- 1:01Speaker 3: It's a podcast called twenty five and they wear a
- 1:07Speaker 3: whist so, yeah, it's stupid, but what don't you expect.
- 1:10Speaker 2: It's a podcast called twenty five whistles.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Welcome, Welcome, Welcome, blow the whistle headlines. First off, Eddie
- 1:22Speaker 1: the Pacers win again. I say this to you. I'm
- 1:25Speaker 1: gonna there's a loss for me in this too. It's
- 1:27Speaker 1: gonna cost me a bunch of money in a couple
- 1:28Speaker 1: of ways. But for you, you have to wear a
- 1:29Speaker 1: woman's song correct for a week on the show.
- 1:32Speaker 3: What's up with the throng or the game? Just the series?
- 1:37Speaker 1: Your general thoughts.
- 1:38Speaker 3: I mean, it's stupid, dude, Like I don't I don't
- 1:40Speaker 3: understand how Oklahoma City all of a sudden is just
- 1:43Speaker 3: taking a dump on this series.
- 1:45Speaker 1: They were up again, I think five or six. It
- 1:48Speaker 1: wasn't like a crazy but if five.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Was back and forth, it was a rocky match.
- 1:52Speaker 1: It was till the end in Indiana too.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Yeah, man, And I guess, like, are they doubling They're
- 1:57Speaker 3: doubling Shay or something because he's pretty, Like I say,
- 2:01Speaker 3: he's not relevant during the game, but he scores like
- 2:03Speaker 3: twenty five points. It just seems like he's really something
- 2:06Speaker 3: is stopping him from being SGA.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Are you telling me series you watch the game.
- 2:10Speaker 3: I think they're doubling them really, because every time he
- 2:12Speaker 3: gets the ball, there's get double covered, sometimes triple and
- 2:15Speaker 3: he's got to just throw the ball up in there
- 2:17Speaker 3: and hope he gets fouled.
- 2:18Speaker 1: If they're triple covering him, there's like multiple people open.
- 2:22Speaker 3: I pushed as a coach, I understand that, yeah, but
- 2:26Speaker 3: he's trying to drive into three people in the lane
- 2:28Speaker 3: and then he just throws it up and hopes they
- 2:30Speaker 3: and they're not calling these fouls and for good reason.
- 2:33Speaker 3: It's not like they're not calling it just to let
- 2:35Speaker 3: the game go like they replay it and sure enough
- 2:37Speaker 3: there's no foul contact. But I don't know, dude, it's
- 2:39Speaker 3: not looking good for me. And the thong is getting
- 2:41Speaker 3: ready to be put on my body.
- 2:43Speaker 1: From NBA dot Com. In front of their home crowd,
- 2:45Speaker 1: the Pacers made it clear that Game three of the
- 2:47Speaker 1: NBA Finals would not be another blowout like the Thunder
- 2:50Speaker 1: laid on them in Game two. For the first time
- 2:52Speaker 1: in the series, the Pacers want into halftime with the lead.
- 2:54Speaker 1: The Thunder put a quick end of that early in
- 2:57Speaker 1: the third, but the contest stayed close until the Pacers
- 2:59Speaker 1: were able to put the contest to bed with a
- 3:01Speaker 1: one sixteen one oh seven win. Yeah, they just took
- 3:04Speaker 1: off at the end Game four. At least Game four
- 3:07Speaker 1: is Mike, what's just going up tomorrow? So it's going
- 3:11Speaker 1: going up Friday? Yeah, so game force tonight. So at
- 3:14Speaker 1: least the game's quick.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:15Speaker 1: What sucked was wait to wait till Sunday for the
- 3:18Speaker 1: for game two.
- 3:19Speaker 3: But you know what's crazy though, too, Like even just
- 3:21Speaker 3: in general, the playoffs is so long that my even
- 3:24Speaker 3: my family has gotten fatigued from basketball that I'm like, guys,
- 3:27Speaker 3: it's goine for the game to start, and everyone's like, oh,
- 3:29Speaker 3: it's finals. Yeah, I forgot. We've been watching playoff basketball
- 3:32Speaker 3: for two months now.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:33Speaker 3: And they stretch it out for like three days for
- 3:35Speaker 3: the finals.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Is the finals are especially long. But the playoffs, though,
- 3:39Speaker 1: are the regular season to me, Like, I keep up,
- 3:43Speaker 1: I keep up, and I watch NBA Sunday ticket, which
- 3:45Speaker 1: I have, and I keep it on and Eddie and
- 3:47Speaker 1: I'll be working out, and I'm like, yeah, I can
- 3:48Speaker 1: you believe the the Wolves are six games up, and
- 3:51Speaker 1: he's like, how do you know that? I'm like not
- 3:52Speaker 1: because I watch every game because I literally just keep
- 3:54Speaker 1: it up when I'm doing anything since I pay.
- 3:57Speaker 4: For uh, what's the league fast?
- 4:01Speaker 1: It's always called the Sunday ticket. It doesn't matter. MLB
- 4:03Speaker 1: Sunday ticket. I don't have. I don't have that. I
- 4:07Speaker 1: do have w NBA.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Though. Is hockey going through? Like are they doing the
- 4:12Speaker 3: Stanley Cup?
- 4:12Speaker 1: Right? They are?
- 4:13Speaker 3: Yeah, have no idea.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Edmonton and Florida.
- 4:16Speaker 3: I keep seeing them on TV. I'm like, oh, they
- 4:18Speaker 3: keep playing the same game over and over.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't know enough about hockey though, but I
- 4:23Speaker 1: know that Edmonton did not win last year, right Florida did.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Florida did, and so Edmonton like touched the trophy after
- 4:33Speaker 1: they won. I just know, I just hear stuff.
- 4:35Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 4:35Speaker 1: So I don't even want to like jump into hockey
- 4:37Speaker 1: because I don't know anything about it. The United States
- 4:41Speaker 1: men's national team soccer drops their fourth straight bad luck
- 4:44Speaker 1: going to the World Cup. I'll say this, but first
- 4:47Speaker 1: of all, we played a terrible team, which one is terrible.
- 4:49Speaker 1: I know nothing generally about soccer the game, but I
- 4:52Speaker 1: do keep up because we're going into the World Cup,
- 4:54Speaker 1: and since we're the host, we get to be in it.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Otherwise we ain't get to be in it.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Oh, so we can be terrible and still be in it.
- 4:59Speaker 1: You're the host, Thank god, Welcome to our house. I'm
- 5:01Speaker 1: also going to play. That's it. And so the World
- 5:04Speaker 1: Cup is North America, so they'll be Canada and Mexico.
- 5:08Speaker 1: But they played against Switzerland. Switzerland sucks, but they beat
- 5:12Speaker 1: us four zero. But we didn't have our a guys,
- 5:14Speaker 1: who are they? Okay, like some of our best players
- 5:17Speaker 1: didn't play. But Switzerland also sucks and we should have
- 5:20Speaker 1: beat them. They Switzerland has like one week a year
- 5:22Speaker 1: where they can play soccer outside because it's so cool.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Yes. No, well, I feel like they've been pretty good
- 5:29Speaker 3: in the years past.
- 5:29Speaker 1: It's the first time in eighteen years that our team
- 5:31Speaker 1: has lost four in a row. Wow. But the coach,
- 5:34Speaker 1: and they always blame the coach that was fire our coach.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Well, the last one didn't have like allegations or something.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Yeah, but then he came back and just the word allegations.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Yeah, soccer coaches get fired quick quick all over the world.
- 5:46Speaker 1: So yeah, that's what's up. Our best athletes don't play soccer. No,
- 5:52Speaker 1: we're never going to dominate soccer, because if you're a
- 5:54Speaker 1: star athlete, for the most part in our country, you
- 5:57Speaker 1: go you gravitate toward basketball or football, mostly those two.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Baseball a little bit. That sport is losing ground quick.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Although I did see that MLB bought into John Boy.
- 6:10Speaker 4: Yeah, I saw that too.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Good for him.
- 6:12Speaker 4: Yeah, we had him on yeah h here.
- 6:14Speaker 1: And what was funny was we were in New York
- 6:16Speaker 1: and he was watching us do our Live podcast and
- 6:19Speaker 1: I saw John Boy, and I was like, John Boys
- 6:21Speaker 1: watching us do our show. And it turns out like
- 6:23Speaker 1: his sister was like a big fan of the Bybone Show.
- 6:24Speaker 1: That's cool, and so he came on with us. And
- 6:27Speaker 1: I watch his videos all the time because my favorite
- 6:29Speaker 1: thing he does is when he reads the lips and he's.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Like the breakdowns.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Yeah, the manager said, screw you, put that in your button.
- 6:35Speaker 1: The empire says, but MLB is wanting to get a
- 6:38Speaker 1: younger audience, so they bought into John Boy, which is awesome. Like,
- 6:42Speaker 1: I don't even know that was the goal. That's so cool.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I don't think he ever starts it and goes. I
- 6:46Speaker 1: hope Major League Baseball buys into it. That's like out
- 6:49Speaker 1: of the realm of possibility. No way, but yeah, congratulations,
- 6:52Speaker 1: it's super cool. The Enhanced Games are coming up.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Oh, this is the steroid games.
- 6:56Speaker 1: We've talked about this a couple of times where there
- 6:58Speaker 1: are no rules as far as doping. Dope away, Oh
- 7:02Speaker 1: my god not. Their slogan should be dope away. The
- 7:07Speaker 1: World Anti Doping Agency is hoping legal minds will step
- 7:10Speaker 1: in and shut down the Enhanced Games. The Global Watchdog
- 7:13Speaker 1: has reached out to authorities and hopes they can find
- 7:15Speaker 1: a bit of legal maneuvering to help the chemically and
- 7:18Speaker 1: hormonally enhance athletic competition from happening in Las Vegas next year.
- 7:22Speaker 1: The Enhanced Games have been set for next May, and
- 7:24Speaker 1: one million dollar bonuses have been promised to athletes who
- 7:27Speaker 1: take down world records and times in the competition.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Do we know what games we're playing?
- 7:31Speaker 1: I would assume they're the big ones, because that's what
- 7:33Speaker 1: we'll care about.
- 7:34Speaker 6: Athletics, aquatics and strength.
- 7:36Speaker 1: So I would assume that there are track events like
- 7:40Speaker 1: running the one hundred meters.
