- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, guys, welcome to another episode of Eating While Broke.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm your host, Colleen Witt, and today we are in Dallas, Texas.
- 0:09Speaker 1: I'm really excited about our special guest today. We're not
- 0:12Speaker 1: gonna be doing a stovetop kitchen. We're just gonna be
- 0:15Speaker 1: talking about what our special guest dish was while he
- 0:19Speaker 1: was broke.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Today, my special guest.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Is the one and only Orlando Brown, and I'm freaking
- 0:26Speaker 1: hyped to be sitting here next to you, you mutual.
- 0:57Speaker 1: So Orlando, you have I have seen the top of
- 1:01Speaker 1: the mountaintops when it comes to success. You've ridden the
- 1:03Speaker 1: whole roller coaster throughout this whole industry. And that's why
- 1:06Speaker 1: I wanted to sit down with you. So let's just
- 1:10Speaker 1: start with what did you used to eat when you
- 1:12Speaker 1: were broke? And what was that dish?
- 1:15Speaker 3: And hop raymen with a number two two number two pencils. Okay,
- 1:21Speaker 3: uh you know, uh, it was more like you know
- 1:24Speaker 3: what I'm saying, Like my favorite thing was to I
- 1:27Speaker 3: take like the egg, crack it in the bowl and
- 1:32Speaker 3: then put it in the microwave, take the egg out,
- 1:35Speaker 3: take the bread, put some mail on there. After I
- 1:38Speaker 3: put the mail in there and put the egg on there,
- 1:40Speaker 3: and then I put a little bit of cheese on
- 1:41Speaker 3: the thing. You know what I'm saying, billiuston noodles. You
- 1:45Speaker 3: got the sandwich, the egg sandwich with the.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Noodles, Okay, perfect?
- 1:49Speaker 1: And then uh, sorry, I'm trying to get this micros
- 1:54Speaker 1: You put the egg in the microwave.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Yeah, that she is tight because I learned that from
- 1:58Speaker 4: Jamie Fox. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:59Speaker 3: Jamie, we'd had time on set a lot of the time,
- 2:02Speaker 3: you know what I mean. So, like what Jamie would
- 2:03Speaker 3: do is he'll put the egg in the microwave for
- 2:05Speaker 3: about like maybe thirty five seconds to a minute or
- 2:08Speaker 3: something like that, and then and then he got an
- 2:11Speaker 3: egg sandwich.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Work.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I didn't even know you could do that till just now.
- 2:16Speaker 1: So you you you was basically the egg sandwich guy
- 2:18Speaker 1: pretty much.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Okay, perfect? Perfect?
- 2:21Speaker 1: Do you still do the egg in the microwave every
- 2:23Speaker 1: once in a while or you in a.
- 2:25Speaker 3: While if I get time to do it, reflect on me,
- 2:27Speaker 3: and you know how I learned it. I'd be like, yo, man,
- 2:31Speaker 3: let me give me an egg sandwich.
- 2:32Speaker 4: I'm saying.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Okay, Now, what's interesting is that the person that you
- 2:37Speaker 1: learned about your egg sandwich trick from is Jamie Fox?
- 2:39Speaker 3: Right?
- 2:40Speaker 1: So, but you were doing this because now because you're
- 2:43Speaker 1: broke necessarily at I'm saying when you learned about it,
- 2:46Speaker 1: what was going on at that time?
- 2:47Speaker 3: Because Jan Nelson on the Jamie Fox Show, and I
- 2:51Speaker 3: was learning, you know, I was just learning how to
- 2:53Speaker 3: you know at that time, Like you know what I'm saying,
- 2:55Speaker 3: be around people, uh and and you know, I understand
- 3:00Speaker 3: and what fame was, understand what no money was, and
- 3:05Speaker 3: understand that my mama was in control a little bit
- 3:07Speaker 3: at the time, and a whole bunch of shit, you know.
- 3:10Speaker 4: But the main thing was, you know.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Knowing that if I was hungry, I could pop motherfucking
- 3:16Speaker 3: eggs and a bowl in a microwave.
- 3:20Speaker 2: But how old were you then, though? Like if you
- 3:22Speaker 2: think about it, though.
- 3:23Speaker 3: When I did Jamie Fox Show, I was about like
- 3:26Speaker 3: nine ten years old if not eight.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Wow. And then you're surrounded by all adults I'm imagining, right.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Yeah, surrounded by nothing but adults who think that, you know,
- 3:37Speaker 3: you're adorable and all of this until actually somebody says
- 3:40Speaker 3: action and then from there, you know, everybody's lines and
- 3:46Speaker 3: things of that nature and then your growth starts growing mentally,
- 3:52Speaker 3: you know, and artistically, because you know, you just around
- 3:56Speaker 3: nothing but great people.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Wow. Wow.
- 4:00Speaker 1: And then as a kid, though, how much pressure are
- 4:02Speaker 1: you feeling? Like, are you feeling pressure from your mom?
- 4:04Speaker 1: Behind the scenes, the actors, like the cameras.
- 4:07Speaker 3: It wasn't no pressure at all. It was it was
- 4:09Speaker 3: always fun. I didn't know what was going on. It
- 4:12Speaker 3: was always fun. That's why I'm still doing it, because
- 4:15Speaker 3: it's still fun. When things don't become fun anymore, that's
- 4:18Speaker 3: when you stopped doing them.
- 4:20Speaker 2: There was a period though, where you stopped for or
- 4:23Speaker 2: you paused.
- 4:23Speaker 3: Well, yeah, I had to pause because it wasn't nobody
- 4:26Speaker 3: trying to hire a nigga. You know, you hot one
- 4:30Speaker 3: second in this industry, then you not one second. But
- 4:32Speaker 3: then you go through this spell of actually, just there's
- 4:36Speaker 3: nothing for you as an artist, and there's nothing for
- 4:38Speaker 3: you as you know, the person you are in the game.
- 4:41Speaker 3: It's just nothing for you right now. And that does
- 4:43Speaker 3: happen to people, you know, and then they they you know,
- 4:46Speaker 3: they don't know how to handle it. A lot of
- 4:47Speaker 3: people don't know how to come back from it, and
- 4:49Speaker 3: a lot of people get confused. A lot of people
- 4:51Speaker 3: don't know how to write their own shows. A lot
- 4:52Speaker 3: of people don't know, you know, what's gonna happen after
- 4:54Speaker 3: something like that ends. You know, this is the biggest
- 4:56Speaker 3: thing they ever ever happened, that they ever had happen
- 4:59Speaker 3: in their life, and the ends within like the first
- 5:02Speaker 3: year or whatever the case may be.
- 5:03Speaker 4: It's a problem. You know.
- 5:06Speaker 3: My main thing is I just put myself in position
- 5:09Speaker 3: to understand that. You know, a lot of things, a
- 5:12Speaker 3: lot of things happen for a reason, but a lot
- 5:14Speaker 3: of things don't happen for your season. Everything's not about us.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Everything's not about us. And that's the problem. Like people
- 5:22Speaker 3: really think that it's all about us. It's not all
- 5:25Speaker 3: about us. It's about the people that put us in
- 5:29Speaker 3: position to be who we are. And the best that
- 5:32Speaker 3: you could do is all you can do. You can't
- 5:35Speaker 3: just force the best, or you can't just force greatness.
- 5:38Speaker 3: You can't just force see the thing about greatness and
- 5:42Speaker 3: words of these nature, you know, it's like it's like
- 5:45Speaker 3: it's like I don't think that some people understand what
- 5:49Speaker 3: that word means, like great, you know, broke, uh, indignant, ignorant, stupid,
- 5:58Speaker 3: you know, pedophile, certain things that you know certain things
- 6:05Speaker 3: in this industry, certain people, do you know, it causes
- 6:08Speaker 3: you to pull back from a lot of shit and
- 6:12Speaker 3: it has nothing to do with you as a person
- 6:15Speaker 3: per se. You just got to know, like it's everything
- 6:18Speaker 3: ain't for you, everything's not your battle, and everything's not
- 6:21Speaker 3: about us. You know, you come in, you play your role,
- 6:24Speaker 3: you do what you're supposed to do, You go to
- 6:25Speaker 3: fuck ho me feeds your family period.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just now actually starting to learn that what
- 6:33Speaker 1: you just said, Like I'm starting to learn like, hey,
- 6:35Speaker 1: the world isn't just about me and just like I'm
- 6:39Speaker 1: playing my role within this game. Do you feel like
- 6:43Speaker 1: the industry when you say it's like mainly for their people.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Do you feel to some degree like talent can be
- 6:49Speaker 1: considered a pawn?
