- 8:06Speaker 1: Oh hey, hello, good morning, Stapter seven o'clock on this
- 8:09Speaker 1: Tuesday morning. Ricky's got those three things.
- 8:11Speaker 4: WNBA star Angel Reese is the first female athlete to
- 8:15Speaker 4: have a special meal named after her at McDonald's. The
- 8:18Speaker 4: Angel Reese meal features a barbecue baking quarter pounder with
- 8:21Speaker 4: cheese topped with the new barbecue sauce, plus fries and
- 8:25Speaker 4: a drink. She said quote, I hope the Angel Rees
- 8:28Speaker 4: special inspires young athletes everywhere to never give up on
- 8:31Speaker 4: pursuing their dreams.
- 8:32Speaker 2: She's super excited about this collab.
- 8:34Speaker 4: The Angel Reese meal will be available starting February tenth,
- 8:36Speaker 4: so pretty soon you can go grab it at McDonald's.
- 8:39Speaker 4: Brentwood is getting the Utah based chain Swig. You may
- 8:44Speaker 4: know what this is from TikTok or from the Secret
- 8:46Speaker 4: Lives of Warmer Wives if you watch that.
- 8:48Speaker 3: I do not.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. So the big thing is.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Dirty SODA's a dirty soda is essentially like soda with cream.
- 8:56Speaker 2: It's flavored syrups like coconut flavor.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Seems to be a really popular one, and sometimes fruit
- 9:01Speaker 4: juice is in it.
- 9:02Speaker 2: And instead of you know, doing.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Things that they're not supposed to be doing it like
- 9:05Speaker 4: drinking alcohol because they're Mormon, their vice is dirty soda.
- 9:10Speaker 2: So it's a big thing on TikTok.
- 9:12Speaker 4: Swig plans to open its drive through at fifty to
- 9:15Speaker 4: twenty four Harpe Drive on Monday, February tenth, so very soon.
- 9:19Speaker 4: The inside is going to be ready a few days later.
- 9:21Speaker 4: According to the owner, I can't wait to try it.
- 9:24Speaker 4: I don't really get the hype, so I'm excited to
- 9:26Speaker 4: try it to see where the hype live. Why not
- 9:29Speaker 4: want to avoid a hangover on Super Bowl Sunday, eat cheese?
- 9:33Speaker 4: According to this one doctor on TikTok So, a pulmonary
- 9:36Speaker 4: critical care doctor has gone viral on TikTok for this
- 9:39Speaker 4: secret to dodging a hangover, and it's just to eat cheese.
- 9:42Speaker 4: She says cheese is high in protein, fat, and complex carbs,
- 9:46Speaker 4: which can coat your stomach, slowing down alcohol absorption and
- 9:49Speaker 4: helping your body metabolize it better. She also said that
- 9:52Speaker 4: cheese is high in vitamin B and calcium, which can
- 9:56Speaker 4: be depleted from your body when you're drinking, and cheese
- 9:59Speaker 4: can even and protect your liver from damage.
- 10:01Speaker 1: I mean that sounds legit the way you just spilled
- 10:03Speaker 1: it out.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Like a doctor.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Yeah, kinda. But I'm just like, i feel like I've
- 10:07Speaker 1: heard every hangover here under the sun, and I've never really,
- 10:10Speaker 1: I've never heard cheese before. I'm surprised it took this
- 10:12Speaker 1: long for that one to come out.
- 10:13Speaker 4: You girl loves cheese. I stay away from dairy, but
- 10:17Speaker 4: I love cheese. It's the one thing I cannot give up.
- 10:19Speaker 4: So I think I'm just gonna have.
- 10:21Speaker 2: To eat more cheese.
- 10:22Speaker 4: Okay, Sunday, and those are the three things you need
- 10:25Speaker 4: to know.
- 10:26Speaker 7: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.

- 10:38Speaker 4: Oh? Once every few months. Mine lasts a while.
- 10:41Speaker 2: I get the big one.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Oh, the big one.
- 10:43Speaker 1: We use little sheets that you like fold up and
- 10:46Speaker 1: put in the thing, and they come in the mail
- 10:47Speaker 1: probably every month.
- 10:48Speaker 12: Okay, this one says the fact is the average American
- 10:51Speaker 12: buys laundry detergent every three weeks.
- 10:54Speaker 3: And I thought that was crazy. Every three weeks.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Well, we said every month. I mean we're right there.
- 10:59Speaker 2: A few months. Oh, you said every month. I did.

- 11:31Speaker 1: Oh first, what a joy? Stay, Hey, life's great fortune.
- 11:33Speaker 1: We don't have to do the whole thing right now.

- 11:47Speaker 1: Zach knows the j G Wentworth jingle.
- 11:49Speaker 3: A G went Worth A seven seven question.
