- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Good morning friends, and enemies, and welcome into the Fantasy Football Week 2 Wider See for Preview Show.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to give you as much information as I possibly can for all the Wider Seeers at our Fantasy Relevant.
- 0:11[SPEAKER_00]: For the week, show you my rankings, tell you all about the game information you need to know about overrunters, totals, Vegas props, matchup, defensive stuff.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_00]: All right, everything that fits into this huge brain is going to be siphoned into your brain today.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to do it in a little bit of a different style than we've done over the last, you know, calendar year.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: But yesterday for the running back rankings video as well, if you want to go see that, we'll link it below as well as week ones.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: You guys just let me know, you know, we're just, we're just, we're just,
- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: Messing around a little bit, experimenting.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know if you like the style or the format of how this video is compared to the previous style.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be less game by game and more actual ranking and tier by tier.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: I'm done.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: You happen.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_00]: Let's get into it.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_00]: Trust me, I am far less comfortable with this camera shot than you are, but we're going to not talk about it for the rest of the video, and this is how the setup is going to be, because there's a lot of information on the screen, and this is the only side of the video that I could fit myself in.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_00]: So to explain this for you, these are my rankings for the week.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: So you see it, the tier, this is the must-art, feels good.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_00]: The same tiers as you guys are used doing the actual videos.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_00]: You have the player, obviously, and their actual rank, which was something that we had left out of previous videos.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_00]: Now, game information, match information, Vegas props.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_00]: There are three sections that are helping to find these rankings.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: The game information is simply, you know, Buffalo versus Detroit.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: The spread, the lines are getting five and a half points.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: So they're underdogs.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_00]: The team total, meaning Vegas projects Detroit to score 24 and a half points.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not necessarily projects them to score that.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: But that's the team total in books right now.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: The over under the game, very healthy 54 and a half.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: And then obviously we have the little weather icon here.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_00]: There's good weather.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: In Buffalo, you can see a yellow here, meaning this is something that we might have to be concerned about.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_00]: If you look at Chicago versus Minnesota, caution at kickoff, rough by 2pm, moderate rain from 2pm, wind up to 15 miles per hour.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_00]: So this is something to take note of.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have the matchup information, meaning Detroit is playing its Buffalo, Buffalo allows the eighth most fantasy points to water seers.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, insanely small sample size from week one.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: Houston had a pretty good game against Buffalo's defense.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: So obviously these ones need to be just taken with a little bit of common sense sprinkled in and then the player's individual player props.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_00]: I decided to do it this way because I think having the numbers here might be more helpful to you to the actual rankings.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: These will obviously update a million times between now and when Sunday kicks off and then hopefully it's a little bit more easily displayed.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_00]: I know there are a lot of numbers and stuff on the screen, but I tried to make it intuitive to the point where like you see green good.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: You see red bad.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: You see yellow orange like I
- 2:37[SPEAKER_00]: figure it out.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_00]: Click in and you'll get more information from it.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: Let's start with the must start here.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: We've got Alman Ra at Buffalo, Puka at two Justin Jefferson at three, Jamar Chase, JSN, Chris Alave, CD Lamb, George Pickins, and Z8 Flowers.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously to be noted there are a bunch of guys.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_00]: with injury concerns this week at the WiderCaver position.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_00]: Zay Flowers down at number nine is the first one.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: He did not practice on Wednesday and on the website, obviously these rankings are available to anyone who is a fantasy member on bdge.co.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_00]: If you click into Zay Flowers, you can run down here to the practice report and you could see Baltimore Zay Flowers right here, hamstring, did not practice on Wednesday.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: So obviously one to keep an eye on.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_00]: I would say with the hamstring, if you have Zay Flowers,
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: definitely be prepared to have a backup plan in place.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_00]: So of course, you know, as we get worse news, he will continue to move down the rankings.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'm on raw and Buffalo.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_00]: This should be an absolute skyrocket fest here.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: I will also note something I talked about in the running back video yesterday.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_00]: You had a couple of Detroit lions offensive linemen missing practice a bit.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: It does look like both of them are going to be out for this one.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_00]: So Krishamahogany and Blake Miller two of their starting
- 3:44[SPEAKER_00]: offensive lineman didn't practice at all and will not be shooting up for Thursday and I football.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_00]: So a ding to the offensive line that being said like doesn't really affect your status of starting.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: I'm on Raw of course.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: Puka Justin Jefferson against Chicago is a movie.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_00]: Tomorrow Chase gets a tough matchup, but you know, I am never going to fade.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: Mr. Jamar Chase, especially coming off of a bad game.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_00]: Jason and I have it five.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_00]: You know, if he had Sam Darnold, he probably would be up in the one two or three
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: three area, but we do have Drew Lock, they did, you know, have a good little connection last game, but their team total is going to be 22 and a half, I'd imagine they're going to get really, really spicy into the run game here and just lean on their defense.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, one of the things I want to bring up yesterday in the running back video, I saw a lot of comments saying like Arizona and Seattle was not covered and then it spooked me and I was like, oh man, how did I just like flip through that game and not cover it?