- 6:51Speaker 4: I feel like talent is talent is more than a pawn.
- 6:55Speaker 4: It's like.
- 6:58Speaker 3: You can have talent, but you if you got no brains,
- 7:00Speaker 3: what the fuck you're gonna do with the talent?
- 7:02Speaker 4: Oh?
- 7:03Speaker 1: When I say talent, I mean like in the case
- 7:05Speaker 1: of like actor, actress, uh, model, like whoever's in front
- 7:11Speaker 1: of the camera. Do you feel like, because at the
- 7:13Speaker 1: end of the day, you guys, talent at the end
- 7:15Speaker 1: of the day carries the most pressure, right because look,
- 7:18Speaker 1: say you become famous, or you become a Rocks or
- 7:20Speaker 1: you hit the Michael Jackson level of iconism, right, and
- 7:23Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, the people say, you know what,
- 7:26Speaker 1: we don't have a position for you to play right now,
- 7:28Speaker 1: We're gonna put you off to the side. You're the
- 7:30Speaker 1: face the whole world has seen you under one light.
- 7:33Speaker 1: It's so hard to transition your identity after that, right, No, it's.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Not hard to transition your soul.
- 7:39Speaker 3: It's not hard to transition what you do because you
- 7:42Speaker 3: love it.
- 7:42Speaker 4: It's because you do it because you love it.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Okay, but even so, at that point.
- 7:48Speaker 4: I work at McDonald's.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Not to cut you off, but if I work at
- 7:51Speaker 3: McDonald's and i'm selling burgers, I'm selling fucking burgers.
- 7:54Speaker 4: I'm not gonna get you one free all the time
- 7:55Speaker 4: because i'm your friend.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Yeah, when the burgers stop is because we're closed. Yeah,
- 8:00Speaker 3: I'm still coming to work back in the morning. Yeah,
- 8:03Speaker 3: well in the afternoon whatever my shift lets me, I
- 8:06Speaker 3: gotta come back and do my shift.
- 8:07Speaker 4: Okay, that's what this shit is.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I get it.
- 8:11Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying like you can't, you can't
- 8:13Speaker 3: make no burgers after we closed.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Facts, you know, you're fired if you're.
- 8:20Speaker 3: In there after you Yeah, because you're not the manager,
- 8:22Speaker 3: you're not the owner, none of that shit. So why
- 8:24Speaker 3: the fuck are you in my establishment? If I'm If
- 8:26Speaker 3: I'm the manager and then I have a worker that's
- 8:29Speaker 3: in here after hours, why the fuck.
- 8:30Speaker 4: Are you in here?
- 8:31Speaker 3: You're fired? Yeah, what are you doing? You're making us
- 8:34Speaker 3: look stupid. Yes, yes, it's a big ass corporation. Yes,
- 8:38Speaker 3: but that's just McDonald's. I'm still me, Yeah, yeah, I
- 8:42Speaker 3: still gotta work. I gotta go in to work for
- 8:45Speaker 3: these people. Yeah, they're commercial, that's huge a shit. But
- 8:47Speaker 3: just because you know, we got commercials and all this shit,
- 8:50Speaker 3: don't fucking come look for me to give you a
- 8:52Speaker 3: fucking free burger all the time.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:55Speaker 1: So in the case for you, how long was your
- 8:58Speaker 1: off season? Like after so the last thing you take
- 9:02Speaker 1: there was a gap? So how long was that gap
- 9:04Speaker 1: for you?
- 9:05Speaker 4: There was a three year gap, there was a six
- 9:07Speaker 4: year gap.
- 9:08Speaker 3: There was you know, because every time you do something
- 9:10Speaker 3: on a camera, it lasts longer than what you expect.
- 9:13Speaker 3: So people could be thinking you hot right now, but
- 9:15Speaker 3: your shit ain't even know yet. Yeah, it's just it's
- 9:19Speaker 3: just because you was in the process. They've seen you
- 9:20Speaker 3: work and it may be coming, but it may never
- 9:22Speaker 3: even get to their eyes. Yeah, it's your ego. Everything
- 9:26Speaker 3: is fucking ego. It's just ego. Ego, ego, egotistical. Motherfuckers
- 9:30Speaker 3: just want to be egotistical.
- 9:31Speaker 4: I gotta have this. I gotta have that. I want this.
- 9:34Speaker 4: I want the biggest stat I gotta have that. I
- 9:35Speaker 4: gotta have this. Or I want to be Michael Jackson.
- 9:38Speaker 4: I want to be Jada. I want to be Bill Cosby.
- 9:40Speaker 4: I want to be Small.
- 9:42Speaker 3: I want to be Or I want to be It's
- 9:44Speaker 3: so much shit going on in people's heads when they
- 9:47Speaker 3: see people that they deem success for, and it's tiresome.
- 9:52Speaker 4: It's fucking tiresome.
- 9:54Speaker 3: Like people really get beat the shit out of them,
- 9:56Speaker 3: like they like you get beat the shut out of
- 9:58Speaker 3: because you want to know why it doesn't make sense,
- 10:01Speaker 3: like like you get So that's why I love this
- 10:04Speaker 3: bad boys shit. It's bad boys shit. It put me
- 10:06Speaker 3: on a whole other level of you know what. I
- 10:09Speaker 3: just feel like I should just break some shit because
- 10:10Speaker 3: I feel like it.
- 10:13Speaker 4: I just don't.
- 10:14Speaker 3: No, no, I deserve that because you don't know why.
- 10:17Speaker 3: These people are fucking nuts. They're in fucking sane. They're insane.
- 10:24Speaker 3: These people, the things that they think, of the things
- 10:26Speaker 3: that they do. They're not artists. They don't bring any date.
- 10:30Speaker 3: They have no contribution to our world. They're not doing
- 10:33Speaker 3: anything for our children. They're not doing something for our futures.
- 10:36Speaker 3: They're not doing shit. They ain't doing a motherfucking thing.
- 10:40Speaker 3: And they they want to sit here and act like
- 10:41Speaker 3: they're gonna get all this and all that and all this. No, no, nigga,
- 10:44Speaker 3: we're tired of your music.
- 10:45Speaker 4: We're tired of hearing your bullshit. Fucking this that. We're
- 10:48Speaker 4: tired of all that shit.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Nigga, come with it, come fucking with it, or nigga,
- 10:52Speaker 3: it's on bad boys shit like it's on.
- 10:56Speaker 1: So you're saying you like bad boys because the transparency
- 10:58Speaker 1: of being able to be real, yes, and not be fake.
- 11:02Speaker 3: And not be fake at all. Okay, Yeah, so they
- 11:06Speaker 3: like have a problem.
- 11:08Speaker 4: It's a difference.
- 11:08Speaker 3: It's the difference between a person that realized that they
- 11:11Speaker 3: was doing something and are you out in trouble like damn,
- 11:16Speaker 3: But then when they realize what you're doing is actually
- 11:18Speaker 3: helping him out. And you gotta jailing and all of
- 11:22Speaker 3: this and all of this and all of you and
- 11:23Speaker 3: this and this. You know, it's like he's.
- 11:26Speaker 4: Crazy, he's he's fucking insane. But why is why Am
- 11:31Speaker 4: I right?
- 11:31Speaker 2: Because it's the truth?
- 11:32Speaker 4: Okay? Cool?
- 11:33Speaker 3: So if you're fighting for that, then that's what we
- 11:35Speaker 3: stand on because a lot of people that they want
- 11:37Speaker 3: to be able to tell the truth, but they can't
- 11:38Speaker 3: see with my eyes. They can't see with your eyes,
- 11:42Speaker 3: they can't see with your producer's eyes, they can't see
- 11:44Speaker 3: what your assistants are, they can't see like how you
- 11:47Speaker 3: see it, how you see it. It's not gonna be
- 11:49Speaker 3: the way everybody else sees it, sweetie.
- 11:51Speaker 4: It's just not. And that's what we have to get
- 11:53Speaker 4: used to.
- 11:54Speaker 3: We gotta get used to knowing and it ain't gonna
- 11:56Speaker 3: be our motherfucking way because it's not about me.
- 11:58Speaker 4: It's about the motherfuckers around me that want what I got.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Yeah, what advice would you give to like listeners that
- 12:04Speaker 1: are listening that are aspiring to be to be kind
- 12:07Speaker 1: of like feed the ego at the at the end
- 12:09Speaker 1: of the day, I guess the way you put it,
- 12:10Speaker 1: like trying to be a Jlo, trying to be an Orlando,
- 12:12Speaker 1: Like what advice would you give them being the person
- 12:15Speaker 1: that's sitting in your seat, Like is it as glamorous
- 12:17Speaker 1: as they think it is? Or like what advice would
- 12:21Speaker 1: you really give them?
