Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Coming up on relatables. I was like, how hot was that?
- 0:04Speaker 1: He's like show me, and she's like what what? And
- 0:08Speaker 1: then he goes, you show me and I'll show you.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Assume when he said you show me and I'll show you,
- 0:12Speaker 1: I was like, this, man is crazy.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Did that make you want to try it?
- 0:18Speaker 1: Kind of?
- 0:19Speaker 2: Yeah, Amy, it kind of, I reckon, that's the hordest
- 0:24Speaker 2: thing ever, like like we're not going to touch each other,
- 0:28Speaker 2: but like we want it relatable. All right, Jake. I
- 0:41Speaker 2: thought this would be a good conversation that I was
- 0:44Speaker 2: going to have with you actually off camera, okay, but
- 0:47Speaker 2: then I was thinking to myself, you know what, we're
- 0:49Speaker 2: all about healthy masculinity, being vulnerable, talking about our feelings.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Dang yeah, I'm like I'll bring it to the podcast.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Last night, man, I had the worst anxiety hey for real, Yeah,
- 1:03Speaker 2: it was around it. I just randomly had like money
- 1:06Speaker 2: stress as I was like falling asleep, and then I
- 1:10Speaker 2: just started to like spiral and spiral and spiral.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Worst time to think about it.
- 1:14Speaker 2: I went to better like a quarter to ten, and
- 1:16Speaker 2: then like I was just spiraling and then I checked
- 1:19Speaker 2: my phone and I was like eleven o'clock and I
- 1:22Speaker 2: was like wide awake. So I just went back in
- 1:24Speaker 2: the living room and decided to watch some more TV for.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Like half an hour.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, And I was fine after it, and like
- 1:29Speaker 2: I fell asleep.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I wonder if you were having a little bit of
- 1:32Speaker 1: an anxiety attack.
- 1:34Speaker 2: I don't know. Maybe I was just like spiraling because
- 1:37Speaker 2: like eight thirty I was like, yes, it's gonna.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Be a good sleep.
- 1:38Speaker 2: I am tired.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Then, like, I don't know what happened. It was actually
- 1:42Speaker 2: I was watching Clarkson's Farm and they were talking about
- 1:46Speaker 2: the budget that was introduced for farmers, yeah, which is money,
- 1:49Speaker 2: And then it made me think about money in my life.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Yeah, and then I.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Just started spiraling, dude, because.
- 1:55Speaker 1: I think it might have been yesterday that we were
- 1:58Speaker 1: voice messaging, because we weren't together yesterday. I flew hit
- 2:01Speaker 1: today that we were voice messaging about money, just like
- 2:05Speaker 1: about how we have money that we're waiting for and
- 2:10Speaker 1: so in the meantime, because like we've been waiting for
- 2:13Speaker 1: money for actually agesel we've complained about it before, So
- 2:17Speaker 1: in the meantime, it's like, oh, are we chill to
- 2:19Speaker 1: just like you know, not pay ourselves for a week
- 2:23Speaker 1: or whatever. Yeah, because we should be fine next week.
- 2:25Speaker 1: So I wonder if that it probably was bounded.
- 2:28Speaker 2: And the thing is, though, is I have enough money
- 2:32Speaker 2: yeah to live completely, Yeah, but I'm just working on
- 2:35Speaker 2: slightly smaller margins than I'm used to. Yeah, yeah, just
- 2:39Speaker 2: more strict Yeah, and I've just got to think about
- 2:42Speaker 2: it slightly more. And that little switch made me really anxious,
- 2:45Speaker 2: and I was just spiraling.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Yeah, that's funny how it got you to start spiraling.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Are you okay now?
- 2:50Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, I'm okay now. I definitely woke up this
- 2:52Speaker 2: morning feeling a bit drained, and I was like, oh,
- 2:55Speaker 2: what was that? Am I brain?
- 2:55Speaker 1: You know when you're sleep, but you still like have the.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Same thoughts when you wake up. It's in a good sleep, yeah,
- 3:01Speaker 2: Like it's obviously dwelling on, like your mind, on your mind,
- 3:05Speaker 2: that one step behind your like conscious mind. It was
- 3:07Speaker 2: in there. I think I'm fine. I'll give it another
- 3:10Speaker 2: day or two and I'll definitely be fine. But I
- 3:12Speaker 2: was definitely just like, fuck, I'm anxious.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Ay, yeah, shit, I don't think you're alone. I get
- 3:17Speaker 1: it a bit. But I find that I don't know
- 3:23Speaker 1: if this would help everyone, But I find the thing
- 3:25Speaker 1: that helps me is just like actually comparing my life
- 3:29Speaker 1: to other people's, which is, like you would think is
- 3:33Speaker 1: not healthy because like usually what gets me to start
- 3:35Speaker 1: stressing about money, like is comparing my life to other
- 3:37Speaker 1: people because you see on Instagram, I'm maybe like some
- 3:40Speaker 1: twenty three year old is like I'm a twenty three
- 3:42Speaker 1: year old founder and I have this card, this card,
- 3:44Speaker 1: this house, this is how I did it, blah blah
- 3:45Speaker 1: blah like ye, And so then you maybe unconsciously or
- 3:50Speaker 1: subconsciously I'm not sure which one to use, that compare yourself.
- 3:54Speaker 1: And then it's like you look at your own bank
- 3:55Speaker 1: account and it's just like you think, yeah, I could
- 3:58Speaker 1: never do that.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Who do you compare it?
- 4:00Speaker 1: So, but what I compare to to help me is
- 4:03Speaker 1: like think about just like I compare myself to a
- 4:10Speaker 1: third world country as for an example, and I'm like, well,
- 4:15Speaker 1: I what if my position was offered to someone from
- 4:21Speaker 1: a struggling family or a struggling country, Like I just think,
- 4:24Speaker 1: like how many people would trade positions with me in
- 4:27Speaker 1: an instant and I'm stressing about my position? Yeah, So
- 4:30Speaker 1: like I just think like the anxiety, I like convinced
- 4:33Speaker 1: myself that the anxiety comes from a privileged place and
- 4:37Speaker 1: for some reason that helps me. But it might not
- 4:39Speaker 1: help you, But for some reason that helps me. I
- 4:41Speaker 1: don't know.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Well, that's interesting. It's all about perspective. It comes back
- 4:44Speaker 2: to perspective. I saw a video actually similarly, because we
- 4:48Speaker 2: are in good positions. It said it was one of
- 4:51Speaker 2: those ones where I was like, close your eyes and
- 4:53Speaker 2: actually think about what I'm saying. Yeah, and said, your
- 4:56Speaker 2: ten years in the future, you're unhappy, you don't have
- 4:59Speaker 2: the body like, you're struggling at work, you don't have
- 5:03Speaker 2: as many friends as you used to, and you if
- 5:07Speaker 2: you had the opportunity to go back to ten years
- 5:09Speaker 2: which is today, would you do it? And it said,
- 5:13Speaker 2: open your eyes and it's like, you are ten years
- 5:16Speaker 2: in the past.
- 5:17Speaker 1: You are in your right now.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Make the most of what you're doing, which is like
- 5:21Speaker 2: a mad wig out because it's all about perspective, because
- 5:23Speaker 2: you like, everyone has good things about their lives, yeah,
- 5:26Speaker 2: like hopefully of course, yeah, hope or relatively and it
- 5:30Speaker 2: just makes you think like, yes, you just got it.
- 5:32Speaker 2: It's hard though when you're in it, you can't see it. Yeah,
- 5:34Speaker 2: because we are in a very privileged position, and I
- 5:36Speaker 2: know that, but then it still feels like it's such
- 5:38Speaker 2: a massive problem. I thought as well voice that, and
- 5:41Speaker 2: it feels better a little bit to talk about it too.
- 5:43Speaker 1: That's good. I'm glad. You know. What I also have
- 5:47Speaker 1: noticed in the last couple of months is that I
- 5:50Speaker 1: actually the only thing that I do ever get any
- 5:54Speaker 1: sort of anxiety about quite often is to do with money. Money.
- 6:00Speaker 2: If I ever do get it, being me a young
- 6:02Speaker 2: adult is stressful.
- 6:03Speaker 1: It's it's it's an interesting and I think it would
- 6:05Speaker 1: be quite relatable to everyone I assume listening.
- 6:10Speaker 2: The Relatables podcast is hosted by myself, Oddie Clark Ak
- 6:14Speaker 2: and my partner in mister Jake Craig aka Daddy.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Oh. You know what I want to talk about is that,
- 6:21Speaker 1: like I, I never thought that that intro was like funny.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Neither did I.
- 6:27Speaker 1: And then our new best friendly baitman he cackled it.
- 6:30Speaker 1: He thought that was the funniest thing ever. And it
- 6:32Speaker 1: made me think like someone not knowing that's happening would
- 6:35Speaker 1: actually be quite like, what the fuck is it? Because
- 6:37Speaker 1: I'm calling you, daddy, I don't know it because I'm mummy,
- 6:40Speaker 1: I have no idea. It's also we're very good at
- 6:42Speaker 1: it now.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Yeah, like comes off the tongue quick. Yeah, maybe that's
- 6:47Speaker 2: a bit. That's not the only thing that comes off
- 6:51Speaker 2: the tongue quick.
