Mega Edition: Pam Bondi And Her Epic Epstein Related Fumble (9/29/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. According to Pam Bondi, she has now received
• 0:08
Speaker 1: a truckload of Epstein-related documents from the FBI, and according
• 0:12
Speaker 1: to her, she says that these documents, or at least
• 0:15
Speaker 1: some of them, are going to be released to the public. Now,
• 0:19
Speaker 1: I have my doubts about this whole entire situation as
• 0:22
Speaker 1: you all know, but I'd love to see it come
• 0:25
Speaker 1: to fruition. Look, I'd be the first one here patting
• 0:29
Speaker 1: Pam Bondi on the back and singing her praises. But
• 0:32
Speaker 1: let's not forget that Pam Bondi was also the Attorney
• 0:35
Speaker 1: General in Florida from 2011 to 2019. So it's not
• 0:40
Speaker 1: like this stuff is new to her. Now, obviously, we
• 0:43
Speaker 1: have to remember that just because she was familiar with
• 0:46
Speaker 1: what was going on down in Florida, that doesn't mean
• 0:48
Speaker 1: that she knows the deal about the SDNY and what
• 0:51
Speaker 1: they had going on. So there is some overlap there,
• 0:55
Speaker 1: but not enough to say that if you have a
• 0:57
Speaker 1: handle on what's going on in Florida, then you definitely
• 1:00
Speaker 1: know the deal in New York. But when you're the
• 1:02
Speaker 1: Attorney General, you have a lot of power. I don't
• 1:05
Speaker 1: want to hear that the FBI is blocking you from
• 1:08
Speaker 1: getting documents, especially considering we know that those documents are
• 1:12
Speaker 1: in archives. We know that those documents are with the DOJ,
• 1:16
Speaker 1: especially the documents that are related to the NPA and
• 1:19
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein's weird-ass death. How about we talk about that?
• 1:24
Speaker 1: You see, the whole entire thing here, folks... is all
• 1:26
Speaker 1: of this is a misdirection. They don't want to get
• 1:29
Speaker 1: to the meat and potatoes because they don't want to
• 1:31
Speaker 1: answer the real questions. And I know a lot of
• 1:33
Speaker 1: folks don't want to hear that because they want to
• 1:35
Speaker 1: believe that, you know, Pam Bondi is going to be
• 1:37
Speaker 1: the one to ride in in her white armor here
• 1:40
Speaker 1: and save the day. But until somebody shows me and
• 1:43
Speaker 1: proves to me that they're going to do that, I
• 1:45
Speaker 1: will remain skeptical. And I think that after all these
• 1:49
Speaker 1: years of people bullshitting us and lying to us, I
• 1:51
Speaker 1: think we've earned the right to be skeptical. Until somebody
• 1:54
Speaker 1: actually steps up to the plate and does the right thing.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: Today's article is from the Daily Mail and the headline.
• 2:01
Speaker 1: Pam Bondi says truckload of Epstein files have arrived from FBI.
• 2:05
Speaker 1: She plans to release as fast as we can. And
• 2:08
Speaker 1: remember folks, keep this in mind. It was Pam Bondi
• 2:12
Speaker 1: and it was Kash Patel who said that they were
• 2:14
Speaker 1: going to release all this stuff. Nobody forced them to
• 2:16
Speaker 1: say any of that. So they better be prepared to
• 2:19
Speaker 1: follow through with what they're saying. And I hope they are.
• 2:23
Speaker 1: Because the time for talk has long passed. Now it's
• 2:26
Speaker 1: time for people of action to step forward and make
• 2:29
Speaker 1: sure that there's some accountability here. And that certainly starts
• 2:32
Speaker 1: with the top. Alright, so let's see what author Brittany
• 2:35
Speaker 1: Chain has for us. A truckload of Jeffrey Epstein files
• 2:39
Speaker 1: has been delivered to Attorney General Pam Bondi after she
• 2:43
Speaker 1: ordered the FBI to turn over everything they have on
• 2:46
Speaker 1: the late pedophile financier. Bondi was furious last week after
• 2:50
Speaker 1: her highly anticipated Epstein file release was widely panned for
• 2:54
Speaker 1: failing to unearth any new information. You think she was furious?
• 2:58
Speaker 1: How do you think Jeffrey Epstein's survivors felt? How do
• 3:01
Speaker 1: you think the rest of us felt? We felt like
• 3:04
Speaker 1: we were being dog walked. And honestly, I've said it
• 3:06
Speaker 1: from the jump, I don't believe this whole entire misdirection
• 3:09
Speaker 1: here about the FBI withholding files. As somebody who knows
• 3:13
Speaker 1: how this works, that's not how this works. They're not
• 3:17
Speaker 1: just going to be able to withhold files. If those
• 3:19
Speaker 1: files are requested by the FBI director, if those files
• 3:23
Speaker 1: are requested by the AG, you better believe that those
• 3:27
Speaker 1: files are going to be passed off or people are
• 3:29
Speaker 1: going to get fired. And in some cases, maybe even worse.
• 3:33
Speaker 1: So I don't buy the whole entire story that we
• 3:36
Speaker 1: were getting from Pam Bondi. And I think the whole
• 3:38
Speaker 1: entire thing about the SDNY and the FBI is nothing
• 3:42
Speaker 1: more than a cover of And misdirection for the fact
• 3:45
Speaker 1: that the whole entire release was an absolute dog and
• 3:48
Speaker 1: pony show. The whole entire thing from top down was
• 3:51
Speaker 1: just trash. From the influencers to the garbage that was released.
• 3:55
Speaker 1: Here's an idea. Don't get people all juiced up. Don't
• 3:58
Speaker 1: get people all jazzed up. And then release a bunch
• 4:00
Speaker 1: of stuff that we've seen years ago. It's not going
• 4:03
Speaker 1: to end well for you. A source within the department
• 4:07
Speaker 1: told her the FBI was hiding thousands more pages of
• 4:10
Speaker 1: files relating to Epstein's laundry list of crimes. and issued
• 4:13
Speaker 1: a demand that they all be turned over by 8 a.m.
• 4:16
Speaker 1: on Friday. Now, why would the FBI be doing that?
• 4:19
Speaker 1: And furthermore, how about you out all of those agents publicly?
• 4:23
Speaker 1: Any agent that was involved in doing that, out them
• 4:25
Speaker 1: publicly so that the American people know who was playing games.
• 4:31
Speaker 1: You're just going to fire some unnamed FBI agent and
• 4:34
Speaker 1: then tell us that everything's taken care of, that there's
• 4:36
Speaker 1: nothing left to worry about? Nobody buys that. There's a
• 4:40
Speaker 1: lot left to worry about. and there is a lot
• 4:42
Speaker 1: left to be revealed. And if you want to be
• 4:45
Speaker 1: known as the most transparent in history, you better get cracking.
• 4:50
Speaker 1: Speaking to Sean Hannity on Fox on Monday night, Bondi
• 4:53
Speaker 1: revealed the FBI, now helmed by Kash Patel, delivered the
• 4:57
Speaker 1: additional documents by deadline. A source told me that there
• 5:00
Speaker 1: were documents being kept by a southern district of New York. Shock,
• 5:04
Speaker 1: she said. I gave the FBI a deadline of Friday
• 5:07
Speaker 1: 8 a.m. to get us everything. We got them all
• 5:10
Speaker 1: by Friday at 8 a.m., a truckload of evidence. Bondi
• 5:14
Speaker 1: said Patel has a team of employees sifting through thousands
• 5:17
Speaker 1: of pages of documents while simultaneously working on a detailed
• 5:21
Speaker 1: report as to why the FBI withheld all those documents.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: Why are employees sifting through them? Why not lawyers? Why
• 5:28
Speaker 1: aren't lawyers from the Justice Department going through all these
• 5:31
Speaker 1: documents and figuring out what's what? So we're going to
• 5:34
Speaker 1: let the FBI continue to go through these documents after
• 5:37
Speaker 1: you just said they withheld information? Seems like a fantastic
• 5:41
Speaker 1: way to make sure that we don't get the evidence
• 5:43
Speaker 1: that we're supposed to get. Then again, that's probably the
• 5:47
Speaker 1: purpose here. Let's have as much obfuscation, as much confusion,
• 5:52
Speaker 1: and as much BS back and forth as possible. That way,
• 5:55
Speaker 1: when everything gets lost in the sauce, everybody can just
• 5:58
Speaker 1: point the finger at everybody else. And that's how this
• 6:01
Speaker 1: whole entire thing has happened from the very beginning. Nobody's
• 6:04
Speaker 1: ever taken accountability from the DOJ to the FBI to
• 6:07
Speaker 1: the NYPD to the Florida police. Nobody has ever taken
• 6:11
Speaker 1: accountability for what's happened. Even after the judge slapped the
• 6:16
Speaker 1: hammer down on the federal government for violating the CVRA.
• 6:20
Speaker 1: Nothing has ever happened to anybody in power. No one
• 6:24
Speaker 1: has ever been held accountable. Nobody's lost a pension. Hell,
• 6:27
Speaker 1: we don't even know who flipped Jeffrey Epstein and turned
• 6:30
Speaker 1: him into an asset. But sure, tell me some more
• 6:33
Speaker 1: about these dumbass documents that we're never going to see.
• 6:37
Speaker 1: She has vowed to go through the files as fast
• 6:39
Speaker 1: as we can, while at the same time being cautious
• 6:41
Speaker 1: to protect all the victims of Epstein. Oh, now you
• 6:44
Speaker 1: care about the survivors? Here's a little bit of unsolicited advice,
• 6:49
Speaker 1: Attorney General Bondi. If you're going to have any sort
• 6:52
Speaker 1: of event that has anything to do with Jeffrey Epstein,
• 6:55
Speaker 1: it's probably a good idea to have his survivors involved
• 6:58
Speaker 1: at least in some capacity. I hope you learned your
• 7:01
Speaker 1: lesson from that little stunt you pulled the other day
• 7:04
Speaker 1: with phase one. Nobody was happy with it. Nobody thought
• 7:07
Speaker 1: it was cool. And I think I can speak for
• 7:10
Speaker 1: just about everybody who's following this story. We're tired of
• 7:13
Speaker 1: the performative politics. We want real, actionable results. And if
• 7:17
Speaker 1: you don't do that, get ready for the criticism. Following
• 7:21
Speaker 1: Bondi's allegations that the FBI failed to turn over all
• 7:24
Speaker 1: the Epstein files, she demanded new chief Patel conduct an
• 7:27
Speaker 1: immediate and thorough investigation into his own department. Bondi told Patel,
• 7:32
Speaker 1: Patel himself responded to the allegations, saying, Yeah, like when
• 7:35
Speaker 1: they kicked in my gram's door. For illegal gambling and
• 7:59
Speaker 1: dragged him out of his house like he was a
• 8:01
Speaker 1: straight up fucking criminal? That same FBI, is that what
• 8:04
Speaker 1: you're telling me? The same people that let Jeffrey Epstein
• 8:06
Speaker 1: off for all these years? The same people that ignored
• 8:09
Speaker 1: Larry Nassar? Oh, you mean that FBI? Oh, okay, yeah, sure.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: I have a lot of faith in them. There will
• 8:17
Speaker 1: be no cover-ups, no missing documents, and no stone left unturned.