- 12:22Speaker 3: Like if as want to ask Orlando Brown, because I
- 12:26Speaker 3: never fucking know what Jlo eats at.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Nighttime, But I'm saying, Okay, I want to be Orlando Brown,
- 12:32Speaker 1: what would what advice would you give?
- 12:33Speaker 3: Likeency, you can never be Orlando Brown, But what you
- 12:36Speaker 3: can do is you can figure out how to be
- 12:38Speaker 3: the next Orlando Brown or the next this or the
- 12:41Speaker 3: next that, the next Will Smith, the next Chris Rock
- 12:43Speaker 3: the next day. Yo, everybody got a bag. I don't
- 12:45Speaker 3: understand why niggas is mad and everybody want to be
- 12:47Speaker 3: the man. But they motherfucking you know what I'm saying,
- 12:49Speaker 3: They got half.
- 12:50Speaker 4: Of a dick.
- 12:51Speaker 1: But you also just said that the ego is also
- 12:53Speaker 1: the problem, right yeah, And so I'm saying if you
- 12:56Speaker 1: know that, say say I'm your little sister. I come
- 12:58Speaker 1: to you and I'm like, yo, I want to be
- 13:00Speaker 1: the next superstar. But you know, ego and success aren't
- 13:04Speaker 1: ego and success are two different things. And success isn't
- 13:07Speaker 1: that from what you're saying. Success isn't even as great
- 13:10Speaker 1: as we all perceive it to be.
- 13:12Speaker 3: So I want you to break it down to me.
- 13:13Speaker 3: It's like supposed to be your job. You get you
- 13:16Speaker 3: get famous for doing your job because because you have
- 13:21Speaker 3: a production and all this shit, they're doing their job.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Everybody's doing their job the way the world knows you.
- 13:28Speaker 4: It's not you. It's never by yourself. You can do
- 13:33Speaker 4: it by yourself.
- 13:34Speaker 3: If you want to think that, be delusional because even
- 13:37Speaker 3: when you think you by yourself, as somebody on the
- 13:39Speaker 3: other side, like yo, let that fly for him.
- 13:42Speaker 4: I love that for her. I love that for him,
- 13:45Speaker 4: I love that for her.
- 13:46Speaker 3: That right, it's somebody on the other side that's like yo,
- 13:50Speaker 3: run at. It's never us. And that's the problem. People
- 13:54Speaker 3: want to see us win, but we fuck ourselves up
- 13:57Speaker 3: with the ego. People want to see us wineple want
- 14:00Speaker 3: to see us love. People want to see us with
- 14:02Speaker 3: our people significant this and that, and they want to
- 14:05Speaker 3: see us with our co stars. And don't nobody want
- 14:08Speaker 3: to work no more. Ain't nobody about the bag no more.
- 14:11Speaker 3: Everybody's about ego. Everybody want to be a fucking migo.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Everybody want to be Michael. Everybody want to be j
- 14:19Speaker 3: Low everybody. Everybody want to be Adam Sandler, everybody want
- 14:23Speaker 3: to be Eddie Murphy, everybody. I'm tired of the same
- 14:26Speaker 3: fucking names. And why am I sticking out like a
- 14:29Speaker 3: short thumb, Because I don't give a fuck.
- 14:31Speaker 2: I think you stick out because you speak the truth.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Yeah, yuh, you know you are the most I've met you.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I met you years ago when I first moved to
- 14:41Speaker 1: LA and you must have been like twelve or fourteen.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I was in a community college. I met you. You could
- 14:46Speaker 1: play every instrument. We all thought you were like eighteen
- 14:49Speaker 1: or nineteen the way you spoke, and I remember bringing
- 14:52Speaker 1: you home to my family and you played every instrument
- 14:55Speaker 1: in their house, and everybody was like, what the fuck
- 14:57Speaker 1: was that? And then we found out that you were
- 14:59Speaker 1: like twelve or fourteen, like kicking it into college, and
- 15:03Speaker 1: all I could think is like, this guy is brilliant.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Then I see your music talent, and I just see
- 15:08Speaker 1: how raw you are, and I fucking genuinely am like, yo,
- 15:11Speaker 1: there's truth there. And I know executives that know of
- 15:14Speaker 1: you and are like, what is the story because you
- 15:17Speaker 1: have a guy that is when the truth is in you,
- 15:20Speaker 1: it's a light. Whether it doesn't matter what antics go
- 15:23Speaker 1: on around you. If the light is in you, people
- 15:26Speaker 1: recognize it. And that's why people want to see I
- 15:28Speaker 1: feel like people with the truth in them, everybody kind
- 15:31Speaker 1: of is like rooting for you, like I want to
- 15:32Speaker 1: see this nigga win. So when I got the phone
- 15:35Speaker 1: call to even sit down with you, I fucking packed
- 15:38Speaker 1: up my childer came here.
- 15:40Speaker 2: I was like, cause I want to see this. I
- 15:41Speaker 2: want to see you win.
- 15:42Speaker 1: But I love the truth and the truth is so
- 15:44Speaker 1: in you that and that's why it comes out in
- 15:47Speaker 1: your music. Every time you open your mouth, even just
- 15:49Speaker 1: sitting here in ten minutes, it's like the truth is
- 15:52Speaker 1: there and it's fucking beautiful.
- 15:54Speaker 4: Oh thank you, thank you.
- 15:57Speaker 3: You know, the atmosphere of life is the beauty inside
- 16:01Speaker 3: of life. The atmosphere is just the canvas, and there
- 16:05Speaker 3: are words, that's the paint, right, and then so you
- 16:08Speaker 3: throw certain things out and then maybe it's not gonna
- 16:11Speaker 3: work for certain people, but what works for people is
- 16:13Speaker 3: knowing that it's okay to be themselves, making it okay
- 16:17Speaker 3: for someone to be themselves and making it okay for
- 16:20Speaker 3: people that haven't had a platform to make make make
- 16:23Speaker 3: make a platform for themselves, make uh, you know, make
- 16:27Speaker 3: make more money, make money, and then give opportunity to
- 16:31Speaker 3: those like that actually never had an opportunity to do shit,
- 16:36Speaker 3: you know.
- 16:36Speaker 4: What I'm saying. And then that's where you come in.
- 16:39Speaker 3: It's like, your gift is a blessing to certain people
- 16:44Speaker 3: based off of what they can get from you because
- 16:46Speaker 3: they want to be in your mind, is what we're
- 16:49Speaker 3: doing is great?
- 16:50Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, but they don't have your.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Passion, right, So so you sit down with certain people
- 16:54Speaker 3: and they don't have the same passion as what It's like, Yo,
- 16:57Speaker 3: it's none of their fucking business. No, nobody's business. It's
- 17:02Speaker 3: nobody's business what God has for you. It's nobody's business
- 17:05Speaker 3: with you while you're your light shines by it to.
- 17:07Speaker 4: The next person. It's nobody's fucking business.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Don't ask me about why God put this on me,
- 17:13Speaker 3: But don't ask why.
- 17:14Speaker 4: Don't ask her why God put that on her. Don't
- 17:17Speaker 4: don't know.
- 17:17Speaker 3: We we we we are shining. We're a light because
- 17:21Speaker 3: we're tired of your bullshit.
- 17:23Speaker 4: Yeah, we can see it.
- 17:25Speaker 3: We see right through it. She can see right through it.
- 17:27Speaker 3: I can see right through it. Everybody can see right
- 17:29Speaker 3: through your bullshit, everybody. So when you think about it,
- 17:32Speaker 3: it's like, Okay, we want to see something different as
- 17:35Speaker 3: a nation. You know, we want to we want to
- 17:38Speaker 3: see everybody progress. We want to see everybody actually excel. Okay,
- 17:43Speaker 3: what about being beyond the realm of human comprehension. You know,
- 17:47Speaker 3: that's the best thing that we could do at this point,
- 17:49Speaker 3: because no one knows what they're really trying to do.
- 17:52Speaker 3: But if we're the day, then that means we're the
- 17:54Speaker 3: Who's Who's.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I see.
- 17:57Speaker 4: How can I lose when we're the Who's Who's?
- 18:03Speaker 2: That's some deed that's dead though. So one of the
- 18:07Speaker 2: questions I was asking.
- 18:09Speaker 4: This shottle baby.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Oh is that lyric? I'm I'm sorry, I am still
- 18:15Speaker 1: old school. I only listen to like jay Z and Drake.
- 18:18Speaker 1: I refuse to pick up new talent. Wow, I'm all
- 18:22Speaker 1: old school. I'm also old school, but I'm school.
