- 4:01Speaker 4: Give them a call by automotive dot com. All right,
- 4:04Speaker 4: we got some natties. We got some people playing for
- 4:07Speaker 4: some championship trophies tonight, and we had some people playing
- 4:10Speaker 4: for a championship trophy yesterday after after Don Staley said
- 4:17Speaker 4: she was going to beat Gino's ass in the final
- 4:20Speaker 4: four in the semi finals, which do you think you
- 4:23Speaker 4: think she could take him? I mean from a from
- 4:25Speaker 4: a scary situa, like from a just being a terrifying you.
- 4:29Speaker 4: It's pretty old. She can get them.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Oh old?
- 4:32Speaker 11: Is he.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Old old enough to where like he like apologizing for something? Yeah,
- 4:42Speaker 4: probably kind of out the window, but he did. He
- 4:45Speaker 4: kind of apologized. Maybe it was somebody else that was
- 4:48Speaker 4: right in the apology and he just rubber stamped it.
- 4:51Speaker 4: I don't know. South Carolina takes down the undefeated Yukon Huskies,
- 4:58Speaker 4: going trying to go you know a little history, and
- 5:01Speaker 4: they're trying to go undefeated. They were out a season.
- 5:03Speaker 4: Well they get the you know what they got, you
- 5:05Speaker 4: know at South Carolina. Their reward for beating Yukon Ucla,
- 5:09Speaker 4: they got to play Ucla. I mean South Carolina was
- 5:12Speaker 4: heavy favorites, so they obviously rolled in that game. I
- 5:14Speaker 4: bet it, you know what, I bet it was a blowout.
- 5:17Speaker 4: Do you think so? I bet, like, you're right, it was. Yeah,
- 5:21Speaker 4: it was. And I don't think there's going to be
- 5:23Speaker 4: any like tears shed in Louisiana. At least South Carolina.
- 5:28Speaker 4: They got blown out. Ucla actually won the game, Ucla
- 5:31Speaker 4: the other school in Los Angeles, because there's two beats
- 5:37Speaker 4: South Carolina seventy nine to fifty one. Oh boy, this
- 5:42Speaker 4: one wasn't even competitive. I turned it on. I'm trying
- 5:47Speaker 4: to remember the timing because I was watching. We were
- 5:49Speaker 4: at we were at a friend's house yesterday, kids were
- 5:51Speaker 4: playing doing the Easter deal, and we were locked into
- 5:54Speaker 4: the baseball game. I think we turned it on afterwards
- 5:57Speaker 4: and it was like the end of the third quarter.
- 5:58Speaker 4: They were down to like thirty at the end of
- 5:59Speaker 4: the third quarter, so it really wasn't worth the time
- 6:02Speaker 4: to continue to watch it. I wanted to. I was
- 6:07Speaker 4: like hoping to turn it on and go from like
- 6:08Speaker 4: one exciting sports thing to the next and be like, Okay,
- 6:11Speaker 4: we got a game here. Well they wouldn't South Carolina
- 6:14Speaker 4: Don Staley and company. I don't know what happened. I
- 6:17Speaker 4: guess Usa LA. Yeah, of course they're really good. But
- 6:20Speaker 4: it's two number one seeds. It shouldn't be a blowout
- 6:22Speaker 4: like that went seventy nine fifty one. We turn our focus.
- 6:27Speaker 4: We turned our gaze to Monday night Men's The bracket
- 6:32Speaker 4: bracketology finishes today. Hey, does anybody still have any teams
- 6:37Speaker 4: left in their bracket? Yeah? I have Michigan winning. Well
- 6:41Speaker 4: you're winning too. That's not fair, one of the only
- 6:45Speaker 4: that's what you get for.
- 6:46Speaker 10: Uh.
- 6:46Speaker 4: I was ready to take my victory. Laugh here.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I mean because I your bracket where I.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Could see it. I just filled it out right over
- 6:52Speaker 4: your shoulders. That's a good point. Look, my son distraught.
- 6:58Speaker 4: He's a big a line I F fan really for
- 7:01Speaker 4: absolutely no, absolutely, he chose them a couple of years ago,
- 7:07Speaker 4: like of course everybody. You know, most people just blindly
- 7:11Speaker 4: choose in the bracket, unless you're hester you just picked
- 7:14Speaker 4: number one to win every time, and he blindly chose
- 7:19Speaker 4: Illinois and they went like the furthest in his bracket whatever.
- 7:22Speaker 4: It was a couple of years and when he first
- 7:23Speaker 4: did like the first year he did a bracket. So
- 7:25Speaker 4: since then he's an Illinois basketball fan. I can't explain it.
- 7:30Speaker 4: It's wild. So he's been cheering hard for Illinois.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I don't hate it. They've been playing really well, no good.
- 7:35Speaker 4: For him, and so they get beat by they could
- 7:37Speaker 4: be by Yukon on Saturday, and he was very distraught.
- 7:40Speaker 4: He was not real happy.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 7:45Speaker 4: You can't cheated. They had to have what I'm thinking,
- 7:49Speaker 4: you beat Hucks team. Kid beat Hucks team. He kidding me. Yeah,
- 7:53Speaker 4: it's uh, it's tough. But you know what, the animal himself,
- 7:59Speaker 4: Dan Hurley, what an absolute animal. So did it come out?
- 8:02Speaker 4: So he headbutted the ref right a couple which could
- 8:05Speaker 4: have cost By.
- 8:05Speaker 12: They kind of it was they kind of head to
- 8:08Speaker 12: it's his head, like if Braxton was here and we
- 8:11Speaker 12: just kind of pushed against each other.
- 8:13Speaker 4: It was as much of a head butt as a
- 8:15Speaker 4: coach to ref interactions should be before it's all zeros
- 8:20Speaker 4: on this.
- 8:20Speaker 1: I feel like if it was any other ref who
- 8:22Speaker 1: I got a tech.
- 8:23Speaker 4: Yeah, I guess they came out. I guess their buddies
- 8:24Speaker 4: or something. That's what is Dan Hurley the most interesting
- 8:30Speaker 4: guy in college of basketball? I think he is.
- 8:32Speaker 12: Because so many people kind of fell in love with
- 8:35Speaker 12: this team a few years ago. They're like, Oh, it's Yukon,
- 8:38Speaker 12: They're back. It's not Kansas or Duke. Like Dan Hurley
- 8:41Speaker 12: brings them to back to back titles. He's playing for
- 8:43Speaker 12: his third and four years.
