- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice very lower lower lower, lower lower. Welcome through the
- 0:16Speaker 1: naughty of that nice shower. I'm your how ms Rob Shooter.
- 0:19Speaker 1: It's Friday, which means our dear friend Corey Andrew from
- 0:23Speaker 1: Instinct Magazine dot com trying to ask Corey, are you there?
- 0:26Speaker 1: I am here. Happy Friday everyone, Hello, my friends, you're
- 0:30Speaker 1: in the commercials for Jay Leno's new show. I love it, Corey.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I nearly fell off the couch. It was quick, so
- 0:38Speaker 1: I couldn't grab my phone fast enough. But I've tried
- 0:41Speaker 1: to take that hour block of TV because I think
- 0:43Speaker 1: they'll use it again and again. I nearly died when
- 0:45Speaker 1: I saw you, I screamed, looks fantastic. You did the
- 0:49Speaker 1: show last year, and then they must have liked you
- 0:51Speaker 1: so much they pulled like a little clip and they're
- 0:54Speaker 1: using it to promote the entire new season. It's fantastic.
- 0:58Speaker 1: People are calling me, They're like, I saw you want
- 1:00Speaker 1: TV again, and so I think a happy I know.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I'm happy to send the church said the check. Hey,
- 1:11Speaker 1: let's jump into the show. What time is it, my friends?
- 1:14Speaker 1: It is tea time shocking story at the top of
- 1:17Speaker 1: the show. Ashley Judd has confirmed that her mother, Naomi Judd,
- 1:22Speaker 1: was killed by a gunshot to the head, which she
- 1:25Speaker 1: did herself. She took her own life. The actress and humanitarian.
- 1:29Speaker 1: She announced her mom's death was due to the disease
- 1:31Speaker 1: of mental illness on April thirties. She went on to
- 1:35Speaker 1: say on Good Morning America that her mom, Naomi died
- 1:39Speaker 1: by suicide. She said that she had been deputized by
- 1:44Speaker 1: the family, including her sister Anna, to speak out about
- 1:48Speaker 1: the specifics before it became public without their control. So
- 1:53Speaker 1: this was going to come out, and their fear was
- 1:56Speaker 1: is that if they didn't get ahead of the story,
- 1:58Speaker 1: somebody else was going to tell it. So she confirmed
- 2:00Speaker 1: that her mom used a weapon. Her mother used a firearms.
- 2:04Speaker 1: She said, revealing the manner of the singer's death was
- 2:08Speaker 1: very uncomfortable for the entire family, but they really felt
- 2:13Speaker 1: like they were the ones that had to tell this story.
- 2:16Speaker 1: She went on to detail that it was going to
- 2:19Speaker 1: become public because autopsy reports were probably gonna be released.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Her mom had struggled with mental health in the past,
- 2:27Speaker 1: but now she's speaking out about it. She also went
- 2:30Speaker 1: on to reveal that she found her mom. She said, quote,
- 2:35Speaker 1: I went upstairs to let her know that a friend
- 2:38Speaker 1: was there and I discovered her. God, she said, I
- 2:41Speaker 1: have both Greece and trauma from discovering her. A lot
- 2:45Speaker 1: too unpackular. So I think we all suspected it it
- 2:48Speaker 1: was suicide. Now we know it was, and we even
- 2:51Speaker 1: know it was a gun wound. It's really something because
- 2:55Speaker 1: I was just talking to Joe this morning about this,
- 2:58Speaker 1: and um, I said, you know, I wondered who found her,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and we just had this conversation because I know the
- 3:04Speaker 1: girls were close to her, her daughter, and so I
- 3:08Speaker 1: had hoped that maybe it was not them. But that's
- 3:10Speaker 1: so heartbreaking to find out that they that she found
- 3:14Speaker 1: their mom that way. Heartbreaking story, heartbreaking, and I think
- 3:17Speaker 1: it's the right thing to do here, particularly when the
- 3:20Speaker 1: family is so famous. There's so many questions this was
- 3:24Speaker 1: going to come out. So often in life, hopefully it's
- 3:27Speaker 1: not a tragic, tragic event like this, but in life,
- 3:31Speaker 1: I always find it better to tell your own story
- 3:35Speaker 1: when something happened and you don't want anybody to know.
