- 0:00Speaker 1: Coming up on relatables. What's underrated when it comes to
- 0:03Speaker 1: sexy time? When he breathes into your ear.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Or neck, you like the heavy, like the hot breath.
- 0:14Speaker 2: The women like that hot breath.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Five minute missionary when you both finish is the best
- 0:19Speaker 3: feeling in the world.
- 0:21Speaker 2: And like it can't be planned Relatable Relatables podcast.
- 0:34Speaker 4: It'sposedly by myself Jake Creg aka Daddy, and my partner
- 0:38Speaker 4: in crime is Alry Call like aka mummy and Odd
- 0:42Speaker 4: is mummy because um, you guys always about to find
- 0:45Speaker 4: out because I'm going to come to him with just
- 0:49Speaker 4: maybe a confession, like maybe you go to your mom
- 0:51Speaker 4: for confessions.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Yeah, hopefully, hopefully, and hopefully I can give some good advice.
- 0:54Speaker 1: And Jake is daddy because he turns up at the
- 0:57Speaker 1: right time. Is that the opposite of a daddy? I
- 1:02Speaker 1: think a running joke is it's the opposite of a dad.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Let's change the norm a good dad.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Yeah, there you go.
- 1:10Speaker 5: You guys are the baddies.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Welcome in.
- 1:16Speaker 4: If it's your first time here, this is going to
- 1:18Speaker 4: be maybe pretty telling of who is who?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, I'm kind of enough. You've done something I.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Don't know it's probably best if I tell them we
- 1:38Speaker 1: didn't set yourself then.
- 1:39Speaker 2: No, no, no.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Also, if you're new here, something you'll find out is
- 1:44Speaker 4: that my life is basically just one big long poo with.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Breaks in between.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Heard someone say that on the podcast, and I thought,
- 1:55Speaker 1: I'm stealing that your life is one big long pooh.
- 1:59Speaker 2: We've there's some short breaks in between.
- 2:01Speaker 4: Yeah, on the topic of poo quickly, I'll get it
- 2:04Speaker 4: my story in a second. Beth told me that, So
- 2:07Speaker 4: she's like, you need to stop sitting on the toilet
- 2:09Speaker 4: for so long because.
- 2:10Speaker 2: You can get him as I've heard this.
- 2:11Speaker 5: Is it true?
- 2:13Speaker 2: I hope not.
- 2:13Speaker 4: And the one reason I don't think it's true is
- 2:15Speaker 4: because i'd have one.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Okay, so this morning I had a bit of a morning.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Okay, I am, I'm driving along, got Darcy with me
- 2:32Speaker 4: and your pet sausage dog, my pet sausage dog.
- 2:34Speaker 2: She's actually just right down next to sleeping. She must
- 2:37Speaker 2: sit in my lap. What a pretty rude If you
- 2:38Speaker 2: ask me, maybe this is why, and I did, maybe
- 2:43Speaker 2: this is why.
- 2:44Speaker 4: Actually I did kind of question if I should tell
- 2:48Speaker 4: this story or not. But it's going to be a
- 2:49Speaker 4: good lesson for me and a good lesson for all
- 2:52Speaker 4: the baddies that are like me.
- 2:54Speaker 2: No, okay, Yeah. So I was driving and I live
- 2:58Speaker 2: in Sydney, keep in mind, and we record the podcast
- 3:00Speaker 2: on the Central Coast. It's an hour and a half drive.
- 3:02Speaker 4: I live in the Inner West, so I have to
- 3:04Speaker 4: drive thirty minutes to the freeway. And when I left,
- 3:07Speaker 4: I was like driving along and there's like two separate
- 3:10Speaker 4: times where I can choose to go and take toll roads,
- 3:13Speaker 4: and the toll roads at the time of day that
- 3:15Speaker 4: I left today save me about five minutes.
- 3:18Speaker 2: And so I thought, I'm not going to pay the money.
- 3:21Speaker 2: It's twenty bucks.
- 3:22Speaker 4: Yeah, so I thought, I'm gonna pay twenty bucks to
- 3:25Speaker 4: say five minutes.
- 3:25Speaker 2: I'll just take the.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Normal way and I'll just you know, meander around. And
- 3:29Speaker 4: so there's a lot of main roads you take and
- 3:32Speaker 4: they're all pretty much three lane going each way. And
- 3:36Speaker 4: so there's this intersection that I come up to a
- 3:38Speaker 4: pretty big intersection where I need to turn left, and
- 3:41Speaker 4: so I always, you know, about like two kilometers in advance,
- 3:44Speaker 4: I just go into the far left lane, just always do.
- 3:46Speaker 2: It's almost like muscle memory by now.
- 3:49Speaker 4: And I pull over into the left lane I'm getting there,
- 3:52Speaker 4: and then I'm about I'm only probably like five hundred
- 3:55Speaker 4: meters from this turn, and I can see there's like
- 3:59Speaker 4: maybe ten cars stopped in front of me, like full
- 4:01Speaker 4: like stopped stopped, and then it goes down into a
- 4:04Speaker 4: hill and up so you can see the road ahead
- 4:05Speaker 4: and there's no cars there, and I'm like, okay, weird.
- 4:07Speaker 4: I wonder why the person at the front is stopped.
- 4:10Speaker 4: So I drive and I actually just stay in this lane,
- 4:13Speaker 4: thinking like sometimes I risk it. Sometimes I think it's
- 4:15Speaker 4: a bus or something stopped, and so I pull up
- 4:18Speaker 4: and I come to a full stop. I'm probably the
- 4:21Speaker 4: tenth or eleventh car, and then a car stops behind me.
- 4:25Speaker 4: And then in this situation, I'm like, oh, I need
- 4:27Speaker 4: to wait for them to go. So they pull out
- 4:30Speaker 4: and go I check right. I'm like, oh sweet, it's
- 4:35Speaker 4: my turn. I blinker on pull out to go right.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Some guy in front of me, very very last second
- 4:44Speaker 4: decides he's gonna go, and so I split second went
- 4:47Speaker 4: before him. So I was pretty committed, and so I
- 4:50Speaker 4: was gonna pull out literally, so I'm when the far
- 4:51Speaker 4: left there's three lanes.
- 4:52Speaker 2: I was gonna pull out just into the middle right
- 4:55Speaker 2: because I didn't.
- 4:55Speaker 4: Want to pull off all the way so I could
- 4:57Speaker 4: go boom, was gonna pull out in the middle. I go,
- 5:00Speaker 4: this guy pulls out into the middle, and I if
- 5:02Speaker 4: I keep going, I'm gonna hit him. And so I
- 5:04Speaker 4: keep going to the right to pull out into the
- 5:06Speaker 4: far right lane.
- 5:08Speaker 2: I hear a beeph. My car hits another car. It's
- 5:15Speaker 2: like a small Twitter Corolla thing.
- 5:19Speaker 4: It like fully hits it right, not hard enough to
- 5:22Speaker 4: veer either of us off path. Yeah, but it like
- 5:24Speaker 4: it like obviously hits it.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Like you could hear it. I could feel it, like
- 5:28Speaker 2: it wasn't like nothing jaulty happened because I was going
- 5:31Speaker 2: pretty slow. And then so beeps stops.
- 5:35Speaker 4: I hit the car at the front of my car,
- 5:38Speaker 4: and I was like fuck fuck. And so it's a
- 5:42Speaker 4: woman driving and she pulls over and she comes down.
- 5:45Speaker 2: She's like what's going on? And I'm like, pull up
- 5:47Speaker 2: to the left. Pull up to the left.
- 5:49Speaker 4: And so this is a very busy road. Pretty much
- 5:52Speaker 4: straight away we create a traffic djram okay, and so
- 5:54Speaker 4: I'm like, fuck, I'm so sorry.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Just pull over to the left. Pull over to the left.
- 5:58Speaker 2: She can't pull out.
- 6:00Speaker 4: So the original car that was stopped that had that
- 6:03Speaker 4: small little ten car traffic jam that I was in,
- 6:05Speaker 4: they were still stopped, and so far left lane stopped,
- 6:10Speaker 4: far right lane stopped because.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Me and this girl I just hit. And then the
- 6:13Speaker 2: middle lane's the only one going.
- 6:15Speaker 4: So the guy that pulls out in front of me
- 6:16Speaker 4: watches this happen drives off. I was like, fuck you,
- 6:20Speaker 4: and so to be fair, like it's it's not his fault,
- 6:22Speaker 4: like I just didn't think quick enough in the situation.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I just kept going, and so he drives off, and
- 6:28Speaker 2: then there's just cars, cars, cars, cars, cars.
- 6:31Speaker 4: And she's I said to her, like, pool far left,
- 6:33Speaker 4: like we need to get far left, so the two
- 6:34Speaker 4: right lanes are good, and she couldn't come out, so
- 6:36Speaker 4: she couldn't get out right, and so she wouldn't start
- 6:39Speaker 4: driving either to like, so there was just a full
- 6:41Speaker 4: lane in front of her that was just like free.
- 6:43Speaker 4: So I get out of my car, run to a thing,
- 6:45Speaker 4: and I'm like, there's a petrol station up there.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Just try to get there and I'll meet you there.
- 6:50Speaker 4: And so she does that, she drives off and then
- 6:51Speaker 4: we meet at the petrol station and basically and just like.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I had to the damage of Mike.
- 7:00Speaker 4: I was actually quite minimal, but so like heard the
- 7:04Speaker 4: passenger door, backseat door on the same dark.
- 7:07Speaker 2: So I just got really fucking scratched. And I was like,
- 7:10Speaker 2: I was like, that definitely wasn't there before. Wasn't she
- 7:12Speaker 2: goes now that wasn't there. I was like, fuck, so
- 7:16Speaker 2: I had a full accident.
- 7:17Speaker 4: Guys, well you're okay accent, and I just said to her,
- 7:22Speaker 4: I was like, I was like, look, let's exchange details,
- 7:25Speaker 4: take photos.
- 7:26Speaker 2: He's a fake name. No, no, I didn't. I felt terrible.
- 7:32Speaker 4: And so then and so basically I said, look, just
- 7:36Speaker 4: he's like I just took fut of my license, like
- 7:38Speaker 4: he got numbers and stuff, and then took photos of
- 7:40Speaker 4: my car her car, so we both have all each
- 7:41Speaker 4: other's details. And I said, just like I said, obviously
- 7:45Speaker 4: I'm going to pay for all your damage. I I
- 7:47Speaker 4: apologize and stuff. I felt terrible. I said, obviously I'm
- 7:51Speaker 4: going to pay for your damage. I said, just yeah,
- 7:53Speaker 4: please let me know how much it is. I'll send
- 7:55Speaker 4: you the money straight away. And I was like, if
- 7:56Speaker 4: you need to get a high car, I'll pay for
- 7:58Speaker 4: that and stuff. I felt terrible.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Yeah, that sort of just like sinks. Yeah, and I
- 8:03Speaker 2: was just like, fuck, that's so annoying. Yeah, I felt
- 8:07Speaker 2: bad because I'm dancing in the car too. Was she ok? Two?
