- 0:00Did somebody? Call for $5000 silver.
- 0:04Is that absurd? We're gonna.
- 0:05Dig in to the data supported by this author's.
- 0:10Thesis and see why he says the real.
- 0:13Value right now of silver should be 5000.
- 0:17And that sounds good on a day like today.
- 0:19We'd just like not to have a day where silver goes down by. $0.50
- 0:24per oz. But it's all paper.
- 0:28What does that mean? We're going to tackle that when
- 0:31we dig into this author's data, but.
- 0:33There's so much more going on. People are talking about the
- 0:37big. Major markets, we've got big
- 0:39moves happening. Weird things are going on.
- 0:42Thank you for that super check cowboy Elvis.
- 0:44Thank you my. Friend, so we're going to cover
- 0:47that as well. We've got political upheaval.
- 0:49Here in the United States, what does that mean?
- 0:52What does that tell us? They.
- 0:53Could happen for the silver price and gold price.
- 0:57Let me move the microphone a little closer so we feel like
- 1:00we're all a little closer together because.
- 1:02All 200 of us already. What is going on?
- 1:06We are a growing. Legion of Basement dwellers, put
- 1:10on your basement dweller hat because we got a lot more to
- 1:13talk about 5. Percent bond yields.
- 1:16What does that mean? And it's just absurd when we
- 1:19talk about what that could mean for the precious metals prices,
- 1:23but in general as well. I've got some scary information
- 1:27on that, and our old friend Janet Yellen opened her mouth
- 1:31yesterday. I have a quote.
- 1:33Actually, two quotes from Janet Yellen, our Treasury Secretary,
- 1:39that are very positive. Long term for the silver and
- 1:43gold price and we can only talk long term because short term the
- 1:47last week has been just absolutely brutal for investors
- 1:53in the precious metals. The mining stocks have taken a
- 1:56hit as well. My heart goes out to you.
- 1:58Trust me. You aren't alone.
- 2:01And some of you I know I get. I get a lot of Flack from some
- 2:05people in the community and not bad Flack, but people saying
- 2:08don't get. Upset when the price goes down
- 2:09because that means that you can buy.
- 2:11More, and I completely understand people that have that
- 2:15mentality. Actually, that's probably a.
- 2:17Healthy mentality. Unfortunately for me, I'm at a
- 2:20place where I've kind of bought all that I need.
- 2:24I do still buy more silver I just bought.
- 2:26Some from Pim Becks a couple days ago.
- 2:29But I've made the lion's share of my purchases over the
- 2:32decades. So you know, be personally, I'm
- 2:35ready for the price to go up, OK, but when it goes?
- 2:38Down and that means you if you're an active active.
- 2:41Buyer can buy more, that's great as well.
- 2:43I think that's a healthy way to look at.
- 2:46Things, but the stocks have just been decimated and I bought a
- 2:50couple new silver mining stocks. I'm going to tell you about
- 2:54those later in the show, but if you are one of those people.
- 2:58One of those people who is actively buying.
- 3:01Right now is the price of Silver and Gold and Platinum get
- 3:05pummeled? Please check out our.
- 3:08Gracious Sponsor Pin Becks P I'm sorry.
- 3:12Do that again. Pi.
- 3:14MB EX Pin Becks. I love to spell it.
- 3:17I love to say it. But what I love?
- 3:18Even more is that I can trust them.
- 3:22Their prices are the best. They always have a good.
- 3:25Amount of inventory in stock and I can feel comfortable when I go
- 3:30to Penn Beck's that I'm getting a good value and value is always
- 3:34important to me. I want to get as many ounces as
- 3:37I can. When I buy silver, I'm usually
- 3:40buying bars at this point. But everybody's different.
- 3:42They have silver bars, they have gold bars.
- 3:45They have silver. Coins, Sovereign Coins, rounds,
- 3:48any of that stuff. Check them out.
- 3:49Throw them in the mix when you're looking for precious
- 3:51metals. We got more to talk about.
- 3:53Yes, we are going to talk about the D word.
- 3:56Depression and not our mental state of mind.
- 4:00I already know I'm depressed, but the economy is that
- 4:05depressed as well. World will tackle that.
- 4:08One I'm going to talk about some weirdness I want to tell you
- 4:11about. I'm going to tell you I'm I'm.
- 4:13I'm just overwhelmed by this. These stocks the mining stocks
- 4:17both the gold. And the silver mining stocks,
- 4:21the value proposition that they represent, right?
- 4:24So we're going to talk about that.
- 4:25It's all. Going to be fun.
- 4:27And I have Susie. I don't think she's on the live
- 4:30stream. She gave me this list of other.
- 4:32Words, I can say. Enthralling.
- 4:35You are going to be enthralled. Prepared to be enthralled.
- 4:40OK. Oh, and my mom.
- 4:42My mom. Mama.
- 4:44She's well, she's my mom and I'm 53, so you can imagine she's
- 4:48older than me, she said. Something to me yesterday and it
- 4:52has directly to do with the. Gold and silver market.
- 4:55And she is not a stacker Okay. But she said something to me
- 5:00that just blew. Me away.
- 5:02And it, to me, is a big, major indicator about where we're
- 5:06headed. In this country, when it comes
- 5:08to silver and gold, what do you say we dig?
- 5:13Right in and talk about $5000 gold I.
- 5:16Know, I bet that thumbnail that I put on this video aroused a
- 5:21lot of curiosity. Oh, Ron's doing clickbait.
- 5:24Ron's talking crazy silver numbers.
- 5:26It's not me, it's an author and I want to read this to you.
- 5:30Let's. Dig into what he's saying about
- 5:33Silver and it has to do with the Comex.
- 5:36It has to. Do with the silver market, it
- 5:38has to do. What do you think, like with all
- 5:41this major geopolitical turmoil that we're going?
