- 0:13Folks, thank you for joining us today.
- 0:14Welcome to last hope of the dying republic.
- 0:17I'm your host, Reverend Bill Cook, founder and CEO of America's Black Robe Regiment.
- 0:22My lovely wife Judy is here with me.
- 0:24And we have a pro-life initiative called Project Josiah, which Judy has been leading for 10 years.
- 0:30So she's quite familiar with the topic we're on today, which is abortion.
- 0:33We're so excited to be part of Morning in America broadcast series on America out loud.
- 0:40And hope that you will join us weekly.
- 0:42We have some wonderful guests lined up who are experts on many topics that should be of interest to everyone, especially if you are paying attention to what's happening in our republic.
- 0:52In case you're wondering what the Black Robe Regiment is during the American Founding Era, the British referred to the American clergy as the Black Regiment.
- 0:59It was a derisive reference to their black robes.
- 1:02It was sort of an insult.
- 1:04Because the British blame the clergy for what they call the rebellion, which we call the war for independence or liberty.
- 1:11Today, America's Black Robe Regiment is raising up courageous pastors to secure the blessings of liberty, not only to our own, but also to the next generation.
- 1:20They are the last hope of our now dying republic.
- 1:24We are not just raising up pastors, we're raising up patriots.
- 1:28And you may be just the one needed to save this republic.
- 1:31I believe all our all of us have a part to play.
- 1:34For more information on the on the American Black Robe Regiment, go to our website at Br USA.org.
- 1:42Our guest today is someone I'm very excited to talk to, Brother Alan Parker, an attorney.
- 1:47He's been doing his part to be the hope of this dying republic for decades.
- 1:51Alan Parker was lead counsel for Norman Party, formerly Roe of Roe versus Wade from 2000 to 2012 and Sandra Cano, the Doe of Doe versus Moulton, until 2014, in their legal efforts to overturn the two landmark cases that brought legalized abortion on demand to America.
- 2:12Alan Parker, president of the Justice Foundation is a former professor of law at St.
- 2:19Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.
- 2:22He was a visiting professor at the University of Texas and studied international human rights at the International Human Rights Institute in Strasbourg, France.
- 2:33He taught international human rights at the St.
- 2:36Mary's Institute on World Legal Problems in Innsbruck, Austria.
- 2:42And Alan, it is such an honor to have you on our show today.
- 2:59Well, thank you for having me on.
- 3:01I consider it a great honor, and I'm so deeply grateful that you are stirring up the hearts of pastors across the nation to become involved in revival, reformation, awakening, and saving America by the grace of God.
- 3:21So we definitely need the grace of God, don't we?
- 3:25Yes, we do.
- 3:26Thank you.
- 3:28Yesterday, Alan, attorneys from your Justice Foundation were engaged in an important case in Louisiana regarding the abortion pill.
- 3:35I'm saying it right, Milton Preston.
- 3:38Can you give us background on the case and share with us what happened yesterday?
- 3:44All right.
- 3:45This is a big case that's gonna that is starting right now in the state of Louisiana, but I believe ultimately will go to the United States Supreme Court.
- 3:55And it's a reflection of the what I call the cold civil war that we're undergoing as a culture.
- 4:04By God's grace and miracles, he reversed Roe v.
- 4:09Wade back on June 24th of 2022.
- 4:13So about three years ago now.
- 4:16And that was a miracle.
- 4:19For 49 years, the law was supposedly, according to the Supreme Court, that there was a right to abortion in the Constitution.
- 4:28And finally, through the miraculous, a series of miraculous things, they said no, we were wrong.
- 4:34There's no right to life in the Constitution.
- 4:37And now right now the states are free to battle it out.
- 4:41Some are pro-life, some are pro-death.
- 4:44But like Lincoln said about slavery, I say about abortion, we cannot long continue as a nation.
- 4:51Half abortion, half life, half death.
- 4:55And so what happened was the state of Louisiana but made abortion illegal, except for a few exceptions, probably, uh, in their state.
- 5:08Abortion is illegal.
- 5:10And yet there is a federally approved drug called Mipha Pristone, which is uh more colloquially known as the abortion pills.
- 5:26And they approved it back in 2023, and they allow it to be sold through the mail and through common carriers like Federal Express and UPS and things like that, uh, which violates a federal law called the Comstock Law.
- 5:46So Louisiana and a young woman named Rosalie Markov sued the FDA for arbitrarily and capriciously approving this drug without even requiring that a woman visit a doctor and get a prescription or be seen by a doctor.
- 6:09Uh no in-person doctor visit, uh, and allowing this drug use distribution screen scheme in violation of federal law.
- 6:20So that's one argument that they arbitrarily and capriciously approved it.
- 6:25And the second is they're not enforcing the federal law.
- 6:28There was the beginning of preliminary hearing yesterday in Lafayette, Louisiana, and the state of Louisiana was there, represented by Liz Merle, their attorney general, and several other attorneys on her staff, and co-represented by the Alliance Defending Freedom, who is a Christian-based legal organization, the largest Christian legal organization in America, do our very excellent work.
- 6:57They were very instrumental in the reversal of Roe v.
- 7:00Wade.
- 7:01And then there were people like Rosalie.
- 7:04Now, Rosalie was a woman who had a non-marital relationship with a man, and she got pregnant.
