• 0:33
  Hey
• 0:34
  everybody.
• 0:34
  Welcome
• 0:34
  back
• 0:34
  to
• 0:35
  The
• 0:35
  Staring
• 0:35
  Adventure.
• 0:36
  This
• 0:36
  is
• 0:36
  episode
• 0:37
  160.
• 0:38
  I
• 0:38
  can't
• 0:39
  believe
• 0:40
  we're
• 0:40
  at
• 0:40
  160.
• 0:41
  Sometimes
• 0:42
  it
• 0:42
  feels
• 0:42
  like
• 0:42
  it
• 0:42
  should
• 0:42
  be
• 0:42
  more,
• 0:43
  but
• 0:44
  160
• 0:45
  is.
• 0:47
  It's
• 0:47
  a
• 0:47
  significant
• 0:48
  number,
• 0:48
  so
• 0:49
  I'm
• 0:49
  pretty
• 0:49
  impressed
• 0:50
  with
• 0:50
  myself,
• 0:50
  I
• 0:50
  must
• 0:51
  say.
• 0:51
  So
• 0:53
  who
• 0:53
  knew?
• 0:54
  I
• 0:54
  never
• 0:54
  imagined,
• 0:55
  but
• 0:56
  it's
• 0:57
  exciting
• 0:57
  to
• 0:57
  be
• 0:57
  here
• 0:59
  and
• 0:59
  thank
• 0:59
  you
• 0:59
  for
• 0:59
  listening.
• 1:00
  Thank
• 1:00
  you
• 1:00
  for
• 1:00
  being
• 1:01
  here
• 1:01
  with
• 1:01
  me.
• 1:02
  So
• 1:02
  today
• 1:03
  I
• 1:03
  wanted
• 1:03
  to
• 1:03
  do
• 1:03
  just
• 1:03
  a
• 1:03
  short
• 1:04
  episode.
• 1:05
  Feeling
• 1:05
  beat
• 1:06
  down
• 1:06
  by
• 1:07
  all
• 1:07
  the
• 1:07
  news
• 1:08
  and
• 1:08
  everything
• 1:08
  that's
• 1:08
  going
• 1:09
  on.
• 1:09
  I'm
• 1:09
  paying
• 1:10
  particular
• 1:10
  attention
• 1:11
  to
• 1:11
  what's
• 1:11
  going
• 1:11
  on
• 1:12
  in
• 1:12
  Lebanon.
• 1:12
  So
• 1:12
  I
• 1:12
  spent
• 1:13
  eight
• 1:13
  years
• 1:13
  there
• 1:14
  working
• 1:14
  and
• 1:15
  thinking
• 1:15
  about
• 1:16
  my
• 1:16
  former
• 1:17
  colleagues
• 1:17
  and
• 1:18
  all
• 1:18
  the
• 1:18
  wonderful
• 1:18
  people
• 1:19
  that
• 1:20
  I
• 1:20
  met
• 1:20
  there
• 1:21
  who
• 1:21
  were
• 1:22
  kind
• 1:22
  and
• 1:22
  generous
• 1:23
  and
• 1:24
  it's,
• 1:25
  it's
• 1:25
  such
• 1:25
  a
• 1:25
  dynamic,
• 1:26
  interesting
• 1:26
  country.
• 1:28
  So
• 1:28
  I
• 1:28
  hate
• 1:29
  to
• 1:29
  see
• 1:29
  anything
• 1:29
  happen
• 1:29
  to
• 1:30
  it
• 1:30
  again.
• 1:31
  Again
• 1:31
  and
• 1:32
  again,
• 1:33
  and
• 1:33
  I
• 1:33
  think
• 1:34
  about
• 1:34
  the
• 1:34
  dogs
• 1:34
  and
• 1:34
  the
• 1:34
  cats,
• 1:35
  all
• 1:35
  the
• 1:35
  strays
• 1:36
  that
• 1:36
  I
• 1:36
  left
• 1:37
  behind
• 1:38
  and
• 1:40
  it's
• 1:41
  hard
• 1:41
  to
• 1:41
  watch.