- 18:26Speaker 4: But I love it. I love that little little baby
- 18:29Speaker 4: line where he said, how can I lose? Who's who?
- 18:33Speaker 2: I thought you just came over. Well, I may have
- 18:35Speaker 2: to listen to the baby baby.
- 18:36Speaker 4: Little baby baby.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, if if that's one of his lyrics.
- 18:43Speaker 4: Really I'm playing he's serious as so.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, like, uh, you know these people out
- 18:48Speaker 3: here they're thinking, you know, you know what I'm saying,
- 18:50Speaker 3: it's just like shooting and beating up and this is that.
- 18:52Speaker 3: It's not that you know, it's the glory of God.
- 18:54Speaker 3: It's the the containment of your soul. It's the containment
- 18:57Speaker 3: of your spirits. It's the light in your eyes, you know. Uh,
- 19:01Speaker 3: the spirit that that that shines through when you walk
- 19:03Speaker 3: in the room. It's it's who are you making happy?
- 19:05Speaker 3: When you talk to him? You know, It's it's uh,
- 19:08Speaker 3: it's when you hug somebody, can they feel the warmth?
- 19:11Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, like, it's your heart still
- 19:12Speaker 4: beating type ship?
- 19:13Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you know what I'm saying.
- 19:29Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, like, is your heart still
- 19:31Speaker 4: beating when I hug you?
- 19:32Speaker 3: Because it could be a hug, right, And he was like, yeah, yeah,
- 19:35Speaker 3: but it could be a hug Like oh my, you.
- 19:39Speaker 4: Know what I'm saying. You know what I mean, it's
- 19:41Speaker 4: two different ways to hug. I don't trust these niggas.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I see yeah, yeah, I.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Don't trust these niggas. And that's what I'm talking about.
- 19:50Speaker 3: We like on the whole other ship. Like when where
- 19:54Speaker 3: when Rasby told me, Hey, Orlando Brown, I gotta play
- 20:00Speaker 3: how to play for you? How to play for you? Well,
- 20:02Speaker 3: I gotta play for you, you know. You know what
- 20:04Speaker 3: I'm saying. Yeah, So we're gonna go over here.
- 20:06Speaker 4: You know what I mean.
- 20:07Speaker 3: And what we're gonna do is I got motherfucking yeah sister.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Uh and then when she do it, you know what
- 20:12Speaker 3: I'm saying, she only I got to pray it right,
- 20:13Speaker 3: So look check this out.
- 20:14Speaker 4: Then all right, you got it.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I'll be I met you downstairs, r let Brow and exactly.
- 20:26Speaker 3: So it's like, you know, you put things in position
- 20:29Speaker 3: to know that, you know, Like I was like, oh wow,
- 20:34Speaker 3: this is something great. Rasby put this together. My sister's involved.
- 20:39Speaker 3: I'm like, all right, we're good, bro. You know what
- 20:41Speaker 3: I'm saying. It's just certain people that call you a
- 20:42Speaker 3: Rasby called me about certain things.
- 20:45Speaker 4: You know.
- 20:45Speaker 3: I gotta go because it's you know, not not not
- 20:47Speaker 3: only is it Rasby, but I gotta go because that's
- 20:50Speaker 3: my my older brother, that's my brother. So I look
- 20:53Speaker 3: at it as an honor and a blessing to be
- 20:55Speaker 3: able to to make my brother look good and then
- 20:58Speaker 3: also we can we can also make everybody else look
- 21:01Speaker 3: good at the same time in the process. You know,
- 21:04Speaker 3: I enjoyed watching you with UH with Neo was it Neil?
- 21:08Speaker 3: I enjoyed that it was cool.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Neil's a great storyteller.
- 21:14Speaker 4: That was tight.
- 21:15Speaker 3: I enjoyed that ship because I ain't seen Neo in
- 21:18Speaker 3: a long time. And then I heard all about you
- 21:20Speaker 3: and I was like, Okay, well let.
- 21:22Speaker 4: Me see the show. I see you with Neo. I
- 21:25Speaker 4: was like, yeah, we own we're doing this shit.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you, thank you because you're doing your thing.
- 21:31Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, Yeah, because you're doing your things.
- 21:33Speaker 1: So I have a question, how how do you handle
- 21:37Speaker 1: your off seasons? And I'm when I say off seasons
- 21:39Speaker 1: like seasons where you're not working.
- 21:42Speaker 3: My off seasons are filled with the Holy Spirit and
- 21:46Speaker 3: nothing but.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Ooh, nothing but the Word of God. Nothing but the
- 21:52Speaker 4: Word of God.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Nobody wants to read the Bible, nobody wants everybody, nobody talk,
- 21:58Speaker 3: nobody wants.
- 21:58Speaker 4: To nobody want they want to read. You know what
- 22:00Speaker 4: I'm saying.
- 22:00Speaker 3: The instructions to the universal remote, but they will, you know,
- 22:03Speaker 3: work the TV, but they don't want to work their life.
- 22:05Speaker 3: And then when you pick up the Bible and it's
- 22:07Speaker 3: happening right now and it's scared your ass, you want
- 22:09Speaker 3: to put the Bible down. You want to stop reading.
- 22:11Speaker 3: You want to stop reading God's word. You want to
- 22:12Speaker 3: stop reading God's word because why it's scaring your ass.
- 22:15Speaker 3: It's real, it's happening right now. And a lot of
- 22:18Speaker 3: people don't. They don't like it.
- 22:19Speaker 4: They hate it because they're not a part of it.
- 22:21Speaker 4: They don't know what the fuck's going on because they're
- 22:23Speaker 4: not reading their word.
- 22:23Speaker 3: They're not reading the Word, and it's literally going on
- 22:26Speaker 3: right now. It's going on right now when you pick
- 22:30Speaker 3: it up.
- 22:31Speaker 1: When you read the Word, it talks about the flesh
- 22:33Speaker 1: and the spirit, and they they're not in agreement. How
- 22:37Speaker 1: do you when you're reading the Word? Like, what do
- 22:40Speaker 1: you feel when you constantly see that the flesh and
- 22:43Speaker 1: the spirit are constantly in battle?
- 22:44Speaker 4: It has nothing to do with the flesh fighting and
- 22:47Speaker 4: all this shit. It has everything to.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Do with you reading the word. Everybody's being difficult. How
- 22:58Speaker 3: just pick it up? So?
- 23:00Speaker 1: But are you only picking it up when you're off season,
- 23:02Speaker 1: or you pick it up. How often do you read
- 23:05Speaker 1: your Bible every day?
- 23:08Speaker 3: I don't play every day. I need it every day.
- 23:16Speaker 3: I need it every day. I can't do it without
- 23:20Speaker 3: my Bible. It ain't gonna happen. I tell them, I
- 23:26Speaker 3: get locked up.
- 23:27Speaker 4: I look at him. Give me my fucking Bible and
- 23:30Speaker 4: a sweater. Bitch is cold. I don't want no food.
- 23:34Speaker 4: I don't want none of that shit. Give me my bible.
- 23:37Speaker 4: Give me my bible. Give me my fucking Bible.
- 23:43Speaker 3: Before I start spaccing, Like yeah, I need it every day.
- 23:46Speaker 3: I search for them every day. I see this every day.
- 23:49Speaker 3: This ain't no game. It s ain't no game. With
- 23:52Speaker 3: my soul, with your soul, this ain't no game. Want
- 23:54Speaker 3: our souls. They want us to go from this to
- 23:57Speaker 3: that to thatfter this to this to that, and they
- 23:59Speaker 3: want us flip flopping it wanta.
- 24:00Speaker 4: They want to rape our souls, in our bodies.
- 24:02Speaker 3: They want our pussies open, they want our asses up,
- 24:04Speaker 3: they want our dicks out. It's serious. These niggas is
- 24:07Speaker 3: hot and horny and don't give a fuck. They want
- 24:10Speaker 3: to touch you between your legs. They want to fuck you.
- 24:13Speaker 4: That's it.
- 24:15Speaker 3: You know, there's a big pimp out there running around
- 24:17Speaker 3: here somewhere, you know, and it ain't God, you know.
- 24:21Speaker 4: So my main thing is, you know what I'm saying, Like,
- 24:22Speaker 4: I can't.
- 24:23Speaker 3: Put you in position to understand every fucking day if
- 24:27Speaker 3: I can, I'm not perfect. He ain't done with me
- 24:30Speaker 3: like I was. Steve Harvey, understand me. Say no, this
- 24:33Speaker 3: is an ongoing process. You ain't gonna never be perfect
- 24:36Speaker 3: in this bitch.
- 24:38Speaker 2: What's your strive for?
