- 1:45Speaker 1: special surprise guest, which I will let you guys know
- 1:48Speaker 1: as we get closer. That is November 10th. But everything
- 1:51Speaker 1: is at heathermcdonald.net, as well as those February dates, February 14th, 15th,
- 1:57Speaker 1: and 16th, which is New York City, D.C., and Red Bank,
- 2:01Speaker 1: New Jersey. So get on it. You will not regret it.
- 2:05Speaker 1: You will have a blast. I am loving the show. OK,
- 2:10Speaker 1: couple corrections from the previous show that I did. You know,
- 2:14Speaker 1: I'm just like inundated with this P. Diddy stuff. And
- 2:18Speaker 1: we talked about Justin Bieber. And I said there was
- 2:23Speaker 1: I said Bridget Nielsen, who is an actress from the
- 2:26Speaker 1: 80s and 90s, attacked him on stage. It was Jenny McCarthy.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Here's the photo he came up to get his award.
- 2:34Speaker 1: She announced it and then she grabbed him to be funny,
- 2:37Speaker 1: grabbed his ass, kissed him. And he's like, whoa, see,
- 2:40Speaker 1: I'm violated. Again, like I said in the previous episode,
- 2:44Speaker 1: it was low-hanging fruit. It was trying to be funny
- 2:46Speaker 1: for some reason. A lot of people thought because he
- 2:50Speaker 1: was a young teenage heartthrob that it was okay for
- 2:53Speaker 1: adults to touch and grab him even at award show.
- 2:58Speaker 1: And I'm sure she regrets it and didn't mean anything
- 3:00Speaker 1: by it. But it was Jenny McCarthy, not Bridget Nielsen
- 3:04Speaker 1: and not Pink. Many of you remembered it in your
- 3:06Speaker 1: head as Pink, but it was her.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Okay.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Also, the seven kids that he has, I didn't realize
- 3:13Speaker 1: he has two young twins with someone else, but his
- 3:18Speaker 1: kids have spoken. P. Diddy's children have spoken about all
- 3:23Speaker 1: the discussion about their mother, the four that are the
- 3:28Speaker 1: kids of Kim Porter. They put out a statement about
- 3:31Speaker 1: their mother and the conversation. about her dying of pneumonia
- 3:36Speaker 1: and that people think it's suspicious and thinks maybe P.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Diddy had something to do with it. Also, the book
- 3:44Speaker 1: that I talked about, I was correct. I'm glad I
- 3:47Speaker 1: predicted that it wasn't real. They are saying it's not real.
- 3:51Speaker 1: So somebody put that book out as Kim Porter's book,
- 3:55Speaker 1: but there's no proof that those are actually her words.
- 3:59Speaker 1: And they wrote, the kids wrote, We have seen so
- 4:02Speaker 1: many hurtful kids of P. Diddy, the four. And this
- 4:05Speaker 1: is coming from Quincy Christian, the two boys, and Jesse
- 4:09Speaker 1: and Dalila. They are Kim Porter's and Sean Combs' kids.
- 4:15Speaker 1: And it says, we have seen so many hurtful and
- 4:19Speaker 1: false rumors circulating about our parents, Kim Porter and Sean
- 4:22Speaker 1: Combs' relationship, as well as about our mom's tragic passing
- 4:26Speaker 1: that we feel the need to speak out. Claims that
- 4:29Speaker 1: our mom wrote a book are simply untrue. She did not,
- 4:32Speaker 1: and anyone claiming to have a manuscript is misrepresenting themselves. Additionally,
- 4:39Speaker 1: please understand that any so-called friend speaking on behalf of
- 4:43Speaker 1: our mom or her family is not a friend, nor
- 4:46Speaker 1: do they have her best interests at heart. Our lives
- 4:48Speaker 1: were shattered when we lost our mother. She was our
- 4:51Speaker 1: whole world, and nothing has been the same since she passed.
- 4:54Speaker 1: While it has been increasingly difficult to reconcile how she
- 4:59Speaker 1: could have been taken from us. Um, they cope every
- 5:02Speaker 1: day and we are deeply saddened that the world has
- 5:04Speaker 1: made a spectacle of what has been the most tragic
- 5:07Speaker 1: event of our lives. Our mother should be remembered for
- 5:10Speaker 1: the beautiful, strong, kind, and loving woman she was. Also
- 5:14Speaker 1: the daughters who I think are 17. I just saw
- 5:17Speaker 1: a report that they are looking for a place to
- 5:20Speaker 1: rent in LA since the homes, um, of P Diddy
- 5:24Speaker 1: have been taken over, you know, and raided. Also he
- 5:29Speaker 1: paid off those homes. And I was like, what is
- 5:33Speaker 1: the point of paying off your $ 50 million house in Miami?
- 5:40Speaker 1: Knowing that you might be arrested, what would be the
- 5:41Speaker 1: point of that? And what I was told is that
- 5:46Speaker 1: in Florida and Texas, there's a homestead law, which means
- 5:51Speaker 1: that the home now is paid off. And so regardless
- 5:55Speaker 1: of whether he goes to prison or in all these lawsuits,
- 5:59Speaker 1: He can declare bankruptcy or they can take the money
- 6:02Speaker 1: that he has, but they cannot take his house. The
- 6:04Speaker 1: house is most likely in a trust and those kids
- 6:07Speaker 1: will get to live there or own it or whatever.
- 6:11Speaker 1: But that was the reasoning behind paying off those large
- 6:16Speaker 1: mortgages of those luxury homes before he was put behind bars. Now,
- 6:21Speaker 1: our girl Jaguar Wright, I mean, she is all over TikTok.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I don't know how many interviews she did. but they
- 6:29Speaker 1: just keep popping up in different people's feeds. Then they
- 6:33Speaker 1: post it and then I see it. And I mean,
- 6:36Speaker 1: she's amazing. And there's even been some people that are like,
- 6:40Speaker 1: kind of like, okay, I've seen how many more things
- 6:43Speaker 1: is she going to drop on us? So she recently
- 6:46Speaker 1: gave an opinion about the book of Kim Porter. And
- 6:49Speaker 1: she said, wouldn't it be interesting if maybe Diddy had
- 6:53Speaker 1: something with putting out that book? Because then it would
- 7:00Speaker 1: be this, then whatever comes out after would be like,
- 7:05Speaker 1: this is the truth. So she thinks the book that
- 7:08Speaker 1: went out that does not make P. Diddy look good,
- 7:11Speaker 1: there's abuse allegations, physical abuse allegations and stories in there.
- 7:17Speaker 1: He had someone put that out. Now it's been debunked.
- 7:20Speaker 1: It's not her words. And now a real book will
- 7:23Speaker 1: come out, which will be told to us that those
- 7:27Speaker 1: are her real words. And it might put P. Diddy
- 7:30Speaker 1: in a much better light and change the narrative of
- 7:35Speaker 1: what we've been told in the last few weeks. So
- 7:37Speaker 1: kind of an interesting theory. She goes off on so
- 7:41Speaker 1: many different people and tells so many things. And I
- 7:45Speaker 1: was seeing her years prior A lot of people are like, wow, Kanye,
- 7:49Speaker 1: Cat Williams, and Jaguar need to go on tour and
- 7:52Speaker 1: just have their own BravoCon, except to call it P. DiddyCon.
- 7:57Speaker 1: I don't know, and tell their stories. Also, there was
- 8:00Speaker 1: the lawsuit, to remind you, of the steward on the
- 8:05Speaker 1: yacht who was suing Christian Combs and I think P. Diddy,
- 8:11Speaker 1: both of them. To remind you of that story, this
- 8:14Speaker 1: is Coming from Bravo Boo, she reposted this lawyer who
- 8:20Speaker 1: put it out originally. And, oh, she's not a lawyer. Actually,
- 8:25Speaker 1: her TikTok name is I'm not a lawyer. But anyway,
- 8:29Speaker 1: she explained it very well. And that lawsuit is the
- 8:32Speaker 1: one that happened based on an incident that happened in
- 8:36Speaker 1: 21 where this woman was working, much like you'd see
- 8:40Speaker 1: on a below deck. and P. Diddy was there, and
- 8:43Speaker 1: she claims in her lawsuit that different women and sex
- 8:48Speaker 1: workers that she thought were sex workers were coming on
- 8:51Speaker 1: and off the boat. They'd have some drinks that were
- 8:54Speaker 1: provided by these guys and seemed like they were instantly intoxicated,
- 9:00Speaker 1: so maybe there was something in the alcohol that was
- 9:02Speaker 1: laced with something. Then Christian comes on, P. Diddy's son,
- 9:07Speaker 1: and he's very aggressive with her. He's trying to get
- 9:10Speaker 1: her to do shots and things. Finally, she like does
- 9:13Speaker 1: a shot just to like appease him why he's supposedly
- 9:15Speaker 1: going to do some music. She gets trapped in a
- 9:19Speaker 1: like makeshift studio room. I mean, she's groped at and,
- 9:23Speaker 1: you know, humiliated and touched and everything. And according to
- 9:27Speaker 1: her lawsuit, the captain got a huge tip, like we
- 9:30Speaker 1: see on blow deck, a huge tip to, in her opinion,
- 9:34Speaker 1: stay silent about the annex that went the antics that
- 9:37Speaker 1: went on on this yacht. And so that's one of many. Also,
- 9:42Speaker 1: Dawn Richards, she was one of the girls in Danity Kane.
- 9:46Speaker 1: That was P. Diddy's MTV show, Making of the Band.
- 9:50Speaker 1: He made a boy band, and then the next season
- 9:51Speaker 1: he made a girl band, and that was the one
- 9:53Speaker 1: with Aubrey O'Day. Once that fell apart and she was gone,
- 9:58Speaker 1: Dawn Richards says in her lawsuit that she continued to
- 10:01Speaker 1: work on, like, Dirty Money, I don't know if that
- 10:03Speaker 1: was a group or an album, with P. Diddy. And
- 10:07Speaker 1: her lawsuit came out, I think, on September 12th of
- 10:11Speaker 1: this year, and then Diddy was arrested on the 17th.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Her.
- 10:17Speaker 1: The stuff I've read on this and seen people explore
- 10:20Speaker 1: it a little bit more, it's really awful. It's, you know, again,
- 10:24Speaker 1: horrible language, abuse, abuse of just working conditions. Like she'd
- 10:31Speaker 1: have to go so long without eating or sleeping. At
- 10:35Speaker 1: one point, she was thrown in like a car with
- 10:39Speaker 1: no doors to get out. And thank God she had
- 10:42Speaker 1: her phone and it was cold. She didn't have her coat.
- 10:44Speaker 1: There was no heat in this car. And thank God
- 10:47Speaker 1: she had her phone. She called her father, who drove
- 10:49Speaker 1: from Baltimore to come to Manhattan and basically rescue her
- 10:54Speaker 1: and have a conversation with P. Diddy of like, you're
- 10:57Speaker 1: not going to mess with my daughter anymore. Absolutely. There's
- 11:00Speaker 1: so many claims in this thing. It's awful that she
- 11:03Speaker 1: witnessed Cassie being abused several times, saw the parties, saw
- 11:09Speaker 1: people being taken advantage of. And even when according to her,
- 11:14Speaker 1: her dad came to rescue her. He did. He was like,
- 11:16Speaker 1: you're ruining your daughter's career. Like by you coming down
- 11:19Speaker 1: here and all this stuff. And you know, this is
- 11:23Speaker 1: very similar to the whole stuff with our Kelly and
- 11:26Speaker 1: Harvey Weinstein. Again, you're getting in this situation. It's your career.
- 11:32Speaker 1: And you feel like if I speak up, if I
- 11:34Speaker 1: do anything, then all that I worked for and all
- 11:37Speaker 1: the horrible shit that I put up with all the abuse,
- 11:40Speaker 1: verbal abuse and everything else, um, is all for nothing.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Because not only will I not be part of the P.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Diddy record label and all that, I'll most likely be
- 11:51Speaker 1: banned from doing it anywhere else. So that is why
- 11:55Speaker 1: wondering why are people coming forward now? Because they can.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Because he's behind bars and they can come forward with
- 12:01Speaker 1: their story. And once Cassie came forward, then everybody else
- 12:05Speaker 1: came forward. The same thing happened with Me Too with
- 12:07Speaker 1: Harvey Weinstein. It takes one person and then There is
- 12:11Speaker 1: validity there because then all these people come forward. So
- 12:14Speaker 1: people saying, oh, why did it take 23 years? Because
- 12:17Speaker 1: maybe you did think about doing it and the people
- 12:19Speaker 1: around you were like, oh, my God, shut up. Do
- 12:22Speaker 1: not say a thing. You will be ruined. I don't
- 12:24Speaker 1: want to even talk to you again if you say that.
- 12:26Speaker 1: We've heard that before where people would cry to their
- 12:29Speaker 1: agents and the agents would be like, no, I'm not
- 12:33Speaker 1: even going to stand behind you on this because this
- 12:34Speaker 1: is the biggest mogul in the business. And that's how
- 12:38Speaker 1: these things go on and on and on. latest lawsuit
- 12:43Speaker 1: just came out today. Gloria Allred has a new client.
- 12:47Speaker 1: This girl, and I don't know a lot about it
- 12:49Speaker 1: because it literally just dropped before I recorded. I think
- 12:53Speaker 1: her name is pronounced Thalia Graves, and she is saying
- 12:58Speaker 1: that she was violently raped by him in 2001. So again,
- 13:04Speaker 1: this was a long time ago, but now she has
- 13:08Speaker 1: the backing and You know, if she would have come forward,
- 13:12Speaker 1: if she would have knocked on Gloria Allred's door, I'm
- 13:14Speaker 1: just saying no offense to Gloria Allred or any attorney.
- 13:16Speaker 1: If she would have knocked on that door in 2020
- 13:20Speaker 1: or I don't know that they would have taken on
- 13:23Speaker 1: her case. They would have said, oh, it's 23 years. Oh,
- 13:26Speaker 1: you were there. You were you know, you knew them before.