- 5:45Through right now in the world and it it clearly does spell out
- 5:51how. We could certainly see a number
- 5:54for silver. Oh, Lord.
- 5:57Hold on there. OK, here we go.
- 6:00Here we go. Don't leave me.
- 6:01Don't leave me. Don't leave me or I'll start.
- 6:04Singing OK $5000 silver, This author.
- 6:11His name, Lorimore. You ever heard of that name,
- 6:14Lorimore people? Everybody's welcome in Ron's
- 6:17basement. Including you.
- 6:19Hey, before I dig into this, let's get to 100 thumbs up.
- 6:22It's easy if you press that button.
- 6:24That gives me a little bit of a boost and I want to keep going
- 6:28right, and it helps you get the word out to more people.
- 6:31We got 100 thumbs up, all right. So what's the What's the idea?
- 6:39It's behind this 500. Hold on here.
- 6:43I want to get the microphone $500.
- 6:47I'm sorry, $5000 silver. It says the case.
- 6:51For $5000 silver. Yes, $5000 silver.
- 6:57I know, like I said before, we'd be happy just with the day where
- 7:00silver. Doesn't go down $0.50 over the
- 7:02last week, but let's look at the big picture.
- 7:05Let's look at. $5000 silver, it says, if the price of silver
- 7:09were based directly. On the real physical silver
- 7:13market, silver's. Price, excuse me, should be at
- 7:17$5000 per oz, he says. I'm not saying that the price of
- 7:21silver will reach. 5000 an ounce, I'm just saying that the
- 7:26actual physical silver spot price.
- 7:29Is not only extremely undervalued, but that it that it
- 7:35is, that it is. An illusion compared to the real
- 7:39value. Of an ounce of physical silver
- 7:41since it is totally disconnected from reality.
- 7:45And we know that, right? We know that commacks were
- 7:48basically in the LBMA and London, England, where the price
- 7:51of silver is set, that they're corrupt, they're over.
- 7:55Leveraged for each one ounce they have in their vaults to
- 7:59back up all the silver they trade, there's usually.
- 8:02Hundreds upon hundreds. And this author gets into that
- 8:05and explains why. Why it's not so crazy.
- 8:09It says the physical. Verse paper market difference.
- 8:15And let's just think about that right at the end of the day at
- 8:18the. End of the day when the when the
- 8:21hens come home to roost. When you're cleaning out the
- 8:25horse stables, however, you want to say it, right at the end of
- 8:28the day, the silver market is a physical market.
- 8:32Silver is a. Physical item, right?
- 8:35You own some some physical silver, I'm sure gold as well.
- 8:39Platinum. Maybe I own some physical.
- 8:41It is a physical. Market no matter how you want to
- 8:44slice it or dice it. At the end of the day it is OK.
- 8:48So here he says the actual spot price for silver has no real
- 8:54value. And is not legitimate when we
- 8:56seriously compare the real. Physical silver market to the
- 9:01paper market and its myriad of financial derivatives, says,
- 9:06according to an article by Bloomberg, which has always been
- 9:10reliable as a source of. Information The size of a global
- 9:14annual silver market is equal to 5.
- 9:19Dollars. That means when you add up all
- 9:22the actual physical silver. And all the actual make believe
- 9:26paper, silver. That up to now has been used to
- 9:29set the actual price. On the COMEX, on the LBMA, that
- 9:34comes to $5 trillion. Write that down in your brain or
- 9:39on a piece of paper, whichever you prefer. $5 trillion, OK.
- 9:44According to Dave, a recent interview with David Morgan, the
- 9:46annual Physical Silver. Production is 1 billion oz.
- 9:50We know that we basement dwellers talk about that all
- 9:53the. Time right between what the
- 9:55mines produce and recycling. Those are the only two sources
- 9:59of silver there's about. 1 billion ounces of silver
- 10:03produced per year at 20. Dollars an ounce, which
- 10:07unfortunately we're approaching now that makes.
- 10:11The entire annual silver market were $20 billion.
- 10:15Are you kidding me? Am I sleeping?
- 10:19Am I? Am I?
- 10:20Am I? Is this real?
- 10:22Guys help me out. Here the entire silver market
- 10:25right from a mining perspective is actual physical perspective
- 10:30is $20 billion that's a, that's that is a.
- 10:34Drop in the ocean, OK. And you're going to understand
- 10:37this more in a little bit, OK. The difference between the five
- 10:43trillion and the 20 billion is is is huge.
- 10:48Bloomberg's 5. Trillion number represents the
- 10:51entirety of the paper silver market.
- 10:53All the financial derivatives, options, etcetera, OK, now he
- 10:58says 250 to 1, leverage 250. OK, remember 5 trillion and
- 11:07remember 250 to 1 leverage. And if you think want to know
- 11:11what leverage means, that means how many times you multiply
- 11:15something. Make believe, right?
- 11:17That means that that. Well, let me read on and we'll
- 11:20talk about it more in a little bit, OK?
- 11:24The discrepancy between the five trillion and the 20 billion.
- 11:28The Five Trillion of make believe Unicorn fart does silver
- 11:32That's traded every Year 5. And 20 billion represents a 250
- 11:37to one ratio, meaning that for every one ounce of physical
- 11:42silver, there are two. 150 ounces of paper silver, also
- 11:47known as electronic Unicorn fart dust.
- 11:51Silver all right, circulating in several financial products in
- 11:56other. Words only one contract or
- 11:59certificate issued out of every two.
- 12:04Could be convertible into real physical silver.
- 12:07That's the two. 150 to 1 leverage that's how they.
- 12:12Keep the price smashed down like you have been feeling.
- 12:17Body blow, Body blow, right? Right.
