- 0:01Speaker 1: Jary, Katie, and Josh.
- 0:04Speaker 2: I was just talking to these two clowns across from
- 0:06Speaker 2: me about our.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Little event that we had yesterday. We are owned by
- 0:11Speaker 3: Kronky Sports.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Yes, so our all staff meetings are actually down at
- 0:15Speaker 2: ball Arena.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Yeah, that's pretty darn neat, you know.
- 0:18Speaker 2: I was talking to one of our sales guys as
- 0:20Speaker 2: we were walking in and I.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Was like, this is wild that this is where our
- 0:24Speaker 3: meetings are.
- 0:25Speaker 2: He's like, you know what, it's It's kind of cool,
- 0:27Speaker 2: isn't it Because we get to be there when the
- 0:29Speaker 2: stadium is completely empty. Yeah, you know, and we're just
- 0:31Speaker 2: walking around and hanging out.
- 0:33Speaker 3: We're up on club level.
- 0:34Speaker 2: You feel all fancy and we have our meetings and
- 0:37Speaker 2: they gave us pizza and salad, and I was like.
- 0:40Speaker 3: It is kind of special.
- 0:41Speaker 1: It is, and my I love going in there and
- 0:43Speaker 1: seeing all the co workers we've never met.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Enjoy con.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Talked to a couple of dudes at the urinal in
- 0:52Speaker 2: the club level bathroom.
- 0:53Speaker 1: You really get to know people exactly.
- 0:58Speaker 2: That being said, the meeting was roughly four and a
- 1:00Speaker 2: half hours long. So when it ended, you specifically, Katie
- 1:06Speaker 2: this morning was saying, I was so impressed about how
- 1:08Speaker 2: you just disappeared.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Jerry, Oh got it there so quick. I mean you
- 1:12Speaker 1: may have just jumped off that club level window. I
- 1:15Speaker 1: don't even think you took the stairs let it up, and.
- 1:18Speaker 2: I was ready. I was like, I'm like a runner
- 1:20Speaker 2: at the beginning of the race. I had the foot things.
- 1:22Speaker 3: You know, where you locked your feet into it.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Every body dykes for comment and everybody clapped, and I
- 1:28Speaker 2: was like, yeah, before clapp three, you were gone.
- 1:30Speaker 4: In the blink of an eye.
- 1:31Speaker 2: It was like a cartoon when like they disappear as
- 1:34Speaker 2: a little puffers the road runner.
- 1:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:36Speaker 3: I sipped out of there like just super quick.
- 1:38Speaker 1: It was funny because I wanted to introduce you to
- 1:40Speaker 1: one of my friends I know from Ballerino. I know that,
- 1:43Speaker 1: and I introduced Josh and I was just like, did
- 1:46Speaker 1: Jeremy already leave? Josh was like, are you kidding?
- 1:48Speaker 3: Of course he didn't turn your right and this is Jah.
- 1:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:56Speaker 2: I zipped out pretty quick. I mean I had been
- 1:59Speaker 2: up since two thirty that morning too. If anyone ever
- 2:02Speaker 2: gets in my kitchen, I'm like, you know what, I'm
- 2:04Speaker 2: gonna start calling you when I get up at two.
- 2:06Speaker 5: Thirty in the morning.
- 2:07Speaker 1: God, bless his heart, because I love our engineers so much.
- 2:10Speaker 3: I do.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I love him. He is like one of the funniest
- 2:13Speaker 1: guys in man, and he's so sweet and I just
- 2:16Speaker 1: adore him so much. But he clearly had something in
- 2:19Speaker 1: his throat and he was sitting right next to you,
- 2:21Speaker 1: and you are the biggest germophobe, and him coughing entire meeting.
- 2:26Speaker 5: You're back.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And he's trying to, you know, muffle it and hide it. Yeah,
- 2:32Speaker 2: And I can feel the warm air.
- 2:33Speaker 1: On you and him, So I could see your face
- 2:38Speaker 1: and then Jason behind you.
- 2:39Speaker 3: Yeah, and so I saw him.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I saw your face. Every time he coughed, you flinched
- 2:44Speaker 1: in a way where you're like, oh, make it.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Stop, Oh, make it stop. You get the COVID from
- 2:48Speaker 3: this guy.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Well, and not to mention, they have an ice cream
- 2:53Speaker 2: freezer there where you go up and get ice cream
- 2:55Speaker 2: and stuff. That guy went up to the ice cream
- 2:56Speaker 2: freezer like nine times and the entire time was behind me.