- 7:41Speaker 4: I did see a picture of that. That swimmer I
- 7:44Speaker 4: can't remember his name, but he's like super Jack now
- 7:46Speaker 4: Ryan Lock.
- 7:49Speaker 3: I saw him in the news, so I.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Think him and his wife got divorced. His wife, I
- 7:52Speaker 1: don't think it was about that's why. That's why he
- 7:54Speaker 1: came to my mind, because him and his wife got
- 7:56Speaker 1: That's where.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I saw him in the news article.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Yeah. I think what's interesting is I don't know what
- 8:03Speaker 1: legal maneuvers they're going to find unless it's back in
- 8:06Speaker 1: the day, you couldn't have UFC fights in certain states.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Different states would say you can't have this year, we
- 8:11Speaker 1: do not allow it. Now you it's a real sport.
- 8:14Speaker 1: MMA is a real sport. Yeah, So to take these
- 8:19Speaker 1: drugs not illegal, just to take them. If it were,
- 8:22Speaker 1: they would not be able to have these events. So
- 8:24Speaker 1: they're gonna have to find, in my opinion, some sort
- 8:27Speaker 1: of legislation that says you're not able to take these
- 8:32Speaker 1: drugs and just generally that stated inside. And they're gonna
- 8:36Speaker 1: have to find some little loophole in order because it's
- 8:38Speaker 1: not illegal to take this stuff, which is crazy if
- 8:41Speaker 1: their take if they're not like buying it on the
- 8:43Speaker 1: black market. Yeah, and I think they probably have covered
- 8:46Speaker 1: their tracks and all this, Like I could go and
- 8:47Speaker 1: buy a male hormone or here in the United States. Oh,
- 8:55Speaker 1: I've injured myself and had to shoot myself up in
- 8:57Speaker 1: my stomach before with yeah, yeah, and so you can't
- 9:05Speaker 1: use that. But you can't use that in baseball. And
- 9:07Speaker 1: the reason a guy like Barry Bonds, who is the
- 9:11Speaker 1: most notorious performance enhancing drug user ever, I don't know
- 9:16Speaker 1: that he was ever proven, but he Balco came out
- 9:19Speaker 1: allegedly the most well not yea. I just like to
- 9:21Speaker 1: say I'm allegedly here today is that in the sport
- 9:26Speaker 1: you weren't allowed to do it, and so they would
- 9:29Speaker 1: test in the sport. But if I were to do it,
- 9:30Speaker 1: I'm not in the sport. I can take agh illegal
- 9:33Speaker 1: boy that I can take literal testosterone. I don't because
- 9:38Speaker 1: at some point I want to have a kid, and
- 9:40Speaker 1: doctors are like, hey, don't do that. If you haven't
- 9:42Speaker 1: have kids yet, you're taking testosterone that's going to screw
- 9:44Speaker 1: you up big time. So they're gonna have to find
- 9:47Speaker 1: something that is happening that is illegal because they can't
- 9:51Speaker 1: just shut them down because they don't like it. And
- 9:53Speaker 1: I would think that the enhanced games have lawyers that
- 9:54Speaker 1: have been on this and have been counter like looking
- 9:57Speaker 1: up everything that could possibly use against them to shut
- 10:00Speaker 1: them down. Why this is interesting is it's going to
- 10:04Speaker 1: make the world records, even though we know they've been
- 10:08Speaker 1: doping to get stronger, to get faster. It's gonna make
- 10:12Speaker 1: the world records not look as cool. Yeah, because let's
- 10:16Speaker 1: say I have the world record one hundred meter for
- 10:18Speaker 1: about eight seconds, and I'm the world's fastest man, and
- 10:21Speaker 1: somebody dopes and does it in seven point thirty. Okay,
- 10:24Speaker 1: he cheated asterisk, but he's now the world's fastest man.
- 10:26Speaker 3: So what if we don't put them in the record books.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Well you won't, but it's just entertainment.
- 10:30Speaker 1: It's like a jury going he striked that from your memories? Jury? Yeah,
- 10:33Speaker 1: you think it's struck from the jury's memories.
- 10:35Speaker 4: No, Yeah, I never understood that.
- 10:37Speaker 1: They just can't write it down. They can never refer
- 10:40Speaker 1: to it when they're talking with other jurors.
- 10:42Speaker 3: And it can't go towards their decision when they're in
- 10:44Speaker 3: the juris year.
- 10:45Speaker 4: It's in your head.
- 10:46Speaker 3: It's like the Barry bonds, but you can't use it
- 10:48Speaker 3: as proof.
- 10:48Speaker 1: You can't talk when you're talking about it with everybody else.
- 10:51Speaker 1: You keep it in your head all day they can't
- 10:52Speaker 1: remove that. But you can't while you're deliberating bring up
- 10:57Speaker 1: remember this. You can't do that. That's struck from being able.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Now if you all secretly wink and like, hey, remember
- 11:04Speaker 1: that evident, then great. But there's a lot that's tough. Okay,
- 11:08Speaker 1: but that's what that rule is. Mostly. It's not don't
- 11:11Speaker 1: think about it ever again, it's you can't use it
- 11:13Speaker 1: whenever you guys are together and you're deliberating on the verdict.
- 11:18Speaker 4: Okay.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I I really was not interested at all in the
- 11:22Speaker 1: enhanced games, but now that they're trying to be shut down,
- 11:24Speaker 1: I'm kind of interested.
- 11:25Speaker 5: Well, you can apply, I mean, says there you anyone
- 11:28Speaker 5: to be competing like I'd be downpe.
- 11:31Speaker 1: You need to really enhance itself though.
- 11:35Speaker 6: Twenty twenty six.
- 11:36Speaker 4: I mean we need to get to ma sh right now.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll be back. The NC DOUBLEA is fixing glaring
- 11:42Speaker 1: problems with basketball officiating and game delays. So this is
- 11:45Speaker 1: from John Fanta on Twitter. There'll be fewer delays when
- 11:49Speaker 1: you're enjoying college basketball next season. The NC DOUABLEA is
- 11:52Speaker 1: made a change that we can agree by making it
- 11:54Speaker 1: so officials can't conduct video review on out of bounds
- 11:57Speaker 1: calls unless it's through a coaches challenge. Officials can still
- 12:00Speaker 1: use replaying cases of timing, scoring errors, shot clock violations
- 12:03Speaker 1: two point versus three point attempts in flagrance, but college
- 12:06Speaker 1: coaches will get a challenge, but their team must have
- 12:07Speaker 1: a timeout to use it. If the challenge ends up
- 12:10Speaker 1: being successful, that timeout will also get at blah lah lah.
- 12:13Speaker 1: It's just they can't themselves go line, let's check.
- 12:16Speaker 4: Yeah, right, that's it.
- 12:17Speaker 1: It's not going to change the game much, but it
- 12:19Speaker 1: is a step in a direction to make games go
- 12:21Speaker 1: by a little faster. What's going to be weird is
- 12:23Speaker 1: in college football, they're not stopping the clock this year.
- 12:27Speaker 1: First downs. Didn't they change that rule to make the
- 12:30Speaker 1: games gouy faster? Like if there's a first down in
- 12:33Speaker 1: college football they used stopped the clock. I'm ninety nine
- 12:35Speaker 1: percent sure they're not stopping the clock this year.
- 12:36Speaker 3: Was it like to stop the clock to move the chains?
- 12:38Speaker 4: Yes?
- 12:38Speaker 3: Yeah, and then now it's just gonna run.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Because in the NFL, it's always weird to watch it
- 12:41Speaker 1: come back because they don't stop the clock, and you're.
- 12:43Speaker 4: Like, come on, yeah, I think it's same as the
- 12:45Speaker 4: NFL right under two minutes and then each half? Is it?
- 12:50Speaker 1: You can tell me. All I remember is there ain't
- 12:52Speaker 1: stopping the clock and they would stop the clock all
- 12:54Speaker 1: game long on any first down to move the change,
- 12:56Speaker 1: and I believe this year. But the NFL they don't
- 12:58Speaker 1: stop the clock within two minutes.
- 12:59Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know why don't do That's kind of
- 13:01Speaker 4: a dumb thing to say.
- 13:02Speaker 1: I'm kidding, I say dump stuff all the time.
- 13:05Speaker 4: I'm gonna leave.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, those are the headlines that I wanted to
- 13:10Speaker 1: get to. Next semi headline, Eddie has a basketball team doing.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Not as good as I thought we'd be.
- 13:16Speaker 1: You thought you had a bunch of ringers and you
- 13:17Speaker 1: were gonna win all the games.
- 13:18Speaker 3: We were supposed to be so good, but uh, we're not.
- 13:22Speaker 3: And this last week, because every game is a doubleheader,
- 13:24Speaker 3: every week, we got two games, and this week our
- 13:27Speaker 3: star player was at the Smoky Mountains with his family vacationing,
- 13:31Speaker 3: so we're out our star player. I'd say my son's
- 13:33Speaker 3: probably the second best player, but his handles aren't great.
- 13:36Speaker 3: So it was just tough, dude.
- 13:38Speaker 1: It's a record.
- 13:39Speaker 3: We are one and three.
- 13:41Speaker 1: You thought you guys were going to be good.
- 13:43Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I thought we were going to be.
- 13:44Speaker 1: You learned now that you can blitz regarding that stop.
- 13:48Speaker 3: But like if my problem with my boys is that
- 13:52Speaker 3: they don't listen to me, and they're also how old
- 13:55Speaker 3: they're six? Yeah, And I told them if we want
- 13:58Speaker 3: success here, you have to listen the coaches. And once
- 14:01Speaker 3: they touched the ball, it's like nothing else exists, like
- 14:05Speaker 3: nothing else in the world matters whatever, And whoever has
- 14:08Speaker 3: the ball, I'm not going to pass it to anyone.
- 14:10Speaker 3: He's going straight for the hoop, even though there's no
- 14:12Speaker 3: way to get to the hoop.
- 14:13Speaker 4: That's how it was when I helped you a couple
- 14:15Speaker 4: of years ago with what was he ag Yeah?
- 14:17Speaker 1: Yeah, issued then it sounds like.
- 14:21Speaker 3: A little bit. I talked to another coach and he
- 14:24Speaker 3: said that most of the time, kids under the age
- 14:27Speaker 3: of ten or eleven don't retain anything, so sports wise,
- 14:32Speaker 3: it just doesn't click until like they're ten years old.
- 14:35Speaker 3: So you just have to roll with the punches.
