- 0:18Else hello everybody, and welcome to Into the Weeds
- 0:21podcast here on military broadcast radio.
- 0:23I'm Amber. And I'm Alaura and for Dutch
- 0:27Bros. Sorry and today we have Tony
- 0:30from inside the who's your mind with us?
- 0:33Hello and as thank you Tony for being with us today.
- 0:36Yes. Yeah thank you guys.
- 0:38I even I even went got a haircut and a fresh beer cut so I don't
- 0:40look as homeless as I did like 4 hours ago so.
- 0:44Well, I was thinking the picture in our in our screen grab versus
- 0:48this, you still have the red hair, but it's a little
- 0:51different. You grew it out.
- 0:52Just a little bit, Yeah. I, I was able to got out for
- 0:55like a year and it was like, I was like the other day I was
- 0:57like, all right, I have to move my beard hair if I want to look
- 0:59down. Like yeah, this is getting too
- 1:01much time for me to know. That's fair, I got myself a
- 1:05hairdo today too as well. Oh, look at that.
- 1:08I took a shower and I used I used the hair dryer on my bangs
- 1:13only. So hey yo, there we.
- 1:18Go. OK.
- 1:18Well, I hope everybody had a good two weeks.
- 1:21We had a two weeks off. We uploaded something last.
- 1:25Week. Well, no, Yeah, yeah, we did.
- 1:28And then we had one week off. My bad.
- 1:32We had just the 4th of July off you.
- 1:34Uploaded something? Yeah, but we weren't live, so I
- 1:37hope everybody had a great 4th of July.
- 1:41I almost said Thanksgiving. Don't age us now.
- 1:47Yeah. So my husband and I went up to
- 1:49the capital of Missouri because they have fireworks and they
- 1:53usually have a band there. And so we went up there, set up
- 1:57on the lawn, and then found out that the band got their sound
- 2:04board wet because it had rained. They set up and the sound board
- 2:08got wet, so they weren't going to be playing.
- 2:11So my husband went and asked people in charge and he's like,
- 2:16hey, we're from Military Broadcaster Radio, can we help?
- 2:23And so he went and got the speakers and the mixer and
- 2:27everything and the microphone and set up right in front of the
- 2:31Capitol, and we played music for everybody.
- 2:34Good stuff and. So that was very interesting.
- 2:39I definitely didn't expect my 4th of July to go like that, but
- 2:44I'm I'm glad it did. It was very, very fun.
- 2:49So tonight we have, let's see, who do we have today?
- 2:52We have Kathleen, New Orleans, Lady JoJo for show, show Ivona
- 3:04and Sam. OK.
- 3:06So it's good to see everybody tonight.
- 3:09Our guest has not shown up yet. Well, I texted her and it seems
- 3:13like she had a family thing that ran over, so she's still at her
- 3:16family's house, so we might have to just wing it.
- 3:18But that's totally cool. We can have around next week.
- 3:20Yeah, I love her and we have Tony, so it's cool.
- 3:23We can use use you. We should do that.
- 3:27We double scheduled for some reason.
- 3:30Just in case. Just in case, just in.
- 3:32Case well, I don't even see joy in here.
- 3:34So she's missing all the fun, no?
- 3:35She's going to be a little upset.
- 3:38Sorry, we're not trying to objectify you.
- 3:40My my secret crush. What did you do for the 4th of
- 3:45July? Or were you boring?
- 3:47I was kind of boring. I went to my Co workers in laws
- 3:52place they in yeah, they invited me.
- 3:55Boring. Well, I didn't actually get to
- 3:58stay for the fireworks because we had a ton of storms and rain
- 4:01on top of it. My cats decided that that week
- 4:04was the week that we're like, hey dad, we really need you to
- 4:07spend some extra money and extra attention with us this week, so
- 4:10why don't you go ahead and fork over that money?
- 4:14I know all about that. So, so as I was driving back
- 4:17home and I watched the fireworks as I was driving, which probably
- 4:22isn't the best thing to pay attention to as I'm driving, but
- 4:25you know, to believe it or not, not a whole lot of money, not a
- 4:28whole lot of money, not a whole lot of people that were on the
- 4:30roads then. So it's like it works out.
- 4:32Yeah, there were quite a bit of storms actually.
- 4:34Lake of the Ozarks got a tornado that night and a couple of other
- 4:40places around there. So yeah.
- 4:43I get it though, forking over the money on your pets.
- 4:45This dude, he gets seasonal allergies.
- 4:48I guess we've we've concluded that this time and he chews at
- 4:51his paws. So I had to take him and make
- 4:54sure that nothing was really seriously wrong and I'm $150.00
- 4:58out. Thanks.
- 4:59So it's. Yeah, we, well, I took a we
- 5:04guess he's anywhere between 10 and 14.
- 5:06He's a feral outside Kitty that I've managed to tame.
- 5:10He's got real big, like chubby cheeks.
- 5:12He's got the tomcat jaws, but he's got real stubby little
- 5:14legs. He's adorable.
- 5:16I took him to get him to lose his cajones, as we'll call them,
- 5:22but he also had a gash on his tail.
- 5:24And so I bring him home. He finally calms down and I he
- 5:28gets up, he's in like a little pool of blood and I was like, oh
- 5:30crap. So I take him to the emergency
- 5:32vet that cost me some money. So he's he's the first half of
- 5:36my bill and then Peach. I was like, well, I don't know
- 5:39if she's diabetic or not. She's lost a whole bunch of
- 5:41weight as like, like I should probably get you in.
- 5:44They're like, well, we think she might have kidney problems.
- 5:46We want to do three other tests. OK.
- 5:49And then the medication. So all total with all the extra
- 5:52stuff, I spent $1500 on 2 kitties the week 4th and they
- 5:57wanted me to spend another like 900.
- 5:58I was like, no, thank you, but we'll work with the medicine and
- 6:02then we'll go from there. Well, look, at least one of the
- 6:05kitties says that you're cool. No, actually we we got a new dog
- 6:12this week. We got a new member of the
- 6:14podcast. Yes, he's a little crazy, so
- 6:18he's not down here at the moment.
- 6:20No, I feel like we can show him off for 2 seconds.
- 6:22I just told Papa that I might take him down for just a minute.
- 6:25OK, well then get him if you. Would you like the holdouts?
- 6:27Yes, I'll holdouts. We have to keep them separated
- 6:30because Flynn again. Flynn, he was on a sheep farm
- 6:35and so he had to take some medicine just in case.
- 6:40And just in case we have to keep them separated so.
- 6:44I'm going to go get them though, just so everybody can see how
- 6:46handsome he is. We're going to see little Flynn,
- 6:50Ivana says. Get pet insurance.
- 6:52Yeah, I. Should get some insurance for
- 6:54you, you little. No doubt.
- 6:57Flynn is a Tring Walker coonhound, and he's 10 weeks old
- 7:04and he had never been inside a house before.
- 7:08And so that was interesting. He was like a new baby colt on
- 7:12his legs coming into the house. I don't, I don't know what this
- 7:17is. Where, Where am I?
- 7:19Why am I here? Yeah, and I didn't name him
- 7:21Flynn. The little boy who was raising
- 7:25him named him Flynn. So we just went with it.
- 7:28But we call him Flanagan. Flanagan OK.
- 7:32Kleenegus, Angus. Dietz.
- 7:34Ah. OK, we have to have a weird
- 7:37middle name. That's OK.
- 7:39That's OK. Oh, he's on his way, but he's
- 7:44adorable. Oh, Oates.
- 7:50Like, oh. Oates already knows he's like,
- 7:52absolutely not. Yeah, I got him.
- 7:55OK, we're going to be showing Flynn.
- 7:57I can't hear any comments. I don't have the head.
- 7:59Oh no, it'll just be momentary. No oats.
- 8:04Oh, you told him? Good, I got him.
- 8:06This is slick. Look at that big ball.
- 8:08Sweet. Oh my God.
- 8:10You can tell that I gained 60 lbs.
- 8:12OK, that's right. Look at him though.
- 8:17OK, take him back up before Oates dies.
- 8:21Hold on, right? He says that he loves being
- 8:23apart. When Oates gets upset, he starts
- 8:27snorting. He's he's going to fluff him up.
- 8:31It's happening. He's like.
- 8:32And when he drinks? Too fast.
- 8:36What'd you say, Tony? I.
- 8:37Said he's going to fluff him up. Just give him one chance.
- 8:39That's all he needs is just one chance to fluff him up.
- 8:43No, he's not a Beagle, he is a Tring Walker coonhound, so he
- 8:48will get quite a bit bigger. The last dog we had was a red
- 8:52tick Tring Walker Coonhound so I couldn't get one that looked
- 8:57exactly the same and and this guy looks way too much like
- 9:01Franklin but I'm I'm dealing with it.
- 9:05That that's how we felt. We actually ended up rescuing an
- 9:08Aussie, an Australian shepherd. She looks just like the male
- 9:13Australian shepherd we had to put down a couple of years ago.
- 9:16And I mean, she looks just like him.
- 9:18Same personality and everything. I'm like, and you're the same
- 9:22color. Like it's that's my boy.
- 9:24Almost like that's my boy reincarnated.
- 9:26I know that's how I felt at first, but no, we we looked at
- 9:31several different There were three male dogs and one of them
- 9:35looked just like Franklin with the eyes and everything.
- 9:38I was like, no, I can't do that. Yeah, it because you almost and
- 9:42that's kind of how I feel about Peach.
- 9:44Peach was actually, it's going to sound really bad.
- 9:47She was kind of my replacement cat for a torti that I had also
- 9:50lost after I joined the military.
- 9:53She she passed away like 2 weeks before I was supposed to come
- 9:56out and marry my now ex-wife. She passed away and then my
- 10:01ex-wife and I got married and then we find Peach and I'm like
- 10:03Oh my God, it's a carbon copy image.
- 10:06Like that's my girl. And Peach isn't the one that
- 10:10poops on your pillow, is it? Yes she is, but hey she has been
- 10:13since put on Prozac and is like 10 times better than what she
- 10:17was. Oh my goodness.
- 10:20She's very spiteful. She's very, very spiteful.
- 10:23And what's even worse is she knows she's not supposed to do
- 10:26it. So she would poop on the floor
- 10:29and at the time where my shoes were available, she would drag
- 10:32my shoes over to cover her poop because it was like if dad can't
- 10:35see it, it never happened. He.
- 10:38Doesn't. Know she would even like I have
- 10:42carpet strips down here and some of them are fairly loose, like
- 10:46up against the stairs. She would take the loose ones
- 10:49and she would cover it over on top of her foot.
- 10:51Like again, if dad doesn't see it, it never happened.
- 10:54I'm like, so you know you're not supposed to, but you do it
- 10:57anyway. That's hilarious.
- 11:01Yeah, I didn't hear what you said, but I believe it was
- 11:03hilarious. His cat would hide the poop
- 11:08whenever every. Time you come on our damn show.
- 11:15She's on Prozac now. It's been so much better she's
- 11:18been on. Prozac. 10 milligrams every day
- 11:20of Prozac. Oh God, is Prozac what I took
- 11:23where I saw shadow people? What did I take that I saw?
- 11:26No, that was something else. I don't remember.
- 11:28What that was? Zach.
- 11:30I said, now you do have to be careful because my vet was
- 11:32telling me they had he had a dog, I think it might have been
- 11:37a coonhound, and they were giving him like 25 milligrams of
- 11:40Prozac and he was like terrified to go to sleep because he was
- 11:44seeing stuff. I was like, no, I won't do that
- 11:47to her. I'm pretty sure it was Prozac.
- 11:50It was something in the whatever the like the generic name for it
- 11:55was. I think it started with an F You
- 11:57think Luke's it's whatever? Whatever.
- 12:03Yeah. I'm not going to tell you what
- 12:04that reminds or what that came up.
- 12:06You know where you came up with that from?
- 12:08I think I do, but I don't remember.
- 12:10We're not going. To talk about those who know
- 12:12those who know, yeah, Fluxetine or whatever the heck.
- 12:15I tried it one time. My mom pulled in my driveway.
- 12:19Our dog Jack was standing there wondering what we were doing
- 12:21with and dog that looked just like him and mother.
- 12:25Same pattern and everything He's.
- 12:27Like, how did you come back with me?
- 12:29Wait a minute, I didn't go with you.
- 12:32I accidentally deleted that, sorry.
- 12:35So we ended up with twin beagles and names A.
- 12:39New one, Fritz. Well, I personally think I'm not
- 12:43trying to make it a little sad, but if anybody remembers
- 12:46Franklin, I feel like he looks a lot like Frankie D.
- 12:49Me. Don't.
- 12:51He does a lot like him. So anyway, but yeah, I did take
- 12:56whatever that was one time, one time.
- 13:01And the next morning I woke up, I went to work and I had to hide
- 13:05underneath and he had to hide under like racking.
- 13:09And then my friend came and he had to pull me out.
- 13:13Like he actually had to get down there.
- 13:14He's like, it's OK, sweetie. And he had to hold my hand and
- 13:17he had to pull me out of there. And then I was like, I think I'm
- 13:21going to go home. I'm.
- 13:23Going to go home now. Never.
- 13:25I have not tried any kind of medication since other than like
- 13:28ibuprofen. They actually gave me one time I
- 13:34was having stomach pain and they gave me some pain medicine.
- 13:40I don't even know what it's called, but I took it and I
- 13:45started seeing little like people or like demon like
- 13:49entities or whatever that were like this small running up the
- 13:53side of my bed and I was like, oh hell no.
