- 0:00Speaker 1: Fly from midtown Manhattan. Here comes the Mark Simone Show
- 0:05Speaker 1: on seven ten wo.
- 0:07Speaker 2: R Hey, Wednesday, already, all right, we're getting it almost
- 0:13Speaker 2: a Friday. Now, it's gonna be a nice day today,
- 0:15Speaker 2: sun will be out. We got a lot to get to.
- 0:17Speaker 2: We'll get to a lot of interesting election results last night.
- 0:20Speaker 2: We'll get to missus mom, Donnie, she's got a little problem.
- 0:23Speaker 2: We'll get to crazy Kathy Hokle. Never heard of the
- 0:27Speaker 2: Pietre Tart Texan Now that's going down and flames. She
- 0:31Speaker 2: never heard of it. She didn't know about it. It's
- 0:33Speaker 2: not none of her business. We'll get to President Trump
- 0:36Speaker 2: and Iran. The latest strategy Bruce Blakeman pulling ahead in polls,
- 0:40Speaker 2: not ahead, but getting closer and closer. Looks like a
- 0:44Speaker 2: very very very good race for Blakeman. This is his
- 0:49Speaker 2: pattern in Last Long Island, when he ran way behind
- 0:55Speaker 2: and then he slowly but surely catches up ends up
- 0:58Speaker 2: winning big. It's the same pattern here, slowly but surely
- 1:02Speaker 2: catching up to Kathy Hokeel. And it's early. It's only August.
- 1:06Speaker 2: We're not even close yet. So a lot to get
- 1:09Speaker 2: to today. Hey, last night, all these different races Governor Lamont, Connecticut.
- 1:17Speaker 2: There was he listen. Lamont can be a good governor
- 1:20Speaker 2: at times, successful business guy, has some common sense, but
- 1:24Speaker 2: every so often goes a little too woke, a little
- 1:27Speaker 2: too left. But the guy running against him really left.
- 1:32Speaker 2: So good news is Lamont beat him in the primary.
- 1:34Speaker 3: A lot of other parties around the country is shrinking.
- 1:37Speaker 2: We have a big tent.
- 1:38Speaker 4: We're expanding that includes all the supporters, progressives, moderates, small business, labor.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Yeah, they left that big tent thing, you know, because
- 1:51Speaker 2: he just beat a wacko left winger, so he's got
- 1:54Speaker 2: to appease that part of the party. So you talked
- 1:57Speaker 2: about that big tent. You remember, what does that mean?
- 1:59Speaker 2: A big tent like a circused big tent, Well the circus, Well,
- 2:04Speaker 2: big tent has elephants, clowns, donkeys. I don't know if
- 2:07Speaker 2: you want that big a tent. Hey, our buddy Mike
- 2:10Speaker 2: Lindell was running for governor of Minnesota and he was
- 2:14Speaker 2: in the primary last night and he got defeated. He
- 2:18Speaker 2: got wiped out last night. Now, I don't I haven't
- 2:21Speaker 2: talked to Mike Lindell in a long time. I think
- 2:23Speaker 2: there's not a lot of money there anymore with Mike Lindell.
- 2:26Speaker 2: You notice you don't hear any my pillow ads anymore.
- 2:29Speaker 2: They used to be every ten minutes on every radio station.
- 2:32Speaker 2: But also he did not have a lot of spending
- 2:35Speaker 2: in the campaign. He was out spent something like fifteen
- 2:38Speaker 2: to one. But Lindell lost last night.
- 2:41Speaker 5: If we don't find anything, you know, then obviously I
- 2:46Speaker 5: will get behind our party and give him every idea
- 2:50Speaker 5: and every plan we had to move our state forward
- 2:54Speaker 5: to get rid of the evil leadership we have now
- 2:57Speaker 5: in the state.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Yeah, now I didn't like that. If we don't find anything,
- 3:00Speaker 2: is he going to start looking through a look for
- 3:02Speaker 2: voter fraud?
- 3:03Speaker 5: If we don't find anything, you.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Know, he did that with a dominion, and and it
- 3:09Speaker 2: cost him a lot. It's a I would stay away
- 3:11Speaker 2: from that if I were him, But it's Minnesota. They
- 3:14Speaker 2: are famous for all kinds of voter shenanigans in Minnesota.
