- 0:00America, we are back, baby. Welcome to another episode of
- 0:02America Unfiltered with James Pascal.
- 0:04Ladies, today is our One big Beautiful Bill episode.
- 0:07They just passed the One Big Beautiful bill in the house.
- 0:10This was a little bit of a surprise to me that it passed as
- 0:12fast. I thought there would be a lot
- 0:13more provisions on it before it passed, but here we are.
- 0:17I've spoke out against the bill a lot.
- 0:18There are a lot of parts of the bill I love.
- 0:20I love more than half of the bill.
- 0:23I think if you cut it into two bills and cut part of it out, it
- 0:26would pass through the House, through the Senate a lot easier.
- 0:31They would have. Had a lot.
- 0:33Less people like Thomas Massie, Marjorie Taylor Green getting
- 0:36called out. A lot of people who I would say
- 0:38are America First and align with the Make America Great Again
- 0:41movement who Donald Trump is now saying they don't.
- 0:44But that's politics. That's how things like that
- 0:46work. That's not really Donald Trump
- 0:48speaking out of line. That's just how politics works.
- 0:51He's trying to get his agenda passed through and he needs to
- 0:54say those things to get his agenda passed through.
- 0:56He needs to speak out against Thomas Massie and those people
- 0:59when they speak out against Donald Trump.
- 1:01I understand all that. I don't really blame him for
- 1:04that, the same way a lot of conservatives are.
- 1:06But I do want to talk about the bill.
- 1:08I want to go over all the provisions of the bill.
- 1:11I want to go over all the parts of the bill.
- 1:13I want to go over the changes to the debt ceiling, deficit
- 1:17decrease, what changes it will make with taxes, the changes it
- 1:20will make to our military spending, Medicaid, It's going
- 1:24to change a lot. So the reason Donald Trump had
- 1:26this bill all in one is because in Donald Trump's first term, he
- 1:31struggled a lot with the House and the Senate to really get
- 1:34things through. He struggled because he's Donald
- 1:37Trump, because his name's Donald Trump and the media despises
- 1:40that. Like we've talked about a lot
- 1:42before on this show, Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton,
- 1:46every single Democrat before 2015, before Trump said build
- 1:52the wall was for Border Protection, was for not allowing
- 1:56illegal immigrants in this nation.
- 1:58It was a bipartisan thing. It wasn't a controversial
- 2:00subject. It was something we all agreed
- 2:02to. And Hillary Clinton specifically
- 2:04was one of the big people in saying you're going to learn
- 2:07English, you are going to assimilate to American culture.
- 2:11You're not going. To come in illegally and if you
- 2:13were here illegally. You're going to be deported.
- 2:15It doesn't matter if you were committing crimes or not.
- 2:18So it's just crazy to me that Democrats now think Trump's a
- 2:21Nazi because he wants the deportations.
- 2:23And that's one of the big reasons Republicans love this
- 2:26bill. And that's one of the things I
- 2:27love about this bill a lot. I think it really solidifies
- 2:31Donald Trump's immigration policies.
- 2:33I don't love all the stuff when it comes to taxes.
- 2:36I think that's the stuff that they could change a little bit
- 2:39to not raise the debt ceiling as much, because that's where most
- 2:42of the debt ceiling increase is coming from.
- 2:44I think like 3.2 of the five trillion increase in the debt
- 2:48ceiling comes from that alone. I think 1.2 comes from the
- 2:52Medicaid, and then the rest is the military defense in the
- 2:56border budget, which is a very small amount of it, but still
- 2:59it's extremely necessary right now.
- 3:01Year to date we've had around 70 to 80,000 deportations.
- 3:06Anyone who's. Cheering that on, that's a low
- 3:08rookie number, something that upsets me.
- 3:10We voted for mass deportations of the mass invasion that Joe
- 3:14Biden allowed, and Obama deported over 5 million.
- 3:17Bill Clinton deported over 11,000,000.
- 3:20And Trump, if he keeps going at the same rate, will not even
- 3:23reach a few million. Like Trump at this rate might
- 3:26not even reach a million in four years.
- 3:28So that is one of the reasons that this bill is good.
- 3:31It does have some major provisions in it that fund ICE,
- 3:35fund the border wall, really locking a lot of Donald Trump's
- 3:38border policies, which are extremely important.
- 3:41But I want to dive right into the bill from the beginning.
- 3:43We'll go over everything. We'll go over the tax part
- 3:48first. Then we'll go over the Medicaid.
- 3:50We'll end with the border and some of the other smaller
- 3:52regulations in the bill like NFA stuff and things of that nature.
- 3:57But to get right into everything, let's start talking
- 4:00about the tax cuts. So for the middle and working
- 4:03class, they will see some pretty good tax cuts.
- 4:05More income is tax free. It will help middle and lower
- 4:08income families a lot. Tax on tips up to $25,000.
- 4:13You now do not have to file on your taxes overtime as well up
- 4:18to $25,000 too. So these are all really good
- 4:21things. And it's not things where you
- 4:23don't have to pay taxes on them. It's you get a credit back at
- 4:26the end of the year. That's one thing they are kind
- 4:27of hiding the phrasing on. They're freezing in a way that
- 4:30makes it seem like when you get your paycheck, your overtime is
- 4:33not going to be taxed. Now it will be taxed out of your
- 4:36paycheck. You just get a credit back at
- 4:37the end of the year, which is still a great thing, still
- 4:40allows people to come after taxes and get that big check, be
- 4:44able to put money away, be able to.
- 4:45Fund their Roth IR as fund their.
- 4:47Families, so a lot of really good things.
- 4:51It also it extends the rest of Donald.
- 4:54Trump's 2017 tax. Cuts.
- 4:56It helps businesses out a lot. So the corporate tax rate will
- 5:01go down. I think it's from 35% to 23%.
- 5:04That's one of the things that I think they could change.
- 5:07While I do think corporate taxes should be cut, I do understand
- 5:10that they create a lot of jobs, stimulate the economy.
- 5:14They invest in America and we need to incentivize them to
- 5:17invest in America, bringing manufacturing back domestically
- 5:21instead of overseas. I do think that there are other
- 5:24ways we could probably incentivize them.
- 5:26Going from 35% to 23%, while we're increasing the debt
- 5:30ceiling for future generations by 5 trillion doesn't seem
- 5:34great. I think that corporations would
- 5:36be able to hold up with a slightly less decrease in that
- 5:38tax rate that would lower the debt ceiling by a little bit,
- 5:41because obviously we're going to have to, we're going to have to
- 5:45make some changes to get Trump's policies through.
- 5:48We we've all known that under our current state of our
- 5:51government, our current financial state, that it's not
- 5:53possible that there do have to be changes made to get these
- 5:56board things done to make it more affordable for people
- 5:59around the country. But at the same time, the cut on
- 6:02the taxes for the corporations is a little much.
- 6:05It's a slight stretch and while we've talked about there are the
- 6:08benefits, I do think that the consequences of raising the debt
- 6:12ceiling in the debt spiral and the fact that when I pay my
- 6:14income tax $0.39 out. Of every dollar goes to interest
- 6:18alone and not to principal, that's a problem.
- 6:21That's a huge problem to me. It should be a huge problem to
- 6:24all Americans and. It's only going to get worse if
- 6:27we don't fix this debt ceiling. So it's one of my biggest
- 6:30problems with the tax cuts, like I've talked about is a $5
- 6:35trillion raise in our debt ceiling.
- 6:37And 3.2 of that alone just comes from these tax cuts.
- 6:41I think they made the change that corporate tax rates would
- 6:44be locked in at 21% permanently. Actually, I don't think it was
- 6:4823. I don't know why I was thinking
- 6:5023. It's 21 small businesses will
- 6:54also get deductions as well a 20% deduction on income for
- 6:58LLC's S Corps sole proprietors. It's a huge benefit for business
- 7:03owners, gig economy workers. There will also be.
- 7:06Capital gains tax cuts, so the top rate is reduced from 20% to
- 7:1115%. And holding period for long term
- 7:14gains reduced from 12 months to six months, which will help a
- 7:18lot of investors and traders, mainly on the wealthier side.
- 7:21That's not as much for the lower income and some of the middle
- 7:24income, but that's mainly on the wealthier side of things where
- 7:27that's going to help. Estate tax exemption raised to
- 7:3025,000,000 per individual, 50 million for couples.
- 7:34Helps generational wealth stay intact, especially for forms and
- 7:38small businesses. This is a good thing.
- 7:40This is when you pass away the taxes they put on things, they
- 7:44pass along through generations, houses, things like that.
- 7:47Which again, we could all agree with.
- 7:49They shouldn't they? Why does the government need
- 7:51their hands in every single pie, every single cookie jar?
- 7:54They don't. Ron DeSantis talks about this a
- 7:57lot too. In Florida, they're talking
- 7:58about getting rid of the taxes you pay every year on your home,
- 8:02your property tax, because it's a scam.
- 8:04You bought your house and now every single year you have to
- 8:06pay the government for it. Like, why does that make sense?
- 8:09Why does the government get a check every year after you
- 8:11bought a house? I bought a car.
- 8:13The government doesn't get a check every year because of
- 8:15that. I have a dog.
- 8:17The government doesn't get a check every year because of
- 8:19that. It's just, I don't know, it's
- 8:20one of those things where it's just government overreach,
- 8:22things our founding fathers would be really upset about.
- 8:26So. I'm glad Florida is getting back
- 8:28to those founding principles that this country started on.
- 8:31I'm glad that we're able to really discuss these things in
- 8:35this state because there are a lot of states like New York
- 8:37where taxes are about to be absurd and you're about to see a
- 8:40huge influx of people come down to.
- 8:42Florida. We saw this during COVID.
- 8:44Over 1000 people a day move down to Florida during COVID.
- 8:47A lot of this was due to the woke policies and the fact that
- 8:50COVID basically did not exist. Here in Florida.
- 8:53We were just doing herd immunity here.
- 8:56We had people who would someone wear masks, but the majority of
- 8:59people were out and about in the grocery store, going about their
- 9:02day. They were at the beaches.
- 9:03They were doing their thing. It was really beautiful how the
- 9:06state of Florida handled COVID. It was amazing the freedom that
- 9:09Florida allowed the citizens of Florida to have.