- 3:01Speaker 1: And then it was a milky flem.
- 3:04Speaker 2: He had like a frozen butterfinger the whole time. Get
- 3:08Speaker 2: like four of them.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Plan Anyway, that's kind of funny to me. These geese
- 3:20Speaker 3: are dying off, can't they anyway?
- 3:23Speaker 2: That's not those poor geese Okay, And then I got
- 3:26Speaker 2: one final thing for it. There's a post that's gone
- 3:28Speaker 2: viral right now because we all need water bottles when
- 3:31Speaker 2: we're working out and stuff, right yeah, when we're working
- 3:33Speaker 2: on our fitness, unless you're a lady, which just you
- 3:36Speaker 2: get those water bottles just for an accessory to walk
- 3:39Speaker 2: around with. The post is talking about that. Basically, every
- 3:44Speaker 2: few years, water bottle brands have a hold over women.
- 3:50Speaker 2: They latch onto ladies because of trendy water bottles. It
- 3:54Speaker 2: becomes just a part of your personality. And then it
- 3:58Speaker 2: started breaking things down by day, like you know, in
- 4:00Speaker 2: the two thousands, it was the Nalgen in the early
- 4:03Speaker 2: two thousands, the camelbacks from like twenty ten to twenty sixteen,
- 4:08Speaker 2: the s Well or swell ones we're twenty sixteen to nineteen.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Then the hydro flax flasks, it the Yetties, the simply
- 4:17Speaker 2: moderns Stanley from twenty twenty two to twenty four. All
- 4:22Speaker 2: the ladies had the Stanley's. Yeah, and now it's the
- 4:24Speaker 2: o Wala water bottles. They are so trendy all the
- 4:28Speaker 2: ladies have them. The water bottle companies just have to
- 4:30Speaker 2: be rubbing their hands together every year because.
- 4:33Speaker 1: They're spending it's like thirty dollars at the least. Oh yeah,
- 4:37Speaker 1: they buy water, many of them six or seven, so
- 4:40Speaker 1: you can have one for every day of the week
- 4:42Speaker 1: six seven. That's like three hundred and fifty bucks right
- 4:45Speaker 1: there on the lower end of water bottles. And they
- 4:47Speaker 1: are raking in the cash.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Yeah, profits are skyrockinging this year. At o'walla, the lady
- 4:53Speaker 3: is love our water judge. I'm kind of in camp
- 4:58Speaker 3: water bottle right now. I carry one with me all
- 5:00Speaker 3: the time. Now. I don't know why. I don't know
- 5:02Speaker 3: what's happened.
- 5:03Speaker 1: I don't know how we made it through the whole
- 5:05Speaker 1: nineties without water. But the entire time.
- 5:08Speaker 3: I peace so much.
- 5:09Speaker 2: I like drinking water. I like staying hydrated. But the
- 5:13Speaker 2: amount of times I urinate good for your kidneys, I guess,
- 5:17Speaker 2: unless you're.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Up nine times a night urinating. But is it a
- 5:20Speaker 3: steady stream? Like, yeah, it's a solid stream. I'll show
- 5:25Speaker 3: you if you want. We can go in there right now.
- 5:26Speaker 4: I want to see it.
- 5:27Speaker 3: I'll blow a hole.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Right in the back of that urnae. It's a powerful stream.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Still no problem, but.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Like being a problem though no extreme.
- 5:36Speaker 2: If we had a stream competition, I can stand probably
- 5:39Speaker 2: down at the end of the hallway and hit the
- 5:40Speaker 2: front doors.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Keep you and Josh do that.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Actually, it's a little harder for me to have a stream.
- 5:44Speaker 2: You should see me write my name in the snow.
- 5:46Speaker 2: I can do it from like forty feet away.
- 5:48Speaker 1: That's the whole front yard.
- 5:50Speaker 3: A solid stream.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Oh yeah, sorry, ladies, I'm taking anything else.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Josh.
- 5:56Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 5:57Speaker 4: So we've talked multiple times about how many different trading
- 6:00Speaker 4: cards this year have broken world records for the prices
- 6:03Speaker 4: that they're going. I think it's kind of getting over
- 6:05Speaker 4: the top. Now. Steph Curry is famous for hitting a
- 6:08Speaker 4: night night shot, and it's one of those where he
- 6:10Speaker 4: puts his hands together and acts like he's sleeping because
- 6:12Speaker 4: he just hit the game winning shot of the to
- 6:15Speaker 4: end the game. And the most famous one actually is
- 6:17Speaker 4: one that he did against the Denver Nuggets. So we
- 6:19Speaker 4: don't want to talk about that one.