- 6:55Speaker 1: I tell you he's got a quick tongue.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Your best friendly guy behind this. I was going to say,
- 7:01Speaker 2: Garret Gray, we won't talk about it too much. Jake's
- 7:05Speaker 2: gonna hang out with our best friend friend date Luke Bates.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, because he messages us, legend messages us. Afterwards,
- 7:13Speaker 1: he gets out both of our numbers and he's like boys,
- 7:17Speaker 1: that was actually sick, like I want to hang out
- 7:19Speaker 1: because like person, he.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Seemed like one of our boys. Genuine we don't have
- 7:23Speaker 2: any boys other than too.
- 7:24Speaker 1: I think he's not bad because we told him we
- 7:26Speaker 1: don't have any friends.
- 7:28Speaker 2: I didn't think of that. I thought it was coming
- 7:34Speaker 2: out of the place about these boys are sick.
- 7:37Speaker 1: No, he's followed up, though, and he's invited me to
- 7:40Speaker 1: hang out.
- 7:41Speaker 2: You should say that you don't have to hang out
- 7:43Speaker 2: with me out a biddy, I'll.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Say to him and sim I don't have to do this.
- 7:47Speaker 1: And to be fair, he is killing two birds of
- 7:49Speaker 1: one stone because he wasn't. He's not coming to the
- 7:51Speaker 1: Gold Coast for me he's coming to have dinner with
- 7:52Speaker 1: a friend and just adding me in there a couple.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Of hours trying feels bad.
- 8:01Speaker 1: No, yeah, we'll keep you updated on our new friends
- 8:04Speaker 1: name Luke Bateman. And I was talking about about it,
- 8:07Speaker 1: and she's like, you know, when you're with him, you
- 8:09Speaker 1: can't just keep calling him Luke Bateman. You should just
- 8:12Speaker 1: call him Luke.
- 8:12Speaker 2: And I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah, we'll come over. His
- 8:15Speaker 2: name is Cypress.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we got no, no, no, We've got.
- 8:18Speaker 2: The botanical name of Cypress.
- 8:20Speaker 1: If we should I say that? Should I find out
- 8:22Speaker 1: what the botanical name is.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I looked it up and it's it's like Cypress, Perrellius
- 8:25Speaker 2: or some ship.
- 8:27Speaker 1: So maybe I should just call him like Perelius or Perry,
- 8:31Speaker 1: Perry Harry. Should I be like? Should I say, oh, Perry,
- 8:34Speaker 1: how I see you again? He's Parry. I'll be like, mate, Cypress, Perrellius, Harry.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Come on. It acts like you don't remember.
- 8:43Speaker 2: It's like, I'm never hanging out this guy. This is
- 8:45Speaker 2: this is why you don't have any friends, Jake.
- 8:47Speaker 1: This is yeah, He's like in the back of his head.
- 8:49Speaker 1: He goes to his dinner. He starts talking to the
- 8:51Speaker 1: person who's having dinner with and he's like, oh, I
- 8:53Speaker 1: just went and fucking I gave this guy a chance,
- 8:54Speaker 1: and yeah, he won't be giving him another. Funny any way,
- 9:02Speaker 1: have you washed off campus?
- 9:03Speaker 2: I have washed off campus?
- 9:05Speaker 1: Yes? How many? How many got left? Like two and.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Like one quarter to one quarter? Like fifteen miss less
- 9:13Speaker 2: of episode six?
- 9:15Speaker 1: Fuck you're in for today? Yeah, that's the episode with Ali,
- 9:18Speaker 1: and so episode six is.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Fifteen minutes left. I felt that for DNA a little
- 9:24Speaker 2: bit really, just because he's misunderstood, he was labeled.
- 9:29Speaker 1: He so much he's been understood, but he also just
- 9:32Speaker 1: like wears the label and he says he likes.
- 9:34Speaker 2: It, but he I felt like when he said that,
- 9:37Speaker 2: he didn't mean it.
- 9:38Speaker 1: When he said it. It's almost like he said it
- 9:40Speaker 1: because that's what he's been labeled. Yeah, it's like that's
- 9:44Speaker 1: how he's told to feel.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Yeah, and Ali's kind of like using him at the
- 9:48Speaker 2: moment to get over her toxic X. But he's like
- 9:51Speaker 2: happy to be used. I guess too. And obviously they're
- 9:54Speaker 2: going to probably fall in love. Yeah, and at least
- 9:56Speaker 2: she was self aware that it was kind of like
- 9:58Speaker 2: taking away from Graham.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Yeah, that's fair and I Okay. One thing I like
- 10:05Speaker 1: about the show so the think, okay, so I really
- 10:10Speaker 1: like it when at the end of that like Shakespeare Knight,
- 10:15Speaker 1: that looked fun. That looked at the end of the
- 10:21Speaker 1: Shakespeare Night. First thing, first, I love how supportive all
- 10:25Speaker 1: the clubs are. Of all the clubs, you know, there's
- 10:28Speaker 1: no bullying or nothing like that.
- 10:30Speaker 2: I love that those hockey guys would be there. I
- 10:32Speaker 2: love it.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Secondly, I love how Hannah is like discovering that she
- 10:39Speaker 1: is falling for Garrett right and Justin is like, you know,
- 10:45Speaker 1: I want to ask you out, and then she's kind
- 10:48Speaker 1: of like, okay, cool, yeah, like I wanted this, I
- 10:50Speaker 1: wanted this. But then she actually doesn't fully let him,
- 10:55Speaker 1: and then she tells him everything, and then she goes
- 10:59Speaker 1: and she to the rink and she's up in there
- 11:02Speaker 1: and then that song that's like, hey, the now that
- 11:06Speaker 1: I found you, I can't let you go. That was awesome.
- 11:11Speaker 1: It was awesome. But anyway, what I really liked is
- 11:13Speaker 1: the fact that she just like communicated with Justin like, yo,
- 11:17Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie to you. Had a huge crush
- 11:18Speaker 1: on you. Yeah, Garrett was helping me make you jealous
- 11:24Speaker 1: and now I've fallen for Garrett, and I just wanted
- 11:26Speaker 1: just just as like a healthy and then her and
- 11:29Speaker 1: her and Justine is still friends. Garrett doesn't give a shit.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Yeah, And even a couple of steps back, how Garrett
- 11:39Speaker 2: approached when Hannah opened up to her about being raped. Yes,
- 11:43Speaker 2: there's no way to tread around that. No, and it
- 11:46Speaker 2: did such a good way of making her feel comfortable and.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Like you talking about how when she she and then
- 11:51Speaker 1: it turned really sexy.
- 11:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:53Speaker 1: So so when she there's that episode that ends with
- 11:57Speaker 1: her going I need you to make me orgasm. Yeah,
- 12:01Speaker 1: and he's like what, and then it ends obviously I
- 12:04Speaker 1: have to watch an except one episode straight away. And
- 12:06Speaker 1: so then for some one of like the most famous
- 12:09Speaker 1: scenes in the show is when Garrett's talking to Dean
- 12:13Speaker 1: and he's like, Okay, I've got to make a girl
- 12:16Speaker 1: orgasm for her first time. And he's like and Dean goes, oh, okay, well,
- 12:21Speaker 1: if it's her first time, she probably won't come, and
- 12:23Speaker 1: he goes, no, not An, she has to come, and
- 12:24Speaker 1: Dean's like respect and everyone for some reason loves that.
- 12:28Speaker 1: And then Dean's advice of being like, hey man, it's easy.
- 12:33Speaker 1: You just gotta let her trust or get her to
- 12:35Speaker 1: trust you or whatever like that. She just needs to
- 12:37Speaker 1: feel like she can trust you. I was thinking this
- 12:40Speaker 1: man was written by a woman.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Yeah, oh it was. The whole thing was El Kennedy
- 12:45Speaker 2: or whatever. But my favorite bit was right before they
- 12:49Speaker 2: were about to have sex. Hannah's like wearing some dress
- 12:53Speaker 2: that's like making her look all sexy and stuff, and
- 12:56Speaker 2: then Garrett goes, you want to get in something more comfortable. Yeah,
- 13:00Speaker 2: and then she goes, oh, you don't have to turn
- 13:02Speaker 2: around and you're about to see everything, and then he goes,
- 13:05Speaker 2: not until you give me permission, and like you want
- 13:07Speaker 2: to you want me to see naked? Just consent on
- 13:10Speaker 2: consent on p yeah yeah, yeah, ye yeah. I was
- 13:13Speaker 2: like consent, there was nothing like that, it's granted.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:16Speaker 2: I was like that that was like the most subtle,
- 13:18Speaker 2: smooth yeah.
- 13:20Speaker 1: And then he like can pick up from her body
- 13:23Speaker 1: language that she's like, actually, you know, having sex is
- 13:27Speaker 1: too much, and he's like trauma response, traual response, and
- 13:31Speaker 1: so then he's like no, no, no, like seriously, and she's
- 13:32Speaker 1: like no, I want to. I want to. I want to.
- 13:34Speaker 1: She's like I want to get through this and and
- 13:36Speaker 1: he's like no, no, no, like we don't have like
- 13:38Speaker 1: we can do this a different way. And then he's
- 13:40Speaker 1: just like and then he's like he goes, you told
- 13:43Speaker 1: me you made yourself finished and she's like yeah all
- 13:45Speaker 1: the time, and he's like show me. I was like,
- 13:48Speaker 1: how high was that. He's like show me and she's
- 13:51Speaker 1: like what what? And then he goes, you show me
- 13:55Speaker 1: and I'll show you. Assume when he said you show
- 13:57Speaker 1: me and I'll show you, I was like, this man
- 13:59Speaker 1: is crazy.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Did that make you want to try it?
- 14:03Speaker 1: Kind of? Yeah? It kind of?