- 24:39Speaker 1: Though?
- 24:39Speaker 4: Just to get after what they did to us? We're
- 24:41Speaker 4: striving for everything we could possibly be allowed to have.
- 24:44Speaker 4: Not what we want. We don't want, Ship because.
- 24:46Speaker 2: What we want and what we need, what do you
- 24:49Speaker 2: think we need?
- 24:50Speaker 4: We need each other? Yeah, collectiveness, that's it. Yeah, we
- 24:59Speaker 4: got a call gift Shies. You know.
- 25:04Speaker 3: It's a different like I rolle with like obatun Day
- 25:09Speaker 3: and you know, it's legends like that that put me
- 25:12Speaker 3: in position to be like you know, like a.
- 25:15Speaker 4: You know, Mario VN.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Peebles and Damon Ways and you know Robert Townsend and Ship.
- 25:21Speaker 3: You know, like these are the people that I grew
- 25:24Speaker 3: up with a few of people that you know, so
- 25:26Speaker 3: I look at shit totally different when it comes down
- 25:29Speaker 3: to how we present ourselves. We are getting paid to
- 25:33Speaker 3: make ourselves look like fucking stupid assholes.
- 25:39Speaker 4: Do you do you do?
- 25:40Speaker 2: You have social media? By the way, Yeah, I have
- 25:42Speaker 2: social Do you actually go on it or you?
- 25:45Speaker 3: I'm on it all the time, but I only I don't.
- 25:47Speaker 3: But I don't read I post.
- 25:50Speaker 4: It's a difference.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Oh so you don't go to scroll.
- 25:53Speaker 4: I don't read the narrative. I am the narrative.
- 25:56Speaker 2: Okay, okay, so you just go to post.
- 25:59Speaker 3: I'm not looking to do anything other than cook for
- 26:03Speaker 3: my wife. If there's some recipes I see, I'll scroll
- 26:06Speaker 3: and tap it to my wife. Everything else is Are
- 26:10Speaker 3: you a cooker?
- 26:11Speaker 4: Yes? I cooked mynd.
- 26:13Speaker 3: Really?
- 26:14Speaker 1: If so, usually we tape on set. What would you
- 26:17Speaker 1: have cooked for me for real though?
- 26:19Speaker 4: Probably like some lobster mac?
- 26:20Speaker 2: Well, actually no, you would have done the egg sandwich
- 26:22Speaker 2: because it's okay?
- 26:24Speaker 3: Well yeah, well ship all right. Well if it was
- 26:26Speaker 3: like that, then your lobster mac though.
- 26:28Speaker 2: But you do the lobster bake mac.
- 26:30Speaker 4: I do the lobster mac and cheese for you.
- 26:32Speaker 2: But is it baked or is it regular?
- 26:34Speaker 4: Oh? Okay, okay, I cook. I could cook like my grandma.
- 26:39Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, like Mammy Ganny and uh,
- 26:41Speaker 3: you know Mama Helen and shit.
- 26:43Speaker 4: You know I cook. You know when your grandma baby.
- 26:47Speaker 4: You got to be around grandma all the time. So
- 26:49Speaker 4: I'm in the kids. You're looking all the time grandma
- 26:52Speaker 4: and baby. Yeah.
- 26:53Speaker 2: So who put you onto God in the Bible?
- 26:56Speaker 4: My grandma, Mama grain.
- 26:57Speaker 2: So you've been doing the Bible for a while now,
- 27:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 27:01Speaker 4: Well Bible for a long time for a Bible.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Yeah, so that's your staple. That's it keeps you grounded.
- 27:07Speaker 1: When if you get off track, are you reaching for
- 27:10Speaker 1: the Bible?
- 27:11Speaker 2: What's pulling you back? Like?
- 27:13Speaker 4: What is nothing to get You can't You can't get
- 27:15Speaker 4: off track. There's no such thing as going off track.
- 27:18Speaker 4: Which you can do? Is you can?
- 27:20Speaker 2: What about when you indulge, that's not going off track?
- 27:22Speaker 3: Oh no, when you indulge, you can. People make mistakes.
- 27:26Speaker 3: People get fucked up all the time. I'm not gonna
- 27:28Speaker 3: blame the person that get fucked up and get drunk
- 27:31Speaker 3: in the club. But this white bitch can walk in
- 27:32Speaker 3: her house every day with a mansion and shit.
- 27:34Speaker 4: And have martini after work. Yeah, ain't that the same alcoholic.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Well, I'm just saying when I say indulged, like when
- 27:43Speaker 1: you're I call it feeding the flesh, because that's how
- 27:45Speaker 1: when I read the Bible. I just became Christian at
- 27:47Speaker 1: twenty nine. Okay, I was raised Jewish. Okay, so when
- 27:50Speaker 1: I I kind of did the whole like born again
- 27:54Speaker 1: Jesus freak level, like you know, you go, are you go? Well,
- 27:56Speaker 1: I've been having sex and you know, all the girls
- 27:59Speaker 1: at church, your virgins and everybody speaking and they're not cursing.
- 28:02Speaker 1: And I went through that phase of guilt. So what
- 28:04Speaker 1: I had interpreted it as when I read the Bible,
- 28:06Speaker 1: it's like, you know, to walk in spirit and try
- 28:10Speaker 1: to deny your flesh because fleshly is like I want
- 28:12Speaker 1: to be cool, I want to be popular, I want
- 28:14Speaker 1: to have money, I want to be beautiful. I'm competing
- 28:17Speaker 1: with you know nowadays with Instagram, I feel like, honestly,
- 28:20Speaker 1: like I'm just saying, like between you and me, like
- 28:23Speaker 1: i feel like holes are starting to make me feel
- 28:24Speaker 1: insecure as a woman, and I'm not even that's because
- 28:27Speaker 1: as much as guys say, and I don't want to
- 28:29Speaker 1: get off topic, but as much as guys say, they
- 28:31Speaker 1: don't value like you value your wife, right, But I
- 28:34Speaker 1: feel like in the same light, guys can say I
- 28:36Speaker 1: value my wife. But man, these hoes, Man, this is
- 28:39Speaker 1: where I want to be. You're you're my almost not
- 28:43Speaker 1: where I want to be.
- 28:44Speaker 3: Yeah, but I got my motherfucking baby mamas. Those are
- 28:47Speaker 3: those are those are my hoes. I have baby mamas
- 28:51Speaker 3: that are hoes, like they real hoes. Though my wife
- 28:55Speaker 3: is a real wife, Like these hoes are crazy.
- 29:02Speaker 1: But I'm just saying, some of these holes look classy,
- 29:05Speaker 1: Like I when I used to think of holes, I
- 29:07Speaker 1: used to think about the girl that walks around on
- 29:08Speaker 1: the g string, the girls that are sucking my husband.
- 29:10Speaker 1: I'm just being honest. They look like regular girls. And
- 29:13Speaker 1: some of them, yeah they have their ass out. But
- 29:15Speaker 1: I'm just saying, like holes are to me. I'm a
- 29:17Speaker 1: real woman that's obviously faithful and like does the cook
- 29:20Speaker 1: and cleaning. But I'm just saying, like I look at
- 29:21Speaker 1: these holes now like shit, maybe I you know, like
- 29:25Speaker 1: I'm my flesh and my spirit just battle on a
- 29:28Speaker 1: lame level.
- 29:29Speaker 4: Yeah, we battle. We battle. We battle as human beings.
- 29:35Speaker 3: The flesh is just a stop, It's just a pitstop.
- 29:40Speaker 3: It's not possible for you to sell yourself. It's possible
- 29:43Speaker 3: for you to trade places with somebody, though, possible for
- 29:46Speaker 3: you to put somebody's skin on.
- 29:47Speaker 4: I give you two hundred and fifty million right now,
- 29:49Speaker 4: turn you into j love. It's facts.
- 29:55Speaker 2: It is possible.
- 29:56Speaker 3: So anybody that has put themsel in a position for
- 30:01Speaker 3: somebody to be them, then that's what we can do.
- 30:04Speaker 3: We're supposed to. It's called in America. You can be
- 30:06Speaker 3: whoever you want to be. You can do you can
- 30:08Speaker 3: be your superhero. So if if I wanted, if I
- 30:12Speaker 3: if I pay ten million dollars right now and right
- 30:16Speaker 3: and and then so I say, I pay ten million
- 30:18Speaker 3: to be the rock. So I wanted to call my
- 30:21Speaker 3: son as the rock. They're idolizing these people. It has
- 30:26Speaker 3: nothing to do with the flesh no more. It's the spirit.
- 30:30Speaker 3: It's the mind and the soul, the body. We can
- 30:34Speaker 3: shake this at any time.
