- 0:00Speaker 1: The Daily Mail headline was Gilaine a victim? Judge questions
- 0:06Speaker 1: if Jeffrey Epstein's madam was victimized by the pedophile as
- 0:10Speaker 1: she presides over the legal battle to release deposition containing
- 0:15Speaker 1: details of Maxwell's sex life author Daniel Bates. So that's
- 0:22Speaker 1: a pretty big statement to make in the courtroom, right,
- 0:26Speaker 1: and you know that Gelaine Maxwell's lawyers are going to
- 0:29Speaker 1: latch onto that. So I wonder what Rosemary Pooler's strategy
- 0:35Speaker 1: was with a statement such as that. I think anyone
- 0:40Speaker 1: who has followed this case, anyone who has looked at
- 0:43Speaker 1: the evidence that's been provided, heard from the survivors themselves
- 0:48Speaker 1: about the behavior of Gilaine Maxwell, I don't know how
- 0:51Speaker 1: anyone can come away from that thinking that Gelaine Maxwell
- 0:55Speaker 1: is a victim. She wasn't some child who was purchased
- 0:59Speaker 1: by Jeffrey Epstein. She wasn't some little girl who was
- 1:03Speaker 1: brought into Jeffrey Epstein's embrace and taught this behavior. She
- 1:11Speaker 1: was matched up with Jeffrey Epstein, not in a lover sense,
- 1:16Speaker 1: but matched up by her father and her father's handlers
- 1:19Speaker 1: to get this blackmail operation off the ground. So if
- 1:23Speaker 1: you think I'm going to go along with her being
- 1:26Speaker 1: called a victim. You are insane. There is no way
- 1:30Speaker 1: that that is going to occur. And I'll tell you what.
- 1:34Speaker 1: We're going to address that right here and right now.
- 1:39Speaker 1: A Federal Appeal Court judge today questioned whether Gilene Maxwell
- 1:43Speaker 1: may be a victim of Jeffrey Epstein. Judge Rosemarie Pooler
- 1:47Speaker 1: appeared to suggest that Epstein may have taken advantage of
- 1:50Speaker 1: the woman who was accused of being his chief recruiter. Yeah,
- 1:55Speaker 1: that's just incorrect. It's an incorrect line of thought. It's
- 1:59Speaker 1: a silly state to make in court. And all Rosemary
- 2:03Speaker 1: Pooler would have to do is talk to her clerks,
- 2:06Speaker 1: maybe do a Google search for herself and see what
- 2:10Speaker 1: sort of serpent Gelaan Maxwell. Is. The fact that this
- 2:14Speaker 1: judged again kind of off topic, but not really. These
- 2:19Speaker 1: judges are all like in their eighties and shit, by
- 2:21Speaker 1: the way, what is going on with that? But the
- 2:25Speaker 1: fact that this lady, this eighty year old judge, would
- 2:28Speaker 1: have the audacity to even ask that question in open court,
- 2:33Speaker 1: just drop my jaw. I mean, that's not even what
- 2:38Speaker 1: you guys are here for right now. You're here to
- 2:40Speaker 1: the appeal for the documentation of the depositions, So I
- 2:47Speaker 1: don't even you know, I honestly have no idea what
- 2:51Speaker 1: Rosemary Pooler's line of thought was when she blurted that out.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Maybe she has a touch of turets that were not
- 2:57Speaker 1: aware of the curious comment. And it took place in
- 3:00Speaker 1: a hearing hell today to decide whether to release a
- 3:03Speaker 1: deposition given by Maxwell about her sex life as part
- 3:07Speaker 1: of the civil libel case brought against her. And again,
- 3:12Speaker 1: there is no evidence that points to Guile and Maxwell
- 3:16Speaker 1: being a victim of Jeffrey Epstein. Here, none, zero, zilch, nothing.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Just because you're a female and you're in cahoots with
- 3:25Speaker 1: somebody like Epstein, that doesn't mean when you get caught
- 3:28Speaker 1: you can just say, oh, well I was a victim too,
- 3:31Speaker 1: without any evidence proving that. And my friends, we have
- 3:35Speaker 1: no evidence that proves that. What we have her statement
- 3:37Speaker 1: saying that we have some people making some sort of speculation,
- 3:41Speaker 1: but there is zero evidence. You look at all of
- 3:43Speaker 1: the survivors who have come forward, you look at what
- 3:46Speaker 1: people have said about what happened to them at her hands,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and I find it very very hard to believe that
- 3:55Speaker 1: this lady was anything besides a leader of this Criminal Enterprise.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Judge Pooler brought up the investigation done by journalist Julie
- 4:07Speaker 1: Brown and the Miami Herald in the twenty eighteen that
- 4:10Speaker 1: led to Epstein's arrest. She said she respected the paper's reporting.
- 4:16Speaker 1: She added that it's reporting led to some important work
- 4:19Speaker 1: in the protection of young female victims. But miss Maxwell
- 4:22Speaker 1: may be a victim as well, isn't that true? And
- 4:25Speaker 1: when she said it, I was like, huh. I looked
- 4:28Speaker 1: over at my girlfriend and I was like, did she
- 4:29Speaker 1: really just say that? And yeah, she really did. So Again,
- 4:33Speaker 1: I honestly think that Judge Pooler really doesn't know anything
- 4:38Speaker 1: about this case. And that's crazy to think, right that
- 4:42Speaker 1: this judge who was hearing this case should have every
- 4:46Speaker 1: single bit of it locked down. But to ask a
- 4:49Speaker 1: question like that is just absurd in my opinion. You
- 4:53Speaker 1: notice none of the other judges, the other two judges,
- 4:55Speaker 1: jumped on board with that, right, None of them followed
- 4:58Speaker 1: up with that, none of them tried to dig deeper
- 5:00Speaker 1: with that. So I don't Again, I don't really know
- 5:03Speaker 1: what Pooler's up to here. I don't know what she
- 5:06Speaker 1: was thinking. But out of all of the judges that
- 5:10Speaker 1: were hearing the arguments. Pooler seemed to be the most
- 5:16Speaker 1: what's the word I'm looking for, aggressive, right, confrontational with
- 5:21Speaker 1: the attorneys, and she was. She always seemed to have
- 5:26Speaker 1: an extra question, and her line of questioning, even during
- 5:30Speaker 1: the I'm hearing, was kind of confusing. I mean, I look,
- 5:35Speaker 1: I don't I've never read anything from Judge Pooler before.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I don't really know who she is or anything like that,
- 5:41Speaker 1: but she kind of seemed like a someone who, like,
- 5:46Speaker 1: you know, you have like a grandmother or an older
- 5:48Speaker 1: lady in your community who always forgets where she puts
- 5:51Speaker 1: her keys. That's kind of what Judge Judge Pooler seemed
- 5:55Speaker 1: like to me during this case. It was just it
- 5:57Speaker 1: was just weird. Her line of questioning, everything about Judge
- 6:00Speaker 1: pool seemed just weird. Christine Walls, a lawyer for The Herald,
- 6:05Speaker 1: told the Court of Appeal for the Second Circuit in
- 6:07Speaker 1: New York, we do not believe that is true. So
- 6:11Speaker 1: Christine Walls, the lawyer for the Miami Herald, challenged Judge
- 6:15Speaker 1: Pooler's assertion that Elaine Maxwell was a victim and says
- 6:19Speaker 1: that we do not believe that that is true. And
- 6:22Speaker 1: when she says we, I'm pretty sure she speaks for
- 6:24Speaker 1: all of us and for everyone involved. I mean, there's
- 6:29Speaker 1: no way that you can look at what has been
- 6:31Speaker 1: compiled as far as evidence and think Elaine Maxwell was
- 6:36Speaker 1: anything but a predator. The deposition in question is part
- 6:42Speaker 1: of a thousand, part of thousands of files that are
- 6:45Speaker 1: gradually being made public as part of a defamation case
- 6:48Speaker 1: brought against Maxwell by Virginia Roberts. Roberts, perhaps the most
- 6:53Speaker 1: well known of Epstein's victims, claims she was forced to
- 6:56Speaker 1: have sex with Prince Andrew, an allegation he denies, and
- 7:00Speaker 1: that Maxwell groomed her. So again with the Prince Andrew
- 7:04Speaker 1: aka the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, This dude
- 7:09Speaker 1: has done nothing but lie. We've seen the pictures, we
- 7:12Speaker 1: know the story. So again, how can anyone believe anything
- 7:20Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew mutters out of his mouth at this point,
- 7:23Speaker 1: It's just absurd to think that anyone would believe that
- 7:28Speaker 1: loose ass Swiss cheese defense that he came with. Maxwell
- 7:34Speaker 1: settled the defamation case in twenty seventeen, but media organizations
- 7:39Speaker 1: applied to have the documents in the case made public,
- 7:42Speaker 1: and they are being released on a rolling basis. Maxwell
- 7:46Speaker 1: fifty eight, is currently in jail awaiting trial on separate
- 7:49Speaker 1: criminal charges that she lured girls as young as fourteen
- 7:52Speaker 1: to Epstein to abuse between nineteen ninety four and nineteen
- 7:56Speaker 1: ninety seven. She is also charged with perjury related to
- 8:01Speaker 1: a twenty sixteen deposition taken in the defamation case. So
- 8:07Speaker 1: as in regards to the documents, we should be seeing
- 8:12Speaker 1: another dump relatively soon, would be my guess. So it
- 8:17Speaker 1: looks like there's like a two month there's gonna be
- 8:19Speaker 1: like a two month gap between each dump. So anytime,
- 8:23Speaker 1: I would say in the next month or two, we
- 8:24Speaker 1: should see more of those documents come out. I'm not
- 8:28Speaker 1: sure which ones they will be. That'll be up to
- 8:30Speaker 1: PRESCA and the lawyers, but we should definitely expect more
- 8:35Speaker 1: of that pretty soon. During a hearing at the Second Circuit,
- 8:41Speaker 1: Walls was questioned by Judge Pooler after making her case
- 8:44Speaker 1: for the deposition to be unsealed. Judge Pooler, who has
- 8:48Speaker 1: served on the Second Circuit since nineteen ninety eight, said
- 8:51Speaker 1: I'm very impressed with the work that Julie Brown and
- 8:54Speaker 1: the Miami Herald have done in this case. Yeah, look,
- 8:57Speaker 1: you gotta give it up to Miami herald for chasing
- 9:00Speaker 1: the case down. Now, were their intentions to bring justice
- 9:04Speaker 1: to these survivors. I have my doubts about that. If
- 9:07Speaker 1: that was the case, they would have done it a
- 9:09Speaker 1: long time ago before Acosta was in office, right, But
- 9:13Speaker 1: it's all about the results for me. The motivation at
- 9:15Speaker 1: the end of the day doesn't really matter. It helped
- 9:18Speaker 1: kick things into gear and where we're at now because
- 9:22Speaker 1: of the outrage of the public. So I think that
- 9:25Speaker 1: the judge should have probably gave some credit to you
- 9:29Speaker 1: folks out there as opposed to Julie Brown, Right. I mean,
- 9:33Speaker 1: you're the ones who are going crazy on a regular basis.