• 8:20
Speaker 1: And anyone from the prior or current bureau who undermines
• 8:24
Speaker 1: this will be swiftly pursued. If there are gaps, we
• 8:27
Speaker 1: will find them. If records have been hidden, we will
• 8:30
Speaker 1: uncover them. And we will bring everything we find to
• 8:33
Speaker 1: the DOJ to be fully assessed and transparently disseminated to
• 8:36
Speaker 1: the American people as it should be. The oath we
• 8:40
Speaker 1: take is to the Constitution. And under my leadership, that
• 8:43
Speaker 1: promise will be upheld without compromise. Boy, I really hope
• 8:46
Speaker 1: you're telling the truth. Because I can't remember the last
• 8:49
Speaker 1: FBI director that didn't give us the old runaround. I'm
• 8:53
Speaker 1: talking go all the way back to your boy Mueller
• 8:55
Speaker 1: that everybody seemed to love. You know, the guy that
• 8:58
Speaker 1: let 9-11 happen? Yeah, that dude. Mr. Mueller. Mr. Big Shot. Mr.
• 9:02
Speaker 1: Mueller Report. It's the Russians. And then you wonder why
• 9:06
Speaker 1: people don't have any faith in you. Bondi also lashed
• 9:09
Speaker 1: out at the Biden administration for failing to turn over
• 9:12
Speaker 1: the full and complete Epstein files to the American public.
• 9:15
Speaker 1: No one did anything with them, she said. And why
• 9:18
Speaker 1: were they sitting in the Southern District of New York?
• 9:21
Speaker 1: I want a full report on that. You know, sadly,
• 9:23
Speaker 1: these people don't believe in transparency. But I think more unfortunately...
• 9:26
Speaker 1: I think a lot of them don't believe in honesty.
• 9:29
  Speaker 1: And it's a new day. It's a new administration, and
• 9:32
Speaker 1: everything's going to come out to the public. The public
• 9:34
Speaker 1: has the right to know. Americans have a right to know. Well,
• 9:38
Speaker 1: that's all fine and well, but why wasn't this stuff
• 9:40
Speaker 1: released during the first Trump administration? I mean, look, we
• 9:43
Speaker 1: have to call the balls and strikes the way they are, right?
• 9:45
Speaker 1: And I plan to continue to do that. I might
• 9:48
Speaker 1: be happy with some of the things that the Trump
• 9:50
Speaker 1: administration has done, but not when it comes to Epstein.
• 9:53
Speaker 1: They've been an absolute failure when it comes to Epstein.
• 9:56
Speaker 1: from the first administration to this one and i know
• 9:59
Speaker 1: people don't want to hear it, but I don't care.
• 10:01
Speaker 1: You see, I'm not here to sell you coffee. I
• 10:03
Speaker 1: don't have any kind of merchandise to sell you or
• 10:05
Speaker 1: anything like that. I don't have any sponsors, nothing. I'm
• 10:09
Speaker 1: just some guy that has a few opinions and happens
• 10:11
Speaker 1: to know that we've been absolutely dog walked and bullshitted
• 10:15
Speaker 1: when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. And if people don't
• 10:17
Speaker 1: see it the way I see it, that's fine. I'm
• 10:19
Speaker 1: not in the business of convincing anyone of anything, especially
• 10:22
Speaker 1: after all these years. I'll leave that up to the
• 10:25
Speaker 1: rest of the grifters, all these other people out there
• 10:27
Speaker 1: who think they know what they're talking about, but really,
• 10:30
Speaker 1: they're so far behind in the race, they don't even
• 10:32
Speaker 1: know that they're losing. So I'll leave it up to
• 10:34
Speaker 1: all of them to continue to sell themselves out and
• 10:36
Speaker 1: to continue to be dancing monkeys. Me? I'll be passing
• 10:40
Speaker 1: on all of it. The files that were released last
• 10:42
Speaker 1: week included a completely redacted masseuse list. While the names
• 10:46
Speaker 1: of all the masseuses Epstein employed were redacted, The documents
• 10:49
Speaker 1: reveal that a total of 254 masseuses were linked to
• 10:53
Speaker 1: him at various stages. Epstein would recruit young girls and
• 10:56
Speaker 1: women to give him and his friends erotic massages. They
• 11:00
Speaker 1: would often have no massage experience and were instructed to
• 11:03
Speaker 1: bring friends who would also be paid for their services.
• 11:06
Speaker 1: These young victims were given no reason to suspect that
• 11:09
Speaker 1: the visit would involve sexual activity until they were already there.
• 11:14
Speaker 1: In the filing released by Bondi on Thursday, it states
• 11:16
Speaker 1: the masseuses' names have been redacted to protect potential victim information.
• 11:21
Speaker 1: While the documents have been circulating in the public domain
• 11:24
Speaker 1: for years, Bondi said, they have never been released in
• 11:27
Speaker 1: a formal capacity by the U.S. government. Oh well, in
• 11:30
Speaker 1: that case, we should all just be so happy that
• 11:33
Speaker 1: Pam Bondi wrote in to save the day. And now look,
• 11:35
Speaker 1: I understand that there's people out there that never saw
• 11:38
Speaker 1: those documents before, and I get that. But Pam Bondi
• 11:41
Speaker 1: should just be straight up with people and with the
• 11:44
Speaker 1: country as a whole and tell us the deal. Look,
• 11:47
Speaker 1: we're going to be releasing some documents. You've probably seen
• 11:49
Speaker 1: them before. But this is going to come in stages.
• 11:52
Speaker 1: And we have more stuff to come that has never
• 11:54
Speaker 1: been released that you have never seen. Would that be
• 11:58
Speaker 1: too difficult? But instead, you get up there and you
• 12:00
Speaker 1: promise the world. And instead of giving us the world,
• 12:03
Speaker 1: what we get is a bunch of jerk-off influencers with
• 12:05
Speaker 1: white binders. So yeah, nobody's happy about it. The batch
• 12:11
Speaker 1: of documents also included copies of flight logs from Epstein's
• 12:14
Speaker 1: private plane and a redacted photocopy of an address book
• 12:17
Speaker 1: purportedly compiled by Epstein and his longtime confidant, fellow child abuser,
• 12:22
Speaker 1: general all-around scumbag, bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell. So again, this
• 12:28
Speaker 1: is exactly what I told you was going to happen,
• 12:30
Speaker 1: and unfortunately it did. I don't want to be that guy.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: I'm not a contrarian. I like to bring solutions to
• 12:36
Speaker 1: the problems we talk about to the podcast. But unfortunately,
• 12:40
Speaker 1: in this situation, I don't know how you can be
• 12:43
Speaker 1: anything but a contrarian, considering the history here and considering
• 12:47
Speaker 1: how much we've been led astray. So look, I hope
• 12:50
Speaker 1: that things are going to be different with the other
• 12:53
Speaker 1: releases that are coming down the pipe here, but I
• 12:56
Speaker 1: wouldn't hold my breath. And like I've told you before,
• 12:58
Speaker 1: I'd be very, very, very, very cautious of getting too
• 13:01
Speaker 1: excited about anything that the government says they're going to release.
• 13:05
Speaker 1: when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. But with that said,
• 13:08
Speaker 1: I'll be the first one here doing backflips and dances
• 13:12
Speaker 1: if we do get something of note, if we do
• 13:14
Speaker 1: get something that moves the needle. So we'll continue to
• 13:17
Speaker 1: keep an eye on things, and as this information comes in,
• 13:20
Speaker 1: we'll get it added to the catalog. Also remember, if
• 13:23
Speaker 1: you want to help the podcast out, the best way
• 13:25
Speaker 1: to do that is to listen to the podcast over
• 13:28
Speaker 1: at Spreaker. I know a lot of you are probably
• 13:30
Speaker 1: listening at like Apple Podcasts or Spotify or whatever. But
• 13:34
Speaker 1: if you want to make sure that you have access
• 13:35
Speaker 1: to the podcast and that it doesn't, you know, disappear
• 13:38
Speaker 1: someday like my podcast have before, then I would suggest
• 13:42
Speaker 1: that you go over to Spreaker and subscribe over there
• 13:45
Speaker 1: and follow along through that platform. That way, you know
• 13:48
Speaker 1: that the podcast is never going to be interrupted. You
• 13:51
Speaker 1: can also find the supporters club over at Spreaker where
• 13:54
Speaker 1: you can help the podcast in that fashion if you'd like.
• 13:57
Speaker 1: And starting next week, I'll be offering some supporter club
• 14:00
Speaker 1: exclusive content that's only going to be available to people
• 14:04
Speaker 1: that are part of that supporters club. And not only
• 14:07
Speaker 1: will there be episodes, exclusive episodes, I'll have some writing
• 14:10
Speaker 1: over there as well, some essays and stuff like that.
• 14:13
Speaker 1: But either way, even if you don't want to be
• 14:14
Speaker 1: part of that supporters club, my suggestion is start following
• 14:17
Speaker 1: the podcast over at Spreaker. That way there's never any
• 14:20
Speaker 1: interruptions in case they try to pull the old one-two
• 14:24
Speaker 1: on me again and start censoring my podcast. because that
• 14:27
Speaker 1: certainly has happened before, and I don't doubt that it's
• 14:30
Speaker 1: going to happen again. But no matter, because we're going
• 14:33
Speaker 1: to keep the flags of discontent flying over here no
• 14:35
Speaker 1: matter what. All right, folks, that's going to do it
• 14:38
Speaker 1: for this one. If you'd like to contact me, you
• 14:41
Speaker 1: can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
• 14:49
Speaker 1: Or if you prefer to find me on X, you
• 14:51
Speaker 1: can do that as well at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All
• 14:58
Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
• 15:00
Speaker 1: found in the description box. What's up everyone and welcome
• 15:03
Speaker 1: to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. You ever notice
• 15:08
Speaker 1: how every time something shady happens with Glenn Maxwell, the
• 15:13
Speaker 1: DOJ suddenly forgets how to speak English? It's like clockwork.
• 15:17
Speaker 1: They go radio silent faster than a mob lawyer in
• 15:19
Speaker 1: a RICO trial. The woman gets transferred, moved like a
• 15:23
Speaker 1: pawn off the board, and nobody in power so much
• 15:26
Speaker 1: as blinks. No press release, not a statement, not even
• 15:29
Speaker 1: one of those phony, ongoing investigation excuses they love to
• 15:33
Speaker 1: trot out. Just nothing. Dead air. And if they had
• 15:37
Speaker 1: their way, you'd think Elaine Maxwell never existed. Just poof, gone.
