Mega Edition: Prince Andrew, Virginia Robert's And The Royal Arrangement (10/14/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:04
Speaker 1: Yesterday we got the bombshell news that Prince Andrew and
0:08
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts had come to terms in their lawsuit. Now
0:12
Speaker 1: the details are still under wraps for the most part.
0:15
Speaker 1: I've seen some people talk about a number around 10 million,
0:19
Speaker 1: but my guess is it's going to be more than that.
0:22
Speaker 1: Yesterday I said anywhere in the range of 14 to
0:24
Speaker 1: 17 million and my guess is still right around there. Now,
0:29
Speaker 1: I don't know if this number is ever going to
0:31
Speaker 1: be disclosed. A lot of times when you have deals
0:34
Speaker 1: like this, the numbers are not disclosed. People sign non-disclosure
0:38
Speaker 1: agreements and the numbers are what they are and they're
0:42
Speaker 1: kept private. And I would not expect anything different here,
0:46
Speaker 1: especially in a case like this with somebody like Prince Andrew,
0:49
Speaker 1: who is really trying to do whatever they can to
0:53
Speaker 1: salvage even a fragment of their torn and battered reputations. Now,
0:59
Speaker 1: the question that a lot of people are asking themselves is,
1:04
Speaker 1: why would Prince Andrew all of a sudden be willing
1:08
Speaker 1: to come to terms after all of this time? He's
1:11
Speaker 1: had all of these months, all of these years, all
1:14
Speaker 1: of this time to come to terms with Virginia, get
1:17
Speaker 1: a settlement going, speak to the authorities, and he has
1:19
Speaker 1: not done that. Now, all of a sudden, he's ready
1:24
Speaker 1: to settle? So... The question is, what motivated him to
1:30
Speaker 1: move in this direction? And my guess is there are
1:33
Speaker 1: a lot of motivating factors, right? Number one being he
1:37
Speaker 1: doesn't have any evidence on his side to help him out.
1:40
Speaker 1: But there are there is another email that has been unearthed.
1:45
Speaker 1: And I'm sure Virginia's team had it. And I'm sure
1:48
Speaker 1: that they let Prince Andrew's team know that they had it.
1:51
Speaker 1: And in this email, it's Ghislaine Maxwell confirming that that
1:54
Speaker 1: picture is real. What more confirmation do you possibly need?
1:59
Speaker 1: So now we have heard from the Kiwi photographer that
2:02
Speaker 1: the picture is real. We have seen the picture for ourselves.
2:05
Speaker 1: There's no obvious photoshopping going on there. And then you
2:09
Speaker 1: have Ghislaine Maxwell saying the picture is real. Add to
2:13
Speaker 1: the top of that like some sprinkles on the ice cream.
2:16
Speaker 1: You have Prince Andrew who sent the email with questions
2:19
Speaker 1: about Virginia. So if you don't even know who she
2:22
Speaker 1: is and you never even met her, why are you
2:24
Speaker 1: sending emails inquiring about her? So the whole entire jive
2:30
Speaker 1: nonsense about this picture being fake is obvious BS. And
2:35
Speaker 1: the people who were pumping that were BSing you. Gaslighting you.
2:40
Speaker 1: Lying to you. Always remember that. Remember who doesn't shoot
2:44
Speaker 1: you straight. Who didn't shoot you straight. Because those people,
2:48
Speaker 1: they're unreliable. And the fact that Prince Andrew is willing
2:52
Speaker 1: to settle on the heels of this revelation... Should really
2:58
Speaker 1: point everybody in the proper direction. The proper direction is this,
3:02
Speaker 1: in my opinion. That picture is authentic as authentic comes.
3:06
Speaker 1: Andrew knew it. His team knew it. Everybody else knew it.
3:10
Speaker 1: And they knew that they had nothing to stand on.
