2: any situation where somebody has gotten eliminated and came back
- 17:13Speaker 2: and it's worked out well for it has been accepted, yeah,
- 17:16Speaker 2: or just like even got to stick around, Like I
- 17:18Speaker 2: think this dude's back on a fight tomorrow.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Nay.
- 17:21Speaker 3: I feel like this is like the closest somebody's been
- 17:24Speaker 3: to being accepted back because he's got Yeah. She was like,
- 17:30Speaker 3: I'm excited to see you. I'm not mad. Can I
- 17:35Speaker 3: have time? That was like shocking to me because I
- 17:40Speaker 3: thought that, if anything, this whole week proved to her
- 17:44Speaker 3: that Aaron left. Well, perhaps she wishes that she reversed
- 17:50Speaker 3: Xavier and Aaron, but she knows it's between the other two.
- 17:54Speaker 3: That's why I'm like, why would you even entertain this?
- 17:57Speaker 3: You said I love you now to the other two men,
- 18:01Speaker 3: so like, let's not bring another one into the mix.
- 18:05Speaker 3: You've got your hands full.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Yeah, this is this is uh yeah. In fact, I
- 18:10Speaker 2: think having two this week is actually like very fair.
- 18:16Speaker 4: It's perfect. It's a long week. It's a long week,
- 18:20Speaker 4: and I watched it. I watched this episode and I
- 18:24Speaker 4: thought back to my time.
- 18:25Speaker 3: No, of course you did, because it's just always brings
- 18:28Speaker 3: up Ben's theme of the two I love you is,
- 18:30Speaker 3: is that where we're going.
- 18:32Speaker 2: No, it's not at all now yet at least it's
- 18:35Speaker 2: this is an exhausting week. No matter what happens in
- 18:37Speaker 2: the fantasy suite. You are up late, those dates go forever,
- 18:41Speaker 2: and then you're up back up very early in the
- 18:44Speaker 2: morning to start all over again. It's an exhausting week.
- 18:47Speaker 2: And I hear her wake up, She's like, I woke
- 18:49Speaker 2: up alone, and I was kind of like, I wish,
- 18:51Speaker 2: like maybe I just would have kind of done the
- 18:53Speaker 2: Zach standard and said, hey, fantasy suite's off the table.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Let's spend a lot of time together, and then we're
- 18:58Speaker 2: both gonna get a good night's rest and then we
- 18:59Speaker 2: can back up in the morning and talk about it
- 19:01Speaker 2: and like figure it out. So like two people is
- 19:04Speaker 2: a lot more manageable.
- 19:07Speaker 3: However, Yeah, she got a good night's sleep that night
- 19:09Speaker 3: thanks to Xavier leaving.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Which I think moves into her time with Joey because
- 19:14Speaker 2: she's at her best, she's rested. She doesn't have the
- 19:19Speaker 2: exhaustion that a lot of leads that you see as
- 19:21Speaker 2: this week continues. She actually seems very chipper, has a
- 19:26Speaker 2: lot of energy and very excited for the date, which
- 19:29Speaker 2: sometimes this week gets exhausting.
- 19:33Speaker 3: She gets annoyed though, when the ATV wasn't working. She's like,
- 19:38Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I'm on edge. I don't like it when
- 19:41Speaker 3: things I'll go to according to plan, which I feel
- 19:43Speaker 3: that I'm the worst. When something goes not according to
- 19:46Speaker 3: my plans. I get so pissed and emotional. It's very strange.
- 19:51Speaker 3: I need to grow up, but be more flexible.
- 19:53Speaker 2: I don't think as doe to being tired Ashley as
- 19:56Speaker 2: much as it is due to her, like probably in
- 20:00Speaker 2: her life, wanting things to go right, like I bet,
- 20:03Speaker 2: and if this was not the TV show, I bet
- 20:05Speaker 2: if they had a good night's rest before and they
- 20:07Speaker 2: had planned this day and it doesn't go right, But
- 20:10Speaker 2: she's just as frustrated, like I just think that's probably
- 20:13Speaker 2: charity and her personality of I like things to go well,
- 20:17Speaker 2: and when they don't, I get frustrated.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Yeah, well they go to a waterfall instead, and I'm
- 20:21Speaker 3: sure it's just as much fun making out in a waterfall.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Ben understands how that is goodness in a very similar
- 20:29Speaker 3: some similar week anyway, So a great time, great time,
- 20:34Speaker 3: and now we have this moment that we know are
- 20:36Speaker 3: waiting for from Joey where he tells her he's gonna
- 20:39Speaker 3: tell her there's something about him that's worrisome, and we
- 20:44Speaker 3: find out that it is that he's just like not
- 20:49Speaker 3: always the most like optimistic, He's not always in a
- 20:53Speaker 3: good mood, and that people have always told him that
- 20:56Speaker 3: he has a great energy and he always feels pressured
- 21:00Speaker 3: to live up to that, and then when he feels
- 21:02Speaker 3: like he's not, then he gets really down on himself.
- 21:05Speaker 3: So I think what he's saying is that he has
- 21:07Speaker 3: like a good number of dark days and he's a
- 21:09Speaker 3: moody man. And you know what, I think that's a
- 21:13Speaker 3: fair thing to warn somebody about. She's very understanding about it. Yeah,
- 21:18Speaker 3: But I think there's one of two things. One Joey
- 21:22Speaker 3: had no real obstacles and it was like time to
- 21:29Speaker 3: sort of bring up something that may not be perfect
- 21:33Speaker 3: about their relationship, and he was like, oh, well, I'm
- 21:35Speaker 3: moody so I can talk about that. Or on the
- 21:38Speaker 3: other end, it's actually a serious issue. It's actually led
- 21:43Speaker 3: to a lot of frustrated past girlfriends, and she's taking
- 21:50Speaker 3: it more lightly than maybe it should be. What do
- 21:52Speaker 3: you think it is? I actually think it's more of
- 21:54Speaker 3: the second. I think it's probably more the second. But
- 21:58Speaker 3: we've done this together for a long time. Actually, you know,
- 22:01Speaker 3: I'm a fairly I can get pretty down. Yeah, and and.
- 22:07Speaker 2: It affects not exactly I thought I thought about you. Yeah,
- 22:13Speaker 2: I can get pretty down it and it does affect
- 22:15Speaker 2: how I function in the world and kind of how
- 22:18Speaker 2: I respond to things, and also how I respond in
- 22:22Speaker 2: my romantic relationships and my friendships, et cetera. I will
- 22:26Speaker 2: say it was like, I didn't understand this conversation. I
- 22:34Speaker 2: don't know why his uncle would be referring to this.