- 12:20Like we might as well be hitting ourselves over the last.
- 12:24Week in particular, if now, as the regulating agencies are.
- 12:30Claiming the goal is to. Create a new fixing price, new
- 12:35price discovery for silver that would better reflect.
- 12:38The physical market parenthesis notably from pressure coming
- 12:43from countries like China. Haven't we covered that the
- 12:47Chinese are screaming about the lack of supply of silver?
- 12:52And the unbelievable BS Silver price the.
- 12:56Chinese, right? The second most powerful economy
- 13:01in the world, right? The Indians.
- 13:03What they do last year. Oh, they just acquired. 330
- 13:07million oz. Like 3040% of the world's annual
- 13:11production. All right to have their say.
- 13:14All right. So the countries like.
- 13:15China are making noise and saying they want to have their
- 13:19say in the fixing of precious metals prices.
- 13:21We know. The Shanghai Gold Exchange.
- 13:24The Shanghai Futures Exchange. They've been around for 20 years
- 13:27and they're growing and growing. I haven't heard recent data, but
- 13:31like last. Week The difference in price
- 13:35between the Shanghai Futures Exchange and the Shanghai Gold
- 13:39Exchange and the Comex. It was like 12. 13% higher.
- 13:43All right, they're making noise. The leverage between paper,
- 13:46silver. This is the good.
- 13:48Part in physical silver is at risk.
- 13:51Of radically, radically evolving, he says.
- 13:55Let's hypothesize what silver price would be.
- 13:59Directly based on the physical silver market today, the actual
- 14:03size of the silver market. Is five trillion 5 trillion / 20
- 14:09billion, which is the size of the annual production of actual
- 14:14physical silver. That's that's that's.
- 14:16Created 1 billion oz at $20.00 an ounce.
- 14:21You you multiply the 250 leverage times the $20 spot
- 14:27price and you come to 5000 an ounce.
- 14:31You know, another way to to do that math is to take the five.
- 14:34Trillion of all the paper and divide that by divide that by
- 14:41the by the $20 per hour. I'm sorry, by the 20 billion?
- 14:47Dollar size of the market of the real market divide the five
- 14:50trillion make believe derivative value of silver.
- 14:54On an annual basis, divide that by. 20 billion and I think you
- 14:59come to $5000 an ounce. There's an, you know, that's
- 15:02like all math. There's like 6 different ways to
- 15:04do it so. Here's the conclusion every
- 15:07investor could that. Be you?
- 15:09Is this talking directly? We're talking directly to you.
- 15:14Basement dweller. Today in Ron's basement, we have
- 15:17an important message to share with you.
- 15:20Okay every investor holding silver in the form of financial
- 15:26products without the possibility of.
- 15:29Verifying the physical existence of their investment should ask
- 15:34the question as to what will. Happen when more holders, other
- 15:38people who think they have that same silver right of that said
- 15:42product, will ask for physical delivery.
- 15:47In reality, we already know what will happen, because one of the
- 15:50world's largest banks from the Netherlands, ABN Amro, already
- 15:55defaulted a little more than a year ago on its gold
- 15:58certificates, and they settled them in cash.
- 16:03So what this? Author is saying is yeah, sure
- 16:06there's 250 claims on every one ounce of silver.
- 16:11We've, I, we, we've. Used this analogy before.
- 16:13Let's say we decide to to go to. Go to McDonald's and we we put
- 16:18our order in on McDonald's app for a hamburger and we show up
- 16:22to pick it up and they say sorry.
- 16:24Guys, we didn't think you were really going to get the
- 16:27hamburger. We sold that same hamburger to
- 16:29250 other people. That's exactly.
- 16:33What they're doing with silver right now.
- 16:35So you take that $5 trillion annual paper silver market, I
- 16:42hit my Weber seasonings there. I don't want to knock those over
- 16:45and divide that, divide that by the. 20 billion actual value of
- 16:50physical silver that's created every year.
- 16:52And you come to A5, the price would have to be $5000 to
- 16:56satisfy. All of that demand that is
- 17:00absolutely. You know what?
- 17:01While since I knocked into the Weber seasonings, I like to
- 17:05refer to them as the the. Gold standard of seasonings.
- 17:10I love seasonings. I will only talk about things
- 17:13that I love and Susie can tell you I'm an expert seasoner.
- 17:17These are the best. I used the kickin chicken last
- 17:21week on some chicken wings. Cut them up.
- 17:26Put some olive oil on them. Put some of that seasoning.
- 17:28Grow them for about 1/2 hour. And they were outstanding.
- 17:32Check out the Weber seasonings. You can get them at Sam's Club.
- 17:35I know you're like me, like you want to get the best.
- 17:39When you buy silver and gold, you want to get the most bang
- 17:42for your buck. When you buy food.
- 17:44Buy better quality food at a place like.
- 17:47Sam's and get even better quality.
- 17:50Seasoning or a better quality experience by using these Weber
- 17:54seasonings? I mean, you know and I know
- 17:57right? You can save like you can pay
- 17:59like 30. Cents on the dollar, cooking at
- 18:01home and having a better meal. So anyway, I love the Weber
- 18:05seasonings. I hope you check them out and
- 18:08you do too. I get them at Sam's Club.
- 18:09I got to talk about. I got to say thank you to.
- 18:12Henny, Henny, Thank you for that super check, guys.
- 18:15We got a. Lot more to talk about.
- 18:17Major More things to talk about and I missed another Super Chat
- 18:22bear. With me.
- 18:23It's important to me. Hey, Jake, when it's.
- 18:26Cowbell time. Ring it hard.
- 18:29It's cowbell time, Jake. You got it, brother.
- 18:31I'm going to ring it super hard. Thank you for the Super.
- 18:34Chat when we get the 200 thumbs up.
