- 0:30Speaker 3: It's time war War. Here's your host.

- 1:00Speaker 4: The Root's getting ready, lock theming on, gotta get ready
- 1:02Speaker 4: for the show. Great day today, It's Wednesday. Welcome to
- 1:06Speaker 4: the show. This is the War Zone. You are in
- 1:09Speaker 4: the War Zone with Wayne Alarute. This show is presented
- 1:13Speaker 4: by the Gateway Pundit. Two point five million daily readers
- 1:17Speaker 4: on the Gateway put it over a billion page views
- 1:19Speaker 4: last year. Number one MAGA site in the world. This
- 1:23Speaker 4: podcast is the mecca of MAGA.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Great to be with you.
- 1:27Speaker 4: So, uh, what's in the news? What do I put
- 1:29Speaker 4: at the top of the news? Mother a former WNBA
- 1:33Speaker 4: star killed in a head on crash with an illegal
- 1:36Speaker 4: alien who is a repeat DUI offender. And this goes
- 1:41Speaker 4: on every day all over the United States, but in
- 1:43Speaker 4: particular right here in Las Vegas.
- 1:44Speaker 3: By the way, this wasn't a Vegas story, but boy.
- 1:47Speaker 4: In Vegas, there are so many drunk driving crashes involving
- 1:51Speaker 4: illegal aliens. You could tell within seconds that they're an
- 1:55Speaker 4: illegal alien. Look at a picture of them, listen to
- 1:58Speaker 4: their name, and you I know they're an illegal Alian
- 2:01Speaker 4: every single time.
- 2:02Speaker 3: And they are.
- 2:03Speaker 4: And they're killing people. They're wiping people out. Americans are dying.
- 2:06Speaker 4: This is just one of a thousand reasons to build
- 2:09Speaker 4: the wall and to port them all.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Build the wall and to port them all.
- 2:12Speaker 4: On Saturday, Darcy Connolly Brunner, sixty one killed in a
- 2:17Speaker 4: head on crash in Illinois after an illegal alien from
- 2:21Speaker 4: Guatemala Rolando Eco Choke thirty, was driving drunk and hit
- 2:28Speaker 4: her head on. Connolly Brunner is the mother of former
- 2:31Speaker 4: NBA star Sophie Bruner. This Nissan Altima driven by the
- 2:37Speaker 4: illegal alien was traveling southbound in Illinois Route twenty six
- 2:41Speaker 4: North when it entered the northbound lane and collided head
- 2:44Speaker 4: on with Connolly. Brunner's Ford Edge Boat drivers were pronounced.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Dead at the scene. No other occupants in either vehicle.
- 2:55Speaker 4: It's just amazing, and an alcohol impairment may have been
- 2:58Speaker 4: a contributing factor in the Yeah, may have been a
- 3:02Speaker 4: woman who dedicated her life to her family and her
- 3:06Speaker 4: community was killed in broad daylight by a man who
- 3:09Speaker 4: should have never been in this country.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Or on this road. That's what the sheriff said. It
- 3:13Speaker 3: goes on every day and the market.
- 3:16Speaker 4: People voted for Trump despite the media being against Trump,
- 3:20Speaker 4: social media being against Trump. You name it, school systems
- 3:24Speaker 4: against Trump, colleges against Trump, the Bar Association against Trump,
- 3:28Speaker 4: the AMA against Trump, everybody, Hollywood against Trump, Silicon Valley
- 3:33Speaker 4: against Trump. Everyone is against Trump. Everyone is for the Democrats.
- 3:38Speaker 4: And it doesn't matter because in the end, Trump wins
- 3:41Speaker 4: by a landslide and a popular vote win. Electoral landslide,
- 3:44Speaker 4: popular vote win, I would guess if you counted votes legally,
- 3:48Speaker 4: not illegally, not days after the election, and not illegal aliens,
- 3:52Speaker 4: and not you know, fake voters, fake vote mail in
- 3:56Speaker 4: voters with no voter ID, Trump won the popular vote
- 3:59Speaker 4: by a landslide as well. Because people are sick of
- 4:03Speaker 4: this crap. They're sick of dying people they know dying
- 4:07Speaker 4: at the hands of illegal aliens who we don't have
- 4:10Speaker 4: any reason to let them in the country.
- 4:11Speaker 3: We don't want them in the country, we don't.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Need them in the country. And so look, things are
- 4:18Speaker 4: going swimmingly well. Trump, as I reported yesterday, has gotten
- 4:21Speaker 4: what is it, one point eight million illegals out of
- 4:23Speaker 4: the country now. Trump's golden age border enforcement sees record
- 4:26Speaker 4: breaking lows in July.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Lowest level ever reed Border.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Enforcement under Trump aministration has resulted in historic record lows
- 4:36Speaker 4: in the month of July, according to the latest data
- 4:38Speaker 4: shared by the Trump White House as well as Custom
- 4:41Speaker 4: and Border Patrol. The Trump White House reported that illegal
- 4:46Speaker 4: crossings in July dropped to what was described as the
- 4:49Speaker 4: lowest level ever recorded.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Our screen is blank, petar, is there a reason for
- 4:52Speaker 3: that lowest level ever recorded?