- 6:20Speaker 3: But there is a TOPS card.
- 6:22Speaker 4: It's the TOPS Chrome Update card that just sold for
- 6:26Speaker 4: thirty thousand dollars. Now that's not record breaking, but it
- 6:29Speaker 4: is going viral because it is a minion that is
- 6:34Speaker 4: dressed like Steph Curry.
- 6:35Speaker 3: Now it's just over the top.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Why are we selling minion cards for thirty?
- 6:43Speaker 1: It's so cute.
- 6:43Speaker 4: This minion just looks like Steph Curry hitting the Night
- 6:46Speaker 4: Night Post. What are we doing here?
- 6:48Speaker 1: I want that card?
- 6:53Speaker 3: Seek something to tell your toddlers. Timeburdrow, what's blowing up?
- 7:05Speaker 6: We've got receipts, We've got drummers, We've got Denver talking
- 7:10Speaker 6: gets the mile High Height where the JKJ Legends and
- 7:14Speaker 6: icon on Mix one hundred.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Yeah, it is time to get into all the big
- 7:18Speaker 2: news of the day. This is brought to you by
- 7:20Speaker 2: Mountain High Appliance, where you get amazing savings throughout all
- 7:23Speaker 2: their showrooms. Whether you're replacing one appliance or remodeling an
- 7:27Speaker 2: entire kitchen, all you have to do is go to
- 7:29Speaker 2: Mountain High Appliance dot com. Today is one of my
- 7:33Speaker 2: most favorite days because I get to You're right the
- 7:37Speaker 2: day it does sound like you stepped in some gum or.
- 7:39Speaker 3: Something, the seven Gum Day. Nope, I get to play this.
- 7:43Speaker 5: I want bacon, bacon, bacon.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Today is National Bacon Lover's Day.
- 7:48Speaker 2: I want bacon, bacon, bacon.
- 7:51Speaker 3: I love bacon. Well, people with heart problems general.
- 7:54Speaker 1: They still like it. They just can't have it. There's
- 7:56Speaker 1: the difference.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I go get that turkey bacon today. Don't be an
- 8:00Speaker 3: idiot do that.
- 8:01Speaker 1: To make her so sad.
- 8:03Speaker 2: On National Vacan Day, I was looking at a black
- 8:06Speaker 2: and white photo this morning of mister John Stamos. He
- 8:09Speaker 2: turned sixty three yesterday and he continued a birthday tradition
- 8:14Speaker 2: where he uh posts strategically cropped nude photos of his
- 8:19Speaker 2: upper half. This is the third time in four years
- 8:21Speaker 2: he has marked his birthday that way. The post immediately
- 8:24Speaker 2: generated tens of thousands of interactions, with plenty of fans
- 8:30Speaker 2: making inappropriate Uncle Jesse.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Jokes, Yeah, I was one of them. Did you see mine?
- 8:38Speaker 2: Yeah? He still looks good, for sure, He's still he
- 8:42Speaker 2: just looks good.
- 8:43Speaker 1: He's such a good looking guy. I mean, face is
- 8:45Speaker 1: starting to get you know, well, if you see it,
- 8:47Speaker 1: you know what six In the photo he does the
- 8:50Speaker 1: young gen Z thing where he puts the camera in
- 8:52Speaker 1: front of his face, so he's got the phone, you know,
- 8:55Speaker 1: strategically playing right there, amazing that body?
- 9:00Speaker 3: Oh you all right over there? Yes, oh stop again.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Oh it's from the show, from this show all right.
- 9:09Speaker 2: So, if you didn't know, Meta is being sued for
- 9:12Speaker 2: one point four trillion dollars good by twenty nine US states.
- 9:17Speaker 2: They are alleging that the way that Facebook and Instagram
- 9:20Speaker 2: are operated and they're both hazardous to children's health.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Yes, and I agree it's.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Hazardous to my health, everybody's health.
- 9:29Speaker 2: So if the states win these lawsuits, there could be
- 9:33Speaker 2: some changes that come to Facebook and the IG one
- 9:37Speaker 2: the death of the infinite scroll and AutoPlay, the features
- 9:41Speaker 2: intended to take you down rabbit holes and maximize screen time,
- 9:45Speaker 2: So an end to that. Good, No more algorithm manipulation.
- 9:50Speaker 2: This could mean a return to the old chronological way
- 9:53Speaker 2: that you would do your feed.