- 7:11And she was happy to be pregnant and wanted the baby and wanted to keep the baby, but he didn't want a baby.
- 7:18And he forced her to have an abortion.
- 7:22He forced her to take the pills under threat of violence.
- 7:25She took them so that he wouldn't do anything, but she wanted to spit them out later, but they dissolved very quickly in the mouth.
- 7:35And then it killed her baby.
- 7:40So she's a victim of the FDA, because this man went online and ordered abortions.
- 7:47He's not the patient.
- 7:48He never saw a doctor.
- 7:50She never saw a doctor.
- 7:52She never asked for the pills, but anybody can go online.
- 7:55And the Justice Foundation has a center against forced abortion.
- 8:02Because in the year 2000, when we began to represent Norma and Sandra, like you said in my introduction, Roe and Doe, in their legal efforts to reverse it.
- 8:12One of the things the Lord told me to do was to collect the testimonies of women hurt by abortion along the way.
- 8:19And we found that once you make abortion legal, one of the ways women are hurt is it's not just all a woman's choice.
- 8:28Many, many times the women are forced into abortion or unduly pressured or coerced to solve someone else's problem.
- 8:38And the three most common types of forced abortion are parents or adult guardians forcing a minor to have an abortion.
- 8:47And the second is an adult male forcing the woman to abort his child, which is what happened to Rosa Lee in this case.
- 8:56And then the third is human trafficking and prostitution, where the pen wants we don't know who the father is, but many of those women want to keep their children.
- 9:08It may seem odd, but giving birth to a child can bring life into a terribly tragic situation.
- 9:15So anyway, Rosalie was for it.
- 9:17So the question is does she have standing and does Louisiana have standing?
- 9:23And we provided a brief that has from page eight to about the end of the brief, page 24.
- 9:31Many, many graphic terribly gruesome uh things.
- 9:38And the abortion pill is the most gruesome and barbaric form of abortion that there is.
- 9:45Many of our testimonies, and we collect testimonies through Operation Outcry.
- 9:51That's one of our ministries.
- 9:54And the women can give us their testimony.
- 9:57So we have 4,000.
- 10:00800 plus legally admissible testimonies and about 2,000 of those we asked did anyone pressure you into having the abortion and the women say yes and it's again the the usual suspects the boyfriend the it could be the abortion clinic because they want the money so they'll try to pressure the women oh don't don't say that don't be stupid uh you can't afford a baby you look at your life you don't you'll ruin your life with a baby and they just provide lots of emotional pressure sometimes they refuse to allow the withdrawal of consent.
- 10:35A woman says, I've changed my mind, I don't want this abortion.
- 10:39And they'll say, Well, it's too late, we gave you the first pills, you've got to go through with it.
- 10:44And that's not true.
- 10:45Abortion can be reversed, abortion pill reversal, particularly can be reversed.
- 10:50So I'll just give a couple of examples, and I don't want to be too graphic.
- 10:55Sure.
- 10:56Even in the Dobbs case, which reversed Roe v.
- 10:59Wade, it said that the states are free to ban or restrict particularly gruesome and barbaric procedures.
- 11:09So here's why abortion is worse than surgical abortion.
- 11:13Abortion pills are worse.
- 11:15In the old days, the woman would go to a doctor, so she thought she was getting a medical procedure.
- 11:21The doctor would lie to her and say it's just a mass of tissue, it's not a baby.
- 11:25So she wouldn't, she would think she's not doing anything wrong, or it would help heal her conscience somewhat.
- 11:30It pressured them, and that deception got them in.
- 11:33But under the pill, and I'll just this one wasn't in our brief, but it was the wor first woman that ever called me after taking her abortion pill.
- 11:43Uh and she said, My God, my God, they lied to me.
- 11:47They lied to me.
- 11:48She was sobbing uncontrollably.
- 11:50I just had to wait sometimes for the substance up.
- 11:53She said, they lied to me.
- 11:54They told me this was not a baby, but I can see my baby's arms and legs.
- 12:00This is a baby.
- 12:02It's my baby.
- 12:03They lied to me.
- 12:04They lied to me.
- 12:05So the woman has become the abortionist herself.
- 12:10It's not the doctor doing it.
- 12:11It's her.
- 12:12She takes the pills.
- 12:14And then in her own home on her own couch, she sees the baby.
- 12:19And uh, in our brief, some of the women said things like, I saw my baby's eyes.
- 12:25I'll never forget looking into my own baby's eyes.
- 12:29My God, what have I done?
- 12:31Um the other thing that like the first lady called me said, Can I bury my baby in the backyard?
- 12:38Can I bury my baby?
- 12:40So the second thing they have to do is they have to dispose of human remains.
- 12:46We don't we don't ever ask anybody to do that.
- 12:49You go to the hospital, you have a miscarriage, they'll take care of the baby's remains.
- 12:54What do the women do?
- 12:56A lot of them want to bury their baby in the backyard.
- 13:00One woman was burying her baby and then saying, That's not a good enough place.
- 13:03They took up the baby and bury buried it in another place.
- 13:07And uh mostly what happens is they flush the baby down the toilet.
- 13:13And here's their baby, and that's going into the water supply of every city in America.
- 13:20We are we are becoming somewhat of a cannibalistic eating and drinking our own children because of the horror of abortion.
- 13:29And I'm and you can read our brief uh and read these testimonies for yourself.
