• 2:59
Speaker 1: defendants conduct while at his lavish residence in Palm Beach
• 3:03
Speaker 1: and numerous other locations both nationally and internationally. Defendant has
• 3:08
Speaker 1: a sexual preference for underage minor girls. He engaged in
• 3:12
Speaker 1: a planned scheme or enterprise in which he gained access
• 3:15
Speaker 1: to countless vulnerable and relatively economically disadvantage minor girls and
• 3:20
Speaker 1: sexually assaulted, molested, and or exploited these girls, and then
• 3:24

• 3:32
Speaker 1: Defendant used his resources and his influence over vulnerable minor

• 3:46
Speaker 1: Defendant coerced and enticed impressionable, vulnerable, and relatively economically less
• 3:51
Speaker 1: fortunate minor girls to participate in various acts of sexual
• 3:55
Speaker 1: misconduct that he committed upon them. Defendant scheme involved the
• 4:00
Speaker 1: use of underage girls as well as other individuals. To
• 4:04
Speaker 1: recruit underage girls, Defendant and or an authorized agent would
• 4:10
Speaker 1: call an alert defendant's assistant shortly before or after he
• 4:13
Speaker 1: arrived at his pom Beach residents. His assistants would call
• 4:17
Speaker 1: economically disadvantaged and underage girls from West Palm Beach and
• 4:22
Speaker 1: surrounding areas who would be enticed by the money being
• 4:25
Speaker 1: offered and to defendant and or his assistants perceived as
• 4:29
Speaker 1: less likely to complain to authorities or have credibility issues
• 4:33
Speaker 1: if allegations of improper conduct were made, The then minor
• 4:37
Speaker 1: plaintiff and other minor girls, some as young as fourteen,
• 4:41
Speaker 1: were transported to defendants pom Beach Mansion by defendants employees, agents,
• 4:46
Speaker 1: and or assistants in order to provide defendant with massages.
• 4:51
Speaker 1: Many of the instances of a legal sexual conduct committed
• 4:54
Speaker 1: by defendant were perpetrated with assistant support and facilitation of
• 4:59
Speaker 1: at least three ass asistants who helped to moorchestrate his
• 5:02
Speaker 1: child exploitation enterprise. These assistants would arrange times for underage
• 5:07
Speaker 1: girls to come to Defendant's residence, transport or cause the
• 5:11
Speaker 1: transportation of underage girls to defendants residents, escort the underage
• 5:17
Speaker 1: girls to the massage room where a defendant would be
• 5:19
Speaker 1: waiting or would enter shortly thereafter, urge the underage girls
• 5:23
Speaker 1: to remove their clothes, deliver cash from the defendant to
• 5:27
Speaker 1: the underage girls and or their procures at the conclusion
• 5:31
Speaker 1: of each massage appointment, and assist defendant in taking nude
• 5:35
Speaker 1: photographs and or videos of the underage girls, with and
• 5:39
Speaker 1: or without their knowledge. Defendant would pay the procure of
• 5:43
Speaker 1: each girl's appointment hundreds of dollars. Defendant designed this scheme
• 5:48
Speaker 1: to secure a private place in defendants Palm Beach mansion
• 5:51
Speaker 1: where only persons employed and invited by defendant would be
• 5:55
Speaker 1: present so as to reduce the chance of detection of
• 5:59
Speaker 1: defendant sexual abuse and or exploitation, as well as to
• 6:03
Speaker 1: make it more difficult for the minor girls to flee
• 6:06
Speaker 1: the premises and or to credibly report his action to
• 6:09
Speaker 1: law enforcement or other authorities. The girls were usually transported
• 6:14
Speaker 1: by his employees, agents, and or assistants, and or by
• 6:17
Speaker 1: taxi cabs and or motor vehicles paid for by defendant,
• 6:21
Speaker 1: which also made it difficult for the girls to flee
• 6:24
Speaker 1: his mansion. Upon her initial arrival at Defendant's Palm Beach mansion,
• 6:29
Speaker 1: each underage victim would generally be introduced to one of
• 6:32
Speaker 1: Epstein's assistants, who would gather the girl's personal contact information.