• 1:44
  So
• 1:44
  I'm
• 1:44
  hoping
• 1:44
  everybody
• 1:45
  there
• 1:45
  as
• 1:45
  well
• 1:46
  and
• 1:46
  staying
• 1:46
  safe.
• 1:48
  And
• 1:50
  I
• 1:50
  wanted
• 1:51
  something
• 1:52
  a
• 1:52
  little
• 1:52
  inspirational,
• 1:53
  maybe
• 1:54
  a
• 1:54
  little
• 1:54
  pick
• 1:54
  me
• 1:54
  up
• 1:55
  for
• 1:55
  this
• 1:56
  episode
• 1:57
  and.
• 1:59
  I
• 1:59
  kept
• 1:59
  thinking
• 2:00
  about
• 2:01
  this
• 2:01
  email
• 2:01
  that
• 2:02
  I
• 2:02
  read
• 2:02
  yesterday.
• 2:02
  It
• 2:03
  was
• 2:03
  from
• 2:03
  Sahil
• 2:04
  Bloom
• 2:04
  who's
• 2:05
  a
• 2:05
  writer,
• 2:06
  and
• 2:08
  I
• 2:08
  don't
• 2:08
  really
• 2:09
  read
• 2:09
  a
• 2:09
  lot
• 2:10
  by
• 2:10
  him.
• 2:11
  I
• 2:11
  do
• 2:11
  subscribe
• 2:12
  to
• 2:12
  his
• 2:12
  newsletter.
• 2:13
  I
• 2:13
  have
• 2:13
  his
• 2:13
  book,
• 2:13
  but
• 2:13
  I
• 2:13
  don't
• 2:14
  really
• 2:14
  read
• 2:14
  them
• 2:14
  regularly
• 2:15
  and
• 2:15
  I
• 2:16
  haven't
• 2:16
  read
• 2:16
  the
• 2:16
  book,
• 2:18
  but
• 2:18
  I
• 2:19
  did
• 2:19
  happen
• 2:19
  to
• 2:20
  open
• 2:20
  his
• 2:20
  email
• 2:21
  yesterday.
• 2:23
  And
• 2:24
  he
• 2:25
  had
• 2:25
  written
• 2:25
  about
• 2:26
  a
• 2:26
  newspaper
• 2:27
  article
• 2:27
  that
• 2:27
  he
• 2:27
  had
• 2:28
  found
• 2:28
  several
• 2:28
  years
• 2:29
  ago
• 2:29
  and
• 2:30
  kept
• 2:31
  with
• 2:32
  him
• 2:33
  and
• 2:33
  would
• 2:33
  reread
• 2:34
  at
• 2:34
  least
• 2:34
  once
• 2:34
  a
• 2:34
  year
• 2:36
  for
• 2:37
  inspiration.
• 2:38
  And
• 2:39
  it
• 2:39
  was
• 2:39
  about
• 2:40
  a
• 2:41
  woman
• 2:42
  who
• 2:44
  was
• 2:44
  telling
• 2:44
  a
• 2:44
  story
• 2:45
  about
• 2:46
  being
• 2:46
  at
• 2:46
  a
• 2:46
  funeral
• 2:47
  home
• 2:48
  for
• 2:48
  a
• 2:48
  visitation.
• 2:50
  And
• 2:52
  I
• 2:52
  guess
• 2:52
  it
• 2:52
  was
• 2:52
  a
• 2:52
  particularly
• 2:53
  cold
• 2:54
  night
• 2:55
  and
• 2:56
  there
• 2:56
  was
• 2:57
  a,
• 2:57
  a
• 2:57
  significant
• 2:58
  turnout
• 2:59
  for
• 3:00
  this
• 3:00
  visitation
• 3:02
  and
• 3:04
  someone
• 3:06
  outside
• 3:08
  was
• 3:08
  handing
• 3:08
  out
• 3:09
  coffee
• 3:09
  to
• 3:09
  people
• 3:10
  as
• 3:10
  they
• 3:10
  were
• 3:10
  waiting
• 3:11
  to
• 3:11
  come
• 3:11
  in
• 3:12
  and
• 3:12
  enter.
• 3:15
  And
• 3:16
  this
• 3:16
  woman
• 3:17
  noticed.