- 14:36Speaker 1: And how come other teams that are clicking and beating you.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Some kids are just really good. Like, but I thought
- 14:41Speaker 3: you said you had ringers. That my big ringer though
- 14:44Speaker 3: he was at he was vacationing.
- 14:46Speaker 1: All are all three losses.
- 14:48Speaker 3: No. The first loss though, was the first game. We
- 14:51Speaker 3: really didn't know what we were doing. Remember I told
- 14:52Speaker 3: you that they were got to excuses. Well, you know,
- 14:55Speaker 3: we analyze, We analyzed after the game, we talked about it.
- 14:57Speaker 3: What do we do wrong? What do we do well?
- 15:00Speaker 3: But here's my question for you guys, though Father's Day
- 15:02Speaker 3: coming up? Do we do practice?
- 15:05Speaker 1: You made them practice on Memorial Day weekend?
- 15:07Speaker 3: Well, it was weekend, it was a Memorial Day.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Well that's a Monday.
- 15:10Speaker 3: But we do practice on Sundays, so this is Father's Day.
- 15:14Speaker 3: I mean, I feel like it's your call, your dad.
- 15:16Speaker 1: If you're gonna make people go on a Memorial Day weekend,
- 15:19Speaker 1: I would think that if you want to practice, they
- 15:21Speaker 1: won't be surprised. They may not come, but they won't
- 15:24Speaker 1: be surprised because basically you have practice on Christmas.
- 15:27Speaker 3: Yeah, for a Memorial Day weekend.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, that's kind of something you don't do with
- 15:31Speaker 1: kids because their families are possibly doing something on a
- 15:36Speaker 1: holiday weekend.
- 15:37Speaker 3: I have had some dads kind of throw little like
- 15:39Speaker 3: subtle jabs at me or be like they'll say stuff like, yeah,
- 15:44Speaker 3: you know what they're only six years old, and I'm like,
- 15:46Speaker 3: what does that mean? Like what do you what do
- 15:49Speaker 3: you mean by that? Because it's like yeah, because like
- 15:51Speaker 3: I'll talk about like, oh man, you know, it's like
- 15:54Speaker 3: we should have won that game, and then they'll be like,
- 15:55Speaker 3: they're only six What.
- 15:57Speaker 1: The that's not only a jab?
- 15:58Speaker 3: I feel like it is.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I feel like that's a saying they're only six years old.
- 16:01Speaker 3: Right, so it's okay to lose. I'm like, no, no, no, guys, guys,
- 16:04Speaker 3: we practiced once a week.
- 16:05Speaker 1: If you won games, I would listen to you and
- 16:07Speaker 1: be like, you know what, at least Eddie's winning, because
- 16:09Speaker 1: he's a terrible attitude six year olds. I'd be like,
- 16:11Speaker 1: you know what, but at least he wins. These are
- 16:12Speaker 1: close games. Do you have a trible attitude?
- 16:15Speaker 4: I thought you said he had killed like thirty eight
- 16:16Speaker 4: one game.
- 16:17Speaker 3: That's the first game was the first. That was the
- 16:18Speaker 3: first game. We didn't know the rules, guys, and I
- 16:20Speaker 3: didn't know that the reps weren't going to be calling
- 16:22Speaker 3: that rule where.
- 16:22Speaker 1: You're the excuse maker. I think you're the problem.
- 16:25Speaker 3: You think, so yeah, code, you know what I've learned too,
- 16:27Speaker 3: is that like I just hate losing, man, Like.
- 16:30Speaker 1: It's not really you though you don't mind losing.
- 16:32Speaker 3: I've never minded losing. I know, ever playing games that's
- 16:35Speaker 3: all fun. But for some reason, losing these games as
- 16:39Speaker 3: a coach, knowing all the work we put into it,
- 16:42Speaker 3: it ruins my whole day. Like we have games on
- 16:45Speaker 3: Tuesday nights, Tuesdays are done. If we lost, like the
- 16:48Speaker 3: double header that we lost, I'm done. Like I went home.
- 16:50Speaker 3: I was in a bad mood. Everyone's get the power,
- 16:52Speaker 3: going to bed everyone, and my wife's like me too,
- 16:55Speaker 3: like no, not you, you're good. But I was just upset,
- 16:58Speaker 3: and it went all the way to Wednesday too, Even
- 17:00Speaker 3: like Wednesday midday, I was still pissed that we lost
- 17:02Speaker 3: those two games.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Six years old, man, see, you're.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Being like one of those dads. Dude, I don't like that.
- 17:08Speaker 3: I've never been like this though.
- 17:09Speaker 1: A six years old is probably the age where they're
- 17:12Speaker 1: learning competitive spirit. They're learning no participation trophies. But also
- 17:18Speaker 1: we're not going to put it all on on winning.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I think you've got to be a leader in that department,
- 17:24Speaker 1: and you're not.
- 17:25Speaker 6: Yeah, you might be the source of their trauma later
- 17:28Speaker 6: in life.
- 17:29Speaker 1: But also you're not giving if you were at least
- 17:32Speaker 1: winning games, I would understand the bad attitude, like people
- 17:35Speaker 1: understood Bill Belichick. Terrible to deal with. He gets in
- 17:38Speaker 1: the podium, he says nothing, but you respect him because
- 17:40Speaker 1: he wins. Now, if you're a losing coach and you
- 17:42Speaker 1: don't do that, you're gone. You're a losing coach and
- 17:45Speaker 1: you have a bad attitude.
- 17:46Speaker 3: No, I'm not gone. There's no no, no. Their dad's
- 17:48Speaker 3: going to volunteer to do.
- 17:48Speaker 1: This, right, right, But I'm saying you don't have anything
- 17:51Speaker 1: to lean on. So either win or change. What the
- 17:56Speaker 1: purpose is?
- 17:57Speaker 4: How many more games do you have left?
- 17:58Speaker 1: Oh?
- 17:58Speaker 3: We have four more doubleheaders, so four more weeks.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Predict your record? Eight games left?
- 18:03Speaker 3: I say we went we win eight games left. I
- 18:06Speaker 3: say we win five games.
- 18:09Speaker 1: So in the NDOB six and six.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Six and six, probably five hundred. But and there's no
- 18:16Speaker 3: end of the tournament winner. So it's just kind of
- 18:18Speaker 3: like it's summer. So it's all for fun. They say
- 18:20Speaker 3: it's for fun, But what pisses me off are some
- 18:22Speaker 3: of these other coaches. They're dirty, dude, they're dirty and
- 18:26Speaker 3: they played dirt.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Didn't meet them. If you're gonna get fired up, about it.
- 18:28Speaker 1: That's meat fired up, But then meet them in the dirt,
- 18:31Speaker 1: or don't get fired up about it because you're playing
- 18:33Speaker 1: a level above with integrity and sportsmanship. You can't have
- 18:37Speaker 1: both ways, I know.
- 18:39Speaker 3: I know. Like like one of the coaches the last game,
- 18:42Speaker 3: my son's and he's my assistant. He's in charge of
- 18:45Speaker 3: the bench, right, so when the subs they say sub,
- 18:47Speaker 3: they sub every five minutes, he's in charge of the subs. Well,
- 18:51Speaker 3: he screwed up and he sent six kids in and
- 18:54Speaker 3: we had one extra player. And the other coaches I
- 18:57Speaker 3: can hear them. They're right there and they're just like, whoa,
- 18:59Speaker 3: he's got six players in. Give him a tech. I'm like,
- 19:03Speaker 3: then I hit him with it. They're six years old. Dude, I.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Saw you almost get kicked out of a game with
- 19:12Speaker 4: a ref one time.
- 19:12Speaker 3: That's true. You were there.
- 19:14Speaker 4: I was there.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Good luck man, the refs do like me. Maybe don't
- 19:17Speaker 3: coach next year, dude, I told my wife I'm not
- 19:19Speaker 3: coaching anymore.
- 19:21Speaker 4: Put you in a bad movie.
- 19:22Speaker 1: I don't feel the joy. You don't win, and you
- 19:23Speaker 1: don't enjoy it. Correct again, I don't know the positive
- 19:27Speaker 1: that's coming from this, other than do your kids like
- 19:29Speaker 1: it that you coach.
- 19:30Speaker 3: Yeah, that's positive. My dad and my son called me
- 19:32Speaker 3: a daddy coach.
- 19:33Speaker 1: That's that's a positive.
- 19:34Speaker 3: I like that.
- 19:35Speaker 1: That's cool.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Good luck man, Thank you, dude.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Two men broke into Maclamore's home and bear sprayed the
- 19:41Speaker 1: nanny while the kids were asleep in their rooms. Maclamore
- 19:46Speaker 1: Seattle residence was reportedly the scene of a recent home invasion,
- 19:49Speaker 1: during which two suspects looking to rob the Grammy winner
- 19:53Speaker 1: bear sprayed his nanny while his three young children were
- 19:56Speaker 1: asleep in their rooms, a police report shared with people
- 19:59Speaker 1: by the Seattle Police. Instead, a woman later identified as
- 20:01Speaker 1: the homeowner's nanny called nine one one just before one
- 20:04Speaker 1: am on Saturday, June seventh to report that two men
- 20:07Speaker 1: have broken into the home. Quote she escaped, but three
- 20:10Speaker 1: children were still inside the house, the report said. The
- 20:12Speaker 1: caller also added that the house belonged to a high
- 20:14Speaker 1: profile individual and that she believed the crime may have
- 20:17Speaker 1: been politically motivated for some reason. If it's politically motivated,
- 20:21Speaker 1: it's it's Israel. Palestine.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Oh, got it. I didn't know Maclamore was running for something.
- 20:25Speaker 1: He is not. Yeah, I would assume it's Israel. Palasine,
- 20:29Speaker 1: and he speaks out on that a lot. The Seattle
- 20:31Speaker 1: Times reported that the address and the police report match
- 20:33Speaker 1: the voting record of Ben Haggerty maclohmore's real name, the
- 20:37Speaker 1: thrift shop singer forty one, and his wife, her parents,
- 20:39Speaker 1: and daughter Sloan Collette, and son Hugo Oh Here we Go.
- 20:42Speaker 1: He's been vocal in his support for Palestine, both on
- 20:44Speaker 1: a social media and on stage at his concerts. Man,
- 20:49Speaker 1: they come in with at least they came in with
- 20:51Speaker 1: bear spray and not guns.