- 8:10Speaker 2: She was fine through it being impact. That's good. No, no, no,
- 8:14Speaker 2: it wasn't a big impact, but okay.
- 8:16Speaker 4: And so what the follow up questions from you? I
- 8:19Speaker 4: don't want to answer, but I know there is a few.
- 8:21Speaker 4: But wait, I have one more thing to say. Yeah,
- 8:23Speaker 4: so I notice right, So, while so when it first happened,
- 8:29Speaker 4: the person that the front of my car, it's kind
- 8:32Speaker 4: of hard because like, she technically did hit me, but
- 8:35Speaker 4: it was my fault.
- 8:36Speaker 2: You pulled out.
- 8:37Speaker 4: But like, so I say, I hit her. So so
- 8:39Speaker 4: the woman I hit or like scratched. So she pulls
- 8:42Speaker 4: up and stops, and I pull it behind her and stop.
- 8:45Speaker 4: And I notice the person that causes the original little
- 8:48Speaker 4: ten car piloup. The their hazards are on, right, it's
- 8:52Speaker 4: just an suv, so their hazards are on.
- 8:55Speaker 2: And it was it was a woman.
- 8:58Speaker 4: And I see her look and and she looks over
- 9:02Speaker 4: and she's.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Like or gets in her car drives off. I was thinking,
- 9:08Speaker 2: why were you stopped in the first place?
- 9:10Speaker 1: I thought she had broken down this random stuff in
- 9:14Speaker 1: her car, Yeah, drives off.
- 9:17Speaker 2: I was like, it's weird. This was preventable, so it
- 9:21Speaker 2: wasn't even like yeah, broken down car or anything.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I thought maybe like this woman and someone else had
- 9:25Speaker 1: had a rear ending or something, but like can't really
- 9:28Speaker 1: happen there.
- 9:30Speaker 2: And so maybe she was broken down and stopped.
- 9:33Speaker 4: But like she goes, shit, I need to get off
- 9:35Speaker 4: this road because I've just accidentally like caused someone else
- 9:38Speaker 4: to cause an accent whatever.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Again, I don't want to put any blame on anyone.
- 9:41Speaker 2: It was my fault. And so then she.
- 9:43Speaker 1: But she drove off, and I was like, dang it,
- 9:46Speaker 1: why the fuck didn't you just like it made it
- 9:50Speaker 1: worse because it was an avoidable thing.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I was like, how much damage do you reckon?
- 9:55Speaker 2: It would cost a fix you did?
- 9:57Speaker 4: I have a photo of it, and I don't know
- 9:59Speaker 4: if like I probably shouldn't put it on the poll
- 10:02Speaker 4: show me and put.
- 10:03Speaker 2: It out there.
- 10:03Speaker 1: I can show you because I also say I have
- 10:05Speaker 1: a funny story to follow that you probably already know
- 10:07Speaker 1: what I'm gonna say.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Oh, okay, okay, that's good.
- 10:10Speaker 4: It's just like I just am not too sure if
- 10:13Speaker 4: it's bad enough I think that the two doors might
- 10:16Speaker 4: need to be replaced, which is unfortunate for me.
- 10:20Speaker 1: If it's the two doors, I would say it's a
- 10:23Speaker 1: lot of scratching. I think that can be I think
- 10:24Speaker 1: that's fixable. I would say it's like almost a grand
- 10:27Speaker 1: sway for them.
- 10:27Speaker 2: It's definitely not written off. Yeah, it's not written off,
- 10:29Speaker 2: no way, no. Yeah. And so if it's like two
- 10:32Speaker 2: thousand dollars in under, I'm actually happy. Yeah. If it's
- 10:34Speaker 2: hitting five grand, I'm gonna be like, God, damn.
- 10:36Speaker 1: This is so bad. He's Jake has just got a
- 10:40Speaker 1: brand new car. We put his car on the business.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I messaged him like two weeks ago and I said,
- 10:45Speaker 1: I was like, oh, did you get insurance.
- 10:48Speaker 2: For your car?
- 10:49Speaker 1: I was like, just making sure he put it on
- 10:51Speaker 1: the business because we'll claim it as an expense.
- 10:53Speaker 2: And he voice messages me.
- 10:54Speaker 5: Back here like, oh, yeah, I did.
- 10:55Speaker 1: I just did the one you got to do to
- 10:56Speaker 1: transfer it over, which is third party insurance, which only
- 10:59Speaker 1: covers you.
- 11:00Speaker 2: So two weeks.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Ago and you're like, oh, I better get on comprehensive
- 11:04Speaker 1: because your car's worth like fifteen grand.
- 11:06Speaker 2: And if you had comprehensive car insurance, you just.
- 11:09Speaker 5: Have to pay the excess.
- 11:11Speaker 2: Yeah, so this is what I wanted to get to.
- 11:12Speaker 2: So this is something I knew you would have pointed out. Right.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Hopefully it's less than the excess, but usually the excess
- 11:18Speaker 1: is like anywhere from five hundred to a thousand.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Yeah, look, fingers crossed. So I was worried that you
- 11:24Speaker 2: were going to say, like, have you got the insurance?
- 11:27Speaker 2: I knew you had third party.
- 11:28Speaker 4: And so yeah, and so the answer is no, I
- 11:31Speaker 4: haven't done it. And this is the question I didn't
- 11:34Speaker 4: want answer. But here's the thing, right, So I called
- 11:37Speaker 4: Beth after it happened.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Yeah, so I drove. I like, after I exchanged you
- 11:41Speaker 2: don't know what it did. After I exchanged details with this,
- 11:45Speaker 2: she was actually very nice. It was nice about it.
- 11:47Speaker 2: She was just like, be safe, and I was like,
- 11:49Speaker 2: I'll try, please, I'll try. I'm so sorry. But anyway,
- 11:55Speaker 2: so I called Beth, and but I drove for a
- 11:58Speaker 2: while and I.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Was just like, I I you shook. After a I
- 12:01Speaker 4: was I was listening to a podcast. I turned it off,
- 12:04Speaker 4: had to just like I ended up putting music on
- 12:06Speaker 4: because I couldn't listen to the podcast because I was
- 12:08Speaker 4: just rethinking every decision.
- 12:09Speaker 2: I've made that morning.
- 12:10Speaker 4: So one of the things that has actually annoyed me
- 12:13Speaker 4: the most is the fact that I didn't want to
- 12:14Speaker 4: pay twenty dollars in tolls.
- 12:17Speaker 1: When I should have just paid twenty dollars in tolls.
- 12:21Speaker 2: But hindsight's a bitch.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Yeah, hindsight is a bitch. And also who knows. It's
- 12:25Speaker 4: like maybe if I went tolls that day, I would
- 12:27Speaker 4: have ended up in a three car pile up and died. Yeah,
- 12:30Speaker 4: Darcy would have died with me.
- 12:31Speaker 5: Is that glass half fool?
- 12:32Speaker 1: Is that.
- 12:34Speaker 2: So it's like I'm alive. Yeah, that's it, I'm alive.
- 12:36Speaker 2: That's so like my car, genuinely, I it's less than
- 12:39Speaker 2: five hundred dollars damage. Okay, well that's good, I'll show you.
- 12:41Speaker 2: I'll show your PHONEO my car.
- 12:42Speaker 1: It's annoying though, because it's just a new car, and
- 12:44Speaker 1: like you had a bloody shitty little Gets which was
- 12:46Speaker 1: like two thousand dollars.
- 12:47Speaker 2: I know, and also know.
- 12:49Speaker 4: What I also was thinking was like I nearly drove
- 12:51Speaker 4: the Gets here today because I'm going to sell it
- 12:53Speaker 4: pretty soon. There's couple people that are interested, and so
- 12:55Speaker 4: what I wanted to do was drive it on the
- 12:57Speaker 4: freeway to charge the battery up real nice. And so
- 12:59Speaker 4: I was going to drive the Gats and guess what
- 13:01Speaker 4: if I drove the gets she I wouldn't have hit
- 13:04Speaker 4: her because it's shorter.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Yeah. True. I was like, what the it is? But
- 13:13Speaker 2: you play replay it in your head and you can't
- 13:15Speaker 2: do anything.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Yeah, so that's my car. Oh that's just one panel.
- 13:19Speaker 4: Your car's not bad at all. Yeah, my carsin not
- 13:20Speaker 4: bad at all. So like I'm hoping that, Yeah, I'm
- 13:24Speaker 4: really hoping.
- 13:24Speaker 2: That you can that out.
- 13:27Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll easily be able to change a panel whatever,
- 13:30Speaker 4: but I just really hope hers isn't like the whole
- 13:32Speaker 4: doors need to be replaced.
- 13:33Speaker 1: But AnyWho, Yeah, a little bit of a big morning.
- 13:35Speaker 1: So I've had you played the cards cool when you
- 13:38Speaker 1: came here.
- 13:38Speaker 4: Firstly, I know, I had the rest of the rest
- 13:40Speaker 4: of the drive to think about it, and I was
- 13:43Speaker 4: just like, I need to pretend that nothing happened.
- 13:46Speaker 2: So when so when I first got here and you
- 13:48Speaker 2: came up.
- 13:48Speaker 4: I was like, please don't go to the other side
- 13:50Speaker 4: of my car because you would have noticed and like
- 13:52Speaker 4: what happened to.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Be like always there?
- 13:59Speaker 1: Oh my god, but oh my Oh yeah, I was,
- 14:01Speaker 1: I was devo. Well yeah, shit happens, but at least
- 14:04Speaker 1: you're safe, that's.
- 14:04Speaker 2: The main thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, what have Maybe we
- 14:09Speaker 2: should say something, say something.
- 14:11Speaker 4: About studio baddies.
- 14:16Speaker 1: I hope you are impressed, because, to be fair, there's
- 14:18Speaker 1: quite a lot of effort to move everything and set
- 14:21Speaker 1: everything up. We're in a brand new studio which is
- 14:23Speaker 1: now in my parents' bare bedroom. We're big time guys.
- 14:30Speaker 1: It should sound absolutely crisp. If you're not on video,
- 14:32Speaker 1: go check it out because I'm quite impressive how it's
- 14:35Speaker 1: turned out.
- 14:35Speaker 2: We've got new really nice lowgoes.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Behind us, which is super cool, and new chairs, but
- 14:41Speaker 1: we've got the same bones.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it's smaller and more intimate, so we like it better. Yeah,
- 14:46Speaker 2: and it was a long process in the end.