- 3:39Speaker 1: That's the moment in my gut when I know I've
- 3:41Speaker 1: got to say it first. If you don't want to
- 3:44Speaker 1: say it, then somebody else is going to say it
- 3:46Speaker 1: for you, and so tell your own story. It's a
- 3:49Speaker 1: pr piece of advice I learned very early on when
- 3:53Speaker 1: I started out as a celebrity publicist. Celebrities that they
- 3:56Speaker 1: didn't want to tell a story. They left this huge
- 3:59Speaker 1: vac hume for other people to tell you on their behalf,
- 4:02Speaker 1: tell your own story, which brings us to our pole
- 4:05Speaker 1: question of the day, even the difficult ones. Ashley Judd
- 4:08Speaker 1: has confirmed that her mom, Naomi Judd, died by suicide
- 4:13Speaker 1: via gunshot. Are you surprised that she's sharing these details?
- 4:17Speaker 1: Are you surprised that she went public? Hey? Go vote
- 4:20Speaker 1: on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob at Facebook
- 4:23Speaker 1: page is Naughty Gossip, and be sure to check back
- 4:26Speaker 1: on Monday to hear your results. Hey Corey, what are
- 4:30Speaker 1: you working on now? Yes? Well, miss Wendy Williams wants
- 4:33Speaker 1: to sit down with Sherry Shepherd. But Wendy Williams is
- 4:40Speaker 1: ready to sit down with Sherry Shepherd after the two
- 4:42Speaker 1: exchanged words over social media. I have tons of supporting
- 4:47Speaker 1: around me and I'm working on projects, Williams told the
- 4:49Speaker 1: U S Son. I would love the chance to actually
- 4:52Speaker 1: speak with Sherry and sit down and meet now Williams
- 4:55Speaker 1: attorney Lashawn Thomas added that her client harbors no ill
- 4:58Speaker 1: will towards Shepherd and Wendy requesting to have a sit
- 5:01Speaker 1: down with Sherry, to have a meeting of the minds
- 5:03Speaker 1: is the perfect solution, and she has no ill will
- 5:06Speaker 1: or intent, Toms said. Now, now Wendy is preparing to
- 5:10Speaker 1: get her show back in motion, but sources are saying
- 5:14Speaker 1: to Page six on Thursday that nothing has changed since
- 5:17Speaker 1: we reported it was logistically impossible for Williams to get
- 5:20Speaker 1: her show back. I mean, first of all, it's now
- 5:22Speaker 1: called the Sherry Shepherd's Show, so gone that the show
- 5:25Speaker 1: is gone. But drama between Williams, who's fifty seven, and Shepherd,
- 5:30Speaker 1: who's fifty five, began last Friday when the former shock
- 5:33Speaker 1: jock sat down with Fat Joe on Instagram Live and
- 5:36Speaker 1: she said she would not watch Shepherd's talk show because
- 5:39Speaker 1: it's all not her thing. Shepherd responded saying, I don't care.
- 5:45Speaker 1: So the thing about this is that Wendy's brand is
- 5:49Speaker 1: very cantankerous and toxic and what made her famous Rob
- 5:53Speaker 1: You know, I think the world is not in that
- 5:55Speaker 1: same place. The world's very ugly and dark, and I
- 5:59Speaker 1: don't think people want to turn on TV and watch
- 6:01Speaker 1: people be You know, I worry about Biggy and Kent Tanker.
- 6:05Speaker 1: This is going to backfire on Wendy. Wendy, if you're
- 6:07Speaker 1: gonna have to Sherry, you're going to look the fool here,
- 6:09Speaker 1: not Sherry. Sherry did not steal your job. You left it.