- 20:52Speaker 3: That's true.
- 20:52Speaker 4: Question.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I don't want to do it. At least that sucks.
- 20:54Speaker 4: Your nanny leaves.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Your kid, maybe lives in maybe sometimes they live at
- 20:59Speaker 3: the house.
- 20:59Speaker 1: No, No, You're nanny gets out to call nine one one?
- 21:01Speaker 4: Is that what it is? Am I that wrong?
- 21:04Speaker 1: You're not seeing it.
- 21:05Speaker 4: I know, I know she got here with bear spray.
- 21:06Speaker 4: That sucks, don't get me wrong. But but she escaped to
- 21:08Speaker 4: cough look good.
- 21:09Speaker 1: She escaped so she could call nine one. You can't
- 21:11Speaker 1: call nine one. You're in the house with the robbers.
- 21:13Speaker 5: Oh the kids were home too, Yeah, it also says
- 21:15Speaker 5: in a twist, she then said one of the men
- 21:18Speaker 5: began helping her clean the spray out of her eyes.
- 21:20Speaker 3: Well, that's nice.
- 21:21Speaker 1: He has a guilty You know what, if I'm the judge,
- 21:24Speaker 1: which one of you raise your hand? Who helped their
- 21:26Speaker 1: clean the spray? Okay? Uh one year less?
- 21:32Speaker 3: I wonder why he decided to clean the spray. Was like,
- 21:35Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I'm sorry didn't.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I would imagine something if it's an old lady.
- 21:38Speaker 1: I don't know how old she was, but I don't
- 21:41Speaker 1: think she ran away just to get away. I think
- 21:42Speaker 1: she ran away so she could call nine one one.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Otherwise she's just in the house with the kids, not
- 21:46Speaker 1: calling nine one one, and no cops are coming until
- 21:49Speaker 1: they're able to do whatever they want. Rob kill rape
- 21:51Speaker 1: who knows?
- 21:53Speaker 4: Hire you? And nanny who can know?
- 21:55Speaker 1: No that that's called security. That's called a bodyguard.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Barber.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Sounds like a movie.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Isn't that a movie with Hult Cogan.
- 22:06Speaker 1: It's on this season of Rotchet Jimstones. Who what is
- 22:12Speaker 1: If you watch it, you've seen it?
- 22:13Speaker 3: Okay, I don't spoil that.
- 22:15Speaker 1: But Baby Billy hires and nanny and she does like
- 22:20Speaker 1: time like like I vote no one of that.
- 22:24Speaker 4: I was out in the yard.
- 22:25Speaker 1: But she's like ripped and she beats up people. That's great,
- 22:29Speaker 1: that's US Open. We'd probably shoot one fifty eighty nine,
- 22:35Speaker 1: probably probably gets.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Better than.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Arms better. Yeah, that rough it Okmont looks terrible.
- 22:43Speaker 4: Oh my gosh.
- 22:44Speaker 1: And we're recording this on Thursday afternoon, so who knows
- 22:46Speaker 1: how it all is coming up apart.
- 22:48Speaker 3: The ball could barely roll into the rough and then
- 22:50Speaker 3: you just lose it.
- 22:51Speaker 1: They cut it down a little bit. But yeah, it's
- 22:53Speaker 1: it's It looks pretty difficult.
- 22:55Speaker 3: You see how the fairways are like so narrow too,
- 22:58Speaker 3: Like it's gonna be awesome.
- 22:59Speaker 1: So the US Open field twenty twenty five, ranking the
- 23:02Speaker 1: top twenty five golfers playing at Oakmont. Who do you
- 23:05Speaker 1: think comes at number one? Scheffler correct, number one by far, sure,
- 23:09Speaker 1: not even a close second. Number two, Rory at number three. Okay,
- 23:15Speaker 1: So who do you think is it too?
- 23:16Speaker 3: Number two? DEAs Shambo, Yeah, good job.
- 23:18Speaker 1: So it's Scheffler, Dave Schambeau, Rory. Let's see what you
- 23:22Speaker 1: can do here in the top ten.
- 23:24Speaker 3: This is where it gets rough.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Hey, no pun intended.
- 23:30Speaker 3: Okay, let's go with any of them in the top ten.
- 23:36Speaker 3: You get you get to keep going, Okay, top ten,
- 23:39Speaker 3: and you have three down Victor Hobland, Victor Hoveland comes in. No,
- 23:45Speaker 3: oh shoot no, there's a lot of your like Nordic
- 23:49Speaker 3: dudes in the t in the top ten.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Yeah, let me see where. How about at seventeen? Oh damn, okay,
- 23:54Speaker 1: strike one, go ahead, Okay, I'm good, I'm good. We
- 23:57Speaker 1: didn't think you weren't many.
- 23:58Speaker 3: Let's say see Marikawa.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Yep, Marikawa is at number eight. Matsuyama, Matsuyama is at
- 24:08Speaker 1: once number ten.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, Scott there.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Oh, Ludwig Yeburg, Yeah yeah, at number six.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Jobs a good attempting baby, Come on, baby, think think
- 24:23Speaker 3: think so.
- 24:25Speaker 1: You got one, two and three. You have six, Ludwig eight,
- 24:30Speaker 1: Mari Kawa ten, Matsuyala Stepstrukca Cepstrca at number nine. Let's go, baby,
- 24:39Speaker 1: come on, yeah, Ed, he's good at this.
- 24:41Speaker 3: Nice.
- 24:42Speaker 1: He gambles on golf every.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Weekend, every weekend. Uh, what's your question? I think gosh.
- 24:50Speaker 3: I can't put Jordan up there, right, Jordan's not up there.
- 24:54Speaker 3: Jordan's fallen a lot, a little erratic. Yeah, let me
- 24:58Speaker 3: throw Jordan up there. No, okay, I don't.
- 25:01Speaker 1: Even see him in the top twenty five.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Oh, I got you.
- 25:04Speaker 1: You mean Michael Jordan.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Right, no to Speed, Uh yeah, yeah yeah, Patrick Cantley.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Patrick can't he's gotta be up there. It's not he's
- 25:15Speaker 1: gonna be at fifteen. Number four is John Rahm forgot
- 25:19Speaker 1: about him?
- 25:20Speaker 3: Yep.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Five is Xander Xander gosh. Six is the Big seven
- 25:26Speaker 1: Justin Thomas? Yeah, eight more Kawa nine e sept Straka
- 25:29Speaker 1: ten is Latsayama.
- 25:31Speaker 3: Okay, who'd you bet on Scheffler? Scheffler? Every time?
- 25:35Speaker 1: Boy?
- 25:36Speaker 3: It's do you not bet on Scotty because the odds
- 25:38Speaker 3: are so bad? But at the beginning of the tournament,
- 25:40Speaker 3: the odds are great for everyone.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Kind of, I mean there, yes, but still like he's
- 25:45Speaker 1: still like he was like plus two twenty then it
- 25:47Speaker 1: wasn't he like four hundred? Maybe I saw it into
- 25:50Speaker 1: the end of the round a little bit then.
- 25:52Speaker 3: But then what I like to do too is there's
- 25:53Speaker 3: the initial bet right where you just pick randoms and
- 25:56Speaker 3: it's like plus one hundred plus one hundred thousand, right
- 25:58Speaker 3: like just any because anyone can win it. But then
- 26:01Speaker 3: you start looking at it Saturday and all those odds change,
- 26:04Speaker 3: and then wherever Scheffler is, if Schffler's in the top ten,
- 26:07Speaker 3: maybe even sitting at ninth going into Sunday. Dude, that's
- 26:11Speaker 3: the bet right there.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Yeah, all right. Do you bet on golf at all
- 26:15Speaker 1: the Masters mostly or if I have nothing to do
- 26:18Speaker 1: on a weekend going into Sunday only, I'll pick somebody
- 26:21Speaker 1: like you said, that's fourth or fifth place. Yeah, unless
- 26:24Speaker 1: Scott Unless Seffler has a lead, I am touching. I'll
- 26:28Speaker 1: parlay a Scheffler into something, okay, because Scotty doesn't lose
- 26:32Speaker 1: if he's up, if he's right there, We're gonna play
- 26:36Speaker 1: fill in the blank. Next. I'll be like the Dallas
- 26:38Speaker 1: Cowboys are blank o fun, Yeah, awesome, Dak Prescott is
- 26:43Speaker 1: blank amazing. Sga is blank great. Okay, we'll get to that.
- 26:47Speaker 4: There's a lot of good ones here.
- 26:48Speaker 1: We'll get to that next. The NBA Finals are here,

- 28:36Speaker 7: Well.
- 28:36Speaker 1: No, I check in and go like, hey, how's everything
- 28:38Speaker 1: going you? Yeah, but I have it in a while,
- 28:41Speaker 1: but mostly I'm like, hey, how's the honeymoon going? And
- 28:44Speaker 1: then he sent me a picture of them like having
- 28:46Speaker 1: a dinner on the beach. Oh I saw that the
- 28:51Speaker 1: video And then he goes, I bet you I'll ask
- 28:54Speaker 1: for a one. I bet he did, And I was like, yeah,
- 28:58Speaker 1: I would have done that too. Okay, So here's it's
- 29:00Speaker 1: a game I have. It's not really a game, but
- 29:01Speaker 1: I want you to write your answer down so no
- 29:03Speaker 1: one's affected by the other person. You will not be
- 29:05Speaker 1: competing against each other. This is mostly an association game.
- 29:07Speaker 4: Okay.
- 29:09Speaker 1: So I also haven't done it, but I'll do it
- 29:11Speaker 1: as well. I will give you a fill in the blank.
- 29:13Speaker 1: You just fill in the blank, and I don't want
- 29:16Speaker 1: you to take too long. You get five to seven
- 29:18Speaker 1: seconds to think of your answer. The first one is
- 29:22Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers is blank. I just wonder what the general
- 29:26Speaker 1: mindset of these people or teams are. Okay, so Aaron
- 29:31Speaker 1: Rodgers is blank. It can be and this is kind
- 29:33Speaker 1: of an example, but for real, it could be anything
- 29:35Speaker 1: from me, is a great quarterback, was a great quarterback,
- 29:37Speaker 1: a super Bowl champion? Whatever? Okay, I have mine, Kevin.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers is annoying, Eddie.
- 29:45Speaker 3: Aaron Rodgers is douchey.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Oh wow, you guys both want the same way.