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: We did, we just didn't put it in the timestamp.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: So, if you are looking for a specific matchup and it's not in the timestamp, obviously I want you to watch as much of the video as possible, but we put the timestamps in the description for you so that you can jump to specific players that you have.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: So, Jackson, get on your shit.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure the timestamps are correct, please.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: But secondly, when I'm doing this, obviously, you can just kind of skim through the video and see what games were in the middle of, if you feel like I missed the timestamp on it.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_00]: But we did cover the running backs and went back and looked in that game, just didn't have the timestamp.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: for it.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of a coming off the absolute banger there.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: I do think Baltimore is probably going to really, really, really zone in on him defensively.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, so we could see a little bit of a down game.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: They're team total at 19 feels crazy.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: They are eight and a half point underdogs in this one, a 46 and a half point total.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: Really, really fishy there.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: So Vegas is not expecting a big game out of the New Orleans Saints offense, which I
- 5:21[SPEAKER_00]: I suppose I understand, I'd imagine it's going to be interesting because if Z-flowers is out, you know, Derek Henry is probably going to get 30 calories, which means they're probably going to be a relatively slow-paced offense.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_00]: And if the Baltimore Ravens end up dominating game script here and time of possession could see the Saints like the whole thesis behind their fantasy days, like lots of plays, lots of passing high fast pace things without Z-flowers, that game script can get a little
- 5:50[SPEAKER_00]: to be really, really in favor of Baltimore.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: So I guess I can understand the angle that is maybe being taken here.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: CD lamb, George Pickins, great matchup versus Washington, get them in your lineups, of course.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_00]: And we move to the next tier, which is full of 13 dudes, maybe 14, I can't really count very well.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: That always tricks me out, like 10 to 23 is that 14 or 13.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_00]: Should be 13, let's actually do this math together.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, it's 14.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's something about that feels like a betrayal.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: I got DJ More at 10, Christian Watson at 11, Jamele at 12, Mike Evans at 13, Parker Washington at 14, Garrett Wilson at 15, Nico at 16, Devontley Smith at 17, league neighbors at 18, Latma, Conquiet at 19, Ameka, Buca at 20, T-higgins at 21, Rossi, Rice at 22 and Luther Burton at 23.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_00]: So we won't cover everyone I don't think.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: Also no idea what DJ Moore does not have props there, maybe because he was dealing with the ankle injury a little bit.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_00]: Let's see if there are any updated practice reports on him.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_00]: He is not even on the practice report at all.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: So he should be good to go there.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_00]: Should have props up.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: Not sure what's going on there.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_00]: But maybe they were waiting for more of an injury status just to lock him in regardless.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: Love that I saw a DJ Moore in week one.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_00]: They have a 30 point team total.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: Get him in your lineup.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: Christian Watson at 11.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_00]: might be a little bit fast and furious there as a wider silver one.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously loved what we saw in week one.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: Matthew Golden did lead the team in targets, but the jets will be without makeup fits Patrick.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: Jordan love will have a little bit more time, which I actually don't know if that works in Christian Watson's favor because last week when Jordan love was getting blitzed like 400 times over and over and over and over again.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of what he did was just like, yo, let me just chuck it up to Christian Watson.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just chuck it up to the receivers, which like you don't want to depend on.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, it's not sustainable, but it did work in a one week sample size for Christian Watson.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: We do have a little bit of a weather concern here.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: So let's check out the game day weather on this one.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: We have light rain 3 PM onwards 74% chance of rain from 4 PM wind up to 12 miles per hour.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: So it seems a little bit less harsh early on.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: It gets a little bit worse as the game progresses.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm not.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: You know, not something I'm moving the rankings on.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: James and Williams at 12 might feel a little bit of aggressive after last week's game.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: But for Jamal, I mean, the opportunities were there last week.