- 14:48Speaker 1: So our last studio has a Jake hate sentimental things,
- 14:52Speaker 1: but has a sentimental place in my heart.
- 14:54Speaker 4: See, I've never understood like, okay, mate, mate, I disagree.
- 14:58Speaker 4: So I understand into mental value, but I also don't
- 15:04Speaker 4: really understand it at all.
- 15:07Speaker 1: So our last studio, we were in for probably two
- 15:12Speaker 1: and a half.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Years, had to be Actually, even Timeline's ruined in my head.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Jake renovated his dad's garage and yeah, sorry, so and
- 15:22Speaker 1: we had to move out because it's getting knocked.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Down actually as we speak, yeah today.
- 15:26Speaker 1: As we're recording, so that studio is no longer and
- 15:29Speaker 1: we had to move over here, which is a big effort.
- 15:31Speaker 1: But in the end, it's just a lot of organizing.
- 15:34Speaker 1: It's like a lot of stuff, and we had a
- 15:35Speaker 1: lot of stuff in the other studio was a lot bigger,
- 15:37Speaker 1: so we've had to sort of make everything a bit smaller,
- 15:40Speaker 1: which I kind of like for the intimate conversations.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Yeah, which is really really cool.
- 15:44Speaker 1: But now I'm happy. So hopefully everyone enjoys this. Let
- 15:46Speaker 1: us know what you think in the comments. If you're
- 15:47Speaker 1: like the new studio, it's pretty similar. It looks similar
- 15:50Speaker 1: to you, but to us is very different.
- 15:51Speaker 4: It is different to us, it'll be a little bit different.
- 15:53Speaker 4: For the bad is where are you going with the
- 15:54Speaker 4: cinement of anything?
- 15:55Speaker 1: But oh, the sentiment of value in a sense was
- 15:58Speaker 1: I was going to say, the old studio had.
- 15:59Speaker 2: A sentimental place in your heart. Yeah, a big place
- 16:03Speaker 2: in my heart.
- 16:03Speaker 1: And it's getting knocked down, which makes me a little
- 16:05Speaker 1: bit sad, like I said to it, So Jake's dad
- 16:07Speaker 1: didn't charge as any rent for being there for three years,
- 16:10Speaker 1: very lucky position to be in. And I said to him,
- 16:13Speaker 1: I was like, oh, should we get him something? And
- 16:15Speaker 1: like his dad's in a good position, so like he
- 16:16Speaker 1: probably can buy everything that he wants. So I was like, oh,
- 16:18Speaker 1: should we like get get something off the wall and
- 16:21Speaker 1: frame it and say thanks for letting us use the
- 16:22Speaker 1: studio as like a sentimental thing for us.
- 16:24Speaker 2: And he's like, now you won't give a fuck. What's
- 16:28Speaker 2: the garage that we should do?
- 16:30Speaker 4: That?
- 16:31Speaker 2: We would keep that, But what am I going to do?
- 16:33Speaker 4: Give him a fucking piece of broken wolf from our
- 16:35Speaker 4: studio and be like, thanks for letting us use your
- 16:37Speaker 4: studio rent free for fucking two and a half three years.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Here's a piece of the studio for you to have
- 16:42Speaker 2: had like a little message at the bottom and frame it.
- 16:45Speaker 2: What's he going to do with it?
- 16:46Speaker 1: I reckon, I reckon, you should ask your dad and
- 16:48Speaker 1: come back to the studio if he would have liked that,
- 16:50Speaker 1: because I reckon.
- 16:50Speaker 2: He's proud of you. I also had around me. But
- 16:53Speaker 2: I guarantee you he would throw it away.
- 17:00Speaker 5: Are you going to see him?
- 17:00Speaker 2: Why he's here? On? The coast. I could go se
- 17:02Speaker 2: him today.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Maybe if you do see him, can you please ask
- 17:04Speaker 1: him that recorded I got to ask you a question
- 17:07Speaker 1: that'll be honest.
- 17:08Speaker 5: He would be like, yeah, I would like that would
- 17:10Speaker 5: be like what that's so weird.
- 17:11Speaker 4: This would be so ready to cap this. Pretend you're
- 17:14Speaker 4: my dad on the phone. Yeah, Yo, what's up?
- 17:18Speaker 2: So hey, you're hoping a good day and stuff. I
- 17:23Speaker 2: just wanted to ask you a random question.
- 17:24Speaker 4: Actually, Audio and I had a bit of a bit
- 17:25Speaker 4: of a disagreement the other day, and he'll be.
- 17:27Speaker 2: Like, oh, yeah, that's setting it up for bad news.
- 17:31Speaker 4: No. I like to make I like to draw stories out,
- 17:34Speaker 4: and he'd be like, oh, okay, okay, that's not good.
- 17:36Speaker 2: And then I woulday, oh, so you should say that
- 17:38Speaker 2: you have said, oh that's no good.
- 17:40Speaker 4: So basically it was on the topic of like sentimental value.
- 17:45Speaker 4: And he said, oh, as a gift to your dad
- 17:48Speaker 4: for you know, letting us have the studio for three years.
- 17:51Speaker 2: He was saying, maybe we should just.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Like knock a bit of the wall down and like
- 17:54Speaker 4: frame it, give him a nice little note just to
- 17:56Speaker 4: like say thank you for the studio for three years.
- 17:58Speaker 4: And then I said, you will be half that you
- 18:01Speaker 4: would hate that. She just wanted to know how you
- 18:04Speaker 4: would really feel about that.
- 18:06Speaker 2: This would be him. Yeah, I don't know what I
- 18:09Speaker 2: do with that.
- 18:13Speaker 5: So that's where you get it from.
- 18:15Speaker 2: I might get the lack of cinema sentimental? Are you
- 18:17Speaker 2: from him? Yeah?
- 18:18Speaker 4: Maybe because he's big on He's where I got the like,
- 18:25Speaker 4: my favorite hobby is to throw things out?
- 18:27Speaker 2: Yeah? Is that from him? That's definitely from him? Like
- 18:31Speaker 2: he'll collect things. Yeah, see, so I'm sentimental. Yeah, and
- 18:35Speaker 2: you're throwing out e that's what it's like. What's the
- 18:38Speaker 2: opposite of centemon? Wrong out?
- 18:40Speaker 4: So because he'll he'll collect things over the years of
- 18:44Speaker 4: living in a place, maybe get to the point where
- 18:46Speaker 4: he's moving or having a big cleaning day and.
- 18:49Speaker 2: He will just throw away perfectly good items. Really you're saying,
- 18:54Speaker 2: that's where I get it from.
- 18:55Speaker 4: And so to me, like right now, Beth and I
- 18:58Speaker 4: are prepping a month an advance to move. We're moving
- 19:02Speaker 4: actually to my parents place in Queensland, lucky luckily enough,
- 19:06Speaker 4: and they have a grainy flat that we're going to
- 19:07Speaker 4: live in. And it's lucky to like be rent free,
- 19:09Speaker 4: try and get ahead in life, just for like a
- 19:11Speaker 4: one year or whatever. See, if we like the Gold
- 19:13Speaker 4: Coast and Beth and I are going through stuff of
- 19:16Speaker 4: what we're going to keep, we're going to sell. Beth
- 19:19Speaker 4: and mental, she's not I wouldn't say Beth's sentimental, but
- 19:24Speaker 4: she's like more what's the word, like she would prefer
- 19:31Speaker 4: to sell stuff then to throw it away.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what I mean. Yeah, so like making
- 19:36Speaker 2: the most. Yeah, she's she sees opportunity. Yeah, and so
- 19:41Speaker 2: you see a problem and.
- 19:42Speaker 4: See, yes, I see I see a problem. I see
- 19:46Speaker 4: an annoyance. Like Okay, So for instance, there's a couple
- 19:50Speaker 4: of things where I'm like.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Yeah, we will sell that.
- 19:52Speaker 4: Obviously TV don't want that because there's one and it's
- 19:55Speaker 4: pretty old.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Now I can get a new one when we move out.
- 19:58Speaker 4: So TV is going lounge, going those things we don't
- 20:01Speaker 4: need because we have we will have them and then
- 20:03Speaker 4: we will get new ones.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:05Speaker 4: But so I bought on Amazon two three months ago
- 20:11Speaker 4: a plot bar just some at home workout.
- 20:14Speaker 2: I remember this for like one sixty yeah sixty bucks.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Did you use it?
- 20:18Speaker 4: And so I've probably used it like ten times? Yeah,
- 20:21Speaker 4: maybe about ten times, and I stopped. So she's been
- 20:24Speaker 4: upstairs on my rooftop. And so Beth was like, oh,
- 20:29Speaker 4: what do you want to do with the thinger?
- 20:31Speaker 2: And then the pullot bar?
- 20:32Speaker 4: And I also have an inversion table okay, like the
- 20:34Speaker 4: thing that you hang upside down on for your back
- 20:36Speaker 4: used it once.
- 20:38Speaker 5: Well this is your problem too, used buying random ship.
- 20:43Speaker 4: AnyWho, She goes, what do you want to do with them?
- 20:44Speaker 4: And I said, oh, I'm just gonna put them on
- 20:45Speaker 4: the street. People can take it.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Yeah, busy bird, I do that easy.
- 20:49Speaker 5: I do that too, but with like shit stuff, I don't
- 20:53Speaker 5: want to see.
- 20:53Speaker 2: These things are perfectly fine, perfectly fine.
- 20:55Speaker 4: Sorry, And and she was like, no, Na, like we'll
- 20:58Speaker 4: sell them and and behold she puts them up and
- 21:01Speaker 4: within the first day they both sawd we made it
- 21:03Speaker 4: was fifty bucks each.
- 21:04Speaker 2: But like, if she didn't do that, I was not
- 21:08Speaker 2: doing that.
- 21:09Speaker 4: And also the only reason my car is going to
- 21:11Speaker 4: be sold because of her as well, it gets yeah,
- 21:13Speaker 4: because she's bugging you to do it.
- 21:14Speaker 2: What's she's organizing? Oh, she's organizing it. I'm actually I
- 21:17Speaker 2: sound like a terrible boyfriend. What would have you done
- 21:19Speaker 2: if you didn't sell it when you moved to Queensland?
- 21:21Speaker 2: You know what? I kept telling her, you're.
- 21:23Speaker 5: Gonna hate load it up.
- 21:24Speaker 2: You know you're gonna hate I kept telling her. I
- 21:26Speaker 2: was like, hmm.
- 21:27Speaker 1: She goes like, we need to sell it this month.
- 21:28Speaker 1: But if you don't sell it, I was like, I'll
- 21:30Speaker 1: just get on your sell it.
- 21:33Speaker 2: He likes those times.
