- 0:16Unicorn Fart Dust is amongst an elite group of meme coin
- 0:20projects that has intellectual property.
- 0:25But you might be wondering, what does that mean for you?
- 0:28What does that mean for the community at large?
- 0:30What does it mean for the overall project?
- 0:33We've got all the answers today because I'm joined by our friend
- 0:37Fixless, who's been working on the IP behind the scenes.
- 0:41She's a great person. She's the talking flower.
- 0:44Fixless, welcome to Duster Club. Welcome to Ron's basement.
- 0:49Thanks, Ron. Thanks for having me on.
- 0:51Yeah, it's great. Great to see you.
- 0:52So the big exciting news that we had, gosh, probably 6-7 weeks
- 0:57ago was that we announced our new IP that included the, I
- 1:02guess you would say, cartoon visual image of our new Dusty,
- 1:06which everybody, I think I've heard one person, one person
- 1:10told me they didn't like it, literally.
- 1:12And everybody else absolutely loves Dusty.
- 1:15So we have here's that. Well, Dusty's right up there.
- 1:17Hold on. I can point to him right there,
- 1:21upper corner of the screen. And of course we have our name,
- 1:25Unicorn Fart Dust that we're registering with the United
- 1:28States Patent and Trade Office. And I think that can be maybe
- 1:33feel a little intimidating to some people, people in the
- 1:36project who've who've said, oh, it's always been open source,
- 1:39open source, which it is. But I think it's important for
- 1:43us to come on here and give some clarity because I think that for
- 1:4899% or more of the people out there, it's really just a, a,
- 1:53you know, a, a, the cases that we can continue to operate as we
- 1:57have. So I'm going to turn the stage
- 1:59over to you and let you kind of share with the community of what
- 2:04this means, our new IP and, and, and again, what it means for the
- 2:07community, the project and for individuals out there who want
- 2:11to keep spreading the UFD dust. Thanks, Ron.
- 2:15I think you put it well. But really like most, most
- 2:19people, nothing is changing. And the word IP though of course
- 2:23can bring up a lot of different questions and like, Oh well, I
- 2:28accidentally stepping over something I'm not supposed to.
- 2:31And so really the point is to bring some clarity here.
- 2:34And I saw you were waving that paper a moment ago with Dusty on
- 2:37it. Yeah.
- 2:39Yeah, so this right here, this is the paper form, but
- 2:43everything that I'm sharing here, you can see in a document
- 2:46that I'll be posting on the Discord and perhaps X just as a
- 2:51way where it's kind of like a source of truth.
- 2:53So if we're ever uncertain of IP or you're looking For more
- 2:57information, it'll just all be public.
- 2:59And we call it UFDIP one O 1. So it gives a bit of the
- 3:03framework for the 1% where you might end up going outside of
- 3:08the normal stream of of Fair use.
- 3:11Yep, excellent. So you're going to post this
- 3:13later and and you know, you start in this document with
- 3:18talking about why this exists, why the document exists.
- 3:22Do you want to touch on that for one second?
- 3:25Yeah. So why the document exists is
- 3:27really to get us on the same page of like, why do we even
- 3:30have IP or I rose around IP. And I know because so many of us
- 3:35are such a tight knit community, there's a lot of trust.
- 3:38We might be wondering like, well, why?
- 3:40Why do we need rules? But on the other side of things,
- 3:43we know that we're continuing to expand in a huge way and will
- 3:47continue to. And so part of this is setting
- 3:50some things in place so that trust is one of our main values.
- 3:54And so when people look at UFD and even they look at Dusty,
- 3:57they might think it's instant trust.
- 3:59And so if for example, we just get people who maybe want to
- 4:02extract or use the brand to make money, create different side
- 4:04businesses, create different fundraisers, create different
- 4:09events, and they use that brand. In the end, if it ends up being
- 4:12used for more extraction or for scams, that can end up heart
- 4:16hurting this brand and really this culture that we've
- 4:19continued to build. And so this is really for all of
- 4:22us. So I really want to preface this
- 4:24with it's about big picture and. It's about it's, I'm sorry to
- 4:29interrupt you, but I think this is, is critical.