- 6:13Speaker 1: When you don't turn up for work for over a year,
- 6:16Speaker 1: you don't keep the job. But this is a job
- 6:18Speaker 1: they needed to fill it. They went to Sherry with
- 6:20Speaker 1: Sherry meant to say no, no, that doesn't make any sense.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I feel for Sherry here. I like I know Wendy.
- 6:26Speaker 1: I've known her a long time. I like Wendy, But
- 6:28Speaker 1: this Wendy is you're doing and I think you're gonna
- 6:30Speaker 1: make it worse. And also to do an Instagram live interviews,
- 6:34Speaker 1: you don't need to be doing that. You don't need
- 6:36Speaker 1: to be answering questions at the moment. None of this
- 6:39Speaker 1: is helping you. Any interview you do, you're going to
- 6:42Speaker 1: be asked about Sherry and saying she's not your thing.
- 6:45Speaker 1: You know what you're saying there would be mean. You've
- 6:47Speaker 1: deliberately been mean, and I think Sherry's a sproons is great,
- 6:50Speaker 1: which is I don't care like Sherry's Sherry is going
- 6:53Speaker 1: to do a shower. I've got the show, and it's
- 6:56Speaker 1: also too impossible logistically, it's imp possible to get that
- 7:00Speaker 1: show back. So I don't know if Wendy's not telling
- 7:04Speaker 1: the truth thought or people are not explaining to Wendy
- 7:06Speaker 1: this situation. There's only so many hours of television every day,
- 7:11Speaker 1: and you've got to wait for a show of fail
- 7:12Speaker 1: to get that slot. You can't all just be on
- 7:14Speaker 1: at ten o'clock. Only one show can be on Fox
- 7:18Speaker 1: at ten. Only one show can be on ABC, NBC.
- 7:21Speaker 1: There's not that many options on network TV now. Could
- 7:24Speaker 1: Wendy go onto a streaming service, maybe, but she's not
- 7:28Speaker 1: going to get the show back on Fox. So I
- 7:30Speaker 1: think this meeting, you know, maybe it would be a
- 7:33Speaker 1: good idea. I think Sherry could handle it. I'm more
- 7:35Speaker 1: more worried about Wendy than Sherry. I do know that
- 7:38Speaker 1: initially the producers of the New Sherry Show wanted Wendy
- 7:43Speaker 1: to hand the bat on. They would like Wendy to
- 7:45Speaker 1: maybe not be the first guest, and they'd probably pre
- 7:47Speaker 1: recorded it wouldn't be but they would say, come out
- 7:50Speaker 1: with some flowers and say, I bless you, this is
- 7:53Speaker 1: your show. I wish you the best. She can't do that.
- 7:56Speaker 1: We know she can't do that. I would say, when
- 8:00Speaker 1: do you finds the publises You turn up on the
- 8:02Speaker 1: first day with the biggest bouquet of flowers you've ever seen,
- 8:05Speaker 1: and you say, good luck. I'm rooting for you, and
- 8:08Speaker 1: I'll tell you what else. And it's a different demographic though,
- 8:10Speaker 1: but the African American female demographic always are. Now you know,
- 8:15Speaker 1: there's a whole bigger identity of unity among black women
- 8:20Speaker 1: self could boost her demographic. Watch absolutely, absolutely opportunity. You
- 8:26Speaker 1: always win when you're kind. You will always win when
- 8:28Speaker 1: you are kind. When even if you don't mean, it's gride,
- 8:32Speaker 1: turn up big bunch of flowers, or if you can't
- 8:34Speaker 1: get to the studio that day, send a big gift basket,
- 8:38Speaker 1: send a note, or go on Instagram that day the
- 8:41Speaker 1: day before and say Sherry, I wish you the best
- 8:43Speaker 1: on the new show. Shut up, no more moving along.
- 8:48Speaker 1: So let's talk about Amber heard and Johnny Depth on
- 8:51Speaker 1: what's going on with this defamation trial. So the fate
- 8:53Speaker 1: of Johnny Depth and Amber is going to be in
- 8:55Speaker 1: the hands of a Virginia jury. Seven jurors oversee in
- 9:00Speaker 1: the trial will decide whether or not Amber defamed Johnny
- 9:04Speaker 1: when she wrote a two thousand and eighteen Washington postop head.
