- 5:04state of Texas and in Colorado right now. Colorado is another state that we
- 5:12are focused on right now, but we are not limited to those two states.
- 5:17Those are just the states that we're just happen to have loved ones incarcerated
- 5:23in right now, so we are definitely fighting for for them. I am

- 6:10that you'll can hear him, So I'm gonna turn it over to him.
- 6:13Now. Please let me know if you cannot hear him. Mister Cornell,
- 6:17the floor is yours. My situation started, uh you know when because he
- 7:01wants to win the brig when they left. So after they left, they
- 7:10finally came back later to about throwing good but you know the so another running
- 7:16back and took me in Hu and he was crying because the guy that he
- 7:20had had with her with Glig had left. The well, she couldn't be
- 7:28missing with this guy so much because he had a hid so sometime maybe he
- 7:33had something well the okay, So after that, the count was a great
- 7:44He came for me to question me about and when he came about her,
- 7:49okay, he reported to the police and her name. But what they know
- 7:55is the fact that he was with her the last before she was found.
- 7:58So because when we about her at death more than there so he didn't see
- 8:03into a fight, but a lot of that was so he came back.
- 8:15Yeah, I end up to an another friend to go with him. And
- 8:20while we were talking about to win the gregs a fight. Yeah, I'm
- 8:28gonna send the mine. And then he person about Well. I tell him
- 8:33sing about her because I didn't know her, but he didn't I'm true because
- 8:39he knows that he came from the great battle brother by the ball find that
- 8:46was going to kill me. Okay, it's a lot of ball. He
- 8:50came to me around the corn to the play well, but friends going out
- 8:58of work, but suit me with but I the weapons and the weapon where
- 9:07the bott from the weapon went to the wall of the house and kill less
- 9:13to when he rased well, when the clowning and more than regarded the lit
- 9:20and they killed Okay on the road. I was the police, that was
- 9:28well. He ended up in the ris and while was the general. They
- 9:33gave me an attorney and the attorney was turn and this mean that the weapons
- 9:37they got from the hands of the great was the well. I was a
- 9:41confused about that because I was a lift to the wall of the house.
- 9:48When eventually they just started conversently to this, so they actually door trial w
- 9:54and then the fact that trial well, my attorney tur Well, I convin
- 10:07so they postpone the case, postpone the case and postpone the Well they changed
- 10:13a line because on the same the problem attorney he didn't come back to court,
- 10:18so that was another postpone. So we led you mean he was a
- 10:22Forumber assistant district party. Well, by the time headed the whole to court,
- 10:28they found another chase for only while I'm living in jail, which is
- 10:31a really able to control subsequence case. Put me in for that chase and
- 10:37the gas that Kingdom acted for the same for the money case. Well,
- 10:43never know that Jersey had approached me to all white juke tribe on the Jersey
- 10:50over the conviction of that case postponed but not three month when we got the
- 11:00court from the the same thing to lock the door and they put themself behind
- 11:07me the court with me and they put me between another own money to the
- 11:11spot well my loss allowing him to find me in court. The fotified that
- 11:20showed me a fact convisioned for these cases. Really, did I know my
- 11:26lawyer and now the court that he was the former just a charney in this
- 11:30court for them. Well, I kind of feel something was strange with that.
- 11:35Wedn't know the law that was after the prediction, they gave you a
- 11:43quart of corner. The floor was also another quart of y isn't just a
- 11:48chain, but thinking about peoples way, this was not something that no recode
- 11:54was at the Court of Appeals to anferm my convention well vacations to challenge my
- 12:01commition for being locally A lot of the doctors that was used to completely from
- 12:11the fire. Then all of the doctors that were used. The competent was
- 12:15taken from the win to ensue doctors. You see, I choose my promission
- 12:28taking certain doctors on my file and one of them come to learn that the
- 12:33government they used in my file. It was never released from the police department
- 12:39to be testified. The question was how did smific expert justify the files?
