- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, welcome to Brain's Body Podcast.
- 0:03Speaker 1: I'm Dr Christopher Kevin Slayton, your host and the author of Brain Talk.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Learn the Brain's Body with Dr Slayton Live.
- 0:12Speaker 1: And today I've been asked the question why?
- 0:15Speaker 1: Why Brain Talk?
- 0:16Speaker 1: And what I want to tell you is why not human system science?
- 0:20Speaker 1: In the same vestiges of that question, question why don't you think more about human system science?
- 0:27Speaker 1: Is why I read, I wrote, brain talk, because human system science is the language of brain, body and sense, events that go unnoticed when you don't have a sense of feel for self, the brain in the body as message systems.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Can you remember the last time you had contact with a person and you would not accept the way it felt?
- 0:49Speaker 1: And so what was the next experience?
- 0:52Speaker 1: What do human beings feel when they're hurt?
- 0:55Speaker 1: What do human beings feel when they're sad?
- 0:58Speaker 1: What do human beings feel when they're in pain?
- 1:02Speaker 1: What is depression?
- 1:03Speaker 1: And how do you know this?
- 1:05Speaker 1: Because you're experiencing the body.
- 1:07Speaker 1: But your sense of feel for self moves the equation beyond a sense of the body to a sense of feel for the brain, because healing time begins when you begin to learn how to move through that contact, that negative energy, that awareness that it hurts, that you are afraid because those feelings make you think that it's coming to a turn and you don't understand it.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Maybe it's brain fog, but you could feel yourself evaporating through a sense of self because you're responding to the environment and a sense of self because you're responding to the environment and a sense of self.
- 1:47Speaker 1: That's exactly what it means you sense and respond to the emotions of self, whereas in human sense of science you're learning how to put the brain and the lead of the body through a sense of feel.
- 2:01Speaker 1: And that sense of feel means that you feel everything and you accept that because that's what it means, or feels like to be human.
- 2:09Speaker 1: You have contact with something.
- 2:11Speaker 1: It's felt, transferred.
- 2:14Speaker 1: That's why they use the word experience, felt, but I don't use that word in terms of experience.
- 2:20Speaker 1: When I say felt, I mean transferred through a sense of fearful self, because you feel it, your self feels it personally and you don't deny it.
- 2:30Speaker 1: You accept it.
- 2:31Speaker 1: The pain, the hurt, the sadness.
- 2:33Speaker 1: And you know why Because you have to to move through it, to change the way you feel on the inside, not the outside.
- 2:40Speaker 1: You got to process that emotion and that emotion gets processed when you move it through your sense, feel and focus process cycle.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Because if you're accepting the energy, the brains in the lead of your sense to respond and moves you to feel it before you do it, and that's like looking at that mood or using your mood and saying I can see myself in the physics of my body and how I responded yesterday and that's what I don't want to do today.
- 3:12Speaker 1: So let me tell you what it means to be human is to be informed, disciplined and focused so that when I think, my thoughts flow from my brain forward to deal with whatever is in the environment that's affecting or effecting my emotion and thought processes.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Because the brain deals with emotion and thought in the sense path coming from the environment as a stimuli that shapes your mood state.
- 3:42Speaker 1: The environment as a stimuli that shapes your mood state.
- 3:45Speaker 1: And when you process the way you feel, the brain organizes, receives, processes, organizes thought with reflection.
- 3:59Speaker 1: That means your past experiences are calculated within the context of new information flow from the brain addressing how you're going to respond now, which changes the mood state.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Because you're involved in the practice of moving through a sense of feel for self and the brain in the lead of the body, and that's what you're practicing.
- 4:19Speaker 1: How do I get in front of the negative me, because the problem is you, because you're having a difficulty responding to the environment, responding to people that have hurt you, and you can't flip it until you understand it.
- 4:31Speaker 1: And when you understand it, it's because you process that negative energy.
- 4:34Speaker 1: And when you move to take action, it's through your sense of feel, your process variables, you sense to process the flow of information and in that forward feed, the receive path sends information, knowledge, experience forward to be comprehended through the environmental effect.
- 4:57Speaker 1: It through the environmental effect, that means when you look at the environment, other people that are involved in the transaction, you're studying your feedback cycle from the brain's work and you're learning.
- 5:08Speaker 1: You're learning how to live inside your body and deal with the fact that your brain is always working and you gotta calm yourself down to allow it to catch up, because you come first, you have contact, it moves through you to the brain.
- 5:28Speaker 1: But see, you're not taught that in school because we talk about a sense of feel for self which would get in the way of you just responding to the instruction.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Because now I'm saying to you no, you have to feel it, which means you have to realize the brain in the transaction up front.
- 5:46Speaker 1: So when you sense something, you feel it.
