[SPEAKER_01]: Hello, and welcome back to the Pretty Little Podcast.
0:03
[SPEAKER_01]: We are your hosts.
0:05
[SPEAKER_01]: My name is Phoebe and my name is Caroline.
0:08
[SPEAKER_01]: And today, we are going to be inviting you into our own Little Pretty Little Liars world, the world of the Pretty Little Punch Bowl.
0:17
[SPEAKER_01]: If you are on the Patreon, then you kind of know how it goes.
0:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Although Phoebe, I don't know about you.
0:23
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like a little bit.
0:25
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like feeling a little bit nervous to do this on streaming, to like talk to you right now.
0:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
0:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like I'm around the Patreon.
0:33
[SPEAKER_01]: We just freaking shoot the shit for lack of a better term.
0:38
[SPEAKER_02]: And really for lack of a butter term, I hate that term.
0:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you do.
0:42
[SPEAKER_01]: OK, I learned to do about you every day, every day.
0:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Why do you hate it?
0:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Just hate the way it sounds.
0:48
[SPEAKER_01]: So shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot.
0:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it, well, there's a reason for that.
0:53
[SPEAKER_01]: There is a reason for that because it is by that time.
0:55
[SPEAKER_02]: That's going to make these favorite swear words, I would say.
0:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Shit.
1:00
[SPEAKER_01]: but sometimes you know what mom's going to hate this that's the word i like remember her saying the most like the swear word i remember hearing the most from her and then she tried to shook her yes they've actually said shook the shooker
1:20
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't like party talk which, you know, I don't find it funny.
1:24
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't like party jokes.
1:26
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't like it at all.
1:27
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think bathroom humor is funny, but I don't necessarily like I don't envision, sorry, a steaming pile of shit when I say the word shit, like that's not it, he just made everything bad.
1:37
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, but I just said, oh, that's, okay, that's weird.
1:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so, so rewind.
1:44
[SPEAKER_01]: So when we're on the Patreon, we are kind of just like who-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo
2:14
[SPEAKER_01]: So, what does that say about you?
2:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Phoebe's cool is a freaking cute.
2:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, okay, okay, okay, oh my god, anyway, today.
2:24
[SPEAKER_02]: But I know what you mean, I was like, we're gonna have to probably, we can't necessarily get as crazy as you know.
2:32
[SPEAKER_01]: I know sometimes we just go off the freaking rails, but and there's no promising that won't happen today, but but I really don't even in the course of our of our podcast career where we've been delving into this show.
2:46
[SPEAKER_02]: We've been able to construct what I would say is the equivalent of the gayler theory for pretty little iris.
2:56
[SPEAKER_01]: just in like the alternate worlds we know Melissa and Emily oh Melissa and Emily well and it's like if you're not a memory believer this isn't the pod for you you know the reason I thought of that was like we that is in that's an entire lot of stuff I don't know if we could have if we would have put that on the thumb of the main thing to think that is an entire episode on our territory on when curling at the idea that we were going to do the punch pulls
3:23
[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, yes, he's my idea.
3:25
[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, you mean we'll record new ones.
3:28
[SPEAKER_01]: We can't really release the memory lore.
3:31
[SPEAKER_01]: We put memory under like a similar locking key as the Gala episode is.
3:35
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like $100.
3:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, but if you're curious, I mean, you know where to find it.
3:41
[SPEAKER_01]: That's there.
3:42
[SPEAKER_01]: It's there and it's the truth.
3:43
[SPEAKER_01]: We're a memory truth.
3:44
[SPEAKER_01]: There is okay.
3:47
[SPEAKER_01]: But today we are going to be diving into what I like to call a bit of the character graveyard and what's super funny is.
3:56
[SPEAKER_01]: When I thought about this, I was like, there are so many random people and I was going through all of the submissions you guys sent in of just like names that were last from the past or story lines that we had dropped and we're gonna work all of them in in these punch balls.
4:08
[SPEAKER_01]: This is not the only one, you know, you guys are gonna be getting a few more so be patient.
4:13
[SPEAKER_01]: But what I realized is like there, I mean the history of pretty little liars is just littered with these characters that like seem so important and we're never seen or heard from again.
4:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Which which is just a whole a whole thing to explore.
4:27
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're gonna kind of get into like the character graveyard But what I thought would be fun is a Phoebe and I both went back into the archives and we each chose a few names of characters that like We would then come on here and say okay, here's the name Do you have any fucking glue where this person is and then kind of like revisit their story?
4:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Should maybe with
4:47
[SPEAKER_01]: first name and then if you can't get it, we give the last name.
4:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, sure.
4:52
[SPEAKER_01]: For some of I knew truly may need the last name because I had it because for you though, like you watched the show one of mine does not have any time perfect.
5:01
[SPEAKER_01]: You watched the show how many times.
5:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So like I had to go super Jay, if you probably didn't have to go as deep as you did and I'm probably gonna embarrass myself.
5:08
[SPEAKER_01]: But what's funny about this is like I said okay, well both send our names to Anthony so we can make sure We're not choosing the same people and there were no duplicates switch was misunderstood by one party I won't say who Because Anthony texted and I thought he was just like I thought he was just being hurt and I thought he was like Telling me like no duplicates.
5:27
[SPEAKER_01]: You're not allowed to have you're not allowed to have duplicates If I didn't explain to him the rules of the freaking game
5:33
[SPEAKER_02]: But I thought that he was saying, like, you can't have duplicates with Caroline and sinewating that there is a duplicate.
5:41
[SPEAKER_02]: I need to replace one of the names.
5:42
[SPEAKER_01]: So Phoebe text me.
5:43
[SPEAKER_01]: She's like, so do you think it's okay for me to ask who the duplicate is?
5:46
[SPEAKER_01]: He's like a first moment.
5:47
[SPEAKER_01]: It's our game.
5:48
[SPEAKER_01]: So we can literally make the rule.
5:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I just like the point of the game is that we're, I didn't want to have a name ahead of time and be thinking about it.
5:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought Anthony got tricky.
5:57
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought you got a little sneaky.
5:58
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought that he told me there were no duplicates, and he was trying to make the other change one.
6:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, and not tell me, and I was like, well, that would keep it, whatever.
6:06
[SPEAKER_01]: But no, that's not what happened.
6:08
[SPEAKER_01]: He told us about there were no duplicates.
6:10
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just think it's funny that there are enough characters.
6:13
[SPEAKER_02]: for us and I probably like I still think we probably could have done this a couple more times and still for sure.
6:18
[SPEAKER_01]: I just was like nervous and then I was like looking at all the names and I was like I'm gonna start like memorizing these by accident.
6:24
[SPEAKER_01]: So I can't look at these guys.
6:25
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to slip that into the text the text message.
6:28
[SPEAKER_02]: She was like I need to stop.
6:29
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean we need to do four because I am going to have this list memorised.
6:33
[SPEAKER_01]: I literally was.
6:34
[SPEAKER_01]: I was like I will be like why saw that name this morning so I do know who it is.
6:37
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's not gonna be as fun.
6:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, all right well do you want to start?
6:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you want to start?
6:44
[SPEAKER_01]: I want to start.
6:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Whatever you want.
6:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
6:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's called making an decision.
6:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I've heard of it.
6:49
[SPEAKER_01]: You go first.
6:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
6:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Logan.
6:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Logan.
6:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Logan.
7:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Logan.
7:02
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
7:04
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to need at least a last initial.
7:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Logan read.
7:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Logan Reed, okay, I keep, oh my god, this is so not what I wanted to say, but I keep having this image of this girl I was on high school with and I'm not gonna say what her name was, but Hey, Gary, I think that's the joke, Phoebe And I'm also gonna say what her name is, they're kind of clearly gonna sing and it's like, I saw your name in the paper.
7:31
[SPEAKER_02]: It made me think of you and then the other person says don't you know that's what her name is for
7:38
[SPEAKER_02]: We've a song in that.
7:40
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a song by Christian Lee Hutcherson.
7:42
[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, oh, I'm sorry, name of the paper.
7:44
[SPEAKER_02]: I like Reed Shoudn told you it made me think of you like seeing your name.
7:47
[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, I don't even have time to the point.
7:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
8:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I have no Logan Reed must be some sort of a thief.
8:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Phoebe, I have no idea who this is.
8:15
[SPEAKER_02]: Think like early on going in like season one or two he has to do with Ian.
8:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Logan was this another member of the NAT club, which guys we also will be revisiting at some point because someone in her comments the other day was like, wait, why don't we like Jason and I was like, hello, NAT club, and they're like, oh, yeah, they really brushed that under the freaking rug.
8:35
[SPEAKER_01]: But I go, my god.
8:36
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, but anyway, I have no clue.
8:39
[SPEAKER_01]: A cop was he a cop.
8:41
[SPEAKER_02]: No, so basically there was that night that the girls thought they were going to trap Ian by like lowering him to collect all this money and Garrett was going to, this is when they thought Garrett was good and he was going to be helping them.
8:55
[SPEAKER_01]: And they're like at the back of the table.
8:57
[SPEAKER_02]: They're like in the woods in the dark.
8:59
[SPEAKER_02]: But there's like a picnic table.
9:00
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know about a picnic table, but I swear to God there's always a fucking picnic table, I don't know scenes.
9:07
[SPEAKER_02]: They weren't really sitting and they were kind of in the trees watching it.
9:09
[SPEAKER_01]: They kind of like climbed up.
9:11
[SPEAKER_01]: They got in their perch on the trees and they were just up there waiting for Logan Reed to come out.
9:15
[SPEAKER_01]: So they get started pelting him with wads of cash as that sort of what you're getting at.
9:21
[SPEAKER_02]: No, so Garrett had the cash from the girls and was going to give, they thought it was Ian that was coming to get it and then Garrett like pushes him up against the car and then they see that it's not Ian it's Logan Reed and then Emily goes to speed demon Express of course to deliver something right also thinks she runs into Melissa for a shot away.
9:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Is that then she means Logan Reed.
9:43
[SPEAKER_01]: And then she throws in a Melissa and she's like, we can't keep meeting like this.
9:47
[SPEAKER_01]: She wants in a Melissa and she's like, Melissa, stop following me.
9:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Melissa, like, you're with Ian now, right?
9:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Or not?
9:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'm confused.
9:53
[SPEAKER_01]: You're confusing me.
9:54
[SPEAKER_01]: You're leaving me with my school.
9:57
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm leaving me with my school.
9:58
[SPEAKER_01]: What are you talking about?
10:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Emily's like, she called me um, Melissa actually went and remember that video that we never talked about again where Melissa like slams and Ali's room and she's like very chic, you know she's actually looking for Ali because she's so pissed off because she found that they kissed.
10:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Alice and Emily kiss.
10:15
[SPEAKER_01]: That's that's Emily's marriage.
10:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Emily said at this point, Emily's like, and I saw that video and I knew my stomach's like, and I knew she's jealous, but then it was kind of happy.
10:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, I can't believe
10:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Never could have come up with that.
10:32
[SPEAKER_01]: That was a good one.
10:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, are you ready?
10:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm afraid I'm gonna completely Bought you now.
10:37
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like some of mine are too obvious But whatever we have to revisit them anyway.
10:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, my first one Damian Hayes fuck I was always gonna give you the first name whatever I gave you both you're welcome Damian
10:53
[SPEAKER_01]: And no, not from vampire diaries, which by the way, breaking news.
10:56
[SPEAKER_01]: His name is Damon.
11:03
[SPEAKER_01]: I am just oh, so rude today.
11:05
[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, because it's announced her brain is like switching back and forth the dream Patriot, but yeah, yes, no, literally, you guys at my brain is tricked right now.
11:15
[SPEAKER_01]: So you're actually getting a Patriot episode at the moment.
11:17
[SPEAKER_01]: You just don't realize it.
11:18
[SPEAKER_01]: And neither do I.
11:19
[SPEAKER_01]: But Phoebe's aware.
11:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Phoebe's like, stop it.
11:23
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm thinking about my workload.
11:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like, don't go too far.
11:27
[SPEAKER_01]: This episode changed.
11:28
[SPEAKER_01]: This episode has like our highest listening, but we have a one star rating now.
11:32
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, we don't need to go through the room.
11:35
[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm just going through the room.
11:36
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going through the room.
11:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, I can't wait.
11:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
11:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Nina Dobrev.
11:42
[SPEAKER_01]: And now's that she left vampire diaries because of paid transparency between her and the boys.
11:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh, she doesn't know.
11:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like today.
11:49
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
11:49
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not crazy.
11:50
[SPEAKER_02]: And she did them.
11:51
[SPEAKER_02]: And we were led to believe that it was all because she liked it.
11:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I want to be with Ian Somerholder.
11:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
11:56
[SPEAKER_01]: No, it was, pay, discrepancy.
11:59
[SPEAKER_01]: crazy, right?
12:00
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
12:00
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
12:01
[SPEAKER_02]: I think even didn't the girls from this show discussed how they're, or maybe it was Sasha specifically, who had some pay to scrap and see with.
12:09
[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, Nina, she's, she's, she's the show.
12:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Isn't that correct?
12:12
[SPEAKER_01]: And also she played two parts?
12:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, she played two parts.
12:14
[SPEAKER_01]: She played two parts.
12:15
[SPEAKER_01]: Literally two parts.
12:15
[SPEAKER_02]: And let me tell you, like, Nina to breath.
12:18
[SPEAKER_02]: And we hear she gets a little crazy in real life, but like she gives a normal girl.
12:23
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, the Elena acting, why was like never super impressed by her acting chops.
12:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
12:27
[SPEAKER_02]: And when you see her as Katherine, it's like, and comparison, people always are like, please do vampire diaries next.
12:34
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe I actually saw it, yeah, sorry, guys.
12:37
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I thought that Nina to brebs acting and perks of being a wallflower is also good.
12:42
[SPEAKER_02]: When she gets the call from Charlie, I thought she played this sister.
12:46
[SPEAKER_02]: That's a great acting scene for her.
12:48
[SPEAKER_01]: She's a great older sister.
12:49
[SPEAKER_02]: Damien.
12:51
[SPEAKER_02]: Damien.
12:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Damien Hayes.
12:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Damien Hayes.
12:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Is this like early seasons or later?
12:57
[SPEAKER_02]: No, this is later.
12:59
[SPEAKER_02]: So this was like, we recently discussed this.
13:02
[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, so you've discussed me.
13:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Phoebe's got hamils on the brain.
13:06
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a trustman.
13:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe you can go to me.
13:08
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:10
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:10
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:11
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:11
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:12
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:12
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:13
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:13
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:14
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:16
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm free to come.
13:25
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm going to tell them to include women in the sequel.
13:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I can see why did you stop being passionate when I started.
13:32
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, well, I felt like the fact that I know my neighbors can hear me.
13:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, whatever you can hear them want me for we were singing this song in the car.
13:41
[SPEAKER_02]: And we've kind of determined that like I'm Eliza and we like, oh, no, who we are.
13:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Even though like you would want to play Eliza in the show, but I love Phoebe and every alive.
13:49
[SPEAKER_01]: So.
13:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I mean, you are in telecom, but I can't, but I want to sing burn.
13:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you want to sing burn, Phoebe?
13:55
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I'm not saying I'm just saying we were singing skydiving stars in the car.
13:59
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what?
14:00
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to sing burn?
14:01
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I can't stop it.
14:02
[SPEAKER_02]: The three of us were in the car.
14:03
[SPEAKER_02]: We were singing it and we got to the part where Eliza's singer name, and I brought it down, like, to me.
14:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Hello, you saw.
14:11
[SPEAKER_02]: And then, like, I saw his own piggy.
14:14
[SPEAKER_02]: I sounded like Hamilton.
14:16
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like
14:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so anyway, Damian, he's Later season Okay, he kind of went on a date with one of the girls, but not the one you'd expect Oh, I'd call it student The report Emily Yes, they're like reporter for VV's campaign, but all right, the reporter with terrible gate R
14:56
[SPEAKER_01]: But also I was looking back at some of the images and it was like, okay, Emily, like Emily is either walking on the street.
15:02
[SPEAKER_02]: She's practically like she's like doing what she's doing with Maya and the pilot really crushing their hands.
15:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly, there's there's there's no room for Jesus between the two of them walking on the street and what's crazy in that story.
15:14
[SPEAKER_01]: So he's, he's research, he's looking into like VV's campaign for the other team, right?
15:20
[SPEAKER_01]: But then for the other team, football season and love sports anyway.
15:26
[SPEAKER_01]: And then he's like Emily what, he's also looking into CC's murder.
15:29
[SPEAKER_01]: And he's like Emily why don't we get coffee and they go to get coffee and like right as she's going.
15:34
[SPEAKER_01]: If I jump him hand out that he's like looking into everyone and she's like, you know what?
15:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's not too coffee.
15:40
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's do dinner.
15:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and it's like her and he's like said that's even fucking better.
15:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe I'll get laid like he's like so down for dinner Shea Mitchell because he wouldn't be and then when she goes to dinner No one is there and that's when she almost gets rammed into the building by the car and she gets up has to climb up on the roof Oh my god, number three never see that guy again
16:01
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the end of him.
16:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So I never even got to read his article.
16:04
[SPEAKER_01]: No, we never got to read his article.
16:05
[SPEAKER_01]: We never got to know like what did he think happened?
16:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Did he think Emily stood him up or was he was he in on this?
16:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think did he know too much?
16:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Did a kill him and we didn't even get like any sort of news coverage on this?
16:18
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a thought.
16:19
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a thought.
16:19
[SPEAKER_01]: That's crazy.
16:20
[SPEAKER_01]: Hollis, student, dead.
16:21
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm sure we would have heard.
16:24
[SPEAKER_01]: afraid.
16:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
16:27
[SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, where are you responsible?
16:28
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
16:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe if you hadn't let him on, he wouldn't be dead.
16:32
[SPEAKER_01]: Just kidding.
16:32
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just kidding.
16:33
[SPEAKER_02]: Once you get the skin of the color, it becomes easy.
16:36
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like once you get your skin pattern, it's like playing twins for eternal twins.
16:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Once you get like some kind of sickness, you become more prone to it in the future.
16:44
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, like that's a few.
16:46
[SPEAKER_02]: If you have this, if you have this kind of a killer, you become more prone to.
16:51
[SPEAKER_02]: You can't stop killing, actually, if you have the blood lust, it's like the werewolves, and yeah, with their diaries, or also the vampire ones, you're a werewolf.
17:03
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean it's crazy that that you it's like what if I made a freaking mistake What if I'm Britney snow in the hunt just like I wear Well, exactly.
17:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and I loved Caroline and Tyler and vampire diaries guys Guys this is feeling like a patreon.
17:18
[SPEAKER_01]: I just want to let you know.
17:19
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry, but like but like aren't you having fun?
17:22
[SPEAKER_02]: There are two of me are freaking loves we are guys.
17:25
[SPEAKER_02]: This is like the most fun I've had recording in a podcast episode or not.
17:28
[SPEAKER_01]: We could that's so mean.
17:29
[SPEAKER_01]: That's so nasty.
17:31
[SPEAKER_01]: We talked with the VMAs yesterday.
17:32
[SPEAKER_01]: How can you say that?
17:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
17:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I was going to share something that I would share if we were on Patreon, but because we're not.
17:41
[SPEAKER_01]: No, keep it to yourself.
17:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
17:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
17:44
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
17:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that's who he is.
17:45
[SPEAKER_01]: And like we never found out.
17:47
[SPEAKER_01]: So like do you think, hey, kill them?
17:50
[SPEAKER_01]: No.
17:50
[SPEAKER_01]: So what happened to him then?
17:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, I think he got stood up by Emily and then he was like, Oh, Emily got to the diner.
17:57
[SPEAKER_01]: It was lights off no one home.
17:59
[SPEAKER_01]: No one was there.
17:59
[SPEAKER_01]: And she's on the front just like doesn't want to see her.
18:01
[SPEAKER_01]: But why was she like?
18:02
[SPEAKER_01]: wasn't she you know what she had already she was going there I think she stood up right she wasn't meeting him at the diner no she was they had a drink and then she left and she was talking to someone on the phone and she was like I didn't get anything and they were like what you need to go back I'm like you need to get information from him and so when she went to go back into the diner then it was like no one was there or something like that
18:27
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
18:28
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's what happened, but we don't see no matter what we do not see them have dinner together.
18:33
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like she drives to that diner.
18:36
[SPEAKER_02]: She looks it's already closed when she gets there because we talked about it.
18:42
[SPEAKER_02]: how is it closed was going on right so right now why I think he stood him up I think he's in rosewood time square oh I was growing in her somewhere else and I think that she was going there I think a maybe hexed them almost like you have to do something or like there was another reason she was going there I think this is when she was hot on Melissa sent well fair amounts yeah if you
19:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm, for some reason I'm hearing this in Ashley Marin's voice, Harold, Harold.
19:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Harold, sorry if I did say in the name like I did it with Logan, you know, come, just like Logan did.
19:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but no, it is, it is sounding like I am a true woman's voice, set it.
19:34
[SPEAKER_01]: He said Harold, can you give me last name?
19:41
[SPEAKER_01]: What the fuck who are these people?
19:45
[SPEAKER_01]: I've never heard of that.
19:46
[SPEAKER_01]: I've never heard of that.
19:47
[SPEAKER_01]: I've never heard of that guy.
19:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Harold Crane.
19:51
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, really
19:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's not part of his name.
19:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I was not having an early.
19:56
[SPEAKER_01]: You're saying he's early season.