- 12:48Never said when the chiefs mc farrel and say that the chievement life case,
- 12:54he was allowed to let the testify as the citizens. So because my face
- 13:09ended up being prosecuteded based upon false ever asked her the testimony in full,
- 13:13the five seven documents. So as a writing man, I've got it the
- 13:18same. I po shot my conviction become to fin ol sven seven direct the
- 13:26pist and twenty two fifty four when we said fun center lasso because of expressed
- 13:35movie. Before she went to the police departmatics, O say for a rectors
- 13:41when she comes to none, My records will never know where to be found
- 13:43in the police department, answer said to the office of the Attorney General in
- 13:50nineteen ninety four. So she's the per to me. But what I've done
- 13:56just in the document I saw a member from the Sanatorial City Attorney to the
- 14:01hopicide to office. Well, the prinimal was from October twelve, nineteen ninety
- 14:07four, where a ballistic support that I was using was dated over the twelve
- 14:13nineteen ninety four, which is the same. The fis a doctor. The
- 14:18inside contailor was working through the doctor that I had just received from the Attorney
- 14:24dot office. Nor behold, I was another fistic report which is worth the
- 14:28original and they didn't have no business to the inside contailor. The woman has
- 14:35been testifying, so now SUPERSTI reports were for twelve twenty nineteen ninety and the
- 14:41other one is the twelve twenty nineteen one, when one by the entire containing
- 14:46and one was one. Well, they can't conclude that the doctor insist to
- 14:54show the mark and put a down on the piece of paper and called me
- 14:58the piece of paper or to the copy machine at the Sanitorial Police department.
- 15:03And that's the document that they said me and I came ready for to us
- 15:09and challenge my condition says also was in the doctors that I received from attorney
- 15:16George Robin gives up a for g risk. One of my pas was never
- 15:20signed. It's never dating and this man name rip the best things and the
- 15:28report which is too easy for I even went the court. But mind yourself,
- 15:33the gn has never been said to be distin. That's the course of
- 15:39the remains. How did the same name getting and why is the sign?
- 15:43Well, my risk was to give my risk to the justice of the peace
- 15:52take me to the system District Turkey. She became my prosecutor in my face.
- 15:58So after she became my fund my case conviction of the mean and from
- 16:06standing leverage and investigation of because the friends and things it broke out and this
- 16:12with the que that altified for the districtturneys off stations to a proviction below.
- 16:18So we're not behold the start doctor which just on't my case, and the
- 16:25physics said that's mister well there was the Coca lang said, and mister Dallie
- 16:32went to the th Court to sell out a lawsuit, and he said that
- 16:34this operation of a bigger operation of an ever the fixing scandal, and that
- 16:40it belongs to doctor guns and jail the mab and the district turns as well
- 16:45because he had been the disagement and Langugain ninety three. They didn't want to
- 16:49so it turned along. Everybody was comfortable. Well, my sus became the
- 16:55system, my system, the exchange to our court, district attorney and count
- 17:03end up becoming a brand for the district attorneys offer. My district attorney became
- 17:08the the court of people. Everything not been following my cases and who put
- 17:15me here in the FLP cut dollarsands. The busy learned that the operation is
- 17:22more bigger than just fixing up. And then what they call it and the
- 17:30jenis the lat campaigns where chenages the fire quarter, part of the attorney's of
- 17:34representation, the people turning off the stat district attorney who have been double being
- 17:40a moment attorneyees to help get your conviction. My prosecutory is the care for
- 17:45the two. In twenty and ten she got count and what that means is
- 17:52that she would be maybe dole the amount of money's desire just names that her
- 17:59form to propecute, chase and answer resident and its independent where they ended to
- 18:03saving her while because they gave us ten years start probation mistais makes the corruptions
- 18:15conturn her Why because pachump and died the operation pattern of her humis m h
- 18:25M. The prosecute of death frien because my students became pret but when it
- 18:33was to several prices, the convicts they point justice. This operation is way
- 18:40more peace than just fixing up. And that changes more than he ain't convent
- 18:45party courthouse or run an amazing operation to have good convictions on people that he
- 18:51could read that that he couldn't do anything about it. Well, it's just
- 18:56that I found my case for it in her saying PREMI from the District Urns
- 19:00office, from the Court of Appeal from the Units State District Court. And
- 19:07it's black figure out of Big a Canny has been convicted by all white too,
- 19:11and it's up here on the company unit and it's one of us out
- 19:15of life film out of bear count. So the direction man about the corruption
- 19:21that's going on in Big County is way more my blog and be just fixing
- 19:25evidence. Now the Sertainty Police Department is involved, the office is involved.
