- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, head of World Cup.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Mm hmmm.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Two chasonnew Land dot com. My name's Chasing new Land
- 0:30Speaker 1: and this is Sleep with Jason number one, number one,
- 0:45Speaker 1: sun in bed, lying down. I'm not hovering above it?
- 0:51Speaker 1: Am I going to be lying down? I suppose it
- 0:53Speaker 1: could be sitting up. Vene's also on the bedroom me,
- 1:04Speaker 1: but he's very I think he's a little bit a
- 1:09Speaker 1: little bit confused because I've never done a recording with
- 1:23Speaker 1: him before on the bed and I've got my microphone
- 1:30Speaker 1: on a big like microphone microphone arm. It's spread all
- 1:38Speaker 1: the way across the bed to where I'm a lane.
- 1:43Speaker 1: And I think he's a little bit a little bit
- 1:49Speaker 1: nonplussed because I don't I don't think he feels he
- 1:56Speaker 1: can go and down on his pillow that's next to mine,
- 2:06Speaker 1: because he has to walk underneath the microphone arm. But
- 2:16Speaker 1: you sit next to me, given himself a little bed bath.
- 2:28Speaker 1: So this is to be fair, This isn't the first
- 2:35Speaker 1: time that I've done a Sleep with Jason recording. They
- 2:43Speaker 1: used to do these years ago, years and years ago,
- 2:56Speaker 1: but I haven't done one for a long time, and
- 3:02Speaker 1: I just yesterday I had the idea that maybe I
- 3:11Speaker 1: could start to do them again, because when I'm laying
- 3:21Speaker 1: down on my bed, there's a different sense I've got.
- 3:33Speaker 1: I just feel different than how I would do if
- 3:37Speaker 1: I was sitting at my desk, sitting upright. I think
- 3:53Speaker 1: Vinnie is determined not to sit still and to make
- 3:57Speaker 1: as much fidgety sound as possible. He should calm down.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Hopefully he should calm down soon. I don't know. I
- 4:15Speaker 1: really don't know. He's watching his bum like some like
- 4:23Speaker 1: a magic trick's going to occur, a magic Bunny's going
- 4:27Speaker 1: to pop out or something. I don't know. It's kind
- 4:36Speaker 1: of nice to be able to just slide down and
- 4:38Speaker 1: close my eyes. But also just I guess waffle on
- 4:46Speaker 1: a bit, just talk with some more whispering. Really, isn't
- 4:53Speaker 1: it bad? I don't think I was in bed and
- 5:00Speaker 1: I was shouting and how to really work so well.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I did a recording yesterday let me pull you to
- 5:13Speaker 1: sleep recording while I was watching the boxing and it
- 5:24Speaker 1: lasted I think two hours and twenty minutes or something
- 5:28Speaker 1: like that. Took me ages to edit, so I hope
- 5:39Speaker 1: this doesn't do the same. I'm quicker at editing than
- 5:46Speaker 1: I used to be, but still i'd rather not do
- 5:54Speaker 1: editing as much as possible. Now, I don't know. I
- 6:04Speaker 1: don't think I've said it, so please I need liston
- 6:10Speaker 1: when you can safely close your eyes. Yeah, Finny is
- 6:25Speaker 1: still sitting up. He's being quiet, and he's sitting still.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Maybe he's meditating, just thinking through, you know, life's decisions.
- 6:46Speaker 1: How maybe you would have done things different if he
- 6:49Speaker 1: had these three years over again. Bless him. Saw a
- 6:57Speaker 1: doc to day in the park. It's a similar kind
- 7:00Speaker 1: of doctor. Him fifteen years old, and he's an old
- 7:08Speaker 1: man now, and I just start to think, fifteen years
- 7:18Speaker 1: that's another twelve years of Vinny. How old will I
- 7:23Speaker 1: be in twelve years time? I realized that I'll be
- 7:33Speaker 1: nearly sixty seven years old in twelve years. Nearly sixty seven.
- 7:44Speaker 1: I mean, wow, sixty seven, so nearly fifty five. Now
- 8:02Speaker 1: we're both going to be getting old at the same time.
- 8:10Speaker 1: We'll both be walking around the park, probably using walking
- 8:16Speaker 1: sticks or something, or maybe we take turns pushing each
- 8:21Speaker 1: other around in wheelchairs. I don't know. I don't know
- 8:32Speaker 1: if they make wheelchairs in his size. I do see
- 8:37Speaker 1: people pushing their little docks around in little prams. Sometimes.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Finny loves prams. He really does. I should we just
- 9:00Speaker 1: left him in the other room because he's been so fidgety.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Then he calmed down, calm down, bliss. The thing is,
- 9:22Speaker 1: I did a little test run on this, you know,
- 9:26Speaker 1: laid down, recorded a couple of minutes, just to see
- 9:33Speaker 1: if the record didn't worked and all that.
- 9:36Speaker 3: You know.
- 9:39Speaker 1: At that point, Vinnie was at the bottom of the
- 9:41Speaker 1: bed comfortably getting ready to go to sleep, and then
- 9:48Speaker 1: I sat up to just listen to the recording to
- 9:54Speaker 1: make sure they recorded properly. And then he started barking.
- 10:07Speaker 1: But I didn't want to just I needed to test
- 10:16Speaker 1: it first before spending the next half an hour, hour
- 10:25Speaker 1: or whatever talking into the microphone and for there not
- 10:32Speaker 1: to be any sound. I wish you'd just lay down.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Maybe he will in a minute. I guess the more
- 10:51Speaker 1: often I do these lying in bed recordings, the more
- 11:03Speaker 1: relaxed he will be, and it just gets used to it.
- 11:13Speaker 1: But at the moment he's shaking the whole bed with
- 11:16Speaker 1: his fidgetiness. I'm lying on the right side. I dearly.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I would be in each side of the bed, which
- 11:36Speaker 1: is closer to the microphone, but that's his side, and
- 11:40Speaker 1: that's his pillow. So I had to stretch the microphone
- 11:46Speaker 1: all the way over. Realistically, it probably worked better if
- 11:56Speaker 1: I moved closer to that side of the bed, and
- 12:01Speaker 1: then then he can be the other side. But this
- 12:06Speaker 1: is my side. I don't want him on my side,
- 12:09Speaker 1: and he doesn't. He doesn't want me on his side.