19:58
[SPEAKER_02]: You're old crane early.
19:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Like what season?
20:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Like one or two, probably two, I would say.
20:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Am I right about a mature woman speaking his name?
20:07
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I don't think so.
20:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, I can't imagine a teen saying it.
20:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Did they call him Mr. Crane?
20:14
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I don't think they knew his name.
20:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh.
20:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, is he the toy shop, the doll shop man?
20:22
[SPEAKER_01]: No, fuck.
20:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, who is it?
20:24
[SPEAKER_02]: He was the janitor at the school who was super creepy Harold.
20:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think it was all so the loss was a resort sky who known I like knew that's hey, you know what I mean?
20:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah creepy Harold so okay, well if you would have caught him creepy Harold, maybe I would have gotten it.
20:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Well that's not the name of the game.
20:43
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, well okay good to
20:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
20:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, the one the Mona came up with for him.
20:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the ally came up with for her.
20:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, right.
20:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Sorry.
20:59
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry.
20:59
[SPEAKER_01]: So you've got a record.
21:00
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm recorded as a dude.
21:01
[SPEAKER_02]: There's that episode right hand.
21:02
[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, Ali, what does that mean?
21:06
[SPEAKER_01]: And Ali's like, oh, my God.
21:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Han, I love when she changed the hand.
21:10
[SPEAKER_01]: Look it up on Urban Dictionary Hand.
21:13
[SPEAKER_01]: I, that is also funny because you, okay, here's, I'm imagining, that's actually ally, Hannah.
21:18
[SPEAKER_01]: She's like, Ali, what does that mean?
21:20
[SPEAKER_01]: And she's like, Charlie, say it all out.
21:22
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll say it.
21:22
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, and then she's like, yeah, guys, see I was going to catch her in her freaking acting when she told me what anyways I was going to say.
21:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Ali, not cool.
21:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Allie, what if I were like, wow, that shirt is so girl wearing a skirt as a top?
21:32
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
21:32
[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, well, that's where Hannah would've gone with it, and Allie would've been free in school.
21:37
[SPEAKER_01]: And then Emily would've pushed Allie out the window, because Emily would be like, I don't need you, I have no mail!
21:44
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the disease.
21:45
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:45
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:46
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the disease.
21:46
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:47
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:47
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:48
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:48
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:49
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:49
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the disease.
21:50
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the disease.
21:51
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:51
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the disease.
21:53
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the disease.
21:53
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the disease.
21:54
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:55
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:55
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:56
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:56
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:57
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:58
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:58
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
21:59
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
22:00
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
22:00
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
22:01
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the disease.
22:02
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't wait for it, but why do I just feel like it's going to be because she's a song that sounds like that that's when she does her dance.
22:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, well, of course, but I'm like that.
22:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I just can't imagine her music sounding any other way because your voice sounds so much just like Hillary Duff's voice.
22:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you know what I mean by that?
22:18
[SPEAKER_01]: I know that sounds crazy, but like don't be mean and think about do you know what I mean by that.
22:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, yeah, I mean, it sounds like Hillary Duffessey, but like even when she's like she's a very distinctive voice that for me isn't a get up of Lizzie McGuire childhood.
22:31
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
22:32
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and so even when I hear her saying like her voice doesn't change from that.
22:37
[SPEAKER_02]: I think she I think she's going to get pitched the same songs that Kelly Clarkson gets picked.
22:41
[SPEAKER_01]: That Phoebe, Phoebe, I love you and I love, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
22:54
[SPEAKER_02]: because that kind of colored Clarkson could get pitched a song that isn't built for like the demo singer isn't going to be like the most isn't going to have a big range but she can make it a colored Clarkson sound.
23:07
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean the way that the songs are written and the way that they sound that's what I think like stronger by colored Clarkson that's something that I think would get pitched tiller it off.
23:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Mom radio hits one music.
23:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, yeah, for sure, but I'm just like, maybe we'll get Oh, no, I do not hook up.
23:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I go slow.
23:34
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't believe that's a song.
23:36
[SPEAKER_01]: Wait, you know who is going to be so excited about it?
23:37
[SPEAKER_02]: That's hilarious, isn't it?
23:39
[SPEAKER_02]: That's a song.
23:40
[SPEAKER_02]: But do you know who's going to be so excited about it?
23:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Mom, because she loves yoga!
23:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
23:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, I can't wait to break the news.
23:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Wait, mom responding when I posted about her hunting lives pilot on Patreon.
23:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Mom responding with the emoji with her eyes covered.
23:54
[SPEAKER_01]: And...
23:56
[SPEAKER_01]: She was like a scene by scene and I said, well, it's just episode one mom.
24:01
[SPEAKER_01]: We don't get much we don't get to the pegging scene She goes what is pegging or do you know what it's that one, but I have to tell you know that you're asking You watched it and you watch it.
24:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I'll happen under the covers and maybe she didn't live with a lot of Japanese over.
24:18
[SPEAKER_01]: They broke it down.
24:19
[SPEAKER_02]: You see what they pull out there Yeah, you do and you hear it
24:28
[SPEAKER_01]: to quote, to quote, Matt Rogers.
24:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha,
24:59
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I'll give you the last to see it.
25:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Will the interest?
25:01
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
25:27
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, he is not a love interest, but if it was up to him, he would have taken Ashley Marin on a date.
25:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, the guy from the bank.
25:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, the blind man.
25:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
25:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Why do also all the blind guys in the show all could exactly the same?
25:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Like when I see a photo of them like in a suit, I'm like, okay, it could be wilderness could be in could be James Leeland like I don't know.
25:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, which is a Bruna.
25:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but he's like a dirty bond.
25:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, season one.
26:01
[SPEAKER_01]: He has like frosted tips and they're a little brassy.
26:07
[SPEAKER_01]: They're a little broadcasting on the flashbacks when he's like teaching, you know, field hockey.
26:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Very easy, but okay, so back to James Leeland.
26:15
[SPEAKER_01]: So was he just a con man from the get or did he have an actual relation to his grandmother?
26:19
[SPEAKER_01]: I think he was a con man from the start.
26:22
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, maybe, I think he was a con man in a different way.
26:24
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that he found out his grandma died and was like, I'm gonna be able to get so much money.
26:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
26:29
[SPEAKER_02]: And he was like, oh, I can be an even bigger con man and extort this, this one.
26:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
26:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I mean, and I'm like, is he the comment man for extorting the mayorence to be fair, actually, mayorent, that was insane.
26:43
[SPEAKER_01]: I was insane.
26:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, and I'm, I don't know what the alternative was.
26:46
[SPEAKER_01]: I guess asking your scummy ex husband for financial help.
26:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you guys share a daughter, just ask like, it's better than jeopardizing absolutely everything that you have, custody of your daughter.
26:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, right.
26:59
[SPEAKER_01]: That was so crazy and then a thing of Hannah and that poor wheelchair having to reach up to the vasonia box with the impromptu party at her house like, oh my god, poor thing.
27:08
[SPEAKER_01]: The stress that took, I mean, ah, and then her having a dance with Lou, all because of this, her having a dance with fucking Lucas.
27:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, dude, dude, that episode is actually painful.
27:20
[SPEAKER_01]: Painful to watch.
27:21
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's just a wrap.
27:21
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to watch it.
27:22
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to watch it.
27:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you so much.
27:25
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
27:25
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
27:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Another question I'm going to want to revisit in a future punch bowl is which girl actually had at the worst hands down.
27:32
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it has to be Hannah or Emily, but we're going to go through ahead.
27:36
[SPEAKER_01]: It's Santa.
27:37
[SPEAKER_01]: We can't, we can't nail it down right now.
27:39
[SPEAKER_01]: We're gonna go through, because another thing we're gonna do and this was an idea sent in by a faithful road warrior and they said, you should do a nightmare blunt rotation of a punishment at the end.
27:51
[SPEAKER_01]: So I wanna wait till I get the end to do it.
27:53
[SPEAKER_01]: But so when we're going through all of those to pick them, I think it'll become clear.
27:57
[SPEAKER_01]: It'll become clear who got the short end of the freaking stick and it'll become clear if that was Hannah, which I do believe it was, but Emily, I don't wanna take away
28:07
[SPEAKER_01]: That also could be it James Leeland God imagine if actually had gone in that date Not dislod shame but kind of unlike her not to She had just like her to not bring him home.
28:19
[SPEAKER_01]: I honestly skip the day and I'm eating Ben and Jerry's on the couch watching horrified.
28:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh My God anyway.
28:26
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
28:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, do you remember how
28:30
[SPEAKER_02]: uncomfortable to couch in the marins looks in their living room we only saw that like twice I feel like it's that hard leather is it way so far no it's black and it's like snake skin almost I can't remember that one bit but it literally looks like you saw it on it there wouldn't even be like a little bit of compression okay horrible terrible well there wouldn't be a fleece out on it
28:55
[SPEAKER_02]: I just mean the good general person.
28:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Any couch that like we said on there's really not like any compression doesn't make any sort of mark obviously You guys know that because we weigh like and actually sort of like like when we sit on it.
29:05
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like we balance back up.
29:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so it's hard We actually hard.
29:10
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a very tough.
29:11
[SPEAKER_02]: I have a weighted blanket on
29:12
[SPEAKER_01]: I did a way to blanket.
29:13
[SPEAKER_01]: I have to have like a kind of a way to pillow or I do have to have a seat belt.
29:17
[SPEAKER_01]: On my personal couch at home, I do have seat belts both under every seat.
29:20
[SPEAKER_01]: When people ask about them, I'm like, please don't, it's sensitive.
29:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, don't bother you.
29:24
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, oh my god, you know what I mean?
29:27
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's just sort of got thing, but I don't know at the Marin's house.
29:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I guess a normal person wouldn't have compression either.
29:32
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you be saying,
29:34
[SPEAKER_01]: It's okay to be normal, just saying it's okay to be normal, don't you think exactly?
29:39
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
29:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
29:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Next is Simone.
29:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Now this, I got to get Simone, Simone Simone.
29:49
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not Talia, it's not Talia's sand of all.
29:52
[SPEAKER_01]: No.
29:53
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, Simone, Simone, Simone, Simone.
29:57
[SPEAKER_01]: There are two options here.
29:58
[SPEAKER_01]: One.
30:02
[SPEAKER_01]: She's the coach for an Emily and Hannah are gonna be like in the beauty pageant.
30:08
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, okay, that was my first guest.
30:10
[SPEAKER_01]: My next guest is that, let's her last name.
30:14
[SPEAKER_01]: No last name.
30:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, okay, what do you think she's Beyonce apparently?
30:20
[SPEAKER_01]: It's Simone.
30:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, Simone, Simone, Simone, Simone is Arya's old baby center.
30:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, yes, and she gets some of it as we're at the dance and Arya crashes out.
30:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, yes.
30:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, okay.