- 19:32There a joint inspiration for the Bear County District turns off because of this,
- 19:37this thoudred and thousands incasions of people that even sitting on death books. So
- 19:45right now I'm beg and beg and buy emotion the complaints to reopen the nineteen
- 19:51ninety two Bear County ever fixing candles and say that this operation that their runner
- 19:56has been some people to print them. They sell the law complete of the
- 20:03case of criminal justice system where anything that I found has been purpular has been
- 20:08marked with the red cape and right reasons depending In the United States is the
- 20:15court against the Bear count of Police Department, I mean the Santonia Police Department
- 20:19in the Bear countatic bunt where the Gensy rule or the case is the same
- 20:25genus who rule back in nineteen ninety two to reopen the nineteen ninety two others
- 20:30fictional family where he's saying that the sun your convictions no good, but he's
- 20:36not the doing thing to them that the courts more than my condition is no
- 20:41good with our case without even a nifying at sixty m hm mm hmm operations
- 21:07on Beer County. This is rated in the county all around the state of
- 21:11Texas. This is the states. We have what we call a foreign in
- 21:21Texas. The chers have instructed yet this fraternity not in that black indivision was
- 21:27on the tram for black defenders, and that is the number one came for
- 21:33that. In the case of the militay is that dude was convicted the nineteen
- 21:38nine, right, nineteen sixty nine by all white children. This man has
- 21:45throated all around the state of pitt This is the town. It's a beer
- 21:49county, it's a charring county, and it's an office county. And Jerseys
- 21:55and the lawyers have falledself this operation of black being competing about all white Jersey.
- 22:00So now with the said the operation has turned into a traditional operation.
- 22:06If not just out for America being convinced by all white tubes, but abou
- 22:10the issue of our criminal justice system in Texas. UH BAMA six donation campaign,
- 22:19robbery, UH double billing in the whole nine yards. So we spot
- 22:25some things for our favorite previnity. I take the Senator Jens Brod and everybody
- 22:33in the bount these operations that claim in the future in our courthouse here is
- 22:38the process is another point issue that times cleaners in sea consistency. We do
- 22:48not know who hitting a rangers from this casing in the county. The was
- 22:56no poman of the Great what said to come to a potment of the Grand
- 23:06super to fill up on the United So these operations of the operations to which
- 23:11we are trying to push down that following our crominals because the operations of violating
- 23:18our constitutional life. So because Texas was where the own constitution, it's very
- 23:23hard for us to get me leave because state to the states that we shall
- 23:30be able to do process and the equal protection was involved where Texas is the
- 23:34format plan ends up the law comes from, you know, whether or not
- 23:41the process of going leaning and horrible to the people and they feel like the
- 23:47process is going leaning the constitution. So with that thing, you know,
- 23:52we don't have no real turn and we needed them. So a ball from
- 23:59the come oh wow, wow, wow. I wanted to ask him do
- 24:18Like over in Denver, they had a case going on over there where when
- 24:23the jury was being picked it was an officer going under cover and just to
- 24:30get the theory minorities kicked off the caps. Do he think that's happening over
- 24:37there? Since this the jury is all white, he's gonna have to call
- 24:42back. No, what what they are doing? What what? From my
- 24:48understanding, what they are doing is they have instructed the judges have instructed I
- 24:57guess whoever is in charge of picking the jury. I guess that would be
- 25:03the foreman that oversees or whatever. But what they have been instructed to do
- 25:10is to not even present any black people. So you know how, I
- 25:14guess when whenever we whenever you get these notices in the mail saying that you
- 25:19got to report to support. So whenever the black people show up, they
- 25:26just automatically, you know, dismiss them or whatever. They never get in
- 25:32a position to where they are picked. And it's a manual. They found
- 25:37a like a novel, a book. Somebody found this book in the state
- 25:44of Texas and it outlines exactly telling them do not have blacks on the jury.