- 9:35Speaker 1: You're the ones who are downloading these articles, You're the
- 9:38Speaker 1: ones who are downloading these podcasts, and you're the ones
- 9:40Speaker 1: who are demanding change. In fact, they led to some
- 9:47Speaker 1: important work in the protection of young females, female victims.
- 9:51Speaker 1: But miss Maxwell may be a victim as well, isn't
- 9:53Speaker 1: that true? And again I don't mean to keep rehashing that,
- 9:57Speaker 1: but there is just no way, hey, that Maxwell was
- 10:01Speaker 1: a victim in this. I just don't see it. And
- 10:03Speaker 1: if you have evidence out there, or you have a
- 10:06Speaker 1: line of thinking that would lead me somewhere else. I'd
- 10:08Speaker 1: love to see it. Right, As I always say, I
- 10:10Speaker 1: follow the evidence wherever the evidence leads me. That's where
- 10:13Speaker 1: I go. I'm not here for any sort of political
- 10:16Speaker 1: hit jobs. I'm not here for any of that bs.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I am here to follow this evidence to wherever the
- 10:22Speaker 1: destination takes us. And I'll tell you what, I don't
- 10:27Speaker 1: care who gets caught up in this shit. If you
- 10:30Speaker 1: were involved in this, if you were enabling this, you
- 10:32Speaker 1: were helping out, you were financially involved, I want you
- 10:36Speaker 1: to pay the price, point blank, period, no in between. Know.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Oh well, these might be my faves. Like Nancy Pelosi's
- 10:44Speaker 1: daughter said, I want all of them, all of them
- 10:51Speaker 1: to face penalties for their behavior. Wall said, we do
- 10:58Speaker 1: not believe that that is true, but whether miss Maxwell
- 11:02Speaker 1: is a victim or not is irrelevant to whether the
- 11:04Speaker 1: documents at issue should be released here. And I thought
- 11:08Speaker 1: the question again, Bipooler was odd it. You know, Walls
- 11:12Speaker 1: wasn't ready for that kind of question. I don't think
- 11:14Speaker 1: anybody in the courtroom or the world was ready for
- 11:18Speaker 1: that kind of comment from the judge. Right during the hearing,
- 11:22Speaker 1: Maxwell's attorney Adam Mueller said that the release of a
- 11:26Speaker 1: document so central to one of prosecutors six charges in
- 11:29Speaker 1: her criminal case could prejudice, could prejudice a jury and
- 11:34Speaker 1: jeopardize her right to a fair trial. Yeah, I don't
- 11:37Speaker 1: buy that. Sorry, this is their two separate incidents. Look,
- 11:42Speaker 1: how can you just automatically assume that the jury pool
- 11:45Speaker 1: is going to be tainted. Don't you have to go
- 11:48Speaker 1: through selection first. Don't you have to go through all
- 11:50Speaker 1: of the steps before you can just say and speculate, well,
- 11:54Speaker 1: the jury pool is going to be tainted. She can't
- 11:56Speaker 1: get a fair trial. If Scott Peterson get a trial,
- 12:01Speaker 1: if that guy who killed Shanan Watt got a trial,
- 12:07Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure that we can find twelve jurors to
- 12:10Speaker 1: sit down and try Gilaine Maxwell. Okay. Mueller said the
- 12:17Speaker 1: deposition should never have been filed to the case, and
- 12:20Speaker 1: the arguments for releasing it don't pass Muster. Judge jose
- 12:24Speaker 1: Cabranis said that in the deposition Maxwell refused to answer
- 12:28Speaker 1: questions about consensual sexual activities involving adults. Isn't that accurate?
- 12:35Speaker 1: Mueller said, some of the questions we declined to answer,
- 12:38Speaker 1: but there were questions and answers given. Yeah, of course, Look,
- 12:43Speaker 1: there's a lot of questions asked and a lot of
- 12:45Speaker 1: questions answered in that deposition. What did she sit there
- 12:48Speaker 1: for eight hours? I am sure that the lawyers had
- 12:52Speaker 1: a pretty specific line of questioning, and I'm pretty sure
- 12:57Speaker 1: that Maxwell was very and I'm also pretty sure that
- 13:03Speaker 1: Maxwell was playing it close to the vest. Now, Remember
- 13:07Speaker 1: she's getting she's been charged with perjury, so she obviously
- 13:10Speaker 1: lied during these depositions in the eyes of the prosecutors.
- 13:14Speaker 1: So you would think that all of her statements should
- 13:22Speaker 1: be questioned, every single one of them in those depositions,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and they should all be gone through with a fine
- 13:27Speaker 1: tooth comb. If she lied anywhere else, she gets hit
- 13:30Speaker 1: with another charge of perjury, just like you or I would.
- 13:36Speaker 1: He cited two parts of the deposition which he said
- 13:39Speaker 1: showed there was affirmative testimony about intimate matters. Mueller said,
- 13:46Speaker 1: there are cases where our client answers no to questions
- 13:49Speaker 1: asking for intimate information, and the denial of having engaged
- 13:53Speaker 1: in certain intimate conduct is as revealing about intimate behavior
- 13:58Speaker 1: as an admission to doing that comment. So basically, again
- 14:02Speaker 1: it's technicalities here, loopholes. It's not that Gilain Maxwell didn't
- 14:06Speaker 1: do any of this shit. It's not that Gilayn Maxwell
- 14:09Speaker 1: isn't guilty. It's that they think they have some technicalities
- 14:12Speaker 1: and some loopholes here to manage that they can navigate
- 14:15Speaker 1: the laws put put into place by their good friends
- 14:18Speaker 1: in Congress. So they're going to use those loopholes. They're
- 14:24Speaker 1: going to navigate those technicalities, and that is how they
- 14:29Speaker 1: will try and get this lady off. To the extent
- 14:36Speaker 1: there was I don't remember answers or I'm not going
- 14:39Speaker 1: to answer or know the questions themselves. These were leading
- 14:43Speaker 1: questions that presuppose an answer and presuppose as evidentiary basis
- 14:48Speaker 1: for the answer. The questions themselves were problematic whatever, Okay,
- 14:55Speaker 1: the questions themselves were problematic. You know it was problematic.
