- 0:50Speaker 3: seven seven Valdez one. And check this out. The news
- 0:55Speaker 3: cycle is serving up more absurdity than you would expect
- 1:00Speaker 3: for a Thursday. Right, we're talking about peak Lokua, right,
- 1:04Speaker 3: peak crazy, straight from the headlines. Even the limbs are
- 1:08Speaker 3: scratching their heads. I think at some of these headlines,
- 1:11Speaker 3: at least a couple of them. Listen to this. First up,
- 1:13Speaker 3: we've got the Minnesota man man, God blessed the Midwest.
- 1:17Speaker 3: But sometimes they take that Minnesota nice to a whole
- 1:21Speaker 3: new level, a whole new level of unhinged. Right, this
- 1:24Speaker 3: guy shows up at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn,
- 1:27Speaker 3: New York, posing as an FBI agent. He's got fake papers.
- 1:31Speaker 3: They're quote unquote signed by a judge, a Minnesota driver's license.
- 1:36Speaker 3: And listen to this. He's armed with a barbecue fork
- 1:41Speaker 3: and a pizza cutter. Mm hmm, yet you heard that right.
- 1:45Speaker 3: This guy's plan was to spring Luigi Mangioni, the guy
- 1:50Speaker 3: who was accused of shooting the CEO of United Healthcare,
- 1:55Speaker 3: and now he's become a folk hero to everybody who
- 1:58Speaker 3: doesn't like insurance. Well, he was the mastermind here of
- 2:03Speaker 3: Operation Deep Dish right, throwing papers everywhere, and he claims
- 2:07Speaker 3: that he's packing heat, but it's just kitchen utensils. Listen,
- 2:10Speaker 3: If you're gonna impersonate the FEDS and then try to
- 2:13Speaker 3: bust somebody out of jail, at least bring a real
- 2:16Speaker 3: badge and maybe some real firepower. But no, not this guy.
- 2:21Speaker 3: This guy brings Uh, he's lucky he didn't bring tongs
- 2:23Speaker 3: with him, right, a barbecue fork and a pizza cutter.
- 2:28Speaker 3: You think he was armed for the Fourth of July.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Cook God. Anyway, this is why we can't have nice
- 2:33Speaker 3: things in America, right, because this guy is from man Cato, Minnesota,
- 2:38Speaker 3: and he probably thought FBI stood for free the brother immediately,
- 2:42Speaker 3: right or something like that. Anyway, Meanwhile, the real FBI
- 2:47Speaker 3: is probably thinking, we can't even keep our own impersonator
- 2:51Speaker 3: straight anymore. Kelestre. Anyway, this is the kind of story
- 2:55Speaker 3: that makes you think man only in America or the
- 3:00Speaker 3: sort now speaking of federal raids and election drama, because
- 3:06Speaker 3: nothing says democracy like the Feds kicking in the doors
- 3:09Speaker 3: waving the four force. The FBI just rated the Fulton
- 3:12Speaker 3: County Election Center. Yes, that Fulton County, Fulton County, Georgia,
- 3:16Speaker 3: home of Funny Willis.
- 3:18Speaker 1: And.
- 3:20Speaker 3: That was one of the biggest, you know, punchlines of
- 3:23Speaker 3: every election joke. Back in twenty twenty, they did this
- 3:27Speaker 3: surprise raid. Everybody's raising an eyebrow over this. President Trump
- 3:31Speaker 3: himself chiming in saying it's about time. This is the
- 3:33Speaker 3: stuff that keeps the swamp creatures up at night. I'm
- 3:36Speaker 3: hoping that it materializes into something. I don't know that
- 3:40Speaker 3: it will, but sometimes I feel like, because people are
- 3:43Speaker 3: getting restless, we start to see a little activity, but
- 3:46Speaker 3: I don't know if the activity actually amounts to actionable
- 3:51Speaker 3: you know, outcomes. We'll see. But that's where we're at
- 3:56Speaker 3: with that, and I'll touch on that a little bit
- 3:57Speaker 3: as well. I'm just trying to lay out some of
- 3:59Speaker 3: what we are going to talk about this Thursday night.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Let me see. But wait, there's more poetic justices in
- 4:06Speaker 3: the air. Speaking of Minnesota madnas. Remember that viral Somali
- 4:10Speaker 3: woman a couple of days back. She went viral for
- 4:15Speaker 3: describing her a Somali identity and saying it was similar
- 4:18Speaker 3: to bananas and rice. Yeah, that one. Well, she turned
- 4:22Speaker 3: this food combo into a cultural metaphor that had everyone
- 4:24Speaker 3: cracking up. It was funny, very funny. And well, she's
- 4:28Speaker 3: just been arrested, believe it or not, in a big
- 4:29Speaker 3: federal sweep along with fifteen others, for allegedly assaulting officers
- 4:34Speaker 3: during an anti ice riot in Minneapolis. And that's something.
- 4:38Speaker 3: No bananas and rice for her. She went from bananas
- 4:42Speaker 3: and rice to behind bars and Rice oh Man or
- 4:48Speaker 3: whatever they serve in that part of the world in Minnesouluta.
- 4:52Speaker 3: So she's now gonna, you know, do her time and
- 4:57Speaker 3: figure out what peaceful protest is there, mostly right, as
- 5:00Speaker 3: they like to say, mostly peaceful, and let's see what
- 5:03Speaker 3: Tom Holman has in store for the rest of the
- 5:05Speaker 3: people in I was gonna say Illinois, but it's not Illinois.
- 5:08Speaker 3: It's actually Minnesota. I have a tough time keeping my
- 5:12Speaker 3: left wing cities, keeping them in check over here. Anyway,
- 5:17Speaker 3: I want to shift gears to some pop culture stuff
- 5:20Speaker 3: because even in the middle of all this chaos in Minnesota,
- 5:23Speaker 3: the entertainment world is still delivering gold. Right. Nicki Minaj
- 5:27Speaker 3: the queen herself, she's out there becoming Trump's number one fan.
- 5:32Speaker 3: She showed up at a Treasury event with the President
- 5:34Speaker 3: flashing a gold Trump card and free of charge. She
- 5:38Speaker 3: didn't charge anybody for the appearance, she says, and announcing
- 5:41Speaker 3: her citizenship paperwork is being finalized, from being a Trinidadian
- 5:46Speaker 3: citizen to being a United States citizen from Queens, New York. Right,
- 5:51Speaker 3: So she's now the Maga darling and listen, I've always
- 5:54Speaker 3: liked Nicki Minaj. I think she's terrific. She's a very
- 5:57Speaker 3: talented person, sings good, she raps good, she's very pretty,
- 6:00Speaker 3: and she's funny. I think funny is a big thing
- 6:03Speaker 3: for me. Anyway, Trump called her up on stage, thanking
- 6:06Speaker 3: her for investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into these
- 6:10Speaker 3: new Trump accounts for kids. She's out here paying it
- 6:13Speaker 3: forward like a boss. Listen, Nicki Minaj, if she can
- 6:16Speaker 3: go full Trump mode anything as possible. Now, maybe next
- 6:21Speaker 3: she'll drop a track called super Bass Maga Edition. I'd
- 6:24Speaker 3: love to hear that, right, Yima he not imagine what
- 6:27Speaker 3: that would be like. The libs are already melting down, you know,
- 6:29Speaker 3: cutting her off. Anyway, we'll see how that goes, and
- 6:32Speaker 3: I'll play that clip a little bit later as well.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Then we've got Daddy Yankee right, speaking of a little
- 6:37Speaker 3: Puerto Rican news there. Daddy Yankee is a big rapper
- 6:40Speaker 3: from Puerto Rico, one of the biggest in the world,
- 6:43Speaker 3: and he is making headlines right now in Puerto Rico.
- 6:46Speaker 3: He's been the king of reggae dong for a very
- 6:48Speaker 3: long time, and President Trump recently featured one of his
- 6:52Speaker 3: biggest hit records, Gasolina on one of the White House's
- 6:57Speaker 3: social media posts, which I thought was interesting. But that's
- 7:00Speaker 3: not the news here is that Daddy Yankee and Old
- 7:03Speaker 3: Gattan Jung, another singer, have been chosen by the Tourism
- 7:07Speaker 3: Department of Puerto Rico to be the face of Puerto
- 7:10Speaker 3: Rico's twenty twenty six tourism campaign. He was also honored
- 7:15Speaker 3: by the State Senate in Puerto Rico, making him the
- 7:19Speaker 3: official Ambassador Cultural Ambassador for the island of Puerto Rico,
- 7:24Speaker 3: and even the city of San Juan and it's mayor
- 7:27Speaker 3: gave a bunch of kudos. I mean, I couldn't go
- 7:29Speaker 3: too far without seeing all the news about Daddy Yankee yesterday,
- 7:32Speaker 3: so Sadulo said that a Yankee did for him. Congratulations
- 7:36Speaker 3: and I love that. Let's see what else we got here,
- 7:43Speaker 3: what's next? That was just through the beginning of it.
- 7:46Speaker 3: But we're gonna do the FBI. The fake pizza cutter,
- 7:49Speaker 3: the girl with the bananas and rice, which I like.
- 7:54Speaker 3: By the way, that's actually a popular thing in many
- 7:57Speaker 3: Hispanic households. Colombians love it. They don't call it banana.
- 8:01Speaker 3: They call it by nao, which is always funny to
- 8:05Speaker 3: me to hear that, But anyway, keep it locked right here, folks.