- 25:52This is the book that they go by. See a lot of people
- 25:59texts us to be a Democrat state. It is a Republican state now.
- 26:06And for the likes of me, I don't see how they became Republican.
- 26:11What they did was they used a lot of Mexicans, a lot of Hispanics,
- 26:17and that's how they got in. That's how the Republicans got in.
- 26:22But now maybe I don't even know when all of this stuff that's going on
- 26:26that with what they're doing because the governor there now, Governor Abbott, he
- 26:33took three one hundred and eighty six million dollars from the prison system to use
- 26:44at the border in twenty twenty two. So we talk about the taking up
- 26:51all of that money from the prison system in twenty twenty two, and then
- 26:53you look at what is taking place right now, what is happening within the
- 26:57prison system. I'm getting calls every from individuals about stuff that is happening and
- 27:04his unit at con at McConnell and just different units within TDC. Jack,
- 27:12stuff that's happening. Shouldn't has a question for you, Cornell, he's back,
- 27:18okay. I just wanted to know. We're over in Denver. Denver
- 27:25had a big case going over there. It made the papers where an officer
- 27:30from another county was going to the when the jury was getting picked, went
- 27:36in there and like basically found out about you know, talk to the blacks
- 27:41and Hispanic people. You know, they're getting their perspective on the officers and
- 27:48seeing how would they vote, and then she would go back to the to
- 27:53the DA and they would have them dismissed. So it was no black jurors
- 28:00that was on that case. Be if they you know, said anything negative
- 28:07towards an officer or I had a certain kind of feeling towards an officer,
- 28:11So I just wanted to know, do you think that's happening over there in
- 28:15Texas? Okay, ma'am when you're getting with the secret, ma'am, where
- 28:30we don't know what's going onpossible that is going on. And they rewrote the
- 28:41whole break a couple of people because the initial process for the process that the
- 28:53bus to know what's going on with the brand jew But because of the sacred
- 28:57process they have not the fact that why because they was by great jewry racket
- 29:04Hue who were the nieces to suit on the Grande and the po people.
- 29:18Well, when that conservation was reveal random this operation has been playing all across
- 29:22the state of Texas, not only just the state, but all around the
- 29:26program. Okay, it was it was sure a couple of months ago now,
- 29:33and he was explaining that the convutional aality peticuly of the grand jury and
- 29:40like you said, from the United States, man is a violations to process
- 29:45and then condition is in violation because there's no no j dediction because of the
- 29:51way play jury processes of the secrecy has been playing around. So the possibility
- 29:59that and he's going around. That guy is going around two different states and
- 30:07he is suing. He is going to the state capitol. He is protesting
- 30:11and he is suing them. He is he is launching lawsuits against the state
- 30:18or whatever for for just what Cornell just said. He was in Texas,
- 30:22He's been in South Carolina. He's filed lawsuit against South Carolina. He's filed
- 30:27lawsuit again in Ohio. He filed lawsuit uh in in DC. He's been
- 30:33filing lawsuits all around the country because he said it is a violation. What
- 30:41is the guy's name? He was on the show. He was on my
- 30:45show. He was he was the one that we were having all those technical
- 30:52difficults and we ended up going live just from my phone because they they we
- 30:59went live. He was on and didn't it keeped him out and he would
- 31:03not let him back in and he kept having issues so he couldn't get on.
- 31:07But this man goes around to all different kinds of he had rallies,
- 31:15he do all kinds of stuff. But he is on a a what is
- 31:22the man's name? What is his name? I think I know what he
- 31:26did? What did They said he was missing or something a while ago?