- 13:36Uh and the women have been very courageous to tell this.
- 13:42So with your permission, I might just say a little bit about where women can get help and healing from.
- 13:48Absolutely, please do.
- 13:49Uh our main website is called the Justice Foundation.org, the Justice Foundation.org.
- 13:57And uh we have three things there.
- 14:00One of our sub-ministries is called Operation Outcry, and that's the women who've been hurt by abortion.
- 14:08And if you've been hurt by abortion, I want to tell you first of all, that it is not the unforgivable sin.
- 14:14It's it may feel like an unforgivable sin.
- 14:17I've heard so many women tell me, well, God may forgive me, but I can't forgive myself.
- 14:23And it's true you can't forgive yourself, but you can accept God's forgiveness.
- 14:28Yes.
- 14:28That's right.
- 14:29And there are abortion recovery programs that are confidential all over the country that women have created to meet this need to ask God for forgiveness and receive it.
- 14:42And I urge you to go to our website, Operation Outcry.org or the JusticeFoundation.org, either one of them, go to Operation Outright, and you can get healing resources there on our website.
- 14:58Uh, usually a Bible study or a weekend.
- 15:01And you can then, if you want to, give us your testimony, and we will show those testimonies to courts and legislatures because you know the pain of abortion.
- 15:14You know how it hurt you for decades, is what women tell me.
- 15:17You know how it made you feel like a murderer.
- 15:20Many women feel like I felt worthless, and I let men abuse me.
- 15:24I went to drugs because I felt worthless.
- 15:28Some have committed suicide, and many have tried to commit suicide, and fortunately not succeeded.
- 15:35Uh but it's it's not the unforgivable sin, but it's a grave and serious.
- 15:41And if you want to give us your testimony, at the bottom, you say, please use my full name, first name, or initials only.
- 15:48If you haven't told your family about it, we recommend first name or initials only.
- 15:53But some women, once they go through healing, they want to tell people, I committed this terrible sin.
- 16:01I suffered severely, but by God's grace, I've been forgiven.
- 16:05And I'm alive and I have eternal life, and I want to witness to how terrible this is for our country and other women.
- 16:13I don't want other women to be hurt.
- 16:14And I want to give glory to God for the healing and forgiveness he's given me.
- 16:20So that's Operation Hot Cry.
- 16:22This is Dr.

- 18:20Welcome back to Last Hub of the Dying Republic.
- 18:23We are speaking with attorney Alan Parker, president of the Justice Foundation.
- 18:28Alan's been involved in the fight to protect babies and women for from abortion for 20 years.
- 18:33Alan, you've been sharing about the case down in Louisiana.
- 18:37And uh one thing that I thought of what you were sharing about the uh women flushing their babies down the toilet um because of the uh abortion pill.
- 18:52Um it makes me think about for the past fifty-three years, abortion has been legal.
- 18:58I I've been part of um battling abortion, doing whatever I can since 1980 when the Lord called me into the fight.
- 19:08And I have found that for the most part, even Christians had the attitude, well, this doesn't really have anything to do with me.
- 19:17Like I will certainly never have an abortion, or I'll make sure my daughter doesn't have an abortion, or man might say my wife won't have an abortion.
- 19:23Doesn't really have anything to do with me.
- 19:26But it's interesting that now we are finding out that we're all impacted by it.
- 19:33It's like the enemy is determined that we will have a part to play in it, and it's coming down back to bite us in that now.
- 19:43It's even like you said, in the drinking water.
- 19:46And I have read municipalities do not have any kind of water systems to take this um these chemicals out of our water.
- 19:56So uh it's it's interesting that you say it's almost like cannibalism.
- 20:00In a very indirect way, but um God will not be mocked if we do not do something about it.
- 20:07Yes.
- 20:08And since this is the Black Robe Regimen, I'd like to speak to pastors.
- 20:12Pastors think it's not in their church.
- 20:15And yet that is the farthest thing in the world.
- 20:18I've never spoken in the church.
- 20:20And when I do, I usually have the women of Operation Occry with me also.
- 20:25That I've never been in the church.
- 20:27And some pastors will have told me, well, we want you to speak, but there's not a problem in our church.
- 20:31Women will come up silently to me.
- 20:34I can tell they're the ones who'll be the last ones to come up because they want privacy to tell me that they've had an abortion.
- 20:41And in fact, from the beginning, in the year 2000, when the Lord called me to represent Norma and Sandra, Roe and Doe, in their legal efforts to reverse the two cases that brought abortion onto American soil.
- 20:56He he told me to collect the women's testimonies that there's two great lies about abortion.
- 21:02It's not a baby, and it's good for women.
- 21:05And you can prove it's a baby through scientific fact, and the pro-life movement had been doing that, but that hasn't been enough.
- 21:11It should be, but it's hasn't been.
- 21:14So the other lie is that you're helping women, empowering women.
- 21:18Well, this is destruction.
- 21:20Well, I d I said to the Lord, I don't know any women who had abortion.
- 21:24Well, I actually did.
- 21:26I just didn't know who who they were.
- 21:28And when I asked my Sunday school class to pray for me after God convinced me through Isaiah 28 that this call was from him and he was going to be with me.
- 21:40Uh I asked my Sunday school class to pray for me.
- 21:45And at the end of the class, three women out of 21 people in the class came up afterwards and said, we'll give you our testimonies.