- 14:59Speaker 1: You're procuring, grooming, and abusing girls for decades. That's problematic. Okay,
- 15:05Speaker 1: So take your technicalities and shove them, sir. It's akin
- 15:11Speaker 1: to a when did you stop beating your wife type question,
- 15:14Speaker 1: and there are lots of examples of that throughout the deposition. Well,
- 15:18Speaker 1: the answer is there might not have been wife beating
- 15:21Speaker 1: going on, but the real question should have been when
- 15:23Speaker 1: did your client stop molesting little girls? That's the real question.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Judge Cabranis asked, is it fair to say your client
- 15:32Speaker 1: did not deny knowledge of any activity involving underage minors
- 15:37Speaker 1: or did she? Mueller said, I'm hesitant to answer the
- 15:40Speaker 1: question only because at the moment the deposition is sealed,
- 15:44Speaker 1: I can try to speak in generalities to avoid revealing
- 15:48Speaker 1: something that is for the moment sealed. Again, he's trying
- 15:51Speaker 1: to talk circles around it. He knows that there's the
- 15:56Speaker 1: judge knows the deal, and he knows that the judge
- 15:58Speaker 1: has the information. But this lawyer, like usual, is doing
- 16:03Speaker 1: his best to okie doke. He doesn't want to answer
- 16:07Speaker 1: that question because he knows that there is damning information
- 16:11Speaker 1: inside of those sealed documents, and that is why they're
- 16:15Speaker 1: fighting tooth and nail to stop their release. Maxwell's lawyers
- 16:22Speaker 1: have previously said the deposition concerns attempts to compel miss
- 16:25Speaker 1: Maxwell to answer intrusive questions about her sex life. Well,
- 16:29Speaker 1: you were under oath, you were being there was a deposition, okay,
- 16:33Speaker 1: because you were being sued. All of your secrets, all
- 16:37Speaker 1: your privacy, that goes out the window when you get
- 16:39Speaker 1: yourself in a situation like this, you want to be
- 16:42Speaker 1: a private person, Well, don't be an asshole. They have
- 16:49Speaker 1: called the questioning extremely personal, confidential and subject to considerable
- 16:53Speaker 1: abuse by the media. It's always the media, the media,
- 16:56Speaker 1: the media. Oh, it's everybody else's fault. No, it's your fault. Okay,
- 17:03Speaker 1: you're the one who did the things that are explained
- 17:05Speaker 1: in this deposition, nobody else. So you can't be mad
- 17:09Speaker 1: when you get caught and the world wants to know
- 17:13Speaker 1: the details. That's how it works. The three Appeal Court
- 17:19Speaker 1: judges reserve judgment on unsealing the deposition. The next batch
- 17:23Speaker 1: of documents to be made public will involve two figures
- 17:26Speaker 1: only identified as John Doe one and two, who have
- 17:30Speaker 1: requested that their names be removed. The first batch were
- 17:33Speaker 1: unsealed last August, and in them, Roberts named the slew
- 17:37Speaker 1: of famous men who were allegedly involved in the abuse
- 17:40Speaker 1: of girls by Epstein. So again it was August, Yeah,
- 17:44Speaker 1: I would say, I would say by next month, maybe December,
- 17:48Speaker 1: we should have another dump and another tranch of files
- 17:52Speaker 1: for us to dig through. They included former US Senate
- 17:57Speaker 1: Majority leader George Mitchell, Epstein's Atorney Alan Dershowitz, billionaire financier
- 18:03Speaker 1: Glenn Dubin, former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson, the late
- 18:07Speaker 1: MIT scientist Marvin Minsky, and modeling agent Jean Luke Brunel.
- 18:15Speaker 1: And then in this article they also have a link
- 18:18Speaker 1: to the email that Geelan Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were
- 18:24Speaker 1: talking to each other with that came out during the
- 18:27Speaker 1: first arraignment. So we've covered that. I'm not going to
- 18:30Speaker 1: read that again, We'll pass that. In the message, Maxwell
- 18:34Speaker 1: urged Epstein to go public about a British girlfriend of
- 18:38Speaker 1: his in an apparent attempt to discredit the allegations against him,
- 18:41Speaker 1: and that's talking about the email. So he he obviously
- 18:49Speaker 1: and him and Geilan Maxwell obviously were trying to work
- 18:54Speaker 1: it out so that Maxwell could come back out into
- 18:57Speaker 1: public life to try and have Jeffrey Epstein massaged the
- 19:01Speaker 1: situation for her and have Epstein's girlfriend at the time,
- 19:05Speaker 1: who was Shelley Lewis aka Chocolate Souse, come out and
- 19:11Speaker 1: say that they were together to try and get to
- 19:15Speaker 1: try and get it look to look like Maxwell had
- 19:17Speaker 1: no involvement in this, and that email emerged during the arraignment,
- 19:21Speaker 1: so we covered that when it happened, But you know what,
- 19:24Speaker 1: let's just read it again real quick so we have
- 19:25Speaker 1: a little more context. What the hell? Since Je was
- 19:28Speaker 1: charged in two thousand and seven for solicitation of a prostitute,
- 19:32Speaker 1: I have been the target of outright lies, innuendo, slander, defamation,
- 19:36Speaker 1: and silacious gossip and harassment, headlines made up of quotes.
- 19:41Speaker 1: I have never given statements. I have never made trips
- 19:44Speaker 1: with people to places. I have never been holidays with people.
- 19:48Speaker 1: I have never met, false allegations of impropriety and offensive
- 19:52Speaker 1: behavior that I abhor, and have never ever been party
- 19:55Speaker 1: to witness to events that I have never seen living
- 19:58Speaker 1: off trust funds that I have never had, party to,
- 20:01Speaker 1: stories that have changed materially, both in time, place, and
- 20:04Speaker 1: event depending on what paper you read, and the list
- 20:07Speaker 1: goes on. I have never been a party in any
- 20:11Speaker 1: criminal action pertaining to Je. For the record, at the
- 20:16Speaker 1: time of Jeffrey's plea, I was in a very long term,
- 20:19Speaker 1: committed relationship with another man and no longer working for Jeffrey.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Whilst I remained on friendly terms with him up until
- 20:26Speaker 1: his plea, I have had limited contacts since. So you're
- 20:30Speaker 1: a liar, all right, we know you're a liar. And
- 20:32Speaker 1: the guy she was with at the time was Tom Waits,
- 20:35Speaker 1: another Clinton friend, another big time friend of the Clintons.
- 20:43Speaker 1: The latest hearing came as The New York Daily News
- 20:45Speaker 1: reported that lawyers for Epstein and Maxwell's alleged survivors tried
- 20:50Speaker 1: to get the same prosecutors who brought charges against them
- 20:53Speaker 1: to do so. Back in twenty and sixteen, David Boyce,
- 20:57Speaker 1: who represents Roberts among other Epstein survivors, pleaded with Amanda Kramer,
- 21:02Speaker 1: the top human trafficking prosecutor in the Southern District of
- 21:05Speaker 1: New York four years ago. And remember I just did
- 21:08Speaker 1: an article on that, and I've had a problem with
- 21:12Speaker 1: Braha Haaharahra for a very long time, and Amanda Kramer
- 21:16Speaker 1: is no better. The SDNY up until recently was an
- 21:20Speaker 1: absolute dumpster fire, a shit show, a joke, And they're
- 21:26Speaker 1: starting to crawl their way out of that hole now
- 21:29Speaker 1: by prosecuting this case correctly. But look, I have no
- 21:33Speaker 1: faith in people like Amanda Kramer or Preet or any
- 21:38Speaker 1: of these people who were around for years and years
- 21:41Speaker 1: and years and didn't lift a finger to stop this shit.
- 21:48Speaker 1: He said that he could establish beyond any reasonable doubt
- 21:51Speaker 1: that there was a massive sex trafficking ring going on,
- 21:54Speaker 1: but Kramer balked. She reportedly said that this has already
- 21:57Speaker 1: been looked into, referring to the two thousand and seven
- 22:00Speaker 1: plea deal Epstein reached with federal prosecutors in Florida. And
- 22:04Speaker 1: it all goes back to that plea deal. That's the
- 22:07Speaker 1: one biggest slap in the face, f you to everybody
- 22:10Speaker 1: in this whole entire six swordid ordeal. And that's the
- 22:14Speaker 1: plea deal. If that thing would go away, if that
- 22:16Speaker 1: thing never was given to them, we'd have a whole
- 22:20Speaker 1: different conversation right now. But that plea deal is the
- 22:24Speaker 1: stick in the mud. Under that sweetheart arrangement. Epstein served
- 22:30Speaker 1: just fifteen months in jail. But Kramer was apparently reticent
- 22:34Speaker 1: about second guessing the work of her colleagues in Florida. Yeah,
- 22:37Speaker 1: because they do such good work down there in Florida. Huh,
- 22:40Speaker 1: such fantastic work that you should never question your colleague's work.
