• 1:04
  When
• 1:04
  it
• 1:04
  comes
• 1:05
  to
• 1:05
  remodeling
• 1:05
  and
• 1:06
  renovating
• 1:06
  your
• 1:06
  home,
• 1:07
  there
• 1:07
  is
• 1:07
  a
• 1:08
  lot
• 1:08
  to
• 1:08
  know.
• 1:09
  But
• 1:09
  we've
• 1:09
  got
• 1:09
  you
• 1:10
  covered.
• 1:11
  This
• 1:11
  is
• 1:12
  around
• 1:12
  the
• 1:12
  house.
• 1:13
  Welcome
• 1:14
  to
• 1:14
  the
• 1:14
  round
• 1:14
  the
• 1:14
  house
• 1:14
  show,
• 1:15
  the
• 1:15
  next
• 1:15
  generation
• 1:16
  of
• 1:16
  home
• 1:16
  improvement.
• 1:17
  I'm
• 1:18
  Eric
• 1:18
  G.
• 1:18
  Thanks
• 1:19
  for
• 1:19
  joining
• 1:19
  me
• 1:19
  today.
• 1:20
  This
• 1:20
  is
• 1:20
  our
• 1:20
  midweek
• 1:21
  special.
• 1:22
  This
• 1:22
  is
• 1:23
  that
• 1:23
  update
• 1:23
  we
• 1:23
  give
• 1:24
  every
• 1:24
  time
• 1:24
  in
• 1:25
  the
• 1:25
  middle
• 1:25
  of
• 1:25
  the
• 1:25
  week
• 1:25
  so
• 1:25
  we
• 1:26
  can
• 1:26
  get
• 1:26
  you
• 1:26
  the
• 1:26
  right
• 1:27
  information
• 1:27
  that's
• 1:27
  happening
• 1:28
  that
• 1:28
  might
• 1:28
  not
• 1:29
  made
• 1:29
  it
• 1:29
  into
• 1:29
  last
• 1:29
  week's
• 1:30
  show
• 1:30
  and
• 1:30
  is
• 1:30
  it
• 1:31
  gonna
• 1:31
  make
• 1:31
  it
• 1:31
  into
• 1:31
  next
• 1:32
  week's
• 1:32
  show.
• 1:33
  And
• 1:33
  we
• 1:33
  got
• 1:33
  an
• 1:34
  interesting
• 1:34
  one
• 1:34
  today.
• 1:35
  A
• 1:35
  company
• 1:36
  that
• 1:36
  we
• 1:37
  all
• 1:37
  know
• 1:37
  as
• 1:37
  a
• 1:37
  brand
• 1:38
  across
• 1:39
  the
• 1:39
  United
• 1:39
  States
• 1:40
  just
• 1:41
  filed
• 1:41
  for
• 1:41
  chapter
• 1:42
  eleven
• 1:42
  bankruptcy.
• 1:43
  Home
• 1:43
  improvement
• 1:44
  store.
• 1:44
  4500
• 1:45
  locations.
• 1:46
  That's
• 1:47
  bad
• 1:47
  news.
• 1:48
  But
• 1:48
  here's
• 1:48
  the
• 1:48
  good
• 1:49
  news.
• 1:50
  True
• 1:50
  value
• 1:51
  only
• 1:51
  owns
• 1:52
  one
• 1:52
  store
• 1:53
  out
• 1:53
  there
• 1:53
  in
• 1:53
  Illinois.
• 1:54
  So
• 1:55
  all
• 1:55
  of
• 1:55
  our
• 1:56
  other
• 1:56
  local
• 1:57
  stores
• 1:58
  out
• 1:58
  there
• 1:58
  that
• 1:58
  are
• 1:59
  corner
• 1:59
  hardware
• 2:00
  stores
• 2:00
  are
• 2:00
  still
• 2:01
  in
• 2:01
  business.
• 2:02
  So
• 2:02
  the
• 2:02
  cool
• 2:02
  thing
• 2:03
  is,
• 2:03
  is
• 2:03
  that
• 2:04
  please
• 2:05
  take
• 2:05
  your
• 2:05
  time,
• 2:06
  go
• 2:06
  out
• 2:06
  and
• 2:07
  help
• 2:07
  these
• 2:07
  guys
• 2:08
  out.
• 2:08
  This
• 2:08
  is
• 2:08
  your
• 2:09
  local
• 2:09
  home
• 2:09
  improvement
• 2:10
  store.
• 2:10
  These
• 2:10
  guys
• 2:11
  are
• 2:11
  local
• 2:11
  mom
• 2:12
  pops
• 2:12
  to
• 2:12
  your
• 2:13
  neighbor
• 2:13
  down
• 2:13
  the
• 2:13
  street
• 2:14
  that
• 2:14
  owns
• 2:14
  this
• 2:14
  place
• 2:15
  in
• 2:15
  many
• 2:15
  locations
• 2:17
  and
• 2:17
  their
• 2:18
  parent
• 2:18
  company
• 2:18
  is
• 2:18
  going
• 2:19
  under.
• 2:19
  And
• 2:19
  it
• 2:19
  talks
• 2:20
  a
• 2:20
  lot
• 2:20
  about
• 2:20
  where
• 2:20
  our
• 2:21
  economy
• 2:21
  is
• 2:21
  right
• 2:21
  now.
• 2:22
  We're
• 2:22
  seeing
• 2:22
  home
• 2:23
  improvement
• 2:23
  chains
• 2:24
  and
• 2:24
  retailers
• 2:25
  across
• 2:26
  the
• 2:26
  board
• 2:27
  go
• 2:27
  under.