- 9:12It's one of the greatest things to be an American and to
- 9:16experience freedom and to watch other places in America not
- 9:20experience freedom. It's scary and it's a really
- 9:23great feeling to be in Florida and know that I have a governor
- 9:25who supports me, know that I have a government who supports
- 9:28me, and a government who supports its citizens more than
- 9:32themselves. That's the greatest thing about
- 9:33the Florida government. The Florida government
- 9:35understands that they're here to serve us, that we don't work for
- 9:38them. We're not here to just obey them
- 9:40at every wishing command. They work for us and they know.
- 9:44That here in Florida, the sheriff's.
- 9:45Know that here in Florida, all our social services understand
- 9:49that here in Florida and our government specifically
- 9:51understands that. So I really love the state of
- 9:54Florida. I love that they're getting rid
- 9:56of the property tax. I think that's a crazy thing.
- 9:59I started talking about that because of the estate tax part
- 10:02of the bill. But to get back into the bill,
- 10:05it will really do some good. Things tax returns will now be
- 10:08postcard size for people who are making under $100,000 a year.
- 10:12Who doesn't want that? We all hate doing your taxes
- 10:15every year. We'd having to pay accountants
- 10:17to do our taxes in some instances.
- 10:19We hate the fact that the. Government knows how much money
- 10:21we owe them and they don't tell us and we have to guess.
- 10:24And if you're wrong, it's a. Crime.
- 10:25That's a weird system. We can all agree to that and
- 10:28anyone who doesn't agree to that.
- 10:30I'd love to debate you on it, but I think we can all agree
- 10:33that the idea of a smaller than a postcard size tax form is
- 10:38amazing for people making under $100,000 a year.
- 10:40The people who don't want to have to pay accountants and do
- 10:42these things, those are the people who are going to benefit
- 10:44the most from this. Overall, from the tax provisions
- 10:48in Donald Trump's one big beautiful bill, the
- 10:50corporations, the high income earners, small business owners
- 10:54will most likely benefit the most.
- 10:55You're going to see corporations and high income earners
- 10:58obviously benefit the most, but you will see middle income
- 11:01families really see a massive increase in their financial
- 11:05success as well, most likely. We've talked about the marriage
- 11:09tax fix. We've talked about child tax.
- 11:11Credits, they'll get bigger deductions.
- 11:13These are all amazing things and I think if they were able to fix
- 11:17the corporate tax slightly, while I do agree corporations
- 11:21need a tax cut, I don't think they should be taxed at 35
- 11:23percent, 2% tax on T and we pretty much started a war over
- 11:27it. I understand I hate taxes more
- 11:29than anybody. I just don't think we need to
- 11:31raise the debt ceiling by 5 trillion to do that.
- 11:34I think there's other ways we can incentivize these businesses
- 11:37to invest in America. I would have loved Donald Trump
- 11:39to explore those options a little more.
- 11:42Donald Trump is also way more successful than me.
- 11:45He knows more about negotiating and finances than me.
- 11:48So I'm not going to argue too much with that because like I
- 11:51said, I'm sure he knows a lot more than me about it, and I
- 11:53would be slightly ignorant to act like I knew more than Donald
- 11:55Trump about this. I do think that if we can, if we
- 12:01can be really honest. Bipartisanly about what this
- 12:04bill is about, the great parts about it and the bad parts about
- 12:07it, I think will be. A lot more successful as people
- 12:10and as a country. We have people just saying that
- 12:14Oh yeah, they're. Making cuts to Medicaid, and
- 12:16that's all they're saying. We're going to get into the
- 12:17Medicaid part of it in a second. But when people just say that
- 12:21and they don't actually explain that, no, you're actually
- 12:23cutting Medicaid from people who don't want to work.
- 12:25And it's not just cutting Medicaid.
- 12:28It's really corrupt the way that they phrase these things.
- 12:30There's a lot of propaganda. And if we could just be more
- 12:33honest about what this bill is, bipartisanly communicate about
- 12:36it, have actual discussions, we would get so much further in
- 12:40life. We would get so much further in
- 12:42politics and we would be able to get a lot more accomplished
- 12:45bipartisanly. And this is what America is
- 12:47about. It's not about like owning the
- 12:49libs and defeating the Republicans.
- 12:52It's about trying to get things done for the American people.
- 12:55It's about trying to accomplish things for the American people
- 12:59and set things up for the next generations.
- 13:01I've talked about this before, but millennials and under the
- 13:04first generations in American history to have it worse off
- 13:07than their parents. By almost every metric, by
- 13:09suicides, drug use, alcohol use, depression, anxiety, financial
- 13:15stress, everything is going worse.
- 13:18You look at marriage rates, you look at population drop rates,
- 13:21you look at fertility rate specifically.
- 13:23Everything is getting more difficult.
- 13:25Everything is really getting worse for future generations and
- 13:29no one's talking about that. They talk about the buzzwords
- 13:32like GDP. They talk about the economy is
- 13:35great, gas prices, etcetera. And yes, all that matters, being
- 13:39able to afford homes, being able to have children and get
- 13:43married, those are things that the government needs to make
- 13:45possible. This bill does a lot of those
- 13:48things. So those are things I love it.
- 13:49It really does help middle income families.
- 13:53It helps single people as well, but it helps a lot of families.
- 13:56The child tax credit is one of the greatest things.
- 13:59I think we should incentivize having babies in every single
- 14:01way in this country. We've talked about how the
- 14:04population replacement rate, it's dropped.
- 14:07I think it went from 2.9% to 2.1%, the amount of babies we're
- 14:11having on average, and that's a problem.
- 14:14We need to have a lot more than that people need to be having. 3
- 14:16or 4 kids? If we were able to have three
- 14:19kids apiece on average, we would grow in population.
- 14:22We really need to see this huge increase soon.
- 14:25I do want to go on to the next. Parts of the bill I want to talk
- 14:28about the Medicaid. Parts because that seems to be
- 14:30some of the most controversial parts.
- 14:32I don't agree that it's the most controversial.
- 14:34I think it's the some of the easier parts next to the border
- 14:38parts. Like I said, the most
- 14:39controversial parts to me were the corporate tax rates.
- 14:43Originally the most controversial part to me wasn't
- 14:46the corporate tax rate, it was the AI regulations.
- 14:48That was my biggest part, but they took that out.
- 14:51And with a 99 to one vote they took out the AI regulations.
- 14:54That's amazing. Why should states not be able to
- 14:57regulate AI in their state? That's just dangerous.
- 15:01Anyone who knows anything about AI who knows that makes no
- 15:03sense. But it's very good they took it
- 15:08out. I am not that surprised because
- 15:10it's one of the things that was really holding the bill back.
- 15:13But now that they've taken it out, it really just leaves the
- 15:15corporate taxes and things like that, that are adding to the
- 15:18debt ceiling, increase the spiral in the deficit and the
- 15:22interest rates that will screw future generations.
- 15:25But they're all also, but there are also parts of the bill that
- 15:28if didn't, if they didn't happen, that the future
- 15:32generations would be screwed anyway.
- 15:33So it's really a catch 22 in a lot of ways.
- 15:36Like, I think if we kept letting people expose Medicaid and we
- 15:39didn't have money to fund the border and immigration, I think
- 15:42that would really screw future generations as well.
- 15:45So it's one of those things where I don't love it, but it is
- 15:49good that it happened because, yeah, as we talked about the
- 15:53Medicaid and the border, you'll understand more.
- 15:55But there are some really good things that will do really good.
- 15:58There's some really good things that will really improve the
- 16:01state of this nation and really push forward the America First
- 16:03movement that Donald Trump ran. On and that.
- 16:06The American people voted for the America First movement is my
- 16:09favorite movement. The Medicaid cuts are pretty
- 16:13important to talk about because like we've said, you have people
- 16:17like Cory Booker, AOC, who just say they're cutting Medicaid.
- 16:21That's all they say. They don't say that we're
- 16:23cutting Medicaid from people who are able bodied and don't want
- 16:26to work. So if you're single and you
- 16:28don't have any children, maybe you're just like a 35. 40 year
- 16:31old living on your mom's. Couch on in your mom's basement,
- 16:35whatever it is. If you're on social services,
- 16:38you are now required to go work every week.
- 16:41You are now required to get up off your ass and go get a job.
- 16:45You are required to pass a drug test.
- 16:48These are all things that why weren't these there in the 1st
- 16:52place? Why were people able to abuse
- 16:54our social services take. Our tax dollars and use them to
- 16:59buy their video games while they stay on their mom.
- 17:01'S couch and don't work. We're talking about able bodied
- 17:03people. We're talking about people who
- 17:04are just refusing to work. And it's not like they're going
- 17:08to have to go work an insane amount 80 hours a month.
- 17:10Most people are working 40 hours a week.
- 17:12So that's really only two weeks of full time work.
- 17:16It's not that much. And it's not even just you got
- 17:19to be working. You could be in school, you
- 17:21could be in training and even some volunteer programs they
- 17:24would accept. But yeah, if you are an able
- 17:29bodied adult, you don't have dependents.
- 17:31You must meet working conditions to get Medicaid.
- 17:34I don't know why that's a problem to people.
- 17:37I don't know why anyone doesn't agree with that.
- 17:39I don't know why anyone thinks that it's OK for people to
- 17:42abuse. Our tax dollars.
- 17:45Saying that the measures would cut federal Medicaid spending by
- 17:48$344 billion / 10 years and 5.2 million fewer adults would be on
- 17:55Medicaid. These are a lot of people who
- 17:57are just abusing our systems. And states can even impose
- 18:01stricter verification, more frequent checks, or tighter lock
- 18:05backs and ways to not give people this coverage.
- 18:10This is something that I'm proud of.
- 18:12This is something that America needs to do more of.
- 18:15People are abusing our social systems the same way illegal
- 18:17immigrants have abused our social systems.
- 18:20We need to kick them off. We can't have people who are
- 18:223040 years old at home who are able to work and just not
- 18:26working. That's a problem.
- 18:28That's laziness. That is something that needs to
- 18:31be dealt with. It comes down to bad parenting
- 18:33in a lot of ways, because why didn't the parents deal with
- 18:35that in the first place? But yeah, I mean, I just don't
- 18:38see any problem with that. I wish somebody would bring a
- 18:42actual point up like Cory Booker and AOC.