• 3:19
  And
• 3:19
  went
• 3:19
  back
• 3:20
  later
• 3:21
  to
• 3:21
  say
• 3:21
  thank
• 3:21
  you
• 3:22
  because
• 3:23
  she
• 3:23
  figured
• 3:23
  it
• 3:23
  was
• 3:24
  from
• 3:26
  the
• 3:26
  floral
• 3:27
  shop
• 3:27
  across
• 3:28
  the
• 3:28
  street
• 3:28
  from
• 3:29
  the
• 3:29
  funeral
• 3:29
  home.
• 3:32
  And
• 3:32
  sure
• 3:32
  enough,
• 3:32
  it
• 3:32
  was,
• 3:34
  and
• 3:34
  the
• 3:34
  man
• 3:34
  there
• 3:34
  said
• 3:35
  yes,
• 3:35
  he
• 3:36
  had
• 3:36
  been
• 3:36
  distributing
• 3:37
  coffee
• 3:37
  because
• 3:39
  he
• 3:39
  didn't
• 3:39
  know
• 3:39
  what
• 3:39
  else
• 3:39
  to
• 3:39
  do,
• 3:42
  and
• 3:42
  the
• 3:42
  only
• 3:43
  thing
• 3:43
  he
• 3:43
  could
• 3:43
  think
• 3:44
  of
• 3:46
  was
• 3:46
  to
• 3:46
  make
• 3:46
  coffee.
• 3:48
  And
• 3:48
  so
• 3:48
  he
• 3:48
  made
• 3:48
  the
• 3:48
  coffee,
• 3:51
  and
• 3:51
  it
• 3:51
  turns
• 3:51
  out
• 3:51
  that
• 3:51
  this
• 3:52
  woman
• 3:53
  was
• 3:54
  at
• 3:54
  the
• 3:54
  visitation
• 3:55
  because
• 3:56
  it
• 3:56
  was
• 3:56
  for
• 3:56
  her
• 3:56
  16-year-old
• 3:57
  son.
• 3:59
  So
• 3:59
  she
• 3:59
  was
• 4:00
  particularly
• 4:01
  touched
• 4:03
  by
• 4:03
  his
• 4:04
  gesture.
• 4:06
  And
• 4:06
  so
• 4:07
  the
• 4:07
  moral
• 4:07
  of
• 4:07
  the
• 4:07
  story
• 4:07
  was
• 4:08
  to
• 4:08
  just
• 4:08
  do
• 4:08
  the
• 4:08
  thing.
• 4:10
  To
• 4:10
  do
• 4:10
  it,
• 4:12
  if
• 4:12
  that's
• 4:12
  what
• 4:12
  you
• 4:12
  can
• 4:13
  do.
• 4:14
  If
• 4:14
  it's
• 4:14
  just
• 4:15
  making
• 4:15
  coffee,
• 4:17
  that's
• 4:17
  what
• 4:17
  we
• 4:17
  do.
• 4:19
  And
• 4:20
  I
• 4:20
  think
• 4:21
  I've
• 4:21
  applied
• 4:21
  this
• 4:22
  in
• 4:22
  my
• 4:23
  own
• 4:23
  life
• 4:24
  over
• 4:24
  the
• 4:24
  past
• 4:25
  several
• 4:25
  years,
• 4:27
  and
• 4:27
  as
• 4:27
  I
• 4:27
  mentioned
• 4:28
  in
• 4:28
  Lebanon,
• 4:29
  and
• 4:29
  I
• 4:29
  don't
• 4:29
  mean
• 4:29
  to
• 4:30
  beat
• 4:30
  down
• 4:30
  Lebanon,
• 4:31
  well
• 4:31
  it's
• 4:33
  in
• 4:33
  this
• 4:33
  situation,
• 4:33
  but
• 4:34
  certainly,
• 4:36
  were
• 4:36
  a
• 4:36
  lot
• 4:36
  of
• 4:36
  stray
• 4:36
  dogs
• 4:37
  and
• 4:37
  cats
• 4:39
  and
• 4:39
  a
• 4:39
  lot
• 4:39
  of
• 4:39
  garbage.
• 4:41
  And
• 4:41
  so.