- 13:29Speaker 1: You were friendly with them. Now attorneys are like, OK, yeah,
- 13:35Speaker 1: look at who we're dealing with. Clearly. Your story goes
- 13:38Speaker 1: with everybody else's. And if you have receipts that you
- 13:41Speaker 1: were there on a timeline, people are going to most
- 13:44Speaker 1: likely believe you. They're asking for jury trials and everything else.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Nancy Grace has gotten into it. And a lot of
- 13:53Speaker 1: people are, and she shared about Eminem's song. Now, a
- 13:56Speaker 1: lot of people are talking about this song that came out.
- 14:00Speaker 1: And what Eminem raps is, I'm like a, and then
- 14:05Speaker 1: he spells R-A-P-E-R. OK, so that does not spell rapper.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Got so many essays, meaning, you know, assaults. Wait, he
- 14:16Speaker 1: didn't just spell the word rapper and then he says it.
- 14:19Speaker 1: He left out the P. Did he? P. Did he?
- 14:23Speaker 2: Get it.
- 14:24Speaker 1: R.I.P. Rest in peace, Biggie and Pac. Both of you
- 14:28Speaker 1: all should be living. Now, there's a lot of, you know,
- 14:32Speaker 1: a lot of talk that Sean Combs, P. Diddy had
- 14:36Speaker 1: a beef. with Biggie and Tupac. R.I.P. Rest in peace,
- 14:42Speaker 1: Biggie and Pac. Both of you all should be living
- 14:45Speaker 1: because he might put a hit on me like Keefie D.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Get him. I don't know who Keefie D.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Is.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Anyway, again, he was spilling it. He was telling it.
- 14:57Speaker 1: And this is one of his newest songs since his
- 15:00Speaker 1: latest album, which was like a bit of a comeback.
- 15:02Speaker 1: There was a big lull between him doing music. And
- 15:06Speaker 1: he's spilling the beans, too. So now everybody's talking. Also,
- 15:10Speaker 1: Daily Mail just put out this. A disturbing video of
- 15:13Speaker 1: Diddy kissing his mother on the lips just has resurfaced.
- 15:18Speaker 1: He's there with his mother, and he's talking about how
- 15:21Speaker 1: great his mom is, how much fun they have together.
- 15:24Speaker 1: And he's like, and she can get on all fours
- 15:30Speaker 1: with her hands, with her palms flat. People thought that
- 15:34Speaker 1: was a weird sexual thing to say about your mom.
- 15:36Speaker 1: It could be just that she is older but very, like,
- 15:39Speaker 1: fit because it is a challenge to, like, touch your
- 15:42Speaker 1: toes with your hands flat. I don't know. Suge Knight,
- 15:48Speaker 1: who is in prison, just did a prison interview with
- 15:52Speaker 1: Chris Cuomo, and in that he says that P. Diddy
- 15:56Speaker 1: was abused. as a child, and therefore he became an abuser,
- 16:01Speaker 1: along with a lot of other claims that I only
- 16:05Speaker 1: am hearing bits and pieces. So a lot more of
- 16:08Speaker 1: the stuff that I know that's a little more inside
- 16:10Speaker 1: will be on Friday's Patreon. I just want to get
- 16:13Speaker 1: through the latest things. Then there's a photo of them
- 16:16Speaker 1: in this video they did together that was a kiss
- 16:19Speaker 1: on the lips, but did look a little strange for
- 16:22Speaker 1: most mothers and sons at that age, my opinion. Then
- 16:27Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian's lawyer has issued a cease and desist to
- 16:32Speaker 1: a user over claims tied to Diddy Tapes. A person
- 16:36Speaker 1: put on X that they have information that Kim– they're
- 16:46Speaker 1: not even saying allegedly. So I'm saying allegedly there is
- 16:49Speaker 1: a person out there posting on social media saying that
- 16:53Speaker 1: Kim– would, you know, drug men and take information from
- 16:59Speaker 1: them and all this other stuff that she was involved somehow.
- 17:03Speaker 1: And so the cease and desist is to say, do
- 17:05Speaker 1: not make any kind of claims that I'm involved in
- 17:09Speaker 1: anything nefarious with P. Diddy. And the person that got
- 17:13Speaker 1: the cease and desist is like, no, you don't scare me.
- 17:17Speaker 1: I'm coming out with more.
- 17:18Speaker 2: So.
- 17:22Speaker 1: very interestingly, also lots of videos of P Diddy on Ellen.
- 17:26Speaker 1: He was on, oh my God, probably over a hundred times,
- 17:30Speaker 1: certainly 20 times throughout the years. They're good friends. They say,
- 17:34Speaker 1: I love you, all of this. And then in all
- 17:37Speaker 1: of this, Ellen's big comeback, um, standup came out yesterday
- 17:43Speaker 1: on Netflix, her standup special calling for your it's called
- 17:48Speaker 1: for your Instead of For Your Consideration, it's called For
- 17:51Speaker 1: Your Approval. And Kris Jenner was like, everybody watch this. And,
- 17:56Speaker 1: you know, people in the comments were like, wow, what timing,
- 17:59Speaker 1: you know, what timing. But maybe that'll get people to
- 18:02Speaker 1: watch it. I don't know. But clearly she would have
- 18:05Speaker 1: all these people on her show. But they were all
- 18:06Speaker 1: huge stars. And they all kept their mouths shut, all
- 18:10Speaker 1: of them, whether they knew about it, didn't know about it,
- 18:13Speaker 1: were like, la, la, la, I don't want to hear
- 18:15Speaker 1: about it. I just go to the fun parties and
- 18:17Speaker 1: have you on my show. I've never been to any
- 18:20Speaker 1: back rooms. I've never seen your 785 dildos. I'm allergic
- 18:24Speaker 1: to baby oil. Who knows? But these are the things
- 18:28Speaker 1: that are like just being, it's just absolutely overwhelming. And
- 18:33Speaker 1: some people on the internet are like, I can't believe
- 18:36Speaker 1: I'm watching the downfall of Hollywood. I don't know if
- 18:39Speaker 1: that's true. Most people are not speaking about it at all,
- 18:44Speaker 1: just because they were in a photo or friendly or,
- 18:46Speaker 1: you know, good friends for many years. If they're not
- 18:49Speaker 1: mentioned in the indictment or they don't know if they are,
- 18:52Speaker 1: we are not hearing from anybody else. Nobody is like saying, hey,
- 18:57Speaker 1: let's let justice see its course or I don't know
- 19:00Speaker 1: anything about this, but I stand with the victims. I mean,
- 19:03Speaker 1: everyone is just being silent like they never even heard
- 19:07Speaker 1: a P. Diddy song before. And then let's just remember
- 19:12Speaker 1: the queen. This popped up when Rose McGowan said, Let
- 19:17Speaker 1: us know how she really felt. This was an interview
- 19:20Speaker 1: on Nightline during the Me Too. And she was being
- 19:25Speaker 1: asked about her co-star, Alyssa Milano. And she's like, I
- 19:29Speaker 1: don't like her. And the interviewer's like, why? And she's like,
- 19:34Speaker 1: because she's a lie. Do you think I don't know
- 19:38Speaker 1: these people? Do you think I don't know who she's
- 19:41Speaker 1: married to? A big agent, CAA. Who created the Me
- 19:45Speaker 1: Too movement? Why, for good PR? Hmm. And it is
- 19:51Speaker 1: just like chilling the way she delivered that. You got
- 19:55Speaker 1: to look up that interview. And I kind of want
- 19:58Speaker 1: to see where she is today. I'd love to have
- 19:59Speaker 1: her on Juicy Scoop after all these years. All these
- 20:02Speaker 1: people that are like, I screamed from the rooftops. Everyone
- 20:05Speaker 1: ignored me. Everyone tried to screw me over, screw my career,
- 20:08Speaker 1: stopped inviting me to parties. And now, hello. Like, I
- 20:12Speaker 1: was trying to tell you. The car is beautiful. Where
- 20:16Speaker 1: did you end up going for it? This exclusive place
- 20:18Speaker 1: that Dad has connections with. They have more cars for
- 20:21Speaker 1: more dealerships than, like, anywhere else. You have to put
- 20:23Speaker 1: me in touch. What's it called? It's Dunaidial.
- 20:27Speaker 4: Where?
- 20:29Speaker 1: Dunaidial. There's an accent on the E. Do you mean... Yes,
- 20:33Speaker 1: I got it on Dundale Cars.
- 20:35Speaker 5: Lift?
- 20:36Speaker 1: Please. Are you going past Kimmage? Oh, Kimmage.
- 20:38Speaker 2: No.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Done deal, cars.
- 20:41Speaker 4: You couldn't possibly go anywhere else.
- 20:44Speaker 5: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 20:47Speaker 5: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 20:50Speaker 5: have faced tremendous setbacks. and yet somehow have found a
- 20:55Speaker 5: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 21:00Speaker 4: I'm heading to the Emmys and I have police complaints
- 21:03Speaker 4: filed against me.
- 21:04Speaker 3: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 21:06Speaker 3: what would you do if it was given back?
- 21:08Speaker 5: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 21:11Speaker 5: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 21:14Speaker 2: He said, I have a work debt. I need a
- 21:15Speaker 2: home debt. What happens next? When I came in, he
- 21:18Speaker 2: started crying.
- 21:19Speaker 5: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 21:23Speaker 5: those hard moments that they go through.
- 21:25Speaker 2: It's about what happens next.
- 21:27Speaker 4: I decided to risk it all.
- 21:28Speaker 2: I realized how valuable every day was. You're worth the work.
- 21:31Speaker 4: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 21:33Speaker 1: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 21:36Speaker 5: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 21:39Speaker 5: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 21:49Speaker 1: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I have two new guests.
- 21:54Speaker 1: They are hilarious, they're attractive. They are a couple in love, heterosexuals,
- 22:03Speaker 1: and comedians. Hello and welcome Taylor Owen and her now fiance,
- 22:09Speaker 1: James Mitchell Neal. Welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 22:12Speaker 4: Wow, thank you. What a welcome.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Great introduction.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Great introduction.
- 22:16Speaker 2: We are very happy to be here.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I think the first thing I saw in my feed
- 22:19Speaker 1: that came about was maybe like a year or two ago,
- 22:22Speaker 1: and it was you guys doing Succession.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Yes.
- 22:26Speaker 1: But you had a couple other. So what you guys
- 22:28Speaker 1: do is you would play all the parts. You would
- 22:31Speaker 1: do the music behind. You would shoot it really well,
- 22:34Speaker 1: really good impressions, and the tone of the show, but Now,
- 22:41Speaker 1: in that one, you had a couple other players. You
- 22:43Speaker 1: had someone playing the dad.
- 22:44Speaker 2: Yes.
- 22:45Speaker 4: Yes, we did.
- 22:46Speaker 1: So who are those other people? How do you find
- 22:49Speaker 1: all those people?
- 22:49Speaker 2: It was just one. His name's Michael Nearing.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Okay.
- 22:52Speaker 2: And funny enough, he is the person who introduced us
- 22:56Speaker 2: back at Chapman University. He was our theater professor.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Oh, so you're Southern California people.
- 23:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that's where we met.
- 23:03Speaker 4: Well, I'm from Connecticut.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Okay.
- 23:05Speaker 4: But I went to school at Chapman.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Nice.
- 23:07Speaker 4: So that's where we met. And this theater professor, Michael,
- 23:09Speaker 4: was like, I think you two, you know, maybe are
- 23:12Speaker 4: more than just friends. And we're like, oh, that's interesting.
- 23:15Speaker 1: So, wait, at first you were just friends?
- 23:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:18Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, we were just good friends.
- 23:20Speaker 1: You didn't think he was cute?
- 23:22Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, I saw him, and I was like, oh,
- 23:23Speaker 4: that's my husband. Did you really? Yeah, I swear to God,
- 23:26Speaker 4: I called my best friend.
- 23:26Speaker 2: She called her best friend, yeah.
- 23:27Speaker 4: And then he walked out of the room, didn't notice me.
- 23:30Speaker 2: I was shy, you know. I transferred in. I went
- 23:32Speaker 2: to a school up in North Cal. Which one? Community College.
- 23:37Speaker 2: It was Flint Hill.
- 23:37Speaker 5: Okay, cool.
- 23:38Speaker 2: And I transferred into Chapman, didn't know anybody. And she
- 23:40Speaker 2: was just so great, so forward, and introduced herself to me.
- 23:43Speaker 4: So forward. That's like the nice way of being. Well,
- 23:46Speaker 4: I saw him in the morning. And then in the afternoon,
- 23:48Speaker 4: I was like, I'm never going to see him again.
- 23:50Speaker 4: This is it. Like, it's over. Then we were both
- 23:52Speaker 4: in play practice for Michael Nearing's play.
- 23:54Speaker 1: I love that you call it play practice.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Yeah, that was cute. I don't know why you say that,
- 23:57Speaker 2: of course.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Because that's what I always used to say, too. And
- 24:00Speaker 1: then people like would, Would make fun of me like
- 24:02Speaker 1: later on. They just didn't get it. We wouldn't call
- 24:04Speaker 1: it rehearsal. My sister and I always called it play practice.
- 24:07Speaker 4: It was play practice.
- 24:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 24:08Speaker 4: That's what we did. And he walked in and I
- 24:12Speaker 4: was like, oh my God, there he is again. So
- 24:13Speaker 4: I went up and I was like, hey, you're new here.
- 24:15Speaker 4: Why don't I take you for a drink? And he
- 24:17Speaker 4: was like, I have a girlfriend.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Which I did. It wasn't a cop out.
- 24:21Speaker 1: You did have a girlfriend.
- 24:22Speaker 2: I was seeing someone at the time. So I was
- 24:23Speaker 2: doing the right thing.
- 24:24Speaker 4: He was so respectful. It was disgusting.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Um, but yeah, she definitely caught my eye and we
- 24:28Speaker 2: were just good friends for like a good year, year
- 24:31Speaker 2: and a half. And so we started dating. Wait.
