- 0:00Speaker 1: Here's your host, Alex Garrett. So after tonight's shock moment
- 0:10Speaker 1: where President Trump announces that we have indeed disarmed and
- 0:17Speaker 1: attacked three Iranian nuclear facilities, I started looking back on
- 0:22Speaker 1: all the commentary over the last ten years I've been
- 0:27Speaker 1: posting about this problem of Iran having nuclear weapons. I
- 0:34Speaker 1: even try to scan some of the podcasts I did
- 0:36Speaker 1: on this. But here's my main message was, I'll reiterate
- 0:42Speaker 1: from twenty nineteen, and I actually edited a little bit
- 0:47Speaker 1: for what happened tonight. I don't want to go to
- 0:50Speaker 1: war with Iran. I also want to don't want to
- 0:53Speaker 1: be sitting idly by. Just be smart, USA. We got this,
- 1:00Speaker 1: And that is my message tonight to President Donald Trump.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Just be smart. I don't want to said idly buy
- 1:09Speaker 1: as we know that Iran has continued to build its
- 1:15Speaker 1: weaponry and its nuclear powers. I wrote back in twenty
- 1:23Speaker 1: eighteen that, and this was back in Trump's administration. We
- 1:30Speaker 1: aren't getting out of the Iran deal anytime soon. Maybe
- 1:33Speaker 1: God himself is trying to stop the Iranian regime. When
- 1:37Speaker 1: an earthquake struck near an Iranian nuclear plant, and then
- 1:45Speaker 1: the four hundred billion dollars in cash that they said
- 1:48Speaker 1: was not a rans. Remember I talked about that in
- 1:50Speaker 1: twenty sixteen as hostages were released. I mean, all the
- 2:01Speaker 1: stuff I've been talking about with Iran, it just feels
- 2:07Speaker 1: like it's come to a head. And here's what I
- 2:12Speaker 1: think happened. Okay, Trump obviously knew sixty day marker was
- 2:19Speaker 1: coming closer and closer. We know he did not want
- 2:25Speaker 1: to do this for as long as he could, because
- 2:32Speaker 1: A I don't think he wanted. I mean a week
- 2:35Speaker 1: ago he said there was possible involvement that he said
- 2:36Speaker 1: he didn't want to talk about it at the G
- 2:38Speaker 1: seven summit. I played you that cut, and then yesterday
- 2:44Speaker 1: he said, well, there are plays, but we'll see what happens. Basically,
- 2:48Speaker 1: he didn't really say this was happening anytime soon. But
- 2:54Speaker 1: I think the timeline here is this, and I could
- 2:56Speaker 1: be wrong, is that he won't have one leg up
- 3:03Speaker 1: over Iran after the sixty day window had clocked out.
- 3:11Speaker 1: He wanted to then when he saw Israel was going
- 3:19Speaker 1: to attack. Obviously they knew what was going to happen,
- 3:26Speaker 1: and they gave support to the retaliation. Iran would of
- 3:31Speaker 1: course do once Israel struck them. But even Israel I
- 3:36Speaker 1: think had intel. Look ideafs very sophisticated, and they probably
- 3:41Speaker 1: had intel which led them to bomb the f out
- 3:47Speaker 1: of Iran. And a few days ago, you know, Trump
- 3:52Speaker 1: said out the evacuation of Tyrane. There were other evacuations
- 3:56Speaker 1: going on this week. I think it was in preparation
- 4:01Speaker 1: for something like this. But for years we've been trying
- 4:06Speaker 1: to not let them build up their weaponry. And we
- 4:17Speaker 1: I mean those who are sort of on the common
- 4:19Speaker 1: sense side, because honestly, the Aboma MINUTRITIONI didn't really stop
- 4:25Speaker 1: them from building. That deal did nothing to stop it,
- 4:30Speaker 1: did it. I don't think it did. But for us
- 4:41Speaker 1: take action tonight, he just didn't do it whimsically and
- 4:44Speaker 1: out of the blue. There had to be a reason.
- 4:47Speaker 1: And I think the clock out, you know, the clock
- 4:51Speaker 1: running out, the impatience of Iran not coming to the
- 4:54Speaker 1: table meant they were hiding more stuff, more plans, more building.
- 5:06Speaker 1: You were never gonna get Iran out of building nuclear webinary.
- 5:09Speaker 1: That's just not something you would do. And you can't
- 5:14Speaker 1: do that. They won't let it happen. So and we're
- 5:23Speaker 1: gonna have an ice recap of fanatics best once this
- 5:26Speaker 1: Day three is completed, but boy, we were at the
- 5:34Speaker 1: Tops Trading day, hanging out there and watching Jane Daniels
- 5:38Speaker 1: and Michael Rubin take the stage with Tops, and all
- 5:42Speaker 1: of a sudden, we're on the train home and we
- 5:44Speaker 1: get this alert. Oh. President Trump announces three Iranian nuclear
- 5:49Speaker 1: sites have been disarmed, dismantled, destroyed. And while I want
- 5:58Speaker 1: to feel this win as someone who's been advocating for
- 6:00Speaker 1: the disarmament, I'm already nuclear weapons. I say, be smart,
- 6:10Speaker 1: don't let this escalate to where troops are deployed on
- 6:13Speaker 1: the ground in Iran. We don't want this to be
- 6:17Speaker 1: a WMD moment. I think it's irresponsible that the time
- 6:25Speaker 1: says now as a war with Iran because we're not
- 6:32Speaker 1: there yet. But if you saw earlier in the day
- 6:38Speaker 1: the news that B two bombers were flying over to
- 6:43Speaker 1: over Iran, you knew something was happening. You knew this
- 6:45Speaker 1: was going to be a mission. And of all the
- 6:52Speaker 1: forty seven, and I'm including Trump forty five here, presidents,
- 6:58Speaker 1: this Trump forty seven did something not even Trump forty
- 7:04Speaker 1: five did. Yeah, we did airstrikes against these people, these
- 7:10Speaker 1: terrorists and those terrorists, but this wasn't what we did
- 7:12Speaker 1: in twenty in the first Trump term. This is different.