- 21:36Speaker 5: Yeah, take a fucking commission, I was.
- 21:38Speaker 2: That's what I said.
- 21:38Speaker 5: I said, I'll give him money.
- 21:39Speaker 2: I said, he can keep like those things. Also, what
- 21:43Speaker 2: I said, though, is he'll definitely get the most value.
- 21:47Speaker 1: But that's a compliment to you, by the way, maybe,
- 21:50Speaker 1: And I was gonna drive it up one day and say,
- 21:52Speaker 1: this is yours, man, yours to sell.
- 21:53Speaker 2: You can keep half genuinely like to not do something
- 21:56Speaker 2: like that. That is to me, it's such.
- 21:57Speaker 5: A but that's like me, it's like two and a
- 21:59Speaker 5: half thousand dollars.
- 22:00Speaker 2: I know it's actually a lot.
- 22:01Speaker 1: I know.
- 22:01Speaker 4: We had someone offer, so I put it up for
- 22:03Speaker 4: three six and someone offered one thousand, five hundred to
- 22:05Speaker 4: pick up.
- 22:06Speaker 2: And I said, oh, I said to best, I was like, honestly,
- 22:09Speaker 2: if they pick it up today, they can have it.
- 22:11Speaker 4: And she goes, oh, sure, you don't want more, and
- 22:13Speaker 4: she like doesn't take my answer. For an answer, She's like,
- 22:15Speaker 4: she wants more.
- 22:16Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 22:16Speaker 2: I was like, that's fair. Yeah. So then she said
- 22:19Speaker 2: to the lady, how about two replying on your phone?
- 22:23Speaker 4: No, it's on best Facebook marketplace and no. But for
- 22:26Speaker 4: a reason my Facebook MicroPlace. I did listen on my
- 22:28Speaker 4: Facebook marketplace and for some reason, I've been flagged.
- 22:32Speaker 1: I just realized I'm three point seven stars. Yeah, dude,
- 22:34Speaker 1: I'm like one star.
- 22:36Speaker 2: Fucking I don't know why.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I didn't even get a review. It was just
- 22:40Speaker 1: zero point five stars. I'm like one star on Facebook marketplace.
- 22:43Speaker 1: And it's like says something like I couldn't pay for advertisements.
- 22:46Speaker 1: And it also wasn't getting shown to anyone because I'm flagged,
- 22:48Speaker 1: and it wouldn't say why I'm flatted?
- 22:50Speaker 5: What do you mean doing your daddy dog?
- 22:52Speaker 2: Good question. I don't know. Maybe it thinks I'm a
- 22:55Speaker 2: bot now or something.
- 22:56Speaker 4: Yeah, but yeah, And so I think the lady ended
- 23:01Speaker 4: up having one thousand, seven hundred and fifty and I
- 23:03Speaker 4: was like, yeah, do it. Yeah, And then Beth said,
- 23:07Speaker 4: she gets she gets home from work, and she was
- 23:08Speaker 4: talking to the lady while she was at work. She
- 23:09Speaker 4: gets home, she goes, oh, yeah, she originally messaged saying
- 23:12Speaker 4: she can do one thousand, seven hundred and fifty because
- 23:15Speaker 4: she'll borrow two hundred fifty dollars from her daughter. And
- 23:18Speaker 4: I was like, God, please, why did she give it
- 23:21Speaker 4: to her for fifteen hundred dollars?
- 23:22Speaker 5: Is she telling you that? I?
- 23:23Speaker 2: No, I got guilt tripped. I was like, give it
- 23:24Speaker 2: to a fifty to fifteen hundred. I would have said,
- 23:26Speaker 2: that's probably what she was thinking. I would have said
- 23:27Speaker 2: fuck off. Yeah. I would have been like, I don't
- 23:29Speaker 2: need to know your life details. You can't afforty, you
- 23:31Speaker 2: can't have it. See. No I felt about it. I
- 23:33Speaker 2: was like, let her have the car. I was like,
- 23:34Speaker 2: you can have it, honestly, don't even take it, don't
- 23:37Speaker 2: even give you money. I tell you what. Facebook marketplace
- 23:41Speaker 2: makes people lose their morals. Eh, that's so fucking true.
- 23:47Speaker 3: Facebook Marketplace makes a human become an animally in animal row.
- 23:53Speaker 2: Literally.
- 23:53Speaker 4: We put the TV up for Beth put so you
- 23:56Speaker 4: and I bought it ages and ages ago for twelve
- 23:58Speaker 4: hundred bucks brand new twenty twenty two. Beth originally puts
- 24:03Speaker 4: it up for seven hundred and so I said, well,
- 24:05Speaker 4: put it seven hundred too much, So she put it
- 24:07Speaker 4: up for five hundred and someone is gonna come pick
- 24:09Speaker 4: it up. But she's got messages. People are savage. Right,
- 24:12Speaker 4: someone goes and researchers a twenty twenty two model. Right,
- 24:16Speaker 4: they haven't sold all of them in store, so you
- 24:18Speaker 4: can get a brand new one for seven hundred and
- 24:20Speaker 4: thirty dollars. They sent Beth that screenshot and that's all
- 24:24Speaker 4: and then they said I'll pick up today for two
- 24:27Speaker 4: fifty question mark because ours is used for five hundred,
- 24:29Speaker 4: and I was thinking it, just.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Go get the brand new one. Yeah that was twelve
- 24:33Speaker 2: hundred down to seven thirty or whatever. I was like
- 24:35Speaker 2: what people were crazy on that? Is it available? Is
- 24:38Speaker 2: it available? Is it available? That's all it is? Is
- 24:40Speaker 2: it available?
- 24:41Speaker 4: And then some guy was supposed to un pick it up,
- 24:43Speaker 4: and then he never came, and Beth was like he
- 24:45Speaker 4: come and he goes, oh, I just haven't sort of transport.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Yeah, what they tell you their last story too, leave
- 24:50Speaker 1: me alone legit, Like, just.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Don't like we're trying to sell our old podcast chairs. Yeah,
- 24:56Speaker 2: what's storry with that? Weird?
- 24:57Speaker 1: She goes, is it available? And I was like yeah,
- 24:59Speaker 1: She's like where you're located? And I said where I
- 25:02Speaker 1: live and she lives like ten minutes from here, and
- 25:04Speaker 1: she goes, okay, I'll take them. She's like, oh, i'm
- 25:06Speaker 1: moving though, I can't pick them up till next week.
- 25:10Speaker 1: If they're still available, then I'll come get them, or
- 25:12Speaker 1: can you deliver? And I was like, I've got a
- 25:14Speaker 1: ute and hard deliver and she's like I was like, oh,
- 25:18Speaker 1: I can deliver it to you. She's like, I'm happy
- 25:19Speaker 1: to pay you a little fee.
- 25:20Speaker 2: And I'm like, she doesn't bargain me at all, but
- 25:22Speaker 2: so I'm like, I assume so unless I get there
- 25:24Speaker 2: and she's going to bargain in pers that's insane to do.
- 25:27Speaker 2: And I'm like, oh, I don't mind.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I was like, it's ten minutes away, I can happily
- 25:30Speaker 1: drop it there. So got to do that, savo. But
- 25:34Speaker 1: she's like she like cohersed me into fucking dropping them there.
- 25:38Speaker 2: That is so funny. But round circle. So new studio.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Everyone get insurance, get insurance. But you're moving to your parents.
- 25:47Speaker 1: I'm moving in with my girlfriend. I wanted to say
- 25:49Speaker 1: before we move on. Actually, I remember when I was
- 25:53Speaker 1: eighteen nineteen, if I knew I was going to be
- 25:56Speaker 1: twenty six, same with you living with your parents or whatever.
- 25:59Speaker 2: I would have thought I was loser, yeah.
- 26:01Speaker 1: But now we are losing no, no, no with the economy, dude.
- 26:05Speaker 1: And like, actually, like you said, your point with getting
- 26:08Speaker 1: ahead in life, setting for a house deposit or whatever,
- 26:10Speaker 1: setting up your and best future. Yeah, I kind of
- 26:14Speaker 1: just want to like normalize if you can. Obviously not
- 26:17Speaker 1: everyone's in the same position to being able to lean
- 26:20Speaker 1: on your parents a little bit. Oh yeah, I feel yeah,
- 26:23Speaker 1: I feel people still give people a lot of shit
- 26:25Speaker 1: for doing that. Really, Yeah, I reckon heaps because it's like, oh,
- 26:27Speaker 1: I'm so independent, but then like you're just also just
- 26:31Speaker 1: not really doing anything. Yeah, and like some people have
- 26:33Speaker 1: to be in that position, but some people aren't. They
- 26:35Speaker 1: trying and do that, And I'm like, yeah, I mean yeah,
- 26:38Speaker 1: I guess, like, I mean, maybe it stems from a
- 26:43Speaker 1: bit of jealousy, because even when I was thinking about
- 26:46Speaker 1: saying it at the start, I was like hesitant in
- 26:48Speaker 1: my head to say, like, oh, I'm in my parents'
- 26:50Speaker 1: fair bedroom.
- 26:51Speaker 4: I mean, yeah, I guess who's the baddies don't judge, oh, no,
- 26:55Speaker 4: judge exactly.
- 26:55Speaker 2: But there was something in my mind which was saying.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Like, oh, that's not that's not fucking successful like you
- 27:00Speaker 1: think we are for somebody.
- 27:01Speaker 4: Yeah, no, fair, fair fair maybe like well, I mean,
- 27:04Speaker 4: I guess in all honesty, like the podcast doesn't actually
- 27:07Speaker 4: make I would say enough money comfortably to have a
- 27:11Speaker 4: studio that's like one we properly rent somewhere here and
- 27:16Speaker 4: the studio that we probably rent on the Gold Coast
- 27:19Speaker 4: and pay out wages. Like I guess, like I've been
- 27:22Speaker 4: I've figured out just through doing this and looking at
- 27:25Speaker 4: places to rent for the studio, like people that start
- 27:30Speaker 4: a business that straight away has a few employees and
- 27:36Speaker 4: straight away has to rent an office and like you're
- 27:40Speaker 4: instantly having these humongous overheads, and so I just it's
- 27:46Speaker 4: just must be so scary. Yeah, especially have to make money,
- 27:50Speaker 4: like right now you and I don't actually have to
- 27:54Speaker 4: make money.
- 27:55Speaker 2: But do you think that which is lucky? Some people
- 27:57Speaker 2: use that as motivation. Do you think that's good or so? Yeah?
- 28:01Speaker 4: Or Devil's Advocate is like it would motivate you because
- 28:04Speaker 4: it's like, well, we have to make money to do this,
- 28:05Speaker 4: so then we got to work hard.
- 28:07Speaker 2: A stress a stress free life is a good life.