- 24:33Speaker 1: And then how do you go from being good friends
- 24:35Speaker 1: for a year? Cause a lot of people will say, Oh,
- 24:37Speaker 1: I'm in the friend zone. And you guys make fun
- 24:40Speaker 1: of romantic comedies, which I want to get into. But
- 24:43Speaker 1: it always seems that's a very common thing for romantic
- 24:45Speaker 1: comedy that you're just friends. And then, Then something happens
- 24:49Speaker 1: or the girl starts dating somebody and then the guy
- 24:51Speaker 1: suddenly realizes that's the girl for me. So what happened
- 24:54Speaker 1: to make you go or you go? I'm going to
- 24:57Speaker 1: finally lean over and shove my tongue down this person's throat.
- 25:01Speaker 4: I think I think I was playing the long game,
- 25:03Speaker 4: you know, so that was always my objective. I was
- 25:05Speaker 4: always like, we're going to end up together. But I
- 25:08Speaker 4: just had to let him wait to come to that realization.
- 25:10Speaker 4: And then I got a little impatient and I was like, buddy,
- 25:13Speaker 4: you're passing this up. Like, mom is going to move on.
- 25:16Speaker 1: You said that?
- 25:17Speaker 4: Yeah, for sure.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Just one day.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Well, she went out to London for this theater tour.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Same same professor, Michael. He took her and a bunch
- 25:27Speaker 2: of other students. And I heard that she was, you know,
- 25:29Speaker 2: having her fun out there. And we weren't dating yet.
- 25:31Speaker 2: We weren't exclusive. And, you know, I got a little jealous. Oh,
- 25:34Speaker 2: I didn't know that.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Well, yeah. It only happens on Juicy Scoop. It's a scoop, baby.
- 25:40Speaker 1: It's a scoop. Yeah.
- 25:41Speaker 4: So I just had to have some London boys for
- 25:43Speaker 4: him to realize what was in front of him.
- 25:45Speaker 2: It worked.
- 25:46Speaker 4: There's our advice. Go to London.
- 25:48Speaker 2: That is kind of like a, you know, a rom-com.
- 25:51Speaker 4: True.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Yeah. It's very rom-com. Friends to fiancés.
- 25:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Here we are.
- 25:55Speaker 4: Friends to fiancés.
- 25:57Speaker 1: How old are you guys now? 30.
- 25:58Speaker 6: 30.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Now, when you hear people being like, oh, my gosh,
- 26:02Speaker 1: you didn't sow your wild oats enough. You met in college.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Now you're engaged. I saw that engagement on your trip.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Yes.
- 26:10Speaker 1: And your ring is absolutely stunning.
- 26:12Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 26:13Speaker 1: It's a very unique ring.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Good, both real good sized diamonds. One is a pair
- 26:19Speaker 1: and one is a rectangle together and it's stunning.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Thank you. Just in case she didn't like one, she
- 26:25Speaker 2: got two.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Wow, what a line. And a lot of people who
- 26:28Speaker 1: follow you guys, the comments were very funny because, I mean,
- 26:32Speaker 1: I might have even said something about it being incestual
- 26:35Speaker 1: because you played the succession characters and did funny parodies.
- 26:39Speaker 1: You came off like brothers and sisters. I did not
- 26:42Speaker 1: know you were romantic. Until I saw the engagement photo.
- 26:46Speaker 4: Really?
- 26:47Speaker 1: I almost didn't know if it was like real. Wow.
- 26:49Speaker 2: You thought it was another bit.
- 26:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 26:51Speaker 2: You never know online.
- 26:52Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 26:52Speaker 2: People will keep the bit going.
- 26:54Speaker 4: We still keep it going. But even when people would
- 26:56Speaker 4: start to recognize us, someone went up to him, they
- 26:58Speaker 4: were like, I love you and your sister and your dad.
- 27:00Speaker 4: You guys are so funny. We're like, that is so wrong,
- 27:03Speaker 4: but thank you so much.
- 27:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:05Speaker 4: We love it.
- 27:06Speaker 1: And no, but I remember seeing something like on whatever,
- 27:10Speaker 1: like on a Today Show or something. where this woman,
- 27:13Speaker 1: it was a few years ago, and she's like, you know,
- 27:15Speaker 1: there was this movement away from, like, finding your husband
- 27:18Speaker 1: in college. Like, I remember when I first started at USC,
- 27:22Speaker 1: this guy, like, jokingly said, are you here for your
- 27:25Speaker 1: MRS degree? And I'm like, what is that? I was like,
- 27:29Speaker 1: what is that? I'm like, no, I don't plan on
- 27:31Speaker 1: finding my husband at 22.
- 27:33Speaker 4: That's so funny.
- 27:34Speaker 1: And then, and like, in my day, like, yeah, people
- 27:37Speaker 1: got pinned in the sororities and there were a couple
- 27:39Speaker 1: weddings right out of school. Then I feel like the
- 27:42Speaker 1: people that are like 40, it was really pushed to like,
- 27:45Speaker 1: you were watching Sex and the City and like, you
- 27:48Speaker 1: definitely want to show your wild oats and everything. So anyway,
- 27:50Speaker 1: this woman came forward and she's like, let me tell
- 27:52Speaker 1: you something, girls. Nail the ones down in college. That's
- 27:57Speaker 1: the best pool of men that you'll ever find all
- 28:02Speaker 1: in one place. So if you do find one that's good.
- 28:05Speaker 4: Nail them down.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Nail it down. Nail it down.
- 28:08Speaker 4: I hear about dating now and I'm like, thank God
- 28:10Speaker 4: I don't have to do it. Everyone just talks about
- 28:12Speaker 4: how awful it is.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:14Speaker 4: No, thanks.
- 28:15Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. You're at this great place of
- 28:18Speaker 1: just kids, everyone's like, fall in love, have your fun. But,
- 28:23Speaker 1: you know, if you find one that's good, even if
- 28:25Speaker 1: you go to London and have a little, you can
- 28:27Speaker 1: always go back.
- 28:29Speaker 4: And lock it down.
- 28:30Speaker 1: So anyway, congratulations on all of that.
- 28:33Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 28:33Speaker 1: So now I want to talk about how, so you
- 28:36Speaker 1: guys finished school, you're both actors. How did you start
- 28:40Speaker 1: to do these really, really clever, impersonated sketches that you do.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Thank you for saying that. Well, it was right after
- 28:49Speaker 4: the pandemic. Everything had shut down. And I felt like
- 28:53Speaker 4: I was trying to crack the code for a while
- 28:54Speaker 4: because I kept seeing these like influencers get acting roles.
- 28:58Speaker 4: I was like, I'll just fucking burn my BFA. Like
- 29:00Speaker 4: what is happening? So I was like, I have to
- 29:02Speaker 4: kind of crack this.
- 29:03Speaker 1: You mean your Bachelor of Fine Arts?
- 29:05Speaker 4: Yes, yes, yes.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Okay, yeah.
- 29:08Speaker 4: Coming off like a major theater kid this morning.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Really are.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Really are.
- 29:14Speaker 4: So then I was trying like comedy things, some hit,
- 29:18Speaker 4: you know, but I was not being really fulfilled by it,
- 29:20Speaker 4: not to sound like a theater kid. And then... We
- 29:23Speaker 4: were just binging Succession for the new season, right?
- 29:27Speaker 2: Before we started that, it was during the pandemic. She
- 29:30Speaker 2: goes back home to Connecticut to be with her family,
- 29:34Speaker 2: and she starts making like the TikToks with her mom
- 29:37Speaker 2: and like her little niece and some of them popped off.
- 29:39Speaker 2: But she was really trying to crack the algorithm. And
- 29:41Speaker 2: I loved it. She was like really putting in the work,
- 29:44Speaker 2: getting some recognition. And then when she came back to L.A.,
- 29:48Speaker 2: we started. That's when the idea came up to do
- 29:51Speaker 2: a succession parody.
- 29:52Speaker 4: Well, yeah, we'd been we'd been binging it because season
- 29:54Speaker 4: two was coming out. We're like, let's rewatch season one.
- 29:56Speaker 4: We love this show. And it was just in our brains,
- 30:00Speaker 4: and I was like, oh, this would be so funny
- 30:02Speaker 4: if it was the same steaks, because everything's so intense,
- 30:04Speaker 4: but we're talking about coffee or something like that. And
- 30:07Speaker 4: he's so good at impressions, so it was just kind
- 30:10Speaker 4: of a no-brainer in that sense.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Were you always a kid who did impressions? When did
- 30:14Speaker 1: you realize you could do them?
- 30:16Speaker 2: When I was little, I would imitate teachers at school.
- 30:20Speaker 2: to my parents or my like cousins. And then it
- 30:23Speaker 2: became a party trick for them. Like they have their
- 30:25Speaker 2: friends over, they'd be like, James, come in here, come
- 30:27Speaker 2: in here, come in here. Like impersonate the.
- 30:29Speaker 4: Your family still does this.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Oh, they still do it. Like I'm a, like I'm a,
- 30:33Speaker 2: you know, a court jester and I'll do it because
- 30:35Speaker 2: I love the attention. And that's when I started doing it.
- 30:40Speaker 2: And so throughout my life, I've just always been able
- 30:42Speaker 2: to like, impersonate people it's just some people have a
- 30:46Speaker 2: quality about them and i can just pick it.
- 30:47Speaker 4: Up yeah yeah and then it's crazy.
- 30:49Speaker 2: And i'll annoy the shit out of her because i'll
- 30:51Speaker 2: just be in the apartment Just imitating people. Talking like
- 30:54Speaker 2: Jeremy fucking Strong while I'm making my fucking breakfast. And
- 30:59Speaker 2: she's like, would you shut the fuck up? And then
- 31:02Speaker 2: it clicked for her. Like, OK, if you're going to
- 31:03Speaker 2: do this, let's put it on.
- 31:04Speaker 4: I might as well use it.
- 31:05Speaker 2: Let's put it on the internet.
- 31:05Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah.
- 31:06Speaker 1: So the first one was a succession step.
- 31:08Speaker 4: The first was a succession. We made it. It was
- 31:10Speaker 4: the night of the premiere.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Can you do a little of one of your, like
- 31:13Speaker 1: a little scene? Oh, sure.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Of course.
- 31:16Speaker 1: OK.
- 31:16Speaker 4: Why the fuck did you drag me here to this
- 31:19Speaker 4: fucking podcast?
- 31:21Speaker 2: Rome, this is good exposure, okay?
- 31:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:24Speaker 2: We talked about this. We need to get more online.
- 31:26Speaker 4: I don't need to be... I'm fucking always online. I
- 31:28Speaker 4: don't need to fucking be more online. You're too online.
- 31:31Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, you're being rude, right? In front of Heather.
- 31:34Speaker 4: She doesn't fucking care. She doesn't even fucking know us.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Great, great. I love it. Okay, and then I love...
- 31:45Speaker 1: I love this one. Okay, so this is when I
- 31:47Speaker 1: was recently talking to someone. Actually, the episode hasn't come
- 31:50Speaker 1: out yet, but I was talking to this guy about
- 31:54Speaker 1: producer Patrick. He's great if you want to follow him
- 31:56Speaker 1: about industry stuff. Anyway, we were talking about movies and things,
- 32:01Speaker 1: and I'm like, I swear, I think the fact that
- 32:04Speaker 1: there's these comedians like you guys, like, I mean, I've
- 32:08Speaker 1: always made fun of things on stage, like a scene from,
- 32:13Speaker 1: you know, SVU or whatever, where it's like, you're walking,
- 32:18Speaker 1: I was always like, it's so weird when you're just like,
- 32:21Speaker 1: somebody's roommate was just murdered, but they're still making the coffee,
- 32:25Speaker 1: and you're like, so, I don't know, she had a
- 32:28Speaker 1: lot of boyfriends. And I'm like, you walked in on
- 32:31Speaker 1: a bloody body, you wouldn't be like, but because the
- 32:35Speaker 1: director's like, we can't have everything just in the detainment room,
- 32:39Speaker 1: so let's have her be the barista and that kind
- 32:41Speaker 1: of thing. And then I feel like we started to,
- 32:44Speaker 1: then I used to joke about what I would call
- 32:47Speaker 1: dry bar movies, which are basically the romantic comedies from 2000s.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Because if you're going to get your hair blown out,
- 32:55Speaker 1: that's all they were playing. And it would literally drive
- 32:58Speaker 1: me crazy of how cornball it is. And then I
- 33:00Speaker 1: think when we also cracked the code that like, hey, wait.
- 33:03Speaker 1: all these movies were written by men. All about these
- 33:07Speaker 1: women that are falling over themselves and they're always working
- 33:12Speaker 1: at advertising in New York and they're just so straight-laced.
- 33:15Speaker 2: How to lose a guy in 10 days.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Yes, all of that. So I love that people like
- 33:20Speaker 1: you and Delaney Rowe, who is amazing, and because she
- 33:25Speaker 1: looks like a Demi Moore and she'll kind of make
- 33:29Speaker 1: fun of these things, but I also feel like it's
- 33:31Speaker 1: kind of making it that we cannot do these movies anymore.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Nobody can seriously put out these movies anymore. They suck.
- 33:39Speaker 1: They're unrealistic. They're corny. They're so formulaic.
- 33:42Speaker 2: Yeah, very deconstructed.
- 33:44Speaker 1: So I do think there's going to be a new
- 33:46Speaker 1: era of people to create things that don't look like
- 33:51Speaker 1: what they looked like 30 years ago, more like 20
- 33:54Speaker 1: years ago. I do think because this is like, It's
- 33:58Speaker 1: we've we've like now said it and now we've said it. Right.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Right.
- 34:02Speaker 4: It's funny with some of our tropes that we created
- 34:05Speaker 4: like a whole storyline based off of the Southern couple
- 34:08Speaker 4: who don't belong together.
- 34:09Speaker 2: Right.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:11Speaker 3: And we do.
- 34:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:12Speaker 4: And so we do like Jesse Lee Brown and Bailey
- 34:14Speaker 4: Jones and. The first one, we were just like, we
- 34:16Speaker 4: just did the fight, and people were like, we actually
- 34:19Speaker 4: wanna watch this, though. We wanna see more, so it's funny.