- 21:53Abortion devastated us, and we'll be happy to give you our testimonies.
- 21:57So it was hard.
- 21:58And I don't believe any woman's ever filled out the affidavit form without crying about it.
- 22:05A survey by George Varna has found that one out of four women have had abortions, and that um that would include Christian women, women who attend church, and the 25% of all women who've had abortion say they have been in a church in the past month.
- 22:25They may not be committed Christians, but they've been to church and they've been exposed in you know to in some degree to to God in the scriptures.
- 22:34But I bet they didn't hear a sermon about abortion in the last month, or maybe the last three to five years of being in church, if ever.
- 22:44I'll tell you something that's the Supreme Court said about this issue that's a challenge to pastors.
- 22:50In 2007, the Supreme Court struck down 38 state laws that banned partial birth abortion, a particularly gruesome late term abortion, where the legs were pulled out, but the head of the baby was kept inside the woman, a cannula crushed the skull and sucked out the brains of the baby.
- 23:13That was partial birth abortion.
- 23:15And the Supreme Court said, Oh, Roe v.
- 23:18Wade protects that gruesome procedure.
- 23:20Well, then God called us in 2000, and he gave us the promise that he would annul the covenant with death, that he would waters would overflow the secret place, which I believe were the spirits of the women, that hail would sweep away the refuge of lies, and that the covenant with death would be annulled, the agreement with the grave that were Roe and Doe would be canceled, as if they never should have been.
- 23:48One of the things you talked about was uh sin thriving in darkness, and you know, one of the things I've come to understand is that that tyranny thrives in a in a place of darkness and deceit.
- 23:59In 2007, we got our first victory at the U.S.
- 24:03Supreme Court when the Supreme Court upheld the federal ban on partial birth abortion, which had passed after the miraculous election of George Bush, after getting uh of Judge Alito nominated and confirmed, but uh they upheld a federal ban on partial birth abortion, and they said abortion is a painfully difficult moral decision, and some women come to regret aborting the infant life, and they cited the two pages of our brief where the women's testimonies were about how horrible it was.
- 24:43So, how do we overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony?
- 24:48And if Justice Kennedy, who wrote that opinion, says it's a difficult moral decision, whose job is it to teach morality to America?
- 25:00The church.
- 25:01That's right.
- 25:02But what do the per churches say?
- 25:04No, that's a political question.
- 25:06It's not our job to teach.
- 25:09So you've got Justice Kennedy washing his hands of the blood, saying it's the church's job, and the churches unfortunately wash their hands of the blood and say it's the politicians' job, but it is everyone's job to oppose it.
- 25:25Jesus, uh Psalm, I think 139 says, rescue the perishing.
- 25:29And Jesus says, you can't say I didn't know it was happening, right?
- 25:33Uh, because it's in the phone books.
- 25:35It's on your it's on the Google.
- 25:37You can find out where the abortions and the children are being killed in your area.
- 25:41And I believe one of the most successful things to do is just stand in front of the clinic peacefully, publicly, not cursing, coming in love, praying for the salvation of all the workers in the clinic and all the abortion doctors, and praying that the clinics will be shut down.
- 25:5940 days for life does that.
- 26:01I think it's one of the most effective prayer movements in American history.
- 26:05When they started praying, clinics got shut down.
- 26:08They're still being shut down.
- 26:10Planned parenthood's going out of business, and God is going to find the right to life that's in the Constitution, and He's going to have the Supreme Court rule the next big case will be that there is a right to life in the Constitution.
- 26:27They've taken step one, they've ruled there's no right to abortion.
- 26:31That's comparable to saying we're going to end the slave trade, which was what we did first.
- 26:37And then you had to end slavery.
- 26:40In the Dobbs case, the court said we were wrong, we regret, and they annulled it, which is an unusual way to reverse a case.
- 26:50Uh they could have said there's been changes in factual circumstances or something like that.
- 26:55There were a number of legal doctrines they could have used.
- 26:58They just were bold and said, Roe should never have been the law of this land, and we're gonna cancel it.
- 27:05And that's what the scripture in Isaiah 28 said the Lord would do when He when He uh in 2000, he confirmed it.
- 27:14Uh and I've written a book on our website called Reversing Roe v.
- 27:20Wade, My Journey with Roe, Doe and God, and I wrote that to give God the glory for all the miracles that he did.
- 27:28It's a providential history, it's not a legal story, it's how God shaped and did miracles, like the election of Donald Trump.
- 27:38Right.
- 27:38Had to be a miracle.
- 27:39I go to a lot of pro-life meetings.
- 27:41We never sat around and said, let's get a New York Playboy billionaire to become the most pro-life president of American history.
- 27:49Right.
- 27:50No, only God did that.
- 27:52And he got three justices on the Supreme Court.
- 27:55And that's where the right to life in the Constitution comes in.
- 28:00Because these three judges, with three that were already there, now mean that for the first time in a hundred years of American history, since about the 1920s, so it's really about 150 years, uh, there are six judges who believe in originalism.
- 28:19And what that is, that means every word of the Constitution should be interpreted by the judges according to the public meaning of the word at the time it was adopted.
- 28:32Yes.
- 28:33This that is the that is a just consent.
- 28:36So if you look at so the Fifth Amendment was adopted in 1791, 15 years after the Declaration of Independence, and then the uh 14th Amendment was after the Civil War to eliminate the scourge of slavery, which had treated a class of humans, African Americans, as less than human.