• 6:37
Speaker 1: The minor girl would be let up a remote flight
• 6:40
Speaker 1: of stairs to a room that contained a massage table
• 6:43
Speaker 1: and a large shower. At times, if it was the
• 6:46
Speaker 1: girl's first massage appointment, another female would be in the
• 6:49
Speaker 1: room to lead the way. Generally, the other female would
• 6:52
Speaker 1: leave or defendant would dismiss her. Often, defendant would start
• 6:57
Speaker 1: his massage wearing only a small towel, which of vally
• 7:00
Speaker 1: would be removed. Defendant and or the other female would
• 7:04
Speaker 1: direct the girl to massageum, giving the minor girl specific
• 7:08
Speaker 1: instruction as to where and how he wanted to be touched,
• 7:12
Speaker 1: and then director to remove her clothing. Defendant would then
• 7:15
Speaker 1: perform one or more lude and sexual acts, including masturbation,
• 7:20
Speaker 1: fondling the miner's breasts and or sexual organs, touching the
• 7:24
Speaker 1: miner's vulva, vagina, and or anus with a vibrator back massager,
• 7:29
Speaker 1: his fingers and or his penis, digitally penetrating her vagina,
• 7:35
Speaker 1: performing intercourse oral sex and or anal sex, and or
• 7:39
Speaker 1: coercing or attempting to coerce the girl to engage in
• 7:42
Speaker 1: lude acts and or prostitution, and or enticing the then
• 7:47
Speaker 1: minor girl to engage in sexual acts with another female
• 7:50
Speaker 1: in Defendant's presence. The exact agreeam lestation and frequency with
• 7:56
Speaker 1: which the sexual exploitation took place varied and does not
• 7:59
Speaker 1: yet can completely known. However, Defendant committed such acts regularly
• 8:04
Speaker 1: on a daily basis, and in most instances, several times
• 8:08
Speaker 1: a day. In order to facilitate the deli exchanges of
• 8:12
Speaker 1: money for sexual assault and abuse, Defendant kept US currency
• 8:16
Speaker 1: readily available. Defendant traveled out of Florida upon beach for
• 8:21
Speaker 1: the purpose of luring minor girls to his mansion to
• 8:24
Speaker 1: sexually abuse and or batter them. He used a telephone
• 8:28
Speaker 1: to contact these minor girls for the purpose of coursing
• 8:31
Speaker 1: them and to acts of prostitution, and to enable himself
• 8:34
Speaker 1: to commit sexual battery against them and or acts of
• 8:37
Speaker 1: lewdness in their presence. And he conspired with others, including
• 8:41
Speaker 1: his employees, assistants, drivers, pilots, and or agents, to facilitate
• 8:47
Speaker 1: these acts and to avoid police detection. Defendant systematic pattern
• 8:51
Speaker 1: of sexually exploitative behavior described above also occurred in defendants
• 8:56
Speaker 1: other domestic and or international residences, places a lodging, and
• 9:01
Speaker 1: or modes of transportation. Consistent with the foregoing plan and scheme,
• 9:07
Speaker 1: Defendant used the money, wealth, and power to unduly and
• 9:10
Speaker 1: improperly manipulate and influence the then minor plaintiff, a vulnerable
• 9:15
Speaker 1: young girl. Plaintiff was merely a seventeen year old high
• 9:18
Speaker 1: school student when she was first lured into defendant sexually
• 9:23
Speaker 1: exploitative world in her about January of two thousand and four.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: Plaintiff was recruited while at work by a coworker, one
• 9:31
Speaker 1: of the minor victims. Defendant paid to bro cure underage females.
• 9:35
Speaker 1: Plaintiff went the defendants pon beach mansion accompanied by this
• 9:39
Speaker 1: co worker. Upon arriving, plaintiff was led by one of
• 9:42
Speaker 1: defendant's assistants up a flight of stairs to a spa
• 9:45
Speaker 1: room with a shower and a massage table. Defendant entered
• 9:50
Speaker 1: this room wearing only a towel. Defendant suddenly removed his towel,
• 9:54
Speaker 1: exposing his naked body, and then lay on the massage table.
• 9:58
Speaker 1: Defendant told plaintiff to massage his back and take off
• 10:01
Speaker 1: her clothing, which she refused to do. Defendant then began
• 10:04
Speaker 1: to try it to touch the minor plaintiff and or
• 10:07
Speaker 1: take off her clothing. After defendant's relentless pawing, she reluctantly
• 10:12
Speaker 1: removed some of her clothing. During this encounter, defendant turned
• 10:16
Speaker 1: over on his back and fondled plaintiff's breasts, despite her
• 10:19
Speaker 1: repeatedly telling him not to do so. As plaintiff massage, defendant,
• 10:24
Speaker 1: defendant proceeded to masturbate until ejaculation. Defendant then paid plaintiff
• 10:30
Speaker 1: two hundred dollars and plaintiff was escorted at a defendant's
• 10:33
Speaker 1: mansion and left defendant's property. All right, We're gonna wrap
• 10:37
Speaker 1: up right there, and in the next episode, we're going
• 10:39
Speaker 1: to pick up with a similar pattern of grooming continued.