- 12:14Speaker 1: We have raws, we have boundaries. He's got his side
- 12:19Speaker 1: of the bed. I've got my side of the bed,
- 12:23Speaker 1: and we definitely do not mess with each other's pillows.
- 12:28Speaker 1: He's got his pillow which he sometimes sleeps on and
- 12:33Speaker 1: licks for some reason and scratches, and I've got my pillow.
- 12:49Speaker 1: And there's an invisible line saying that there is the
- 12:58Speaker 1: occasional when I walk into the room and he's across
- 13:02Speaker 1: that line. I saw him sitting on my pillow once
- 13:10Speaker 1: we fell out, Yeah we did. It fell out for
- 13:14Speaker 1: a few hours over that he does not sit on
- 13:20Speaker 1: I mean, come on, where my face goes, where my
- 13:24Speaker 1: my head goes, and the one I'm sitting on my pillows.
- 13:31Speaker 1: I said that to him and he said, well, I
- 13:33Speaker 1: don't want my bomb being anyway where your face is
- 13:35Speaker 1: been what is very rude. I can hear some background
- 13:54Speaker 1: sounds and there's a plane past. I can hear downstairs slightly,
- 14:11Speaker 1: and of course I can hear Vinny be in a
- 14:15Speaker 1: fidgety bomb. He's so quiet most of the time, really,
- 14:31Speaker 1: apart from when he isn't. I imagine he just gets
- 14:42Speaker 1: a bit bored, a bit bored just hanging around with me.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I don't imagine on the most exciting person to spend
- 14:59Speaker 1: time with. That's a little doggie. That's why he loves
- 15:12Speaker 1: going out. He's a real human person. He adores people.
- 15:23Speaker 1: I don't get it, really, I don't understand. But every
- 15:28Speaker 1: single person he sees he wants to go over and
- 15:33Speaker 1: say hello, like everybody pretty much. There's the occasional person
- 15:45Speaker 1: who he doesn't want to say loo too, but that's rare.
- 15:52Speaker 1: There's a bit of sound music coming from downstairs. M
- 16:02Speaker 1: But I don't know how much this microphone picks up,
- 16:14Speaker 1: or rather I've forgotten because I haven't used it for
- 16:17Speaker 1: a long time, and I don't think I've ever used
- 16:24Speaker 1: it here in my bed, although technically the microphone isn't
- 16:31Speaker 1: in my bed. It's not like it's not underneath to
- 16:36Speaker 1: do they because it'd be weird weird or weird weird
- 16:57Speaker 1: and do what I like to do. I'd just like
- 17:02Speaker 1: to rest. It's not about going to sleep. It's not
- 17:16Speaker 1: about falling asleep or becoming more dozier tired. For me,
- 17:31Speaker 1: it's just more about enjoying the relaxation and noticing that
- 17:51Speaker 1: sense of comfort as my body sinks into the bed.
- 18:05Speaker 1: And I really do enjoy having my eyes closed. And
- 18:15Speaker 1: when I say that, it's not my hobby, you know,
- 18:22Speaker 1: closing my eyes isn't my special interest. I wouldn't try
- 18:29Speaker 1: and start a new club online or in my local
- 18:33Speaker 1: area for people that love closing their eyes if that'd
- 18:41Speaker 1: be weird. But to enjoy it do I suppose in
- 18:55Speaker 1: a way it would be quite nice just h we're
- 19:02Speaker 1: phones as well, maybe to block out all sound that
- 19:19Speaker 1: In a way, I quite like he's now lying down.
- 19:26Speaker 1: I won't say his name in case he thinks he
- 19:33Speaker 1: might look up, thinking what are you talking about? You're
- 19:36Speaker 1: talking about me again, rude? So I think I'd be okay,
- 19:50Speaker 1: now you just chill out for another half an hour.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Or an hour.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, in a way, quite like background sounds
- 20:16Speaker 1: okay or rephraser, not all sounds, you know, I'm not
- 20:33Speaker 1: I don't really want very loud drilling or music, you know,
- 20:42Speaker 1: power tools or bass, but just fade sounds from the
- 20:51Speaker 1: distance or in the distance, like that playing Coming part Us.
- 21:00Speaker 4: Now.
- 21:04Speaker 1: You may not be able to hear it. It's kind
- 21:12Speaker 1: of quite peaceful. I might not be saying that if
- 21:20Speaker 1: I lived near the airport. I can hear the wind
- 21:35Speaker 1: as well. It's been quite windy the last few days.
- 21:43Speaker 1: But to day, well, when I went out anyway, it
- 21:48Speaker 1: wasn't raining. It was raining pretty much all day yesterday.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Just a light rain, but it was heavy enough to
- 22:04Speaker 1: think to myself, oh it's raining. It was noticeable, That's
- 22:10Speaker 1: what I mean. But today it's a bit windy. But
- 22:20Speaker 1: it seemed relatively bright today compared to yesterday, which is nice.
- 22:34Speaker 1: It's tune, so I think a nice bright day seemed
- 22:42Speaker 1: like something that would be yeah, acceptable, maybe even expected.
- 22:57Speaker 1: So I watched the boxing last night and I did
- 23:03Speaker 1: talk through the first the first couple of fights, and
- 23:09Speaker 1: then the last two. I watched the speaker up because
- 23:14Speaker 1: I wanted to. I wanted to watch them. There's another
- 23:21Speaker 1: fight on another Big World titled Fight on as we speak,
- 23:29Speaker 1: on the Zone. It's in Australia. But because it's on
- 23:37Speaker 1: the Zone, I'm just going to watch it on replay.
- 23:41Speaker 1: I watch it back later rather than sit through the
- 23:45Speaker 1: whole thing waiting for the fight to come on. So
- 23:50Speaker 1: I'll watch it. It's probably probably nearly finished now. It
- 23:57Speaker 1: started at ten o'clock in the morning UK time. How
- 24:05Speaker 1: about this for Irony downstairs and started drilling just as
- 24:14Speaker 1: I said, it doesn't matter. I don't care about background sounds.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Start drilling. Oh well, see, I don't know how much
- 24:34Speaker 1: that sound is picked up from this microphone. I don't know.
- 24:44Speaker 1: The problem is when there's drilling, that makes Vinnie bark,
- 24:53Speaker 1: so it just makes more noise. Oh well, I'll just
- 25:08Speaker 1: continue talking. Yeah, just continue, We'll see how it goes.