- 5:49Speaker 1: That draws the brain into it, so the brain can calculate how you respond versus you just respond to the stimulus the environment, the teacher, law enforcement, your brother, sister, whoever is environmental, emotional, transacting, moving through you, trying to shape your states of mind.
- 6:07Speaker 1: I'm saying to you, when you're hurt, when you're sad, when you're in pain and you feel depressed, it's because your inner sense of feel for self is locked up and you're not able to process.
- 6:19Speaker 1: So get in front of it.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Process, so get in front of it.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Recovery means get in front of it.
- 6:22Speaker 1: If you understand the sense of we are human beings, understand the sense of, because that's the natural process for learning with humans.
- 6:30Speaker 1: But when you're recovery, you have to get in front of it, because learning how to live is the key.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Not to have a sense of how to live is the key, not to have a sense of how to live, but a sense of learning how to live.
- 6:42Speaker 1: So that's the brain leader body.
- 6:44Speaker 1: So you have a sense of, but you don't know how to calculate because it's not a sense of feel.
- 6:50Speaker 1: What do you think when you're on the athletic field and something's coming at you and before it even touches you, you can feel it.
- 6:57Speaker 1: That's your brain, that's your sensory reception systems, and they catch it before it even touches.
- 6:59Speaker 1: You can feel it.
- 7:00Speaker 1: That's your brain, that's your sensory reception systems, and they catch it before it happens.
- 7:03Speaker 1: And you got to figure out how to move through it.
- 7:05Speaker 1: That's why I always say athletes got it good, because they can experience it not realize it, but be making sense of it and somehow, like natural experience, it eventually comes to the forefront and then they find themselves in the lead because they were practicing, moving through contact with the brain and leading the body, trusting.
- 7:27Speaker 1: I know how to respond to this.
- 7:28Speaker 1: We're going to be all right, because I've done this before and my brain I don't say brain, my mind helps me through it.
- 7:37Speaker 1: What, stop?
- 7:39Speaker 1: That's where you go wrong body, mind.
- 7:41Speaker 1: You don't just respond, you're processing.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Don't you see that you're processing?
- 7:48Speaker 1: Because you're able to recall the experience of what you were feeling before then, how you captured that experience and then transcended it in the lead of the body.
- 7:58Speaker 1: And then everybody said, well, how you captured that experience and then transcended it in the lead of the body.
- 8:01Speaker 1: And then everybody said, well, how do you do that?
- 8:02Speaker 1: Well, the body had to catch up to the brain because you use your sense of feel and your sense of feel, the experience of thought and reflection moved to the forefront and, before you knew it, your brain was leading you to victory.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Now that's one of the benefits of athletics.
- 8:17Speaker 1: So when you get in a classroom, it's very, very complicated, because the classroom demands a sense of to respond.
- 8:23Speaker 1: I don't want you to think about it not in the sense of a sense of feel, because if you do that, you're going to change your response and even if your response is correct, it's not correct for the classroom because I need a predictable response that I can score and evaluate, based on information, the experience and the knowledge base that's created.
- 8:47Speaker 1: That's predictable from what I've been training you in the classroom.
- 8:50Speaker 1: So you don't get to feel the equation.
- 8:54Speaker 1: You must just ignore your sense of feel and respond to my instruction, and there's nothing wrong with that, because that's preparation for society.
- 9:03Speaker 1: But what about preparation for real world events and activities?
- 9:08Speaker 1: I'm talking about your real life, where every single thing hinges upon your ability to move through feelings of thought, which means you have forward and backward feed.
- 9:20Speaker 1: So the environment conveys the environmental emotional effect because it's affecting your internal processing and the recovery is to receive the flow of how it feels to be human, because human beings think through their feelings of self To become more aware of how to respond to those levels of engagement through the practice of receive path processing.
- 9:48Speaker 1: So I'm always saying the athlete has an advantage, whether they know it or not, because that's what you're practicing in athletics Receive path responding.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Because you have to feel for the game, which means your brain has to be allowed to be in the lead so that you can feel traffic coming before it engages your physical body.
- 10:08Speaker 1: So here I am saying that the environmental stimuli of self, other people, home, school, neighborhood, family, education, government, business systems impact how you feel things to the point in which you are depressed because you're not responding from the inside out.
- 10:29Speaker 1: You're responding from the outside in and you don't have a sense of fear because when you do, it's bogged down, because it's not supported by your states of mind, because your states of mind are relative to the environmental stimuli and the defense mechanisms that are put up are not mental, they're environmental and that's why you're always responding to people without allowing them to engage you, because there's nothing in there, there's's no process cycle.
- 10:58Speaker 1: That's what Learn With Dr Slade Live is.