- 8:07Speaker 3: There is more to come straight ahead. I got lots
- 8:10Speaker 3: more to talk about. We're gonna talk about the meltdowns
- 8:16Speaker 3: that are happening all across the country, from different left
- 8:19Speaker 3: wing factions to everything that's happening with Hollywood. Who got
- 8:24Speaker 3: the Grammys coming up and all that stuff. I know
- 8:26Speaker 3: you're not interested, but I always like to get, you know,
- 8:28Speaker 3: a little update on what's going on there. So keep
- 8:30Speaker 3: it locked right here. I'm Rich Valdez.
- 8:33Speaker 1: This is America. This is America, all.
- 8:52Speaker 3: Right, Egos, welcome back. It's Rich valdesk' that's with it.

- 9:38Speaker 3: find me. If you want to find me, you sure can.
- 9:41Speaker 3: This has gotten easier rather than harder, right, And now
- 9:45Speaker 3: I understand completely. Some people don't like to change their habits.

- 10:13Speaker 3: the snow had us a little bit delayed with our
- 10:14Speaker 3: production team and getting some of the newest stuff to
- 10:18Speaker 3: you asap. But we are I think we've handled that
- 10:22Speaker 3: and we're working on that. If we haven't handled it,
- 10:24Speaker 3: already in your neck of the woods. Anyway, I want
- 10:26Speaker 3: to get into this bananas and rice stuff.
- 10:28Speaker 4: Now.
- 10:28Speaker 3: If you haven't heard this, I want you to hear it,
- 10:30Speaker 3: because I thought this was pretty interesting, right, this is
- 10:35Speaker 3: believe it. It made me laugh, you know, you know me,
- 10:37Speaker 3: I get a little countercultural here sometimes with things. I
- 10:39Speaker 3: know most people go back to your country, get out
- 10:42Speaker 3: of here. I found this to be funny, almost borderline cute.
- 10:45Speaker 3: And I was like, you know, I love meet some
- 10:47Speaker 3: bananas and rice. I love a good sunny side up
- 10:49Speaker 3: fried egg with white rice. Throw a banana in there.
- 10:53Speaker 3: Oh my goodness. This is how poor people eat, right,
- 10:55Speaker 3: And I grew up poor, so these when there's no meat,
- 10:59Speaker 3: you figure out what you can eat your rice with.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 11:02Speaker 5: So I'm Somali. I'm proud to be Somali. To me,
- 11:07Speaker 5: being Somali isn't just eating bananas with rice. It's a
- 11:11Speaker 5: it's a lot. It's like, it's uh, it's a it's
- 11:15Speaker 5: an interesting thing. It's uh. It's very hard to describe
- 11:19Speaker 5: what means to be Somali and what it means to
- 11:21Speaker 5: be American. But it's like a cultural fusion. It's kind
- 11:26Speaker 5: of like the bananas and rice. You know, people don't
- 11:30Speaker 5: really see like you know, it's a it's a it's
- 11:34Speaker 5: you know, people don't think, oh, you can eat bananas
- 11:36Speaker 5: with rice. But that's what it's like to be Somali
- 11:40Speaker 5: an American. It's like that combination of banana and rice.
- 11:44Speaker 5: But you're gonna get what I mean.
- 11:49Speaker 3: You're gonna get what she means. Well, her name is
- 11:55Speaker 3: hang On, not I Mad. She gained national attention just
- 11:59Speaker 3: a couple of days ago over her cultural identity remarks.
- 12:02Speaker 3: And this is according to Fox News, when she was
- 12:04Speaker 3: arrested by the Attorney General's office to respond to her
- 12:08Speaker 3: attack on federal officers. So good old banana rice girl
- 12:12Speaker 3: seemed very nice, very innocent, very innocuous. She was out
- 12:15Speaker 3: there in them streets again. Nasrah Ahmed, twenty three years
- 12:18Speaker 3: old of Minnesota, And she became very famous describing being
- 12:22Speaker 3: Somali and being American as bananas and rice. And when
- 12:26Speaker 3: it all across social media, I'm sure you've seen it.
- 12:28Speaker 3: If you have it, you're welcome. You got to hear
- 12:30Speaker 3: what she had to say, ums and ohs and everything
- 12:33Speaker 3: in between. She became famous just a few days ago,
- 12:35Speaker 3: and now she's behind bars, Attorney General Pam Bondi saying
- 12:38Speaker 3: Wednesday that she's in Minneapolis as federal authorities are stepping
- 12:42Speaker 3: up enforcement after the recent unrest involving federal law enforcement,
- 12:46Speaker 3: announcing that sixteen people have been accused of assaulting or
- 12:50Speaker 3: impeding federal agents, and miss Ahmed was one of them.
- 12:55Speaker 3: Little extra accent there forgive me. That's her Bananas and Rice.
- 12:58Speaker 3: I thought this was fake. I thought it was ai
- 13:00Speaker 3: when I first saw it, not the arrest story, but
- 13:03Speaker 3: her giving that speech. I thought it was an interesting
- 13:05Speaker 3: word choice. You know what, Listen, this girl may have
- 13:07Speaker 3: a future in politics, right, look at AOC. She may
- 13:10Speaker 3: have a future in being a social media influencer, creating,
- 13:15Speaker 3: you know, amazing content like that Bananas and Rice. I
- 13:18Speaker 3: mean I've watched that, no lie, like four or five
- 13:20Speaker 3: times already. It was I thought it was fantastic, Attorney
- 13:23Speaker 3: General Bondi, writing, I am on the ground of Minneapolis today.
- 13:26Speaker 3: On I was gonna say on FedEx. You said it
- 13:28Speaker 3: on X also known as Twitter. It's got to be Twitter, right,
- 13:31Speaker 3: you start calling it X, then I start saying FedEx. Anyway,
- 13:34Speaker 3: Bondi saying this, we expect more arrests to come. I've
- 13:38Speaker 3: said it before and I'll say it again. Nothing will
- 13:40Speaker 3: stop President Trump and this Department of Justice from enforcing
- 13:43Speaker 3: the law. So many other people arrested as part of
- 13:46Speaker 3: this action were Christina renk ab Di, Kadir Newer, Madeleine Tishida,
- 13:52Speaker 3: Nizana Flores Hell City, Boroska, Quentin Williams, William Verme, Paul Johnson,
- 14:01Speaker 3: Jillian Etherington, Joshua Doyle, Kiubilly Adibelli, Margaret Sager, Elon Wilson, Sohler, Ahmed,
- 14:12Speaker 3: Alice Valentine, and Matrem Charlebois. Wow, you see these pictures
- 14:19Speaker 3: of these people. What a bunch? What a bunch. If
- 14:22Speaker 3: you showed me this picture, I would say these people,
- 14:25Speaker 3: these people are professional protesters. That's exactly what they look like.
- 14:28Speaker 3: I mean, you can't make this stuff up. Maybe I'll
- 14:30Speaker 3: put this out on Twitter so you can take a
- 14:32Speaker 3: look at it. Check it out on Twitter or any
- 14:34Speaker 3: of the other social media as well, like truth Social
- 14:36Speaker 3: at Rich Valdez with an s at Rich Valdez. So
- 14:40Speaker 3: that's the latest from Minnesota. Now I want to continue.
- 14:44Speaker 3: So everybody's got their panties in a bunch. We don't
- 14:47Speaker 3: know exactly why everybody's mad. Well, and I say that
- 14:49Speaker 3: because President Obama, right, good Obama, the bombster. Obama didn't
- 14:56Speaker 3: have this type of pushback. And of course, you know,
- 14:59Speaker 3: we can see that he had a lot of support
- 15:01Speaker 3: in the media. They were making Ice out to be
- 15:03Speaker 3: the good guys back then, et cetera, et cetera. I
- 15:06Speaker 3: get that. Plus they ignored this, by and large, right,
- 15:09Speaker 3: just like they ignored the pandemic that they had back then,
- 15:13Speaker 3: right the H one n one, When the numbers got
- 15:15Speaker 3: out of control, they just stopped counting and they said,
- 15:17Speaker 3: we're not going to count infections anymore. We're just gonna
- 15:19Speaker 3: let this thing kind of disappear, something that they refused
- 15:23Speaker 3: to do during COVID. But all that being said, President
- 15:27Speaker 3: Obama had a lot to say about this. And I've
- 15:30Speaker 3: got a clip you might have seen on social media
- 15:32Speaker 3: or on the news, or maybe you haven't seen it
- 15:34Speaker 3: yet or heard it since he said it some years ago.
- 15:38Speaker 3: But President Obama sounding an awful lot like President Trump
- 15:42Speaker 3: and like President Clinton. They all sound the same, honestly,
- 15:45Speaker 3: because they're all talking about the same stuff. I want
- 15:48Speaker 3: you to listen to this clip that we have from
- 15:51Speaker 3: two thousand and ten, President Obama talking about the deportation
- 15:55Speaker 3: of illegal immigrants, even those that are simply here just
- 16:00Speaker 3: trying to earn a living. Check this out.