• 2:28
  So
• 2:28
  the
• 2:28
  good
• 2:28
  news
• 2:29
  is,
• 2:29
  is
• 2:29
  that
• 2:29
  the
• 2:29
  parent
• 2:30
  company
• 2:31
  looks
• 2:31
  like
• 2:31
  it
• 2:31
  has
• 2:32
  a
• 2:32
  buyer
• 2:33
  lined
• 2:34
  up
• 2:34
  and
• 2:34
  that
• 2:34
  is
• 2:34
  do
• 2:34
  it
• 2:35
  best
• 2:35
  hardware.
• 2:36
  So
• 2:36
  I
• 2:36
  would
• 2:36
  assume
• 2:37
  they're
• 2:37
  just
• 2:37
  going
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  take
• 2:37
  it
• 2:38
  over.
• 2:38
  The
• 2:38
  true
• 2:39
  value
• 2:39
  name
• 2:39
  is
• 2:39
  such
• 2:39
  a
• 2:40
  big
• 2:40
  name.
• 2:40
  I
• 2:40
  don't
• 2:41
  think
• 2:41
  I'd
• 2:41
  ever
• 2:41
  see
• 2:41
  him
• 2:41
  change
• 2:42
  that.
• 2:42
  It'd
• 2:42
  be
• 2:43
  pretty
• 2:43
  foolish.
• 2:43
  But
• 2:44
  the
• 2:44
  good
• 2:45
  news
• 2:45
  is,
• 2:45
  is
• 2:45
  that
• 2:46
  your
• 2:46
  local
• 2:46
  true
• 2:46
  value
• 2:47
  store
• 2:47
  is
• 2:47
  still
• 2:48
  gonna
• 2:48
  be
• 2:48
  in
• 2:48
  business.
• 2:48
  So
• 2:49
  do
• 2:49
  these
• 2:50
  guys
• 2:50
  a
• 2:50
  favor.
• 2:50
  Maybe
• 2:51
  instead
• 2:51
  of
• 2:51
  going
• 2:51
  to
• 2:51
  the
• 2:51
  big
• 2:51
  box
• 2:52
  store,
• 2:52
  head
• 2:52
  down
• 2:52
  there,
• 2:53
  say
• 2:54
  hi
• 2:54
  to
• 2:54
  those
• 2:54
  folks,
• 2:55
  give
• 2:55
  them
• 2:55
  a
• 2:55
  little
• 2:55
  bit
• 2:55
  of
• 2:55
  your
• 2:55
  business.
• 2:56
  And
• 2:56
  if
• 2:56
  the
• 2:56
  brand
• 2:57
  that
• 2:57
  you
• 2:57
  want
• 2:57
  is
• 2:58
  over
• 2:58
  at
• 2:58
  the
• 2:58
  big
• 2:58
  box
• 2:59
  store,
• 2:59
  go
• 2:59
  ahead
• 2:59
  and
• 2:59
  do
• 3:00
  it.
• 3:00
  But
• 3:01
  really
• 3:02
  support
• 3:02
  your
• 3:02
  local
• 3:03
  community.
• 3:03
  Support
• 3:04
  those
• 3:04
  local
• 3:05
  businesses.
• 3:06
  Cause
• 3:06
  those
• 3:06
  are
• 3:06
  jobs
• 3:07
  and
• 3:07
  money
• 3:07
  that
• 3:07
  goes
• 3:08
  into
• 3:08
  your
• 3:08
  community
• 3:09
  and
• 3:09
  that
• 3:09
  really
• 3:10
  helps
• 3:10
  everybody
• 3:10
  out.
• 3:11
  So
• 3:11
  support
• 3:11
  local.
• 3:12
  Make
• 3:12
  sure
• 3:12
  you
• 3:13
  head
• 3:13
  down
• 3:13
  to
• 3:13
  your
• 3:13
  local
• 3:13
  true
• 3:14
  value.
• 3:14
  I
• 3:14
  like
• 3:15
  the
• 3:15
  ace
• 3:15
  guys.
• 3:15
  Well,
• 3:15
  so
• 3:16
  there's
• 3:16
  no,
• 3:16
  no
• 3:16
  harm,
• 3:17
  no
• 3:17
  foul
• 3:17
  there.
• 3:18
  But
• 3:18
  closest
• 3:19
  place
• 3:19
  I
• 3:19
  have
• 3:19
  to
• 3:19
  my
• 3:19
  house,
• 3:20
  the
• 3:20
  true
• 3:20
  value.
• 3:20
  And
• 3:20
  guess
• 3:21
  what?
• 3:21
  I
• 3:21
  go
• 3:21
  in
• 3:21
  there
• 3:22
  all
• 3:22
  the
• 3:22
  time.
• 3:23
  Cause
• 3:23
  it's
• 3:23
  easy,
• 3:24
  it's
• 3:24
  close,
• 3:25
  and
• 3:25
  it's
• 3:26
  10%
• 3:26
  of
• 3:27
  the
• 3:27
  difference
• 3:27
  to
• 3:27
  my
• 3:27
  big
• 3:27
  box
• 3:28
  retailer.