3:12
Speaker 1: Not a leg to stand on. And they knew that
3:15
Speaker 1: they're only out here, if you want to call it
3:19
Speaker 1: an out. is to settle up and move on and
3:23
Speaker 1: try and rebuild whatever sort of reputation this idiot thinks
3:28
Speaker 1: he's going to rebuild. But throughout this whole thing, I
3:32
Speaker 1: always thought that Andrew was a moron for his defense.
3:35
Speaker 1: I never wanted to say anything as far as what
3:38
Speaker 1: I would do if I was him. I didn't want
3:39
Speaker 1: to give him or his team any ideas, right? But
3:42
Speaker 1: if I was him, now that this is all settled
3:44
Speaker 1: and they have this settlement, and I'm more comfortable saying it,
3:47
Speaker 1: if I was him, I would have said from the
3:49
Speaker 1: very beginning that I was blackmailed by Jeffrey Epstein and
3:52
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, and I had no idea what I was
3:54
Speaker 1: getting myself into. I'm just some dumbass bumbling prince. But no,
3:59
Speaker 1: his hubris prevented all of that, right? He had to lie,
4:02
Speaker 1: he had to sneak around, he had to be of
4:05
Speaker 1: absolute creep about it. And this is the end result.
4:09
Speaker 1: This is what happens when you play these kinds of games. Now, obviously,
4:15
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is not going to prison or anything like that,
4:18
Speaker 1: That's unfortunate. But he is ruined, right? There's no place
4:22
Speaker 1: for him in civil society anymore. I'm sure they'll try
4:24
Speaker 1: and make that move at some point. But my guess
4:27
Speaker 1: is most people out there, especially the people listening to
4:30
Speaker 1: this podcast, want nothing to do with that. And they'd
4:33
Speaker 1: be very, very vocal if him or the royal family
4:36
Speaker 1: attempted to make that move. So today on this morning's update.
4:41
Speaker 1: We have an article from the Daily Mail that's talking
4:44
Speaker 1: about this email that I was bringing up a few
4:48
Speaker 1: seconds ago. And for me, this is a kicker here, folks.
4:51
Speaker 1: This is a backbreaker against Prince Andrew and his team.
4:55
Speaker 1: And it's no shock that they're coming to the table
4:59
Speaker 1: as this revelation is making itself known. So let's jump
5:03
Speaker 1: into this article from the Daily Mail. Headline. Did Ghislaine
5:06
Speaker 1: Maxwell email about this picture sink Prince Andrew's case? Leaked
5:10
Speaker 1: message from Maxwell reveals she believed infamous image of royal
5:14
Speaker 1: with his accuser looks real. You listening out there, Lady
5:18
Speaker 1: Victoria Harvey and all the other scuzzballs who are running
5:21
Speaker 1: around talking about this is a fake picture? How low
5:24
Speaker 1: can you go, really? It's pathetic, honestly, that that would
5:28
Speaker 1: be your only avenue of attack. That picture and trying
5:31
Speaker 1: to gaslight people into thinking it's fake when we can
5:34
Speaker 1: see it with our own eyes. There is not much
5:37
Speaker 1: that gets me as fired up as people trying to
5:39
Speaker 1: gaslight me. I fucking hate it. This article was authored
5:45
Speaker 1: by Daniel Bates. Before he settled out of court last night,
5:49
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew was set to be dealt a major blow
5:52
Speaker 1: in his U.S. sex case thanks to Ghislaine Maxwell. A
5:56
Speaker 1: leaked email from the prince's friend and now convicted sex
5:59
Speaker 1: trafficker appear to confirm the authenticity of an infamous picture
6:03
Speaker 1: of the Duke standing with his arm around his accuser,
6:07
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts. Now, again, we have talked about this for
6:11
Speaker 1: how long? I mean, every single day for almost three
6:14
Speaker 1: years now. We've went through every single article, pretty much
6:17
Speaker 1: every piece of evidence connected all of the dots and
6:21
Speaker 1: there was nothing missing. ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever
6:24
Speaker 1: that pointed to that picture being a forgery. Nobody ever
6:27
Speaker 1: said anything like that until recently. Nobody ever even began
6:32
Speaker 1: to try and pitch that narrative. Well, maybe a couple of,
6:34
Speaker 1: you know, numb nuts on the internet, but it's telling
6:37
Speaker 1: that they were talking about Andrew's team about scouring to
6:42
Speaker 1: find women who have dirt on Virginia. And then all
6:45
Speaker 1: of a sudden they come up with this internet fantasy
6:47
Speaker 1: that this picture is fake. Yeah, that's, you know, just
6:51
Speaker 1: a coincidence and all. The photograph, said to be taken
6:56
Speaker 1: in Maxwell's London townhouse in 2001, had been questioned by Andrew,
7:00
Speaker 1: and just this week his legal team had demanded Ms.