- 3:19Speaker 2: It's a crazy place. So he lost Lindsey Graham's sister one,
- 3:25Speaker 2: but just barely one. You know, this is not going
- 3:28Speaker 2: to be so easy to save that Lindsay Graham seat.
- 3:31Speaker 2: It's not going to be that easy. Graham was not
- 3:34Speaker 2: that popular in South Carolina. So the sister ran for
- 3:40Speaker 2: his seat. President Trump got behind her, but she just
- 3:43Speaker 2: barely squeaked by.
- 3:44Speaker 1: This is a very emotional night because I'm usually standing
- 3:50Speaker 1: here celebrating with Lindsay. So I know he's looking down
- 3:55Speaker 1: right now smiling though.
- 3:57Speaker 6: So that gives me peace.
- 3:58Speaker 3: But it's difficult.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Yeah, but President Trump back in her.
- 4:02Speaker 4: I mean, just so you understand, I like the other
- 4:04Speaker 4: people of the rights also, they're all trump I mean,
- 4:06Speaker 4: they're all Trumpers.
- 4:07Speaker 6: But you know, I endorsed her.
- 4:09Speaker 5: I think she's great.
- 4:11Speaker 2: It's really in honor of her brother, and she's really
- 4:14Speaker 2: a very smart woman. Okay, Now you know in Wisconsin
- 4:19Speaker 2: that wacko socialist with left wing not Francesca Han was
- 4:25Speaker 2: running in the primary. She wants to be governor. She lost.
- 4:30Speaker 2: The polls were wrong, as they usually are. These are
- 4:33Speaker 2: these public polls, these you know, these fake junk polls,
- 4:37Speaker 2: these college polls, these media polls. They're all cheap, flimsy polls.
- 4:41Speaker 2: She lost. She is out. That's the good news. That's
- 4:45Speaker 2: another socialist gone.
- 4:47Speaker 4: And I was.
- 4:47Speaker 6: Actually trying to become a sports journalist when I first
- 4:50Speaker 6: went to college, so I learned then you have some
- 4:54Speaker 6: hot takes sometimes bad takes on Twitter, and I let
- 4:58Speaker 6: my feelings out into the world.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Yeah, that sports sports journalist.
- 5:02Speaker 3: And now if you talk like that, you're probably not
- 5:04Speaker 3: going to be great at doing sports. I don't think anybody.
- 5:07Speaker 3: I can't hear you on ESPN if you talk like that,
- 5:09Speaker 3: not going to be great. So, uh, one by one,
- 5:12Speaker 3: you got to eliminate these socialists.
- 5:14Speaker 2: It's not going to be easy. You still got l
- 5:16Speaker 2: sayad in Michigan. He's a Now she's a she's got problems,
- 5:23Speaker 2: but he's a slick talker. He's a mom Donnie ish
- 5:25Speaker 2: kind of, you know, looks pretty good, talks pretty good
- 5:28Speaker 2: kind of.
- 5:29Speaker 3: So I got to grow up watching or she'd a
- 5:30Speaker 3: be an elected official.
- 5:32Speaker 6: Right.
- 5:32Speaker 5: So she does like my older sister. Every time I
- 5:34Speaker 5: make a mistake, she's like she get the text stuff.
- 5:36Speaker 3: It'use like like very much older sister energy.
- 5:39Speaker 4: And I'm like, I'm sorry, apologize, I just I care well, no.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Yeah, that's her with the surely. But you notice that
- 5:46Speaker 2: these guys are very fast talking. It's like mom Donnie.
- 5:47Speaker 2: They just talk very fast and they always got a
- 5:50Speaker 2: big smile. Uh. Here, friend Jimmy Fala putting out the
- 5:54Speaker 2: one thing about these socialists, they just say this stuff
- 5:57Speaker 2: that sounds great to their supporters. They just throw out,
- 5:59Speaker 2: some boy, does that sound great? Free busses, defund the police,
- 6:04Speaker 2: get rid of the military. They just he points out
- 6:07Speaker 2: that they just throw this stuff out. But they never
- 6:10Speaker 2: tell you what's next. They just say this stuff and it,
- 6:14Speaker 2: you know, sounds great to the supporters who all start cheering,
- 6:16Speaker 2: But they never say what's next. Yeah, defund the police,
- 6:20Speaker 2: what's next? Crime wave, huge crime wave, close the prison,
- 6:25Speaker 2: let the prisoners out. Yeah, but they don't talk about
- 6:27Speaker 2: what's next. That was the Cuomo problem. You know, he
- 6:30Speaker 2: was bragging about his no bail, no jail. It caused
- 6:33Speaker 2: a massive crime wave. You had criminals running around all
- 6:37Speaker 2: over the street instead of locked up where they should be.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Remember Cuomo used to brag, you do these speeches about it.