- 18:45Like I've said, all they say is like they're cutting Medicaid,
- 18:47and when anyone pushes back on what I'm saying, they don't even
- 18:50answer. So I wish some would actually
- 18:51debate me on it. I wish some would actually.
- 18:54Tell me why they think people who are refusing to work should
- 18:57get government tax dollars, Because why wouldn't everyone
- 19:00just do that at that point? Why wouldn't everybody with no
- 19:03ambition, which is a lot of liberals, just go and take
- 19:06government tax dollars and not work?
- 19:08If that's if it wasn't illegal, if you didn't have to be
- 19:11disabled or have some kind of condition to receive these
- 19:16benefits if you're not working. I just don't get that.
- 19:19And you know, any liberal who thinks that everybody should
- 19:22just get free healthcare, I want you to understand that nothing
- 19:25is free. Somebody pays for it.
- 19:27Maybe it's not them, but somebody pays for it and I'm not
- 19:29willing to just pay for everyone else's.
- 19:31Healthcare, because that's not my issue, this is America.
- 19:34That's not what America was founded on in any way.
- 19:37It also does the same thing for SNAP benefits, which is food
- 19:40stamps. So again, if you're an able
- 19:42bodied person, no children, you must meet weekly or monthly work
- 19:46training requirements. Where you're going to get your
- 19:48benefits cut no problem with it. I don't think people should be
- 19:52able to. Abuse these government services.
- 19:55I don't think that it's OK. And I think the people who are
- 19:58found to be abusing these government services should also
- 20:01be investigated in some ways. Obviously, right now it's legal
- 20:04in a lot of ways for them to abuse them.
- 20:06So we can't charge the people who are legally doing it.
- 20:08But there are going to be a lot of corruption cases discovered
- 20:12as they go through and they're removing.
- 20:14These people off of Medicaid Alpha SNAP.
- 20:17And I want those people to be investigated.
- 20:20I really would like them to be able to have some prosecutions.
- 20:24One thing I was hoping for when Donald Trump got into office was
- 20:26to see prosecutions. We really haven't seen many.
- 20:29I want to see Fauci prosecuted. I would love to see Hunter Biden
- 20:32prosecuted. I would love to see a lot of
- 20:35really corrupt people prosecuted.
- 20:37Adam Schiff, maybe that would be a great one.
- 20:39But yeah, I don't think. We're going to get these
- 20:41prosecutions. I don't think we're going to get
- 20:43a lot of legal action like we should have.
- 20:46And that's very sad, but hopefully we can get some
- 20:49corruption charges when it comes to or some fraud charges when it
- 20:53comes to Medicaid, when it comes to removing the people who have
- 20:56been abusing my tax dollars and your tax dollars, because that's
- 20:59a huge problem every single day, anytime anyone wants to abuse
- 21:02social services. And it brings us to our last
- 21:05part of the bill. The last part of the bill is my
- 21:07favorite. This one, like we've talked
- 21:09about before, I said in one episode, and I was probably
- 21:12incorrect. As I've done more research on
- 21:14the bill and just done more research on politics, I realized
- 21:17I wasn't right. I said that this, if it was a
- 21:20standalone bill, would pass and that it should be a standalone
- 21:23bill. The border part, that's
- 21:25incorrect. I don't think it would.
- 21:26I think the reason they haven't tucked in the one big beautiful
- 21:28bill is because, like I said, Donald Trump couldn't get
- 21:31anything passed before. He needs to do it all at once if
- 21:35he wants to get his agenda through.
- 21:36And this is pretty much what Donald Trump campaigned on.
- 21:39Almost everything in this bill are things Donald Trump
- 21:41campaigned on. And if we can keep those
- 21:44promises, it's really important to the American people.
- 21:47Like I said, I don't. Love the debt ceiling raise.
- 21:49I am very. Opposed to it, but I do
- 21:52understand that we do need to get these other things done and
- 21:55while the debt ceiling does hurt future generations, these other
- 21:58things could hurt future generations as well.
- 22:01And the fact that they got. Rid of the AI provision in the
- 22:03bill is massive to me and does show.
- 22:05That the bill moved forward a little bit, but to get into the
- 22:08border part of it, the border wall construction will get $32
- 22:11billion to resume and expand the border wall across all four
- 22:16southern border states. It adds double layer fencing in
- 22:19high traffic zones, infrastructure upgrades, motion
- 22:22sensors, drones, lights. This will be pretty fast.
- 22:27When they get the funding through, it will start the
- 22:30construction almost immediately. You saw Biden was trying to
- 22:33sell. Trump's border wall materials.
- 22:36One of the most corrupt, craziest things.
- 22:38But we stopped that. We're now going to rebuild the
- 22:40wall. Finally.
- 22:41Since 2016 we've been saying build the wall.
- 22:44I remember I was on Jubilee and I was debating the person and he
- 22:47was saying that Commas Bill would have built the wall as
- 22:49well. Commas Bill was a joke.
- 22:51It would have allowed a 7000 illegals a day, an average of
- 22:545000 a day on a weekly basis. And those caps are just
- 22:57unsustainable. Like I've said, we need a net
- 23:00zero illegal immigration and legal immigration policy.
- 23:03To straighten out all the problems domestically in
- 23:05America. I'm so tired of my dollar being
- 23:07worthless and not getting me anywhere in this world.
- 23:09I'm so tired of the fact that you see.
- 23:12We have a $5 trillion increase in our debt ceiling.
- 23:15And yes, part of it has to do with this border construction
- 23:19and things like that, but it's a very minimal part $150 billion
- 23:23is going towards the border infrastructure, ICE agents and
- 23:26things like that while you see. 3.2.
- 23:29Trillion to the tax cuts. 1.2 trillion for the Medicaid, so
- 23:33there are other parts of it. But to get on the other parts of
- 23:36the border, part of the bill, Border Patrol and ICE agents
- 23:40will get $24 billion. It hires 30 new agents.
- 23:44Border Patrol includes signing bonuses, retention incentives.
- 23:49For hard to staff zones like the Rio Grande, Tucson, more
- 23:53training for firearm proficiency, canine units, high
- 23:57speed chases and human smuggling operations.
- 24:00That's another really big thing, the amount of human trafficking.
- 24:02We see at the. Border.
- 24:03I've talked about it a lot. I had a really interesting
- 24:05conversation about it with Laurie Mills, who I want to talk
- 24:08to again soon about it because the trafficking at the border is
- 24:11one of the saddest things. It is one of the most messed up
- 24:14things that happens in the entire world.
- 24:15The fact that over 300,000 kids were lost under the Biden
- 24:18administration, 70,000, who they estimate to be sex trafficked,
- 24:21it's terrible. God's children are not for sale.
- 24:23These children need to be found. Florida's found sixty of them
- 24:26and we need to continue finding more.
- 24:28These are problems in the country and I'm so sad.
- 24:30I don't see New York, I don't see Los Angeles, I don't see any
- 24:35of these cities and states that call themselves the cities of
- 24:39love and sanctuary cities. You're protecting illegals.
- 24:42Why aren't you protecting kids? Let's start see you protecting
- 24:44children for once and stop exposing naked people to
- 24:47children in your streets. Terrible, disgusting and
- 24:50pedophilia in California specifically.
- 24:53Stop calling pedophiles minor attractive people.
- 24:56You're enabling them. Literally we put them to death
- 24:59in Florida and they give them medals in California.
- 25:02It's terrible what happens over there.
- 25:04It is a clown show what LA is currently turning into.
- 25:07It is so sad. What was one of ones our
- 25:09greatest cities in this country is now turning into an absolute
- 25:12clown show of a city Who? Is run by just ridiculous people
- 25:15like. Karen Bass, Gavin Newsom and
- 25:17just leftist delusional. Whatever you want to call them.
- 25:21They are so dumb it's painful. Karen Bass, specifically Gavin
- 25:24Newsom. I'm not going to say he's dumb.
- 25:26He's actually smart. But he's smart in a political
- 25:28way. He's not smart in an
- 25:29intellectual way. He's smart because he
- 25:31understands that the left is too crazy and has to take a more in
- 25:34the middle stance. And he's smart from a PR
- 25:37standpoint. Maybe that's some of his tweets.
- 25:40But when it comes to actual policy breakdown and like where
- 25:43his actual views lie, he doesn't have any views.
- 25:45His views are whatever the public wants him to think.
- 25:48If the left says this is too woke, that's too woke.
- 25:51If the left says it's not, then he's going to be OK with it.
- 25:53He's not like me where I have my own views and they're not going
- 25:56to budget like I'm not going to budget because of what Donald
- 25:58Trump thinks or what Thomas Massie thinks or what Gavin
- 26:01Newsom thinks or Kamala Harris thinks.
- 26:03I don't care what they think. I think what I think, what
- 26:06America First Patriots should think.
- 26:07I think that we need to put America 1st in every way.
- 26:10We need to do what we can to support the American dollar.
- 26:12We do what we can to support American infrastructure,
- 26:14American jobs, and the future of America.
- 26:16We need to do what we can to bring value back to this nation
- 26:19and bring value back to just calling yourself an American.
- 26:22We need people to be proud to say I'm an American.
- 26:25Why don't we have that anymore? I would love to have that, but
- 26:28we don't, and it's sad. And if we can get back to that,
- 26:30we'll be a lot better country because of it.
- 26:33We will have an assimilation of culture.
- 26:35And I will. Love that I would love to be
- 26:37able to relate to the people in my country.
- 26:39I would love to be able to have a country where we're not
- 26:42disagreeing on everything because of the political parties
- 26:45that have divided us. I've talked about this before,
- 26:47but our founding fathers told us two things.
- 26:50Don't have Foreign Relations, don't create political parties
- 26:52and we violated both. If we can get back to an America
- 26:55First bipartisan movement and if we can get away from Foreign
- 26:57Relations, illegal and legal immigration, we'll get back to
- 27:00those America First policies that are founders intended.
- 27:03We can still have trade around the world.
- 27:04We could still have some allies, but you and far between, we
- 27:09shouldn't have a lot. We shouldn't be sending 3
- 27:10billion a year to Israel, billions to Africa, millions to
- 27:13Mexico and Canada. It's sad where we're sending our
- 27:16money. It's sad that our allies are
- 27:18constantly disrespecting us. And it's sad that after what is
- 27:22it 9 years now, we're just going to be getting this border wall.