7:03
Speaker 1: Roberts turn over the original. And it's my guess that
7:08
Speaker 1: that's why they were so adamant about the original being
7:11
Speaker 1: turned over here, because they understood that this email from
7:14
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell was about to make its way to the
7:17
Speaker 1: light of day. And once that email was out, it
7:20
Speaker 1: was cook time, folks. Yep, the turkey's done. Ready to
7:24
Speaker 1: be cooked and eaten. The second you see that email
7:27
Speaker 1: of her confirming that that picture is real, what sort
7:30
Speaker 1: of narrative are you going to try and pitch then?
7:32
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's in on it too. Ghislaine Maxwell's in on
7:35
Speaker 1: trying to take down the monarchy. Let's not forget that's
7:39
Speaker 1: what the narrative was from yesteryear socialite lady. Absolute Bafoonery, folks!
7:52
Speaker 1: The Duke's legal team had claimed it might be a fake,
7:55
Speaker 1: but an email obtained by the Daily Mail shows that
7:58
Speaker 1: even Maxwell, who appears to be in the background of
8:01
Speaker 1: the photo, believes it to be real. Look, there's no
8:04
Speaker 1: doubt that this picture is real. That's why it's so
8:06
Speaker 1: galling and so aggravating that we're having to have this
8:10
Speaker 1: discussion and rebuke this nonsense. How about we stick to
8:14
Speaker 1: the real script here, okay? What was the Duke of York,
8:18
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, your good friend, doing hanging out with Jeffrey
8:21
Speaker 1: Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in the fucking first place? All right,
8:25
Speaker 1: let's start there and work our way back. How do
8:27
Speaker 1: you explain that? Why is Prince Andrew going to stay
8:29
Speaker 1: the night at a convicted sex offender's house saying, oh,
8:32
Speaker 1: I'm going to break up with him because that's the
8:34
Speaker 1: honorable thing to do? That sounds like a story that
8:37
Speaker 1: runs for you? That sounds like a dog that hunts?
8:40
Speaker 1: Stop it right now. You have to be suffering from
8:43
Speaker 1: cognitive dissonance to think that that's a legitimate alibi or
8:47
Speaker 1: an excuse for him hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. Then,
8:50
Speaker 1: you add on top of that the allegations here that
8:53
Speaker 1: he says he had nothing to do with, but yet
8:55
Speaker 1: he's paying out a huge, gigantic settlement, and none of
8:59
Speaker 1: it looks good for him, okay? All you're left with
9:02
Speaker 1: is attempting to say that that photo is fake. Loopholes
9:06
Speaker 1: and technicalities. But, what they didn't expect was... Stuff like this, right?
9:12
Speaker 1: They were hoping that they could just keep moving on
9:14
Speaker 1: with that narrative and throw enough mud in the water
9:17
Speaker 1: to make things murky enough to where it looks like
9:19
Speaker 1: Virginia could be BSing around. When in reality, we all
9:23
Speaker 1: know that that picture is real. In the message sent
9:30
Speaker 1: in 2015, Maxwell says,' It looks real. I think it is.'