- 13:58I dumped that stuff in like. This when I was alive or when
- 14:01you were a kid? No, that was when we lived in on
- 14:05Mariner. Yeah.
- 14:07So when we lived in Florida, when she was still a little kid
- 14:11and I went straight to the toilet, threw it out.
- 14:14When I went back, they're like, well, how did it work for you?
- 14:18I was like, I was seeing little people.
- 14:22So my, my grandmother kind of had the same thing.
- 14:24Hers was a combination of she took way too many Vicodin, she
- 14:27took way too many laxatives. Like like, OK, so to give you a
- 14:32quick back story about all of this, so she, she had a really
- 14:36bad pain addiction problem. And so she'd probably take like
- 14:388 or 9 Vicodin a day. Like, yeah, no problem.
- 14:42And because of that, her kidneys started to fail.
- 14:44So she's like, I haven't gone to the bathroom.
- 14:46I need to take laxatives. She took 36 laxatives.
- 14:50So she would be stuck in the bathroom like all day.
- 14:54And then she would go to sleep and then she'd wake up and she'd
- 14:57be like, Oh my God, I can't go to the bathroom.
- 14:59More laxatives. So she does this, and then she
- 15:07has a UTI on top of it. So she's got an altered mental
- 15:10status. So I come in one day and she's
- 15:13like bent over on the floor and she's just picking and she's
- 15:16picking and I'm like, I'm like, what are you doing?
- 15:19She goes, they're spiders where she goes, you don't see them.
- 15:24There's orange, white and purple.
- 15:27Like that's I know I'm color blind.
- 15:30I don't see a whole lot, but I'm not not seeing any of those.
- 15:33Like what are you talking about? So through all this, my mom, of
- 15:39course, was frustrated. She's like, my grandmother was
- 15:42insulting mom and doing all these crazy stuff with her mom
- 15:45being a bit of a smart aleck, which is where I get it from.
- 15:48She's like, you don't see these damn spiders.
- 15:50Mom goes, no, she slams her hand just down on the thing and then
- 15:54licks it in front of her. So grandma sees her lick all
- 15:57these dead spiders. The shock, the shock horror on
- 16:02her. My God like.
- 16:06Oh, it's like, yeah, Nope, no, no payments.
- 16:09For you, this isn't another episode.
- 16:11That we're going to have to leave.
- 16:13No, no, no, no. That one's fine.
- 16:14That one's perfectly fine. I will.
- 16:16I will say the other embarrassing stuff, but no, that
- 16:18one is like, OK. It feels like every time we have
- 16:22you on we have to delete it or something.
- 16:24No, no, that one, that one you could put out there.
- 16:26Mom would probably laugh. She's like, Oh no, I did.
- 16:28That absolutely. I won't share any further so we
- 16:31don't have to delete. Have to delete on our end, but
- 16:34we had a family member that is no longer with us.
- 16:37That also would take like 28 accidents.
- 16:44I just feel like that's so like if I have it happened, you know,
- 16:47quote UN quote. Naturally I'm like this sucks.
- 16:49I can't imagine, like I'm going to do this to myself
- 16:52intentionally. Thank you.
- 16:56So what an odd medication to have an addiction to.
- 16:59Right. But I guess there's quite a few,
- 17:02no? There's a lot I've heard a lot a
- 17:04lot of people with eating disorders do.
- 17:06Thankfully, when I'm whenever my eating disorder was in full
- 17:10effect, I I did not indulge. No, you just like talkies too
- 17:14much. I hate talking.
- 17:17The only thing I would eat was talkies.
- 17:21My son, when he had a really bad fever, he saw spiders.
- 17:26He was, he was probably like one or two and he got really sick,
- 17:33got a bad fever and saw spiders crawling everywhere.
- 17:37And so he was like spider, spider.
- 17:40It was so. Different about that poor kid.
- 17:43Poor kid. Oh, I see, Joe.
- 17:47So I will tell you I do have them.
- 17:50My cousin actually bought me a pair.
- 17:52They're like they're basically rose colored or as they.
- 17:55Say. And it it, it does help, but it
- 17:59also distorts any other colors I can see.
- 18:01So it's like I can finally tell the difference between some red
- 18:04and greens. But then like all the other
- 18:06colors I can normally see get like distorted and weird.
- 18:09But I can pass a color blind test if I wear those, those
- 18:12little like colored dots, I can pass it if I wear those.
- 18:14But most of those are like, yeah, take those off.
- 18:16You can't have. With color blindness.
- 18:19Believe it or not, it's no longer a disqualifier.
- 18:21Being colorblind and having flat feet, which I have both no
- 18:25longer disqualifiers. And it was funny because when
- 18:28they said, hey, we're going to retrain you into being a medic,
- 18:30that's like, Are you sure you want to do that?
- 18:32And they're like, yeah, it's like, but I'm color blind.
- 18:35Like, you're going to tell me to go get the lavender or the Gray
- 18:37test tube, but I'm going to look at you like, which one's
- 18:40lavender? Which one's Gray?
- 18:42I'm just going to grab you both and hope that I got the right
- 18:44one. You said you have a green and
- 18:48red color blindness. Yeah, wow.
- 18:52What a loser. I'm just kidding.
- 18:54I love green. That's my favorite color.
- 18:56Can you tell what color this? That's green.
- 18:59I know that's green. It was red.
- 19:02That's a crazy test. Well, if it gives you an idea,
- 19:06so the same dog I was talking about, the Aussie that we lost,
- 19:09we had a Ruby red football and mom had just freshly cut the
- 19:12grass. I'm playing with this football
- 19:14with him and I throw it and I can't find it and neither can
- 19:17he. And my mom is up on the porch
- 19:20dying laughing. She goes, it's right there.
- 19:22I was like, where is there she goes.
- 19:24You can't see that red football in the ground.
- 19:27No, quit bullying me over this. I can't see it, Nate.
- 19:33So, yeah, it it happens. It happens a lot.
- 19:37So can you tell that you're a redhead?
- 19:40Believe it or not, I, I didn't find out I was a quote UN quote
- 19:44ginger until I was like 2324. So I'm, I'm at the dental clinic
- 19:51getting my yearly check up by this, this tech and whatnot.
- 19:56And they're like, OK, we want to get your wisdom teeth out.
- 19:58Like, yeah, OK. They're like, well, do you ever
- 20:00have any problem with anesthesia?
- 20:03It's like, yeah, I said I come out, I come out really, really
- 20:05mad out of anesthesia and all of a sudden this nurse is like, oh,
- 20:09sweetie, that's 'cause you got red hair.
- 20:11I know. What did you just say to me?
- 20:13How do I have what? What did you just say to me?
- 20:17Well, yeah, you're, you're, you're a redhead, sweetheart.
- 20:19No, I hate. I say no, I hate.
- 20:27Sure not. I just got my wisdom teeth taken
- 20:30out like a month and a half ago. Oh my goodness it.
- 20:34Was awful. That was the worst thing I think
- 20:37I've ever been through in my life.
- 20:41And my doctor didn't put me out and he didn't want to give me
- 20:46laughing gas. And it turns out after looking
- 20:49at my bill, the insurance did not cover $1.00 of laughing gas.
- 20:56And he treated me like I was a drug addict because I wanted to
- 20:59be a little, take the edge off a little bit.
- 21:02But I'm a redhead and a pothead, so it didn't do anything,
- 21:06hardly. No.
- 21:08Yeah, I had that. So I had to do a a deep clean.
- 21:12And it was funny because the hygienist gives me like, the
- 21:14first round of shots, and she's like, OK, are you numb yet?
- 21:17No, Wait, You can still feel it. Yeah.
- 21:20OK. So she gives me another one.
- 21:21She's like, all right, I'll. I'll wait.
- 21:23OK. Can you still feel this?
- 21:24Yeah, you need another round if you don't want me to feel it.
- 21:28I do. Yeah sure enough I had to get
- 21:31like I had to get 4 rounds of shots of numbing agent to
- 21:36actually like numb my and then I accidentally bit my hygienist
- 21:39because I couldn't feel it when she told me to bite down and I
- 21:42bit her finger. So no, it's true though, she's
- 21:47this person says. I work in dental and redheads
- 21:49have odd reactions to anesthesia.
- 21:51They often need three times the amount too.
- 21:54Yeah, I woke up during open heart surgery when I was four
- 21:58years old. Oh shit, my my brother, I think
- 22:04my brother had something like that happen.
- 22:06He they were in the middle of it and he woke up like what are
- 22:09y'all doing? They're like oh shit go back to
- 22:10sleep buddy. Here you go, come back from 10.
- 22:14Yeah, And I don't know how that works.
- 22:16When your heart stopped and you wake up.
- 22:18I don't know how it works. All I remember is looking up and
- 22:24these two doctors, one on each side, and they're like, oh,
- 22:27sweetie, you're away. And I remember being scared and
- 22:34then falling asleep. And then I remember waking back
- 22:37up and they asked me, you know, you want Raisin Bran for
- 22:40breakfast. And I was like, no, that's
- 22:42gross. And then they said, well, you're
- 22:45an odd child. You wake up during surgery and
- 22:50you don't like Raisin Bran Who? Who at four years old is like,
- 22:54yeah, give me that Raisin Bran. Well, it was the 80s, so I mean
- 22:58that was all the rage back then. I.
- 23:00Wasn't alive back then. Tony, how old are you?
- 23:04I just turned 31, so yeah, I wasn't, I wasn't OK.
- 23:07Math is not my strong suit. What year is that?
- 23:1095. 95 S. Wow, yeah, I was in.
- 23:18See, I graduated in 98, so I would have been in 10th grade.
- 23:23OK. No 9th grade.
- 23:26I was about five years from being a glimmer in my daddy's
- 23:29ball sack. I, well, I, I was probably one
- 23:34of the last probably 2 sperm in my dad's, you know, full sacks.
- 23:37So I I know that feeling. Well, at least you can joke
- 23:46about your dad at such a young age.
- 23:49Oh, it's that's my favorite thing is the uncomfortable, like
- 23:52dead dad jokes all So I did it. I did it to people at work.
- 23:58So a few people I work with already knew and then these two
- 24:01guys that I had never gone on a trip with are talking and 1 is
- 24:04like, yeah, he goes, we have a buddy in our group that we we
- 24:07make dead mom jokes all the time.
- 24:08And he got really uncomfortable about it.
- 24:10So now he switched to dead dad jokes.
- 24:12And my Co worker just looks at me and she's like, and the whole
- 24:17time I'm just listing not a word.
- 24:19And she's like, are you, are you serious right now?
- 24:21You're not going to say a word? I was like, no, just we'll let
- 24:24him just keep going. Just just keep feeding into it.
- 24:27And by the end of all of this, I was like, wow.
- 24:30I was like, well, Cam, I said. I just hope you know the only
- 24:33person stiffer than me at this table right now is my dead dad
- 24:37in the Crown. Like literally like yesterday I
- 24:45was talking to two of my Co workers and I don't remember
- 24:49what I said but it oh OK, So what one of them wants to work
- 24:55for NASA and he knows how to build bombs.
- 24:59So I told him I was like, oh, I don't know what he really did.
- 25:04But my best friend told me that he used to put or that he was
- 25:08supposed to put bombs in planes but he never went to war.
- 25:10So I don't know what he really did.
- 25:12But I was like, but he's dead now so I can't ask him the
- 25:15question. And they're like, one of them
- 25:17was like, oh, you're one of those people.
- 25:20I was like, yes, I. Am.
- 25:21Yes, I am. Yes, I am one of those people.
- 25:24I was like, he's dead now. I can't ask him.
- 25:27I can't tell. I can't tell if he really put up
- 25:29moms on plans or not. So, so to go along with that, so
- 25:33if I don't make people uncomfortable with the dead dad
- 25:35jokes, I make people uncomfortable because my, one of
- 25:39the nurses I used to work with, he goes, yeah, he goes, I have a
- 25:41perfect plan for if I ever developed dementia.
- 25:45Like what? He goes, he goes, I'm going to
- 25:46put a bomb in a box and I'm going to bury it in my closet.
- 25:49It's like, it's like, OK, walk me through this.
- 25:52Chrissy goes, well, he goes, I'm going to know there's a bomb in
- 25:55that box. But if I ever get to that point,
- 25:58then I forget there's a bomb in there.
- 25:59It's time for me to go. Well, I guess you're not wrong.
- 26:05Hopefully he doesn't live in an apartment.
- 26:09No kidding. I was like, well.
- 26:12I mean, you can't can't argue with that logic I guess.
- 26:16You know, somebody put a bomb at my school.
- 26:18There was a bomb that went off at my school.
- 26:21Somebody made a homemade bomb and they put it in a urinal and
- 26:25it was not powerful. All it did, all it did was blow
- 26:30up the urinal in a little bit of the wall.
- 26:32But I can say that my school was officially bombed.
- 26:36I just, I'm just imagining this like bomb happening and the and
- 26:40as a dude having to see those urinals and the urinal cakes
- 26:43with like the pubic hair and everything else that gets like
- 26:46dumped. I just see that like exploding
- 26:48all the walls. Like and.
- 26:49The smell I want to see, I want to say, oh, a man's restroom
- 26:55that's so disgusting. But I think about my work
- 26:58restroom and. Please don't go into it.
- 27:01Please don't go into it. That was all I was going to say,
- 27:06but I can't understand the physical mechanics of how some
- 27:09of these messes even happen physically.
- 27:11I don't even know how it's physically possible.
- 27:15Yeah, we, we have one of those at work too.
