Promoting Good LLC, a Worcester-based leadership and culture firm, recently hosted the Day of Good to celebrate its 10th anniversary by honoring community leaders who demonstrate courage and empathy. The company, founded by Valerie Zolezzi-Wyndham, helps organizations improve workplace culture through validated diagnostic tools and strategic consulting.