- 22:44Speaker 1: What kind of nonsense is that? What sort of bullshit
- 22:47Speaker 1: unwritten rule is that if I have a colleague at
- 22:49Speaker 1: work and they do something wrong, you better believe I'm
- 22:52Speaker 1: going to question it and call it out Because it's
- 22:54Speaker 1: going to make the rest of our lives miserable. It
- 23:00Speaker 1: was not until the Miami Heralds report in twenty eighteen
- 23:03Speaker 1: that Epstein was finally arrested by prosecutors in the Southern
- 23:07Speaker 1: District of New York in July twenty nineteen. Epstein hanged
- 23:12Speaker 1: himself weeks later, allegedly while awaiting trial, and Maxwell was
- 23:16Speaker 1: arrested in July this year, almost a year to the
- 23:19Speaker 1: day that Epstein was apprehended. She denies all allegations against
- 23:23Speaker 1: her and is due to stand trial next summer. Well, look,
- 23:29Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure that most of you, if not all
- 23:31Speaker 1: of you out there, agree that there is zero chance
- 23:34Speaker 1: that Gilaine Maxwell is a victim, and there is zero
- 23:39Speaker 1: chance that we're not going to blow that narrative out
- 23:43Speaker 1: of the water around these parts, because, folks, it is
- 23:47Speaker 1: rather obvious that Gelaine Maxwell held a leadership role side
- 23:54Speaker 1: by side with Jeffrey Epstein for decades. If you'd like
- 23:59Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuci
- 24:01Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bby c ap you
- 24:06Speaker 1: Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me
- 24:10Speaker 1: on Twitter at Bobby underscore c ap You cci at end.
- 24:16Speaker 1: All of the links that go with this episode can
- 24:18Speaker 1: be found in the description box. All right, everybody, so,
- 24:23Speaker 1: this article, like I said, is from law on crime
- 24:25Speaker 1: dot com. The author is Aaron Keller and the headline
- 24:30Speaker 1: secret Jeffrey Epstein documents have been released by court order.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Read them all here. So obviously I'll post this link
- 24:38Speaker 1: in the description box, And if you have not checked
- 24:41Speaker 1: out the documents for yourself yet, make sure that you
- 24:45Speaker 1: hit this article and you do a quick scan for
- 24:48Speaker 1: yourself or a deep dive or whatever it is you
- 24:51Speaker 1: might be. Either way, you will have access to these
- 24:54Speaker 1: documents so you can read them for yourself, and that
- 24:58Speaker 1: link will be posted with with all of the other
- 25:01Speaker 1: links inside of the description box. A heart excuse me.
- 25:07Speaker 1: A hard fought court battle by alleged groomer, an enabler,
- 25:11Speaker 1: co conspirator, fellow scumbag child abuser Gilean Maxwell has failed,
- 25:17Speaker 1: and a cash of forty seven previously secret court records
- 25:21Speaker 1: pertaining to Maxwell's involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged
- 25:25Speaker 1: survivors has been released. And remember what Judge Presca said,
- 25:30Speaker 1: These are going to be coming out in a rolling manner.
- 25:33Speaker 1: These are not the only documents that are coming out,
- 25:36Speaker 1: so they have other batches that they're going to be
- 25:39Speaker 1: releasing as well. And so this, this cash here is
- 25:46Speaker 1: the opening salvo, right, the first of many. Remember the
- 25:50Speaker 1: first dump had over two thousand pages, and I expect
- 25:54Speaker 1: when all is said and done, that we get to
- 25:57Speaker 1: a number that exceeds that, or at the very least
- 26:00Speaker 1: equals it. So remember these are not all of the
- 26:05Speaker 1: documents that we're going to see at some point, but
- 26:08Speaker 1: this is just the opening salvo. The combined documents contain
- 26:13Speaker 1: six hundred and thirty eight pages in total by our count.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Long Crime downloaded all of the documents from PACER, the
- 26:20Speaker 1: Electronic Repository of Federal Court records, when they were released
- 26:24Speaker 1: on Thursday night, and again that link will be in
- 26:27Speaker 1: this article so that you can go and check these
- 26:29Speaker 1: out yourself. Right. There's some interesting stuff in there, especially
- 26:33Speaker 1: for those of you who have not been following this
- 26:35Speaker 1: case for a long time, or for those of you
- 26:37Speaker 1: who might be confused about some of the statements made
- 26:41Speaker 1: or comments and depositions that people refer to. This is
- 26:45Speaker 1: more of a resource for you to fall back on
- 26:48Speaker 1: and find the answers right from the sources themselves, the
- 26:52Speaker 1: survivors in this case Virginia, etc. As opposed to getting
- 26:57Speaker 1: it at second or third hand, right, And it's always
- 27:01Speaker 1: what I suggest to do. Always, if it's possible, go
- 27:05Speaker 1: directly to the source, because then you don't have to
- 27:09Speaker 1: worry about things being missing, people omitting things, or anything
- 27:13Speaker 1: like that. You're getting it raw and unadult traded from
- 27:17Speaker 1: the person who lived it. So that's why I think
- 27:20Speaker 1: that these court documents are a big deal. And it
- 27:23Speaker 1: also provides weight behind the allegations that are made because
- 27:29Speaker 1: these aren't just made. These allegations and these depositions aren't
- 27:34Speaker 1: done in a vacuum, right, this is under oath with
- 27:37Speaker 1: the threat of perjury hanging over your head, as we
- 27:39Speaker 1: see Gielan Maxwell suffering from perjuring herself in these very documents.
- 27:46Speaker 1: So it's a big deal and it adds enormous weight
- 27:50Speaker 1: to the allegations in my opinion. Electronic searches of the
- 27:56Speaker 1: documents came up blank for the words Trump and Clinton.
- 27:59Speaker 1: How However, the names of both presidents do appear in
- 28:02Speaker 1: the documents. The names are just not easy to find.
- 28:05Speaker 1: The Mara a Lago Club has mentioned dozens of times
- 28:08Speaker 1: as are Great Britain's Prince Andrew aka the Joe, exotic
- 28:13Speaker 1: of the Windsor family, and former Harvard Law School professor
- 28:17Speaker 1: Alan I kept my underpants on Dirty Dershowitz, that filthy rat,
- 28:24Speaker 1: son of a bitch. He is the worst of the worst,
- 28:27Speaker 1: in my opinion. This is a man that was integral
- 28:30Speaker 1: in getting the plea deal for Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile, he
- 28:35Speaker 1: was under allegations himself of abusing Virginia, the same person
- 28:41Speaker 1: that the plea deal is going to basically screw over.
- 28:46Speaker 1: It's just none of it is right. And the fact
- 28:49Speaker 1: that Alan Dershowitz has not really been put on blast
- 28:53Speaker 1: by the legacy media is disgusting to me. And I
- 28:58Speaker 1: guess you could probably tell by the way I comment
- 29:01Speaker 1: on this man or excuse of a man, whenever he's
- 29:05Speaker 1: brought up in an article, would let you know just
- 29:08Speaker 1: exactly how I feel about him and how I feel
- 29:11Speaker 1: about the role he played within this whole entire thing.
- 29:15Speaker 1: In one deposition, Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts said Epstein himself
- 29:20Speaker 1: is the one who took the widely publicized photo of
- 29:22Speaker 1: herself with Prince Andrew aka the Joe, exotic of the
- 29:26Speaker 1: Windsor family. Epstein used Robert's own Koda camera. She said,
- 29:32Speaker 1: and we obviously we've heard that before for those of
- 29:35Speaker 1: us who have been following it. And again, remember, like
- 29:38Speaker 1: I said, we don't know what's in these documents. We
- 29:41Speaker 1: don't know if there's going to be any bombshells. But
- 29:43Speaker 1: I was I'm operating under the suspicion that there is
- 29:47Speaker 1: not going to be anything in these six hundred and
- 29:50Speaker 1: thirty eight pages that is absolutely earth shattering. I think
- 29:54Speaker 1: within those depositions, however, I think that's where you're going
- 29:57Speaker 1: to find a lot of meat and potatoes. Here Roberts
- 30:02Speaker 1: mentions Clinton and other famous people on Epstein's plane. The
- 30:05Speaker 1: snippet attached here is from page one forty five of
- 30:08Speaker 1: the combined document JS. I want to deal with things
- 30:13Speaker 1: separately in order to respect some of the reservations that
- 30:16Speaker 1: you have. So I'm going to ask you who the
- 30:19Speaker 1: people were that you remember flying with Jeffrey on his
- 30:22Speaker 1: plane when you were personally present, without regard to whether
- 30:25Speaker 1: there was any sexual activity that occurred on the plane
- 30:29Speaker 1: or not. So I'm not asking you to implicate any
- 30:33Speaker 1: of these famous people in an improper conduct. But just
- 30:36Speaker 1: tell me what the names of the people are that
- 30:39Speaker 1: you remember that you consider to be famous people. Okay,
- 30:43Speaker 1: this is Virginia answering. Okay, there was Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klome,
- 30:49Speaker 1: there was Bill Clinton, There was Al Gore. There was
- 30:52Speaker 1: a whole bunch of models. I wouldn't really honestly be
- 30:55Speaker 1: able to give their names. There was Matt Groening, the
- 30:58Speaker 1: producer of The Simpsons, card Tis Jack, Jack Cousteau's granddaughter,
- 31:03Speaker 1: a lot of interior designers, architects, politicians. I'm just trying
- 31:07Speaker 1: to think of as many names as possible for you
- 31:10Speaker 1: off the top of my head. That's as good as
- 31:12Speaker 1: I can get for now. The immediate follow up, the
- 31:17Speaker 1: excuse me. The immediate follow up made it clear that
- 31:20Speaker 1: sexual impropriety improprieties were not being alleged. The questioner was
- 31:25Speaker 1: merely after the names of people who were on Epstein's planes.