- 29:48Speaker 4: I almost went douchey.
- 29:49Speaker 1: I have Aaron Rodgers annoying. That dude's totally ruined his
- 29:56Speaker 1: reputation right like forever.
- 29:57Speaker 4: Yes, I'm with you. You've talked about it a few times.
- 30:00Speaker 4: A couple of years ago. You would ask me, and
- 30:01Speaker 4: I'm like, yeah, Aaron Rodgers cool, like he's amazing, and
- 30:04Speaker 4: now it's just it's run its course.
- 30:06Speaker 1: And I am. I love being a contrarian. I mean,
- 30:09Speaker 1: it's part of the reason I became such a Kaitlyn
- 30:11Speaker 1: Clark fan is because everybody was like, she's gonna suck
- 30:13Speaker 1: in the w n b A, and I was like,
- 30:15Speaker 1: consider me the biggest Kaitlin Clark fan because she's not
- 30:17Speaker 1: and because the hate I'm here for it. Well, now
- 30:20Speaker 1: she's awesome and it looks like I'm just part of
- 30:22Speaker 1: the group. And that's okay, but I'm kind of starting
- 30:24Speaker 1: to lean toward maybe being an angel. Yes, guy, Okay, okay,
- 30:30Speaker 1: let's switch it up. SGA is blank. SGA plays for
- 30:36Speaker 1: the thunder S. G A is blank, I'm in.
- 30:42Speaker 7: And and Kevin unknown Eddie amazing Canadian.
- 30:51Speaker 4: Oh I see it's Canadian.
- 30:55Speaker 3: I did not know that.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I played for the Canada team at the Olympic Olympics. Yeah,
- 31:02Speaker 1: when Steph did his whole.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Put the baby to sleep, that's when we found out.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Whatever, unless you're in b who played for America and
- 31:09Speaker 1: they didn't.
- 31:10Speaker 4: They weren't very happy his U where he's from.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Yeah, Dak Prescott is lame. Be nice, I'm in, I'm in.
- 31:27Speaker 3: I'm in.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Kevin overpaid, overpaid, interesting Eddie.
- 31:35Speaker 3: Okay, got you, guys, I have.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Dak Prescott is fine. I don't want to go overrated
- 31:48Speaker 1: because I don't feel like he's overrated. The only thing
- 31:51Speaker 1: I would say to overpaid is I don't feel like
- 31:54Speaker 1: he's overpaid based on how quarterbacks are paid. Now, I
- 31:58Speaker 1: completely understand what he provides versus the sixty million dollars. Basically,
- 32:03Speaker 1: he's making a year. I get it. But that's just
- 32:06Speaker 1: what fine quarterbacks with an upside. I still say Dak
- 32:11Speaker 1: is at the upside of his career where he still
- 32:13Speaker 1: can even get better. So I understand your sentiment, and
- 32:16Speaker 1: I agree sixty million dollars for that productivity. But that's
- 32:20Speaker 1: also a team thing too.
- 32:21Speaker 3: They got they got cash.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Yeah, but I have fine, Yeah, he's fine. It's okay,
- 32:26Speaker 1: say kind of Dak Prescott's unfairly judged. Why is that
- 32:31Speaker 1: because he's he's not great and everyone's comparing him against
- 32:34Speaker 1: greatness because he's a Cowboys quarterback.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Yeah, and he's not terrible. But yeah, he's just okay,
- 32:41Speaker 3: I guess.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Just fine, Okay, let's go to baseball. Shoho Atani is blank.
- 32:52Speaker 1: M this is what comes to mind first. I don't
- 32:59Speaker 1: think this would be if I had to go say
- 33:00Speaker 1: it in a court of law, and it'd be my
- 33:02Speaker 1: only as sign of my grip.
- 33:03Speaker 3: I was going in the same direction, but it's not.
- 33:07Speaker 1: What do you have, Kevin?
- 33:07Speaker 4: But I have a unicorn.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Yeah, that's good and and same. Like my real answer
- 33:12Speaker 1: would this is not My real answer would be something
- 33:15Speaker 1: like generational. If I had to like say it and
- 33:17Speaker 1: be held accountable for it, I'd be like, show Tony
- 33:19Speaker 1: is generational, Eddie huge, it's a big dude, Huh. I
- 33:25Speaker 1: don't think I know aspects.
- 33:26Speaker 3: I mean I just see him around other people, and
- 33:28Speaker 3: he's pretty big.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Google it up there. I'm not disagreeing at all. I
- 33:31Speaker 1: just yeah, I don't know. I have lucky, oh, because
- 33:34Speaker 1: he found an interpreter that would take the blaand fro.
- 33:37Speaker 3: I love it. I was gonna say guilty.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Yeah, that's where my mine went, like, he's lucky that
- 33:43Speaker 1: his interpreter gambled all those millions and show I had
- 33:45Speaker 1: no idea, and I don't know if Shohey had any idea,
- 33:48Speaker 1: but I know that baseball needed to protect their most
- 33:49Speaker 1: valuable asset and so all of that. Where there's money,
- 33:53Speaker 1: there's often corruption. I'm not even saying there's corruption. I'm
- 33:56Speaker 1: just saying that's what keme in my mind.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Interesting. You have the specs for show Hey, Yeah, three
- 34:00Speaker 4: to two ten.
- 34:01Speaker 3: Wow, that's huge.
- 34:02Speaker 1: That's a big old boy for baseball especially has a
- 34:05Speaker 1: tight end. Yeah, all right, Next up, Jaden Daniels is
- 34:11Speaker 1: blank Jade and Daniels the quarterback for the Commanders. You
- 34:25Speaker 1: have to have an answer pretty.
- 34:26Speaker 3: Quickly at it.
- 34:28Speaker 1: You know, they say thinking kills a cat ovin. I've
- 34:32Speaker 1: never heard that saying, Kevin.
- 34:37Speaker 4: I've never used this word, and I hate that it did.
- 34:38Speaker 1: But don't say that word. Don't say that word. Don't
- 34:41Speaker 1: cancel you.
- 34:42Speaker 3: Okay?
- 34:43Speaker 4: Can I change it then?
- 34:44Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 34:44Speaker 4: Okay, go ahead.
- 34:45Speaker 3: What is the new word?
- 34:46Speaker 4: Swaggy?
- 34:46Speaker 1: Okay?
- 34:47Speaker 3: Oh swaggy?
- 34:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I was going to use a bad term.
- 34:52Speaker 3: Man. I've never heard anyone be called swaggy. Have you
- 34:55Speaker 3: heard swaggy before?
- 34:56Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 34:57Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Like I know someone's got swagger kids.
- 35:00Speaker 1: And I thought you were gonna say, I'll say it Canadian?
- 35:05Speaker 3: Is he Canadian? No?
- 35:06Speaker 1: I don't know. There's a keV. Was gonna say a
- 35:08Speaker 1: bad word? No, what do you say?
- 35:11Speaker 3: So? What is it? Daniels is a commander.
- 35:15Speaker 1: That's a stupid that's even a terrible joke I made
- 35:19Speaker 1: like leading into.
- 35:20Speaker 3: I got nothing else to say about him. He's a commander.
- 35:22Speaker 3: What you're a hater a commander?
- 35:27Speaker 1: It's like going is a homo sapien.
- 35:29Speaker 3: Oh no, no, you're gonna say something else. I would
- 35:35Speaker 3: never say that. Well, it is what it is, dude,
- 35:39Speaker 3: he's a commander. For now.
- 35:41Speaker 1: That's your stupid answer. That's not a real answer. Okay.
- 35:44Speaker 1: I have Jane Daniels as skinny. Okay, what's the difference
- 35:48Speaker 1: he's That's just a fact.
- 35:50Speaker 3: He's skinny. He's a commander, it's a fact. I think
- 35:54Speaker 3: both of ours are pretty stupid.
- 35:55Speaker 1: Actually, no, yours is really stupid because you're just so
- 35:58Speaker 1: on the nose. Me. When I think of them, I
- 36:00Speaker 1: think if them as being probably a little skinnier than
- 36:03Speaker 1: the average quarterback. You're literally just picking the team drift
- 36:05Speaker 1: was drafted to. Sure, what is he? He's the command
- 36:08Speaker 1: you get. There's no right and wrong? You're right? Okay.
- 36:12Speaker 1: The Kansas City Chiefs are blank?
- 36:16Speaker 3: Does that have to be one word?
- 36:18Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 36:19Speaker 3: Mm hmm. The Kansas City Chiefs are I'm how to
- 36:28Speaker 3: write this, okay, I mean, I mean.
- 36:37Speaker 1: Kevin annoying.
- 36:40Speaker 3: Oh two annoyings in one game.
- 36:42Speaker 1: I know, just because the Patriot. He is a Patriots fan,
- 36:46Speaker 1: so it makes it it makes them hate the Chiefs.
- 36:49Speaker 3: Dang, Eddie done, done, Wow, We're done. With the Chiefs.
- 36:55Speaker 3: That's that. All that crowd that's over.
- 36:57Speaker 1: You think they're done, that's over.
- 36:59Speaker 3: A little run mad.
- 37:01Speaker 1: But they didn't lose Andy Reid or Patrick Mahomes.
- 37:04Speaker 3: And they didn't win the Super Bowl.
- 37:06Speaker 1: No, but they went to the Super Bowl.
- 37:07Speaker 3: Win, Dawn. I was trying to like go like losing
- 37:11Speaker 3: from here on out, but I couldn't one word. That's tough.
- 37:13Speaker 1: That's just a bunch of iphens. I was gonna say.
- 37:18Speaker 1: I said, the cancer Chiefs are pissed.
- 37:20Speaker 3: That too, you know why because it's over.
- 37:23Speaker 1: No, because they got embarrassed in the super Bowl and
- 37:27Speaker 1: they're back. I got pissed, all right. The Dallas Cowboys
- 37:30Speaker 1: are blank.
- 37:39Speaker 3: Man, gosh man, there's one words killing.
- 37:42Speaker 4: That's hard.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Don't say it. I know, I know this.
- 37:47Speaker 3: Dallas Cowboys are.
- 37:48Speaker 1: We just say, don't say the slur, evenough we're not
- 37:50Speaker 1: thinking Eddie, don't say the slur.
- 37:54Speaker 3: I thought about it.
- 37:54Speaker 1: I don't say the slur.
