Metrolinx is on track to finish the Hazel McCallion LRT by summer 2027, with major construction wrapping up by next year—despite years of delays since its 2017 announcement. Seventy-five percent of track work and nearly all guideways are complete, half the substations are energized, and maintenance facilities are coming online.