- 18:37And you can keep giving thumbs up.
- 18:39OK guys, we rang the 200 cowbell which was brought delivered I
- 18:50hope that was hard enough. For you, my friend Jake by our
- 18:54by our fellow basement dweller, Joe F All right, Joe F.
- 18:59All right, let's move on, because the hits keep.
- 19:04I have a little drink of water. Thank you for being here.
- 19:10You want to learn some interesting things, some thought
- 19:13provoking subjects that. We have now to talk about, let's
- 19:19just talk yesterday the stock market did horrible.
- 19:22It was down like 2%. Right.
- 19:24I mean, it was absolutely horrible, the 10 year.
- 19:27Bond got the 4.8% yesterday, Can you believe that?
- 19:32I mean, I'm telling you if, if, if someone had told you.
- 19:36Five years ago, three years ago that we would.
- 19:39Have a 4.8% rate on the 10 year bond and we're going to talk a
- 19:43little more about that later because.
- 19:45That is a tsunami. Heading at the US economy?
- 19:49A big deal. Do you know what the VIX is?
- 19:52It's spelled. VIX kind of reminds me when I
- 19:56spell pin backs, but it's VVIX the.
- 19:58VIX it's a measure. Of volatility of fear.
- 20:03In the market, you can trade it. It's like not it's a it's an
- 20:07index and you can buy options on it.
- 20:09Anyway, the VIX is spiking back above 20.
- 20:13OK, we have surging oil. What is that going to do?
- 20:17It's going to wreak havoc. When it comes to inflation, if
- 20:22anything can hits, inflation in this country increases
- 20:26inflation. It's oil.
- 20:27Oil is everything. Oil is the lifeblood of the
- 20:30economy. Oils not just for your car.
- 20:33Everybody thinks gasoline or diesel.
- 20:36Or whatever. Oil is everything, guys.
- 20:39It's not. It's energy more than just
- 20:42gasoline for cars to get around. It isn't everything.
- 20:46Wherever you are right now, look around, I guarantee you.
- 20:49More than half of what you're looking at has some component of
- 20:53oil in it. Plastic obviously comes from
- 20:56oil, but all. Kinds of things come from oil.
- 20:59It's so when the price of oil is.
- 21:01Going sky high, the price of everything around you will
- 21:06continue to go up as well. At least we don't eat oil.
- 21:10But think about this. The oil price does affect food
- 21:13because the farmers they buy, you know, they got to buy a lot
- 21:16of diesel fuel. The food has to be delivered to
- 21:19your grocery store. So oil is a big, big, big, big
- 21:24deal. Then we got this great news
- 21:26about job. Openings, you know, things are
- 21:28so great I was talking. To my buddy Bobby Boo Boo Bear.
- 21:34Very smart young man. I don't know why I called him
- 21:36Bobby Boo Boo Bear, but anyway, very, very smart young man.
- 21:41And in his 30s. And he's a stacker and I'm
- 21:44related to him, so you know he's smart, right?
- 21:49Anyway, we were talking about. The jobs data and we get big
- 21:52jobs data this. Week but how BS all this jobs
- 21:56data is? You know everybody we were, we
- 21:59were just. Saying like, well, no wonder the
- 22:01unemployment slow, people are desperate, absolutely desperate.
- 22:05To make a buck just to pay for their food.
- 22:08Just to pay for their rent. Just to pay for their.
- 22:11Their gasoline for their car and a lot of these jobs that are so.
- 22:16You know socalled being created are those second and third jobs,
- 22:20because remember. Oh, my bloods boiling.
- 22:24You don't want to see Ron pass out during a live stream, do we?
- 22:27No. So I need to take a deep breath.
- 22:30My blood is boiling. Think about America.
- 22:33These is Joe Biden's economic miracle.
- 22:36It's called Bidenomics. I happen to like to call it
- 22:39Bidenom tricks, like tricks are for kids are.
- 22:43Tricky or not, real or magic, right?
- 22:46Because is it really all that great out there?
- 22:49Think about this. Think about the fact.
- 22:51That that in America now, these jobs that are being created, a
- 22:55lot of these are. Second and third jobs.
- 22:58What kind of quality of life? Look, I'm a hard worker, right?
- 23:01I do this. You know, you guys know and I
- 23:03appreciate when you recognize how much work we put in to to
- 23:07making Ron's basement. And it's we do it because we
- 23:10love it. Susie loves it.
- 23:12I love it. Coin Shop Chris loves it all
- 23:14these. Moderators that are helping and
- 23:15please say thank you to them. I think they love it as well.
- 23:18It's a big deal, but I also work another job.
- 23:21At night? I mean, what kind of what kind
- 23:25of a? Country do we live in where
- 23:27people have to work two jobs or some people are working three
- 23:32jobs, right? Just to make ends meet.
- 23:35That's Bidenomics. That's where all those new quote
- 23:37UN quote jobs are. Coming from a lot of these new
- 23:41jobs are people. Oh look.
- 23:43Oh, we can count that because Joe Smith can't afford to pay
- 23:47his mortgage, so now he's got to deliver food for whatever it's
- 23:51called. Dime Dash or DoorDash or
- 23:53whatever the heck. Those things are called.
- 23:55I don't. I don't order.
- 23:57Look, I'm going to tell. You something right now.
- 24:00Okay, we are value. Oriented people on this channel,
- 24:04I have no, well, okay, I respect whatever anybody does.
- 24:09That's great, and maybe some people have to do this.
- 24:12But when I go to McDonald's, OK, and I think you're this way too,
- 24:16I use the McDonald's app and I use a coupon and I get the most
- 24:19for my buck when I go in there to pick it up.
- 24:22You know what I see all these DoorDash dot drivers.
