- 0:11Helping to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.
- 0:15This is the Constitution Study on the America Out Loud Network with your host, Paul Engel.
- 0:31If you've ever watched or even heard about the movie Network, you've probably heard the famous line.
- 0:38I want you to get up right now and go to the window, open it, and stick your head out and yell, I must mad as hell, and I'm not gonna take this anymore.
- 0:50Now, some recent news points to some people being mad as hell.
- 0:55But will we continue to take it?
- 0:57Hello there, everyday Americans.
- 0:59Paul Engel here with the Constitution Study, where we read instead of the Constitution, teacherizing generation be free.
- 1:04I am glad you could join me today.
- 1:06You know, it's interesting.
- 1:08Timing is everything.
- 1:09I had a I was having a comment exchange and actually replied earlier today to a gentleman.
- 1:14And he was pointing out that, you know, it's like we've been he says, we're stuck.
- 1:22You know, even if you want to live free, you're you're regulated into compliance by, as he puts puts it, monom, you're monopolized by corrupt governments.
- 1:32And uh I I tried to make an interesting what uh what I a point I think is very important.
- 1:38You know, I I I paraphrase as I usually frequently do our national anthem.
- 1:43You know, if we're going to to be the land of the free, we have to be the home of those who are brave enough to live that way.
- 1:50I he was asking me about uh what we can do to help people, and I said, listen, you know, uh I can I can lead people to the tools.
- 2:00I can't make them pick them up and use them.
- 2:03So when I hear, you know, people are mad as hell.
- 2:06I I my next question is well, what are you gonna do about it?
- 2:10I know a lot of people that are mad as hell but do absolutely nothing.
- 2:14And very often they do that because they feel they can do nothing.
- 2:17They they feel like they don't have the opportunity, they don't have the power.
- 2:22And I think that's what part of what I'm trying to do here is well, let people know, yeah, you do have the opportunity.
- 2:28You do have the power if you're willing to pick it up and run with it.
- 2:33Uh, for example, we've been hearing for weeks now about the massive fraud in Minnesota.
- 2:40I mean, absolutely massive.
- 2:41Last number I heard was something approaching nine billion dollars in fraud.
- 2:45I mean, let's face it, a billion here, a billion there, pretty soon you're talking real money.
- 2:50And of course, there are people that were mad as hell about the fraud, that was mad as hell about uh how long it went on, and and the fact that nothing seemed to be done about it, even reports that uh uh uh you know the government was warned, whistleblowers warned a decade ago about problems with some of the daycare centers, others people you know, pointing to other issues and and making uh a big deal about the fact that uh a large percentage was among the Somali community, and there was a lot of people ranting and raging, and what are we gonna do?
- 3:26What can we do?
- 3:28Well, apparently a group of lawmakers in Minnesota, or at least I should say, members of the state house, they've done something.
- 3:37They filed articles of impeachments again against Tim Waltz.
- 3:42State, there's full accountability for everybody because I I buck stops with me.
- 3:47I'm accountable for this.
- 3:48And because of that accountability, I'm not running for office again.
- 3:51But I have a year to continue to improve on a record that I think will stand up against anybody's, a record that has made Minnesota better, a record that makes people want to come here, and a record that has respected not only the dignity of people, but the idea of rule of law.
- 4:06Now, if you're laughing in your seat at the moment, I I I don't I don't blame you.
- 4:11You know, you talk about the record of Minnesota.
- 4:14Well, um the rule of law does apparently doesn't exist in Minnesota, at least is is not being upheld.
- 4:21It seems that people that want to go to Minnesota are ones that want to uh live off government largesse.
- 4:27Um, you know, and uh yeah, if the buck stops with you, why are you taking this year?
- 4:34All right, you said you're not gonna run again.
- 4:36That's not holding yourself accountable.
- 4:38That's saying I'm gonna avoid the to me, that's avoiding the embarrassment of what will be exposed in a in a um in a campaign.
- 4:48But now we have um a group of um uh members of the House, the state House of Minnesota, I believe they're all Republicans.
- 4:56That by the way, should surprise you absolutely not one lickety bit.
- 5:00And they filed an article of four articles of impeachment, claiming that uh he allowed fraud despite being warned in the state, uh, that he engaged in the cover-up of the fraud, that he allowed agencies to continue without safeguards, and he allowed the safeguards to be ignored and failed to ensure the agencies complied with their anti-fraud programs.
- 5:22And point of fact saying that that he just hasn't didn't do his job, and he doesn't deserve this year to uh whatever, whether it's in his mind, you know, continue the good work or in the minds of others to uh continue with the cover-up of his bad work.
- 5:42But here we have uh something I want to point out.
- 5:45This is what can be done.
- 5:47Well, first you convinced him not to run for office.
- 5:50Second, you have representatives of the people of Minnesota that are that have filed articles of impeachment.
- 5:56Now, here's where you come in.
- 5:59You see, the members of the House of Minnesota of representatives of Minnesota, they work for you.
- 6:05So here's the question.