• 3:28
  So
• 3:29
  I
• 3:29
  want
• 3:29
  to
• 3:29
  give
• 3:29
  them
• 3:29
  the
• 3:29
  business
• 3:30
  and
• 3:30
  it's
• 3:31
  just
• 3:31
  nice
• 3:31
  to
• 3:31
  see
• 3:31
  the
• 3:31
  same
• 3:32
  people
• 3:32
  in
• 3:32
  there
• 3:32
  every
• 3:33
  single
• 3:33
  day
• 3:34
  and
• 3:34
  to
• 3:34
  have
• 3:34
  that
• 3:34
  personal
• 3:35
  relationship
• 3:36
  with
• 3:36
  your
• 3:36
  local
• 3:36
  store
• 3:37
  because
• 3:37
  you're
• 3:37
  just
• 3:38
  members
• 3:38
  in
• 3:38
  your
• 3:38
  community.
• 3:39
  So
• 3:39
  take
• 3:39
  a
• 3:39
  little
• 3:40
  time,
• 3:40
  give
• 3:40
  them
• 3:40
  some
• 3:41
  support
• 3:42
  and
• 3:42
  help
• 3:42
  those
• 3:43
  guys
• 3:43
  out.
• 3:43
  The
• 3:44
  parent
• 3:44
  company,
• 3:44
  they're
• 3:45
  going
• 3:45
  to
• 3:45
  get
• 3:45
  that
• 3:45
  figured
• 3:45
  out.
• 3:46
  They're
• 3:46
  obviously
• 3:46
  restructuring
• 3:47
  debt.
• 3:48
  I
• 3:48
  don't
• 3:48
  think
• 3:48
  we'll
• 3:48
  see
• 3:49
  that
• 3:49
  name
• 3:49
  go
• 3:49
  anywhere,
• 3:50
  but
• 3:50
  make
• 3:51
  sure
• 3:51
  you
• 3:51
  support
• 3:51
  your
• 3:52
  local
• 3:52
  true
• 3:53
  value
• 3:53
  store.
• 3:54
  So
• 3:54
  good
• 3:55
  news,
• 3:55
  bad
• 3:55
  news.
• 3:56
  Happy
• 3:56
  that
• 3:56
  it's
• 3:57
  not
• 3:57
  affecting
• 3:57
  the
• 3:58
  local
• 3:58
  places
• 3:59
  right
• 3:59
  now.
• 4:00
  So
• 4:00
  that's
• 4:00
  an
• 4:00
  important
• 4:01
  one.
• 4:01
  As
• 4:01
  far
• 4:02
  as
• 4:02
  recalls
• 4:02
  out
• 4:03
  there
• 4:03
  right
• 4:03
  now,
• 4:03
  there's
• 4:03
  not
• 4:04
  a
• 4:04
  lot
• 4:04
  of
• 4:04
  stuff
• 4:04
  going
• 4:05
  on
• 4:05
  out
• 4:05
  there.
• 4:05
  There's
• 4:05
  some
• 4:06
  atv's
• 4:06
  and
• 4:07
  outdoor
• 4:07
  stuff
• 4:07
  like
• 4:07
  that,
• 4:08
  but
• 4:08
  not
• 4:08
  really
• 4:08
  anything
• 4:09
  home
• 4:09
  improvement
• 4:10
  other
• 4:10
  than
• 4:10
  maybe
• 4:10
  a
• 4:11
  fisher
• 4:11
  price
• 4:12
  little
• 4:12
  rocker
• 4:13
  for
• 4:13
  kids
• 4:13
  that
• 4:13
  you
• 4:13
  should
• 4:13
  pay
• 4:14
  attention
• 4:14
  to
• 4:14
  if
• 4:14
  you
• 4:14
  have
• 4:15
  little
• 4:15
  ones.
• 4:15
  So
• 4:15
  that's
• 4:16
  pretty
• 4:16
  good
• 4:16
  on
• 4:16
  the
• 4:16
  front
• 4:17
  there.
• 4:17
  The
• 4:18
  other
• 4:18
  thing
• 4:18
  is,
• 4:18
  this
• 4:18
  time
• 4:19
  of
• 4:19
  year
• 4:19
  is
• 4:19
  a
• 4:19
  good
• 4:20
  time
• 4:20
  as
• 4:21
  the
• 4:21
  leaves
• 4:21
  are
• 4:21
  falling
• 4:22
  across
• 4:22
  at
• 4:22
  least
• 4:23
  most
• 4:23
  of
• 4:23
  the
• 4:23
  United
• 4:24
  States,
• 4:24
  across
• 4:25
  the
• 4:25
  northern,
• 4:26
  probably
• 4:26
  two
• 4:27
  thirds.
• 4:27
  We're
• 4:27
  getting
• 4:27
  into
• 4:28
  fall
• 4:28
  here
• 4:28
  where
• 4:28
  we're
• 4:28
  going
• 4:28
  to
• 4:28
  see
• 4:29
  leaves
• 4:29
  dropping,
• 4:30
  all
• 4:30
  that
• 4:30
  stuff.
• 4:31
  This
• 4:31
  is
• 4:31
  the
• 4:31
  time
• 4:31
  of
• 4:31
  year
• 4:32
  when
• 4:32
  we
• 4:32
  get
• 4:32
  fall
• 4:32
  rains
• 4:33
  and
• 4:33
  big
• 4:33
  storms.
• 4:34
  Make
• 4:34
  sure
• 4:34
  that
• 4:34
  you're
• 4:34
  keeping
• 4:35
  those
• 4:35
  things
• 4:36
  out
• 4:36
  of
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  gutters.