9:34
Speaker 1: So what more do you need? Lady Victoria Ajebe and
9:37
Speaker 1: the surrogates out there pumping the nonsense? See, this is
9:41
Speaker 1: a game changer. This is the nail in the coffin
9:45
Speaker 1: for that narrative. That narrative is DOA in the best
9:50
Speaker 1: of times, but now, dead twice, resurrected and killed again.
9:55
Speaker 1: Anyone pumping that is somebody who, A, has devious desires.
10:00
Speaker 1: on what's going on here or b is just straight
10:03
Speaker 1: up ignorant to the facts of the case my guess
10:06
Speaker 1: is for the lady harvey it's both on a dramatic
10:12
Speaker 1: day of developments yesterday it was claimed that ms roberts
10:15
Speaker 1: had lost the original copy of the image But that
10:18
Speaker 1: was disputed by her legal team, who said the hard
10:21
Speaker 1: copy was with the FBI, and that Ms. Roberts misplaced
10:24
Speaker 1: a CD containing a copy of the image. Like I said,
10:27
Speaker 1: the FBI had the photo. Look, there's a lot of
10:30
Speaker 1: confusion with stuff like this, right? And that's why it's
10:33
Speaker 1: important to have these daily updates and set everything on
10:37
Speaker 1: the right path and make sure that everything is correct.
10:40
Speaker 1: Because it was always my understanding that the FBI, at
10:44
Speaker 1: the very least, had taken a look at that photo.
10:47
Speaker 1: And her legal team was, they disputed that. And they
10:52
Speaker 1: said that the actual photo was in the possession of
10:55
Speaker 1: the FBI. Now, if that's the case, that photo could
10:58
Speaker 1: be subpoenaed by either side and introduced as evidence. There
11:04
Speaker 1: would be a chain of custody of the FBI agents
11:07
Speaker 1: who handled that photo, who turned it into evidence. They
11:10
Speaker 1: don't just go and throw it into a locker and
11:12
Speaker 1: forget about it. That's not how this works. Now, is
11:14
Speaker 1: there a chance that it could be lost, even with
11:17
Speaker 1: the FBI, of course there is, they're certainly not perfect,
11:21
Speaker 1: but there is a chain of custody and there should
11:23
Speaker 1: be documentation on who handled that picture, who looked at it,
11:28
Speaker 1: where it ended up and all of that stuff. So
11:30
Speaker 1: my guess is the Duke of Pork, I mean, the
11:32
Speaker 1: Duke of York and his team, they understood what was
11:35
Speaker 1: coming down the pipe. Not only that, but this email
11:39
Speaker 1: from Maxwell and it was Goose's cook time. The photo
11:45
Speaker 1: was set to be a key piece of evidence in
11:46
Speaker 1: her claims for battery and infliction of emotional distress against Andrew, 61,
11:52
Speaker 1: which he has denied. Now, he has denied it, of course,
11:55
Speaker 1: but what sort of evidence has he ever brought to
11:58
Speaker 1: the table? And again, he has no sort of alibi,
12:02
Speaker 1: no one to back up his alibis, and nothing but
12:05
Speaker 1: his words. And we all know that words are wind
12:07
Speaker 1: if you can't back them up with some evidence. Meanwhile,
12:11
Speaker 1: flip it around, we have pictures, we have people willing
12:13
Speaker 1: to come forward and testify and say they saw them together.
12:16
Speaker 1: I mean, what more could you possibly want? Oh, you
12:19
Speaker 1: need more? Okay, let me give you a little more.
12:22
Speaker 1: Colleen Maxwell even thinks the picture is real, folks. So
12:25
Speaker 1: what does that tell you? The Duke's lawyers had lined
12:31
Speaker 1: up an image expert to cast doubt on the veracity
12:34
Speaker 1: of the photo. If Miss Roberts had not produced the original,
12:38
Speaker 1: Andrew's team could have argued copies could not be admitted
12:41
Speaker 1: as evidence, as they could not be properly tested. So
12:44
Speaker 1: that sounds like he has himself a bit of a
12:45
Speaker 1: winning strategy there, right? If the picture's not real, if
12:48
Speaker 1: it's been doctored, if it's gone, why would he settle?