- 31:30Speaker 1: And again, these are enablers, right, These aren't people who
- 31:36Speaker 1: were implicated in abusing Virginia. But these are people that
- 31:41Speaker 1: were around when these trafficked girls were being abused. So
- 31:46Speaker 1: while they might not have been involved in the actual
- 31:50Speaker 1: abusing of these girls, the fact that they were around
- 31:54Speaker 1: when it was happening, is beyond the limits of gross
- 31:59Speaker 1: and is borderlin making them complicit? JS just a few
- 32:04Speaker 1: other follow up things I want to ask you, And again,
- 32:08Speaker 1: if any of these questions are questions that you're uncomfortable
- 32:10Speaker 1: in responding to, then don't hesitate to tell me that.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Do you have any recollection of Jeffrey Epstein specifically telling
- 32:17Speaker 1: you that Bill Clinton owes me favors Virginia? Yes, I do.
- 32:22Speaker 1: It was a laugh though, he would laugh it off.
- 32:24Speaker 1: You know, I remember asking Jeffrey, what's Bill Clinton doing here?
- 32:29Speaker 1: What's Bill Clinton doing here? Kind of thing? And he
- 32:31Speaker 1: laughed it off and said, well, he owes me a favor.
- 32:35Speaker 1: He never told me what favors they were. I never knew.
- 32:38Speaker 1: I didn't know if he was serious or if it
- 32:41Speaker 1: was just a joke. And again, this all goes into
- 32:45Speaker 1: the whole premise of this being a blackmail operation and
- 32:49Speaker 1: Epstein and Gilain Maxwell being run as assets by the
- 32:53Speaker 1: intelligence community. He told me a long time ago that
- 33:00Speaker 1: everyone owes him favors. They're all in each other's pockets.
- 33:05Speaker 1: The lawyer, when you say you asked him, why is
- 33:08Speaker 1: Bill Clinton here? Where was here? Virginia? On the island,
- 33:12Speaker 1: the lawyer, when you were present with Jeffrey and Bill
- 33:15Speaker 1: Clinton on the island. Who else was there? Virginia Gylaine,
- 33:19Speaker 1: Emmy Taylor, And there were two young girls that I
- 33:21Speaker 1: could not identify. I never really knew them well anyway,
- 33:25Speaker 1: it was just two girls from New York, lawyer. And
- 33:28Speaker 1: where all of you staying at Jeffrey's house on the island,
- 33:31Speaker 1: including Bill Clinton, Virginia. That's correct. He had about four
- 33:35Speaker 1: or five different villas on his island, separate from the
- 33:38Speaker 1: main house, and we all stayed in the villas, Lawyer.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Were sexual orgies or regular occurrence on the island at
- 33:49Speaker 1: Jeffrey's house, Virginia? Yes, Look, this is damning for Bill Clinton,
- 33:54Speaker 1: even if he wasn't partaking in any of this sexual
- 33:58Speaker 1: misconduct that we know of, the fact that he was
- 34:01Speaker 1: on this island while these orgies were happening. Don't you
- 34:04Speaker 1: think this should be a bigger story in the media.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Don't you think that the media should have been all
- 34:09Speaker 1: over this for years, but instead they have chosen to
- 34:14Speaker 1: ignore it. Now ask yourselves, folks, why elsewhere Roberts described
- 34:21Speaker 1: the inside of Epstein's bedroom on his private island. The
- 34:24Speaker 1: answer and the following question surrounded Maxwell's alleged sex ax There, okay,
- 34:31Speaker 1: large stony. He had a king sized bed with posts
- 34:35Speaker 1: on it. There was a large door, I think it's
- 34:37Speaker 1: called door where you put your clothes. There was an
- 34:39Speaker 1: adjacent bathroom with a more stony look, giant tub. Question
- 34:44Speaker 1: what color was the paint on the wall? Answer it
- 34:47Speaker 1: was stone? Question what color was the bed spread? Answer? White?
- 34:53Speaker 1: Question what color were the sheets? Answer? White? Question and
- 34:58Speaker 1: you saw Gulaye Maxwell have sexual contact with an unknown,
- 35:01Speaker 1: unnamed female in that room? Correct answer absolutely. Now remember
- 35:06Speaker 1: the answers are given by Virginia here and the questions
- 35:09Speaker 1: are being asked by the lawyer. Question, all right, when
- 35:13Speaker 1: were you there that you saw this happen? Answer? This
- 35:16Speaker 1: happened on so many occasions. The island was a place
- 35:19Speaker 1: where orgies were a constant thing that took place. And
- 35:22Speaker 1: again it's impossible to know how many. And like I said,
- 35:26Speaker 1: it wasn't just Jeffrey's room, it was outside and you
- 35:30Speaker 1: know it was question, what sexual contact did you observe
- 35:34Speaker 1: Gilaine Maxwell have with a female by the pool at
- 35:37Speaker 1: an orgy on the US virgin Islands. Answer, well, there
- 35:41Speaker 1: was quite a few girls and it was excuse me
- 35:43Speaker 1: if I'm saying this in an inexplicit way, but I
- 35:46Speaker 1: don't know how else to say it. So if you
- 35:48Speaker 1: don't understand, please let me know. Girl on Girl action.
- 35:51Speaker 1: So there was a lot of what's the word for it, licking, licking,
- 35:55Speaker 1: vaginas and breasts. This is Gilaine Maxwell on the island
- 36:00Speaker 1: while Bill Clinton's present, and this is not a huge,
- 36:02Speaker 1: gigantic megas story. I understand that a lot of people
- 36:08Speaker 1: still want to protect Bill Clinton for some reason or another,
- 36:12Speaker 1: but this is damning information, folks. It's been out there
- 36:15Speaker 1: for those of us who have been following this story,
- 36:18Speaker 1: We've known this stuff, but now that it's coming out
- 36:20Speaker 1: in the media, well, I hope that the legacy media
- 36:24Speaker 1: jumps on board and he gets the same treatment that
- 36:28Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is getting over in England. Maxwell pressed the
- 36:33Speaker 1: courts to keep the records hidden from the public, but
- 36:36Speaker 1: Loretta A. Presca, a federal judge sitting in the Southern
- 36:39Speaker 1: District of New York, ultimately ordered that redacted versions of
- 36:43Speaker 1: the documents be made public. Maxwell's efforts to stall the
- 36:47Speaker 1: release of the documents, including a blizzard of court papers
- 36:50Speaker 1: on Wednesday, July twenty ninth, and continuing into Thursday, July thirtieth.
- 36:56Speaker 1: The request culminated at the trial court level with a
- 36:59Speaker 1: request for a last stitch effort telephone conference with PRESCA.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Hundreds of pages were simultaneously filed with the Second Circuit
- 37:07Speaker 1: Court of Appeals. It was all in vain, and that's
- 37:12Speaker 1: what I was telling. I told you folks that that
- 37:13Speaker 1: was going to be the case today. I knew that
- 37:15Speaker 1: this wasn't going to have any legs, and the fact
- 37:18Speaker 1: that they filed all of this stuff so late in
- 37:21Speaker 1: the game was going to work against them. Judge Presco
- 37:24Speaker 1: was not playing games with them. She wanted this stuff
- 37:27Speaker 1: to be released, and here we are. Maxwell's attorneys attempted
- 37:32Speaker 1: to argue that redactions to the documents by attorneys for
- 37:35Speaker 1: Roberts were not properly made. They also attempted to proffer
- 37:39Speaker 1: their own set of redacted documents to cure the alleged problems.
