  with basically Ohio State favored by around 88 and a half,

  some books even at 9. I know there's a rhythm angle on

  I were talking about obviously the contrarian angle for the

  Rams and then also the rest. First tired where the rest of

  their guys. Week 18 Vikings, remember they

  played the physical game against the Lions teams now playing the

  week after they play the Lions are 6:00 and 11:00.

  But then the other angle was again, the experience, McVeigh,

  Stafford versus Sam Darnold, who I almost feel bad for the guy,

  cost himself a lot of money, had a great year.

  But his last two games he was terrible.

  And again, I don't know how much he definitely wasn't great last

  night, made a bunch of mistakes, but also his offensive line

  didn't do him any favors there. But either way, guys, we'll take

  that Rams winner, put it in our pocket and hopefully reinvest

  it, reinvest it into this upcoming divisional round

  weekend. Now is the highlight of the

  night, unfortunately. Overall 1 and 2 -. 0 one point 5

  units. The one that was just laughable

  was Loyola Maryland. Not even close.

  Got completely ripped apart and blown out.

  What a terrible performance. With a sharp line move, Loyola

  The one that was frustrating was the Lakers.

  Lakers money line, we money line them at -3 1/2.

  And then I want to say that was the one of the most disgusting

  second-half and in particular fourth quarter performances that

  I've ever seen. They went like 10 minutes

  without scoring. So Lakers end up end up blowing

  So I want to start off with college basketball, huge college

  basketball night here, guys. And I got 3 plays that I want to

  talk about. So I want to start with the

  first one here, North Texas and East Carolina.

  Now this is a 7:00 game and going into it, let's set the

  stage. Talk about some line movement

  and I'll give you my angle here. So North Texas comes in this

  1:11 and 4:00. They're pretty hot.
• 5:34
  They've won five of their last six.
• 5:35
  They just crushed Rice 81 to 59 cruising as an 11 point home
• 5:40
  favorite. Meanwhile, East Carolina 9:00
• 5:42
  and 8:00 on the air, but they're going in the opposite direction.

  They've lost seven of their last nine games, just came up short
• 5:48
  against Memphis 74 to 70, but they did cover that game as a 12
• 5:52
  point Rd. dog so. What have you seen across the

  market? Here, well, all movement and
• 5:56
  liability. It's not the most obvious steam
• 5:58
  move or anything, but a good angle to back North Texas.

  I'm going mean green here, guys. I got the mean green on the

  money line at around -150 at FanDuel.

  Now, North Texas opened a lot of shops -2 1/2 - 3.

  We've seen a lot of the juice toward North Texas -3 -, 115.

  Some books even got up to 3 1/2 at times earlier today.

  Now most books are back down to three, but we really haven't

  seen this line drop much further.

  I am seeing one book at 2 1/2, but we've mostly seen liability

  on the North Texas side. And I'm going to put some stock

  into a few things here. One, I really like the bet split

  on North Texas. Currently they're getting 6067%

  of spread bets at DraftKings, 86% of spread dollars.

  So slight public support, but heavy smart money, low bets,
• 6:45
  higher dollars, and in particular money line play again
• 6:48
  -150 here you can get North Texas.

  They're getting 77% of money line bets, 86% of money line
• 6:55
  dollars. So good low bets, higher dollars
• 6:57
  bet split. Now North Texas, I'm going to
• 6:59
  bank on a few things. One rest advantage.

  They last played on December 8th.

  East Carolina last played on December 11th.

  So again, mention this all the time when it comes to rest in

  college, it's not about all the time, you know, resting young
• 7:12
  players, because I remember when I was always make the joke.

  But hey, I was 1819 one time and I I could I could I could grind

  all day. When you get older, you need
• 7:21
  your rest. So it's not as much about rest.

  It's more about rehabbing injuries, but then also being in
• 7:26
  the gym and practicing because you don't get to practice as

  often once the season gets going.

  So I'll put that in the advantage category for North

  Texas, but then also North Texas.

  A lot of advantages here. They have the better offensive

  efficiency. They rank one O 1 in the country

  versus 194 for East Carolina and North Texas.

  If you've, you know, followed them in years past, they play

  really good defense. They ranked 44th in the country

  in defensive efficiency. East Carolina ranks 148th, North

  Texas only giving up 59 points per game.

  East Carolina giving up 72. And then if you'll get offensive

  categories, North Texas better effective field goal percentage,

  52% versus 46% for ECU and better three-point shooting 36%

  versus 26%. And as always, important to

  knock down your free throws in a game that could be close 79%

  versus 72% for East Carolina. Little cherry on top, our buddy

  Ken Palm actually as North Texas winning this game by five

  I'm going with North Texas, the mean green hopefully start our

  Marquette DePaul. This is a game here at 7:00

  tonight where we have a ranked really good team and a team
• 8:53
  that's not so great and it's a really big number.

  So let's again, you might be surprised which direction I'm

  going here. Anyway, Marquette goat comes in

  14 and 2. They're ranked 7th in the

  country. They've won five straight, just

  took down Georgetown 74 to 66, did not cover though, as a 13
• 9:09
  1/2 point home favorite. Meanwhile, DePaul 9:00 and 8:00

  on the year, but they've lost four straight.

  Just felt as Xavier 77 to 63 did not cover as a four and a half
• 9:19
  point home dog. So what have we seen across the

  market? Here, well, this game open

  Marquette listed as a 12 1/2 point Rd. favorite.

  Big number. But at times we've seen
• 9:28
  Marquette get as high as -13 1/2.