• 15:42
Speaker 1: Like the evidence, like the accountability, like the justice we
• 15:45
Speaker 1: were promised. It's amazing, isn't it? The DOJ can find
• 15:50
Speaker 1: time to explain how a woman convicted of trafficking minors
• 15:53
Speaker 1: for the global elite ends up quietly relocated But they
• 15:57
Speaker 1: can leak an indictment before your morning coffee if it's
• 16:00
Speaker 1: politically useful. These fools have turned selective silence into a
• 16:05
Speaker 1: national pastime. It's an art form at this point. One
• 16:09
Speaker 1: they've perfected over decades of burying scandals that reach too
• 16:13
Speaker 1: close to the top. And every time they pull it off,
• 16:15
Speaker 1: they smirk behind closed doors knowing the public will be
• 16:18
Speaker 1: fed just enough nonsense to keep the outrage manageable. And
• 16:23
Speaker 1: isn't that just the DOJ's favorite trick? Nothing to see here, folks.
• 16:27
Speaker 1: That should be on their letterhead at this point. Hell,
• 16:30
Speaker 1: it should be their motto carved into the lobby wall
• 16:33
Speaker 1: in big gold letters. And they do it with a
• 16:36
Speaker 1: straight face, too. The same people who brag about transparency
• 16:39
Speaker 1: in front of the cameras can't answer a simple question
• 16:42
Speaker 1: about where one of the world's most connected child traffickers
• 16:45
Speaker 1: is being stashed. You gotta laugh. It's black comedy at
• 16:48
Speaker 1: this point. These are the same geniuses who lose laptops,
• 16:52
Speaker 1: forget flight logs, and somehow misplace an entire sex trafficking empire.
• 16:57
Speaker 1: A real professional outlet they got over there. They'll brief
• 17:00
Speaker 1: you on TikTok bans and e-cigarette regulations before they'll tell
• 17:03
Speaker 1: you what's going on with Maxwell. Every silence, every delay,
• 17:07
Speaker 1: every no comment, it's all part of the performance. The
• 17:10
Speaker 1: same show they've been running since the day Epstein died,
• 17:13
Speaker 1: and you know what's wild? They actually think that people
• 17:16
Speaker 1: still buy it. They think we forgot that Epstein was
• 17:19
Speaker 1: under constant watch right up until the cameras mysteriously malfunctioned
• 17:23
Speaker 1: and the guards just happened to fall asleep. Yeah, sure,
• 17:26
Speaker 1: pull the other one. But now, they've got a little problem,
• 17:30
Speaker 1: don't they? Pam Bondi's name just got thrown into the mix. Finally, someone,
• 17:35
Speaker 1: with a bit of bite, asking why this transfer stinks
• 17:37
Speaker 1: to high heaven. You can almost hear the DOJ sweating
• 17:41
Speaker 1: through their suits, praying she doesn't go off script. Because
• 17:44
Speaker 1: if those threads are pulled... the whole thing might unravel
• 17:47
Speaker 1: faster than Epstein's bedsheets. And that's exactly what they're afraid of. Sunlight, accountability,
• 17:53
Speaker 1: the kind of questions that force them to stop pretending
• 17:55
Speaker 1: the whole operation was above board. You can tell by
• 17:59
Speaker 1: the body language of every official asked about it. They
• 18:02
Speaker 1: tense up, look down, and spit out the same robotic garbage.
• 18:06
Speaker 1: We can't comment on ongoing matters. Oh, really? You sure
• 18:09
Speaker 1: had plenty to say when it was time to tell
• 18:12
Speaker 1: us justice had been served. Funny how the talking points
• 18:15
Speaker 1: dry up when the subject shifts from prosecutions to cover-ups.
• 18:19
Speaker 1: The DOJ wants silence because silence keeps the machine running.
• 18:22
Speaker 1: Silence protects the donors, the judges, the hedge fund boys,
• 18:25
Speaker 1: and the ones who visited private islands without passports. It
• 18:29
Speaker 1: keeps the powerful comfortable and the public confused. That's the game.
• 18:34
Speaker 1: Tire people out, drown them in legal jargon, and hope
• 18:37
Speaker 1: you all move on. Like I always tell you, they
• 18:40
Speaker 1: rely on your fatigue. because outrage fades faster than memory
• 18:44
Speaker 1: in this country. But guess what? The silence is over.
• 18:48
Speaker 1: People are paying attention again. The same crowd they thought
• 18:51
Speaker 1: would just scroll on by is asking the one question
• 18:54
Speaker 1: they can't stand. Who the hell approved of this transfer,
• 18:58
Speaker 1: and why? And that's the crack in the armor, because
• 19:02
Speaker 1: once that question takes hold, it leads to others. Who
• 19:05
Speaker 1: was she meeting with in prison? What deals were made
• 19:07
Speaker 1: behind closed doors? Why does every person tied to Epstein...
• 19:11
Speaker 1: either vanish, suicide, or get shuffled around the system like
• 19:14
Speaker 1: a bad loan. They can't bury every answer, not anymore.
• 19:19
Speaker 1: Because the truth is, this whole Ghislaine Maxwell saga has
• 19:22
Speaker 1: never been about justice. It's always been about damage control.
• 19:27
Speaker 1: It always has been. From the moment she was arrested,
• 19:30
Speaker 1: the system's priority wasn't transparency, it was containment. Keep her
• 19:34
Speaker 1: talking just enough to pretend accountability, but not enough to
• 19:37
Speaker 1: burn the wrong people. every move since then has been
• 19:41
Speaker 1: about managing optics, not truth. And with the transfer, they
• 19:45
Speaker 1: overplayed their hand. The silence isn't reassuring anymore. It's deafening.
• 19:49
  Speaker 1: It's suspicious. It's a blinking neon sign that says we're
• 19:53
Speaker 1: hiding something. And every time the DOJ ducks a question,
• 19:57
Speaker 1: every time they play dumb, they remind the rest of
• 19:59
Speaker 1: us exactly who they really work for. And it sure
• 20:02
Speaker 1: as hell isn't us. It's the same faceless network that's
• 20:06
Speaker 1: been buying silence since the beginning of this whole sordid saga.
• 20:11
Speaker 1: The same crowd that can erase people, rewrite history, and
• 20:14
Speaker 1: make even the ugliest crimes look like clerical errors. They
• 20:18
Speaker 1: think the public's too numb, too distracted, too cynical to care.
• 20:22
Speaker 1: But they've misread the room this time. The patience is gone,
• 20:26
Speaker 1: the trust is shot, and the silence isn't fooling anybody anymore.
• 20:30
Speaker 1: The people are watching, and whether they like it or not,
• 20:33
Speaker 1: this time, we're not shutting up. This article was published
• 20:37
Speaker 1: by The Times and the headline, Pam Bondi Ordered to
• 20:42
Speaker 1: Explain Ghislaine Maxwell Prison Move. This article was authored by
• 20:46
Speaker 1: Connor Stringer. Pam Bondi has been ordered to explain the
• 20:51
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell transfer to a minimum security prison amid claims
• 20:54
Speaker 1: she was given preferential treatment. Like this should have been
• 20:58
Speaker 1: something that happened right away. Alright, we're moving Ghislaine Maxwell
• 21:02
Speaker 1: and here's why. But no. Oh, it's operational security. It's
• 21:07
Speaker 1: because she's going to be in trouble at the other
• 21:10
Speaker 1: prison because she's talking to the government now. Nobody buys that.
• 21:15
Speaker 1: Do you know how many people are speaking to the
• 21:16
Speaker 1: government on a daily basis in jail? A whole lot.
• 21:21
Speaker 1: A whole lot of them. And what you think at
• 21:25
Speaker 1: Tallahassee in the female prison and they're going to shank
• 21:29
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell? I'll take things that have never happened in
• 21:33
Speaker 1: the history of the facility for a thousand, please. Because
• 21:37
Speaker 1: that's a bunch of BS. That facility is not a
• 21:40
Speaker 1: place where something like that happens. So that's DOA. That
• 21:45
Speaker 1: whole excuse that it was for security purposes, DOA. I mean,
• 21:49
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell was already in the honor dorm at Tallahassee.
• 21:54
Speaker 1: So somebody needs to explain what's going on here. Maxwell,
• 21:57
Speaker 1: the former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein, you mean co-conspirator, you
• 22:00
Speaker 1: mean fellow all-around scumbag and bipedal serpent and child molester, right?
• 22:05
Speaker 1: Was moved from Florida to the federal prison camp Bryan
• 22:08
Speaker 1: in Texas shortly after she was interviewed by the Trump
• 22:12
Speaker 1: administration about the pedophile and his associates. The British socialite,
• 22:17
Speaker 1: you mean human trafficker, right? Let's call her what she is.
• 22:20
Speaker 1: She's a child molesting human trafficker who is currently serving
• 22:23
Speaker 1: a 20-year jail sentence for procuring underage girls for Epstein
• 22:27
Speaker 1: did not implicate Donald Trump in any wrongdoing during her
• 22:30
Speaker 1: two-day questioning with Todd Baby Billy Blanche, the Deputy Attorney General.
• 22:36
Speaker 1: She didn't implicate anybody. She has nothing to serve up.
• 22:40
Speaker 1: Anything that she could possibly give up, the government already has.
• 22:45
Speaker 1: The only use they could find for Ghislaine Maxwell is
• 22:48
Speaker 1: to put her on the stand to testify. And good
• 22:51
Speaker 1: luck with that. Can you imagine one of these great
• 22:54
Speaker 1: lawyers cross-examining Ghislaine Maxwell? after she's been charged with two
• 22:58
Speaker 1: counts of perjury previously, and we all know she's a liar?
• 23:03
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I'm sure that, oh I don't know, Tenny
• 23:05
Speaker 1: Garagos wouldn't have a field day with that. I'm sure
• 23:08
Speaker 1: that Nicole Westmoreland wouldn't love to destroy Ghislaine Maxwell. I mean,
• 23:13
Speaker 1: are you kidding me right now? Are you for real?
• 23:16
Speaker 1: Nobody's putting her on the stand. Nobody's using her as
• 23:19
Speaker 1: a witness. All of this was just a bunch of BS.
• 23:24
Speaker 1: The timing of Maxwell's prison move after the interview has
• 23:27
Speaker 1: led to accusations that she received favorable treatment for not
• 23:30
Speaker 1: implicating the president. That's what it looks like. What else
• 23:33
Speaker 1: would she get moved for? What did she serve up
• 23:35
Speaker 1: that was so actionable, so great, that they'd move her
• 23:39
Speaker 1: to this facility? And look, I'm not completely against people
• 23:42
Speaker 1: getting moved if they offer up some actionable intelligence. Like
• 23:47
Speaker 1: the situation with El Chapo. When everything ends up playing
• 23:51
Speaker 1: out and El Mayo gets that sentence... El Chapo is
• 23:54
Speaker 1: going to end up getting favorable conditions. That was all
• 23:57
Speaker 1: part of the deal. And I'm completely fine with that.
