  [SPEAKER_01]: Oregon has the potential for a 9.0 magnitude earthquake caused by the Cascadia Subduction Zone and this can also cause tsunamis to strike the area but they think when all this happens it's going to cause the land to drop 6 to 8 feet and that's a minimum estimate.

  [SPEAKER_01]: It's also going to cause liquid faction, so the ground's essentially going to turn into a soupy mess, like a mud flood special, and swallow up buildings and trap people in it.