- 25:26Speaker 1: She'll be fine. It feels quite nice just to rest
- 25:38Speaker 1: my head. There's not a lot going on inside my mind,
- 25:47Speaker 1: I mean generally, but you know, right now, I don't
- 26:00Speaker 1: really know what I'm going to say next. In some ways,
- 26:09Speaker 1: I kind of I don't have anything to say. I'm
- 26:17Speaker 1: just enjoying lying here, just enjoying feeding, have my body
- 26:34Speaker 1: being supported, knowing that I don't have to do anything
- 26:48Speaker 1: or think about anything, and my breathing is cut deeper naturally.
- 27:13Speaker 1: That tends to happen as I relax. It's almost like
- 27:27Speaker 1: my lungs open up, my muscles fell loose. Mm hm.
- 28:02Speaker 1: My eyes feel very relaxed. My stomach feels loose. My
- 28:57Speaker 1: mouth feels like it's just I'm winding. I'm focusing my
- 29:17Speaker 1: back on the back of my neck. I'm not trying
- 29:30Speaker 1: to cause the back of my neck to relax deeply.
- 29:39Speaker 1: It's just is relaxing. As that feeling spreads down my back.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Mm hm, it feels nice. That's my back of her lexes.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Let's go all the way down, all the way down.
- 30:30Speaker 1: My lower back feels so comfortable. In fact, my whole
- 30:47Speaker 1: body feels loose. I'm noticing my minds beginning to wander
- 31:15Speaker 1: a bit. I don't normally really focus so much on
- 31:40Speaker 1: my body when I'm in bed. It definitely increases my comfort.
- 32:13Speaker 1: I can feel my forehead. It's almost love. My forehead
- 32:23Speaker 1: and my eyes connected, as if my eyes are simping
- 32:37Speaker 1: relaxing signals to my forehead like come and join me,
- 32:47Speaker 1: feel peacefully and calm, join me.
- 32:59Speaker 5: Ye.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Air feels cool and fresh, and my lungs and on
- 33:08Speaker 1: my skin, I'm glad to see my shoulders now relaxing more,
- 33:49Speaker 1: and my arms all the way down to my wrists,
- 34:00Speaker 1: feeling heavy and comfortable, my hands back in my hands,
- 34:21Speaker 1: my palms and my fingers, almost as if my hands
- 34:38Speaker 1: are sensing a signal of pleasure into my brain and
- 34:42Speaker 1: into my head. There's a nice feeling in my head,
- 34:56Speaker 1: almost like it's in the crowd of my head. I
- 35:02Speaker 1: was one of my friends liked to call it my
- 35:04Speaker 1: board patch.
- 35:06Speaker 6: Thanks.
- 35:24Speaker 7: I know.
- 35:25Speaker 1: My neighbor's daughter said to me, why don't you just
- 35:30Speaker 1: get to mark a pen and just color it in.
- 35:38Speaker 6: Rude.
- 36:04Speaker 1: It feels as if the remaining tensions they are starting
- 36:11Speaker 1: to just drip out of my temples, from my braid,
- 36:19Speaker 1: from my skull, almost like sweat. Wait a minute, is sweat?
- 36:31Speaker 1: I'm joking. It's not as well. Need to wash me
- 36:44Speaker 1: balls later. H to say stuff like that. Sorry, it
- 36:53Speaker 1: just tickles me. I'm just too cattle shoes a flannel
- 37:05Speaker 1: instead of feathers, and it wouldn't tickle so much. Me Me, me, me,
- 37:58Speaker 1: just focusing on the left X, my fat the soufay relaxed.
- 39:11Speaker 1: I just seeing them my ears. I feeling very calm.
- 39:46Speaker 1: My mind is peaceful. The praise feels lighter and stuffed
- 40:52Speaker 1: my head.
- 41:03Speaker 6: That may be.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Due to the stress release soon for your body from
- 41:19Speaker 1: your mind, that allow yourself to drift peacefully, slowly.
- 41:53Speaker 4: Relaxed, continue and.
- 42:03Speaker 1: To enjoy feel so peaceful, sous and so free relax
- 42:59Speaker 1: and the more deep and meaningful way. Maybe in a
- 43:10Speaker 1: way that can not just allow you to feel calmer
- 43:18Speaker 1: now and throughout the time we spend together here, not
- 43:28Speaker 1: just relaxed at the end of the recording when it's
- 43:34Speaker 1: finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort and peace,
- 43:46Speaker 1: but also I think it would be nice to have
- 43:59Speaker 1: those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after the recording
- 44:16Speaker 1: has ended, so that you can still benefit from listening
- 44:30Speaker 1: to my voice maybe in a few hours time, perhaps tomorrow,
- 44:45Speaker 1: and then by listening regularly, especially if you find like
- 44:53Speaker 1: some people do and myself as well. I sometimes I
- 44:57Speaker 1: find one particular recording that really resonates with me, and
- 45:07Speaker 1: I just listened to it over and over again every morning,
- 45:13Speaker 1: every evening. There was this recording from We're going back
- 45:25Speaker 1: to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it wasn't hypnosis,
- 45:31Speaker 1: but it was a guided visualizations. It kind of was
- 45:35Speaker 1: hypnosis really, and I managed to find it again and
- 45:43Speaker 1: it still has the same effect on me, and part
- 45:49Speaker 1: of it was the person's voice relaxed me. She just
- 46:02Speaker 1: felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to listening to
- 46:10Speaker 1: her in the morning and in the evening. And I
- 46:22Speaker 1: knew before even pressing the play button that since I've
- 46:31Speaker 1: done that, pressed the play button. This is in the
- 46:36Speaker 1: days of CD players, pressed the play button. In fact,
- 46:50Speaker 1: it might have even been a tape recorder. I'd lie
- 46:54Speaker 1: down on the bed and then even without necessarily listening
- 47:07Speaker 1: to her words because I had them memorized. Really, it
- 47:21Speaker 1: was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 47:31Speaker 1: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 47:53Speaker 1: I remember my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I
- 48:07Speaker 1: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 48:14Speaker 1: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 48:24Speaker 1: or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 48:29Speaker 1: till two thousand and six, I knew, I knew how
- 48:45Speaker 1: helpful I found being able to just let go, to
- 48:59Speaker 1: have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 49:12Speaker 1: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 49:20Speaker 1: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 49:30Speaker 1: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 49:42Speaker 1: me for over a decade. Maybe not solidly, obviously, not
- 49:55Speaker 1: twenty four hours a day. Maybe people come back. Some
- 50:04Speaker 1: people maybe listen every day. That's something that I do
- 50:21Speaker 1: which you may not realize by listening, is when I
- 50:35Speaker 1: record these recordings. Now, for example, I also am affected
- 50:52Speaker 1: by the words that I say.