- 37:44Speaker 1: Prior to receiving Miss Maxwell's latest last minute request, the
- 37:47Speaker 1: court conducted an in camera review of plaintiff Virginia roberts
- 37:52Speaker 1: proposed redactions to the materials. Presco wrote, having heard nothing
- 37:57Speaker 1: from Miss Maxwell's late this morning, the Court on Miss
- 38:00Speaker 1: Robert's proposed redactions, which included minimal redactions of personally ID
- 38:06Speaker 1: identifiable information, the names of non parties, and descriptions of
- 38:10Speaker 1: non party conduct that would allow readers to discern the
- 38:13Speaker 1: identity of a given non party to be appropriate. In
- 38:17Speaker 1: other words, Maxwell's high paid, high profiled Harvard lawyers, Well,
- 38:24Speaker 1: they got beat to the punch. They were late with
- 38:27Speaker 1: their filings. PRESCA was not having it, and she slapped
- 38:31Speaker 1: them right in their chops. In other words, Robert's redactions
- 38:36Speaker 1: were sufficient, PRESCA determined. It appears from court dockets that
- 38:40Speaker 1: Maxwell's Maxwell's attorneys were busy filing appellate court documents when
- 38:45Speaker 1: PRESCA was hearing nothing from them at the district court level.
- 38:48Speaker 1: The judge suggested Maxwell's attention should have been focused on
- 38:51Speaker 1: the redactions, not the appeal. And it's funny to me
- 38:55Speaker 1: to see this, right, PRESCA given them a lesson in
- 38:58Speaker 1: how to do business. You would think that these high
- 39:01Speaker 1: profile Harvard trained lawyers would have their shit together, but
- 39:06Speaker 1: I guess not. While Miss Maxwell gripes that Miss Roberts
- 39:10Speaker 1: submitted her proposed redactions to the court late on July
- 39:14Speaker 1: twenty ninth, Miss Roberts, at a minimum, gave the court
- 39:17Speaker 1: time to conduct a review of her proposed redactions while
- 39:21Speaker 1: preserving the original schedule for unsealing. By contrast, Miss Maxwell
- 39:26Speaker 1: at two PM informed the Court that she is finalizing
- 39:30Speaker 1: her proposed redactions and that she will be ready to
- 39:33Speaker 1: provide them to the court at some undefined point today.
- 39:37Speaker 1: And this is the sort of environment they're used to
- 39:40Speaker 1: conducting themselves in, right, where they hold the keys, where
- 39:43Speaker 1: they make the rules, where they decide when and where
- 39:47Speaker 1: court documents are going to be released. Well, that shit
- 39:51Speaker 1: ended today in glorious fashion in Judge Presca's courtroom. On
- 39:57Speaker 1: top of this, and despite the Court's instruction that the
- 40:00Speaker 1: parties work together to ensure that the materials were properly
- 40:04Speaker 1: redacted by the appointed time, Miss Maxwell apparently has not
- 40:08Speaker 1: provided to Miss Roberts her proposed redactions either. For reasons
- 40:12Speaker 1: that should be very plain. This is entirely unworkable. This
- 40:17Speaker 1: is what we call a fatality move, right Remember in
- 40:21Speaker 1: Mortal Kombat the video game, when you would do a
- 40:24Speaker 1: finishing move and it would say fatality. This is basically
- 40:28Speaker 1: what happened to Gelen Maxwell's absurd last minute objections with
- 40:36Speaker 1: one additional slam in a footnote. The documents were unsealed
- 40:39Speaker 1: a few hours later at about ten pm Eastern time
- 40:42Speaker 1: on Thursday. Just yesterday, the Court admonished Miss Maxwell for
- 40:47Speaker 1: filing an eleventh hour request for reconsideration on grounds that
- 40:52Speaker 1: could have been raised well before the Court ordered the
- 40:55Speaker 1: relevant documents unsealed. The Court is troubled, but not so
- 41:00Speaker 1: prized that Miss Maxwell has yet again sought to muddy
- 41:03Speaker 1: the waters as the clock click ticks closer to midnight.
- 41:07Speaker 1: And it's great to hear the judge say that right.
- 41:10Speaker 1: I stated this earlier because it's obvious to anyone paying
- 41:13Speaker 1: attention that that's what they were doing all the time,
- 41:16Speaker 1: muddying the waters and attempting to gain the upper hand
- 41:22Speaker 1: to make sure that the narrative moves in their direction.
- 41:26Speaker 1: The Appeals Court did not rule on Maxwell's request for
- 41:29Speaker 1: intervention in the matter. The court's docket indicates here is
- 41:33Speaker 1: what was released Thursday. More documents are slated to be
- 41:37Speaker 1: released as late as Monday. So again, folks were not
- 41:42Speaker 1: done yet. There's gonna be more documents. They're coming in
- 41:45Speaker 1: a rolling fashion. Presco was very clear about that when
- 41:48Speaker 1: she made the original ruling and you can expect to
- 41:52Speaker 1: see more as the days go by and we get
- 41:56Speaker 1: deeper and deeper into this case, because there is much
- 42:02Speaker 1: more to be revealed, and there's going to be flight logs,
- 42:08Speaker 1: et cetera, et cetera. So all I can say is
- 42:11Speaker 1: make sure that you have a sufficient supply of popcorn
- 42:14Speaker 1: on hand, because the proverbial shit is going to hit
- 42:20Speaker 1: the fan. If you'd like to contact me, you can

- 42:40Speaker 1: can be found in the description box, and make sure
- 42:43Speaker 1: you click on the link. That way, you can look
- 42:45Speaker 1: at all of these documents for yourself. Recently, the Second
- 42:49Speaker 1: Circuit Court of Appeals heard from all interested parties about
- 42:54Speaker 1: keeping the documents sealed or unsealing them. Well, today they
- 42:59Speaker 1: have made their dec decision and the Second Circuit Court
- 43:02Speaker 1: of Appeals has decided to affirm Judge Presca's initial ruling
- 43:07Speaker 1: and keep the documents unsealed. So now the question becomes
- 43:16Speaker 1: when will those documents be dumped and when will they
- 43:19Speaker 1: be available for the public. Obviously, we're going to keep
- 43:24Speaker 1: on top of that, and the second that they become available,
- 43:28Speaker 1: will have them, and we'll go through them and we'll
- 43:31Speaker 1: talk about them, obviously, and maybe we'll even do a
- 43:35Speaker 1: sort of free for all kind of episode where we
- 43:40Speaker 1: go through and read portions of the deposition and stuff
- 43:43Speaker 1: like that. Haven't really figured out how I'm going to
- 43:45Speaker 1: approach the deposition yet, but we'll definitely be talking about it,
- 43:50Speaker 1: and we're going to read from the document itself, so
- 43:54Speaker 1: that's going to be pretty interesting to see what is
- 43:57Speaker 1: in this deposition and then to play the guessing game.
- 44:01Speaker 1: What did Gilaine Maxwell get charged with perjury for lying about?
- 44:06Speaker 1: I'm sure there'll be an assorted number of other mysteries
- 44:09Speaker 1: for us to unravel as well. But until we get
- 44:12Speaker 1: to that point, let's jump into this article from Law
- 44:15Speaker 1: and Crime and see what they think about the ruling.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Gilane Maxwell's allegedly perjurius twenty sixteen deposition about Jeffrey Epstein
- 44:26Speaker 1: won't be secret for much longer. Author of this article
- 44:31Speaker 1: is Colin Kombacher, a secret years old and potentially damaging
- 44:37Speaker 1: deposition from alleged sex trafficker, co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general,
- 44:45Speaker 1: all around scusbag, and bipedal serpent Gilan Maxwell must be
- 44:50Speaker 1: released to the public of Federal Appeals Court in New
- 44:53Speaker 1: York City ruled on Monday. Now, when the hearing first happened,
- 44:57Speaker 1: remember I told you I wasn't leaning one way or
- 45:00Speaker 1: the other. I honestly didn't know how to call it.
