- 0:13SPEAKER_00: That's why you're here.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Find a position that feels like you can actually let go.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: Lying down if you can.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Let the surface beneath you do its job.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: You don't need to hold yourself up right now.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: Let your belly soften on the inhale and release on the exhale.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: Again, belly rises and softens.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: Let your breath find its own rhythm now.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: It always is.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: We carry it in our muscles, our jaw, our chest.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: What we're going to do is move through slowly and let each part of you know the day is over.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: Start at the top of your head.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: If there's any tightness in your scalp, your temples, let it ease.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Your brow, your forehead, let the skin there smooth.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: Your jaw, this is where so much of the day lives.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Let it drop, even just slightly.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: You don't need to clench anything anymore.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: Your neck, your throat, any words you didn't say, any tension you've been holding here, you can release it now.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Your shoulders, let them fall, let them be heavy.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Soften your grip, soften your palms.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: Your chest.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: Notice if you've been bracing here, let your rib cage expand with the next inhale, and soften on the out your belly, your lower back.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: This is where stress settles in deepest.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: See if there's anything here you can let go of.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Notice how it's different now from when you lay down.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: You were present in it, you gave what you had to give.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: A voice comes now, your most rested self, speaking back through time.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: I remember when you didn't trust yourself to let go, you would lie down, and your mind would keep moving.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: I know what that cost you, but you're here now, and the body already knows what to do.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: No effort.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: Feel the surface beneath you, your back.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: If you're moving into sleep from here, let this be the bridge.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: If you're returning to your evening, carry the softness with you.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: The day is done.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: Your body is yours again.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: If these meditations have become part of your routine, I'd love your help growing this little corner of calm, leaving a review or sharing this with someone in your life means more people find their way here.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: That's how we build something that lasts.