- 4:55Speaker 4: At just a fraction of what they were under the
- 4:57Speaker 4: previous administration, They were twenty four thousand, six hundred and
- 5:03Speaker 4: twenty four total encounters nationwide, which Border Patrol described as
- 5:09Speaker 4: the lowest monthly total in border patrol history for the
- 5:13Speaker 4: second consecutive month.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Additionally, there were six thousand, one hundred and seventy.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Seven border patrol apprehensions nationwide, twenty three percent lower than
- 5:23Speaker 4: the present record.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Made the month prior.
- 5:26Speaker 4: In June, there were eighty eighteen apprehensions nationwide, significant increase
- 5:31Speaker 4: from July to last year when former President Joe Biden
- 5:34Speaker 4: was in the White House. In July twenty twenty four,
- 5:37Speaker 4: border patrols saw a fifty nine thousand plus illegal alien
- 5:41Speaker 4: apprehensions nationwide.
- 5:43Speaker 3: And of course, what did they do with them. They're
- 5:44Speaker 3: not even mentioning that in this article.
- 5:46Speaker 4: They under Biden, they just sent them into the interior
- 5:50Speaker 4: of the United States and said audio seven.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Nice life. But under Donald Trump, that's not happening.
- 5:56Speaker 4: They're not letting him go into the center of the
- 5:58Speaker 4: United States of America, all right.
- 6:01Speaker 3: They're putting him in detention centers. Good news. Here's more
- 6:04Speaker 3: good news.
- 6:05Speaker 4: Mexico extradites twenty six alleged cartel leaders to the United States.
- 6:10Speaker 4: Twenty six cartel members and leaders, including high ranking members
- 6:15Speaker 4: of violent cartels labeled as foreign terrorist organizations by the
- 6:20Speaker 4: US government, have been extra died.
- 6:22Speaker 3: At the United States.
- 6:24Speaker 4: The extradition was carried out their quest of the US
- 6:27Speaker 4: Justice Department.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Otherwise known as the DOJ.
- 6:30Speaker 4: They only gave them over because the only reason Mexico
- 6:32Speaker 4: handed them over is our DOJ provided assurances that we
- 6:36Speaker 4: would not pursue the death penalty in any of these cases.
- 6:40Speaker 4: But hey, as long as we got them and we
- 6:42Speaker 4: could bring them to justice and stick them in a
- 6:45Speaker 4: supermax prison for the rest of their lives, that's actually
- 6:47Speaker 4: worse than the death penalty handed over to US custody
- 6:52Speaker 4: from Mexico or leaders of the Sineloa cartel, the Jalisco
- 6:56Speaker 4: New Generation Cartel, and the Northeast cartel form known as
- 7:00Speaker 4: Los Zeto's. All twenty six defendants face a range of
- 7:05Speaker 4: criminal charges, including drug trafficking, kidnapping, illegal use of firearms,
- 7:10Speaker 4: human smuggling, money laundering, and the killing of a sheriff's deputy.
- 7:13Speaker 3: All these charges in the United States.
- 7:15Speaker 4: Attorney Gerald Pambondi expressed gratitude to Mexico's National security team
- 7:20Speaker 4: for their cooperation and carrying out the extradition. These twenty
- 7:23Speaker 4: six men of all played a role in bringing violence
- 7:25Speaker 4: and drugs to the American shores, and under this DAYOJ
- 7:29Speaker 4: they will face severe consequences for their crimes against this country.
- 7:33Speaker 4: By the way, this extradiction extradition from Mexico marks the
- 7:38Speaker 4: second of its kind this year. In February, Mexico transferred
- 7:42Speaker 4: twenty nine Cortel members to the United States, including Rafael
- 7:46Speaker 4: Caro Quintero, drug lord involves in the killing of a
- 7:50Speaker 4: DEA agent in nineteen eighty five, Wow, eighty five, ninety
- 7:54Speaker 4: five five, twenty fifteen, forty years ago, he allegedly killed
- 7:59Speaker 4: a DEE agent.
- 8:00Speaker 3: And he's finally been brought to justice.
- 8:02Speaker 4: All these years hanging out, having fun, enjoying live family, kids,
- 8:07Speaker 4: and I'm sure fifty prostitutes a day, and he kept
- 8:10Speaker 4: thinking to himself, They're never gonna get me. And you
- 8:13Speaker 4: know what, he's not thinking that anymore. He's gonna die,
- 8:15Speaker 4: just like John Gotti. Tie in a prison cell, maybe
- 8:18Speaker 4: twenty three hours a day, maybe he gets one hour and.
- 8:21Speaker 3: A hole outside, and his life sucks.
- 8:24Speaker 4: Was it worth it, you bum, you scumbag piece of garbage?
- 8:28Speaker 3: All right?
- 8:29Speaker 4: Black community leaders demanded criminal charges against the white man
- 8:34Speaker 4: who was viciously beaten during the Cincinnati brawl. See their
- 8:38Speaker 4: contention is he yelled the N word. So let me
- 8:41Speaker 4: give them a little lesson in freedom of speech in
- 8:44Speaker 4: the United States.