- 22:38Speaker 2: And maybe it's just because it's how I am that
- 22:41Speaker 2: I don't see it as this massive negative or something
- 22:46Speaker 2: to necessarily bring up. Like the people in my life
- 22:49Speaker 2: who know this about me, it would be frustrating to
- 22:53Speaker 2: me if they would also be like, yeah, this is
- 22:55Speaker 2: like a problem in his life too. It's like, well,
- 22:57Speaker 2: you're just making it worse, Like, yeah, you're not helping me.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Like like if anything, you know that I'm sensitive, you know,
- 23:04Speaker 2: I feel things, you know, I experience things. You know
- 23:06Speaker 2: that like at times, like my mind goes to a
- 23:09Speaker 2: place that others don't because like I want I want
- 23:13Speaker 2: to be a tune to my emotions and the emotions
- 23:16Speaker 2: of the other people around me. To me, that's a
- 23:18Speaker 2: in my life. It's something I'm proud of about myself.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Now it's not always the healthiest thing, but it is
- 23:22Speaker 2: something I'm proud of, and it's something that I'm glad
- 23:26Speaker 2: I experience. And so it would be weird to me,
- 23:29Speaker 2: like when his uncle says this last week and then
- 23:32Speaker 2: this week, this is what Joey thinks he's referring to.
- 23:36Speaker 2: I don't understand it.
- 23:37Speaker 3: Still, well, it's not precisely what the uncle was saying.
- 23:42Speaker 3: He said that, you know, Jogah, so Charity says, like
- 23:45Speaker 3: your uncle said, there was another version of you, and
- 23:48Speaker 3: he goes, well, honestly, I was just uncomfortable in that moment.
- 23:52Speaker 3: He was like, I was kind of hosting you. I
- 23:54Speaker 3: wasn't prepared for him to come. I just felt nervous
- 23:57Speaker 3: and not like myself. He thinks of that what the
- 24:00Speaker 3: uncle was picking up on. Okay, I don't know that
- 24:04Speaker 3: he's saying that, Like the uncle thinks that he's like
- 24:08Speaker 3: that his moods are something that worries him.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Okay, Well, for anybody that knows anybody who is it
- 24:16Speaker 2: like this?
- 24:17Speaker 4: Yeah, you know.
- 24:19Speaker 2: The one thing I think could have helped hear them
- 24:21Speaker 2: that I'm confused by is Joey's attitude kind of changed
- 24:26Speaker 2: throughout the the episode last week. And you would think
- 24:31Speaker 2: that Charity would see that and his uncle would see
- 24:33Speaker 2: that and be Okay, he was just in a weird
- 24:35Speaker 2: funk like there was he was. He was overwhelmed or
- 24:38Speaker 2: he was a little thrown off and but but he
- 24:41Speaker 2: got back on track and he figured it out, and
- 24:44Speaker 2: we can see how he cares about Charity and how
- 24:47Speaker 2: nervous he was when Charity left the way she did.
- 24:50Speaker 2: And uh, and we understand who Joey is, and we
- 24:53Speaker 2: understand that Joey's going to go through these ups and
- 24:55Speaker 2: downs and we just get it, like we get him
- 24:59Speaker 2: and we and we le that about him instead it
- 25:02Speaker 2: kind of and maybe we didn't get to see that
- 25:04Speaker 2: fallow up conversation, but it did feel like it kind
- 25:06Speaker 2: of was this overwhelming weight of negativeness. And that's not
- 25:11Speaker 2: fair to Joey because he's not doing anything wrong last week,
- 25:14Speaker 2: he was just overwhelmed.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I also think we're over right now. I think
- 25:19Speaker 3: she like kind of understands. I think she trusts I
- 25:23Speaker 3: get it, and it's funny. It's like, Jared is very
- 25:27Speaker 3: much like you, so I know this, and he always
- 25:30Speaker 3: told me. He always used to warm me because I
- 25:33Speaker 3: used to be like Jared. So he's so perfect, like
- 25:35Speaker 3: literally like what you have, like no flaws, and he
- 25:37Speaker 3: was like, flaws, believe me, you'll see it. And now
- 25:41Speaker 3: whenever he's like in his dark zone, he's like, I
- 25:43Speaker 3: told you, and I'm like, yeah, well you know, of
- 25:46Speaker 3: course it doesn't. It's just it's like, yeah, those those
- 25:51Speaker 3: parts of somebody you cannot see for quite some time.
- 25:55Speaker 3: But also, if it's true love, it doesn't deter you
- 25:57Speaker 3: at all.
- 25:58Speaker 4: It doesn't deter you. No.
- 26:00Speaker 2: But I do think they move on. I think this
- 26:02Speaker 2: date was really nice, really beautiful. It makes me think
- 26:06Speaker 2: that Joey has a better shot than I originally expected.
- 26:20Speaker 3: Let's talk about a big thing that Charity seems to
- 26:22Speaker 3: have absolutely no problem doing and no shade to her
- 26:25Speaker 3: at all. She's happy to say I love you to too,
- 26:29Speaker 3: man like she has. She's not trying to hold back.
- 26:33Speaker 3: She's like, I'm excited that I can do this.
- 26:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:36Speaker 3: I don't know if she I don't know if it's
- 26:38Speaker 3: just like now a thing that you're able to like
- 26:40Speaker 3: do on the Bachelor, it's expected.
- 26:43Speaker 4: I don't know anymore.
- 26:44Speaker 3: I don't know if it's going to affect the other guy.
- 26:48Speaker 3: To me still, and I say it every week, Joey
- 26:52Speaker 3: feels like boyfriend love and Don Shul's like husband love.
- 26:57Speaker 3: I'm surprised how she she seemingly is just absolutely torn
- 27:04Speaker 3: between the two, but she loves Joey I have.
- 27:08Speaker 2: I mean, I would hope that you wouldn't have any
- 27:10Speaker 2: shade when it comes to this, and I know you
- 27:13Speaker 2: don't because you and I have talked about this at
- 27:17Speaker 2: length over the last few years when we've done.
- 27:20Speaker 3: This so many times. This has come up.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Now and I've explained, you know, to you kind of
- 27:25Speaker 2: how and why.
- 27:26Speaker 4: I did it the way I did it.
- 27:28Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, watching watching this, this is one of
- 27:33Speaker 2: the first times I would say where I've watched Charity
- 27:37Speaker 2: express this this week and I'm like, I believe it,
- 27:41Speaker 2: Like how could anybody criticize her for this? Like she's
- 27:45Speaker 2: just living in the moment and for us on television,
- 27:48Speaker 2: we see it and it's like ten minutes apart, right,
- 27:52Speaker 2: it's two days apart. There's a lot of emotions that
- 27:54Speaker 2: go into it, a lot of things to figure out
- 27:56Speaker 2: within it, and I believe that she feels this way.