- 6:07Are you reaching out to your House members and saying we want to pass those articles of impeachment?
- 6:13Now, I haven't read the articles, right?
- 6:15I've I've only seen a photo, it's not really that clear, so I don't know all the details.
- 6:22But here's where you can do something.
- 6:25See if you're mad as hell at what's been going on with fraud in Minnesota, and if the book truly stopped with the Governor Waltz, now's the time to say, okay, time for that book to stop and for you to be impeached.
- 6:38You don't deserve another year in office.
- 6:42So let's face this.
- 6:43If you want to be the land of the free again in Minnesota, you must be brave enough to stand up and to reach out to your representatives and inform them exactly how you feel about Governor Waltz and about his qualifications for office and whether or not he should be removed.
- 7:02Now, listen, I don't live in Minnesota.
- 7:05I'm sure there are a lot of people up there that thought that think he's done a tremendous job, and that's what he wants.
- 7:10But if you simply sit back and think, well, you know, the Republicans are on everything as then you have abdicated your right to freedom.
- 7:19Remember what what Franklin said.
- 7:21Those who give up essential liberties for the promise of temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
- 7:28You're not being told you cannot inform your representatives.
- 7:31You're simple, most people are telling you don't bother, it doesn't matter.
- 7:34That, ladies and gentlemen, is cowardice.
- 7:39That's looking at the enemy and saying, I'm not gonna do anything because I'm afraid something's gonna happen that I might be punished for my position.
- 7:48Here's another one who's who's mad as hell.
- 7:50I I this one caught my attention.
- 7:52So uh remember Zara Mondani, that's right, the Marxist, Leninist, communist mayor of New York City, um, the one with the uh uh the uh what do they call him, the the the tenant uh agent or or whatever that that thinks he would that wants to seize private property, yeah.
- 8:10He's pissed.
- 8:11He's angry.
- 8:13Why is he angry?
- 8:16Because a council, a staffer for the New York City Council was detained by federal agents because he had overstayed his visa and had been accused of assault.
- 8:31And now Mondani is spitting mad about this.
- 8:35In fact, he says, I am outraged to hear a New York City council employee was detained in Nassau County by federal immigration officials at a routine immigration immigration appointment.
- 8:47This is an assault on our democracy, on our city and on our values.
- 8:51And I'm calling for his immediate release, and we'll continue to monitor the situation.
- 8:55Well, I find that a very interesting statement.
- 8:58I'm gonna take him at his word that yes, he is outraged.
- 9:01Um, he apparently is outraged that members of the city council and their staff are not above the law.
- 9:08Uh apparently this is like I said, it was a routine immigration appointment, but this gentleman had apparently overstayed his visa.
- 9:18Not just that, the 2017 visa was a tourist visa, meaning he wasn't allowed to work in this country.
- 9:27And by the way, he was arrested on an assault case.
- 9:34So apparently Mr.
- 9:35Mondani is pissed that just because you work for the government, you don't have a get out of jail free card.
- 9:41Now, again, these are these are allegations.
- 9:44This these arrests were made, and and uh uh he hasn't been tried yet.
- 9:49He hasn't been found guilty yet.
- 9:51But apparently that doesn't matter to Mr.
- 9:53Mondani.
- 9:54How dare you actually arrest someone for the crime?
- 9:58Yes, it's a crime to oversee.
- 10:00Your visa.
- 10:01It's also a crime, I'm pretty sure to work in this country when all you have is a tourist visa.
- 10:08So there's two, and then the accusation of assault.
- 10:12And Mr.
- 10:13Mandami is pissed because he didn't.
- 10:15This guy, well, how dare you arrest somebody that works for the city council?
- 10:20Uh, it's called following the law, Mr.
- 10:23Mayor.
- 10:24And to me, I find it really disturbing that you you're you're more disturbed that a man with with uh uh that with charges of um overstaying his visa, not following his visa, and assault that you're more upset that he got arrested than the fact that uh maybe this man actually is a an illegal alien, a criminal employee, and um, oh yeah, uh possibly a uh flameter of assault.
- 10:54Now, New York City uh council speaker, uh Julie Minon uh claimed that that this gentleman had legal authorization to reign in this country until October of this year.
- 11:04All right, that's kind of strange.
- 11:05Again, we're talking a 2017 tourist visa.
- 11:10But maybe again, we under the Biden administration, maybe you got some special, you know, waiver, wave your wand and ignore the law.
- 11:17However, a DH, the DHS spokeswoman, uh Trisha uh McLaughlin said he had no legal right to be in the United States under Secretary Gnome, criminal illegal aliens are not welcome in the United States.
- 11:30If you come to our country illegally and break our law, we will find you and we will arrest you.
- 11:38But uh again, I'm like uh nonani's mad.
- 11:43He's apparently mad as hell because people actually followed the law.
- 11:48And not just that, but that how dare a member of the city council be held accountable for his illegal activity.
- 11:56Again, he hasn't been deported yet.
- 11:58He's been arrested in part because he's been there's a uh charge of assault.
- 12:05Now, why I'm not was there a warrant for his arrests?