- 14:08Speaker 2: I reckon that's the hordest thing ever, because like like
- 14:12Speaker 2: we're not going to touch each other, but like we
- 14:14Speaker 2: want it, you know what I mean?
- 14:16Speaker 1: Like the just go like yeah and okay wait wait
- 14:21Speaker 1: wait wait wait wait wait you might not be able
- 14:22Speaker 1: to as part of the show yet. I don't want
- 14:24Speaker 1: to spoil anything.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Well, we're gonna watch on Patreon the final episode together
- 14:29Speaker 2: just for fun of reactions.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Yeah, and so I'm rewatching the final episode and you'll
- 14:32Speaker 1: be watching this for fun. Yeah ship. Is this a
- 14:35Speaker 1: huge spoiler? No it's not.
- 14:38Speaker 2: I feel like the show is not like a spoiler.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Okay, I'm going to say there's something. There's one part
- 14:41Speaker 1: of the show that I really really like. Right, And
- 14:46Speaker 1: so the day they've been doting for like a month,
- 14:50Speaker 1: and like Garrett accidentally slips out in like a funny,
- 14:54Speaker 1: hard conversation about how he's like, you know, I loved it,
- 14:57Speaker 1: or like I love you or whatever. No, I'm just
- 14:59Speaker 1: up to that. And she's like and she said I
- 15:01Speaker 1: love you too. She's like, what, you love me? And
- 15:05Speaker 1: she's and he goes, yeah, I do love you. Like
- 15:07Speaker 1: he didn't go oh oh sorry. He was like, you
- 15:09Speaker 1: know what, yeah, I do love you. And then she's like,
- 15:12Speaker 1: I love you too. I was like, this is healthy. Yeah,
- 15:17Speaker 1: say how you feel when you're feeling facts, just let
- 15:20Speaker 1: it happen. Fucking good show. Have they had dinner at
- 15:22Speaker 1: his dad's house yet, Yeah?
- 15:24Speaker 2: Yeah, And I saw his dad's girlfriend's like wrist.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Yeah, his fiance whatever.
- 15:28Speaker 2: And there's his background coming out a bit.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. It was just harsh, very harsh. Um, you're
- 15:36Speaker 1: not up to it yet. And I won't spoil this something,
- 15:43Speaker 1: but Garrett is a fucking man.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Okay, confronts his dad.
- 15:52Speaker 1: He's got it, he is, well, he does that, But
- 15:55Speaker 1: that's not the reason I think he's a man. Garrett
- 15:59Speaker 1: is a well Okay, okay.
- 16:04Speaker 2: I'll tell you what I saw on social media. It
- 16:06Speaker 2: was like a video of him like in this massive
- 16:08Speaker 2: crowd in all white and like dancing with the kid
- 16:10Speaker 2: roy It kid. Yeah, and all the comments were like,
- 16:13Speaker 2: finally I've got gotten the Yes, I bet your least
- 16:16Speaker 2: finally someone I saw someone go.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Women are like, thank fuck, I got the yick. And
- 16:22Speaker 1: then fifty women are like no, I like even I
- 16:24Speaker 1: like you even more now we're not gonna lie. It
- 16:28Speaker 1: gave me the and I watched Beth in real time
- 16:31Speaker 1: get the yck.
- 16:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:32Speaker 1: It was just kind of like thank the Lord, and
- 16:34Speaker 1: I was like, thank you kid. Anyway, I asked the
- 16:41Speaker 1: bad News, I asked our Instagram. What did I say?
- 16:46Speaker 1: I said, Dean deal Dean Dealer and test knocks on
- 16:49Speaker 1: your door? What are you doing? Our audience is fucking hilarious. Okay, okay,
- 16:54Speaker 1: First one riding that roller coaster because he calls himself
- 16:58Speaker 1: a roller coaster.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I got the reference in the movie to the
- 17:03Speaker 2: theme park they mentioned too, because it's a massive one
- 17:08Speaker 2: in America and it's yes.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Yeah, someone said something about that in here. Obviously, play chess,
- 17:16Speaker 1: My queen will be exposed pretty quickly though.
- 17:18Speaker 2: I saw that too. It's like, what are you going
- 17:24Speaker 2: to do in your own time? Off plays after his
- 17:28Speaker 2: piano play.
- 17:29Speaker 4: I love how he has a tour that he takes
- 17:32Speaker 4: all of his lady friends on, and Allie's kind of like, look,
- 17:36Speaker 4: you don't have to do this with me, like you know,
- 17:38Speaker 4: what would you really do?
- 17:40Speaker 1: And then it comes to there and playing chess, and
- 17:42Speaker 1: I'm thinking.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Fuck off.
- 17:43Speaker 1: I know, I know what this guy. What would you
- 17:47Speaker 1: do if Dean doler Est knocked on your door? Put
- 17:49Speaker 1: some JLA on Banger Banger? Someone said, what wouldn't I do?
- 17:55Speaker 2: I do anything?
- 17:57Speaker 1: Ask where Garrett is? I see how it is. I
- 17:59Speaker 1: guess he'll be doing the doing. He knocked on my
- 18:03Speaker 1: door after all? All right, Dean dealer and Tess knocks
- 18:06Speaker 1: on your door? What are you doing? I turn into
- 18:09Speaker 1: a hockey stick so you can hold me tight. That's
- 18:12Speaker 1: a good. Next, this is relatable panic because my house
- 18:17Speaker 1: is a mess. Make him shut his eyes and so
- 18:19Speaker 1: I can clean.
- 18:23Speaker 2: This one's good.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Why would my boyfriend be knocking on the door.
- 18:28Speaker 2: We're already jumping two steps ahead in a fictional.
- 18:31Speaker 1: World dot dot dot become an annual passholder to six
- 18:34Speaker 1: Flags day. Yeah, I'm married and I'm forty. I'll make
- 18:41Speaker 1: him a sandwich and we can talk about diversifying our investments.
- 18:45Speaker 2: This show as like as shown like everyone's like, I
- 18:48Speaker 2: gotta remember I'm forty. I have three kids, a husband,
- 18:50Speaker 2: so I'm not fucking eighteen in college.
- 18:53Speaker 1: So fine. And then this some I got this one
- 18:57Speaker 1: a couple times. React like Nick Miller in New Girl
- 19:01Speaker 1: when he meets Prince. So I wanted to look it
- 19:04Speaker 1: up and see, like it must be an iconic, it must.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Be a bit out of our generation.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Yeah, Nick meets Prince New Girl. There he goes, come
- 19:14Speaker 1: straight up, I'm Prince.
- 19:19Speaker 2: So it seems to be the problem.
- 19:25Speaker 1: How rood of me? I haven't given you enough time
- 19:27Speaker 1: to freak out yet, you may do.
- 19:29Speaker 3: So now, okay, this makes sense.
- 19:44Speaker 5: Yeah that.
- 19:47Speaker 1: Was good. I have an announcement to make. What is it?
- 19:57Speaker 1: I am officially pause for silence dramatic effect.
- 20:04Speaker 2: A Marcher babe, man, I am so glad you said that,
- 20:08Speaker 2: because I am too. I absolutely love Marcher. It's like
- 20:12Speaker 2: a reward.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Couldn't agree more, My friend could not agree more. Throughout
- 20:17Speaker 1: the day, I do little tasks and I'm like, you
- 20:21Speaker 1: know what, I deserve a marcher.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Same and I go to at the moment, Jake, are
- 20:26Speaker 2: these perfect head vanilla march to latte cans?
- 20:30Speaker 1: Cans?
- 20:31Speaker 2: Not only do they taste amazing, but it's also a
- 20:34Speaker 2: different source of caffeine to coffee.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Mate, that's true. And they're so handy, like it's just
- 20:40Speaker 1: a cafe quality marcher in a can in your.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Head, mate. I am obsessed, and I know the baddies listening,
- 20:48Speaker 2: I're gonna be looking for a sign to get a
- 20:50Speaker 2: marcher today.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Here it is so hey, you've heard it here. First,
- 20:55Speaker 1: don't walk, but run to Cole's.
- 20:58Speaker 2: And we're back with Oddie Shark Tank.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I came prepared.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Maybe it was two weeks ago because of our special
- 21:05Speaker 2: episode we our best friend Luke Bateman.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Oh yeah, ship, we kind of did a shark tank
- 21:09Speaker 1: with him book style. Yeah.
- 21:11Speaker 2: We're full of business ideas. But this is where Jake
- 21:14Speaker 2: pictures me some business ideas slash passion projects, and I
- 21:21Speaker 2: see if he lands and if I can make one
- 21:23Speaker 2: of them happen. Week one was fearless.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Week one was pure passion.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Yeah, and now he's got a better idea of what
- 21:30Speaker 2: I'm looking for, what I want to invest in.
- 21:32Speaker 1: I think you're like this.
- 21:33Speaker 2: But before you say yours, the baddies have commented two
- 21:36Speaker 2: business ideas. Oh, I love that, and if you have
- 21:39Speaker 2: any good idea.
- 21:40Speaker 1: They're going to be Wait, we should do mine first.
- 21:41Speaker 1: It's gonna be way better.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Than no, because we won't do that. We have to
- 21:43Speaker 2: have the IP. Oh we can't. Still, we would have
- 21:48Speaker 2: to bring him in as part. These are just thought provokers.
- 21:50Speaker 1: We don't want we don't want to share the revenue, all.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Right, So Brady said, a relatables card game, something like
- 21:59Speaker 2: card we're not really strangers. People love connecting through relatable things.
- 22:05Speaker 2: We actually have thought of card games before. We're going
- 22:08Speaker 2: to do it with our first management.