- 28:01Speaker 2: I believe she's excited to share this because she hasn't
- 28:03Speaker 2: yet with them. I also believe that she has some
- 28:09Speaker 2: confidence and explain expressing this because.
- 28:14Speaker 4: Dotton is so understanding.
- 28:16Speaker 2: Like if she ends up with dot And at the
- 28:18Speaker 2: end of this and he watches us back, I'm sure
- 28:20Speaker 2: he's gonna be like, this sucks to watch. I don't
- 28:21Speaker 2: like watching it. I don't enjoy this, but I get
- 28:24Speaker 2: it and it's part of the experience. He brought that
- 28:26Speaker 2: up to her this week, like I understand that this
- 28:28Speaker 2: week is weird and I understand kind of how it goes,
- 28:31Speaker 2: but I just want you to know that I support
- 28:32Speaker 2: you in it.
- 28:33Speaker 4: Like for a lead, that's a very comforting thing to hear.
- 28:39Speaker 2: I don't change my stance, And if Charity was on
- 28:42Speaker 2: this podcast right now, I don't change my stance where
- 28:45Speaker 2: I don't think it's a wise thing to do. I
- 28:47Speaker 2: don't think it's a helpful thing to do. I think
- 28:50Speaker 2: it is. Uh, it ultimately causes more pain than good.
- 28:54Speaker 2: And I at the time when I said I was
- 28:56Speaker 2: hoping it caused more good than pain. Yeah, I don't
- 28:59Speaker 2: change that stance at all. And so, you know, call
- 29:02Speaker 2: it a criticism or call it a you know, high
- 29:05Speaker 2: like some hindsight. I would love to talk to her
- 29:07Speaker 2: at some point we will and say, hey, was this
- 29:10Speaker 2: Do you feel like this was worth it to do
- 29:12Speaker 2: what you needed to do? But you want to say
- 29:17Speaker 2: it because you feel it and it's your truth. And
- 29:19Speaker 2: that's all you're trying to do in this experience is
- 29:21Speaker 2: live in some sort of reality and truth. And that's
- 29:23Speaker 2: the only thing she knows right now is her feelings
- 29:25Speaker 2: and emotions, and so she needs to get it off
- 29:27Speaker 2: her chest. She wants to tell these people, hey, no
- 29:29Speaker 2: matter how this ends, I care about you and I
- 29:32Speaker 2: get that. So I understand now.
- 29:34Speaker 3: I think it's it's very sweet because I think that
- 29:37Speaker 3: when she sang it to them, she wants them to
- 29:40Speaker 3: know that they were that like the feelings are reciprocated
- 29:43Speaker 3: and that like there's a choice on both ends. Okay.
- 29:47Speaker 3: I think if you do save it till like the
- 29:50Speaker 3: final row ceremony, you're kind of saying, like, everything here
- 29:54Speaker 3: is my choice because you obviously will be here waiting
- 29:57Speaker 3: for me. She wants them to know that she loves
- 30:01Speaker 3: them back. Yeah, so that they like feel really like
- 30:05Speaker 3: they just have a full experience.
- 30:08Speaker 2: I think I will tell you something. I think charity
- 30:13Speaker 2: is actually very different than my experience. And here's one reason. Yeah,
- 30:17Speaker 2: here's the reason why they said to her first, both
- 30:21Speaker 2: of them. Oh, and I think the reciprocation is important,
- 30:27Speaker 2: that like, hey, I get it.
- 30:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm there too.
- 30:31Speaker 2: I lead with it, and I think that's where, you know,
- 30:34Speaker 2: that's where the big difference is. I think she handled
- 30:38Speaker 2: it better. I think hers ism is more fair, it's
- 30:42Speaker 2: more understanding. It's coming from a place of I just
- 30:44Speaker 2: don't want you to feel alone in this, and I
- 30:46Speaker 2: want you to know that you're not alone in this,
- 30:48Speaker 2: where for me it was more unhealthy because it's something
- 30:53Speaker 2: I led with and I, as a result, led the
- 30:56Speaker 2: emotions on. So I do think a little bit different. Uh,
- 31:00Speaker 2: actually maybe a lot different. And that's why I watch this.
- 31:04Speaker 2: I'm like, I, you know, I don't feel like this
- 31:08Speaker 2: might I don't think it's going to cause as many
- 31:10Speaker 2: issues at the end, however, I will say, it is
- 31:13Speaker 2: wild to me that this show has gotten to this
- 31:17Speaker 2: point where it feels like this is a storyline every
- 31:19Speaker 2: season now it's like kind of like boring to even
- 31:22Speaker 2: talk about because every season now people are expressing this,
- 31:25Speaker 2: And when I did it, everybody was like, how could he?
- 31:28Speaker 2: This is unheard of, this is new, It's not new
- 31:32Speaker 2: no more.
- 31:34Speaker 3: That's so true. Okay. I was very curious watching this
- 31:37Speaker 3: because it just did truly feel like she loves both
- 31:40Speaker 3: of them. Mm hmm, Like how does that feel to
- 31:44Speaker 3: be in love with two people at the same time?
- 31:47Speaker 3: And is there like you have to feel like there's
- 31:52Speaker 3: a discrepancy, like you have to feel more for one person,
- 31:55Speaker 3: Like right, I don't know.
- 31:58Speaker 2: I mean, I think you like different things about each
- 32:01Speaker 2: and you've had different experience with each and at this
- 32:03Speaker 2: point you're trying to compartmentalize each. We'd have to talk
- 32:09Speaker 2: to Charity and hear her experience. It would be a
- 32:12Speaker 2: great question for her. For me, it was mostly overwhelming.
- 32:19Speaker 3: You know.
- 32:19Speaker 2: It wasn't like a joy It wasn't she seemed to
- 32:21Speaker 2: be like very joy filled about she is.
- 32:25Speaker 4: Yeah. For me, it was more overwhelming. It was more difficult.
- 32:28Speaker 2: And I think part of that is too based on
- 32:30Speaker 2: what we're talking about with Joey, Like I just got
- 32:31Speaker 2: really down on myself and on the experience and the
- 32:35Speaker 2: pain that something was about to cause. And in a sense,
- 32:38Speaker 2: it was like should I just get out of this thing?
- 32:40Speaker 4: Like is it?