- 11:52Speaker 1: I feel like everybody's got one of these things stuck

- 19:19Speaker 1: Nineteen eighty nine movie featured two guys carrying a deceased

- 20:20Speaker 1: You, Thanks Anna, congratulations. We're gonna play again tomorrow. Another
- 20:23Speaker 1: Weekend quiz for tickets to see The Weekend.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Three things you need to know Okay.
- 20:28Speaker 1: After eight o'clock, Good morning friends, Thank you for choosing us,
- 20:32Speaker 1: starting your day with us. Ricky Sanchez over here has
- 20:34Speaker 1: those three things.
- 20:35Speaker 4: There's a rumor that Cynthia Rivo was wearing an engagement
- 20:38Speaker 4: ring at the Grammys, but now we know the truth.
- 20:41Speaker 4: She was wearing this massive ring on her ring finger
- 20:43Speaker 4: while on the red carpet. That made a lot of
- 20:44Speaker 4: people question if maybe her and her longtime partner Lena
- 20:47Speaker 4: waste or you know, engaged, But People Magazine a bunch
- 20:51Speaker 4: of sources told them it's not the case.
- 20:53Speaker 2: They are not engaged.
- 20:54Speaker 4: All of the jewelry except for one ring, was on loan,
- 20:57Speaker 4: which is very normal for celebrities to do for these
- 21:00Speaker 4: award ceremonies. Also with her really long fingernails, which is
- 21:04Speaker 4: her signature thing, very long fingernails with lots of designs,
- 21:07Speaker 4: lots of like trinkets on them sometimes and things like that,
- 21:10Speaker 4: she can't wear rings on certain fingers because.
- 21:12Speaker 2: They don't fit over.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Oh, I get the designs, so it leaves her with
- 21:17Speaker 4: limited options, and that's kind of why she had it
- 21:20Speaker 4: on her ring finger.
- 21:21Speaker 2: It was a huge ring, by the way, like massive.
- 21:24Speaker 2: So no, they are not engaged, and that's okay.
- 21:27Speaker 4: Hopefully one day very soon. I think they're the cutest couple.
- 21:30Speaker 4: I love them together. Worlds Forever ice Cream is offering
- 21:33Speaker 4: a workshop on how to roll your own ice cream,
- 21:36Speaker 4: which is really cool. Rolds Forever if you have not
- 21:39Speaker 4: tried their ice cream, so good. They have a new
- 21:42Speaker 4: space in the Nashville Farmers Market that's dedicated to the
- 21:45Speaker 4: Role Academy. It's a forty five minute workshop for creating
- 21:48Speaker 4: your own worlled ice cream. You could do it individually,
- 21:51Speaker 4: so if you just want to do a date with
- 21:53Speaker 4: yourself and learn something new, you could do that, or
- 21:56Speaker 4: you could do private groups and you can get tickets
- 21:58Speaker 4: for either of those. What you get with that is
- 22:01Speaker 4: access to unlimited toppings. You'll learn how to roll your
- 22:03Speaker 4: own ice cream, and then you get to take home
- 22:05Speaker 4: an apron.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Interesting. See, we have been there. I didn't realize it
- 22:09Speaker 1: was something you could do at home. I thought it
- 22:10Speaker 1: had like they had special tools and special equipment and
- 22:13Speaker 1: special ice cream.
- 22:14Speaker 4: There is special all of those things that they will
- 22:15Speaker 4: have at the Rolling Academy for you to learn how
- 22:17Speaker 4: to do it and face bbls are the latest plastic
- 22:22Speaker 4: surgery trend. Everybody I know is probably like, what in
- 22:26Speaker 4: the world is that, because Kevin's looking at me like
- 22:28Speaker 4: I got six heads.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Well, bbl sands for Brazilian butt lift.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Yes it does, yep.
- 22:32Speaker 4: So this involves fat transfers to the face, So surgeons
- 22:36Speaker 4: are taking fat from one area of the face and
- 22:38Speaker 4: putting it into another. In order to contour it and
- 22:40Speaker 4: give it a more defined jawline, hire cheekbones, all that stuff.
- 22:44Speaker 4: It's more permanent than fillers, so it's very similar, but
- 22:47Speaker 4: more permanent and it which the fillers require more maintenance,
- 22:51Speaker 4: but this doesn't. The only thing is that it costs
- 22:54Speaker 4: around fifteen thousand dollars.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Geez, and is that really what they're calling it? A
- 22:57Speaker 1: BBL for the face?
- 22:58Speaker 2: Yeah, they're calling it facebbl's.
- 23:00Speaker 4: They can think of a different name, a better name,
- 23:02Speaker 4: but that's so they're calling it.
- 23:03Speaker 2: And it's the thing that everybody's doing now.
- 23:05Speaker 1: I mean, just have to have my head butt face.