- 4:31It's about protecting the project, right.
- 4:34And again, it's about protecting the project from maybe the one
- 4:38in 1000 or one in 10,000 people out there that may have
- 4:43nefarious intentions with our IP.
- 4:47And the whole nature of IP and getting it established, which is
- 4:51a good thing, is to enable a project to enable a community
- 4:56like ours to be able to protect ourselves.
- 4:58We don't need to protect ourselves against 99.9% of the
- 5:02people out there, right? If, if there's a duster out
- 5:05there watching today and, and they think, oh, I'm going to
- 5:08make a, you know, a cool AI video, which I love, right?
- 5:11All these videos, like, they don't need to get our
- 5:14permission. They don't need to get our, you
- 5:17know, a contract signed or anything like that.
- 5:20What and correct me if I'm wrong, but what we're really
- 5:22the, the spirit of what we're doing with IP is protecting
- 5:27ourselves from the unfortunate one in 10,000 people out there
- 5:31who may decide to use our IP that our community has built,
- 5:36right? I mean, the community built this
- 5:39in a way that's not beneficial to the community.
- 5:43Exactly. Yeah.
- 5:44So I'd say that's like the biggest point.
- 5:46And then of course, there's other legal aspects that it's
- 5:49like in order to keep that so that we can continue to, I
- 5:53guess, for lack of a better word, defendant, we need to show
- 5:55that we are also upholding the IP, which is why we've laid out
- 6:00these, we've put it into 3 categories to make it like
- 6:03super, super simple. So maybe we can dive into just
- 6:07what those 3 categories are and I'll try to stay within the box
- 6:11of each on its owns to not repeat.
- 6:14Yeah, yeah. And and I want to, I'll repeat
- 6:16one, one more time. All of this is outlined in this
- 6:19document. I don't know if it's focusing or
- 6:22not White has problem. But anyway, it's all outlined in
- 6:24this document that we're going to have posted later on today.
- 6:28Yeah, so that first piece like like you were pointing to Ron is
- 6:32really about fair use. It's like how do we of spreading
- 6:35the dust like most of us already doing through, I know a lot of
- 6:39like our community so much based on creativity, like people
- 6:41making things out of clay, making videos, making different
- 6:45game characters, different arts online, different videos.
- 6:52Exactly. And so this case, that's just
- 6:56still fair. What's considered fair use?
- 6:58So it's anything that's non not monetized, not for sale.
- 7:02Of course, there's like brand safe usage.
- 7:04So you're there's not like hate, hate speech, you're looking
- 7:07pornographic, those sort of things.
- 7:09And it's not pretending to be official UFD.
- 7:13Again, going back to that point of don't want to confuse people,
- 7:15but that's basically the first one, just spreading the dust
- 7:18like we already do. And and and a question for you.
- 7:22I mean, I think that that category would apply to most
- 7:26people that are watching us right now, right?
- 7:28The dusters people in the UFD community all over the world
- 7:32that are just using the IP to, you know, create a little meme
- 7:37or whatever it may be. And as long as it's, you know,
- 7:40fits within the general guidelines of what our community
- 7:43stands for, good attracts good, it isn't hateful, discriminatory
- 7:48or, you know, blatantly or whatever, right, that it's fine.
- 7:52There's no problem with it whatsoever.
- 7:55Yeah. OK.
- 7:57All right, Well, there. I'm like maybe say more.
- 8:01I mean, I guess if there's more than people can, sure, but.
- 8:05Yeah, and, and I think there was some confusion out there for a
- 8:08while where people were like, well, you know, like we were
- 8:10going to have some like, massive rule control over what goes out.
- 8:15But no, we want people to use their creativity.