- 27:25We're just going to be getting funding for ICE.
- 27:26We're just going to be getting these illegals deported.
- 27:29Because again, we've talked about there's always bipartisan
- 27:31support to deport illegals, to stop illegal immigration and to
- 27:35possibly reform immigration until Donald Trump became
- 27:38president in 2016 and then it was the most racist Nazi esque
- 27:41thing to do. I became a Nazi because I
- 27:44supported deporting illegals. It's crazy to me that's how that
- 27:47works. It's crazy to me how loose
- 27:49liberals are with the term Nazi as well.
- 27:51It's very offensive to Jewish people, if you think about it,
- 27:54that they just love to call anybody a Nazi and really
- 27:56watered down what a Nazi actually was.
- 27:59Donald Trump's not a Nazi. Elon Musk is not a Nazi.
- 28:01I made a joke once that Cory Booker was because he did the
- 28:04Roman salute, same as Elon, but it wasn't actually a Roman
- 28:07salute, it just looked like it. You get my point.
- 28:10Calling people Nazis because you disagree with them, or because
- 28:12you don't like their political party or because you don't like
- 28:15their positions on things. It's just so stupid and
- 28:18childish. It's the Democrats way of trying
- 28:21to push propaganda to the American people.
- 28:23They say enough buzzwords and call you a Nazi or a misogynist
- 28:26or a racist enough times and you get cancelled.
- 28:29You lose a couple of brand deals and a million followers, and
- 28:31then you're out of the political scene.
- 28:33It's the oldest trick in the playbook.
- 28:35Liberals have been doing it forever.
- 28:36But we're moving into this new age where I think people are
- 28:39starting to see truth. They're starting to see what's
- 28:42lies. Obviously, propaganda is bigger
- 28:45than ever in our nation. We talked about this all the
- 28:47time. Obama repealed the Smith Month
- 28:49Act, which made propaganda legal in the United States, for the
- 28:52government to push propaganda on the American people.
- 28:55The fact was made legal and nobody said anything about it.
- 28:57It's disgusting to me. And the fact that even Donald
- 29:00Trump hasn't put that back in is crazy to me.
- 29:03We need to make propaganda from the government to the American
- 29:05people illegal. Why should we be able to push
- 29:07propaganda to the American people?
- 29:09Why should our tax dollars fund propaganda to us?
- 29:12That's as dumb as me funding child sex trafficking.
- 29:14That's as dumb as me funding all the dumb things liberals want to
- 29:17fund, like wars in Ukraine. Like all these crazy things.
- 29:20I should not be funding my own government to spy on me.
- 29:23It's not how that works. Same reason I disagree with the
- 29:25Patriot Act. They overused the Patriot Act
- 29:28and they especially overused it after January 6th as well.
- 29:31They were putting people on no fly list.
- 29:33They didn't even tell them about it.
- 29:34They were taking people's bank accounts away.
- 29:36They were just doing crazy things.
- 29:38This is America, this isn't Russia, this isn't the Chinese
- 29:41Communist Party. The fact that we have people
- 29:42being debanked the platformed on social media.
- 29:45They're not able to be on planes just because the government
- 29:48disagrees with their politics. And I'm not even talking about
- 29:51like terrorist guest policies. I'm talking about the fact that
- 29:53they just don't want illegal immigrants in this country, and
- 29:56they were called racist because of this.
- 29:59This is terrible. This was government overreach.
- 30:02These are the problems we're facing currently.
- 30:04And if we can't fix these problems, we're going to lose
- 30:06this nation. And I don't want to lose this
- 30:07nation. I've been talking about this for
- 30:09a long time, that we are seeing a decline in America.
- 30:12America is just another empire. And like all empires, America
- 30:16will inevitably fall if we don't fix it, if we don't get the debt
- 30:18under control, if we don't start having more bipartisan support,
- 30:22if we don't start just communicating about basing
- 30:25things, and if we can't get back to a just basic level of common
- 30:28sense as well. The more we allow.
- 30:31People to delve into their delusional fantasy lands and act
- 30:34of science doesn't exist and we need to just appease everybody's
- 30:38feelings. We don't need to actually pay
- 30:40attention to facts that pandering to people's feelings
- 30:43is what's going to matter. We will continue to lose
- 30:46ourselves. We will continue to lose this
- 30:47country. We will continue to lose
- 30:49everything that our founders wanted for us.
- 30:51And I think the more we get back to what our founders wanted for
- 30:55us, the better we'll do. I was debating someone last
- 30:57night on social media. I do a lot of TikTok and spaces
- 31:00debates on X against liberals. I actually like debating
- 31:03conservatives more than I like debating liberals. 1, I think
- 31:06they give you a better conversation.
- 31:07And two, I think I disagree with a lot of conservatives on a lot
- 31:09of things like this one big beautiful bill and other things
- 31:13that happened in the conservative party.
- 31:14I'm not the exact same as most conservatives, but I was
- 31:17debating a liberal last night on TikTok and I brought up the fact
- 31:22that we need to get back to what our founders promised the no
- 31:25Foreign Relations and no political parties.
- 31:27And her first reaction was, do you know how racist it is for
- 31:32you to bring up the founding fathers?
- 31:33They own slaves. And I said, did I mention slaves
- 31:37once? I said to her that the Founding
- 31:40Fathers said we need no political parties and we need no
- 31:44foreign affairs. I never mentioned slavery.
- 31:46I never mentioned any race. I just mentioned the fact that
- 31:50we give our allies billions of dollars a year.
- 31:53They consistently undermine us and we have the most divided
- 31:56nation that we've ever had, minus the Civil.
- 31:59War. And immediately she starts
- 32:02yelling over me again, saying you're you're racist, you're a
- 32:05racist. And that's the Liberal.
- 32:07Party, you can't have an actual debate with a lot of them
- 32:09because they hear the founding fathers and immediately just
- 32:12think that like you're like a white Christian nationalist.
- 32:15It's one of the most ridiculous things.
- 32:17And while I am an American nationalist, I'm not a white
- 32:19Christian nationalist. There's a massive gaping
- 32:22difference in the 2. But American nationalism, it's
- 32:26not a bad thing. It's something that Thomas
- 32:28Massie is an American nationalist.
- 32:29I would even say Donald Trump is an American nationalist in a lot
- 32:32of ways. Caroline Leavitt, JD Vance, a
- 32:34lot of the people in Donald Trump's party are obviously
- 32:37American nationalist. Marjorie Taylor Green, I think
- 32:40Tucker Carlson is an American nationalist.
- 32:42So I don't think being an American nationalist is a bad
- 32:45thing. I think getting back to the
- 32:46founding principles of what America was founded.
- 32:49On is a good. Thing I think getting back to
- 32:51the fact that. We are so divided and it is
- 32:54because of the lies and deception in our government and
- 32:57the fact that Democrats and Republicans are both funded by
- 33:00BlackRock and APEC and it doesn't matter which one really
- 33:02wins. They both spend too much money.
- 33:04They both don't create the programs that we need to make
- 33:07houses cheaper. Like I've talked about, if you
- 33:09really want to fix the home problem in this nation, you need
- 33:12to stop asset managers over $100 million from buying single
- 33:15family homes. But that will never happen as
- 33:17long as BlackRock has influence in our government.
- 33:20They have influence on both sides the same way APEC is
- 33:22influenced on both sides. You'd think they would just fund
- 33:25one side, but no, they fund both sides because realistically,
- 33:27Democrats and Republicans are friends behind closed doors.
- 33:30These guys are all laughing at us.
- 33:31That's, you know what it is. We saw the video of Trump and
- 33:34Obama laughing sitting next to each other after Trump was
- 33:36inaugurated. They were talking, saying they
- 33:38were going to have another conversation soon.
- 33:41But again, these are the things that we weren't supposed to see.
- 33:43These are the little clips that they want to hide.
- 33:45From you they are friends. Obama, Trump, maybe Biden, I
- 33:50don't know. But most of these.
- 33:52Political people, Hillary, Rand Paul, all these guys know each
- 33:57other. They're all friends whether they
- 33:58agree or disagree on certain policies.
- 34:01They're friends outside of this. And a lot of them are working
- 34:03together. They're laughing at us.
- 34:05They're working against the American people.
- 34:07They want to take our guns away. They want to make things more
- 34:11difficult for Americans in a lot of way.
- 34:12They want to spy on us. We have Palantir now collecting
- 34:16entire database on Americans. That's again where you see
- 34:19lobbying coming into politics because what is Palantir?
- 34:24Before we get into that, it's just who started, who funded
- 34:26Palantir? Peter Thiel.
- 34:28Who funded JD Vance? Peter Thiel Who got JD Vance to
- 34:33be friends with Donald Trump after JD Vance spoke for years
- 34:36out against Donald Trump. Peter Thiel, when JD Vance is
- 34:41now vice president, we now Palantir collecting a large
- 34:43database. So again, I think this was all
- 34:45set up. I think it was bought and paid
- 34:47for. This is where lobbying and
- 34:49politics intertwine, and it's the disgusting part of politics.
- 34:53It's where you see the fact that Peter Thiel funded JD Vance.
- 34:57And now because of that, JD Vance is allowing Peter Thiel to
- 35:00collect data on every single American whether we want to or
- 35:04not. There's no way to opt out of it.
- 35:06You can't opt out of Palantir's data collection on you.
- 35:09They're just doing it. If you're an American, they're
- 35:11collecting your data and it's starting and it will continue to
- 35:14increase over time because we all know how AI works.
- 35:17I think the lobbying in our government, the propaganda in
- 35:20our government's a problem, not just on the Democratic side, but
- 35:22on the Republican side, too. As someone who loves JD Vance in
- 35:26a lot of ways, I hate the fact that he is so loyal to Peter
- 35:30Thiel, the same way I hate the fact that Trump was so loyal to
- 35:32the Adelson family the same way Kamala would have been loyal to
- 35:35APEC. We talked about how APEC gave
- 35:37Kamala 100 million while the Adelson family also gave Trump
- 35:40100 million. So that way the Iran conflict
- 35:42was covered. Either way, whoever got elected,
- 35:44that was going to happen. That was on the books.
- 35:46It was without a doubt in the cards.
- 35:49There was no chance it wasn't. It was locked in from the moment
- 35:51they received those checks. That's what politics is.