- 51:01Speaker 3: So if I.
- 51:05Speaker 1: Set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 51:15Speaker 1: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 51:23Speaker 1: noticing my feet relaxing. If I said, focus on your hands,
- 51:44Speaker 1: and maybe notice the difference between each hand, perhaps notice
- 51:54Speaker 1: the air in the room, the temperature the room. On
- 52:02Speaker 1: the backs of your hands. You may start to notice
- 52:14Speaker 1: what almost feels like a very light breeze, even though
- 52:21Speaker 1: there may not be any type of breeze at all
- 52:27Speaker 1: where you are right now. And as you become aware
- 52:40Speaker 1: of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed my
- 52:54Speaker 1: hands our feeling now and when it comes to potentially
- 53:20Speaker 1: drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason you're listening,
- 53:32Speaker 1: I also feeldrousy when I make these recordings. I also
- 53:47Speaker 1: notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times I've actually
- 54:05Speaker 1: fallen asleep without even noticing, and then I carry on
- 54:20Speaker 1: talking and it's only where I listen back to do
- 54:31Speaker 1: the editing, I hear snoring, and I think, I don't
- 54:40Speaker 1: remember snoring. I remember talking. It's snoring was a pig
- 54:51Speaker 1: turned up. That's why I sound like when I snore,
- 55:03Speaker 1: how I get read into a whole experience. And I
- 55:16Speaker 1: don't know how you feel, how relaxed you feel in
- 55:25Speaker 1: your feet, how relaxed you feel in your hands. I
- 55:51Speaker 1: have noticed more and more that the more relaxed, deeper
- 56:10Speaker 1: level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes
- 56:28Speaker 1: so almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows
- 56:44Speaker 1: you to breathe easier without necessarily focusing on your breath, however,
- 57:15Speaker 1: being able to notice the ease.
- 57:35Speaker 8: In which.
- 57:43Speaker 1: You breathe so naturally breathe very, very easily and smoothly.
- 58:34Speaker 1: Whenever I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my
- 58:52Speaker 1: eyes closed, attend to visualize a beautiful field of trees
- 59:12Speaker 1: and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels
- 59:45Speaker 1: nice too, if nothing else, just taking in some time
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: away from everything, enjoying that feeling of pace serenity with
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: a joyful heart. Time seems to just.
- 1:01:26Speaker 8: Drip by.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: So very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free. You'd like
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: to say that no mind slowed down, slowed down because
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: nothing really requires your attention. You can enjoy the physical
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: sensations of allowing the stress to drip out of your body,

- 1:32:20Speaker 5: Bliss for pace directed two pays short, let's go span
- 1:36:00Speaker 5: the films almost this very fact.
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: And paceful pace like and you could start to notice
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: that you are feeling more relaxed, even though I've not
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: purposely focused your mind upon that sense of physical comfort
- 1:38:05Speaker 1: that is growing within you throughout your body, and your
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: mind starts to slow down, and that could be almost
- 1:38:23Speaker 1: in recognition of I guess my speech not being particularly fast,
- 1:38:39Speaker 1: things generally feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice,
- 1:38:53Speaker 1: you give yourself an opportunity to take a break from
- 1:39:00Speaker 1: the day, take a break from your life, as it is,
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: to give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: some time off and to allow your body to relax
- 1:39:25Speaker 1: and allow your mind to slow down, which in turn
- 1:39:36Speaker 1: releases the tension and it stresses that you had in
- 1:39:41Speaker 1: your body. It's almost as if the parts of your
- 1:39:51Speaker 1: body just open up, allowing the negativity out and at
- 1:40:03Speaker 1: the same time replacing that negativity with positive healing energy,
- 1:40:14Speaker 1: which then fills your body up and your mind.
- 1:40:19Speaker 4: To also.
- 1:40:24Speaker 1: Starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an
- 1:40:39Speaker 1: almost uplifting feeling, positive healing energy that spreads through your
- 1:40:56Speaker 1: body like a wave of comfort. And all this comes
- 1:41:08Speaker 1: from just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour,
- 1:41:20Speaker 1: however long you want it to be, just rest, allow
- 1:41:33Speaker 1: your mind and your body to almost preset itself to
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows or
- 1:42:00Speaker 1: room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around
- 1:42:14Speaker 1: your body and into your mind, almost as if your
- 1:42:22Speaker 1: mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each
- 1:42:33Speaker 1: other with that growing positivity and calmness, and it feels nice,
- 1:42:49Speaker 1: really does feel nice to know that you are the
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: one that has allowed yourself to feel more comfort and
- 1:43:08Speaker 1: to experience.
- 1:43:13Speaker 4: More of this.
- 1:43:15Speaker 1: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:43:32Speaker 1: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:43:38Speaker 1: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on
- 1:43:53Speaker 1: it becomes even more can't arm and comfortable, just by focusing.
- 1:44:09Speaker 1: And as I move down on your body, starting and
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: your head, the parts that you have already focused on
- 1:44:21Speaker 1: or can continue to relax deeply those parts that have
- 1:44:31Speaker 1: not yet focused on, or just automatically release any remain
- 1:44:42Speaker 1: intention in anticipation of even more comfort about to come. Now.
- 1:44:59Speaker 1: The start by focusing on your forehead, just being aware
- 1:45:06Speaker 1: the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like mister
- 1:45:17Speaker 1: Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to feel you're
- 1:45:22Speaker 1: more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment. This isn't
- 1:45:33Speaker 1: this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world. I
- 1:45:41Speaker 1: live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature sounds around.
- 1:45:54Speaker 1: As you focus on your forehead. Just notice how it
- 1:45:59Speaker 1: becomes was even more relaxed as you focus only on
- 1:46:09Speaker 1: my voice and that part of your body. Moved down
- 1:46:19Speaker 1: to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing how your
- 1:46:31Speaker 1: eyelids feel so heavy it has so light at the
- 1:46:38Speaker 1: same time, and all the muscles around your eyes relaxing completely.