12:51
Speaker 1: Why would he come to the table and settle now
12:53
Speaker 1: after all of these years? Sure looks to me like
12:58
Speaker 1: he understood what was coming his way. Not being able
13:04
Speaker 1: to rely on the photograph as proof they met would
13:11
Speaker 1: have put a sizable dent in his accuser's case. But,
13:14
Speaker 1: in an email exchange seen by the mail, the picture
13:17
Speaker 1: was discussed by Maxwell and Epstein's former lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, Mr.
13:23
Speaker 1: Naked Volleyball Player himself, rearing his ugly head once again.
13:30
Speaker 1: And talk about stepping on your own feet here. These
13:35
Speaker 1: people and their stupid conversations coming back to haunt them,
13:38
Speaker 1: aren't they? And thank God they are. Because what it
13:40
Speaker 1: does is it just puts another notch into the side
13:45
Speaker 1: post of Virginia's story, right? Of it being real, of
13:49
Speaker 1: it being factual. On January 10, 2015, Mr. Dershowitz wrote,
14:02
Speaker 1: Dear G, do you know whether the photo of Andrew
14:05
Speaker 1: in Virginia is real? You were in the background. Eleven
14:09
Speaker 1: minutes later, Maxwell replied, It looks real. I think it is.
14:12
Speaker 1: So she knows. She was there. It was her house.
14:15
Speaker 1: I think it is. Of course it's real. And of
14:18
Speaker 1: course she was there. And of course that sick, disgusting
14:21
Speaker 1: pervert Jeffrey Epstein was the one who took it. So
14:24
Speaker 1: why is Prince Andrew hanging out with a 17-year-old who
14:27
Speaker 1: is in the companionship, in the company of two human
14:31
Speaker 1: traffickers and sexual predators? Hey, Lady Victoria Hervey, can you
14:35
Speaker 1: answer that for me? The timing of the exchange is
14:40
Speaker 1: significant because days earlier, Ms. Roberts claimed for the first
14:43
Speaker 1: time in court papers that she had been forced to
14:45
Speaker 1: have sex with both Andrew... and Mr. Dershowitz. So, you
14:50
Speaker 1: know Alan Dershowitz is engaging in all sorts of BS,
14:54
Speaker 1: like usual. And now that this is coming out, you
14:58
Speaker 1: can expect some kind of rant for him as well.
15:00
Speaker 1: Some sort of unhinged Twitter rant, or maybe he'll go
15:03
Speaker 1: on like OAN again, or Newsmax, those rags, nasty-ass, disgusting stations,
15:10
Speaker 1: and go up there and, you know, whinge about how
15:13
Speaker 1: he's the real victim here. Breaking news, bro. All right?
15:17
Speaker 1: My beef with you is not that you defended Jeffrey
15:20
Speaker 1: Epstein or you were his lawyer. My beef is you're
15:23
Speaker 1: being implicated in some heinous ass crimes and nobody's ever
15:27
Speaker 1: really called you out on the carpet for it. The
15:32
Speaker 1: allegation was struck out by a judge who branded it impertinent,
15:36
Speaker 1: but it caused panic for Andrew and in emails previously
15:39
Speaker 1: reported by the BBC, he contacted Maxwell at 5.50 a.m.
15:43
Speaker 1: on January 3rd, 2015. And here's the rub, folks. How
15:48
Speaker 1: do you explain this? Okay? If he doesn't know Virginia,
15:52
Speaker 1: he's never met her, then how do you explain this?
15:56
Speaker 1: The Duke wrote, let me know when we can talk.
15:58
Speaker 1: Got some specific questions to ask you about Virginia Roberts.