- 7:23Speaker 1: This is a Trump that's run out of patience trying
- 7:27Speaker 1: to get a deal done with Iran. But he has
- 7:34Speaker 1: to be smart and we should not have troops being
- 7:42Speaker 1: deployed over this. That's where we wouldn't thrive our country.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It's just too messy and too chaoic for this kind
- 8:04Speaker 1: of situation. To make it a war situation, it has
- 8:08Speaker 1: to be that we bomb their nuclear facilities. Yes, we
- 8:12Speaker 1: disarmed them, and rightfully so, three different sites, and that's
- 8:20Speaker 1: where it should stop. But to call for an impeachment AOC.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Do you want Iran to be strong? Do you want
- 8:28Speaker 1: them to have a leg up over us? I mean
- 8:30Speaker 1: impeaching the president of No. He did what he thought
- 8:32Speaker 1: was right, and I thought of all the people that
- 8:39Speaker 1: have commented tonight, Congressman Swazi said it right. He said
- 8:51Speaker 1: tonight in a statement online, I ran as a terrorist
- 8:55Speaker 1: niche and we must do everything we can to stop
- 8:59Speaker 1: it from acquiring a new clear weapons. Debates will now
- 9:02Speaker 1: ensue about presidential authority in the president working with Congress.
- 9:05Speaker 1: The president should work with Congress, especially those of us
- 9:08Speaker 1: who recognize how important it is to finally stop Iran.
- 9:14Speaker 1: But you wonder what intel Trump had if it was
- 9:19Speaker 1: beyond just the clock running out. Maybe they didn't make
- 9:21Speaker 1: a deal for a reason. And before finding out what
- 9:26Speaker 1: that reason was, we disarmed the I almost had the bastards,
- 9:30Speaker 1: but we disarmed the bastards. That's what we do. We
- 9:35Speaker 1: don't find out why they're not coming to the table.
- 9:38Speaker 1: We eliminate any kind of plans they might have in place.
- 9:46Speaker 1: We don't go by. And I talked about this a
- 9:48Speaker 1: long time ago, i AA inspections and all that. Now
- 9:52Speaker 1: we go by what the right thing to do is.
- 10:02Speaker 1: And then my nervous about retaliation. I think we all are.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I think we all are. But tonight we want to
- 10:18Speaker 1: have truly one leg up over Iran. We have to
- 10:23Speaker 1: be smart United States of America, and those smarts well
- 10:31Speaker 1: out smart this Iranian regime that does oppress its people,
- 10:41Speaker 1: by the way, and does chance death to America, by
- 10:47Speaker 1: the way. And you want to be on that side.
- 10:56Speaker 1: You want to say Trump's actions they are impeachable, when
- 11:00Speaker 1: he might have just saved it if you watched the imagery,
- 11:03Speaker 1: It's like he watched Oppenheimer and said, I've seen enough.
- 11:08Speaker 1: We're doing this. Now do Iran. It looks like the
- 11:12Speaker 1: a bomb exploded, atomic bomb exploded against these nuclear plants.
- 11:22Speaker 1: It's that powerful and imagery. And though Oppenheimer ran to
- 11:31Speaker 1: his own issues, as the movie brilliantly shows, and though
- 11:44Speaker 1: he wasn't really given the credit because Truman was given
- 11:46Speaker 1: the credit for dropping the atomic bomb, that moment in
- 11:57Speaker 1: forty five looked exactly like it does in twenty five.
- 12:18Speaker 1: And we're nearing that anniversary of eighty years since the
- 12:27Speaker 1: atomic bomb, and eighty years later, this situation could be
- 12:45Speaker 1: like a monumental moment like the atomic bomb was that
- 12:57Speaker 1: changed the world, that saved the world. And I'm wary
- 13:05Speaker 1: to say that because people will find this move tonight
- 13:10Speaker 1: very controversial that we're involved with this, But if you
- 13:15Speaker 1: look at the timing, he gave them sixty days to
- 13:23Speaker 1: get negotiate it. He was willing to negotiate a deal,
- 13:30Speaker 1: and they wouldn't come to the tape, so we took
- 13:36Speaker 1: it upon himself and congressional authority aside. He works with
- 13:44Speaker 1: instinct and impulse, and if he feels there's a moment
- 13:48Speaker 1: to be had where we can subdue them, the Iranian regime,
- 13:56Speaker 1: he was going to take it, and I want to
- 14:02Speaker 1: believe tonight did save the world as many have been saying,
- 14:11Speaker 1: but let's just be smart and not totally get involved,
- 14:18Speaker 1: because that is the last thing this country needs. To
- 14:25Speaker 1: be smart that'll help us have one leg up over
- 14:29Speaker 1: I ran. So once again, be smart USA,