- 9:07Speaker 1: It was titled quote a public figure representing domestic abuse.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Jurors are going to determine whether or not she should
- 9:15Speaker 1: be on the hook for millions in damages. She's not
- 9:18Speaker 1: at risk here for anything criminal. This is a civil
- 9:22Speaker 1: civil trial, so this is about money. He filed a
- 9:25Speaker 1: fifty million dollar defamation suit against her. She responded with
- 9:29Speaker 1: the hundred million dollar suit against him. Now, Am never
- 9:34Speaker 1: used his name in the essay, but he still says
- 9:38Speaker 1: it was pretty obvious. But defamation is more complicated than that.
- 9:43Speaker 1: So closing arguments are set for May tw seven, and
- 9:46Speaker 1: there could be some different outcomes here. So what could
- 9:50Speaker 1: happen is the jury could be unpersuaded by either one
- 9:54Speaker 1: by Amber or Johnny and just decide no awards, no
- 9:57Speaker 1: damages to either one of them. Now, if the jury
- 10:00Speaker 1: doesn't find Heard should be on the hook for the case,
- 10:03Speaker 1: she could recoup her legal film fees, which are probably
- 10:06Speaker 1: going to be millions. Now. If they do decide that
- 10:09Speaker 1: he succeeds well. Inside is a telling me she does
- 10:11Speaker 1: not have fifty dollars. He's not going to get that,
- 10:14Speaker 1: and that could have a chilling effect and discourage other
- 10:17Speaker 1: people to come forward with claims of domestic violence. On
- 10:21Speaker 1: the other hand, too, we also don't want to live
- 10:22Speaker 1: in the world where you could just make stuff up
- 10:25Speaker 1: and say it if it's not true. It's very complicated,
- 10:28Speaker 1: isn't it here, Because you know, you want to do
- 10:30Speaker 1: the right thing in life. We don't want to award
- 10:33Speaker 1: people for not telling the truth. But then again, we
- 10:35Speaker 1: don't want to put out a message to people to
- 10:37Speaker 1: not say anything if you have been abused. Tricky, much
- 10:41Speaker 1: more complicated than we first think. Yeah. Yeah, that's always
- 10:44Speaker 1: been a big issue, a big issue when it comes
- 10:46Speaker 1: to women who have claimed sexual assault, for example, because
- 10:50Speaker 1: you want to believe them, and at the same time,
- 10:52Speaker 1: you know, the fact remains that there are people who
- 10:55Speaker 1: do make up false accusations, So we have to both
- 10:58Speaker 1: worlds have sets me about this case, though, is I
- 11:01Speaker 1: feel really bad hearing them air all their dirty laundry,
- 11:05Speaker 1: all their like I don't want to know about Johnny
- 11:07Speaker 1: Depp's I just I think ultimately hear both of them
- 11:11Speaker 1: are gonna lose this. Both of them are going to
- 11:14Speaker 1: walk away with less than they walked in. Hey, moving along,
- 11:17Speaker 1: let's do something happy. Selena Gomez is apologizing and I
- 11:21Speaker 1: think it's a really beautiful thing to do. Explain what's
- 11:23Speaker 1: going on? Yes, So, Selena Gomez apologizes after being accused
- 11:26Speaker 1: of shading Haley bieber So. A skincare routine video by
- 11:30Speaker 1: Selena Gomez backfired after fans accused her of throwing shade
- 11:34Speaker 1: at Haley bieber So. What happened was Haley posted some
- 11:37Speaker 1: get Ready with Me videos on TikTok, and unfortunately, Selena
- 11:41Speaker 1: posted a clip of her own routine just a few
- 11:43Speaker 1: hours later. Now, some followers noticed the proximity of time
- 11:47Speaker 1: and jumping inclusions and the intention behind Selena's video, but
- 11:51Speaker 1: Selena was like, yo, come on, I'm not She's a guy,
- 11:55Speaker 1: no idea what I did. But I'm really sorry. Zero
- 11:58Speaker 1: bad intention. Leading soon she wrote Now she didn't actually
- 12:03Speaker 1: delete it. She did probably a million so she did
- 12:09Speaker 1: turn off the comment All that story was going so