• 4:42
  I
• 4:42
  would
• 4:42
  pick
• 4:43
  up
• 4:43
  the
• 4:43
  garbage
• 4:44
  and
• 4:46
  put
• 4:46
  it
• 4:46
  in
• 4:46
  the
• 4:46
  bin.
• 4:46
  There
• 4:47
  were
• 4:47
  always
• 4:47
  lots
• 4:47
  of
• 4:47
  bins,
• 4:48
  but
• 4:48
  there
• 4:48
  was
• 4:48
  always
• 4:49
  lots
• 4:49
  of
• 4:49
  garbage
• 4:49
  lying
• 4:50
  around.
• 4:51
  And
• 4:51
  particularly
• 4:51
  on
• 4:52
  the
• 4:52
  beach.
• 4:53
  The
• 4:53
  beach,
• 4:54
  the
• 4:54
  beaches
• 4:54
  there
• 4:54
  are
• 4:54
  beautiful,
• 4:55
  particularly
• 4:56
  in
• 4:56
  the
• 4:56
  south.
• 4:56
  They're
• 4:56
  all
• 4:56
  sand
• 4:58
  and
• 4:58
  they
• 4:59
  would
• 4:59
  be
• 4:59
  full
• 4:59
  of
• 4:59
  garbage
• 5:01
  and
• 5:02
  I
• 5:02
  would
• 5:02
  go
• 5:02
  around
• 5:03
  and
• 5:03
  just
• 5:03
  pick
• 5:03
  up
• 5:03
  garbage
• 5:03
  when
• 5:04
  I
• 5:04
  could.
• 5:05
  Sometimes
• 5:05
  I
• 5:05
  would
• 5:06
  have
• 5:06
  a
• 5:06
  bag.
• 5:06
  Sometimes
• 5:06
  I
• 5:06
  would
• 5:06
  just
• 5:07
  pick
• 5:07
  up
• 5:07
  what
• 5:07
  I
• 5:07
  saw.
• 5:08
  Lots
• 5:08
  of
• 5:08
  water
• 5:08
  bottles
• 5:09
  and
• 5:09
  caps.
• 5:10
  And
• 5:10
  things,
• 5:11
  cigarette
• 5:12
  packages,
• 5:13
  and
• 5:14
  I
• 5:14
  would
• 5:15
  just
• 5:15
  pick
• 5:16
  up
• 5:16
  what
• 5:16
  I
• 5:16
  could,
• 5:17
  and
• 5:18
  some
• 5:18
  days
• 5:19
  I
• 5:19
  figured
• 5:20
  it
• 5:20
  just
• 5:20
  didn't
• 5:20
  matter
• 5:21
  on
• 5:21
  the
• 5:22
  beach,
• 5:23
  on
• 5:23
  the
• 5:23
  Cornish,
• 5:24
  wherever
• 5:25
  I
• 5:25
  was,
• 5:25
  it
• 5:25
  just,
• 5:26
  it
• 5:27
  would
• 5:27
  just
• 5:27
  be
• 5:27
  replaced
• 5:28
  the
• 5:28
  next
• 5:28
  day
• 5:29
  or
• 5:29
  the
• 5:29
  next
• 5:30
  hour.
• 5:32
  But
• 5:32
  I
• 5:32
  reminded
• 5:33
  myself
• 5:33
  that,
• 5:34
  you
• 5:34
  know
• 5:34
  what,
• 5:34
  it,
• 5:35
  it
• 5:35
  does
• 5:36
  make
• 5:36
  a
• 5:36
  difference.
• 5:37
  it's
• 5:37
  just
• 5:37
  one
• 5:38
  small
• 5:38
  part.
• 5:39
  And
• 5:40
  I'm
• 5:40
  leaving
• 5:41
  things
• 5:41
  a
• 5:41
  little
• 5:41
  bit
• 5:41
  better
• 5:41
  than
• 5:42
  I
• 5:42
  found
• 5:42
  them,
• 5:43
  and
• 5:43
  that's
• 5:43
  enough.