- 34:22Speaker 1: It's really, it's actually really good. So it's like, you
- 34:25Speaker 1: walk up, okay, I'm gonna have you guys do it.
- 34:27Speaker 1: So this is basically, you would describe this as, what
- 34:29Speaker 1: you wrote on the top of the video is, the
- 34:32Speaker 1: scene where the couple who don't belong together meet for
- 34:35Speaker 1: the first time. So this is like the notebook meets
- 34:39Speaker 1: any other kind of like corny, sweet, romantic thing happening.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Period piece or just southern?
- 34:45Speaker 4: Yes.
- 34:46Speaker 1: You don't know if it's either or both?
- 34:48Speaker 2: Yes.
- 34:48Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 34:50Speaker 4: One time we had a car in it. They were like,
- 34:51Speaker 4: how is this a car? I thought this was in
- 34:53Speaker 4: the 20s.
- 34:53Speaker 2: People started getting confused and upset about the continuity.
- 34:56Speaker 4: Why does he have a cell phone?
- 34:57Speaker 2: This doesn't make sense. We're like, it's TikTok. Just go
- 35:00Speaker 2: with it.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Just go with it.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Let's just go with any kind of improv with the
- 35:03Speaker 1: couple that is not meant to be together, but you're
- 35:06Speaker 1: meeting for the first time in the romantic comedy.
- 35:09Speaker 4: Okay.
- 35:10Speaker 2: Excuse me, miss.
- 35:12Speaker 4: Me?
- 35:12Speaker 2: Me? Yeah, I saw you from across the train tracks
- 35:16Speaker 2: over there, and I noticed you were holding a Bible.
- 35:19Speaker 4: Well, yeah, God is everything.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I like to read, but I just had
- 35:26Speaker 2: to stop and tell you you have beautiful eyes.
- 35:28Speaker 4: Well, I've never met a man who likes to read before.
- 35:32Speaker 4: Maybe we're meant to be together.
- 35:34Speaker 2: Potentially. You got yourself a boyfriend?
- 35:37Speaker 1: I do.
- 35:37Speaker 4: I have a preppy rich boyfriend, so actually we don't
- 35:40Speaker 4: belong together.
- 35:42Speaker 2: Well, why don't you ditch him? Come along with me.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Maybe we can run away together and start a little
- 35:46Speaker 2: romance story of our own.
- 35:48Speaker 4: Well, my daddy, who's mayor, wouldn't like that very much.
- 35:54Speaker 1: It's so good. And the chemistry is awesome.
- 35:58Speaker 2: Getting hot in here.
- 35:59Speaker 1: And then it was like, in this one where you
- 36:01Speaker 1: were like, when you're like, I think I'm going to
- 36:03Speaker 1: marry you. I'll marry you. I'm going to marry you,
- 36:07Speaker 1: Bailey Jones. You're going to be my wife.
- 36:10Speaker 2: It was meta, too, because I was thinking about proposing
- 36:12Speaker 2: to her. I was just like, oh, this is good.
- 36:14Speaker 4: This is real stuff. Jesse Lee made him propose.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 36:17Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
- 36:19Speaker 2: She's naughty. She'll be like, I kind of miss Jesse Lee.
- 36:21Speaker 4: Okay, who's Jesse?
- 36:22Speaker 1: Wait, Jesse Lee's my character. Jesse Lee Jones is your character.
- 36:26Speaker 4: Yeah, Jesse Lee Brown and then Bailey Jones. And I'll compare,
- 36:29Speaker 4: like if he's like, I'm not.
- 36:30Speaker 1: Oh, he's Jesse Lee Jones.
- 36:31Speaker 2: Yes, he's Jesse Lee Brown. She's like, man, I really
- 36:34Speaker 2: miss Jesse Lee.
- 36:35Speaker 4: Well, I'm like, If he doesn't do something, I'm like, wow,
- 36:37Speaker 4: Jesse Lee would do that. And he's like, are you
- 36:39Speaker 4: really comparing me to this fictional character you wrote? I'm like, yeah.
- 36:42Speaker 1: Okay, well, being that you guys, I'm guessing that you're
- 36:45Speaker 1: not waiting for your wedding night. So I'm guessing you're sexual,
- 36:49Speaker 1: not to put it on you. Do you ever?
- 36:52Speaker 4: I knew this was going to come up.
- 36:53Speaker 1: I mean, you're the one who brought it up.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I teed us up for that.
- 36:59Speaker 4: Could you imagine? I mean, go on.
- 37:02Speaker 1: I do characters and stuff like that, but I always
- 37:04Speaker 1: feel like that's the one time you don't want to
- 37:07Speaker 1: be funny.
- 37:08Speaker 4: Yeah, totally.
- 37:09Speaker 1: You cannot be funny.
- 37:10Speaker 4: Totally.
- 37:10Speaker 1: And it's really hard sometimes to turn it off completely. Right, right.
- 37:14Speaker 4: I couldn't imagine James bringing Kendall Strong in the bedroom. Like,
- 37:18Speaker 4: I just.
- 37:18Speaker 2: Well, no.
- 37:19Speaker 4: I don't think I could do that.
- 37:20Speaker 2: Yeah, you would turn me down.
- 37:22Speaker 1: Who's Kendall Strong?
- 37:23Speaker 4: Kendall Roy, sorry. If you brought a succession character, I couldn't.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Oh, okay, okay, yeah.
- 37:27Speaker 4: That would be the type of role.
- 37:29Speaker 1: That might be kind of hot.
- 37:31Speaker 2: Well, you know, sometimes if I've given her a misogynist neck,
- 37:35Speaker 2: I'll pretend like I'm the masseuse, you know? Mom, dad,
- 37:39Speaker 2: cover your ears. You don't need to hear that.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Okay, all right.
- 37:41Speaker 4: I love it. And then I'll just be like, he's
- 37:43Speaker 4: too much of a character.
- 37:44Speaker 2: And then we start cracking up. It's just too funny.
- 37:46Speaker 4: Right.
- 37:47Speaker 2: We can't take it seriously.
- 37:48Speaker 1: And then you can't do it. Okay. I love this one, too.
- 37:52Speaker 1: This is the rom-com scene when they run into the
- 37:56Speaker 1: perfect act. So once you guys started to do more
- 37:59Speaker 1: than Succession, then did you just start watching what I
- 38:02Speaker 1: call the dry bar movies and start thinking of funny things?
- 38:06Speaker 1: Because this one reminded me of Oh, what was the
- 38:10Speaker 1: one with Owen Wilson?
- 38:11Speaker 2: Meet the Parents.
- 38:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 38:12Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what it was.
- 38:13Speaker 1: Yeah, and I recently just watched that with, oh, that
- 38:16Speaker 1: was one of the, it was so funny, because like,
- 38:18Speaker 1: another thing, I have boys who are 21 and 18.
- 38:21Speaker 1: And they love like stepbrothers and all that stuff. And
- 38:24Speaker 1: they're like, there's no, which is also really sad. There's
- 38:26Speaker 1: no new funny movies for anybody their age to watch.
- 38:30Speaker 2: That's so true. We were just having a conversation at
- 38:32Speaker 2: a party recently and some guy said that he's like,
- 38:34Speaker 2: I feel like you guys need to write a movie
- 38:35Speaker 2: that's funny for teenage boys.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Yes.
- 38:37Speaker 2: You know, all those Judd Apatow movies were like perfect
- 38:40Speaker 2: growing up for me and all my buddies. And it's
- 38:42Speaker 2: so true.
- 38:42Speaker 1: And I really, I really think we got to get
- 38:44Speaker 1: back to that, you know, and it's because they only
- 38:46Speaker 1: want to do movies that are like, a robot that
- 38:49Speaker 1: turns into a car in Japan or something. They're like,
- 38:52Speaker 1: well this couldn't work, this thing about won't work internationally
- 38:56Speaker 1: and it's always international. I think, again, I think we're
- 38:59Speaker 1: gonna move hopefully away from that. We have all these
- 39:02Speaker 1: different ways to watch. We have all these different creators.
- 39:07Speaker 1: sure there can be the big studio movies but I
- 39:09Speaker 1: think more and more there's gonna be these more these
- 39:11Speaker 1: movies that we wanna see you know and so one
- 39:14Speaker 1: of the movies that I did watch with the boys
- 39:16Speaker 1: was Meet the Parents and it was like the one
- 39:18Speaker 1: time they like laughed all the way through the phone
- 39:21Speaker 1: was down yeah and and so there was a scene
- 39:25Speaker 1: where yeah the the old boyfriend is Owen Wilson and
- 39:30Speaker 1: that was just hilarious but you guys did your own
- 39:33Speaker 1: like you chronic create your own movies which were and
- 39:37Speaker 1: hilarious dialogue so in this scene you're with your current
- 39:41Speaker 1: boyfriend but you run into a The perfect ex. The
- 39:44Speaker 1: ex-boyfriend that's quite intimidating to the current boyfriend.
- 39:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:47Speaker 4: And this one was actually Mike Feeney we worked with,
- 39:50Speaker 4: who's a great comedian.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Shout out to Mike.
- 39:52Speaker 4: And he was in LA. And he actually pitched this
- 39:55Speaker 4: idea to us in a very meet the parents way.
- 39:58Speaker 4: So we collaborated, wrote this together. Yes. We all just
- 40:01Speaker 4: wrote it together and it was so fun.
- 40:02Speaker 1: And you did a few scenes, a few reels of this,
- 40:05Speaker 1: didn't you?
- 40:05Speaker 4: Not this one. This is a newer one. This is
- 40:08Speaker 4: hard-hitting journalism because this one just came out.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Okay, I think that you could do a lot. More
- 40:14Speaker 1: with this.
- 40:16Speaker 2: And it was so great working with him, just having
- 40:17Speaker 2: a third person. You know, even going back to the
- 40:19Speaker 2: succession thing, it's nice having multiple people.
- 40:21Speaker 4: A different energy, because it's just us all the time.
- 40:23Speaker 2: Otherwise we gotta put on different hats and be a
- 40:24Speaker 2: different character.
- 40:25Speaker 1: You know what you have to do if you guys,
- 40:26Speaker 1: the next wedding you get invited to, you have to
- 40:28Speaker 1: steal their, without a permit, you have to film at
- 40:31Speaker 1: their wedding. And you have to do some wedding scene
- 40:34Speaker 1: of you coming out of the bathroom, and then being like,
- 40:39Speaker 1: that's so good. And then it was like, oh. And
- 40:42Speaker 1: then it's like, you don't like her. She's awful. You
- 40:45Speaker 1: hated her because you guys were on the debate team
- 40:48Speaker 1: together and you went up against each other and you
- 40:50Speaker 1: hate her. And then time goes on and then you
- 40:54Speaker 1: have to have a moment since you guys do are sexual.
- 40:57Speaker 1: You have to have a moment where these two gorgeous
- 40:59Speaker 1: people accidentally walk out and you're both naked and it's
- 41:04Speaker 1: just disgusting it's just like oh what why is your
- 41:09Speaker 1: why am I looking at this disgusting body in front
- 41:13Speaker 1: of me you're the asshole from debate class.
- 41:17Speaker 4: I love the debate class and the proposal like naked
- 41:21Speaker 4: run in that's great and.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Then finally like the final scene that is you're debating
- 41:25Speaker 1: about something but then weirdly you're on the same side
- 41:28Speaker 1: yes and then you're like what I love.
- 41:31Speaker 4: This, produced by Heather MacDonald.
- 41:33Speaker 1: I think of movie ideas all the time here, and
- 41:37Speaker 1: I'm like, go, run away, I'd like to see it.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Go steal my idea, I just want to go see it.
- 41:42Speaker 1: I don't have time.
- 41:43Speaker 4: You'd have to be in it.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Oh, please, let me be the mother then. I could
- 41:48Speaker 1: totally be your mom.
- 41:49Speaker 4: Amazing, I mean, I'd be honored.
- 41:50Speaker 2: That's good casting right there.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Okay, how about we do, let's just.
- 41:55Speaker 4: Are we going to improv as mom and daughter?
- 41:58Speaker 3: Wait.
- 41:58Speaker 1: I have a really bad one. I have a really
- 42:00Speaker 1: bad one.
- 42:01Speaker 4: Let's do it.
- 42:01Speaker 1: I don't know if this is going to be okay.
- 42:03Speaker 1: Let's do it.
- 42:06Speaker 4: I'm... Are you pitching or going into it?
- 42:10Speaker 1: I'm pitching and getting into something weird.
- 42:12Speaker 4: Okay, good.
- 42:12Speaker 1: This is a really weird one.
- 42:16Speaker 4: It's getting weird on the Juicy Scoop. Let's do it.
- 42:18Speaker 1: Okay. You're bringing home your boyfriend. You're bringing home your boyfriend.
- 42:24Speaker 1: And I'm kind of the fucked up.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Yes.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Mother.
- 42:29Speaker 5: Yes.
- 42:30Speaker 1: And I realize that I may have fucked your dad
- 42:35Speaker 1: and you guys are brothers.
- 42:36Speaker 4: Oh, that's great. I thought you were going to say
- 42:38Speaker 4: you fucked him.
- 42:39Speaker 1: I was going to say that, but then I said no. No,
- 42:41Speaker 1: too much.
- 42:42Speaker 4: In my.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Head.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:45Speaker 4: Okay. Okay.
- 42:46Speaker 1: All right.
- 42:46Speaker 4: I like it.
- 42:47Speaker 1: So I'm really hoping that this is just a platonic friend.
- 42:50Speaker 7: Okay.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Because I've kept this secret. I cheated on your dad
- 42:53Speaker 1: with his dad.
- 42:54Speaker 4: Oh, you guys are still together.
- 42:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:56Speaker 1: I'm still with your dad.
- 42:57Speaker 3: Okay.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Got it.
- 42:57Speaker 6: Got it.
- 42:58Speaker 1: And then there was, his dad was, you know, it
- 43:01Speaker 1: was a bad time for us.