- 12:09Uh I, you know, I I'll I'll I'm gonna look at that at all that because again, warrants and probable cause and all that are important.
- 12:18But really, you're telling me that the mayor and city council or the speaker of the city council of New York are more interested in the fact that this man was how dare he be arrested, even though uh staying past your visa is a crime.
- 12:33And I believe working when all you have is a is a uh um tourist visa is a crime.
- 12:39Yeah, under the Biden administration, he probably got away with it.
- 12:42I'm I'm not really that surprised.
- 12:45But just because somebody ignored the law in the previous uh administration, doesn't mean you can continue, you you can't expect to be arrested and have the law actually applied at some point.
- 12:58And let me ask you if this gentleman is accused of assault, and the victim of these do you think they would be mad as hell if this guy got a free pass simply because he worked for the city?
- 13:10Because he was a staffer on the city council.
- 13:13See, that's what communist dictators look, that's what communist nations look like.
- 13:18It's what communist cities look like.
- 13:20Oh, yeah, you know, you work for the city, so we're gonna give you a pass on that because well, you're better than everybody else.
- 13:27You're your staffer at the city council.
- 13:29Obviously, you you can't be held to the same standard as as everybody else, right?
- 13:36Yeah.
- 13:37And again, that's what the city people of the city of New York voted for.
- 13:42Um, my question is have they learned their lesson yet?
- 13:47Are they ready to stand up and say I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore?
- 13:51Because I haven't seen that yet.
- 13:54Now, I'm not saying it's not going to happen.
- 13:56I'm not saying there aren't people that are that are mad as hell, but I haven't yet seen the people of New York say, Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 14:03What do you mean?
- 14:04Confiscate private property.
- 14:07What do you mean destroy the what do you mean going after us like that?
- 14:11Well, I haven't heard it yet.
- 14:13Maybe you'll take another movie.
- 14:15Or maybe it'll just take a few more years of uh of this communist uh mentality in in New York City.
- 14:23Then again, I don't know, maybe they like being subjects to a communist dictator.
- 14:27I don't know.
- 14:28I suppose we'll have to find out.
- 14:30Now, you know who else was mad as hell and wasn't going to take it anymore?
- 14:34Yeah, the people that signed the declaration of independence.
- 14:37Now, this year is the 250th anniversary of the publishing of the Declaration of Independence.
- 14:42Notice I say publishing, not signing.
- 14:45Because actually, two people signed the declaration on July 2nd.
- 14:49Um, it was Thomas Jefferson as president of the Congress and the Congressional Secretary, who I sorry, I'm drawing a blank on their name.
- 14:56Most of the rest of the signatures you see actually weren't signed until August.
- 15:00But it was July 4th that they actually, the July 2nd they voted for it.
- 15:05The president and secretary signed it, and July 4th is when they published it to awaiting nation now, or group of nations.
- 15:14And that's really a big deal.
- 15:16And it's something I think we should remember and celebrate, which is why so glad to know that America Out Loud will be celebrating not just the semi-quincentennial of the publishing of the Declaration of Independence, but the 10th year anniversary of America Out Loud.

- 19:56Welcome back, everyday American jury.
- 19:58Join the Constitution study.
- 20:00And today, we're mad as hell, and we're not going to take it anymore, or are we?
- 20:06Uh, we we looked at some things in the first segment involving uh, you know, Minnesota and New York City.
- 20:13I'm gonna take a look at several states now.
- 20:15There's a bunch of states.
- 20:17I think uh we're up with 12 states that have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration because they how do I put this?
- 20:26They put there their conditions on grants that would force them to discriminate against people who identify as transgender.
- 20:34So the lawsuit uh, again, filed by attorneys general in 12 states, uh, challenge HHS's policy tying health, education, and research funding to compliance with Donald Trump's January 20th executive 2025 executive order mandating recognition of only two sexes, male and female.
- 20:55Now, uh there are two things that drive me nuts about this.
- 20:57One is the fact that there has to be an executive order stating that there are only two sexes.
- 21:03Again, what these these lawsuits are equating this mental disorder of gender identity with the physical reality of sex, and uh they're not happy that, but they're not happy, and then what the hell is they think they are owed federal dollars that they deserve your money, uh stolen from you, uh embezzled from you to use for whatever their little hearts desire.
- 21:30And the fact that you know federal law recognizes two sexes, uh not not the executive order, federal law recognizes two sexes, and the president says we're based on that, we're only going to have uh grants that recognize that.
- 21:47Well, you if if they're actually only back up, even the fact that you have HHS giving grants is a criminal activity because it violates the Constitution of the United States.
- 21:58So there are so many levels where this is so so so so wrong.
- 22:03But there's more to this story, all right.
- 22:05So, first of all, you have these 12 states saying we you know, how dare you put conditions on the money we uh we you're bribing us with um that well, you will put conditions on it we don't like um that's bad enough.
- 22:19But at the same time, uh the Supreme Court uh heard the oral arguments in two cases involving state laws that prohibit men from participating, males from participating in female sports, and this this decision hasn't been made yet.