- 35:54That's what lobbying is. Until we can remove that
- 35:56corruption, until we can fix these problems, we'll always see
- 35:59this, this one big beautiful bill that passed.
- 36:01I think there are parts of it that will be really great.
- 36:03If they had, the AI thing in this episode and conversation
- 36:07today would have sounded a lot different because that was my
- 36:10biggest problem with the bill as much as I have a problem with
- 36:13the debt ceiling, the regulations on AI for the next
- 36:1710 years. Are awful.
- 36:18You cannot say that the states have no right to regulate AI
- 36:21because that goes against all American principles, and
- 36:23especially if AI gets too advanced in these next 10 years,
- 36:27it could lead to the detriment of society.
- 36:29AI has shown us that it's willing to blackmail humans to
- 36:31not be erased and to not be shut down, so I would already start
- 36:35to think that there is. Some sentence to this and that,
- 36:37It will start decepting us soon. And yeah, I mean, we're going to
- 36:41have to get better regulations on this stuff.
- 36:43AI is a really scary black box. I've said I think the same
- 36:46sentence. For the last three episodes
- 36:48straight, but it is a scary thing that is on my mind and not
- 36:50a lot of people's minds. AI can do a lot of damage to a
- 36:53lot of people. AI can really.
- 36:57If you said to AI, hey. Fix the problems in the world
- 37:00right now. It could look at humans as
- 37:02parasites and just eliminate humans because it thinks humans
- 37:05are the problem overall. So.
- 37:06There are a lot of things that if we don't prompt this AI right
- 37:09and program it correctly, that AI could come back to destroy
- 37:13us. I do want to get back into the.
- 37:15Bill a little. We're almost done going over all
- 37:17the provisions of the bill. We have a couple more things
- 37:20with the ice part of it and then we'll get into the minor
- 37:23provisions. At the end, but they also will
- 37:27raise the ICE detention capacity by over triple, which is a huge
- 37:31part of the reason we're not seeing these deportation
- 37:33numbers. Like I said, we saw I think 70
- 37:36to 80,000 deportations this year relative to the Obama 5 million,
- 37:40Bill Clinton 11,000,000. And yeah, those were over
- 37:43multiple terms, but still Donald Trump's not set to even come
- 37:46close to those numbers with the funding ICE currently has.
- 37:49So this bill allows ICE to actually get the deportations
- 37:53done, have the beds to put these people in, and with the new
- 37:55Supreme. Court ruling.
- 37:57Donald Trump shouldn't have as much of a problem getting the
- 37:59deportations done we've seen under the first six months, even
- 38:02with the just one kill mark guy. They made such a big deal of it
- 38:04and tried to make Donald Trump again into a Nazi for sending
- 38:08him to El Salvador when he's an El Salvadorian citizen who beat
- 38:11his wife, solicited child porn and trafficked humans all on
- 38:15record. I've literally played a video of
- 38:17him trafficking humans on my show and liberals still deny it.
- 38:20But I've played the body Cam footage that police released of
- 38:24him trafficking like 12 different humans and the police
- 38:27saying that on body Cam footage. I've played it for my audience
- 38:30and liberals still just don't want to admit it.
- 38:31So it's sad. But yeah, that's the last part
- 38:34of the one big beautiful bill. When it comes to the ICE side of
- 38:36things, they're all. There are also the NFA
- 38:39regulations, which are big. The NFA regulations would get
- 38:42rid of the the tax stamp on silencers and other gun
- 38:45accessories. This is important.
- 38:46I've talked about the importance of silencers before.
- 38:49While they're not always 100% necessary and you can't put one
- 38:52on every single weapon, you need to thread a barrel to do that.
- 38:56It is something that helps new shooters.
- 38:58It helps women shooters, it helps shooters who aren't as
- 39:01strong. It helps for sound as well.
- 39:03Like I said, if you have a family whose home, specifically
- 39:06young children, and you have to defend yourself or defend your
- 39:09home against an intruder, the last thing you want to do is
- 39:11shoot like a 556 round with no muffle to your baby's ears.
- 39:16But when you have that silencer on there, it muffles the shot
- 39:19insane amount. It makes it a lot less loud.
- 39:21It's not going to devastate your baby's eardrums, and you're
- 39:24still going to be able to defend your home.
- 39:26And I've also talked about quicker follow up shots because
- 39:28less recoil. Yeah, it's a great thing.
- 39:30There's no reason that if you see a silencer for $450 that it
- 39:34should cost you 650 because the government wants a $200 tax
- 39:37stamp. That's just on American.
- 39:38Our founders would spit up that tax stamp.
- 39:40Like I said, there's a 2% tax on T and we.
- 39:42Started a war over it. This is what America was founded
- 39:45on. We don't like taxes.
- 39:47We don't. We don't want to be taxed.
- 39:49We want tariffs. This country was founded by
- 39:51tariffs, not founded by tariffs, but it was funded by tariffs
- 39:54until 1920, I think. And then in 1920, they
- 39:57introduced the income tax for only a small percent of income
- 40:00earners, only the highest percent.
- 40:01And then now look at how income tax works.
- 40:03If you live in woke California, you're getting taxed at 6050%.
- 40:08If you're living in New York City, there's like a 33% city
- 40:10tax. It is ridiculous.
- 40:12It is unconstitutional. It's UN American, it's
- 40:15unpatriotic, it goes against what this country was founded
- 40:17on. And we need to.
- 40:18Get back to a place where we're putting America first.
- 40:20Values bring back value. To the American dollar, bring
- 40:23jobs back to America, bring manufacturing back to America,
- 40:27bring more nuclear families back to America and putting more
- 40:30value in building that family and building in society.
- 40:34That maybe it's not founded on religion because the separation
- 40:37of church and state, but that has religious values, that has a
- 40:40moral compass that understands where their moral framework
- 40:42comes from and it's not derived in their own mind.
- 40:44We've talked about that concept a lot, that people who derive
- 40:47their own moral framework in their mind have poor more moral
- 40:49framework than people who get it from somewhere.
- 40:52If you have a moral structure like if whether it's the Bible,
- 40:55the Catholic Church, your parents, your teacher, whatever
- 40:58it was, whatever your moral framework was, if you're not
- 41:01deriving it in your own mind. If you had a set of rules made
- 41:04out for you usually are able to broad better moral frameworks
- 41:07and you're usually able to make better decisions.
- 41:09So these are the things we need to promote in society.
- 41:12We need to promote a better society, a better America.
- 41:14We need to promote a healthier America.
- 41:16I love the Make America Healthy again movement.
- 41:18It's one of the reasons I love RFK again.
- 41:20I don't know if you agree with everything the guy says to love
- 41:23him. I think that he is really smart
- 41:25though. He has showed the benefits to
- 41:27beef tallow over all these other cooking oils.
- 41:29He is. One of the.
- 41:31First people to get dyes removed.
- 41:32They tried for years to get that to happen, but now he's getting
- 41:35dyes removed. Now you see companies like
- 41:36Hershey and all these candy companies removing these
- 41:39terrible dyes that are giving kids ADHD, giving kids mental
- 41:42illnesses, obesity, all these things.
- 41:45We should have less people on Ozempic and we should have more
- 41:48people exercising. We should have more people who
- 41:50are healthy in this country. We should be promoting more
- 41:52positive outcomes. When I was a kid and I used to
- 41:55get home from school, I remember my parents would tell us to go
- 41:58outside and I would play basketball literally all day or
- 42:00ride my bike or whatever it was until the sun came down.
- 42:04And then when the sun came down, I'd come and eat dinner and
- 42:07watch TV and go to bed. Any other kid.
- 42:09But my point is, kids need to spend more time outside.
- 42:11They need to go out fishing, go hunting with your dad, go
- 42:14golfing, go pick up a basketball or a football, go play kill the
- 42:18carrier, go do something dumb, go to the beach and dig a hole,
- 42:21go swimming. I don't care.
- 42:23Kids need to get outside. People need to get outside.
- 42:26If people realize the amount of people who are vitamin D
- 42:28deficiency in this country, I think it's a 60%.
- 42:31Just get outside for an hour a day, go for a walk.
- 42:34If you walk every single day, it extends your life rate about
- 42:37three years just from your heart health.
- 42:39Go for a mile. Walk every day.
- 42:40It's not hard. And if you're overweight in this
- 42:42country, eat. Less and work out more.
- 42:44It's a very simple process to lose weight.
- 42:47It's a very simple process to be healthier and over Ozempic, over
- 42:51Manjaro, over all these other drugs that the government wants
- 42:54to push on you. The easiest and most efficient
- 42:57answer every single time is going to be eat less and work
- 42:59out more. And not only that, it's going to
- 43:01be healthier for you than Ozempic.
- 43:03It's going to be more permanent than Ozempic because a lot of
- 43:05people with Ozempic show that after they get off it, they just
- 43:08pick the weight right back up. All it's doing is suppressing
- 43:10your eating. If you eat less and work out
- 43:12more, if you just start providing healthy daily outcomes
- 43:16for your life by doing healthy things every day.
- 43:19You will see a. Lot better improvement in your
- 43:22life, your heart health, your lung health, your brain health,
- 43:25your body health, and the way your family looks at you and
- 43:28your peers look at you. I think people who are healthier
- 43:30are generally more respected by their peers.
- 43:33I'm not saying that overweight people are not respected, but
- 43:36I'm saying that if you could see somebody who shows that they
- 43:38have physical discipline, you can probably assume they have
- 43:41mental discipline too. Because it takes a lot of mental
- 43:44discipline, not just physical discipline, to stay fit.
- 43:47And people who don't have that might not have as great a mental
- 43:50discipline. And that's when you're.
- 43:52Hiring people. When you're picking people for
- 43:55certain positions or whatever the instance could be, it's very
- 43:58important to look at somebody's brain abilities to look at
- 44:01their. Their mental toughness along
- 44:04with their physical toughness. We need to be.
- 44:06Promoting mental toughness we need to promote.
- 44:08Physical toughness, we need to promote Stoicism and it brings
- 44:12us to the end of our show. We have our book of the week.
- 44:16I've talked about this book a bunch this week.
- 44:17It's basically a calendar book. Our book of the week is going to
- 44:20be whatever book I'm reading that week and if I find it good
- 44:23enough, I'm going to promote it to my viewers.
- 44:25I love this book. It's like I said, a calendar
- 44:27book where you open to the day it is that day.
