  Walking wisely through Life Life does not always feel
• 0:15
  straightforward. Some seasons feel clear, but

  others feel like walking through a fog where every choice carries
• 0:22
  weight and every mistake feels heavier than it should.

  Proverbs chapter 13 verses 15 to 16 reminds us that wisdom
• 0:31
  matters deeply. It tells us that good sense wins
• 0:34
  favor and that the wise receive instruction.
• 0:38
  Psalm chapter 38 gives us the honest cry of someone feeling
• 0:41
  the pain of failure. David says, O Lord, rebuke me
• 0:45
  not in your anger. And then in Mark chapter 2 verse
• 0:48
  5, Jesus looks at a hurting man and says, Son, your sins are
• 0:52
  forgiven. That is such a beautiful picture
• 0:55
  of grace. We all want wisdom, but the
• 0:58
  truth is we do not always choose it.

  Sometimes we go with what is easier, faster, or more fun in
• 1:04
  the moment. Sometimes we know better and
• 1:06
  still do the wrong thing. And when that happens, shame can
• 1:10
  make us feel stuck. We replay the mistake, question
• 1:13
  our worth, and wonder whether we have gone too far.

  But Jesus steps into that place with forgiveness and
• 1:19
  restoration. Walking wisely does not mean you
• 1:23
  will never fail. It means you keep bringing your
• 1:25
  heart back to God. It means you let Him teach you,
• 1:29
  correct you, and steady you when you are tempted to give up on
• 1:32
  yourself. Wisdom grows when you choose
• 1:35
  honesty over pretending, humility over pride, and
• 1:38
  repentance over hiding. Maybe today you feel the weight
• 1:42
  of something you said, a choice you made, or a pattern you know
• 1:45
  is not healthy. Do not run from God, Run to Him.
• 1:49
  He is not looking for perfection before He helps you.
• 1:53
  He meets you in your need. He forgives, He restores.
• 1:56
  He teaches you how to walk differently going forward.
• 1:59
  Wisdom is not just about making fewer mistakes.

  It is about staying close to the God who lovingly guides your
• 2:05
  steps even after you stumble. Let's pray.

  Heavenly Father, thank you that when I fail, Your grace is still
• 2:12
  greater. Teach me to walk wisely and to
• 2:15
  listen when You correct me. Give me humility to admit my
• 2:19
  mistakes and courage to trust Your forgiveness.

  Help me make choices that honor you, and when I feel weak,
• 2:25
  remind me that you are near and ready to restore me.

  Why do you reason these things in your hearts?

  Which is easier to tell the paralytic your sins are

  forgiven, or to say, arise and take up your bed and walk, but

  that you may know that the Son of man has authority on earth to

  forgive sins. He said to the paralytic, I tell

  you, arise, take up your mat and go to your house.

  He arose and immediately took up the mat and went out in front of

  them all, so that they were all amazed and glorified God, saying

  them, Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but

  those who are sick. I came not to call the

  righteous, but sinners to repentance.

  John's disciples and the Pharisees were fasting, and they

  came and asked him, Why do John's disciples and the

  disciples of the Pharisees fast, but your disciples don't fast?

  Jesus said to them, Can the groomsmen fast while the

  bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the
• 7:47
  bridegroom with them, they can't fast.

  But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away
• 7:53
  from them, and then they will fast.

  In that day no one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old

  garment, or else the patch shrinks and the new tears away

  from the old, and a worse hole is made.

  No one puts new wine into old wine skins, or else the new wine

  will burst the skins, and the wine pours out, and the skins

  will be destroyed. But they put new wine into fresh

  wine skins. He was going on the Sabbath day

  through the grain fields, and his disciples began as they went

  to pluck the ears of grain. The Pharisees said to him,

  Behold, why do they do that which is not lawful on the
• 8:26
  Sabbath day? He said to them, Did you never
• 8:29
  read what David did when he had need and was hungry?
• 8:32
  He and those who were with him, how he entered into God's house
• 8:36
  at the time of Abiathar the high priest and ate the show bread
• 8:39
  which is not lawful to eat except for the priests, and gave
• 8:42
  also to those who were with him. He said to them, the Sabbath was
• 8:46
  made for man, not man for the Sabbath.

  Therefore the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.