• 24:00
Speaker 1: But with somebody like Ghislaine Maxwell, she didn't serve anything up.
• 24:04
Speaker 1: What sort of arrests were made because of Ghislaine Maxwell?
• 24:06
Speaker 1: What sort of justice was served because of the Scafusa? None.
• 24:10
Speaker 1: The only justice is that she's sitting in prison. And
• 24:14
Speaker 1: the fact that you took even that little bit of
• 24:16
Speaker 1: justice away, I mean, really, let's be real here, that's
• 24:19
Speaker 1: what they did, is just beyond the pale. It's unforgivable,
• 24:24
  Speaker 1: it's unexcusable, and I don't care who's offended when I
• 24:26
Speaker 1: say it. Because I have real bad news for you.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: If you're on the side of Ghislaine Maxwell, my friend,
• 24:33
Speaker 1: you're on the losing side. Robert Garcia, who is leading
• 24:38
Speaker 1: the House Oversight Committee's investigation into Epstein, has demanded Ms. Bondi, Mr.
• 24:43
Speaker 1: Trump's Attorney General, explain why Maxwell was transferred. I think
• 24:48
  Speaker 1: that's a legitimate ask. Now, of course... There's a lot
• 24:51
Speaker 1: of nonsensical BS going on when it comes to both
• 24:54
Speaker 1: sides of the aisle. Turning this into a political football,
• 24:58
Speaker 1: people who have never really even cared one bit about
• 25:01
Speaker 1: what's going on are now acting like they've been here
• 25:03
Speaker 1: from the beginning. But as far as Pam Bondi goes,
• 25:08
Speaker 1: and as far as this decision, 100%, she's the boss, right? Well,
• 25:12
Speaker 1: why was Todd Blanch there? What sort of deal was made?
• 25:16
Speaker 1: What went into the transfer? Just basic information, right? None
• 25:20
Speaker 1: of this is national security. Each day that Pam Bondi
• 25:25
Speaker 1: and the Department of Justice fail to comply with our
• 25:27
Speaker 1: subpoena to release the full Epstein files is another day
• 25:30
Speaker 1: Donald Trump continues his White House cover-up, he said. We're
• 25:34
Speaker 1: demanding Pam Bondi and the DOJ, Department of Justice, comply
• 25:38
Speaker 1: with our subpoena, stop protecting pedophiles, and fulfill their legally
• 25:42
Speaker 1: bound commitment so our committee can review the full Epstein files.
• 25:46
Speaker 1: We will not stop fighting until we get the truth
• 25:48
Speaker 1: and those implicated or held accountable. Well, Mr. Garcia, how
• 25:52
Speaker 1: about you start with Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton? Didn't
• 25:56
Speaker 1: you just let them get a pass on their subpoena
• 25:58
Speaker 1: so they can go raise money for Terry McAuliffe? So
• 26:03
Speaker 1: please stop the cap. Either it's all hands on deck
• 26:07
Speaker 1: or nobody's paying attention to the bullshit you're throwing. You're
• 26:10
Speaker 1: turning it into a partisan issue. And what you're gonna
• 26:12
Speaker 1: do is you're gonna turn a lot of people off.
• 26:14
Speaker 1: That's what you're gonna do. And no justice will come
• 26:16
Speaker 1: from it. Sure, you'll get your talking points. You'll be
• 26:19
Speaker 1: able to use it as a political cudgel to smash
• 26:22
Speaker 1: a few opponents. But in the long run, is that
• 26:25
Speaker 1: going to bring justice for the survivors? Is that gonna
• 26:28
Speaker 1: give them the peace of mind to know that there's
• 26:30
Speaker 1: ramifications for the bullshit that happened to them? Because all
• 26:33
Speaker 1: this carrying on by Mr. Garcia here is all fine
• 26:37
Speaker 1: and well for the cameras. But How about the same
• 26:40
Speaker 1: kind of performance when it comes to Clinton? Or Stacey Plaskett?
• 26:45
Speaker 1: Or any of these other people that were involved? The
• 26:47
Speaker 1: committee which released Epstein's infamous birthday book that included a
• 26:50
Speaker 1: bawdy note from the president gave Ms. Bondi until October
• 26:54
Speaker 1: 30th to provide a response. Mr. Trump faced backlash from
• 26:58
Speaker 1: supporters for his own association with Epstein and the botched
• 27:02
Speaker 1: release of the so-called client list, which he insists does
• 27:06
Speaker 1: not exist. Well, it doesn't. Not in the sense that
• 27:09
Speaker 1: people make it out to exist. Oh, sure, there's a
• 27:11
Speaker 1: list of people who were hanging out, a list of
• 27:14
Speaker 1: people that were around, a list of the girls. But
• 27:17
Speaker 1: as far as big names? Look, Virginia already gave you
• 27:21
Speaker 1: a bunch of big names. Nobody did shit about it. What,
• 27:24
Speaker 1: those names weren't good enough? They weren't juicy enough for you?
• 27:29
Speaker 1: The U.S. Department of Justice closed the case on Epstein
• 27:31
Speaker 1: earlier this year, ruling there was no incriminating client list
• 27:35
Speaker 1: or any evidence at Epstein, may have blackmailed prominent people.
• 27:39
Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyers capitalized on the political pressure by offering her
• 27:43
Speaker 1: cooperation in the efforts to dispel speculation and pledging to
• 27:47
Speaker 1: testify before Congress should he pardon her. Imagine? Even thinking
• 27:52
Speaker 1: about pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell? Since then, her request for freedom
• 27:57
Speaker 1: suffered a huge setback earlier this month when the Supreme
• 28:00
Speaker 1: Court judges rejected her appeal. Every single court in the
• 28:03
Speaker 1: land has rejected her appeal. Now, how could anyone in
• 28:08
Speaker 1: good conscience think that Ghislaine Maxwell is being wronged here?
• 28:12
Speaker 1: That Ghislaine Maxwell is some kind of patsy? Ghislaine Maxwell
• 28:17
Speaker 1: is getting everything she deserves. And frankly, if she wasn't rich,
• 28:22
Speaker 1: if her name wasn't Maxwell, she'd be in a facility
• 28:25
Speaker 1: that's way worse than even Tallahassee. Maxwell's lawyers argue that
• 28:32
Speaker 1: her conviction is invalid, saying the plea agreement made with
• 28:35
Speaker 1: Epstein in Florida in 2007, which shields his associates, should
• 28:39
Speaker 1: have barred her criminal prosecution in New York. In theory,
• 28:43
Speaker 1: the decision by the U.S. Highest Court of Appeals means
• 28:46
Speaker 1: her only hope of any early release is through a pardon,
• 28:49
Speaker 1: which the president has so far refused to grant. No
• 28:53
Speaker 1: other way. I mean, she can file habeas corpus motions
• 28:57
Speaker 1: and shit like that, but she's going to fail. None
• 29:00
Speaker 1: of that's going to work. So for all intents and purposes,
• 29:04
Speaker 1: Maxwell's goose is cooked. Unless, of course, Donald Trump steps in.
• 29:07
Speaker 1: But even if he does, remember we've talked about dual
• 29:10
Speaker 1: sovereignty already, where the state can go after Maxwell. So
• 29:14
Speaker 1: there's always that in the back pocket. And hopefully that
• 29:17
Speaker 1: can be used as a counterweight to any kind of
• 29:19
Speaker 1: pardon if a pardon comes. Maxwell now waits for a
• 29:24
Speaker 1: pardon in her Texas prison cell, which is home to
• 29:27
Speaker 1: more than 500 inmates, most of whom are serving time
• 29:31
Speaker 1: for non-violent offenses and white-collar crimes. All of them. That's
• 29:35
Speaker 1: what they're all serving time there for. Maxwell is the
• 29:38
Speaker 1: only difference, okay? So let's not act like this is
• 29:41
Speaker 1: something that happens all the time. This is way off base,
• 29:44
Speaker 1: something that very rarely happens, and completely against BOP policy
• 29:48
Speaker 1: in the first place. According to the prison's handbook, life
• 29:52
Speaker 1: at the prison is centered around work, with inmates earning
• 29:55
Speaker 1: up to $ 1. 15 an hour for their jobs and many
• 29:59
Speaker 1: of which involve food service and factory work. Beyond work,
• 30:03
Speaker 1: inmates take classes on foreign languages and business skills, play sports,
• 30:08
Speaker 1: watch television, and attend religious services, the handbook states. Sounds
• 30:12
Speaker 1: like a retirement community to me. And fuck, when you
• 30:17
Speaker 1: grow up poor, that sounds like a good deal, huh?
• 30:20
Speaker 1: I can go learn some foreign languages, some business skills,
• 30:22
Speaker 1: I can play some sports, watch TV, and I don't
• 30:25
Speaker 1: have to pay for it? Real talk that sounds better
• 30:27
Speaker 1: than some people's lives. The Epstein case has long been
• 30:32
Speaker 1: the subject of conspiracy theories, with many believing the disgraced
• 30:35
Speaker 1: financier sex-trafficked underage women to a circle of high-profile associates.
• 30:41
Speaker 1: Theories intensified when the Trump administration refused to publish documents
• 30:45
Speaker 1: held by the government on Epstein. Kash Patel, the director
• 30:49
Speaker 1: of the FBI, said in a congressional testimony on September
• 30:53
Speaker 1: 16th that there was no credible information that Epstein trafficked
• 30:56
Speaker 1: women and underage girls to anyone but himself. And you
• 31:01
Speaker 1: know what's funny, if you can still laugh about this
• 31:03
Speaker 1: kind of thing, is how predictable it's all become. Every
• 31:07
Speaker 1: time the walls start to close in, the same song
• 31:09
Speaker 1: starts playing. Ongoing investigation, no comment, administrative matter. They rotate
• 31:15
Speaker 1: the excuses like tires. And here we are again, Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 31:19
Speaker 1: move like contraband in the night, with Department of Justice
• 31:22
Speaker 1: acting like it's none of our business. Newsflash, it is
• 31:26
Speaker 1: our business. It's the public's business. This woman wasn't running
• 31:30
Speaker 1: a lemonade stand. She was running logistics for one of
• 31:33
Speaker 1: the darkest criminal networks in modern history. But you wouldn't
• 31:37
Speaker 1: know that from how quiet everyone suddenly got. You'd think
• 31:40
Speaker 1: the Bureau of Prisons and the DOJ were auditioning for
• 31:43
Speaker 1: a mime troupe. They treat us like we're too dumb,
• 31:47
Speaker 1: too distracted, too busy fighting over politics to notice the
• 31:50
Speaker 1: rot spreading right under our noses. But we do notice.
• 31:54
Speaker 1: We remember the broken cameras, the sleeping guards, the rushed cremations,
• 31:57
Speaker 1: the sealed files. We remember the promises of accountability that
• 32:01
Speaker 1: turned into another smokescreen. And now, with the transfer, they're
• 32:05
Speaker 1: running the same play again. Shuffle, hide, deny. They think
• 32:09
Speaker 1: that if they can stretch it out long enough, people
• 32:11
Speaker 1: are going to move on. That's what they always think.