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: This is a game that you want as many pieces.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: And obviously a 54 and a half point total in Buffalo.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: Jamal had a 44% first retarget share last week.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: That was fifth in the NFL among all receivers.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: So the opportunities are there.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_00]: The offense is incredibly concentrated.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: Get Jamal back into your lineup.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: Mike Evans loved what I saw from week one.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: I think he's only going to get better and better and better as the season progresses for San Francisco.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: No Dejan's tripling.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: He's out for quite a while.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: So the offensive tendencies and the offensive targets are going to continue to condense themselves to guys like Mike Evans and whoever else is running routes out there.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_00]: Parker Washington 14 definitely feels a little bit aggressive considering the fact that they are playing against Denver and they're in Denver and I get it.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't know how you could watch Parker Washington or Jacksonville and sit him.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_00]: There's just, there's no world where like you can, you can certainly acknowledge, like, yes, very tough matchup, there's definitely a chance that this offense kind of like, you know, busts and just does not perform well in Trevor Lawrence kind of just like, you know, folds under the pressure of playing in Denver, but there's just no world where Parker Washington is not getting into my line up this week.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_00]: This is just a
- 9:03[SPEAKER_00]: A vibe start and like the vibes have never been higher for a wide receiver than they are for Mr. Parker Washington.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: Right now Garrett Wilson versus green bay.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_00]: This is a good set up.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: I think like last week he had a good floor game five for 72ish and that was against the Tennessee Titans where they dominated game script gave the running backs a lot of carries, but I think against the Packers this could be one where Gino gets a little bit more time and has more pass attempts and
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: and Garrett Wilson does have a bigger day here.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: They have them at five and a half receptions, 61 and a half receiving yard.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: So Garrett Wilson should definitely be in your lineup.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: Nico's down here strictly because of the hamstring that popped up last night.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: Shout out to fucking hamstring injuries, man.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_00]: Bad day for my your idiot league mates team.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_00]: We had Donald for sure, the super flex league, Donald out for four weeks.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: It's my QB2 there, then Jordan Mason thrown on the IR.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: Nico Collins pops up with a hamstring strain, like tough, tough, tough day, man.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why I do this shit.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_00]: Don't know why I continuously play fantasy football.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: Would have been a great matchup on paper for Nico Collins.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: Don't know that I have a read on his injury situation right now.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_00]: They said it's not overly serious.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_00]: They ran some tests or whatever.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: But anytime you're getting tests run on a hamstring, you know, it happens midweek in practice.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what I'll say, like, I am, you need to have a backup prepared for Nico Collins, which is, you know, brutal.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_00]: I go from having my quarterback against Arizona, a running back against Chicago, my wide receiver against the Cincinnati bangles, like beautiful matchups, and then you get fucking none of them, man.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: week one seems like it was eight months ago at this point.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: So Nico will obviously move up or down my rankings depending on what the injury status is for him.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: We'll have to keep close eye on his practice report on Thursday Friday.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_00]: Again, hard to be optimistic about a midweek hamstring strain.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: The Montesmith, he's going back in my lineup, gets Tennessee.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_00]: So, yeah, I'm not gonna overthink that one.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: Malik neighbors, I think he will continue to see more and more and more snaps, getting more comfortable with his knee, he had an insanely high target per outrun rate in his first game back, but did not run a full compliment of snaps.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: I think as the week's progress, I'm not expecting a huge jump up from last week up to this week.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_00]: I think he was around like 55% of the route last week and I'm not expecting him to be a full-time player, really within the first few weeks.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: But I do think anytime he's on the field,