- 22:35I think it may have an impact on these lawsuits, but again the whole argument there at the court got a little crazy.
- 22:45In the case uh little versus Heckox, uh Samuel Leto uh had what sounded like a pretty fiery debate with uh with one of the attorneys.
- 22:55Uh he asked one of the one of them, he said, How can a court determine whether there's discrimination on the basis of sex without knowing what sex means for equal protection purposes?
- 23:05Very important point, because sex has a definition, and it's a biological factor.
- 23:12It is, I believe it's defined as the the difference between the large and small reproductive cell.
- 23:19Males produce the small reproductive cell, female produce the large reproductive cell.
- 23:24It is definition of biology.
- 23:26It can be defined by by your DNA determines whether you're male or female.
- 23:31All right, I admit there are an extremely few scenarios.
- 23:36There are few people where the the organs are of both sexes appear.
- 23:42That is extremely we're not talking about that.
- 23:45We're talking about people who want to ignore sex and equate what they think in their head with their actual sex.
- 23:53Now, the apparently, and again, I don't go and done a deep dive yet.
- 23:57Uh it's it's uh it's coming soon, all right.
- 24:00So give me a couple weeks to get it all researched and written up to be able to find it at America Out Loud.news.
- 24:07But um apparently she she finally came down to uh uh you know qualificate well, qualifies as a birth sex male, and that was being excluded categorically from women's sports.
- 24:21Again, word salad, right?
- 24:23Birth sex male.
- 24:25Um that's ridiculous, right?
- 24:27You your your birth is determined, actually, your your sex is not determined at birth, it's determined at conception, right?
- 24:34Little basic biology, right?
- 24:36You've got the female cell, you got the male cell, and each of them have half as half of the your your your chromosomes from your mother and your father.
- 24:47And if that if the male cell has a Y chromosome, that instant of conception, that's a male.
- 24:56If it's got an X chromosome, it's a female.
- 24:58It's it's it's not at birth, it's at conception.
- 25:02But they're trying to, well, they're assigned at birth.
- 25:04They're not assigned, they don't pick them out of the hat.
- 25:07They don't give you, it's not like you're going to the to the DMB and getting a license plate, right?
- 25:12It's a recognition of a biological facts.
- 25:16And you know, to be honest, I'm really getting fed up with this nonsense going around that just because someone thinks their body is wrong, that means their body is wrong.
- 25:26That just because a male thinks he's a female, suddenly he's a female, and just literally saying you cannot participate in women's sports is somehow demiscrimination based on sex.
- 25:39And it, you know, again, this this whole nonsense, it kind of, yes, it drives me nuts because it is so irrational.
- 25:47And then, you know, I can't wait to get into the details because I I want to spend some time on what Alito said because these arguments are so often so bad.
- 25:56And I have another perfect example.
- 25:59This time it was a a um uh in the U.S.
- 26:04Senate, where Senator Hawley uh of Missouri was questioning a doctor Nisha Verma, um, who's a a physician for reproductive health, and she was testifying when this uh interchange happened.
- 26:20Uh, thank you, Mr.
- 26:21Chairman, since you bring it up.
- 26:23Why don't we start there?
- 26:25Dr.
- 26:25Verma, I wasn't sure I understood your answer to Senator Moody a moment ago.
- 26:29Do you think that men can get pregnant?
- 26:31I hesitated there because I wasn't sure where the conversation was going or what the goal was.
- 26:36I mean, I do take care of patients with different identities.
- 26:38I take care of many women, I take care of people with different identities.
- 26:42Um, and so that's where I paused.
- 26:44I think um, yeah, I wasn't sure where you were going with that.
- 26:48Well, the uh the goal is it's the truth.
- 26:50So can men get pregnant?
- 26:52Again, the reason I pause there is I I'm not really sure what the goal of the question is.
- 26:57The goal is just to establish a biological reality.
- 26:59You just said a moment ago that science and evidence should control, not politics.
- 27:04So let's just test that proposition.
- 27:06Can men get pregnant?
- 27:08I take care of people with many identities, but um men get pregnant.
- 27:12Many women that can get pregnant.
- 27:14I do take care of people that don't identify as women that can men get pregnant.
- 27:19Okay, let me jump in here for a second, because you notice the word salad that is used to avoid the question.
- 27:26Can men get pregnant?
- 27:28Now, this is a doctor, a doctor who claims that science should be the the decision point and not politics, but yet she refuses to answer the simple scientific question.
- 27:44Can men get pregnant?
- 27:47This, by the way, went on and on and on.
- 27:49There was like five minutes of this clip, almost all of it is Senator Hawley saying, can men get pregnant, and her coming up with word salads to avoid even attempting to it's not like she answered it with word salad, she just simply used it to avoid answering the questions.
- 28:05Again, as I'm saying, let me just let me just remind you if you testified to a moment ago.
- 28:10Science and evidence should control, not politics.
- 28:13So should can men get pregnant?
- 28:16You're a doctor, again.