- 9:55Speaker 3: Thank you baby Jesus. You watch one one video.
- 10:00Speaker 2: On Tacos and the next thing you know, the next
- 10:03Speaker 2: one hundred videos are on tacos.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Oh my god, which isn't a bad thing, but still
- 10:09Speaker 1: don't switch it up.
- 10:10Speaker 2: One Sydney Sweeney video on your next one hundred videos
- 10:14Speaker 2: are sweets.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Hold on, you don't like that. Wait minute.
- 10:19Speaker 2: It would curb frequent notifications because they're gonna cut down
- 10:23Speaker 2: the excessive push notifications to your kids designed to get
- 10:26Speaker 2: you hooked again. Is they say, it's the death of Fensta,
- 10:31Speaker 2: which are fake accounts, burner accounts that kids are creating
- 10:35Speaker 2: that your parents can't find. They're gonna crack down on that.
- 10:38Speaker 2: And then my personal favorite.
- 10:41Speaker 3: The end of the like button.
- 10:43Speaker 2: One of the main ways teens get hooked on social
- 10:45Speaker 2: media is their addiction to their like count.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Oh my god, I'm so happy about that. I just
- 10:52Speaker 3: the like button is so annoying to me.
- 10:55Speaker 1: So we're not gonna be able to say we.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Like something now.
- 10:57Speaker 2: You just look at it and in your head go
- 10:59Speaker 2: I like that, and then you move on and then
- 11:01Speaker 2: you're not gonna need to worry about.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Oh my god, I only got seven likes on my post.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Right though, for the kids, they need that, they need.
- 11:09Speaker 2: To be We need it too in this industry and
- 11:11Speaker 2: media where we are forced to post stuff every day.
- 11:15Speaker 3: And they were like, I all got twenty Like.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Yeah, it does hit your ego a little bit, it does.
- 11:19Speaker 3: I'm sorry. I was focusing on what's going on over
- 11:22Speaker 3: the airways, So sorry are the airwaves? We got ten
- 11:26Speaker 3: thousand likes?
- 11:27Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 11:27Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 11:28Speaker 1: Are they gonna make sure that the stuff that we
- 11:31Speaker 1: see on Instagram and Facebook is a little more factual?
- 11:33Speaker 1: Are they gonna do a little better not putting all
- 11:36Speaker 1: the AI stuff up there, like, because that's what annoys
- 11:39Speaker 1: me now is just like a constant you.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Get confusedly, I do it's real or not?
- 11:45Speaker 3: I don't know whether or not I should like this
- 11:47Speaker 3: or not. Okay, well is this picture of Uncle Jesse Reel?
- 11:50Speaker 1: I know, Well, we have to know, we need to
- 11:52Speaker 1: know all those hard hitting facts. You know, we do
- 11:54Speaker 1: know about kids in Colorado. And this is a really
- 11:57Speaker 1: good story for everybody. Matt scores, I've hit a record
- 12:01Speaker 1: high here in Colorado can be math in So math
- 12:04Speaker 1: emerged as a bright spot in the latest standardized test results.
- 12:08Speaker 1: So students posted record stores in a subject where they
- 12:11Speaker 1: have historically legged behind English language arts. So this is
- 12:16Speaker 1: really really good news. And here's the numbers. Last year,
- 12:19Speaker 1: thirty five point nine percent of the kids, yeah, met
- 12:23Speaker 1: or exceeded math expectations, and this year that number went
- 12:26Speaker 1: up to thirty seven point three. That is the fourth
- 12:29Speaker 1: consecutive year of an increase.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Can you turn that into a decimal formula in AI?
- 12:34Speaker 3: We have to be you know what I went and
- 12:36Speaker 3: bought yesterday?
- 12:37Speaker 1: What's up?
- 12:37Speaker 3: I went and had to purchase a ti eighty four calculator.
- 12:41Speaker 3: They're still using the old TI eighty fours.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Are they still like five hundred dollars?
- 12:46Speaker 2: No, they were on sale was ninety bucks. Why I
- 12:48Speaker 2: upgraded and got the t I eighty four C. I
- 12:51Speaker 2: think it is because it's got a little color screen. Okay,
- 12:53Speaker 2: because when you do your graphin no, the graphing, I
- 12:56Speaker 2: guess you can do different colors on the graphs.
- 12:58Speaker 3: I guess which is important.
- 12:59Speaker 2: But yeah, so I was like, what, I've got one somewhere. Yeah,
- 13:04Speaker 2: from when I was in school.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Yeah, well you hang on to that guy.