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: You know, they're going to look his way.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: They are going to be underdogs in this one against the LA Rams.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: They are seven point underdogs.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_00]: They 47 and a half point total.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: They are playing in a dome.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_00]: They do travel cross-country.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_00]: This is a Monday night game.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, the extra rest for Malik's knee, but it was just really good to see him be comfortable out on the field and get active right away.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, if you have Malik, I don't think he's like a muscle muscle star, but he should probably be in your line of if you don't have
- 11:37[SPEAKER_00]: superior like elite options around him.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: Jackson Dart looked really good in week one.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, cautiously optimistic about the passing game overall.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: Vladimir Conke is down at 19.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: This is one room.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: Just kind of throwing my hands up for the time being until we hear more about the rib injury.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_00]: He did not practice on Wednesday.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: So I think again, it's another one where there's a very real chance he misses this week and I would have
- 11:57[SPEAKER_00]: a contingency plan if he does miss if he plays, I'm going to play him because I think they're just going to shoot him up with a shot, hopefully that helps subside the pain a bit and you can play through that for a few hours.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_00]: So if Lad is active, he will likely move up probably around that like Garrett Wilson Parker Washington Mike Evans range, like almost like a borderline wide receiver one, based off what we saw early on in week one with
- 12:23[SPEAKER_00]: And we've got a mechabuka.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: He is playing the Browns.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_00]: They're eight and a half point favorites.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_00]: This is a 41 and a half point total.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: I want to like a little bit more.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_00]: But this is another game where I think like, you know, both teams can kind of just get dragged down into the trenches.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, Cleveland performed really poorly last week against Jacksonville.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: But to be honest with you, I think that was more of a product of like how good Jacksonville's passing offense is going to be this year than it is like how bad the
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: Cleveland defense is going to be.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_00]: We do have to see if Jalen McMillan is going to get on to the field because I do think that matters a bit.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_00]: He did get a full practice in on Wednesday, so it is looking like he is trending towards making his season debut.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's a good thing because I do think that allows them to be like super versatile.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: I think Jalen McMillan will play a pretty good amount of snaps on the outside, and that means like Denzel Ward will not be able to really shadow any of these receivers a
- 13:14[SPEAKER_00]: overall, yeah, he's like a low end wide receiver 2 right now until we start seeing more explosive games or we see better matchups, right underneath him.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: We've got T Higgins who, you know, biggest props have him almost nearly identical to where a book is three and a half receptions, 50 and a half receiving yards and the any time touchdown line is similar, they're playing at Houston.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: So tough matchup overall, but you know, he never really want to fade the Cincinnati passing offense too far into the trenches.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_00]: After that, we have a tough one, man, with Rashi Rice playing against the Colts.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: We saw how run heavy the chiefs played.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: We saw how run heavy they want to play.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_00]: We also saw Derek Henry dominate the Colts in week one.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_00]: You'd imagine Andy Reed is looking them barbecue ribs chops and he's saying, yep, can if you're getting another 30 piece this week, you know, just letting Patrick my home continue to rest up a bit.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think the game scripts are always going to go that way.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: I think like very quickly teams are in the same way that when Patrick Holmes came in the league and he was like so dominant that team started to have to play cover two shells against him.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_00]: You're bringing Kenneth Walker so that it's really effective to run against those types of defenses.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now, you know, every team is going to watch tape and be like, okay, Kenneth Walker is the dude that we need to stop.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to start playing safety is a little bit higher into the box, which will eventually open up things for receivers.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't want to overly panic on Roshi Rice.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_00]: I think the game script was just so, so obvious of how Kansas City wanted to attack Denver here.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_00]: And I do think they probably lean into that for a good chunk of the season, but Roshi is still going to be relatively involved.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: His target share was concerningly very low.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: I think it was sub-tempercent in this one.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_00]: Is that a mix of him still like rehabbing and not being fully healthy?
- 14:45[SPEAKER_00]: Is that, you know, finally seeing the offensive shifts from like not using Rashi Rice as an extension of their run game?