- 1:46:53Speaker 1: Moving your focus down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue,
- 1:47:02Speaker 1: your teeth, you comes behore of your mouth, relaxing, calm.
- 1:47:15Speaker 1: Lease if you focus now on your jawel, just a
- 1:47:28Speaker 1: part of your jawney, your mouth, your chin, but all
- 1:47:33Speaker 1: the way up the size of your face, to your ears,
- 1:47:41Speaker 1: of your jaw leading all relaxed, a calm focusing on
- 1:48:09Speaker 1: your leck, the front of your neck, and your throat.
- 1:48:16Speaker 2: Legs in.
- 1:48:19Speaker 1: Loose and calm, the sides of your neck, right and
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: left side of your leg. Your legs stand lace and calm.
- 1:48:49Speaker 1: Now on the back of your leck. Focusing on the
- 1:48:56Speaker 1: back of your leg, letting go with any intention that
- 1:49:07Speaker 1: may have been there before, and enjoying that sense of
- 1:49:16Speaker 1: increasing comfort and release I think you can experience in
- 1:49:27Speaker 1: the back of your neck, moving down your back, moving
- 1:49:40Speaker 1: either side of your spine right from the top of
- 1:49:44Speaker 1: your back.
- 1:49:47Speaker 4: All the way.
- 1:49:48Speaker 1: Down to the bottom of your back. Down it's your
- 1:50:01Speaker 1: lower back. As you move up and down your spine,
- 1:50:13Speaker 1: you can feel the muscles even side of your spine
- 1:50:20Speaker 1: relaxing even more. And as those muscles relax, that sense
- 1:50:35Speaker 1: of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into
- 1:50:45Speaker 1: both sides of your back, the top of your back,
- 1:50:53Speaker 1: the middle when your lower back and as you're scared
- 1:51:01Speaker 1: gently and slowly up and down your back, the muscles
- 1:51:09Speaker 1: on the top of your back legs and become a looser.
- 1:51:19Speaker 1: The muscles in the middle of your back also seemed
- 1:51:25Speaker 1: to just almost define from each other, separating and almost melting.
- 1:51:40Speaker 8: Ending your locker back seems to be an.
- 1:51:46Speaker 1: Extra special feeling of comfort. The spread into your hips.
- 1:52:03Speaker 1: Sit down your lower back, into your hips, into the
- 1:52:11Speaker 1: area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks. The
- 1:52:20Speaker 1: wise muscles don't spread, bring your lower back into your
- 1:52:29Speaker 1: hip area, start to melt, start to reading, let go.
- 1:52:49Speaker 1: Then you know where about to focus on your shoulders,
- 1:52:56Speaker 1: back your spine, okay until they go tenue to relax
- 1:53:12Speaker 1: so coldly. As you focus on your shoulders, you may
- 1:53:25Speaker 1: notice they're already feeling really this they're already come, I
- 1:53:57Speaker 1: feel those muscles. Then move from your neck into your shoulders.
- 1:54:16Speaker 1: Feels so soft and gentle, so.
- 1:54:33Speaker 4: An calm.
- 1:54:46Speaker 1: The feeling your shoulders seems to spread deep into your shoulder,
- 1:55:02Speaker 1: a sense of relaxation, not just traveling deeply into your muscles,
- 1:55:15Speaker 1: also relaxing the butterness and move it all the way
- 1:55:27Speaker 1: to underneath your arms, relaxing the whole area between the
- 1:55:36Speaker 1: tops of your shoulders and underneath your arms. He then,
- 1:55:51Speaker 1: if you so relaxed and comfortable, hold which sense that's
- 1:56:07Speaker 1: deep message into your arms, you may feel almoss to
- 1:56:29Speaker 1: say your arms annolive that because the sun relaxed so
- 1:56:41Speaker 1: deeply relaxed, so s s the fins spread in a
- 1:57:30Speaker 1: way down your arms to ours creidlas circumfut spreads away
- 1:58:04Speaker 1: into rests four sadrists so heavy yet the same time
- 1:58:33Speaker 1: sunlight and gentle. Said now as a.
- 1:59:41Speaker 10: Peace a sensas.
- 2:00:21Speaker 1: Just seems to.
- 2:00:27Speaker 5: Feel hands flat dem else's thinpachs.
- 2:03:13Speaker 11: Sick eight sish student Scots faith then.
- 2:07:41Speaker 1: Said, s pace.
- 2:07:52Speaker 4: Suck sack.
- 2:09:01Speaker 1: The same.
- 2:09:07Speaker 12: Pays slaxation, the spread the chest do stu.
- 2:09:42Speaker 1: Let's take go everything. Start counting down now from twenty
- 2:10:05Speaker 1: down to one. You can imagine in a way, it's
- 2:10:13Speaker 1: like just walking down some steps and each step or
- 2:10:19Speaker 1: twenty steps, and each step represents a level of comfort.
- 2:10:29Speaker 1: Each step represents a deepening of that comfort, and the
- 2:10:45Speaker 1: furvies you walk down those steps that deeper rags do
- 2:10:51Speaker 1: you feel?
- 2:10:59Speaker 8: So we've number.
- 2:11:01Speaker 1: Twenty twefty nineteen eight.
- 2:12:46Speaker 13: Seven sixty sixtree fourhhhhhhh.
- 2:16:32Speaker 1: F s too well.
- 2:21:48Speaker 14: Hhhh eight.
- 2:23:05Speaker 15: Days si.
- 2:25:44Speaker 16: Fidus ussis?
- 2:30:11Speaker 1: Did you focus on your wins? A countdown? Take down
- 2:31:58Speaker 1: to one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids, the
- 2:32:13Speaker 1: muscles around your eyes, your eye wolves themselves, a whole
- 2:32:22Speaker 1: area that makes up your eye. As we count down
- 2:32:40Speaker 1: ten down to one, wants to focus in on your eyes,
- 2:32:54Speaker 1: you are become waste is related with each number counted
- 2:33:05Speaker 1: down that you may find.
- 2:33:15Speaker 8: The way you want to do is just.
- 2:33:19Speaker 1: Drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want,
- 2:33:30Speaker 1: then just allow yourself to do that. Now focusing on
- 2:33:43Speaker 1: your eyes and to begin counted down ten down to
- 2:33:51Speaker 1: one right now.
- 2:34:31Speaker 3: Nine eighthsuh.
