- Sue: I'm speaking this morning about the routines that we adopt and adapt to in our lives that at some point are broken, whether we voluntarily break them, or whether the device breaks and there's no replacement, or whether it just seems to be no longer a part of your daily routine and you just stop using a perfectly good machine. All of those little decisions about how the our day routine goes can be impacted. when that particular micro routine of making coffee or turning on the television or checking the weather, etcetera, through machine technology are impacted and it can throw us for a loop, can't it? Temporarily. Wanna get back into the routine after all. And it's that adherence to the mindset of always knowing where your center is, where your balance is, where you're comfortable, that is such a subtle, innate motivation for the direction of your life. can get easily corrupted because it's so close to us that we don't see it in its shadow. And then all of a sudden that particular routine becomes anathema or an illness or a broken tool or not having the money to replace the broken tool. And all of these energies in life that impact our physical life and it also affects our spiritual life because it brings us down. It's a diversion from what you wanna be, which is to be Sort of in the groove life wise. And the people that thrive on making chaos and upset and flittering about without, say, headless chicken kind of manner, and say that they're joyous and happy, well clearly they're not. I'm not making a judging statement. I'm just making the comment that we we innately see people that are in the groove and innately see people that aren't in the groove. That's the vernacular I'm using this morning. Because When one of those routines gets upset, it takes us time to sort of recalibrate what our routine becomes. And that's actually growth. It's the ability to adapt and move on, to recognize that sometimes you gotta go through all of that is happening in your life, mind, body, and spirit, and get just purge. Get rid of what doesn't serve you. Without any doubt, with the pureness of your goodness and happiness and calmness and peace, Foremost and move forward from there. Sometimes life has a way of getting rid of those obstacles, and you have no other choice than to move forward with yourself. And ridding yourself of the judgment because it's not your place to judge, because you're not in charge. That there is always the opportunity to learn more about yourself, and once you do that and come at peace within, it shines out of you. You can't suppress it. And therefore it means that there's no more room for anything that isn't you. And that's not in a self-centered way, because when people share that, and believe me, there are a ton of us who do, we find one another. And those are the communities, those are the relationships that we build, whether they're blood relationships or not. Because we also understand the value of being able to stand solo and live solo. And know that when we do come together, we're complementing and growing because the mass that each of us carries is double when we're together. And then all of a sudden we start doing stuff together and there's another mass. So it becomes greater than itself when a group of people come together as a community who may share the understanding of how important it is to love yourself and to be at balance and peace with yourself first. If you choose to be religious, if you choose to do it within a set community, so be it. That's not what I'm chatting about. It's just simply the mindset. And that ultimately we all start as it always has been. We are all created equal. End of story. Anything that's not happening that's positive for you doesn't really need to stay in your life. How you get it out of your life is your choice. Mine is to start thinking in a manner that is best for me and that is to be doing the stuff that I love to do. Such that when a routine gets put out of whack, the day still has to go on and get done. The short story for me is I get up, I deal with the dog, I take care of myself, I make content, I work a job, I work my own business, and then I take care of whatever has to be taken care of that day for the house or myself and love the fact that come the evening at this time of the year in America, I get to watch baseball, make music. Whether or not I interact with people live and in person, I don't know. Who cares? That's my vibe. And I worked hard to get to that place and I'm really grateful to be in this place as well. ⁓ yeah, I'm effusive in expressing my gratitude every time I turn on the water, every time I go outside, every time I make any sort of utterance, I'm grateful for that, for the air in my lungs, and the opportunity To enjoy so many first moments of each and every day. Most of them I don't talk about 'cause frankly, you know what I'm talking about as it relates to your life. It's a very interesting place to watch others come to the re the revelation or their own end of the research to understand that many times the technology in our life, which was de regure for what we did professionally, has outlived its purpose. It all flows through all of us. We don't hold on to it. It's not our thoughts, but it is our self love. Ten o' one on the clock. I considered a balance, a book match. Balance. In my world, through the eyes of my late husband, a woodworker, a book match bit of wood in its adornment, in a bit of furniture or whatever useful object he would create was a sign of utter reverence for mother nature because it enabled him to cut that bit of wood open. And see something that no one else had ever seen before. What a first moment. That's how mundane my life is. So with that said, the moral of the story that I'm telling today to myself on my personal blog of my own opinions is don't hold on too tight to your routines. They still don't belong to you. And like the universe, it best flows through you. Grab on what you need at that moment. And use it and make it your own, create with it, but otherwise just admire that all of that that's going through you is everything. Thanks for listening anyway. And I really hope this gave you a good giggle.