- 28:17Science and evidence should guide medicine.
- 28:20I do science and evidence tell us that men can get pregnant, biological men can they get pregnant.
- 28:25So she claims that you know science and evidence should rule, but then she completely ignores the question, ignores the science, and then even to the point where Senator Harley said, well, biological men, which is kind of redundant, but then listen to her response to this.
- 28:42I also think yes, no questions like this are a political tool.
- 28:46No, yes, no questions are about the truth, doctor.
- 28:48Let's not make a mockery of this proceeding.
- 28:50This is about science and evidence.
- 28:52So I'm asking you, you know, the United States Supreme Court just heard arguments yesterday at great length on this question.
- 28:58This is not a hypothetical question.
- 29:00This is not theoretical that affects real people in their real lives.
- 29:04And you're here as an expert called by the other side as an expert, and you've been telling us that you that you follow, right?
- 29:11You're a doctor, and you follow the science of the evidence.
- 29:14So I just want to know based on the science.
- 29:17Can men get pregnant?
- 29:20That's a yes or no question.
- 29:21It really is, I think.
- 29:22I think you're trying to reduce the complexity of a lot of people.
- 29:25I'm not.
- 29:26I'm trying to get it's not complex.
- 29:28I'm trying to get to an answer, and I'm trying to test frankly your veracity.
- 29:32Now, an interesting point there.
- 29:34So she's a doctor.
- 29:35And if a doctor doesn't understand that men cannot get pregnant, I don't want her working on anybody in my family because apparently um she's too stupid to to be a doctor.
- 29:49I mean, I you know, the old joke, right?
- 29:51What they call the person that came that uh graduated last in in medical school, yeah, doctor.
- 29:57Uh, but this this is this political.
- 30:00Movement, this political shade on all of this.
- 30:02And literally, I agree with Justice Senator Hawley.
- 30:06How can you trust what this woman is saying if she can't answer that simple biological scientific question?
- 30:13I would be more than happy to have a conversation with you that is not coming from a place of trying to be polarized and pushing.
- 30:21I'm not trying to be polarizing.
- 30:22I'm trying to ask.
- 30:23I think it is extraordinary that we are here in a hearing about science and about women.
- 30:30And for the record, it's women who get pregnant, not men.
- 30:34We are here about the safety of women and science that shows that this abortion drug causes adverse health events in 11% of cases.
- 30:47That's 22 times greater than the FDA label.
- 30:51Another fact you haven't acknowledged, and yet you won't even acknowledge the basic reality that biological men don't get pregnant.
- 30:58There's a difference between biological men and biological women.
- 31:14Now, after all, there's still again, there's more of this.
- 31:17Like I said, this whole thing went on for like five minutes.
- 31:20But uh, and again, as far as I'm concerned, I don't how would you how can I trust anything this doctor says if she cannot deal with the basic biology that men don't get pregnant, women get pregnant?
- 31:32Apparently, this hearing was about an abortion drug and the safety of abortion drug and safety to women, and this doctor can't even recognize that men don't get pregnant.
- 31:42I mean, it's it's I agree with Senator Holly.
- 31:45How do we get here?
- 31:46This is crazy.
- 31:47But there was one other point that that Senator Hawley brought up that I want to bring to your attention.
- 31:53I am a person of science, and I'm also someone here who's here to represent the complex experiences of my patients.
- 32:00And I don't think polarized languages, language or questions serve that goal.
- 32:05I don't think they serve the American people.
- 32:07It is not polarizing to say that there is a scientific difference between men and women.
- 32:11And I want this to be clear and for the record.
- 32:13It is not polarizing to say that women are a biological reality and should be treated and protected as such.
- 32:20That is not polarizing.
- 32:22That is truth.
- 32:23It is also, by the way, the United States Constitution, which offers unique protections to women in a variety of circumstances as women.
- 32:32And your refusal to recognize women as women and men as men is deeply corrosive to science, to public trust, and yes, to constitutional protections for women as women.
- 32:44And I just I think it's extraordinary that you would sit here and advance a political agenda that has been thoroughly discredited and rejected by the American people in this forum.
- 32:55I want to point out it wasn't Senator Hawley that was proposing a polarizing position.
- 33:00It was this Dr.
- 33:02Verma.
- 33:03The idea that men, the refusal to identify that men can't get pregnant.
- 33:08That is the polarizing position.
- 33:11For millennia, it was recognized.
- 33:14Women get pregnant and men don't.
- 33:17And that women, again, even to the Constitution, that women have certain protections.
- 33:24The right of women to vote is protected by the Constitution of the United States.
- 33:31And the idea that uh you can't identify biologically a man or a woman, this is crazy.
- 33:37And yeah, uh, I I'm I'm mad as hell that this Dr.
- 33:41Verma is given any sort of credence.
- 33:43She calls herself a woman of science, yet she completely disproves that in her testimony.
- 33:50Because anybody who studied basic science, basic biology knows there are two sexes.
- 33:56One gets pregnant, the other gets the person pregnant.