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: That's probably like over dramatized in my opinion.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_00]: I do think it'll shift a little bit more to the passing game a bit.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, I think there are concerns for Rashi Rice.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_00]: He's a low end wide receiver to right now.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: If he goes out and goes six or 71 scores two touchdowns this week, wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: The chiefs are starting to get a lot of respect from Vegas.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_00]: Again, team total of 26 and a half, which is pretty damn high.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_00]: One of the higher ones on the slate here.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: So we do like to see that a bit.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_00]: And then rounding out basically the Y-2 or 2's, but tier 2 is loot their bird in other Chicago bears.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_00]: They play against the Minnesota Vikings.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_00]: The bears are four and a half point favorites, team total of 26 and a half over under 48 and a half, which you know, unsurprisingly, given what we saw from Chicago and week one.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_00]: 59 points, they scored.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, no touchdowns from the big three of Rome, Colson, Lovelin, and Luther Bird's Stain.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_00]: Rome played half the snaps, because he's obviously limited by the calf injury.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_00]: Luther Burton had a fine game, not a great game by any stretch of the imagination, but he didn't have going 5463.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: Colt all five of his targets.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_00]: Like that's a healthy yardage number.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_00]: Also got a rushing attempt.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_00]: So I am not worried about Luther Bird and what I do think is going to be interesting with this game is what Bryan Flores' defensive plan is going to
- 16:04[SPEAKER_00]: You know, by this point, if you've listened to any fantasy podcasts, you know, just how heavily floor is blitz the Green Bay Packers last week.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_00]: It was between 75 and 80% of Jordan loved drop-backs.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: He saw pressure.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_00]: And I do wonder, like obviously floor is a very high level blitzer in terms of like the rate that he sends pressure.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_00]: But I wonder how much of that is a product of knowing that the offensive line for Green Bay is poor.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: And they're just not going to be able to hold up against that type of pressure.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_00]: And it's like, you know, it's been them, been them, been them until they break type of thing.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_00]: But I would love to see if they do send that type of pressure, because Caleb is such a playmaker.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: I think it'll be interesting because if they send that type of pressure, I think this could be a good week for both Rome and Luther burning, because if I look at the way that they're used, like Rome is a downfield guy.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_00]: So when you send pressure, that means you're usually
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: allowing receivers to run ISO routes like you don't have the backup over the top because you know, you're sending extra guys to try to get to the quarterback, which means you're going to give guys like Rome shots down field.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_00]: So I could totally see this being a very big boomer bus game for Rome.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_00]: And you're also trying to get the ball out quick.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_00]: If you're not thinking shots down field, you're getting it in the hands of guys who can make plays after the catch like a Luther burden.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I do actually like the matchup despite it being obviously a very, very good defense here.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_00]: Let's check the quick weather report moderate rain from 2pm onwards winds up to 15 miles per hour.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_00]: So could be a little ugly out there in Chicago.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_00]: I would say general rule of thumb like light rain is not a huge concern for the Chicago bear or before NFL teams.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_00]: I would say they are probably going to try to keep the ball on the ground in this one.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: It would make sense given swift and calm.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_00]: And then guy back there.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_00]: In terms of wind up to 15 miles per hour is also not a huge concern.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_00]: Once we start getting north of that in the 15 to 20 to 25, that is when wind can definitely affect like the deep passing game overall.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_00]: So something to just keep an eye on here and again, all this stuff is available in the rankings, all this stuff is basically automated and we'll be updating in real time for you guys.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_00]: So this is not static like every day you can come back and check what the weather update is all the way up until game time.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: And before we get into the next year I will just say like this is a great product.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_00]: I think you guys should buy it, but some other cool things like you could sync all your leagues if they're on sleeper or if they're on ESPN or Yahoo and you can kind of like go to your league and it'll check off the guys that you have obviously but also down the rankings if you see dudes that are available on the waiver wire it has them as like a plus letting you know that hey this guy is available.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to pick them up, if you're debating Chris Godwin or McCoy Lemon versus a Rashad Bateman, it's like, oh, this guy, you know, he has a plus sign and he's higher in the rankings.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_00]: Should I go pick them up and start them over that?
- 18:35[SPEAKER_00]: That can be kind of helpful.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_00]: We also have this compare players tool, which is quite nifty and terribly cut off right now.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: The way that I have this camera set up.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_00]: But on the left here, you got your league same thing that I just said, if you wanted to make more targeted start decisions here, let's say, like, all right, do I start George Pickins or Maligue neighbors here?