30:36
[SPEAKER_01]: I deserve actually a fucking trophy for that.
30:39
[SPEAKER_02]: I deserve a medal in a trophy and a moonman and a deserve a moonman, too I got that no last name you guys Wow, guys that is and it's also like she's so It's so clear how Ari had became Ari up between Ella and Byron being her parents and Simone being her babysitter
30:57
[SPEAKER_01]: because it's like she had no chance to be normal.
31:01
[SPEAKER_01]: No.
31:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Like you can have like your parents can be like weirdos.
31:04
[SPEAKER_01]: But if you have a cool babysitter, you'll be okay.
31:06
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
31:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Like if you have a cool babysitter who's with you all the time.
31:09
[SPEAKER_02]: I think Ari has thought she was cool.
31:11
[SPEAKER_02]: I think some more things she's cool.
31:13
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I totally agree.
31:14
[SPEAKER_01]: I just mean like from an objective perspective, an outside view, we're like none of those freaks are cool.
31:19
[SPEAKER_01]: So sorry.
31:21
[SPEAKER_01]: So if, uh,
31:23
[SPEAKER_01]: If I were, I'm just saying, like, if she had had a cool babysitter, she could have maybe escaped the fate of her parents.
31:27
[SPEAKER_01]: I've heard of her for years.
31:29
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I'm bringing up.
31:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Bring in, but she didn't.
31:30
[SPEAKER_01]: She didn't.
31:31
[SPEAKER_01]: She didn't.
31:32
[SPEAKER_01]: And, but I'm sorry.
31:34
[SPEAKER_01]: How did nobody, like, actually knows about our lives, I did.
31:37
[SPEAKER_00]: Wasn't someone like that?
31:38
[SPEAKER_01]: You have a cute little crush?
31:40
[SPEAKER_01]: That should have been that should have been as right the egg and such a major way because you know some of them brought that up to him Nobody's also like as we're on that date.
31:49
[SPEAKER_01]: How are you not like fuck?
31:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I should just why can't you state this girl?
31:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I know exactly.
31:53
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, and now I now take my student Yeah, why do I always go for my students?
31:57
[SPEAKER_01]: The other thing is well because he was writing a book
32:00
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, sorry.
32:00
[SPEAKER_01]: It's actually because you want to go book about RIS.
32:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So he's like, sorry Simone, you're not the main character.
32:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Sorry.
32:05
[SPEAKER_01]: You don't have main, it girl syndrome.
32:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Sorry.
32:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
32:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think that Ria was a little bit annoyed when she read the book?
32:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, obviously her first instinct is like, rage.
32:16
[SPEAKER_02]: But do you think part of that rage was tied up in the fact that she's not the protagonist or the main character of the Nicole book?
32:23
[SPEAKER_02]: No, of Ezra's first book.
32:25
[SPEAKER_02]: The book about her.
32:26
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, of course.
32:29
[SPEAKER_02]: Of course she's like wait I understand Ali being the starting point, but it seems sort of dating me how did I not become how did I not become you the main character It pink streaks in my hair.
32:38
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.
32:38
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm I think she I'm a vegan who eats cheeseburgers have you forgotten like what's more interesting than that What Ali went missing what could you possibly had to say about her she's missing?
32:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I was here Right now everything about me showing up to bars like lying everyone in my whole fucking family like
32:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, no.
32:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, also a couple other things.
33:00
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you know Simone is talking to Ezra.
33:02
[SPEAKER_01]: You know when they were on a date.
33:03
[SPEAKER_01]: She was like, it's so cute.
33:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Like no, I can just tell I just know Arya.
33:08
[SPEAKER_01]: She's like, my girl and like I can just tell as she has such a big question on you.
33:12
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just remember when I was her age and I had, you know, little crush on my English teacher.
33:16
[SPEAKER_01]: It's right to passage and Ezra is sucking and sitting there.
33:18
[SPEAKER_01]: What is he saying?
33:20
[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, oh, he's like, oh, he thought I noticed that.
33:24
[SPEAKER_02]: He's actually just sitting there like kind of like listening nonino long but looking for the waiter so that the waiter comes around soon enough so he can order another drink while she's talking so that that's the end of the conversation.
33:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, exactly.
33:36
[SPEAKER_01]: He can be that he can like, nod or do like, can I get another drink and then he could ask her to say she's a stalker.
33:41
[SPEAKER_01]: And then they can like, which is something absolutely.
33:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but the first thing is second thing is he definitely did her.
33:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I did not perfectly be almost at a spit-out or die, Dr. Bob!
33:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I definitely had sex.
33:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's not people that are getting laid yet.
33:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
33:59
[SPEAKER_01]: So what was he supposed to do?
34:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
34:02
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's exactly what it was.
34:04
[SPEAKER_02]: This is what he was still kind of... Do she maybe, I feel like?
34:07
[SPEAKER_02]: So like, if I forgot, I forgot how he grew out of that.
34:11
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like with that ever came up in conversation he'd be like, it's not like we're like exclusive He's like sorry look, I know you're age.
34:20
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a little different, but And a doll relationship.
34:23
[SPEAKER_01]: I have needs I have certain expectations for an adult partner And I don't expect you to meet them, but I do have to outsource You and like guys if you've been grease on disgusting like guess what that's what was happening
34:36
[SPEAKER_01]: But actually, we're all building, but like, that is low QO's happening there.
34:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
34:41
[SPEAKER_01]: And don't forget, he did have sex with Arya.
34:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Crazy.
34:43
[SPEAKER_01]: And sane.
34:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Actually, crazy.
34:47
[SPEAKER_01]: And that crazy, that shot.
34:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, we should not say back shot ever again.
34:53
[SPEAKER_01]: We both set it when Eldry's supposed to go to get that shot of her back where she like Let's see covers, but is that a dream or is that the real one?
35:01
[SPEAKER_01]: No, she has like a three-some dream or jeep and a nice run girl girl never mind I was gonna make an off-color joke
35:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Lock it up All right, okay, okay, I just nailed it all right next up.
35:18
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like the next two you're gonna.
35:20
[SPEAKER_01]: I got easily, but whatever.
35:21
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I don't know Miranda Oh from Raven's time Raven's wood.
35:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, you okay, you botched it.
35:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, kill her you botched up Just kidding.
35:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, yeah, that little freak.
35:34
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I don't know if we've ever discussed this
35:38
[SPEAKER_02]: There is a weird timeline thing that happens between basically the Halloween episode and like season five, that all everything that happens in the season three Halloween episode should like halfway through season five span of a month now that's crazy because I can do that means it's non stop action that means Caleb is only in Ravenswood for three weeks.
36:03
[SPEAKER_02]: And he was acting like that when he came back.
36:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I just want to say, well, hey, the goddess acting.
36:09
[SPEAKER_02]: That is such man behavior.
36:13
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like man flu behavior.
36:15
[SPEAKER_01]: The way he's acting is.
36:16
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, do you know the shit they've been through?
36:19
[SPEAKER_01]: And they are acting like this.
36:21
[SPEAKER_01]: And like he does know, which is the worst part.
36:22
[SPEAKER_01]: So there is straight A's.
36:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, so and don't ask her what she's taking to get them.
36:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, don't ask that.
36:29
[SPEAKER_01]: It's rude.
36:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Don't take away from her accomplishments like that.
36:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
36:32
[SPEAKER_01]: Lemon and stem.
36:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but I have, okay, so I have some other ideas for our future.
36:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Punch bulls.
36:39
[SPEAKER_01]: One of which is a shipping war.
36:40
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought you could come to the bat for Spobie and I can come for hey, love.
36:43
[SPEAKER_01]: And unfortunately, like yes, this moment is going to be a mark against him, but like Toby did join the A team so there.
36:49
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but why did you join the a team?
36:50
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll get there.
36:51
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll talk about it at the shipping warm.
36:52
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not the shipping word a Do you ever do you remember at the beginning of of Toby later?
36:57
[SPEAKER_01]: I got a table it to help me literally got engaged another woman.
36:59
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I might do that Don't forget that in sponsor.
37:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Don't forget that K-let that was Spencer.
37:06
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I'm blaming the woman
37:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, this is not the episode for this, but that is gonna be an episode, and I also think for our first October punch bowl I want to go through all like look back at all the Halloween episodes because so much should happen in those Halloween episodes that had nothing to do with the actual plot Like add all like those twins that just came in where Jesus was like I never I never I never I never I never I never understood I never understood the idea that Ali was getting a messages
37:33
[SPEAKER_02]: But then when we find out about everything that happened that night from Mona, Mona doesn't really tell, say that she was A. I don't think I could be wrong.
37:42
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe I need to go back and watch that.
37:43
[SPEAKER_02]: But like, Mona really became A. I feel like after Ali left town.
37:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure.
37:49
[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm like, who was, do maybe it was Mona?
37:52
[SPEAKER_02]: I can't remember someone tell me.
37:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I'll get to that episode soon enough.
37:55
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm very watch.
37:56
[SPEAKER_01]: I have no doubt.
37:58
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
37:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, wait.
37:59
[SPEAKER_01]: So did Caleb though?
38:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Because here's the thing, he and Hannah left on kind of uncertain terms, and I don't think they fuck.
38:07
[SPEAKER_01]: They did.
38:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Miranda and Caleb did, but then hey guys, if you watch straight, it's what let us know.
38:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, let us know for sure, but I'm sorry, there's no way that I think I heard someone say they had like a sibling relationship.
38:17
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry.
38:18
[SPEAKER_01]: You don't get that fucked up going home.
38:20
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought it was just a sibling relationship.
38:21
[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't be that side of Phoebe was gone.
38:23
[SPEAKER_02]: It was a kind of a ghost thing.
38:25
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
38:25
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
38:25
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
38:25
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
38:26
[SPEAKER_01]: He's kind of, oh, and we had to have a whole stupid episode where Caleb has to explain to Hannah the ghost that ghosts are real and it's like, don't do this to me.
38:34
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm already embarrassed enough to be talking about this show like this, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it
39:01
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, could there be a more generic name, sorry if your name's Johnny, I'm gonna need a last name Johnny Apple seed, I don't know, it starts with an R.
39:14
[SPEAKER_01]: just thought of a kidded musical theater with growing up who his name was Josh, but this guy's name was John, this guy broke my friend's freaking heart, oh my god, Josh, how could you do it?
39:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, Johnny, it's back to Johnny, Johnny, Johnny, Apple, Steve, Johnny, it starts with the what?
39:34

[SPEAKER_01]: Johnny Rockets, Johnny Ratton, Johnny Ratton.
39:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks for got to be out there.
39:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Actually, I didn't want to keep going with that.
39:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Johnny Raymond.
39:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
39:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Those are two first names.
39:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Raymond.
39:51
[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm.
39:53
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, Aquamarine.
39:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I have no fucking glue.
39:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Johnny Raymond.