- 28:10Speaker 5: Fucking stress.
- 28:11Speaker 4: I think I was seventeen when when I nearly got
- 28:18Speaker 4: red pilled, right, red pilled meaning red pilled meaning like
- 28:22Speaker 4: fucking hour for male shite, don't sleep any of that
- 28:26Speaker 4: type of stuff like grind life, that type, like you know, yeah,
- 28:30Speaker 4: like red pilled, And so I remember being like, fuck,
- 28:35Speaker 4: you know, like you just you have to work so
- 28:39Speaker 4: so hard to get money to be happy type of thing.
- 28:42Speaker 4: And obviously you do need to work hard to do well, obviously,
- 28:47Speaker 4: but I'm telling you right now, I am one hundred
- 28:50Speaker 4: percent doing everything in my power to do the least
- 28:52Speaker 4: possible and have the most.
- 28:53Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 28:54Speaker 2: Well, I guess that's kind of like work smarter and
- 28:56Speaker 2: not harder. I mean, I guess, well, I want a
- 28:59Speaker 2: normalize hating work. Oh yeah, everyone hates work. Yeah, you
- 29:06Speaker 2: hate what we do. I don't hate what we do.
- 29:08Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying though, was like, I don't hate
- 29:10Speaker 4: what we do, but like I do, I would I
- 29:12Speaker 4: will say this the admin side of things. The admin
- 29:15Speaker 4: side of things is like, so I would prefer to
- 29:17Speaker 4: do this and do nothing. Yeah, like this part of it,
- 29:20Speaker 4: you know what I mean?
- 29:21Speaker 1: This hour thing is the hour thing is the best
- 29:23Speaker 1: thing we get to do exactly, and.
- 29:25Speaker 2: Then everything on the on, the on the back end.
- 29:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I would much prefer to do nothing then do that.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Yeah, this than that.
- 29:33Speaker 1: It is funny how we get brainwashed in a sense
- 29:35Speaker 1: of like Grint, you die. And I had a realization
- 29:38Speaker 1: as well, We had a realization about rending a sense
- 29:40Speaker 1: of like humans are greedy, Yeah, very greedy creatures in
- 29:46Speaker 1: like every aspect, Like simple example being I was driving
- 29:49Speaker 1: in the gym today and like I was at the
- 29:51Speaker 1: very end of emerged lane. Yeah, this really nice BMW
- 29:54Speaker 1: to start speeding up, doesn't let me insane And I
- 29:58Speaker 1: was just like, I was like, what the I have
- 30:00Speaker 1: a massive car, I'm waiting to get in politely, and
- 30:03Speaker 1: this guy's almost like you're a fucking And it just
- 30:06Speaker 1: made me think how greedy people are, and is a
- 30:08Speaker 1: sense of the economy, Like now housing has become a business,
- 30:11Speaker 1: it shouldn't be that. It should be a roof over
- 30:13Speaker 1: your head. Greedy people trying to make the most out
- 30:15Speaker 1: of everything work. Everyone's trying to fucking leverage themselves, especially
- 30:18Speaker 1: with those outpha red peol blokes. They're trying to leverage
- 30:20Speaker 1: themselves to get on top of sucking bla la la la.
- 30:22Speaker 1: They're just fucking scam artists. And they call it sales.
- 30:25Speaker 2: They're call it success. The scam artists and they call
- 30:29Speaker 2: it sales. I work in sales. I'm a consultant for
- 30:34Speaker 2: a sales to become coaches to coach coaches, like I
- 30:39Speaker 2: coach you, but you like not to work. But I
- 30:42Speaker 2: also like to like. I like to like. I like
- 30:45Speaker 2: to think we are very I don't know if I'm
- 30:50Speaker 2: being tone deaf as well, No, no, no, it's not tone deaf.
- 30:51Speaker 2: I'm trying to say, like, happy to there's enough success
- 30:57Speaker 2: for everyone around you.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Yeah, we're not going to put ourselves like someone to
- 31:00Speaker 1: put someone else down.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Yeah, actually that's a good point.
- 31:03Speaker 4: I think maybe with me, it's like I don't think that, Like, obviously,
- 31:09Speaker 4: everyone wants a lot.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Of money because it's how our society is, and money
- 31:12Speaker 1: brings like freedom and stuff.
- 31:14Speaker 4: But I think I've kind of shifted from wanting to
- 31:17Speaker 4: be super successful, and not even long ago, someone did
- 31:21Speaker 4: make a comment to saying like why is success so
- 31:23Speaker 4: important to Jake? Maybe that made me change my mind.
- 31:26Speaker 4: I don't know, but like I think I've shifted from
- 31:28Speaker 4: wanting to be like super successful to just wanting to
- 31:31Speaker 4: be super relaxed.
- 31:34Speaker 2: I just want to be contempt with what I do. Yeah,
- 31:36Speaker 2: make enough money to live, which is a contempt. Contempt.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Everyone knows what I mean. Contempt is contempt. You want
- 31:47Speaker 2: to be content with what is the I can't wrap
- 31:50Speaker 2: my head around. You want to be content with what
- 31:52Speaker 2: you want to Seriously, I nearly died today.
- 32:08Speaker 4: Okay, baddies, welcome back to ins and Outs of the week.
- 32:12Speaker 2: Let's do it all right.
- 32:13Speaker 4: I'm thinking we're going to start with outs as per usual,
- 32:17Speaker 4: and I've been thinking about this one for a while.
- 32:19Speaker 2: Two minute voice notes. This is very hypocritical coming from you,
- 32:23Speaker 2: my friend. I'll send them, but I don't want to
- 32:27Speaker 2: receive them.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I get a message from Jake, a voice message
- 32:30Speaker 1: from Jake, and it's like la la la, la la la,
- 32:32Speaker 1: And then I'll get to two minutes. He's like, oh sorry,
- 32:33Speaker 1: I just realized this was two minutes fifty three and
- 32:36Speaker 1: you had to listen.
- 32:37Speaker 2: To the whole thing. Waste another fifteen seconds. Hypocritical of
- 32:41Speaker 2: me and selfish of me. But I also don't want
- 32:44Speaker 2: to receive them. I'll try my best. I'll try and
- 32:46Speaker 2: stop something. Thank you. They break them up into two
- 32:48Speaker 2: one minute.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Okay, Jake, Now ins You've heard it before and I

- 35:42Speaker 2: I want to go? I actually think I want a
- 35:44Speaker 2: cool one. Yeah.
- 35:45Speaker 4: So if we think about there is some pretty cool

- 35:57Speaker 4: like your brand nearly Yeah, that is your brand.
- 35:59Speaker 2: Yeah, so I did come up with but that's our joint.
- 36:04Speaker 4: That's the polic I want my individual on to be
- 36:06Speaker 4: something sick like you know, Scott Dissick, he's from He's
- 36:11Speaker 4: he used to he was married to court.
- 36:13Speaker 2: Okay, quick, educate you quickly. Okay, you quite like Scott Dissick.
- 36:17Speaker 4: He's Actually you wouldn't like him as a person, but
- 36:22Speaker 4: you like him on reality TV.
- 36:23Speaker 2: He's hilarious, is he?
- 36:26Speaker 4: So he was married to Courtney Kardashian for quite a while,
- 36:29Speaker 4: has a few kids with her, and so he's always
- 36:31Speaker 4: been part of that Kardashian show and he's just the
- 36:34Speaker 4: funniest human alive. But his he has an Instagram and
- 36:40Speaker 4: his name is Lord Dissick. He's always called himself the
- 36:43Speaker 4: Lord and like on ironically too like like genuinely he
- 36:49Speaker 4: thinks he's like the Lord. So his is his Lord Dissick.
- 36:52Speaker 4: And then actually, wait a second, I feel like, how
- 36:55Speaker 4: did you not know who Scott Disick was?
- 36:57Speaker 1: I don't know who it is still after your explanation,
- 37:00Speaker 1: I'm not in with Kimmy kay.
- 37:03Speaker 2: That's that is me to give Audie a bit of
- 37:05Speaker 2: a fucking education, and anybody Lord Farquad, then that's what
- 37:09Speaker 2: you want.
- 37:10Speaker 5: That's where you could be.
- 37:13Speaker 2: I know who that is, all right.
- 37:17Speaker 4: The question i G Question of the week is what's
- 37:20Speaker 4: underrated when it comes to sex?
- 37:22Speaker 5: And I actually tell you a story first.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Yeah, so, baddies, as you know, each week we put
- 37:27Speaker 1: an i G Question up on Instagram, which Jake and
- 37:29Speaker 1: May have access to relatables account.
- 37:31Speaker 2: Every once in a while, I'll see this dude reply to.
- 37:35Speaker 5: Our own question.
- 37:38Speaker 2: Yeah, because because relatables follows me.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Yeah, the very toll I see Jake Craig has replied
- 37:46Speaker 1: this fucking loses like it because sometimes he puts the
- 37:49Speaker 1: question up too, and then he replies to it.
- 37:51Speaker 2: This los is replying to his own question, what.
- 37:54Speaker 4: Do you mean?
- 37:55Speaker 2: I want to I want to be involved.
- 37:56Speaker 1: So I wanted to start, and I got two back
- 37:58Speaker 1: to back, and I think you will have one similar alright,
- 38:01Speaker 1: So what's underrated when it comes to sexy time missionary
- 38:05Speaker 1: because he's so handsome five minute missionary and you both finish.
- 38:10Speaker 3: Five minute missionary when you both finish is the best
- 38:14Speaker 3: feeling in the world.
- 38:15Speaker 1: And like it can't be planned, No, no, not at all.
- 38:19Speaker 1: It's normally dependent on the woman's side of things.
- 38:22Speaker 2: You know what I did, the build up and stuff,
- 38:24Speaker 2: because then she's like finishing, like thank god.
- 38:27Speaker 4: But attention needs to be involved with that one that
- 38:29Speaker 4: what I love is a quickie, so like five minute
- 38:32Speaker 4: missionary quikie where pants are.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Off but shirts are on, shirts on, so it's like
- 38:37Speaker 2: proof of a quickie. That's crazy. We didn't you never
- 38:39Speaker 2: had seuching the shirt on. I always take my shirt off.
- 38:42Speaker 2: I've had sex with my shirt on. No, I feel
- 38:43Speaker 2: like we need to pooh you look you would look
- 38:47Speaker 2: like you keep your shirt on. How can you say
- 38:50Speaker 2: you feel like? What are you talking in her shirt?
- 38:53Speaker 5: Or like brah.
- 38:55Speaker 2: Either on? I feel like that's just lazy your shirt
- 39:00Speaker 2: wiki bro.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Yeah, still it takes get involved one second to take
- 39:04Speaker 1: and involved ching.