- 31:33Yeah, he was, he was, he was. He's been on He's
- 31:37been on Chill Show. Yeah, I know, I know talking about and
- 31:45I didn't even know who he was. But a guy that Cornell knows down
- 31:49in Texas that works with Bryce Jones. Bryce Jones was introduced us to him.
- 32:00But he's been on to Chilla Show too. He's been he he was
- 32:04missing and he was letting everybody knows his name. Oh, I follow him
- 32:13on social media? What is his name? I don't remember the name?
- 32:28That was the friend and what we're talking, Okay, you conspetential number of
- 32:37process that process and this is Wheal and we have a say that we are
- 32:57the number one the maturity you know right now use in Dallastown. But that's
- 33:08the most of the because they're not seeing beauty from them, the being resented
- 33:15by district of Church, which is the proces the United States land matter of
- 33:22fact, in the state of Texas. Why because from the States. So
- 33:29if you can't get something, you can. But they serve the same pubs
- 33:37for the public Concernative Office that the WARS represents CATO case that has been secur
- 33:45the United States plans are no whys number one location most of the one and
- 33:52the state sectors are anywhere man ubble calls, which means that no comforable cause
- 34:00you cannot hold me to further proceeding, which means that you cannot take me
- 34:05nor can you put me there for anything. In this case get no good
- 34:12in the case of the limited versus the city, and its pointed out that
- 34:22every county have been over without a figor to deturn the poorble. So the
- 34:31best happened than you take checked it out, happened down to tell that happened
- 34:37in Charny County. So this is a process that would not looking into it
- 34:44the Troy potocons of our systems. Instead of a technical protocol, we have
- 34:49to go back and look at the mandatory protocol of how the station is a
- 34:53prediction the two process where I don't know what you something to start from an
- 35:01investigation at the court. So this is right there, man initiate anything going
- 35:07for and if no conditions like campable but not processing, words capable but not
- 35:17process, and the fact that an evident they're here needs to be here.
- 35:22The determinal probable calls an propecute of the Jews by selling that's the seven courts
- 35:29as can be heard at before a plan assistant just the attorneys to represent any
- 35:34defends knowing that it's so staperd. The visits that take the senater the law
- 35:40make up here in the state of Chake, they have a long process.
- 35:45The marim it's saying because we have say in our phone, we have people
- 35:50been framing about the system, ma'am. Will nobody say anything? Okay,
- 35:55they're not. I have his name is uh Tanner Dowwe Yes, definitely yeah,
- 36:12uh I'll follow follow him and I heard can speak on speak on him
- 36:21a while ago. Mm hm. And you know I want to know,
- 36:29have like the N double a CP looked into any of any complaints or over
- 36:37there. Okay, man, they're part of it, the part of it.
- 36:45We ain't gonna we ain't finished sugar coat this. We're not finished sugarcoat,
- 36:47this cornerer. They part of this, They are part of they are
- 36:52part of it. I have looked at different people that had different things.
- 36:58They put people. What they do in the State of Texas is they put
- 37:02people like us in positions to do nothing. They put people that they know
- 37:09that will buy down to them and we'll go along with whatever they're doing.
- 37:15And just they just want the power and the prestige. They don't want to
- 37:19do nothing. And that's what I'm coming across in the state of Texas.