39:57
[SPEAKER_01]: It's kind of middle season.
40:00
[SPEAKER_01]: It's kind of middle seasons.

[SPEAKER_01]: This isn't someone at the doll shop, right?
40:05

40:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my god, that was also a Spencer, what is wrong with you?
40:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, man.
40:43
[SPEAKER_01]: That was this fence.
40:43
[SPEAKER_02]: It was a bad girl who was on her bad girl era, which is like, guys, by the way, always look.
40:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, she's always in her bad girl era.
40:49
[SPEAKER_01]: She, like, she loves being the straight-a girl, but she can't hide that inside.
40:53
[SPEAKER_01]: She wants to be the like grungy, tumbler girl that's like getting re-blogged a lot of times.
41:00
[SPEAKER_01]: Like that is.
41:01
[SPEAKER_01]: She wants to be.
41:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Wait.
41:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So what was the result?
41:03
[SPEAKER_01]: And Spencer's life and that happened.
41:06
[SPEAKER_01]: There was something a high stakes, but I don't think it was like VV's Toby was like kind of shutting her out because he was on he was a cop Oh, yeah, and she kept being like break the rules for me.
41:14
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I'm your Break the law and he's like if she was like okay, well, if you're not gonna break the rules.
41:21
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to She's like I'll show you breaking the freaking rules.
41:25
[SPEAKER_01]: How about that?
41:26
[SPEAKER_01]: That's bigger than a rule a lot Mike drop
41:28
[SPEAKER_01]: She's a come on Johnny in OH.
41:29
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
41:30
[SPEAKER_01]: No H the police are like get eyes on him.
41:32
[SPEAKER_01]: No H get eyes on him.
41:33
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a Johnny with no H That's bad freaking news about freaking news Um, and he did try to kiss Spencer, right?
41:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
41:39
[SPEAKER_01]: I think Spencer also kissed him.
41:42
[SPEAKER_02]: I think they managed actually just shared a kiss
41:46
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, oh, oh, shocker for Spencer.
41:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
41:49
[SPEAKER_02]: At the shock, unless your lawyer's mom which is Spencer's slut.
41:52
[SPEAKER_02]: This is a lot in it up.
41:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God.
41:54
[SPEAKER_02]: And that is, hey, crazy.
41:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Are you let your mom think that you're best friend?
42:00
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
42:01
[SPEAKER_02]: You actually like hooking up with your boyfriend's last teacher.
42:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Did she feel like not even just let her mom think that, but I think that she told her mom not?
42:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, like Ella brought it up and was like, I, there are all these rumors about Mr. Fids.
42:12
[SPEAKER_02]: And in this moment, Ari, it was so worried that she was gonna say, would you tell me?
42:16
[SPEAKER_01]: And Ari is like, well, well, I mean, ever since Mr. Goddard period before any of us, she's just, she's just been all alone.
42:24
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, she's like, Ella's like, would you tell me if you and Azra were doing anything?
42:29
[SPEAKER_02]: And then she's like,
42:31
[SPEAKER_02]: And then she says, well, I saw him like having kind of a heated discussion with Spencer after school.
42:38
[SPEAKER_01]: And then she had to call Spencer after the fact, right?
42:39
[SPEAKER_01]: She didn't like prep this with Spencer beforehand because she didn't know her mom was going to bring it up.
42:43
[SPEAKER_01]: So then imagine getting that call from, all right, that's like, hey, I need you to pretend that you're a fucking Mr. Feths.
42:48
[SPEAKER_02]: And actually in the police, this is the same episode where they end up in the woods with the one of the shovels, which they think is the murder weapon for Ali's murder and
43:01
[SPEAKER_02]: As Rush shows up and Ella across him and says, Oh my god.
43:05
[SPEAKER_02]: It is inappropriate.
43:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god.
43:08
[SPEAKER_02]: And where was the same smell for her?
43:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh yeah.
43:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Then as Rush says, I love her.
43:13
[SPEAKER_02]: And she still thinks he's talking about Spencer.
43:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
43:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
43:20
[SPEAKER_01]: He says, I love her.
43:21
[SPEAKER_01]: How do you even set it to Ariad that point?
43:24
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, but never forget when he stood in front of Byron and Nellon said, I love your daughter.
43:29
[SPEAKER_02]: I love your daughter.
43:30
[SPEAKER_01]: It's giving.
43:31
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm pretty sure they've touched me too.
43:36
[SPEAKER_01]: Anthony and I just bought school of rock.
43:37
[SPEAKER_01]: I got back from the hospital and he just sits down and turns it on.
43:40
[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, not a movie that immediately, you're both like, Oh, Hell, yeah.
43:43
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like quoting every other line.
43:44
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just like, I'm sorry.
43:46
[SPEAKER_01]: That's so good.
43:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Perfect.
43:48
[SPEAKER_01]: So good.
43:49
[SPEAKER_01]: It's amazing.
43:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God.
43:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
43:53
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, well, my last one you're definitely gonna know it's just too much of a crazy name and we've talked about him recently Cyrus Oh, Cyrus patrol.
44:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, Cyrus patrol.
44:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, but like when I okay, baby I did like a little bit of a deep dive in Cyrus patrol today because I was like what was that?
44:10
[SPEAKER_01]: Like what was the fever dream that was Cyrus patrol?
44:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so For some fucking reason he falsely confesses to kidnapping Ali and holding her hostage
44:20
[SPEAKER_01]: even like gets out of a jail meets up with Ali in the woods and she gives him a plane ticket as I get the fuck out of town like blah blah.
44:27
[SPEAKER_01]: And then we get a flashback when Lieutenant butterscotch takes her back to the basement that she was allegedly held in.
44:32
[SPEAKER_01]: We get a flashback from Ali of like her bringing Cyrus down holding hands and introducing him to her friends.
44:39
[SPEAKER_01]: And then she falls asleep and he's robbing her taking her bag.
44:42
[SPEAKER_01]: She gets up starts fighting and he throws her down the steps, but just hand over her mouth.
44:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Bashes her head into a wall, takes out a knife and stabs her in the thigh.
44:54
[SPEAKER_01]: What?
44:55
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, like, you maintain contact with him enough to... What got him to confess to kidnapping you?
45:04
[SPEAKER_01]: When the knees just go on, what but like for what you know what I mean for robbery and stopping at that point she was a missing person but she she had made herself missing so like what I guess that's true.
45:16
[SPEAKER_01]: He could have just been like she was fucking missing on her own volition.
45:20
[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, blackmail for like me.
45:21
[SPEAKER_02]: That's so assault and attempted robbery.
45:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but that would and would incriminate her.
45:25
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think she'd do it.
45:28
[SPEAKER_02]: I guess that's true.
45:29
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm just like, did he have something to do with CC?
45:34
[SPEAKER_02]: I think CC knew about it, but I think CC was already in France at that time.
45:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, and then he got severely burned by egg because he like went and met up with my get the doctor to get that crazy scene where the full body cast sits up and it's like it was really hurt.
45:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry.
45:52
[SPEAKER_02]: They kill him.
45:54
[SPEAKER_01]: They kill him.
45:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Ari and Hannah come visit him.
45:56
[SPEAKER_01]: They leave and then he's immediately killed and he right down VAR jack on the right paper, which was a bar jack.
46:03
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like I can't believe how much.
46:05
[SPEAKER_01]: No, it was um.
46:06
[SPEAKER_02]: We've spent so many hours on the show and I was like for the Tiffany's it was a breakfast of Tiffany's reference because Ali was going by is it what's your name Holly go lightly?
46:18
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, yeah honey.
46:19
[SPEAKER_02]: No, wait for it, dad.
46:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
46:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Literally same-to-off.
46:26
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah.
46:26
[SPEAKER_01]: That's amazing.
46:28
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, guys, well, that was a little character graveyard.
46:30
[SPEAKER_01]: That was that was fascinating.
46:32
[SPEAKER_01]: A fascinating walk down memory lane.
46:34
[SPEAKER_01]: I now want to talk a little bit about some characters who we think deserved better.
46:38
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think I have to start this list of the event.
46:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's it.
46:43
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a great one.
46:44
[SPEAKER_01]: I was really thinking at some point.
46:46
[SPEAKER_01]: She was going to come back and like,
46:48
[SPEAKER_01]: deserve what she got.
46:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought she was going to be terrible when VV was running for whatever I thought that she was going to be terrible with like the Spencer Toby thing and it really is crazy that they actually did have to kill this character off through no fault of her own so that we could root for Spope again because otherwise like Iván was just like untouchable.
47:10
[SPEAKER_02]: And like, I don't want to spoil this, but like, I feel like it's important for the conversation.
47:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even think Spobie like fully ends up back together.
47:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Wait, what?
47:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, is that what you're doing your thing again?
47:22
[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, I think I'm, and guys, you're gonna tell me if I'm wrong.
47:26
[SPEAKER_02]: I think I'm, I really, they definitely have things that happen later, but I don't, it's not like the other couples where it's like everybody ends up married.
47:38
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think.
47:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Really?
47:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they're, they're a weird one, which makes sense.
47:42
[SPEAKER_02]: Cause Spencer gives single for life, Loki.
47:44
[SPEAKER_01]: She does, she does, she gives like anything.
47:47
[SPEAKER_01]: She's gonna be the girl that's like, I can't be with you, I'll just fuck you up.
47:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll just fuck you up, you know, but she's a kid, though.
47:53
[SPEAKER_01]: She's a kid.
47:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, she definitely has a kid.
47:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm damaged, you don't wanna be with me.
47:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Wait, speaking of, and I'm sorry, we're gonna talk about this on Tuesday.
48:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Cannot believe Taylor Frankie Paul is our new bachelor at.
48:06
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know what in, and hey, you know who's not gonna let us forget that he predicted it, Nick Vile
48:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I just love that you can impose no less of them, like, you're not even trying to make it a secret that you're pissed, no, you didn't get the call to announce this.
48:20
[SPEAKER_01]: No.
48:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, and you know what it is, because I started watching some of the episode, and Alex said, I think Alex was also supposed to announce the Bachelor.
48:30
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think it was just like, it just got swapped out.
48:33
[SPEAKER_01]: But it makes sense.
48:34
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, Taylor's been on both their shows, right?
48:36
[SPEAKER_01]: I think.
48:37
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, Alex Cooper is podcast.
48:39
[SPEAKER_01]: And she's a woman.
48:39
[SPEAKER_01]: It should be her.
48:40
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the Bachelor Rat.
48:42
[SPEAKER_01]: You know it just also Nick I don't want to hear you say those words.
48:46
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know I don't and and I know that like
48:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
48:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I also feel like he's been trying to move a little bit away from his bachelor roots.
48:54
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, but I do think that maybe Alex already had a deal to announce the next bachelor.
49:00
[SPEAKER_01]: And then they were like, you know, we're going to switch it up.