- 28:58They called them subhuman, they're not worthy of rights.
- 29:02That's what we call the baby.
- 29:03Oh, it's a subhuman.
- 29:05Oh, it's a potential life, or it's a future human, but not human, but God says it is human from the moment of conception.
- 29:14And how do we know what the founder said?
- 29:16We have the declaration of independence.
- 29:19Yes.
- 29:19Let's say this together.
- 29:21I do this with my big audiences, and if you're listening on the audience uh or to this, let's say it together.
- 29:28We're going to do the self evident clause, all right.
- 29:30We hold these truths to be seen.
- 29:35That all men are created in the creator and endowed by who?
- 29:40Their creator.
- 29:42With certain inalienable rights.
- 29:44And among these is the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
- 29:51That to secure these rights, what rights?
- 29:55The right to life.
- 29:56Right.
- 29:57Governments are instituted among men.
- 30:00Deriving their just powers from the consent of the government.
- 30:06Which is us.
- 30:08So is there a right to life in the Declaration?
- 30:10Yes.
- 30:11Absolutely.
- 30:12Who does it come from?
- 30:13God.
- 30:14And I'll just quote one of the founders who was a guy named James Wilson.
- 30:22He was a signer of the Declaration, the Constitution, and was appointed by George Washington to the Supreme Court.
- 30:30So you think he'd know what a right to life means, right?
- 30:32Yes.
- 30:33And he gave a bunch of lectures, and they were in a book, and then he says, with consistency, beautiful and undeviating.
- 30:42Human life from its commencement, which means beginning, to its close, is protected by the common law.
- 30:52That was the federal criminal and statutory law.
- 30:55And the common law was based on God's law.
- 30:58In the contemplation of law, life begins.
- 31:02Here it comes when the infant is first able to stir in the womb.
- 31:09By law, life is protected not only from immediate destruction, but from every degree of actual violence.
- 31:16And in some cases, from every degree of danger.
- 31:20That's why we have child endangerment statutes, because we protect life.
- 31:26Now, we want to protect the mother's life too.
- 31:30So all of the child murder statutes is what they used to call many of the anti-abortion statutes, it was called child murder.
- 31:39The woman was not called pregnant.
- 31:42What did they call a woman?
- 31:43With child.
- 31:46So they knew it was child.
- 31:49And we should go back to saying, oh, how great you're with child.
- 31:55It's not a sterile medical condition.
- 31:57It's the beginning of new life created by God.
- 32:01Now, I'm going to tell you the practical, well, I've just told you the legal theory.
- 32:06The founders meant it.
- 32:08So originalism is a just powers doctrine of governance, meaning the judges don't say, we're going to make up our law, like we think a woman should have a right to abortion, so we create it out of thin air.
- 32:22Or gay marriage, or something else that's not in the Constitution.
- 32:27That's an illegitimate form of judging.
- 32:30But the judges today appointed by Donald Trump say we want to follow the meaning of the people.
- 32:37That's deriving their consent from the governed.
- 32:40So we now have a wonderful, wonderful chance for the Supreme Court to follow this law.
- 32:49Praise God.
- 32:50Well, we are happy to hear that because in Virginia, where we live, our legislators have already taken the first of three steps to pass a uh an amendment, an abortion, pro abortion amendment to our state constitution.
- 33:06Um they've it's been voted on twice in our General Assembly, and uh now it will go to the people to vote on it this fall.
- 33:15And um it we have read and we have heard that this amendment in Virginia is one of the most extreme abortion policies in the world.
- 33:26Right now, unfortunately, you can abort your child right up to the moment before the child was born in Virginia, but you have to have the approval of three doctors.
- 33:35This will eliminate any approval by any other doctor, it takes away the right of a parent to not only um give consent, but to even be notified.
- 33:46And um, you know, I'm a parent, we're we're parents, we have five children, and we would not have wanted our children when they were growing up to go anywhere with a another adult without being notified.
- 34:00But here we actually had in Virginia a case in a high school um three years ago, and it just came out in the past year, uh, where guide school counselors were taking three three different girls were taken to an abortion center without their parents' notification.
- 34:17So if this amendment passes in Virginia, this will be um perfectly legal in our state, and I we will be the eighth state to have an abortion amendment um to our state constitution.
- 34:33So well, if people will go to our website, uh the uh the justice foundation.org, there we have three major things Operation Outcry, the Center against Forced Abortion, and life in the Constitution.
- 34:47If they sign the life in the Constitution and download it, they can make these new arguments in addition to all the others.
- 34:56We must fight against that.
- 34:58But it's actually unconstitutional for them to do that, and even if it passes, the 14th Amendment will strike it down.
- 35:07And what the Democratic Party is doing now, it's like when they defended slavery in America.
- 35:13They were the pro-slavery.
- 35:15What does slavery?
- 35:17It denies personhood to African Americans.
- 35:20They were the party of degradation and deprivation of rights to African Americans, the black community, because they felt they were an inferior race.
- 35:30I don't think that.
- 35:31I think they're made in the image of God.
- 35:33The Republican Party was born out of the desire to end slavery in America and treat all people as made in the image of God.
- 35:42And the Democratic Party, I think, under perhaps evil influences, spiritual influences, is going back to their roots of treating a class of human beings, children in the womb, as less than human.