16:02
Speaker 1: You don't even know who she is, but you have
16:03
Speaker 1: some specific questions to ask? Yeah, I bet those specific
16:07
Speaker 1: questions are, what in the hell happened here? How in
16:09
Speaker 1: the hell did I end up in this situation? Specific
16:12
Speaker 1: questions about somebody you don't know. Maybe I'll just email
16:15
Speaker 1: you whoever you are out there listening, and ask you
16:19
Speaker 1: some specific questions about somebody I don't know, because that's
16:22
Speaker 1: real logical. Maxwell replied, have some info. Call me when
16:27
Speaker 1: you have a moment. Mr. Dershowitz has denied having sex
16:31
Speaker 1: with Ms. Roberts. Last year, she dropped a battery allegation
16:35
Speaker 1: she filed against him after he claimed a civil settlement
16:38
Speaker 1: she signed with Epstein in 2009 gave him immunity. Again,
16:42
Speaker 1: these guys are all protected by settlements and non-prosecution agreements
16:46
Speaker 1: and all sorts of other sordid bullshit that is only
16:49
Speaker 1: available to the elite amongst us, or should I say
16:52
Speaker 1: the so-called elite. And that's how they keep getting away
16:54
Speaker 1: with this. They can abuse your children, your daughters, your sons,
16:59
Speaker 1: and it doesn't matter. Because they have big-ass pockets, folks.
17:02
Speaker 1: And settlements, well, that's all that really matters. And they
17:06
Speaker 1: can continue to pay settlements out until the cows come home.
17:09
Speaker 1: There has to be some real teeth. And some of
17:11
Speaker 1: these people have to go to prison at some point.
17:17
Speaker 1: His lawyers did not respond to requests asking for comments. Look,
17:22
Speaker 1: here's where we're at, okay? It's rather obvious. Prince Andrew's
17:26
Speaker 1: team knew that this email was out there, knew that
17:29
Speaker 1: it was going to see the light of day. They
17:30
Speaker 1: know the picture's out there. They know that all of
17:33
Speaker 1: the experts agree that the picture is real, and they
17:35
Speaker 1: know that they did not have any kind of defensible position.
17:40
Speaker 1: It was untenable, and they knew it. So that's why
17:43
Speaker 1: they settled, all right? Innocent men don't settle for 10
17:47
Speaker 1: million plus, folks. Innocent men do not do that. They
17:51
Speaker 1: fight for their name. They don't hide behind mummy's skirts.
17:55
Speaker 1: They don't wait for their mom to ride in for
17:58
Speaker 1: the rescue. They stand up on their own two feet.
18:02
Speaker 1: They take self-responsibility for the decisions they made. And they
18:05
Speaker 1: deal with the consequences. But we're not dealing with a
18:08
Speaker 1: real man with Prince Andrew, are we? We're dealing with
18:11
Speaker 1: an absolute clown. A reprehensible, grifting ass, child molester. man, right?
18:20
Speaker 1: He's like a man-child. And the fact that people would
18:25
Speaker 1: actually defend this dude and try and pump that that
18:28
Speaker 1: picture is fake is just beyond the pale. It really
18:33
Speaker 1: says something about people that would try and promote that
18:36
Speaker 1: kind of thing without any evidence whatsoever to back it up.
18:41
Speaker 1: But the good news is, we're here to quash all
18:43
Speaker 1: that shit. We're here to step on it and destroy it.
18:48
Speaker 1: And just to serve up the real. Here are the facts,
18:52
Speaker 1: and you folks are free to choose and decide what
18:55
Speaker 1: you believe or what you don't believe. One thing's for sure, though.