- 8:18We want. I mean, that's what made UFD
- 8:20what it is, right? I mean, one of the very first
- 8:24I'll never forget on Christmas Day of 2020, I guess it would
- 8:30have been 2024, right? Three years ago, we're an OG
- 8:34blue chip meme baby. But it was Christmas Day.
- 8:37The project would have been what, about 9 days old at that
- 8:40point. And you know, we were driving
- 8:42home from Susie's mom's house. It was like 8:00 on Christmas
- 8:45night. And I'm driving and Susie's just
- 8:48starts laughing hysterically. And because we didn't really
- 8:51know what crypto Twitter was, I'm like, what?
- 8:53And she was, she was like, Oh my God, you're not going to believe
- 8:55there's a guy who's been in our, our, our community for a long
- 8:58time, Royal who made an AI video of me and my underwear jumping
- 9:02on the ping pong table. And, you know, like, we love
- 9:05that kind of creativity. And that obviously didn't
- 9:08necessarily directly you, you, you can, you can put Dusty in
- 9:12his underwear jumping on the ping pong table.
- 9:14I think that would be OK. That wouldn't fall into the
- 9:17pornographic zone. But we love that kind of
- 9:20creativity. We love, I mean it, it just
- 9:23it's, it's part of the deep culture that is UFD and it
- 9:28spreads the word. It's people see it, right.
- 9:30Every little thing adds up. So sorry I went off on a on a
- 9:34Christmas Day story, but that, you know, that's just such a
- 9:38critical part of what this community is really doing.
- 9:42Yeah, yeah. I'm excited for, like, what's
- 9:45going to continue to come out of that because there is such
- 9:47incredible creativity, yeah. Absolutely.
- 9:52Well, what about the? What about the?
- 9:54So the first category is fair use.
- 9:56What about category #2 fixed list?
- 9:59Yes, we have first fair use, AKA spreading the lore SEC category
- 10:032 is events and initiative. So these are these are some
- 10:07examples, but not limited to it. Of course, all of this like what
- 10:10we're, we're going to continue to go and learn over time as we
- 10:13go, all of us, right? And so invention initiatives
- 10:16would be like community events, hobby projects, fundraisers.
- 10:20And again, this comes back to the big picture of as we
- 10:25continue to grow, keeping our name intact.
- 10:28And this is something that so say you're creating one of these
- 10:31like community events, hobby projects, fundraisers with the
- 10:34like name and visuals of UFD. Then you just submit a
- 10:38description, some sample content, and then if there's
- 10:42like funds raised, that would just be proof of funds raised
- 10:45and donated. So this is super simple and part
- 10:47of it too. So we know what, as we continue
- 10:49to grow, we know what things people are actually doing in the
- 10:51community so we can celebrate them.
- 10:55Yeah, yeah. And again, I think it's there to
- 10:57protect the project, to protect the community, to protect the
- 11:0299.9% of the people in the community that have worked so
- 11:06hard to make this what it is to get us in this position of where
- 11:11we are right now. And I'm and I'm and I'm, I'm
- 11:13going to go off on another little side note fix.
- 11:15So I, because I'll probably forget to do this.
- 11:17I do want to note that there was, there were, and I don't
- 11:20want to name names, but I can all of you out there that were
- 11:23involved know this is the case. There was a ton of work put into
- 11:27establishing the IP and money donated to establish the IP and
- 11:33then continued work on your behalf and other people that are
- 11:37that are taking initiative to help protect the IP.
- 11:42It's all, there's a lot of work that I mean, this, this was a
- 11:46lot of work. I think you, you know, fix it,
- 11:48but there was a lot of other work as well.
- 11:50So I want to say thank you to all those people before I
- 11:52forget. That's all sad.
- 11:55I can't imagine like the amount of work because I know it was
- 11:57like kind of the passing a baton and I haven't been involved in
- 12:00IP since the edition, but I can only, I can only imagine like
- 12:03you're saying, the time and resources.