- 35:56And they're defending it to the max.
- 35:58It was the Democrats who, even after slavery was ended by the 13th and 14th Amendment of the Constitution, then they invented Jim Crow laws to keep African Americans in uh in economic slavery and not able to vote.
- 36:15And it was them who created the KKK.
- 36:18And like I say, the Republican Party was born to fight all that.
- 36:21They fighted reconstruction.

- 37:30Americans refuse to be honest in the human chest.
- 37:34Under the name of diversity, politicians divide the people in their quest for home.
- 37:49Now is our time, my fellow.
- 37:52America outlaw.
- 37:54Liberty and justice.
- 38:06Welcome back to Last of Up and Dying Republic.
- 38:08We're excited today to be talking to Alan Parker of the Justice Foundation.
- 38:12And I'm your host, Reverend William Cook of America's Black Robe Regiment.
- 38:16And you know, Alan, one of the things I wanted to just comment on and ask you about before we talk you to talk about what is the center for forced abortion is that what we're talking about is laws of nature and nature's God.
- 38:27And it seems seems like you know, legislatures can stand up and say we're going to pass this law or make this constitutional.
- 38:33You can't do that with the laws of nature.
- 38:35They're inviolable.
- 38:36They can't be changed.
- 38:37Uh, and it's not going to change God's mind about what's right and what's wrong.
- 38:41You know, so we're really under a heavy, heavy burden right now as a nation because one of the things I've been saying is that America is drenched in innocent blood from sea to shining sea.
- 38:52And we have got to deal with this innocent blood issue in our nation because God says this land cannot be cleansed of the innocent blood that's shed therein, but by the blood of the one that shed it.
- 39:02So there will be a reckoning at some point for this.
- 39:06So anyway, I wanted to ask you what's the center against forced abortion.
- 39:12Tell us about it.
- 39:13Well, thank you very much.
- 39:15Um as we've collected the testimonies of women who've had abortions, which is supposed to be the free voluntary choice of the woman, we found that many, many women in America are actually forced, uh coerced or unduly pressured into having an abortion.
- 39:33We so we created a center against forced abortions, because forced abortion is illegal everywhere in America, even California and New York, where abortion is legal if it's a voluntary abortion.
- 39:49Now, other places, all abortion, even a voluntary abortion is illegal, but even there, forced abortions occur.
- 39:56So on our website, our legal tools.
- 40:00That anyone can use to prevent these forced abortions from occurring, to stop them, basically.
- 40:09And we estimate we're saving about a thousand to two thousand babies a year because we train pregnancy centers on how to use these tools.
- 40:18But anyone in the church can use this and distribute to their youth group.
- 40:24Because often it's the kids who hear about the scenario number one.
- 40:28They'll say, hey, did you hear Sally's pregnant?
- 40:31Yeah, and her parents are making her get an abortion.
- 40:34You can say, no, they can't do that.
- 40:36That's not right.
- 40:37And we have a dear parent letter that can be given to those parents that tell them this isn't what you wanted, but there are many people who've gone through this.
- 40:47There can be healthy outcomes on the other side, but you need to know that forcing your child to have an abortion is a cr is a crime and can subject you to civil or criminal penalties if you do it.
- 41:03Here, for example, are some of the things parents say, if you don't have this abortion, I'm kicking you out of my house.
- 41:09That violates the duty of parental care until the child reaches the age majority.
- 41:13You can't kick them out of the house.
- 41:15If you don't, I don't care what you say, I've made the appointment.
- 41:19That's not the voluntary consent of the the young woman who's now pregnant.
- 41:25And we we work with the pregnancy centers to maybe find them a maternity home.
- 41:31I tell the young ladies, well, your parents have a right to be mad at you.
- 41:35You shouldn't be having sex before marriage, and they're upset for you, but they don't have the right to make you kill your baby.
- 41:42That's illegal and we'll help you.
- 41:44We often ask urge them to ask for parents' forgiveness and get on the right path.
- 41:50Uh, but it's illegal and we can stop it.
- 41:54So we uh we do training for people and churches can give this literature out too.
- 42:00Uh the second is the dear father of the child letter.
- 42:05Uh that's a little harder for people to do.
- 42:08We usually get lawyers involved in that.
- 42:10But anybody, the woman can send this letter to the man, and they say things like uh uh if you won't get a penny of child support out of me, uh well, that's the legal duty to pay child support.
- 42:22It's not the woman making him child support.
- 42:25He's father and child, the law says he has a responsibility.
- 42:28So he doesn't want the payment, he doesn't want the child, he wants to abort.
- 42:32Now, let me bring up at this time to the alternative to abortion that is a far better way to take care of the problem that people in Virginia don't know about.
- 42:44I can ensure you most people have never heard of these two things.
- 42:48It's called the safe haven law, and every state has a safe haven law.
- 42:55Uh y'all could Google safe haven law and Virginia while I'm talking and find it uh what the number of days is.
- 43:03But uh under the safe haven law, a woman can walk out of the hospital and leave her baby behind, or have up to say 30, 60 or 90 days to decide if she wants to surrender her baby at no cost without killing her baby and no legal procedure to terminate the rights.
- 43:22She can have the freedom of Roe v.
- 43:24Wade without killing her baby and deeply wounding herself.
- 43:30And uh Amy Coney Barrett brought this up in oral argument in the Dobbs case.