• 32:14
Speaker 1: But this time, it feels a little different. This time,
• 32:17
Speaker 1: there's no more trust to burn. So yeah, let them hide.
• 32:21
Speaker 1: Let them dodge questions and throw their usual fog over
• 32:24
Speaker 1: the truth. It won't work forever. Because every cover-up, every deflection,
• 32:29
Speaker 1: Every smug we're not at liberty to discuss that just
• 32:32
Speaker 1: lights the fire higher. And when the dam finally breaks,
• 32:36
Speaker 1: all the secrets they've been protecting are going to come
• 32:38
Speaker 1: pouring out. You can only smother the truth for so
• 32:40
Speaker 1: long before it starts clawing its way to the surface.
• 32:43
Speaker 1: And when it does, the DOJ can't bury it with
• 32:46
Speaker 1: jargon and the politicians can't drown it out with spin.
• 32:50
Speaker 1: Because this isn't just about Maxwell anymore. It's about how
• 32:53
Speaker 1: the system protected her, the people who funded her, and
• 32:56
Speaker 1: the officials who let it all slide in the name
• 32:58
Speaker 1: of procedure. So if they want silence, they're in the
• 33:02
Speaker 1: wrong country. We've got microphones, cameras, and long memories. And
• 33:06
Speaker 1: this story is not going away. Not this time. Not
• 33:10
Speaker 1: with this crowd. Not with so much on the line.
• 33:15
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
• 33:17
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up everyone and
• 33:20
Speaker 1: welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. So yesterday
• 33:25
Speaker 1: Pam Bondi sat before the Senate and she talked about
• 33:30
Speaker 1: a whole host of things. And of course the topic
• 33:33
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein was front and center. And there was
• 33:36
Speaker 1: a lot of back and forth between Pam Bondi and
• 33:38
Speaker 1: the Senators. And frankly I found it all disgusting. It's
• 33:42
Speaker 1: all performative. All of it. It's not really trying to
• 33:46
Speaker 1: drill down to figure out what happened. It's not trying
• 33:48
Speaker 1: to get to the bottom of, you know, what Epstein
• 33:51
Speaker 1: was up to. Instead, these senators are all looking for
• 33:54
Speaker 1: a gotcha moment, and they hope that they can utilize
• 33:57
Speaker 1: that gotcha moment as a political cudgel to use against
• 34:01
Speaker 1: their political enemies. And that's exactly why they're interested all
• 34:06
Speaker 1: of a sudden, because they feel like they have some
• 34:08
Speaker 1: ground they can make up. But they'll get up here
• 34:11
Speaker 1: and they'll tell you that it's something completely different, right?
• 34:14
Speaker 1: That they care all of a sudden. that they want
• 34:17
Speaker 1: to bring justice to Jeffrey Epstein's victims. Well, you had
• 34:22
Speaker 1: your chance to do that for years. And all you
• 34:24
Speaker 1: did was ignore the topic and call people who were
• 34:27
Speaker 1: interested in the topic and who were actually doing the
• 34:30
Speaker 1: work crazy. But now you're going to get up there
• 34:33
Speaker 1: and act self-righteous and hurl all these accusations at everybody else?
• 34:37
Speaker 1: And that might play with your base, but for the
• 34:40
Speaker 1: rest of us, it looks disgusting. And it looks like
• 34:43
Speaker 1: it's very self-serving. We've had all these hearings now since what, July? Committees, this, that,
• 34:50
Speaker 1: the other thing. And what's come of it? Not a
• 34:53
Speaker 1: damn thing. We don't even have the Alex Acosta transcripts yet. Well,
• 34:58
Speaker 1: you have to go through that with a fine-tooth comb
• 35:00
Speaker 1: and make sure that we don't have the information that's needed.
• 35:03
Speaker 1: It's all just a gigantic joke to these people. And
• 35:06
Speaker 1: it's all about scoring political points. And that goes for
• 35:09
Speaker 1: both sides. And like I always say, that's how they
• 35:11
Speaker 1: weaponize the confusion. They want everybody to be confused about
• 35:15
Speaker 1: everything that went on, everything that's still going on. That
• 35:18
Speaker 1: way it's almost impossible to cut through what's real and
• 35:21
Speaker 1: what's fake. And that's how they thrive. And then you
• 35:25
Speaker 1: have these senators that get up there, and Pam Bondi
• 35:27
Speaker 1: that get up there, and instead of doing anything productive,
• 35:31
Speaker 1: it's just a shitshow, an absolute circus of allegations being
• 35:35
Speaker 1: flung around, and a whole hell of a lot of
• 35:37
Speaker 1: whataboutism on top of it. So today we're going to
• 35:41
Speaker 1: dive into an article from the New York Post talking
• 35:44
Speaker 1: about Pam Bondi and her hearing in front of the
• 35:47
Speaker 1: Senate that was yesterday. Headline, Pam Bondi lashes out at
• 35:51
Speaker 1: Dems in rowdy hearing over the Epstein case. Salacious remarks.
• 35:56
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Stephen Nelson. Attorney General Pam
• 36:02
Speaker 1: Bondi went on offense Tuesday as Senate Democrats grilled her
• 36:06
Speaker 1: about the Jeffrey Epstein case and other matters. with Bondi
• 36:10
Speaker 1: at one point suggesting Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island
• 36:13
Speaker 1: might be concerned about embarrassing links to the late pedophile.
• 36:18
Speaker 1: Bondi sought to turn the tables on Whitehouse and Senator
• 36:20
Speaker 1: Dick Durbin during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing after facing
• 36:25
Speaker 1: months of criticism over her July 6 memo, recommending against
• 36:29
Speaker 1: further public disclosures in the notorious sex traffickers case. How
• 36:34
Speaker 1: many of those Treasury suspicious activity reports Did you or
• 36:37
Speaker 1: FBI Director Kash Patel investigate? White House asked Bondi about
• 36:41
Speaker 1: transactions made by Epstein that had been flagged by the banks.
• 36:46
Speaker 1: The Attorney General snapped back, Senator, I'm not sure if
• 36:49
Speaker 1: you're concerned because you took money, I believe, did you?
• 36:52
Speaker 1: From Reid Hoffman, one of Epstein's closest confidants, not only once,
• 36:57
Speaker 1: but twice, in 2018 and 2024. Well, that's true. But
• 37:05
Speaker 1: you realize, Ms. Bondi, that Leon Black's son, one of
• 37:09
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's bigger confidants, is part of the Trump administration.
• 37:14
Speaker 1: So how about we just save the whataboutism? Because it's
• 37:17
Speaker 1: obvious that both sides were eating at a Jeffrey Epstein's trough.
• 37:21
Speaker 1: She added, did you ask former Attorney General Merrick Garland
• 37:25
Speaker 1: any of this over the last four years when he
• 37:27
Speaker 1: sat before you? And that's a legitimate point. That is
• 37:31
Speaker 1: certainly a legitimate point. The Biden administration didn't give one
• 37:34
Speaker 1: single damn about what was going on with Epstein. And
• 37:37
Speaker 1: we all know that his CIA director, Bill Burns, was
• 37:40
Speaker 1: friendly with Epstein and even went to his house several
• 37:43
Speaker 1: times and was talking about how Epstein's some kind of
• 37:46
Speaker 1: lifestyle coach. That's Biden's head of the CIA. Or how
• 37:51
Speaker 1: about Bill Richardson? Should we talk about him? So there's
• 37:54
Speaker 1: certainly a legitimate point to be made about the previous
• 37:57
Speaker 1: administrations not giving one single damn about what went on.
• 38:01
Speaker 1: But save the whataboutism. You're in control now. You're in
• 38:04
Speaker 1: power now. I don't care what the previous administrations did.
• 38:08
Speaker 1: Either you're going to step up and do the right
• 38:10
Speaker 1: thing or you're not. And you can try and put
• 38:12
Speaker 1: the blame wherever you want to put it, but it's
• 38:15
Speaker 1: not going to work. I mean, maybe for your base
• 38:17
Speaker 1: or whatever. But the vast majority of people see this
• 38:21
Speaker 1: bullshit for what it is. White House plowed on. There's
• 38:25
Speaker 1: been public reporting that Jeffrey Epstein showed people photos of
• 38:28
Speaker 1: President Trump with half-naked young women. Do you know if
• 38:32
Speaker 1: the FBI found those photos in their search of Jeffrey
• 38:35
Speaker 1: Epstein's safe or premises or otherwise? Now look, I've never
• 38:39
Speaker 1: seen those pictures, but would I be shocked if they existed?
• 38:43
Speaker 1: Hell no, I wouldn't be. And why not? Well, Trump
• 38:46
Speaker 1: was involved in that world, right? The modeling world was
• 38:49
Speaker 1: involved in the beauty pageants. So would it be that
• 38:52
Speaker 1: shocking if these two dudes were together when they were
• 38:55
Speaker 1: friendly and there was a girl that was half naked?
• 38:58
Speaker 1: So we need some context with that kind of comment.
• 39:01
Speaker 1: You can't just fire off that comment and be like, well,
• 39:04
Speaker 1: was he with a half naked girl? OK, where were
• 39:06
Speaker 1: they at? What was the situation? Right. And all of
• 39:09
Speaker 1: that matters, because if you don't do that and you
• 39:12
Speaker 1: don't be fully transparent about what you're talking about, you're
• 39:15
Speaker 1: going to give the quote unquote other side the ammunition
• 39:18
Speaker 1: they need to say, look, this is all just a
• 39:20
Speaker 1: political hit job. Bondi blasted him again. You know, Senator Whitehouse,
• 39:25
Speaker 1: you sit here and make salacious remarks, once again trying
• 39:27
Speaker 1: to slander President Trump left and right. And you're the
• 39:31
Speaker 1: one who was taking money from one of Epstein's closest confidants.
• 39:34
Speaker 1: And the senator sitting right next to you, Durbin, tried
• 39:37
Speaker 1: to block the flight logs from being released. I don't
• 39:40
Speaker 1: know about you folks, but I'm really tired of all
• 39:42
Speaker 1: this blame being thrown everywhere but where it belongs. And
• 39:46
Speaker 1: that's with the people who are in charge. Enough is enough.
• 39:50
Speaker 1: You have the power right now, Pound Bondy, to change things.
• 39:53
Speaker 1: You have the power to walk directly into the DOJ
• 39:57
Speaker 1: and tell them you want to get rid of the NPA.