- 6:42Speaker 2: He's so proud of closed more prisons than any other government. Yeah,
- 6:46Speaker 2: look what happened in a crime wave. So yeah, they
- 6:49Speaker 2: never talk about what's next. Tax the rich, they never
- 6:53Speaker 2: talk about what's next. You have the richual leave, you'll
- 6:55Speaker 2: lose your tax base. Revenue drops dramatically. So out there
- 7:03Speaker 2: was no big, huge winner last night. So hang is out.
- 7:08Speaker 2: That means Amy Klobacher, remember her, the Senator. She will
- 7:12Speaker 2: probably be the next governor of Minnesota, which is bad.
- 7:15Speaker 2: I mean it's not as bad as this Tim Walltz,
- 7:18Speaker 2: but the Clobatuer very big name and very popular in Minnesota.
- 7:23Speaker 2: She's a big candidate for governor of Minnesota.
- 7:25Speaker 7: My goal is to keep what's right and fix what's wrong.
- 7:29Speaker 7: That's why I'll launch on day one a top to
- 7:32Speaker 7: bottom audit of state government to root out the waste
- 7:37Speaker 7: and the abuse and the fraud.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Yeah, Democrats going to do that. Remember they had Elon
- 7:42Speaker 2: must do that, and all of you Democrats, including you Klobacher,
- 7:45Speaker 2: chase them out of Washington. Now Darry do a top
- 7:47Speaker 2: to bottom audit. How Darry get rid of waste in front?
- 7:50Speaker 2: No Democrats, they go nuts if you try to get
- 7:53Speaker 2: rid of waste in fraud. So what happens in twenty
- 7:56Speaker 2: twenty eight? We don't have a twenty twenty eight candidate.
- 7:58Speaker 2: There is nobody out there. Nobody. So you got Kamala
- 8:03Speaker 2: Harris looking like the front runner. Again, not really, she
- 8:06Speaker 2: looks like the front runner, but that's because it's suddenly
- 8:08Speaker 2: a vacuum. Newsom's gone. So in this vacuum. There's nobody else,
- 8:13Speaker 2: so they all look at her. But everybody talking about
- 8:16Speaker 2: you know, it's Senator John Kennedy, the Southern guy with
- 8:19Speaker 2: all the great little ways of saying things. So he's
- 8:23Speaker 2: on Hannity going after Kamala.
- 8:25Speaker 4: Harris, vice President Harris, no disrespect, but Vice President Harris
- 8:32Speaker 4: is no longer relevant. She had her shot and she missed.
- 8:37Speaker 4: She can cozy up to the Mu Mu Lenin's all
- 8:41Speaker 4: she wants to. But she has me confused with somebody
- 8:45Speaker 4: who cares what she thinks.
- 8:47Speaker 3: I mean, she's yesterday.
- 8:49Speaker 2: So a lot of people talking about that little phraser
- 8:51Speaker 2: is the Lulu Lenins. That's a good way to describe it.
- 8:56Speaker 2: That's one thing Kennedy is famous for, it just coming
- 8:59Speaker 2: up with the most colorful descriptions of things. But so
- 9:04Speaker 2: Harris is in the lead only because it's a vacuum.
- 9:06Speaker 2: There's like nobody else except lurking on the horizon, crawling
- 9:14Speaker 2: out of the grave, crawling out of her crypt. Hillary Clinton,
- 9:20Speaker 2: she's back, She's all over the place. She wants this nomination.
- 9:25Speaker 2: She's again. She's the old woman in Sunset Boulevard thinking
- 9:29Speaker 2: she can make a comeback. It's a sad, sad political story.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton, she's the first lady, she's the senator, she's
- 9:36Speaker 2: the Secretary of State. She screws up everything she touches,
- 9:41Speaker 2: but she thinks she can win. So she finally her
- 9:43Speaker 2: moment comes twenty sixteen, This is her moment. She runs
- 9:46Speaker 2: her President. Donald Trump, a total amateur, never been in politics,
- 9:52Speaker 2: takes it away from her. And I remember the last
- 9:55Speaker 2: time she ran for the nomination. Barack Obama, a guy
- 10:01Speaker 2: with no experience, a guy was a senator for five
- 10:03Speaker 2: minutes before that, he was a community organized, no resume,
- 10:07Speaker 2: wiped her out, wiped her out, took the nomination from her.