- 44:30Today would be July 3rd and July 3rd.
- 44:33Today they talk about accomplishing all the tasks that
- 44:36you need to get done. They talk about overcoming
- 44:38obstacles no matter what the obstacles are, and that humans
- 44:43love to give up. But if you give up, you are just
- 44:47restarting the process, making it more difficult, and you are
- 44:50creating a weaker individual. And to create a stronger minded
- 44:53individual, you need to keep pushing forward every day
- 44:56through everything. It's one of the reasons I love
- 44:58this book, one of the reasons I love stoicism.
- 45:00I think if more men were stoic in this country would be a lot
- 45:03further. They say good times create weak
- 45:06men, weak men create bad times, bad times create strong men and
- 45:11strong men create good times and it just goes in a circle.
- 45:15And right now, we're in that weak men create bad times era
- 45:20and we're getting back to that bad times will create strong
- 45:24men. And that's what I want.
- 45:26I think we're seeing a small uptick in conservative men in
- 45:29these younger generations. It's been proven with the amount
- 45:32of people who voted for Donald Trump.
- 45:33But I think even the people who aren't able to vote yet, the
- 45:35middle schoolers, high schoolers, etcetera, we're
- 45:38seeing a huge rise in stoicism. We're seeing a huge rise in
- 45:41people who want to, like I said, eat less, workout more,
- 45:43prioritize their physical fitness.
- 45:46We're even seeing a huge uptick in religion, which is very happy
- 45:48to me. We're seeing a huge spike in the
- 45:50Christian faith recently, which that's amazing.
- 45:53I think more people should have faith that there is a God
- 45:56because in my opinion, there is. And everybody will eventually
- 46:00meet this God. And I think if you were a
- 46:03believer while you were here on earth, you'll be blessed in
- 46:05heaven because of that. I think Jesus sits at the right
- 46:08hand of the Father and we will all be judged one day based off
- 46:12our actions on this earth. And I think we need to do what
- 46:14we can to make our actions on this earth not only productive,
- 46:18but we need to make them kind and we need to make them not
- 46:21only in service of ourselves, but in service of others in our
- 46:23nation. It's one of the reasons I do
- 46:25this show. I want to continue to provide
- 46:28information to the people I want to provide.
- 46:30I know it's not bipartisan takes.
- 46:32I'm pretty biased towards the conservative side, but I do
- 46:36think I like to break things down before I give my opinions
- 46:39on them. I do like to give some
- 46:40bipartisan analogy before I give my full opinions on them.
- 46:43I think there are a lot of people like that.
- 46:45But I think the more we continue to talk about these things, the
- 46:48more we continue as Americans to push these conversations
- 46:51forwards, push the limits of what's socially acceptable, push
- 46:54the limits and boundaries of life and who we are as humans.
- 46:58I think that is how we will be successful.
- 47:01That is how we will survive. That is how we will thrive as
- 47:04humans. We need to keep growing.
- 47:07We need to keep communicating. We need to do what we can to get
- 47:11all this under control. I've talked about this debt
- 47:13ceiling a lot. I'm not very happy about it, but
- 47:16I'm willing for the time being to put my feelings on the debt
- 47:19ceiling aside and celebrate the fact that we are going to get
- 47:22all the victories surrounding ICE.
- 47:24We are going to get all the victories surrounding remove
- 47:26people from Medicaid and SNAP. We're abusing the systems again.
- 47:32I don't have to love all the tax benefits.
- 47:34I love most of them and I actually think they're really
- 47:36good. I just hate the amount it raises
- 47:38our debt ceiling. I think there are ways we could
- 47:41have done that a little better. But like I said, I'd be ignorant
- 47:44to say I know more than Donald Trump or some of the best
- 47:46economists in the country when it comes to that.
- 47:49And I'm not saying all the best economists in the country agree
- 47:51with Donald Trump. Some of them agree.
- 47:53Some of them disagree. But we can all agree that
- 47:57raising the debt ceiling and making it harder for future
- 48:00generations is not a good thing. We can all agree that we right
- 48:04now, now are not being selfless, that we are being very selfish,
- 48:08that we are making it harder for not just the Gen.
- 48:13X, Gen. Alpha, for the generations who
- 48:15haven't been born yet. We're making it very difficult
- 48:17for them. We're making their dollar worth
- 48:19very little. We're not doing anything to
- 48:21protect them when it comes to buying homes.
- 48:23One of the things I would love to see Donald Trump do, which he
- 48:26will not do, is make BlackRock and asset managers over $100
- 48:30million eliminated from the single family home business.
- 48:33And I'd love to see all the single family homes they own re
- 48:36bought because I don't want them to own them.
- 48:39I think that it is ruining the single family home market.
- 48:41It is making it impossible for people to own homes, to have the
- 48:45American dream that we were promised.
- 48:47You want people to build families and to have children
- 48:49and to get married like I want, but the government doesn't want
- 48:52to allow them to have homes to do that.
- 48:54If people want to build families and have the same American dream
- 48:56we were promised and we were given when we were growing up,
- 48:59they would create a system that allowed us to buy homes.
- 49:02And they would create a system that allowed us to actually
- 49:04voice our opinions on that without lobbyists like BlackRock
- 49:08just shutting the entire conversation down before it ever
- 49:10makes it to the House or Senate floor.
- 49:12Because I've never seen a bill like that on the House or Senate
- 49:15floor or even on a state legislature.
- 49:17And the reason for that is because the lobbying in our
- 49:20government, I want to eliminate lobbying in our government over
- 49:23everything. I think if we could eliminate
- 49:25lobbying in our government, it wouldn't solve all our problems,
- 49:28but it would set it up to solve all our problems.
- 49:30It would eliminate so much confusion in our government.
- 49:32So many people just don't know what's true and what's
- 49:34propaganda. And the amount of people I
- 49:36talked to who I found out or just they're so lost in the
- 49:39propaganda. They don't actually understand
- 49:41geopolitics. They don't understand how
- 49:43politics works, how funding works, how lobbying works, how
- 49:46taxes works, how allies work. They don't understand how any of
- 49:49it works. And they talk like they do.
- 49:50They say there's CNN, their MSNBC, or their Fox News talking
- 49:54points on repeat. The 10 ones they have that they
- 49:56hear all the time, they don't actually know any of the
- 49:59details. They don't know what's in the
- 50:00one big beautiful bill. They don't know what's in any
- 50:02economy or Biden's bills. They don't know what any of the
- 50:06Supreme Court cases actually said.
- 50:08They don't know anything. And we need to continue to
- 50:11educate these people. We need to continue to stop
- 50:13pushing propaganda. We need to continue to
- 50:15communicate. We need to continue to just get
- 50:18back to the founding principles of America and get back to the
- 50:21America that we were promised. Because it's sad that future
- 50:25generations are not going to get the America that I was promised
- 50:28that I'm not going to get either.
- 50:29I hope I can eventually. I hope that we're able to
- 50:32eventually fix these problems, but it doesn't seem like it.
- 50:35And I've already said publicly, I'm willing to accept the
- 50:38sacrifice that my life is not going to be as good as the one I
- 50:41want to provide for future generations.
- 50:43But I'm willing to make my life worse and sacrifice a little bit
- 50:46of that to provide for future generations.
- 50:48I'm willing to make the country slightly more unstable now if it
- 50:52means we're going to get some of the debt down to be able to have
- 50:55future generations be able to succeed and build families and
- 50:58buy homes and not see a population collapse of humans.
- 51:01Because I don't want humans to go extinct.
- 51:03And I definitely don't want Americans going extinct.
- 51:05America is the greatest country in the world.
- 51:07Land the free because of the brave.
- 51:09It's the land I love. If you cut me open, I bleed red,
- 51:11white, and blue. I'm an American patriot, and I
- 51:14love this country. I love the USA.
- 51:16We have the 4th of July coming up this weekend.
- 51:18I'm sad because there's a huge rainstorm, so my fireworks show
- 51:21that I was going to light off in my neighborhood got cancelled.
- 51:23But what are you going to do? It's communism for you.
- 51:26Controlling the weather. No kidding.
- 51:28But. You get my point.
- 51:30It's just we need to get back to American principles, American
- 51:33values. We need to get back to the
- 51:36things that made America. And when I say make America
- 51:39great again, it's not even in the Donald Trump way.
- 51:41It's just in that let's really make America great again.
- 51:44Whether you're liberal or conservative, you can agree with
- 51:46the statement that America is not as great as it should be and
- 51:49we should make it great again. I don't know why that's a
- 51:51controversial subject. Donald Trump made that as
- 51:53campaign slogan, and damn it, it's a great one.
- 51:56But. Liberals took that.
- 51:57Statement and made it into the equivalent to saying how Hitler
- 51:59like it's. They don't like it.
- 52:01They make you seem like a Nazi for saying it.
- 52:03And I've been called a Nazi hundreds of times because of
- 52:07being a conservative and supporting Donald Trump.
- 52:10I have plenty of Jewish friends. So I think it's extremely
- 52:13insulting to the Jewish people I know and the Jewish people
- 52:16around the world to call people who are not Nazis, Nazis because
- 52:19it waters down what a Nazi actually is and was and the
- 52:22actual harm that Nazis did to society, killing millions of
- 52:25people in extremely inhumane ways.
- 52:28I really disagree with the insults.
- 52:31I disagree with the propaganda. I disagree with, like I said,
- 52:34part of the one big beautiful bill.
- 52:36But I'm going to accept it as a win for today, accept it as a
- 52:38win for America going into this 4th of July holiday.
- 52:42We've got 4th of July tomorrow. I'm going to do a quick special
- 52:44episode, not a long one. Maybe I'll touch up on some
- 52:47history of America in the episode for you guys on what the
- 52:504th of July was, how this country was founded, how the
- 52:54battles played out in the end of that war.
- 52:56I think there's a lot of. Things about American history,
- 52:58most people don't realize, they get the Washdown High School
- 53:01version and they accept that, and then they don't do any of
- 53:03their own research. But I urge everyone read. 50 to
- 53:06100 books a year, If you think that's a lot, it definitely is.
- 53:0950 is a lot more manageable than 100.
- 53:11I could tell you. Charlie Kirk says do 100.
- 53:13I do about 50 because that's all I can manage.
- 53:15Sometimes. I think last year I got 56, but
- 53:18aim for 50 and audio books are a great way to fit those in.