• 40:00
Speaker 1: You have that power. Nobody else. Now, look, I'm not
• 40:03
Speaker 1: going to sit here and tell you that these senators
• 40:05
Speaker 1: are good people. I don't think they are. And the
• 40:08
Speaker 1: vast majority of them took Jeffrey Epstein's money and didn't
• 40:11
Speaker 1: give one single damn about the survivors while they were
• 40:13
Speaker 1: doing it. And then even afterwards, they acted like it
• 40:17
Speaker 1: wasn't a big deal. Some of them talked about how
• 40:20
Speaker 1: I'm not going to give the money back. Stacey Plaskett,
• 40:22
Speaker 1: I'm looking at you. Then you have other people who
• 40:25
Speaker 1: took money previously and they're like, well, that's a defunct campaign.
• 40:29
Speaker 1: What do you want us to do now? Well, how
• 40:31
Speaker 1: about doing the right thing and giving the money back,
• 40:35
Speaker 1: donating it, something. But no, it's all performative. It's all
• 40:39
Speaker 1: this is what you should be doing. Meanwhile, the people
• 40:42
Speaker 1: that are saying that are the ones that are over
• 40:44
Speaker 1: at Epstein's house breaking bread with them. When Durbin spoke,
• 40:50
Speaker 1: Bondi pointed out that in 2023, the committee's top Democrat
• 40:53
Speaker 1: blocked an attempt by Senator Marshall Blackburn to force the
• 40:57
Speaker 1: disclosure of Epstein's flight logs. Why was the July 7th
• 41:01
Speaker 1: memo unsigned, Durbin asked. Bondi retorted, why did you fight
• 41:05
Speaker 1: to not disclose the flight logs, Senator Durbin? I did
• 41:08
Speaker 1: not refuse, he claimed. One of the senators here wished
• 41:11
Speaker 1: to produce those logs. I asked her to put it
• 41:13
Speaker 1: in writing and she never did. So why didn't you?
• 41:16
Speaker 1: If it was that big of a deal, Senator Durbin,
• 41:19
Speaker 1: and somebody brought it up, why are you waiting for
• 41:21
Speaker 1: somebody else to kick things into gear? Why don't you
• 41:24
Speaker 1: be the hero? Why don't you step up and say, hey,
• 41:26
Speaker 1: I'm going to be the guy that breaks this wide open?
• 41:29
Speaker 1: I'll tell you why. Because you never cared. And the
• 41:32
Speaker 1: only reason you care now is because you think you're
• 41:34
Speaker 1: going to win some political points by doing so. So
• 41:37
Speaker 1: you can miss me with all that self-righteous bullshit. You
• 41:41
Speaker 1: know that I submitted that in writing, Blackburn cut in,
• 41:43
Speaker 1: to Skull Durbin. And you continue to misrepresent that, and
• 41:46
Speaker 1: I'm not going to let that record stand. Trump has
• 41:49
Speaker 1: tried to move on from the Epstein controversy, calling it
• 41:52
Speaker 1: a democratic hoax designed to smear him, for his socializing
• 41:55
Speaker 1: with the disgraced financier in the 1990s and early 2000s.
• 42:01
Speaker 1: I mean, imagine having the audacity and the stones to
• 42:04
Speaker 1: call this shit a hoax? Like, for real? Talk about
• 42:08
Speaker 1: a self-inflicted wound, politically speaking. And of course that rift
• 42:12
Speaker 1: is just widening. Look at what's going on with Marjorie
• 42:15
Speaker 1: Taylor Greene, talking about how she's being pressured, how the
• 42:19
Speaker 1: party is going after her, the whole thing. God forbid
• 42:22
Speaker 1: somebody has their own mind, right? God forbid somebody leaves
• 42:25
Speaker 1: the echo chamber. Now you're the enemy. Now you're a
• 42:28
Speaker 1: hostile force because you want the truth and you're demanding
• 42:32
Speaker 1: transparency from the government. And somehow that makes you the
• 42:35
Speaker 1: bad guy. I mean, God forbid you go against the party, right?
• 42:40
Speaker 1: A bipartisan cohort in Congress has continued to seek more
• 42:43
Speaker 1: information about Epstein's links to powerful men, such as former
• 42:47
Speaker 1: President Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, former Harvard President Larry Summers,
• 42:51
Speaker 1: and Microsoft Chief Bill Gates, with subpoenas and ensuring public
• 42:55
Speaker 1: disclosures by the Republican-led House Oversight Committee. And all of
• 42:59
Speaker 1: those dudes, plus more, should be brought up and spoken to.
• 43:03
Speaker 1: And I think that Senator Kennedy was on the right
• 43:06
Speaker 1: path talking about bringing up Howard Lutnick, And having him
• 43:10
Speaker 1: talk about what he knows. Because obviously he knows a
• 43:13
Speaker 1: lot more than he let on. We all heard what
• 43:15
Speaker 1: he had to say recently. So yeah, Howard Lutnick should
• 43:19
Speaker 1: definitely be brought up. Along with all those other people
• 43:22
Speaker 1: that were just mentioned. Prince Andrew, Larry Summers, Bill Gates,
• 43:26
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton. Everybody. And of course some of them are
• 43:29
Speaker 1: being brought in. But it only scratches the surface. They're
• 43:32
Speaker 1: not going deep enough. Because obviously there's a lot more here.
• 43:36
Speaker 1: If you go a little bit deeper below the surface.
• 43:39
Speaker 1: A lot of other people that could be brought in.
• 43:41
Speaker 1: What about the guards, Tova Noel and Michael Thomas? What
• 43:46
Speaker 1: about the person who was the lieutenant on shift that night?
• 43:50
Speaker 1: What about the EMS workers? What about, see where I'm
• 43:54
Speaker 1: going with this? There's a lot of people that haven't
• 43:56
Speaker 1: even been thought about that should be brought up in
• 43:59
Speaker 1: front of Congress or the Senate, put under oath and
• 44:03
Speaker 1: ask questions. And it's not because I think they were involved.
• 44:06
Speaker 1: but they might remember something or know something that advances
• 44:09
Speaker 1: the investigation overall. But instead, these people haven't even been
• 44:14
Speaker 1: spoken to. Certainly not on the record. Bondi and Durbin
• 44:20
Speaker 1: also tangled over the legal justification of Trump's decision to
• 44:24
Speaker 1: dispatch the National Guard to Chicago. Bondi highlighted the hundreds
• 44:28
Speaker 1: of homicides that have taken place in the Windy City
• 44:31
Speaker 1: in recent years and noted that Patel and Deputy Attorney
• 44:35
Speaker 1: General Todd baby Billy Blanche were en route to the
• 44:39
Speaker 1: city on Tuesday. Well, that's cool. Todd Blanche can show
• 44:42
Speaker 1: up down in Chicago. He's not busy waiting hand and
• 44:45
Speaker 1: foot on Glenn Maxwell anymore. No more Chick-fil-A sandwiches for
• 44:48
Speaker 1: his buddy Glenn, huh? Well, that's nice. I wish you
• 44:52
Speaker 1: love Chicago as much as you hate President Trump. Bondi
• 44:55
Speaker 1: swiped at the ranking member. If you're not going to
• 44:57
Speaker 1: protect your citizens, President Trump will. Bondi deployed a similar
• 45:02
Speaker 1: line of attack against Senator Alex Padilla in response to
• 45:06
Speaker 1: a question. about whether the administration is required to follow
• 45:09
Speaker 1: court orders temporarily blocking the deployment of troops to American cities.
• 45:15
Speaker 1: And the rest of the article just talks about the
• 45:17
Speaker 1: other things that were going on during the hearing, and
• 45:19
Speaker 1: they're not really relevant to the topic at hand, so
• 45:21
Speaker 1: we're just going to end this article right here. Because
• 45:24
Speaker 1: it gives you everything you need to know about that hearing,
• 45:27
Speaker 1: when it comes to Epstein anyway. And it was just
• 45:30
Speaker 1: a gigantic circus once again. Nothing ever gets accomplished, just
• 45:34
Speaker 1: allegations thrown around. A whole bunch of whataboutism, a bunch
• 45:37
Speaker 1: of finger pointing, but never any results. And that's exactly
• 45:41
Speaker 1: what we had yesterday with Pam Bondi in front of
• 45:43
Speaker 1: the Senate. And unfortunately, my guess is that's what we
• 45:47
Speaker 1: can expect moving forward. All of the information that goes
• 45:52
Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
• 45:55
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 45:58
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. You ever notice how every time something shady
• 46:03
Speaker 1: happens with Glenn Maxwell, The DOJ suddenly forgets how to
• 46:07
Speaker 1: speak English. It's like clockwork. They go radio silent faster
• 46:11
Speaker 1: than a mob lawyer in a RICO trial. The woman
• 46:15
Speaker 1: gets transferred, moved like a pawn off the board, and
• 46:18
Speaker 1: nobody in power so much as blinks. No press release,
• 46:21
Speaker 1: not a statement. Not even one of those phony, ongoing
• 46:24
Speaker 1: investigation excuses they love to trot out. Just nothing. Dead air.
• 46:30
Speaker 1: And if they had their way, you'd think Elaine Maxwell
• 46:33
Speaker 1: never existed. Just poof, gone. like the evidence, like the accountability,
• 46:38
Speaker 1: like the justice we were promised. It's amazing, isn't it?
• 46:42
Speaker 1: The DOJ can find time to explain how a woman
• 46:45
Speaker 1: convicted of trafficking minors for the global elite ends up
• 46:48
Speaker 1: quietly relocated, but they can leak an indictment before your
• 46:52
Speaker 1: morning coffee if it's politically useful. These fools have turned
• 46:57
Speaker 1: selective silence into a national pastime. It's an art form
• 47:01
Speaker 1: at this point. One they've perfected over decades of burying
• 47:04
Speaker 1: scandals that reach too close to the top. And every
• 47:07
Speaker 1: time they pull it off, they smirk behind closed doors
• 47:10
Speaker 1: knowing the public will be fed just enough nonsense to
• 47:14
Speaker 1: keep the outrage manageable. And isn't that just the DOJ's
• 47:18
Speaker 1: favorite trick? Nothing to see here, folks. That should be
• 47:21
Speaker 1: on their letterhead at this point. Hell, it should be
• 47:24
Speaker 1: their motto carved into the lobby wall in big gold letters.
• 47:28
Speaker 1: And they do it with a straight face, too. the
• 47:31
Speaker 1: same people who brag about transparency in front of the cameras,
• 47:34
Speaker 1: can't answer a simple question about where one of the
• 47:36
Speaker 1: world's most connected child traffickers is being stashed. You gotta laugh.
• 47:41
Speaker 1: It's black comedy at this point. These are the same
• 47:44
Speaker 1: geniuses who lose laptops, forget flight logs, and somehow misplace
• 47:48
Speaker 1: an entire sex trafficking empire. A real professional outlet they
• 47:51
Speaker 1: got over there. They'll brief you on TikTok bans and
• 47:54
Speaker 1: e-cigarette regulations before they'll tell you what's going on with Maxwell.