- 37:58Speaker 3: A man, stupid good Kevin not hyphen back. No, he
- 38:04Speaker 3: can't do that.
- 38:05Speaker 1: That's sure. He did kind of cheat.
- 38:06Speaker 3: He can't do but because I would do a lot
- 38:09Speaker 3: of hyphens. But I know, but I gave you the idea.
- 38:11Speaker 3: But I wasn't going to do that.
- 38:12Speaker 1: The Dallas Cowboys are I was trying to think of
- 38:17Speaker 1: a way to say, not back. That's tough. Not back.
- 38:22Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what I'm saying. That done was the best
- 38:25Speaker 3: I could do with the irrelevant.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Irrelevant will be one.
- 38:28Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, that's my word, but.
- 38:29Speaker 3: That's not a word irrelevant. That's not true.
- 38:35Speaker 1: They can be irrelevant in the standings, in the playoff conversation.
- 38:40Speaker 4: Not talking about the news and the content and all that.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Because they're even relevant. Even they suck exactly, but they're irrelevant.
- 38:47Speaker 1: He's saying they're irrelevant on the field. I'm guessing. When
- 38:49Speaker 1: I'm a guessing, I'm a guess.
- 38:51Speaker 4: We're just making up.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Life. Okay, Dallas Cowboys is life.
- 39:00Speaker 1: I have the Dallas Cowboys are mid.
- 39:03Speaker 3: I thought yours was a relevant? What was yours? Didn't
- 39:05Speaker 3: you have another one? No?
- 39:06Speaker 4: You went twice?
- 39:07Speaker 1: Was irrelevant? He changed this relevant? Okay, Yeah, I have
- 39:11Speaker 1: the Dallas Cowboys are mid. They're just in the mid middle.
- 39:14Speaker 3: They've been, they've been.
- 39:15Speaker 1: The Cowboys and Steelers are the same team basically.
- 39:17Speaker 4: Mm hmm.
- 39:18Speaker 3: It's there here though.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm out of those.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Do you have.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Do you guys have anyone though? At me?
- 39:22Speaker 3: Yes?
- 39:23Speaker 1: Do one go?
- 39:24Speaker 3: Arkansas football is got you? One word? Oh do we do?
- 39:32Speaker 3: We all play? Yeah?
- 39:32Speaker 1: But why are you coming at me? Though?
- 39:35Speaker 3: I know he's the one with the iphans And because
- 39:37Speaker 3: it's hard to be like Arkansas football.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Is okay, anything else, anything I'm in, it doesn't have
- 39:48Speaker 1: to also be a descriptor of the team because like
- 39:51Speaker 1: some of mine weren't Like Sho Tani wasn't his skill set,
- 39:55Speaker 1: it was lucky. Think whatever you wanted to.
- 39:58Speaker 3: Be what you have, Sad. I'm sorry.
- 40:03Speaker 1: I don't argue Kevin.
- 40:04Speaker 4: I have cool.
- 40:06Speaker 3: Okay, school is cool.
- 40:08Speaker 4: I don't know, like I got.
- 40:09Speaker 3: What is yours?
- 40:09Speaker 1: Again?
- 40:10Speaker 3: Sad?
- 40:10Speaker 1: No? What is your question?
- 40:12Speaker 3: What I mean?
- 40:12Speaker 1: Oh?
- 40:13Speaker 3: Oh, the Arkansas Razorbacks football team is hopeless?
- 40:17Speaker 1: Dang, And that's I cut off my pinky for a
- 40:22Speaker 1: national championship.
- 40:23Speaker 4: You really would?
- 40:24Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, sure would. And I've given a lot of
- 40:27Speaker 1: money and I've done a lot of time, a lot
- 40:28Speaker 1: of effort, So it hurts me to say, but we
- 40:30Speaker 1: just don't have the leadership, the coaching. We have nothing.
- 40:33Speaker 3: You've been watching college football for a long time.
- 40:36Speaker 1: I'm seven to three years old right, the college football
- 40:39Speaker 1: I've never been as hopeless going into a season as
- 40:41Speaker 1: this season, and we've had some bad teams.
- 40:44Speaker 3: Has there ever been a team that has not been
- 40:47Speaker 3: highlighted preseason, that has not been a promising football team
- 40:52Speaker 3: and then come out of nowhere and win the national championship.
- 40:55Speaker 1: In the history of national championships?
- 40:57Speaker 3: I mean, let's just go the last thirty years.
- 40:59Speaker 1: I can look up.
- 41:00Speaker 3: I mean, I don't think I have the answer, like
- 41:01Speaker 3: top of your mind.
- 41:02Speaker 4: You mean, like TCU when they made it and they
- 41:04Speaker 4: got stomped.
- 41:04Speaker 3: Georgia win the Natty, but win the Natty.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Okay, let's just say let me look.
- 41:10Speaker 3: Because like I feel like going to the season and
- 41:13Speaker 3: it could be anyone.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's not because they'll do the breakdowns of
- 41:16Speaker 1: five star athletes, and the teams with the most five
- 41:20Speaker 1: stars almost always get the farthest and always always win
- 41:23Speaker 1: the most national championships whenever you break it down. Yeah,
- 41:26Speaker 1: it's not every single year the team with the most
- 41:28Speaker 1: five stars wins it. But generally speaking, the teams with
- 41:31Speaker 1: the best players, which are the five stars the best recruits,
- 41:34Speaker 1: are the ones that end up being the best teams.
- 41:36Speaker 1: Who was the most unlikely team in the last twenty
- 41:42Speaker 1: five years to win the college regis saying message.
- 41:50Speaker 4: Football, we got one more name. I want to do.
- 41:53Speaker 1: Okay, national championship based on preseason Oh my god? Oh
- 41:58Speaker 1: is this expectation?
- 42:00Speaker 3: Yes? I thought this is your Google search on It
- 42:02Speaker 3: is Google, but Google's okay. That's a lot of words.
- 42:05Speaker 3: Here we go.
- 42:05Speaker 1: The most unlikely team to win the college football national
- 42:07Speaker 1: Championship in the last twenty five years based on preseason
- 42:10Speaker 1: expectations is almost certainly the twenty ten Auburn Tigers preseason
- 42:15Speaker 1: AP ranking number twenty two, national title odds fifty to one.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Previous record the year before eight and five, they had
- 42:23Speaker 1: a new juco quarterback who had never started an FBS game,
- 42:27Speaker 1: named Cam Newton. Auburn's defense was seen shaky going into
- 42:32Speaker 1: the year. Gene Chiswick was a questionable higher just two
- 42:38Speaker 1: years earlier, he had been hired, and he had a
- 42:39Speaker 1: losing record Iowa State. What happened, Cam Newton was awesome.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Auburn went fourteen to zero, won the SEC and beat Oregon.
- 42:47Speaker 1: The other honorable mentions the two thousand and two Ohio
- 42:49Speaker 1: State preseason rank thirteen still power five oh oh yeah,
- 42:54Speaker 1: it was Auburn, Yeah, twenty fourteen, Ohio State, twenty nineteen
- 42:58Speaker 1: LSU preseason number six, but not a title favorite.
- 43:02Speaker 3: That's Joe Burrow.
- 43:04Speaker 1: So it seems in the last twenty five years there's
- 43:07Speaker 1: not been a team that wasn't ranked, And with Arkansas,
- 43:10Speaker 1: there have been teams where I knew they were gonna
- 43:12Speaker 1: be bad. So I wasn't hopeless. I was able to
- 43:16Speaker 1: just watch and enjoy the growth. But they've been preaching
- 43:19Speaker 1: we're getting better, We're getting better, We're five hundred wait
- 43:21Speaker 1: till next year. It's just this hopeless because we're just
- 43:24Speaker 1: we're just walking down the same road over and over
- 43:26Speaker 1: again and told they're gonna be different buildings and it's
- 43:28Speaker 1: not true. Yes, stupid Kevin go, Bill Belichick is is
- 43:40Speaker 1: I'm in. I'm in, man, There's not the best, but
- 43:44Speaker 1: it's what that's what comes to mind.
- 43:46Speaker 3: I'm in. What do you have?
- 43:48Speaker 4: Unaware?
- 43:49Speaker 1: Good one? Eddie.
- 43:52Speaker 3: Yeah, that's factionable happy. Oh, I think it's very happy.
- 43:58Speaker 1: And mine is based on the same thing that you
- 44:00Speaker 1: guys's words based on old.
- 44:05Speaker 4: Yeah, because I don't wear it's actual.
- 44:08Speaker 1: I don't think we would feel he was old if
- 44:10Speaker 1: he were just by himself. But because he has a
- 44:13Speaker 1: thirteen year old girlfriend, he is like an old man.
- 44:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 44:18Speaker 1: I don't think I would go Bill Belichick as old
- 44:20Speaker 1: if he's just coaching North Carolina and we don't know
- 44:22Speaker 1: anything about his dating life. He's just Bill Belichick.
- 44:25Speaker 3: Yah.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Course he's older, he's old. Who cares, he's football coaches
- 44:27Speaker 1: getting But when he has a twenty four year old
- 44:29Speaker 1: girlfriend's like it, dude, you're old man.
- 44:31Speaker 3: Yeah, you're old.
- 44:32Speaker 1: You're old man, You old man.
- 44:35Speaker 3: I got another one. I got it one more Tiger
- 44:37Speaker 3: Woods is.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm gonna go with my first instinct.
- 44:45Speaker 4: I'm ready.
- 44:47Speaker 3: I mean done done. Oh oh night, come on. Hit
- 44:52Speaker 3: me with a triple.
- 44:53Speaker 1: Bald him without a hat, him always like oh no,
- 45:00Speaker 1: it all.
- 45:00Speaker 5: I know.
- 45:01Speaker 1: It's like, you're youthful forever. Stay youthful.
- 45:08Speaker 3: That's funny.
- 45:09Speaker 4: You got the money to get the third year or whatever.
- 45:12Speaker 4: I'm with you, man.
- 45:14Speaker 1: Here's a forty seven second message from Reed come on,
- 45:17Speaker 1: which we have not heard.
- 45:18Speaker 3: Here we go, I'm on, I'm on islamb time right now.
- 45:21Speaker 1: You see that in that picture is the soup free
- 45:25Speaker 1: mud beats. This was just squeezics, but I almost did
- 45:29Speaker 1: black face, but I caught myself. But it's been fantastic.
- 45:34Speaker 4: I leave Friday, Matt here. You hear that ocean breens Baby,
- 45:38Speaker 4: you hear that.