- 18:52[SPEAKER_00]: And you can click your guys from your league and basically tell us, yeah, all right, here are the rankings that Nick has in his rankings, but then it also has all the team information.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_00]: So it's sort of like the rankings we have on the homepage.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_00]: Like I was just going through with you, except it's more targeted to the guys that you have on your teams and it's a much more like focus, this guy versus this guy thing.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_00]: But we shall continue into tier three.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_00]: We have the Dub Flex category.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_00]: So you got Jaylon Coker, Tadaroa McMillan, Matthew Golden, Devante Adams, Terramaclorn, Drake London, Roman Dunesay, Jaylon Waddle, Jane Reed, and Jacobi Myers.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_00]: So up top, you know, we gotta talk about it.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_00]: I got Jaylon Coker, over Tadaroa McMillan.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_00]: I will say, you know, don't wanna over react to week one, but Coker looks awesome.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_00]: Coker has looked awesome for an extended period now.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_00]: the small sample size is starting to turn into a bigger sample size of not only him being really good but him being just as involved in the offense as Teterola McMillan is now Vegas still has a pretty hefty uh pretty hefty number on set over Jalen Coker and I will say one thing that I'm definitely keeping an eye on here is the injury report for Atlanta here we have AJ Terrell.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_00]: was a DNP with his shoulder injury after the shoulder injury that he suffered on Sunday.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_00]: So it could just be rest Wednesday, rest Billy Bowman, our basic, you know, nickel slot corner back was a full practice and he looks like he'll be returning for this week.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_00]: So if that's the case, I probably flip these two in my rankings and move Jalen Koker down a little bit.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_00]: If AJ Torel misses and Tetsk going to see a lot of Torel, that definitely, you know, makes his match up a ton more intriguing for me.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_00]: After that, we got Matthew Golden, who led the team in targets for Green Bay last week, 12 targets, some of them were just kind of like throw away targets, but still good to see that level of targets right away.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: Him and Christian Watson are every down players, Jaden reads kind of just playing in the slot.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_00]: Still, I think they just have three really talented players, and I like to match up against
- 20:38[SPEAKER_00]: with the jets here who will be without Mink of Fitzpatrick in this one.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_00]: The Vanta Adams, one that I don't want to like push away too quickly here.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_00]: I still think he's in a great situation and this is a good bounce back spot for the Rams with the giant traveling cross country, you know, their team total is 27.3 here.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: Like expected to score a lot of points.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_00]: He wasn't playing on the goal line passing plays.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_00]: It was Poohka as the Widershoever one, which, you know, it did feel like it was kind of only a matter of time, but still don't want to like over overthink the situation here.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_00]: Next up, we got Terramaclorn, who I think you could definitely make the argument he should be higher, struggled last week a lot, and this was, you know, throughout the summer, I wasn't like overly high on Terramaclorn.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: I was a little worried that he was getting a little bit too old, mixed with the fact that like while I was high on Jayden Daniels, I don't know how high I was on the
- 21:21[SPEAKER_00]: passing game overall, you add in stuff on digs, you add in Antonio Williams.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_00]: This is a great bounce back spot against the Dallas Cowboys, obviously, who we just saw the Giants kind of shred through the air, allowing the second highest EPA propass allowed.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_00]: Overall, yeah, I think Terry's like a really solid wide receiver three in your lineup.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_00]: And then we got Drake London, unfortunate man.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: He's down at wide receiver 29.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_00]: This is more like, you know, of Cooper Rush's in the lineup and are starting quarterback unfortunately.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_00]: It's very, very difficult to,
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: start any Falcons past casters after what we saw last week.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_00]: So, unfortunately, if we don't have panics, if we don't have to, if we don't have anyone besides Cooper Rush, like, I don't know how we're going to play any Atlanta Falcons other than be John Robinson, unfortunately.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_00]: After that, I've got Rome, Jalen Wattledger, Kobe Myers, Rome, I kind of talked there a little bit.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_00]: Like, obviously, I think his snaps will continue to increase as he gets healthier.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_00]: And I do think with the Vikings blitzing a lot, this could be one where we see a few
- 22:11[SPEAKER_00]: a few more deep shots to roam on the back of just pressure my guys over there one on one chuck it up high over under think we'll see more scoring as Chicago so and then we've got jalan waddle one of the more disappointing players of week one down at whiter see for 31 this is one i want to see again go through the hoop before he is in my lineup is anything more than a flex play
- 22:30[SPEAKER_00]: Super disappointing week one and unfortunately it's not really a great bounce back spot against the Jaguars while I do think the Jaguars defense is really good They might be a little bit more of like a pass funnel defense where they're they're very good against the run.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_00]: We'll see how How much they hold up against the pass overall though the Broncos offense obviously looked very shaky against the chiefs and Davis web calling the plays did not look great so you know we we kind of have to