• 47:59
Speaker 1: Every silence, every delay, every no comment, it's all part
• 48:02
Speaker 1: of the performance. The same show they've been running since
• 48:05
Speaker 1: the day Epstein died, and you know what's wild? They
• 48:08
Speaker 1: actually think that people still buy it. They think we
• 48:11
Speaker 1: forgot that Epstein was under constant watch right up until
• 48:14
Speaker 1: the cameras mysteriously malfunctioned and the guards just happened to
• 48:17
Speaker 1: fall asleep. Yeah, sure, pull the other one. But now,
• 48:22
  Speaker 1: they've got a little problem, don't they? Pam Bondi's name
• 48:25
Speaker 1: just got thrown into the mix. Finally, someone with a
• 48:28
Speaker 1: bit of bite asking why this transfer stinks to high heaven.
• 48:32
Speaker 1: You can almost hear the DOJ sweating through their suits,
• 48:35
Speaker 1: praying she doesn't go off script, because if those threads
• 48:38
Speaker 1: are pulled, the whole thing might unravel faster than Epstein's bedsheets.
• 48:43
Speaker 1: And that's exactly what they're afraid of, sunlight, accountability, the
• 48:46
Speaker 1: kind of questions that force them to stop pretending the
• 48:49
Speaker 1: whole operation was above board. You can tell by the
• 48:52
Speaker 1: body language of every official asked about it, they tense up,
• 48:55
Speaker 1: look down, and spit out the same robotic garbage. We
• 48:59
Speaker 1: can't comment on ongoing matters? Oh really? You sure had
• 49:03
Speaker 1: plenty to say when it was time to tell us
• 49:05
Speaker 1: justice had been served. Funny how the talking points dry
• 49:08
Speaker 1: up when the subject shifts from prosecutions to cover-ups. The
• 49:12
Speaker 1: DOJ wants silence because silence keeps the machine running. Silence
• 49:16
Speaker 1: protects the donors, the judges, the hedge fund boys, and
• 49:19
Speaker 1: the ones who've private islands without passports. It keeps the
• 49:23
Speaker 1: powerful comfortable and the public confused. That's the game. Tire
• 49:27
Speaker 1: people out, drown them in legal jargon, and hope you
• 49:31
Speaker 1: all move on. Like I always tell you, they rely
• 49:34
Speaker 1: on your fatigue because outrage fades faster than memory in
• 49:37
Speaker 1: this country. But guess what? The silence is over. People
• 49:42
Speaker 1: are paying attention again. The same crowd they thought would
• 49:45
Speaker 1: just scroll on by is asking the one question they
• 49:48
Speaker 1: can't stand. Who the hell approved of this transfer and why?
• 49:53
Speaker 1: And that's the crack in the armor. Because once that
• 49:55
Speaker 1: question takes hold, it leads to others. Who was she
• 49:58
Speaker 1: meeting with in prison? What deals were made behind closed doors?
• 50:02
Speaker 1: Why does every person tied to Epstein either vanish, suicide,
• 50:05
Speaker 1: or get shuffled around the system like a bad loan?
• 50:09
Speaker 1: They can't bury every answer, not anymore. Because the truth is,
• 50:14
Speaker 1: this whole Ghislaine Maxwell saga has never been about justice.
• 50:17
Speaker 1: It's always been about damage control. It always has been.
• 50:21
Speaker 1: From the moment she was arrested, the system's priority wasn't transparency,
• 50:25
Speaker 1: it was containment. Keep her talking just enough to pretend accountability,
• 50:29
Speaker 1: but not enough to burn the wrong people. Every move
• 50:33
Speaker 1: since then has been about managing optics, not truth. And
• 50:37
Speaker 1: with the transfer... They overplayed their hand. The silence isn't
• 50:41
  Speaker 1: reassuring anymore. It's deafening. It's suspicious. It's a blinking neon
• 50:45
Speaker 1: sign that says we're hiding something. And every time the
• 50:48
Speaker 1: DOJ ducks a question, every time they play dumb, they
• 50:51
Speaker 1: remind the rest of us exactly who they really work for.
• 50:55
Speaker 1: And it sure as hell isn't us. It's the same
• 50:59
Speaker 1: faceless network that's been buying silence since the beginning of
• 51:02
Speaker 1: this whole sordid saga. The same crowd that can erase people,
• 51:06
Speaker 1: rewrite history, and make even the ugliest crimes look like
• 51:09
Speaker 1: clerical errors. They think the public's too numb, too distracted,
• 51:13
Speaker 1: too cynical to care. But they've misread the room this time.
• 51:18
Speaker 1: The patience is gone, the trust is shot, and the
• 51:21
Speaker 1: silence isn't fooling anybody anymore. The people are watching, and
• 51:25
Speaker 1: whether they like it or not, this time, we're not
• 51:28
Speaker 1: shutting up. This article was published by The Times and
• 51:32
Speaker 1: The Headline. Pam Bondi ordered to explain Ghislaine Maxwell prison move.
• 51:38
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Connor Stringer. Pam Bondi has
• 51:42
Speaker 1: been ordered to explain the Ghislaine Maxwell transfer to a
• 51:45
Speaker 1: minimum security prison amid claims she was given preferential treatment. Like,
• 51:50
Speaker 1: this should have been something that happened right away. Alright,
• 51:54
Speaker 1: we're moving Ghislaine Maxwell, and here's why. But no. Oh,
• 51:58
Speaker 1: it's operational security. It's because... She's going to be in
• 52:02
Speaker 1: trouble at the other prison because she's talking to the
• 52:05
Speaker 1: government now. Nobody buys that. Do you know how many
• 52:08
Speaker 1: people are speaking to the government on a daily basis
• 52:11
Speaker 1: in jail? A whole lot. A whole lot of them.
• 52:17
Speaker 1: And what you think at Tallahassee in the female prison?
• 52:21
Speaker 1: And they're going to shank Ghislaine Maxwell? I'll take things
• 52:25
Speaker 1: that have never happened in the history of the facility
• 52:27
Speaker 1: for a thousand, please. Because that's a bunch of BS.
• 52:33
Speaker 1: That facility is not a place where something like that happens.
• 52:37
Speaker 1: So that's DOA. That whole excuse that it was for
• 52:39
Speaker 1: security purposes? DOA. I mean, Glenn Maxwell was already in
• 52:44
Speaker 1: the honor dorm at Tallahassee. So somebody needs to explain
• 52:48
Speaker 1: what's going on here. Maxwell, the former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein,
• 52:52
Speaker 1: you mean co-conspirator? You mean fellow all-around scumbag and bipedal
• 52:56
Speaker 1: serpent and child molester, right? Was moved from Florida to
• 53:00
Speaker 1: the federal prison camp Bryan in Texas. shortly after she
• 53:04
Speaker 1: was interviewed by the Trump administration about the pedophile and
• 53:07
Speaker 1: his associates. The British socialite, you mean human trafficker, right?
• 53:12
  Speaker 1: Let's call her what she is. She's a child-molesting human
• 53:14
Speaker 1: trafficker who is currently serving a 20-year jail sentence for
• 53:18
Speaker 1: procuring underage girls for Epstein did not implicate Donald Trump
• 53:22
Speaker 1: in any wrongdoing during her two-day questioning with Todd Baby
• 53:26
Speaker 1: Billy Blanche, the Deputy Attorney General. She didn't implicate anybody.
• 53:32
Speaker 1: She has nothing to serve up. Anything that she could
• 53:34
Speaker 1: possibly give up, the government already has. The only use
• 53:39
Speaker 1: they could find for Ghislaine Maxwell is to put her
• 53:41
Speaker 1: on the stand to testify. And good luck with that.
• 53:45
Speaker 1: Can you imagine one of these great lawyers cross-examining Ghislaine
• 53:49
Speaker 1: Maxwell after she's been charged with two counts of perjury
• 53:52
Speaker 1: previously and we all know she's a liar? Oh yeah,
• 53:56
  Speaker 1: I'm sure that, oh I don't know, Tenny Garagos wouldn't
• 53:59
Speaker 1: have a field day with that. I'm sure that Nicole
• 54:02
Speaker 1: Westmoreland wouldn't love to destroy Glenn Maxwell. I mean, are
• 54:07
Speaker 1: you kidding me right now? Are you for real? Nobody's
• 54:10
Speaker 1: putting her on the stand. Nobody's using her as a witness.
• 54:13
Speaker 1: All of this was just a bunch of BS. The
• 54:17
Speaker 1: timing of Maxwell's prison move after the interview has led
• 54:20
Speaker 1: to accusations that she received favorable treatment for not implicating
• 54:24
Speaker 1: the president. That's what it looks like. What else would
• 54:26
Speaker 1: she get moved for? What did she serve up that
• 54:29
Speaker 1: was so actionable, so great, that they'd move her to
• 54:32
Speaker 1: this facility. And look, I'm not completely against people getting
• 54:35
Speaker 1: moved if they offer up some actionable intelligence. Like the
• 54:40
Speaker 1: situation with El Chapo. When everything ends up playing out
• 54:45
Speaker 1: and El Mayo gets that sentence, El Chapo's going to
• 54:47
Speaker 1: end up getting favorable conditions. That was all part of
• 54:50
Speaker 1: the deal. And I'm completely fine with that. But with
• 54:53
Speaker 1: somebody like Ghislaine Maxwell, she didn't serve anything up. What
• 54:57
Speaker 1: sort of arrests were made because of Ghislaine Maxwell? What
• 55:00
Speaker 1: sort of justice was served because of the skafooza? None.
• 55:04
Speaker 1: The only justice is that she's sitting in prison. And
• 55:07
Speaker 1: the fact that you took even that little bit of
• 55:09
Speaker 1: justice away, I mean really, let's be real here, that's
• 55:12
Speaker 1: what they did, is just beyond the pale. It's unforgivable,
• 55:17
  Speaker 1: it's unexcusable, and I don't care who's offended when I
• 55:20
Speaker 1: say it. Because I have real bad news for you.
• 55:22
Speaker 1: If you're on the side of Ghislaine Maxwell, my friend,
• 55:26
Speaker 1: you're on the losing side. Robert Garcia, who is leading
• 55:31
Speaker 1: the House Oversight Committee's investigation into Epstein, has demanded Ms. Bondi, Mr.
• 55:36
Speaker 1: Trump's Attorney General, explain why Maxwell was transferred. I think
• 55:41
  Speaker 1: that's a legitimate ask. Now, of course, there's a lot
• 55:44
Speaker 1: of nonsensical BS going on when it comes to both
• 55:48
Speaker 1: sides of the aisle. Turning this into a political football,
• 55:51
Speaker 1: people who have never really even cared one bit about
• 55:54
Speaker 1: what's going on are now acting like they've been here
• 55:56
Speaker 1: from the beginning and But as far as Pam Bondi goes,
• 56:01
Speaker 1: and as far as this decision, 100%, she's the boss, right? Well,
• 56:06
Speaker 1: why was Todd Blanche there? What sort of deal was made?