- 34:00And the fact that it's been turned into this clown show of ridiculous language, this this verbal diarrhea of nonsense in an attempt to avoid the basic fact of science and biology and life is um, yeah, it it uh it's it's ridiculous.
- 34:23And uh at least apparently uh Senator Hawley, he wasn't gonna take it anymore in in that testimony.
- 34:29He wasn't gonna stand for it.
- 34:31And uh I appreciate that.
- 34:33And I really think that this doctor did.
- 34:35She becowned herself.
- 34:37I mean, uh I I I wouldn't take her, I wouldn't trust her if she said the sky was blue and water was wet.
- 34:42Because if you can't understand that basic biology, how do you know it's blue?
- 34:46How do you know what you see is blue is actually blue?
- 34:49How do you know that what you feel is wet is actually wet if you can't recognize the basic fundamental position that amongst all mammalian species, the male does not get pregnant, the female gets pregnant.
- 35:07Okay, I've got a couple more things I want to look like, look at, but before I do that, I I do have to take a break.
- 35:13But you know, I don't know where this doctor works, but I wouldn't be surprised if the organization is supported uh by companies that are that you may or may not do business with.
- 35:24There's several companies I don't do business with anymore because they support organizations like well, like maybe the one that this doctor works for.
- 35:32That's why I don't do business with them anymore.

- 39:54Welcome back, everyday Americans, Paul English with the Constitution studying black.
- 39:58You return to us as we're looking at.
- 40:00Those of us who are mad as hell and just not gonna take it anymore.
- 40:04And again, this really came about because of a uh a common conversation I was having with somebody on social media, and you know, the the this this belief we have is that there's nothing we can do, that we, you know, government says so, we have to follow, and we're just not we're not brave enough to live free.
- 40:23We're not brave enough to say no, we're not brave enough to push back.
- 40:27And when we see things that really piss us off, we just kind of well sit back and think there's nothing we can do.
- 40:34For example, I hate I'm really pissed off at the fact that Congress passed a law that made it legal for them to commit insider trading.
- 40:44Yes, it is things that are a crime for you and me.
- 40:47So if if uh you know, let's say I was working with a with a company and I knew something was gonna happen that was either going to make their stock price go way, way up or way, way down.
- 40:59And I were to use that to actually invest, right?
- 41:02So say I knew somebody at the company said, hey, shh, we got this big contract coming in, they're gonna sign it next week, and uh when they do our stock price, it's going through the roof.
- 41:10So I go and I buy stock in that company, and that stock goes way, way up.
- 41:15And next thing you know, the securities and exchange commission saying, Hey, Mr.
- 41:18Engel, why did you suddenly spend buy all all these stock?
- 41:21Why'd you invest so much all of a sudden just before this big thing happened?
- 41:25And they try to arrest you for insider trading.
- 41:28However, if you're a member of Congress, and you know that a law is about to be passed, that would have uh a tremendous impact on a company.
- 41:38Say, uh, you know, there's there's gonna be a funding bill to buy, I don't know, new tanks or or new ships or new firearms for the military, and you either directly or more or through an investment company, you invest in that company, then the bill gets passed, and then their stock goes.
- 41:56Well, that's considered perfectly legal.
- 41:58It's one of the ways that people enter, you know, Congress is you know, middle class and suddenly become exceedingly rich.
- 42:06And to me, it's just it's the unfairness of saying it's good for you, but not for me.
- 42:11Well, there's been a bill that recently was advanced out of a house committee that would ban stock trading by members of Congress.
- 42:23Now, all that's done is come out of the committee.
- 42:25We still have to get it passed.
- 42:27The stop insider trading act, which was introduced by uh representative Steele of uh Wisconsin.
- 42:35Again, it's got to get passed, which means I don't know if there are any more committees it's in, but it means that we should all, if you are mad as hell that members of Congress can commit insider trading without being punished, well then I suggest you contact your representative and uh don't do a form letter.
- 42:52Uh from my understanding, the best thing you do, call their office, either in Washington or their local office and say, I am fully engaged and I want the representative to support the stop insider trading act.
- 43:05They need to hear from you.
- 43:07And again, the best way I know it's easy, drop an email, but emails are more likely to get ignored.
- 43:12The best thing from what I've heard you can do, pick up the phone, even better.
- 43:16If you can see them when they're in the district, maybe you'll go to their district office and see if we can set up a meeting or find out where they're gonna be and tell them, yes, stop the insider trading act.
- 43:25I want you to support that.
- 43:27That's the best thing you can do to help encourage your representative in DC to support a bill that would make it illegal, just as illegal for members of Congress to use insider trading as it is for everyday Americans to commit insider trade.
- 43:47Wouldn't that be unique?
- 43:48Equal protection under the law.
- 43:50What a concept.
- 43:52So I'd love to see that.
- 43:53And of course, you know, I'm sure there are a lot of representatives that are not too thrilled with that because they may have made a lot of money using this insider trading.
- 44:02But when you say you can do nothing, even if the bill doesn't pass, by getting involved, by getting in engaged, two things have happened.