- 12:05And because this is people donate their time and their
- 12:08energy for the love of UFD, which is something so magical in
- 12:12itself. But yeah, I really think of even
- 12:14when I'm contributing here, it's like way to honour the also the
- 12:17continued and past efforts of other people.
- 12:20It's no small feat, no. No, because there's only a
- 12:25handful of meme coin projects out there that actually have
- 12:28their IP established. I mean, it really puts us in an
- 12:32elite category of of meme coin projects.
- 12:36Yeah, it really, it really does. Like you guys were saying like,
- 12:39well, I, I think I understand that with even different
- 12:42listings, it's like you need IP or like say you want to go
- 12:45collaborate with bigger brands. If you don't have that you,
- 12:48you're, you're going to bring a risk to collaboration because
- 12:51you can't defend, you can't actually show that you have
- 12:55ownership over it. So this opens up the world,
- 12:57frankly, I think to us a whole level of creativity and
- 13:00collaboration that just which is kind of leading to the Third
- 13:03Point, another level of creativity and collaboration
- 13:05that opens up to a whole another degree of the world.
- 13:08And because we're so interconnected all over the
- 13:10world, who knows what kind of connections we have and what
- 13:12this can help, right? Yeah, absolutely.
- 13:15And I think the the Kraken Athletico de Madrid contest is a
- 13:20great example, right? I mean, we have our IP.
- 13:23They can feel comfortable knowing that, you know, if we
- 13:26were to win that contest, that they could put Dusty on the
- 13:30sleeve of that, you know, world class soccer football team and
- 13:35not have to worry about somebody saying, hey, that's our image.
- 13:38That's my no, that's our image. You know, we have the IP.
- 13:43So it really does open up a whole world of opportunities for
- 13:46us, which kind of leads into the third category.
- 13:49And I'll I'll let you take that away.
- 13:51Fixless the talking flower. Yes.
- 13:53So over to the talking flower, which I actually like looking at
- 13:57this flower, it's. Rude.
- 13:59I love it too. I was like, oh wait, you know
- 14:01what? Before I forget everybody out
- 14:03there and then and then we'll come right back.
- 14:05I want to show you hold on here. Oh shoot, here we are.
- 14:09I got it and boom should be on the screen right now.
- 14:13This is a fixed list on X. That's her.
- 14:17I guess what do they call that profile?
- 14:19So if you want to go check her out and follow her, you can go
- 14:22there to hold on fixless form, which is at the Fixless
- 14:28form.com. And before we get done, I'm
- 14:30going to ask you about that name.
- 14:31But let's go to that third category first before I get us
- 14:35too distracted. There we go.
- 14:39So the third category that we have first is the fair use AKA
- 14:42spreading the the dust 2, we have events and initiatives
- 14:46spreading the dust and I guess in the flesh and then three
- 14:50commercial slash for profit. And so this is really anything
- 14:54that is of course like has to do with monetized or is used within
- 14:58business entities. So sometimes people will want to
- 15:01collaborate and then they'll will actually be a portion of
- 15:05those proceeds. For example, commercial would go
- 15:07back to UFD. The other side could be that our
- 15:09name has value, our brand has value, our community would build
- 15:13has value. And so when business entities
- 15:15also use that within their own business context, that's also
- 15:20adding value to their brand. So this is this third one of
- 15:25commercial slash for profit. This one is more like more of a
- 15:31process. If someone wants to go down this
- 15:33path, it's we're looking more at like the legal side, looking at
- 15:38actually licensing, looking at value brand alignment, doing
- 15:43more like contract stuff. And also keep in mind that the
- 15:47with this area, it's, it's something that takes more time,
- 15:51energy and resources. And yeah, like, I mean, there's
- 15:56financial, but there's also the time of dusters, right, That
- 15:59everything here requires time of other dusters and yourself.
- 16:03And so that's something to really keep in mind as I could
- 16:06see in the future potentially like, oh, why didn't this go
- 16:09through? Would that go through?