- 11:00Speaker 1: It is developing your process cycle so that you can begin to traverse the negative feelings of self and become more informed through the experience of forward feed, your brain and the leader of the body sending thought and reflection which is comprised of the environmental experience, of that emotion effect from last time that you tried to refute who you are and what you're trying to become, because it's more of them than it is of you, because you're unique, because your brain makes you unique and the way you respond is unique, because only your brain works like that I'm talking about, with their brains and leader of the body that traverse beyond the expectations of observers who did not realize that they were performing through the act to master, receive, path, performing where their brain was trusted to work it out.
- 12:18Speaker 1: And what did they follow?
- 12:19Speaker 1: They followed their sense of feel for self, the brain, the body and the responses of the environment to them, as opposed to responding after the environment has influenced their state of mind and made them more predictable.
- 12:39Speaker 1: And now they're responding because they are unaware of their true sense of fear.
- 12:46Speaker 1: It's lost, it's muddled, it's confused, hurt, pain, sadness, compelling.
- 12:53Speaker 1: You're depressed, you're worried because you're not comfortable from the inside out.
- 12:58Speaker 1: You're wondering what happened.
- 13:00Speaker 1: How did it happen?
- 13:01Speaker 1: Because you never learned how to live with yourself.
- 13:05Speaker 1: You never learned how to learn with yourself.
- 13:09Speaker 1: You never learned how to think with yourself.
- 13:13Speaker 1: You never learned how to respond with yourself.
- 13:15Speaker 1: See, this is the brain by learning.
- 13:16Speaker 1: And I keep telling you these same words, I keep coming back at you because you got to understand.
- 13:21Speaker 1: What I'm saying is your received path must be in the lead of your sense path.
- 13:26Speaker 1: See, the behavior is sense, stimulus response.
- 13:31Speaker 1: So I said double S, but it's stimulus response, but it's sense response.
- 13:37Speaker 1: And that's not the way your human system performs.
- 13:39Speaker 1: You're inside the body.
- 13:41Speaker 1: You wake up in the morning to receive energy through your receive path.
- 13:46Speaker 1: You're in the lead.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Now the environment is there and you're supposed to read the environment and your brain, lead of self and feelings, transfers the experience instantaneously.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Now the brain's in the lead, responding.
- 13:59Speaker 1: You get up, you're walking, you're doing things, you're preparing for your whole day.
- 14:03Speaker 1: The energy is managed, controlled and focused from the inside out and the environment matters because you're reading it and interpreting it.
- 14:13Speaker 1: So you now know where those feelings of hurt are navigating to a state of mind that reduces your participation, that reduces your cooperation, that reduces your cooperation, that reduces your interaction, that reduces your contact.
- 14:28Speaker 1: And now you're not performing.
- 14:30Speaker 1: This is about Dr Slade, live and Humanism, science and Brain Talk.
- 14:34Speaker 1: That's what we're doing right now.
- 14:35Speaker 1: We're talking about the brain and we're talking about the body, but we're talking about things that are objective because, I'm saying to you, the brain is objective as the body, because the brain is the body.
- 14:49Speaker 1: And if you have the brain leading the body and you know it because you can look at other people and see them acknowledge your control over your brain's body, that's your evidence of the brain and it gets even more simplified as you continue to score yourself by reducing the pain, hurt and sadness that you move through every day, that people call well, see, he just depressed because they don't have a sense of feel.
- 15:20Speaker 1: So when did they get that sense of feel?
- 15:22Speaker 1: So when did they get that sense of feel?
- 15:24Speaker 1: Where did they get that sense of feel?
- 15:27Speaker 1: I'm saying you're hurt, you're upset and you need to reach out within yourself for help and I say you start with self-research, self-research, study self, learn self.
- 15:36Speaker 1: How does that hurt when you're already hurt?
- 15:37Speaker 1: Doesn't that help you move through the hurt, hurt when you're already hurt.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Doesn't that help you move through the hurt?
- 15:41Speaker 1: If you know that you're working on self and you can experience yourself breathing easier as you get involved in practicing.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Learn how to live each day with you in the lead of your brain.
- 15:52Speaker 1: No, you know what you got to deal with the consequences.
- 15:54Speaker 1: I mean that's what everybody wants to avoid.
- 15:56Speaker 1: I mean you don't want to hurt nobody's feelings.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I mean because we're talking about the environmental stimuli, other people and yourself in the homeschool, neighborhood, workplace network that we all share, and you don't want to ruffle nobody's fingers or hair or teeth because and you don't want to deal with that pressure, but look at what it's doing to you, look at how it's impacting you.
- 16:14Speaker 1: You're the one sitting back not doing anything because you can't deal with adversity.
- 16:22Speaker 1: The way it makes you feel when you're trying to do things right and tell people they need to know, versus what they programmed you to express.
- 16:33Speaker 1: This is Dr A Lyon brain talk.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Thank you very much.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Tune in.