- 30:35Speaker 1: I'm saying, and I idolize, that's my spirit idolizing right well.
- 30:39Speaker 3: No, idolizing is literally like I love another God.
- 30:46Speaker 4: That's idolizing.
- 30:47Speaker 3: And okay, so me saying that I am in love
- 30:51Speaker 3: with myself idolizing, you know, I'm idolizing myself. Okay, when
- 30:58Speaker 3: it comes down to me and what I believe and
- 31:01Speaker 3: who I am, it's certain things that you're gonna see
- 31:04Speaker 3: in my in my process and how I move that.
- 31:07Speaker 4: Nobody else gonna move like that.
- 31:09Speaker 3: Nobody else gonna talk like that, nobody else gonna pop
- 31:12Speaker 3: off that, nobody's gonna say that kind of shit because
- 31:14Speaker 3: that's how I move. That's my soul. That has nothing
- 31:20Speaker 3: to do with my flesh. That mean, if they put
- 31:23Speaker 3: me in your body right now, I can step outside
- 31:26Speaker 3: get shot. It's like, you know what I'm saying, It's
- 31:28Speaker 3: like that's my soul that they taking away. Yeah, they
- 31:33Speaker 3: can't have my it's impossible to sell it. But you
- 31:36Speaker 3: can silence a person for a very long time, like
- 31:38Speaker 3: they did Tupac, turn you into a dog ten years.
- 31:44Speaker 4: What do you mean, shut the fuck up. You're talking
- 31:46Speaker 4: too much. We're gonna turn your ass into a dog.
- 31:50Speaker 4: I think you lost me I'm supposed to.
- 31:54Speaker 1: I think you actually may have lost me there. Yeah,
- 31:57Speaker 1: what do you think about when you look at Kanye?
- 31:58Speaker 1: I think Kanye is one of the most brilliant people
- 32:00Speaker 1: I've ever seen or been around. I'm just saying I
- 32:04Speaker 1: do think. I mean there's a massive ego there. But
- 32:07Speaker 1: I think what's the look for the.
- 32:09Speaker 4: Thing with Kanye?
- 32:10Speaker 3: The thing is, the thing with Kanye is more like
- 32:12Speaker 3: the thing with Kanye is I don't care, Like like,
- 32:16Speaker 3: Kanye can do whatever the fuck you want to do
- 32:17Speaker 3: because they gave him that kind of money.
- 32:20Speaker 4: But do they know they they did.
- 32:23Speaker 3: That to these kids heads, They allowed him to step
- 32:25Speaker 3: in the studio, They know he has a problem.
- 32:28Speaker 4: They don't give a fuck.
- 32:29Speaker 2: That's what I'm trying to tell you, though.
- 32:31Speaker 4: We everybody that allowed it. Who was you want brought
- 32:35Speaker 4: him up? True?
- 32:36Speaker 3: Okay, so we're they we're talking about Kanye right now.
- 32:39Speaker 3: He's not even fucking here, That's what. But that's what
- 32:44Speaker 3: I'm no. But that's what I'm that. Nah, it's cool
- 32:47Speaker 3: when they do it, it's a problem when I do it.
- 32:49Speaker 3: Fuck that what you mean about Kanye? Kanye gonna be
- 32:53Speaker 3: Kanye West until he can stop streaming Kim Kardashian's name
- 32:57Speaker 3: or to an earth Northwest get a fucking record deal. Yeah,
- 33:02Speaker 3: because it's not gonna stop. It's not gonna stop, and
- 33:04Speaker 3: it's fucking annoying. Well, what about Kanye and what about Kanye?
- 33:08Speaker 4: And what? No fuck that what about Orlando fucking Brown?
- 33:11Speaker 2: Facts?
- 33:14Speaker 4: What about what about Orlando Brown?
- 33:16Speaker 2: Speaking of Orlando, what's the next move?
- 33:18Speaker 3: The next move is this bad boy's thing, you know,
- 33:22Speaker 3: it is just like an awesome thing. But the next
- 33:25Speaker 3: move is just making sure I go to the telly
- 33:28Speaker 3: and make love of my wife. I ain't seen my
- 33:30Speaker 3: wife like in three weeks, and I'm finna have some
- 33:33Speaker 3: fucking love sessions that I'm finna put my son to
- 33:38Speaker 3: sleep and oh.
- 33:40Speaker 2: I love that. What was your decision when you when
- 33:43Speaker 2: you decided to marry your wife?
- 33:44Speaker 4: What was what was for me?
- 33:48Speaker 1: What was what was that decision that made you choose
- 33:51Speaker 1: your wife? Like, what was that pivotal moment where you
- 33:53Speaker 1: were like that's it?
- 33:54Speaker 3: Well, the thing, the thing with my wife is she's
- 33:56Speaker 3: not a playtoy, you know what I'm saying, Like like
- 34:00Speaker 3: she shows that every man and every woman you know,
- 34:08Speaker 3: you know, we have we have choices, and we have options,
- 34:11Speaker 3: and we can do what we want to do. Somebody
- 34:14Speaker 3: fuck with you, they really fuck with you, that's what
- 34:19Speaker 3: that's how, that's how that happen. My wife really fuck
- 34:21Speaker 3: with me though, like the long way.
- 34:24Speaker 1: I like that, and then that was the that was it. Now,
- 34:29Speaker 1: when you are out in the world and you have
- 34:31Speaker 1: all these options and everything, that's the thing that holds Those.
- 34:34Speaker 3: Are not considered options. Those are bodies. Remember we just
- 34:36Speaker 3: talked about that. Those are bodies. Those are not options.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Those temptations. Yeah, it's not options. Want me to have
- 34:46Speaker 3: an option, Want me to have an option? Okay, take me,
- 34:50Speaker 3: take me to uh, take me to Prince Harry's house.
- 34:56Speaker 3: Fuck his bitch like he like she fucking everybody else.
- 35:01Speaker 4: That's not Oh.
- 35:03Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you know what I'm saying, Let's do that.
- 35:09Speaker 3: Let's fuck his bitch like like she fucking everybody else.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Let's let's let's let's do that. You know, like you
- 35:16Speaker 3: want options. If if I'm gonna have options, then we want
- 35:19Speaker 3: to my mama's house.
- 35:20Speaker 4: We're going, yeah, we're going. Yeah. You know what I'm saying.
- 35:23Speaker 3: Other than that, I can't. I can't do nothing with
- 35:25Speaker 3: this options thing there. These people are not considered options.
- 35:29Speaker 1: They're just temptations. They're temptations and bodies bodies.
- 35:34Speaker 2: Bodies, bodies, got a body, got a bag than you
- 35:37Speaker 2: one of us.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Okay, So Orlando, you're doing the bad boys thing. Okay,
- 35:43Speaker 1: you're spiritually aligned. It's obvious. I love the way you're
- 35:47Speaker 1: You're just dropping gems. So are you gonna be dropping music.
- 35:54Speaker 4: If I'm allowed to?
- 35:56Speaker 2: Why do you say if allowed? We're in a different age.
- 35:59Speaker 4: There's no no. I have to be allowed.
- 36:01Speaker 2: I can't like when you say aloud, what does that mean?
- 36:05Speaker 3: It means my mother is Elvis Presley and my daddy
- 36:08Speaker 3: is Michael Jackson.
- 36:11Speaker 4: That's what it means. I have to be allowed.
- 36:15Speaker 3: I have to be allowed if they allow me to,
- 36:18Speaker 3: I would oblige them.
- 36:21Speaker 4: Promise you I would.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Do you want to stay in the industry or would you.
- 36:26Speaker 4: The industry's minds?
- 36:29Speaker 2: So you're you're here to stay, not going nowhere? What's
- 36:35Speaker 2: the best part of being in an industry?
- 36:36Speaker 4: The best part is no part. What do you mean?
- 36:42Speaker 4: There is no part?
- 36:44Speaker 2: Okay, So there's no downside to being in an industry.
- 36:47Speaker 3: There's no upside either, So why being it? Because I'm
- 36:51Speaker 3: already chosen burgers job.
- 36:55Speaker 2: It's your job. I see, Look, man, I'm going to cool.
- 37:00Speaker 2: You're taking me to school.
- 37:01Speaker 4: Okay, I'm making burrier.
- 37:03Speaker 3: Ay, even without McDonald's behind me, I can go anywhere
- 37:07Speaker 3: and still make the same burgers. Without Disney, I could
- 37:11Speaker 3: still go back to the Orlando Brown Show without without Zeus,
- 37:14Speaker 3: I could still go without. Yeah, it's it's it's the person.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Yeah, but that's why I'm saying, like, Okay, I've seen
- 37:20Speaker 1: your talent musically, it's a no brainer. But then you
- 37:24Speaker 1: I say, well, are you going to drop music? I
- 37:26Speaker 1: have to be allowed. And I don't know what that
- 37:28Speaker 1: answer means. To be honest, I.