• 5:44
  I
• 5:44
  can't
• 5:45
  stop
• 5:45
  the
• 5:45
  other
• 5:45
  people
• 5:47
  from
• 5:47
  picking
• 5:47
  up
• 5:47
  garbage,
• 5:48
  but
• 5:50
  maybe
• 5:50
  somebody
• 5:50
  saw
• 5:50
  me
• 5:50
  picking
• 5:51
  up
• 5:51
  garbage
• 5:51
  and
• 5:51
  decided
• 5:52
  to
• 5:52
  pick
• 5:52
  up
• 5:52
  garbage
• 5:52
  too.
• 5:53
  I
• 5:54
  don't
• 5:54
  know.
• 5:56
  But
• 5:57
  it
• 5:58
  made
• 5:58
  a
• 5:58
  difference
• 5:58
  to
• 5:58
  me
• 5:59
  and
• 6:00
  I
• 6:00
  believe
• 6:00
  it
• 6:00
  made
• 6:00
  a
• 6:00
  difference
• 6:01
  to
• 6:02
  the
• 6:02
  environment
• 6:02
  there.
• 6:03
  And
• 6:04
  the
• 6:04
  same
• 6:04
  with.
• 6:06
  Feeding
• 6:06
  cats
• 6:06
  and
• 6:06
  dogs.
• 6:07
  And
• 6:07
  I
• 6:07
  remember
• 6:07
  being
• 6:08
  back
• 6:08
  in
• 6:08
  Iraq
• 6:08
  and
• 6:09
  somebody
• 6:10
  saying,
• 6:10
  Trista,
• 6:10
  you
• 6:10
  can't
• 6:11
  save
• 6:11
  all
• 6:11
  of
• 6:12
  the
• 6:12
  animals.
• 6:13
  And
• 6:13
  I
• 6:13
  couldn't.
• 6:14
  I
• 6:14
  couldn't
• 6:15
  and
• 6:15
  I
• 6:15
  couldn't.
• 6:16
  But
• 6:17
  I
• 6:17
  could
• 6:17
  give
• 6:18
  one
• 6:18
  of
• 6:18
  them
• 6:18
  a
• 6:19
  meal
• 6:19
  or
• 6:19
  several
• 6:20
  of
• 6:20
  them
• 6:20
  a
• 6:20
  meal
• 6:22
  that
• 6:22
  day.
• 6:22
  At
• 6:23
  that
• 6:23
  moment,
• 6:24
  they
• 6:24
  had
• 6:24
  a
• 6:24
  meal,
• 6:24
  they
• 6:24
  had
• 6:24
  something
• 6:25
  to
• 6:25
  eat,
• 6:25
  or
• 6:26
  they
• 6:26
  got
• 6:26
  a
• 6:27
  flee
• 6:27
  and
• 6:27
  sick
• 6:28
  treatment.
• 6:29
  Some
• 6:30
  of
• 6:30
  them
• 6:30
  got
• 6:30
  home,
• 6:30
  some
• 6:31
  of
• 6:31
  them
• 6:31
  are
• 6:31
  in
• 6:31
  Canada,
• 6:33
  but
• 6:36
  I
• 6:36
  did
• 6:36
  what
• 6:37
  I
• 6:37
  could
• 6:38
  and
• 6:38
  I
• 6:38
  believed
• 6:39
  in
• 6:39
  that
• 6:39
  moment
• 6:39
  that
• 6:39
  it
• 6:39
  made
• 6:40
  a
• 6:40
  difference
• 6:40
  to
• 6:40
  them
• 6:42
  and
• 6:42
  it
• 6:42
  made
• 6:42
  a
• 6:42
  difference
• 6:43
  to
• 6:43
  me,
• 6:47
  and
• 6:47
  that's
• 6:47
  what
• 6:47
  I
• 6:47
  do.
• 6:48
  And
• 6:48
  I
• 6:48
  still
• 6:49
  go
• 6:49
  around
• 6:49
  picking
• 6:49
  up
• 6:49
  garbage
• 6:50
  hair.
• 6:51
  Again,
• 6:52
  in
• 6:52
  some
• 6:52
  of
• 6:52
  these
• 6:52
  places,
• 6:53
  there's
• 6:53
  one
• 6:53
  street.