- 8:46Speaker 3: If I yell the.
- 8:47Speaker 4: N word at you, it's a disgusting thing to do.
- 8:49Speaker 4: I will absolutely say that, and it's wrong. I will
- 8:52Speaker 4: absolutely say that, and no one in America condones it.
- 8:55Speaker 4: I will absolutely say that. But if I yell the
- 8:57Speaker 4: N word at you and you hit me in the face,
- 8:59Speaker 4: and it's called murder. If you hit me in the
- 9:02Speaker 4: face and I go down, it's called assault. If you
- 9:04Speaker 4: attack and rape my wife, it's called rape. You have
- 9:07Speaker 4: a right to say what you want, even if it's disgusting.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Nobody has a right to respond with violence. There are
- 9:13Speaker 4: no charges for saying the N word. I'm sorry. It's
- 9:16Speaker 4: called free speech in the United States of America. Number two.
- 9:20Speaker 4: I'll bet you a million dollars. The camera or the
- 9:23Speaker 4: video only started because a black guy in the audience
- 9:27Speaker 4: started it when he started screaming.
- 9:29Speaker 3: The white man started screaming the N word.
- 9:31Speaker 4: He didn't show you what happened right before he started
- 9:34Speaker 4: screaming the END word. Because I don't think there's any
- 9:36Speaker 4: white man in America who suddenly starts screaming at a
- 9:39Speaker 4: gang of black men out number twenty to one the
- 9:42Speaker 4: N word.
- 9:42Speaker 3: I think you might say it only.
- 9:44Speaker 4: After someone in that mob calls you a name, and
- 9:48Speaker 4: calls your wife a name and threatens to murder you.
- 9:51Speaker 4: And then it responds to being threatened to murdered and
- 9:53Speaker 4: being called a terrible name for white people, you might
- 9:57Speaker 4: respond with a terrible name for black people, and they
- 9:59Speaker 4: all he got that part of the recording. I guarantee
- 10:02Speaker 4: you it was in response to the low life slugs
- 10:06Speaker 4: on that street corner, right, That's what happened. And they
- 10:09Speaker 4: started the camera rolling where a white guy was responding.
- 10:12Speaker 4: He wasn't starting this. Nobody looks at twenty black guys
- 10:16Speaker 4: in a rough neighborhood and screams the end word unless
- 10:19Speaker 4: you're mentally ill, insane and have a death wish and
- 10:22Speaker 4: you want to die.
- 10:23Speaker 3: So I don't think that's what happened for a second.
- 10:26Speaker 3: But if it did happen, it's called.
- 10:28Speaker 4: Free speech, and you have a right to do it,
- 10:30Speaker 4: and no one has a right to arrest you for it.
- 10:32Speaker 3: How ridiculous. When I get back, I'll tell you.
- 10:35Speaker 4: Exactly what the black community leaders in Cincinnati are saying.
- 10:38Speaker 3: But it's just wrong, makes no sense, doesn't make it.
- 10:41Speaker 3: I listen.
- 10:42Speaker 4: I went to an all black high school, right ninety percent black,
- 10:45Speaker 4: Mount Vernon, New York, on the Bronx borderline school bussing.
- 10:49Speaker 3: It went from an all white school to an all
- 10:51Speaker 3: black school.
- 10:51Speaker 4: Everyone else with a brain set their kids to a white,
- 10:54Speaker 4: fancy private school. My parents didn't have money, and I
- 10:57Speaker 4: got stuck in an all black high school.
- 10:59Speaker 3: And you know what happened to me. Black people beat
- 11:01Speaker 3: me up. Black people talk to me, black people.
- 11:03Speaker 4: Intimidamy, timidated me, and black people called me all kinds
- 11:07Speaker 4: of terrible names for white people and for Jews, all
- 11:10Speaker 4: kinds of bad names, and no one ever feels bad
- 11:13Speaker 4: about that. You know what, if you scream the N
- 11:15Speaker 4: word back, that's just tough. It's in response to what
- 11:18Speaker 4: they call you that you scream it back. So screw you,
- 11:22Speaker 4: all right, Warzone. Main sponsor of the show. VR Vertical

- 15:52Speaker 4: I told you I dig into this demand criminal charges
- 15:56Speaker 4: against a white man who was visually beaten during a
- 15:58Speaker 4: downtown brawl. Black community leaders are in Cincinnati are furious.
- 16:03Speaker 3: They're mad because we got beaten to death. They're mad.
- 16:08Speaker 3: They claim it's a racial.
- 16:10Speaker 4: Double standard in the aftermath of last month's brawl, and
- 16:14Speaker 4: they want the white man evolved to pay as well.
- 16:17Speaker 4: A group of black individuals smacked around a white guy
- 16:19Speaker 4: at the intersection of west Forth Street and Elm Street
- 16:22Speaker 4: in downtown Cincinnati, beat him so bad that he could
- 16:25Speaker 4: not stand up. Then a white woman got slugged by one.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Of the cowards.