- 12:13Speaker 1: well into the last But I still think it's a
- 12:15Speaker 1: great story. Sometimes we do stuff and we don't mean
- 12:18Speaker 1: it to shade other people. It's a coincidence. I don't
- 12:20Speaker 1: think Selena's team is following Hailey Bieber and what she's
- 12:25Speaker 1: up to. I think some pr company, some of the
- 12:27Speaker 1: ore arketting company, decided we're going to release it at
- 12:29Speaker 1: this time on this date. I don't think even Selina
- 12:32Speaker 1: was involved in it, and they hit, you know, post,
- 12:34Speaker 1: and then suddenly everybody thought she was shading her. I
- 12:37Speaker 1: don't think that's the case. I don't. You've got to
- 12:39Speaker 1: be so careful. Haven't you gonna be so careful? I
- 12:42Speaker 1: can't mind thing right now, I know. But there are
- 12:45Speaker 1: certain days, though not necessarily days, when Hailey Bieber posts
- 12:49Speaker 1: about her skincare. But there are big national holidays that
- 12:53Speaker 1: I try to be more respectful of, you know what
- 12:55Speaker 1: I mean, like sometimes massive, massive Martin Luther King Day,
- 12:59Speaker 1: and really the religious holidays. I try, like, you know,
- 13:03Speaker 1: I don't need to be posting a manicure on that day.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Come on, everybody, I mean, that's what the Kardashians. I
- 13:08Speaker 1: don't think Selena was doing that. Hey, quickly, before we
- 13:10Speaker 1: get a break talking to Kardashian's Clarice Kardashian that we're
- 13:13Speaker 1: gonna get to see her reaction to Tristan Thompson's paternity
- 13:17Speaker 1: results as guests want, she was caught on camera by
- 13:20Speaker 1: her own cameras. So producers of The Kardashian Show have
- 13:24Speaker 1: announced that while they were filming that day, Tristan announced
- 13:28Speaker 1: that he was in fact the father he was having
- 13:32Speaker 1: a baby. Man. Producers are insistent that they did not
- 13:35Speaker 1: make this up. They were over at the house filming
- 13:37Speaker 1: that day and they were thinking about doing something else
- 13:40Speaker 1: and suddenly this news broke and everything changed in the room.
- 13:43Speaker 1: There was a different atmosphere, and she said, sometimes it's
- 13:46Speaker 1: really tough for the audience to grasp, Like they go
- 13:48Speaker 1: back and they're like, did you reshoot that? Did you
- 13:51Speaker 1: put it in? They spend so much time with these girls.
- 13:55Speaker 1: They're always with their camera crews that when something breaks
- 13:58Speaker 1: in real time him, they can capture that emotion. Now,
- 14:03Speaker 1: the Kardashians do get edit approval of the show, so
- 14:06Speaker 1: if it's something they didn't want us to see, you
- 14:08Speaker 1: trust me, We're want to see it. But we're gonna
- 14:11Speaker 1: see at least part of her reaction that's on the show.
- 14:15Speaker 1: But I think that's why they're great reality stars. There's
- 14:17Speaker 1: there's nothing off limits. This is why I would be
- 14:20Speaker 1: a terrible reality star. I couldn't do it, and I'm
- 14:24Speaker 1: too aware of myself. I'm just I do. I wouldn't.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I would not, I would not do I'd run to
- 14:30Speaker 1: the bathroom and closed the door. I'd take my microphone
- 14:32Speaker 1: off and I'd run to the bathroom and I say, no,
- 14:34Speaker 1: I'm not filming. You've got to leave the house, Which
- 14:36Speaker 1: is why I'd be terrible on reality TV. Hey, we're
- 14:38Speaker 1: gonna take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Nord. Evenisia, I'm rob shoot with
- 14:45Speaker 1: her dear friend Corey Andrew. Hey, Cory, let's get to
- 14:47Speaker 1: the polls. So Pete Davidson's fans are slamming Kim Kardashian
- 14:51Speaker 1: for being controlling. There was a video that she posted
- 14:54Speaker 1: at the met. They were in her hotel room getting
- 14:58Speaker 1: dressed and she told him to take his hat off.