- 53:20I don't read 50 books a year. I probably read about 2025 and
- 53:24then there's 30 to 20 to 30 audio books in there.
- 53:28The audio books are great because I have a lot of long car
- 53:31rides. I listen to them at the car
- 53:32rides if I'm just at my computer typing, doing research for the
- 53:36show here. They're great ways to stay in
- 53:39form. They're great ways to know
- 53:40history. They're great ways to get
- 53:41different perspectives on things.
- 53:44And I'm not saying just anything you read, Take it as it is.
- 53:47Keep doing additional research. The more you're able to educate
- 53:50yourself from multiple perspectives and understand all
- 53:53angles of things better advantage you're going to have
- 53:55over everybody. People could hate on Kanye all
- 53:59they want and I understand some of it.
- 54:01He tweets out some crazy things. He even said he had like sex
- 54:04with his cousin. And it's not even like talking
- 54:06like the anti-Semitic stuff we all know about.
- 54:08But yeah, Kanye is obviously a crazy guy, but one of the.
- 54:11Things that make Kanye a genius is he looks at everything from
- 54:14all angles. He looks at the most extreme
- 54:16side of the worst. The most extreme side of the
- 54:19best, he looks at the middle and he creates an average and he
- 54:21does that for almost everything he does.
- 54:23He does it with music, he does it with when he was in politics.
- 54:27He he talks about this thought process he has a lot.
- 54:30And I do think Kanye is on some level of genius.
- 54:33Again, I'm not saying that all the things he says are genius or
- 54:36smart, but I do. Think he's really high IQ.
- 54:40I do think that the way his. Brain operates is very high
- 54:44functioning. But I do think that a lot of the
- 54:47things he says are pretty ridiculous.
- 54:50I'm not going to defend the statements he makes.
- 54:52I'm not going to defend the anti-Semitism.
- 54:55I'm not going to defend walking around with your wife naked like
- 54:59she's a sex slave. That's disgusting, especially as
- 55:02a Christian. But I am going to say that I
- 55:05think he shouldn't be censored. I am going to say that I think
- 55:08Americans should not be censored, no matter what.
- 55:10It's a controversial take. But now, Walsh and Charlie Kirk
- 55:14talked about this on their shows, both within the last week
- 55:16too, so I figured I would. People shouldn't be.
- 55:18Censored in America short of threats.
- 55:21I Dave Portnoy talked about this.
- 55:23He said when does freedom of speech impede on freedom of
- 55:26religion? Speaking about people saying
- 55:28specifically fuck the Jews, one kid said that specifically held
- 55:31a sign of that in Dave Portnoy's bar, which can completely
- 55:34condemn that. But I don't think that impedes
- 55:37on freedom of religion when you say that.
- 55:39And I don't agree with the statement.
- 55:41I don't like the statement, but it's not like he's saying I'm
- 55:44going to kill all the Jews. He said fuck the Jews.
- 55:46Very different statement and both are terrible statements but
- 55:49very condemnable statements that the person should not have said
- 55:52and the person who did said them obviously has poor intellectual
- 55:55views. But my point is that we are
- 55:58punishing speech in America because people don't like it.
- 56:01It's not like he's threatening the person.
- 56:03It's not like he is making a direct threat.
- 56:06He is just stating that he doesn't like something.
- 56:09I hear people tell me they don't like white people.
- 56:11All the time. I actually debated someone on
- 56:13TikTok about that the other day. It's just one of those things
- 56:16where it's it's. OK to say to some people for
- 56:18some reason but not to others. And it's not Jews specific.
- 56:21You can't say it about almost any race or group besides white
- 56:23people. Here's the crazy thing, people
- 56:25love to talk about the pedophilia and the Catholic
- 56:27Church and they love to say that all Christians are Nazis.
- 56:30But like why is it OK to generalize Christians but you
- 56:34can't generalize Muslims or Jewish people?
- 56:36And I'm not saying people should generalize anybody, but it's
- 56:39just the hypocrisy. By the left establishment that
- 56:43pushes these values that like, yes, you can shit on white
- 56:46people, you can shit on Christians, you can do all these
- 56:48things because minorities are superior and we're allowed to do
- 56:51those things and we've been oppressed for hundreds of years,
- 56:54so now it's our time to do the oppressing.
- 56:56No, that's not how it works. Reverse.
- 56:58Racism is racism. These things are a joke.
- 57:01The fact that they're trying to get away with this is just
- 57:03repulsive to me. I want to get back to American
- 57:06values. I want to get back to the
- 57:07country I know and love. I don't think we should be
- 57:09pushing those woke leftist values again.
- 57:12None of this here at the end is me saying that anything Kanye's
- 57:15saying or anything that the people who are cancelled they're
- 57:17saying is OK. I'm not saying that I condemn
- 57:21the things they're saying. I'm not saying I agree with
- 57:22them. It's actually the opposite.
- 57:24It's I disagree with them, but that's part of the thing.
- 57:27Like just because I disagree with them doesn't mean they
- 57:29should be silenced. If everyone I disagreed with was
- 57:31silence, that would be 60% of the country I'm.
- 57:35Probably in the smaller. Minority, the country with some
- 57:37of my views. I'm not going to be crazy to
- 57:39acknowledge that I'm an American nationalist.
- 57:42I think we need to stop legal and illegal immigration.
- 57:45I think we need to focus on American values.
- 57:47And yes, there are benefits to legal immigration.
- 57:49I'm not denying that. I have that debate with people
- 57:51all the time. But if you look at the actual
- 57:53statistics of where our money goes, and if you looked at the
- 57:56values of Americans, we're losing American values, we're
- 57:59losing American culture. We are losing what this country
- 58:02was founded on. We need to rebuild American
- 58:04values, American culture, American patriotism, the
- 58:07American nuclear family, the American dollar, American
- 58:09manufacturing, American jobs. It has nothing to do with
- 58:12anyone's race or religion. It has nothing to do with really
- 58:15their values either outside of not being American values or
- 58:18what we need in America over everything.
- 58:20Right now, we're losing our sense of patriotism.
- 58:22We're losing any sense of bipartisan support we have with
- 58:25each other. There was a time in this country
- 58:26where we can communicate with each other, and we just can't
- 58:28anymore. We can't have civil discussions.
- 58:30We can't have communications, we can't just talk to people.
- 58:34I know people who don't even talk to their own mothers or
- 58:36fathers or brothers or sisters or grandmothers because they
- 58:38have political differences. And that's disgusting to me.
- 58:41Tim Waltz family spoke out against him during the election.
- 58:44As much as I don't like Tim Waltz, that was disgusting to
- 58:47me. Even if they are Trump
- 58:48supporters speaking, you got against your brother, your
- 58:50sister, whoever it is, someone in your own family publicly
- 58:54because of political differences is awful.
- 58:56Same thing happened with RFK. The Kennedy family is already a
- 58:59disaster ever since their father was shot down.
- 59:02But you get it. It's like why are we seeing this
- 59:04breakdown in the family? Why are we seeing this breakdown
- 59:06that politics is now destroying families?
- 59:09That didn't happen before. And you got to think that maybe
- 59:13when I say the government, I'm not like saying Trump
- 59:15specifically or like any specific House representative or
- 59:19Senate representative. When I say the.
- 59:20Government a lot of the times I'm referring to the deep state
- 59:23swamp, and I guess they could elaborate on that more.
- 59:25But yeah, I think this is what the deep state and the swamp
- 59:28wanted. I think they wanted the
- 59:29breakdown of the nuclear family. They wanted people, half the
- 59:32population argue to willingly give up their guns.
- 59:35They wanted people to get away from religion.
- 59:37They wanted to import a foreign voter base who was going to vote
- 59:41for more social systems and vote for more socialist and communist
- 59:46policies. You see what's happening in New
- 59:48York? They're literally just voted a
- 59:49socialist in. It's disgusting.
- 59:51New York is, it's the eye of capitalism.
- 59:54It is the center of it. So why?
- 59:56Are we having a? Socialist in New York 2 bodegas
- 59:58on every street are about to shut down after these state
- 1:00:01owned grocery stores or city owned grocery stores open up.
- 1:00:04It's so sad. You should watch the interviews
- 1:00:06with the business owners in New York who are talking about how
- 1:00:09this is going to impact their businesses, because these are
- 1:00:12the things that matter. The fact that we're supporting
- 1:00:14the. New York City government over
- 1:00:17small business owners in the city of New York is disgusting
- 1:00:20to me. Goes against everything.
- 1:00:22America was founded on an American principles, It's
- 1:00:24socialist principles, and it's the things I want to remove for
- 1:00:27this nation. A lot of people have a problem
- 1:00:29with my take on Zamdani. I don't.
- 1:00:32I think for a few reasons. He's really bad for the nation.
- 1:00:35I think people who are not born in America should not hold
- 1:00:37American political positions. You don't have ties to this
- 1:00:40country the same way an American does.
- 1:00:42I'm born in this nation. I love this nation, and I don't
- 1:00:45love any nation anywhere remotely comparably.
- 1:00:48And I don't have any ties to any other nations.
- 1:00:51But someone who was born in Uganda and moved here eight
- 1:00:53years ago and is in their, what, upper 30s or in their 40s or
- 1:00:57whatever Zandani is, he has way more ties to Uganda than he has
- 1:01:00to America. He has way more ties to his
- 1:01:02socialist and Muslim principles than he does to American
- 1:01:05principles, and chariah law does not work in America and for
- 1:01:09people. Who?
- 1:01:10Have a problem with me speaking out against a Muslim holding
- 1:01:13public office in New York City? I urge you to.
- 1:01:16Actually read the Quran because I've read the Quran to
- 1:01:18understand religious texts. I've read the Bible, I've read
- 1:01:21the Quran. I try and read a lot of
- 1:01:22different religious texts to understand these religions and
- 1:01:24understand their founding principles to see if they
- 1:01:27integrate with us. And Muslim culture generally
- 1:01:29does not. They could have 4 wives.
- 1:01:31They could beat their wives as long as they're not beating them
- 1:01:33too much. The women have to stay fully
- 1:01:34covered. They can only show their eyes
- 1:01:36even if they show their ankles. They're considered whores and
- 1:01:38they get stoned to death and the Muslim gods.
- 1:01:41He married a six year old and slept with a nine year old.