- 16:30Speaker 4: Her head hit the concrete, she lost consciousness, blood was
- 16:33Speaker 4: seen coming out of her mouth. Or doctor said to miracles,
- 16:36Speaker 4: she's alive. She might have brain damaged. Seven people have
- 16:39Speaker 4: been arrested in the attack. One is out on bail,
- 16:42Speaker 4: one was out on bail from previous charges. A video
- 16:45Speaker 4: does show the white man slapping one of the black
- 16:48Speaker 4: individuals before and all out of sault. A racial slur
- 16:51Speaker 4: can also be heard, though it's not clear whether the
- 16:54Speaker 4: white man or someone else uttered it. By the way,
- 16:56Speaker 4: I have no doubt that a black man could have
- 16:59Speaker 4: screwed the N word because they use it all the time.
- 17:03Speaker 3: You ever listened to their rap songs every other words
- 17:05Speaker 3: the N word.
- 17:06Speaker 4: Community leaders say this proves the white guy should be
- 17:09Speaker 4: facing at least the exact same charges as the other
- 17:11Speaker 4: seven thugs who brutally beat him and a white woman,
- 17:15Speaker 4: and they're speaking out against the perceived injustice. If the
- 17:18Speaker 4: riot is because of a slap, who incited the riot?
- 17:22Speaker 4: Why are the only people who me in charge the
- 17:24Speaker 4: ones who look like me? Said the black reverend. Do
- 17:28Speaker 4: you really believe that a white man in a black
- 17:30Speaker 4: dangerous neighborhood slapped a black man to start provoke a
- 17:36Speaker 4: fight and then got the crap beat him.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Do you really believe that? Or you believe something happened
- 17:41Speaker 3: before that to provoke the slap and the N word.
- 17:44Speaker 4: Well, I know what. I believe individuals were charged who
- 17:47Speaker 4: aggravated assault, which is a felony. The white guy encouraged
- 17:51Speaker 4: six other people to commit a felony wise and he
- 17:54Speaker 4: being charged. The method by which this situation has been
- 17:57Speaker 4: handled raised the serious questions as to where there's bias
- 18:01Speaker 4: in the investigation, says Ohio State Representative Cecil Thomas. Assuming
- 18:08Speaker 4: everything they say is true, disproportionate forcedness does exist.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Under no circumstances.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Does a slap or a racial comment justify someone getting
- 18:17Speaker 4: beaten almost to death and the woman standing by almost
- 18:20Speaker 4: beaten to death as well. Obviously, I'd love to see
- 18:25Speaker 4: the full video of what led to the slap and
- 18:28Speaker 4: what led to.
- 18:29Speaker 3: The N word being used.
- 18:32Speaker 4: It kind of along with that, you know what's going on.
- 18:34Speaker 4: Obviously in the Wahington, d C. Trump has taken over
- 18:37Speaker 4: the town. Liberals claim everything's hunky dory. Everyone basically with
- 18:42Speaker 4: a brain disagrees with them.
- 18:44Speaker 3: But Trump said today that the.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Liberals, the liberals, and the journalists who are downplaying DC
- 18:50Speaker 4: crime should go on police.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Ride alongs to see for themselves.
- 18:55Speaker 4: So very nice comment and very accurate comment by President Trump,
- 18:59Speaker 4: and it just doesn't go far enough.
- 19:02Speaker 3: So let me tell you by background.
- 19:05Speaker 4: You must know that I have produced three mega hit
- 19:09Speaker 4: reality TV shows, one of them one of the biggest
- 19:12Speaker 4: hits in the history of reality TV.
- 19:14Speaker 3: Those are Mine, produced and executive produced.
- 19:17Speaker 4: And created by Wayne Allen Root, three major hit reality
- 19:21Speaker 4: TV shows. I ten years ago wrote a commentary that
- 19:25Speaker 4: I would like to this is just an honest thing.
- 19:27Speaker 4: You know, It's not racism, it's honesty. I'd like to
- 19:30Speaker 4: do a reality show. Let's see if a white man
- 19:32Speaker 4: could walk in a black neighborhood at night with jewelry
- 19:34Speaker 4: and a wallet filled with money and survive through the night.
- 19:37Speaker 3: I said, the.
- 19:38Speaker 4: Reality show would be about whether the white man could
- 19:40Speaker 4: survive through the night in a black neighborhood.
- 19:42Speaker 3: And I said, let's just see what happened.
- 19:44Speaker 4: Let's have cameras follow white people in the worst ghetto
- 19:47Speaker 4: black neighborhoods in American big cities run by democrats like
- 19:51Speaker 4: Cincinnati are like watching DC. And let's see what happens
- 19:54Speaker 4: when you walk down the street between midnight and sunrise,
- 19:58Speaker 4: and let's see if you.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Could survive the night. I will follow what happens.
- 20:02Speaker 4: Make sure it's a white liberal, not just any white guy,
- 20:05Speaker 4: white liberal who believes that everyone is.
- 20:07Speaker 3: Fighting dandy, everyone is equal. There's no such thing as
- 20:10Speaker 3: a bad neighborhood because its a black neighborhood.