- 16:04Speaker 2: We face the prospect that different rules for immigration will
- 16:10Speaker 2: apply in different parts of the country, a patchwork of
- 16:13Speaker 2: local immigration rules where we all know one clear national
- 16:18Speaker 2: standard is needed. Our task, then, is to make our
- 16:26Speaker 2: national laws actually work, to shape a system that reflects
- 16:31Speaker 2: our values as a nation of laws and a nation
- 16:35Speaker 2: of immigrants. And that means being honest about the problem
- 16:42Speaker 2: and getting passed the false debates that divide the country
- 16:46Speaker 2: rather than bring it together. For example, there are those
- 16:53Speaker 2: in the immigrants rights community who have argued passionately, he
- 17:00Speaker 2: should simply provide those who are illegally with legal status,
- 17:04Speaker 2: or at least ignore the laws on the books, and
- 17:08Speaker 2: put an end to deportation until we have better laws.
- 17:14Speaker 2: And often this argument is framed in moral terms. Why
- 17:17Speaker 2: should we punish people who are just trying to earn
- 17:20Speaker 2: a living. I recognize the sense of compassion that drives
- 17:27Speaker 2: this argument, but I believe such an indiscriminate approach would
- 17:32Speaker 2: be both unwise and unfair. It would suggest to those
- 17:37Speaker 2: thinking about coming here illegally that there will be no
- 17:40Speaker 2: repercussions for such a decision, and this could lead to
- 17:44Speaker 2: a surge in more illegal immigration.
- 17:49Speaker 3: You mean, like what happened with Joe Biden.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, And it would also ignore the millions of
- 17:56Speaker 2: people around the world who are waiting in line to
- 17:59Speaker 2: come here lead. Ultimately, our nation, like all nations, has
- 18:06Speaker 2: the right and obligation to control its borders and set
- 18:11Speaker 2: laws for residency and citizenship. And no matter how decent
- 18:15Speaker 2: they are, no matter they are reasons, the eleven million
- 18:20Speaker 2: who broke these laws should be held accountable.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Wow, is that an AI dubbed version of Trump sounding
- 18:27Speaker 3: like Obama? No, that's the real Obama. Why because they
- 18:31Speaker 3: all said the same thing, right, Bill Clinton said the
- 18:33Speaker 3: same thing. This is the law of the land and
- 18:36Speaker 3: they know it. The federal government has exclusive oversight over
- 18:40Speaker 3: immigration pumpifan period the end, that's it. It's a wrap.
- 18:44Speaker 3: And these guys are just trying to nullify federal law
- 18:47Speaker 3: as if they can. This is not you know, the
- 18:51Speaker 3: the Jim Crow south right, We're not doing that anymore.
- 18:54Speaker 3: You can't just nullify rules that you don't like so
- 18:56Speaker 3: you can keep slavery going, or so that you can
- 18:58Speaker 3: keep illegal immigration going or whatever the case is. And
- 19:02Speaker 3: you know what's interesting to me is they make Tom
- 19:06Speaker 3: Homan out to be the bad guy. Christy nom is
- 19:08Speaker 3: the bad guy. Everybody's angry at everybody. Meanwhile, you've got Homan,
- 19:15Speaker 3: who has served the last six presidents. Right, he was
- 19:19Speaker 3: the same guy that was the chief of Border Patrol
- 19:22Speaker 3: for President Obama and nobody hated him back then. It's
- 19:28Speaker 3: only now that everybody's mad at Homan because he's associated
- 19:33Speaker 3: with Trump. And I think this is one of the
- 19:35Speaker 3: craziest things that you know, they're like, yeah, well Trump
- 19:38Speaker 3: is saying what Obama said, but Trump is meaner.
- 19:42Speaker 6: Right.
- 19:42Speaker 3: They're doing it with masks on, and it really just
- 19:46Speaker 3: makes you think, like, what in the world is going
- 19:48Speaker 3: on here? Like, really, what is going on here? When
- 19:53Speaker 3: did we stop being normal? When did we just stop
- 19:56Speaker 3: understanding how life really worked? I don't know, I'm lost
- 20:02Speaker 3: on this one. Listen to Tom Homan press conference earlier
- 20:06Speaker 3: today in Minneapolis.
- 20:07Speaker 7: In the country. I legally you're not You're never off
- 20:09Speaker 7: the table, you know, but we privatization doesn't mean but
- 20:13Speaker 7: you forgive about your boss. Let me say this, if
- 20:17Speaker 7: the message we send as you enter this country legally
- 20:21Speaker 7: it's a crime. Don't worry about it. You can have
- 20:24Speaker 7: your due process chow open court and not chopping court,
- 20:26Speaker 7: get ordered to move, don't worry about it. Unless you
- 20:29Speaker 7: commit a serious crime, you're good to go. If that's
- 20:33Speaker 7: the message we send to the world, you're never going
- 20:35Speaker 7: to fix this problem. The most vulnerable people in the
- 20:38Speaker 7: world will make that dangerous journey like they did under
- 20:41Speaker 7: Joe Biden administration, over four thousand anilies dying back in
- 20:43Speaker 7: that journey, and again a significant increase in sex trafficking.
- 20:47Speaker 7: Because when they did that and open up borders up
- 20:50Speaker 7: saying we're not going to detain you, We're going to
- 20:52Speaker 7: give you free health care, We're going to fly to
- 20:54Speaker 7: the city of your choice, put you in a free
- 20:56Speaker 7: hotel room, give you three meals a day, and give
- 20:58Speaker 7: your work authorization. Where're you going to bring you in?
- 21:01Speaker 7: And when they did that, they sent a mess the
- 21:03Speaker 7: whole world you can come and do this. And what happened.
- 21:05Speaker 7: They overwhelmed the men and women of the Board Patrol.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Overwhelming the men and women of the Border Patrol. That's
- 21:13Speaker 3: exactly what's going on. And it's a shame, but this
- 21:18Speaker 3: is the message, right They cherry picked. They said, we're
- 21:22Speaker 3: going after the worst first. Obviously, after first come second.
- 21:28Speaker 3: And I can't believe anybody got behind this idea that
- 21:32Speaker 3: you would only go after the bad guys everybody else
- 21:35Speaker 3: could stay and honestly, personally, you know, I've had this
- 21:39Speaker 3: argument with a lot of people. I know a lot
- 21:41Speaker 3: of people who are here in the process of waiting
- 21:43Speaker 3: for paperwork in this part of the world. I live
- 21:46Speaker 3: in New Jersey. A few places you can go where
- 21:50Speaker 3: a lot of the staff for anything, right, anything. It's
- 21:55Speaker 3: not just certain businesses, it's pretty much just about anything.
- 21:58Speaker 3: I'm talking about McDonald's through I'm talking about construction work,
- 22:04Speaker 3: yard work. Anything you do, you're likely faced with somebody
- 22:08Speaker 3: that's in process trying to get their papers right, so
- 22:11Speaker 3: that if they were asked right now, you hear you
- 22:14Speaker 3: have legal status. This second answers probably, I don't know.
- 22:17Speaker 3: Ask my lawyer. Right, there's a lot of people in status,
- 22:20Speaker 3: waiting for a visa, waiting for a green card, waiting
- 22:24Speaker 3: for whatever. I don't think we should deport every last
- 22:27Speaker 3: one of those people, right. I don't think you want
- 22:29Speaker 3: to go after people that are in the middle of
- 22:31Speaker 3: waiting things. But you do want to go after people
- 22:33Speaker 3: that have deportation orders right now, if the problem exists
- 22:38Speaker 3: in that we're giving deportation orders to every last human
- 22:41Speaker 3: that is or isn't here, then that's, you know, a
- 22:44Speaker 3: question for reformers, for people to take a look at.
- 22:48Speaker 3: But to make ICE look like they're coming after me.
- 22:52Speaker 3: If you look Puerto Rican, if you look Mexican, if
- 22:55Speaker 3: you look like anything, they don't like they're coming after you.
- 22:58Speaker 3: It's a lie. It's an absolute lie. That's not how
- 23:02Speaker 3: this thing works. And that's why I always come on
- 23:05Speaker 3: here and I go market myself safe. Yet again, ICE
- 23:08Speaker 3: has not deported me. And I say that because I
- 23:10Speaker 3: really want people to understand there are no ICE people
- 23:13Speaker 3: running around these streets looking for random people. Right when
- 23:18Speaker 3: they indiscriminately say things like people are getting shot in
- 23:21Speaker 3: the face, they're killing American citizens. Yes, American citizens die
- 23:26Speaker 3: in the electric chair, they die by lethal injection, they
- 23:29Speaker 3: die all the time. If that is the fate that's
- 23:33Speaker 3: associated with the crimes they've committed. And you have some
- 23:37Speaker 3: of these people that have attacked law enforcement, right and
- 23:42Speaker 3: I get it. A lot of people are good people,
- 23:44Speaker 3: good people, and the media is trying to use your
- 23:47Speaker 3: compassion and your goodness against you. I'm just going to
- 23:50Speaker 3: say this when you've got four or five police officers
- 23:53Speaker 3: trying to wrestle someone to the ground to put handcuffs
- 23:56Speaker 3: on them, because that is how this works, right, This
- 23:58Speaker 3: is not a negotiation. Right. The cops don't wear all
- 24:01Speaker 3: this gear so that you know they they could say, hey,
- 24:05Speaker 3: how you doing, how are you so and so? My
- 24:07Speaker 3: name is Fred Smith. Here's my business card, here's my ID.
- 24:12Speaker 3: I'd like to let you know I'm interested in arresting
- 24:15Speaker 3: you today. I'm gonna be patting you down. If it's
- 24:17Speaker 3: okay with you, I'd like to pat you down to
- 24:19Speaker 3: make sure you don't have any weapons that could hurt me.