49:03
[SPEAKER_00]: It is crazy.
49:04
[SPEAKER_01]: It's crazy.
49:06
[SPEAKER_01]: It's such a massive risk.
49:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Like it is.
49:09
[SPEAKER_02]: People are people are killing me in the comments.
49:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Like these people who have clearly stayed.
49:14
[SPEAKER_02]: aligned with the franchise and like have consisted of watching and stuff.
49:18
[SPEAKER_02]: They're not super thrilled about it They're like the point is that it's a normal person that comes into this role and does it and all these people that are like You're gonna lose all your original fans and it's like they have been yeah, I know you guys have been so loyal to it But like they have a bottom line to me and they need to like exactly
49:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think people who were like the equivalent of casuals for the bachelor franchise, I think they are realizing how high the stakes are getting with each season that passes.
49:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Totally especially with each.
49:47
[SPEAKER_02]: If the seasons keep performing like this, yeah, the show is going to be over.
49:51
[SPEAKER_01]: And there are so many dating shows to choose from and most of them are on streaming.
49:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Like if you want to watch the bachelor, you, so is it going to be on Hulu, do you think?
50:00
[SPEAKER_01]: It has been the last couple of them.
50:02
[SPEAKER_02]: I'll ask a couple of seasons.
50:05
[SPEAKER_02]: This is the most like cable stuff as I feel like.
50:08
[SPEAKER_02]: I do watch it after the phone.
50:10
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, but I mean, like, are they going to like, air it on Hulu like live?
50:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, is it going to?
50:14
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's going to be.
50:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's going to be a big thing.
50:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, ever since she's doing your lives, too.
50:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Isn't that crazy?
50:24
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, should you're dancing at the stars next?
50:28
[SPEAKER_02]: if if this goes poorly I think I think either way, but I don't think so soon and they just might wait a second, but everyone does it right away though.
50:38
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you know, I guess we haven't had a success story in a while.
50:41
[SPEAKER_01]: But I'll I just like,
50:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I guess this is the last one, Joey.
50:46
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I love that they're stored together.
50:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Kelsey is so funny.
50:49
[SPEAKER_02]: I know I wasn't sold on her during this season, but the child was for tech talks.
50:53
[SPEAKER_02]: And when she just made that tech talk, when they got on a plane, and she was like, Can you guys please just make edits of Joey to this song?
50:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
50:59
[SPEAKER_01]: So he can feel, so he can feel good when we land.
51:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and then I went through and looked at some of them, and she was commenting, Like, okay, I'm so lucky.
51:06
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I love that she was commenting on them.
51:08
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I really like her.
51:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's crazy.
51:10
[SPEAKER_01]: It's such a departure from their typical lead,
51:14
[SPEAKER_01]: the men that are going to have to go on this show are going to have to be okay with a lot more than a lot of the men are.
51:20
[SPEAKER_01]: First of all, it's a different level of fame.
51:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Second of all, she has three children, two baby datties, and she said they will have to move to Utah.
51:29
[SPEAKER_01]: She will not be moving.
51:30
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it means that we'll also have to be able to see her lives in more and more in wives.
51:34
[SPEAKER_02]: Is the way that this will change the right reasons conversation?
51:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
51:40
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, this is your guaranteed to be on a reality show for however many years, you know, at this point.
51:46
[SPEAKER_01]: If you marry her, you're guaranteed a pretty good life.
51:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
51:49
[SPEAKER_01]: A little bit.
51:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
51:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.
51:50
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not the typical.
51:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
51:52
[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's very interesting.
51:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Good.
51:55
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think it will attract kind of like crazy men.
51:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
51:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
51:59
[SPEAKER_02]: And like I think because if you have to be that comfortable with the Mormon lifestyle,
52:04
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm not trying to stereotype, but I think that we'll bring in maybe more possessive kinds of man.
52:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
52:09
[SPEAKER_02]: And so the jealousy and all that kind of, like, these men are going to be fighting for.
52:14
[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be great.
52:16
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, look at the way that the men in Utah do, you know, like, it's going to be, and she is such amazing.
52:22
[SPEAKER_02]: Imagine they get one of her little hookups from the home talent to come in like They talk about it.
52:29
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll call her dad.
52:30
[SPEAKER_02]: I haven't watched yet, but like even half way to the season Imagine they like she has like these great a couple great established connections and then like her for lack of a better term Her mighty healing comes in.
52:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, she's like.
52:43
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god.
52:44
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I think you have to watch call her daddy We'll talk about it all in depth on Tuesday, but like
52:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, I mean, I'll be watching for the first time and quite some years.
52:53
[SPEAKER_01]: There's no way.
52:54
[SPEAKER_01]: There's no way.
52:54
[SPEAKER_01]: There's no way.
52:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
52:56
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll both be seated for this.
52:59
[SPEAKER_01]: So that is the thing.
53:00
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like happy.
53:01
[SPEAKER_02]: I've been longed for those Monday nights.
53:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
53:03
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
53:03
[SPEAKER_02]: I've talked about this at length.
53:05
[SPEAKER_02]: Those are some of my favorite memories.
53:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
53:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Middle school through high school, especially.
53:09
[SPEAKER_02]: I remember watching my first season with mom, like in the day and every month.
53:13
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that was how we got into reality.
53:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Television, like that, you know, and so back to our roots.
53:18
[SPEAKER_01]: And in the fact of the matter is, it should take a new direction, like it's time, you know?
53:22
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's going to bring in way more people than they're going to lose.
53:25
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think it's going to be, and so many people are going to watch just for the train wreck, you know?
53:30
[SPEAKER_01]: And they're going to be purest who will watch no matter what.
53:32
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think it's going to be gray.
53:34
[SPEAKER_01]: And frankly, I'm so happy.
53:35
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not that Alex Cooper's hosting.
53:38
[SPEAKER_01]: I just think I just don't think I would like to.
53:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think she would have reminded me too much of,
53:42
[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't mean this.
53:44
[SPEAKER_02]: I think I would, I like I'll super much better than the person I'm going to compare it to, but it would feel like when Caitlin Bristol was hosting.
53:51
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
53:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
53:53
[SPEAKER_02]: And we just need someone.
53:55
[SPEAKER_02]: We need a Jesse Palmer.
53:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
53:57
[SPEAKER_02]: We need someone like that.
53:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Like a kind of sorry, like, a nothing guy.
53:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
54:00
[SPEAKER_01]: Just like a nothing, you know.
54:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, sorry, Jesse.
54:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
54:03
[SPEAKER_01]: So now you're trying to get me a character.
54:05
[SPEAKER_01]: You think deserve better.
54:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Samara always Samara always and I know you're going to say well she got her vampire diaries contrasted as she really looks like that or yeah no we're talking about Samara and we're talking about sorry Emily you have to take a little bit of the blame here for ruining this right 100 percent I just rewatch that episode like last week
54:29
[SPEAKER_02]: and it is shocking that she didn't think to do that in any other way.
54:34
[SPEAKER_01]: So break that scene down again just to like, I don't want to remember.
54:36
[SPEAKER_02]: First of all, she's staying at the Marin's house, having all these, all these people over.
54:41
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's just made the other way that Ashley, like, talks to her about it.
54:44
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
54:46
[SPEAKER_02]: And A had texted her earlier that day and was like, you need to give one of tomorrow's friends your number.
54:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Or I don't remember exactly what the word you know, the text was, but it mean that they weren't like you have to flirt with her.
54:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
54:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they were like you're giving her your number in this way.
55:03
[SPEAKER_02]: And at the end of the night, Emily, like everyone goes to the door.
55:08
[SPEAKER_02]: They're about to leave and Emily pulls this one girl back.
55:11
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, hey, can I like get your number?
55:14
[SPEAKER_01]: No, she has her number written down on some of the paper and goes, um, here.
55:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Hands in the girl like right and I shot up some more on it's like so she goes, um, wait, uh,
55:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I did not need to be like that, Emily.
55:32
[SPEAKER_01]: You could have just been like, I mean, we've talked about this at Nauseen, but there were so many things she could have done.
55:36
[SPEAKER_01]: She could have been like, okay, I'm having so much fun.
55:37
[SPEAKER_01]: We should all make plans.
55:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, let's start a group chat.
55:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Here's my number.
55:41
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, or like, I'm sure A would have found some, you know, issue with that, but at the end of the day,
55:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Even there were, it was a better way to explain the way to Samara.
55:51
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, she just botched that on so many levels and I, I forever would love to see like, what could have been there between Emily and Samara.
56:00
[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
56:01
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it would have been great.
56:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely what have been.
56:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, I think my a new better.
56:06
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, just our better.
56:08
[SPEAKER_01]: I was looking at a new better.
56:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I was looking at someone, you know, we get that note that's my a new, which like, what did my a no?
56:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
56:15
[SPEAKER_02]: We never really found that out.
56:17
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, but she did.
56:18
[SPEAKER_02]: And it is, but here's what I will say.
56:20
[SPEAKER_02]: She deserves better than death certainly.
56:22
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I also just rewatched the show episode where she comes back to town and she's living with the town over and she and Emily are starting to see each other again and Pam comes back into town and is like, I'll take you guys to dinner.
56:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I'm going to I'm putting my best foot forward here.
56:39
[SPEAKER_02]: And Maya just completely.
56:44
[SPEAKER_02]: does what my eye does best and botches it and they's like she didn't understand I can't remember I think it was partially on purpose because that the when Emily confronts her about it when Pam gets out of her chair to go get the check oh my god um at the opera was grow where they have waiters uh Emily's like what are you doing yeah
57:05
[SPEAKER_02]: Then because my I had mentioned her boyfriend that she had at so right and Emily's like it's hard enough for my mom to understand to this Actually dig you don't have to rope like your boyfriend into it and my I go's Is it not easy for her to understand or for you and it's a
57:21
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm probably both my uh, because it doesn't really love you guys going to have this conversation to the different time.
57:27
[SPEAKER_02]: This isn't what Emily saying, why do you have to act?
57:29
[SPEAKER_02]: Why do you have to say that you think my mom was straight lace and why do you have to do all these things?
57:33
[SPEAKER_02]: Why do you ask for the dessert menu after we both say no?
57:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I can't do these things where it's like my uh, you're not making this easy for any party.
57:41
[SPEAKER_02]: You can tell that Pam is trying really hard.
57:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
57:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Totally.
57:45
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I know.
57:46
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there were a lot of moments like that with my, where it was just like, like, she, it's like the, the, the Arietta's ease, the, I know she's enjoyed in the show, but calling your parents by their first names or calling other people's, like, those kind of things that for somebody like Emily fields, those are deal breakers, those are like, that's gonna send hives up and down her body, like you just can't be doing that or on her, sorry.
58:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
58:15
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I just, I mean, God.
58:16
[SPEAKER_01]: No, was that related to Emily to begin with or not?