- 20:12Speaker 4: No such thing as black crime being out of control,
- 20:15Speaker 4: no such thing as their city being a Third world
- 20:18Speaker 4: crap hole. And let's let the cameras roll while the
- 20:21Speaker 4: liberal with jewelry and money walks down the street at
- 20:24Speaker 4: night in a blackhadow neighborhood in any big city.
- 20:26Speaker 3: Run by Democrats. Wouldn't that be the best reality show.
- 20:29Speaker 4: That would be the number one rated show in America
- 20:32Speaker 4: and you'd find out finally the truth about all these
- 20:35Speaker 4: bad neighborhoods. I'm Wayne Alarot. This is the War Zone. Hi,

- 23:05Speaker 4: work about Barack Obama and about Michelle Obama, and about
- 23:08Speaker 4: the Clintons and about Roseanne Barr. And now he's got
- 23:11Speaker 4: investigative work about Letitia James to tell you about. So
- 23:16Speaker 4: don't go anywhere that's coming up in a second, but

- 24:25Speaker 4: All right, our guest is here in the studio. Joel Gilbert,
- 24:28Speaker 4: investigative journalist, documentary filmmaker. His newest film is called Roseanne
- 24:33Speaker 4: Barr Is America. She was our guest to promote the
- 24:36Speaker 4: film just a week ago. Roseanne Barr is America. Roseanne
- 24:39Speaker 4: Isamerica dot com is the website Roseanne Isamerica dot com.
- 24:44Speaker 3: First of all, Joel, welcome to the show.
- 24:45Speaker 5: Are you great to be back and great to see
- 24:48Speaker 5: you at the Big Gateway Pundit conference in Vegas last weekend?
- 24:52Speaker 4: Yes, it was fabulous and I know you had a
- 24:54Speaker 4: chance to give a speech there. Before we get to it.
- 24:56Speaker 4: How did you get involved this roseannebar project? I mean,
- 24:59Speaker 4: you're known for doing documentaries that investigate bad guys like
- 25:04Speaker 4: Michelle Obama, Barack Obama. You know you've done all these
- 25:08Speaker 4: digging into people's past and now you're digging into Leticia James.
- 25:12Speaker 3: So what made you do a film about Roseanne Barr.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Well?
- 25:17Speaker 5: Mel Kay, who does a great podcast, The mel Kay Show,
- 25:20Speaker 5: she was actually good friends with Roseanne and just called
- 25:22Speaker 5: me out of the Blue about eight nine months ago,
- 25:26Speaker 5: and she said, you know, Roseanne's story has just been
- 25:29Speaker 5: told in bits and pieces, and I thought you might
- 25:30Speaker 5: be the perfect person.
- 25:31Speaker 1: To help her put her whole story out there.
- 25:33Speaker 5: Including her life story growing up in Utah as an
- 25:37Speaker 5: Orthodox Jewish girl, all the way through getting into politics
- 25:41Speaker 5: and getting canceled. She was the first victim of cancel culture,
- 25:44Speaker 5: and now she kind of fought back. So I thought
- 25:47Speaker 5: it'd be a really really interesting story. And Roseanne called
- 25:49Speaker 5: me and we kind of hit it off. We kind
- 25:51Speaker 5: of had similar backgrounds. She grew up with Holocaust survivors
- 25:55Speaker 5: in Utah, small town. I grew up in Oak Ridge, Tennessee,
- 25:59Speaker 5: with Holocaust survivors. So we really hit it off, and
- 26:02Speaker 5: I decided to help her tell her story, and it
- 26:04Speaker 5: just came together very quickly. She's got tremendous charisma on camera.
- 26:08Speaker 5: She's still hilarious, and I think it's the greatest movie
- 26:11Speaker 5: I ever made.
- 26:12Speaker 1: You gotta go watch it.
- 26:14Speaker 4: She was doing the interview with me and I love her.
- 26:16Speaker 4: By the way, this is not a putdown. I'm just
- 26:17Speaker 4: commenting that it's unusual. She was chain smoking during the interview.
- 26:23Speaker 3: No one's ever smoked on my show.
- 26:24Speaker 4: In history, I've actually never seen anyone smoke on anyone's
- 26:28Speaker 4: show since like the nineteen seventies.
- 26:30Speaker 3: What is the deal with that she's a chain smoker?
- 26:33Speaker 3: Is that the deal?
- 26:34Speaker 5: Well, and look, she's very authentic. That's why people love her.
- 26:37Speaker 5: She does what she wants, she says what she feels like,
- 26:40Speaker 5: and that's why she became the most popular comedian, biggest icon.
- 26:43Speaker 5: And she even smokes in my movie honestly, So she's
- 26:48Speaker 5: the real deal and that's why everyone loves her.
- 26:51Speaker 3: All Right. It's just funny, you know.
- 26:52Speaker 4: I mean even years ago, when everybody was smoking like,
- 26:55Speaker 4: you know, like a fireplace, they didn't smoke during a
- 27:00Speaker 4: talk show interview.
- 27:00Speaker 3: They put the cigarette down, do the interview, then go
- 27:02Speaker 3: back and spoke.