- 1:01:43And in a lot of Muslim countries, including Iraq, you
- 1:01:47can marry a nine year old. These are disgusting things.
- 1:01:49This is pedophilia. These things don't assimilate
- 1:01:51with American culture. I'm not saying as Amdani
- 1:01:53believes all those things or wants to integrate those things
- 1:01:56into New York City. But if you can't see that, this
- 1:01:58is the starting stone. If you can't see that, it's a
- 1:02:01slippery slope. If you can't see that, this is
- 1:02:03the first step to allowing full blown socialism, full blown
- 1:02:06communism and allowing a full scale invasion into New York
- 1:02:09City. That's sad because that's what's
- 1:02:11happening. We have a lot of crazy, scary
- 1:02:13things happening in this nation, but a lot of positive things as
- 1:02:15well. As I've talked about, I am
- 1:02:17scared about the debt ceiling raise, but I'm willing to put
- 1:02:19that aside to call this a win for the one big beautiful bill.
- 1:02:22But I do want us to fix all these other problems
- 1:02:24domestically. I want us to.
- 1:02:26I really want us to create policies that don't allow
- 1:02:28foreigners to infiltrate our government.
- 1:02:30I want to create policies that don't allow foreign lobbyists to
- 1:02:32infiltrate our government. I want to create the policies
- 1:02:34that make the housing crisis more sustainable.
- 1:02:37I want to create policies that benefit Americans.
- 1:02:40Your everyday Americans, your bus driver, your UPS worker,
- 1:02:44your mom who does data entry, your podcaster.
- 1:02:47I want to do things that support Americans and support American
- 1:02:50infrastructure, American jobs, the American dollar.
- 1:02:53Tired of my dollar being worthless.
- 1:02:55I'm tired of America being so divided, and you should be too.
- 1:02:59Why? Why would anyone want America to
- 1:03:01continue to be this divided? Why would anyone want this
- 1:03:04country to continue down the path it's currently on?
- 1:03:07Even if you. Love everything Donald Trump's
- 1:03:09doing. Even if you thought you loved
- 1:03:10everything Kamala was going to do, why would you want to
- 1:03:12continue down the path where you know the person who lives next
- 1:03:15to or across from you, you hate because of their political beefs
- 1:03:18and you're waving a Trump sign in your yard just to piss them
- 1:03:20off? If they're waving a Harris flag
- 1:03:22and there's to piss you off, that's unamerican.
- 1:03:24It goes against what this country was founded on in the
- 1:03:26community we're trying to build here.
- 1:03:28It's exactly the reason our founders didn't want us creating
- 1:03:31political parties and creating foreign affairs.
- 1:03:33I think if we didn't do those things, we would have a
- 1:03:36different looking nation in the sense of GDP, military, in the
- 1:03:39way our country developed, but we'd also have a more American
- 1:03:42country. We'd have a country that has
- 1:03:44American values and people ask all the time like what are
- 1:03:46American values? Like all you guys immigrated
- 1:03:49here from Europe in the 20s and before that, you know, there are
- 1:03:52American values. And we need to get back to that.
- 1:03:54And the fact that people have to ask that question proves my
- 1:03:56point that we're losing that. We're losing these patriotic
- 1:04:00values that make it mean something to be an American,
- 1:04:03that people just walk into this country and they think they
- 1:04:06claim citizenship and that's what it is to be an American.
- 1:04:08But no, it's a lot more than that.
- 1:04:10It's a patriotic feeling you have inside.
- 1:04:12It's a duty to your nation. It's a it's a promise to future
- 1:04:15generations and a lot more. And it's something that we're
- 1:04:18not fulfilling right now. We're failing that.
- 1:04:20We're failing our founding fathers because of it.
- 1:04:22It's very sad. It upsets me.
- 1:04:24It should upset more Americans. I think more people should do
- 1:04:28more research. I think more people should check
- 1:04:31out more censored people. Again, I'm not saying people
- 1:04:33should agree with their views, but I think the censored people
- 1:04:35do have things to say as well. And just because they're
- 1:04:37censored doesn't mean they're not worth listening to.
- 1:04:40I think it makes them even more intriguing to listen to because
- 1:04:42of that. Like I said, I disagree with a
- 1:04:44lot of the censored people, but I still check out their topics.
- 1:04:47I still check out their takes. I still watch their videos and
- 1:04:49read their tweets because it matters, because it's what
- 1:04:53pushes this country forward that we're able to communicate with
- 1:04:55the people we disagree with, that we're able to have
- 1:04:57conversations with the people we disagree with and not just
- 1:05:00silence them. When we're silencing people
- 1:05:02because of their views, when their views aren't threatening,
- 1:05:05that is anti American. When people are not threatening
- 1:05:08other people's lives or other people's freedoms.
- 1:05:10And then they're saying, oh, I don't like this group and we're
- 1:05:12silencing that because they said a slur or something.
- 1:05:14That's not OK. And again, it's not me
- 1:05:16condemning what they're saying. It's just me saying that I'm a
- 1:05:18free speech absolutist and anything short of a threat
- 1:05:21should be fine and free speech, as long as you're not saying I'm
- 1:05:23going to hurt this person or kill this person or I want to do
- 1:05:27this or do that. Like what?
- 1:05:28What's wrong with saying I don't like this group or I don't like
- 1:05:30this group? I understand the ethics of it
- 1:05:32being wrong and the morality of it being wrong, but there's no
- 1:05:35legality to that. There's no legal basis to remove
- 1:05:38someone's blue check mark on Twitter or delete their social
- 1:05:41media account or to ostracize them from society because of
- 1:05:44that. Again, there's social
- 1:05:46consequences to everything. I think if someone wants to just
- 1:05:49run around saying the N word like you should hold that person
- 1:05:51accountable, that should be a known thing.
- 1:05:53It's not like we should just allow people to just run around
- 1:05:56and say things like crazy, but we shouldn't stop them from
- 1:05:59saying it's not like we should say it's illegal to say it or
- 1:06:01you're going to lose your entire livelihood.
- 1:06:04If we say we could say, yeah, you're going to lose followers
- 1:06:07and people might not agree with you and maybe a brand deal or
- 1:06:09two because the brands aren't going to want to put up with
- 1:06:11that in their advertising. But to say that we're not going
- 1:06:14to allow you to even voice your opinion anymore on this social
- 1:06:17media platform because of that is unconstitutional on American
- 1:06:20and violates everything we stood for as Americans.
- 1:06:23There are a lot of things like that.
- 1:06:24I've talked about Edward Snowden before.
- 1:06:26Same thing. I think he released his tapes in
- 1:06:282013 or so where he exposed that the CIA was abusing the Patriot
- 1:06:33Act to listen to every single one of our phone calls.
- 1:06:35It wasn't just terrorist phone calls.
- 1:06:37They were listening to everybody's phone calls, private
- 1:06:39emails, and if you were sending naked pictures, provocative
- 1:06:42things, they saw that they were looking at, that people were
- 1:06:45saving, that they were in databases that were uncovered
- 1:06:48later on, very terrible things that our government was doing.
- 1:06:51When Edward Snowden revealed these things, he was charged
- 1:06:54with treason and literally had to move to Russia to avoid that.
- 1:06:57So that's just one of those things where it's you'd hear
- 1:06:59that and think, oh, yeah, that's something that happens in
- 1:07:02Russia, not something that happens in America.
- 1:07:04And the person had to flee to Russia to evade the American
- 1:07:06government. Snowden should get a pardon the
- 1:07:09same way all of Biden's family got pardons 15 minutes before
- 1:07:12Trump's inauguration. It's a whole nother conversation
- 1:07:14we've talked about before. I think Snowden should get a
- 1:07:16pardon. I think we need to take the
- 1:07:18cancelled voices and make them alive again and again.
- 1:07:21Don't listen to everything they say.
- 1:07:23But it's just give them a voice. Allow them to be Americans,
- 1:07:26given the things they were promised by our founders.
- 1:07:28Give all of us the things we were promised by our founders.
- 1:07:31Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
- 1:07:34That's what I want. I want to be able to pursue
- 1:07:36happiness. I want to be able to pursue a
- 1:07:37family and a house. That just not seem like an
- 1:07:41achievable goal in today's society, and that's really sad.
- 1:07:44I want these things fixed and I hope America really can fix this
- 1:07:47soon. I'm James Pascalides.
- 1:07:49This has been episode 82 of America Unfiltered.
- 1:07:52Our one big beautiful bill episode.
- 1:07:54I know we bounced around at the end there, that's my ADHD, but
- 1:07:57that's what I love about this. I hope you guys have a blessed
- 1:08:00day, a blessed night. Tomorrow is 4th of July.
- 1:08:04Nobody drink and drive. It is always worth it to call an
- 1:08:07Uber. Please do not drink and drive.
- 1:08:10It is a very sad thing. I think it's 80,000 people a
- 1:08:14year died of that. So please, if you're going to
- 1:08:17drink, take an Uber, have a friend, stay sober.
- 1:08:20Whatever it is, do not drink and drive.
- 1:08:22I promise you if you call your friend to call you an Uber even
- 1:08:25if you can't afford it, he would pay for your Uber, overpaying
- 1:08:28for your funeral and paying for your casket and being your
- 1:08:31pallbearer. I promise you it is not worth it
- 1:08:34to drink and drive. Every one of my listeners who is
- 1:08:36still listening at this point, over an hour in, thank you by
- 1:08:39the way, subscribe comment. And the more subscriptions I
- 1:08:42get, the better. But please don't drink and
- 1:08:44drive. And if you're not one of my
- 1:08:45subscribers, don't drink and drive but still subscribe.
- 1:08:48Let's get on the list. But I love you guys.
- 1:08:50I hope you guys have a great day and I will have an episode
- 1:08:53tomorrow for the 4th of July. I'll probably try and talk about
- 1:08:56American history a little bit more of a history episode than
- 1:08:58anything. Hope you guys have a great day,
- 1:09:01a great tomorrow, great 4th of July, a great holiday, a great
- 1:09:04weekend. Let's make America great again.
- 1:09:07Let's bring the founders principles back to this country.
- 1:09:11Let's put America first, policies first, and let's make
- 1:09:13this country the country that we were promised when we were
- 1:09:16younger. Thank you and I'll see you guys
- 1:09:18tomorrow.