- 22:09Speaker 1: That's a good point.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Actually, so we've thought about one.
- 22:12Speaker 1: But that's a good I guess, Yeah, what could we
- 22:13Speaker 1: do for a card game?
- 22:15Speaker 2: Something about being relatable and like scenarios like yeah, sceio,
- 22:20Speaker 2: we thought about it when now like red flag, Green
- 22:22Speaker 2: flag cheating or cheating was blowing up. True, that's a
- 22:24Speaker 2: good point, sort of like those games. And then Steph
- 22:26Speaker 2: Price said relatables car stickers your price, Yeah, she comments
- 22:30Speaker 2: a lot.
- 22:33Speaker 1: Wait, I'm pretty sure Steph Price is real bad when
- 22:35Speaker 1: she comments all the time, wigging out what I think
- 22:39Speaker 1: Steph Price is famous.
- 22:41Speaker 2: It's probably more than one Steph Price.
- 22:43Speaker 1: That's a good point.
- 22:44Speaker 2: I'm like the cool that runs runs off the tongue. Yeah,
- 22:48Speaker 2: relatables car stickers. I will be your first customer stickers
- 22:51Speaker 2: for the car.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, we've got a couple of bump of stickers made.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I've got one on my car, you got one on yours.
- 22:55Speaker 2: We've got one more. We've got one in one of
- 22:57Speaker 2: these studios.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, I don't know where it is. We should
- 23:01Speaker 1: do it.
- 23:03Speaker 5: Something.
- 23:03Speaker 2: Yeah, we'll make them. We'll make them cool.
- 23:05Speaker 1: All right, Time for business man.
- 23:07Speaker 2: The floor is yours for business.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Yeah, number one, I got four? All right, Number one.
- 23:13Speaker 1: I want an app, right, we'll go. Yeah, I t
- 23:17Speaker 1: route and you'll see why I said. So. I want
- 23:20Speaker 1: an app where restaurants can rate the guests.
- 23:24Speaker 2: So oh, it's like Facebook marketplace.
- 23:26Speaker 1: So yeah, because because like some patrons fucking suck, dude,
- 23:32Speaker 1: and like you just know that they go to every
- 23:34Speaker 1: restaurant being just like rue.
- 23:36Speaker 2: Patreon is a word outside our patreon. Yeah, like a
- 23:39Speaker 2: patron didn't know that.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Yeah, so like we have like a Patreon member, but
- 23:44Speaker 1: like a patron is a customer at a restaurant. So yeah,
- 23:48Speaker 1: the more you know. Anyway, yes, some some customers are
- 23:54Speaker 1: just so bad b I, T H S and just
- 23:57Speaker 1: so rude. What is the benefit of this app? So
- 24:02Speaker 1: the benefit of the app is one I want. Basically,
- 24:06Speaker 1: what I want is the customers to know that you're
- 24:08Speaker 1: gonna get a rating because they get to rate the
- 24:10Speaker 1: restaurant same way an Uber driver gets to rate us
- 24:12Speaker 1: as passengers, right, So I want to be able to
- 24:15Speaker 1: rate the customer. I want them to know they're going
- 24:17Speaker 1: to be rated. So then it's like they're on their
- 24:19Speaker 1: best behavior. They're on their best behavior. I'm on my
- 24:21Speaker 1: best behavior because I know you can rate me, right,
- 24:24Speaker 1: and I'm getting paid to be here. And then if
- 24:27Speaker 1: they are just like super rude and shit like that,
- 24:30Speaker 1: then basically, because all booking systems now are online and
- 24:34Speaker 1: they all require a phone number, that phone number gets
- 24:37Speaker 1: linked to a bigger data base for all restaurants to
- 24:40Speaker 1: use and be like, so if you have someone book
- 24:42Speaker 1: with a phone number, it links to the website the
- 24:45Speaker 1: booking system and lets you know that they've had a
- 24:46Speaker 1: bad review from a restaurant in the past, and you
- 24:48Speaker 1: can go read the review and you can just use
- 24:51Speaker 1: it as either. Like it would be good to know
- 24:54Speaker 1: sometimes in my experience working at restaurants, Like I don't
- 24:56Speaker 1: mind having people that can be rude, but I just
- 24:59Speaker 1: would like to know before hand how I need to
- 25:01Speaker 1: treat them, because you can like just kill them with
- 25:04Speaker 1: kindness from the beginning and then like they have no
- 25:06Speaker 1: reason to be rude, yes, like don't give them a reason.
- 25:09Speaker 2: You walk in the front door for like a six
- 25:11Speaker 2: o'clock booking and it says Jake Craig two point five
- 25:14Speaker 2: star last review says was rude after we brought out
- 25:17Speaker 2: garlic bread under the pump.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Something like that. Yeah, yeah, just like this was why
- 25:21Speaker 1: we think they were ship and this is the review
- 25:24Speaker 1: they left us.
- 25:25Speaker 2: How do we make money?
- 25:26Speaker 1: Um, people have to pay, like the restaurants have to
- 25:29Speaker 1: pay to use the app.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, interesting.
- 25:32Speaker 1: And restaurants would pay them.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Thus it almost creates a divide of people who wouldn't
- 25:37Speaker 2: want to use the platform, but they have to for
- 25:39Speaker 2: the booking. I guess, like if I want to go
- 25:42Speaker 2: I want to go to an Italian restaurant, and then
- 25:45Speaker 2: there's one place where I've got to have this system
- 25:47Speaker 2: to go in, or i can just rock up and
- 25:48Speaker 2: go into another one, like I'm choosing that one probably.
- 25:53Speaker 1: How do you mean, like, I mean, like if you.
- 25:55Speaker 2: There's one more step for me to get my food,
- 25:57Speaker 2: which is annoying.
- 25:58Speaker 1: No, no, no, you as the customer don't know about this.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Oh you don't know.
- 26:02Speaker 1: No, because all booking systems, when you book something online
- 26:05Speaker 1: these days, you take a number. So, like my phone
- 26:09Speaker 1: number is in someone's booking system at every other restaurant
- 26:11Speaker 1: I booked, so whenever you book, so basically you have
- 26:14Speaker 1: their phone number on file and you're the only person
- 26:16Speaker 1: in the whole country with that phone number to just
- 26:18Speaker 1: be calling random people every time. And so that phone
- 26:21Speaker 1: number gets linked to a way, like you get to
- 26:23Speaker 1: leave a rating underneath this phone number. So then when
- 26:26Speaker 1: this person books at another restaurant and their phone number
- 26:28Speaker 1: comes up, you can be like, look at ratings from
- 26:30Speaker 1: other restaurants. It actually is a good idea, genius idea.
- 26:33Speaker 2: It is a good idea. I don't mind it slightly
- 26:36Speaker 2: boring the good idea.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Okay, here we go, got a good one.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Yeah, it wouldn't be that fun to make, no.
- 26:42Speaker 1: No, but you could make good money.
- 26:43Speaker 2: Yeah, that's actually very smart though.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Here we go, Okay, inflatable towel. This is what I like.
- 26:52Speaker 1: I want an inflatable towel, all right, Like, so when
- 26:57Speaker 1: I'm at the beach, or if you're at a someone's
- 27:00Speaker 1: house that has a pool, right, I want to be
- 27:03Speaker 1: able to dry myself. But sometimes they don't have enough
- 27:06Speaker 1: day beds around their pool, which is like valid, and
- 27:08Speaker 1: if I'm laying down on the tiles, it's hard. So
- 27:11Speaker 1: I want something that's inflated.
- 27:13Speaker 2: But how's a towel inflated?
- 27:15Speaker 1: I don't know, just like towel material on the outside.
- 27:17Speaker 1: You told me to come up with the idea that
- 27:18Speaker 1: you figure out how all right, that's good, alright.
- 27:21Speaker 2: I'm trying to get like how you picture it.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Yeah, so here's what I'm thinking is I feel like
- 27:26Speaker 1: it has an inflatable.
- 27:27Speaker 2: An open ended question like how the fuck you do that?
- 27:31Speaker 1: It's we've got something inflatable in the towel, and then
- 27:33Speaker 1: it's just like a towel pocket nearly.
- 27:36Speaker 2: That's kind of cool.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I do like that one. That's a good one.
- 27:38Speaker 2: A Yeah, that's a good one.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Okay, that's a good one's got legs. Next one, I think, yeah,
- 27:42Speaker 1: has some serious legs. A necklace or bracelet that has
- 27:49Speaker 1: a slow release cologne and is refillable.
- 27:52Speaker 2: That's because colonne doesn't stick to you, that's correct. So
- 27:56Speaker 2: it's like an ambulet out of Crown of Midnight and
- 27:58Speaker 2: then it slowly releases.
- 28:00Speaker 1: So instead of having to reapply your cologne. He's thinking about,
- 28:04Speaker 1: you have a necklace for men and women alike, all right,
- 28:08Speaker 1: and you can put your favorite cologne in there somewhere.
- 28:10Speaker 1: I don't know how that's up to you figure out.
- 28:11Speaker 1: I don't know how to make it look good actually cool.
- 28:13Speaker 1: And so bracelet or color or necklace or ring or
- 28:16Speaker 1: so you just kind of have this slow release of
- 28:18Speaker 1: clones so you don't have to reapply that.
- 28:20Speaker 2: That's actually cool and yet to refill it.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like maybe last a week or something, and
- 28:24Speaker 2: you can turn it off if you want, sure.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Yeah, you can do it like a little.