- 32:40Speaker 2: Am I so unhealthy with my emotions? Should I just
- 32:44Speaker 2: like should we just all try it, like start over
- 32:46Speaker 2: and try this some other way. I didn't enjoy it.
- 32:50Speaker 2: It wasn't something that I wanted.
- 32:52Speaker 3: We see that she won't. He says, why why I
- 32:56Speaker 3: shouldn't be saying goodbye to somebody that I love?
- 32:59Speaker 2: Yeah, but I I think there's also this just a
- 33:02Speaker 2: personality type. So ILL have different personality types. Like for me,
- 33:06Speaker 2: and we've talked about this. Most of the people in
- 33:08Speaker 2: my life that I've been able to date leading up
- 33:12Speaker 2: to then marriage, like I care about that person still,
- 33:15Speaker 2: And Jessica knows this, like I don't wish ill will
- 33:18Speaker 2: on them. I care about them. I want to see
- 33:20Speaker 2: their life flourish, and like I if something like bad
- 33:24Speaker 2: would happen to them, like I would still hurt in
- 33:27Speaker 2: a way that is like different than maybe you know
- 33:30Speaker 2: a distant friend or a stranger, I would I would
- 33:33Speaker 2: feel that emotion of it because you do care and
- 33:35Speaker 2: so you allow your I think there's just people that
- 33:37Speaker 2: are sensitive again sensitive to this stuff and allows themselves
- 33:41Speaker 2: to feel things differently than others, where I know some
- 33:43Speaker 2: of my friends are like I never want to see
- 33:45Speaker 2: talk here, speak to my you know ex Ever, again,
- 33:49Speaker 2: different situations, but you know, I've been lucky enough to
- 33:52Speaker 2: date some really incredible people and so yeah, you still
- 33:56Speaker 2: care about them. And I think that's part of it too,
- 33:58Speaker 2: is you just you want what's best and you see
- 34:01Speaker 2: this and you're like, I'm gonna end up hurting somebody
- 34:02Speaker 2: I care about.
- 34:04Speaker 3: Yeah, well, let's go to the other man that she
- 34:07Speaker 3: carries and loves dont Yeah. Uh. They got to go
- 34:12Speaker 3: to a sandbar for their alone time during the day,
- 34:16Speaker 3: and he's his fillinger with compliments. Sure, it's just it's
- 34:20Speaker 3: really nice. He just like can't get over the fact
- 34:25Speaker 3: that like everything is going so well and that she's
- 34:28Speaker 3: so beautiful, and like the families that they love each other.
- 34:34Speaker 3: It's just it's a great situation. And then they talk
- 34:36Speaker 3: about how they've like really not had any hiccups along
- 34:38Speaker 3: the way, and it's true they haven't. It's been drama free.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:43Speaker 2: I uh, this is the first time I've watched their
- 34:46Speaker 2: dates together and I've said, this is this could go
- 34:49Speaker 2: down as one of the best Bachelor love stories ever.
- 34:54Speaker 4: Yeah, I've never felt that way you said it.
- 34:57Speaker 2: I've never felt it until this week, where I was like, yeah,
- 34:59Speaker 2: this is good. And their conversation it was easy, it
- 35:03Speaker 2: was comfortable, it was engaging, it.
- 35:07Speaker 4: Was honest, it was real.
- 35:09Speaker 2: Like it just felt like, yeah, of course, like I
- 35:13Speaker 2: can't not see these two together.
- 35:15Speaker 3: Yes, thank you Ben okay. So I was looking forward
- 35:18Speaker 3: to it all episode long. I think that they made
- 35:20Speaker 3: it the last one so that we'd be like, oh,
- 35:23Speaker 3: what's it coming? One's it coming? Because when I watch
- 35:25Speaker 3: them together, I smile and I feel like I'm watching
- 35:28Speaker 3: a Bachelor love story, Like I haven't seen it so long.
- 35:31Speaker 3: It's really thrilling.
- 35:32Speaker 4: It is thrilling. I I'm very excited for them.
- 35:35Speaker 2: I'm going to be shocked if those two aren't together.
- 35:40Speaker 3: They have to be.
- 35:42Speaker 2: They have to be. I don't think there's any any
- 35:44Speaker 2: question in my mind now. Now, I do think that
- 35:46Speaker 2: the Joey situation. I think Joey's your next Bachelor one.
- 35:53Speaker 4: I think he's gonna be really hurt. I think he
- 35:55Speaker 4: cares a lot.
- 35:56Speaker 2: I think he is going to see this love story
- 35:59Speaker 2: playoff and be like it makes more sense now I understand,
- 36:02Speaker 2: you know, why she chose him, and I understand how
- 36:04Speaker 2: much she cared about me, And I think it's gonna
- 36:06Speaker 2: be a kind of a a point where we go, yeah,
- 36:10Speaker 2: he is the next bachelor, Like I don't. I don't
- 36:12Speaker 2: think that's a question either. I don't know who else
- 36:16Speaker 2: they would choose. And there's a reason why they haven't
- 36:18Speaker 2: announced somebody early like they have in the past, because
- 36:22Speaker 2: I think they're waiting for him to be eliminated. So
- 36:25Speaker 2: I do think he's an next bachelor. I think he's
- 36:26Speaker 2: gonna be ready and great at it. But yeah, this,
- 36:32Speaker 2: this this situation with dot.
- 36:34Speaker 3: Is I'm really it's so good. It's so good to watch.
- 36:36Speaker 3: That's what I wanted to say at the top of
- 36:38Speaker 3: the show, Like I'm very excited about a love story. Yeah,
- 36:41Speaker 3: and I think I think it just feels it's very
- 36:44Speaker 3: fun for me to watch them. I get I look
- 36:48Speaker 3: forward to it every week. And yeah, so let's just
- 36:52Speaker 3: briefly talk about the rest of their conversation leading up
- 36:55Speaker 3: to the fantasy suite. It's kind of like this is
- 36:57Speaker 3: a fairy tale. I'm scared because it's so perfect, but
- 36:59Speaker 3: I should be scared because it's a fairy tale and
- 37:01Speaker 3: it's real. It's great and it's scary, but I love it.
- 37:04Speaker 3: That's basically how it goes.
- 37:06Speaker 4: Yeah, there's like, I mean, this date honestly, it's too.
- 37:09Speaker 3: Perfect, which is why it's scary. But we have to
- 37:11Speaker 3: just accept it as wonderful.
- 37:13Speaker 4: It was like one of the most like.
- 37:15Speaker 2: For me, at least like forgettable dates in a long time,
- 37:20Speaker 2: because it was just too good, Like there was nothing
- 37:22Speaker 2: to it, like other than just like, hey, how awesome
- 37:24Speaker 2: is that we get to spend time together?