- 27:17I like every time I go into the gym bathroom I'm like 1 of you
- 27:21either needs a religious intervention or you need medical
- 27:24assistance that I cannot help you with.
- 27:28It's like. It's like every day too.
- 27:31And then, you know, back in the day, it's been a minute.
- 27:34I think I found the culprit who doesn't work there anymore.
- 27:39There are always, there are always footprints on the toilet
- 27:44seat. Like Prince was like, I was like
- 27:49one day I came in because I worked at 5:00 AM and I was and
- 27:52nobody's there at 5:00 AM. And I was like, I was like,
- 27:55somebody's stashing something up in the ceiling tiles.
- 27:59So I stood on, I'll just shove the ceiling tiles and see if I
- 28:05could find drugs or something cool.
- 28:07Nothing. Not AI, don't know what the heck
- 28:10they were doing. See, See that?
- 28:12That's not where my mind went. My first thought, and I don't
- 28:16know if Amber, you ever had to deal with this when you went
- 28:19through boot camp, but one of the things they told us was we
- 28:22weren't allowed to do this thing called gargoyling.
- 28:24And I'm like, like, what the, what the hell is that?
- 28:29And apparent. Yeah.
- 28:31So apparently, and I don't know if the girls did it, but the
- 28:33guys did, they would either get on top of the lockers or they
- 28:37would get on top of the beds. They would squat and they would,
- 28:40like, grab the inside of their legs.
- 28:41They'd be like butt naked. And they would just like, sit
- 28:44there and stare. So my first thought when you
- 28:47talk about the footprints on the toilet is somebody's just like
- 28:51gargoyling it, just like. They would stare.
- 28:55There wasn't somebody on the other end with them.
- 28:57They were just. Staring it, it was just a pure
- 29:00shock and awe factor of like you would walk in and see this naked
- 29:03person just sitting there gargling like.
- 29:06Imagine how many people they influenced by just telling them
- 29:09that was the thing. Oh shit, that's just so many.
- 29:13So many. That's so funny because.
- 29:20My husband's told me about all kinds of manner of things that
- 29:24happened in the barracks during basic training.
- 29:28We never experienced nothing like he was telling me I was
- 29:32like what the heck, we weren't weird.
- 29:34We. Just oh, yeah, We, we had so
- 29:37many weird. We had a dude, I swear he was
- 29:40like possessed. They were doing Firewatch at
- 29:43like 4:00 in the morning and this kid is like dead asleep and
- 29:47he just sits up. He's like, call me and then
- 29:51just, and then I, I guess like not even a minute later you hear
- 29:57banging on the door because they want to be let in.
- 30:03What the fuck? Well at least at least that's
- 30:05all you was doing on Firewatch. I have this buddy, I haven't
- 30:09talked to him in forever so I don't know if I can really call
- 30:10him a buddy but he would still call me a buddy to this day.
- 30:13We just you know, life gets in the way.
- 30:15But anyway, he told me that when they would go on firewatch
- 30:18together, 2 guys, they put their backs together and they'd not
- 30:24pay attention to what the other person was doing on the other
- 30:26end. Oh my goodness.
- 30:30Yeah, that's the kind of stuff I heard about.
- 30:32What? I heard about.
- 30:33Well, we, I guess the other weird thing that we had that I
- 30:39still will never forget to this day, it's about 3:00 in the
- 30:43morning and I get up and I'm like, I got to pee.
- 30:45So I walk in and I look over and the way our latrines were set up
- 30:50was you walk in, there's the Rose sinks like an L shape,
- 30:53there's four urinals, there's all the stalls.
- 30:55But then you have this little, I guess like drying room before
- 30:59the shower and you look over in this little drying room and
- 31:02there's 8 dudes all naked all going to town on themselves and
- 31:09a big old circle jerk and all them.
- 31:11They're called horse races. Yeah, I was like, what the fuck
- 31:16are y'all doing? And they're like, we're just
- 31:18relieving stress, man. Do you want to join us?
- 31:20Oh fuck no. Go to bed.
- 31:23What are you? Doing here is what I took away
- 31:27from that story. You counted 8 dude.
- 31:30Oh yeah, because I was like 123. Why are there so many of you in
- 31:35here? Why are you all doing this
- 31:38together 1? Ha ha ha 2 count from Century
- 31:46St. Oh, I can.
- 31:48I can't do the count, but I can do a great Elmo.
- 31:51And if I could have like thought about it in the moment, I
- 31:53definitely would have been. Hammer doesn't like to run your
- 31:57touch yourself. That's it's really rare that
- 31:59you're doing this, Jesus says, watching there.
- 32:02Put it back. Put it back.
- 32:07But I didn't think about that at the time, unfortunately,
- 32:10otherwise I would have. But it seems you thought a lot
- 32:13about it since it happened. It's what it's, it's one of
- 32:17those memories. It's like it's such a.
- 32:20Shock. Factor.
- 32:20It's like, you can't, you can't ever forget that.
- 32:22Like I'm never going to remember those eight dudes jerking it in
- 32:25the bathroom. My husband said that that
- 32:27happened all the time and they called them horse races.
- 32:31Horse races, OK. Yeah, he was like, if you heard
- 32:35a horse races, I'm like, yeah, I know what a horse race is like.
- 32:39No, not that guy. Yeah.
- 32:41No, no and. Then he didn't elaborate
- 32:45anymore. Yeah, what?
- 32:48Participated in one. It's so freaking weird that the
- 32:52stuff that the guys do and the women just, we just fight.
- 32:58That's not what I heard from you.
- 33:01Not you personally. That's not what I.
- 33:04Heard from you. That was more in the in one unit
- 33:08that I was in, but not like in basic training and basic
- 33:11training it was more just fighting with the women than
- 33:15anything else. Now once I got over into PTRP
- 33:18because I got in the broke platoon.
- 33:21So then the women started, you know, going to town, but that
- 33:25wasn't until I got over there, so.
- 33:28OK, I know the I will say the only time.
- 33:31In a long time. The the only time I ever heard
- 33:34the girl, I don't know what they did, but our sister platoon
- 33:38screwed up so bad they made them pack all of their bags.
- 33:41They've got like the massive green duffel bags all in their
- 33:44back and we're on the third story of the old barracks and
- 33:47they're like, everybody get down, everybody go back up.
- 33:51They did this for like an hour. I was like, what did y'all do?
- 33:55You pissed them off royally. We did that because we didn't
- 33:59have our boots shined. What?
- 34:02And instead of doing like the backpack, what they would do is
- 34:05they'd be like, OK, go get your summer BD us on and 1 winter
- 34:10glove and one whatever, you know, take your pick.
- 34:16And so you'd have to go find whatever they wanted and then
- 34:20get down as fast as you could. You know, tragically, I am busy
- 34:27later this month when my cousin's graduating from Basic.
- 34:30But I sent him some pictures, he got in trouble and he oh, you
- 34:38know what, today's Saturday. So he intentionally ignored me.
- 34:41And they did, you know. Did you know that on Saturdays
- 34:44they get their their phones for one hour in basic training?
- 34:48That's horseshit. I got my phone a total of three
- 34:51times. I got it once in the beginning,
- 34:54once in the middle and then like at the very last day.
- 34:58When did you go into basic? June of 2014.
- 35:02I went in the 99 so. What branch were you in?
- 35:06Well, yeah, you barely had phones.
- 35:07You had the big antenna sticking up but.
- 35:10I was Air Force. Your Air Force?
- 35:12Oh, the chair for no. Understand it is 100% it is.
- 35:17My, I was, I, I don't know if I should say I dated somebody when
- 35:20he was in the Marines for buddies now.
- 35:22But anyway, he got his phone one time and it was at the very end
- 35:27and he called me and even my other buddy who was in the
- 35:30Marines who's dead now. Sorry, I'm just playing that for
- 35:37the call back anyway. But yeah, he called me on on one
- 35:40of like the last weeks He was there.
- 35:43I was like, am I, am I the first person you called?
- 35:45He's like, fuck no. You were like the last person I
- 35:48called. I had like 10 minutes left.
- 35:52Love you too, Timmy. Right.
- 35:56Yeah, though. But no, they barely got their
- 35:59phones. And now every single weekend I'm
- 36:01going to be making fun of Phoenix for the rest of his
- 36:02life. Oh, you barely went through
- 36:04basic. You could look at memes on the
- 36:06weekends, titties on the weekends.
- 36:09I wanted to send him one of the cards that I picked up in Las
- 36:13Vegas, but I was like, I don't want to get you in trouble.
- 36:16I sent him some memes be a picture because I didn't think
- 36:19he could have his phone and apparently he got in trouble for
- 36:22those. Oh, yeah.
- 36:23I asked him how much trouble. Oh yeah, it we used to have, we
- 36:28used to have people like their moms or whoever would send them
- 36:31like cookies and snacks and stuff like that, which is a huge
- 36:34sound. Oh my God, will you get roasted?
- 36:36I got I got a death glare for like 5 minutes because my old
- 36:40boss was a Marine and he sit back.
- 36:42He's like, hope you're enjoying Air Force vacation, Semper Fi
- 36:47Jeff, you're going to get me freaking murdered.
- 36:50Yeah, the drill Sergeant used to open up the packages of cookies
- 36:53and start eating them. My.
- 36:55Mean buddies. I used to seal every single
- 36:59letter with a kiss. I didn't care if I was dating
- 37:01them or not. I would take lipstick, different
- 37:03color every time too and just kiss it.
- 37:05I didn't do that to my cousin. Oh that was weird.
- 37:08But I sent him some memes, one of which I won't say to my
- 37:12uncle, but it was my uncle that he's not related to.
- 37:17It was him with two balloons underneath his shirt.
- 37:22So, so it's like I couldn't send you this thing that I got from
- 37:25Vegas, but I can send you my uncle.
- 37:29Right. The whole time you could have
- 37:33looked on Saturdays anyway, so it doesn't matter.
- 37:36Right, I got to go to one thing real quick.
- 37:38I will be right back in a couple minutes.
- 37:40Yeah, no, you're. Good.
- 37:41No worries, You're good. OK, so loser JoJo fosho show.
- 37:49My dad is a Marine grandfather Army.
- 37:52Yeah, my dad was Army. My stepdad was Army.
- 37:56My grandfather on my dad's side was Army, my 2 of my uncles were
- 38:05Marines. And then I got a bunch of
- 38:07cousins that were in the Army. And then Nathan was in the Air
- 38:14Force. He he became a drill Sergeant in
- 38:16the Air Force. Air Force?
- 38:17No, I'm just playing. My parents met in the Army and
- 38:21my boyfriend was in the Army. My 2 best friends were marines
- 38:27and I have one of them tattoo but I'm not going to show you
- 38:29the tattoo anyway. But yeah, it's always armies,
- 38:33army or marines for me so. Yeah, the armies pretty much
- 38:38been standard in my whole life growing up in Fort Sill.
- 38:42Oh yeah, and then we're. And my cousin I was talking
- 38:46about, he's at Fort Sill right now.
- 38:47So I feel like even though you're not biologically related
- 38:51and I'm not even biologically related, I feel like it's just,
- 38:53you know, it's all come to fruition and you get to go see
- 38:56him. I have a job.
- 38:57So son-in-law was in the Air Force.
- 39:01Can't imagine we drafted young people still scare you.
- 39:03Yeah, I would say that I pray that a draft isn't on the
- 39:08horizon. So, but I pray.
- 39:12Yeah, that would be an interesting draft I keep.
- 39:17Talking about whether or not they should force women to sign
- 39:19up for the draft or not. Yeah, that.
- 39:25I mean, women want to be treated as equals, right?
- 39:31Yeah. So.
- 39:33I want to be equal in certain ways and I want to sign up for
- 39:36the draft. That's all I have to say.
- 39:41So you want to be equal until it comes to giving your life?
- 39:44I want to be able to have a lot of the same rights that men
- 39:51have. A lot of the same rights.
- 39:54Men cannot be forcibly impregnated and then forced to
- 39:57give birth so. Yeah, I get that.
- 40:01But could you imagine we're just talking about?
- 40:03R/M preg. That's men with men that are
- 40:08pregnant and it's it's a joke. Never mind.
- 40:10OK, yeah, you went over my head. Sure, Tony will get it, gets it,
- 40:17gets it. It sucks that when Tony leaves I
- 40:19have to pee so bad. Go ahead.
- 40:23OK, you got you got this. Yeah, 'cause I'm going to have
- 40:25to go to the restroom as soon. OK, well I have to also grab
- 40:29something real quick, so I'm going to grab something and I'm
- 40:31going to pee and you get to grab ODE Misdemeanor.
- 40:37So did I miss the story and I need to replay group?
- 40:39Yeah, you need to replay. That no, actually you didn't
- 40:42miss so much. Retell the story while I pissed.
- 40:46I don't know what story we're retelling, but no misdemeanor.
- 40:51Our guest Stephanie is held up at a family function so we're
- 41:00waiting around to see if she comes and is able to do the
- 41:05show. If she's not then we will catch
- 41:08her next week hopefully. And Tony went to go do
- 41:11something. So basically we've just been
- 41:14sitting here BS ING and just chatting and having a good time.
- 41:18So you haven't missed anything? Well, JoJo for show, show I was
- 41:25only in a year, I fell and broke my back in basic training and I
- 41:31was in almost my 7th week of basic training.
- 41:35And so that's why I choose not to talk about military things
- 41:40for the most part on here. That's why I choose to do other
- 41:45things than veterans topics and stuff like that.