• 6:54
  As
• 6:54
  I
• 6:54
  walk
• 6:55
  to
• 6:55
  the
• 6:55
  cemetery,
• 6:56
  it
• 6:56
  turns
• 6:56
  out,
• 6:56
  I
• 6:57
  don't
• 6:57
  know
• 6:57
  who
• 6:57
  it
• 6:57
  is,
• 6:57
  but
• 6:58
  somebody
• 6:58
  keeps
• 6:58
  throwing
• 6:59
  out
• 7:00
  their
• 7:00
  Coors
• 7:00
  light
• 7:01
  cans
• 7:01
  or
• 7:01
  their,
• 7:02
  I
• 7:02
  don't
• 7:02
  know,
• 7:02
  bush
• 7:03
  light,
• 7:04
  or
• 7:05
  there's
• 7:05
  some
• 7:05
  sort
• 7:05
  of
• 7:05
  vodka
• 7:06
  drink.
• 7:06
  It's
• 7:07
  always
• 7:07
  on
• 7:07
  the
• 7:07
  street.
• 7:07
  It's
• 7:07
  always
• 7:07
  one
• 7:08
  or
• 7:08
  two.
• 7:10
  Anyway,
• 7:10
  I
• 7:10
  go
• 7:11
  around
• 7:11
  and
• 7:11
  I
• 7:11
  pick
• 7:11
  it
• 7:11
  up.
• 7:15
  Because
• 7:15
  it
• 7:15
  makes
• 7:15
  a
• 7:15
  difference
• 7:16
  to
• 7:16
  me.
• 7:16
  that's
• 7:17
  it.
• 7:17
  I
• 7:17
  do
• 7:17
  the
• 7:17
  thing
• 7:18
  because
• 7:18
  I
• 7:18
  can
• 7:20
  and
• 7:20
  because
• 7:21
  you
• 7:21
  never
• 7:21
  know
• 7:23
  and
• 7:23
  it
• 7:23
  just,
• 7:24
  it's
• 7:24
  something
• 7:25
  I
• 7:25
  can
• 7:25
  do.
• 7:25
  I'm
• 7:25
  leaving
• 7:26
  the
• 7:26
  place
• 7:26
  a
• 7:26
  little
• 7:27
  bit
• 7:27
  better
• 7:27
  than
• 7:27
  I
• 7:27
  found
• 7:27
  it,
• 7:28
  as
• 7:28
  I
• 7:28
  said,
• 7:32
  and
• 7:32
  I
• 7:32
  was
• 7:32
  coaching
• 7:33
  a
• 7:33
  client
• 7:33
  the
• 7:33
  other
• 7:33
  day
• 7:34
  who
• 7:34
  was
• 7:34
  mentioning
• 7:35
  she's
• 7:35
  working
• 7:36
  with
• 7:36
  children.
• 7:38
  She
• 7:38
  felt
• 7:39
  that
• 7:39
  it
• 7:39
  wasn't
• 7:40
  making
• 7:40
  any
• 7:40
  difference,
• 7:43
  and
• 7:45
  I
• 7:46
  truly
• 7:46
  believe
• 7:46
  that
• 7:47
  it
• 7:47
  does
• 7:48
  make
• 7:48
  a
• 7:48
  difference,
• 7:49
  but
• 7:49
  maybe
• 7:50
  you
• 7:50
  just
• 7:50
  can't
• 7:50
  see
• 7:50
  it.
• 7:52
  Or
• 7:53
  if
• 7:54
  you're
• 7:54
  telling
• 7:54
  yourself
• 7:54
  that
• 7:55
  it
• 7:55
  doesn't
• 7:55
  make
• 7:55
  a
• 7:55
  difference,
• 7:56
  that's
• 7:56
  what
• 7:56
  you're
• 7:56
  gonna
• 7:56
  find
• 7:57
  evidence
• 7:57
  of.
• 8:01
  But
• 8:01
  in
• 8:01
  general,
• 8:02
  I
• 8:02
  believe
• 8:02
  you
• 8:03
  just
• 8:03
  have
• 8:03
  to
• 8:03
  trust
• 8:03
  that
• 8:04
  you
• 8:04
  are
• 8:04
  making
• 8:04
  a
• 8:04
  difference.