- 24:21Speaker 3: And what we're gonna do when somebody's in your face,
- 24:25Speaker 3: you know, F you f the police, coward shame right
- 24:30Speaker 3: and just yelling and spitting and I'm gonna go after
- 24:34Speaker 3: your kids. How would you like it? You know, calling
- 24:36Speaker 3: them a little B word and all that. I mean,
- 24:38Speaker 3: come on, the rules in the use of force pretty
- 24:40Speaker 3: much universally are whatever they do, you can escalate. I
- 24:44Speaker 3: understand they're allowed to yell, they're not allowed to like
- 24:46Speaker 3: spittle on your face. You know, depositing droplets of spit
- 24:50Speaker 3: on your face is not allowed, right, So clearly you
- 24:53Speaker 3: got to back up. Now, this guy, he's kicking police
- 24:55Speaker 3: cars and he's all sorts of angry, and clearly he's
- 24:58Speaker 3: been radicalized and he's all messed up. This man, in
- 25:02Speaker 3: his deranged state, wants to get into an argument, screaming
- 25:06Speaker 3: at the top of his lungs at the police. They
- 25:09Speaker 3: get into this altercation. He's trying to help someone else,
- 25:12Speaker 3: and you know we've been through this already. Bottom line
- 25:15Speaker 3: is he reached for the gun and that's why he
- 25:17Speaker 3: got shot. I don't think he even knew that that
- 25:19Speaker 3: gun was gone, or maybe he felt them taking it
- 25:21Speaker 3: out and he was going to check. Either way, dumb move.
- 25:24Speaker 3: When you're wrestling with five cops, why would you go
- 25:27Speaker 3: for your gun? Right? So to me, the question I
- 25:30Speaker 3: would say is was this a situation of suicide by cop?
- 25:33Speaker 3: Was this guy looking to die? Is that why? You know,
- 25:36Speaker 3: a very successful ICU nurse that was otherwise a mild
- 25:39Speaker 3: mannered person that your daughter should date and everyone should
- 25:43Speaker 3: be and the image of perfection, right, isn't that what
- 25:45Speaker 3: Anna Navarro said that he was all sorts of perfect
- 25:47Speaker 3: he was all sorts of awesome. He was just fantastic
- 25:50Speaker 3: that we would we would love this guy. But instead
- 25:55Speaker 3: that's not what happened. So again my question becomes, how
- 25:58Speaker 3: does this whole thing go south? He goes south when
- 26:00Speaker 3: he reaches for the gun, and any cop in their
- 26:03Speaker 3: right mind is gonna shoot you before you shoot them.
- 26:05Speaker 3: This was, again an unfortunate thing, just like the Renee
- 26:08Speaker 3: Good and I talked about this the other day. I
- 26:09Speaker 3: don't want to keep going over the same points, and
- 26:11Speaker 3: I really would love to talk about something other than Minnesota.
- 26:13Speaker 3: But bottom line is same thing. I don't think she
- 26:15Speaker 3: was intentionally trying to kill that dude, but she did
- 26:18Speaker 3: run him over. She did hit him because of the
- 26:21Speaker 3: girl next to her, her spouse, whatever, the woman that
- 26:24Speaker 3: was with hers yelling go go, go, go go, putting
- 26:26Speaker 3: her under pressure. Maybe she got nervous and trying to
- 26:29Speaker 3: do things hastily, hit the gas in the wrong direction.
- 26:32Speaker 3: But she hit him. She hit the guy, and he
- 26:34Speaker 3: shot her. Now, I would say both of these things
- 26:35Speaker 3: could have been avoided if these people would have been
- 26:37Speaker 3: protesting at a distance, not on top of the police.
- 26:40Speaker 3: That's all I'm saying. I would bet you anything. I
- 26:42Speaker 3: would love to bet you. I'm gonna bet you a
- 26:44Speaker 3: piece of merch. Right, one of the famous hats on
- 26:47Speaker 3: our show here, the American flag, mesh back mossy oak front,
- 26:53Speaker 3: looks like the MAGA lettering and it says Liberty Loving
- 26:56Speaker 3: Latino and meigo, I'm gonna bet you one of those hats,
- 26:58Speaker 3: brand new, produced by an America company and printed here
- 27:01Speaker 3: in New Jersey that you can't even find footage of
- 27:05Speaker 3: these people ever protesting, peacefully holding up a sign, being
- 27:10Speaker 3: outside of the face of law enforcement. And if you
- 27:14Speaker 3: find it and you post it and you tag me,
- 27:16Speaker 3: and I see it and I agree with you, I'm
- 27:18Speaker 3: going to send you a hat because I think you'll
- 27:21Speaker 3: be hard pressed to find it. I don't believe these
- 27:24Speaker 3: guys are doing this because they they are observers, right,
- 27:32Speaker 3: conscientious objectors. No, no, no, I believe this is their religion,
- 27:37Speaker 3: this is their identity. We are threatening their existence. That's
- 27:41Speaker 3: how they feel on the inside. Right, ice is threatening
- 27:44Speaker 3: their existence. The fact that we have people that are
- 27:48Speaker 3: not allowed to be in this country because because Trump
- 27:51Speaker 3: is a thirty four count felon, He's a felon. How
- 27:54Speaker 3: could anybody, how could a felon tell us what to
- 27:57Speaker 3: do right. It's all these false equips, valencies, false dichotomies
- 28:02Speaker 3: that ultimately lead to nothing but these people dying. And
- 28:09Speaker 3: I don't want to see people die. I don't think
- 28:11Speaker 3: anybody wants to see well, I'm gonna say, I don't
- 28:14Speaker 3: think President Trump wants to see people die. I don't
- 28:17Speaker 3: think Homan wants to see people die. I certainly don't
- 28:19Speaker 3: want to see these people die. I do think there
- 28:22Speaker 3: are a lot of people that would love to see
- 28:24Speaker 3: these people die. I think there's a lot of people
- 28:25Speaker 3: that would love to live in America where they only
- 28:28Speaker 3: live with people that agree with them, not me. I
- 28:32Speaker 3: don't mind the friction, I don't mind the disagreement. I
- 28:35Speaker 3: don't mind the nuance, the heterodoxy. I don't want to
- 28:39Speaker 3: live in one of those places where everybody thinks what
- 28:43Speaker 3: I think, because you know, we need to be our
- 28:47Speaker 3: own people. We need to have difference, but we also
- 28:52Speaker 3: need to have normalcy, and we need to obey our laws,
- 28:56Speaker 3: and we can discuss our differences while still following the law.
- 29:00Speaker 3: I think that's the part we're missing, all right. I Mean,
- 29:01Speaker 3: he goes taking a pause right here, coming right back
- 29:04Speaker 3: more to come. Straight ahead, don't go anywhere. I'm Rich Aldez.
- 29:07Speaker 1: This is America. This is America.
- 29:17Speaker 2: The forty fifth President Donald Trump thinks it's an honor
- 29:21Speaker 2: to speak with Rich Valdez.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Oh very good.
- 29:28Speaker 3: The honor is all yours. Conservative talk with a dash
- 29:33Speaker 3: of sofrito. Now here's Rich Valdez. All right, and he goes,
- 29:38Speaker 3: welcome back, Rich Valdez, keeping your company tonight. And uh,
- 29:42Speaker 3: like I said, I don't want to talk about Minnesota,
- 29:45Speaker 3: but there's so much to talk about. Earlier I mentioned
- 29:49Speaker 3: a woman named Navarro. Right, Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Beer beer. This is one of my favorite songs. Wasn't
- 30:00Speaker 3: expecting this, but I'll take it. Hey, hey, hey, this
- 30:03Speaker 3: is a challenge all over social media. That's a new
- 30:08Speaker 3: It's called a deeper challenge. This is a song from
- 30:12Speaker 3: many years ago, and a lot of people enjoyed dancing
- 30:14Speaker 3: to you. And the band that sing this is actually
- 30:18Speaker 3: my new syndication company. They have a media company in
- 30:23Speaker 3: the Dominican Republic and throughout the Caribbean, and they made
- 30:29Speaker 3: this song and they also are in the television space
- 30:32Speaker 3: now with the Roku channel and a few other things
- 30:33Speaker 3: they're doing. Anyway, kudos to Otro Soli Tho shout out
- 30:36Speaker 3: to them. Not what I wanted to talk about. I
- 30:38Speaker 3: wanted to talk about Anna Navadu and she's not omitting
- 30:41Speaker 3: a superstar and a Navarro is from the view and
- 30:46Speaker 3: she said some crazy, crazy stuff right. One of the
- 30:50Speaker 3: things that she said that I thought was ridiculous was
- 30:54Speaker 3: how she believes that this man Preddy was perfect. Right,
- 31:01Speaker 3: he was just this perfect person. He was this person
- 31:04Speaker 3: that you you'd want your daughter to marry, and you
- 31:07Speaker 3: know you want to be like this guy. He's the
- 31:09Speaker 3: best guy ever. And clearly you know this was I
- 31:14Speaker 3: don't know, a mischaracterization at worst, at best, I should say,
- 31:19Speaker 3: but that's never stopped her. Here's Anna Navarro saying, this
- 31:23Speaker 3: guy's fantastic. Listen to this.