- 45:39Speaker 1: Which took some kayaks up under the ocean. Almost got
- 45:41Speaker 1: swept away.
- 45:42Speaker 3: Because it's really windy.
- 45:44Speaker 1: But it's been fantastic.
- 45:46Speaker 4: I'm a married man, baby.
- 45:47Speaker 1: I miss you guys.
- 45:49Speaker 4: I love you guys, and uh, I catch you on.
- 45:53Speaker 1: The next one.
- 45:53Speaker 4: I'm gonna come back. I'm gonna be super dark.
- 45:55Speaker 1: I'm probably gonna be sneaking, sneaking, speaking a little Jamaica.
- 46:01Speaker 1: It's gonna be fantastic.
- 46:04Speaker 3: These guys, yam. Do you hear the waves in the factor?
- 46:10Speaker 3: That is awesome? Ai?
- 46:13Speaker 1: He said, so. He said he almost did black face
- 46:14Speaker 1: because they gave him black mud, and he started putting
- 46:16Speaker 1: on his face. He's like, I can't do this because
- 46:18Speaker 1: if picture gets taken, I'll be Yeah. Look, so he
- 46:21Speaker 1: has it on his chest, but his face is gray,
- 46:23Speaker 1: gray face.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Gray face. Okay, it's just old man face. So so
- 46:28Speaker 3: uh Jamaican huh yeah ya.
- 46:32Speaker 4: I went to one of those same like resort that
- 46:34Speaker 4: he's at at a different island, and it's the same thing.
- 46:36Speaker 4: A lot of Jamaicans.
- 46:38Speaker 3: But but is it Jamaica.
- 46:39Speaker 4: No, it wasn't in Jamaica. Oh is he is that
- 46:41Speaker 4: in Jamaica Saint Lucia?
- 46:43Speaker 3: Oh, I don't know. I just thought it was somewhere
- 46:45Speaker 3: in Caribbean. Which word where Jamaica is? But I didn't know.
- 46:48Speaker 1: I just assumed if he's yelling the word Jamaica, he's
- 46:51Speaker 1: in Jamaica. How do you look up where he is?
- 46:56Speaker 3: Google St. Lucia.
- 46:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I know where he's St.
- 46:58Speaker 1: Lucia.
- 46:58Speaker 3: That's what he said he was going.
- 47:00Speaker 1: So is that like the Virgin Islands that or something? Yeah,
- 47:04Speaker 1: in the Caribbean. So it's not Jamaica, it's Caribbean, it's
- 47:10Speaker 1: its own it's a country. It's own country.
- 47:11Speaker 3: Because it's Jamaica. Read it's not Jamaica.
- 47:14Speaker 4: But a lot of people that work there are Jamaica.
- 47:17Speaker 1: No, I can't even give him that. I think he
- 47:19Speaker 1: thinks he's in Jamaica. I'n be honest. I think I
- 47:23Speaker 1: think Reid thinks any island is in Jamaica.
- 47:26Speaker 3: I believe that. I believe that.
- 47:28Speaker 1: I don't even see Jim Okay. So what happens is,
- 47:32Speaker 1: so here's Florida right below Florida is Cuba. Then to
- 47:36Speaker 1: the right, if we're just trailing, it's the Dominican then
- 47:39Speaker 1: it's the British Virgin Islands and the Virgin Islands, and
- 47:42Speaker 1: then Saint Lucia Barbados is down below it before you
- 47:45Speaker 1: get to South America. Jamaica is nowhere near this.
- 47:49Speaker 3: But it's it's in the area.
- 47:51Speaker 1: It's down there.
- 47:53Speaker 3: Dude.
- 47:53Speaker 1: I don't see Jamaica here.
- 47:55Speaker 3: Do a separate search for Jamaica and it'll see Dominica,
- 47:57Speaker 3: Antigua and Barbuda, Putacana, Porto Rico, Turnidad, and Tobago.
- 48:03Speaker 1: Yeah, in Chebago, and I've been to some of these places.
- 48:06Speaker 1: I don't remember which ones.
- 48:07Speaker 3: Let's see Jamaica.
- 48:10Speaker 4: This is a fifteen yeah, dude, so is Jamaica.
- 48:13Speaker 1: On the other side.
- 48:14Speaker 3: Jamaica would just be oh wait wait wait south of Cuba.
- 48:18Speaker 1: I see Bermuda.
- 48:19Speaker 3: You going down south of Cuba.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Oh, I see Jamaica.
- 48:22Speaker 3: Here it is.
- 48:22Speaker 1: It's pretty big Jamaica. And where is he Saint Lucia.
- 48:27Speaker 1: They're not close, No, I mean they're they're Let me
- 48:30Speaker 1: just see how far they are Jamaica to Saint Lucia.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Here's information. There are no flights. No, I just need
- 48:42Speaker 1: to know how far it is the shortest flight time
- 48:44Speaker 1: and they get.
- 48:45Speaker 4: To stop fifteen hours. Yeah, thousand miles.
- 48:50Speaker 3: God, dude, that's far.
- 48:52Speaker 1: It says thousand miles.
- 48:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:54Speaker 4: Flight distance from Jamaica to Saint Lucia is one thousand miles.
- 48:57Speaker 1: What are two cities in America that are one thousand
- 49:11Speaker 1: miles far? Okay, Atlanta and Chicago.
- 49:17Speaker 3: Pretty far? No, actually, not not too bad.
- 49:19Speaker 4: Not as far as you are.
- 49:21Speaker 1: You wouldn't call me from Atlanta and be like, dude,
- 49:23Speaker 1: the Cubs are here.
- 49:24Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no, that's fair.
- 49:27Speaker 1: Should we tell them that, dude, you're not in Jamaica,
- 49:29Speaker 1: You'll responding, dude, you're not in Jamaica. We just did
- 49:32Speaker 1: the map search. You're a thousand miles from Jamaica. You're
- 49:37Speaker 1: in a whole different country. Like you can't. There's not
- 49:40Speaker 1: even a plane that goes from Jamaica to Saint Lucia.
- 49:42Speaker 1: You have to go connect somewhere else. We thought you
- 49:45Speaker 1: were all in Jamaica and you're not.
- 49:47Speaker 3: So cut it out with a yam you I'm gonna
- 49:50Speaker 3: start speaking Jamaica.
- 49:52Speaker 1: My goodness. Okay, speaking of which, and we get in
- 49:55Speaker 1: this segment on this, I thought, for a split second,
- 49:59Speaker 1: I thought, hey, I'm to take the guys out of
- 50:01Speaker 1: the country because we had something that we were going
- 50:03Speaker 1: to go do an interview. Mm and Edie doesn't have passport.
- 50:09Speaker 3: What not yet. I'm working on it. I have my
- 50:11Speaker 3: appointment in Juel next month.
- 50:12Speaker 1: Okay, and then what happens?
- 50:14Speaker 3: And then I gotta wait to get my passport?
- 50:15Speaker 1: Yeah? How long?
- 50:16Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 50:17Speaker 4: Long time?
- 50:18Speaker 1: Yeah, so long?
- 50:18Speaker 3: How long?
- 50:19Speaker 1: You won't have your passport for three months?
- 50:21Speaker 3: Yeah? Oh, what do we miss out on?
- 50:24Speaker 1: It's not that we missed out, No, we missed out.
- 50:26Speaker 1: But I thought, well, we've never been out of the country.
- 50:28Speaker 1: Eddi's never been out of the country. Kevin lived out
- 50:30Speaker 1: of the country. But I thought, why don't we go
- 50:32Speaker 1: because we can go and we can do an interview.
- 50:35Speaker 3: Oh, Ronaldo? Did we miss out on Ronaldo?
- 50:39Speaker 1: No? John Fogerty. Was it going to be in like Brussels?
- 50:41Speaker 3: You were going to go to Brussels to go see
- 50:43Speaker 3: John Fogerty. Yeah, we could wait for him to come
- 50:46Speaker 3: to Nashville.
- 50:48Speaker 1: You can always wait for everything. But that would be
- 50:50Speaker 1: a perfect reason for us to go. Brussels is Belgium, Belgium. Wow,
- 50:53Speaker 1: that's cool, but it doesn't matter. We could have got anywhere.
- 50:55Speaker 1: We could have gone to Ireland for a golf trip.
- 50:58Speaker 1: But you can't go anywhere because we'll go relaxed. I
- 51:00Speaker 1: won't be in the mood. I won't be inspired. Then
- 51:02Speaker 1: oh you were, you were not even Yeah, because it's summer.
- 51:06Speaker 3: I get it. I tried my best. My priority was
- 51:09Speaker 3: the real I d. I jumped through hoops, got my
- 51:12Speaker 3: real I D my.
- 51:12Speaker 1: Next jump through hoops. You used Morgan, It didn't matter,
- 51:15Speaker 1: It doesn't matter I had. It doesn't doesn't matter.
- 51:20Speaker 3: I got when Eddie is blank, not leaving the country,
- 51:26Speaker 3: not hyphen leaving hyphen or.
- 51:29Speaker 1: No, I shouldn't use that slur. Whoa everything everything's almost
- 51:35Speaker 1: don't use don't use the slur. Okay, I like the
- 51:40Speaker 1: word association. That was fun. That was a lot of fun. Yeah.
- 51:43Speaker 1: I felt like we attacked the cowboys all too much.
- 51:44Speaker 1: But other than that fine, I felt like it was fun.

- 52:55Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, I can't wait.
- 52:57Speaker 1: It's not gonna be on the current Cowboys, which is
- 53:00Speaker 1: different than what Max does ninety Yeah, that's what you
- 53:03Speaker 1: want when they weren't when we were great. I know
- 53:06Speaker 1: about that.
- 53:06Speaker 3: I cannot wait. I showed all my kids the trailer.
- 53:08Speaker 3: Were all pumped as a family. It's awesome, dude, except
- 53:12Speaker 3: except the part in the trailer where Jerry Jones is like,
- 53:15Speaker 3: it's a soap opera twenty four set or three hundred
- 53:18Speaker 3: and sixty days like bro Like, at least he admits it.
- 53:21Speaker 3: You don't want your football team to be a soap opera.
- 53:24Speaker 1: I think he treats it like wrestling. I think he's
- 53:26Speaker 1: Mince McMahon and he's like the gambler I know.