- 8:44Speaker 4: But I mean his antics are kind of all over
- 8:47Speaker 4: the place, Like the guy's kind of a psycho, Like,
- 8:49Speaker 4: let's just be psychopath. You see people that love that,
- 8:54Speaker 4: you see people that don't like that at all. Like
- 8:56Speaker 4: I think I think Dan Hurley might be the most
- 8:59Speaker 4: interesting guy college of basketball.
- 9:00Speaker 13: I mean he turned down a seven million dollar contract
- 9:03Speaker 13: with the Lakers to stay at Stay.
- 9:05Speaker 4: Yeah, like that's endeary and a lot of people love that,
- 9:08Speaker 4: and you see stuff like this, it's like the Dan
- 9:10Speaker 4: Hurley opinions are all over the place. Yeah, he turned down.
- 9:14Speaker 4: You know what I would assume that a lot of
- 9:16Speaker 4: people would say is basketball's dream job, which is the
- 9:21Speaker 4: head coach for the Lakers, just because of the history.
- 9:23Speaker 4: I don't need to explain any of that to anybody.
- 9:28Speaker 4: Maybe not everybody's dream job, because you've got to live
- 9:30Speaker 4: in California. That wouldn't be my dream job. It's California
- 9:33Speaker 4: stinks and is the worst state ever created. But he
- 9:39Speaker 4: turned it down to live in Connecticut. I don't know.
- 9:44Speaker 4: And I guess you could say, well, he likes the
- 9:45Speaker 4: college game more than the professional game. Yeah, I get it,
- 9:48Speaker 4: but at some point most coaches have an itch always
- 9:51Speaker 4: to do something a little bit more, to achieve a
- 9:53Speaker 4: little bit more. Well, he's achieved like everything that you can.
- 9:59Speaker 4: And uh, they said, no, I don't want to go
- 10:01Speaker 4: to the Lakers. I don't want to be the LA
- 10:02Speaker 4: Lakers coach, coach Lebron Lebron who I'm going to coach
- 10:07Speaker 4: these college kids and fight for nil dollars every single day.
- 10:13Speaker 4: And of course Yukon is in from the nin al situation.
- 10:16Speaker 4: I'm sure is in a much better setup than a
- 10:18Speaker 4: lot of the bigger football schools because I'm sure they
- 10:22Speaker 4: get a bigger piece of the pie when they are
- 10:24Speaker 4: having to separate that innil dollars. When they have to
- 10:27Speaker 4: split it. I think most schools are getting at least
- 10:29Speaker 4: seventy five to eighty five percent of football then basketball, baseball,
- 10:33Speaker 4: blah blah blah. But the schools that don't have the
- 10:35Speaker 4: biggest programs in football give a bigger percentage to basketball.
- 10:39Speaker 4: So it does an advantageous spot for a lot of
- 10:42Speaker 4: schools of Yukon size and have like the traditional blue
- 10:47Speaker 4: bloods and basketball that don't have the big football program
- 10:50Speaker 4: I get all that, but anyway, congratulations anybody like, is
- 10:55Speaker 4: this a game of intrigue? To y'all, it's a one
- 10:57Speaker 4: versus two matchup. As Dan Hurley make this more into like,
- 11:00Speaker 4: what is the most interesting part of this matchup? The
- 11:02Speaker 4: fact that Michigan and Yukon have key players injured, but
- 11:06Speaker 4: they're going to play in this game. So Yaxel Lindeborg
- 11:09Speaker 4: got hurt on Saturday. He only played fourteen minutes. Now
- 11:13Speaker 4: he came back into that game. They called it a
- 11:16Speaker 4: leg sprain. He did come back in, but again he
- 11:19Speaker 4: only played fourteen minutes solo ball for Yukon. Also has
- 11:23Speaker 4: a foot sprain. He was on a walking boot after
- 11:26Speaker 4: the game. He said he's given it a go. So
- 11:29Speaker 4: a start and five member of Yukon a starter for
- 11:33Speaker 4: which one solo, So ball, he's actually a lot more
- 11:37Speaker 4: player than his name might say. It's not a nickname.
- 11:39Speaker 4: You want one ball.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Try I guess what number he is?
- 11:43Speaker 4: Two?
- 11:44Speaker 12: Yeah, but I mean Yaxel Lindebor for Michigan, Like he
- 11:51Speaker 12: could potentially be a lottery pick in the upcoming NBA draft.
- 11:54Speaker 4: So both of those are big.
- 11:56Speaker 12: The fact that, I mean they could be guarding each
- 11:58Speaker 12: other a decent in the amount of times now Lindiborg
- 12:01Speaker 12: does guard the opposing team's point guard a lots. I mean,
- 12:04Speaker 12: that's that's big. Like he's one of their key defenders.
- 12:06Speaker 12: So that's something to watch. I do think Michigan wins
- 12:09Speaker 12: this game. I think they're a better team. I kind
- 12:11Speaker 12: of think that they've been the best team in college
- 12:13Speaker 12: of basketball all year long.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Minute, hold on, you're going to bed against Dan Hurley.
- 12:19Speaker 4: I am yes, I think that. I think that Michigan
- 12:21Speaker 4: has the better teams. Do you know what Dan Early's
- 12:22Speaker 4: record in the NCAA Tournament is. It's really good. That's
- 12:25Speaker 4: twenty and five. Do you know what his record over
- 12:28Speaker 4: the last four tournaments is? It's probably also really good.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Eighteen and one team and one is really good. His
- 12:34Speaker 4: record in the Final four five and zero, and his
- 12:37Speaker 4: record in National champions the Championships two and oh and Michigan.
- 12:41Speaker 12: Good Michigan on the flip side, one and six in
- 12:44Speaker 12: the National Championship all time. Yeah, the odds are against
- 12:47Speaker 12: it for sure. I think Elliott could know the point
- 12:49Speaker 12: guard for Michigan. I think I think he's a difference
- 12:52Speaker 12: maker in this game because like you look at the
- 12:53Speaker 12: you look at the start in five, they're pretty equal
- 12:56Speaker 12: across the board. I don't know anybody on Yukon's team
- 12:58Speaker 12: that can guard him one on one, and I think
- 13:00Speaker 12: I think he's kind of the difference maker in this game.
- 13:02Speaker 4: I think I do think I think it's closed. A
- 13:04Speaker 4: lot of people don't think so. There's you look at
- 13:06Speaker 4: the odds. Michigan's a pretty comfortable favorite. I do think
- 13:09Speaker 4: it's closed. I think Michigan wins.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:12Speaker 13: I think for Michigan the I think each of their
- 13:15Speaker 13: five games so far in the turn, they've scored over
- 13:17Speaker 13: ninety points.
- 13:19Speaker 1: I think I think they said that's the first time.