- 44:11One, you've done something, you've been brave enough to do something, even if it doesn't work.
- 44:17That is important to you, to your conscience and and and to your ability to do things in the future.
- 44:24It also means maybe your name, if you are are if you do more than just email, if you actually call or even better communicate with your representative, well, that's a name that gets flagged in their database.
- 44:35They know who contacts them, and means you're more likely to be heard if you go if you talk to them in the future.
- 44:42But most of all, it's the idea you've you've you've done something.
- 44:48You've been engaged, and you've been brave enough to stand up and say something.
- 44:53Maybe next time you'll be brave enough to do a little bit more.
- 44:58But it means that you didn't capitulate simply because you were told you can't fight City Hall, or in this case, you can't fight Washington, DC.
- 45:07You can.
- 45:08But if you're gonna live free, you got to be brave enough to stand up.
- 45:13I tell the story of uh my my FBI visit, right?
- 45:17Where I had uh uh two FBI agents show up at my door, and uh, you know, I was they were serving a subpoena, and uh they were they were polite, they were professional.
- 45:28When they started getting too personal in their questioning, I stopped it.
- 45:34Again, I live on 70 acres.
- 45:36Everybody asked me how much land I own.
- 45:38When they asked me, I said, I'm sorry, I don't get chatty with law enforcement.
- 45:42They said, Thank you very much.
- 45:42They got in their vehicle and they left.
- 45:45When I was talking with the uh U.S.
- 45:47attorney's office about the subpoena, and I was talking to a paralegal and getting all the information and all the details, at which point I informed her that's fine.
- 45:56Yeah, I will, you know, if you'll fly me out to Arizona, I will I will show up.
- 46:00However, I will not take the jab.
- 46:02I will not take the COVID test, and I will only wear a mask under duress, and I won't be silent about it.
- 46:08In other words, I wasn't going to capitulate to their illegal demands that I either get the shot or I take the test.
- 46:14They had no legal right to deprive me of the control of my property.
- 46:17That's a violation of the constitution.
- 46:19And I told them that.
- 46:21And you know what happened?
- 46:22Suddenly they didn't want me to testify anymore.
- 46:25Now, uh again, um, you know, uh, it wasn't the fact that whether or not I testified.
- 46:31It was a point of I knew my rights, and I wasn't going to give them up simply because I received a subpoena.
- 46:38It's important to me to understand, and that's one of the things why I keep bringing this to you.
- 46:44It's what I was telling the person in the comments that it's the the I can I can show you the tools.
- 46:49I can delete, I can show them to you.
- 46:52I can't make you pick them up and use them.
- 46:55You have to be brave enough to do that.
- 46:56I can help you if you want, but I can't make you do it.
- 47:01Now, I got one other thing I want to look at.
- 47:03And this is a little bit of uh both sides, I guess.
- 47:08See, the Senate recently passed a bill that's going over to the House that would allow people to sue in federal uh court over deep fake porn videos.
- 47:18Now, listen, I think these these videos where where people without their consent uh are having their images manipulated to um um well for whatever reason, right?
- 47:31Someone wants to use it to make money, somebody wants to use it to get back at somebody.
- 47:35I think that's that that it that is evil.
- 47:37The question I have is what makes this a federal crime?
- 47:42So again, Congress does not have the authority to make laws that regulate every aspect of your life.
- 47:48The only place that Congress has that type of power is in DC and on federal land.
- 47:54Now, I took a quick look at the bill, and it points out how how uh how even you know the evil and the damages that so many of these things are doing.
- 48:05But the problem I have is the law says it deals with affecting interstate or foreign commerce, and that's the part I'm trying to wrap my head around.
- 48:14What is it that that's in what of this is impacting interstate or foreign commerce?
- 48:20Meaning, does that mean, or I should say, does it mean that that um if somebody does this but they don't sell it, it's not in commerce, therefore it's you can't sue.
- 48:32That deep kind of misleading based on what I've been reading about the uh this particular legislation.
- 48:37Does it mean that um, well, okay, let's say I sold it, but it only traveled intrastate, right?
- 48:45It stayed within the state.
- 48:46Does that mean uh you you you can't sue?
- 48:49And again, this is a allegedly this is coming out of Congress's ability to regulate interstate and foreign commerce, and to that limit, I is it's constitutional.
- 49:02Um, but that is not the way I've seen it being promoted.
- 49:06The idea is at all deep fake, uh uh, you know, sexualized deep fakes, you can now sue the person creating the if if you were shown in the deep fake, and uh someone else you could sue the person that did it without the answer without that point of ways, it's only can be if it involves interstate commerce.
- 49:26Again, very interesting.
- 49:27So let's say somebody, and again, why only sexualized content?
- 49:31Why only porn?
- 49:33And he maybe that's not the way the the the if I go through more of the details of the law, maybe that's not what's there.
- 49:38It's one of those weird laws where they don't write out what they're saying.
- 49:42It's like we're gonna take this out, we're gonna put that in.
- 49:45It's a very disjointed piece of legislation, which is not that uncommon.