- 22:55[SPEAKER_00]: wait for that offense to stabilize a neutralize one I don't want to like overreact to again because I think all the pieces aren't placed you have a young ascending quarterback you have a great offensive line you have a great weapons group and we'll see how long champagne lets davis web call the plays therefore but it's a very very you know spread it around offense there are a lot of playmakers in the offense and it's very hard to like
- 23:15[SPEAKER_00]: You know, picture anyone getting eight or nine or 10 targets in a single game.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what just kind of spooks me for a bottle right now.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_00]: Jayden Reed down game one, but I still think he's very, very talented.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_00]: And he's running enough for out to like 65% of the routes where this team is pretty pass heavy right now without Jacob's.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_00]: So another one I don't want to over react to Jacobi Myers down at 33 might be a little bit aggressive.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_00]: This is a tough matchup for sure, but I mean Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars were just throwing the ball a lot, man.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_00]: They were throwing it when they were up.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_00]: They were throwing it.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_00]: when they were up even bigger and then when they were up even bigger bigger they continued to throw the ball and Jacobi Myers actually pays the entire team and routes run so he was out there more than any other wide receiver so I think that will continue to be the case.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_00]: Moving into the shaky flex category we've got a huge group of players this is one that's going to move the most throughout the remaining parts of the week for sure because this is like 1520 players I'll read through quickly and then I'll touch on any guys that I think are
- 24:11[SPEAKER_00]: Devon Vale at 34, Cleal Shakir, Michael Wilson, Quentin Johnson, Portland, Sutton, Marvin Harrison, Junior, Michael Pitman, Junior, Jordan Addison, Stephon Diggs, Adon I Mitchell, Romeo Dobs, Wandell, Robin Stain, Brian Thomas, Junior, Josh Downs, Caleb Douglas, Alec Pierce, DK Metcalf, Rashad, Bateman, Chris Godwin, Junior, Mackay Lemon, Malik Washington, Dantavian Wix, Pat Bryant, Tray Tucker, and Denzel, Boston.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_00]: So those are all guys that I think are, you know, startable inflex if you really, really have to.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: They're all kind of sitting in that like 35 to 45 vagus prop range, three and a half, four and a half catches.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_00]: Most of there any time touchdown lines are pretty low.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_00]: I really like they like coming off of last week.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's definitely going to be a tougher environment against the Baltimore Ravens in Baltimore.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_00]: But I also, again, think that the Baltimore Ravens, you know, you saw Marlin Humphrey come out.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_00]: yesterday in one of the press conferences and talk about how, you know, like the number one thing for them is to make sure that they're covering Chris Alavey and that he's a stud, et cetera, which I think should open up some opportunities for Devon Valle as the two once again.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: Think another interesting name to note here is obviously Quentin Johnson.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: They don't have lines up, because they don't know about Latamaki.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_00]: If lad McConkey is out, you know, you have to feel pretty good about Quentin Johnson being in your line up against the Raiders, he'll run every single route and Justin Herbert has to throw the ball somewhere.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_00]: So Quentin Johnson will definitely move up to a dub flex into the next tier above here.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_00]: If lad McConkey is out.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_00]: Quentin, so in Marvin Harrison, Jr. Yeah, I mean Marvin, Michael are going against.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_00]: Seattle, not a defense you want to be going against and we just saw such a nothing from Marvin Harrison Jr's.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_00]: So even this feels high.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_00]: I got to move stuff on digs up for sure.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_00]: I think, but Marvin's a guy that I don't really want in my lineup at all until we start seeing the offense kind of like, you know, run through him a little bit more than it did last.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_00]: week, my equipment junior Jordan Addison.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_00]: I've Jordan Addison.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like a little bit higher than most people will at a, you know, terrible week one, but like they're planning against Chicago Bears here.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_00]: So I do like the chance that, you know, he makes a big play.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_00]: He gets some targets downfield just in Jefferson.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, eight last week, but we have seen them trade off games where Jordan Addison needs four or five targets to kind of explode for big games.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_00]: and then Diggs gets a great match up, so I'll target last week.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_00]: I like him here.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm Mitchell, Romeo Dobbs.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, listen, New England.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_00]: If we have to choose a Patriots passcatcher, I don't feel confident in any of them.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_00]: I still think we should follow the money here and not look at a one-game sample size.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_00]: I still think Dobbs would be the one that I have in my lineup, though would not be surprised me at all if Matt Collins ends up out producing him, one that Robinson really tough match up against Philly, Brian Thomas Jr., really tough match up probably going to see a ton of Patrick's or Tan, Josh Downs and Out Pierce are two guys that I'm likely going to move up more so Alec Pierce, I would say.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_00]: He was a limited player in week one, I think he will continue to see more and more snaps and continue to operate as the wide receiver one there, so as things get