- 13:21Speaker 4: That's the thing. Like Yukon can play really good defense,
- 13:25Speaker 4: I don't know if they can play good enough defense
- 13:27Speaker 4: to go score for score with a team like Michigan,
- 13:30Speaker 4: maybe they can't. They Duke seem like in control of
- 13:32Speaker 4: that game, yep, when they played them until until they
- 13:36Speaker 4: weren't right and that and if Michigan can score, and
- 13:40Speaker 4: if is going to when it's gonna have to look
- 13:42Speaker 4: like that, it's probably gonna be one of those games
- 13:44Speaker 4: where Michigan looks like in control and they can either
- 13:46Speaker 4: keep saying in control. And and to your point, Michigan
- 13:51Speaker 4: is six and a half point favorites. I think it's
- 13:54Speaker 4: gonna be closer than that. I really do. I think
- 13:56Speaker 4: this might be a one position game. But I do
- 13:58Speaker 4: think Michigan how many what did you say the point total? Well,
- 14:02Speaker 4: how much? How many points is Michigan scored?
- 14:04Speaker 14: Oh?
- 14:04Speaker 1: Ninety? They haven't scored under ninety yet in the tournament?
- 14:07Speaker 4: Wow yet? So the over under total one hundred and
- 14:11Speaker 4: forty four and a half really that low. And that's
- 14:15Speaker 4: the same half points.
- 14:16Speaker 12: It needs to be for you gone to win this game, right,
- 14:19Speaker 12: And here's a stat right here for you. So when
- 14:22Speaker 12: Michigan has sixty three possessions or fewer this year, so
- 14:28Speaker 12: like when when the other team controls the ball a
- 14:30Speaker 12: lot more, they're zero to two and they've only lost
- 14:32Speaker 12: three games all year. I mean, that's the key is
- 14:34Speaker 12: hold the ball, run the shot clock, keep the ball
- 14:37Speaker 12: away from Michigan.
- 14:38Speaker 4: If Khon can do that, they got a shot.
- 14:40Speaker 12: I just I don't know if they're gonna be able
- 14:42Speaker 12: to do that for forty minutes is the issue.
- 14:45Speaker 4: That's that's pretty wild though. With this point total one
- 14:48Speaker 4: hundred and forty four and a half, I'm doing some
- 14:50Speaker 4: like rough math in my head, trying to do it quick,
- 14:52Speaker 4: and the spread being at six and a half, okay,
- 14:55Speaker 4: towards toward uh in Michigan's favor I think they're only
- 14:59Speaker 4: saying that Michigans can score like seventy six points, seventy
- 15:02Speaker 4: seven something like that. Yeah, that's sound right. They scored
- 15:06Speaker 4: seventy seven, forty seventy seventies, seventy five points.
- 15:12Speaker 1: I don't see him scoring that low, honestly.
- 15:14Speaker 4: Interesting. So God Braxton just said they had scored under
- 15:17Speaker 4: ninety all tournament, and based on the numbers in the
- 15:21Speaker 4: National Championship Game. This is on draft Kings, it's about
- 15:25Speaker 4: seventy five is the number they think they're going to score.
- 15:28Speaker 4: Interesting one to keep an eye on if you dabble.
- 15:34Speaker 13: Yeah, this world too. If Dan Hurley wins this, that's
- 15:37Speaker 13: his third and four years. Like Taylor said, and I
- 15:39Speaker 13: think they said, like the last person to do that
- 15:41Speaker 13: was maybe.
- 15:43Speaker 4: So there's only there's only two coaches that have done it.
- 15:45Speaker 4: He would be the third. The other two coaches, John
- 15:48Speaker 4: Wooden and Adolph Rupp, pretty good names in college of basketball. So,
- 15:53Speaker 4: Huri Hurley will make some history if you can get
- 15:55Speaker 4: it done tonight. Not as good as old one ball, No, well,
- 15:58Speaker 4: I mean one Ball's on his team. So and the
- 16:01Speaker 4: combination of one ball and Dan Hurley pretty elite.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Is that your favorite player?
- 16:07Speaker 4: Now? That is my favorite player. It is a really
- 16:09Speaker 4: good name. That'd be quite an unfortunate, unfortunate nickname if
- 16:14Speaker 4: you're just given that before natural reasons.
- 16:18Speaker 12: So our guys, so long, or as we call it,
- 16:20Speaker 12: all one ball, one ball over here for three I
- 16:24Speaker 12: don't know.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Wow, I went to that thirties announcer again. Yeah, it
- 16:28Speaker 4: got one ball here. It does sound like like a
- 16:31Speaker 4: nineteen thirties pitcher, one ball going for the perfect game.
- 16:38Speaker 4: He throws seventy eight miles an hour. This is the
- 16:42Speaker 4: greatest athlete in the world. World. Oh lord, all right,
- 16:48Speaker 4: Well we will excited. I'll have it on, and I
- 16:52Speaker 4: gotta I gotta admit, hey can in the air. For
- 16:55Speaker 4: whatever reason, this tournament just hadn't been hidden at the house.
- 17:00Speaker 4: I've had it on. I can't draw anybody's attention from
- 17:03Speaker 4: the family, even I made everybody fill out a family bracket.
- 17:09Speaker 4: Huckles was tuned in when Illinois played. I couldn't get
- 17:12Speaker 4: any of the girls to watch any games, and so
- 17:16Speaker 4: life kept going for us at the Flynn household. So
- 17:19Speaker 4: I never really watched any games. So not a lot
- 17:21Speaker 4: of excitement. But I'll have it on. I'll have it
- 17:23Speaker 4: on as some background fodder tonight. I'm going to cheer
- 17:27Speaker 4: for Yukon though, as Michigan is the favorite six and
- 17:31Speaker 4: that point favorite, trying to win the Big Ten's first
- 17:34Speaker 4: national championship since the year two thousand when Matteen Cleaves
- 17:40Speaker 4: and company did it for Michigan State. That's one of
- 17:43Speaker 4: the few historical college basketball teams that I remember because
- 17:46Speaker 4: I was locked in that year. The team Cleaves what
- 17:49Speaker 4: a baller. Anyway, looking forward to it. Hopefully it's a
- 17:53Speaker 4: good game, that's all we can hopeful. Hopefully it's not
- 17:55Speaker 4: a stinker like yesterday when UCLA took down Don Staley
- 18:00Speaker 4: in company in South Carolina nearly thirty points. I tell
- 18:07Speaker 4: you I was.
- 18:08Speaker 1: I'm glad.
- 18:08Speaker 10: I was.