- 45:02Speaker 1: By the way the judges conducted that hearing, they really
- 45:06Speaker 1: let all sides have it. And then I don't think
- 45:09Speaker 1: that David Boyce had his best foot forward during this
- 45:14Speaker 1: hearing either, And I know he's a well decorated lawyer
- 45:17Speaker 1: and a good lawyer, but it didn't seem like it
- 45:20Speaker 1: was his day. So I really wasn't sure which way
- 45:23Speaker 1: things were going to go. And then once once we
- 45:28Speaker 1: got to a point where the hearing was ending, I
- 45:31Speaker 1: really had no idea. But it seems like the key
- 45:35Speaker 1: was that they wanted to make sure that all parties
- 45:39Speaker 1: agreed that these documents were judicial documents. And I think
- 45:44Speaker 1: that was the sticking point for the Second Circuit Court,
- 45:47Speaker 1: and that's what eventually led to them unsealing this stuff
- 45:51Speaker 1: or affirming presca's original ruling. Anyway, because if these are
- 45:56Speaker 1: judicial documents, and they are, then the public has a
- 46:00Speaker 1: did interest in what they contain. So I think that's
- 46:03Speaker 1: what ended up being what put this over the finish
- 46:07Speaker 1: line to get this deposition released to the public. Jeffrey
- 46:13Speaker 1: Epstein's longtime girlfriend debatable at best. Let's call her longtime associate,
- 46:18Speaker 1: an alleged co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general, all around scusbag,
- 46:24Speaker 1: and bipedal serpent. Unsuccessfully attempted to block the publication of
- 46:29Speaker 1: her deposition from a twenty fifteen lawsuit in which Virginia
- 46:34Speaker 1: Roberts accused the couple of sex trafficking her during the
- 46:37Speaker 1: early two thousands. So again it's very important to point
- 46:43Speaker 1: out that this is the deposition that Maxwell perjured herself in,
- 46:48Speaker 1: and therefore that means that the prosecution believes Virginia enough
- 46:55Speaker 1: where they have enough information and enough credible evidence that
- 47:02Speaker 1: they charged her with this. So that means that they
- 47:05Speaker 1: think this whole deposition for the most part, is credible. Right,
- 47:08Speaker 1: That's what we have to go on here. So if
- 47:12Speaker 1: you're named in this deposition, if you're John Doe or
- 47:16Speaker 1: John Doe one I mean, or John Doe two and
- 47:19Speaker 1: you're one of the people brought up in this deposition,
- 47:21Speaker 1: it is bad news for you. We're talking about a disaster,
- 47:25Speaker 1: pretty much a disaster at this point, right, If you're
- 47:28Speaker 1: named in this document after it's one of the focal
- 47:32Speaker 1: points of the Maxwell charges. I would have to think
- 47:38Speaker 1: that that is a little bit more than circumstantial evidence
- 47:41Speaker 1: at this point. And if the investigation is going where
- 47:45Speaker 1: they say it's going and where we think it's going,
- 47:47Speaker 1: then that John Doe one and John Doe two are
- 47:51Speaker 1: definitely definitely at risk of being one of those sealed indictments.
- 47:57Speaker 1: Now that's all speculation on my part, right, but you
- 48:00Speaker 1: would think that if this deposition carried so much weight
- 48:04Speaker 1: that it was used to get these charges, these placeholder
- 48:08Speaker 1: charges slapped on Elaine, then you gotta think that this
- 48:11Speaker 1: deposition is pretty powerful and what it contains is explosive.
- 48:19Speaker 1: Maxwell's attorneys sought to seal exactly four hundred and eighteen
- 48:22Speaker 1: pages of her testimony by arguing that it would unfairly
- 48:26Speaker 1: prejudice the jury in her upcoming criminal trial over sex
- 48:30Speaker 1: trafficking charge after a lower court authorized the deposition's disclosure
- 48:36Speaker 1: earlier this year. Again, I think that PRESCA has done
- 48:40Speaker 1: a phenomenal job throughout this whole entire thing, and the
- 48:45Speaker 1: way she handled mister I kept my underpants on Dershowitz
- 48:48Speaker 1: and his lawyers was brilliant. She was able to really
- 48:53Speaker 1: manage this situation, navigate this situation, and bring it to
- 48:57Speaker 1: a point where we might actually see some justice. And
- 49:02Speaker 1: I think when we have a situation where the justice
- 49:06Speaker 1: system as a whole is such a dumpster fire, it's
- 49:09Speaker 1: nice to see at least one lawyer is doing their job.
- 49:13Speaker 1: It's nice to see at least one lawyer is looking
- 49:16Speaker 1: at the evidence and making decisions. Because Presca and what
- 49:21Speaker 1: she has done here has been pretty damn brave, folks,
- 49:23Speaker 1: I don't think she gets enough credit. And she's been
- 49:26Speaker 1: hammered a lot by a lot of people. And don't
- 49:30Speaker 1: get it twisted again. I don't trust any of these
- 49:33Speaker 1: people as far as I can throw them right. I'm
- 49:35Speaker 1: all about action, not words. But from Presca's actions and
- 49:39Speaker 1: the way that she has conducted her part of this case,
- 49:44Speaker 1: I think she should get a not of the head,
- 49:47Speaker 1: a tip of the hat right for at the very
- 49:50Speaker 1: least making things fair and pursuing the law the way
- 49:54Speaker 1: that it should be pursued the deposition. It's has been
- 50:00Speaker 1: referenced by federal prosecutors in order to make their case
- 50:03Speaker 1: against Epstein's right hand woman in her indictment from June
- 50:07Speaker 1: of this year. According to the prosecution, Maxwell perjured herself
- 50:11Speaker 1: during the deposition by denying any and all knowledge of
- 50:15Speaker 1: Epstein's sex trafficking organization. And that's huge. That is huge
- 50:20Speaker 1: right there, because once they make her part of it, right,
- 50:24Speaker 1: once they say that she had knowledge of it, she
- 50:26Speaker 1: was partaking in it, she was helping facilitate it, then
- 50:29Speaker 1: we can go nowhere else. But this being a conspiracy,
- 50:33Speaker 1: you cannot have a conspiracy of one. That is impossible.
- 50:37Speaker 1: There has to be multiple people involved, or at least
- 50:40Speaker 1: two people involved with a criminal act for it to
- 50:44Speaker 1: be a conspiracy. And that's exactly what we have here.
- 50:48Speaker 1: We have a Rico case in everything but name. All
- 50:53Speaker 1: of the evidence we have here, all of these charges
- 50:56Speaker 1: all lead to one destination, folks, in my opinion, and
- 51:00Speaker 1: that destination is Rico. And when this deposition comes out,
- 51:06Speaker 1: if Julie Brown's reporting was enough to get the investigation
- 51:12Speaker 1: kicked into overdrive, what's the deposition going to do when
- 51:15Speaker 1: people can read it for themselves, read the court document
- 51:20Speaker 1: for themselves, the words on the page, the words on
- 51:22Speaker 1: the computer screen. You folks out there don't need a
- 51:26Speaker 1: middleman to explain to you what's real and what's not,
- 51:29Speaker 1: what's true and what's bs. And the second this document
- 51:33Speaker 1: becomes available and people have it in their hands and
- 51:36Speaker 1: they can read it for themselves, it's going to become
- 51:38Speaker 1: even that more real, even that more explosive. Now again,
- 51:43Speaker 1: for those of us who followed this case and for
- 51:45Speaker 1: those of us who have been covering it and diving
- 51:48Speaker 1: deep into it, there's going to be a lot of
- 51:51Speaker 1: things we already know in that deposition, in the sealed documents.
- 51:55Speaker 1: But when you have it in your hand and you
- 51:58Speaker 1: can print it out as a PD and it's released
- 52:01Speaker 1: to the public for public consumption, for public discussion, it
- 52:05Speaker 1: becomes a lot more real, and it becomes a lot
- 52:08Speaker 1: more powerful. And I think that's what we're going to
- 52:11Speaker 1: see here for sure. Defendant Elaine Maxwell appeals from a
- 52:16Speaker 1: July twenty third, twenty twenty order unsealing certain litigation materials,
- 52:21Speaker 1: including and related to Maxwell's April twenty sixteen deposition transcript.
- 52:27Speaker 1: The court's brief order summarizes she argues that the district
- 52:31Speaker 1: Court abused its discretion in ordering the unsealing of the
- 52:35Speaker 1: deposition materials. Again, what have I been talking to you
- 52:38Speaker 1: folks about and trying to hammer home technicalities and loopholes.
- 52:43Speaker 1: That's what they're talking about here, right, It's it's just
- 52:48Speaker 1: always technicalities, always loopholes always. Well, it's because of the process.
- 52:55Speaker 1: That's why we have to get this thrown out. It's
- 52:57Speaker 1: never because my client is innocent. And it's the same
- 53:03Speaker 1: old nonsense, right, it is the same old nonsense. The
- 53:08Speaker 1: order continues. Specifically, she argues that there is a lower
- 53:12Speaker 1: presumption of access to the deposition materials at issue in
- 53:15Speaker 1: this case, then to the summary judgment materials we ordered
- 53:19Speaker 1: unsealed in a similar case in twenty nineteen, and that
- 53:23Speaker 1: her interests outweigh the public's interests. And remember when we
- 53:27Speaker 1: when before we had their hearing, I was talking about
- 53:31Speaker 1: the precedent that that very courtroom had set by releasing
- 53:36Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein documents by unsealing the two thousand pages.