- 41:49So I'm the one anomaly at MBR and that's the reason because I
- 41:56just don't feel comfortable talking about stuff like that
- 41:59since I only served a year and I didn't finish basic training.
- 42:03I did give my all though and I tried my hardest but
- 42:08unfortunately that wasn't in the plan.
- 42:10So yes, I did break my back in three places.
- 42:15I fell 15 feet from a cargo Nets, broke my back in three
- 42:19places and messed up my neck really bad.
- 42:22And so I have like herniating discs that herniate in towards
- 42:27the spine. So that's what gives me the
- 42:29migraines and stuff like that. And that's why I was in bed for
- 42:326 1/2 years with migraines. And that's why I've got funky
- 42:36little indents here because I get Botox to keep it from coming
- 42:42back. So I get 33 shots of Botox every
- 42:4618 weeks in my head. Well, my forehead, my head, my
- 42:53neck, my shoulders and my back. So, yeah, that's the life of a
- 42:59broke soldier. You're welcome.
- 43:04So. Oh, you're so brave to even be
- 43:07climbing. My legs shake so much of two
- 43:09feet off the ground. Yeah.
- 43:10No, that's that's exactly how I feel now.
- 43:13I mean, I have severe PTSDI. Mean, not to the point, you
- 43:18know, the men and women who have been in combat, of course, but I
- 43:22have PTSD to the point where I have a hard time driving and I
- 43:30can't go to stadium seating events.
- 43:32So like concerts and football games and stuff like that, I try
- 43:35to avoid unless I can get as low as I possibly can.
- 43:40So yeah, it's been interesting. And yes, I am a pincushion.
- 43:47I'm always going to the doctor, getting all kinds of different
- 43:49things done. So I just had ACT scan with
- 43:53contrast yesterday. Yeah, yesterday.
- 43:59Contrast. With.
- 44:00Contrast. Oh yeah, yeah, that stuff you
- 44:02had to drink. Yeah, I had to drink two things
- 44:04of barium and then they did the contrast in my arm, which makes
- 44:08you feel like you got to pee or that you already peed your
- 44:10pants. Oh, that's like, Oh yeah, yeah,
- 44:13the scan when you go through the donut.
- 44:16I remember they were telling me you have to pee if you have a
- 44:19donut. I always have to pee so well.
- 44:21Thank you for his service misdemeanor.
- 44:23Yes, absolutely. Yeah, I didn't have anxieties
- 44:29until, you know, the migraines kicked in.
- 44:34I mean, I had a fear of heights and stuff like that.
- 44:38Driving, and I'm kind of the cause for that.
- 44:41You're the. You're the catalyst for making
- 44:45it worse. Let's just say that because I I
- 44:47was having trouble driving even when you before you were born.
- 44:51Do you have to pee and all tell the class yes?
- 44:53OK, cool. Sorry.
- 44:59Got to get warmed up for it. Got to get warmed up.
- 45:01I just spit when I said that. Anyway, I'm just being dumb
- 45:04anyway, so yeah. So the year is 2021 probably and
- 45:12we're coming back from my grandparents house and they live
- 45:15off like a highway but like a real small highway.
- 45:17Not like a crazy highway or anything like that just rural
- 45:19highway. So anyway it's barely raining
- 45:23and I'm driving then I hit like an oil slick or something and
- 45:28then I spin out like 3 different times over the median and into
- 45:33the opposite side of the highway.
- 45:35But we are going the right direction and we are only like
- 45:39we are less than 5 miles away from my grandparents house.
- 45:41We're like OK I'm going back to my grandparents house.
- 45:47So I drove back and my mom was like, my, my little brother and
- 45:52I were in the front seats. So she like in the back seat,
- 45:56she's like, Oh my God, I'm watching my two children die.
- 46:00So ever since then, she's been a little a little fidgety behind
- 46:04the wheel. Mom hates my driving and only
- 46:08because, and I'll admit it was probably one of those, like I
- 46:13probably got a little cocky. I was about 616 or 17 and we
- 46:17were turning to go into either Qdoba or the eyeglass Dr., one
- 46:22of the two and. I've never been there.
- 46:26Qdoba and my eyeglass Dr. in the same Plaza, by the way.
- 46:30Sorry. Oh, they are.
- 46:31I can give you the exact address.
- 46:32I know exactly where it's at. No, I'm just playing.
- 46:35You're good. So I decided to make a left
- 46:39turn. Well, there's a car that's like
- 46:40speeding through and it's like, no, I can make it.
- 46:43I got it. I can go zoom, zoom.
- 46:45I got it. And I make it like we it wasn't
- 46:48a close call, but mom's like, Oh my God, they don't do it again.
- 46:52I'm like, I'm like, OK, yeah, that's fair.
- 46:55But then my story, I had similar to that.
- 46:57Luckily mom was not there, but she ended up being vicariously
- 47:01there. My now ex-wife and I, we would
- 47:05meet in Pittsburgh because that was the perfect halfway point
- 47:08between Indianapolis and DC where I was stationed at.
- 47:11So we would meet in Pittsburgh just about every weekend or so.
- 47:14Well, this one particular weekend I was driving back, it
- 47:16was raining really bad and I had really, really poor tires on my
- 47:20car. And I'm going about 70 and then
- 47:23all of a sudden I just start like moving and weaving with no
- 47:28control. I spin out and I crash into a
- 47:32guardrail going about 70 miles an hour or so, hard enough I
- 47:37bent the steel girders and broke them from the concrete.
- 47:41Oh girl. And so hey, you know how many
- 47:45times that I would travel for work, they'd be like good
- 47:47morning ladies, And here I am standing, you know, 6 foot 3 and
- 47:50bearded like good morning ladies.
- 47:52Yes, I appreciate that. I feel very beautiful today, but
- 47:57I crash and my front end is destroyed while I'm facing the
- 48:01opposite way of as traffic is coming in and they're beeping
- 48:03their horns at me to get out of the way.
- 48:05I'm like, my friend is destroyed.
- 48:07I I don't know what you want me to do.
- 48:09So of course I'm sitting here this is happening and I call my
- 48:14mom and I'm like, hey, I got in a pretty bad car crash.
- 48:17I'm OK, but the car is definitely screwed up.
- 48:21It's like, should I call 911 or should I call like the
- 48:23non-emergency? She's like no you dumb ass call
- 48:26you were in a car accident. It's an emergency.
- 48:31I'm not dead. Yeah, it's.
- 48:32Like I'm not dying, I'm not bleeding.
- 48:33Like I'm fine. My car is just screwed up.
- 48:36Like I don't need EMS out here. And of course, right as the
- 48:39minute I'm saying that, there's a car coming like straight at me
- 48:43and they're not moving and I'm like, oh shit, Oh shit.
- 48:45Oh shit. Mom's like that's not what you
- 48:46said to your mom. You just told her you're in a
- 48:48car crash. Oh shit.
- 48:50Oh shit. So yeah.
- 48:55Did the car hit you? No.
- 48:57No, no, luckily they went around and then I, I was really
- 49:01fortunate. There's a semi truck driver.
- 49:05I don't think he was able to witness it, but he was able to
- 49:07see me about a mile down the road as he was coming up and
- 49:09noticed. And luckily he parked the semi
- 49:12in a way that people were forced to go around him or they were
- 49:17going to hit his truck. And I was like, oh, you're a
- 49:19lightsaber. You are a lifesaver.
- 49:20I appreciate that because I was like, I don't know what the hell
- 49:23to do in this situation. Yeah, like a week ago, I was
- 49:27heading towards Saint Louis area and I saw like at least two or
- 49:31three cars that were like on the side of the road in the median
- 49:35right next to it, because it's a little different than Florida.
- 49:37There's like a there's something in between the two medians or
- 49:41the median that splits the two sides.
- 49:44Oh my goodness, these poor people.
- 49:46I was like, damn, it sucks to be you.
- 49:48I've been there. No, and I so the PTSD comes out
- 49:55with me driving and I have all of these, you know, visions, I
- 50:01guess they're called intrusive thoughts, you know, of crashing
- 50:06into a school and, you know, killing all the kids in the
- 50:09school, you know, or crashing off of a Cliff, you know, and
- 50:13it's just like, Oh my gosh. So I'm trying to work on it.
- 50:19So this week, twice this week, I have driven to and from my
- 50:25doctor's appointment, which is 45 minutes away by myself.
- 50:29You did a great job. I'm so very proud of you because
- 50:32that could be a little stressful as somebody who has driven that
- 50:36many a time, not as many a time now.
- 50:39Well, and it's not Florida or Oklahoma where everything's a
- 50:42straight shot, so you've got all the hills and everything.
- 50:47I mean, I was just thinking today when I went to go get my
- 50:50drink that, you know, there's one hill that we not that kind
- 50:55of drink anyways, my. No judgement.
- 50:58No judgement. My judgment listening.
- 50:59We don't judge. I still got some bulba in there
- 51:03but. The last time I actually every
- 51:05time I've had Dutch Bros it was ass on a stick.
- 51:08So here's my Sprite. So you can go down this one hill
- 51:14because we live, I didn't realize it, but we live
- 51:16basically at the top of the hill and going down to get desperate,
- 51:22Yeah. We live at the bottom of a hill.
- 51:24No, we live at the top of the hill.
- 51:26Well, there, here's our house and then you have to go up, up,
- 51:29up, up the hill. And when it's and when it's
- 51:31snowing, I slide down. OK, so technically our house is
- 51:36at the bottom of the hill, but our house is also situated on a
- 51:42hill in our town. So you're on the slope of the
- 51:46hill is what I hear. You're on the slope.
- 51:48OK. So you're on the upper part of
- 51:50the slope and. So when you go to get Dutch Bros
- 51:53or Seven Brew, you go down this hill and literally you have to
- 51:57ride the break the whole time because you will literally go 60
- 52:00miles from an hour just coasting down the hill.
- 52:05So that's. I do remember, though, moving to
- 52:09Missouri and having to get used to when you're going down a
- 52:12hill, you have to hit the brakes and don't just like, have to
- 52:15speed up the whole time. Yeah, that was fun to learn
- 52:19learning curve. Florida is very flat, flat like
- 52:22I was when I was in Florida. OK, you, you gotta, you know, go
- 52:26for many places. Thank you, JoJo.
- 52:29She did a great Dang job. I'm proud of you because that
- 52:32little drive is annoying even to me.
- 52:35It is, and Brandy Kay had a Lincoln Town Car in the Kentucky
- 52:39hills. I can imagine that would been,
- 52:41especially if it was like a 70s or 80s Lincoln Town Car.
- 52:45It'd be like a boat. It'd say a big massive boat.
- 52:49Yeah. No, thank you.
- 52:50My mom and stepdad had matching Lincoln town cars from the 70s
- 52:58and they were white and they had red interior and I was so
- 53:02embarrassed. Sounds romantic.
- 53:07That kind of sounds like the embodiment of the 70s right
- 53:09there. Like really nice clean exterior,
- 53:12big funky red interior like. My God, if you want to talk
- 53:19about funky red interior and bad driving, OK, I had this buddy,
- 53:23same buddy I was talking about earlier.
- 53:25What did I say? I said some kind of oh, yeah, it
- 53:28was the guys back-to-back in the military.
- 53:33I should reach out to this buddy.
- 53:35I'm going to say Abdul. Abdul, I love you.
- 53:37I miss you. OK.
- 53:39Anyway, So Abdul the first car he ever bought when we were in
- 53:43high school, it was like I don't even remember what it was, but
- 53:48it was a red interior and it was like horrible.
- 53:52But I mean it was like nice I guess it was horrible.
- 53:54Anyway, so we got in the car. I remember one time he was going
- 53:59to take, he had a crush on my friend and it was me and my
- 54:03friend that were hanging out with him and he was going to
- 54:06hang out with this guy that I had a crush on.
- 54:09And so he's like, OK, we're going to go and we're going to
- 54:11watch the sunset. It's like, OK, bet, let's go.
- 54:15I get this just from hanging out with you guys, but whatever,
- 54:17let's go. What's up?
- 54:19So anyway, we start going down their side street and as we're
- 54:23going to the side street, he sees his friend.
- 54:25He's like, Oh my God, that's my friend.
- 54:26Sweet gets into the other lane and he starts going like 70
- 54:29miles an hour in like a 25 mile an hour zone and he starts
- 54:35going. He goes around him and he's only
- 54:36been driving for like less than a month.
- 54:39No thank. You he drives around them and me
- 54:42and my friend were freaking the heck out but like what are you
- 54:46doing dude? So anyway, scared us so bad.
- 54:50What are you doing, girl? I'm creating she's.
- 54:53Getting a picture of Tony. Oh, look at him and his untamed
- 54:56beard. I'm.
- 54:57Creating a new thumbnail since Stephanie didn't ride.
- 55:02She's busy. OK, anyway, she's creating a new
- 55:05thumbnail. But I should do that.
- 55:06I should does that. We freaked out and we started
- 55:10crying because he scared us so bad.
- 55:12And he's like, well, since you guys are so scared, I'm just
- 55:14going to drop you off at home. And I never got to hang out with
- 55:16the guy that I had a crush on. I so I've I've ridden with a lot
- 55:23of bad drivers. There's only been one.
- 55:25I was like, yeah, never never again.
- 55:27I'll never ride with you every. And so we only work together a
- 55:31short time and we had to go up to Purdue University, which is
- 55:36about about a little over an hour from here where, where we
- 55:40live and where we work at. And not only does he get So for
- 55:45for context, Chris is about 5-2 on a good day like he's and I'm
- 55:52for other context, I am 6 foot 3.