- 16:11And it's like as we grow, capacity will grow.
- 16:14But there's something to keep in mind, the humanity, I guess, of
- 16:17how this gets executed. Yeah, yeah.
- 16:20And I think that again, this does not apply to the
- 16:24overwhelming vast majority of people that are watching us
- 16:29right now, but it kind of does apply to them.
- 16:32And it I think it does in this regard because they're part of
- 16:35this community. And if somebody's going to use
- 16:38our IP, for instance, to make, I got a list, let's say somebody
- 16:42wants to make a stuffed animal or somebody wants to make a, a
- 16:45drink, right? Like a Unicorn fart punch, like
- 16:48I've talked about before, or somebody wants to make a cartoon
- 16:51series or somebody wants to make a, a kids soap.
- 16:55I mean, the list goes on and on and on that number one, it
- 16:58protects the community because the community is what has built
- 17:03this project in this intellectual property into what
- 17:07it is. So the community then in the
- 17:10project should reap some benefit from that.
- 17:12So while this doesn't directly apply to to the people out there
- 17:17who are putting out, you know, spreading the lore and, and
- 17:20spreading the dust and making fun memes and all that great
- 17:23stuff. It does kind of apply to them
- 17:26because they've helped to kind of build it into what it is.
- 17:29So if someone is, you know, if a big toy company decides, hey,
- 17:33look at this Unicorn part, this thing, it's really cute.
- 17:35Let's make a let's make a line of kids figurines and sell them
- 17:39at Walmart. Well, we want to make sure that
- 17:41the project in the community reap some benefit from that.
- 17:44Is that an accurate statement? Fixed list the talking flower.
- 17:49Yes, the talking flower says yes.
- 17:53OK. All right.
- 17:55What else in that regard, or what else in general when it
- 17:57comes to IP, do we need to talk about?
- 18:00Yeah, so I just say on the commercial slash for profit and
- 18:02and this is also in the document that I one can bring.
- 18:07There are different ways to engage with this.
- 18:09Of course. It might be like say wreck
- 18:10drinks like I see in the back they come, they want to create
- 18:12Unicorn fart punch and they'd come directly to us through
- 18:16Discord or however I guess they would find us.
- 18:20And then the other path could be that dusters have different
- 18:22connections in the world or different ideas, and the the
- 18:25best place to bring those is to the Discord.
- 18:28So we don't need to do everything as a lone wolf, but
- 18:30we can see like where is there actually interest?
- 18:33And then maybe people there, we set up almost like an organic
- 18:36hub emergence of people are like, I want to bring this into
- 18:38form. Yes.
- 18:42And so that's how I feel a sense like this will come up quite
- 18:44organically. We see where is the interest
- 18:46dusters come in that want to help bring it to life.
- 18:49And then we can help make those networking connections to make
- 18:52it happen. Yeah, yeah.
- 18:54And I, and I can, I also want to share this story.
- 18:57You know, we just established our IP 5-6 weeks ago.
- 19:01Prior to that, like let's say back in February, March of last
- 19:05year, I had several organizations, people, I don't
- 19:09want to go into details, reach out to me with ideas.
- 19:12And the first thing they asked is do you have the IP?
- 19:17And we didn't, right. And unfortunately some of those
- 19:20opportunities weren't, we weren't able to capitalize on
- 19:23them because we didn't have our IP.
- 19:26So and not only does it protect the project and protect the
- 19:30community because of all the work they put into this, but it
- 19:33also really does help us be able to to capitalize on these
- 19:39opportunities as they come in the future.
- 19:45And you said something that I think is very important that I
- 19:49actually had written down. If you have questions about
- 19:51this, the Discord group, the Unicorn Fart Dust Discord
- 19:55channel, is it a call the channel?
- 19:57I'm still learning Discord, but I'm using it more and more
- 19:59myself. That's the place to go to ask
- 20:03questions. And if you have questions or
- 20:05you're not sure about something, whatever.