- 28:26Speaker 2: That's actually fucking brilliant. Shit, that's a good idea. Well,
- 28:31Speaker 2: and you could like have different ranges from like cheap
- 28:33Speaker 2: to like using real gold. Yeah, and then you put
- 28:35Speaker 2: like that expensive col would we sell the cologne or
- 28:38Speaker 2: outsourced cologne.
- 28:40Speaker 1: I don't know, but what I was thinking more of
- 28:42Speaker 1: like some sort of like discrete device that you can
- 28:44Speaker 1: attach to any necklace. Oh so then like you don't
- 28:47Speaker 1: have to buy our specifically, you just buy our little
- 28:49Speaker 1: device that goes on your necklace. I don't know how
- 28:51Speaker 1: to make it discreet and look.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Good, even like a ring would be cool.
- 28:54Speaker 1: I just said that. You clearly aren't listening.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Terrible you said device.
- 28:58Speaker 1: I when you edit this, you're gonna hear me say necklace, bracelet,
- 29:02Speaker 1: some sort of device, and then I go on to
- 29:04Speaker 1: say ring.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Oh okay, I I'm excited. I feel like you've made
- 29:09Speaker 2: this shark tank, your own.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Last one, last one you might relate, You might relate
- 29:15Speaker 1: to this. This would be a bit of a toughye
- 29:18Speaker 1: be a toy, This would be This would be a
- 29:19Speaker 1: good one, though, because we would both love it. I
- 29:22Speaker 1: don't know what to call it, but I want something
- 29:25Speaker 1: that is basically I want a device made that can
- 29:32Speaker 1: divide a bed into two, some sort of like wall. Right,
- 29:39Speaker 1: And so that is a good idea, isn't it. So
- 29:41Speaker 1: it's like, but I want it to be easy to
- 29:43Speaker 1: take off and easy to put on. So it just
- 29:45Speaker 1: like it becomes part of making the bed or something.
- 29:47Speaker 2: It's like a fitted sheet with a divider in the middle.
- 29:50Speaker 1: Something like that's genius because like it pops up. I
- 29:53Speaker 1: want to I want to be able to cud all
- 29:55Speaker 1: my girlfriend before I go to sleep, and then but
- 29:58Speaker 1: then I want something to block her fucking leg and
- 30:01Speaker 1: coming over on my side of the bed.
- 30:02Speaker 2: I had a fucking foot on my leg last night.
- 30:05Speaker 2: It's like, I'm a good idea anxious right now. I
- 30:06Speaker 2: don't need this idea. That's the best one that could
- 30:10Speaker 2: be it. Because also I know girls are like, oh
- 30:13Speaker 2: I love cuddling my boyfriend when you go to sleep.
- 30:17Speaker 2: You actually don't.
- 30:18Speaker 1: No, they just say they don't you actually don't.
- 30:22Speaker 4: Let's be so for real, Like if I tried to
- 30:26Speaker 4: cuddle beds all night, she would literally use the words off.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, I didn't think you were going to hit
- 30:31Speaker 2: on week two.
- 30:33Speaker 1: I think I've got four hitters.
- 30:34Speaker 2: You've blown my mind.
- 30:35Speaker 1: I've got four hitters right now.
- 30:36Speaker 2: That one right there, that one's fucking good.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Ay.
- 30:40Speaker 2: And I've seen like there's people been on like news
- 30:42Speaker 2: and stuff just making like normal fitted sheets that are
- 30:46Speaker 2: like have like a little little tag on the bottom
- 30:48Speaker 2: of pullet tight. I know, yeah, boring, Let's put great
- 30:52Speaker 2: wall in the middle of it. Sure, and then it
- 30:54Speaker 2: kind of saves having like a lot of people go
- 30:56Speaker 2: to two single beds, like you need the best in
- 30:59Speaker 2: two single beds with another room. Like the people who
- 31:01Speaker 2: don't have that.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Only thing is you will need you probably will need
- 31:04Speaker 1: to do Scandinavia method of two blankets.
- 31:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I think I like that anyway, I'm fine with that.
- 31:09Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I like that.
- 31:10Speaker 2: Because you run at different temperatures, men and women actually
- 31:13Speaker 2: biologically run at different temperatures.
- 31:15Speaker 1: We should we be in touch with eight sleep on
- 31:17Speaker 1: this one we're taking.
- 31:19Speaker 2: We're taking this moon. It's what name name? So something
- 31:23Speaker 2: to do with war, the baddie wall, No, the great
- 31:27Speaker 2: divide but no, you want to divide but also show
- 31:30Speaker 2: that you still love them. Yeah, So, like divide is
- 31:32Speaker 2: not a good word you want?
- 31:34Speaker 1: Yeah, And here's our thing, is like are you are you?
- 31:38Speaker 1: Because what what people call it when they start to
- 31:40Speaker 1: sleep in different beds just so they can get better
- 31:42Speaker 1: sleep is sleep divorce? Yeah, right, which is like such
- 31:44Speaker 1: a I don't know, such a grim way to call it.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Because they are happily married, but they sleep in different beds,
- 31:49Speaker 1: which I'm all for, by the way.
- 31:50Speaker 2: And you need, yeah, it needed. You'd kind of want
- 31:51Speaker 2: it to be almost foam, so if you do run
- 31:53Speaker 2: into it's kind of nice.
- 31:54Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you don't want to be like yeah, true,
- 31:57Speaker 1: you have got to be able to have a leg
- 31:59Speaker 1: up against it, but it's not hard. Yeah. And so
- 32:01Speaker 1: it's like and it does not cold, but.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Almost like just a little mot you know how those
- 32:06Speaker 2: inflatable boats there's like a motor arm and you click
- 32:08Speaker 2: them and they inflat themselves. It's like at the bottom
- 32:10Speaker 2: where your feet are. Yeah, after you've done your hugging,
- 32:13Speaker 2: takes thirty seconds to inflate air.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Yeah. And then if you like that, and it's.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Kind of combining your tower material and it'll be a
- 32:19Speaker 2: sheet material.
- 32:19Speaker 1: I don't hate that at all. Ship I feel like
- 32:22Speaker 1: it need. I don't know if it could be part
- 32:24Speaker 1: of a fitted sheet, though, I think it would have
- 32:25Speaker 1: to be on top of the fitted sheet.
- 32:27Speaker 2: No, I reckon it has to be the fitted sheet.
- 32:29Speaker 2: But then there'd be too much material when it's not inflated.
- 32:31Speaker 1: I see your point.
- 32:32Speaker 2: It would be this one's really this is really hard
- 32:35Speaker 2: for me to do anything with I've got. I was
- 32:39Speaker 2: thinking you were going to say that.
- 32:41Speaker 1: A new flavor necklace is good.
- 32:43Speaker 2: Yeah, no, no, but I can. We're onto something here bad.
- 32:45Speaker 2: He's common below. He fares money in that, and I
- 32:47Speaker 2: think the inflatable towels good. If I made some I've
- 32:50Speaker 2: got phone land around some videos like test running over
- 32:53Speaker 2: with my girlf like chug it over here.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Think she can't, I'll be like, true, yeah, I'll be
- 32:57Speaker 1: a good point.
- 32:58Speaker 2: She goes to sleep and I put it up and
- 32:59Speaker 2: she wakes stuff and I was like, wow, I was
- 33:00Speaker 2: the best sleep e wasn't it?
- 33:01Speaker 1: Because like, have you ever woken up and you're on
- 33:05Speaker 1: like this much of the beds and you try to
- 33:08Speaker 1: be like can I have some bed back? And they're
- 33:10Speaker 1: like I've got nothing, but they have like an island
- 33:12Speaker 1: over there.
- 33:13Speaker 2: And yeah, they've got another and it should go off
- 33:16Speaker 2: shoots like, I'm all about a quality half half. But
- 33:18Speaker 2: also I'm seventy percent bigger than her.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Give me more rooted, true, and I'm only taking fifty
- 33:24Speaker 1: percent on plot some yeah, and I'm still giving you
- 33:29Speaker 1: fifty So we complained it.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:32Speaker 1: I like that the device needs to be in as well.
- 33:35Speaker 1: You don't want it to take up much bedspace? Yeah,
- 33:37Speaker 1: I don't need much, to be fair.
- 33:38Speaker 2: It's something about space like MySpace.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Love No, my space is like the first Facebook love space.
- 33:45Speaker 1: My Space love space. Or basically, what we're doing is
- 33:49Speaker 1: we're saving relationships. It's like, are you currently in sleep divorce?
- 33:52Speaker 1: Let's fix that?
- 33:53Speaker 3: Ye.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Shit, maybe we need to think of something to like
- 33:56Speaker 1: block sound for snoring too.
- 33:59Speaker 2: That's actually even bro, you're on fire. That one's even harder.
- 34:02Speaker 2: Get this brain going, because right now we're appealing to
- 34:05Speaker 2: the men, but if you fix snoring, that's appealing to
- 34:09Speaker 2: the women.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Obviously, more commonly women are like I would like to
- 34:13Speaker 1: sleep in the same bed as my husband. I wanted
- 34:15Speaker 1: to know we're in a loving relationship.
- 34:17Speaker 2: But then he's unhealthy and snores.
- 34:18Speaker 1: But he's like, you know, part of my French and
- 34:23Speaker 1: he snores like a fucking pig. You still love him? Yeah,
- 34:26Speaker 1: of course you still love you. I snore hate it?
- 34:30Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 34:30Speaker 1: Yeah, so that's a something. Sound that's tough, that's tough.
- 34:36Speaker 2: Well that's where next week, next week.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Yeah, this could we could develop this one.