- 18:10Speaker 12: I had a pretty good grin in the truck driving
- 18:13Speaker 12: listening to the Indian of that game. Yeah, and I
- 18:15Speaker 12: don't care about who was left at the tournament. Cauzellosue
- 18:19Speaker 12: was out, but I sure hell did not want South
- 18:21Speaker 12: Carolina to win. It's always fun when you can pull
- 18:24Speaker 12: against the team, you know what I mean, Yeah, Like
- 18:26Speaker 12: it might be yeah right, because you're like, Okay, my
- 18:29Speaker 12: team's out. I can pull for anybody in the field.
- 18:32Speaker 4: But the squad, well, I think we all celebrated a
- 18:38Speaker 4: little bit, and that's okay to do. What about you,
- 18:42Speaker 4: Cane the dog? What do you think she's got nothing?
- 18:45Speaker 4: We're gonna go to break stick with us right here
- 18:47Speaker 4: on off the bench, off the bench, all right. I
- 18:51Speaker 4: can feel it now. We're I mean, we gotta be

- 24:37Speaker 4: get back into little LSU baseball. It was that exciting.
- 24:39Speaker 4: We just we talked about all hour number one. We're
- 24:42Speaker 4: gonna come back to it. Yeah, you know me obvious
- 24:45Speaker 4: baseball guy over here, sitting on this side of the table.
- 24:47Speaker 4: Of course, bonifide stitchhead. We got Will Holmer's joining us
- 24:52Speaker 4: from Louisiana. Loaded. He is kind enough to come and
- 24:56Speaker 4: join us every single week during the baseball season to
- 24:59Speaker 4: talk baseball, and boy do we got some stuff to
- 25:01Speaker 4: talk about, lots to talk about. How did you take
- 25:03Speaker 4: in this gale? It's Easter weekend, so you know we
- 25:05Speaker 4: got there's family stuff happened, there's things happening. But sure
- 25:09Speaker 4: you're chasing some Easter eggs. But okay, I like it.
- 25:17Speaker 4: So like the shape like a bunny or shaped like
- 25:19Speaker 4: an egg. It's the bunny's kind of a little over
- 25:22Speaker 4: bunny overkill. Yeah, Oh, a frozen I don't know if
- 25:31Speaker 4: I've had a frozen rees in a long time. And
- 25:33Speaker 4: you try it. We only have like three thousand at
- 25:35Speaker 4: our house right now. But I agree with you, the
- 25:38Speaker 4: egg is a better chocolate to peanut butter ratio. I
- 25:42Speaker 4: think when you die cut too many fancy shapes, you
- 25:45Speaker 4: get a little too much chocolate in there in some
- 25:47Speaker 4: spots they go around in the edges and stuff. Yeah,
- 25:49Speaker 4: try and get the eyeballs. Yeah, you want a little
- 25:51Speaker 4: bit more peanut butter and chocolate ratio. So I do
- 25:54Speaker 4: agree with that. You the egg is the goat over
- 25:56Speaker 4: the bunny rabbits. But still a little nostalgic to have
- 26:00Speaker 4: that money. Anyway. How do we take in the games?
- 26:03Speaker 4: I love it.
- 26:03Speaker 21: Yeah, it's just the cardiac caunts, you know, which is awesome.
- 26:07Speaker 21: That's that's how they're gonna play, and it's exciting, you know.
- 26:10Speaker 21: It's it's exciting for them to win a game like that.
- 26:13Speaker 21: It's exciting as a fan base. Yeah, it's a fun weekend.
- 26:16Speaker 21: You go, you go on the road and perform really
- 26:18Speaker 21: well and right win two out of three and now
- 26:20Speaker 21: you're sitting at five hundred in the sec. You're right
- 26:23Speaker 21: there with everybody else for the most part. Yeah, you
- 26:25Speaker 21: did what you had to do on the road.
- 26:28Speaker 4: And we were talking about it right before we came
- 26:30Speaker 4: on about how that part like pitching in that park,
- 26:33Speaker 4: So you take in being a former pitcher, I'm sure
- 26:36Speaker 4: you love the big hitting games, but like Saturday was
- 26:40Speaker 4: just a great, a well pitched game.
- 26:42Speaker 21: Yeah, like for Saturday, is just an SEC baseball game.
- 26:46Speaker 21: You look at it like that, and you know they
- 26:49Speaker 21: pitched well, we pitched well like it was just one
- 26:51Speaker 21: of those games and it happens. You're gonna lose games
- 26:53Speaker 21: in the SEC. And you look back even at Friday, like,
- 26:56Speaker 21: pitch pretty good for the most part. Cason did great.
- 26:59Speaker 21: You have some guys coming on the back end of
- 27:01Speaker 21: him and throw great. You know again, and you find
- 27:04Speaker 21: a way to win, right They're just finding ways to
- 27:06Speaker 21: win right now?
- 27:06Speaker 4: What is so hard about that ballpark?
- 27:10Speaker 21: The pitching, the sandboxing, me the first down field of
- 27:14Speaker 21: dreams for twelve year olds. I've giving up my fair
- 27:17Speaker 21: share of home runs there.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Oh you're not bitter at all, are you. I think
- 27:22Speaker 4: the longest home run in that new park was given
- 27:25Speaker 4: up by me. Okay, we'll congratulations. There was a record
- 27:28Speaker 4: set yesterday and you have a record. I have a record. There,
- 27:33Speaker 4: just two record breakers, man in a super regional my
- 27:35Speaker 4: freshman year. We're not gonna talk a much about how
- 27:37Speaker 4: far exactly to the ench was it.
- 27:38Speaker 21: It was seven hundred and forty seven feet sure felt
- 27:41Speaker 21: like but no, like it is tough to pitch in
- 27:45Speaker 21: that ballpark, but you know it's also great to hit
- 27:48Speaker 21: in that ballpark.
- 27:49Speaker 4: You look at it both ways.
- 27:50Speaker 21: Is if you're going to have a ballpark like that,
- 27:52Speaker 21: you gotta be able to lose like that in that
- 27:54Speaker 21: kind of game. Because they've won games like that Tennessee's one,
- 27:56Speaker 21: games like that, But they're also going to have to
- 27:58Speaker 21: lose games where they give up seven you know, just jacks, right,
- 28:02Speaker 21: you know from four from one guy.