- 39:10Speaker 2: I'm just saying what I like. It's bloody on path
- 39:16Speaker 2: for today. I'm surprised. I'm surprised you don't have those
- 39:22Speaker 2: undies with the hole out the front.
- 39:24Speaker 1: I've never tried that, so you don't have to take
- 39:26Speaker 1: your never ever tried that stick it from the glen.
- 39:29Speaker 4: I've actually never tried that. Al Right, what's underrated when
- 39:32Speaker 4: it comes to sex? Having water breaks?
- 39:36Speaker 1: I think let's leave that underrated. That's not right, leave
- 39:40Speaker 1: it as over rad Yeah, who wants water breaks?
- 39:43Speaker 2: It's a good press, just a good point. What are
- 39:46Speaker 2: you doing? Like town, Wait one second, is he penis
- 39:49Speaker 2: still in? And you're like yeah, alright, let's go back
- 39:56Speaker 2: to how is that underrated? That is not under rate?
- 40:00Speaker 2: That should actually not be involved in sex at all I.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Think anatomically speaking, the exchange of saliva sort of is
- 40:07Speaker 1: there's a there's a reason you don't need water.
- 40:10Speaker 2: You've got double type in there.
- 40:13Speaker 5: Well, that makes sense to me.
- 40:14Speaker 2: There must be a lot of water in saliva.
- 40:16Speaker 1: It's gonna be Yeah, you got two peoples too. Maybe
- 40:19Speaker 1: you're kissing isn't good? Sometimes sometimes you can have sex
- 40:22Speaker 1: without kissing. I like to kill like, I saw quite
- 40:26Speaker 1: a bit. I don't think I chose one.
- 40:27Speaker 4: But a lot of people said, like, kissing while having
- 40:29Speaker 4: sex underrated.
- 40:31Speaker 2: I think it's that. I also would say it's underrated, Like,
- 40:33Speaker 2: I think that's what you mean. I don't know.
- 40:36Speaker 4: Sometimes I feel like maybe even in like you're definitely
- 40:38Speaker 4: kiss leading up and then.
- 40:41Speaker 2: I suppose different positions, Yeah, different positions. Pretty it depends
- 40:44Speaker 2: on the sash.
- 40:44Speaker 1: But because sometimes if you're with your girlfriend you're making love,
- 40:47Speaker 1: there's a lot of kissing. But then if you're just
- 40:48Speaker 1: gonna the poundtown, yeah there's not.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Kissing in that.
- 40:51Speaker 1: But most of the time, if it's your girlfriend, you're
- 40:53Speaker 1: making love true for at least the start of it.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Yeah, is it me?
- 41:00Speaker 1: What's underrated? When it comes to sexy time? When he
- 41:02Speaker 1: breathes into your ear or neck. You like the heavy,
- 41:06Speaker 1: like the hot breath.
- 41:12Speaker 2: The women like that hot breath. Yeah.
- 41:15Speaker 1: I remember when I was like eight een, I just
- 41:17Speaker 1: get like heaps, like aware of my breath, Like I'm
- 41:20Speaker 1: breathing too. When I was like eighteen, the thing that
- 41:23Speaker 1: I thought was the best about sex was.
- 41:24Speaker 2: When you're breathing. Match.
- 41:26Speaker 3: I used to think that was the best thing everised
- 41:28Speaker 3: to be, Like, oh, what about when you're breathing mattress
- 41:30Speaker 3: up with us?
- 41:31Speaker 1: I remember thinking that and trying it and ship and
- 41:33Speaker 1: thinking of the man, God.
- 41:37Speaker 2: That's fun.
- 41:37Speaker 5: It's taking in oxygen.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Yeah, it's so good. What's underrated when it comes to sex?
- 41:45Speaker 2: Sucking nipples? Oh, I feel like it depends on the person.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Some people, yeah.
- 41:51Speaker 4: Sen sensy nips, Yeah, some people don't. Some people can
- 41:54Speaker 4: take a bit of.
- 41:55Speaker 2: Like teeth involved. Oh, I've never done that.
- 41:57Speaker 4: I feel like sucking on a nipple is like a
- 41:59Speaker 4: prime thing for just every human because both men and
- 42:03Speaker 4: women alike just sucked on.
- 42:04Speaker 2: The to live.
- 42:06Speaker 5: Back in the day, that was our light source of life.
- 42:08Speaker 2: What's underrated when it comes to sexy time?
- 42:10Speaker 5: Scheduling?
- 42:11Speaker 2: It underrated to be Okay, if you're scheduling scheduling, If
- 42:19Speaker 2: you're scheduling it in a sexy way, then I would
- 42:22Speaker 2: say that's underrated. Yeah, so like, how do you schedule
- 42:26Speaker 2: in a sexy way? There? I don't know, Like, I mean,
- 42:28Speaker 2: I'm technically at work right now.
- 42:29Speaker 4: I can message him better, Beth and be like when
- 42:31Speaker 4: I get home, you better be fucking ready.
- 42:32Speaker 2: You know what. I'm like, get the four play going now.
- 42:34Speaker 2: So it's like semi schedule.
- 42:35Speaker 4: But also yeah, but like if I was to say
- 42:39Speaker 4: to Beth, like, how does what's your schedule looking?
- 42:41Speaker 2: Like? Do you reckon like maybe.
- 42:42Speaker 1: Six thirty pm tonight we have a session, It's like
- 42:46Speaker 1: like that's that's the only time I have.
- 42:47Speaker 5: It's like, that's not sexy.
- 42:49Speaker 2: Sheldon from Big Bang Theory. Yeah, he definitely schedules it.
- 42:53Speaker 2: He schedules his bonus. There's no way he doesn't. I
- 42:56Speaker 2: wish I could do. Those things are unpredictable. What's underrated?
- 43:03Speaker 2: When it comes to sex? Asking for consent? Oh, that
- 43:06Speaker 2: is underrated. Yeah, even when you have a girlfriend.
- 43:08Speaker 1: I consent consistently throughout. Yeah, that's really good. Like I
- 43:13Speaker 1: feel like it's kind of sexy to be.
- 43:14Speaker 4: Like, is this all right? Yeah, or you know, like,
- 43:16Speaker 4: are you okay with this? Like or can I like
- 43:18Speaker 4: asking for consent?
- 43:20Speaker 5: Can I suck on your nipples?
- 43:21Speaker 2: Yeah? It's like a nipples might be like yeah, can
- 43:25Speaker 2: I put a finger in your bum? I mean, don't
- 43:27Speaker 2: you need to ask? Well, I'm just saying they are
- 43:30Speaker 2: examples what definitely ask? All right? I wonder if you
- 43:35Speaker 2: know what this is?
- 43:36Speaker 1: What's underrated when it comes to sexy time? Rage baiting
- 43:40Speaker 1: so sexy when it's done.
- 43:41Speaker 4: Right, Yeah, I am going to say yes to that.
- 43:47Speaker 4: And you know who would be amazing at that? Who Zayden.
- 43:51Speaker 4: He's definitely pretty good.
- 43:52Speaker 1: I like it on it too, and I like when
- 43:54Speaker 1: it's done to me. That is why I would say
- 43:56Speaker 1: I can't.
- 43:57Speaker 2: I wouldn't call it rage bating.
- 43:58Speaker 1: I would call it likeasing playing with your food. Yeah,
- 44:03Speaker 1: I can have tot as fuck And they kind of
- 44:05Speaker 1: like they have a little smirk because they think they're
- 44:07Speaker 1: doing something like that, and so I and then and
- 44:13Speaker 1: then either one of us say like this is pretty
- 44:15Speaker 1: like I do.
- 44:17Speaker 2: I do love it when it's like yeah, like just
- 44:19Speaker 2: put it in there.
- 44:20Speaker 4: Yeah, like around what's underrated when it comes to sex?
- 44:25Speaker 4: Your man moaning and whimpering in your ears?
- 44:27Speaker 2: Whimpering? What is whimpering? That's like I talk about yearning,
- 44:32Speaker 2: isn't whimpering. I finally got you want so sad?
- 44:36Speaker 4: Just actually I've always wanted to, Like, I feel like
- 44:40Speaker 4: on TV shows, I've seen this quite a bit as
- 44:42Speaker 4: a joke, but is it common for people, particularly men,
- 44:47Speaker 4: to cry when they come.
- 44:50Speaker 2: Please?
- 44:51Speaker 5: You be doing this?
- 44:52Speaker 4: Oh?
- 44:52Speaker 3: No, I'm not, because I have, but I've seen shows.
- 44:57Speaker 5: Not saying that's common at all. Why didn't like tears
- 45:00Speaker 5: of joy or like, I can't believe it?
- 45:02Speaker 2: He just did this? Like does it?
- 45:05Speaker 4: So? I just was, for some reason was under the
- 45:07Speaker 4: impression for quite a long time that, like, sometimes.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Men will cry when they can't. No, I don't think so.
- 45:12Speaker 2: I've never heard a story of it. No, I don't
- 45:14Speaker 2: think so. I feel like that would be really uncomfortable
- 45:16Speaker 2: for the woman in the situation.
- 45:18Speaker 1: Very yeah, unless it's like but it's also like, I
- 45:22Speaker 1: don't know, emotional, it's a lot of emotions coming to
- 45:24Speaker 1: the surface.
- 45:25Speaker 4: I feel like the only time men cry is to
- 45:28Speaker 4: like manipulate hot take. Yeah, I guess that might be
- 45:31Speaker 4: a hot take, but it's the only time a man
- 45:34Speaker 4: cries to manipulate the station.
- 45:35Speaker 2: Cheat on their girlfriend, and they cry because they regret
- 45:38Speaker 2: what they did.
- 45:38Speaker 5: Oh, yeah, you know what I mean.
- 45:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I understand that, like men have.
- 45:45Speaker 4: I don't want to say they have a handle on
- 45:46Speaker 4: their emotions because they actually don't, but like they suppress
- 45:52Speaker 4: crying and the only time they'll let it out is
- 45:54Speaker 4: when they've done something so bad that's going to like
- 45:57Speaker 4: maybe disrupt some of their life, so they'll cry to
- 46:00Speaker 4: try and get out of it.
- 46:01Speaker 2: I feel like that's what they do. I see what
- 46:03Speaker 2: you're talking about. I don't know, am I guilty of this?
- 46:07Speaker 2: Probably remember hope.
- 46:09Speaker 1: DoD but also oh, not giving them any sort of excuses.
- 46:14Speaker 2: No, they're probably not consciously doing it. Yeah.
- 46:18Speaker 4: See that's and so that's what makes I feel like
- 46:20Speaker 4: it's worse if you're not conscious that you're doing it.
- 46:22Speaker 1: Yeah, because they're just doing it because they think they're
- 46:24Speaker 1: actually sad. But yeah, they're unconsciously manipulating the situation.