- 20:07I mean, the spirit of this is to that make it be a huge, huge
- 20:12benefit to the project in the community.
- 20:14Yeah, exactly. A united front to spread the
- 20:18dust. Yes, we have and you said that
- 20:22you're going to we're going to post this in the Discord and
- 20:25probably on X as well when we after we wrap up here fix list.
- 20:30Yes, OK. It'll first be on the Discord
- 20:32and I take more time to get on on X, but it will be on the
- 20:36Discord and that'll be an area where then you can easily find
- 20:39it at any time. OK, OK.
- 20:42And, and I did forget to do the most important thing at the
- 20:45beginning, which was to thank you and tell you what a big
- 20:47honor it is to have you. I know you've been working
- 20:50tirelessly on this and for you to come on here and be willing
- 20:54to help me learn, right? Because I'm a community member
- 20:59and IP is not my specialty per SE.
- 21:02And I know you've done a lot of work and a ton of research into
- 21:04all this. So we really appreciate you
- 21:07coming on here and. Oh, OK.
- 21:10Yeah. Susie, just guess what.
- 21:12Talking flower, Fixless. You can't see the talking
- 21:17flower. It's she's on the screen.
- 21:19Oh, no, Yeah, we can't. OK, No.
- 21:23Right. Because I have a feed here for
- 21:24some reason, everybody. So you don't know, on my screen,
- 21:27there's a flower, but you can't see it.
- 21:29That's why I keep calling fixless the talking flower.
- 21:31But Susie had a great recommendation because of all
- 21:34the hard work you've done, Fixless, everything you're doing
- 21:38for the community, we as the Unicorn fart desk community
- 21:41would like to designate you as duster of the day.
- 21:44But I want everybody out there to help me, right?
- 21:47Let's pick up the Golden Horn and put it on our friend.
- 21:51Fixless, Fixless. I think this is one of the
- 21:54first, I think this is the very first live ever duster of the
- 21:57day. So congratulations, you deserve
- 21:59it, Nicholas. Thank you and thank you to
- 22:02everyone else who's contributed and in any way.
- 22:05I know there's been so many people that have got us to where
- 22:07we are in terms of IP and I mean you continue to show up every
- 22:11day as well, Ron and it's that's an inspiration itself.
- 22:14You know what fix? Listen, I know you've got a time
- 22:16constraint. You got to get running, but we
- 22:20build this project. We build this project every
- 22:24single day. And I really believe that.
- 22:27Like seriously, every day we add another little layer onto our
- 22:31foundation, another couple beans in the jug.
- 22:34However you want to look at her to think about it and that and
- 22:38that that can get that continues to position us at a spot that I
- 22:45think could could really be beneficial down the road.
- 22:50And that's I think really in a lot of ways, one of the biggest
- 22:53catalysts that we can ask for every day is that we continue to
- 22:57show up and it sets us apart. One of the ways that sets us
- 23:01apart from a lot of the other meme coin projects out there.
- 23:04You know the other thing, and I wrote this down because I was on
- 23:06a spaces last night, Tommy, and there's a guy named Tommy who's
- 23:10running spaces from time to time for UFD.
- 23:13It was another great success and there were people in there last
- 23:17night. I want to mention this gimmicks
- 23:19UFD Betty, Georgie King cause was in there.
- 23:23I saw OB in there. And the one thing I wished I'd
- 23:26said after you always wished you'd said when, when we're done
- 23:29here later on today, fix the list.
- 23:31You're going to think, man, I wish I'd said this.
- 23:33You know, you always, always right.
- 23:37But you know what? The one thing I wish I'd said
- 23:39last night was that that I'd shared with kind of the more
- 23:42general public. And I say this on a regular
- 23:44basis, but like all those people are such high quality.
- 23:48Just that group that was there last night, they were speakers.