• 4:37
  Make
• 4:37
  sure
• 4:37
  you
• 4:38
  walk
• 4:38
  around
• 4:38
  your
• 4:38
  house
• 4:39
  on
• 4:39
  a
• 4:39
  big
• 4:39
  rainstorm
• 4:39
  and
• 4:40
  see
• 4:40
  what's
• 4:40
  going
• 4:40
  on.
• 4:41
  If
• 4:41
  it's
• 4:41
  safe
• 4:41
  out
• 4:41
  there,
• 4:41
  not
• 4:42
  a
• 4:42
  lightning
• 4:42
  storm,
• 4:43
  walk
• 4:43
  around
• 4:43
  and
• 4:43
  make
• 4:43
  sure
• 4:43
  the
• 4:43
  cutters
• 4:44
  are
• 4:44
  working
• 4:44
  right,
• 4:44
  that
• 4:45
  the
• 4:45
  downspouts
• 4:45
  go
• 4:46
  down,
• 4:46
  but
• 4:46
  that
• 4:46
  water
• 4:47
  is
• 4:47
  getting
• 4:47
  at
• 4:48
  least
• 4:48
  10ft
• 4:49
  away
• 4:49
  from
• 4:49
  the
• 4:49
  house.
• 4:50
  If
• 4:50
  it's
• 4:50
  dropping
• 4:51
  right
• 4:51
  next
• 4:51
  to
• 4:51
  the
• 4:51
  foundation,
• 4:52
  that
• 4:52
  just
• 4:52
  means
• 4:53
  you
• 4:53
  got
• 4:53
  a
• 4:53
  home
• 4:53
  improvement
• 4:53
  project
• 4:54
  to
• 4:54
  do.
• 4:54
  I
• 4:55
  would
• 4:55
  get
• 4:55
  three
• 4:55
  or
• 4:55
  four
• 4:56
  inch
• 4:56
  pvc
• 4:57
  abs
• 4:57
  and
• 4:58
  run
• 4:58
  a
• 4:58
  storm
• 4:58
  drain
• 4:59
  system
• 4:59
  from
• 4:59
  that
• 4:59
  downspout
• 5:00
  out
• 5:01
  and
• 5:01
  at
• 5:01
  least
• 5:02
  10ft
• 5:02
  away
• 5:02
  and
• 5:03
  downhill
• 5:03
  from
• 5:03
  the
• 5:03
  home.
• 5:04
  And
• 5:04
  then
• 5:04
  you
• 5:04
  can
• 5:04
  put
• 5:05
  it
• 5:05
  either
• 5:05
  into
• 5:05
  a
• 5:05
  drywall
• 5:06
  or
• 5:06
  let
• 5:07
  it
• 5:07
  run
• 5:07
  down
• 5:07
  across
• 5:07
  the
• 5:08
  yard
• 5:08
  or
• 5:08
  whatever.
• 5:09
  Just
• 5:09
  be
• 5:09
  careful.
• 5:10
  If
• 5:10
  you
• 5:10
  get
• 5:10
  it
• 5:10
  too
• 5:10
  far
• 5:11
  close
• 5:11
  to
• 5:11
  the
• 5:11
  front
• 5:12
  of
• 5:12
  the
• 5:12
  street,
• 5:13
  that
• 5:13
  could
• 5:13
  be
• 5:13
  an
• 5:13
  issue
• 5:14
  with
• 5:14
  your
• 5:14
  local
• 5:15
  city.
• 5:15
  Some
• 5:15
  cities
• 5:16
  want
• 5:16
  you
• 5:16
  to
• 5:16
  put
• 5:16
  it
• 5:17
  out
• 5:17
  there
• 5:17
  in
• 5:17
  their
• 5:17
  storm
• 5:17
  drain
• 5:18
  system.
• 5:18
  Some
• 5:18
  don't
• 5:18
  want
• 5:19
  the
• 5:19
  water
• 5:19
  going
• 5:19
  across
• 5:19
  the
• 5:20
  sidewalk,
• 5:20
  some
• 5:21
  it
• 5:21
  doesn't
• 5:21
  matter.
• 5:22
  You
• 5:22
  can
• 5:22
  capture
• 5:22
  it
• 5:23
  and
• 5:23
  do
• 5:23
  whatever
• 5:23
  you
• 5:23
  want.
• 5:24
  Just
• 5:24
  remember,
• 5:25
  if
• 5:25
  you're
• 5:25
  capturing
• 5:26
  rainwater,
• 5:26
  do
• 5:26
  it
• 5:26
  away
• 5:27
  from
• 5:27
  the
• 5:27
  base
• 5:27
  of
• 5:28
  the
• 5:28
  foundation
• 5:28
  of
• 5:28
  the
• 5:28
  home.
• 5:29
  I've
• 5:29
  seen
• 5:29
  way
• 5:30
  too
• 5:30
  many
• 5:30
  foundation
• 5:31
  damage
• 5:31
  quotes
• 5:32
  being
• 5:32
  done
• 5:32
  out
• 5:33
  there
• 5:33
  because
• 5:34
  people
• 5:34
  put
• 5:34
  big
• 5:35
  tanks
• 5:35
  next
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  their
• 5:35
  house
• 5:36
  when
• 5:36
  they
• 5:36
  have
• 5:36
  a
• 5:36
  basement.
• 5:37
  Guess
• 5:37
  what?
• 5:38
  That'll
• 5:38
  push
• 5:38
  that
• 5:39
  basement
• 5:39
  wall
• 5:39
  in,
• 5:40
  and
• 5:40
  then
• 5:40
  you've
• 5:40
  got
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  crack
• 5:40
  foundation
• 5:41
  and
• 5:41
  an
• 5:42
  expensive
• 5:42
  fix.