- 53:41Speaker 1: And when a court sets a precedent such as that,
- 53:45Speaker 1: it's very hard for them to go against a ruling,
- 53:48Speaker 1: a precedent that they themselves have already set and that
- 53:53Speaker 1: was one thing and one reason why I thought that
- 53:56Speaker 1: we had a good shot of getting this stuff unsealed
- 53:59Speaker 1: as long as the the lawyers were competent and the
- 54:02Speaker 1: argument was made correctly before the judges. So we're seeing
- 54:06Speaker 1: that now for sure. They're appointing to that precedent. They're
- 54:10Speaker 1: pointing to the fact that those two thousand pages were
- 54:13Speaker 1: already sealed, and that is something that weighed strongly in
- 54:17Speaker 1: their decision. The argument evidently went nowhere with the three
- 54:22Speaker 1: judge panel of the US Court of Appeals for the
- 54:25Speaker 1: Second Circuit on Monday. Yeah, they sniffed it out. They understood,
- 54:29Speaker 1: they knew already because they had already been through this
- 54:33Speaker 1: right the arguments made by Mueller were not going to
- 54:38Speaker 1: cut it, even though he did a good job. The
- 54:42Speaker 1: District Court correctly held the deposition materials are judicial documents
- 54:47Speaker 1: to which the presumption of public access attaches, and did
- 54:51Speaker 1: not abuse its discretion in rejecting Maxwell's meritless arguments that
- 54:56Speaker 1: her interest superseded the presumption of access. So they basically
- 55:01Speaker 1: just took a they just took a razor blade to
- 55:04Speaker 1: Maxwell's argument right there in their brief afterwards, after the fact,
- 55:09Speaker 1: they just chopped her up with the ginsu knife meritless arguments,
- 55:14Speaker 1: talking about how she thinks her interest supersedes that of
- 55:18Speaker 1: the presumption of access. And there was just again when
- 55:22Speaker 1: they had once they set that precedent early on with
- 55:25Speaker 1: Epstein in twenty nineteen, in this very court room, it
- 55:28Speaker 1: was it would be very, very difficult and hard for
- 55:31Speaker 1: me to fathom how they would go back on that ruling.
- 55:34Speaker 1: It would be a huge leap. Monday's order from the
- 55:40Speaker 1: Second Circuit is part and parcel of a lengthy and
- 55:43Speaker 1: ongoing search for the truth regarding Epstein and his associates
- 55:48Speaker 1: that generally began in earnest and specifically began in court
- 55:52Speaker 1: when the Miami Herald and their star reporter Julie K.
- 55:56Speaker 1: Brown began poking around suing to obtain information about the
- 56:00Speaker 1: late financier pedophiles alleged global sex trafficking empire dedicated to
- 56:06Speaker 1: servicing the wealthy with young girls. Well, I wouldn't go
- 56:10Speaker 1: that far with the Julie Brown investigation. She doesn't seem
- 56:15Speaker 1: to be interested in several angles of the case. She
- 56:17Speaker 1: only seemed to have interest once she thought that she could,
- 56:20Speaker 1: you know, add a political scalp to her, not her bedpost,
- 56:26Speaker 1: and that was what initiated her investigation. And look, don't
- 56:29Speaker 1: get me wrong, I've said this a million times. That's
- 56:31Speaker 1: cool with me. Whatever whatever gets the ball rolling is
- 56:34Speaker 1: fine with me. But let's be honest about it. Okay,
- 56:37Speaker 1: let's not act like she was out here as an
- 56:39Speaker 1: advocate for these survivors, and that was her main motivation.
- 56:48Speaker 1: The twenty nineteen case cited by Maxwell's attorneys, and the
- 56:52Speaker 1: panel was initiated by Brown and The Herald in that instance,
- 56:56Speaker 1: a victory for the plaintiffs. The second circuit outlined the
- 56:59Speaker 1: big beginning of the still in progress process underway in
- 57:04Speaker 1: the Southern District of New York, whereby many of those
- 57:07Speaker 1: long awaited Epstein files are being released to satisfy the
- 57:11Speaker 1: public's interest in the case while making pains and redactions
- 57:15Speaker 1: to safeguard some third parties privacy interests. Again, we're going
- 57:20Speaker 1: to see redactions, there's no doubt about it. But I
- 57:23Speaker 1: don't know the amount of redactions we're going to see.
- 57:26Speaker 1: I have a funny feeling we're going to get a
- 57:28Speaker 1: lot here unredacted. I think that the courts have had
- 57:31Speaker 1: enough and there is a serious public outcry for this
- 57:36Speaker 1: to be put into the public sphere. It is that important, right,
- 57:42Speaker 1: It is that there's that much public interest in this
- 57:45Speaker 1: case because of the different realms of power that it touched,
- 57:50Speaker 1: the different areas of control where it had its tentacles planted.
- 57:56Speaker 1: We have some of the most powerful, wealthy people in
- 57:59Speaker 1: the world involved in this shit, a child sex trafficking ring,
- 58:03Speaker 1: and up until recently, the only people in jail are
- 58:06Speaker 1: the prison guards who were watching Epstein. It's inconceivable, it's unacceptable,
- 58:13Speaker 1: and that is why the public you has been so
- 58:17Speaker 1: adamant that this case be prosecuted in the correct manner.
- 58:21Speaker 1: And folks, again, it's because of your incredible amount of
- 58:27Speaker 1: publicity that you guys are putting on this case and
- 58:31Speaker 1: you know, sharing it with your friends, et cetera, et cetera,
- 58:33Speaker 1: that there's movement here. For decades, there was nothing, and
- 58:37Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, people start getting interested, people
- 58:40Speaker 1: start becoming alarmed about what happened, and people start demanding justice.
- 58:45Speaker 1: And now we start seeing the wheels turn. But that's
- 58:47Speaker 1: a coincidence, No, it is not. Brown noted her latest
- 58:54Speaker 1: legal victory against Maxwell. Then one of Julie k. Brown's
- 58:58Speaker 1: tweets talking about how she won and Gielen Maxwell loses
- 59:01Speaker 1: the fight to keep her Jeffrey Epstein testimony sealed the
- 59:05Speaker 1: loss for Epstein's alleged groomer, co conspirator, fellow child abuser,
- 59:10Speaker 1: general all around scuzbag, and bipedal serpent an occasional pilot
- 59:14Speaker 1: was actually twofold. So this is significant here, folks. This
- 59:19Speaker 1: is a big part of this ruling as well, apart
- 59:24Speaker 1: from the headline catching deposition issue. The defendant lost her
- 59:27Speaker 1: bid to consolidate her appeal in this civil case with
- 59:31Speaker 1: her pending appeal in her criminal case. Not a particularly
- 59:35Speaker 1: important ruling for Maxwell's overall legal efforts one way or another,
- 59:39Speaker 1: but a decision that means her legal costs and efforts
- 59:42Speaker 1: are likely to remain inordinately high and spread thin. So
- 59:48Speaker 1: she has to battle on two fronts. She can't consolidate
- 59:50Speaker 1: the cases. She has to have lawyers overseeing the civil
- 59:54Speaker 1: and the criminal portions of this case, different law teams.
- 59:57Speaker 1: So that's going to take a pretty penny of her
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: bank account. And my question still is how is she
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: paying for all of this? Why are her assets not
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: frozen yet? And if they do freeze her assets and
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: she has no access to all of her money as
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: opposed to maybe just one accounter too. Then who is
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: stepping up and paying for it? Is it Scott Borgerson?
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: Is it somebody else? I think that that record that
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: should be a matter of public record as well, because
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: I think whoever it is, that person probably has them
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: explaining to do. Also, we have reviewed all of the
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: arguments raised by defendant A. Pellet Maxwell on appeal and
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: find them to be without merit, the panel wrote in
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: their unsigned opinion, we deny the motion to consolidate this
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: appeal with a pending appeal in the United States Burst Maxwell.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: So we talked about it, and I really was not sure.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: So this is kind of a pleasant surprise to me
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: that this has come down this way, this soon, and
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: that this panel of judges has ruled in the manner
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: that they have. I thought that it might take a
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: little while longer, maybe another week, week and a half,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: But no, they heard enough. They came to the conclusion
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: that these were in fact judicial documents, thus making them
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: part of the public conversation. And that was the crux
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: of the whole entire thing. Maxwell's lawyers tried to unsuccessfully
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: argue that these couldn't be released a public because of
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: the presumption of privacy. But once they are judicial documents
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: in our society, unless they are put under seal by
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: the judge, then they become part of the record. So
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: now that these are unsealed, the deposition and the relating documents,
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: I am very very interested to see where we go,
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: what they contain, and how they tie up some of
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: the loose ends, because I think where we might get
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: a few questions answered right some of our you know,
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: different threads that we're following, different storylines that we're following,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: we might get some more contexts, and of course we're
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: going to find a few nuggets of gold, like always.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: So there you have it, folks. The Second Circuit Court
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: of Appeals makes their ruling. They affirm Presca's decision, and
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: it's another win for the good guys. Maxwell gets to
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: sit in her cell and sulk. Her lawyers have to
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: go back to the drawing board and the wheels of justice,
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: and just that much closer to the finish line. If