- 28:04Speaker 4: Yep, that's just and you probably learned, they probably learned
- 28:07Speaker 4: how to play it. I mean, was LSU's first time
- 28:10Speaker 4: to win a series there since twenty sixteen, right, so
- 28:15Speaker 4: of course home field advantage, you know how to play
- 28:17Speaker 4: in your own park, you exactly get it. To talk
- 28:21Speaker 4: to me about LSU's lineup. So, I mean, my god,
- 28:26Speaker 4: like it ended on such a bang yesterday, ten runs
- 28:29Speaker 4: in the twelfth you ten run role the team basically
- 28:32Speaker 4: in the twelfth inning, but like the bats don't seem
- 28:36Speaker 4: to come alive before the eighth inning. I mean, I guess, yes,
- 28:41Speaker 4: saying the seventh they did. But like it's just these
- 28:43Speaker 4: and it is this just gonna be the game where
- 28:45Speaker 4: they're just going to be a streaky hitting team or
- 28:49Speaker 4: like we've seen now how dangerous they could be. We've
- 28:52Speaker 4: seen what they can be, and there's enough proof of
- 28:55Speaker 4: that throughout the season of My God, there is like
- 28:58Speaker 4: no weaknesses on the phone, But then they go through
- 29:01Speaker 4: these stretches where the competitive it just doesn't seem like
- 29:04Speaker 4: there's a lot of competitive at bats, some mistakes here
- 29:07Speaker 4: and there. So what does what like, what do you
- 29:09Speaker 4: see from a team? Like do you see them getting
- 29:10Speaker 4: more consistent?
- 29:11Speaker 21: I do, yeah, And it's but it's you know, like
- 29:14Speaker 21: you said, it's in those flashes, in those streaks that
- 29:16Speaker 21: they're getting a little more consistent. And you know, but
- 29:19Speaker 21: by now you kind of look at it weekend to weekend,
- 29:21Speaker 21: like now they're consistent winning and having these good streaks
- 29:24Speaker 21: on the weekend, and you know, you hope they keep
- 29:26Speaker 21: that up throughout each weekend.
- 29:28Speaker 4: But you know, they may just be one of those teams.
- 29:31Speaker 4: You know, it's it's not like we're going to ride
- 29:34Speaker 4: on some emotions.
- 29:35Speaker 21: Yeah, they may be an energy team, you know, ride
- 29:38Speaker 21: on emotions of man, this guy's gonna hit oh lot.
- 29:40Speaker 4: I might you know, and just kind of one of
- 29:42Speaker 4: those things.
- 29:43Speaker 21: And you know, it's not very fun, you know, as
- 29:47Speaker 21: you know as a fan and watching it's kind of
- 29:49Speaker 21: like why are they not hitting until right the bottom
- 29:51Speaker 21: of the seventh or the top of the eighth or
- 29:53Speaker 21: whatever it is. And it's kind of like, man, it sucks,
- 29:56Speaker 21: but when you show how good it can be. Yeah, yeah,
- 29:59Speaker 21: when you go by little bit of a loose all
- 30:01Speaker 21: the time, it's just for this team exactly. And it's
- 30:05Speaker 21: like it's just baseball is hard. You know, it's you know,
- 30:09Speaker 21: the classic cancer and nobody likes to hear it. Baseball
- 30:11Speaker 21: is hard, and it's a sport of failure, it is,
- 30:14Speaker 21: and you're failing all the time. And that's part of
- 30:18Speaker 21: being you know, you get in these streaks and guys
- 30:21Speaker 21: you know, hit great for you know, the back half
- 30:25Speaker 21: of you know, four innings and a twelve run, twelve
- 30:27Speaker 21: inning game and you know, look, the biggest part about
- 30:30Speaker 21: it's like they won the game, Like you don't take
- 30:34Speaker 21: you know whatever, I don't care about the first seven innings.
- 30:36Speaker 21: Like we're finding ways to win a game and win
- 30:39Speaker 21: two series in a row, you know, And so that's
- 30:41Speaker 21: what it comes down to ultimately, And I know that's
- 30:43Speaker 21: what Jay's telling these guys right now. Like you can
- 30:46Speaker 21: kind of see the way Jay's coaching right now is
- 30:48Speaker 21: kind of like a little different than he has in
- 30:50Speaker 21: the past, a little bit more animated or animated and energetic.
- 30:53Speaker 21: And that's how he is with this team. And I think,
- 30:56Speaker 21: you know, we talked about it last week. That's what
- 30:57Speaker 21: this team needs. They need a guy lead them like
- 31:00Speaker 21: that and so that you know, there's all this energy
- 31:04Speaker 21: and as as soon as that energy gets kicked off
- 31:06Speaker 21: by somebody, it's just.
- 31:07Speaker 4: A Coaches are especially good ones are part part time psychologists, right,
- 31:13Speaker 4: like they have to understand what gets a team going,
- 31:16Speaker 4: like motivates their team. And Jay, who normally likes to
- 31:19Speaker 4: be calm, cool, collective, Well, now two weekends in a row,
- 31:22Speaker 4: two weekends in a row, he's going from yelling at
- 31:24Speaker 4: his own team. So yesterday getting thrown out of the
- 31:27Speaker 4: game and the ninth which is which was awesome, it
- 31:31Speaker 4: was it is a terrible call. Like the first two
- 31:33Speaker 4: pitches that bat were great pitches, right, like hard to
- 31:36Speaker 4: swing at, but hard to not call a strike, But
- 31:38Speaker 4: you can't the third one in a big situation like
- 31:42Speaker 4: that's the catcher too, you know, yeah, a guy who's
- 31:46Speaker 4: you know yep. So unless you had already kind of
- 31:49Speaker 4: gotten the bats started before that happened, Like, what does
- 31:53Speaker 4: that do for your team when your coach gets tossed
- 31:55Speaker 4: like that, like when he's defending fires you up? Does it?
- 31:58Speaker 21: I mean yeah, especially in a game like that where
- 32:00Speaker 21: the environment like at Tennessee, like everybody's on you. You know,
- 32:04Speaker 21: as soon as Jay gets thrown out the game, the
- 32:06Speaker 21: stadium is a erupting. Everybody hates you, the cursing at you,
- 32:09Speaker 21: you know, saying you shop at Baby Gap, all this
- 32:11Speaker 21: kind of stuff, you know, all these different things.
- 32:15Speaker 4: That gap.
- 32:16Speaker 21: Oh, that was a classic Alex Malazo chirp oh. They
- 32:20Speaker 21: would give it every time we'd show up there.
- 32:21Speaker 4: Man, you shop at Baby Gap. Not even cursing at you.
- 32:25Speaker 4: It's just you know, right right to your head. That's creative.
- 32:28Speaker 21: But it really does like fire you up. There's a
- 32:30Speaker 21: lot of energy and an energy based team is going
- 32:33Speaker 21: to feed off of that, you know. And so him
- 32:36Speaker 21: getting thrown out like awesome? Is everything calculated with him?