- 23:07Speaker 1: That sounds better to.
- 23:08Speaker 2: Me, really, I would. I would say, well, keep working better,
- 23:11Speaker 2: keep working great. I'm ready, sauch azz. And those are
- 23:13Speaker 2: the three things you need to know.
- 23:14Speaker 10: One O seven five, the river, Heiky, Zach and Mano
- 23:18Speaker 10: in the morning.
- 23:18Speaker 4: If you're chronically on social media like I am, you
- 23:21Speaker 4: know this trend that's happening called we listen and we
- 23:24Speaker 4: don't judge. Okay, it's basically somebody admits to a moment
- 23:28Speaker 4: of stupidity or a thought that they had that's just
- 23:31Speaker 4: absolutely outrageous. You mean, my entire life, the other person
- 23:35Speaker 4: is not supposed to judge.
- 23:36Speaker 1: That's gonna be hard for us to not judging, Farba.
- 23:38Speaker 1: We'll do our best.
- 23:39Speaker 2: We're gonna try it out.
- 23:40Speaker 1: If you have something to admit, a moment of stupidity,
- 23:42Speaker 1: perhaps six one five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
- 23:45Speaker 1: You are entering a judgment free zone.
- 23:48Speaker 2: We're gonna try not to judge.
- 23:49Speaker 1: We won't judge. We'll try six one five, seven, three seven, nine,
- 23:52Speaker 1: one oh seven. Here's Miles Smith on the river one.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Oh seven five of the river. Listen, and we don't
- 23:57Speaker 2: judge on one oh seven five the river.
- 24:00Speaker 1: This once we started talking about this, popped in my head.
- 24:02Speaker 1: So I need to call my wife to get her
- 24:04Speaker 1: to admit something to you guys.
- 24:05Speaker 4: Oh, we're not supposed to judge her for whatever.
- 24:08Speaker 3: She's supposed to say.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Hello, Hey there, how are you hi? I just wanted
- 24:17Speaker 1: to call you really quick. Ricky and Zach are both here.
- 24:22Speaker 2: I don't know what's happening either, Alley.
- 24:25Speaker 9: Whenever I get a call from you guys, my heart.
- 24:27Speaker 4: Immediately said, I'm glad we have such a visceral react.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Sunday night, when we were watching The Grammy's, Ali made
- 24:36Speaker 1: a shocking admission when Teddy Swims was on TV and
- 24:40Speaker 1: I wanted to see if she would share it with
- 24:41Speaker 1: you guys.
- 24:42Speaker 9: What is your admission, Alley, I always thought Teddy Swims
- 24:47Speaker 9: was adhering.
- 24:50Speaker 3: No, that makes sense though, because of his Instagram what
- 24:53Speaker 3: she said, like, it makes sense his Instagram handle.
- 24:56Speaker 2: So do we think this is like an ulteri ego situation?
- 24:59Speaker 9: Yes, that's I thought. I truly thought this whole time
- 25:02Speaker 9: when I heard Teddy Swim song on the radio, that
- 25:04Speaker 9: it was Ed Scheeran, and I thought it's because his
- 25:07Speaker 9: Instagram handle is like Teddy photos or something Kevin told
- 25:10Speaker 9: me last night. But I always thought it was Teddy Swim,
- 25:12Speaker 9: so it was like his alter ego. I was truly shocked.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Ali.
- 25:19Speaker 3: Also just that you know you're not alone.
- 25:21Speaker 12: When I first heard the name Teddy Swims, I was like, Oh,
- 25:23Speaker 12: that has to be like Ed Cheron's alter ego.
- 25:25Speaker 3: You're lying feel that because of his Instagram handle.
- 25:29Speaker 1: That's literally we're friends. I just wish you guys could
- 25:35Speaker 1: have seen her face when Teddy Swims popped off, and
- 25:38Speaker 1: she's like like trying to compute that it's not Ed Sheeran.
- 25:42Speaker 9: Oh, I'm still floored. I can't. I don't even believe it.
- 25:45Speaker 9: I feel like this is a master prank or something.
- 25:49Speaker 1: You're not alone, all right, you have Zach on your side.
- 25:53Speaker 3: I don't know if that's good or bad.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not sure that's something you want. But here
- 25:57Speaker 2: we are.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Thanks Allie, thanks for opening up.
- 26:00Speaker 3: All right.
- 26:01Speaker 9: I still think it's said to your.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Six seven three seven nine seven.
- 26:08Speaker 4: Uh.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Hey, my wife admitted her moment of stupidity.
- 26:11Speaker 4: I give her a lot of credit for that, because
- 26:13Speaker 4: I don't know if I would have admitted that out.
- 26:15Speaker 12: I don't think it's even that dumb. Like, I think
- 26:18Speaker 12: it's very valid.
