- 3:31Speaker 6: the way. I just wanted to make a plug for
- 3:35Speaker 6: Take five Oil Change Center in West Valley. It's brand new.
- 3:38Speaker 6: I went in there and got my are registered and
- 3:42Speaker 6: all that stuff and all the emissions. Cole was a

- 3:51Speaker 2: Okay you thanksay media.
- 3:57Speaker 6: Las Hello.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Yeah, what I was getting my car registered yesterday and
- 4:03Speaker 2: the guy who checked me out and gave me my
- 4:05Speaker 2: tags and everything, he had something on the side of
- 4:08Speaker 2: his head and I said, is are they some kind
- 4:12Speaker 2: of headphones or something? He said, no, that's a hearing aid.
- 4:15Speaker 2: And he said it's that part is the speaker and
- 4:18Speaker 2: it's actually screwed into my head. There's a bone. I said,
- 4:23Speaker 2: what He said, Yeah, that's the speaker, the then the uh,
- 4:26Speaker 2: then the other you know that I can hear. Then
- 4:28Speaker 2: there are other bits of apparatus. But he said it's
- 4:31Speaker 2: uh was a really expensive process and he got it
- 4:34Speaker 2: when he was a kid. And I got to find
- 4:37Speaker 2: out more about this. This really, I said, I hope
- 4:40Speaker 2: you don't mind me. I went not trying. He said, no, no, no,
- 4:42Speaker 2: I'm happy to tell people about it. It's really cool.
- 4:45Speaker 2: All right, let's go to Eric. Hello Edic Eric.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Hello, Yeah, good morning, good morning.
- 4:51Speaker 2: What can we do for you?
- 4:53Speaker 11: I need some advice? What would you do?
- 4:56Speaker 12: So?
- 4:56Speaker 11: I've been dealing with a slipped dift for about a
- 4:58Speaker 11: year and a half. My lower back, and it was
- 5:01Speaker 11: real bad last year. But over the last calendar year,
- 5:04Speaker 11: I've been up walking straight, you know, dealing with psiatically
- 5:07Speaker 11: here and there. Well, Sunday I lift a laundry basket
- 5:11Speaker 11: and I was flat out. I actually ended up in
- 5:13Speaker 11: the er. So my question is do I do that
- 5:17Speaker 11: diskectomy surgery? I'm so hesitant.
- 5:21Speaker 4: I mean, Bill's our resident expert.
- 5:25Speaker 2: I've had several back surgeries when the I so, one
- 5:32Speaker 2: doctor here a couple of years ago was checking me
- 5:35Speaker 2: out for something else and I had to take my
- 5:37Speaker 2: shirt off and she was looking at my back and
- 5:39Speaker 2: she said, my god, you've had a lot of people
- 5:41Speaker 2: messing around back here, haven't you.
- 5:45Speaker 11: That's afraid of right there.
- 5:47Speaker 2: I've yeah, Now, I haven't had disc problems. My problem
- 5:51Speaker 2: is that the cartilage in my spine has keeps deteriorating
- 5:56Speaker 2: and then that soon starts impinging on nerves and so
- 5:59Speaker 2: I've got screws and all kinds of crap.
- 6:02Speaker 11: In my back.
- 6:04Speaker 2: And I don't know what to tell you. It's it's uh.
- 6:07Speaker 2: I've been good for I don't. It been a couple
- 6:10Speaker 2: of years. So so I have haven't found some relief
- 6:13Speaker 2: from that.
- 6:15Speaker 11: I got you. One doctor said the disc could reabsorb
- 6:18Speaker 11: the doctor.
- 6:18Speaker 12: The r is like, no, you need surgery.
- 6:20Speaker 2: And last I.
- 6:21Speaker 11: Didn't like at all. I'm wondering, like if it is time?
- 6:25Speaker 11: So you hearing your story definitely helps. I appreciate that.
- 6:30Speaker 2: All right, all right, good luck. Let us know how goes.
- 6:33Speaker 5: Eric, there you go, and perhaps the Mediterranean diet if
- 6:37Speaker 5: you at that fun.
- 6:39Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Oh yeah, no, no, Kerry is absolutely correct. They say
- 6:44Speaker 2: that Mediterranean. I always say that to the best way
- 6:48Speaker 2: to go.
- 6:49Speaker 5: I think pasta fixes every pasta and cheese and.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Have your legumes, lots of legumes.
- 6:56Speaker 3: Hello.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Yeah, good morning, Ashley, what's up?
- 7:00Speaker 9: Good morning? Thank you for letting me listen. I just
- 7:04Speaker 9: wanted to call and let you guys know. So we're

- 7:29Speaker 2: Oh wow, that's very nice of you. Thank you.
- 7:32Speaker 5: We do appreciate it, although we are learning that being
- 7:35Speaker 5: different is not necessarily a good thing.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Sometimes people make fun of you.
- 7:41Speaker 9: Well, honestly, it's way more entertaining than being the same
- 7:46Speaker 9: stupid morning zoo as everywhere else.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Well, and you know, if you're transferred again, you can
- 7:51Speaker 1: take us with you because we are streaming, and we