- 27:03Speaker 4: So it's just kind of funny that she's smoking in
- 27:04Speaker 4: the year twenty twenty five in the middle of an
- 27:06Speaker 4: interview I've just never seen.
- 27:07Speaker 3: It was startling to me.
- 27:09Speaker 4: And by the way, does she say, how did an
- 27:11Speaker 4: orthodox Jewish family wind up in Utah?
- 27:15Speaker 3: In Mormon Utah?
- 27:17Speaker 5: Well, they came out there, I think for a business opportunity.
- 27:22Speaker 5: Her grandparents owned an apartment building. They bought an apartment
- 27:25Speaker 5: building and then they sponsored Holocaust survivors to come over
- 27:29Speaker 5: and live there. So she grew up with people with
- 27:31Speaker 5: you know, with tattoos on their arm and hearing all
- 27:33Speaker 5: these war stories.
- 27:35Speaker 1: So I think it kind of warped her a little bit.
- 27:37Speaker 1: She'll tell you that.
- 27:38Speaker 5: And that's how she kind of got into comedy based
- 27:41Speaker 5: on her strange family experience, and that's why people kind
- 27:44Speaker 5: of fell in love with her.
- 27:45Speaker 3: All right, Well, I think it's great. She was a socialist.
- 27:48Speaker 4: I think she ran on the socialist line for president
- 27:51Speaker 4: the United States not that many years ago, and suddenly
- 27:54Speaker 4: she had this metamorphosis, like a butterfly. She suddenly broke
- 27:57Speaker 4: out and became a huge conservative and a Trumper and
- 28:00Speaker 4: and a libertarian and you know, a freedom warrior. I've
- 28:03Speaker 4: zerally quite an amazing story. All right, Look, you spoke
- 28:07Speaker 4: at the Gateway Punt of Comforts in Las Vegas on Saturday.
- 28:09Speaker 4: Your speech was about your Letitia James research. My good
- 28:13Speaker 4: buddy Ed Martin, who I've known for over twenty years.
- 28:16Speaker 4: We really you know, we're like a mutual fame society.
- 28:18Speaker 4: We just really like each other. A good guy, and
- 28:21Speaker 4: I think he'll be the perfect prosecutor to go after
- 28:24Speaker 4: Adam Schiff and Letitia James, and he is the new
- 28:26Speaker 4: special prosecutor or special counsel to go after them. Tell
- 28:31Speaker 4: us what you found in your research about Letitia James.
- 28:37Speaker 5: Well, I started looking into her, as I mentioned at
- 28:39Speaker 5: the conference, because all fair minded Americans people in your
- 28:43Speaker 5: audience were just appalled and discussed at how Leticia James
- 28:46Speaker 5: ran for office saying she would go after President Trump
- 28:50Speaker 5: and find something to convict him of. This has never
- 28:52Speaker 5: been done in American history where someone says, if you
- 28:54Speaker 5: elect me, I'm going to go after and target somebody.
- 28:57Speaker 1: It's disgusting. It's an American and that's why I think
- 29:00Speaker 1: to be appropriate.
- 29:00Speaker 5: To look into her history of mortgage fraud, because I thought, well,
- 29:05Speaker 5: why does she know so much about that?
- 29:07Speaker 3: Now?
- 29:07Speaker 5: New York is an open record state, so anybody can
- 29:10Speaker 5: go online and look up all of her history of
- 29:13Speaker 5: mortgage documents. I just decided I would do it and
- 29:15Speaker 5: see what I would find. And as a researcher and investigator,
- 29:19Speaker 5: you got to start out with the idea that you
- 29:21Speaker 5: don't know what you're looking for. I'm looking for something,
- 29:23Speaker 5: but I don't know what it is. So I downloaded
- 29:25Speaker 5: all of her mortgage documents in chronological order. The very
- 29:29Speaker 5: first mortgage she took out was in nineteen eighty three,
- 29:32Speaker 5: and she takes out a fraudulent mortgage claiming that her father,
- 29:36Speaker 5: Robert James, is her husband.
- 29:38Speaker 3: Now, let me ask you a question. Let me ask
- 29:40Speaker 3: a question.
- 29:40Speaker 4: Is that still prosecutable if it happened in nineteen eighty
- 29:43Speaker 4: three or is that beyond the statue of limitation?
- 29:45Speaker 3: Long beyond?