- 37:26Speaker 4: Hey, this is really awesome.
- 37:27Speaker 2: Okay, see yeah, let's you know, go spend an evening
- 37:30Speaker 2: together and let's do this for the rest of our lives. Cool, Okay,
- 37:33Speaker 2: it just it's it's perfect and it is it is beautiful.
- 37:38Speaker 2: I'm excited for the two of them. I'm going to
- 37:40Speaker 2: be shocked next week if it's or in two weeks
- 37:42Speaker 2: if it's not him. Yeah, that will be one of
- 37:45Speaker 2: the biggest twists in recent memory for me, you know.
- 37:51Speaker 2: So and then we'll finish this ups so we already
- 37:54Speaker 2: talked about it. Aaron does show up, and the cliffhanger
- 37:59Speaker 2: is that she is considering I guess is what we're
- 38:02Speaker 2: gonna say it as to keep him around. The previews
- 38:06Speaker 2: for next week are the only reason why he confuses me,
- 38:08Speaker 2: because we see him walking down the beach in a suit,
- 38:10Speaker 2: which could just be b roll that they got while
- 38:13Speaker 2: she was thinking about it.
- 38:14Speaker 4: And actually they never really.
- 38:17Speaker 3: Totally what it has to be, right, I don't know,
- 38:20Speaker 3: I mean it has to be it has to be.
- 38:23Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, next week is Mentel all Ashley, which.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Oh, like, honestly, uh yeah, And I got so disappointed
- 38:31Speaker 3: when I was, like when I found out that I
- 38:34Speaker 3: have to wait two weeks to see more love because
- 38:37Speaker 3: I'm just so enjoying watching it that I was like, no,
- 38:42Speaker 3: I can't wait two weeks, which is a great feeling,
- 38:46Speaker 3: but like, oh, mentell all And then I'm looking at
- 38:48Speaker 3: these men and I'm like, why is it Bryden and
- 38:52Speaker 3: Sean the only ones that I remember from this bunch.
- 38:55Speaker 2: Yeah, the Mentel every season is it's a filler episode.
- 38:59Speaker 2: We've said it like, it's not one that we look
- 39:01Speaker 2: forward to. It's not one because at this point we
- 39:03Speaker 2: just are excited about the love story, and we're excited
- 39:05Speaker 2: about seeing this couple thrive and then having them on
- 39:08Speaker 2: the podcast to talk to them about how great their
- 39:11Speaker 2: life is and how cool this experience was and all
- 39:13Speaker 2: those things. The Mentel Law is a filler episode. It's
- 39:16Speaker 2: not one of our favorites. It feels like it just
- 39:18Speaker 2: causes a platform for people who were either eliminated on
- 39:22Speaker 2: week one through two to speak up and have one
- 39:25Speaker 2: last memorable moment so they can maybe make it to
- 39:28Speaker 2: paradise and uh, but yeah, we gotta we gotta fight
- 39:32Speaker 2: through it. We will be breaking it down here on
- 39:36Speaker 2: the podcast, and then we'll be very excited for the
- 39:39Speaker 2: following week where we get to uh to watch Charity's
- 39:44Speaker 2: love story come to conclusion.
- 39:55Speaker 3: Ben, can we talk about the preview? Yeah, because it's
- 40:00Speaker 3: the chat that she has with her mom that is thrilling.
- 40:03Speaker 3: She's like, Charity, you know, you have to know what
- 40:09Speaker 3: you have to know? And she's like, I don't know,
- 40:13Speaker 3: and I'm like, Charity.
- 40:15Speaker 2: You know. Yeah, that's a weird week. It's a weird
- 40:22Speaker 2: week because you, I don't want to say this, you
- 40:28Speaker 2: aren't really able to express to your family exactly how
- 40:33Speaker 2: you're feeling.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Oh, oh tell more? Why well, because if you did,
- 40:40Speaker 3: then they be partial to whoever you're feeling.
- 40:43Speaker 4: Yes, exactly so.
- 40:44Speaker 3: You really just want a neutral point of view.
- 40:46Speaker 4: You want a neutral point of view.
- 40:48Speaker 2: You might know, but you got to kind of just
- 40:50Speaker 2: like be like, I just want your honest opinions, Like
- 40:53Speaker 2: I want your feedback based on how you know me
- 40:57Speaker 2: and how you know these people, and I want to
- 40:59Speaker 2: hear it.
- 41:00Speaker 4: And so it's a little weird.
- 41:02Speaker 2: Because I have a feeling Charity would really be like, yeah,
- 41:05Speaker 2: I really like this guy, but she can't. She doesn't
- 41:09Speaker 2: want to do that, and it's and it's kind of
- 41:12Speaker 2: I don't it's a part of the not manipulation, but
- 41:16Speaker 2: it's a part of the prep where it's like, do
- 41:17Speaker 2: you really want them to be just sold out on
- 41:20Speaker 2: one person or you want there on his opinion. If
- 41:21Speaker 2: you want there on his opinion, you got to leave
- 41:24Speaker 2: it pretty open and you go into it believing that.
- 41:27Speaker 2: And I also I don't see a problem with it
- 41:29Speaker 2: as much as it would just be helpful if you're like, hey,
- 41:33Speaker 2: you're meeting this guy and he's the one, and like
- 41:37Speaker 2: you should just invest in him. The other guy's great
- 41:39Speaker 2: and you should hang out with him, but like know
- 41:40Speaker 2: that he's just a really good time and he's not.
- 41:42Speaker 4: Going to be the one at the end.
- 41:44Speaker 3: No, I get this, Ben, But what it seems like
- 41:47Speaker 3: with her mom is that, like her mom's met both
- 41:49Speaker 3: of them, she's using her mom as help, Like I
- 41:52Speaker 3: think she I think she wants her mom to be like,
- 41:55Speaker 3: I'm preferential to this person, because what else would it
- 42:00Speaker 3: be because they're like behind the scenes. And she's like,
- 42:03Speaker 3: you have to know, you have to.
- 42:05Speaker 2: Know you do want them to be preferential towards the
- 42:08Speaker 2: person that towards Yeah, However, you and I have both
- 42:13Speaker 2: watched this show for a long time now, we know
- 42:16Speaker 2: that typically the person that stands at the end is
- 42:19Speaker 2: not the person that the family rallies rallies around the
- 42:23Speaker 2: best peers.
- 42:26Speaker 4: I think it's a peers.