- 7:58Speaker 1: you can you can have us wherever you are.
- 8:00Speaker 2: The world could listen to us. I don't know why
- 8:03Speaker 2: they don't.
- 8:05Speaker 9: When we lived in DC, I would always tell all
- 8:09Speaker 9: my friends, like, listen, go to this website and listen
- 8:12Speaker 9: to these guys. They are way better than anything out here.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Oh thanks, I turned.
- 8:16Speaker 9: A few people onto you guys for sure.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Thank you. Thanks. So, if you're a friend of Ashley's

- 8:29Speaker 2: friends of Ashley.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Yeah, thanks, I'm good to you, guys.
- 8:34Speaker 5: By If only there was a network or a web
- 8:37Speaker 5: of some kind and span the.

- 8:59Speaker 2: It's good.
- 8:59Speaker 7: We are back.
- 9:01Speaker 10: Why I'm calling. We're back. We're all safe. We made
- 9:04Speaker 10: it back into the country, thank goodness. And we have
- 9:08Speaker 10: a show this Friday at bar named Sue State, so
- 9:13Speaker 10: everybody should come party, welcome us back.
- 9:15Speaker 4: Okay, all right, glad you, thank you.
- 9:18Speaker 1: And as we were just telling Ashley, you listened to
- 9:20Speaker 1: us on your on your travels, so thank you for
- 9:23Speaker 1: doing that.
- 9:25Speaker 10: Oh yeah, of course.
- 9:27Speaker 2: All right, Folk Hogan this Friday. Where is it?
- 9:30Speaker 10: Bar names Sioux State down in Midville?
- 9:33Speaker 2: Alright, thanks, thank you, good luck. All right, let's see
- 9:39Speaker 2: it's Joe Hello.
- 9:40Speaker 6: Yeah, what Joe?
- 9:41Speaker 2: What what's going on? Joe?
- 9:45Speaker 12: Hey, guys, can you hear me?
- 9:46Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 9:47Speaker 4: Go ahead.
- 9:49Speaker 9: Hey.
- 9:49Speaker 12: So, I just wanted everyone to be aware there's a
- 9:53Speaker 12: current municipal election November fourth. I wanted people to be
- 9:59Speaker 12: aware that, uh, the mayoral candidate. Uh, there's a candidate
- 10:04Speaker 12: there that also has their spouse as a council candidate.
- 10:09Speaker 2: So where where where where is this.
- 10:15Speaker 12: Current city?
- 10:16Speaker 2: So the so somebody is running for mayor and their
- 10:19Speaker 2: spouse is already on the council.
- 10:22Speaker 12: Uh no, their spouse is also running for councils.
- 10:25Speaker 2: So it's not illegal.
- 10:27Speaker 12: Is No, that's not technically illegal. But since the city
- 10:32Speaker 12: is so small, you know, the separation of power and whatever,
- 10:37Speaker 12: I just want people to know that, you know.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Well, well, then maybe you should say the name of
- 10:44Speaker 2: that candidate.
- 10:47Speaker 12: Uh So the candidate is Team of Snow and the
- 10:52Speaker 12: council candidate is Roger Snow.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Okay, there you go. Thanks, Now, now people some people know,
- 10:58Speaker 2: all right, Thanks Chelse, you Joe Yep, all right, it's
- 11:02Speaker 2: going to Andy. Hello, Yeah, what what's up? Annie?
- 11:06Speaker 3: Hi? Good morning.
- 11:07Speaker 9: I love you guys, and I love listening every morning.
- 11:12Speaker 4: Thanks.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Well, as of from from you guys, I'm jealous salad Annie.
- 11:20Speaker 4: So I'm Spanish fork.
- 11:22Speaker 3: I'm used to people not liking me and being weird too,
- 11:28Speaker 3: not being crowd. I was gonna say, though, I'm going
- 11:33Speaker 3: to school right now, and if you guys want to
- 11:36Speaker 3: help me with my homework, even though I'm like forty one,
- 11:40Speaker 3: that's totally okay with me.
- 11:42Speaker 9: Okay, Well, I would love you guys to help me
- 11:44Speaker 9: with my homework.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Okay, we'll email it to us and we'll we'll work
- 11:47Speaker 2: on it.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Okay, okay, perfect, Thank you.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Thanks and bye. All right, let's go to Braiden. Hello Braiden,
- 11:57Speaker 2: morning morning.
- 11:59Speaker 7: Thanks for letting me listen. I completely agree with the
- 12:02Speaker 7: other listener. You guys are the best in the nation
- 12:05Speaker 7: slash world.
- 12:06Speaker 4: No, thank you.
- 12:07Speaker 2: We don't get paid like it.
- 12:10Speaker 5: And that's certainly not what they say here on the second.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Floor, so.
- 12:15Speaker 7: Well, they don't know what they're talking about.
- 12:17Speaker 4: I agree.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Yeah, what it says here you a mirror.
- 12:22Speaker 7: Yeah, I so just a real quick PSA two. And
- 12:26Speaker 7: this is my mistake, you guys. I've made a mistake,