- 37:30Speaker 4: Gave you an answer, and I told you who my
- 37:31Speaker 4: mom and my dad is.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Yeah, and Jack Jackson, right, Michael Jackson, Elvis president, and
- 37:37Speaker 1: they're not here.
- 37:38Speaker 4: They don't even know Elvis is a woman.
- 37:41Speaker 1: See, did you keep you lost me? I'm supposed to
- 37:46Speaker 1: let me ask you something. I was talking to some
- 37:47Speaker 1: girlfriends yesterday and this is off topic, but and I said,
- 37:51Speaker 1: you know, it would be interesting. I feel like there's
- 37:53Speaker 1: a chance that God is a woman and she's black.
- 37:57Speaker 4: Yeah. Well if she wasn't black, then why are here? Nappy? Yeah?
- 38:02Speaker 2: Like I just I feel like black women carry so much.
- 38:06Speaker 4: Wait yeah, also, but I also feel like white people
- 38:10Speaker 4: do too.
- 38:11Speaker 2: In one way, they are a lot of ship, motherfucker,
- 38:16Speaker 2: but they stole a lot of ship. But who cares.
- 38:20Speaker 3: It's over see, that's that forty cow, that forty mule
- 38:24Speaker 3: in the fucking land and all the shit. Leave that
- 38:26Speaker 3: ship alone. It's too much. Let it go today, But
- 38:32Speaker 3: let it go. Can you let it go if it's
- 38:34Speaker 3: still happening, But let it go. Let me whoop your
- 38:36Speaker 3: ass every day and then you tell me to let
- 38:37Speaker 3: it go. I promise you got to let it go
- 38:39Speaker 3: because you're not getting your ass with right now.
- 38:42Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. It's still happening today.
- 38:44Speaker 4: Yeah, but it's different.
- 38:45Speaker 3: Like I was already telling you about the body being
- 38:47Speaker 3: able to travel with spirit leaving this and that we
- 38:49Speaker 3: already talked about that. Slavery is the governments, it's not ours.
- 38:55Speaker 3: You have to allow the devil to come in. You
- 38:58Speaker 3: have to let that. You have to let the devil in.
- 39:00Speaker 4: You can't. He can't just do it to you. Yeah,
- 39:04Speaker 4: oh now you see me. Yeah, he can't. Just he
- 39:07Speaker 4: can't just touch God's children. Oh yeah, you have to.
- 39:12Speaker 2: God allows him to play, to ask.
- 39:15Speaker 3: Questions and ship like that and tempt you. Yeah, but
- 39:19Speaker 3: he's not gonna. He's not gonna. He's not he's not
- 39:22Speaker 3: built like that Lucifer or not built like.
- 39:39Speaker 4: Lucifer, not built like that. Neither is satan.
- 39:44Speaker 1: Okay, so just just going back before you know, but
- 39:48Speaker 1: I know you got to buy that, so okay, we're
- 39:51Speaker 1: gonna go back to eat, all right. So okay, so
- 39:55Speaker 1: when you were on set, you were doing these broke
- 39:57Speaker 1: dishes just to kind of like, you know, suffice the time,
- 40:01Speaker 1: just quick meal. But were you ever actually broke ever
- 40:04Speaker 1: where you were actually trying to survive?
- 40:08Speaker 2: And I'm just being.
- 40:10Speaker 3: Personally like I went through a lot of shit, and
- 40:13Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying. I went through a lot
- 40:16Speaker 3: of ship and that shit was fun at fuck, but
- 40:20Speaker 3: I went through a lot of shit and then I
- 40:21Speaker 3: made that shit work. So like, you know, like, what
- 40:26Speaker 3: was the brokers like the brokeus I ever been?
- 40:30Speaker 1: Like, like straight up, like, what was the brocus you're
- 40:32Speaker 1: seeing money been? What's the brocus You've ever been?
- 40:35Speaker 4: I ever been? Is right now?
- 40:38Speaker 3: That's the brokeers I've ever been. And I'm telling you
- 40:42Speaker 3: that's the brocust I've ever been?
- 40:43Speaker 2: And how do you feel about it?
- 40:45Speaker 4: Because I feel good about it?
- 40:46Speaker 3: Because you want to know why if somebody out there
- 40:49Speaker 3: still broke, I could go right now?
- 40:52Speaker 4: I could. I could, I could I could take care
- 40:55Speaker 4: of my family.
- 40:56Speaker 3: I could actually eat I could actually, like you know,
- 40:59Speaker 3: because remember I told you I slept in parks.
- 41:02Speaker 4: I did that, I did.
- 41:03Speaker 2: You didn't tell me that.
- 41:04Speaker 4: Yeah, I slept in parks and did all that shit,
- 41:06Speaker 4: and you will.
- 41:07Speaker 2: But that was after success.
- 41:09Speaker 3: Nah, that was while I was successful. While you think
- 41:11Speaker 3: I'm sitting here talking to you.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Wait a minute, while you so you're saying while you're successful, yeah,
- 41:18Speaker 1: is that because you're not seeing the money, the money
- 41:20Speaker 1: getting rerouted?
- 41:21Speaker 4: I want?
- 41:21Speaker 3: That's because I literally couldn't take either, couldn't take the
- 41:26Speaker 3: people that was around me. I don't want to be
- 41:28Speaker 3: around the motherfuckers. Or I just wanted to go away.
- 41:34Speaker 3: I drift, they call me Jesus, I guess.
- 41:39Speaker 2: So you'll just check out.
- 41:41Speaker 3: I'll check out on a nigga like I'll just go
- 41:43Speaker 3: walk and leave me the fuck alone and figure it out,
- 41:46Speaker 3: because sometimes some people can't understand how you know to
- 41:51Speaker 3: eat to Molly's for fucking weeks at a time, because
- 41:54Speaker 3: that's all you could buy with the ten dollars that
- 41:56Speaker 3: was in your bag, you know, in this place over here.
- 41:58Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, they got for a dollar?
- 42:01Speaker 2: Can we talks an alcohol?
- 42:03Speaker 4: You can talk whatever?
- 42:04Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 42:05Speaker 1: When do you do drugs and alcohol play a role
- 42:08Speaker 1: in Brokeness? Or were you just like I'm checking out
- 42:11Speaker 1: when I have money.
- 42:12Speaker 3: It's more like like you know, I'm I'm a fan
- 42:15Speaker 3: of I'm you know, I'm a fan of like you
- 42:17Speaker 3: know Jim Morrison, you know a led Zeppelin. I'm I'm
- 42:21Speaker 3: a big fan of. You know, Mick Jagger. You know
- 42:26Speaker 3: I I don't. I'm I'm the truth, you know what
- 42:31Speaker 3: I'm saying. So I don't play with like certain ship.
- 42:35Speaker 3: It's like I get I stay away, Like if you
- 42:38Speaker 3: don't bring drugs and alcohol into it, you have to
- 42:42Speaker 3: actually be fucked off off. Yeah you gotta chase that ship.
- 42:49Speaker 3: You gotta chase that ship as a thirty five year
- 42:53Speaker 3: old man, Yeah, I would have to go chase it. Yeah,
- 42:56Speaker 3: that's where the problem comes in.
- 42:58Speaker 4: That's where is all right.
- 42:59Speaker 1: But when you say you're broke and you're choosing to
- 43:01Speaker 1: sleep out in a park, you're like, well, I don't
- 43:03Speaker 1: want to be around people. So it's not because of
- 43:05Speaker 1: say drugs or alcohol or actual brokeness. It's just like, hey,
- 43:08Speaker 1: I want to go Like there's a guy I follow
- 43:10Speaker 1: his three mules and a guy or something. He lives
- 43:13Speaker 1: in California. He has three mules, and he like lives
- 43:16Speaker 1: on a like ten dollars a month budget, and he
- 43:18Speaker 1: likes to be living on the streets or whatever, and
- 43:20Speaker 1: that's his choice. I'm saying, your brokeness isn't really is it? Well,
- 43:25Speaker 1: I guess it is somewhat you need broke actual physical money,
- 43:28Speaker 1: but it sounds to me like it's also like no,
- 43:31Speaker 1: I like one with earth, Like I want to go
- 43:33Speaker 1: to the park and chill. I want to check out
- 43:35Speaker 1: of this money shit. I don't want to carry a
- 43:37Speaker 1: debit card a credit card, like I'm just checked out.