- 46:29Speaker 4: What's worse manipulating someone knowing you're manipulating them, so you're
- 46:34Speaker 4: well aware or is manipulating someone but you're not actually
- 46:39Speaker 4: aware you're manipulating them because.
- 46:40Speaker 2: Like you genuinely think that you are right. I'm going
- 46:47Speaker 2: to say, live to the comments. Yeah, yeah, fair.
- 46:51Speaker 1: If you're consciously manipulating someone, that's worse because if you're
- 46:56Speaker 1: unconsciously doing it, deep down, something's gone wrong in your
- 46:58Speaker 1: life that you think this is right. Okay, like at
- 47:01Speaker 1: least you think you're doing the right thing or you
- 47:03Speaker 1: think this is real. Whereas like if I'm consciously knowing
- 47:06Speaker 1: that I'm manipulating the person in front of me.
- 47:08Speaker 2: I feel like that's way worse. Okay, yeah, I'll agree
- 47:11Speaker 2: with you, but I mean I can be swayed.
- 47:13Speaker 1: Yeah, Okay, it's underrated when it comes to sexy time.
- 47:17Speaker 2: Dry humping. Oh yeah, I love a good dry same.
- 47:22Speaker 1: At the start and you both that's when our clothes
- 47:24Speaker 1: are on. Yeah, the dry humping stage.
- 47:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I do like that. Yeah. Maybe I feel like
- 47:30Speaker 2: because when you're younger, you're like, just get everything. Half
- 47:32Speaker 2: the dry humbing goes a long way.
- 47:35Speaker 4: I even just not in jeans. Jeans will restrict a
- 47:41Speaker 4: lot of feeling. Yeah, even with a dry arm, and
- 47:44Speaker 4: it's just not comfortable. Yeah, no, I would agree.
- 47:47Speaker 2: Okay, it's my last one. And this is a question
- 47:48Speaker 2: because I don't know what this is. What's underrated?
- 47:52Speaker 4: When it comes to sex, this this, this woman said
- 47:56Speaker 4: the oyster.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Hmmm, let me think, do you know what that is?
- 48:02Speaker 2: Because I don't.
- 48:03Speaker 1: The only thing I'm definitely wrong. I also think I know,
- 48:07Speaker 1: but you go. The only thing I can think of
- 48:09Speaker 1: is golly in the mouth.
- 48:13Speaker 2: Because spitting in the mouth, that's what you can think of. Well,
- 48:16Speaker 2: oyster looks like a golly, so what else could it be?
- 48:21Speaker 4: Okay, Well, what I'm thinking is like is maybe calling
- 48:25Speaker 4: a vagina sometimes to.
- 48:28Speaker 2: Be called a clam, and then the oyster is the.
- 48:34Speaker 1: No But clams and oysters are two different things. It's
- 48:37Speaker 1: like saying, oh yeah, a clam and then the pearl.
- 48:41Speaker 2: Is the clip. So what's an oyster? Leave it in
- 48:45Speaker 2: the comments.
- 48:46Speaker 1: If you've got a noister, let us know salt a salty,
- 48:48Speaker 1: briny delight.
- 48:52Speaker 2: Okay, my last one was underrated.
- 48:55Speaker 5: When it comes to sexy time, sweaty sex.
- 48:59Speaker 4: Yeah, sometimes if you lean into a sweaty session, then
- 49:02Speaker 4: it's good.
- 49:02Speaker 1: I remember when we went to Bali before I asked
- 49:06Speaker 1: Cassidy to be my girlfriend, I was sweating like a pig.
- 49:10Speaker 1: So you're telling so you asked her while you had sex,
- 49:13Speaker 1: asked her, what do you mean?
- 49:15Speaker 2: What we were trying to say is that you asked
- 49:17Speaker 2: her while you're having sex. I don't know what you
- 49:19Speaker 2: mean because you just.
- 49:19Speaker 1: Said before I asked Cassidy with my girlfriend. Yeah, yeah,
- 49:23Speaker 1: I was sweating like a bit. Yeah, So does that
- 49:25Speaker 1: mean that you asked her during Yeah, because.
- 49:29Speaker 2: I actually know that you didn't know. I mean it's
- 49:31Speaker 2: because I know that you did it. That's are lying
- 49:33Speaker 2: to me about how.
- 49:34Speaker 1: When me and my girlfriend were just in the talking
- 49:37Speaker 1: stage and having a lot of sex, I was very
- 49:40Speaker 1: sweaty and what you're not anymore.
- 49:42Speaker 5: Not as much.
- 49:43Speaker 2: We're in fucking Bali and you know when you're in
- 49:46Speaker 2: that stage and you're doing your bark is gone.
- 49:50Speaker 5: No not maybe I got fit up, but I'm got it.
- 49:54Speaker 2: I don't know what I'm saying. I was just really
- 49:55Speaker 2: pretty humid. Yeah, it was like I think we'll stand
- 49:58Speaker 2: there like a villa was mid my e one was
- 50:00Speaker 2: mid now. Yeah, I still wanted to have sex. Yeah,
- 50:02Speaker 2: I mean fair sometimes. I mean a bit of sweat
- 50:05Speaker 2: never stopped anyone. You definitely. It's funny though, because I've
- 50:08Speaker 2: always said, because like.
- 50:09Speaker 1: When we're doing the deed and like I'm sweaty, she
- 50:11Speaker 1: doesn't really get sweaty.
- 50:14Speaker 2: Yeah you, she says a cop you're sweat.
- 50:16Speaker 1: But no she loves it then, but then she won't
- 50:18Speaker 1: touch me if I go through a run or something vallid.
- 50:21Speaker 4: It's valid because like I feel like sex sweat. It
- 50:25Speaker 4: doesn't smell like boh, true, it's the same thing. Why
- 50:30Speaker 4: doesn't it smell like?
- 50:32Speaker 1: It probably does, but you're in it, so it doesn't.
- 50:34Speaker 1: You know, when you're in a room you stink and
- 50:35Speaker 1: then you walk out of it nose blind, Yeah, yeah blind.
- 50:38Speaker 2: It's like when you have cass X in it. Then
- 50:40Speaker 2: you're like, oh, so sex does have a smell. Yeah,
- 50:47Speaker 2: that's a good que baddies.
- 50:54Speaker 4: Time for the dilemmas segment, and if you want to
- 50:58Speaker 4: submit a dilemma, it will be the link will be
- 51:00Speaker 4: in the description. They're all anonymous, even if it asks
- 51:05Speaker 4: you if you want to be anonymous or not. But
- 51:06Speaker 4: we don't know anyway, even if you say you don't mind,
- 51:09Speaker 4: we don't know.
- 51:11Speaker 2: So it's a good system. AnyWho, I got a title
- 51:13Speaker 2: from mine My.
- 51:15Speaker 4: Boyfriend and his Wandering Eye, Oh tough one. My boyfriend
- 51:21Speaker 4: twenty four and I twenty four. Sorry, so the int
- 51:25Speaker 4: he doesn't.
- 51:25Speaker 2: Have a lazy eye.
- 51:27Speaker 5: I was thinking, he has a lazy eye, but he's
- 51:30Speaker 5: looking at other girls.
- 51:32Speaker 4: That would be a pretty good excuse, I guess, But
- 51:37Speaker 4: he doesn't have a lazywhere you are going my boyfriend
- 51:40Speaker 4: and I so. My boyfriend twenty four and I twenty two,
- 51:43Speaker 4: have been together for about a year now. Over the
- 51:45Speaker 4: past few months, I have been noticing that my boyfriend
- 51:48Speaker 4: has wandering eyes. His head literally turns for most girls
- 51:52Speaker 4: that walk by us when we're out in public together,
- 51:54Speaker 4: and I mean full head turn. One time, we were
- 51:59Speaker 4: walking back into my apartment and a girl was walking
- 52:02Speaker 4: out of the building wearing somewhat revealing clothing, and my
- 52:05Speaker 4: boyfriend literally stopped in his tracks and stared long enough
- 52:09Speaker 4: to not even notice I was already inside with the
- 52:12Speaker 4: door shut.
- 52:14Speaker 2: That's embarrassing.
- 52:15Speaker 4: At that point, there had already been enough times where
- 52:17Speaker 4: I convinced myself I need to bring it to his attention.
- 52:20Speaker 4: But his excuse was I was staring because I was
- 52:23Speaker 4: trying to see what kind of shoes she had on,
- 52:27Speaker 4: and basically was saying I was making things up that
- 52:31Speaker 4: didn't happen.
- 52:32Speaker 2: And listen, I get it. If occasionally you see an
- 52:35Speaker 2: attractive person and you can't help but stare.
- 52:38Speaker 4: But it's gotten to the point where it's making me
- 52:40Speaker 4: feel like I'm not enough for him. Oh he also
- 52:44Speaker 4: has these two girl best friends I know, and they
- 52:48Speaker 4: flirt with him, literally in front of my face, touching
- 52:51Speaker 4: his arms, his hair, complimenting him, but he says he
- 52:54Speaker 4: doesn't see it. One time, we even had a date
- 52:57Speaker 4: planned and before the date, he was hanging out with
- 53:00Speaker 4: his girl best friend and completely forgot about our date
- 53:03Speaker 4: until it was an hour after we were supposed to meet.
- 53:06Speaker 4: The last cherry on top is that I recently found
- 53:08Speaker 4: out that he still has polaroid pictures of his ex
- 53:11Speaker 4: and they are nude photos. He doesn't know that I
- 53:14Speaker 4: know he has them. They broke up six months before
- 53:16Speaker 4: we started dating, and I think it's weird that he
- 53:18Speaker 4: still has them. I really love this man. He's the
- 53:21Speaker 4: first person I've ever been in love with. Do I
- 53:23Speaker 4: break up with him? Do I bring up the nudes?
- 53:25Speaker 4: Do I try to make him understand the way he
- 53:27Speaker 4: makes me feel?
- 53:28Speaker 2: Help me? Please before you answer, Jake.
- 53:32Speaker 1: I think Jake could absolutely spit a bar for both
- 53:36Speaker 1: these dim dilemmas.
- 53:38Speaker 2: Okay, so let me read mine, dang Okay, this is
- 53:40Speaker 2: We've never done this. We didn't plan this. Okay, we've
- 53:42Speaker 2: never done this before. It's crazy.
- 53:43Speaker 1: Hey, guys, I'm both nervous and interested to potentially hear
- 53:46Speaker 1: your opinion on this topic that has come to the
- 53:48Speaker 1: surface of my relationship. I've been dating this guy for
- 53:51Speaker 1: about nine months now, and I always knew he watched
- 53:53Speaker 1: porn and did his own thing. I've never had an
- 53:55Speaker 1: issue with that. I'm a busy girl and sometimes I
- 53:58Speaker 1: generally don't have the energy for anything in the bedroom.