- 32:40Speaker 4: Very? Do you think that? I mean, he came out
- 32:43Speaker 4: real fast, right, So I got to think that wasn't calculated.
- 32:46Speaker 4: But I feel like most of the times that he
- 32:48Speaker 4: does something, he yells or argues or something like, everything
- 32:52Speaker 4: was very calculated.
- 32:54Speaker 21: A few times so I think he got thrown out
- 32:55Speaker 21: twice when I was there. One of the times I
- 32:58Speaker 21: know was on purpose because he can him in the dugout,
- 33:01Speaker 21: snuck back and he's like, I did that for you, guys,
- 33:03Speaker 21: you better go win the game. In the SEC tournament
- 33:06Speaker 21: against Florida, we lost, but it was It's one of
- 33:10Speaker 21: those He is very calculated.
- 33:12Speaker 4: Now.
- 33:12Speaker 21: Yesterday, I don't think he was thinking. He was just
- 33:15Speaker 21: doing just acting like he was just really knew the situation.
- 33:19Speaker 21: Ain't nobody on pace, but that was a you know,
- 33:23Speaker 21: a huge spot for them, and to have that kind
- 33:26Speaker 21: of call against you, it's just, you know, no good.
- 33:30Speaker 21: But most of the times he is pretty calculated with
- 33:32Speaker 21: that stuff and does things for a certain reason, like
- 33:35Speaker 21: everything's for a reason with him. Yesterday, I think he
- 33:38Speaker 21: was just emotion based, you know, just when.
- 33:41Speaker 4: He gets when he gets thrown out of the game,
- 33:44Speaker 4: the see just have a walkie talkie. He still makes
- 33:46Speaker 4: all the calls from behind. I mean, do coaches not
- 33:50Speaker 4: Jay do coaches in college baseball? No he doesn't. You're right,
- 33:54Speaker 4: guys don't answer that. Yeah they do. I mean they
- 33:59Speaker 4: I mean, you know, they're still they're still making the
- 34:01Speaker 4: call for the most part back there, not Jay, But
- 34:04Speaker 4: like other coaches, Uh.
- 34:06Speaker 21: Yeah, other coaches would probably go under the bus with
- 34:09Speaker 21: their walkie talkie, ye, watch the game and make decisions
- 34:12Speaker 21: from their phone.
- 34:13Speaker 4: Sure you know, probably not Jay though. Okay, so baseball
- 34:19Speaker 4: is a sport of failure, but failure wasn't really an
- 34:23Speaker 4: option for Kate Aaron Beatty yesterday, Oh my god, form runs.
- 34:27Speaker 4: That's the l s U record home runs in a game,
- 34:30Speaker 4: which LU has a pretty good little history of baseball.
- 34:33Speaker 4: He sets a record yesterday. What is it like as
- 34:35Speaker 4: a pitcher when it's a big situation and a batter
- 34:39Speaker 4: hits the ball and you turn to your outfielder who's
- 34:42Speaker 4: supposed to catch it, and he hadn't even walked, he
- 34:44Speaker 4: hadn't even move, still looking at you, he's still looking
- 34:46Speaker 4: at you, like, why'd you do that? Why are you
- 34:48Speaker 4: doing this to me? That right fielder was over it yesterday.
- 34:52Speaker 21: Yeah, see that that that bomb that I gave up
- 34:55Speaker 21: to Tennessee was over that same fence. Oh no, right
- 34:58Speaker 21: field fence.
- 34:59Speaker 2: It was.
- 35:00Speaker 4: It was it left ear right. Okay, that's a little bit. No,
- 35:04Speaker 4: that's worse. It's worse.
- 35:06Speaker 21: Yeah, when you know lean into it and throw the
- 35:11Speaker 21: bat in a big super regional not cool, but you know,
- 35:17Speaker 21: just next pitch, next as a picture.
- 35:21Speaker 4: But for Aaron Beattie, like just seeing beach balls. That's
- 35:27Speaker 4: that's the thing. It's like just one of those days
- 35:29Speaker 4: every sport you hear of the athletes I get in
- 35:33Speaker 4: the zone? What's the zone? Like? How do you explain
- 35:36Speaker 4: being in the zone? And it's hard to explain, like
- 35:38Speaker 4: a flow state, like in a flow state. And I
- 35:41Speaker 4: felt that as a quarterback, and I felt the opposite
- 35:43Speaker 4: that as a quarterback. Pictures I'm sure feel it and
- 35:46Speaker 4: they fill the out like it. Some days you don't.
- 35:48Speaker 4: And that's the thing. It's hard to put your finger
- 35:51Speaker 4: on what that really means, what it means to be
- 35:53Speaker 4: in the zone. But certainly for fans it is easy
- 35:58Speaker 4: to notice it when that happens, and good things usually happen.
- 36:02Speaker 4: And my god, the way he swung the bat, saw
- 36:05Speaker 4: the ball and recognized the pitch, the location, what type
- 36:10Speaker 4: of I mean, everything it was. It was truly remarkable
- 36:14Speaker 4: to why really was five for seven you look at
- 36:17Speaker 4: all of it.
- 36:17Speaker 21: If you really look back at his head bats, he's
- 36:21Speaker 21: five for six single and four bombs. Seven RBIs like
- 36:26Speaker 21: that's just incredible, absolutely incrediblible stuff. As a sophomore guy
- 36:30Speaker 21: who's experienced Summit bats. Now that's a you know, and
- 36:34Speaker 21: that's not gonna happen every game.
- 36:35Speaker 4: He's not going to hit a bomb every game.
- 36:37Speaker 21: He's not gonna all of a sudden turn into this
- 36:40Speaker 21: amazing you know whatever. He's just that was his game, man,
- 36:43Speaker 21: Like one of those things. I hope it happens to
- 36:46Speaker 21: him every game.
- 36:47Speaker 4: It's gonna it's gonna happen a little bit more, maybe
- 36:49Speaker 4: not four, but he's gonna. He's he's proven that he's
- 36:52Speaker 4: he's been pretty consistent, he's been great at the play.
- 36:55Speaker 4: So yeah, well we celebrate, We hope that. Uh, the
- 36:57Speaker 4: Tigers continued to roll. They take two, we can series
- 37:00Speaker 4: in a row. Now on the road again against Ay
- 37:02Speaker 4: very very good on this team.
- 37:05Speaker 21: So it'll be fun and it's always fun to play
- 37:07Speaker 21: in Oxford. Awesome stadium, awesome fans, just a great environment.
- 37:12Speaker 21: It'll be a great test for him against early good teams.
- 37:15Speaker 4: Very good. And so what's going on with you, louis
- 37:17Speaker 4: Ana lotas, what's next? Where are we going in the stadium?