- 37:22But I've looked into some of the different people that work that's a part of
- 37:29the na a CP. They're in Texas. They in cahoots. They friends
- 37:34and buddies with the police officers and the different people that work at these different
- 37:40facilities. The the the man that had the the the na a CP branch
- 37:47that in in Texas, he friends with with the guy that works in and
- 37:55the guy that works in San Antonio or police department. If I'm not mistaken,
- 37:59the the police chief. If I'm not mistaken, Wow, you know,
- 38:06uh wow Junior and UH club and uh Gras Foundation, George Validation,
- 38:19any project, UH Commissions on the conduct uh stay h uh uh commission protecting
- 38:32the board maybe and the operations round and everybody, but that you do not
- 38:45have enough information or you do not have no evidence, or that you need
- 38:49legal representation. Well about going to a process. M is the legal representations
- 39:01in order to Boston complaint? What is the accus to the money? And
- 39:10that I have fun so the turn and right the fifth, I have both
- 39:17in my convictions. I don't think both of my convictions and symptoms, but
- 39:28MS and the same sists to open up for the term pole has turned out
- 39:43to be also okay here in the State of prespected for across on the parole
- 39:51war define system has turned. So there's a parol systems MM offer or le
- 40:02boards the of the world to be dropped. I came back, so then
- 40:07the board is opportuning too. The State of Kings traditional brand. The government
- 40:19must yourself. It used to be the wind has to please me, what
- 40:22my prepare, my work times and my friends and people myself. The prole
- 40:27board has no recreations. The time we were going to talk to the where
- 40:35you came to us, don't do anything with you. So that's what they
- 40:38did. Any One is a pot for I don't believe be Quenou said yourself
- 41:00after thirty four years, Well my question the first woman that was from Big
- 41:23Bank, Well right, kay, I mean gonna take your process product?
- 41:46You know. I just I just spoke to someone probably about an hour ago.
- 41:52He's going to be on the show on u T on Monday, and
- 41:57he was telling me that they don't you over there in Denver. They won't
- 42:04let allow them to start programming or taking classes until five years before they go
- 42:09to the pro parole board. So they were sent tense like to thirty years.
- 42:17They had to bring them twenty five before they get They had to do
- 42:22twenty five years before they get to the parole board. So in between that
- 42:27time, they constantly have to really program theyself. They have to do it
- 42:34theyself before they get to the program. So, I mean how And that's
- 42:40what's happening in that If you listen, if the individuals that are in parts
- 42:47right their intake, they'll take you that they have rehabilitated themselves, that they
- 42:52have worked on them themselves, that they have done things themselves, and they'll
- 42:55worked with other individuals like they Cornell there they were in the process of starting
- 43:02this this movement. It was campus culture where they was working on, you
- 43:08know, doing and developing different things. They were even partnering with a university
- 43:15out of Texas, ut whatever. And then they was also partnering with Goodwill.
- 43:22Good Will was gonna be coming in and teaching them and training them so
- 43:28that they would be able to, you know, be able to have skills,
- 43:31learn how to interview, learn how to do these things so when they
- 43:36get back into the world that they'll be able to go and interview for a
- 43:38job, be able to go out and you know, present themselves in a
- 43:43in a presentable way. You know, this is some of the things that
- 43:46those people over there with Cornell, those that you know go to back for
- 43:52themselves, that that the fend for themselves would stand up for themselves. That's
- 43:55what they were working on. Well, all of the son they it was
- 44:00planned for February. They got everything done. They were even getting different representatives
- 44:07to get involved in representatives to come in and they were going to be talking
- 44:10about, you know, just different things. You know, you have individuals
- 44:14that have and most of these people have not been just locked up for on
- 44:19five ten years. You talking about people that have spent over twenty twenty five
- 44:24years incarcerated and had to have, you know, do these things for themselves.
- 44:30You know, I listened to them, and just like I listened to
- 44:35a my the other night. You know, he said it wasn't until he
- 44:37was in his thirdies that he realized, you know, that he had to
- 44:40get it together, you know. And and that's a lot, you know,
- 44:44a lot of them over there, you know, a lot of those
- 44:46junsters because they don't have nothing to do, because they don't have nothing for
- 44:51them to be involved, and they don't have no programs, they don't have
- 44:53nothing. You talk about with cornell them, it is if if you are
- 45:00out in the woods, if you are far away from civilization. Put it
- 45:05this way, if you're not in direct contact with them, if they can't
- 45:10drive to your facility, like if you ain't in the city, then they're
- 45:15not concerned about you because guess what, they not expecting nobody to come out
- 45:19there and visit you because you way out there. So they focus all their
- 45:22stuff on the ones that are close in the city, where they can be
- 45:27where people can come and check on them. And that's where they pull all
- 45:30their time, that's where they pull out their energy, and that's where they
- 45:32pull all their money. But it's all about show. They want to be
- 45:37able to present. And one thing I've noticed since I was working with a
- 45:40lot of them that these people in cohoots with each other, they will not
- 45:46And one thing I'm hearing from the conversation that you're having with a lot of
- 45:52people out of Colorado is as well that a lot of these people know that
- 45:57a lot of stuff is going wrong within the ju judicial system in these processes.