- 34:40Speaker 2: We might have to combine forces for that. But yeah, practice,
- 34:44Speaker 2: I'll get some phone.
- 34:44Speaker 1: And I feel like you were saying you want to
- 34:46Speaker 1: grow this thing on our own. I feel like this
- 34:47Speaker 1: is the type of thing where we get someone involved,
- 34:49Speaker 1: where we're just no. I talked about outsourcing big investors.
- 34:51Speaker 2: Oh yeah, true outsourcing.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Yeah, and you just do the outsourcing.
- 34:54Speaker 2: I love the and Jake. On that episode, we actually
- 34:57Speaker 2: also talked about getting our very own relatables. Krispy Kreme donut. Yeah,
- 35:02Speaker 2: what color would it be like? We didn't have any
- 35:05Speaker 2: sort of.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Have you thought about it more? No?
- 35:06Speaker 2: But the baddies have for great idea. The donuts should
- 35:10Speaker 2: be filled with vanilla cream for the vanilla boys.
- 35:14Speaker 1: All right, here's here's something I'll say would normally not
- 35:18Speaker 1: go for a vanilla cream, but knowing it's for the
- 35:20Speaker 1: vanilla boys, I'm all for it.
- 35:22Speaker 2: I know same. I was like, that's a great idea.
- 35:25Speaker 2: So we've got one pillar of our own Crispy Creme
- 35:28Speaker 2: donut right there, the insy stuff from the inside and
- 35:30Speaker 2: working way out. It's reverse engineering. It's business words.
- 35:33Speaker 1: Wait, reverse engineering, business world. I'll give it to you.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Could we call the donut like the vanilla Boy?
- 35:41Speaker 2: But I think we need relatibles or baddies in there.
- 35:43Speaker 2: But like when someone asked, like, oh, why is vanilla
- 35:45Speaker 2: flavors because we're the Vanilla Boys, of course, like flavor
- 35:48Speaker 2: doesn't really correlate to suck if you know, you know
- 35:50Speaker 2: type yeah, yeah, And if you listen to the podcast, you.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Know yeah, and also like quite often when we're talking
- 35:56Speaker 1: about Vanilla.
- 35:57Speaker 5: Boys, Yeah, yeah, time for dilemmas.
- 36:09Speaker 1: All right, going to say it again, even though we've
- 36:11Speaker 1: said it a thousand times, if you want to get
- 36:14Speaker 1: if you want to submit a dilemma, they are fully anonymous,
- 36:16Speaker 1: even though we ask you if you want to be
- 36:17Speaker 1: an honest even if you say you don't mind, we
- 36:20Speaker 1: still don't know. There will be a link in the
- 36:22Speaker 1: description of this video to upload a dilemma. And if
- 36:25Speaker 1: you want to get the dilemma that will like have
- 36:28Speaker 1: a ninety five percent chance of being read. Go join Patreon.
- 36:31Speaker 1: They have their own dilemmas link with obviously a lot
- 36:34Speaker 1: less dilemmas.
- 36:35Speaker 2: And for all the that is that don't know, a
- 36:39Speaker 2: dilemmas is now actually quite a big thing on a
- 36:42Speaker 2: lot of podcasts. Yeah, but I'm proud to say we
- 36:46Speaker 2: came up with this organically.
- 36:48Speaker 1: Acts like yeah, yeah, true. Yeah, we didn't copy a podcast, No,
- 36:51Speaker 1: we did, but like in a way we did. Yeah.
- 36:54Speaker 2: It started off as as you can tell, I've got
- 36:56Speaker 2: quite a lot of issues in my life. Yeah, and
- 36:59Speaker 2: I would bring one each week.
- 37:01Speaker 1: He randomly started doing like a time for ADDIE's Weekly Dilemma,
- 37:03Speaker 1: and he just had a dilemma every.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Week, and then it eventuated into the BADDI is sending
- 37:08Speaker 2: in dilemmas, which we'll get to Jake, But I've got
- 37:11Speaker 2: another one in a while that has been a while,
- 37:14Speaker 2: and this one annoys me a It's gonna start with
- 37:18Speaker 2: a hot take and then go into a dilemma. Okay, okay,
- 37:22Speaker 2: So my hot take is if you can't pick up
- 37:25Speaker 2: your dog's shit, you don't deserve to have a dog. Okay,
- 37:31Speaker 2: there's my hot take. So I've started running again and
- 37:36Speaker 2: as the k's get up, there's a lot more uh
- 37:40Speaker 2: space I'm covering. Yeah, and with space there comes a
- 37:44Speaker 2: lot of people walking dogs.
- 37:46Speaker 1: It's a bigger area.
- 37:47Speaker 2: And the amount of times I run past I run
- 37:50Speaker 2: past parks, it smell like fucking shit for real. Yeah,
- 37:53Speaker 2: And I'm like, who's doing it? Whose dogs is taking
- 37:56Speaker 2: a dump? And then not picking it up and keep walking.
- 38:00Speaker 2: People do that a and I'm like this thinks.
- 38:03Speaker 1: Trying to think if I've ever nah, I always, I
- 38:06Speaker 1: always if when my dog's poop at my own house,
- 38:09Speaker 1: I'll leave it for like two days and then I'll
- 38:12Speaker 1: do a mask pick up. But in public or like
- 38:16Speaker 1: I always quite often if I take it for a walk,
- 38:18Speaker 1: I'll pick it up, but leave the bag there because
- 38:20Speaker 1: I'm coming back that way. And I feel bad about
- 38:22Speaker 1: doing that, even though I don't feel it pick it
- 38:23Speaker 1: up on the way. But these people's guilt.
- 38:26Speaker 2: When I had a dog, I remember, I like occasionally
- 38:29Speaker 2: would forget a bag and then Bear would take a
- 38:30Speaker 2: ship and I'm like a kilometer from home.
- 38:32Speaker 1: I would walk back and then walk again with him.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Or like you to stick and like move it out
- 38:37Speaker 1: of anyone's path. You really, people need to experience more
- 38:41Speaker 1: guilt and shame.
- 38:42Speaker 2: I know. And it's been affecting just my overall running
- 38:47Speaker 2: is hard, mood, my aura, just everything to do with it.
- 38:51Speaker 2: I'm already straining myself with running.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Man, you know what you need? What you need an
- 38:58Speaker 1: original box of joy from cream?
- 39:01Speaker 2: You know what? That actually would make me feel better.
- 39:06Speaker 1: I even got to share a box so we can
- 39:08Speaker 1: share them.
- 39:09Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you very much. Oh I knew you'd
- 39:14Speaker 2: be coming with a dilemma today.
- 39:15Speaker 1: I could just feel it in my bones. I could
- 39:18Speaker 1: feel it in my bones. And there's nothing like making
- 39:20Speaker 1: you feel a bit better after smelling some you know,
- 39:24Speaker 1: like a Krispy Kreme.
- 39:26Speaker 2: And there's something about some Krispy Cremes. It just brightens
- 39:31Speaker 2: up your day. I'm going original glaze because trusty reliable. Yeah, yeah,
- 39:36Speaker 2: I can't go wrong.
- 39:37Speaker 1: I'm still, I'm still. I'm loving the pink sprinkle.
- 39:40Speaker 2: Could you every time I go for a run be
- 39:46Speaker 2: at my house after m in spirit?
- 39:50Speaker 1: Yes?
- 39:50Speaker 2: Oh, physically not possible. What about sending me a donut?
- 39:56Speaker 1: I could definitely do that. Yeah, I could easily organize something. Something.
- 40:00Speaker 1: I could easily easily organize that. Think about me, I do,
- 40:04Speaker 1: I promised I do. I'll do you one better. I'll
- 40:07Speaker 1: come and see you before your run with the donut.
- 40:11Speaker 2: That'd be the biggest energy boost a for.
- 40:13Speaker 1: An energy moose. That's when I'm gay. And then you
- 40:16Speaker 1: know what, when you run into something you don't like,
- 40:19Speaker 1: it'll just bounce off you. Yes, it'll be bouncing off.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Yes, you're thinking one step ahead today, Jake, I.
- 40:27Speaker 1: Tell you what, get this. If you get me in
- 40:29Speaker 1: the mood to think, I can think, and I can
- 40:33Speaker 1: really really think.
- 40:35Speaker 2: You know how I can get you in that mood?
- 40:37Speaker 1: Chrispy Kreme donut as bad as I have for my
- 40:40Speaker 1: first dilemma? Is it actually an update from a couple
- 40:44Speaker 1: of weeks ago? We did a dilemma about a boyfriend
- 40:48Speaker 1: going on a drive with a friend that is a
- 40:50Speaker 1: girl a woman, and the girlfriend was saying like, I
- 40:53Speaker 1: don't care, but I feel like I should.
- 40:55Speaker 2: Before you give you an update, I put an ig
- 40:58Speaker 2: story up with people's opinions about their partner going on
- 41:02Speaker 2: a drive. I saw this with the opposite set. I
- 41:04Speaker 2: didn't see any answers though, and the answers actually, we're
- 41:09Speaker 2: not quite what you would think.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Oh go on, okay, So what did you ask?
- 41:13Speaker 2: I asked, is going on a drive with the opposite
- 41:16Speaker 2: sex to catch up sus?
- 41:18Speaker 1: Yeah? Okay. What were the answers? So?
- 41:22Speaker 2: I mean if you're dating or in a relationship, then yes?
- 41:25Speaker 2: Hell yes? Oh no, because I want a man to
- 41:28Speaker 2: buy me a sweet treat and then go gossip about me.