• 5:43
  It
• 5:43
  would
• 5:43
  have
• 5:43
  been
• 5:43
  cheaper
• 5:43
  to
• 5:43
  buy
• 5:43
  water
• 5:44
  by
• 5:44
  the
• 5:44
  bottle
• 5:45
  than
• 5:45
  to
• 5:45
  do
• 5:45
  that.
• 5:46
  So
• 5:46
  just
• 5:46
  be
• 5:46
  careful,
• 5:47
  guys,
• 5:47
  where
• 5:47
  you
• 5:47
  put
• 5:48
  that
• 5:48
  location.
• 5:48
  If
• 5:49
  you're
• 5:49
  going
• 5:49
  to
• 5:49
  reuse
• 5:49
  rainwater
• 5:50
  and
• 5:51
  go
• 5:51
  that
• 5:51
  route
• 5:52
  about
• 5:52
  it,
• 5:52
  just
• 5:52
  keep
• 5:52
  it
• 5:52
  away
• 5:53
  from
• 5:53
  the
• 5:53
  building.
• 5:53
  That
• 5:54
  way
• 5:54
  you're
• 5:54
  good
• 5:54
  to
• 5:54
  go.
• 5:55
  And
• 5:55
  these
• 5:55
  downspouts
• 5:56
  can
• 5:56
  really
• 5:56
  add
• 5:57
  up.
• 5:57
  If
• 5:58
  you
• 5:58
  get
• 5:58
  an
• 5:58
  inch
• 5:58
  of
• 5:59
  rain,
• 5:59
  that
• 5:59
  could
• 5:59
  be
• 5:59
  50
• 6:00
  to
• 6:00
  100
• 6:00
  gallons
• 6:00
  of
• 6:01
  water
• 6:01
  coming
• 6:01
  out
• 6:01
  of
• 6:01
  that
• 6:02
  just
• 6:03
  into
• 6:03
  one
• 6:03
  downspout.
• 6:04
  So
• 6:04
  careful.
• 6:05
  If
• 6:05
  you
• 6:05
  put
• 6:05
  150
• 6:06
  gallon
• 6:06
  drum
• 6:06
  there
• 6:06
  and
• 6:07
  don't
• 6:07
  watch
• 6:07
  it,
• 6:08
  that
• 6:08
  could
• 6:08
  overflow
• 6:09
  and
• 6:09
  then
• 6:09
  cause
• 6:09
  other
• 6:10
  issues.
• 6:10
  So
• 6:11
  plan
• 6:11
  your
• 6:11
  water
• 6:12
  accordingly.
• 6:12
  Make
• 6:12
  sure
• 6:12
  there's
• 6:13
  some
• 6:13
  overflows,
• 6:13
  that
• 6:13
  kind
• 6:13
  of
• 6:14
  stuff,
• 6:14
  if
• 6:14
  you're
• 6:14
  going
• 6:14
  to
• 6:15
  store
• 6:15
  it
• 6:15
  or
• 6:16
  just
• 6:16
  make
• 6:16
  sure
• 6:16
  you're
• 6:17
  managing
• 6:17
  it
• 6:17
  correctly.
• 6:19
  That's
• 6:19
  a
• 6:19
  big
• 6:19
  one
• 6:19
  right
• 6:20
  there.
• 6:20
  In
• 6:21
  other
• 6:21
  news,
• 6:21
  I
• 6:22
  tell
• 6:22
  you
• 6:22
  what,
• 6:22
  just
• 6:23
  take
• 6:23
  some
• 6:23
  time
• 6:23
  and
• 6:24
  make
• 6:24
  sure
• 6:24
  that
• 6:25
  your
• 6:25
  streets
• 6:25
  are
• 6:26
  cleaned
• 6:26
  up
• 6:26
  out
• 6:26
  there.
• 6:27
  If
• 6:27
  you
• 6:27
  have.
• 6:28
  If
• 6:28
  you're
• 6:28
  in
• 6:28
  a
• 6:28
  city
• 6:29
  or
• 6:29
  you've
• 6:29
  got
• 6:30
  curbs
• 6:30
  and
• 6:30
  stuff
• 6:30
  like
• 6:31
  that,
• 6:31
  and
• 6:31
  you've
• 6:31
  got
• 6:32
  storm
• 6:32
  drain
• 6:32
  systems,
• 6:33
  make
• 6:33
  sure
• 6:33
  you
• 6:33
  got
• 6:33
  those
• 6:34
  cleaned
• 6:34
  up
• 6:34
  and
• 6:35
  everything's
• 6:35
  working
• 6:36
  great.
• 6:36
  If
• 6:37
  you
• 6:37
  do
• 6:37
  have
• 6:37
  those
• 6:37
  gutters
• 6:38
  that
• 6:38
  go
• 6:38
  down
• 6:38
  under
• 6:39
  the.
• 6:39
  Through
• 6:39
  the
• 6:39
  sidewalk
• 6:40
  and
• 6:40
  into
• 6:40
  the
• 6:40
  street,
• 6:40
  like
• 6:41
  some
• 6:41
  communities
• 6:41
  do,
• 6:42
  I've
• 6:42
  got
• 6:42
  a
• 6:42
  neighbor
• 6:43
  up
• 6:43
  the
• 6:43
  street
• 6:43
  here
• 6:43
  that
• 6:44
  has
• 6:44
  it
• 6:44
  in
• 6:44
  their
• 6:44
  place.