- 31:25Speaker 4: They chose to they killed the wrong guy, right, because
- 31:29Speaker 4: this is this is like the perfect guy. Alex Pratty
- 31:32Speaker 4: is the guy you would want to date your daughter,
- 31:34Speaker 4: the guy you would want your son to grow up
- 31:37Speaker 4: to be a decent human being who was serving humanity.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Sir, hold on NNA, while you're serving humanity. I do
- 31:44Speaker 3: not want my daughter dating anybody who is pulling up
- 31:48Speaker 3: on the cops spitting at them kicking their vehicle. No, man,
- 31:52Speaker 3: that is some serious feminine energy, right like the saying
- 31:57Speaker 3: on the street goes real GE's moving silence. We don't
- 32:00Speaker 3: need anybody losing their mind like that, getting all sorts
- 32:03Speaker 3: of angry and screaming at the top of their lungs.
- 32:06Speaker 3: That's not manly behavior. Anna, A real man takes note.
- 32:11Speaker 3: You don't lose your cool. You can have all the
- 32:13Speaker 3: fighting in the world, you could do all all all
- 32:16Speaker 3: the action, but you don't have to scream the way
- 32:19Speaker 3: they do at the beating of their chest. It's petulance.
- 32:22Speaker 3: It's childlike behavior. Now listen, I've been guilty of it
- 32:26Speaker 3: in the past. I've lost my cool and gone into
- 32:30Speaker 3: that type of energy. I have not on many occasions,
- 32:35Speaker 3: but I've learned over the years it's not what I
- 32:38Speaker 3: want to do. You're gonna sit there and get into
- 32:39Speaker 3: a shouting match, and that's what little girls do. No, no, no,
- 32:43Speaker 3: not doing that, right, Either do it or you don't,
- 32:48Speaker 3: But we're not gonna sit here and scream about it.
- 32:50Speaker 3: Go ahead, play the tape.
- 32:52Speaker 4: Irving sick veterans?
- 32:54Speaker 1: Who is you know?
- 32:56Speaker 4: There is nothing that has been said about that man
- 32:58Speaker 4: that isn't wonderful, and so they can't malign him. They
- 33:03Speaker 4: can't malign him because we.
- 33:05Speaker 3: Have I think he's doing that himself, Anna, Right, I
- 33:08Speaker 3: think he totally did it himself. I think the videos
- 33:11Speaker 3: that are out there, the hymn, cursing at the police,
- 33:14Speaker 3: spitting at the police, kicking the light out of the car.
- 33:16Speaker 3: I mean, think about the times you've kicked something angry. Right,
- 33:20Speaker 3: I'm sure somebody here has kicked something. Did you actually
- 33:23Speaker 3: kick it hard enough to knock the light out of
- 33:25Speaker 3: an suv? Wow? But he did? All right? Is there
- 33:28Speaker 3: anything left? Play it up?
- 33:29Speaker 4: Have the videos check?
- 33:31Speaker 3: Yeah? Well, the videos speak for themselves, Anna, and this
- 33:34Speaker 3: guy unscrewed up. Mister pretty screwed the whole thing up.
- 33:38Speaker 3: So anyway, I just wanted to play that for you.
- 33:41Speaker 3: I don't want to stay on Minnesota any longer, though. Listen,
- 33:43Speaker 3: I'm gonna keep saying I don't want to talk about Minnesota,
- 33:46Speaker 3: and we're gonna keep coming back to it because it
- 33:48Speaker 3: is like the gift that keeps on giving, from the
- 33:50Speaker 3: fraud to the daycares, to the leering center, to the
- 33:53Speaker 3: cash that's moving through the airport, going straight back to
- 33:57Speaker 3: al shabab. I mean, I haven't seen something this is
- 33:59Speaker 3: JU see in forever. And to think of all places,
- 34:02Speaker 3: all these crazy people are coming from Minnesota, right, Minneapolis,
- 34:06Speaker 3: Twin City, Saint Paul crazy, you know, for people like
- 34:08Speaker 3: me right who are pretty isolated. Right, grew up in Brooklyn,
- 34:13Speaker 3: New York. Or I was born in Brooklyn, New York.
- 34:14Speaker 3: I should say I grew up in Jersey, Hudson County.
- 34:17Speaker 3: I'm a New Yorker, a New Jersey guy. Listen, by
- 34:19Speaker 3: all accounts, I can tell you I don't know much
- 34:22Speaker 3: about I've never been to Minnesota. So you tell me Minnesota.
- 34:25Speaker 3: I think, who do I know ofm Minnesota? Mike Lindell, right,
- 34:28Speaker 3: and a few of the radio stations that I know,
- 34:31Speaker 3: But that's it. I don't know much. I always thought
- 34:34Speaker 3: it was mild mannered. I thought it was chill. I
- 34:36Speaker 3: didn't think it was crazy town like we're having right now,
- 34:39Speaker 3: or like we're seeing right now, absolute insanity. Anyway, let
- 34:43Speaker 3: us continue, and this is going to be my final
- 34:46Speaker 3: installment in that we're not talking about Minnesota, but we're
- 34:48Speaker 3: gonna talk about Minnesota segment, because why number seventeen, Ill
- 34:53Speaker 3: han Omar, You're not gonna like me for this one.
- 34:55Speaker 3: This is going to be real unpopular opinion here. And
- 34:57Speaker 3: you know, I don't like ill hen Omar because I
- 35:00Speaker 3: think she was very flippant when it came to discussing
- 35:04Speaker 3: the nine to eleven the way you know, some people
- 35:08Speaker 3: did something. I thought that was wrong. I thought that
- 35:11Speaker 3: it was uncouth. But I am going to say this,
- 35:14Speaker 3: ill han Omar is a congresswoman. She married the fundraiser.
- 35:18Speaker 3: She has a heck of a lot of social media followers.
- 35:22Speaker 3: You know, if you and me had that many social
- 35:24Speaker 3: media followers, we would make a whole income based off
- 35:28Speaker 3: of that following, right, That's how many she has on
- 35:31Speaker 3: multiple platforms too. So I have to say when she
- 35:34Speaker 3: says that some people are mad that she's living the
- 35:36Speaker 3: American dream, I think part of that is true. I
- 35:39Speaker 3: think it's not mad. They're not mad at you, Il
- 35:41Speaker 3: Hunt for living the American dream. But they are mad
- 35:44Speaker 3: at you, that is true. And they're mad at you
- 35:46Speaker 3: for being ungrateful. They're mad at you for not coming
- 35:48Speaker 3: here and loving this country as much as the rest
- 35:50Speaker 3: of us do. But I can't in the same breath
- 35:53Speaker 3: say because I'm mad at you, ol Hank go back
- 35:55Speaker 3: to your house. I don't really have a right to
- 35:57Speaker 3: do that. I also don't have a right to do
- 35:59Speaker 3: any thing. The only thing I have a right to
- 36:01Speaker 3: do is saying ill hand. I hope that you get
- 36:04Speaker 3: exposed if you're committing fraud, and if it's not just
- 36:07Speaker 3: that you're doing a heck of a great job of
- 36:10Speaker 3: saying the craziest, most incendiary things that you're left wing
- 36:14Speaker 3: people like to eat up and donate money to, then
- 36:18Speaker 3: that's that. But if it's something else, if there's fraud here,
- 36:21Speaker 3: something untoward, then guess what. I hope she gets what's
- 36:25Speaker 3: coming to her. I don't know what the facts are.
- 36:27Speaker 3: I don't know if she married her brother seems that
- 36:29Speaker 3: way in some reports. Not trying to defend her, I'm
- 36:32Speaker 3: just saying, look, there's so many things we can do,
- 36:35Speaker 3: there's so many people we can pick on. Why are
- 36:37Speaker 3: we doing this? And I said the same thing with Biden, right,
- 36:39Speaker 3: I remember it was Biden, Sleepy Joe. It was funny.
- 36:42Speaker 6: I love it.
- 36:42Speaker 3: I called them Joe Ed Babboso Biden. Look, I have
- 36:44Speaker 3: a good time like everybody else, But in reality, I
- 36:47Speaker 3: knew if you listen to my show during that time,
- 36:50Speaker 3: I oftentimes said, oh, Joe Biden today did something similar
- 36:53Speaker 3: to my dad with dementia would do. He did this.
- 36:56Speaker 3: My dad had a brain injury and he did that, right.
- 36:58Speaker 3: I saw these similarities in my dad. I'm not the
- 37:01Speaker 3: only American that's I didn't find sympathy there, but I'm
- 37:05Speaker 3: sure some people did. I'm sure some people said, you
- 37:07Speaker 3: know what, Joe Biden reminds me of my grandpa. And
- 37:09Speaker 3: I love my grandpa, so stop picking on my grandpa.
- 37:12Speaker 6: Right.
- 37:12Speaker 3: And I think for il han Omar, she may be
- 37:16Speaker 3: that person for a lot of people. They might be like,
- 37:18Speaker 3: you know what, she is a Somali beauty queen. She's
- 37:21Speaker 3: the one that came here and made it. Nobody rocks
- 37:24Speaker 3: a burka like she does.
- 37:25Speaker 6: Right.