- 2:38:03Speaker 17: F shhhhhhree.
- 2:42:15Speaker 1: In one So cut down ten to one ten nine
- 2:43:25Speaker 1: eight seven, six, five.
- 2:43:36Speaker 8: Four three.
- 2:43:42Speaker 1: Two one. And maybe that was a bit too quick.
- 2:43:55Speaker 1: In order to relax. Maybe it's a bit too fast
- 2:43:59Speaker 1: for you to notice the calming of your body, maybe
- 2:44:09Speaker 1: even a little bit of pressure there. Like you'll count
- 2:44:13Speaker 1: it down from ten to one. Would you expect me
- 2:44:15Speaker 1: to do? Man, expect me just to go with floppy
- 2:44:20Speaker 1: just because you're counting down. If you try again, but
- 2:44:30Speaker 1: this time, I'll go this slower, this time that you
- 2:44:36Speaker 1: focus on the whole of your body before we focus
- 2:44:41Speaker 1: on your legs. Just notice how your body does start
- 2:44:52Speaker 1: to feel more relaxed every number that I count down ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, one,
- 2:46:47Speaker 1: I just notice how how you feel, generally, how your
- 2:46:53Speaker 1: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 2:47:08Speaker 1: ten to one. It's that space that you have, that
- 2:47:18Speaker 1: space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting and
- 2:47:40Speaker 1: lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything,
- 2:47:46Speaker 1: or needing to think about anything. So it opens up
- 2:47:52Speaker 1: a space, you know, a bit of a space, a gap.
- 2:48:03Speaker 1: And the more I came down from ten to one,
- 2:48:08Speaker 1: the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness,
- 2:48:17Speaker 1: of comfort and relaxation. It's a nice feeling and it
- 2:48:33Speaker 1: moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves away,
- 2:48:51Speaker 1: allows you.
- 2:48:55Speaker 8: To just.
- 2:48:58Speaker 1: Slow down. Someone can con the game from ten down
- 2:49:05Speaker 1: to one and notice that gap widening, the gap and
- 2:49:15Speaker 1: they said widens. It's almost like that the stress and
- 2:49:19Speaker 1: attention falls into the gap gives you that distance, that space.
- 2:49:42Speaker 4: Now ten.
- 2:49:52Speaker 1: Nine, eight, seven, six, five four three.
- 2:51:49Speaker 8: How did you.
- 2:51:52Speaker 1: Body feel? Can you notice that?
- 2:52:10Speaker 8: Do you feel a.
- 2:52:11Speaker 1: Calm, feel relaxed? Alfac is legs just two legs. You're
- 2:53:07Speaker 1: just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 2:53:27Speaker 1: it's not the most exciting thing to be done, because
- 2:53:35Speaker 1: I'm sure like most of your body is not a
- 2:53:38Speaker 1: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 2:53:51Speaker 1: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 2:53:57Speaker 1: of your fighs, the bottoms of your thighs, outer thighs,
- 2:54:04Speaker 1: and inner thighs. Basically the whole of your thigh that
- 2:54:10Speaker 1: leads into your hip and it goes down to your.
- 2:54:21Speaker 4: Knee joint.
- 2:54:26Speaker 1: Now, this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 2:54:34Speaker 1: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 2:54:41Speaker 1: and in your thighs.
- 2:54:52Speaker 8: But I don't think we.
- 2:54:55Speaker 1: Perhaps given of attention to our thighs. Perhaps we don't
- 2:55:09Speaker 1: they acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives,
- 2:55:29Speaker 1: how much they actually differ us all through our lives.
- 2:55:46Speaker 1: And mayhap may seem sound really weird, but I think
- 2:55:52Speaker 1: that all our body parts, especially our thighs, needs TLC
- 2:56:03Speaker 1: a bit of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement, thank you,
- 2:56:20Speaker 1: gratitude for what an thighs do for us. And I
- 2:56:32Speaker 1: know this may sound as strange.
- 2:56:37Speaker 8: Maybe you think why am I.
- 2:56:40Speaker 1: Should have should be out in the garden hugging a
- 2:56:42Speaker 1: tree or something. It's hard to set like a phone
- 2:56:51Speaker 1: up on a Tree's why I'm doing to seen doors.
- 2:56:54Speaker 1: Otherwise I wouldn't be outside working a dream. I can't
- 2:56:58Speaker 1: see the television from the tree you moved down to
- 2:57:07Speaker 1: your knees. He gain such an important part, And I
- 2:57:17Speaker 1: think we don't necessarily. I'll speak for myself. I don't
- 2:57:24Speaker 1: necessarily appreciate all that I needs to do for me
- 2:57:30Speaker 1: until I have a problem with my need. Occasionally, if
- 2:57:35Speaker 1: I ever, maybe i'll bash it. It's aching for some reason.
- 2:57:43Speaker 1: It's then that I realize how much it does the
- 2:57:49Speaker 1: benefit of being able to use my legs without any
- 2:57:57Speaker 1: kind of physical discomfant.
- 2:58:01Speaker 8: Is a beautiful thing.
- 2:58:04Speaker 1: That's possibly not appreciated too. It's temporarily removed, you know,
- 2:58:12Speaker 1: that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees, regardless
- 2:58:21Speaker 1: of how your knees feel, you can have that sense
- 2:58:27Speaker 1: of gratitude.
- 2:58:30Speaker 8: And love to your needs and all they do for you.
- 2:58:44Speaker 1: You can still have that attention on your thighs or
- 2:58:48Speaker 1: maybe notice how your thighs feel. Maybe notice that name
- 2:58:55Speaker 1: on relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the
- 2:59:13Speaker 1: bottoms of your legs and your shits, your calf muzzles,
- 2:59:18Speaker 1: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporate and
- 2:59:26Speaker 1: course your ankles so important. Can anyone that's had even
- 2:59:38Speaker 1: then like the slightest spray of an ankle knows how
- 2:59:45Speaker 1: how much should we take our ankles for granted? And
- 2:59:55Speaker 1: it's kind of strange in a way when you think that.