- 23:51I saw them on the screen in the literally, honestly, these are
- 23:55people that, you know, I have children and, and when they were
- 23:59five year twins and when they were five years old, I would
- 24:02have felt comfortable letting any of them babysit my kids for
- 24:04a couple days. And I'm very selective about who
- 24:07I would let watch my kids. I mean, we just have an
- 24:10unbelievable group of people in this project and it's, I, I
- 24:14believe it sets us apart from a lot of the other projects out
- 24:18there. Absolutely.
- 24:20That's that's really something. Yep.
- 24:23OK, so there we there we have it guys.
- 24:26I hope that we've offered you some clarity and some
- 24:29excitement. Like I'm super excited about the
- 24:32about the IPI mean, pretty much everybody watching can, can, can
- 24:37continue to do what they're doing.
- 24:38If you're going to, if you want to use the IP to start a
- 24:41business or sell a product, whatever.
- 24:44So we want the project to be involved, right?
- 24:46I think that's fair, right? The, the community, the project
- 24:49has worked very hard to make this IP what it is and that the
- 24:55community at large and including the people out there that do
- 24:58want, I'm encourage people, right?
- 25:00If you have ideas, go for it. We'll work with you and we'll do
- 25:04it in a very, you know, positive away with the spirit of let's
- 25:09make something great for UFD. Pixelis.
- 25:12Is there anything that I forgot to ask you today, now that
- 25:15you're the duster of the day? I think that's everything, but
- 25:19you were saying you wanted to ask me about the name.
- 25:21Oh yes, yes, well, there you go. I forgot.
- 25:24Tell us, where does the name Pixel's form come from?
- 25:27Yeah, You know, the name came off of profiles.
- 25:30I'm like, oh, what name? And you want to change it to
- 25:32this or that as you change over time.
- 25:34And then this name kind of popped up where I'm like, fix
- 25:37this form because like form and the forms of life that it takes
- 25:40is always shifting. And so it's kind of a
- 25:43philosophical nudge to that. OK, OK.
- 25:47And and when I and when and and and how would you think that
- 25:50might apply to a meme coin project like Unicorn fart dust,
- 25:55right. Like our how we evolve and
- 25:57change because I've seen a lot of that over the last year.
- 26:01Yeah, well, it's, it's kind of like being like being human.
- 26:04Like there's this part of us that we always know is like, you
- 26:08know, wherever whatever stage I am in life, like I can, I can
- 26:11feel that part of fixless. But at the same time it kind of
- 26:15like this flower, like kind of takes different balloons,
- 26:18different shades and same as like UFD.
- 26:20When I feel into that, it's like there is this essence which is
- 26:25UFD and to it the same. It's like to at the same time
- 26:30allow it to move and shift. I'm almost thinking like a
- 26:33martial art to shift and grow into different forms.
- 26:36So as much as we might like it at one stage, like it'll
- 26:39continue to evolve into the next, to the next, to the next.
- 26:41And so to really acknowledge where we are and then to
- 26:46wherever the next moment takes us.
- 26:48Yeah, think about, think about where UFD could be 5 years from
- 26:52now, right. Think about where UFD could be a
- 26:54year from now. Because I can tell you having,
- 26:57you know, been in the project, I, I think I can accurately say
- 27:02deeply over the last year, this project has evolved.
- 27:06I mean, the community and it, it's all about community, right?
- 27:09The community today is way different than it was a year
- 27:14ago, and there were some great people, a lot of the people that
- 27:18are still here today, we're here a year ago.
- 27:21But the community has definitely evolved and evolved in a very,
- 27:25very good way. When I think about the UFD, when
- 27:28I think of fixed, fixless form, you know, when I think of the
- 27:31UFD community, and I think you were kind of saying this, right?
- 27:34Like UFD is real, right? Like we have our IP, we have our
- 27:38dusty, we have these real relationships and emotional
- 27:43bonds with each other that make the community and the community
- 27:46is a real thing, but it's not fixed.