- 37:19Speaker 21: Yeah, festival season now in Louisiana I'm almost sure that
- 37:24Speaker 21: next weekend, the tenth through the twelfth is one of
- 37:27Speaker 21: the biggest weekends in Louisiana festival wise, spit specifically.
- 37:32Speaker 4: In New Orleans.
- 37:33Speaker 21: So you've got the Scott Boodan Festival that's over there
- 37:37Speaker 21: in Lafayette all weekend, Hogs for the Calls in New Orleans,
- 37:41Speaker 21: huge barbecue, newest new thing, Hondo Rodeo in New Orleans.
- 37:48Speaker 21: Then we also got Margarita Fest at Court to Table
- 37:50Speaker 21: here in Baton Rouge. First time it's ever come into Louisiana.
- 37:53Speaker 21: Marg Margarita got like ten different Margarita's all at Court
- 37:58Speaker 21: to Table competing.
- 38:00Speaker 4: That's yeah, dangerous for them. Yeah, it's a huge weekend.
- 38:04Speaker 4: That is a bunch more in North oh Yeah, Lake
- 38:07Speaker 4: Charles and so how many of these festivals you're gonna
- 38:10Speaker 4: try to I'm probably gonna hit four. Yeah, from Friday
- 38:13Speaker 4: to Sunday. I'll hit right now to fill up multiple times.
- 38:19Speaker 4: I know you got I got this, you can handle it.
- 38:22Speaker 21: We'll hit the road trip and laugh yette all the
- 38:23Speaker 21: way to New Orleans and then uh make it happen
- 38:27Speaker 21: very good. We'll have load have fun, uh have fun
- 38:29Speaker 21: at the festivals. Yeah, don't do anything we wouldn't do.
- 38:32Speaker 21: But y'all got check it out Louisiana load.

- 43:36Speaker 4: Home, all right, Welcome back off the bench. I think
- 43:42Speaker 4: Will Helmers joining us last segment like he's gonna be
- 43:45Speaker 4: doing every single Monday during the baseball season. Look, we
- 43:50Speaker 4: had an incredible weekend for baseball, of course, but another
- 43:54Speaker 4: LSU sport had an incredible weekend as well as LSU.
- 43:59Speaker 4: Jim Nastis team takes home the Baton Rouge Regional. They
- 44:05Speaker 4: win it, they win it all. They had their qualifying
- 44:08Speaker 4: their first round of gymnastics on Thursday and then again
- 44:13Speaker 4: on Saturday, and they win the Baton Rouge Regional and
- 44:16Speaker 4: advance I think the fourth year in a row. J
- 44:21Speaker 4: Clark and his team has advanced to the Elite eight
- 44:25Speaker 4: the Nationals begin. They will begin April sixteenth from Fort Worth.
- 44:33Speaker 4: So I let's hear gymnasi And what a weekend it was.
- 44:38Speaker 4: On Thursday, kaylen Chio had two perfect tens, and like,
- 44:42Speaker 4: this is starting to become pretty custom, Like this is
- 44:45Speaker 4: a weekly thing. We talk about kaylen Chio and all
- 44:49Speaker 4: the great things, and like it's kind of unfortunate for
- 44:51Speaker 4: the rest of the team because the rest of the
- 44:52Speaker 4: team are a bunch of badasses. They are really good,
- 44:57Speaker 4: and what she is doing is overshadowing of everything, which
- 45:01Speaker 4: we don't want to do, of course, and certainly when
- 45:03Speaker 4: Jay Clark comes on this show, he doesn't want to do.
- 45:05Speaker 4: But you do have to give out flowers when they
- 45:08Speaker 4: are due. Then she comes Saturday and another perfect ten.
- 45:13Speaker 4: And is it too bold to say that as a sophomore,
- 45:21Speaker 4: kaylen Chio is already a top five LSU athlete of
- 45:27Speaker 4: all time. She can get a she can get a natty. Yeah,
- 45:33Speaker 4: she if she can get a natty. Yep. She holds
- 45:35Speaker 4: the record for perfect tens in a season in college
- 45:40Speaker 4: in CA history. I think I'm mentioned it a couple
- 45:42Speaker 4: of weeks ago. Sophomore, she's thirty percent of the tens
- 45:45Speaker 4: given out across gymnastics in the SEC this year, I
- 45:49Speaker 4: mean by herself.
- 45:50Speaker 12: Yeah, and like this is a squad that remember a
- 45:53Speaker 12: few years ago everybody talked about is Haley Bryant the
- 45:55Speaker 12: greatest gymnast in LSU history.
- 45:57Speaker 4: Chio comes in here or later and is blowing that
- 46:00Speaker 4: out of the water. I believe she has I can't
- 46:03Speaker 4: tens this weekend. Yeah, she either has twelve or thirteen
- 46:07Speaker 4: perfect tens this year. I can't remember the number. I
- 46:09Speaker 4: think I can't remember. She got to twelve on Thursday,
- 46:11Speaker 4: she got to twelve Saturday. But she had two on
- 46:15Speaker 4: Thursday and one on Saturday. Bryant had ten, I believe
- 46:23Speaker 4: last year. I think she was the former record holder. Well,
- 46:27Speaker 4: she's blown that out of the water. So to make
- 46:30Speaker 4: the claim Caitlyn Chio is a top five LSU athlete
- 46:35Speaker 4: of all time as a sophomore is not like as
- 46:38Speaker 4: bold as you might think. And this is a live
- 46:40Speaker 4: picture of her right here. Look at that looks she's
- 46:45Speaker 4: the absolute goat already has solidified herself as the greatest
- 46:50Speaker 4: LSU gymnast of all time as a sophomore and a
- 46:54Speaker 4: year where she just continues to be perfect. I mean, hell,
- 46:57Speaker 4: there was one meet where she got a ten every
- 46:59Speaker 4: time she touched the floor. She only did three. She
- 47:01Speaker 4: only did three events. Since she got three tens, she's
- 47:04Speaker 4: really got to work on her bars though.
- 47:06Speaker 1: Yeah, you know you also what happened to uh Connor McLain.
- 47:09Speaker 12: Yeah, that's a big blow man, Connor McLain on the bars.
- 47:14Speaker 12: She fell, She didn't finish her tea, she got scratched,
- 47:18Speaker 12: looked like a knee.
- 47:19Speaker 1: Nobody really knows her knees, but she was grabbing her
- 47:21Speaker 1: what elbow?