- 54:02Speaker 1: My dilemma is his obsession with screenshotting random women on
- 54:06Speaker 1: social media that he likes the look of, particularly women
- 54:10Speaker 1: in active wear. I always knew he did this, but
- 54:13Speaker 1: I assumed he'd stop once we started dating.
- 54:15Speaker 2: He didn't.
- 54:16Speaker 1: At first, he never really let me see him do it.
- 54:19Speaker 1: Now he does it all the time on the couch
- 54:21Speaker 1: in bed while we're talking, and I really don't like
- 54:25Speaker 1: the feeling it gives me. Not only do I find
- 54:27Speaker 1: myself comparing my body to these girls, but it also
- 54:30Speaker 1: makes me feel gross, like he's objectifying these women without
- 54:33Speaker 1: their permission. I don't know if I'm overacting, if this
- 54:37Speaker 1: is normal or what I should do. It's also given
- 54:39Speaker 1: him an unrealistic idea of what a woman should look like,
- 54:42Speaker 1: and I can feel myself confident slowly dimming. Please give
- 54:45Speaker 1: me your brutal, honest opinions, because I think I might
- 54:48Speaker 1: have rose colored glasses on. Oh and he casually told
- 54:52Speaker 1: me he deleted six thousand, seven hundred screen shots the
- 54:57Speaker 1: other day and that wasn't even all of them.
- 55:02Speaker 2: WHOA.
- 55:03Speaker 4: Okay, Um, I'm going to say something, and this is
- 55:14Speaker 4: advice for both baddies, and then we can delve deeper
- 55:16Speaker 4: into each one.
- 55:17Speaker 2: But I think that the.
- 55:19Speaker 4: Hard truth that needs to be said to both baddies
- 55:22Speaker 4: is that you don't love this man.
- 55:27Speaker 2: You love the version of him that you see in
- 55:29Speaker 2: your head.
- 55:30Speaker 4: Yeah, and that is what's making you stay, because you
- 55:38Speaker 4: love what he could be, not what he is.
- 55:40Speaker 1: I would say too, before we dive into each one individually.
- 55:45Speaker 1: They're completely disrespecting you. Yeah, and she said she's got
- 55:50Speaker 1: rose colored glasses on.
- 55:51Speaker 2: Both of you do. No one should do this to
- 55:53Speaker 2: their partner who they love. No. The worst thing ever. Insane.
- 55:58Speaker 4: Okay, So my one, I just want to point out
- 56:02Speaker 4: a couple of things that he's doing.
- 56:04Speaker 2: Maybe that could help.
- 56:04Speaker 1: I thought you're one he's doing it, he's like he
- 56:07Speaker 1: doesn't even care or just neither one of them do
- 56:09Speaker 1: to be fairy doing it right in front of um. So, okay,
- 56:13Speaker 1: A couple of things I would say is number one
- 56:17Speaker 1: is it's pretty fucking like weird for him, Like not
- 56:22Speaker 1: I don't want to take you out of the situation,
- 56:24Speaker 1: but just like it's pretty weird that he does just
- 56:27Speaker 1: stare at women, even if he's single. Again, like you said,
- 56:31Speaker 1: you understand seeing someone supertractive and staring for a second,
- 56:34Speaker 1: but it's like, I didn't think that. It sounds like
- 56:35Speaker 1: this guy just straight up stops and just stares at women.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Like it's probably creepy for it's probably fucking scary for
- 56:42Speaker 1: the woman being stared at.
- 56:43Speaker 2: Now. Secondly, he is what's the word is it invalidating? Yeah?
- 56:51Speaker 4: He invalidated how you felt. He said that you're making
- 56:56Speaker 4: things up. Yeah, you saw it with your own art.
- 56:59Speaker 2: And excuse. I was checking out what her shoes were.
- 57:02Speaker 2: She's wearing women's shoes. Yeah, are you going to go
- 57:05Speaker 2: buy those shoes?
- 57:06Speaker 1: It's a terrible excuse anyway, Like you don't look at these.
- 57:09Speaker 1: If you like those shoes, you'll be like, hey, Sarah,
- 57:11Speaker 1: what shoes do you reckon?
- 57:12Speaker 2: They are? I like them? I like them? Who stops
- 57:15Speaker 2: in their tracks to stare at shoes? Yeah, exactly. He's
- 57:18Speaker 2: just been caught in a line and he said that
- 57:20Speaker 2: on his feet.
- 57:20Speaker 4: And then the girl best friends thing, Yeah, that was
- 57:25Speaker 4: on top. First of all, the girl best friend's thing
- 57:29Speaker 4: is like a man and a woman can't be best friends. Sorry, baddie,
- 57:35Speaker 4: it's just time and time again. It's just been proven
- 57:37Speaker 4: right and right and right and right and right. And
- 57:40Speaker 4: I still am undecided whether or not my opinion on
- 57:45Speaker 4: this that my take on this situation of men and
- 57:48Speaker 4: women can't be best friends is toxic or not. I
- 57:53Speaker 4: just don't think it can happen. I don't even I
- 57:55Speaker 4: don't think it's immature. I don't know. Maybe it is,
- 57:59Speaker 4: but I just am yet to have a really good
- 58:01Speaker 4: explanation from someone.
- 58:03Speaker 2: No and connecting all adults with this man.
- 58:06Speaker 4: So again he says that he doesn't like see the
- 58:11Speaker 4: women his two girl best friends floating with him, when
- 58:13Speaker 4: they obviously are clearly invalidating how you feel.
- 58:17Speaker 2: Again the second time he's invalidated how you feel? Why
- 58:19Speaker 2: do you want to stay with him? I hate him already? Yeah, same.
- 58:22Speaker 2: I hate this guy.
- 58:22Speaker 4: And then so we've also found out that he has
- 58:27Speaker 4: polaroid pictures of his ex and they are nude photos.
- 58:32Speaker 4: Now he doesn't know that you know that he has them.
- 58:34Speaker 2: Where's the life?
- 58:37Speaker 1: So no, no, where we go relatables University girl, you
- 58:43Speaker 1: know what to do? Break up with this man because
- 58:45Speaker 1: he doesn't deserve to be with you, to be with anyone,
- 58:47Speaker 1: because he's immature, he's disgusting. He sees women as objects,
- 58:53Speaker 1: he objectifies them, looks at them. And I don't even
- 58:57Speaker 1: think it's worth a conversation.
- 58:58Speaker 2: I think you say, break up with him?
- 59:00Speaker 4: Oh yeah, No, definitely, in my opinion, there's no going
- 59:03Speaker 4: back from this and put it down to learning.
- 59:05Speaker 2: Put it down to learning.
- 59:06Speaker 4: I think one thing maybe I would want to prepare
- 59:09Speaker 4: you forward the breakup is that he is going to
- 59:12Speaker 4: try and convince you that you're crazy.
- 59:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 59:15Speaker 4: I think that he's going to try and convince you
- 59:17Speaker 4: that you are overreacting to each thing.
- 59:19Speaker 2: Yeah. And I also.
- 59:22Speaker 4: Unfortunately think that his two girl best friends obviously have
- 59:27Speaker 4: a little crush on him, and or maybe one of
- 59:30Speaker 4: them does, I don't know. And unfortunately I do think
- 59:33Speaker 4: that they're going to take his side, which sucks, but
- 59:35Speaker 4: I guess they're not your friends.
- 59:37Speaker 1: It hurts though, because he'll probably get with one of
- 59:39Speaker 1: them and that will hurt. But then also it's kind
- 59:41Speaker 1: of confirmation that you were right. Yeah, so just be
- 59:44Speaker 1: prepared for that. So look, I think, don't even bring
- 59:49Speaker 1: up the nudes.
- 59:50Speaker 4: Don't even try to make him understand the way he
- 59:51Speaker 4: makes you that like he makes you feel, because I
- 59:55Speaker 4: would say, the only time I would say like yes
- 59:59Speaker 4: to making someone I'm just like to saying you make
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: me feel this way and trying to make them understand
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: is because like I guess, not everyone sees the same way,
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: and so like obviously just it just seems to me
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: like in this situation, it's not going to matter because
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: you've tried that before, and so I think that you're
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: just going to be constantly made to be to feel crazy.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: Yeah, And I guess people try and tell each other
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: how they're feeling in a sense of closure, but like
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: you can close this door yourself. Yeah, the answer is
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: right there. Like if the news thing is a cherry
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: on top of it, that's just it's just click.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: And then to my one, this is fucked. This is batterie.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: You need to hear this break up of this man
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: right now he's screenshotting other women in front of you
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: is just insane.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: My question would be is, oh, wait, yeah, so sorry creepy.
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: Yeah, it's creepy right, like you're saying without like he's
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: screenshotting these women without their consent. Just because it's posting
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: online doesn't mean you can screenshot and wank off to it.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: That's insane. That's probably what he's doing. Yeah, obviously got
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: seven hundred screenshots of women.
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: What's he doing?
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: A I was just going not embarrassed. Yeah, it's become
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: so normalized in his brain. Men, I swear men don't
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: have an embarrassment bone in their body. Sometimes this one's.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: Fucked what she has road colored glasses on?
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: Girl? Get out asap? Well, I mean, first of all,
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: take them off. Second of all, would you.
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: Want to tell your children about what your father does?
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: Would you be proud to be with your children's father
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: if you had kids with this man? Fuck no? Would
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: you be happy to tell your parents about what he's doing?
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: Fuck no. Would you be happy to tell your best
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: friend about what he's doing? Fuck no, it's sibling. You'd
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: be ashamed.
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: Unfortunately, you would be embarrassed for staying with him, which sucks,
- 1:01:59Speaker 4: But like, you need to ask yourself these questions, like.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: This is fucked. Yeah, it's a bit revolting even.
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: So I think, yeah, you could, like both of these
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: girls could, sorry, both of these women could easily break
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: up with these boyfriends without even an explanation of why.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: Like the explanation is, I don't want to be with
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: you anymore. It's setting up boundaries for yourself too.
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: Yeah, you need to have Yeah, you need to have standards. Yeah,
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: not that you don't have standards, but like you need to.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: Like a lot of people, will I think be like, oh,
- 1:02:30Speaker 4: you know, I've been with him for a year, so
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: why would I not try and push through this?
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: Or he does so many other things right and he
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: just does this one thing. Yeah, like this things.
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: Crazy, This seks insane.
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: What would you What would you tell your friend who's
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: going through this? Each one?
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: If you tell your friends that's going through this exact situation,
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: you would say why are you with him?
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: You'd be like what the fuck? Yeah, don't let this
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: happen to you. That is it's time for comments.