- 24:26Coming in and picking up bags people are, and I asked the guys
- 24:30to do a lot. Of people get McDonald's
- 24:32delivered, He's like, Oh yeah, I'm like, what does it cost?
- 24:34He's like. Oh, you know, by the time you
- 24:36pay. For an overpriced quote, UN
- 24:39quote value, meal and then delivery fee and tip, he's like
- 24:42it's like 20 bucks or 30 bucks. To get a meal, I'm like, that is
- 24:45ridiculous. I'm sorry.
- 24:47I went down that path. I've been warned that I need to
- 24:50keep on to my train of thought, but I'm telling you, I love you.
- 24:55OK, but if. You're spending $30.00 to get a
- 24:58Big Mac delivered to your house. I would much, much more.
- 25:02Recommend that you use that $30.00 to get yourself.
- 25:05An ounce of silver. What are those people?
- 25:07Thinking imagine that some dum dum right?
- 25:10I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that.
- 25:12Some person getting a $30 Big Mac delivered to their house and
- 25:16they could buy. Heck, now they could buy an
- 25:18ounce and a half a silver. What the heck people I.
- 25:21Think that way. Do you think that way?
- 25:23I think that way a penny saved as a.
- 25:25Penny earned, you know, a dime. A nickel is a dime with the
- 25:30taxes taken out of it. I am preachy today.
- 25:35Thank you. We almost got 500 people.
- 25:37What the heck? All right, now where was I?
- 25:40Oh, oh, it's just it's screwed up.
- 25:42Everything's, everything's. Coming to it, it's just it gets
- 25:44even worse. I don't know.
- 25:46What do you think it means when the speaker of our House gets I?
- 25:49Don't know what do they call it? Demoted.
- 25:52McCarthy right Do we have political problems in this
- 25:54country we got? Political problems between the
- 25:57Democrats and the Republicans. And this is not a political
- 26:00show. I'm not giving any commentary on
- 26:02my thoughts on that. I'm an independent, but we also
- 26:05have political turmoil within the Republican.
- 26:09I mean, it's crazy. And then we got Joe Biden, who's
- 26:12our? President telling us that it's
- 26:14working. You know, I mean, come on, come
- 26:16on, man. And we got a big election.
- 26:20Everything. Everything is screwy right now
- 26:24and I'm laughing. This is.
- 26:26I want it. Does it make you laugh?
- 26:29I heard one of the financial commentators talking about one
- 26:32of the. Reasons why the market was was,
- 26:36you know, going down bigly. I want to say crash, but maybe
- 26:39going to crash, going down, Big said.
- 26:41It's a flight to safety people. Are going to get their 5% rate.
- 26:47On their Treasury bonds. And I'm thinking I understand,
- 26:50right? Would you?
- 26:51I mean, you know, you've. I'm sure you've heard.
- 26:53That right. It's a flight to safety
- 26:56everybody wants to go to. Treasury bonds because it's a
- 26:59safe thing and I'm thinking if I bought a 10 year Tre.
- 27:03Think of I want you to think about this if you bought.
- 27:05If you had 100 grand and you could buy, what would that be,
- 27:105000? Yeah, 5000 ounces of silver or
- 27:16option #2 we're going to let. You're going to loan that money
- 27:20to your U.S. government 100 grand, 5000 ounces of silver or
- 27:27give it to your government for a 10 year bond?
- 27:30I mean, think 10 years out. Now you need to put on your
- 27:33future vision. OK, imagine me.
- 27:36Because I do I. Get better looking with age is
- 27:38what I'm told, so that's a happy thought.
- 27:44Certainly don't get. Smarter with age, but maybe
- 27:46better looking, I don't know anyway. 10 years from now, do
- 27:49you want to hear? Do you want?
- 27:50I mean, we don't even know what I mean.
- 27:52The way we're going in this country, nobody else talks about
- 27:56it. But you'll talk about it.
- 27:57I'll talk about it the. Debt and deficit in this
- 28:00country. Think about that, 100.
- 28:01Grand right now 5000 ounces of silver or a 10 year bond.
- 28:07Tell me in the comments, I want to hear what would you do to?
- 28:11It's a no brainer. And that's a flight to safety.
- 28:13Oh yeah. I love giving my hard earned
- 28:16paper Fiat Unicorn fart dust money back to my government so
- 28:22they can waste. It some more.
- 28:24Does that make any sense? No, I think me personally.
- 28:28I don't even have to put it in the comments because I can tell
- 28:30you and I'm but I want to hear what you said.
- 28:31Me personally, my my 100 grand. Is going to go into silver.
- 28:35You can make your own decision. Maybe you you know.
- 28:39You like to give it to the government so they can, you
- 28:41know, wastefully spend it. OK, I'm done.
- 28:43I'm done on that one. Let's talk about Janet Yellen.
- 28:48Janet Yellen. Did she say something that
- 28:50should make our ears perk up as silver?
- 28:53And gold investors, I'm going to use my bedroom voice now because
- 28:57we're talking about our old friend.
- 28:58Yellen, do you guys want me to get Janet out?
- 29:01So you can say hi to her. Huh.
- 29:03All I need is for. One person to type hi Tony is
- 29:07the type. Janet in the comments, then.
- 29:11I do need more thumbs up because that helps me feel good.
- 29:13It helps you feel good too. It's nice.
- 29:15To do something nice, Janet. Oh.
- 29:18Yelling Janet, did Janet say something that should make us
- 29:23happy and perky? Let's say hi to Janet this.
- 29:29Is our Janet in the box? I think she's in there.
- 29:32I haven't opened her up for about two weeks up there she is.
- 29:35Hi, Janet. Okay.
- 29:37So we're going to talk in our Janet voice.
- 29:40And she said this I have two. Quotes from Janet.