- 55:55So he decides he ended up getting for a rental car exactly
- 56:02he got I think it wasn't I think it might have been a Nissan
- 56:06Rogue. It was a fairly smaller SUV.
- 56:10Chris is in the front seat, I'm in the back right seat.
- 56:14There's a guy that is probably about 6 foot, maybe 6 foot one,
- 56:17and about 240 lbs in the front seat ahead of me because I was
- 56:21like, you can drive shotgun. No thank you.
- 56:24Then there's another guy, he's also probably about 6 foot, 6
- 56:27foot one. He's about 2:15 on the other
- 56:29side. And then we have Maddie in the
- 56:31poor middle. Maddie is probably about 5-8.
- 56:35And I, I don't even want to guess Maddie's weight, but she
- 56:38wasn't really a big girl. But we're all three squished in
- 56:41this back seat, Robbie's up front and then little itty bitty
- 56:44Chris driving away in the front seat.
- 56:47We're on this like coming up to a full dead on bumper to bumper
- 56:51stop. And this little this little dude
- 56:54is just zoom in at 70 still and he's waiting to like the last
- 56:57second to finally put his brakes on.
- 56:59And just like we're going to die.
- 57:01I'm going to die in a small car. Thanks.
- 57:03This dude, I'm going to die in a small fucking car because this
- 57:05guy so the drive there and then he has to drive back and the
- 57:12guy's sitting in front of you. Robbie's like, do you want to do
- 57:14you want to ride shotgun? Nope.
- 57:16It's all you big man. You wanted it there.
- 57:17You you could take it on the way back too.
- 57:19No, thank you. So we drive back.
- 57:22We all jump out of the car and one of the guys was giving crap
- 57:26like, man, Chris, I heard you rented like a really small car.
- 57:28He goes, well, I wanted smaller. You know, I'm in the driver's
- 57:30seat. It doesn't affect me.
- 57:32And I was like, OK. I was like, if I ever go on a
- 57:34trip with you, I'm driving and I'm asking for a booster seat
- 57:38and I'm going to make you fucking sit in it on the entire
- 57:40drive every time because it doesn't affect me.
- 57:45And. That's something scary when when
- 57:50somebody's driving and you don't trust them or something is just
- 57:53off, you know? And every time you get in a car
- 57:57with somebody, that's a choice that you make, you know?
- 58:01I thank God everyday that I don't have friends.
- 58:03So at least not friends local to me.
- 58:11So like at least not friends that I'm driving with.
- 58:13So I have like one person I drive with sometimes and he's a
- 58:17good driver. He's been driving for like
- 58:19longer than been a lot longer than I've been alive.
- 58:21So it's all good. Yeah, most people, they would
- 58:26typically have me drive, but it was funny.
- 58:27They're like, you don't show any road rage whenever you drive,
- 58:30but we can always know you're mad because we'll hear the like
- 58:32we'll hear the engine speed up as you speed around People like,
- 58:35yeah, I try to, I try to keep that for just me.
- 58:38I'll let all the road rage and craziness out when it's just me
- 58:40in the car. I'm not doing it with you guys.
- 58:42I. Thought that gingers got angry?
- 58:44Oh, we do. Living and driving in DC for
- 58:49four years. Oh, yeah, I've, I have come up
- 58:52with some very creative insults. I have.
- 58:56I've had people back up and get ready to get out of the car and
- 58:59fight me and oh. That's tough.
- 59:03I have been to DC 2 times, both were for four hour layovers,
- 59:08which are a long time for a layover but not long enough to
- 59:11go explore DC and I can only imagine.
- 59:15But that's a nice airport. They have a It's like a
- 59:18Mediterranean Chipotle. Oh Cava.
- 59:22Yes, and I love Mediterranean food.
- 59:25I love it. I dated a Greek guy for like 3
- 59:281/2 years. I love Mediterranean food.
- 59:32Not Mediterranean men though. Hey now when I get to judge one
- 59:37person on the entire. OK, Brandy said that her dream
- 59:41job was driving an 18 Wheeler. I cannot imagine.
- 59:46But are you a serial killer? But she finished out at a
- 59:49wrecker service in Austin, so. Wow, come on Ted girl, Ted Bundy
- 59:55drove a Volkswagen Beetle. So I mean, we, we have total
- 59:58opposite ends of the spectrum here.
- 59:59Anybody could could do it in any size car.
- 1:00:02She has seen the Ted Bundy Volkswagen.
- 1:00:05I have. With her own eyes, I.
- 1:00:08Have and then. And have you sent?
- 1:00:12Do you need me to mail those? We'll talk about it later, okay
- 1:00:16anyways, so ironically the you're in like rare form today.
- 1:00:23I don't know what's going on with you anyway, I.
- 1:00:25Don't know, Tony makes me feel like a little silly girl.
- 1:00:30Where's Joy? I'm so I'm taking over Joy's
- 1:00:33thought. Hey, Tony, how's it going?
- 1:00:36Too many gingers all together, that's what.
- 1:00:38Three and one. Well, and if Stephanie would
- 1:00:41have been here, it would have all been a whole panel full of
- 1:00:43gingers. There be four of us.
- 1:00:46Hey, Tony. Well, hey.
- 1:00:49Girl, hey. Tony has been called a cereal.
- 1:00:53I think he looks like a serial killer.
- 1:00:56Oh no I get I get called. I've been told I look like
- 1:00:59Jeffrey Dahmer. Especially if I'm clean shaven
- 1:01:01and wear my glasses. I have the Jeff Dahmer look it
- 1:01:04also. Doesn't know that.
- 1:01:06It it also doesn't help that I do a fairly good Jeff Dahmer
- 1:01:09accent, I think like as far as just the Midwestern Wisconsin
- 1:01:12accent. Yeah, I'll send you guys the
- 1:01:15picture and you you tell me if I I.
- 1:01:17Would like to have to I have to determine.
- 1:01:21But no, everybody at work, because I'm so OCD and
- 1:01:23meticulous, they're like, what the what the hell is this?
- 1:01:27Plus I'm a very quiet introvert, naturally.
- 1:01:29So they're like, here's this really tall dude moves super
- 1:01:32quiet. Nobody knows what you do or why
- 1:01:35you just appear and then all of a sudden you're like super
- 1:01:38meticulous. They're like, you have to be a
- 1:01:39serial killer. That's like, well, I can.
- 1:01:41I can neither affirm nor deny that.
- 1:01:44But to go. Underage men, no.
- 1:01:48No, no, that. No, I wouldn't do that.
- 1:01:52Laura. No, look, just because you
- 1:01:56invite him over for a couple brewskies and, you know, take
- 1:01:59some pictures and whatnot and all of a sudden it's the gay
- 1:02:01stuff. Like no, I don't do that.
- 1:02:05But but no, funny enough, I got I got some weird looks because
- 1:02:11the same friend group that always jokes I'm a serial
- 1:02:14killer. I had found it's an event.
- 1:02:16It's a group of travelling actors and they do what's called
- 1:02:20a serial killer Speakeasy. Oh.
- 1:02:23No, you're just having this fucking.
- 1:02:26Conversation. Would you quit using the F word?
- 1:02:28It's. You bother me.
- 1:02:30Use the C word. It's my favorite word.
- 1:02:33That's my favorite word. That's my, that's my word I want
- 1:02:36to use when I really want to get like the message just driven
- 1:02:38across to somebody because I feel like the B word is too
- 1:02:41overused. It can be too friendly.
- 1:02:43It could be too not like, no, you use the C word.
- 1:02:45It's like, no, I need that extra bit of emphasis of like,
- 1:02:49absolutely not. I love that word.
- 1:02:52But but no, this, this serial killer Speakeasy.
- 1:02:56I even told my my therapist about this is like she's like,
- 1:02:58so do you have any fun plans? Like, yeah, I'm going to serial
- 1:03:00killer Speakeasy. You're doing a what?
- 1:03:05Like it's not for the serial killer.
- 1:03:06Surprise possible not ability. It's not for the serial killers.
- 1:03:12OK. But but it was but it was really
- 1:03:16good. I would, I would.
- 1:03:17Definitely do it or you performed in it.
- 1:03:19No, no, no, we, we went to it. I would have performed too.
- 1:03:22I feel like I could have done a really good Jeff Dahmer.
- 1:03:24But the guy that did it was also very solid.
- 1:03:26Like I won't, I won't take anything away from him.
- 1:03:29She in her hometown that she's also coincidentally going to for
- 1:03:35her nephew in law. My nephews.
- 1:03:38Her nephews. Her nephews your nephew's
- 1:03:43graduation for from basic training that we were just
- 1:03:46talking about like 20 minutes ago anyway, so my bad, my bad.
- 1:03:53Anyway, I'm just being a goofball.
- 1:03:54Leave me alone. OK so anyway, but he is
- 1:03:57graduating from her hometown so because she lived in a military
- 1:04:00town. But anyway, they're having a
- 1:04:04serial killer Speakeasy and our friend just sent us like a
- 1:04:08debriefing about it or whatever. And I was like, oh, I think it'd
- 1:04:13be an interesting thing to go to.
- 1:04:15I'm not saying you're a bad person if you go to something
- 1:04:17like that. I do kind of question the people
- 1:04:22that put that on though 'cause I mean, do you remember like a
- 1:04:25couple years ago they did the Jeffrey Dahmer monster thing and
- 1:04:30the a bunch of family members kind of had a problem with it.
- 1:04:34Yeah, then the the Ed Gein 1 they did recently.
- 1:04:38So yes, Brandy it is the Brandy, it is the mixology one, I will
- 1:04:41say. So they do really good because
- 1:04:44the first thing they say when they introduce the program, they
- 1:04:46say, you know, all of the actors are also going to be your
- 1:04:48bartenders that there's four drinks that are there's four
- 1:04:51drinks that tie in with the story of the killer.
- 1:04:54So like Ed Gein was the first one.
- 1:04:57It was like apple Brandy. It was a dehydrated apple to
- 1:05:00represent, you know, the the leather skin is like apple cider
- 1:05:05And I think Sprite. It was it was delicious.
- 1:05:08Like it was awesome. But they had one for Gean, they
- 1:05:11had one for Dahmer, they had one for Bundy and they had one for
- 1:05:15Gacy. And they they actually preface
- 1:05:19it by saying we're in no way, shape or form wanting to idolize
- 1:05:23who these people were and what they did.
- 1:05:25But they treat it similarly to kind of like a theater
- 1:05:28performance in a podcast of they talk about what the people did.
- 1:05:32They talk about all through the stories, the dates, how many
- 1:05:35people they killed, how they did it, all this different stuff.
- 1:05:38So it is educational. They're not like glorifying them
- 1:05:41and they try not to. But it was cool because they had
- 1:05:45two people. They had a Ed Gein actor who he
- 1:05:49did a combination of like the edgy Netflix series as far as
- 1:05:52how he did the voice. He also did like the quote UN
- 1:05:55quote inner monologue with his mother.
- 1:05:56That was, you know, talking to him through all of this.
- 1:05:59And then they had a Jeff Dahmer actor, but then the other two,
- 1:06:03one guy claimed he was the cop that arrested Gacy as he was
- 1:06:07telling his story. And then the the last one was
- 1:06:10she was pretending to be the bartender that would serve Ted
- 1:06:13Bundy and listen to all of his stories about the stuff that he
- 1:06:16did to like all of these women and what not.
- 1:06:19So it it was really cool and really interesting.
- 1:06:22And they they do travel like all across the country.
- 1:06:26This one just happened to be in Indianapolis towards I think it
- 1:06:29was the end of May and I think they're coming back like this
- 1:06:35month, I think a little bit farther north of here, but they
- 1:06:37travel like all over. And I I thought it was really
- 1:06:40cool. It's really good.
- 1:06:41It was it was interesting. So I I liked it personally, but
- 1:06:46again, I'm also supposedly a serial killer.
- 1:06:48Well, my parents. We did.
- 1:06:51I have to pee again, but I'm when you tell the story.
- 1:06:54When we were at Crime Con, the one of the victims of the Idaho
- 1:07:014. Killing.
- 1:07:02Different than what I thought you were going to tell, but yes.
- 1:07:06Yeah, the Goncalves family. Yeah, Kaylee Goncalves is.
- 1:07:11Goncalves maybe? However you say her name, her
- 1:07:16parents were on a panel and they were talking about basically
- 1:07:21this glorifying serial killers, speakeasies, different things
- 1:07:25like that. And we had just gone to the
- 1:07:30haunted museum there in Las Vegas, the Zach Bagans or Bagans
- 1:07:34or whatever. However you say his name.
- 1:07:37And so I looked at it through different eyes as they were
- 1:07:43talking about it. And one thing I'll say, you
- 1:07:46know, as far as Zach Bagans Museum goes, it was very
- 1:07:52theatrical, but I'm glad that somebody has a collection of
- 1:07:57these things preserved. And that's where I have like,
- 1:08:05you know, like the devil, the. Like devil's advocate side of
- 1:08:09it. Yeah, cuz it's like as a history
- 1:08:11nerd and somebody who knows that once you destroy something
- 1:08:15that's gone and it can't be used to educate people and things
- 1:08:20like that, but then you've also got collectors of things who
- 1:08:24collect things because it's weird and creepy and gross.