• 56:09
Speaker 1: What went into the transfer? Just basic information, right? None
• 56:14
Speaker 1: of this is national security. Each day that Pam Bondi
• 56:18
Speaker 1: and the Department of Justice fail to comply with our
• 56:20
Speaker 1: subpoena to release the full Epstein files is another day
• 56:24
Speaker 1: Donald Trump continues his White House cover-up, he said. We're
• 56:28
Speaker 1: demanding Pam Bondi and the DOJ, Department of Justice, comply
• 56:31
Speaker 1: with our subpoena, stop protecting pedophiles, and fulfill their legally
• 56:35
Speaker 1: bound commitment so our committee can review the full Epstein files.
• 56:39
Speaker 1: We will not stop fighting until we get the truth
• 56:41
Speaker 1: and those implicated or held accountable. Well, Mr. Garcia, how
• 56:45
Speaker 1: about you start with Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton? Didn't
• 56:50
Speaker 1: you just let them get a pass on their subpoena
• 56:52
Speaker 1: so they can go raise money for Terry McAuliffe? So, please,
• 56:56
Speaker 1: stop the cap. Either it's all hands on deck or
• 57:00
Speaker 1: nobody's paying attention to the bullshit you're throwing. You're turning
• 57:03
Speaker 1: it into a partisan issue. And what you're going to
• 57:05
Speaker 1: do is you're going to turn a lot of people off.
• 57:07
Speaker 1: That's what you're going to do. And no justice will
• 57:09
Speaker 1: come from it. Sure, you'll get your talking points. You'll
• 57:13
Speaker 1: be able to use it as a political cudgel to
• 57:15
Speaker 1: smash a few opponents. But in the long run, is
• 57:18
Speaker 1: that going to bring justice for the survivors? Is that
• 57:21
Speaker 1: going to give them the peace of mind to know
• 57:23
Speaker 1: that there's ramifications for the bullshit that happened to them?
• 57:26
Speaker 1: Because all this carrying on by Mr. Garcia here, is
• 57:30
Speaker 1: all fine and well for the cameras, but how about
• 57:33
Speaker 1: the same kind of performance when it comes to Clinton,
• 57:36
Speaker 1: or Stacey Plaskett, or any of these other people that
• 57:39
Speaker 1: were involved? The committee which released Epstein's infamous birthday book
• 57:43
Speaker 1: that included a bawdy note from the president gave Ms.
• 57:46
Speaker 1: Bondi until October 30th to provide a response. Mr. Trump
• 57:51
Speaker 1: faced backlash from supporters for his own association with Epstein
• 57:55
Speaker 1: and the botched release of the so-called client list which
• 57:58
Speaker 1: he insists, does not exist. Well, it doesn't. Not in
• 58:01
Speaker 1: the sense that people make it out to exist. Oh, sure,
• 58:04
Speaker 1: there's a list of people who were hanging out, a
• 58:07
Speaker 1: list of people that were around, a list of the girls.
• 58:10
Speaker 1: But as far as big names? Look, Virginia already gave
• 58:14
Speaker 1: you a bunch of big names. Nobody did shit about it. What,
• 58:17
Speaker 1: those names weren't good enough? They weren't juicy enough for you?
• 58:22
Speaker 1: The U.S. Department of Justice closed the case on Epstein
• 58:24
Speaker 1: earlier this year, ruling there was no incriminating client list
• 58:28
Speaker 1: or any evidence that Epstein may have blackmailed prominent people.
• 58:32
Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyers capitalized on the political pressure by offering her
• 58:36
Speaker 1: cooperation in the efforts to dispel speculation and pledging to
• 58:40
Speaker 1: testify before Congress should he pardon her. Imagine even thinking
• 58:45
Speaker 1: about pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell. Since then, her request for freedom
• 58:50
Speaker 1: suffered a huge setback earlier this month when the Supreme
• 58:53
Speaker 1: Court judges rejected her appeal. Every single court in the
• 58:57
Speaker 1: land has rejected her appeal. Now, how could anyone in
• 59:01
Speaker 1: good conscience think that Ghislaine Maxwell is being wronged here?
• 59:05
Speaker 1: That Ghislaine Maxwell is some kind of patsy? Ghislaine Maxwell
• 59:11
Speaker 1: is getting everything she deserves. And frankly, if she wasn't rich,
• 59:15
Speaker 1: if her name wasn't Maxwell, she'd be in a facility
• 59:18
Speaker 1: that's way worse than even Tallahassee. Maxwell's lawyers argue that
• 59:25
Speaker 1: her conviction is invalid, saying the plea agreement made with
• 59:28
Speaker 1: Epstein in Florida in 2007, which shields his associates, should
• 59:32
Speaker 1: have barred her criminal prosecution in New York. In theory,
• 59:36
Speaker 1: the decision by the U.S. Highest Court of Appeals means
• 59:39
Speaker 1: her only hope of any early release is through a pardon,
• 59:42
Speaker 1: which the president has so far refused to grant. No
• 59:46
Speaker 1: other way. I mean, she can file habeas corpus motions
• 59:50
Speaker 1: and shit like that, but she's going to fail. None
• 59:53
Speaker 1: of that's going to work. So for all intents and purposes,
• 59:57
Speaker 1: Maxwell's goose is cooked. Unless, of course, Donald Trump steps in.
• 1:00:01
Speaker 1: But even if he does, remember we've talked about dual
• 1:00:03
Speaker 1: sovereignty already, where the state can go after Maxwell. So
• 1:00:07
Speaker 1: there's always that in the back pocket. And hopefully that
• 1:00:10
Speaker 1: could be used as a counterweight to any kind of
• 1:00:12
Speaker 1: pardon if a pardon comes. Maxwell now waits for a
• 1:00:18
Speaker 1: pardon in her Texas prison cell, which is home to
• 1:00:20
Speaker 1: more than 500 inmates, most of whom are serving time
• 1:00:24
Speaker 1: for non-violent offenses and white-collar crimes. All of them. That's
• 1:00:28
Speaker 1: what they're all serving time there for. Maxwell is the
• 1:00:31
Speaker 1: only difference, okay? So let's not act like this is
• 1:00:34
Speaker 1: something that happens all the time. This is way off base,
• 1:00:37
Speaker 1: something that very rarely happens, and completely against BOP policy
• 1:00:41
Speaker 1: in the first place. According to the prison's handbook, life
• 1:00:45
Speaker 1: at the prison is centered around work, with inmates earning
• 1:00:48
Speaker 1: up to $ 1. 15 an hour for their jobs. many of
• 1:00:52
Speaker 1: which involve food service and factory work. Beyond work, inmates
• 1:00:57
Speaker 1: take classes on foreign languages and business skills, play sports,
• 1:01:01
Speaker 1: watch television, and attend religious services, the handbook states. Sounds
• 1:01:06
Speaker 1: like a retirement community to me. And fuck, when you
• 1:01:10
Speaker 1: grow up poor, that sounds like a good deal, huh?
• 1:01:13
Speaker 1: I can go learn some foreign languages, some business skills,
• 1:01:15
Speaker 1: I can play some sports, watch TV, and I don't
• 1:01:18
Speaker 1: have to pay for it? Real talk, that sounds better
• 1:01:20
Speaker 1: than some people's lives. The Epstein case has long been
• 1:01:25
Speaker 1: the subject of conspiracy theories, with many believing the disgraced
• 1:01:28
Speaker 1: financier sex-trafficked underage women to a circle of high-profile associates.
• 1:01:34
Speaker 1: Theories intensified when the Trump administration refused to publish documents
• 1:01:38
Speaker 1: held by the government on Epstein. Kash Patel, the director
• 1:01:42
Speaker 1: of the FBI, said in a congressional testimony on September
• 1:01:46
Speaker 1: 16th that there was no credible information that Epstein trafficked
• 1:01:49
Speaker 1: women and underage girls to anyone but himself. And you
• 1:01:54
Speaker 1: know what's funny, if you can still laugh about this
• 1:01:56
Speaker 1: kind of thing, is how predictable it's all become. Every
• 1:02:00
Speaker 1: time the walls start to close in, the same song
• 1:02:02
Speaker 1: starts playing. Ongoing investigation, no comment, administrative matter. They rotate
• 1:02:08
Speaker 1: the excuses like tires. And here we are again, Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 1:02:12
Speaker 1: move like contraband in the night, with Department of Justice
• 1:02:15
Speaker 1: acting like it's none of our business. Newsflash, it is
• 1:02:19
Speaker 1: our business. It's the public's business. This woman wasn't running
• 1:02:23
Speaker 1: a lemonade stand. She was running logistics for one of
• 1:02:26
Speaker 1: the darkest criminal networks in modern history. But you wouldn't
• 1:02:30
Speaker 1: know that from how quiet everyone suddenly got. You'd think
• 1:02:33
Speaker 1: the Bureau of Prisons and the DOJ were auditioning for
• 1:02:36
Speaker 1: a mime troupe. They treat us like we're too dumb,
• 1:02:40
Speaker 1: too distracted, too busy fighting over politics to notice the
• 1:02:43
Speaker 1: rot spreading right under our noses. But we do notice.
• 1:02:47
Speaker 1: We remember the broken cameras, the sleeping guards, the rush cremations,
• 1:02:51
Speaker 1: the seal files. We remember the promises of accountability that
• 1:02:55
Speaker 1: turned into another smokescreen. And now, with the transfer, they're
• 1:02:58
Speaker 1: running the same play again. Shuffle, hide, deny. They think
• 1:03:02
Speaker 1: that if they can stretch it out long enough, people
• 1:03:05
Speaker 1: are going to move on. That's what they always think.
• 1:03:08
Speaker 1: But this time, it feels a little different. This time,
• 1:03:11
Speaker 1: there's no more trust to burn. So yeah, let them hide.
• 1:03:14
Speaker 1: Let them dodge questions and throw their usual fog over
• 1:03:17
Speaker 1: the truth. It won't work forever. Because every cover-up, every deflection,
• 1:03:22
Speaker 1: every smug we're not at liberty to discuss that just
• 1:03:25
Speaker 1: lights the fire higher. And when the dam finally breaks,
• 1:03:29
Speaker 1: all the secrets they've been protecting are going to come
• 1:03:31
Speaker 1: pouring out. You can only smother the truth for so
• 1:03:34
Speaker 1: long before it starts clawing its way to the surface.
• 1:03:37
Speaker 1: And when it does, the DOJ can't bury it with
• 1:03:39
Speaker 1: jargon and the politicians can't drown it out with spin.
• 1:03:43
Speaker 1: Because this isn't just about Maxwell anymore. It's about how
• 1:03:46
Speaker 1: the system protected her, the people who funded her, and
• 1:03:49
Speaker 1: the officials who let it all slide in the name
• 1:03:51
Speaker 1: of procedure. So if they want silence, they're in the
• 1:03:55
Speaker 1: wrong country. We've got microphones, cameras, and long memories. And
• 1:04:00
Speaker 1: this story is not going away. Not this time. Not
• 1:04:04
Speaker 1: with this crowd. Not with so much on the line.
• 1:04:08
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
• 1:04:10
Speaker 1: be found in the description box.