- 43:02Speaker 4: Okay.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 43:03Speaker 4: Okay.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Okay.
- 43:04Speaker 2: I don't know how this is good. Well, let's see.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Let's find out.
- 43:07Speaker 1: I don't know how it's going to work out.
- 43:08Speaker 4: I'm compelled right now.
- 43:10Speaker 1: So then you go, I'm home.
- 43:12Speaker 3: Okay.
- 43:12Speaker 1: I just think you're coming by yourself.
- 43:14Speaker 2: Okay.
- 43:14Speaker 4: Okay. Come on, Johnny. Johnny, don't be nervous. Is that
- 43:18Speaker 4: my baby girl?
- 43:18Speaker 2: Yes, mom!
- 43:21Speaker 4: I see you've been, okay, the dorm food is good.
- 43:24Speaker 1: Well, glad. I'm paying a lot of money. I'm paying
- 43:26Speaker 1: a lot of money.
- 43:27Speaker 4: Do I not look okay?
- 43:28Speaker 1: No, you look fine.
- 43:30Speaker 2: Who's this?
- 43:31Speaker 4: Oh, this is Johnny. He's really special to me. I
- 43:33Speaker 4: wanted to introduce him to you.
- 43:34Speaker 2: Hi, Mrs. Jones.
- 43:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:35Speaker 2: John, I've heard so much about you, so many great things.
- 43:39Speaker 2: I can definitely see where Heather gets her good looks.
- 43:42Speaker 4: Where are you? Mom, what's wrong?
- 43:45Speaker 2: He's 6'4.
- 43:46Speaker 4: That's what you told me to get.
- 43:48Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh, yeah, I like that he's tall for you.
- 43:51Speaker 4: Oh, good.
- 43:51Speaker 1: I just, wait, tell me your last name again.
- 43:55Speaker 2: Peterson.
- 43:55Speaker 4: Peterson.
- 43:57Speaker 1: But you're from Chicago, right? You're not from Sacramento, right? Oh,
- 44:01Speaker 1: he's from Sacramento.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Yeah, my dad's from Sacramento.
- 44:04Speaker 4: Yeah. Mom, why are you acting so weird?
- 44:08Speaker 1: And you're gay, right?
- 44:09Speaker 2: I'm gay?
- 44:10Speaker 3: No, no.
- 44:11Speaker 4: We were together.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Yeah, so.
- 44:16Speaker 1: As chemistry partners.
- 44:18Speaker 4: We have chemistry, Mom. Why are you acting so weird? No,
- 44:22Speaker 4: I didn't.
- 44:25Speaker 1: No reason at all.
- 44:26Speaker 3: Okay.
- 44:28Speaker 1: We go on to the next scene.
- 44:30Speaker 2: What?
- 44:30Speaker 1: What happened?
- 44:32Speaker 4: In the end, I think you end up with his dad.
- 44:35Speaker 2: My dad's got to come over.
- 44:36Speaker 4: And we end up together.
- 44:37Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 44:39Speaker 4: The dad has to come over.
- 44:40Speaker 1: In the end, your dad is an identical twin.
- 44:43Speaker 2: Oh, I love it.
- 44:45Speaker 1: And since the beginning of time, they used to trick
- 44:49Speaker 1: and fear women and the women didn't know. So it
- 44:52Speaker 1: turns into a weird thing, but the good news is
- 44:56Speaker 1: she only fucked the uncle twin. And therefore, you could
- 45:00Speaker 1: end up together.
- 45:01Speaker 4: Do you think that's weird? Do you think stepbrothers and
- 45:04Speaker 4: then the parents marrying Like, what if we met first,
- 45:09Speaker 4: and then you met the dad? You know what I mean?
- 45:11Speaker 1: Right, well, you know what? I just saw an old movie,
- 45:14Speaker 1: this guy that I follow puts old movies on, and
- 45:16Speaker 1: it was called Innocence Lost, and it was about a
- 45:21Speaker 1: mom and dad Second marriage, get married. And then their kids,
- 45:25Speaker 1: knowing they're stepkids, but they do fall in love. And
- 45:28Speaker 1: the mom is like, what's the problem? They're not related.
- 45:32Speaker 1: And the dad was like, this can't happen. And they're
- 45:35Speaker 1: living in the same house every day with teenage hormones.
- 45:39Speaker 1: And I'm like, that was like a movie in the 90s.
- 45:41Speaker 4: Didn't that happen in the Brady's? Or was that the
- 45:45Speaker 4: spoof movie of the Brady's?
- 45:46Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, the Brady Bunch?
- 45:48Speaker 1: No, but I will tell you how weird of a
- 45:50Speaker 1: kid I was. Please. So I was the youngest of five,
- 45:54Speaker 1: could watch whatever TV I wanted. Amazing. That's why I'm
- 45:56Speaker 1: a comedian and complete inappropriate stuff.
- 45:59Speaker 3: Same, yeah.
- 45:59Speaker 1: And I had older brothers and sisters, and I remember
- 46:03Speaker 1: my brother being like, okay, let me put you to sleep, whatever.
- 46:06Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, tell me a story, tell
- 46:07Speaker 1: me a story. And I basically asked him to do
- 46:09Speaker 1: fan fiction of Brady Bunch.
- 46:10Speaker 2: Love it.
- 46:11Speaker 1: And he goes, what do you want? I go, I
- 46:13Speaker 1: wanted that Marsha and Greg are boyfriend, girlfriend. And he starts,
- 46:20Speaker 1: and he's like 15, I swear to God. And I
- 46:23Speaker 1: remember him, and I'm standing there in my bed, and
- 46:25Speaker 1: he goes, so Jan sees Greg come out of Marsha's room.
- 46:29Speaker 1: And then I remember him going, no, this is too late.
- 46:32Speaker 3: And he left.
- 46:35Speaker 1: Wait, I think that's relatable.
- 46:36Speaker 4: I think that, I don't think that's weird. They were
- 46:39Speaker 4: only step. They had a vibe.
- 46:41Speaker 1: I think at one point in their interviews and stuff,
- 46:44Speaker 1: they did say that they either dated or made out
- 46:47Speaker 1: or something.
- 46:48Speaker 4: As actors.
- 46:50Speaker 2: Do you remember.
- 46:50Speaker 4: The Disney show My Life with Derek? They were step
- 46:53Speaker 4: siblings and that was like, they were gonna fuck the
- 46:55Speaker 4: whole time.
- 46:56Speaker 2: Really?
- 46:57Speaker 4: You don't remember?
- 46:57Speaker 2: No, I never saw it.
- 46:58Speaker 4: Oh my God, it was basically a Disney incest show. Okay.
- 47:01Speaker 2: Amazing.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Well, do your parents like... Imagine your parents like each
- 47:06Speaker 1: other's partners. Oh, yes.
- 47:08Speaker 3: Yes.
- 47:09Speaker 4: We've been together eight years.
- 47:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:11Speaker 4: It's been a long time.
- 47:12Speaker 2: It's been great.
- 47:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 47:13Speaker 4: A lot of quality time together.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Do you think if anything ever happened and you did
- 47:17Speaker 1: break up, do you think that your mom would continue
- 47:20Speaker 1: to like him more than you?
- 47:21Speaker 4: I think.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Well, no... Kiki loves no one more than Taylor here.
- 47:27Speaker 4: It's my mom. She's the best.
- 47:28Speaker 1: That's good.
- 47:28Speaker 2: But I think... Yeah, go ahead.
- 47:30Speaker 4: I think your mom and her... His mom and his
- 47:32Speaker 4: granny have always said, they always neg James. So when
- 47:36Speaker 4: I'm home, before we were engaged, his granny would be like,
- 47:39Speaker 4: you better propose to her. She's going to learn that
- 47:42Speaker 4: she's too good for you and leave you. And then
- 47:45Speaker 4: now that we're engaged, she's like, you better hope someone
- 47:47Speaker 4: better looking doesn't come along and sweep Taylor off her feet.
- 47:50Speaker 4: I'm like, what do you guys think this is?
- 47:52Speaker 2: My family would keep Taylor around if anything were to
- 47:55Speaker 2: happen to us. They would rather have Taylor than me.
- 47:58Speaker 4: No, that's not true.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Oh, they just love you.
- 48:00Speaker 4: Yeah, it's definitely true.
- 48:01Speaker 1: Yeah, no, for sure.
- 48:03Speaker 4: No, we love each other's families.
- 48:05Speaker 1: I have a great mother-in-law, too. Oh, do you?
- 48:06Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm really lucky. You love her?
- 48:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 48:08Speaker 4: I love that.
- 48:08Speaker 1: And then there were times where, you know, I'd be like,
- 48:12Speaker 1: I just have to tell you, like, this is what
- 48:14Speaker 1: happened with Peter. And she'd be like, well, why is
- 48:16Speaker 1: he like that? You know what? Yeah, yeah. And then
- 48:18Speaker 1: one day I, like, woke up and I was like, okay,
- 48:21Speaker 1: wait a minute. I, she raised him until he was 18.
- 48:25Speaker 5: Okay.
- 48:26Speaker 1: I've now had him for 23 years. Anything I don't like,
- 48:30Speaker 1: that's my responsibility. And I'm also like, I don't think
- 48:35Speaker 1: I want Drake or Brandon's spouse calling me and complaining.
- 48:38Speaker 1: Like 30 years down the road. I don't want to
- 48:40Speaker 1: be 80 and being like, I don't know why he
- 48:47Speaker 1: leaves his shoes like that. I swear to God, I
- 48:49Speaker 1: told him for 18 years. Like, I can't. Yeah. So
- 48:52Speaker 1: I'm like, now I don't complain anymore.
- 48:55Speaker 4: That's good. That's good.
- 48:56Speaker 1: I probably do a little bit.
- 48:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:58Speaker 1: Let's talk about Anna Delvey on Dancing with the Stars.
- 49:01Speaker 1: What did you think when you found out that she
- 49:03Speaker 1: was going to get Dancing with the Stars? Were you
- 49:05Speaker 1: doing her? Have you been doing her for a while?
- 49:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:07Speaker 1: She's a fun one to do. I do her a
- 49:09Speaker 1: little bit, but you do her better than I do.
- 49:11Speaker 4: She's so fun. We did her and Tinder Swindler together
- 49:17Speaker 4: years ago.
- 49:18Speaker 2: Years ago.
- 49:18Speaker 4: And that was one of our... like really viral videos.
- 49:21Speaker 1: So you were the Tinder Swindler guy.
- 49:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 49:24Speaker 2: Yeah. Because both those shows were like popping off at
- 49:26Speaker 2: the same time.
- 49:27Speaker 4: And they're both scammers.
- 49:28Speaker 1: Remind us of the Tinder Swindler guy.
- 49:30Speaker 4: He was like swindling women.
- 49:33Speaker 5: Right.
- 49:33Speaker 1: No, I remember that he swindled the women and he
- 49:35Speaker 1: was foreign.
- 49:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 49:36Speaker 1: But I don't remember like. How he acted.
- 49:39Speaker 2: I don't even know how he acted either.
- 49:41Speaker 4: Do you remember the sketch?
- 49:43Speaker 2: I just know that he had like in the sketch.
- 49:44Speaker 4: I was like, what's he want?
- 49:47Speaker 2: I said, baby, I need $ 30, 000. I need $ 30, 000 for
- 49:51Speaker 2: my trust. No, no, no. I need it.
- 49:54Speaker 4: No, I need it.
- 49:56Speaker 2: Just take out the loan.
- 49:57Speaker 4: You know what? Stop hanging out with poor people. Maybe
- 50:02Speaker 4: you wouldn't be so broke.
- 50:04Speaker 2: I need it.
- 50:05Speaker 4: It was something like that.
- 50:07Speaker 1: I mean, Anna Delvey is such a bitch. And I
- 50:11Speaker 1: don't know if you saw my video, but I predicted
- 50:15Speaker 1: that they would bedazzle her ankle bracelet.
- 50:19Speaker 2: You called that?
- 50:20Speaker 4: You forecasted that?
- 50:21Speaker 1: I go, and I said that it would start, the
- 50:23Speaker 1: dance would start, and it would be like, Anna Delvey
- 50:25Speaker 1: dancing to the cha-cha-cha. And then I said the camera
- 50:28Speaker 1: would go on the brown character shoe, which I still
- 50:31Speaker 1: don't understand why they always have to be that. Brown
- 50:33Speaker 1: character shoot, then show the ankle, bracelet, bedazzle, and go
- 50:37Speaker 1: up the leg. And sure enough, all of a sudden,
- 50:40Speaker 1: DMs are coming through.
- 50:41Speaker 4: How did you know?
- 50:41Speaker 1: I don't even watch Dancing with the Stars.
- 50:43Speaker 4: How did you know?
- 50:44Speaker 1: I just haven't watched it long enough. I just know
- 50:45Speaker 1: how unoriginal people are. And I knew that's why they
- 50:49Speaker 1: hired her. So good.
- 50:51Speaker 4: Did you see her last night?
- 50:52Speaker 2: This? Did you see this?
- 50:53Speaker 1: I saw this clip where they're like, what will you
- 50:55Speaker 1: get out of this competition? And she said... Nothing.
- 50:58Speaker 4: Nothing.
- 50:59Speaker 1: When she says nothing, is she being a bitch or
- 51:01Speaker 1: does she mean, even if I win... I have to
- 51:04Speaker 1: give them money and restitution? Because she said she paid
- 51:06Speaker 1: all the restitution.
- 51:07Speaker 4: Oh, you thought it was factual.
- 51:09Speaker 1: No, but then I realized, no, it just means nothing,
- 51:11Speaker 1: meaning she's just a bitch.
- 51:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I think so.
- 51:14Speaker 4: I think she didn't realize the time commitment that it
- 51:17Speaker 4: was going to be. And I think she was like,
- 51:19Speaker 4: I'm tired. I don't want to do this. And she
- 51:21Speaker 4: was like, I'm happy to go home. Leave me alone.
- 51:24Speaker 1: Okay, I totally agree. And I've interviewed and talked to
- 51:29Speaker 1: many former celebrities that do Dancing with the Stars.