- 1:08:28Yeah, yeah. And that that's kind of my thing
- 1:08:32is like it. And you could really, you could
- 1:08:36make this argument for, for anything that's considered, you
- 1:08:39know, bad or like an atrocity, you know, you could say it for
- 1:08:42like, and it, it might even be considered, you know, an apples
- 1:08:45to oranges contrast. But like, you look at Auschwitz
- 1:08:48and all of the buildings there, like, you know, some people
- 1:08:50might even make the argument, you know, you need to, you need
- 1:08:52to tear those down because of the awful history and whatnot
- 1:08:55that's behind them. You know, you could, and I know
- 1:08:57it's kind of a hot button topic, so I don't want to elaborate
- 1:09:00into it too much. But like the Confederate statues
- 1:09:02that are up and around that, it's kind of like they're
- 1:09:05glorifying the, the individuals that that put those up and who
- 1:09:09they, you know, pay quote, UN quote, homage to it.
- 1:09:12It's one of those I get not wanting to highlight or openly
- 1:09:17show the dark history of things. But like you said, being a a
- 1:09:21history nerd, it, it is something that if you don't have
- 1:09:25it, it's easy than to get overlooked.
- 1:09:28And it's easy than for people to get because it's an out of
- 1:09:31sight, out of mind thing. And as, as much as I do get it
- 1:09:35can it can make people uncomfortable, it can make
- 1:09:38people upset, especially if you have anybody that was directly
- 1:09:42affected by any of that, absolutely it it would make you
- 1:09:45upset. But again, it's a, it's a
- 1:09:48reminder to what humans are capable of in a negative aspect
- 1:09:54that shouldn't necessarily be, again, not quote UN quote,
- 1:09:58forgotten, but you know, pushed aside because again, if it's out
- 1:10:01of sight, it's out of mind. And then you don't have to worry
- 1:10:03about it as much. It sure is.
- 1:10:04And then people don't know anything about it in the next
- 1:10:07generations. You know, I mean, this is a
- 1:10:10very, I don't know if this actually qualifies as an example
- 1:10:15or not, but just the fact that like nowadays, so my nieces and
- 1:10:20nephews, they don't know how to read or write in cursive like at
- 1:10:26all. So my nephew, he's in basic
- 1:10:31training and my my mother in law's like now make sure you
- 1:10:34don't write them in cursive. Got to print it.
- 1:10:40It's like, Oh my gosh, you know, I mean, that's sad, you know?
- 1:10:45I learned in first grade. Actually, you learned in
- 1:10:49kindergarten. 1st grade missus Rice.
- 1:10:51Well, you started learning in kindergarten.
- 1:10:53Oh. 1st grade we we found out that we'd be learning in first
- 1:10:57grade and her and I was really excited for first grade as
- 1:11:00Missus Rice was going to teach us.
- 1:11:03Also, I don't know if you guys brought this up, but I heard you
- 1:11:06talking a little bit a little bit about crime.
- 1:11:08Con can call this family. But so I was actually thinking
- 1:11:14about you when we went in this room because one of the last
- 1:11:18times we like had like a full conversation.
- 1:11:19It was when we were talking about Ed Gain and did you said
- 1:11:25something about Zach Bagans? Did you say because of what we
- 1:11:28saw? OK, so when we were in the Zach
- 1:11:31Bagans Museum, they had an Ed Gain room.
- 1:11:34OK. But not all of it was
- 1:11:37necessarily Ed Gein memorabilia. The only thing that I know that
- 1:11:41was definitively, officially 100% from Ed Gein was a original
- 1:11:46photograph of him when he was in.
- 1:11:48Like a nursing. Home the O in the cauldron,
- 1:11:51which is where he had a lot of his victims.
- 1:11:53Unfortunately I totally forgot about that, but something else
- 1:11:57that was in there that they gave like almost no thought to was
- 1:12:02there was a sliver of human sliver.
- 1:12:07It was like. A large.
- 1:12:08Chunk a large chunk of human skin that was dried out and it
- 1:12:13had like a nipple and it was probably about from the nipple
- 1:12:15to here and it was the man and they just glossed over it.
- 1:12:20They're like, well, it's in the Ed Gain room and I don't even
- 1:12:23think it was necessarily one of Ed Gein's victims or somebody.
- 1:12:25He I don't. Think it was either.
- 1:12:27So where did that come from? I don't.
- 1:12:29Know where it came from? I don't know, 'cause I know that
- 1:12:32like, unfortunately during the Holocaust they did a lot of that
- 1:12:35sort of thing. Yeah, EI think her name is ELA
- 1:12:39Kulk was her name. Like that's who he kind of first
- 1:12:44got that derivative from because, and that's one of the
- 1:12:47few parts where the the the show actually does have some
- 1:12:51historical accuracy as far as like the comics and propaganda
- 1:12:54and whatnot that they would have of her.
- 1:12:56And what little bit of books they did have on her is what he
- 1:12:59read and highlighted on was all of the things that because she
- 1:13:04apparently had a fascination with, with tattooing and wanting
- 1:13:07to keep those tattoos and whatnot, which is where a lot of
- 1:13:11that first started to to come into play.
- 1:13:13And that's what he unfortunately was exposed to as he was looking
- 1:13:17at it. Yeah, it's a it's a sick world
- 1:13:21out there. And unfortunately you don't want
- 1:13:25those items to just be destroyed because they can be used as
- 1:13:31teaching items and. Yeah, I don't have an issue with
- 1:13:34them being at a museum somewhere.
- 1:13:37I just thought the way that he exposed us to these things was a
- 1:13:41little, there's a little bit of sensationalism, you know, and
- 1:13:45I'm not saying he's like a, you know, the worst person in the
- 1:13:48world for it or anything like that.
- 1:13:49But like, they didn't tell us. It was just in the Ed Gainer
- 1:13:54room and there was a nipple in the whole torso, almost a half a
- 1:13:58torso of a man. It's like, who did that come
- 1:14:01from? Was that Ed Gaines victim?
- 1:14:03Was somebody dug up? Was it just some random person?
- 1:14:06I don't know. I still can't believe they
- 1:14:10picked Charlie Hunnam to play Ed Gain.
- 1:14:15Yeah, that because it's one of those.
- 1:14:16I always see him as Jax Teller and now it's like you assume Jax
- 1:14:20Teller from a Sons Manor. Yeah, she didn't really want.
- 1:14:25She didn't. Watch that.
- 1:14:25I didn't watch that. I was your child when you guys
- 1:14:27watched it. Or yeah, a teenager.
- 1:14:32Great, great show like it. Like that's how I always picture
- 1:14:35Charlie Hunnam is like this just badass biker that's also a
- 1:14:38Playboy and just doesn't is he's a honey badger.
- 1:14:41He just doesn't care. I remember everyone thought that
- 1:14:44he was too hot to play a game. Yeah.
- 1:14:47Yeah, 'cause even in the show when you look at him like Ed,
- 1:14:50game's pretty pretty buff like. It's not the blonde one, is it?
- 1:14:55Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:14:56Oh shit, that's him. That's the one I know I'm like,
- 1:15:02yeah, I'm not the I don't, I don't think Ed Gein is rocking
- 1:15:06A6 back over here as he's you. Know with a.
- 1:15:09Superb British accent. Oh, no, no, I've never actually
- 1:15:16even looked at a picture of Charlie Hunnam because I was
- 1:15:19like, oh, everyone says he's too hot to be Ed Gein, but.
- 1:15:23Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:15:25Even as a straight guy like you were way too attractive of a man
- 1:15:29to be playing this role buddy. What about white guys?
- 1:15:32You could. Pick.
- 1:15:35Yeah. No, totally.
- 1:15:38Oh yeah, no, one of those things.
- 1:15:40It's crazy, though. No, it's just, it was an odd
- 1:15:42thing, but I don't regret going. I'm so glad that we went to that
- 1:15:45museum and you got to go to the. We've brought it up on the
- 1:15:49podcast a couple of times, but not never when, never when he
- 1:15:53was on here, never when Tony was on here.
- 1:15:55But the Ted Bundy Where was that called?
- 1:15:59Yeah, so Alcatraz, I see. I saw the Bundy car, the OJ car
- 1:16:05and the Bonnie and Clyde car. So the Bonnie and Clyde car was
- 1:16:10more of something that I actually wanted to see because
- 1:16:14I'm, I guess, related to Bonnie. Very closely, I think.
- 1:16:18Well, I mean I. Think it's only about like 2.
- 1:16:20Two generations? Yeah, it's only two generations.
- 1:16:24So I see that you have not sent that stuff off yet.
- 1:16:28I haven't. We're just going to say I'm not
- 1:16:30criticizing you by saying that, but we're just going to say this
- 1:16:32because Tony hasn't heard this because he's all new to this.
- 1:16:34So you know that we got into that Gypsy Rose content anyway,
- 1:16:40so she got not. Happy about.
- 1:16:43It oh, you don't even know the half of it, but that's OK.
- 1:16:46So anyway, we got all of her emails and some of her like just
- 1:16:51different things that had to do with what she was doing when she
- 1:16:54was in prison. And so anyway, we have all of
- 1:16:56that literally in physical form if you want to pick it up.
- 1:16:59I don't know if you. No, I don't want to pick it up
- 1:17:01but. It's it's a lot.
- 1:17:02It's like this much like a huge stack of books that we have.
- 1:17:06So she had well, I had an idea and she reached out because I'm
- 1:17:11a pussy anyway. So she reached out and she.
- 1:17:16Doesn't she can't just reach out to people and ask them?
- 1:17:19Questions. I don't have a military
- 1:17:20broadcast radio e-mail. I don't seem very official.
- 1:17:23It's a Laura. Anyway, it's a very
- 1:17:27unprofessional e-mail. So anyway, the point is that
- 1:17:31she's going to end up sending some of these actual
- 1:17:34documentations to East Alcatraz, which is where they have Ted
- 1:17:37Bundy's car, Bonnie and Clyde's car, all that stuff.
- 1:17:40And they were interested in having this as an exhibit.
- 1:17:43So I'll have to go send it off. I sent off some of millennial
- 1:17:47stuff that we took forever to send off.
- 1:17:49I'm such a procrastinator too. So it's it's not at you.
- 1:17:51I'm such a procrastinator. So I get it if you.
- 1:17:54Just have to walk down. I have to walk down to the
- 1:17:57dungeon to actually bring it back upstairs.
- 1:18:01If you she says the basement so. If.
- 1:18:03You just give me the address or I'll Google the address.
- 1:18:06I'll just send it over. And if you gave them an e-mail,
- 1:18:09you just e-mail them, let them know what they're getting, and
- 1:18:12I'll send it over to them. I have no issues going to well I
- 1:18:15stop this. Yeah, I have to. $80.00 because
- 1:18:19it, it was like it was a good chunk of change to send Millie
- 1:18:23or stuff, yeah. Yeah.
- 1:18:25So that's eventually what I'm going to do.
- 1:18:27I'm slow, guys. Sorry.
- 1:18:29So, but yeah, that'll be interesting to see what they do
- 1:18:33with it, if they display it or whatever.
- 1:18:35But you know, that's my saying, you know, it's history.
- 1:18:39And so I've always wanted to that project I always wanted to
- 1:18:47place in a museum, definitely here in Missouri, which will
- 1:18:52eventually happen once I finish the project that I ultimately
- 1:18:56do. But yeah.
- 1:18:59Brandy K says do you give mom a favor and get it up out of the
- 1:19:04home, which I will totally do. I have no issue with that.
- 1:19:08So also Alora. Alora interrupted me earlier,
- 1:19:13but what I was going to tell you, Tony, is ironically enough,
- 1:19:19they the the old case that we are working on, the Athena Hogan
- 1:19:24case, the car that the man was driving who found Athena was
- 1:19:34basically a Ted Bundy car. It was the same color, make and
- 1:19:38model, and it was missing, yeah, and it was missing the passenger
- 1:19:44seat and everything. So that was interesting.
- 1:19:48And that was the the car that I played around in and played hide
- 1:19:55and go seek in. And because of my footprints
- 1:19:58being in there, I assume that that's the reason why he got
- 1:20:02arrested when Athena when he found Athena's body.
- 1:20:06So, and I remember before we started covering this case, like
- 1:20:12actually covering it and got the court documents and everything,
- 1:20:16I remember thinking in my mind, OK, Amber.
- 1:20:18Is it really true that it was a VWA tan VW Beetle?
- 1:20:23Because for the longest time I was like, I'm I'm making that up
- 1:20:27in my head. It wasn't a tan VW Beetle.
- 1:20:30Then we get the court records and it was a tan VW Beetle and I
- 1:20:35was like, oh crap. God damn it.
- 1:20:39Crazy. And, and the prosecutor actually
- 1:20:42asked him he's like or no, it was the defense attorney asked
- 1:20:47him, you know, have you ever heard of Ted Bundy?
- 1:20:53Because it does kind of make you wonder with like some of these,
- 1:20:55like how much of them are, again, I don't want to say
- 1:20:58necessarily copycat, but it's like, how much did you derive
- 1:21:01your quote UN quote ideas from having this, this knowledge
- 1:21:06that's just openly available for anybody and everybody to see?
- 1:21:09Yeah, and I don't know the. Crazy thing about true crime is
- 1:21:12like you're just continuously and collect knowledge of all
- 1:21:15these other people. Well, and crime con is but up to
- 1:21:19the fact that they know that criminals are actually coming in
- 1:21:22there to learn and all of that so.
- 1:21:26And I think last year they had this, this year, my bad.
- 1:21:31This last year they had face scanners and.
- 1:21:36All cameras. Yeah, flock cameras and all.
- 1:21:38They had flock cameras in all of the rooms.