- 47:23Speaker 4: I thought they reported me. Yeah, but something did not
- 47:27Speaker 4: go right with Connor McClain. So that's tough because she's
- 47:30Speaker 4: one of the best gymnists. Well that's a shame. But
- 47:37Speaker 4: LSU Gymnastics advances to the Elite eight and they they do.
- 47:43Speaker 4: They do set a record on Thursday night, the first
- 47:46Speaker 4: the first gym meet that they had in the regionals,
- 47:50Speaker 4: and they scored a one ninety eight point three seven five,
- 47:54Speaker 4: which is the highest score LSU has ever scored in
- 47:56Speaker 4: a regional. So all right, look they are they are
- 48:00Speaker 4: a really good team, now I get it, Oklahoma. There
- 48:04Speaker 4: are some other really good gymnastics teams out there that
- 48:07Speaker 4: have the potential to beat LSU. But that's why it's
- 48:10Speaker 4: all gonna come down to it. Kylen Chio has just
- 48:13Speaker 4: absolutely played fantastic, So it was it was her shoulder
- 48:17Speaker 4: or elbow and shoulder structurally intact. However, Jay said they
- 48:21Speaker 4: won't have official diagnosis until further testing, so they should
- 48:25Speaker 4: they should hear something in the next few days. Gotcha, Well,
- 48:29Speaker 4: we're wishing her a You know, it is April sixth,
- 48:34Speaker 4: the Elite eight does and see a tournament does get
- 48:36Speaker 4: started on April sixteenth, so you do have eight days.
- 48:39Speaker 4: So I guess depending on what it is, we will
- 48:42Speaker 4: we will hold a breath and hope the best for her.
- 48:45Speaker 4: But also do need to mention that on Saturday, while
- 48:50Speaker 4: Cheo did get a tent on vault again, sophomore Khaliah
- 48:54Speaker 4: Lincoln also s quared a perfect ten on the floor
- 48:57Speaker 4: as well. So just great performances all around from top
- 49:00Speaker 4: to bottom on that team, certainly led by the greatest
- 49:03Speaker 4: of all time and jump with the chat. Let me
- 49:06Speaker 4: know what you think about saying that is kaylen Chio
- 49:09Speaker 4: a top five LSU athlete of all time? All right,
- 49:13Speaker 4: there we go. We will be cheering for them. We
- 49:16Speaker 4: will be hoping that they can make a run and
- 49:19Speaker 4: bring us home another national championship. All Right, we're gonna
- 49:23Speaker 4: go break, We're gonna come back here and close out
- 49:25Speaker 4: our number two. Right areon, off the bench, off the bench.
- 49:31Speaker 4: All right. If you are looking to repair a roof,
- 49:35Speaker 4: maybe you got a roof leak, some roof damage. Maybe

- 49:44Speaker 4: and tear. You gotta get a new one. Or maybe
- 49:45Speaker 4: you're building a house, a brand new house. Maybe you're

- 54:16Speaker 1: Hey, I'm not complaining. He's gonna pick this.
- 54:19Speaker 4: Every time, pretty much, pretty much.
- 54:21Speaker 2: Time.
- 54:23Speaker 4: Welcome back here as we close out our number two
- 54:25Speaker 4: on off the bench on a Monday morning, brought to
- 54:28Speaker 4: you by Buy You Automotive. As we close out our
- 54:32Speaker 4: number two, I just want to reflect a little bit
- 54:34Speaker 4: about this past weekend once again, historical weekend for l
- 54:39Speaker 4: s U Athletics. Again. Kaylyn Chio scores three perfect tens
- 54:43Speaker 4: as l s U Gymnastics advances to the Natty. Curiel
- 54:46Speaker 4: hits a go ahead grand slam on Friday cater Aaron Beattie.
- 54:49Speaker 4: It's four home runs, including the grand Slam of the
- 54:52Speaker 4: twelfth for l s U Baseball and l s U
- 54:54Speaker 4: softball history is made a little bit. Kylie Edwards hits
- 54:57Speaker 4: the first cycle in l s U softball program history.
- 55:04Speaker 4: Now did they win? Did they lose? Taylor? You got
- 55:07Speaker 4: the info and LSU sawtball this past weekend. Yeah, so
- 55:09Speaker 4: they win Thursday Friday. It was a Thursday Friday Saturday series.
- 55:13Speaker 4: They lose one Saturday and they lose one to nothing.
- 55:17Speaker 4: Like the bats are gonna play a big role in
- 55:19Speaker 4: this series. They give up six runs in three games.
- 55:21Speaker 4: I mean, right, they lost one to nothing, right like
- 55:24Speaker 4: a Thursday. They win it in six innings, nine to one.
- 55:27Speaker 4: So they got the eight run rule. Friday, sixteen to four,
- 55:31Speaker 4: Saturday one to nothing. And you've kind of seen that
- 55:34Speaker 4: a few times this year, like the bats will look
- 55:37Speaker 4: really hot.
- 55:38Speaker 12: The bats don't look so hot, like even their loan
- 55:40Speaker 12: win last weekend against Saturday, it was three to one.
- 55:44Speaker 12: So the pitchons have been there it's just the bats
- 55:47Speaker 12: have been inconsistent. Like the weekend before that, you beat
- 55:50Speaker 12: South Carolina five to one, you beat them two to one.
- 55:53Speaker 12: The bats have been there. I mean, the pitcheon's been there.
- 55:55Speaker 12: You just got to get the bats to come around. Yeah,
- 55:57Speaker 12: and certainly we're gonna miss our.
- 56:01Speaker 4: Are other part of the tripod and the foxhol laundry here,
- 56:04Speaker 4: I'm on some of this softball talk after this weekend.
- 56:06Speaker 4: But like I'm looking at it, So the first game
- 56:09Speaker 4: nine to one LSU, second game sixteen to four LSU,
- 56:12Speaker 4: and then Missouri takes the last one one to nothing.
- 56:16Speaker 4: So if you're keeping count, LSU total score outscored Missouri
- 56:21Speaker 4: this weekend, uh twenty five to six total. So, and
- 56:26Speaker 4: I know the pitching rotation is different in softball, but
- 56:29Speaker 4: it seems like with all the points, all the runs
- 56:31Speaker 4: scored in the first two games, usually the third game
- 56:35Speaker 4: is a little bit higher score because you're on your
- 56:36Speaker 4: third arm. But how does the rotation go is? They
- 56:39Speaker 4: usually say like kind of like in baseball, you got
- 56:41Speaker 4: your Friday night guy, like you got your best guy
- 56:43Speaker 4: that goes first.
- 56:44Speaker 12: Yeah, I mean Jayden Heavener's gonna go first. He's gonna
- 56:46Speaker 12: be Game one,