58:21
[SPEAKER_01]: It then became related to Emily when he came back to town when he found out about me.
58:25
[SPEAKER_02]: He was so obsessed with Maya and then he came back and like, I think Emily was a continuation of his obsession with Maya.
58:34
[SPEAKER_01]: like Emily's like a fucking lightning rod.
58:36
[SPEAKER_01]: Like how are you gonna end up with these situations and it's not even a, you know what I mean?
58:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, is it how is this gonna happen?
58:42
[SPEAKER_01]: A, no addition.
58:43
[SPEAKER_01]: You know?
58:44
[SPEAKER_02]: And like when you're in the writer's room and you're pitching things and people are like, so is that an A thing?
58:48
[SPEAKER_02]: And like, do you kind of get excited?
58:49
[SPEAKER_02]: I really don't know.
58:50
[SPEAKER_02]: No, it's just something else.
58:51
[SPEAKER_02]: I just sort of want Emily to get fucked up with her.
58:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Why are we so obsessed with the A storylines, you guys?
58:57
[SPEAKER_01]: The writer's like, can I try something new?
58:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Can I try something off the freaking wall?
59:00
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, what the fuck?
59:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, oh my god.
59:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
59:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, someone else who deserved better.
59:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Travis.
59:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Travis.
59:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Why did he got better eventually?
59:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, yeah.
59:10
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's not like he had like a terrible fate.
59:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Because I don't even, I feel like we just stopped talking to him one day.
59:15
[SPEAKER_01]: He was just gone.
59:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
59:17
[SPEAKER_02]: I think Hannah, I think maybe they broke up in a way of like,
59:22
[SPEAKER_02]: my life's too crazy.
59:23
[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to be involved with this.
59:25
[SPEAKER_01]: So true, travel.
59:26
[SPEAKER_01]: That was so true.
59:27
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm glad you got out of there, but like also, you just were never the one except for Hannah does love.
59:32
[SPEAKER_01]: That's her dad is her type.
59:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan and she did have a good chance.
59:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
59:37
[SPEAKER_01]: Like you can try and try and try to be that person, but that is your type.
59:40
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know it.
59:41
[SPEAKER_01]: And you freaking know it.
59:43
[SPEAKER_01]: I really liked them together.
59:44
[SPEAKER_01]: And that was a relationship.
59:45
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just like, it would have been interesting to explore that more.
59:49
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
59:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Any others that you have on your list for deserve better?
59:53
[SPEAKER_02]: I think just generally the parents except for them on gummarys.
59:57
[SPEAKER_01]: And Peter and Tom and Peter.
1:00:00
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, Tom's not even in the picture to me.
1:00:02
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm probably about the actual parents.
1:00:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I used to accept them on gummaries.
1:00:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
1:00:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, accept both of them.
1:00:10
[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
1:00:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think all that is our better?
1:00:12
[SPEAKER_02]: It was to be just fine in the local production of Wicked.
1:00:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, you're right.
1:00:16
[SPEAKER_01]: And the local national tour of Wicked.
1:00:20
[SPEAKER_01]: exactly exactly I'm sorry I can't respect you guys because you were like well okay about are you dating or teacher like you guys were out of freaking control sir like sorry we live up oh he me in life style like we just like age is the state of my I want to revisit some earlier relationships one of which is Arya and no because I'm wondering like was no
1:00:44
[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's the latter and I don't think the writers knew what they were going to do with him.
1:00:50
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I don't think they knew how sinister he was going to be.
1:00:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because you've just watched this.
1:00:53
[SPEAKER_02]: So like in the beginning, I think he was meant to be just like boy next to her when he was with Arya.
1:00:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
1:01:00
[SPEAKER_02]: We were seen from RDS perspective, so he was boy next door, and then later on when he dates Mona and when we get the flashbacks of them with Ola, BCO Fuller picture.
1:01:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I think he was just your local douchebag from high school, who played sports.
1:01:14
[SPEAKER_02]: And like Sean was the nice, the nice of the two.
1:01:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
1:01:17
[SPEAKER_02]: But for some reason, parents loved all loved them both.
1:01:20
[SPEAKER_01]: Of course, do you think that
1:01:24
[SPEAKER_01]: No, wait, fuck what was I just gonna say?
1:01:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, do you think they're null got involved when he was with Mona?
1:01:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Like do you think he was doing an A team shit at that point?
1:01:33
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if he was like nasty.
1:01:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I don't think I think Moana probably thought he would have been a liability.
1:01:41
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if he's smart enough.
1:01:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I don't know if he ever was.
1:01:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Not that also ever.
1:01:45
[SPEAKER_02]: What if they break up and yeah, he decides to retaliate with that information.
1:01:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like it started out like, no, and in the books, I know they date for like 10 whole books, but it started out like, no.
1:01:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Seeing the Ezreal R-A relationship and being like let's go to the principal together like come on like I'll help you and it felt like when R-A rejected him He was like all right beginning of my villain or story.
1:02:10
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna blackmail the fucking teacher because I'm sure is how I gonna get something I'm not gonna get late.
1:02:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm definitely getting an A and And for that point on but like he just took such a dramatic turn because then he was helping Ali for a while, right?
1:02:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Was that genuine?
1:02:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, when she was missing she finally comes back and we get that episode where she like walks us through everything He comes into the room.
1:02:33
[SPEAKER_02]: I think he and Ali always had a good can can ship like French
1:02:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, probably both me out probably, but I think it I think it was maybe like they just both felt like like they were probably in their brains like the most attractive people in their Yeah, they hooked up and then I think it became more of like a sibling.
1:02:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I think it was more like Brother sister vibes.
1:02:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I feel like Ali was never not gonna hook up with normal because are I like them?
1:03:01
[SPEAKER_01]: So she actually had to, you know, she was a choir too, but then he was helping and then it was just like, I just felt like him coming in with shower and Jenna and this whole thing just it did feel to me so out of the field like bringing him back for this insane dramatic thing and it's like she really was putting feelings out of like who from the past will come back, but I'm like, did you really, is this all this can't all stem back to how much you just fucking hate it are you ever turning you down.
1:03:30
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't think so so then what he says you guys never understood me.
1:03:35
[SPEAKER_01]: I know like and what is there to understand me had What is there to fucking understand here?
1:03:40
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also like do you think if he and Arya had been together that he could have been salvaged?
1:03:47
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think Arya would have too
1:03:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, he wouldn't have been so insufferable.
1:03:52
[SPEAKER_01]: And saying to say that we're encouraging relationship with someone who was like buy definition about guy, but like, well, it's like, where do the options here?
1:04:00
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what, so true.
1:04:01
[SPEAKER_01]: She gets married to someone who was buy definition about guy.
1:04:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God.
1:04:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
1:04:06
[SPEAKER_01]: Next up, let's look at, uh,
1:04:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Byron, and Ashley, let's not forget their little flirtation during the purchase.
1:04:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Byron, she's just a slut.
1:04:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Byron, she's just a slut.
1:04:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think anything happened there?
1:04:19
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't believe they set that up.
1:04:21
[SPEAKER_02]: No, I really actually would touch them with the temple pool.
1:04:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, but she was sure acting like it.
1:04:25
[SPEAKER_01]: We were crawling out of our skin, Phoebe, during that episode, and then they just like never went back to it.
1:04:29
[SPEAKER_01]: I think she was bored and he was warning.
1:04:32
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think they did it?
1:04:33
[SPEAKER_02]: No, when the power was all because things should probably get the it because soon as they like started talking too much low key.
1:04:38
[SPEAKER_01]: I think actually did anything she got the egg after What if they did it she got the egg during oh my god, and then what just had to keep going against.
1:04:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh Yeah, I don't know it's just crazy that we never like revisit are you like I just think better of Ashley
1:04:57
[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't think that I don't want to put myself in a POV where she was actually attracted to him.
1:05:05
[SPEAKER_01]: I just think, why are you putting this in the story?
1:05:08
[SPEAKER_02]: I really wanted to see if they had chemistry.
1:05:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Or maybe they were trying to depict how much of us love iron is.
1:05:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yeah, I think that really is what it is.
1:05:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Biron is a, is it no good?
1:05:19
[SPEAKER_01]: No good dirty run scoundrel.
1:05:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and he doesn't deserve love.
1:05:24
[SPEAKER_01]: He doesn't deserve love.
1:05:25
[SPEAKER_01]: He's up.
1:05:26
[SPEAKER_01]: We know, yeah, he's married to Ella right now.
1:05:28
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't all this.
1:05:30
[SPEAKER_01]: All this year, back to freaking gather.
1:05:32
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God.
1:05:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God.
1:05:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Actually, I hate that.
1:05:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God, Biron, you make me freaking sick.
1:05:37
[SPEAKER_01]: You make me ill.
1:05:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, hunting wise.
1:05:40
[SPEAKER_01]: What do you mean?
1:05:40
[SPEAKER_01]: You mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean, you mean
1:06:06
[SPEAKER_02]: I think if this exact team of people came together to make it today and the only thing almost different was the technology it would have worked.
1:06:16
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that original sin showed us that like people really overthink Gen Z in a way that doesn't, that's why they shouldn't work.
1:06:25
[SPEAKER_02]: There was something really awesome.
1:06:26
[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't a pleasant, pretty little iris, you know?
1:06:32
[SPEAKER_02]: There was I think there's also like Pete there's really would preadalires work today in the way that people write teenagers like maybe not because teenager They no one knows how to write modern teenagers there was something that really worked about these girls and the way that they were written yes But even when we're talking about just like let's take this out of like a writer's room and talk about this like If this were real life
1:06:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I think that, I think the Gen Z would figure it out within minutes.
1:07:04
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, think about this, find my friends.
1:07:07
[SPEAKER_01]: I think Mona's smart enough to get around that, but I do think, I mean, look at them.
1:07:11
[SPEAKER_01]: They're using a signal.
1:07:13
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, for sure.
1:07:14
[SPEAKER_02]: She is.
1:07:15
[SPEAKER_01]: The H even communicating exclusively via signal for sure.
1:07:19
[SPEAKER_01]: And like more code.
1:07:21
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I think.
1:07:24
[SPEAKER_01]: The 18th is a really end of Taylor Swift.
1:07:27
[SPEAKER_02]: If cat, if the cat for Shark Manory was proof of anything, it's like someone can be anonymous.
1:07:33
[SPEAKER_01]: It is true, and I kept wondering how, I was like, how are they doing this?
1:07:37
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like literally not being traced.
1:07:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Like how did it take that long to trace it back?
1:07:41
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
1:07:42
[SPEAKER_02]: And like, because we're going to talk about it on Friday, but like the preliminary searches of like trying to connect phone numbers, what was happening.
1:07:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, then that's how the FBI figured it out right and on.
1:07:54
[SPEAKER_02]: So, oh my god, how did you all miss that?
1:07:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine on TikTok live, on TikTok live, the A team had like a constant live stream of the doll house.