- 10:10Speaker 2: So it's a sad story. So she sits up there
- 10:13Speaker 2: in Chappaqua and alone in that big house, drinking and
- 10:18Speaker 2: like the old woman in Sunset Boulevard, plotting that comeback.
- 10:22Speaker 2: So now she's doing a lot of TV shows and
- 10:24Speaker 2: she's trying to show that she can go after Donald Trump.
- 10:28Speaker 2: You want a Trump basher, You want somebody to stop Trump.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Why that's me, Well, everybody remembers twenty sixteen, you got
- 10:34Speaker 2: wiped out in three debates. You were the worst at
- 10:37Speaker 2: stopping him. In fact, it's because a UI's president because
- 10:40Speaker 2: you couldn't stop him. So she's going after everything. You know,
- 10:42Speaker 2: Trump wants to build things in Washington, the ballroom, the arch.
- 10:47Speaker 2: That arch would look like the Arcta Triumph in Paris, magnificent.
- 10:52Speaker 2: You know where all the boulevards come together. It's beautiful.
- 10:55Speaker 2: So it's a nice idea to have one in Washington.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Nothing to do with Trump. It would just be a
- 10:59Speaker 2: beautiful another beautiful monument in Washington. But there she is
- 11:03Speaker 2: going after that. She's running around doing every podcast, every show,
- 11:06Speaker 2: every this.
- 11:06Speaker 1: I think they'll have to be some well, probably have
- 11:10Speaker 1: take down the arch, which she is determined to put up,
- 11:15Speaker 1: which I think is just just a terrible idea. I
- 11:18Speaker 1: think we'll have to worry about the reflecting pool because
- 11:21Speaker 1: it's not going to be fixed by the time he leaves.
- 11:24Speaker 2: It'll be fine. So that's she's admitting when a Democrat,
- 11:28Speaker 2: if if a Democrat ever takes office, he's going to
- 11:31Speaker 2: start tearing down things, tear down the arch, tear down
- 11:34Speaker 2: the ballroom, all of this. But here's this woman, I
- 11:38Speaker 2: don't know who else she thinks she's talking to anymore.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Sad that it's so tackied up and it is. It's
- 11:45Speaker 1: a reflection of, you know, his narcissistic personality and his
- 11:50Speaker 1: need to feel important, including sticking gold embellishments all over
- 11:57Speaker 1: the walls of the noble office.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Else she's not entirely wrong on that. I like what
- 12:03Speaker 2: he did putting some gold in the office, a little
- 12:06Speaker 2: trim there, but he did put a little too much.
- 12:10Speaker 2: It's a little too much. It looks like a queen
- 12:13Speaker 2: of her side, that woman in bok Hertan who overdecorates
- 12:16Speaker 2: her hat. It looks a little like that. And it's
- 12:19Speaker 2: nice to put those beautiful old paintings the president up
- 12:22Speaker 2: on the walls, but maybe maybe five or six, not
- 12:26Speaker 2: one hundred and fifty of them in not every inch
- 12:29Speaker 2: of the wall. So she may have a point there,
- 12:30Speaker 2: But every president comes in changes the oval office. They
- 12:34Speaker 2: repaint it, they changed the carpet, the curtains. Sometimes they
- 12:38Speaker 2: changed the desk. So yeah, you will have to You're
- 12:41Speaker 2: gonna have to remove some of that gold. You're not
- 12:43Speaker 2: wrong about that one. But she thinks it's kind of
- 12:47Speaker 2: sad that he has an ego like he's trying to
- 12:49Speaker 2: feel important. Well, first of all, he's literally the most
- 12:55Speaker 2: important man in the world, literally, he's the biggest guy
- 12:57Speaker 2: in the world. He's the most famous man on earth, literally,
- 13:01Speaker 2: so you don't really have to worry about feeling important.
- 13:05Speaker 2: The second of all, talk about feeling trying to feel important.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Look at her running around pontificating about everything. You know,
- 13:11Speaker 2: Trump's got a problem coming up. I don't know if
- 13:13Speaker 2: he's ever thought about this. He was a real estate developer.