- 46:01But because of these individuals power and authorities, they choose not to fight
- 46:09and choose not to want to be on that other end, on the right
- 46:14end. They don't want to be on the right end, because then the
- 46:16spotlight is gonna be on them because they stood up against these people, and
- 46:21then they don't want it right because then you got more people, You got
- 46:24more people that's on the bad end, that's gonna be looking because I'm looking
- 46:29at a lot of these these representatives. These representatives, they speak a great
- 46:35game to get in the position, but when they get in these positions,
- 46:38everything that they've spoken it changes, like I don't see and then I go
- 46:45back. Just because they look like us, y'all, just because they look
- 46:50like does not mean that they are for you, does not mean that they
- 46:53are for you. I don't care if you Republican Democrat, I don't even
- 47:00go by all. If you're not for whatever rights that I'm for, that
- 47:06I ain't. You ain't. You're not getting my vote about and then for
- 47:13with me. You know, I see these big name people I don't want
- 47:17I don't want to say their names, but we all know who they are.
- 47:21If it's not no headlining case that's gonna make them no money, they're
- 47:25not gonna come out and fight for you. They from you got being Crump,
- 47:31you got, you got Parnell X, you got, you got doctor
- 47:35Candace, you got Ali Booker, you got all these people that are I
- 47:40don't know. I don't call names because I'm want to put these people on
- 47:43the spot because, hey, you are you're supposed to be for us.
- 47:46You're supposed to be out here fighting us. I see you doing this,
- 47:50but really, what are you doing? Just doing money? Yeah? And
- 47:57so they see I don't get it. You know, how do we put
- 48:01how do we put a value on one person life over another person's life.
- 48:08We we can't do that, you know, we all, we all are
- 48:14valuable in God's side, no more value than the next person. You know,
- 48:22I dealt with the same situation during COVID. You know, I was
- 48:25called because I was the last person to to to to take the job,
- 48:30so I was one of the first people that was let go. Well,
- 48:35then, I guess people were upset because they were looking at Oh, she
- 48:39had to go get her undeployment. I wasn't trying to just go get undeployment.
- 48:43I was trying to work. You're talking about somebody that just come off
- 48:46undeployment. I just come off undeployment when I came from Atlanta. I wasn't
- 48:51trying to sit here and still be on undepartment. I was if I could
- 48:53get a job. I was ready to go to work. But when they
- 48:57called me and they our later, they called me back and asked me if
- 49:04I could come back to work because there was another employee that needed to be
- 49:07off because she was her health was more at risk than my health. Okay,
- 49:13well, who who who classified you and who who made you that authority
- 49:19that you can say that. I said, well, I don't want to
- 49:22I don't want to come back. They got upset with me and they told
- 49:24me to enjoy my unemployment. Okay, I am store will and that's what
- 50:00the upper nineteen five and six when because the bob door, okay bob,
- 50:12and do your work turning your bread equal the fillers and you have the move
- 50:22sly let the board and the suction. So what do they do? We
- 50:31bother the door because you between yourself pinion, it was two years became day.
- 50:37If you have to yourself, oh it was so stopping the bombing door.
- 50:45Give the the Wong board to them to decide if they believe that a
- 50:50person has a can to belong to the emphasize, well you go to what
- 50:59they call for the program and co what that is too active running the protection.
- 51:14But they don't when it came in what you call the Texas system,
- 51:24which means you're concerned, because then we should let you go. The goota.