- 37:25Speaker 3: I'm sure she has a fan club and those people
- 37:28Speaker 3: love what she's doing. They love that she came here,
- 37:30Speaker 3: that she became a United States citizen by hooker, by crooked,
- 37:34Speaker 3: that she is now married to her fourth husband, who
- 37:37Speaker 3: is the fundraiser that worked on her campaigns and has
- 37:40Speaker 3: gotten her these multimillions of donations. And people in Congress
- 37:44Speaker 3: can create something called a Congressional Leadership Fund, and they
- 37:47Speaker 3: can keep a lot of that money. It's easy to
- 37:49Speaker 3: keep it right. These are the hidden secrets that you know.
- 37:52Speaker 3: Kudos to Matt Gaates for exposing a lot of this.
- 37:56Speaker 3: Being a congressman is a very lucrative job if you
- 38:00Speaker 3: can pull it off. It's not an easy one. You
- 38:01Speaker 3: got to be able to pull it off. You have
- 38:03Speaker 3: to have that gift of gab. You have to be
- 38:05Speaker 3: able to get people to want to believe in what
- 38:09Speaker 3: you are saying so much that they're willing to give
- 38:12Speaker 3: you a portion of their paycheck. I don't want that.
- 38:16Speaker 3: I mean, eventually I might not run for Congress. I'm
- 38:18Speaker 3: just saying I might want you to spend some money
- 38:20Speaker 3: on some merch or, you know, a VIP type of
- 38:24Speaker 3: subscription to this program, behind the scenes, live live events,
- 38:28Speaker 3: things like that as we expand our business here. But
- 38:31Speaker 3: I don't want your money. I want your conversation. I
- 38:33Speaker 3: want your listenership. I want to be able to have
- 38:35Speaker 3: a dialogue with you. I want to hear what you
- 38:37Speaker 3: have to say, and I want to hear what I
- 38:39Speaker 3: have to say. You know, I want to have It's
- 38:41Speaker 3: a conversation, right, That's what they call it. Anyway, Ilhanimer
- 38:44Speaker 3: says people are just pissed off because she's living the
- 38:47Speaker 3: American dream. Check this out.
- 38:49Speaker 8: And so I know that there's always been an attempt
- 38:52Speaker 8: to smear my character, to smear the character of the
- 38:56Speaker 8: community that I ethnically belong to. There's always is sort
- 39:00Speaker 8: of sad reference to the fact that I'm a refugee.
- 39:04Speaker 8: It seems like these people seem to have a problem
- 39:08Speaker 8: with the fact that I am living the American dream. Yes,
- 39:12Speaker 8: I was once a refugee. Yes I did survive war.
- 39:15Speaker 8: Yes I did come to the United States when I
- 39:17Speaker 8: was twelve years old, not speaking English. But I did
- 39:20Speaker 8: make it to the United States of Congress, representing our country,
- 39:25Speaker 8: helping write the laws of this country and helping appropriate
- 39:29Speaker 8: the resources that are utilized by all Americans. So, yes,
- 39:33Speaker 8: that is the American dream. They do not believe that
- 39:37Speaker 8: the American dream is possible. And I think the fact
- 39:40Speaker 8: that I'm a fysible representation of that American dream polsis
- 39:44Speaker 8: that I'm off.
- 39:47Speaker 3: She's a fysible. I'm not making fun of her. I'm
- 39:50Speaker 3: enjoying it with her. Listen, the American dream to me
- 39:55Speaker 3: is not becoming a member of Congress. And forgive me,
- 39:57Speaker 3: if you're one of my friends that it's a member
- 39:59Speaker 3: of Congress. I think the American dream, in many ways
- 40:02Speaker 3: is as simple as home ownership, having a family, having
- 40:05Speaker 3: the liberty to do what you want right, having the
- 40:07Speaker 3: liberty to go and make a sign that says orange
- 40:10Speaker 3: man bad and chant your to your heart's content outside
- 40:14Speaker 3: of the White House, and whatever it is that you
- 40:16Speaker 3: want to do. For me, it's getting on this microphone
- 40:20Speaker 3: and now soon on camera to share my thoughts and
- 40:23Speaker 3: my opinions and the conversations we're having with people in
- 40:27Speaker 3: our culture and our society and with you guys. Every
- 40:30Speaker 3: one of our amigos are familia, the Valdees, VIPs. That's
- 40:35Speaker 3: how I do it, and everybody else does it in
- 40:37Speaker 3: different ways. And this is why I said, unpopular opinion here.
- 40:43Speaker 3: I can't be I will only be mad at il
- 40:45Speaker 3: han Omar for her stupidities, right, for the way she
- 40:49Speaker 3: talked about nine to eleven some people did something. Yep.
- 40:54Speaker 3: I'm going to be mad at her for her contempt
- 40:57Speaker 3: for the United States. I'm going to be mad at
- 40:59Speaker 3: her for her Russian said, I'm going to disagree with
- 41:02Speaker 3: her over that. I'm not mad at her, right, I
- 41:05Speaker 3: really not. I could care less. I have zero anger
- 41:07Speaker 3: towards ilhan Omar, but I do disagree, very strongly disagree.
- 41:14Speaker 3: And that's what debates are for, and that's what the
- 41:17Speaker 3: what I'm doing is all about. Right, I'm here talking
- 41:20Speaker 3: to tens of thousands of people, hopefully millions, and the
- 41:23Speaker 3: goal is to get you to see things from my perspective.
- 41:28Speaker 3: And if you don't, you don't. But at least I tried.
- 41:31Speaker 3: And she's doing the same thing, and somebody's gonna win
- 41:34Speaker 3: and somebody's gonna lose. And I hope that my team
- 41:38Speaker 3: wins and her team loses. Right, that's the bottom line.
- 41:41Speaker 3: But if she's doing something illegal, lock her up, throw
- 41:43Speaker 3: away the key. But we've seen how this thing looks, right,
- 41:47Speaker 3: We've seen Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton say yeah, we'll
- 41:50Speaker 3: be there, We'll be there in Congress. All right, guys, Ah,
- 41:53Speaker 3: too bad, too slow, We're not going. And now maybe
- 41:57Speaker 3: it's going to be a vote next week. We're gonna
- 42:00Speaker 3: see what happens. I mean, come on, really, come on, right,
- 42:05Speaker 3: We've seen what happens with James Comy, We've seen what
- 42:07Speaker 3: happens with Letitia James, a whole lot of nothing, feeble
- 42:12Speaker 3: attempts and This is not a critique on Trump or
- 42:14Speaker 3: anybody else. This is just saying, look, when you're dealing
- 42:18Speaker 3: with criminals, right, it's very difficult to have an expectation
- 42:23Speaker 3: that they're not going to break the law. If you're
- 42:27Speaker 3: dealing with politicians who are experts in creating these laws,
- 42:31Speaker 3: it's very difficult to have the expectation that they're not
- 42:33Speaker 3: going to know how to circumvent or walk right up
- 42:35Speaker 3: to the line of these laws. So good luck out
- 42:39Speaker 3: smarting them. Now, to his credit, I constantly praise who
- 42:43Speaker 3: I like to call El Trumpito, don all this magnus
- 42:46Speaker 3: to forty fifth to forty seventh president of these United States.
- 42:48Speaker 3: Why because El Trumpito knows how to do it. He
- 42:53Speaker 3: knows how to get at these people. He knows how
- 42:55Speaker 3: to bring them down to reality and make a deal,
- 42:57Speaker 3: and he knows how to spar with them, and he
- 43:00Speaker 3: knows how to gauge in between. This is why he's
- 43:02Speaker 3: able to argue with people and make it look like
- 43:06Speaker 3: he's their worst enemy, and the next thing, they're laughing
- 43:08Speaker 3: and they're shaking hands. Because he truly is about the deal.
- 43:13Speaker 3: And you've got to respect that. Some people want to
- 43:16Speaker 3: stay stuck in their emotions. They want to be mad forever.
- 43:19Speaker 3: I don't like what you stand for, so come on.
- 43:24Speaker 3: That doesn't work, in my opinion, doesn't work. I think
- 43:28Speaker 3: America was the happiest when the uniparty got along, right,
- 43:33Speaker 3: You hear it all the time, Ronald Reagan and Tip O'Neil.
- 43:36Speaker 3: Everybody was thrilled back then. Right instead of Marjorie Taylor
- 43:43Speaker 3: Green and Jasmine Crockett fighting over who's wearing fake eyelashes
- 43:46Speaker 3: and who's built like a bodybuilder, back then, it was
- 43:49Speaker 3: the gentlewoman from here, the gentleman from there, my colleague
- 43:52Speaker 3: on the right, my colleague on the left. Everybody got along.
- 43:55Speaker 3: It was the same deep state then, it's the same
- 43:57Speaker 3: deep state now. They were doing the same stuff then
- 44:01Speaker 3: and they're doing the same stuff now. The only difference
- 44:04Speaker 3: we've gone behind the curtain. We've seen who the wizard is.
- 44:08Speaker 3: So I don't know, maybe you know, do you like
- 44:10Speaker 3: the red pill? Would you prefer the blue pill? Where's
- 44:13Speaker 3: my buddy? Bongino says the black pill? Don't take the
- 44:16Speaker 3: black pill. We don't want the malcontents. We don't want
- 44:18Speaker 3: the people that are whining about everything. Nothing's ever enough
- 44:23Speaker 3: that that we don't need I'm saying, hey, let's let's
- 44:26Speaker 3: be let's let's get along, right, I'm with the Rodney King.
- 44:30Speaker 3: Can't we all just get along? All right? Guys, I'm
- 44:32Speaker 3: rambling a little bit. I'm gonna take a pause right here.