• 6:45
  When
• 6:45
  I
• 6:45
  walk
• 6:45
  in
• 6:46
  the
• 6:46
  rain
• 6:46
  out
• 6:46
  there,
• 6:46
  when
• 6:46
  I'm
• 6:46
  walking
• 6:47
  the
• 6:47
  dogs,
• 6:47
  I
• 6:47
  don't
• 6:47
  want
• 6:47
  to
• 6:47
  take
• 6:48
  them
• 6:48
  to
• 6:48
  the
• 6:48
  dog
• 6:48
  park
• 6:48
  in
• 6:48
  the
• 6:49
  mud.
• 6:49
  Guess
• 6:50
  what?
• 6:50
  Most
• 6:50
  of
• 6:51
  those
• 6:51
  are
• 6:51
  clogged
• 6:51
  up.
• 6:52
  So
• 6:52
  that
• 6:52
  storm
• 6:53
  drain
• 6:53
  system,
• 6:53
  you
• 6:54
  should
• 6:54
  be
• 6:54
  cleaning
• 6:55
  out,
• 6:55
  probably
• 6:55
  every
• 6:56
  four
• 6:56
  or
• 6:56
  five
• 6:56
  years,
• 6:57
  have
• 6:57
  a
• 6:57
  plumbing
• 6:58
  come
• 6:58
  out
• 6:58
  and
• 6:58
  hydrojet
• 6:59
  that
• 6:59
  and
• 6:59
  make
• 6:59
  sure
• 6:59
  that's
• 7:00
  working
• 7:00
  really
• 7:00
  good.
• 7:00
  That's
• 7:01
  just
• 7:01
  maintenance.
• 7:02
  It's
• 7:02
  like
• 7:02
  cleaning
• 7:02
  up
• 7:02
  dryer
• 7:03
  ducks.
• 7:03
  You
• 7:03
  just
• 7:03
  got
• 7:03
  to
• 7:03
  do
• 7:04
  it
• 7:04
  every
• 7:04
  few
• 7:04
  years
• 7:05
  and
• 7:05
  make
• 7:05
  sure
• 7:05
  it's
• 7:05
  working
• 7:06
  correctly.
• 7:06
  That
• 7:07
  way,
• 7:07
  if
• 7:07
  there's
• 7:07
  any
• 7:07
  roots
• 7:07
  in
• 7:08
  there,
• 7:08
  you're
• 7:08
  not
• 7:08
  backing
• 7:08
  stuff
• 7:09
  up
• 7:09
  into
• 7:09
  a
• 7:09
  crawl
• 7:09
  space
• 7:10
  basement
• 7:10
  or
• 7:11
  causing
• 7:11
  other
• 7:12
  foundation
• 7:12
  damage,
• 7:13
  because
• 7:13
  that
• 7:14
  will
• 7:14
  happen,
• 7:15
  and
• 7:15
  that's
• 7:16
  a
• 7:16
  big
• 7:16
  one
• 7:16
  right
• 7:16
  there.
• 7:17
  In
• 7:17
  other
• 7:17
  news,
• 7:18
  I
• 7:18
  want
• 7:18
  you
• 7:18
  to
• 7:18
  make
• 7:19
  sure
• 7:19
  I've
• 7:19
  got
• 7:19
  a
• 7:19
  series
• 7:20
  coming
• 7:20
  up
• 7:20
  this
• 7:20
  week
• 7:20
  that
• 7:20
  I'm
• 7:21
  posting
• 7:21
  on
• 7:21
  social
• 7:21
  media,
• 7:22
  especially
• 7:22
  on
• 7:23
  our
• 7:23
  facebook
• 7:23
  page.
• 7:24
  I
• 7:24
  took
• 7:24
  what
• 7:25
  was
• 7:25
  our
• 7:25
  little
• 7:25
  cover
• 7:26
  deck.
• 7:26
  It
• 7:27
  was
• 7:27
  not
• 7:27
  a
• 7:27
  cover
• 7:27
  deck.
• 7:27
  It's
• 7:28
  our
• 7:28
  actual
• 7:28
  deck
• 7:28
  off
• 7:28
  our
• 7:29
  master
• 7:29
  bedroom.
• 7:30
  And
• 7:30
  I
• 7:30
  thought,
• 7:30
  okay,
• 7:30
  how
• 7:31
  do
• 7:31
  we
• 7:31
  make
• 7:31
  this
• 7:31
  usable
• 7:32
  most
• 7:33
  of
• 7:33
  the
• 7:33
  year
• 7:33
  round?
• 7:34
  Because
• 7:34
  the
• 7:34
  problem
• 7:34
  was
• 7:35
  with
• 7:35
  my
• 7:35
  big
• 7:36
  trees,
• 7:37
  ended
• 7:37
  up
• 7:37
  going
• 7:38
  through
• 7:38
  there
• 7:38
  and
• 7:38
  it
• 7:39
  was
• 7:39
  so
• 7:39
  dirty
• 7:39
  all
• 7:39
  the
• 7:39
  time,
• 7:40
  stuff
• 7:40
  would
• 7:41
  blow
• 7:41
  out
• 7:41
  of
• 7:41
  the
• 7:41
  trees
• 7:41
  and
• 7:41
  it
• 7:42
  was
• 7:42
  just
• 7:42
  such
• 7:42
  a
• 7:42
  big
• 7:43
  deal
• 7:43
  to
• 7:43
  clean
• 7:43
  it.