- 26:52[SPEAKER_00]: progressively better for him.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to start moving him up a little bit more decay.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_00]: I just hate that he's going to see so much Christian Gonzalez man.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't trust that Rashad Bateman with Zay Flowers possibly out is like interesting, but I don't know.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: I don't trust that they're just not going to give Derek Henry 30 rushing attempts in Lamar Jackson throws a ball, you know, 26 times and some of them go to Bateman, something like go to Devonta's Walker, some of them go to Elijah's Rod, some of them go to Mark Andrews like I don't feel confident that Bateman has a very, very high target share in this one.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_00]: Chris Godwin's line, very, very high, 47 and a half receiving yards is very surprising in a 41 and a half over under a game.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_00]: A Booga clearly, the one, and I think what makes this even more surprising is Jail McMillan is likely going to suit up.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, Godwin, this is one I disagree with on on Vegas a little bit.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_00]: Mackay Lemon.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's kind of interesting.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_00]: He ran a ton of routes in week one.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_00]: Didn't have a ton of production, obviously, but he was on the field.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_00]: They ran three water severs sets at a very, very high rate.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: So I think something interesting could happen there.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_00]: Malik Washington got a ton of targets.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you see the rest of the guys.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_00]: There's no one here that I think is like overly fun, tray Tucker going to run a ton of routes again.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_00]: We'll see if Brock Bauer suits up for this one.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_00]: If he does not, I think he could be a sneaky flex start.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_00]: And then we won't go into the rather not,
- 28:06[SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, you look at tray harris, I think could be talked into the shaky flex category.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_00]: If lad misses, uh, Nico missing would obviously make some Texans players a little bit interesting.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_00]: Kishan Bootsay would probably see a lot of DJ Turner.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_00]: So that makes me spooked out, uh, none of them played more than like 55% of the snaps last week.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, is it J. L. L. Noelle getting a boost?
- 28:25[SPEAKER_00]: Is it Kishan Bootsay getting a boost?
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: Save your Hutchinson.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_00]: Become an 80% rout guy like they all seen uptick in targets, but I don't really have confidence in where it's going to end up because
- 28:34[SPEAKER_00]: I would like to take jail in the wells and number one guy, but I have like the least amount of confidence he plays a lot of the actual snaps and and plays on a lot of the dropbacks where I was like, I think Boote and Xavier Hutchinson will probably see a ton of snaps, but on the least confident that they end up, you know, giving you our ally here.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_00]: So that's it, man.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_00]: Those are the wide receiver rankings for this week.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_00]: Out right now, obviously we've got Flex.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_00]: We've got Defense.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_00]: You could sync your leads.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_00]: You could do it all on bdge.co.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_00]: If you are a fantasy member, and again, just let me know how you like this style versus the other style, where I'm kind of going through game by game.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's tough.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_00]: I like going game by game because I get to get into a flow state of like this is how I think this game is going to work out.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_00]: But I do think there's probably more value in this type of video
- 29:21[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, you tell me, oh, one guy, one guy, wait, sorry, Debo, I just put a fix into the site where Debo Samuel, it's annoying because like in some places, he's Debo Samuel senior and some places Debo Samuel and some places the the Niners are listed as SF and some places their SF, oh,
- 29:37[SPEAKER_00]: for some fucking very annoying reason.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: So playing with databases on the back end, this can be annoying to find these little edge cases where things don't work.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_00]: I missed out on Dibo.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_00]: Dibo on the Niners are playing against the Dolphins 29 point team total with no disjointed dribbling.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: He wasn't playing very much.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: But once dribbling went down, he became, you know, a pretty highly tiered player.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_00]: I would put him around this range here like he's right between the dub flex and the shaky flex tier.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_00]: I think I'd probably start him over Jacobi Myers and Jayne Reed.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I'd start him over like Roman Dunes A or Jaylon Waddle, but I could understand the argument.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_00]: He would probably come in around the low 30s receiver, but I will update my ranking so soon as this video is done now that Debo should be in the database.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_00]: Alright, so we'll end it there.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_00]: If you guys enjoyed the video, make sure you hit the button that looks like this.