- 44:34Speaker 3: We're gonna come right back. Your thoughts and more, plus
- 44:36Speaker 3: your calls. Eight seven seven Valdes one, eight seven seven
- 44:41Speaker 3: V A. L. D. E. S. And the number one.
- 44:44Speaker 3: Don't go anywhere.
- 44:45Speaker 1: This is America. This is America. He's making pod casting
- 45:00Speaker 1: great again. This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 45:07Speaker 3: All right, and he goes, welcome back. It's Rich Valdez.
- 45:10Speaker 3: Valdez with an asset, Rich Valdez on all of the
- 45:12Speaker 3: social media. Give me a follow on that social media
- 45:15Speaker 3: if you can, I'd appreciate it. Let's keep in touch
- 45:17Speaker 3: that way. Of course, you can always call. I got
- 45:19Speaker 3: some of your calls lined up, and we're gonna do
- 45:21Speaker 3: that right now, straight ahead. Eight seven seven Valdez one,
- 45:26Speaker 3: eight seven seven Valdes one. Let me know who we got.
- 45:30Speaker 3: Do we have a regular, do we have a repeat offender?
- 45:32Speaker 3: Do we have somebody there? What do we have in store?
- 45:36Speaker 3: Hit me? All right to the phones. We go Let's
- 45:38Speaker 3: go to Canada. Quebec, Canada. Ooh, Canada, Canada. That's got
- 45:43Speaker 3: our guy, Antonio. Antonio is calling us from Canada. Tony's
- 45:47Speaker 3: the regular here. Go ahead, Antonio, go for it, my
- 45:50Speaker 3: brother godead rich Tony.
- 45:55Speaker 6: If there was cash corruption in criminali to the tune
- 45:58Speaker 6: of eight billion dollars, some of that money had to
- 46:02Speaker 6: flow back to politicians. Why is Peggy Fleming sorry, Peggy Flanagan,
- 46:08Speaker 6: Peggy Flanagan, why is she lieutenant governor? And never said
- 46:14Speaker 6: a word about the cash corruption and criminality that.
- 46:18Speaker 3: You're talking about Minnesota? Right, Tim Watz?
- 46:20Speaker 6: Why has Tim Waltz not said anything about the cash
- 46:25Speaker 6: corruption and criminality. Why isn't the ag of the State
- 46:30Speaker 6: of Minnesota, mister Ellison, Why isn't he said something about
- 46:35Speaker 6: the cash corruption and criminality of eight billion dollars? Why
- 46:39Speaker 6: has anybody in the government not stepped up and said
- 46:42Speaker 6: this not today, not yesterday, but ten years ago, and
- 46:46Speaker 6: it was a parent or five years ago. Because there
- 46:49Speaker 6: has to be some suspicion that this money was flowing
- 46:52Speaker 6: back to different politicians.
- 46:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree with you. I think this has a
- 46:58Speaker 3: long pattern and these people have been at this game
- 47:01Speaker 3: for a long time, and ultimately, what's your I guess
- 47:04Speaker 3: your bottom line here on this fraud? How far does
- 47:07Speaker 3: it go? How deep? Tony?
- 47:09Speaker 6: A conclusion drawn from a pattern of conduct demonstrating cash
- 47:14Speaker 6: corruption and criminality is not based on prejudice. It is
- 47:20Speaker 6: a system that is based upon a pattern of conduct,
- 47:25Speaker 6: and any person or whistleblower who perpetuates this type of
- 47:32Speaker 6: behavior is part of the system. When the whistleblowers came
- 47:37Speaker 6: along and pointed it out, people started calling them racists
- 47:44Speaker 6: using a racist shield, and the whistleblowers or those who
- 47:48Speaker 6: wanted to point out the fraud were afraid of being
- 47:51Speaker 6: labeled publicly and canceled as racist. So it's a system
- 47:56Speaker 6: that perpetuated itself for years to the tune of a billion,
- 48:00Speaker 6: but it's probably even three times more than that if
- 48:04Speaker 6: we once get to the bottom of all of the fraud.
- 48:07Speaker 3: Yeah, good point, Antonio, Thank you for your call, my brother.
- 48:10Speaker 3: Shout out to everybody listening in Canada, which is our
- 48:13Speaker 3: number two country, right. I think we get something like
- 48:16Speaker 3: ninety seven percent listenership from the United States, we get
- 48:21Speaker 3: two percent from Canada, and that last one percent Venezuela.
- 48:25Speaker 3: Shout out to all our Venezuelan's tuning in internationally. I
- 48:28Speaker 3: think that's going to change with our new Spanish language syndication.
- 48:31Speaker 3: But we're getting a lot of action from Latin America
- 48:35Speaker 3: coming in on our on our charts there. But Tony
- 48:39Speaker 3: brings up a good point about fraud and criminality, and
- 48:43Speaker 3: I wanted to switch gears a little bit from this Minnesota.
- 48:47Speaker 3: You know, I've had it up to here. I've had
- 48:48Speaker 3: it up to here with Minnesota. But I want to
- 48:51Speaker 3: talk about something that's, you know, also interesting in my
- 48:56Speaker 3: opinion that I haven't done a is these crazy stories. Right,
- 49:02Speaker 3: there's a story about four hundred million dollars being spent
- 49:07Speaker 3: and bankrolled in a father and son criminality case. And
- 49:11Speaker 3: I'm going to get into that in a second. It's
- 49:13Speaker 3: going to surprise you. But first I want to go
- 49:15Speaker 3: to a true crime story. A mom's body was found
- 49:19Speaker 3: stuffed in a trash bin after her adopted teen son
- 49:25Speaker 3: allegedly killed her. Man. Talk about a freaking tough break.
- 49:32Speaker 3: Let's talk about this one. This Oklahoma mom was murdered
- 49:35Speaker 3: and her body was dumped in a trash can right
- 49:38Speaker 3: in front of her sunny suburban home. And they believe
- 49:42Speaker 3: it's her own adopted son who did it, and he
- 49:45Speaker 3: was arrested for this killing. Her name Spring Wems. She
- 49:53Speaker 3: was killed, they believe, at some point on Wednesday, late
- 49:57Speaker 3: in the day yesterday. To cops who discovered her body
- 50:01Speaker 3: after responding to her home that's in Edmund, neighbors had
- 50:05Speaker 3: rewarded two teen boys fighting with weapons. I don't know
- 50:08Speaker 3: what that means. When cops arrived, one of the boys
- 50:10Speaker 3: accused the other of killing their mother and stuffing her
- 50:13Speaker 3: in a trash collection bin. When officials looked inside, they
- 50:18Speaker 3: found miss Weems dead inside the bin. The accused teen
- 50:24Speaker 3: was arrested for first degree murder and sent to juvenile detention,
- 50:27Speaker 3: but has not yet been charged. Both of the boys
- 50:30Speaker 3: had been adopted by the Weems and she was their
- 50:33Speaker 3: sole caretaker in their home near Oklahoma City. The boys
- 50:38Speaker 3: are sixteen and seventeen. According to The Daily Mail, who
- 50:42Speaker 3: first reported this story, Wow, really crazy stuff here. And
- 50:47Speaker 3: though it remains unclear which was accused of the murder,
- 50:52Speaker 3: Weems appeared to be a very caring mother to her boys,
- 50:55Speaker 3: with social media posts showing her constantly attending their high
- 50:58Speaker 3: school wrestling matches and showing off a stream of their
- 51:02Speaker 3: every accomplishment for her friends to see. Miss Weams also
- 51:06Speaker 3: was a devoted member of her church and appeared to
- 51:08Speaker 3: have encouraged the boys to follow her faith as well.
- 51:12Speaker 3: What a sad story really just unbelievable. Many of her
- 51:15Speaker 3: social media posts had to do with Christian teachings, including
- 51:19Speaker 3: one where she recalled teaching her children not to fight
- 51:21Speaker 3: but to love one another, saying, quote, our father wants
- 51:24Speaker 3: the same for us, So tomorrow let's reflect on unity
- 51:28Speaker 3: as we are all brothers and sisters under the same creator,
- 51:32Speaker 3: and he wants his children to live in harmony together,
- 51:36Speaker 3: she wrote in one post. In another, Miss Weams shared
- 51:40Speaker 3: a photo of one of her sons covered in paint
- 51:43Speaker 3: after a church activity. They may come home dirty, but
- 51:46Speaker 3: they leave with a message of faith, community and accountability,
- 51:49Speaker 3: leadership and moral as well moral compass in their difficult
- 51:54Speaker 3: teen years. Is what the posts said. Man, what a
- 51:56Speaker 3: shame lady out here trying to do the right thing.
- 51:59Speaker 3: Ms Weams killing was very shocking, obviously to her neighborhood.
- 52:04Speaker 3: Those saying that it's tragic because it involves youth, and
- 52:08Speaker 3: I say this is wild, right, I mean sadly, we
- 52:12Speaker 3: hear too many of these cases and it's almost like, oh,
- 52:15Speaker 3: let's see, you know who killed their parents this week? Right,
- 52:18Speaker 3: a few weeks ago is Rob Reiner's kid. I mean,
- 52:20Speaker 3: everybody's freaking out and doing some crazy stuff. This to
- 52:24Speaker 3: me may not be at the level of epidemic, but
- 52:26Speaker 3: to me, it's an absolute epidemic when children are killing
- 52:29Speaker 3: their parents, when you've got young people that have totally
- 52:32Speaker 3: lost touch with humanity, with life, with the caring about
- 52:36Speaker 3: their fellow man, they don't care that you live or breathe.