- 3:00:00Speaker 1: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot of thinner
- 3:00:04Speaker 1: than the rest of our arms, which is okay. It
- 3:00:08Speaker 1: doesn't can't see any problem with that because we're just
- 3:00:12Speaker 1: picking stuff up by our ankles so much thinner than
- 3:00:20Speaker 1: the rest of our legs. And from a physics perspective,
- 3:00:30Speaker 1: or logical, even it doesn't really make sense that all
- 3:00:34Speaker 1: this weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles and
- 3:00:43Speaker 1: lean to your feet, A thin area, thinck bone. Yeah,
- 3:00:56Speaker 1: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 3:01:02Speaker 1: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 3:01:14Speaker 1: you to get her around, to be mobile. And there's
- 3:01:27Speaker 1: the calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger, I
- 3:01:35Speaker 1: couldn't see the point in calf muscles. Didn't seem to
- 3:01:38Speaker 1: do anything. Okay, if I walked around tiptoes and my
- 3:01:44Speaker 1: calf muscles get some work. But of course that's not true.
- 3:01:49Speaker 1: The calf muscles are being used whenever we use our legs.
- 3:01:59Speaker 8: Then your ship.
- 3:02:03Speaker 1: There to protect.
- 3:02:06Speaker 8: Your love.
- 3:02:06Speaker 1: Legs shaped in a way almost as a protector for
- 3:02:16Speaker 1: the bone, leading of course to your ankles.
- 3:02:30Speaker 8: And your feet.
- 3:02:36Speaker 1: I'm not going to focus on your feet. I'm just
- 3:02:38Speaker 1: going to focus on the legs. And I realize, and
- 3:02:44Speaker 1: now that I've mentioned your feet, you'll probably focus on anyway,
- 3:02:49Speaker 1: So maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 3:02:56Speaker 1: You're going to have them in your awareness the same
- 3:03:00Speaker 1: as you have your thighs in your awareness, even though
- 3:03:05Speaker 1: we haven't been focusing on your thighs.
- 3:03:08Speaker 8: A few minutes.
- 3:03:11Speaker 1: We're focusing on your ankles. There's still that sensation of
- 3:03:25Speaker 1: comfort in your thighs. There's that movement of energy because
- 3:03:40Speaker 1: the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course, there's
- 3:03:47Speaker 1: the muscles and the big strong muscles that we have
- 3:03:52Speaker 1: in our thighs. But the skin on the outside of
- 3:04:05Speaker 1: the thighs, as in the outside of all of our body,
- 3:04:11Speaker 1: can be very sensitive, sensitive to a touch, sensitive to temperature,
- 3:04:30Speaker 1: and inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscle, is
- 3:04:37Speaker 1: the blood, vessels, the arch trees, to all this stuff
- 3:04:43Speaker 1: inside of thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice if
- 3:04:51Speaker 1: you could actually put your fingers inside your thighs and message.
- 3:05:00Speaker 1: You can message on the outside of the course, but
- 3:05:03Speaker 1: be able to get deep into the muscles, to be
- 3:05:06Speaker 1: able to just message inside your thighs, message in the bones.
- 3:05:13Speaker 1: If you like, massage the veins just gently healing thighs.
- 3:05:30Speaker 8: You can move down.
- 3:05:33Speaker 1: Message inside your knees, just message in those bones with
- 3:05:40Speaker 1: healing fingertips, spreading the healing energy deep into.
- 3:05:46Speaker 8: The choice.
- 3:05:48Speaker 1: Your knees. Of course, it's the back of your the
- 3:05:58Speaker 1: the inside crew.
- 3:06:01Speaker 8: Real need is.
- 3:06:04Speaker 1: It's a very sensitive area. It feels very nice when
- 3:06:10Speaker 1: it's struck in. That might be because it's an area
- 3:06:14Speaker 1: that's not really touched very often. It's almost like a
- 3:06:20Speaker 1: hidden part.
- 3:06:22Speaker 8: A crease.
- 3:06:25Speaker 1: Lex a west like a part that.
- 3:06:31Speaker 18: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:06:42Speaker 18: it's protected by legs.
- 3:06:52Speaker 1: Legend. Put in your fingers into increase lex and folded
- 3:07:03Speaker 1: between your legs, you can just message with your fingertips.
- 3:07:09Speaker 1: Your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue, you
- 3:07:20Speaker 1: can cause fielder bones, your nas heating for your fingertips,
- 3:07:35Speaker 1: and then if.
- 3:07:35Speaker 5: You go down.
- 3:07:39Speaker 1: To your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd want
- 3:07:42Speaker 1: to be able to really put my fingertips, step inside
- 3:07:47Speaker 1: the calf muscles, massage.
- 3:07:51Speaker 8: In every.
- 3:07:53Speaker 1: Single tissue, the muscle.
- 3:07:58Speaker 19: Heating everything.
- 3:08:00Speaker 1: Words. They do the same for my shoes. Massage gently
- 3:08:13Speaker 1: stroking the bones, gently stroking, the hearing and loving way,
- 3:08:22Speaker 1: because they deserve to be treated. There's the precious bones
- 3:08:28Speaker 1: that they are. Their legs are so precious that they
- 3:08:33Speaker 1: all the other parts of our body, the more precious
- 3:08:38Speaker 1: of any chub planet. When you start to think about
- 3:08:58Speaker 1: the legs in this way, you can change perspective.
- 3:09:09Speaker 8: It might sound.
- 3:09:13Speaker 1: It's silly to start the idea of family. Love your legs,
- 3:09:21Speaker 1: showing appreciation your thighs, wanting to be able to put
- 3:09:30Speaker 1: your hands in your thighs, passage the muscles and the bones,
- 3:09:41Speaker 1: to get your fingers deep in there, releasing tension, just
- 3:09:49Speaker 1: to show how much you care about your legs. Much
- 3:09:59Speaker 1: you care form or your legs do for you regularly,
- 3:10:07Speaker 1: your means, your cards, your ankles, the strength of your ankles,
- 3:10:20Speaker 1: considering how fit they are compared to the rest of
- 3:10:25Speaker 1: your legs, especially your thighs, and they're so strong, so flexible,
- 3:10:38Speaker 1: absolutely amazing things. Ankles are truly a gift because of
- 3:10:51Speaker 1: what they do for you. Supporting all weight, regardless of how.
- 3:11:04Speaker 20: What weight you are, even if you're eat a stone,
- 3:11:10Speaker 20: still a long weight for these angles, how long.
- 3:11:18Speaker 1: The heavier, the mainste double dome, my course, support my
- 3:11:28Speaker 1: body all the time. Whatever they do, give off a
- 3:11:35Speaker 1: siph relief to sit down, as if I my old
- 3:11:41Speaker 1: licks though my feet feeble s my toes clap. Your
- 3:12:13Speaker 1: legs really are amazing. Can I have been talking about?