18:59
Speaker 1: A narrative like the one being pitched about this picture
19:02
Speaker 1: being fake is certainly to be challenged. And not just
19:05
Speaker 1: by me, by anyone who is following this case. Because
19:08
Speaker 1: we all knew that that was a BS position, and
19:11
Speaker 1: we all knew that Andrew's legal strategy was going to
19:16
Speaker 1: fail miserably. And here we are, folks. Andrew about to
19:21
Speaker 1: pay out and be branded, at least in society, as
19:26
Speaker 1: a disgusting, sick bastard. If you'd like to contact me,
19:32
Speaker 1: you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I
19:39
Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at
19:43
Speaker 1: B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed can be
19:49
Speaker 1: found in the description box. All right, folks, I will
19:53
Speaker 1: be back later on with the evening update. And in
19:56
Speaker 1: the meantime, there will be a few context episodes coming
19:59
Speaker 1: your way. All right, folks, have a great day and
20:02
Speaker 1: I will talk to you in a little bit. What's up, everyone,
20:05
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. At this point,
20:10
Speaker 1: we know that Prince Andrew and his legal team will
20:13
Speaker 1: literally grab on to whatever kind of debris is in
20:16
Speaker 1: the wreckage area and attempt to cling on to it.
20:20
Speaker 1: With this new article we're going to read tonight, it
20:22
Speaker 1: just slams home that fact. Anybody who would think it's
20:27
Speaker 1: a good idea To try and use Kevin Spacey as
20:31
Speaker 1: a character witness. Or as a witness. To try and
20:36
Speaker 1: make it seem like he was the one who invited
20:39
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell on the tour of Buckingham Palace. Is not
20:43
Speaker 1: a winning strategy. It is. It defies reason folks. That
20:49
Speaker 1: these people that are making this kind of money. To
20:53
Speaker 1: defend Prince Andrew. Would continue on this path. I mean
20:57
Speaker 1: Kevin Spacey. That's like being a serial killer. Insert serial
21:03
Speaker 1: killer here. And then using like Jeffrey Dahmer or John
21:07
Speaker 1: Wayne Gacy as an example. Or as, you know, somebody
21:13
Speaker 1: who is a character witness for you. Somebody who is
21:17
Speaker 1: supposed to be believable or a good person. I mean,
21:22
Speaker 1: we're talking about Kevin Spacey here. Somebody who is obviously...
21:28
Speaker 1: Right in the same boat as these other sick bastards.
21:32
Speaker 1: Somebody who has a ton of bad news around them
21:36
Speaker 1: as well. In fact, let's take a look at some
21:38
Speaker 1: of the things that Kevin Spacey is being accused of.
21:42
Speaker 1: Kevin Spacey has been one of Hollywood's biggest stars. But
21:45
Speaker 1: faced scandal after claims he sexually assaulted Star Trek actor
21:50
Speaker 1: Anthony Rapp. Who was 14 at the time. Alright, so
21:53
Speaker 1: this is the guy Prince Andrew is going to call
21:55
Speaker 1: up there. to be his witness. Oh yeah, it was
21:59
Speaker 1: me who brought Ghislaine Maxwell to the palace. Meanwhile, we
22:04
Speaker 1: know all of the other times that she's been there.
22:07
Speaker 1: We know all of the other times that they've spent together.
22:10
Speaker 1: So this whole narrative here is just, it's almost unbelievable
22:15
Speaker 1: that they try and pitch it to us. The pair
22:18
Speaker 1: were both in Broadway shows and met at a party
22:21
Speaker 1: in 1986 where Rap told BuzzFeed, My impression when he
22:25
Speaker 1: came into the room was he was drunk. He picked
22:28
Speaker 1: me up like a groom picks up a bride over
22:30
Speaker 1: the threshold. But I don't squirm away initially because I'm like,
22:35
Speaker 1: what's going on? And then he lays on top of me.