- 42:27Speaker 3: I do you do think that it might be a
- 42:29Speaker 3: little bit edited for di Ust to be thrown off? Right?
- 42:31Speaker 4: Yeah? Why not?
- 42:32Speaker 2: I mean if it was so, if it was so
- 42:35Speaker 2: convincing and so clear from this week on, then you
- 42:39Speaker 2: know that. I mean, I guess I could argue that
- 42:42Speaker 2: the ending episode would still be as exciting and thrilling
- 42:46Speaker 2: and just beautiful. But this show loves to keep people
- 42:50Speaker 2: on their toes, and they love to make it a
- 42:52Speaker 2: question until the end, and That's just what the show's
- 42:55Speaker 2: always done. It's been a part of their you know
- 42:57Speaker 2: format and their bread and butter, and so I just
- 43:02Speaker 2: I think, based on knowing the show, they're going to
- 43:06Speaker 2: keep us questioning until that last moment where we see
- 43:10Speaker 2: whoever it is walk out of the limo you know first,
- 43:12Speaker 2: and we know that that's not the person at the end.
- 43:15Speaker 2: So I think the show just thinks that people will
- 43:18Speaker 2: want to watch the conclusion more if they don't know.
- 43:23Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, I know, But how they get her to
- 43:26Speaker 3: say that?
- 43:27Speaker 4: Who knows? Ashley? I don't. I mean that the show
- 43:30Speaker 4: does wild things.
- 43:31Speaker 3: Well, they do dress up Aaron in a tux sure,
- 43:34Speaker 3: just for us to think that he's included, which she's
- 43:37Speaker 3: definitely not.
- 43:38Speaker 2: How wild it would be if like the whole conversation
- 43:40Speaker 2: with her mom ended with her mom being like Charity,
- 43:42Speaker 2: it's Aaron, like you.
- 43:43Speaker 3: Know that hilarious soon.
- 43:50Speaker 4: So not Aaron.
- 43:51Speaker 2: Hey, Ashley, we got big headlines to break down. We
- 43:53Speaker 2: do have some follow ups from last week's special headline episode.
- 43:57Speaker 4: Let's jump into him now. It's official.
- 44:00Speaker 2: We didn't want to make any massive claims. We did
- 44:05Speaker 2: have our speculations fairly confident and that's why we chose
- 44:09Speaker 2: to speak about it in last week's headline episode that
- 44:12Speaker 2: it was going to be coming down soon. But bachelorations
- 44:17Speaker 2: Caitlin Bristow and Jason Tartick have split. They call off
- 44:20Speaker 2: their engagement after four years together. This is according to
- 44:23Speaker 2: US Weekly.
- 44:25Speaker 3: And according to them on their instagrams, as they posted
- 44:28Speaker 3: a joint statement yesterday. You guys can go read it,
- 44:32Speaker 3: but what you take from it is that, like, this
- 44:34Speaker 3: definitely seems to be a split that was particularly difficult
- 44:38Speaker 3: because they both love each other and respect each other
- 44:42Speaker 3: so much, and I think that they still very much
- 44:44Speaker 3: enjoy each other, and I think this is just them
- 44:47Speaker 3: being like not compatible partners long term for life. But
- 44:52Speaker 3: there's absolutely nothing that went wrong specifically, there's no blowout.
- 44:57Speaker 3: I think this will be a really healthy split. I
- 45:01Speaker 3: don't think there's gonna be any back and forth in
- 45:02Speaker 3: the public. You know, we're not going to be having
- 45:04Speaker 3: headlines like we do with Caitlin and Sean five years removed. Yeah,
- 45:10Speaker 3: And I think that makes it even more difficult a
- 45:13Speaker 3: lot of the times, because you can't like look back
- 45:15Speaker 3: and be like oh this ah that it's just like, oh, well,
- 45:19Speaker 3: we just weren't meant for each other.
- 45:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, there was obviously something right. You don't
- 45:25Speaker 2: just come to this conclusion because nothing happens.
- 45:27Speaker 3: I think it's general incompatibility. But like this is also
- 45:31Speaker 3: me just spitballing.
- 45:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I've I think it's telling for me
- 45:39Speaker 2: that this was a a healthy split, if that even
- 45:43Speaker 2: is a thing, because of the pictures they both posted
- 45:46Speaker 2: of each other, like looking back on the memories and
- 45:50Speaker 2: looking back on the times together and doing it with
- 45:54Speaker 2: admiration like that typically doesn't happen.
- 45:55Speaker 4: If it wasn't a healthy split.
- 45:58Speaker 2: We would see some joint statement that was like, hey,
- 46:00Speaker 2: we need privacy and we just aren't right for each other,
- 46:03Speaker 2: and that's where it would end. But then the follow
- 46:05Speaker 2: ups of the two of them kind of sharing like
- 46:07Speaker 2: this was a beautiful thing and we respect each other
- 46:10Speaker 2: a lot, I think shows that, yes, this is a
- 46:13Speaker 2: healthy split. It's a sad split because they you know,
- 46:17Speaker 2: you and I have both been around them quite a
- 46:19Speaker 2: bit and they did seem really good for each other.
- 46:23Speaker 2: But and we do see them, you know, off cameras
- 46:26Speaker 2: and away from the public, and it did feel like
- 46:30Speaker 2: the two of them could work. And I maybe why
- 46:34Speaker 2: they're frustration. You know why it's such a sad thing
- 46:36Speaker 2: for the both of them because I'm sure there was
- 46:38Speaker 2: many times where like, yeah, this is like the most
- 46:40Speaker 2: beautiful thing ever, but obviously you know they weren't compatible.
- 46:45Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's it is so sad, and it was
- 46:47Speaker 3: a lot of time. They're together for pretty much four
- 46:50Speaker 3: and a half years.
- 46:52Speaker 4: So let's talk about for a second.
- 46:53Speaker 2: Mean, Kaitlyn obviously is somebody who has for you know
- 46:57Speaker 2: what eight years now we've seen go through the bachelorette
- 47:02Speaker 2: process and uh into now this stage of her life,
- 47:07Speaker 2: and she is somebody that I know personally and I
- 47:10Speaker 2: know she wants to be a mother, a wife, have
- 47:15Speaker 2: a companion. Like It's It's not like Caitlin is not
- 47:18Speaker 2: very interested in that. And then Jason, obviously, I've I
- 47:23Speaker 2: took a huge road trip with him and we've spent
- 47:25Speaker 2: a lot of time together. I know he is very
- 47:27Speaker 2: excited for that stage of life as well. And I
- 47:29Speaker 2: think when I watched and I saw this, that was
- 47:31Speaker 2: one of the saddest parts to me.