- 49:49But again, let's say that um someone does a deep fake of Donald Trump and they don't sell it, but they use it as or JD V.
- 50:00Vance, right?
- 50:00A deep fake at JD Vance.
- 50:02They don't sell it, but they use it for political purposes, right?
- 50:08As maybe uh, you know, that the October surprise, you know, when he's running whatever office he runs for next, uh, all of a sudden this deep fake comes up and uh see, I've got video proof it was a deep fake.
- 50:20Well, could Mr.
- 50:22Vance sue the creator of that, even if it wasn't sold, if it wasn't part of commerce.
- 50:30Again, this whole idea of VX, I think it's I think it's evil.
- 50:33I think it's it shows just how evil and vile and sinful mankind is.
- 50:40And you know, that that people would do such things to other people.
- 50:45And whether or not they do it for commercial gains or not, mankind is evil.
- 50:51I just have questions about this law and and it's limitations because Congress has to limit this to interstate and foreign commerce.
- 50:59That's the only place that Congress has a power, a legitimate power to uh regulate.
- 51:07And that's the limitation.
- 51:09But I'm I again, I haven't seen it in the language, and I'm pretty sure should this pass and become law, they're going to be lawsuits that involve deep fakes that have nothing to do with interstate or foreign commerce, which to me it may just makes it even that much sadder.
- 51:26Because how many people are looking at this saying, oh boy, this will be great.
- 51:30I can sue now in federal court, um, which by the way, I also find interesting.
- 51:35If someone uses your image without your permission, isn't that already a crime?
- 51:41In other words, not someone they if they take your your image, if you're out in public and they take your picture, they have you they you have a right to whatever you can see from public plot property.
- 51:54Um, but can they if someone takes a picture and uh uh of you and manipulates it, is that not already a crime?
- 52:04Well, depends on who owned the picture and how they got it.
- 52:08It's a lot of questions.
- 52:09The point is for me, there's a lot to be mad about here.
- 52:12Uh to be mad about a society where people think it's okay or advantageous or are willing to use this type of of deep fake technology uh either to humiliate, to make money, or sometimes just to make a political benefit in that.
- 52:30And I'm also mad at the people who are who are looking at the reporting and thinking, wow, if I was a victim of a deep fake, then I could sue, even if that deep fake wasn't sold.
- 52:41It didn't participate or affect interstate or foreign commerce.
- 52:46By the way, I love that affect interstate or foreign commerce.
- 52:50Um, Congress isn't authorized to regulate everything that affects interstate and foreign commerce.
- 52:55They're only allowed to regulate interstate and foreign commerce, actual commerce.
- 53:01So we we go back to the premise, right?
- 53:04There are people that are mad at what's going on.
- 53:06The problem is they keep taking it.
- 53:10They they think they've been told they've been trained, or they're just too afraid to do something about it, to say no.
- 53:18To ask themselves, what's more important?
- 53:21Your freedom or or your comfort or whatever.
- 53:26I mean, it's it's you know, uh, I see so many instances of people who think there's nothing they can do.
- 53:33And that's just not true.
- 53:35They just, like I said, we've been trained.
- 53:37You you know, you do what you're told.
- 53:40Well, that's what that's how dictatorial nations work.
- 53:45In free countries, you do what the law says.
- 53:48And if the law is wrong, well, then you fix the law.
- 53:52And in this country, the supreme law of the land is the Constitution of the United States.
- 53:58And if you aren't willing to hold people accountable, I like I said, um, our sheriff is retiring, and this year we're gonna have uh an election and we're gonna choose a new sheriff.
- 54:08So I've already set up, I mean I've had a meeting with one candidate, went really well.
- 54:13Uh I'm I'm setting up a meeting with another candidate, another person who's gonna run for that office.
- 54:19I've already got a list of people who are running for um you know county offices in my area in my district, so I can reach out to them.
- 54:28I have to get engaged.
- 54:30And that's just it.
- 54:31You have to be brave enough to take these steps if you want to live free.
- 54:36And I know most people don't believe me.
- 54:38There's amazing, there's an amazing feeling when you know your rights and you learn how to exercise them and do so properly.
- 54:46To to, you know, not to recognize that law enforcement's there to enforce the law.
- 54:51If they break the law, you have legal means to hold them accountable to seek a redress for that grievance.
- 54:58And uh again, I can't tell you how many people send me videos about uh, you know, oh this cop did this, and this cop did that.
- 55:06And everyone always talks about suing.
- 55:09I almost never hear anybody talk about criminal charges.
- 55:14Because if the officer breaks the law, you can file a criminal complaint against that.
- 55:20Now, I I think we need to be smart about it, but that's that that's the that's the truth.
- 55:27But if we're not willing to, if we're too afraid to do that, well then the problem isn't with the system.
- 55:35Uh the problem is with us.
- 55:40If we're gonna be the land of the free, we have to be brave enough to actually do to live like real free citizens.
- 55:49Now, if you like the content, and we I talked about the the you know the comment conversation I've had.