- 29:43Did she did she hint that we could see a drop in interest
- 29:47rates? Did it's like, it's like.
- 29:49Grandma's telling us hey everybody, don't worry.
- 29:52Everything's going to be okay because interest rates are going
- 29:56to drop soon. And you know what that means?
- 29:58That means everything's okay. We can print more money.
- 30:02Here's what Janet said, She said.
- 30:03Quote. People are trying to figure out
- 30:06exactly what's going on to keep inflation moving down.
- 30:10Well, really Janet, thank you. She said that Tuesday at a
- 30:14moderated. Discussion at the Fortune
- 30:16Magazine CEO Initiative conference in Washington.
- 30:21But this is where it gets interesting and economic
- 30:25resilience. That they see maybe suggest
- 30:29that. We're going to keep rates higher
- 30:31for longer. That's not good.
- 30:33That's what's been killing Silver.
- 30:35That's what's making the dollar. I won't even go down that path,
- 30:38the BS. Strong dollar, all right, higher
- 30:43for longer rates. But then Janet said this, she
- 30:47said. But don't.
- 30:49Silver and gold investor and platinum investor.
- 30:52Boys and girls, don't worry, don't worry.
- 30:54Be because we'll have to see what.
- 30:56Happens then she said. I think it's by no means a
- 31:02given, OK No means a given if she's saying that OK because
- 31:10remember they they are very measured and calculated with
- 31:15their words. They don't just talk.
- 31:18They're manipulating you and me and the markets, and that's a
- 31:21known fact. If she's saying that, by no
- 31:24means that it's a given that rates are going to stay higher
- 31:28for longer. That could be a very, very good
- 31:32signal for. Things to come as we head into
- 31:35the coming months, quarters and years together as basement
- 31:38dwellers here in Ron's basement, OK, but she had more to say, she
- 31:44also said. That it's critical to maintain
- 31:47a, quote UN quote sustainable fiscal policy.
- 31:51Let's do a quick review for those of you who may have
- 31:54forgotten what's the difference. Between fiscal policy and
- 31:58monetary policy, monetary policy is what our friend Jerome.
- 32:03Powell, also known as The Wizard of Oz, does.
- 32:07From behind his curtain at the Federal Reserve, that's monetary
- 32:10policy. Fiscal policy?
- 32:14Is that that astute? Wise financial management,
- 32:18fiscal policy that are elected. Politicians and Washington do,
- 32:22And it's OK that we rip on them, because the founding fathers of
- 32:25this country are. Rolling over in their graves,
- 32:28watching what they're doing. So nonetheless, Janet says we
- 32:32need to maintain sustainable fiscal policy.
- 32:35She said that the current level of.
- 32:37Debt is manageable. Oh really, Jan?
- 32:40And that's interesting as measured by how much.
- 32:42The US spends each year to finance the federal debt as a
- 32:46share of gross. Domestic product and adjusted
- 32:50for inflation Well, see she can like.
- 32:52Inflation when she can use it to.
- 32:54Somehow do magic math and say that we're on a sustainable path
- 32:57in this country. And thank you all 500 of you for
- 33:00being here. Stick with me guys, I got big.
- 33:03News about silver and gold stocks.
- 33:06Okay and a message from my mother specifically for you gold
- 33:12and silver investors. I want you to stick around.
- 33:16But she. Also indicated this is Janet
- 33:19that. Higher longterm rates would pose
- 33:23a threat. Interesting, she said earlier.
- 33:27She didn't think that they would keep rates higher for longer,
- 33:31possibly. We have to see what?
- 33:32Happens, and basically then at the end of that sentence, she
- 33:35said. It's a threat to the fiscal pot,
- 33:38yeah. Yeah, it's a threat.
- 33:39Janet. Janet, let me You don't even
- 33:41need a calculator for this. But maybe Janet needs to use a
- 33:44calculator. The government spends $1.4
- 33:46trillion more each. Year Janet, I keep.
- 33:50I keep forgetting. I think I'm interviewing Janet
- 33:52Yellen here in the basement, but I'm going to talk to Janet right
- 33:56now. Janet, you're spending 1.4
- 33:58trillion more each. Year than you're bringing in and
- 34:02you got this little problem lingering over there that would
- 34:05be called. The national debt, which has
- 34:07ballooned to $33 trillion. Janet And on top of that, all
- 34:13that debt needs to be. Refinanced 17 trillion of it,
- 34:16more than half in the next two years.
- 34:18Janet and and thank you Susie just screamed at me from
- 34:23downstairs. I have a walkie-talkie for you.
- 34:25Susie Let. Me turn on the walkie-talkie.
- 34:28Sorry guys. Roger Dodger, Thank you.
- 34:40I was not done preaching to Janet.
- 34:44We need to refinance all that debt, debt, Janet.
- 34:46And your interest expense is going to like more than double.
- 34:50Yes, Janet, you're spending more.
- 34:52Than a trillion dollars a year. On just interest, Janet, that
- 34:57would be like me. Going upstairs and telling
- 34:59Susie, Susie, I forgot to tell you we have a. $200,000 balance
- 35:06on the credit card. You know, all those nice things.
- 35:09I'm always getting flowers for Susie almost every day, but I
- 35:13had to always put it on the credit card and and now we have
- 35:17no more room left on the credit card.
- 35:19But we've got to make up, we've got interest.
- 35:21Payment, I mean, anyway. Did you say something?
- 35:30No. All right, I'm turning off the
- 35:31walkie-talkie. Yeah, I don't buy her flowers
- 35:35every day. I can pick them out of the yard.
- 35:39So that's what Janet. Let's let's sum up.
- 35:40Let's let's wrap up on that because we got other big two
- 35:43more big subjects to talk about. This morning.
- 35:45All right, Janet basically said that.