- 15:01Speaker 1: And now people are saying, you're really bossy. I love
- 15:03Speaker 1: that Kim didn't even care less about what she was
- 15:06Speaker 1: saying in the video. She just looks so cute. She
- 15:07Speaker 1: posted it so with the kardash Is if you look good,
- 15:10Speaker 1: they posted this was not the best video for you, Kim,
- 15:13Speaker 1: But our question was are they right? Is Kim being controlling?
- 15:19Speaker 1: Said yes, Well, for the net ball I think you
- 15:21Speaker 1: probably should take your hat off unless it's a top party.
- 15:24Speaker 1: It's like a baseball cap. No, don't forget devotes on
- 15:27Speaker 1: today's poule going to a page naughty nice wrong and
- 15:30Speaker 1: Facebook page's naughty gossip and he shoulds check back on
- 15:34Speaker 1: Monday to hear your results. And now it's time for
- 15:37Speaker 1: an Annoysies of the day. Well darlings, Queen Elizabeth has
- 15:44Speaker 1: given us a rare peek into her own jewelry box
- 15:47Speaker 1: and it's so as part of her historic Platinum Jubilees celebrations,
- 15:54Speaker 1: the Queen is loading several pieces of her personal jewelry
- 15:57Speaker 1: to exhibit at the various royal Alsis this Summer Windsor Castle,
- 16:02Speaker 1: the Queen's majestic coronation dress and her That's right I
- 16:08Speaker 1: will be shown alongside five brooches that represent the emblems
- 16:12Speaker 1: of the Commonwealth. Now, alongside the historic crown will be
- 16:15Speaker 1: the Queen's Delhi Durbar necklace, where she inherited in three,
- 16:20Speaker 1: which was the year of her coronation, and the spectacular
- 16:24Speaker 1: necklace features nine emeralds, as well as an eight point
- 16:27Speaker 1: eight carrot diamond from the Colony Diamond. I love looking
- 16:32Speaker 1: at jewelry. When Elizabeth Taylor died, they put her jewelry
- 16:35Speaker 1: on display at Southby's here in New York, and I went,
- 16:39Speaker 1: I loved it. I went, I loved it. And also
- 16:42Speaker 1: to for Wallace Simpson, who was married to Queen Elizabeth's uncle.
- 16:47Speaker 1: When when she passed away, they sold her jewelry to
- 16:50Speaker 1: It was up for auction, and I went to, I
- 16:53Speaker 1: can't wait to see all this stuff. Hey, don't keep
- 16:56Speaker 1: it in your personal jewelry box. Put it in all
- 16:58Speaker 1: the palaces. That's see it our nicest of the day,
- 17:01Speaker 1: and now my naughties the day naughty Spencer Pratt is
- 17:04Speaker 1: saying that he's supposed to be Kim Kardashian and that
- 17:07Speaker 1: she copied everything him and Heidi did. He said, I'm
- 17:09Speaker 1: supposed to be Kim Kardashian. I've watched all the episodes
- 17:12Speaker 1: of Keeping Up the Kardashians. Then they copied everything Hidie
- 17:14Speaker 1: and I did on the hills. The only difference between
- 17:17Speaker 1: us and the Kardashians I've learned is they're only famous
- 17:20Speaker 1: as immediate conglomerate bank rolled them, so he's arguing that
- 17:24Speaker 1: he supported them more than I think MTV supported Heidi
- 17:28Speaker 1: and Spencer. You know, I get this in life, we
- 17:31Speaker 1: all stand on somebody else's shoulders. Now, Spencer Pratt was
- 17:35Speaker 1: there before Kim, but reality TV has evolved, and I
- 17:38Speaker 1: think the Osborne's and other people MTV Real World started