- 13:07Speaker 2: I know.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like a mortgage payment back is it's in.
- 13:10Speaker 3: A box somewhere.
- 13:11Speaker 2: The thing about the new ones I like that they're
- 13:14Speaker 2: rechargeable now, so you just plug them under your wall
- 13:16Speaker 2: and you're recharge them.
- 13:17Speaker 3: They're flying through double A battery.
- 13:19Speaker 1: That's the worst part is this piece of equipment then.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Cost you the nine double a's in the back, and
- 13:25Speaker 2: then you can sit down to take a test and they're.
- 13:27Speaker 3: All dead and your batteries go dead. They're leaking acid.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Oh gosh. But that is a really good look for
- 13:32Speaker 1: Colorado because I know with the kiddos and across the
- 13:36Speaker 1: nation in general, math has been a subject where it's
- 13:38Speaker 1: been going down. So the fact that we're starting to
- 13:41Speaker 1: see an upswing this has parents and teachers pretty excited.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Way to go, kids, Yeah, to make everybody proud. All right,
- 13:48Speaker 1: this next one, Jeremy, I know it's about a bear,
- 13:51Speaker 1: and I know it's up in crusted.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Butte, so get some bear sound effects.
- 13:55Speaker 1: But a bear broke into a home encrusted Butte and started.
- 13:59Speaker 3: A like in a fireplace.
- 14:02Speaker 1: You didn't his cousin Smokey warn him about the dangers
- 14:06Speaker 1: of forest fires? Nice?
- 14:07Speaker 3: Come on.
- 14:09Speaker 1: The story's funny because in the headline says that the
- 14:13Speaker 1: bear snuck into the home this week and unintentionally started
- 14:17Speaker 1: a fire. What as opposed to intentionally like an arson?
- 14:22Speaker 5: Bear?
- 14:22Speaker 4: Like?
- 14:23Speaker 1: Yeah, why they worded it the article? I was just like,
- 14:26Speaker 1: oh funny.
- 14:28Speaker 2: My parents had a bear they caught on their ring
- 14:30Speaker 2: cam at almost eleven o'clock at night wandering up and
- 14:33Speaker 2: down their driveway. My mom sent me the video. That
- 14:36Speaker 2: was a big boy too. It was a big bear
- 14:38Speaker 2: wandered around in their driveway.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Could you imagine just if you went out to your
- 14:42Speaker 1: car and you saw a bear? I mean, what would
- 14:44Speaker 1: you even do what you know, that's what you want
- 14:49Speaker 1: to Oh funny? Okay, So this story in cres of
- 14:54Speaker 1: Butte again. This bear just broke in and started a
- 14:56Speaker 1: fire in the kitchen and thankfully firefighters were able to
- 14:59Speaker 1: come out the fire make sure the bear wasn't in danger,
- 15:02Speaker 1: nobody got hurt or anything. But this is just one
- 15:04Speaker 1: of many. I mean, I believe in really the college
- 15:07Speaker 1: you in Seed, didn't they have a bear shops campus yesterday?
- 15:10Speaker 3: He backpack everything you know, Yeah, exactly.
- 15:13Speaker 1: He's ready to get at those math scores too, little
- 15:17Speaker 1: berry Dada all right? And then just one more because
- 15:19Speaker 1: Casa Boonita that's coming up soon, right well, September twenty
- 15:23Speaker 1: ninth is when they cut it off, but or where
- 15:25Speaker 1: they started up rather and then it goes through November first.
- 15:28Speaker 1: But because that place is still so dang busy, you
- 15:31Speaker 1: have to get a reservation to take part in Casa Boonita,
- 15:35Speaker 1: so customers are encouraged to work costumes. You can dress
- 15:38Speaker 1: as your favorite cliff diver, action hero or even a
- 15:41Speaker 1: soapopia if you want to get.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Crazy and can I be a soap apia with Espiedo.
- 15:46Speaker 1: On shake your sugar dust everywhere that's what.
- 15:52Speaker 3: I'm talking back. That would be epic shake sugar.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Have you guys ever done the Bonita?
- 16:00Speaker 3: You can't say that I have either.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I haven't shown. But they encourage you to like wear
- 16:04Speaker 1: costumes and get into the whole act and everything, because everybody,
- 16:08Speaker 1: even the cliff divers, everybody kind of gets into.
- 16:10Speaker 3: The dress up.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Like one of the Mariachi guys come in with a
- 16:12Speaker 2: jank guitar, just like.