- 41:31Speaker 1: Oh okay, that's funny.
- 41:33Speaker 2: No, if you trust your partner and have been together
- 41:35Speaker 2: for a while. It should be fine.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I see, Look, okay, I see that. I understand
- 41:40Speaker 1: if someone's saying I think it's sus like, because going
- 41:42Speaker 1: for a drive is like a stereotypical maybe sus thing.
- 41:48Speaker 2: Yes, okay, now let me just quick fire you. There's
- 41:51Speaker 2: probably about forty to fifty responses on here. Yes, yes, yes, yes,
- 41:56Speaker 2: a drive obviously, yes, is the sky blue obviously almost
- 41:59Speaker 2: all yes, very yes, yes, yes, yes, red flag only
- 42:04Speaker 2: if you make it suss yes, extremely nope, yes, no, yes,
- 42:08Speaker 2: what the fuck? Absolutely they're gonna shag yes, exclamation mark, yes, yes,
- 42:13Speaker 2: one thousand percent.
- 42:14Speaker 1: Yes. Okay, look you've heard it first. Well, it doesn't
- 42:17Speaker 1: matter what we say anyway. So this is the drive
- 42:20Speaker 1: and more from the last episode she's put If you're
- 42:23Speaker 1: reading this out, you can genuinely cut it down if
- 42:26Speaker 1: need be. It's kind of long, but I just read
- 42:27Speaker 1: it quickly. So after speaking with my then boyfriend, I
- 42:35Speaker 1: had actually said to him I would prefer him not
- 42:37Speaker 1: to go on the drive with this girl. Yes, friend,
- 42:40Speaker 1: which he was happy enough about even said if it
- 42:42Speaker 1: makes you uncomfortable, I definitely won't go the same time,
- 42:46Speaker 1: the same night that we spoke about this, I state
- 42:48Speaker 1: he stayed over. I received a message from a friend
- 42:51Speaker 1: of ours from work the next day. Yes, we work
- 42:55Speaker 1: together and it's about to get juicy. He used to
- 42:58Speaker 1: talk to her around a year. For a short period,
- 43:01Speaker 1: he replied to her story she was on a date
- 43:03Speaker 1: with another guy. He replied to her basically being nosying
- 43:06Speaker 1: and asking her if she was on a date. He
- 43:08Speaker 1: goes on to say he was jealous she was on
- 43:10Speaker 1: this date. On one of the messages, she said, who
- 43:13Speaker 1: knew I could be rained in, in which he replied
- 43:16Speaker 1: I did, followed up by I just fumbled the bag
- 43:18Speaker 1: one too many times with you.
- 43:20Speaker 2: Wow.
- 43:21Speaker 1: The next morning she texted me explaining what he said.
- 43:24Speaker 1: I asked him to show me his phone, which he
- 43:26Speaker 1: read the messages out to me, but I told him, no,
- 43:28Speaker 1: show me your phone. I want to see the messages,
- 43:30Speaker 1: which he did. Part of me genuinely didn't want to
- 43:32Speaker 1: believe this even happened, as in November he had saved
- 43:34Speaker 1: a girl's snap in chat who he used to talk
- 43:37Speaker 1: to and said, quote, oh my, which yes is very small,
- 43:41Speaker 1: But are you trying to what are you trying to
- 43:43Speaker 1: apply here? Imply his explanation for all of this was
- 43:46Speaker 1: I didn't mean it in a bad way. Surely you
- 43:48Speaker 1: get jealous when you see your ex boyfriend with someone else,
- 43:51Speaker 1: first of all, making you feel like you're at fault. Anyway,
- 43:55Speaker 1: I asked him why he was jealous, and he said
- 43:56Speaker 1: because someone was doing the things he wanted to do
- 43:58Speaker 1: to do with her ages ago, and because he enjoyed
- 44:01Speaker 1: the whole first date excitement. So I slept over this
- 44:04Speaker 1: for a few days, as I do or did love
- 44:07Speaker 1: and respect him so much, but yeah, so much. But
- 44:12Speaker 1: a few days after we agreed to chat and I
- 44:13Speaker 1: ended things. I told him that I did not deserve
- 44:15Speaker 1: to be treated that way and that it wasn't fair
- 44:18Speaker 1: on me. He told me he thinks we just have
- 44:19Speaker 1: sort of different standards and emotional intelligence and he needs
- 44:23Speaker 1: to work on himself. I personally think he's immature and
- 44:26Speaker 1: loves the chase. I feel as though if I constantly
- 44:28Speaker 1: waited for him to mature, I would completely be compromising
- 44:30Speaker 1: my feelings waiting around for someone to act right. I'm nineteen,
- 44:33Speaker 1: I have my whole life ahead of me. But I
- 44:35Speaker 1: will not stuffer the love the nineteen love theory anymore.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Don't know what that is. Thanks guys for the advice
- 44:40Speaker 1: from the last episode. Though I trusted my gut and
- 44:43Speaker 1: definitely dodged a bullet. I hope this makes the sense.
- 44:45Speaker 1: Ish my english is so bad. Yes, you've done well
- 44:49Speaker 1: about it. Yes, you've done well. Yes, just like Oddie said, right, Yes,
- 44:53Speaker 1: you trusted your instincts and decided to trust him, even
- 44:57Speaker 1: though you did say like I would prefer you not
- 44:58Speaker 1: like you were honest with him and you said like,
- 45:00Speaker 1: I actually don't want you to go on the drive,
- 45:02Speaker 1: all right, and doing everything to your most honest, true self.
- 45:06Speaker 1: Knowing that you've done everything that is correct just means
- 45:11Speaker 1: that this is going to be so much easier for you.
- 45:13Speaker 2: Amazing.
- 45:14Speaker 1: That was so healthy, So proud of you.
- 45:16Speaker 2: She got there, she went through all the steps, took
- 45:18Speaker 2: time to think about it, made the right decision.
- 45:20Speaker 1: So proud.
- 45:20Speaker 2: How bad he is doing bits out there.
- 45:23Speaker 1: So yeah, that's the update, guys. So um, yeah, go
- 45:27Speaker 1: go kill it. Yeah exactly alrighty Now for my dilemma.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Hi guys, lots of love from a Russian baddie. Sorry
- 45:35Speaker 1: this will be long. I have a dilemma I've been
- 45:37Speaker 1: trying to solve for more than a year. I met
- 45:39Speaker 1: a guy when I was nineteen. We've been together for
- 45:41Speaker 1: seven years, four of them married. I was the one
- 45:45Speaker 1: who fell first and hardest, and I'm still in love
- 45:47Speaker 1: with him. He also loves me, but at the same
- 45:50Speaker 1: time always was more reserved in his feelings and always
- 45:54Speaker 1: rationalizes everything. A year ago, he said he actually didn't
- 45:58Speaker 1: want to marry me for the right reasons. In brackets,
- 46:01Speaker 1: his motivation was mainly for his family and still does
- 46:05Speaker 1: not see the point in official marriage, though he doesn't
- 46:08Speaker 1: regret it happened. Then, he says he's not sure if
- 46:10Speaker 1: he wants kids I do, and he needs time to decide.
- 46:14Speaker 1: He also says he's been talking to his friends and
- 46:17Speaker 1: they say, yeah, I know, I want to be with
- 46:19Speaker 1: this girl for the rest of my life. And he
- 46:21Speaker 1: doesn't get how they just know, because anything can happen.
- 46:24Speaker 1: How can they make such a strong decision about the
- 46:27Speaker 1: future when they just don't know what's going on right now.
- 46:30Speaker 1: All this makes him think he doesn't love me enough
- 46:33Speaker 1: the way I love him, and he's worried he's using me.
- 46:36Speaker 1: All this makes him think he doesn't love me enough
- 46:38Speaker 1: the way I love him, and he's worried he's using me.
- 46:40Speaker 2: He still sometimes talks about living in unidorms, going to
- 46:44Speaker 2: elness and that kind of stuff, and I feel like
- 46:47Speaker 2: I limit him. We're super open with each other, as
- 46:49Speaker 2: you may notice from all the things he says, and
- 46:51Speaker 2: we've talked about separating, but when it happens, we're just
- 46:54Speaker 2: we're just crying like crazy, mind you, We never cries
- 46:58Speaker 2: and didn't want to do that. We've also, I've been
- 47:00Speaker 2: through so much together unie COVID, two wars, two immigrations,
- 47:03Speaker 2: literally sickness and health, and in his case, his actions
- 47:07Speaker 2: speak much louder than his words. He's so caring, supportive,
- 47:10Speaker 2: He cooks, he gives me freedom space when I need it,
- 47:13Speaker 2: not controlling or jealous at all. But at the same
- 47:16Speaker 2: time he says hurtful things like So, on one hand,
- 47:19Speaker 2: I think I should get myself together, find courage, self
- 47:22Speaker 2: respect and end this. But on the other hand, we
- 47:24Speaker 2: still love each other and don't really want to break up.
- 47:28Speaker 2: So what do you guys think? Is it okay just
- 47:29Speaker 2: to live through this see if we eventually find common
- 47:32Speaker 2: ground on kids in future or is this just postponing
- 47:35Speaker 2: the inevitable? And it's not a matter of age, but
- 47:38Speaker 2: of what kind of people we are. This shit is
- 47:40Speaker 2: so confusing, as in Russia at twenty seven you're kind
- 47:43Speaker 2: of expected to be married and with kids, and in Europe,
- 47:46Speaker 2: where we are now, twenty seven is basically just the
- 47:48Speaker 2: beginning of your independent life.