- 51:32Speaker 4: It seems.
- 51:33Speaker 1: And they are like, some of them are super into it.
- 51:35Speaker 1: It kind of is who you are.
- 51:37Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 51:37Speaker 1: That's why the athletes do so well.
- 51:39Speaker 4: Right.
- 51:39Speaker 1: Because they're so competitive. And when people say, like, I'm
- 51:43Speaker 1: super competitive, I'm, like, not. I'm not. You tap out.
- 51:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 51:48Speaker 1: I would just be like, okay, like, whatever. And especially
- 51:52Speaker 1: because I've heard that, There was a time, and maybe,
- 51:56Speaker 1: I don't know if this is the same for Dancing
- 51:58Speaker 1: with the Stars. The way it should work, and I'm
- 52:01Speaker 1: not sure if it does, is that you get a
- 52:03Speaker 1: set amount, but then each week that you maintain your staying,
- 52:06Speaker 1: you would get.
- 52:07Speaker 4: More, which I think is what happens.
- 52:09Speaker 1: So there's a motivation to stay.
- 52:10Speaker 4: And then a cash prize at the end.
- 52:12Speaker 1: But do you remember when Lisa Vanderpump fainted?
- 52:15Speaker 4: No.
- 52:15Speaker 1: Okay, so, of course.
- 52:17Speaker 5: Yes.
- 52:20Speaker 1: Yeah, it's so much work. It's nine hours a day.
- 52:23Speaker 1: Your body's dying. You're not that great. And you're just like,
- 52:26Speaker 1: holy shit, I do not. You know what it is?
- 52:29Speaker 4: I feel like you have to go into training for it.
- 52:30Speaker 4: And they just throw these people in.
- 52:32Speaker 1: I'll come out on stage and I'll do like a
- 52:33Speaker 1: little dance.
- 52:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 52:35Speaker 1: And then for the first like seven minutes, I'm out
- 52:37Speaker 1: of breath. So I'm like, what is happening? And then
- 52:40Speaker 1: I just did a care. We just did like a
- 52:41Speaker 1: karaoke thing when we were in Vegas. Yeah. And we're
- 52:44Speaker 1: all singing. And I'm like, I will never bag on
- 52:47Speaker 1: like Tom Sandoval or Luann or anybody because. Singing three
- 52:51Speaker 1: minute long songs is fucking exhausting.
- 52:54Speaker 2: Yeah, you gotta have cardio, man.
- 52:55Speaker 1: So I mean, I think the dancing and all that stuff,
- 52:57Speaker 1: like your body's banging afterwards. Yeah, I know.
- 53:01Speaker 4: Everyone looks so sick after that show. I'm like, what
- 53:03Speaker 4: the fuck?
- 53:04Speaker 2: Wait, what was the karaoke song that you did?
- 53:06Speaker 1: Oh, well, okay. So my go-to for years, it's a
- 53:10Speaker 1: very easy one to do, which is- Should we guess it? Guess.
- 53:15Speaker 1: That'd be amazing if you got it right.
- 53:17Speaker 2: Shania Twain?
- 53:18Speaker 1: Close.
- 53:19Speaker 3: Wow.
- 53:19Speaker 4: That's a good one. Well, don't go chasing waterfalls.
- 53:23Speaker 3: No.
- 53:23Speaker 1: It's Let's Give Me Something to Talk About. Because it's
- 53:27Speaker 1: real easy to do.
- 53:28Speaker 4: That's great.
- 53:29Speaker 1: But I came up with a new one over the weekend,
- 53:32Speaker 1: which I was not good at. What was it? But
- 53:34Speaker 1: Adele is leaving Vegas, and I was in Vegas. Love that.
- 53:37Speaker 1: So it was one of her songs that I love.
- 53:40Speaker 1: It's popular, but not as the top top. But it's
- 53:42Speaker 1: the Turning Tables. Do you know that song?
- 53:43Speaker 4: Yeah, I used to.
- 53:44Speaker 1: Turning Tables. I don't even know the words. I had
- 53:49Speaker 1: to read it. But the other song, I don't have
- 53:51Speaker 1: to read the words. So you act like you just
- 53:55Speaker 1: found it. You're like, oh, how about Bonnie writes something
- 53:58Speaker 1: to talk about? And then you know every word.
- 54:02Speaker 4: That's great.
- 54:04Speaker 1: But it's exhausting. And I also think all karaoke songs
- 54:06Speaker 1: should be cut down to just be two minutes.
- 54:08Speaker 2: That's a good call.
- 54:09Speaker 4: I don't like going to karaoke. He's a singer. I
- 54:11Speaker 4: love watching him sing. Watching people sing is kind of
- 54:17Speaker 4: my nightmare.
- 54:17Speaker 1: So this place in Vegas, it's private rooms. Okay. I
- 54:21Speaker 1: think that's kind of with your group. So there was
- 54:23Speaker 1: four of us. However, if there's two of you, it's
- 54:26Speaker 1: not fun. But at least if you're four. So if
- 54:27Speaker 1: there's four of you, you go in and you can
- 54:30Speaker 1: order food, drinks, whatever. And it's a certain amount, like
- 54:33Speaker 1: $ 100 for an hour. An hour, you're good. Everybody gets
- 54:36Speaker 1: two songs in.
- 54:37Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 54:38Speaker 4: An hour I can do. Don't you feel more trapped though?
- 54:40Speaker 4: Then it's more pressure to be like, you're doing so good.
- 54:43Speaker 1: Well, we were drunk and it was, sure, sure.
- 54:46Speaker 2: It's a party with four. I'm just a hater.
- 54:48Speaker 1: Yeah, and we're just like, then you're trying too hard. Yeah,
- 54:51Speaker 1: but the girl working there says a lot of people
- 54:52Speaker 1: are really disappointed.
- 54:53Speaker 3: Why?
- 54:54Speaker 1: Because they want the audience. They think they're going to
- 54:56Speaker 1: a karaoke bar with the audience and everybody listening.
- 54:59Speaker 4: Also Vegas. They're like, I'm going to do it big
- 55:02Speaker 4: in Vegas.
- 55:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm going to like, oh, and of course, there's
- 55:03Speaker 1: probably so many people that are pretty decent singers. Right, right, right. Okay,
- 55:08Speaker 1: so get back to Anna Delvey.
- 55:09Speaker 3: Yes, yes.
- 55:10Speaker 1: Okay, so you guys, you did a little funny one
- 55:14Speaker 1: of just you're the dance guy trying to motivate her
- 55:19Speaker 1: for the next routine this week.
- 55:21Speaker 4: Yes.
- 55:22Speaker 1: Okay, let's see it.
- 55:23Speaker 3: Okay.
- 55:24Speaker 2: All right.
- 55:25Speaker 4: Now what do you want, Ezra?
- 55:26Speaker 2: Well, Anna, we are on the ropes. Twitter's not loving us.
- 55:31Speaker 4: Well, yeah, that's because of you, not me.
- 55:33Speaker 2: Oh, it's because of me. Okay. All right. Well, I
- 55:36Speaker 2: do think that maybe we should put in more rehearsal
- 55:39Speaker 2: time this week.
- 55:39Speaker 4: I think maybe you should put in more effort to
- 55:42Speaker 4: your outfits because you look poor. And I think that's
- 55:45Speaker 4: why we're not getting the votes.
- 55:46Speaker 2: Okay, well, this is my workout outfit because I'm ready
- 55:48Speaker 2: to sweat. I'm ready to work.
- 55:49Speaker 4: Okay, I do not have time for this. I do
- 55:52Speaker 4: not have time for you. We're going to lose.
- 55:55Speaker 2: Amazing. Amazing.
- 55:58Speaker 1: Yeah, she is. Yeah, I was like. I was like, oh, God, whatever.
- 56:02Speaker 1: But you know what? She's the only thing anyone's talking about.
- 56:04Speaker 1: That's a good point. I think it was a great choice.
- 56:06Speaker 4: I know. Everyone's like, why is she cast? I don't
- 56:08Speaker 4: care that it's.
- 56:08Speaker 1: Dancing with the grifters. Bring them all on.
- 56:10Speaker 2: Bring them all on. She was a good sport, too.
- 56:13Speaker 2: The first video we did, she duetted the video with
- 56:19Speaker 2: her partner, and they're laughing in real time. Oh, that's great.
- 56:22Speaker 2: She showed the ankle monitor. It was great. Yeah.
- 56:24Speaker 4: She really is a good sport.
- 56:26Speaker 2: She has a good sense of humor about it. Have
- 56:27Speaker 2: you ever.
- 56:29Speaker 1: Not heard from someone that wasn't pleased with an impression?
- 56:33Speaker 2: Ooh, good question. I've seen Tom Sandoval out in the wild.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Let me see.
- 56:40Speaker 2: Oh my God.
- 56:40Speaker 1: That's what I want to see.
- 56:42Speaker 2: Okay which version of tom are we doing.
- 56:44Speaker 1: I do a little of joe too but.
- 56:46Speaker 4: No no you can't no no please please this is
- 56:49Speaker 4: your show i'm happy to watch no tom sandoval is
- 56:52Speaker 4: there anyone else that you do from now i do lisa.
- 56:55Speaker 6: But it's so hard and she's all do lisa perfect
- 56:58Speaker 6: and you do joe okay and i'm okay let's do
- 57:02Speaker 6: this i'm lisa hell yeah yes we're they're thinking about
- 57:06Speaker 6: that you know the The word on the street is
- 57:08Speaker 6: they have not started filming Banner Pump.
- 57:11Speaker 1: They're on that indefinite break. We don't know what's going on.
- 57:15Speaker 1: And I'm meeting you. Okay. Even like how she always
- 57:18Speaker 1: does it.
- 57:18Speaker 4: Yeah, they're like crazy.
- 57:19Speaker 1: I'm meeting you for a cup of tea and to...
- 57:22Speaker 1: I want you both to come back and I'm going
- 57:24Speaker 1: to propose something interesting.
- 57:26Speaker 2: Okay, great.
- 57:26Speaker 1: That would bring us back. Great.
- 57:27Speaker 4: So Sandoval Joseph. Okay. Can I.
- 57:32Speaker 1: Can we get them a cup of tea?
- 57:33Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll take tea.
- 57:35Speaker 2: Can I get a Diet Coke, please? Thank you.
- 57:38Speaker 4: I'll take one of those, too.
- 57:40Speaker 2: Hi, Lisa.
- 57:41Speaker 4: Hi.
- 57:42Speaker 1: How's it going with the singing and the shirtless off
- 57:45Speaker 1: at the Canyon Club?
- 57:46Speaker 2: It's going great.
- 57:47Speaker 4: You're so hot.
- 57:49Speaker 2: Thanks, Joe. Yeah, dude, it's just like, we still get
- 57:54Speaker 2: people booing, and it's really frustrating, but I'm still going
- 57:58Speaker 2: to keep trying, and I just kind of miss being
- 58:00Speaker 2: on the show.
- 58:02Speaker 1: You know, I don't know if the singing thing's going
- 58:04Speaker 1: to work, but I have an idea to bring back,
- 58:07Speaker 1: you know, the cast. And obviously, Joe, you know.
- 58:11Speaker 4: You want me?
- 58:12Speaker 1: You've got your weird little twerks and tics and I
- 58:16Speaker 1: don't know what it is that you have. But clearly
- 58:19Speaker 1: Tom Schwartz has moved on. He doesn't want you talking
- 58:23Speaker 1: about him. He's got a new girlfriend who I like.
- 58:25Speaker 1: So I'm thinking you don't care who you boink to you.
- 58:32Speaker 2: Me, Lisa? I... Yeah, I mean, fuck, dude. If it
- 58:38Speaker 2: means getting back on the fucking show, then... I mean,
- 58:42Speaker 2: she's not bad.
- 58:44Speaker 4: Wait, would you fuck me?
- 58:48Speaker 2: I'd fuck anything, honestly, if it meant ratings.
- 58:51Speaker 1: I mean, I see a chemistry here. You like dogs.
- 58:54Speaker 1: You like dogs.
- 58:55Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah.
- 58:56Speaker 1: I have dogs to give. Yeah.
- 58:59Speaker 3: And you.
- 59:00Speaker 1: You kind of do hair. I wasn't thrilled with short
- 59:03Speaker 1: blonde hair. I would rather you not do it for
- 59:05Speaker 1: Tom Sandoval.
- 59:06Speaker 4: That's what he asked for.
- 59:07Speaker 2: Yeah, you're not touching my fucking hair, dude. Yeah, no.
- 59:10Speaker 4: I would never. I would never. We could be robots together.
- 59:14Speaker 2: Fucking robot bit. Yeah, I guess I'm down.
- 59:19Speaker 4: Wait, your Lisa's so good. Your Lisa's so good.
- 59:24Speaker 1: That's amazing. Okay, that honestly could save the show. That's
- 59:28Speaker 1: not a bad idea. And we could continue doing this.
- 59:31Speaker 1: I love it. If Sandoval got together with Joe, also
- 59:35Speaker 1: a grifter. I think Joe, she could be on Dancing
- 59:36Speaker 1: with the Stars. with a star snack.
- 59:42Speaker 4: I would kill Sheena. I'm shocked they didn't put her
- 59:45Speaker 4: on this season.
- 59:46Speaker 1: I think at a certain point Sheena's gonna be like,
- 59:48Speaker 1: you know what, I don't even wanna do it.
- 59:49Speaker 4: I think she's probably at that.
- 59:51Speaker 1: She should be at that point. She should be like,
- 59:53Speaker 1: something better is gonna pop along in the reality world.
- 59:57Speaker 1: I totally agree.
- 59:57Speaker 2: Do you think she pivots to the valley?
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: I mean, I think that right now, I think that
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: she and Lala are probably doing scenes with them because
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: they're close to Brittany and the other girls.
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: It's like a soft launch.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: And they're probably just getting paid per scene or whatever,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: which is kind of a good thing. Now, listen, they'll
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: want Vanderpump to come back because they have a quote
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: and everything and they'll be able to make more money.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: But if it doesn't, obviously that would make a lot
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: of sense.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: Yeah, not a bad pivot at all.