- 1:21:41In the in the rooms. In the rooms they had face
- 1:21:45scanners, did they not? Maybe.
- 1:21:47That's what they. Face scanners?
- 1:21:49Yeah, they had face. Scanners and all of the rooms
- 1:21:52and all of Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas to check and see.
- 1:21:57I forgot about that in all of the room, the actual rooms.
- 1:22:01What else do they see me doing? Right.
- 1:22:03I just was with my parents. I didn't do anything crazy.
- 1:22:08Yeah, well, that's like one of those when I was, I know this is
- 1:22:11kind of off topic, but it, it's, I would say it's almost similar
- 1:22:14to like that's where I always tell people I'm like, you, you
- 1:22:16guys don't realize how much like the government, like Facebook,
- 1:22:19like all of these social media platforms really are listening
- 1:22:21and watching you with everything that you do 'cause that's how
- 1:22:23your algorithm gets built. Like when I was giving the COVID
- 1:22:27vaccine out in Detroit, we were a joint mission with FEMA and
- 1:22:31they're like, there's not a tracking chip in this, is there?
- 1:22:34It's like, no, there's not a not a tracking chip.
- 1:22:36Are you sure? I'm like, do you have a cell
- 1:22:37phone? Yeah.
- 1:22:38I'm like, cool, the government's tracking you.
- 1:22:40They can't do that. Like they can how I'm like, it's
- 1:22:44called the National Security Act after 2001, the whole September
- 1:22:4711th thing. They can.
- 1:22:50They can track you for under the guise of national security and
- 1:22:54there is not a thing. Yeah, unfortunately we signed
- 1:22:58our rights away that that fateful day.
- 1:23:01It definitely wasn't staged at all.
- 1:23:03You know, jet fuel totally melts steel beams.
- 1:23:07Hey, but. Working in the Pentagon and
- 1:23:10having to like give tours of it, there's a lot of questions.
- 1:23:12I'm like. Hey now.
- 1:23:14Math is not math. Just saying I was weird math.
- 1:23:18I was a few weeks shy of being one years old when that
- 1:23:21happened. I don't know anything about it,
- 1:23:23but I do know that because of a video that exists with Al Roker
- 1:23:30via 9/11 2001. There was somebody in a peanut
- 1:23:36costume that definitely watched the twin towers fall, so that's
- 1:23:40who we really need to be asking questions.
- 1:23:43Who was Mr. Peanut 9/11/2001? Joy, you miss Tony.
- 1:23:50And we're actually about to call it because our guest didn't show
- 1:23:54up, but Tony showed. Up is is Tony chopped liver?
- 1:23:59He's not chopped liver, but we didn't like.
- 1:24:01Tony is chopped liver, is what she said.
- 1:24:04Not chopped liver, but we didn't prepare any topics to talk about
- 1:24:08so we've just been BS in the whole time.
- 1:24:10I feel like you still had a pretty darn good show.
- 1:24:12And Joy. Joy was crazy for not being here
- 1:24:16for a man. I, I joy and it's OK, you know,
- 1:24:20sometimes I, I don't remember who the comedian was.
- 1:24:22Sometimes you hamburger sometimes eat a French fries.
- 1:24:25I got to beat a French fried as OK I can roll with.
- 1:24:28It you're never a friend. No joy.
- 1:24:30It wasn't a no show. She she got hung up at a family
- 1:24:34event. It's something.
- 1:24:36Personal, but I mean you missed your big hunk of meat.
- 1:24:43This redhead that doesn't even know he was a redhead until he
- 1:24:46was here in his 20s. Hey I.
- 1:24:48Think that's kind of how all of us.
- 1:24:51For the 20s, I was. I was not.
- 1:24:53I did not know I was a redhead growing up.
- 1:24:55I, I think that's how all of us redheads are.
- 1:24:58We don't realize we're redheads because, you know, like when I
- 1:25:02look in the mirror, it looks brown.
- 1:25:05A lot of people tell me that my hair looks brown, but when I get
- 1:25:08out in the summer sun, it's red as can be.
- 1:25:12Yeah. So, you know, and I've never
- 1:25:14dyed it or anything, so. I used to think of myself as a
- 1:25:17blonde growing up, but then I found out it's a strawberry
- 1:25:21blonde and people love to fetishize redheads so I found
- 1:25:26that out in my 20s. I learned that as a teenager.
- 1:25:29That that's what I found out so now I joke that I'm I'm ginger
- 1:25:32spiced they're. Spiced ginger.
- 1:25:36So you're a lesbian and you're into scary spice.
- 1:25:39I'm a Gold Star like I'm a Gold Star lesbian thing.
- 1:25:44Like if we're going to be specific, I am a Gold Star
- 1:25:47lesbian, thank you very much. But.
- 1:25:51No then. I had that with exactly that
- 1:25:56too. I'm like, I can't even like if
- 1:25:57somebody tells me, I can't argue it.
- 1:25:59Like, no, I'm not. I even had when the same same
- 1:26:03Detroit trip, I finally was able to go get a a haircut in this
- 1:26:07guy. He's like, yeah, it was a sniper
- 1:26:09in the Marines. I was like, oh, that's cool,
- 1:26:10man. He goes, dude.
- 1:26:11He goes you got Auburn colored hair.
- 1:26:13Like I'd like people pay me to make their hair your color.
- 1:26:15I was like, what the? Fuck, that's my color.
- 1:26:20What if I told you that you actually have black hair?
- 1:26:23In this entire time, people have been gaslighting you and it's
- 1:26:26been a social experiment. Well, my brother always used to
- 1:26:30make that joke. He's a dude.
- 1:26:32He goes, I just need to tell you something.
- 1:26:33He goes. I feel like we've let it gone on
- 1:26:35too long at this point. You're not actually color blind.
- 1:26:38We just taught you all of your colors incorrectly because we
- 1:26:41thought it would be funny. I was like.
- 1:26:43Yes. I thought you were going to say
- 1:26:49we we just told you, Gingers have no soul.
- 1:26:53Oh no, that was South Park. South Park is the one that
- 1:26:55taught me that. So I'm genuinely curious, like
- 1:26:59can you just not see red and green or do they look different?
- 1:27:02I mean, I guess you wouldn't even know because it's just the
- 1:27:05way that you've always seen it, like.
- 1:27:08The way I kind of describe it, it's like colors.
- 1:27:11It's kind of like colors switch or like colors kind of all
- 1:27:14become like 1, like 1 spectrum basically.
- 1:27:17So like what one example I give even though it's not red and
- 1:27:21green which is hilarious, but like if you put green, yellow
- 1:27:26and orange all together I can't differentiate which one is
- 1:27:30which. Oh, really?
- 1:27:32Yeah, it's like super hard for me to figure out like what is
- 1:27:35what? And same with like Gray and
- 1:27:36pink. Like if you put Gray and pink
- 1:27:39can't. Gray and.
- 1:27:41Pink. Interesting.
- 1:27:42What? Color is my shirt right now.
- 1:27:44Test. I see it as white.
- 1:27:48Girl, I got like a pink. I got like a pink von Dutch
- 1:27:52shirt on with bedazzles and everything.
- 1:27:54Come on man. I'm seeing it.
- 1:27:56I'm seeing it as white. As white?
- 1:27:59Well, that's cool white. The same with like, like Navy
- 1:28:04blue and purple. Like I had a shirt that I used
- 1:28:06to wear in school all the time. I was like, yeah, it's my purple
- 1:28:08shirt. My friend's like that's that's
- 1:28:10blue, buddy. It's purple to me.
- 1:28:12Tan. It's my purple shirt.
- 1:28:13Let me alone. Dang, dude.
- 1:28:16So when you go out and you look at the beautiful trees, I don't
- 1:28:20know what Indiana, I don't know what Indiana.
- 1:28:22I don't know if there's beautiful trees.
- 1:28:23There's not really in Florida. There is beautiful.
- 1:28:26Trees. Are they beautiful purple trees?
- 1:28:29No, I haven't seen any purple trees.
- 1:28:31Now there are some. They say they're like, Oh yeah,
- 1:28:33it's like purple. And I'm like, that's red.
- 1:28:35It's like a really weird, really weird red color.
- 1:28:39So you haven't seen like really good weed?
- 1:28:43Well, to be fair, I'm, I guess I'm also a Gold Star pot smoker
- 1:28:47because I've never done that either.
- 1:28:49Because it was like mom was on the Sheriff's Department so she
- 1:28:52had the nose of a Bloodhound growing up.
- 1:28:53And then I joined the military and it was like, absolutely not.
- 1:28:57It was like, well, I just never got into it because I don't have
- 1:28:59any. I'm kind of the same way.
- 1:29:01I have friends but I don't or not any that it's like hey I
- 1:29:04could go over just smoke and smoke weed with you and chill.
- 1:29:07Well, what I'm hearing is we're going to Indiana sometime soon.
- 1:29:12That's fine if you want to bring gummy.
- 1:29:14So here's the other thing I wonder about too, because the
- 1:29:18one time that I went on a work trip, the girls I was with,
- 1:29:21they're like, hey, we're going to go get edibles.
- 1:29:24Like, OK, They're like, if you want to come with us, I'm like,
- 1:29:27yeah, I'm a grown man. I can go do that.
- 1:29:29Let's go do it. Like I'm free to do that now.
- 1:29:31So I go, am I dumb ass? I pick it purely for the flavor.
- 1:29:35I'm not looking at anything else.
- 1:29:37I'm like, is it going to taste good?
- 1:29:39And so and, and just hear me out.
- 1:29:43I find I find a 300 milligram one.
- 1:29:45And my first thought is that's a lot.
- 1:29:47We'll take all of that. So I'm like, OK, it's like, let
- 1:29:54me cut it into like 5th. So it's like 60 milligrams.
- 1:29:58And so I take about 60 milligrams of sitting there.
- 1:30:02The 2 girls are just so I'm sitting there in the chair just
- 1:30:05watching this movie with them. I'm like, I don't feel anything.
- 1:30:08I got caught in mouth, but I don't, I don't feel high.
- 1:30:10I don't, I don't feel anything really.
- 1:30:13Like I don't want to take another one because then it's
- 1:30:16120 milligrams. I might get really fucked up
- 1:30:18when we got work tomorrow. Oh, God, I don't know what to
- 1:30:20do. So yeah, I don't, I don't know
- 1:30:27how it's going to affect me. It'll be It'll be a fun,
- 1:30:29interesting time if it happens. Oh, you killed me with the I'm a
- 1:30:34grown man I couldn't go into. The Dispensary.
- 1:30:37You tell me I can't. I could buy it here in Kentucky.
- 1:30:42I could have it. The government can't tell me.
- 1:30:43I can't do it no more. That's hilarious.
- 1:30:49And so it did what it? Gave me cottonmouth, that's
- 1:30:52about. It that's.
- 1:30:54It 60 milligrams and it just gave me cottonmouth yeah it live
- 1:30:57in. Indiana, right?
- 1:30:58He's a redhead. Indiana is it.
- 1:31:01Medical, recreational. Illegal.
- 1:31:06So they have it, you can get like you can buy it, but it's
- 1:31:11from what I've heard, there's like limitations on what you're
- 1:31:14allowed to get. Like here in the state, pretty
- 1:31:16much everybody has to go to either Michigan, Illinois, Ohio
- 1:31:20or Kentucky, all four of the surrounding states to go get it.
- 1:31:24If you want like I guess better gummies now you can have a shift
- 1:31:27here, but you're not allowed to I guess legally purchase it
- 1:31:30here. They're big sticklers on no and
- 1:31:32I don't understand. I'm going to Google it is what I
- 1:31:34hear. And then when we end up
- 1:31:36inevitably in Indiana, I got you, fam.
- 1:31:40But we're not going to, I'm not going to give you something
- 1:31:43that's going to make you want to like, you know, because the
- 1:31:46first time I ever took an edible, I wanted to anyway.
- 1:31:50It was horrible, horrible. And that was and that was my
- 1:31:54fear. I was like, OK, I'm with and
- 1:31:56again, I'm, I'm like 6 foot three, I'm like about 190 to 200
- 1:32:01lbs depending on the day. So it's like I have these two
- 1:32:04girls, one of them is like 5 foot and maybe £100.
- 1:32:08The other one's like 5-2 and a little bit bigger than that, but
- 1:32:11not that much. I'm like, God, these poor girls
- 1:32:13are going to have to deal with me if I'm like fucked up or
- 1:32:15crying or scared, I don't want to put them through that.
- 1:32:18And. All the three of you took at
- 1:32:20least something. Yeah.
- 1:32:22Yeah. And they at least let you hit
- 1:32:24right? No.
- 1:32:25Well, one of them just married, one of them is engaged.
- 1:32:29Well, you just, it just sucks to be you all around.
- 1:32:33Well I when I was telling you this in the chair that I was in,
- 1:32:36as the two girls are on the bed, I was like God, I feel like I'm
- 1:32:39in the cuck chair be on the bed. You didn't at least get to
- 1:32:43watch. Right.
- 1:32:45I'm like fine if I got to do it and it's 2 girls like I guess
- 1:32:48I'm more OK with it but damn it. Damn it.
- 1:32:52Yeah, The first time I ever did an edible, I was the two men, my
- 1:32:55boyfriend at the time. No, no, I didn't do anything
- 1:32:58bad. I didn't do anything bad.
- 1:33:00Not even a little bit. I was.
- 1:33:03Like no, no, no, no. No, I've never done that.
- 1:33:08Never. Never.
- 1:33:12Just one-on-one each time. I was the two men that I loved
- 1:33:18at the time and appreciated at the time.