- 47:50Speaker 1: Yeah, so they've moved from your actually era, right, Yeah, yeah,
- 47:54Speaker 1: you guys have been through a lot together. I feel
- 47:57Speaker 1: like this is kind of what we mean when we
- 48:00Speaker 1: say that all men benefit from violence against women. Yeah,
- 48:06Speaker 1: you know what I mean, Like your standards are just
- 48:11Speaker 1: like what you're comparing, you know, like the benefits of
- 48:15Speaker 1: the doubt you're giving him is what I'm trying to
- 48:17Speaker 1: say here, is like, you know, he gives me freedom,
- 48:20Speaker 1: He gives me you know, he cooks for me, he cleans.
- 48:23Speaker 1: We've been through so much together. We love each other.
- 48:26Speaker 1: He is a nice guy, Like his actions speak louder
- 48:28Speaker 1: than his words. But also like I think that you know,
- 48:35Speaker 1: like he just he doesn't. The way you're at least
- 48:39Speaker 1: describing him makes me think that you're wasting your time.
- 48:43Speaker 1: And I can really only base my advice off of
- 48:48Speaker 1: what you have said.
- 48:52Speaker 2: So simple, you deserve better.
- 48:53Speaker 1: You deserve much better. It's like it's it's.
- 48:58Speaker 2: It's hard though, because like, normally in that scenario is
- 49:02Speaker 2: not a nice dude. This guy, like I guess, is nice.
- 49:05Speaker 1: Yeah, but then he says all those like weird.
- 49:09Speaker 2: Nice and not knowing what you want is still like
- 49:12Speaker 2: that's a massive divide in my opinion. Even though he
- 49:15Speaker 2: seems to be a nice dude and like is there
- 49:18Speaker 2: for you, he still doesn't make you feel special. He
- 49:20Speaker 2: doesn't make you feel like you're the only woman on
- 49:22Speaker 2: this earth and that he loves you entirely.
- 49:25Speaker 1: If you guys were meant to be together, you would
- 49:29Speaker 1: be on the same page about future things. I understand
- 49:32Speaker 1: people can be different, yeah, but if you guys were
- 49:34Speaker 1: meant to be together, then you would be on the
- 49:37Speaker 1: same page about what your future looks like. And you're
- 49:40Speaker 1: on drastically different pages about that, you know what I mean.
- 49:45Speaker 2: It's harsh, and you've invested. It's hard though, because I
- 49:48Speaker 2: feel like you're justifying it with yourself. Not only you've
- 49:50Speaker 2: invested so much time, but you've also invested so much
- 49:54Speaker 2: life experience, money even And that's what makes it hard,
- 49:58Speaker 2: because you're like, oh, I don't want to start again,
- 49:59Speaker 2: like fucking invested in this. It's like having any sort
- 50:02Speaker 2: of investment in stock. You put it in there for
- 50:04Speaker 2: so long, but it turned out to be shit, Like
- 50:06Speaker 2: do you want to pull out? Or keep saying if
- 50:08Speaker 2: a ship's gonna sink, Yeah, it's a tough one. This guy,
- 50:12Speaker 2: to me, does sound like a sinking ship, and you're
- 50:16Speaker 2: just hoping that someone fills a hole when he starts
- 50:19Speaker 2: to float again.
- 50:20Speaker 1: You are in love with what you want him to be,
- 50:23Speaker 1: and maybe you are in love with who he was
- 50:26Speaker 1: in the beginning. But if he acted the way he's
- 50:32Speaker 1: acting now and was saying the things he was saying now,
- 50:35Speaker 1: you know, six months in or one year in, would
- 50:39Speaker 1: you have, you know, broke up with him then because
- 50:42Speaker 1: it was only a year in.
- 50:43Speaker 2: Yeah, it's hard it also, but it sounds like too
- 50:46Speaker 2: it could be a very amicable bakeup.
- 50:48Speaker 1: Imagine you're married to your fucking wife for four years, right,
- 50:52Speaker 1: and then Cassie starts going, yeah, like, I don't think
- 50:56Speaker 1: I married you for the right reasons, Like wait, what, yeah.
- 51:00Speaker 2: It's deepen that what the fuck?
- 51:02Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 51:02Speaker 2: We were like we were dially done around there and.
- 51:04Speaker 1: Were like what and then she go, yeah, look like
- 51:07Speaker 1: I don't know, I feel like I just didn't marry
- 51:09Speaker 1: you for the right reasons, Like I'm not too sure
- 51:10Speaker 1: if I haven't believe in marriage, like I don't regret
- 51:13Speaker 1: marrying you're good. You would feel like absolutely trash.
- 51:17Speaker 2: I feel this big.
- 51:18Speaker 1: You would be like, what do you mean I married
- 51:22Speaker 1: you because I fucking loved it you And then you're
- 51:24Speaker 1: like being all you know, I've told him how I feel,
- 51:27Speaker 1: like because we're super open and honest with each other, Like,
- 51:30Speaker 1: I'm sorry, he's not super open and honest with you.
- 51:32Speaker 1: He's just being a dick. Like if he was super
- 51:36Speaker 1: open and honest with you from the very beginning, you
- 51:40Speaker 1: would have known all this.
- 51:41Speaker 2: Yeah, and and like he's not giving any excuses and
- 51:45Speaker 2: it's terrible that he's married someone and then said these things,
- 51:48Speaker 2: but heinous it takes time, Like this shit comes out
- 51:52Speaker 2: in time. This guy doesn't know who he is, Like
- 51:54Speaker 2: he's made terrible decisions and it's affected you unfortunately. Yeah,
- 51:58Speaker 2: but like it's happy and you've got to deal with it,
- 52:01Speaker 2: and you can't, like datium off the expectation of what
- 52:04Speaker 2: he could be.
- 52:05Speaker 1: Yeah, that's our two cents. I think you shouldn't be together,
- 52:10Speaker 1: But that's obviously a decision that you need to make.
- 52:12Speaker 2: I don't know anything answers like you shouldn't be together.
- 52:15Speaker 1: It's that you deserve Yeah, better, you deserve better. That's
- 52:18Speaker 1: the answer. You deserve better, all right, that is our decision.
- 52:29Speaker 2: Jake, who are we going to call?
- 52:30Speaker 1: Bindy? Bindy? It's Jake and not from the relatables. How
- 52:35Speaker 1: are you good? How are you doing? Very very well?
- 52:40Speaker 1: We were calling to ask you if you would like
- 52:43Speaker 1: to sign off today's episode. Oh yeah, what have you
- 52:48Speaker 1: got for? Have you got like a quote? You've got
- 52:51Speaker 1: a favorite like thing that you live by? Maybe a riddle?
- 52:58Speaker 2: I guess, fuck it, just it.
- 53:02Speaker 1: Just do it.
- 53:03Speaker 2: I like that.
- 53:03Speaker 1: When have you used that?
- 53:05Speaker 2: I'm using it right now?
- 53:08Speaker 1: What are you doing?
- 53:12Speaker 2: I'm seeing my ex partner that I haven't seen him
- 53:14Speaker 2: for two years?
- 53:15Speaker 1: Two years?
- 53:17Speaker 2: Way way way? Is that a sign that we called you?
- 53:21Speaker 2: Oh yeah from.
- 53:24Speaker 1: The world way Yeah. Hey, you're gonna have to give
- 53:27Speaker 1: us an update. If sitting there listening to this converse, he.
- 53:29Speaker 2: With you, No, he's working.
- 53:33Speaker 1: But you're going to go see him.
- 53:34Speaker 2: I don't know. Sign.
- 53:36Speaker 1: Why do you break up? Why do you make up?
- 53:38Speaker 1: Why do you break up?
- 53:39Speaker 2: If you don't No, it's okay. Becoming a pilot. So
- 53:44Speaker 2: it was very long.
- 53:45Speaker 1: Wait, did you send a DILEMMERI, No, he's a pilot.
- 53:48Speaker 2: Did you send a dilemmeran about him being a pilot?
- 53:51Speaker 1: Is that not you? Maybe it was, I don't know. Okay,
- 53:57Speaker 1: So you broke up because he is becoming a pilot
- 54:01Speaker 1: and it just was like too much. Yeah, it was long, okay,
- 54:05Speaker 1: and so and so it's been two years. Yeah, you're
- 54:08Speaker 1: going to go.
- 54:09Speaker 2: Is he a qualified pilot?
- 54:10Speaker 1: Now? Yeah, that's pretty hard.
- 54:15Speaker 2: Have you seen him in his uniform?
- 54:18Speaker 1: Yeah? He played me this morning around this morning?
- 54:21Speaker 2: What this is pretty hot?
- 54:23Speaker 1: Okay, dandy, this is pretty character developing.
- 54:27Speaker 2: Main character stuff. Anyway, we'll stop taking Thanks, thanks so
- 54:31Speaker 2: much for starting off the episode. We love who.
- 54:38Speaker 1: This could be a good or bad idea. We don't know,
- 54:40Speaker 1: because I want to see you next. Is notoriously about it.
- 54:45Speaker 2: I thought she like, man, she just had sex with him?
- 54:48Speaker 1: When she when she was saying like when she said
- 54:50Speaker 1: I'm doing right now, I was thinking, like, what are you?
- 54:54Speaker 2: It also wigs me out when we call and they're
- 54:56Speaker 2: like why are you calling me?
- 54:58Speaker 1: You She's like hey, hey, She's like, what's up? So
- 55:05Speaker 1: you signed up? What do you guys want? What else?