• 7:43
  We
• 7:43
  never
• 7:44
  used
• 7:44
  it.
• 7:45
  And
• 7:45
  so
• 7:45
  what
• 7:45
  happens
• 7:46
  is
• 7:46
  I
• 7:46
  came
• 7:46
  in
• 7:47
  and
• 7:47
  put
• 7:47
  a
• 7:47
  really
• 7:47
  cool
• 7:48
  cover
• 7:48
  in
• 7:49
  and
• 7:49
  it
• 7:50
  looks
• 7:50
  like
• 7:50
  glass
• 7:50
  up
• 7:50
  there.
• 7:51
  It's
• 7:51
  so
• 7:51
  clear,
• 7:52
  it's
• 7:52
  awesome.
• 7:53
  And
• 7:53
  it
• 7:54
  gives
• 7:54
  us
• 7:54
  the
• 7:54
  feeling
• 7:55
  of
• 7:55
  being
• 7:55
  outside.
• 7:56
  But
• 7:56
  any
• 7:56
  rain,
• 7:57
  pine
• 7:58
  needles,
• 7:58
  whatever,
• 7:59
  runs
• 8:00
  right
• 8:00
  off
• 8:00
  of
• 8:00
  it
• 8:00
  and
• 8:00
  it
• 8:00
  stays
• 8:01
  clean.
• 8:01
  So
• 8:01
  that's
• 8:01
  been
• 8:02
  a
• 8:02
  really
• 8:02
  cool
• 8:02
  addition.
• 8:03
  Then
• 8:03
  I
• 8:04
  had
• 8:04
  that
• 8:04
  1970s
• 8:05
  aluminum,
• 8:06
  bronze,
• 8:07
  aluminum
• 8:07
  sliding
• 8:08
  glass
• 8:08
  door,
• 8:09
  took
• 8:09
  that
• 8:09
  nasty
• 8:10
  thing
• 8:10
  out,
• 8:10
  put
• 8:10
  a
• 8:10
  thermatrue
• 8:11
  door
• 8:11
  in,
• 8:12
  turned
• 8:12
  out
• 8:12
  awesome.
• 8:13
  And
• 8:14
  then
• 8:14
  I
• 8:14
  went
• 8:14
  through
• 8:14
  and
• 8:15
  put
• 8:15
  in
• 8:15
  some
• 8:15
  motorized
• 8:16
  smart
• 8:17
  bluetooth,
• 8:18
  automatic
• 8:19
  blinds.
• 8:20
  And
• 8:20
  so
• 8:20
  now
• 8:20
  I
• 8:21
  can
• 8:21
  hit
• 8:21
  a
• 8:21
  button.
• 8:21
  They'll
• 8:22
  move
• 8:22
  up
• 8:22
  and
• 8:22
  down,
• 8:22
  even
• 8:23
  the
• 8:23
  tall
• 8:23
  one.
• 8:24
  I've
• 8:24
  got
• 8:24
  a
• 8:24
  high
• 8:25
  vaulted
• 8:25
  ceiling
• 8:25
  in
• 8:25
  the
• 8:26
  bedroom,
• 8:26
  so
• 8:26
  there's
• 8:26
  a
• 8:27
  window
• 8:28
  that's
• 8:28
  910ft
• 8:29
  high
• 8:29
  up
• 8:29
  there
• 8:29
  off
• 8:29
  the
• 8:30
  ground.
• 8:30
  Didn't
• 8:31
  want
• 8:31
  to
• 8:31
  put
• 8:31
  in
• 8:31
  those
• 8:31
  big
• 8:32
  cables
• 8:32
  and
• 8:33
  stuff,
• 8:33
  so
• 8:33
  I
• 8:33
  put
• 8:33
  in
• 8:34
  all
• 8:34
  new
• 8:34
  motorized
• 8:34
  blinds
• 8:35
  and
• 8:35
  I
• 8:35
  show
• 8:35
  you
• 8:35
  how
• 8:36
  to
• 8:36
  do
• 8:36
  it
• 8:36
  in
• 8:37
  this
• 8:37
  episodes
• 8:38
  coming
• 8:38
  up
• 8:38
  here.
• 8:38
  So
• 8:38
  I'm
• 8:38
  going
• 8:38
  to
• 8:38
  post
• 8:39
  those
• 8:39
  up
• 8:39
  on
• 8:39
  social
• 8:39
  media
• 8:40
  here
• 8:40
  starting
• 8:40
  today
• 8:41
  and
• 8:41
  that
• 8:41
  way
• 8:41
  you
• 8:41
  can
• 8:42
  take
• 8:42
  a
• 8:42
  look
• 8:42
  at
• 8:42
  those
• 8:43
  and
• 8:43
  I'll
• 8:43
  just
• 8:43
  post
• 8:43
  them
• 8:44
  up
• 8:44
  on
• 8:45
  Facebook.
• 8:45
  Look
• 8:45
  for
• 8:45
  the
• 8:46
  around
• 8:46
  the
• 8:46
  house
• 8:46
  show.
• 8:46
  Make
• 8:46
  sure
• 8:47
  you
• 8:47
  follow
• 8:47
  us.
• 8:47
  We'll
• 8:48
  also
• 8:48
  put
• 8:48
  it
• 8:48
  up
• 8:48
  in
• 8:49
  around
• 8:49
  the
• 8:49
  house
• 8:49
  nation
• 8:50
  and
• 8:50
  show
• 8:50
  it
• 8:50
  as
• 8:50
  a
• 8:50
  series.