- 43:39Speaker 1: So you're saying that you're broke physic like that, or
- 43:43Speaker 1: you just choose like peace is kind of more broke
- 43:47Speaker 1: for you.
- 43:48Speaker 3: I think that when it comes down to, well, when
- 43:51Speaker 3: you have you have peace, then you have broke.
- 43:56Speaker 4: You have rich, then you have famous wealthy.
- 44:01Speaker 2: But you are experiencing all of that.
- 44:03Speaker 4: Most people don't.
- 44:04Speaker 1: Most people just experience brokeness or having money. When you
- 44:07Speaker 1: add fame to it, then you have ego. But in
- 44:09Speaker 1: your case, you can always make money. Look at you today,
- 44:12Speaker 1: You're sitting here.
- 44:12Speaker 4: You're making money.
- 44:14Speaker 3: Check this out as the seven forty seven? Do you
- 44:19Speaker 3: want to be a private jet?
- 44:25Speaker 2: Honestly, I don't know the difference.
- 44:27Speaker 3: Yeah, sorry, I'm okay as the seven forty seven darling,
- 44:31Speaker 3: would you want to turn into the private jet or
- 44:34Speaker 3: do you want to stay at a seven forty Yeah,
- 44:37Speaker 3: You're gonna make more money that way, So I'm not
- 44:40Speaker 3: gonna play with your time. What I'm gonna tell you
- 44:43Speaker 3: is is there's legends, there's historical people, there's this, that that,
- 44:47Speaker 3: But they're calling them, they're self proclaiming these these names. Okay,
- 44:52Speaker 3: when you're that person, you're the one getting called the names.
- 44:57Speaker 3: You never self proclaim yourself to be any thing. That's
- 45:01Speaker 3: where it comes in.
- 45:02Speaker 4: Now.
- 45:03Speaker 3: If a person is gonna be high drunk, this you're
- 45:06Speaker 3: self proclaiming yourself. Is that when when you walk in
- 45:09Speaker 3: the room, you're a drunk motherfucker. You're self proclaiming yourself.
- 45:12Speaker 3: Is that when you come in, when you come into
- 45:14Speaker 3: the room and you're high as fuck, you're eld of March.
- 45:17Speaker 3: Oh you're highest fuck all the time? Oh we know
- 45:19Speaker 3: you to be high. Right, it's not a it's not
- 45:22Speaker 3: a like, don't self proclaim yourself as something without even
- 45:25Speaker 3: speaking it. That's what drugs and alcohol does it self
- 45:29Speaker 3: proclaims the person to be something that they're not even
- 45:32Speaker 3: you know, and they're just being it and they haven't
- 45:35Speaker 3: even gotten over it and they haven't gotten over yet.
- 45:38Speaker 4: So we've all had that that.
- 45:39Speaker 3: Experience to where we're down or we're drunk, or we're
- 45:42Speaker 3: having fun with our friends, we're turned up, we're getting high,
- 45:44Speaker 3: we're smoking with we're doing what you know, I mean,
- 45:46Speaker 3: like I have my times. You know, there's there's fun
- 45:49Speaker 3: in that. But at the same time, we're not gonna
- 45:51Speaker 3: revel in that. We're not gonna wallow when that we're not.
- 45:55Speaker 3: We're going to go over the border and across the sea.
- 46:00Speaker 4: Over the border, cross sea. I know, some thing's going
- 46:05Speaker 4: to be weirding for.
- 46:07Speaker 1: Or I had at thirty five, though, you've accomplished going
- 46:11Speaker 1: through all these hurdles and you're sitting here, you're survived, married,
- 46:16Speaker 1: have a family, and you're doing well. Right to me,
- 46:20Speaker 1: the fact that you're sitting here doing well, you have
- 46:23Speaker 1: done what most people have never done in their lifetime.
- 46:28Speaker 4: That's why they want me. They wanted me dead.
- 46:30Speaker 1: And when you say they so, One of the questions
- 46:32Speaker 1: one of my friends had asked me, was like, do
- 46:34Speaker 1: you think Orlando was purposely pushed out of the industry
- 46:39Speaker 1: at some point I.
- 46:40Speaker 4: Was purposely pushed out my mam and pushy. I'm sure that.
- 46:42Speaker 2: Should heard it, but not out the industry.
- 46:46Speaker 4: The industry.
- 46:47Speaker 3: Yeah, it's different, But you know, my main thing is
- 46:50Speaker 3: just more like I say all the time, I could care.
- 46:55Speaker 3: But the thing about caring is you have to care.
- 47:00Speaker 3: You have to actually care. And then that's where I am.
- 47:02Speaker 3: And that's where everybody know me as I actually care.
- 47:05Speaker 2: You care, you don't care?
- 47:06Speaker 3: I care, Okay, you can, you can, you cannot care.
- 47:12Speaker 3: You know, you can easily not care. But I care
- 47:15Speaker 3: genuinely and then and then and then I have I
- 47:18Speaker 3: have family members to prove it.
- 47:21Speaker 4: I get to call them people.
- 47:22Speaker 3: Mama's and yeah, it's a problem like I'm in and
- 47:26Speaker 3: and but not like a friend friend friend, like I'm
- 47:29Speaker 3: family to everybody.
- 47:30Speaker 2: I'm the baby. Okay, you know what I'm saying.
- 47:34Speaker 3: So you're gonna have to talk to me otherwise it's
- 47:37Speaker 3: gonna be some ship, you know.
- 47:39Speaker 4: What I'm saying. And that's where it's at.
- 47:41Speaker 3: Like I've I've grown, I've grown to understand the difference
- 47:45Speaker 3: between the level of a man and the mouth of
- 47:47Speaker 3: a man, the eyes of a man, and the heart
- 47:50Speaker 3: of a man, the soul of a man and the
- 47:52Speaker 3: body of a man, the feet of a man, the
- 47:55Speaker 3: mouths of a man. Where you're going, how long you've
- 48:00Speaker 3: been walking? Brother, you're hungry, you're thirsty. That's where it
- 48:05Speaker 3: sat with me. You get on on that level that
- 48:07Speaker 3: ain't nobody could ever deny you because you actually, you
- 48:10Speaker 3: actually gave that man some shoes.
- 48:12Speaker 4: You actually gave him some fucking water when he really
- 48:15Speaker 4: was bad, down, he was down bad, He didn't have
- 48:17Speaker 4: no water.
- 48:17Speaker 3: He was fucking thirsty as a bitch. You actually put
- 48:20Speaker 3: a jacket on that man when he was cold. You
- 48:22Speaker 3: didn't even know that that man was Bill Gates. That's
- 48:26Speaker 3: that's what it is. They when they say, oh, yeah, well,
- 48:29Speaker 3: be careful who you talk to when you walk into
- 48:31Speaker 3: a store, when you're doing this and when you're doing that. No,
- 48:33Speaker 3: be careful who the fuck you talk to. You don't
- 48:36Speaker 3: know who you're talking to. I know who I'm talking to.
- 48:40Speaker 3: That's the difference.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Is it that you know who you're talking to, you
- 48:43Speaker 1: know who you are. I feel like you just know
- 48:45Speaker 1: who you are.
- 48:46Speaker 3: Both both but it's more like I know who I'm
- 48:50Speaker 3: talking to though when I'm talking, you know what I'm saying,
- 48:54Speaker 3: And it's a difference.
- 48:56Speaker 4: It's just the movement. It's the respect.
- 48:58Speaker 3: It's the idolization of idolizing a person so much to
- 49:02Speaker 3: where you're just like, oh my goodness, or just no,
- 49:05Speaker 3: fuck all that idolize the shit me.
- 49:07Speaker 4: I look like, all right, let me give you this ring.
- 49:11Speaker 4: It's tight, cause I think that looks nice. I think
- 49:13Speaker 4: I love that for you.
- 49:15Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, Like, get into the heart
- 49:18Speaker 3: of a person before you start making decisions for a
- 49:20Speaker 3: person soul or trying to claim a person soul or
- 49:23Speaker 3: trying to do stuff that you don't. You don't it
- 49:25Speaker 3: doesn't fit you. You gotta be a person of solace.
- 49:30Speaker 3: You know what that word means. Okay, you have to
- 49:32Speaker 3: be a solace. It's basically piece, your piece, whatever your
- 49:39Speaker 3: piece is, when you find solace in something like I
- 49:43Speaker 3: find solace in the Bible, I find solace in this,
- 49:45Speaker 3: or I find solace in music. I'm finding my piece
- 49:48Speaker 3: in something. Anti disestablishmentarianisms, that's what I'm into. Do you
- 49:52Speaker 3: know what that means.