- 43:36Doesn't the safe haven law eliminate the burden of parenting?
- 43:40Most women don't want to kill a child.
- 43:43That's why they're terribly, they they have to be lied to.
- 43:47It's not a baby, it's just a mass of tissue.
- 43:50Uh but they they don't want to or they can't take care of a baby.
- 43:56Now, if they just need help, pregnancy centers will help them, churches will help them, but if they don't want to, they can safely safely the baby surrender the baby.
- 44:06And then what will happen to the babies?
- 44:07Are they going to be neglected and abandoned children in foster care?
- 44:11No, because there's one to two million women every year in America desperately waiting to adopt newborn children.
- 44:21And why is that?
- 44:23Because we have a huge infertility problem.
- 44:27Ten percent of American women, this is just a scientific fact, are unable to have a child after a year of trying.
- 44:35That's the definition of infertility.
- 44:37Maybe different medical reasons, or the man may be sterile, unable to produce sperm, but she's in a marriage.
- 44:44So what are they going to do?
- 44:45You know, that's uh or they may have pregnancies, but a lot of miscarriages.
- 44:50The baby can't be born alive.
- 44:53Uh so that's six million women every year, and after a while they try to fix it, maybe after two or three years, they have a baby.
- 45:00So uh, but those that don't, one to two million women say, I'm desperate.
- 45:05I would love to take care of a baby.
- 45:07So I call it the love, love, love solution.
- 45:10It's love for the baby in the womb and justice.
- 45:13Don't kill the baby.
- 45:15It's love for the mother.
- 45:16Please don't hurt yourself.
- 45:18This can devastate you for decades.
- 45:21Give us the baby, and we'll give the baby to those homes that are waiting to adopt and love a newborn baby.
- 45:30So it's the love, love, love solution.
- 45:32And I think it will end the abortion wars in America.
- 45:36The other fact that needs to be known is if you're pregnant, many women say, I can't even pay my medical bills.
- 45:42How am I going to take care of a baby?
- 45:44Who's going to pay my medical bills?
- 45:46In every state, including Virginia, every low woman income woman in the state is eligible for the state to pay all her expenses of pregnancy, prenatal delivery, and after care.
- 46:02The state will pay that.
- 46:03In Texas, 50% of the hospitalization, the births are paid for by Texas Medicaid.
- 46:11I don't know what the percentage is in Virginia, but it's high, and it's there.
- 46:16So we can save the woman, we'll pay for your medical care.
- 46:19We'll take the baby from you the moment the hospital comes.
- 46:23She can choose the parents through traditional adoption, and that can help prevent some trauma.
- 46:29Women say, Oh, I've got to abort a baby.
- 46:31I know if I brought the baby to term, I'd think about that baby my whole life.
- 46:36Well, the problem is the bond is there even if you do an abortion.
- 46:41Then you start thinking, oh my God, I killed my baby.
- 46:44Where would my baby be in first grade?
- 46:47Where would my baby be in junior high?
- 46:50My friend's daughters are now getting married.
- 46:52Where would my baby be?
- 46:54Uh oh my gosh, I my grandfather, my friends all have grandchildren.
- 46:59I have nobody.
- 47:00All my grandchildren are dead because I aborted them.
- 47:04And uh, you know, it's a lifelong trauma.
- 47:08Now, again, there's healing and forgiveness through Jesus Christ, and that helps, but the emptiness is still there until they see those children in heaven.
- 47:19So that's the center against forced abortions, and we save a lot of lives, and anyone can help with that, and you can download the forms for free, give them to your pregnancy centers in your community.
- 47:32They may not have heard about us, though we have given this material to over a thousand centers across the country, uh, but staff comes and goes, so it's good to give it to pregnancy centers.
- 47:44Give the letter to youth pastors.
- 47:47And I'll say this.
- 47:49You're you this is a highly sexualized culture.
- 47:52You know that pastors.
- 47:53We can't stop that.
- 47:55And many of your, if you have ever had a young girl or young man who stops coming to youth group and they were on fire, they may have had an abortion.
- 48:03Because the women say, I can't go to church.
- 48:06God, I God knows what I've done.
- 48:08I'm unworthy to go to church.
- 48:11But if you and if you have the women give the testimonies, I sinned and Jesus saved me and I've been healed.
- 48:20But it was a terrible thing to go through.
- 48:22Then the women in your church don't feel condemned if you just speak against abortion, which you should do, but if you talk about the fee healing and forgiveness, they know there's forgiveness.
- 48:33But the youth, if they hear this, they've literally, we know of youth who've literally saved another baby's life in their high school by getting this information to the parents who are trying to force them to have an abortion.
- 48:46It stops parents because the law.
- 49:04They think abortion is okay because the Supreme Court, many women tell me I was a good girl.
- 49:11I would never have broken the law.
- 49:13I knew I wouldn't do a broken law, but the Supreme Court had said it was okay.
- 49:17And the doctor told me it was okay, and it wasn't a human.
- 49:20Now they're not saying that to justify themselves.
- 49:23They they've confessed and admitted it's a sin, but that's what they thought going into the clinic, and that's what lots of Americans think.
- 49:32Uh because that's what they've been told by the Supreme Court.
- 49:35That's right.
- 49:36Quick question for you.
- 49:37Um you talked about forced abortions.