- 47:33Speaker 3: That's what I think of the most.
- 47:35Speaker 4: Yeah, they're not gonna be able to do that together.
- 47:37Speaker 2: And I think they both believe that that could have
- 47:39Speaker 2: been could be with the two of them doing that
- 47:41Speaker 2: side by side, and and so now that the I
- 47:46Speaker 2: think that once they move on from this and they're
- 47:50Speaker 2: ready to get back on the world, which could take
- 47:51Speaker 2: you know, like we always say, there's not like a
- 47:54Speaker 2: time period of how long it should take.
- 47:59Speaker 4: I think it's gonna be hard.
- 48:00Speaker 2: I do it's a public breakup, and those really hard
- 48:03Speaker 2: to then bounce back into the dating pool and find
- 48:05Speaker 2: somebody that you can connect with and move on with quickly.
- 48:07Speaker 2: And that is sad to me because I know Caitlyn
- 48:09Speaker 2: wants to do it quicker or sooner rather than later.
- 48:13Speaker 3: Yeah, And I think that like what we saw with
- 48:16Speaker 3: Caitlyn last time was really exciting for us. I know
- 48:20Speaker 3: it wasn't exciting for Sean, but like for us to
- 48:24Speaker 3: see something and for Caitlin, but then for it for
- 48:28Speaker 3: like its seeming like her bachelor experience was all for
- 48:32Speaker 3: a reason, and it was. It was all for a reason.
- 48:35Speaker 3: Even if she ends up with nobody from a bachelorination,
- 48:37Speaker 3: look what she's done and the impact she's had on
- 48:38Speaker 3: so many people. But it was just like nice for
- 48:41Speaker 3: us to be like, oh that didn't work out, well,
- 48:43Speaker 3: Look she's with this other guy from the show. Was
- 48:47Speaker 3: all meant to be like this, and can we just
- 48:50Speaker 3: start it out there? Bachelorette twenty twenty four Kaitlyn Preston. Holy, well,
- 48:55Speaker 3: she won't do it, Like she won't do it, And
- 48:57Speaker 3: I'm just kind of joking because like, obviously she's not
- 48:59Speaker 3: good do it, but like talk about bringing the writings back.
- 49:03Speaker 2: I agree, No, I mean, I think we can probably
- 49:06Speaker 2: end it there. It's sad, it's hard.
- 49:09Speaker 3: And we're all rooting for both of them, rooting.
- 49:11Speaker 2: For both of them, I agree, rooting for both of them. Well,
- 49:15Speaker 2: onto some exciting announcements. Bachelor Nation's Amanda Stanton is pregnant,
- 49:18Speaker 2: expecting the first baby with husband Michael This according to
- 49:22Speaker 2: Yahoo Yep.
- 49:24Speaker 3: So she she put it out there a couple of
- 49:27Speaker 3: days ago. I know that this is something that she's wanted,
- 49:32Speaker 3: and we don't know whether it's a girl or a
- 49:35Speaker 3: boy yet. I think it's due. The baby is due
- 49:38Speaker 3: in January. I feel like, why is like everybody do
- 49:41Speaker 3: in January?
- 49:43Speaker 4: But yeah, I don't.
- 49:44Speaker 1: I don't.
- 49:45Speaker 3: It's very exciting and for them, and she showed off
- 49:48Speaker 3: her baby bump at the Taylor Swift concert this weekend.
- 49:55Speaker 3: We'll have to have her on to talk about everything.
- 49:58Speaker 3: Like I think, I think it was very much like
- 50:00Speaker 3: time and they were trying and it was planned. She's
- 50:03Speaker 3: natural cycles, but like I just want to know, like
- 50:06Speaker 3: all her feelings because it's different. She has the two girls.
- 50:10Speaker 3: The two girls are older now, you know, I think
- 50:12Speaker 3: they're like like eleven and nine or something like that.
- 50:17Speaker 3: And now new husband, new baby. I think she's probably
- 50:21Speaker 3: really excited to see how the girls are going to
- 50:24Speaker 3: be big sisters this baby.
- 50:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I think, I mean, they're gonna be great big sisters.
- 50:29Speaker 2: I can't see Amanda without a daughter. It's weird for
- 50:32Speaker 2: me to think of her with her wants a boy.
- 50:34Speaker 3: Like I've not wanted to even say this because like,
- 50:37Speaker 3: you know, you hate that there's like any sort of
- 50:39Speaker 3: like wish, but like I know that she wants a boy.
- 50:43Speaker 2: It's just weird to think about because she's such a
- 50:46Speaker 2: girl mom like that. I know they're you know, her
- 50:49Speaker 2: girls are are so mature and like grown up now
- 50:52Speaker 2: that it'd be weird to think of her with a boy,
- 50:54Speaker 2: but it would be, uh, it'd be spectacular either way.
- 50:57Speaker 2: We're excited for them. Actually, we're really kind of like sandwiching,
- 51:04Speaker 2: good stories are bad. But Michael A says he and
- 51:07Speaker 2: Daniel Maltby are keeping things private amid split speculation. This
- 51:11Speaker 2: according to US Weekly, the reason that this is somewhat
- 51:15Speaker 2: sad or concerning to me is in this article, and
- 51:22Speaker 2: we'll have you break it down here, he does talk
- 51:24Speaker 2: about a public relationship and how it isn't fun, it's difficult,
- 51:26Speaker 2: all those things, and they want to keep things private.
- 51:29Speaker 2: Typically though, that isn't a great signation.
- 51:33Speaker 3: And it's they're over. I mean, I'm sorry, Yeah, it's
- 51:38Speaker 3: you don't go from having a public relationship that formed
- 51:41Speaker 3: on the show and then being like, oh, yeah, I
- 51:44Speaker 3: don't want to talk about it.
- 51:46Speaker 4: I guess Rachel Lindsay has done this.
- 51:49Speaker 3: She has decided and been pretty clear that she's not
- 51:52Speaker 3: really going to share a lot about Brian going forward.
- 51:54Speaker 3: She kind of cut that off a couple of years ago,
- 51:57Speaker 3: which I think does make people like whenever there's like
- 52:00Speaker 3: a rumor, like a blind item that says there's a
- 52:02Speaker 3: bachelor couple that is on the rocks, a lot of
- 52:05Speaker 3: people will go like, oh, Rachel and Brian, well that's
- 52:08Speaker 3: they just don't share that part of their life. But
- 52:10Speaker 3: like in the case of Danielle and Michael, they.
- 52:13Speaker 2: Had shared so much of their life, sharing so much,
- 52:16Speaker 2: and then they just stop, and it makes you go, huh.