  Now some shops are back down to 13, some are even down toward 12

  1/2. But we have seen some good
• 9:36
  angles here to, believe it or not, lay the points with
• 9:39
  Marquette. Marquette is getting 82% of
• 9:42
  spread bets, 91% of spread dollars at DraftKings.

  I don't like that. That's a popular play, but also
• 9:48
  a good low bets, higher dollars bet split, not just public.
• 9:50
  It looks like smart money as well.

  Then I'll you look at circa out in Vegas, only 25% of bets.

  This really jumped out to me. Only 25% of bets in Vegas are
• 9:59
  laying the points, but they're taking into account 52% of
• 10:03
  spread dollars. So that to me looks like a fade

  the trendy dog where, you know, out in Vegas, you got a lot of

  people saying, hey, this line's too high played to Paul.

  Yet the Lions pretty much stay the same.

  Removed toward Marquette, even though Marquette's only getting
• 10:16
  1/4 of bets. Marquette has a that rest
• 10:19
  advantage. Last played December 7th.

  DePaul played on December 11th. Marquette much better offensive

  efficiency, 18th in the country versus 129 for DePaul.

  Better defensive efficiency, 15th in the country versus 157th

  for DePaul. Here's another big one.

  Marquette takes way better care of the ball turnover percentage

  first in the country. That means they turn it over the

  They don't make dumb passes. Shaka Smarts got this team going

  But the one thing I did notice a lot of people that I respect a

  lot of wise guys in the betting market, especially college hoops

  bettors really like Marquette to win here in a blowout.

  So I don't often times just, you know, play word of mouth or hey,

  couple of my mentors are sharp people I respect like a blowout.

  So therefore I'm going to bet it.

  I want at least build a case from my own data perspective to

  play it. But again, if you can find a 12

  1/2, that's my play. I'm going Marquette -12 1/2

  again. It's been as high as 13 1/2, but

  some good angles here. Hopefully for a big Marquette

  win again. Shop around that 12 1/2 is still

  available. I believe that.

  I don't want to say ESPN bet and bet MGM, but I'm laying it.

  Marquette -12 1/2. Let's win in a blowout.

  Last bit of the night in college hoops.

  Going to stay up late and sweat. Iowa versus USC 1030 game here.

  Eastern Time tonight Iowa comes in 12 and four they've won five

  of their last six just crushed Indiana 85 to 60 easily covering

  as a four and a half point home favorite.

  Meanwhile, USC 10 and six on the year.

  They just snapped. However, A2 game losing skid

  with a huge win impressive. They beat Illinois on the road

  82 to 72. They're a 12 1/2 point Rd. dog

  won that game out right so. What have you seen across the

  market here? Well, one sided smart money in

  favor of the Trojans. I like the Trojans on the money

  line tonight guys, I got USC at -135 at FanDuel.

  This game opened at basically a pick em.

  Now I saw a couple shops open Iowa -1 I saw a couple shops

  open UFC -1. Again, you can split the
• 12:40
  difference and basically call it a pick em game.

  But regardless of the opener, all movement has been on.

  USCUSC has now been steamed up to -2 1/2 some books even up to
• 12:50
  -3 really good bet splits on USC at DraftKings, 60% of spread
• 12:55
  bets, 82% of spread dollars on the Trojans.

  Also, if you look at circa, only 27% of spread bets, but 43% of
• 13:04
  spread dollars. So both DraftKings big public

  book, National Book and obviously Circa Sharp Vegas

  book, both with really good low bets, higher dollar splits in

  favor of the Trojans. So that really lines up with the

  move toward USC. And when I'm looking at bet

  splits, guys, I always want the bet splits to kind of jive in

  the same direction as the line movement.

  Like if the lines going this way, but the bet splits are
• 13:27
  pointing to the other team, typically that's a layoff, just
• 13:30
  nothing is or not everything is lining up correctly.

  But when the bet splits match low bets higher dollars in favor

  of the line move. That's just further verification

  or evidence that basically the data is all lining up in the

  same position. Now USC is -2 1/2 - 3.

  So as you know, I'm going money line here, win the damn game

  instead of having USC win by one or two and I lose my bet.

  know, I'm a die hard Boston Bruins fan.

  But when it comes to sports betting, you can't bet on your

  favorite teams just because they're your favorite teams.

  Oftentimes your favorite team is of course, the team you're

  playing that night. But I'm going to bet against my

  Bruins. I'm going Tampa Bay Lightning

  tonight. Tampa Bay is visiting the Bruins

  and there's a lot going on in this one including injuries to

  the Bruins that are important. So coming in Tampa Bay 2315 and

  three Bruins 2119 and five Tampa Bay's won 3 or 4.

  Bruins just snapped A6 game losing skid, shockingly beating

  Florida on the road over the weekend.

  What have we seen across the market here?

  Well, first thing that jumped out to me is massive steam on

  Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay open this game as low

  as -115 -, 120. They're now all the way up to

  around -140 so big move here toward the Lightning.

  They'll match quite a few systems for me.

  Rd. favorite off a win, 63% since 2021.

  Rested road division favorite since 2020, 165%.

  So a couple good systems here. Lighting up on Tampa with that

  steam. Now if you look at circa, really

  good bet splits on the Lightning, 63% of bets, but over

  90% of dollars tells me sharps out in Vegas.

  Really like Tampa Bay here and a lot of advantages for Tampa.

  Bruins are giving up 3.2. Tampa has the better power play,

  and he has been great his old career, but another Goodyear

  hasn't played well. You don't like that as a Bruins

  Calgary is a really good rest first tired angle in favor of