- 49:39Uh could you substitute the word coerced?
- 49:42Yes.
- 49:42You talk about that?
- 49:44Yes.
- 49:45We use uh the terms usually uh coerced, forced, or unduly pressured.
- 49:52Like even if a parent just says to a girl, oh, you stupid slut, why are you pregnant?
- 50:00You're trash.
- 50:01You'll never be able to take care of a baby.
- 50:04You better abort this thing and get rid of it, or you're going to be just known as a slut everywhere in the neighborhood.
- 50:11They they can just emotionally abuse the child until their will breaks.
- 50:17Because the question in the voluntary involved is whose will is being done.
- 50:23I'll tell you the first time I ever really got involved heavily.
- 50:26A young lady had told us when the abortion was going to occur.
- 50:30Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at so and so.
- 50:33And I'll make up a name to protect her identity.
- 50:35But she had not given me permission to talk to her mother.
- 50:39She said, I'll take care of it.
- 50:41But I hadn't heard that the mom had changed her mind.
- 50:44So I went to the abortion clinic on Saturday morning, and I had lots of people praying for me.
- 50:49I'd never done this before in my life.
- 50:51And uh I said to the first two girls, Sally, is that you?
- 50:56No.
- 50:57Sally, is that you?
- 50:58No.
- 50:58The first one says, Sally, yes.
- 51:00And she said I said, I'm Alan Parker.
- 51:02I'm the attorney that's been talking to you.
- 51:04I can help you stop this abortion if you don't want it.
- 51:08And she said, I don't want this abortion.
- 51:10I can't fight my mother anymore.
- 51:14Right then her mother came out and said, Who are you?
- 51:16And I said, Ma'am, I'm a lawyer.
- 51:18I represent thousands of women hurt by abortion.
- 51:20I don't want your daughter to be hurt by abortion.
- 51:23I'm the lawyer, but she's been talking to me.
- 51:25She said, Well, I think we ought to call the police on you.
- 51:28And I just said calmly, and I think that was the first time I thought about it.
- 51:32Ma'am, I think you're right.
- 51:33I think we should call the police.
- 51:35And she took her daughter and ran inside, and I called the police.
- 51:39And I said, sir, I'm here to report a forced abortion coercion, uh, abortion, because the young lady told me I don't want this abortion, but I can't fight my mother anymore.
- 51:52That's not a voluntary abortion.
- 51:54I'm here, I'll be here.
- 51:55You can come and ask me as a witness.
- 51:57They came out, they went in, they came back later and said, There's not going to be any abortion today.
- 52:03We're getting child protective services involved in this.
- 52:06Praise God.
- 52:06That's wonderful.
- 52:07Then the parents' coercion can be, I'm kicking you out of my house.
- 52:11What child can support themselves?
- 52:14Well, or they can say, we're going to beat you with an inch of your life.
- 52:18Any threat of physical abuse is child abuse, and then he actually doing it as child abuse.
- 52:23Another one is uh, we're going to take away your car, or something other way.
- 52:28The question, whose will's being done.
- 52:31That's right.
- 52:32Amen.
- 52:32Well, Project Asia is one of the uh initiatives of Black Robe Regiment that we've been doing for 10 years, and we have um prayed in front of multiple uh abortion centers.
- 52:42We've seen foreclose as a result of people out there praying and sidewalk counseling.
- 52:49And we have uh heard many stories like that where women are there because a boyfriend or a parent was forcing them to go in, and and they felt like they they had no choice.
- 53:01So it's it's very common.
- 53:03I did read recently that 60% of all abortions were uh uh the women felt they were being forced.
- 53:11Um it is something of uh, you know, yes, if they're just being forced by their circumstances, I can't take care of a baby.
- 53:23That's not coercion.
- 53:24But if if planned parent is forcing them into it, or uh uh caseworkers or something, or the man, the three I've talked about.
- 53:33It can also be the boy's father.
- 53:36Many of our women are pressured by the force.
- 53:38It could be the school counselors.
- 53:40And since you do sidewalk counseling, you should always have our dear police letter and our dear letter to school counselors and social workers, because when you or anyone else report this to the police or child protective services, uh, then you need to send them the dear police letter or and the dear school counselor letter, uh, because otherwise they may say, we can't do anything about it, or worse, they'll tell the girl, you have to do what your parents tell you.
- 54:18And the law, the letters have a the a legal case in there where school counselors were sued by the girl and the boy for being forced to have an abortion.
- 54:28They kept telling them things like, Don't be stupid, don't tell your parents, we'll raise the money for this abortion, we'll take you to the clinic, you don't have to do anything.
- 54:38This is what you need to do.
- 54:40And then the boy and girl regretted killing their child.
- 54:43The court said teachers could be sued for violating their constitutional rights.
- 54:48When you're pregnant, you have a constitutional right in America to direct the upbringing education of your child.
- 54:57You are a mother the moment you're pregnant.
- 55:00The man is a father the moment she's pregnant or with child is what I say.
- 55:06The moment the sperm and the egg come together from a commencement in the words of our foul members, who were smarter than the abortion industry today, yeah, partly because they had the word of God.
- 55:20And he says, before you were born, I knit your bones together in your mother's womb before you were born.
- 55:27Before you're born.
- 55:28There weren't any X-rays back then, but God knew what was going on.
- 55:32That's right.
- 55:33And two things that are amazing today.