- 26:19Speaker 2: We listen, thought, that's not fair.
- 26:21Speaker 1: We listen and we don't judge.
- 26:22Speaker 3: If you have something, Rickie, repeat after us. We listen,
- 26:27Speaker 3: we don't judge.
- 26:28Speaker 1: He said, repeat after us. Not say this in Unison.
- 26:33Speaker 2: You can never win on this show.
- 26:34Speaker 1: You don't, nicky Zach.
- 26:37Speaker 4: And in the morning in Mount Juliet, we listen and
- 26:40Speaker 4: we don't judge.
- 26:41Speaker 2: On one oh seven.
- 26:42Speaker 4: Five the river, are you going to admit something to us?
- 26:46Speaker 1: Yes, please share. This is a safe space. We will
- 26:49Speaker 1: not judge out loud. We will make faces at each
- 26:52Speaker 1: other in here, but we will not judge you audibly.
- 26:55Speaker 7: Okay. I would tell you my daughter with her second
- 26:57Speaker 7: grade math homework last night with a straight face. I
- 27:01Speaker 7: was helping her with how to tell time. The question
- 27:04Speaker 7: was like, what's another way to say one thirty? So
- 27:07Speaker 7: you ride out one thirty or like half past one? Anyway,
- 27:12Speaker 7: moral the story is my entire life. I have thought
- 27:15Speaker 7: saying a quarter past one meant it was one twenty
- 27:19Speaker 7: five and not one.
- 27:24Speaker 3: I get it.
- 27:25Speaker 1: I mean a quarter in terms of money is twenty.
- 27:29Speaker 7: We were just doing money and dimes and nickels, and
- 27:33Speaker 7: I was like, of course, and my husband just dropped
- 27:36Speaker 7: what he was doing in the kitchen and said, wait,
- 27:39Speaker 7: say that again.
- 27:40Speaker 10: Was like.
- 27:42Speaker 7: Now, I said, you cannot break my reality right now,
- 27:47Speaker 7: and he did. And I'm still really from it last week.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Do you get like the thought process behind it? Though?
- 27:53Speaker 1: I would bet there are people hearing you right now
- 27:55Speaker 1: that are learning it for the first time. I bet
- 27:57Speaker 1: that's you're not alone.
- 27:58Speaker 7: A quarter of minutes fifteen, not twenty five.
- 28:02Speaker 3: And I was like, okay, Ellen, I am on your side.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Have you thought about divorce?
- 28:09Speaker 6: No?
- 28:11Speaker 9: The look on my face.
- 28:12Speaker 7: I have never felt like I was in an alternate reality.
- 28:15Speaker 8: More than yeah, sound like Zach right now. Appretime he's
- 28:20Speaker 8: explained something. Thank you for calling in love, We appreciate
- 28:25Speaker 8: you and hope you have the best day.
- 28:26Speaker 5: Well, thanks love you guys, We love you.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Bye bye.
- 28:30Speaker 1: I understand how confusing that could be.
- 28:32Speaker 4: I get her thought process behind it.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Maybe where she's coming from.
- 28:36Speaker 2: It's just very very wrong.
- 28:38Speaker 1: One oh seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach and
- 28:41Speaker 1: Man Morning. Today's daily double tap could be motivational for
- 28:44Speaker 1: some people out there. You know, Valentine's Day is approaching.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Maybe you're a little nervous to approach somebody and ask
- 28:50Speaker 1: if they'll be your Valentine.
- 28:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it's one of seven five the River. Take it
- 28:55Speaker 2: from this kid. It's all about the confidence that you
- 28:58Speaker 2: have here.
- 28:59Speaker 3: He is here, he is.
- 29:03Speaker 1: It's not playing here, will you Valentine's.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Yes?
- 29:11Speaker 1: You sure?
- 29:12Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 29:13Speaker 1: When you ask, come on m hmm yeah, no props.
- 29:17Speaker 1: I'll go for say, Indy, you want to be Valentine's obviously.
- 29:23Speaker 12: Yeah, obviously it's a yeah. Du I love that he's
- 29:31Speaker 12: so confident, like obviously it's a yeah.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Why would you say no?
- 29:35Speaker 4: Waiting for the mom to post an update on whether
- 29:38Speaker 4: she said yes.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Or no, obviously it's a yeah, he's a viral star
- 29:42Speaker 1: now too, so of course any girl would be crazy
- 29:46Speaker 1: for the fame. That's just an added bonus. But we're
- 29:49Speaker 1: gonna put the video up on our Instagram stories at
- 29:51Speaker 1: one oh seven five The River on Instagram. Why do
- 29:54Speaker 1: so many people say Valentine's I mean, he's a little kid,
- 29:56Speaker 1: but that's just like such an a go to.
- 29:58Speaker 2: For an English actions. Yeah, so I feel like it