- 52:39Speaker 3: No heart, man, we got a problem, right, What is
- 52:42Speaker 3: it that we've taught our children. I understand we have differences,
- 52:45Speaker 3: and this is why I always harp on trying to
- 52:47Speaker 3: get along with the other side. So if we sit
- 52:48Speaker 3: here and talk about you know, ah, I can't live
- 52:50Speaker 3: with those people. Oh you got to get rid of
- 52:52Speaker 3: these people. Even if it's just rhetorical. Guess what, there's
- 52:55Speaker 3: little people around there there grow up totally hearing that,
- 52:58Speaker 3: thinking you know what, Yeah, we got to get rid
- 52:59Speaker 3: of the other the people we disagree with, and that's
- 53:01Speaker 3: not acceptable. We have to deal with the people we
- 53:04Speaker 3: don't agree with. Right, most people don't get along with
- 53:06Speaker 3: their bosses. Some people are lucky enough for it, but
- 53:08Speaker 3: most people don't. You got to learn how to get
- 53:10Speaker 3: along with them, or make a choice and leave right,
- 53:12Speaker 3: find a new way of doing things, new way to
- 53:15Speaker 3: pay your bills. But you can't sit there and talk about,
- 53:17Speaker 3: you know, eliminating these people, killing these people. This is
- 53:20Speaker 3: crazy lefty stuff and we're not crazy lefties anyway. My thoughts,
- 53:24Speaker 3: prayer's condolences with this woman, his weims and her family
- 53:27Speaker 3: and with these kids. You know, honestly, I think they're
- 53:30Speaker 3: monsters for doing what they did. Whichever of the two
- 53:33Speaker 3: did it, but I pray God have mercy on their soul,
- 53:35Speaker 3: because man, God don't like ugly, It's all I can
- 53:38Speaker 3: tell you. And things are getting out of control, all right.
- 53:42Speaker 3: I think they've been out of control and they're getting
- 53:44Speaker 3: worse now. Other story I wanted to get into. This
- 53:47Speaker 3: one's interesting and if you want to call on this,
- 53:49Speaker 3: feel free. Eight seven seven Valdes one. Listen to this headline.
- 53:52Speaker 3: This is just a doozy eighty year old lottery winner
- 53:55Speaker 3: sentenced for bank rolling four hundred million dollar drug empire
- 53:59Speaker 3: from his cottage with his son. John Spivey, eighty years old,
- 54:04Speaker 3: used his twenty ten lottery winnings, lottery winnings to run
- 54:09Speaker 3: a drug empire from his small cottage alongside his son
- 54:13Speaker 3: and two other accomplices, and he's now been sentenced to jail.
- 54:16Speaker 3: John Eric Spivey, eighty years old, sentenced to sixteen years
- 54:19Speaker 3: in prison in England after an investigation uncovered counterfeit pills
- 54:25Speaker 3: worth up to four hundred million dollars and they found
- 54:27Speaker 3: them in Greater Manchester. Who knew. What's interesting here is
- 54:30Speaker 3: that his son, John Collin Spiby, thirty seven years old,
- 54:33Speaker 3: was only sentenced to nine years. They operate a fully
- 54:36Speaker 3: industrialized drug manufacturing business capable of producing millions of counterfeit
- 54:41Speaker 3: tablets containing a highly dangerous substance. And that's according to
- 54:45Speaker 3: Detective Alex Brown, inspector of the serious organized crime group
- 54:48Speaker 3: that led to this investigation and then eventual capture. The
- 54:52Speaker 3: volume of tablets they recovered, along with the sophisticated machinery
- 54:56Speaker 3: demonstrated how deeply embedded this group was in the other
- 55:00Speaker 3: the drug supply chain. Again, this is out in England.
- 55:03Speaker 3: It goes on back in twenty ten, when he was
- 55:05Speaker 3: only sixty five years old, he cashed in two point
- 55:08Speaker 3: four million dollars, or I should say two point four
- 55:12Speaker 3: million pounds, which in twenty twenty six standards is the
- 55:16Speaker 3: equivalent of three point three million US dollars today. Again,
- 55:20Speaker 3: this happening in Manchester, England. So this Bijahita office rocker
- 55:24Speaker 3: for right crazy stuff bankrolling a drug business. Now, I
- 55:30Speaker 3: don't know if this was his dream and I can't
- 55:32Speaker 3: wait till I'm retired and I have enough money to
- 55:35Speaker 3: start a distribution opportunity with the cartel. Yeah, maybe that
- 55:39Speaker 3: was what he was thinking, the old British guy. I
- 55:41Speaker 3: don't know, but I do know that his son seems
- 55:45Speaker 3: to have gotten off the hook here and the dad
- 55:47Speaker 3: got the kingpin charge, and that I find interesting. I mean,
- 55:49Speaker 3: I guess if you're an old man, you're like, look,
- 55:51Speaker 3: I don't have much time left and my kid has
- 55:53Speaker 3: his whole life ahead of them. I'll take the fall here.
- 55:55Speaker 3: But at the same time, I would probably say the
- 55:58Speaker 3: same for my the other way around, thinking my dad
- 56:00Speaker 3: only has a few years left. We don't want to
- 56:03Speaker 3: see an old man in jail. You know, I'm young
- 56:05Speaker 3: enough I could do the time. Put me in jail,
- 56:08Speaker 3: let my dad free. I don't know. I guess I
- 56:10Speaker 3: guess the old man won here. Very interesting stuff. But
- 56:15Speaker 3: who hits the lotto and says I'm going to become
- 56:17Speaker 3: a drug dealer? Believable. You know, my brother Bobby, Robert
- 56:20Speaker 3: Valdesk got rest his soul. He was a United States
- 56:23Speaker 3: marine and he owned a few delis out in Long Island,
- 56:26Speaker 3: and he he'd won twenty dollars on a I'm sorry,
- 56:30Speaker 3: he played twenty dollars on a scratch off and he
- 56:33Speaker 3: won five million bucks. Now he had actually sold a
- 56:36Speaker 3: bunch of his bagel store, so he was doing all
- 56:38Speaker 3: right in life to begin with. But hitting that lotto,
- 56:42Speaker 3: that scratch off wasn't too shabby. So these things do happen, right,
- 56:48Speaker 3: They do happen to people, and I'm grateful for anybody
- 56:51Speaker 3: they happened to. It's real nice, right, Who wouldn't like
- 56:53Speaker 3: to just stumble on an extra five million bucks? And
- 56:55Speaker 3: I guess, listen, somebody out there might there might be
- 56:58Speaker 3: somebody who doesn't want to do that. If if you
- 57:00Speaker 3: do give you a call, You can call in anytime,
- 57:02Speaker 3: twenty four hours a day, anytime you listen to this,
- 57:04Speaker 3: you can call and just leave a message and I
- 57:06Speaker 3: can play your comments on this show. Our producers have
- 57:09Speaker 3: set up an amazing job. Technology is amazing where you
- 57:13Speaker 3: can now join the show anytime, which I think is fantastic.
- 57:16Speaker 3: So let me know your thoughts. Would you like to
- 57:18Speaker 3: become a millionaire by winning five million bucks or let's
- 57:22Speaker 3: say you're a millionaire already. Do you want more money
- 57:24Speaker 3: or is it more trouble than it's worth. I'm interested
- 57:28Speaker 3: in knowing your thoughts. Eight seven seven valdesk one. Now
- 57:31Speaker 3: this is the part of the show where I bid
- 57:34Speaker 3: you ado and I thank you, of course for sticking
- 57:36Speaker 3: around as long as you did. We'll be back tomorrow
- 57:38Speaker 3: with a new show for Friday, kicking off the weekend.
- 57:40Speaker 3: I thank you for your patience, and remember, in early
- 57:45Speaker 3: February we will be kicking off our video stream, which
- 57:49Speaker 3: will be mirrored on Roku tv in Spanish and English.
- 57:53Speaker 3: You can check it out on rimbol dot com, which
- 57:55Speaker 3: is where we plan to house that, and of course
- 57:58Speaker 3: the audio will remain here on Heart Radio and you
- 58:01Speaker 3: can catch that on Apple Podcasts, on Spotify and all
- 58:05Speaker 3: the other podcasts and streaming locations. So we continue to
- 58:09Speaker 3: pump out as much content as possible. If you miss me,
- 58:12Speaker 3: you know exactly where to find me. I'm right here.
- 58:15Speaker 3: I start at Rosima. Take care, good night, and God
- 58:18Speaker 3: bless you America. Now, I always say you got to
- 58:20Speaker 3: stand for something, because if you stand for nothing, you'll
- 58:23Speaker 3: fall for anything. And in today's a political climate, and
- 58:26Speaker 3: logical climate and philosophical climate, we've got to stand for
- 58:30Speaker 3: something because all too often, where people are taking the bait,
- 58:34Speaker 3: they're falling for everything. And remember, the only thing necessary
- 58:38Speaker 3: for evil to triumph is for good people to sit
- 58:41Speaker 3: there and do nothing. So do something until the next time.
- 58:44Speaker 3: I start at Broxhima. I am rich Valdez, and this
- 58:48Speaker 3: is America.
- 58:49Speaker 1: This is America.
- 1:00:01Speaker 7: Assass