• 8:51
  So
• 8:51
  if
• 8:52
  you
• 8:52
  are
• 8:52
  a
• 8:52
  Facebook
• 8:53
  user
• 8:53
  out
• 8:53
  there,
• 8:54
  find
• 8:54
  around
• 8:55
  the
• 8:55
  house
• 8:55
  nation.
• 8:55
  That
• 8:55
  is
• 8:56
  our
• 8:56
  closed
• 8:56
  group
• 8:56
  where
• 8:56
  we
• 8:57
  all
• 8:57
  jump
• 8:57
  in
• 8:57
  and
• 8:57
  have
• 8:58
  some
• 8:58
  fun
• 8:58
  in
• 8:58
  there
• 8:59
  and
• 8:59
  really
• 8:59
  do
• 8:59
  some
• 8:59
  good
• 9:00
  stuff
• 9:00
  over
• 9:00
  there
• 9:00
  and
• 9:01
  people
• 9:01
  can
• 9:01
  help
• 9:01
  you
• 9:02
  out.
• 9:02
  So
• 9:02
  if
• 9:02
  you've
• 9:02
  got
• 9:02
  a
• 9:02
  project
• 9:03
  you're
• 9:03
  working
• 9:03
  on
• 9:03
  or
• 9:03
  want
• 9:04
  some
• 9:04
  comments,
• 9:04
  a
• 9:05
  lot
• 9:05
  of
• 9:05
  helpful
• 9:05
  people
• 9:05
  over
• 9:06
  there,
• 9:06
  some
• 9:06
  people
• 9:07
  you've
• 9:07
  even
• 9:07
  seen
• 9:07
  on
• 9:07
  tv
• 9:08
  shows,
• 9:08
  on
• 9:09
  home
• 9:09
  and
• 9:09
  Garden
• 9:10
  TV,
• 9:10
  Discovery
• 9:10
  Network,
• 9:11
  those
• 9:11
  kind
• 9:11
  of
• 9:11
  places,
• 9:12
  a
• 9:12
  and
• 9:12
  e,
• 9:12
  those
• 9:13
  people
• 9:13
  are
• 9:13
  in
• 9:13
  the
• 9:13
  audience,
• 9:14
  so
• 9:14
  you
• 9:14
  might
• 9:15
  even
• 9:15
  get
• 9:15
  somebody
• 9:16
  famous
• 9:17
  helping
• 9:17
  you
• 9:17
  out,
• 9:17
  which
• 9:18
  is
• 9:18
  always
• 9:18
  a
• 9:18
  lot
• 9:19
  of
• 9:19
  fun.
• 9:19
  All
• 9:20
  right,
• 9:20
  guys,
• 9:20
  I'm
• 9:20
  going
• 9:20
  to
• 9:20
  keep
• 9:20
  this
• 9:21
  pretty
• 9:21
  short
• 9:21
  today.
• 9:22
  Not
• 9:22
  going
• 9:22
  to
• 9:22
  be
• 9:22
  one
• 9:22
  of
• 9:22
  these
• 9:22
  deep
• 9:23
  ones.
• 9:23
  We
• 9:23
  want
• 9:24
  a
• 9:24
  great
• 9:24
  show
• 9:24
  coming
• 9:24
  up
• 9:24
  this
• 9:25
  weekend.
• 9:25
  We're
• 9:25
  going
• 9:25
  to
• 9:25
  be
• 9:25
  talking
• 9:26
  to
• 9:27
  an
• 9:27
  interior
• 9:27
  designer
• 9:28
  who's
• 9:28
  super
• 9:29
  famous,
• 9:29
  who
• 9:29
  I
• 9:30
  love
• 9:30
  talking
• 9:30
  with.
• 9:31
  She's
• 9:31
  an
• 9:31
  award
• 9:32
  winning
• 9:32
  interior
• 9:32
  designer.
• 9:33
  We're
• 9:33
  going
• 9:33
  to
• 9:33
  talk
• 9:33
  about
• 9:33
  her
• 9:33
  tricks
• 9:34
  and
• 9:34
  tips,
• 9:35
  and
• 9:35
  then
• 9:35
  we're
• 9:35
  going
• 9:35
  to
• 9:36
  talk
• 9:36
  about
• 9:36
  finishes
• 9:37
  in
• 9:37
  the
• 9:37
  second
• 9:37
  hour
• 9:38
  where
• 9:38
  we're
• 9:38
  going
• 9:38
  to
• 9:38
  be
• 9:38
  talking
• 9:39
  about
• 9:39
  all
• 9:39
  the
• 9:40
  tricks
• 9:40
  and
• 9:40
  tips,
• 9:41
  painting
• 9:41
  inside
• 9:42
  and
• 9:42
  out.
• 9:42
  What
• 9:43
  are
• 9:43
  the
• 9:43
  great
• 9:43
  things
• 9:43
  to
• 9:43
  do
• 9:43
  with
• 9:44
  finishes
• 9:44
  we'll
• 9:45
  even
• 9:45
  talk
• 9:45
  a
• 9:45
  little
• 9:45
  bit
• 9:45
  of
• 9:45
  wallpaper
• 9:46
  real
• 9:47
  quick,
• 9:47
  just
• 9:47
  for
• 9:47
  you
• 9:48
  people
• 9:48
  that
• 9:48
  want
• 9:48
  to
• 9:48
  start
• 9:49
  tackling
• 9:49
  a