1:08:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I just feel like there would have been crazy shit like that dark web yeah or what have been like the girls that have been scrolling their fees or something and then they just like scroll and it just be like a video from a I keep imagine the mastermind from big brother, but it would just be like you know what I mean yeah I don't know I think there's a lot that would be made more interesting, but I also think there was something
1:08:26
[SPEAKER_02]: It's so simple about technology at that time that made it and there was just something that weren't as magic about it.
1:08:35
[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that they would aim I get a little and over their head with technology today.
1:08:42
[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
1:08:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
1:08:43
[SPEAKER_01]: There's too much.
1:08:44
[SPEAKER_01]: God door dash.
1:08:45
[SPEAKER_01]: They would have used door dash.
1:08:46
[SPEAKER_01]: All you can send anything from door dash.
1:08:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
1:08:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I'd have used a different name.
1:08:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
1:08:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Door dash would have been huge for a.
1:08:53
[SPEAKER_01]: I would have been and also a, unfortunately, would have really racked up like that and like clarner and like oh yeah kind of stuff because we constantly were like how are they reporting this right and they didn't have that back then and I still do have that question I know I know I still am wondering anyway, yeah, I don't know that
1:09:18
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe they would have found it out.
1:09:20
[SPEAKER_02]: It maybe would have been harder to hide all the A stuff.
1:09:23
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it would have been.
1:09:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe that's part of why it would have been solved.
1:09:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Quicker because they might have been pushed the police sooner.
1:09:30
[SPEAKER_01]: I do think that like on one hand and like the girls definitely would have turned off their fine my friends.
1:09:35
[SPEAKER_01]: But imagine like Hannah and Moana were obviously sharing locations.
1:09:39
[SPEAKER_01]: But then like I mean, Hannah would have known as as well.
1:09:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine the air tags, the air tags, like I'm sorry.
1:09:44
[SPEAKER_01]: They would have such a good vision.
1:09:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Easy time doing it today.
1:09:48
[SPEAKER_01]: This technology is so sophisticated that they would be able to do so much more.
1:09:53
[SPEAKER_01]: It would be boners.
1:09:55
[SPEAKER_02]: And I wonder if Caleb would have had an easier time hacking into it or harder time.
1:10:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but he also would have had so much more technology and he would have been like if he was a teenager right now, he would have had his whole life in a way that Caleb kind of was
1:10:13
[SPEAKER_02]: the technology was being created more now that he's just had more time with this kind of technology I feel like true, but I mean honestly for asking ourselves does this story still work in 2025?
1:10:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, look at the fucking documentary that just came out the unknown number like obviously it does people are enthralled by these stories, but also like
1:10:34
[SPEAKER_01]: This I would be doing this so this is relevant.
1:10:36
[SPEAKER_01]: This I believe is a million times worse.
1:10:37
[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine the burner accounts that A would be making and commenting on everything in the world today.
1:10:44
[SPEAKER_01]: But it would be so much more out in the open as the other thing.
1:10:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Like they would they would have to be sneakier and more sophisticated because a lot of their stuff would be more visible.
1:10:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I, I, well, lust we forget when Arya did try to communicate with Hannah via Facebook wall.
1:10:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, well, they are used to public messaging for them.
1:11:02
[SPEAKER_01]: That is for sure.
1:11:03
[SPEAKER_01]: That is for sure.
1:11:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Got to catch.
1:11:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Never catch her.
1:11:06
[SPEAKER_01]: After is online.
1:11:07
[SPEAKER_01]: After is online.
1:11:08
[SPEAKER_01]: After is online.
1:11:10
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, and that's what a good friend will do.
1:11:12
[SPEAKER_01]: She will let you know when your crush is online.
1:11:14
[SPEAKER_01]: And she will tell you publicly when and she's like, you know that he is online on the platform.
1:11:18
[SPEAKER_01]: She is talking to you all right now.
1:11:20
[SPEAKER_01]: She's basically tagging him and you're all like whatever.
1:11:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
1:11:25
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god See like kids actually shouldn't be allowed to have social media and that's actually why it's not because you're gonna do something crazy Dangerous because think of the embarrassment you're saving yourself from years from now.
1:11:34
[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's real If you have questions ask me and Phoebe Thank God Phoebe didn't have social media because the amount of content she was creating as a young content creator I got so much a five like she would have been publishing
1:11:46
[SPEAKER_01]: And you wouldn't want me to go imagine if you were like a TikTok kid in these days like one of these little kids like I'd be a million Maybe it maybe it sucks all your videos.
1:11:54
[SPEAKER_01]: You're just like flaring your nostrils up close and everyone's like counting your nose hairs It's just like things like that.
1:11:59
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, do you remember when Kate sent a picture to the whole school as Hannah and it was in it was a new picture that she actually was watching
1:12:08
[SPEAKER_02]: I was watching this episode with someone the other day and I like started to tell the story of what you said on the podcast and I was like this just isn't going to land You're not going to be free to far gone where you already like how if I know I was able to I was able to redirect the conversation, but I was like laughing thinking about you being like in
1:12:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Is it because do you remember they have Emily be the one who has it like for It's like for screen screen Same where I think it's so sorry I'm like Emily A projector comes out of her chest And then you're coming this year land I can't believe that
1:12:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's like done a death drop on the floor.
1:12:57
[SPEAKER_01]: He's just really everything that we're just.
1:12:59
[SPEAKER_01]: And everyone sees a naked photo of K. And they're like, hey, I don't know.
1:13:02
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, wait, Emily, Emily.
1:13:04
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't know you were going to project her in your house.
1:13:06
[SPEAKER_02]: And then we find all the K photos off that picture.
1:13:08
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not actually, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her, she put her.
1:13:19
[SPEAKER_02]: And in Spencer's like, hey, I've seen you topless.
1:13:22
[SPEAKER_02]: You have a birthmark.
1:13:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
1:13:25
[SPEAKER_01]: So there's like, I just think, wait, okay, well, well, does anyone have a picture of the birthmark?
1:13:30
[SPEAKER_01]: But it's not me.
1:13:33
[SPEAKER_01]: And Spencer's like, of course I do.
1:13:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Am it's already on your phone.
1:13:36
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, it's already on your chest projector.
1:13:38
[SPEAKER_02]: She already up.
1:13:39
[SPEAKER_02]: It's one of those like, you know, those are toys, your toys, you know, it's a kid where you could look through the binoculars and you had the little projector.
1:13:45
[SPEAKER_01]: I like it.
1:13:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Phoebe's again, if we are, well, and if we are, oh, well, also think about, I'm sorry, face-tune, face-up, all of those kind of things that not some mention, feel like the AI capabilities they would be making that deep, they would be making deep fakes that were like so undetectably good.
1:14:16
[SPEAKER_01]: The girls would have been turned against each other so fast, do you know what I mean?
1:14:20
[SPEAKER_01]: It would have been so much worse and and they would have been asking chat GPT for advice and ideas on things to do.
1:14:25
[SPEAKER_01]: It would have been perfect.
1:14:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Which would have been just perfect.
1:14:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Which was sort of an absolutely freaking perfect.
1:14:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
1:14:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I just think there's so much that like A could do now.
1:14:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Mona Mona.
1:14:35
[SPEAKER_01]: I wish you could get your hands on 20 25 technology and just do it all again.
1:14:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Because it would be crazy Sarah.
1:14:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Sarah, start writing.
1:14:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Start writing the 20 25 years and I want to know what people are doing.
1:14:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, and oh my god.
1:14:50
[SPEAKER_01]: And also, like, it would be caught all the time in the back of people's vlogs and like TikTok videos.
1:14:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that's another good point.
1:14:57
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, there's cameras everywhere now.
1:14:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like good fucking luck.
1:15:00
[SPEAKER_01]: Good fucking luck.
1:15:01
[SPEAKER_01]: What a relief.
1:15:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, and also half of this season six season seven.
1:15:06
[SPEAKER_01]: I think just he is in sixth storyline with Emily and her eggs and stuff couldn't even happen in 2025.
1:15:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that's a good point.
1:15:14
[SPEAKER_01]: So crazy town, crazy town.
1:15:15
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, guys.
1:15:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I think that about covers everything that was on my list for the punchball today.
1:15:20
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you have anything that we didn't cover?
1:15:23
[SPEAKER_01]: No, and if I think if anything, we've got some more comments.
1:15:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, we do.
1:15:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully you guys enjoyed.
1:15:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously the punchball format is a little bit loose.
1:15:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Sir, I want to lose the goosey, fun and flirty, but hopefully you laughed along with us and enjoyed.
1:15:36
[SPEAKER_01]: And of course, keep the ideas coming.
1:15:39
[SPEAKER_01]: We have a lot more content coming.
1:15:41
[SPEAKER_01]: We've got a recap next week of season seven episode 18.
1:15:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Pretty little iris we're going to keep trucking along.
1:15:47
[SPEAKER_01]: you'll get another punchball the following week so let us know what you would like to hear there.
1:15:50
[SPEAKER_01]: And we have another pop cast coming to the first year of our Patreon this weekend.
1:15:54

1:15:59
[SPEAKER_01]: There's something else in the list from yesterday.
1:16:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, padfish.
1:16:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Cat, though, yes, the unknown number catfish to the kind of touched on here.
1:16:05
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure we'll talk about the new batch of the retinues.
1:16:07
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure we'll talk about the new Hillary tough music.
1:16:10
[SPEAKER_01]: And there's a lot, there's a lot of pop culture happenings in the world.
1:16:13
[SPEAKER_01]: to be in a big brother eviction by that time.
1:16:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, so we will have lots to say about it.
1:16:18
[SPEAKER_02]: And allegedly the Rachel interview, which I'm still, I'm still there to be a trick.
1:16:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Where is the trick?
1:16:23
[SPEAKER_02]: Either better interviewer would be like, hey, Rachel, you're back in the game.
1:16:26
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because after punishment for losing that was just a couple days missed a game.
1:16:29
[SPEAKER_01]: And also, it also your reward was that you got to watch everything everyone was saying about you, especially when Ava was saying I want a video of Ava on one side of it like two side of mirror and Rachel in the other It's like, and it's like Rachel right there like, oh, what's that Ava?
1:16:46
[SPEAKER_02]: Also, Keanu said on feeds today that he thought Rachel hadn't your piece in when she did her speech and the speech was scripted
1:16:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I saw rumblings of my think it was that felt like an authentic Rachel because she went racial goods and Rachel's not good at her come back necessarily like there's not like a There's a little bit of like a tackiness to them and there's like a little bit of a delay Like she's really thinking about everything as she's saying is so like and she's kind of thinking about it slowly So when she tries to go on like a big speech tangent you can hear that it's she's like Think about it as she's like hang on.
1:17:19
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry.
1:17:20
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm getting coffee doctor and I have to answer it
1:17:22