- 51:37The performations parole was long number love one and the concerning to explore the
- 51:50body you know sl move to parole I and who authorized who authorized out?
- 52:13Who authorized that? And is that part of the problem that is that is
- 52:16that hower's supposed to go. Well, if it's not how it's supposed to
- 52:20go, who authorized them to be able to block out that number? So
- 52:24that they cannot be seen because I thought that it was supposed to be able
- 52:28to be transparent. And you're supposed to be able to go on the website
- 52:31and be able to see a person's process of of of of being parole.
- 52:38Yeah, you're supposed to be able to see when they came up, if
- 52:43they got to set off, how long the set out was, and see
- 52:45what I think they need to do. And and then this is my thinking,
- 52:50this is my thinking, and this is a proposal that I did for
- 52:52class. I said that if they're gonna do this, I feel like that
- 52:58when you've given these sets, that should be individual programs designed to track their
- 53:06progress when they come up for parole if you are denied, if they are
- 53:09denied parole the first time they are denied parole, then they should be put
- 53:14on a track that will track them and help them to get to the point
- 53:21of parole. And that way you can see where they are, you can
- 53:23monitor where they are, you can see the steps that they're taking, and
- 53:27you can keep track of it. And then if you if they're not where
- 53:30they're supposed to be, if you're tracking them, and if they're not where
- 53:34they're supposed to be, then that's when you can give them a set out,
- 53:36and then that's got to be an outline you you got to be able
- 53:39to put into place. So if you're given somebody a seven year setout,
- 53:43then in the seven years, if you need to outline what the seven year
- 53:47plan is, what are supposed to happen the seven years, so that they
- 53:52can come up for parole and make parole the next time. But they don't
- 53:57do that. They don't do that thing. They need to be the parole
- 54:02if you if you are constantly denying somebody setting somebody off, and we need
- 54:09to know why, what's the reason? And you can't keep being cold Number
- 54:14two, because you can't keep setting people out for something that cannot change.
- 54:17They can't change what crime they did. They cannot the crime that they did.
- 54:24It is not gonna change. I don't care how many years they did.
- 54:28The crime is still gonna be the crime. The charge be in charge,
- 54:31so that is not gonna change. So you cannot hold that against them.
- 54:36So that's something that needs to be took out. You cannot hold that
- 54:38against them in evaluation, So that need to be took out. They are
- 54:44so hold against when they getting you know, when they get right up since
- 54:47stuff, you know, and I figure that if they offer more programs well
- 54:54with tdc J. If you if you don't get right that's an issue.
- 55:01That's an issue with them. They feel, Yeah, if you don't get
- 55:05right up, then they feel like you are manipulating the system. They feel
- 55:08like you are manipulating the system that you are playing that you you you you
- 55:13you you're not. Yeah, they ain't no way, Just do your time
- 55:19and go home. Exactly. Some people don't want to be Some people don't
- 55:22want the extra years on until they onto the time that they served. Like
- 55:30this. For example, I had a guy on here. He was he
- 55:34had had four years. This man came to prison to do four years.
- 55:37He was put in a facility that they was having riots. They was,
- 55:44they was fighting, they was doing all kind of stuff. When he went
- 55:45in, that boy, that man said he hadn't been there. I think
- 55:50he said he had been there two weeks. And they transferred a whole bunch
- 55:54of people out because of the riot. And he got shipped too, And
- 56:00because he was a part of that, they gave everybody a charge. Everybody
- 56:05that got shipped got a charge. That man didn't need. He hadn't even
- 56:07been there two weeks, so I saw they keeping them in there long enough.
- 56:13That's how they keeping them in there so they can continuously give free service
- 56:17out of free labor. Yeah, it's about well you know what you Yeah,
- 56:32Well, I do apologize. I was having a little problem on my
- 56:37end for being a little late. But I appreciate you guys for tuning in

- 56:55their story. I'll be back here on Monday at eight pm Eastern Standard time

- 57:23of writing another another book. I would like to leave this little quote with
- 57:30you that I found with you on this evening. Speak up, because the