- 3:12:22Speaker 1: Talking about your legs is probably possibly even my most
- 3:12:29Speaker 1: most boring things you ever heard anyone say, possibly, don't
- 3:12:37Speaker 1: boring alone. Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing.
- 3:12:54Speaker 1: Your legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax deeply.
- 3:13:15Speaker 1: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:13:20Speaker 1: to just leer completely. Legs really can relax because the
- 3:13:57Speaker 1: legs are saved very important part of your body. When
- 3:14:06Speaker 1: you relax, makes the rest of your body also actually
- 3:14:12Speaker 1: follows in that journey of comfort. Feeling my hips, my
- 3:14:30Speaker 1: hips feel really nice.
- 3:14:36Speaker 8: And also my lower back as well.
- 3:14:40Speaker 1: My lower back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 3:14:45Speaker 1: I'm just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching.
- 3:14:52Speaker 8: As far as my way that I'm doing. It's almost
- 3:14:55Speaker 8: as if.
- 3:14:55Speaker 1: The muscles just relax so much that there is a
- 3:15:00Speaker 1: actual stretch. As a tension has reduced. About count down
- 3:15:27Speaker 1: ten downs one, you can continue.
- 3:15:35Speaker 8: To fill.
- 3:15:38Speaker 1: What if most ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four
- 3:16:10Speaker 1: three one.
- 3:16:25Speaker 8: Relax because I'm just going to count down.
- 3:16:36Speaker 1: Five down to one. And as a countdown, you just
- 3:16:41Speaker 1: focus on the numbers, just the numbers counted down, and
- 3:16:49Speaker 1: notice how you feel.
- 3:16:55Speaker 8: In this moment as you hear the numbers count down.
- 3:17:01Speaker 1: Knowing that those numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer,
- 3:17:15Speaker 1: not just in a body, but also relaxing the mind.
- 3:17:23Speaker 8: Just notice how you feel.
- 3:17:26Speaker 1: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:17:32Speaker 1: to think about. Starting with number five four three.
- 3:18:08Speaker 3: To one.
- 3:18:24Speaker 1: As you notice the gradual letting go the tension in
- 3:18:37Speaker 1: your body, you may also begin to notice and be
- 3:18:44Speaker 1: aware of how your mind is starting to slow down.
- 3:18:56Speaker 1: This is just a natural thing that happens. It's not
- 3:19:02Speaker 1: really a special procedure. It's just natural. Because it's your
- 3:19:09Speaker 1: body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax, and the
- 3:19:15Speaker 1: more your micro relaxes, the more your body relaxes. It's
- 3:19:19Speaker 1: just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that calmness
- 3:19:31Speaker 1: that comes from relative quietness. Even if this background sounds,
- 3:19:41Speaker 1: even your side online, it's still going to be quite calm.
- 3:19:50Speaker 1: You know, you haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:19:53Speaker 1: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recording
- 3:19:57Speaker 1: with music.
- 3:19:58Speaker 8: Of course, you are very likely not going to be
- 3:20:05Speaker 8: sitting in a room with other people.
- 3:20:07Speaker 1: Of course, you white people generally. It's the idea if
- 3:20:12Speaker 1: you can do this on your own, so no distractions,
- 3:20:23Speaker 1: and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically rises,
- 3:20:39Speaker 1: the sense of comfort starts to grow, and without trying
- 3:20:49Speaker 1: to build it up into something fantastical, something magical, this
- 3:21:01Speaker 1: is just a natural process, something that's easy to accomplish.
- 3:21:13Speaker 1: In fact, it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing
- 3:21:19Speaker 1: completely happens really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:21:25Speaker 1: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:21:31Speaker 1: that happens naturally. A part of the process of this
- 3:21:42Speaker 1: recording and others is simply two allow you to take
- 3:21:54Speaker 1: advantage of this space this time, just let go to
- 3:22:13Speaker 1: just be here, to be in tune with how you feel,
- 3:22:27Speaker 1: yet with the intention of wanting to relax deeply that
- 3:22:40Speaker 1: maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what it is
- 3:22:46Speaker 1: that you wish for yourself.
- 3:22:51Speaker 8: In this moment.
- 3:22:59Speaker 1: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:23:08Speaker 1: of falling asleep. The actually fall the sleep part is
- 3:23:13Speaker 1: the tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 3:23:25Speaker 1: the easier you find yourself drifting. You can also choose
- 3:23:45Speaker 1: stay focused on my voice and that really in joy
- 3:24:00Speaker 1: the process congradually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly
- 3:24:36Speaker 1: and just observing the sensation.
- 3:24:50Speaker 8: pH letting go.
- 3:24:57Speaker 1: Completely h This time may count from six down to one.
- 3:25:13Speaker 1: You can notice, don't mind calming down each number. You
- 3:25:26Speaker 1: hear me saying, actually feeling calm, slow.
- 3:25:41Speaker 21: To peaceful, six, fivehhhh, being aware.
- 3:28:40Speaker 2: How you might.
- 3:28:42Speaker 1: Slide write down, sinking deeply into relaxation as you focus
- 3:29:11Speaker 1: on why.
- 3:29:16Speaker 8: I notice that.
- 3:29:19Speaker 1: There are some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts
- 3:29:27Speaker 1: that for some reason perhaps need your attention. What we
- 3:29:42Speaker 1: can do is send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those
- 3:29:56Speaker 1: thoughts with love, my lord, petals for a flower. Just
- 3:30:06Speaker 1: sprinkle over petals, feel good love towards those thoughts, to
- 3:30:14Speaker 1: let those thoughts ow. You're not banded anum, you just
- 3:30:23Speaker 1: need them. You require them to just calm down, slow down,
- 3:30:35Speaker 1: quiet down.
- 3:30:40Speaker 8: For now.
- 3:30:49Speaker 1: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts as we
- 3:30:54Speaker 1: count down this time from seven down to one each night,
- 3:31:00Speaker 1: but just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude,
- 3:31:18Speaker 1: both of those thoughts which will allow them to just
- 3:31:28Speaker 1: not away relax deeply every number, those thoughts will become
- 3:31:44Speaker 1: all relaxed. Starting if six.