- 29:46Speaker 5: It could be on some statue limitations. But if it's
- 29:50Speaker 5: part of a pattern of corruption and fraudulent practices, it
- 29:56Speaker 5: can be part of a pattern of defrauding banks. It's
- 30:00Speaker 5: in three places. It's husband and wife, Robert James and
- 30:03Speaker 5: Letitia James. Obviously they did this so that she could
- 30:06Speaker 5: qualify to buy a small townhouse. She would not have
- 30:09Speaker 5: qualified on her own with her own income. So they
- 30:11Speaker 5: defraud the banks. She violates the very principles that she
- 30:15Speaker 5: said she prosecuted Donald Trump under, which is no one
- 30:18Speaker 5: is above the law and you can't game the system
- 30:21Speaker 5: for personal advantage. So she's breaking her own rules. Then
- 30:24Speaker 5: the next big one is she buys an apartment building,
- 30:28Speaker 5: four story apartment building with five apartments. According to the
- 30:31Speaker 5: certificate of occupancy, which is the only official designation for
- 30:35Speaker 5: any building in New York. It has five apartments. I
- 30:37Speaker 5: went out to the building. Sure enough, there's five mailboxes
- 30:40Speaker 5: and five doorbells. There's five apartments. But she gets a
- 30:45Speaker 5: private bank loan that's adjustable in two thousand and five
- 30:48Speaker 5: at five percent. By twenty eleven, it's up to ten percent.
- 30:51Speaker 5: Because it's adjustable, she's paying huge amounts of money for mortgage,
- 30:56Speaker 5: so she decides to refinance on the back of the
- 30:58Speaker 5: American taxpayer under a hamp loan.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Under the Federal.
- 31:02Speaker 5: Treasury Department Tarpet program, they're offering two point seven percent
- 31:07Speaker 5: loans for people with four units or less. It's not
- 31:10Speaker 5: eligible if you have thought not eligible. You also have
- 31:13Speaker 5: to have a financial hardship. So in the document I'm reading,
- 31:16Speaker 5: she says she can't afford to pay her mortgage.
- 31:19Speaker 1: But that's ridiculous because.
- 31:20Speaker 5: She's making fourteen grand a month between city council, between
- 31:23Speaker 5: rent collection and a professorship. So she lies about the hardship.
- 31:27Speaker 5: She lies and says only got four units. She gets
- 31:30Speaker 5: this loan at two point seven percent. Mortgage fraud. My
- 31:34Speaker 5: colleague Sam Antart finds that in Virginia. She buys a
- 31:39Speaker 5: home with her niece in twenty twenty three, just two
- 31:42Speaker 5: years ago, and claims Letitia claims, this will be my
- 31:45Speaker 5: primary residence, even though she's over New York. Now, the
- 31:51Speaker 5: reason you do that, let me go back one second.
- 31:55Speaker 5: When she said she only had four units, Not only
- 31:57Speaker 5: does she qualify for the government loan, but you get
- 31:59Speaker 5: lower interest rates if you have five units or higher.
- 32:02Speaker 5: It's a commercial loan with higher interest rates. So she
- 32:06Speaker 5: saves about forty four thousand a year. So in Virginia,
- 32:09Speaker 5: she says, it's my primary residence. The banks give you
- 32:12Speaker 5: better rates because they figure you're going to take care
- 32:15Speaker 5: of it. If if you're buying it as a rental unit,
- 32:18Speaker 5: they give you higher rates. Now, Letitia, once my information
- 32:24Speaker 5: came out and Gateway pundit, she went through a series
- 32:26Speaker 5: of public excuses.
- 32:28Speaker 1: She said, Oh, well.
- 32:29Speaker 5: My niece has children and I wanted to be a
- 32:31Speaker 5: good aunt and helped fire the house for her.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Well that that didn't take long. I did to put
- 32:36Speaker 1: search online.
- 32:37Speaker 5: Well the kid the two kids are adult convicted felons,
- 32:40Speaker 5: and not even a little kid.
- 32:43Speaker 3: I love. Do you know why I'm left me so much?
- 32:45Speaker 3: You don't know why I'm left me so much.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Because I have a hatred for Letitia James. She tried
- 32:50Speaker 4: to destroy my career. You know, she came after me
- 32:52Speaker 4: personally at Newsmax City, that bitch and she tried to
- 32:57Speaker 4: destroy my career. That fat witch with b tried to
- 33:01Speaker 4: destroy me and got me kicked off newsbacks.
- 33:04Speaker 3: I hope she rots in a prison.
- 33:06Speaker 4: I hope she calls herself a man and they stick
- 33:08Speaker 4: her to men's prison.
- 33:09Speaker 3: Good luck to you.
- 33:10Speaker 4: That's exactly stay with us. We're gonna grab Joe for
- 33:15Speaker 4: another segment, Terrible People. I always find that people who
- 33:19Speaker 4: go after other people are doing the same things or
- 33:22Speaker 4: much worse themselves. All these crusading attorney generals.
- 33:27Speaker 3: But your criminals.

- 37:37Speaker 4: years ago. My life has never been the same. There
- 37:40Speaker 4: was me with Steve Forbes at the age of fifty
- 37:42Speaker 4: and now I'm sixty four, and I look so much

- 39:06Speaker 4: and the website is Roseanne is America dot com.
- 39:11Speaker 3: There she is, Joe, Welcome back to the show. It's
- 39:15Speaker 3: just so getting. It gets under my skin when I
- 39:18Speaker 3: even hear the name Letitia James. Do you realize?
- 39:21Speaker 4: Do you know what she went after me for an
- 39:23Speaker 4: advertiser on my show?
- 39:25Speaker 3: Can you imagine what have I got.