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I totally agree.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: And there was an argument that happened with Lala. I mean,
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: she's since talked about it, but when she first told
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: me it was not, it was for Lala's daughter's birthday, Ocean,
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: and it was when Jax and Brittany were still together.
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: Oh, fuck.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: And she's like, basically she was like, oh my God,
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: I don't even know what is going on. what fucking
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: happened with Britney? I'm like, what are you talking about?
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Because they've always loved her. No one's ever said one
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: thing about Britney. And it seemed like maybe Jax, they
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: were just, but they accused, I mean, this is so,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: they accused Lala of stealing their babysitter.
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: Oh, yes.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: But when it happened, it was like, Lala was like,
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: She's not even a full-time babysitter. And I'm like, and
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: then of course I go, yeah, but you got to
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: see where they're coming from. They're like, you have another
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: baby on the way. You're, you're full-time work. You probably
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: would like her to live in. She's like, of course
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: I'd want her to live in. I go, well, they,
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: now they don't, she's got, the person's going to go
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: with the steady gig.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: And she's like, first of all, she babysat for me first.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: And I'm like, why is this not on the show?
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: This is not really real. Because people have done that.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: People have always been like, oh.
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: Is that a thing? People are territorial over there?
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: I remember I was a babysitter. And I went to
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: the babysitter lady down the street. I worked all the time.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: I was like 12 and babysitting all these kids. And
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: so she's like, oh, won't you come to Shadia's birthday party? Okay, yeah.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: So I go to the birthday party and... she had
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: bragged about me to everybody, because I would do Barbies
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: and act out things and entertain her daughter. And so
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: then she's like, she goes, yeah, all these, she goes,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: I brag about you so much, all these other moms
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: want you. And I go, great. And she goes, absolutely not.
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, territorial.
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: And I was like, Oh, my God.
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: Did you feel amazing? Oh, kind of.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: But I was also like, you know, I wanted the business.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: I was building a business. And I was like, yeah.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: So I'm like, from the beginning of time, it's like,
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: you know, you introduce someone to your person, but you're like,
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: I want you to have like a more, not if
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: it's going to take away from me. And the kids
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: and all this other stuff I just thought was so amazing. Funny.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: So now with Brittany being single, I think that is great.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: And then it seems like, you know, Jax is in
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: a better place and he's like, it's better that we're divorced.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: I think also watching the co-parenting stuff.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: Oh, I saw this and I want to get your
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: opinion on this. So I like this girl very much.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: I've met her. She's the realtor one from the Valley.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: She and the, did you watch The Valley? Okay, so
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: the pretty brunette, she was a realtor with her husband
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: and they got divorced. And they have one little girl.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: So she posted this and then other bloggers and stuff
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: kind of picked it up as like, what the fuck
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: is this? And it's her in her car and it's
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: a question that she put like, something like, or a
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: question that someone asked her, how is co-parenting going? So
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: then she layered that on her video And she's bawling.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: She's crying.
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: Oh, shit.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: But also, okay, so you're having a hard moment. You
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: dropped off your kid. You're missing her or whatever. And
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: you're like, oh, shit, I'm crying.
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: Take the phone.
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: Hold on. I have a problem with this.
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: I don't understand it.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: Hold on, I'm crying.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: I'm crying. Hold on.
- 1:03:48Speaker 4: I do not get it.
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: She's like, the makeup looks good.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Wait a second.
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: Lighting's right.
- 1:03:51Speaker 4: This is exactly what it is.
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: It's... Action, exactly.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: Okay, now I'm done crying. Okay, so hold on.
- 1:03:59Speaker 4: And then record the video.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: Wait a second. I've got to pick the music. I've
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: got to put the thing on the thing. I'm hashtag divorce, parenting,
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: hashtag the valley, hashtag trials and tribulations. That doesn't go. Okay,
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: four is enough. Hashtag.
- 1:04:20Speaker 4: So good.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: Back on the road.
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: So I was just like, I totally, I don't, I
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: believe that you were probably crying about that at that moment.
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: But I have actually said this for a long time
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: and I was like, I'm going to just see if
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: crying gets me more views. And it does.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: No, what did you cry about?
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: It was a fake, I did a fake cry, but
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: I just was like, because I think people are like,
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: Especially if they follow you and they don't see you upset.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: So they're kind of like, oh, my God. Did her
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: dog die? What the fuck happened? But then it's okay
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: if you're crying and talking about it. You're just like,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: you guys, I don't know. I'm weird with my kid.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: My kid's not with me this weekend. This is the stuff.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: I've seen women do that. And I'm like, okay. But
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: it's just that it was just the... Have you seen
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: the one... influencers make fun of how they put the thing.
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: And they're like, one more day.
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: Just keep going. And they do like the inspirational music.
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: It's so good.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: And then they go on and grab it and you
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: see that it's like, yeah, I think again, just like
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: these crappy movies that you guys, not crappy, but the
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: formulaic movies. Formulaic, yeah. That you cracked the code and
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: pointed it out to how funny it is. I think
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: that type of stuff is going to go away too.
- 1:05:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: Because it's just too.
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: I'll say a positive about it is that Instagram, social media,
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: it's a highlight reel. We're all showing the best things.
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: True.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: That's a good point.
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: The cool thing about it is like, oh, other people
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: have breakdowns, stuff like that. I have many breakdowns. I cry.
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: I've never once been like, you know what I should
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: do is pull out. I go to him.
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: Let's get the ring light out.
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: Let's get the ring light. Let's get this lit. Yeah,
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: I'm having a really great crying moment. I mean, just
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: like you shouldn't show your kid crying and making a
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: bit about it. And then someone was like, you know,
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: I just don't think sometimes people think about it because
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: this does live on the internet forever. And you don't
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: know how big of a star you'll be. So like
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: in 10 years now, the girl's 13. And she thinks
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: everything's fine. It could like affect her in a weird way. Like,
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: oh my God, I remember going back and forth, you know, like, Like,
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: I have a stepdaughter, and only recently did we talk about,
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: you know, when she would come to our house. And
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: I never knew, like, what she was going through before
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: arriving there.
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Like, emotionally and, like, with... And... No, that is so interesting.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: And it went on for, like, years. And I was like, oh,
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: my gosh. So, like, I wouldn't want her now to see... Like,
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: right now, my stepdaughter looked up something on the internet,
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: and I was like, You know, and I was like,
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: I just have to tell you how hard it is
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: to be a stepmother.
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: Right. I know.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: I feel appreciated.
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: And it's like, you know, 2003.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: Totally. And she's seeing that. And like, Mackenzie's four and
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: she's coming over now. And it's just like, what? It
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: was supposed to be our date night. Like, I just
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: don't know.
- 1:07:19Speaker 4: It's so true.
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: You could screw them up.
- 1:07:20Speaker 4: It's like, could you imagine her coming to you?
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: I just don't think anyone really... we're so wrapped up
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: in this world of like sharing everything and we just
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: don't think about it. I've certainly like, you know, whatever,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: made a mistake.
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: Well, you know, we did a video of like making
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: fun of gender reviews. You know how they set up
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: the camera in the park or whatever.
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: Well, it was more so making fun of the toxic
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: men when they.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: Have a girl.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: Yes, that was it.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: It was how excited they get about the boy. And
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: then if it's like a third girl, they're like, he's
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: going to kill himself.
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: You're like, what?
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: Yeah, so we.
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: Were making fun of those type of dudes that have
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: that reaction.
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: And people took it so literal.
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: They did not understand.
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: That it was a joke. A lot of people saw it.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: Oh, they didn't realize you were a comedian. They didn't
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: know you were a comedian. It just came in their feed.
- 1:08:04Speaker 4: It has like a million likes and people.
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: The comments, the messages like, I hope your daughter never
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: sees this. Like you're a terrible human being. And then
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: I got out of the pool and I'm like, well, shit,
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: what if we have a daughter? I hope she doesn't
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: see this video.
- 1:08:16Speaker 4: I'll be like, Mommy and Daddy are funny and you
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: should be proud.
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: They'll get it.
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: They'll get it.
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: My kids have always gotten it.
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: Yeah, that's great.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: But I did say, my first stand-up special, I was like,
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: I don't want you guys watching this until you're 16.
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Because I'm talking about Hot Wheels cars and things like that.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: And explaining stories. And I'm like, at 16, you'll get
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: why it's funny.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: But if you're seven, you might be like, why did
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: you make fun of my Hot Wheels crew? You know
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: what I mean? Because their mind is not there, which
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: is why you shouldn't involve them in your, you know
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: what your dad did? Might need that child support payment.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: That's why you don't share that shit.
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: Totally. It's a fine line. It's a fine line.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:08:59Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: So I loved this. Let's talk about The Perfect Couple,
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: which I saw. Now, in general, what did you think
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: of the movie, of this series, Perfect Couple, on Netflix
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: with Nicole Kidman?
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: I was kind of bored by it.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: Got to be honest, we didn't finish it.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: We didn't finish it. That's okay.
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: You can spoil the ending. We don't care.
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: I was so excited to see it because I was like,
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: Nicole Kidman, the ocean, the vibes. Like, we are so in.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: And let's say all that, okay? So it was, you
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: play Nicole Kidman.
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: I said, before seeing this, I said, I felt like
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: these movies now, to get these big stars, you know,
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: they get the IP of the book. The book was
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: a hit.
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: And, you know, they just go, okay, we're going to
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: make this thing. And they make it so convenient for
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: these big stars. I don't know how many scenes they
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: filmed alone with a stunt double with a wig on
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: to get it, to knock it out. But I literally
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: was like, I think probably Nicole Kidman filmed this in
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: less than a week. Interesting. And just like, here's $ 5 million,
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: less than a week, go. Because every woman... is going
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: to be like, oh my God, rich people by the beach?
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: You know?
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: And so like, I'll watch it. I love it.
- 1:10:09Speaker 4: Am I cheating on a murder?
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: Like, I'm all about it.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: Come on.
- 1:10:12Speaker 4: It's like the White Lotus.
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: But it wasn't like that.
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: It was like high camp almost.
- 1:10:17Speaker 4: What was, like, why?
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: I think it was high, what I got is, I
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: was hearing how awful it was, you know? And it
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: was like disappointing and it was so corny and so unbelievable.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: And then I said, oh, you know what? It's not
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: supposed to be believable.
- 1:10:30Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: For whatever reason, they chose to do this corny tone.
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: Right, right.
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: And I don't, like, almost like the movie Clue, where, like,
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: you're not really thinking about the fact that this girl's
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: life is gone.
- 1:10:41Speaker 4: Yeah, it wasn't based in reality.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: It wasn't, like, really, like, a true crime. Like, this
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: girl had a, well, she says I don't have a family, but, like,
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: she's a dead 30-year-old, possibly pregnant woman.
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: Like, this is awful. And everyone's like, hmm.
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: Yeah, and everyone's just like, oh, okay, she's not going
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: to have the book launch. So I think I said,
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: once you just accept that this is, like, a weird,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: corny tone and it's not, it is not Big Little Lies,
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: then you might have fun with the outfits and the weirdness.
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: Totally.
- 1:11:09Speaker 4: It just didn't have enough weight to keep us really engaged,
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: I think.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: Okay, so let's see when the agent presents. You played
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: the agent, right?
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: And when the agent presents to Nicole Kidman this possible
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: movie opportunity. Okay. Hello.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: Hey, Nicole. It's your agent here.
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: Yeah. Good to talk to you. I have a great
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: opportunity for you, a film that I think you'd be
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: perfect for.
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: Am I rich in it?
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: Yes, yes you are.
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: Is it shot in a coastal town where I could
- 1:11:42Speaker 4: wrap myself in a sweater and drink a glass of wine?
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: Yeah, Nantucket.
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: Wig?
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: Of course.
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: I'm in.
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, no, all that stuff is true, but do
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: you want to hear any more about the plot at all? No.
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: No character?
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: Absolutely not.
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: All right, great, well, I'll get the paperwork sent over.
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: Good to go.
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: And then the dancing. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: Why does she... I figure also with the wig. I
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: think the wig is a big.
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: What's with the wig?
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: I think a wig is another thing to get them
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: to do the show.
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: You're going to wear a wig, your hair won't be damaged,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: and you're going to save all that time.
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: Well, she's gotten to the point now where she's like,
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: she can make those to me. I want a wig.
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: I don't want to dye my hair.
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: The wigs save a lot of time.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: Totally.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: Because... They don't have to match the hair to the
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: other scene. It's matched. It's there. You don't have to
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: blow dry it, do it, all that. That's saving you
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: an hour and a half a day.
- 1:12:36Speaker 4: So that's what it is.
- 1:12:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: And then you're also not putting heat on your hair
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: or product in your hair, so you're saving the hair
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: that you do have.
- 1:12:44Speaker 4: It's also now I'll be disappointed if she doesn't wear wigs.
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: I'm like, should I need her in a wig? She
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: wore a wig in the Big Little Lies 2.
- 1:12:49Speaker 4: That was a good one.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: I didn't even clock that one.
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: I think wigs with bangs are better.
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: Because it always is just, But it was so curly.
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: And I'm like, it's the day of the wedding, and
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: you're wearing a silk pantsuit at the beach. Wouldn't you
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: be in a robe or at least sweats with make
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: that wig be like this? Yeah, they never changed it.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: You're about to get your makeup in. And that's when
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: I realized, I'm like, oh, they're not trying to make
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: this realistic at all.
- 1:13:18Speaker 4: That's a good point.
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: Running around the kitchen with a cake.
- 1:13:21Speaker 4: It's a good point.
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: The only thing to eat.
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: It was just, it was like, now let me ask you,
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: have you guys ever, one of you had an idea
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: wanting to do something and the other one has been like,
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: I don't think it's funny or you do it and
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: you're like, I don't think it's up to par. Let's
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: not post for sure.
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: For sure.
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: I think of any, but have you ever argued about like,
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: have you ever not been on the same page?