- 35:48Higher rates are not a given. And, she said, if rates stay.
- 35:53High That's a real problem for the US.
- 35:56Well, no joke, Janet. Thank you for informing us, but
- 35:59in the long run guys, what that tells us is if they're.
- 36:02Saying that, even hinting at that, that's what they're
- 36:06talking about. We're we're in for some crazy
- 36:08big times. Okay, let's talk about Let's
- 36:13talk I. Had this written down, do you?
- 36:15What do you think it means? Think of what?
- 36:18What do you think it means that we went from like crazy print
- 36:22fest with money right after the C 19 issue and they and all this
- 36:27money was created in all these years.
- 36:31Isn't it just a? Little weird that now
- 36:32everything's like just been absolutely shut off.
- 36:36It's to me it's weird. Maybe it has to do with?
- 36:43What's going on in the world? Maybe we're nearing the end, you
- 36:46know, Lynette Zang and I talked about that and I'm going to have
- 36:49Lynette back on and I'm going to talk more about Lynette Zang
- 36:52here in a few minutes. But, but, she said.
- 36:57When you get toward the end, things start to feel crazy.
- 37:00Are you feeling crazy? Does it feel crazy?
- 37:02Out there to you right now. To me, it absolutely feels
- 37:07crazy. Let's touch on some stocks.
- 37:09I've been buying stocks, OK. I've always said I'd.
- 37:12Be completely transparent with you guys, I always list.
- 37:16The stocks that I own, I do need to update that in the
- 37:19description of every video. I'm buying silver mining stocks,
- 37:24but they're more development stage stocks, meaning they
- 37:27aren't companies that are actually mining the silver right
- 37:30now. But they've got a ton of silver
- 37:33in the ground and the reason I'm buying them is because they are
- 37:36valued. And so cheap it's unbelievable.
- 37:41I bought a silver mountain. They have a big.
- 37:47Project in Bolivia. I bought Capitan Silver as well.
- 37:52And I'm looking at Silver Elephant and I own Summa Silver.
- 37:58All these are small silver companies whose stocks have been
- 38:02decimated. Any of you who'd bought them a
- 38:05year or two ago? I'm sorry because I know that a
- 38:08lot of them are trading it like are down like 7080.
- 38:12Sixty percent at minimum 60%. But here's why I like them guys.
- 38:16They are valued so low. That in some circumstances
- 38:20you're getting silver in the ground for the equivalent price
- 38:25of LIKE. 10/15/20 Thirty cents per oz.
- 38:29Do your own work. This is not a financial show.
- 38:32OK. But when I can buy silver in the
- 38:35ground, all right. For pennies on the dollar,
- 38:39literally right. And I know.
- 38:41Right. And I know.
- 38:42And the other thing is right, This is Bolivia.
- 38:44This is Mexico. This is.
- 38:47Where's the other one, Peru? Right.
- 38:49These are jurisdictions that have just been that.
- 38:51That's though they're viewed. That's.
- 38:53Viewed as being a negative, but those are Bolivia's the 6th
- 38:56largest silver. Producer in the world Peru I
- 38:59know is like probably in the top three or four.
- 39:01Mexico's #1. The when I can buy that metal in
- 39:06the ground that cheap, OK and and can it go lower?
- 39:11Absolutely. Do I think it's going to go
- 39:13lower? I don't think it's going to go
- 39:15lower, otherwise I wouldn't be. Buying it?
- 39:17Could I be wrong? Absolutely, I could be wrong.
- 39:20Now let's talk about gold in the ground, right?
- 39:23And it's just as crazy with the gold development companies.
- 39:27These gold development companies have been decimated the whole.
- 39:30Sector The valuations are crazy. You can get gold.
- 39:35In the ground that's been drilled, they've already drilled
- 39:38it, they've already discovered it, they drilled it, they put it
- 39:41all together. You can a lot of times like we
- 39:44hear whoa, whoa, what? With our sponsor First Mining
- 39:47Gold, they've got massive projects in Canada that have
- 39:52have gold. In the ground that's already
- 39:54been discovered, already been drilled, already been had
- 39:58reports put together. You know the scientific.
- 40:01Reports that established for them just like their two biggest
- 40:04projects have 5 million oz. Each in Canada, one of them's
- 40:09in. Quebec, which is like being
- 40:10recognized as being one of the best mining jurisdictions in the
- 40:14world, and this is gold that's being valued.
- 40:17At like 7-8 nine dollars per oz. Yes, it's in the ground, right?
- 40:23But the only thing to me better than having it in my hands is
- 40:26owning it in the ground. That's just the way I look at
- 40:29it, especially at these. Incredibly low prices because I
- 40:33think you know, you know, whether we're talking about
- 40:35silver. We you you know the story on.
- 40:37Silver, right. Silver demand is projected to go
- 40:41crazy. What does that mean?
- 40:43I mean, you know, they're. Talking about we could be out of
- 40:45silver by the year 2028 and there's no pipeline of new
- 40:50projects. And the same is true with the
- 40:52gold mine, the big gold mining companies, they haven't invested
- 40:55in their pipelines. They instead paid off debt.
- 40:58So in two or three years or a year or whenever things change.
- 41:03There could be a frenzy of companies just searching to buy
- 41:07up the smaller companies. That have the pipeline that have
- 41:12the, that have the, the the metals available.
- 41:15I think first mining gold is one of those such.
- 41:18Not financial advice. Just my opinion.
- 41:21I've owned that stock for years and years, I thought.
- 41:23It was a great deal a year ago, two years ago, so I especially
- 41:28think. Like because that whole sector
- 41:30has had has had challenges the value proposition now to me is
- 41:35almost unbelievable. So anyway those are that's my
- 41:39thoughts on the on the on the silver and gold smaller
- 41:43development stage. Let me just throw this out there
- 41:46as well and this is off the top of my head so you can check me
- 41:50on this, but the company like first mining gold their
- 41:53duparquet. Project, that's one of their 5
- 41:56million ounce projects. That one's in Quebec.