• 8:06
  And
• 8:07
  it's
• 8:07
  not
• 8:08
  for
• 8:08
  the
• 8:08
  reward,
• 8:09
  it's
• 8:09
  not
• 8:09
  for
• 8:10
  the
• 8:10
  respect.
• 8:11
  it's
• 8:11
  not
• 8:11
  for
• 8:11
  the
• 8:12
  pat
• 8:12
  on
• 8:12
  the
• 8:12
  back.
• 8:14
  I
• 8:14
  do
• 8:15
  it
• 8:15
  because
• 8:16
  it
• 8:16
  makes
• 8:16
  me
• 8:16
  feel
• 8:16
  good.
• 8:17
  I
• 8:17
  do
• 8:17
  it
• 8:18
  because
• 8:18
  I
• 8:19
  live
• 8:19
  here
• 8:20
  and
• 8:20
  I
• 8:20
  contribute,
• 8:21
  and
• 8:21
  I
• 8:21
  do
• 8:21
  it
• 8:21
  here
• 8:22
  because
• 8:22
  I
• 8:22
  can,
• 8:24
  and
• 8:24
  it
• 8:25
  does
• 8:25
  make
• 8:25
  a
• 8:25
  difference
• 8:25
  in
• 8:25
  some
• 8:26
  small
• 8:26
  way.
• 8:26
  I
• 8:27
  trust
• 8:27
  that
• 8:27
  it
• 8:27
  is.
• 8:30
  So
• 8:31
  if
• 8:31
  you
• 8:31
  have
• 8:32
  a
• 8:32
  question.
• 8:34
  Whether
• 8:34
  to
• 8:34
  do
• 8:34
  the
• 8:34
  thing
• 8:35
  or
• 8:35
  not,
• 8:36
  whatever
• 8:36
  it
• 8:36
  is,
• 8:37
  whether
• 8:37
  it's
• 8:37
  making
• 8:37
  coffee
• 8:38
  or
• 8:38
  picking
• 8:38
  up
• 8:38
  a
• 8:38
  piece
• 8:39
  of
• 8:39
  garbage
• 8:39
  or
• 8:40
  feeding
• 8:40
  a
• 8:40
  stray
• 8:41
  animal,
• 8:42
  whatever
• 8:43
  your
• 8:43
  thing
• 8:43
  is,
• 8:45
  do
• 8:45
  it.
• 8:47
  Trust
• 8:47
  that
• 8:49
  it
• 8:49
  is
• 8:49
  making
• 8:49
  some
• 8:50
  small
• 8:50
  difference
• 8:51
  in
• 8:52
  ways
• 8:52
  that
• 8:52
  you
• 8:52
  can't
• 8:53
  possibly
• 8:53
  know.
• 8:55
  Trust
• 8:55
  that
• 8:55
  you
• 8:56
  are
• 8:56
  leaving
• 8:59
  things
• 8:59
  better
• 8:59
  than
• 8:59
  you
• 8:59
  found
• 9:00
  them.
• 9:03
  Trust
• 9:03
  that
• 9:03
  the
• 9:03
  greatest
• 9:04
  reward
• 9:04
  will
• 9:04
  be
• 9:08
  how
• 9:08
  you
• 9:08
  feel
• 9:10
  and
• 9:10
  what
• 9:10
  you
• 9:10
  think
• 9:11
  and
• 9:11
  how
• 9:12
  you
• 9:12
  show
• 9:12
  up.
• 9:15
  Alright,
• 9:16
  that's
• 9:16
  it.
• 9:18
  It's
• 9:18
  a
• 9:18
  little
• 9:18
  sad.
• 9:19
  but
• 9:19
  I
• 9:19
  think
• 9:20
  it's
• 9:20
  an
• 9:20
  important
• 9:20
  message.
• 9:24
  Thank
• 9:24
  you
• 9:24
  for
• 9:24
  listening.
• 9:25
  Hang
• 9:25
  in
• 9:25
  there,
• 9:26
  Lebanon.
• 9:28
  And
• 9:28
  I'll
• 9:28
  talk
• 9:28
  to
• 9:28
  you
• 9:28
  guys
• 9:29
  next
• 9:29
  week.
• 9:29
  Bye-bye.