- 12:28Speaker 7: and I'm going to own up to it. When you're traveling,
- 12:32Speaker 7: if you're on the freeway or a side street, regardless
- 12:35Speaker 7: if there's a construction area or an area where they
- 12:38Speaker 7: have several barriers of where they're doing construction, it is
- 12:43Speaker 7: important to slow down, pay attention, not only for the
- 12:46Speaker 7: safety of others who are working, but for your own safety.
- 12:51Speaker 7: I wanted to hurry and get off an exit, so
- 12:55Speaker 7: I and I was doing freeway speeds instead of going
- 12:58Speaker 7: slower in a construction zone, and I took out my mirror.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Way to go glad. That's all it was.
- 13:05Speaker 2: It could have been worse.
- 13:08Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm glad too, but that was that was my
- 13:12Speaker 7: learning lesson right there. I need to slow down and
- 13:14Speaker 7: take it a little bit more.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Easy, okay, And that's helpful for other people.
- 13:18Speaker 2: To smell the roses. It is stop, stop and smell the.
- 13:22Speaker 7: Roses, you know, touch a little bit of grass.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Okay. Yeah, there you go. All right, you got that.
- 13:34Speaker 2: There we go. I haven't had anybody thank me yet
- 13:38Speaker 2: for for what you were gone. So there's never any
- 13:42Speaker 2: soap in the men's room here. It works, Yeah, it's
- 13:46Speaker 2: always either. Usually it's just one of the soap dispensers
- 13:49Speaker 2: doesn't work at all anymore, and then the other one
- 13:52Speaker 2: runs out all the time. So I brought in some
- 13:56Speaker 2: giant bottle pump bottles of and soap, and I put
- 14:00Speaker 2: one in the men's room and Katie put a big
- 14:01Speaker 2: label on it that said, uh, this soap is courtesy
- 14:05Speaker 2: of the Radio from Hell show. You're welcome, and not
- 14:08Speaker 2: one person. No, I mean, Dawson did as it, but
- 14:12Speaker 2: he you know, he's part of the show, so that
- 14:14Speaker 2: doesn't really.
- 14:15Speaker 1: You know what that tells me. The men aren't washing
- 14:17Speaker 1: their hands, so they.
- 14:20Speaker 2: No, there's no there's the soap. There is soap missing
- 14:23Speaker 2: from it's gone down and and uh I brought there
- 14:27Speaker 2: are four giant bottles of it. I put one in there,
- 14:31Speaker 2: and I don't know if I don't get a thank you,
- 14:33Speaker 2: if we don't get a thank you, then you know,
- 14:35Speaker 2: I'm gonna just not put the other one. When that
- 14:37Speaker 2: runs out, it's that's it.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Or you could just keep it at your desk and
- 14:40Speaker 1: carry it to the bathroom when you go.
- 14:43Speaker 2: I could do that, but it's too big. It's one
- 14:47Speaker 2: of those. It's a good size. Katie could show your
- 14:50Speaker 2: health big there. It's like a court practically like a leader.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Oh wow, okay, all right, let's see. Uh we have
- 14:59Speaker 2: time for one more call.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Hello?
- 15:01Speaker 2: Yeah, what hi Cory, Cory? What's up?
- 15:04Speaker 6: Hey?
- 15:04Speaker 8: Gang? Do you like the band Pavement?
- 15:07Speaker 6: Yes?
- 15:07Speaker 2: Sure?
- 15:09Speaker 8: Have you heard of the documentary slash movie Pavement?
- 15:13Speaker 4: No, no tell us about it?
- 15:15Speaker 8: So KrCl does a movie meets music or something like that.
- 15:20Speaker 8: It's this Thursday. They're showing that movie and it's a
- 15:23Speaker 8: documentary about them getting back together after many years. But
- 15:27Speaker 8: intertwined with that is there's a production that's doing a
- 15:31Speaker 8: play using the music of Pavement, and also there's a
- 15:36Speaker 8: quote unquote movie being produced, which isn't a real thing,
- 15:39Speaker 8: but Joe Carrey plays Stephen Moutmus and they show him
- 15:44Speaker 8: doing like research and doing voice coaching, and Jason Schwartzman
- 15:49Speaker 8: plays the Pavement's manager and it's kind of funny.
- 15:52Speaker 7: Just yeah, a little bit of touch to that, but
- 15:56Speaker 7: it's really.
- 15:57Speaker 8: Interesting and a lot of fun. And it's at seven
- 15:59Speaker 8: thirty aeth movie.
- 16:01Speaker 4: Thank you, thank you very much.
- 16:03Speaker 2: All Right, Corey, see you later. Do you hear Rush
- 16:06Speaker 2: is going out on tour again. Yeah, they They haven't
- 16:10Speaker 2: gone out to play live since uh Neil put died
- 16:14Speaker 2: and they got a new drummer, some German guy. Boy.
- 16:18Speaker 2: I wouldn't want to be.
- 16:19Speaker 5: That'd be hard to follow following. Yeah, that would be tough,
- 16:22Speaker 5: the comparisons.
- 16:24Speaker 2: All right, thank you very much,