- 1:13:45Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: Yeah. But we tend, like if we're, if we're kind
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: of on two different sides of a video or an idea,
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: If the other person is, like, super, like, I believe
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: in this.
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: Passionate about it, yeah.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: Okay, then we'll resort to that. Whoever's more passionate, right?
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: I don't think we've ever gotten to a part where,
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: or a point where I or you are super passionate
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: about not doing something. Right, right.
- 1:14:08Speaker 4: But it definitely helps when we're both into it. Like,
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: when we, I got him to start watching Vanderpump, and
- 1:14:13Speaker 4: he saw the scene with Tom and Ariana when he's like,
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: you know, bye. batteries and paper towels.
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: And the first episode I ever saw.
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: Wait, let's, let's for your dramatic, uh, monologue to close
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: up the show.
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: Well, I still might not talk to you more, but anyway,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: I need to see your Tom dramatic monologue talking about
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: the last few years of his life. What matters to him,
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: where he's going, who he is today.
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: Love. Yeah. Thank you, Heather. Uh, You know, the last
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: few years have been very rough for me. And obviously Ariana,
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: but for me. And I think I've grown a lot.
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: I've gotten sober, which is great. And I recommend that
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: for anyone who's struggling. That's not a joke. But I
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: also recommend just like looking yourself in the mirror every
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: day when you wake up. And just being like, fuck yeah, dude.
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: You fucking rock. You are the main character in this
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: fucked up movie. And it's okay to fuck up. It's
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: okay to fuck up. And it's okay to be a
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: fucking rock star. And that's what you are. You're a
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: rock star. So the future looks bright. And catch me
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: on Traitors. Season three.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: I really love that. That was amazing. I just have
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: one question for you as Tom.
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: Sorry. Of course. Back in character.
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: What was the hardest part about the backlash of everything
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: that you've been through with the fans?
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: The hardest thing was, you know, the not being able
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: to go to shorts and Sandy's and just have a
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: fucking great time. Like, we built this fucking place to
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: just rock out and have fun and just people giving
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: me dirty looks in my own restaurant. That's fucked up.
- 1:16:22Speaker 2: That's fucked up.
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: Yeah, it is. And like, what about your future? I mean,
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: do you ever think you see yourself getting married or
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: having any kids?
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: I'd love to be a dad. I think I'd be
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: a cool dad. Um, but, marriage i don't know i
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: don't think i could i don't think i could be
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: married i can marry i can maybe marry tom if
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: he's into that because he's i think he's my soulmate
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: but that's kind of where i'm at i.
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: Love it thank you heather i think that you are
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: like really making it that was amazing that was really
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: fun that is a good one because you kind of
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: really like become and look like him I love that
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: you did Selly Sunset going to Trader Joe's. Oh, yes. Obviously,
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: the outfits are ridiculous.
- 1:17:09Speaker 4: Ridiculous.
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: But I love that you put the music over it.
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: And I'm most bothered by the use of gloves on
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: any housewife. Totally. Especially in warm climate places.
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: What are we doing?
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: I don't know when gloves in afternoon outfits had to
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: make our way in reality shows.
- 1:17:27Speaker 4: It's an evening thing.
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: It makes no sense.
- 1:17:29Speaker 4: I totally agree.
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: Like... To like be at the, you know, be a
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: manzo with like leather gloves up to black leather gloves.
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: And it's literally like 80 or 100 degrees outside. And
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: it's like, so what have you guys? Oh, so tiny twins.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: I have.
- 1:17:47Speaker 4: Tiny twins.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: I have a very exciting listing that I am going
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: to have an open house for. I hope you guys
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: all come. It's only 14 million.
- 1:17:58Speaker 4: Oh, really?
- 1:17:59Speaker 5: That's.
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: In the hills? That's great. It's a really good value.
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: It's a really good value.
- 1:18:03Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: It's really good.
- 1:18:05Speaker 4: It's also the fact that when they walk in, everyone's like,
- 1:18:07Speaker 4: you look so good, and not like, what the fuck
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: are you wearing today? Like, how is that not the response?
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: Again, I think, like, we just need to accept, like,
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: because in the beginning, they, like, Christine actually did have listings,
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: and she was working. Christine Quinn was working with the
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: Tiny Twins for years prior to this happening.
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: I'm dying. I'm dying.
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: They know I call them Tiny Twins.
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: They do?
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: They must.
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: I'm sure they love it.
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: Anyway, they were working on this for a really long time.
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: They did a pilot thing for a year and a
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: half before it got picked up. So in the beginning,
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: I think there was real real estate happening. Now I
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: think we just know it's about fashion. They find... houses
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: that want the filming there. Who knows who has the listing,
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: if it's even a real buyer. One of the things
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: that killed me is that I watch Million Dollar Listing 2, L.A.,
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: and there's this English lady that's a female developer, and
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: she was on the Netflix selling Sunset, dangling her listing
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: to Chrishell.
- 1:19:08Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: And then at the same time airing on Bravo on
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: Million Dollar Listing is the same woman and now, Tracy
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: Tudor has her listing.
- 1:19:19Speaker 4: Insane.
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: Interesting.
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: Do you think it's casting?
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: No, I think she's an ultimate thirst bucket.
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: She's like, fuck building houses. How do I just get
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: on TV?
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 1:19:30Speaker 4: She's like never going to sell her house either. She's
- 1:19:32Speaker 4: just like, what's.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: The next show?
- 1:19:34Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:19:35Speaker 4: Buying Beverly.
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: No, that's canceled. Yeah.
- 1:19:37Speaker 4: Yeah, that's hilarious.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: Yes, amazing. Oh, I thought this was great.
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: That's us.
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: It was one last thing.
- 1:19:44Speaker 4: We look so good there.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: You guys, this is... Blake Lively, which, by the way,
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: what is this?
- 1:19:50Speaker 4: She needs a stylist.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: Okay, so she just was out with... It's Ryan Reynolds,
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: that's his name, right?
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I talked a lot about the
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: Blake Lively backlash of the movie.
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: Yeah, that was hot. And she was the.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Director and all that stuff.
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: Hot topic.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: And I saw a really funny, I like that you
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: guys do the PR company.
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: What they're going to do for Blake Lively.
- 1:20:09Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: And that's a really funny original character type of thing, too.
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: And what was your advice for Blake during all that
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: turmoil of what she should do when she was being
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: criticized as the director of the movie?
- 1:20:21Speaker 4: Well, I think those characters give less advice and more
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: just like try to lessen the blow of like, you know,
- 1:20:28Speaker 4: everyone's talking about you. Like you're the name on everybody's lips.
- 1:20:32Speaker 4: And then like they kind of are like, well, the
- 1:20:35Speaker 4: bad news is everybody hates you. And, you know, like
- 1:20:37Speaker 4: they're like, but it's great. Everyone loves it because it's
- 1:20:40Speaker 4: so Hollywood.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: It's like I actually think PR wise. She kind of
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: handled it right.
- 1:20:46Speaker 4: Just went away.
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: I think the new thing to do is shut your face.
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: Well, it's great.
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: Shut your face.
- 1:20:52Speaker 4: Don't type.
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: But when you're in it, it's like, you've got to
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: make a statement. You've got to make a statement. And
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: I'm like, but do you?
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: Yeah, you're going to piss someone off somewhere, no matter
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: what you say.
- 1:21:02Speaker 4: I think you can get away with it at that level,
- 1:21:04Speaker 4: but then there's people online where, they'll fuck up, and
- 1:21:07Speaker 4: then on the social space, they'll not let it go
- 1:21:11Speaker 4: unless they make a statement. So then it'll be like,
- 1:21:13Speaker 4: I remember Alex Earle had something and everyone was pissed
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: that she just ignored it, and then all of her
- 1:21:18Speaker 4: comments weekly were like, you need to make a statement.
- 1:21:21Speaker 4: And then she made a statement, and then everyone got
- 1:21:22Speaker 4: over it.
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that was kind of, I think in
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: the end that worked out, but that's also just because
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: she's really popular, and you know what, you're gonna lose people.
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: I mean, with all the people involved in the P.
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: Diddy thing, you know, everybody wasn't, a lot of people
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: were involved, you know, unless they're like seriously like in
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: the videos, they're going to be fine. They're going to
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: be fine that they were his friend and they're going
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: to be fine by not saying a statement.
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: Because there's so many of them.
- 1:21:50Speaker 4: Also, it's like the best case scenario. She's like, oh,
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: I could just go away in my million dollar houses
- 1:21:55Speaker 4: and not talk to anybody. That sounds like a dream.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: Yeah, and then just come back.
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: She's a mom at the end of the day.
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: I think so many times I just think people just
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: go away for like six months and nobody will remember.
- 1:22:06Speaker 4: No, because everyone's on to the next thing.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: They're on to the next thing. Within like a week
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: and a half, they're on to the next thing.
- 1:22:10Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay, so this was the indie couple.
- 1:22:16Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: Who don't belong together when he stands up to her
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: dirtbag ex.
- 1:22:21Speaker 4: We shot this one in Vegas, actually.
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: Shout out Red Rock.
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: Okay, so you're... You're not the dirtbag.
- 1:22:29Speaker 4: He played both. Someone said, like, what is this, one
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: of those Eddie Murphy movies? And that was hilarious.
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: Who do you want to be, the dirtbag or the
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: nice boyfriend?
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: I like the dirtbag. OK.
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: Sorry, I'm like sitting in your back. And you're the
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: heroine of the movie, the relatable girl.
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:22:46Speaker 4: I'm just like the indie girl.
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: Here, come a little closer to the mic.
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: Is it more for you to play with if I'm
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: the indie wallflower?
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:22:53Speaker 4: That's a shtick.
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: So it's two indie people.
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: OK, go. OK.
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: What's the scene?
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: The scene is, I'm going to make up the scene.
- 1:23:02Speaker 4: Great.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: So it'll be pure improv for you guys. Just really
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: show off your chops. Queen. This is the indie story,
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: and you guys are stuck at a bus stop because
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: of his fuck up.
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: Yep.
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: And you might miss this big opportunity where you're supposed
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: to play acoustic guitar in Nashville.
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: Great.
- 1:23:24Speaker 3: Okay. Love it.
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: And you're not even a country singer, but that's like
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: the only, like, music industry is dead everywhere else but.
- 1:23:31Speaker 4: It's just hot now.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: Okay, go.
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: Okay, that's it. I'm just going to hitchhike. I'm just
- 1:23:36Speaker 4: going to do it.
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: Wait, no, you can't. Dixie, please. You can't just leave.
- 1:23:40Speaker 4: Glenn, I'm going to leave. There's tons of opportunities out there.
- 1:23:44Speaker 4: What do you want to stay here and be a
- 1:23:46Speaker 4: wallflower all your life? Or do you want to get
- 1:23:48Speaker 4: out there and experience people with missing teeth and just
- 1:23:52Speaker 4: understand the world? I....
- 1:23:54Speaker 2: I don't feel like I need to meet meth heads
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: to experience the world. I feel like maybe if we
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: just hung around here, there's open mics everywhere, and you
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: don't even play country music.
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: You're so wrong, Glenn. You're so wrong about everything. And
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: I do play country music. It just comes from my heart.
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: I'll go to Nashville with you.
- 1:24:18Speaker 4: I don't want you to come to Nashville.
- 1:24:21Speaker 3: What?
- 1:24:22Speaker 4: I need to go experience this on my own and
- 1:24:23Speaker 4: not be tied down to a wallflower like you.
- 1:24:30Speaker 2: Don't leave.
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: That was beautiful. I got a little more emotional than funny.
- 1:24:36Speaker 4: I got a little teary-eyed. We got range.
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: There's range behind some of this.
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: There's so many things. I think you could also do
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: another thing I'd like you to work on not today.
- 1:24:47Speaker 4: I like the homework.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: I think you need to be The rich kid. The
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: Kennedy-esque rich kid of today.
- 1:24:56Speaker 4: Hell yeah.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: And it's not your fault. Just life has come really easy.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: You're not a bad person. You're just used to private
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: jets and stuff.
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: I can't help my last name. I can't help that
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: I'm a Kennedy.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: Yeah, you cannot help it. And you are repulsed. Absolutely repulsed.
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: And you work together. It's his family's company.
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: Love.
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: You're the hardworking girl. Your dad worked in a steel mine.
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: Of course.
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: Is that even a thing?
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: My dad worked there, so yeah.
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: Okay. Your dad worked in a steel mine. Your mom
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: died when you were 12.
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: Yes. It was sad.
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: And you had to work three jobs in college, and
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: you knew his type at Columbia. You knew that fucking guy,
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: and he never even looked at you. I love it.
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: And now you are working, and it's like you have
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: this great idea to help people.
- 1:25:51Speaker 4: People, yeah.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: And you're like, you know, and of course he doesn't
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: get it, but then in the end.
- 1:25:57Speaker 4: We come together.
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: We come together and, like, you know, you're saving, like,
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: entire communities.
- 1:26:01Speaker 4: I love it. You're in the writer's room now.
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: Okay, so I think I'd like you to work on that.
- 1:26:06Speaker 4: I need you to.
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: You'll see it pop up.
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: It doesn't have to be that scene, but it has
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: to be something rich.
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: Rich.
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: Because you really look rich.
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: Oh, thank you.
- 1:26:11Speaker 4: That's so sick.
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: I look the part. It'd be nice to get there.
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: You really look rich and you.
- 1:26:17Speaker 4: Really look poor.
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: You don't look poor, but you could be... Just that
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: scruffy girl that's been able to pass as rich. Yeah, sure.
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: You knew how to pass as rich for so long.
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: I love it.
- 1:26:31Speaker 4: Like an Anna Delvey.
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh, I knew what to say. I used to
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: drop the lake house talking to people. Of course. The
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: only lake house I knew was the one I had
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: to clean after my mom died for $ 50 a day.
- 1:26:45Speaker 4: It's so good. It's so good.
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: My dad worked at the steel mill.
- 1:26:50Speaker 2: You don't know what it's like.
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: My poor dad, he still works at the steel mill.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: You don't know what it's like. You guys are awesome.