- 27:49It's like this, this, this always kind of evolving.
- 27:53And I don't know if the right word is nebulous, but there's
- 27:56just all these connections and then it continues.
- 27:59And to me, what's important to me are the quality connections,
- 28:03right? And, and you know, I say this
- 28:05often lately, but it's all based on trust, right?
- 28:09It's all based on a foundation of trust with, between people
- 28:14and, and trusting each other that builds these relationships.
- 28:18And the relationships are what makes up the community.
- 28:21And the community is what makes up UFD.
- 28:24And, and, and, and I think it's a powerful and I believe this
- 28:28100% in my heart that one of the biggest kind of evolutionary
- 28:34changes that I've seen in the Unicorn Park dust community over
- 28:37the last year is that the good, like the people that have stuck
- 28:41around are the people that are good and trust each other.
- 28:46And I'm not saying anything negative about anyone who, for
- 28:48whatever reason, may have the re buttercup to themselves, and
- 28:52they're always welcome to come back.
- 28:53As we've had, you know, life changes, things change.
- 28:57We always welcome back our good dusters right to come back into
- 29:00the community. But at the core, and as I look
- 29:03at like, if I'd take a snapshot right now of our community, what
- 29:08I see are, are people that really trust each other and,
- 29:13and, and, and, and not that that wasn't the case a year ago, but
- 29:18the reality is it takes time, right?
- 29:20Trust is built overtime. And now we have this incredible
- 29:24group of people. And I mean, I don't mean that,
- 29:26Oh, we're all, you know, super successful doctors and lawyers
- 29:31and India, whatever, right? It's, it's people that across
- 29:34the whole spectrum of society, a whole spectrum of different
- 29:38beliefs, races, geographical locations.
- 29:41But the, but the one thing, if I take that snapshot that we have
- 29:44now are a lot of people that really trust each other and
- 29:47really feel connected. And I think there's no more
- 29:50powerful force than that out there.
- 29:52And that's why we want to protect them and us with IP.
- 29:58Well said. I sometimes I like to talk.
- 30:04I tell you what you do. You like to talk?
- 30:10I have a niece that called me preacher Ron.
- 30:12I don't know, but you know, anyway, that's why I sit in my
- 30:15basement and talk and I often tell people, hey, don't worry,
- 30:17to get tired of listening to me. I get tired of listening to
- 30:20myself. Plus, this has been great.
- 30:23I feel like you've given us real clarity, right on the real
- 30:27benefits for the for everybody in UFD as the why we have the IP
- 30:33and and kind of how it's being managed.
- 30:35And I want to read it, reiterate one last time for most every
- 30:39single person out there. I don't, I forget how to say it,
- 30:43but it's like, you know, proceed as normal, right?
- 30:46Just, you know, you keep doing what you're doing.
- 30:48We encourage you to get out there, spread the lore of UFD
- 30:52and we've got some great things ahead for us.
- 30:55Thank you Fixless. Thank you, Ron.
- 30:58All right, everybody, Yep, let's say goodbye.
- 31:01Goodbye, everybody. Have a great day.
- 31:03I'll be back tomorrow. Wednesday.
- 31:05I have Gigi on as a special guest at 12 noon Central.
- 31:09Friday. I will be on Bren's live stream
- 31:15and there'll be announcements about all this, but the last one
- 31:18we did with him got a lot of views and was really a great
- 31:21thing. So there's a couple things
- 31:23coming up this week. And of course, there's surprises
- 31:26around every corner with Unicorn Fart desk.
- 31:28So thanks again, Fix, Fix List. Thanks to all the dusters out
- 31:32there. Horns up, right, everybody,
- 31:34horns up. And everyone, please
- 31:36congratulate Fix List on her massive honor of being
- 31:39designated Duster of the Day. We'll see you soon fix list.
- 31:42Thank you. Thanks.
- 31:44So much. Bye everybody.