- 13:18Speaker 2: They did a lot of stuff. Brooklyn Queens comes to Manhattan,
- 13:21Speaker 2: conquerors Manhattan, becomes a bit of a famous guy, becomes famous,
- 13:26Speaker 2: then he becomes more famous. Then he just kept rising
- 13:30Speaker 2: and rising and right, so he's like very He became
- 13:33Speaker 2: like the most famous business guy in America. Then he
- 13:36Speaker 2: gets a TV show and he becomes the number one
- 13:40Speaker 2: show on television and conquers TV. He builds apartment buildings
- 13:44Speaker 2: all over and he'd be the biggest apartment buildings all
- 13:46Speaker 2: over the place. Then he decides he'll build golf courses
- 13:49Speaker 2: and hotels, which he hadn't done before. But he starts
- 13:53Speaker 2: doing it, and all of a sudden he's got a
- 13:54Speaker 2: million scuse. He's a big success in the hotel world,
- 13:58Speaker 2: big success in the golf world, being the golf and
- 14:01Speaker 2: then he decides we'll go into politics. He gets elected
- 14:04Speaker 2: president of the United States. That's pretty impressive. You ever,
- 14:08Speaker 2: you know, ever see an amateur try to run for
- 14:10Speaker 2: I'll run for mayor, a total amateur, or I'll run
- 14:13Speaker 2: for Congress. Once in a while they make it. But
- 14:15Speaker 2: a total amateur first first attempt anything, runs for president
- 14:18Speaker 2: and wins. Then he wins again second time president. Now
- 14:22Speaker 2: he's the biggest guy on earth. But he's a guy
- 14:24Speaker 2: who always keeps rising to the next level, always achieving
- 14:28Speaker 2: the next thing, always climbing the So the problem now
- 14:32Speaker 2: is what does he do next. He's done. I don't
- 14:34Speaker 2: know if he realizes it. There's nowhere else to go
- 14:36Speaker 2: after this. You can't get any bigger than this. It's
- 14:41Speaker 2: pretty much. It's it. There's nothing else he can do.
- 14:44Speaker 2: I don't know if he's thought about that, But knowing him,
- 14:46Speaker 2: he'll think of something that nobody ever thought of, no
- 14:49Speaker 2: ex president ever thought of. So hey, the latest poll
- 14:54Speaker 2: has Bruce Blakeman within ten points. Now, he's really within
- 14:58Speaker 2: about six points in the rear. These are the deadly accurate,
- 15:02Speaker 2: very expensive private polls that the candidates use. He's really
- 15:06Speaker 2: within about six points, but in public these public poles,
- 15:10Speaker 2: you see, they're all junk polls. They're very very cheap
- 15:13Speaker 2: they use, they're so flimsy, they use very few voters,
- 15:17Speaker 2: and they rig them against the Republican They usually put Republicans.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Most of these poles they put it in. Republicans are
- 15:22Speaker 2: twenty three percent of the sample. They should be thirty
- 15:25Speaker 2: six percent. They don't use likely voters. They use what
- 15:29Speaker 2: they call adults, which means whoever the hell they want
- 15:32Speaker 2: to use, and they use their wrong demos. So they're
- 15:35Speaker 2: not very good. But even in the fake polls, the
- 15:38Speaker 2: junk polls, the college polls, the media polls, Blakeman is
- 15:43Speaker 2: catching up, catching up fast. So that's not a good
- 15:46Speaker 2: sign for Kathy Hokel. Hey, we've got a lot to
- 15:49Speaker 2: get to this morning, a lot of good stuff to
- 15:51Speaker 2: talk about. We'll get to Iran, the new Trump plan
- 15:53Speaker 2: for Iran. We'll get to hey, speaking of what are
- 15:57Speaker 2: they up to? Hunter Biden, who's all of a sudden ever,
- 16:00Speaker 2: what the hell is he up to? And missus mom
- 16:02Speaker 2: Donnie got a real slap in the face. We'll get
- 16:05Speaker 2: to that and more coming up to Marc Simone here
- 16:08Speaker 2: nine to noon. Every day we started an hour earlier.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Oh you're listening. Well, I guess you know that, but
- 16:14Speaker 2: some of our listeners don't. It's now nine to noon
- 16:17Speaker 2: every weekday here on seven ten Woor