- 39:26Speaker 4: To do with advertiser on my show? They come, they
- 39:28Speaker 4: write a check, they buy the ad time and she
- 39:31Speaker 4: said they were suggesting that they could cure COVID.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Well they didn't say that on my show. They have
- 39:36Speaker 3: said those.
- 39:37Speaker 4: Words, but she said she found it at their website,
- 39:39Speaker 4: which means she must have had investigators watching Conservative TV.
- 39:43Speaker 4: I was the newsback's host at eight pm, and they
- 39:46Speaker 4: went and looked at every website of every advertiser, and
- 39:49Speaker 4: they tried to find something, just like they did with Trump.
- 39:52Speaker 4: First you target the person, then you try and find
- 39:55Speaker 4: the crime. But I don't even mind if you're targeting
- 39:58Speaker 4: my advertiser.
- 39:59Speaker 3: And finding crime. She tried to blame me. What have
- 40:02Speaker 3: I got to do with that? Nothing? Zero?
- 40:05Speaker 4: The host doesn't read the words and have lawyers decide
- 40:08Speaker 4: if those words are correct.
- 40:09Speaker 3: Only the company does, the sponsor.
- 40:11Speaker 4: So she tried to pin that on me, and she
- 40:14Speaker 4: tried to drive me off the air and get me fired.
- 40:17Speaker 3: And she is a.
- 40:18Speaker 4: Witch, a communist witch, and she should be put in
- 40:21Speaker 4: prison for the things that she did. Terrible, terrible person.
- 40:26Speaker 4: You know guitars by director and he was doing the mathiar.
- 40:30Speaker 3: He said to me, if she saved forty.
- 40:32Speaker 4: Four thousand a year by committing fraud, and she did that,
- 40:36Speaker 4: and I think you said two thousand and five, that
- 40:38Speaker 4: means she held the property for twenty years, multiplied forty
- 40:41Speaker 4: four thousand types twenty years. She cheated and stole almost
- 40:45Speaker 4: a million dollars from the American government in the American
- 40:48Speaker 4: taxpayer if that was the one that was from two
- 40:50Speaker 4: thousand and five.
- 40:53Speaker 5: Well, she she did the refinance in twenty and eleven
- 40:56Speaker 5: and she got the handling out of the Fed government.
- 41:00Speaker 5: So this is not something that is in New York
- 41:02Speaker 5: that a New York jury might forgive her. This is
- 41:05Speaker 5: a federal crime. And that's why I was so excited
- 41:08Speaker 5: when they appointed Ed Martin as special prosecutor because he
- 41:12Speaker 5: can enforce the federal law. She got the loan from
- 41:15Speaker 5: the Treasury Department. So Letitia James was just foolish to
- 41:21Speaker 5: commit mortgage fraud in every single mortgage transaction she did.
- 41:25Speaker 5: She even got bought a foreclosure in Martinsville, Virginia and
- 41:28Speaker 5: committed fraud.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Everything she did was fraudulent.
- 41:31Speaker 4: So another arrogant government liberal they think they're not going
- 41:37Speaker 4: to just focus day owned the government.
- 41:40Speaker 1: I don't think she's that smart.
- 41:41Speaker 5: I mean she got into this by working for al
- 41:44Speaker 5: Van was a racial type of politician out of New York.
- 41:49Speaker 5: He was a city council member and Letitia for ten
- 41:52Speaker 5: years in the nineties served as his council in a
- 41:55Speaker 5: city council office. When he retired, she kind of took
- 41:58Speaker 5: over his job on the city council. So she's used
- 42:01Speaker 5: racial politics going after Trump because he's white. She said that,
- 42:05Speaker 5: you know, out loud, he's too male and too pale.
- 42:09Speaker 1: So I think the country is sick of this kind
- 42:11Speaker 1: of stuff.
- 42:12Speaker 3: Right.
- 42:12Speaker 5: We have federal laws against racial race based prosecutions as
- 42:18Speaker 5: well as mortgage fraud.
- 42:19Speaker 1: So I think it's coming around and we're.
- 42:21Speaker 5: Gonna see some prosecutions coming up very soon.
- 42:23Speaker 4: I've seen this as I was a kid, Al Sharpton,
- 42:25Speaker 4: Jesse Jackson, lots of local black politicians. I think the
- 42:29Speaker 4: black liberals are as racist, white hating as any group
- 42:33Speaker 4: I've ever seen him entire life, and they spend all
- 42:35Speaker 4: day long saying white people are racist because they believe
- 42:38Speaker 4: in Salilinsky. Look in the mirror and whatever you see,
- 42:42Speaker 4: blame the other guy for what you are.
- 42:44Speaker 3: They're the racist, they always have been.
- 42:46Speaker 4: They hate white people and they can't stand white rich businessmen.
- 42:50Speaker 3: That's what she can't stand. That's why she hates Trump
- 42:53Speaker 3: and she hates Wayne Allen, Ruth.
- 42:54Speaker 4: Screw relatics, James, You're gonna be seen behind bars.
- 42:57Speaker 3: They're gonna have to make one big giant striped uniform
- 42:59Speaker 3: for you. It's gonna be the sizable whale, unbelievable.
