Waterbury’s Early Fourth Celebrates America 250
Waterbury, Vermont, kicked off its quirky “Not Quite Independence Day” celebration early this July, turning the town into a patriotic time machine for America’s 250th birthday. Organized by the Rotary Club, the all-day fest featured food trucks, games, a parade, and even a foot race — with the parade itself themed “American Time Machine,” rolling through history from the Revolutionary War to the future.