- 41:59The the whole market cap of first mining right now is under
- 42:02100 million. dollars, the previous companies that that
- 42:07like did all the drilling and exploration work on all.
- 42:10Those projects up at Duparquet. Easily spent more than that 100
- 42:15million on that one project alone, right?
- 42:19And with first mining, they've got another 5 million ounce
- 42:21project. Spring pool in Ontario and
- 42:24they've got. Four other projects that they
- 42:26either own. Outright or have a different
- 42:28level of of ownership and so anyway, just my two cents and
- 42:34and I wanted. To share that with you, let's
- 42:35talk about my mom. What did my mom?
- 42:38Say that. That shocked me, okay.
- 42:41I mean, I said plenty of things over the.
- 42:43That shocked her. No doubt about it.
- 42:46I'm sorry, mom. I love you.
- 42:48But she said something yesterday that.
- 42:49Absolutely shocked me. So we had to take my dad.
- 42:52To get cataract surgery. So anyway, I drove him there and
- 42:56we were sitting in the waiting room, you know, like like
- 42:58cattle, all of us. And they got TV monitors now
- 43:01that tell you where you're. Anyway, we're talking and and
- 43:04she. She goes, oh, I I watched that
- 43:08interview you did on your channel with that Lady.
- 43:11I'm like, what do you mean that Lady?
- 43:13And I'm thinking, what are you talking?
- 43:14I'm like. I said, and I said, well,
- 43:16there's only one lady that I've interviewed.
- 43:18I said, you mean Lynette Zhang? She goes yeah.
- 43:20She goes. I really liked her.
- 43:22I really liked that interview. Lynette.
- 43:23Lynette Zhang, I said. Yeah.
- 43:25She said. Do you think I should convert
- 43:26some of my money? And she said, Convert, I'm going
- 43:28to give. Her credit to silver and gold
- 43:30and that's. Not what she said.
- 43:31That I was shocked me and I would.
- 43:34I said I don't know mom, you know I gave her the old I don't
- 43:36have a crystal ball and it's what I do.
- 43:38And I actually showed her the pin Beck's website on my phone
- 43:41and showed her what a monster box was.
- 43:43And she was. Real interested, she goes.
- 43:45Well, this is what shocked me and I'm telling you.
- 43:48Guys, this is a big big big big. Did I miss 300 thumbs up?
- 43:56I did big. That's as big as getting 300
- 44:00thumbs up. Thanks man, we got 5. 100 people
- 44:03on here and 300 thumbs up, I'm going to tell.
- 44:07You the big deal after I ring the bell.
- 44:14Bell knows that's only one of five goofy things I do on this
- 44:25show. Then she says to me.
- 44:27This is this is a big deal. So pay attention, she says.
- 44:31Well, I heard they're selling. Gold at Costco.
- 44:37And I was like what I said. And that's my mom.
- 44:41And my mom is not into precious metals and she's not.
- 44:44And she's more of a CNN, MSNBC, Fox News.
- 44:47Thank you, Ron. McAdams for that super chat, my
- 44:50friend man. You guys are generous with me.
- 44:53This this Costco deal. I told you, my friend Mike, my
- 44:57friend Pete, and my now my mom. Are asking about Costco that is
- 45:04the and I think I think I'm and I'm this is my.
- 45:07Tinfoil hat. Excuse me conspiracy theorist
- 45:12saying this, but I think. I think that's why they smashed
- 45:15the price down. I do.
- 45:17I think that I'd possibly right that that they realize like, Oh
- 45:21my God. Everyday people are waking up.
- 45:25We got to do something about this.
- 45:26Possibly. OK, I'm not saying.
- 45:29Oh, my Lord, another super chant, $10.
- 45:33Jake, man. Thank you Autumn Mitchell.
- 45:36You're very welcome. Autumn.
- 45:38I'm glad you're. Here wow, is that I don't know
- 45:42am I am. And I'm not saying that I'm that
- 45:45I'm. I'm professing this to be the
- 45:48truth. But would it make sense?
- 45:50That all of a sudden there's this catalyst, this groundswell.
- 45:54You know, those things kind of come out of nowhere, like all of
- 45:56a sudden people are getting interested in every.
- 45:59News channels talking about it that they say man we need to
- 46:03smash the metals. Now we need to show Florence
- 46:07who's at home ordering toilet paper and cat food and and
- 46:13Lunchables for her kids lunch that she better not buy gold.
- 46:17Thank you, Craig. Thank you my friend.
- 46:20Wow. Because that's a bad deal,
- 46:26right? Sorry, I was out mowing lawn
- 46:31before I did this. So I've got a little cough in my
- 46:33throat. I don't know.
- 46:34What do you think? Do you think that's possible?
- 46:35I know, I mean, again, tin foil hat, imagine me with a tin foil
- 46:40hat on. But we know there has been
- 46:43concerted efforts in the. Past by the powers that be to
- 46:46manage and suppress. The precious metals prices.
- 46:51So if suddenly there's this groundswell, groundswell of
- 46:55interest and activity in the. Precious metals.
- 46:59Wouldn't that be a great time for them to say, Oh my God, it's
- 47:04getting out of control. It's time that we need to smash
- 47:12the price of silver and gold. They can't do it forever, right?
- 47:16250 to 1, leverage on the silver price, on the gold price.
- 47:21Are you kidding me? Right.
- 47:23They can't do it forever. Hey, guys.
- 47:25Thank you for being here. You're the best.
- 47:27I will be back tomorrow. Take it easy and I'll see you
- 47:31soon.