- 53:29Speaker 3: And then herschel Walker's in it, and I saw he's
- 53:31Speaker 3: in the trailer too. Nice what he's gonna say?
- 53:33Speaker 1: How excited all you about the show?
- 53:35Speaker 3: Ten? One out of one through ten? I'm ten?
- 53:38Speaker 4: Is it one of those untold or is it like
- 53:40Speaker 4: a multiple?
- 53:41Speaker 1: I think it's its own, it's its own thing.
- 53:43Speaker 4: Okay, it's a nineties Cowboys or okay.
- 53:45Speaker 1: Yeah, because on the trailer of the picture of the trailer.
- 53:48Speaker 1: The picture it shows like from the back, emittt Smith,
- 53:51Speaker 1: Troy Aigman, Michael Urban, all those guys. Yeah, that's cool.
- 53:54Speaker 3: Yeah, Dion's in the doc in the trailer.
- 53:57Speaker 1: At one point I started riding a series based on
- 54:01Speaker 1: Jerry Jones and the Cowboys, like a A Succession was
- 54:06Speaker 1: loosely based on Fox News.
- 54:09Speaker 4: You're sirius. My computer reacted to you saying that too.
- 54:12Speaker 1: What did I say?
- 54:12Speaker 3: What did you said?
- 54:13Speaker 4: Series? And you said he.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Anyway, I started writing this a collection of shows because
- 54:23Speaker 1: Succession was based on Fox News Ruper Murdoch loosely, but
- 54:27Speaker 1: the family dynamics. So I started writing that and that
- 54:30Speaker 1: guy stopped. I can give up other things happened, but
- 54:34Speaker 1: I think that's a pretty interesting show as well, like
- 54:37Speaker 1: a fictional version of an owner who's then the whole
- 54:40Speaker 1: episode one starts with a female character finding out that
- 54:46Speaker 1: her dad is the owner of the familiar Yeah, and
- 54:51Speaker 1: so it's her being like, oh my god, that's my dad,
- 54:53Speaker 1: and her having to try to get into meetium. But
- 54:55Speaker 1: then you learn and you can't. We didn't use real
- 54:58Speaker 1: NFL stuff because you can't. Lets you have life, But yeah,
- 55:00Speaker 1: get back to it. It does sound awesome and theory,
- 55:03Speaker 1: but it's a lot.
- 55:03Speaker 6: Of work, a lot Who would play Jerry?
- 55:05Speaker 1: I didn't cast it yet. I didn't cast that thing
- 55:11Speaker 1: at all. All right, that's it. Anything you want to say, Kevin? Uh?
- 55:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I actually I have a question for Reddy oh
- 55:19Speaker 4: my As a dad, when do you stop cussing around
- 55:25Speaker 4: your kids?
- 55:25Speaker 5: Like?
- 55:25Speaker 1: How old were they.
- 55:29Speaker 4: Already? They're gonna be a month old this weekend, which
- 55:31Speaker 4: is nuts, and like I don't really cuss around him,
- 55:34Speaker 4: but I still do obviously, But when do you stop?
- 55:37Speaker 4: Like when did they start picking that up?
- 55:39Speaker 1: Man?
- 55:40Speaker 3: I feel like once they start making words like not dad, dad,
- 55:45Speaker 3: not like moo moomy mean, not like that. When they
- 55:47Speaker 3: start understanding words, it's over. It's over. And now like
- 55:51Speaker 3: my son's seventeen and I caught myself the other day
- 55:54Speaker 3: like just saying like this is stupid, you know, like,
- 55:58Speaker 3: and he was just like, whoa, dad, You've never said that.
- 56:00Speaker 3: I'm like, didn't realize I said it. And I'm starting
- 56:02Speaker 3: to feel at seventeen I can start talking normal again.
- 56:05Speaker 5: Yeah, we made it a rule at eighteen months. Our
- 56:09Speaker 5: son just turned four, and that seemed to be good.
- 56:12Speaker 5: But man, they start picking it up quick, real quick.
- 56:16Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, because yeah, okay, like I feel like I
- 56:18Speaker 4: need to stop right now.
- 56:19Speaker 3: No, you're good.
- 56:20Speaker 1: I mean just one of his kids is crying the effort.
- 56:24Speaker 3: That's their first word they learned.
- 56:27Speaker 1: I'm afraid of Eddie.
- 56:29Speaker 4: He goes to his first day daycare.
- 56:34Speaker 1: Thank you guys for listening. I hope you guys have
- 56:36Speaker 1: a great weekend. Eddie. Good luck on your well everything.
- 56:40Speaker 3: Like we're pulling for.
- 56:41Speaker 4: You, dude, you got a lot going on there.
- 56:42Speaker 1: I want the Thunder to win too, because I have
- 56:44Speaker 1: a very expensive dinner online and I have some bets.
- 56:47Speaker 1: And Arkansas play Saturday night six pm. Rights and Arkansas
- 56:50Speaker 1: on LSU play and they're the best two teams in
- 56:52Speaker 1: the entire College World Series, meaning based on seed, they're
- 56:55Speaker 1: three and six. They just randomly, you know, they said
- 56:58Speaker 1: the thing at sixty four, and so you just play
- 57:01Speaker 1: who you're falling. So three and six are supposed to play,
- 57:03Speaker 1: but it just so happens three and six are the
- 57:04Speaker 1: best two teams that made it to the final eight.
- 57:06Speaker 1: I'm not opposed to going if they go a few
- 57:09Speaker 1: rounds in.
- 57:10Speaker 3: Are you telling us or giving us a warning? As
- 57:14Speaker 3: in like pack your bags. Boys.
- 57:15Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 57:16Speaker 4: Do we need a passport?
- 57:17Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 57:18Speaker 1: Stop it, dude, I'm serious.
- 57:22Speaker 3: There's nothing we can do about you being serious unless
- 57:25Speaker 3: you can expedite this.
- 57:26Speaker 1: This is a learning lesson because for years I've been
- 57:29Speaker 1: trying to get you to get your passport.
- 57:30Speaker 3: It's honestly on my notes of to do things from
- 57:32Speaker 3: like three years ago.
- 57:33Speaker 1: I know, and my wife because we're not really doing it.
- 57:37Speaker 1: We're not doing anything like vacation wise this summer, like
- 57:40Speaker 1: going anywhere, and so we have something like our family's
- 57:43Speaker 1: coming to town to go do, but we're not doing anything.
- 57:45Speaker 1: And I've always wanted to go to Ireland to play golf.
- 57:47Speaker 1: And she's like, you should just go and take the
- 57:49Speaker 1: guys and do and I I was like, and he
- 57:50Speaker 1: doesn't have a freaking passport.
- 57:52Speaker 3: What does she say to that?
- 57:54Speaker 1: She goes. I believe her. I know her words were
- 57:57Speaker 1: that tracks.
- 58:02Speaker 3: I mean, think about that one for a minute.
- 58:05Speaker 1: Or as I would say, classic Eddie, I mean same thing.
- 58:08Speaker 3: Yeah, correct, Dang, dad, we missed out on golf and
- 58:12Speaker 3: a concert. Next year though, dude, next year we're gonna
- 58:16Speaker 3: do what.
- 58:16Speaker 1: I don't know that I'm gonna stop it with that. One,
- 58:18Speaker 1: I don't know that I'm gonna want to do it
- 58:19Speaker 1: next year. And two who even knows guys be working here.
- 58:22Speaker 3: We'll still be friends. Maybe I'm not working here, it
- 58:26Speaker 3: might not be friends.
- 58:28Speaker 1: Brandon, how the workout's going? By the way, Brandon has
- 58:30Speaker 1: joined our workout group Eddie and myself and Kevin Klug.
- 58:32Speaker 1: How's the body.
- 58:34Speaker 5: It's sore, It's really really sore. But I'm keeping at it.
- 58:38Speaker 5: I'm always going to show up. I'm always gonna work
- 58:41Speaker 5: as hard as it possibly can.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Are you eating different?
- 58:44Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm and I'm definitely trying to. I'm definitely trying
- 58:47Speaker 6: to work. To walk at night. Don't always get to
- 58:51Speaker 6: do it.
- 58:51Speaker 1: Ye doing something in the off days will be the
- 58:54Speaker 1: two things. One eating an eighty percent of it.
- 58:56Speaker 3: Absolutely, that's the hard part.
- 58:58Speaker 1: And you don't have to eat perfect, have to eat
- 59:00Speaker 1: really good. You just gotta if you want to see improvements,
- 59:02Speaker 1: make small improvements, because I think we all get into
- 59:05Speaker 1: these habits. And for me, it was like early morning
- 59:08Speaker 1: or one am and I wake up and it's like, well,
- 59:11Speaker 1: I'm just looking at the fridge. I'm not even hungry.
- 59:12Speaker 1: It's like that's boredom would so I was shutting that down. Uh.
- 59:18Speaker 1: And then it's walking during off days because I have
- 59:21Speaker 1: a really crappy ankle from when I tore some cartilage
- 59:24Speaker 1: in it and it's never going to heal back and
- 59:26Speaker 1: it's never going to be injured any worse. But it's
- 59:28Speaker 1: bone on bone and so if I don't want it
- 59:31Speaker 1: to hurt for a workout, I got to spend the
- 59:32Speaker 1: day before just walking. I can't do anything crazy. So yeah,
- 59:36Speaker 1: walking it feels very old manny and like lady at
- 59:38Speaker 1: them all, but it's it's significant.
- 59:40Speaker 6: It's a big help.
- 59:41Speaker 1: Yeah anything Kevin, No, you had to do less? We
- 59:47Speaker 1: have baby.
- 59:48Speaker 4: Yeah, it sucks, dude, I'm trying. I trust me, I'm trying.
- 59:52Speaker 1: Its swaddle wants swaddle too, and just occur.
- 59:54Speaker 4: Gaining some weight. And yeah, I'm only going like three
- 59:57Speaker 4: days a week now it sucks.
- 59:59Speaker 3: Well we you actually no, we're just doing two with clothes.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: But dude, I work out six days a week. What
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: are you talking about? What we do? You? You work
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: out six days a week? I do something at least
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: six days a week. Yes, wow, for sure, five I
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: try to do six.
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: Do you lift six days a week?
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: I probably lift three sometimes four okay? Nice, okay, and
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: then I'll walk or play pickleball another day or two
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: if I can do nothing at turnament walk.
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: Yeah, No, I'm physical, but I mean I don't lift