- 1:33:21So no visiting Paris, no Eiffel Towers.
- 1:33:23One of them was my boyfriend, one of them was my best friend.
- 1:33:26Neither one have talked to me in the years, but anyway anyway,
- 1:33:33they had tag team one caught my upper half and one caught my
- 1:33:38lower half and they had to carry me to the bathroom after I threw
- 1:33:41up all over my best my best friend's bedroom.
- 1:33:45You. Know the four we had tag team.
- 1:33:49I know it's like, Oh no. Then you're like, they grab one,
- 1:33:54grab the upper half. Like that's usually how that
- 1:33:56works. That's usually how that works.
- 1:33:59One went downstairs. No, I was kidding.
- 1:34:06Anyway, the moral of the story is neither one of them got
- 1:34:09anything that night because I wanted to die.
- 1:34:13I was like, no, like, take me now.
- 1:34:17Was that the time that you spent three hours on the phone with me
- 1:34:20or was? That no, that was the second
- 1:34:22time I took edibles and that was Delta 8.
- 1:34:24That was Delta 8. And that was after you guys
- 1:34:27moved out. But you guys were still living
- 1:34:28there. And I was, it was before I moved
- 1:34:30out of your house. And both these men I moved out
- 1:34:33with, by the way, but it was before I moved out and I went
- 1:34:37over to the best friend's house and he was living there and my
- 1:34:39boyfriend got in a fight with his dad.
- 1:34:43So he was living there after somebody Oded and almost died in
- 1:34:46that room. And then he decided that he was
- 1:34:48going to move in anyway. There was a there was a lot of
- 1:34:50crazy stuff that happened in that house.
- 1:34:52I mean even included like Dobby vanity.
- 1:34:54Anyway, so. Yeah, that's a whole rabbit
- 1:34:57hole. Let's not even go there anyway.
- 1:35:00So who peed? Google him.
- 1:35:02Google. Him.
- 1:35:03I think that that was Flanagan or Flynn, so.
- 1:35:08He peeped. Oh, oh, He made a noise.
- 1:35:09He's got a squeaker up there, so so.
- 1:35:12Anyway, sorry. Well, I think.
- 1:35:13We're going to, yeah, I think we're actually going to call it
- 1:35:16now because I've got to go to the restroom again and.
- 1:35:23And I revealed too much information.
- 1:35:26So that's the point. So Lord help me if I ever get my
- 1:35:30own channel. I haven't own channel, but I
- 1:35:32haven't uploaded anything. And you know what?
- 1:35:34Most people who want to be like a YouTube or something, their
- 1:35:37parents are like, no, that's not a real career.
- 1:35:39Be a doctor. My mom's like, upload a video,
- 1:35:41you stupid bitch. And I'm like, I'm going to get
- 1:35:45high and take a nap instead. Hey you could do videos on that
- 1:35:49though, like let's go through a journey of me being high.
- 1:35:55I could do some serious shit if I just applied myself.
- 1:35:59But you know what Joy? Joy said she.
- 1:36:01I don't even know what you said you prefer prefer.
- 1:36:05I'm not even drunk, what the fuck anyway.
- 1:36:07But she prefers mine and weed for him.
- 1:36:10But I'm so sorry that you didn't get to experienced the full Tony
- 1:36:15experience tonight. Go back on replay.
- 1:36:18Should go back on replay and. She's not the same.
- 1:36:21And then and then Joe, Joe for show.
- 1:36:25Show said, Oh yeah, Laura, upload a video.
- 1:36:28Yeah, right. You know what?
- 1:36:30You know what, Laura Flowers on YouTube.
- 1:36:32I have like 50 to 50 subscribers.
- 1:36:35Maybe you subscribe? Maybe he used to do music video
- 1:36:40or she used. To it was an old channel.
- 1:36:42Different channel, different whatever.
- 1:36:44He used to actually play the guitar and sing before she moved
- 1:36:50in with a loser. OK, that was part of the
- 1:36:53problem, but most of the problem was not him even though he can
- 1:36:57suck a fat pee pee but most people.
- 1:37:00Isn't that what most people want though?
- 1:37:03Like most people want the big pee pee?
- 1:37:05Like you got to make him want to suck a small pee pee.
- 1:37:07Oh, he was a punishment. Wait, that's besides the point.
- 1:37:10His side I'm just saying anyway, I'm not going to embarrass my
- 1:37:15mom, but Greek men are blessed but but my the point of the
- 1:37:20story is that's the point of the story is so.
- 1:37:24So many bad jokes I could say. Don't just text me, just type.
- 1:37:32Anyway. The point of the story.
- 1:37:34What was the point of the story? I don't.
- 1:37:35Know no. No, no, You're talking about how
- 1:37:38I used to sing. No, I have an inner ear problem.
- 1:37:41I have an inner ear problem and so like a lot of times when I'll
- 1:37:44like sing or I'll play guitar or even listen to music or do
- 1:37:48anything in my life, I just like, it's like my left side of
- 1:37:52my ear or my left ear. My left ear, it'll just like go
- 1:37:56in and out like you're on a plane, but it's like worse than
- 1:37:58that. Like I've been on a plane.
- 1:37:59It's not even that bad. And we tried to get it figured
- 1:38:02out. And allergies.
- 1:38:05That's not what the issue is. There's a bigger issue.
- 1:38:07Maybe I need to like become a billionaire and I need to figure
- 1:38:10it out. But regardless it it like misses
- 1:38:15my equilibrium, it misses with my sound, it misses with
- 1:38:18everything. So I just gave up.
- 1:38:20I'm sick. So unfortunately.
- 1:38:22Anyway, country roads Take Me Home to a place, West Virginia.
- 1:38:33OK. That was definitely not
- 1:38:37expected. OK, we'll do some Amy Winehouse.
- 1:38:40Well, sometimes I go out by myself and I look across the
- 1:38:45water. Would you?
- 1:38:47Just remind me of your dad when you did that.
- 1:38:49Nothing. Well, I mean, I came from
- 1:38:52somewhere, didn't I? And I think about all the things
- 1:38:56what you doing. And in my head I paint a
- 1:38:58picture. That song always reminds me of
- 1:39:01Naya Rivera. Rest in peace.
- 1:39:03You were my first girl crush since I've coming home.
- 1:39:08OK on that. Note Thank you, Tony.
- 1:39:11You miss your ginger hair and the way you like to dress.
- 1:39:16Want to come on over? Stop making a fool out of me.
- 1:39:22Thank you, Tony, for hanging out with us.
- 1:39:25My daughter in the crackhead, but that's all right.
- 1:39:28That's OK. Hey, you guys got to hear me
- 1:39:30talk about Elmo Gargoyling circuit jerks like a.
- 1:39:33Little bit of. Tell me more about gargling.
- 1:39:39Did you ever you witnessed that you witnessed gargoyling
- 1:39:42yourself? I.
- 1:39:43Saw eight people. I saw eight people circle
- 1:39:45jerking, but no, I never, I never I we never had to deal
- 1:39:49with the gargoyle. I don't know how any of us would
- 1:39:51responded to the to the gargoyle.
- 1:39:53I never got the gargoyle talk so.
- 1:39:57Well, you don't have never mind women aren't like.
- 1:40:02That, yeah. There's some women out there.
- 1:40:05Women are freaky, but they don't gargoyle.
- 1:40:07They're like. Thinking of it like like post
- 1:40:15boot camp, I'm like, man, I kind of wish somebody did because I
- 1:40:17definitely would have opened the locker door up and just watch
- 1:40:20what happened. He's like, I wish someone would
- 1:40:23did. I wish someone did, I would have
- 1:40:25joined. Then you know, I can't, can't
- 1:40:28leave. You know, if one doesn't, we all
- 1:40:29have to be uniform, right? We all got to do it.
- 1:40:31So I mean, I guess I got to get up there too.
- 1:40:34Yeah, OK. Well, thank you, Tony, for
- 1:40:38Brandy. Cases or girl crushes.
- 1:40:40Drew Barrymore. Yeah, Drew Barrymore.
- 1:40:43She did some, I don't know. Well, Drew Barrymore back in the
- 1:40:47day. Was Yeah, yeah, she did some
- 1:40:49movie where she wore like some kind of like corset or something
- 1:40:53and oh, Drew Barrymore. Drew Barrymore.
- 1:40:57But anyway. OK anyways, I think we are going
- 1:41:01to go now because my daughter is embarrassed from the hell the
- 1:41:05hell out of me. OK, so anyway.
- 1:41:10Anyway, there's only like 14 people watching so Oh my God
- 1:41:16Elora embarrass me. Anyways, OK, so thank you
- 1:41:20everybody for joining. We've had at least 14 people
- 1:41:26come in and hang out. So thank you very much and yes,
- 1:41:32we are silly people, especially when we don't have anything to
- 1:41:34talk about so. Honestly, I am more of the kind
- 1:41:39of person who just goofs around rather than is serious, so it
- 1:41:42doesn't work for me. You know what we've been
- 1:41:45watching recently? Well, I watched Drag Race and we
- 1:41:49watched Big Brother. Big Brother just came on and
- 1:41:51they have one of my Drag Race contestants and I'm not going to
- 1:41:55do it next year because they're forcing me out on my own, but
- 1:42:00I'm going to sign up for Big Brother 1 day.
- 1:42:02That's fine. I'm almost 26, so I.
- 1:42:05They're forcing me out on my own.
- 1:42:07Forcing me, it's OK, it's OK. It's it's fine.
- 1:42:10It's cool. It's it's better than I think
- 1:42:12some of my Co workers have legitimately tried to see if
- 1:42:14they could sign me up for like love on the spectrum or down for
- 1:42:17love. So.
- 1:42:17So they're going to say. Love Island?
- 1:42:21No, I'm going to sign up for Big Brother.
- 1:42:27You sign up for the same season. Tony, we got this.
- 1:42:31We don't know we have there like, hey, we're just buddies.
- 1:42:36It's cool. It's.
- 1:42:40All good, but thank you Tony for tuning in for RBS, my idea and
- 1:42:46her attendance. I I always love covet all with
- 1:42:51y'all. It's always a good time.
- 1:42:52I feel like we always laugh the rails if I went off the rails,
- 1:42:55if we were in person. Tony, you don't understand the
- 1:42:58depths of depravity that we would reach.
- 1:43:02Oh, no, believe me, there there are plenty of times at work I'm
- 1:43:05like exactly go tigers that that.
- 1:43:09It's like, Oh yeah, I forgot. I'm around normal people.
- 1:43:11I can't I can't say the the bad jokes.
- 1:43:13Like again, I'll I'll message you Laura.
- 1:43:15There's one like I I had everybody crying at work.
- 1:43:20It's like I had some really, really worried and they're like.
- 1:43:24I understand about 5 different departments you provisors.
- 1:43:29Well, there were like 3 departments, you four department
- 1:43:33supervisors and like one regular person that got fired for like
- 1:43:36some other jokes. But those were like racist jokes
- 1:43:38which I would never make for the record everybody OK.
- 1:43:41But regardless, after that happened, I was like, ooh, I
- 1:43:45need to be more careful about what I say to people.
- 1:43:48And there's only like 4 people I have the conversation with.
- 1:43:51And like on Friday, I like disturbed some people
- 1:43:55emotionally and physically and spiritually.
- 1:43:58I think they're like Laura, just go away.
- 1:44:01They're like, get out of here. Anyway, there was a man who like
- 1:44:04lit something on. Fire this way.
- 1:44:07He lit something on fire this week.
- 1:44:09I feel like people heard about that.
- 1:44:10Have you talked about that? Didn't he have with the guy who
- 1:44:13and lit it on fire? Yeah, that was here in Indiana,
- 1:44:17unfortunately too, and up in Fort Wayne.
- 1:44:20No how far away? Like 5.
- 1:44:22Like an hour. Oh, you should go like make
- 1:44:25friends. I don't know.
- 1:44:29Oh, hey, you're the so you're the eunuch.
- 1:44:33Or, or honestly the first thing that pops into my mind, if you
- 1:44:36remember Pirates of the Caribbean, when Jack Sparrow is
- 1:44:39like introducing Will Sparrow and he's like snip snip eunuchy.
- 1:44:45Oh dude, I worked with like on Friday was like, oh, is that
- 1:44:48your way of flirting? I was like no, I was like no.
- 1:44:52And then I asked him to F Mary kills three different people
- 1:44:56that are in job if we're not. Oh yeah, we've, we've done that
- 1:44:59a lot. We're like, if you have to,
- 1:45:01we're like told. Me to become a eunuch, kill the
- 1:45:06Mary. Somebody felt bad for his, like,
- 1:45:08eunuch status. No, no, no.
- 1:45:12I'm like, OK, I got you. But yeah, just let me know.
- 1:45:17You can in the comments. Oh, I hear a little boy, a Woo
- 1:45:20Woo Wing. OK, we need to get off.
- 1:45:22But thank you, Tony. We'll have you on hopefully next
- 1:45:29time for a structured one, but at the same time, I really enjoy
- 1:45:33these just sessions of us talking.
- 1:45:35And like we said at the beginning, there's already been
- 1:45:39one deleted, so at least we didn't have to delete this one.
- 1:45:42Imagine if we weren't recorded the things we would have said.
- 1:45:46I know. I got you, Tony.
- 1:45:48I'll text you. OK.
- 1:45:50Well, thank, thank you everyone for joining us and I hope that
- 1:45:54you have a wonderful week and that you go out there and do
- 1:45:58something good for the world to change it for the better.