- 52:20Speaker 2: So we'll wait and see for like if if it's official,
- 52:22Speaker 2: if it's not, we'll keep everybody a tune. But he
- 52:24Speaker 2: does speak to it, and he is answering questions about it.
- 52:29Speaker 3: Yes, I mean, like all we could say is he
- 52:31Speaker 3: said is on August third, so just a couple of
- 52:33Speaker 3: days ago. He said, Danielle and I both agree that
- 52:36Speaker 3: the only people that should be in our relationship is
- 52:38Speaker 3: the two of us, So we think that just the
- 52:40Speaker 3: healthiest way to have a relationship is to keep it private.
- 52:43Speaker 3: They very much love each other, sure yeah, but sure yeah,
- 52:46Speaker 3: love each other as humans at this point, and I
- 52:49Speaker 3: just don't think it's romantic. Then this one hurts for
- 52:51Speaker 3: me because I know and I'm like very much sounding like,
- 52:55Speaker 3: oh it's over, it's overs over, like no emotion. I
- 52:58Speaker 3: really like the two of them. They've seems so amazing
- 53:01Speaker 3: and we don't want to be like, we don't want
- 53:03Speaker 3: it to be over. It just seems like it very
- 53:05Speaker 3: much is. And you know, in this situation where he
- 53:09Speaker 3: has a son, they've been together for a year. If
- 53:12Speaker 3: it's not going to work out, you know, don't drag
- 53:15Speaker 3: it out.
- 53:15Speaker 4: I suppose, yeah, don't drag it out.
- 53:17Speaker 3: I feel bad because she also moved to Cleveland for
- 53:20Speaker 3: him the area.
- 53:22Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know.
- 53:24Speaker 2: It's just sad for me. I had a lot of
- 53:26Speaker 2: high hopes. Ashley final headline exciting for me? Actually is
- 53:32Speaker 2: it seems like Jesse Palmer is the host of The
- 53:34Speaker 2: Golden Bachelor, which makes me happy.
- 53:36Speaker 4: I'll tell you why.
- 53:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, it makes sense.
- 53:39Speaker 2: The only reason that I was pushing or you know,
- 53:45Speaker 2: begging some would say, for an opportunity or a shot
- 53:49Speaker 2: at that show was when I believe Jesse wasn't going
- 53:52Speaker 2: to be involved because a football season. You know, he
- 53:55Speaker 2: obviously has his analyst job, and I thought there was
- 54:00Speaker 2: no way he could pull off both strike.
- 54:02Speaker 3: We thought that maybe he was affected by it.
- 54:04Speaker 2: And so I just thought, hey, like, if they're looking,
- 54:06Speaker 2: I would want to make sure that my name was
- 54:08Speaker 2: in the pot. But if there weren't looking and it
- 54:10Speaker 2: was Jesse the whole time, then it makes sense for
- 54:13Speaker 2: how things progress and why I never heard a word
- 54:15Speaker 2: or never got an interview or any of.
- 54:17Speaker 4: That, and so I'm happy that it's Jesse.
- 54:21Speaker 2: There was no like, hey I want to take Jesse's
- 54:23Speaker 2: job in this, and hey I think I could do
- 54:25Speaker 2: a better job than Jesse. That was never the thought.
- 54:26Speaker 2: It was I don't think Jesse's going to be involved
- 54:28Speaker 2: in the show. I don't know how he does it.
- 54:30Speaker 2: I still don't know how he's going to do it
- 54:31Speaker 2: with football season coming up around the corner in less
- 54:34Speaker 2: than a month, Like, how is this guy going to
- 54:36Speaker 2: do that?
- 54:36Speaker 3: Well, there's also The Bachelor, you know, because especially from
- 54:39Speaker 3: The Bachelor late September early octobery.
- 54:41Speaker 2: He's like the new Ryan Seacrest, Like he's up across
- 54:44Speaker 2: the country somehow. He shows up in LA for a show,
- 54:47Speaker 2: then he's in New York the next like in like
- 54:49Speaker 2: five more hours, and he's hosting American Idol.
- 54:52Speaker 4: And I don't know how these guys do it.
- 54:54Speaker 2: I don't know, like what their life looks like, or
- 54:56Speaker 2: how they get sleep, or how they get rest, or
- 54:58Speaker 2: how they have any fun in life.
- 55:00Speaker 4: I don't know. But it's impressive and it's at some
- 55:03Speaker 4: level admirable.
- 55:05Speaker 2: I would have loved for Jesse to say, hey, you
- 55:07Speaker 2: know what, I really like that being guy I don't
- 55:09Speaker 2: want this job, Let's give it to him. But he didn't,
- 55:12Speaker 2: and so it does seem like from recent social media
- 55:15Speaker 2: posts he is the host of the Golden Bachelor.
- 55:17Speaker 3: I wish they would have just told you that.
- 55:19Speaker 4: I agree.
- 55:20Speaker 3: I don't know why they'd like, why not just be
- 55:22Speaker 3: open and clear. But I also think that because there
- 55:24Speaker 3: was secrecy and because there was some weird assumption that
- 55:27Speaker 3: he wouldn't be, that there was actually some debate as
- 55:32Speaker 3: to whether he was going to be or not.
- 55:33Speaker 2: I agree, So I just want to come out publicly
- 55:36Speaker 2: in Sam, I'm this is a great scenario. It is
- 55:39Speaker 2: his job. He is the host of this franchise. Now,
- 55:43Speaker 2: he should be the host of this franchise in any
- 55:45Speaker 2: of their spin off shows that he can and wants
- 55:47Speaker 2: to do. But if this Golden Bachelor thing is ever
- 55:50Speaker 2: a thing he doesn't want to do, just know that
- 55:53Speaker 2: I'm still here, Ashley. That's all the headlines we have
- 55:56Speaker 2: for people today. We'll be back next week breaking down
- 55:59Speaker 2: the mentel all. Hopefully maybe next week we can try
- 56:02Speaker 2: to get Amanda on the podcast. If not very.
- 56:05Speaker 3: Soon, great Amanda, And because it's mental all producers, I
- 56:08Speaker 3: would love to have one of the guys that were
- 56:10Speaker 3: there just to make it a little bit jazzier, because
- 56:13Speaker 3: we all know that all of us aren't super thrilled
- 56:15Speaker 3: with mentel Al, But if we can get a little
- 56:16Speaker 3: inside scoop, that'd be fun.
- 56:18Speaker 4: That would be fun. But until next week, I have
- 56:20Speaker 4: been Ben, I've been Ashley Sea.