22:38
Speaker 1: He was trying to seduce me. I don't know if
22:40
Speaker 1: I would have used that language, but I was aware
22:42
Speaker 1: that he was trying to get with me sexually. 14
22:45
Speaker 1: years old. And this is the guy you're going to
22:47
Speaker 1: call as a character witness, huh? The queen must be
22:51
Speaker 1: besides herself right now. Can you imagine? I mean, again,
22:57
Speaker 1: if this was my mom, forget it. I would have
22:59
Speaker 1: had every wooden spoon in the neighborhood broken over my
23:03
Speaker 1: ass already. She would have dragged me to the FBI
23:07
Speaker 1: to speak to the FBI. And God forbid I brought
23:10
Speaker 1: up some other scuzzbag and tried to use him as
23:13
Speaker 1: an excuse or a witness. I would have never been
23:17
Speaker 1: able to walk again. On the day Rat made his allegations,
23:23
Speaker 1: Spacey came out as gay and apologized to the actor, saying,
23:26
Speaker 1: I honestly do not remember the encounter. It would have
23:29
Speaker 1: been over 30 years ago, but it's cool because it's
23:31
Speaker 1: over 30 years ago. And, you know, since it's so
23:35
Speaker 1: long ago, your behavior is cool. It's acceptable that you
23:37
Speaker 1: were trying to assault a 14-year-old boy. Very acceptable. And also,
23:44
Speaker 1: it's funny that he would say that he doesn't remember
23:49
Speaker 1: the encounter. Oh yeah, I'm sure you don't remember it.
23:51
Speaker 1: Sounds familiar, doesn't it? Who else doesn't remember their encounter?
23:56
Speaker 1: But if I did behave, then, as he describes, I
23:59
Speaker 1: owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been
24:03
Speaker 1: deeply inappropriate, drunken behavior. But if I did. It's always if, this, that, this, that. Dude,
24:09
Speaker 1: you did it. Just admit it, man. And this is
24:12
Speaker 1: the guy, remember, that we're going to talk about in
24:15
Speaker 1: this article that Prince Andrew is going to use as
24:18
Speaker 1: a witness or somebody to say that he's the one
24:21
Speaker 1: who invited Ghislaine Maxwell to the palace. Just keep this
24:26
Speaker 1: all in mind. Keep this whole outline of who Kevin
24:29
Speaker 1: Spacey is framed in your mind as we continue to
24:32
Speaker 1: dig into this article in a second. Others have since
24:36
Speaker 1: come forward with more claims of sexual misconduct, including Heather Unruh,
24:41
Speaker 1: who alleged her 18-year-old son was sexually assaulted by the
24:44
Speaker 1: star in 2016. A civil lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice
24:50
Speaker 1: after it was revealed Unruh deleted text off her son's
24:52
Speaker 1: phone before giving it to the police, while a criminal
24:55
Speaker 1: assault charge was also dropped. I mean, because it was
24:59
Speaker 1: Kevin Spacey. That's why it was dropped, because the dude
25:02
Speaker 1: has some money. But these boys who were abused by
25:06
Speaker 1: a man, no big deal. Just get on with your life.
25:08
Speaker 1: I mean, go rub some dirt on it. It's all
25:11
Speaker 1: so obscene to me, man. And then the fact that even,
25:15
Speaker 1: we're even here, right? That Prince Andrew would even be
25:18
Speaker 1: thinking about using this guy as a witness or whatever
25:21
Speaker 1: is just, it's disgusting. Documentary filmmaker Tony Montana, that's hilarious,
25:28
Speaker 1: claims Spacey groped his penis in the Coronet Pub in
25:31
Speaker 1: Los Angeles in 2003. While Roberto Cavas, a former actor
25:38
Speaker 1: at the Old Vic Theater, said that he had fended
25:41
Speaker 1: off two unpleasant advances made by the star in 2008,
25:45
Speaker 1: which bordered on harassment. And just to circle back for
25:49
Speaker 1: a second here. You notice how when he gets busted
25:52
Speaker 1: for this, he comes out and says, oh, I'm gay,
25:53
Speaker 1: like that's an excuse? Like this is the kind of
25:56
Speaker 1: behavior gay people engage in? We know it's not. Gay
25:59
Speaker 1: people are normal just like the rest of us. They
26:01
Speaker 1: just happen to like somebody or love somebody else. It's
26:04
Speaker 1: nothing more crazy than that. It's nothing more deeper than that, okay?
26:08
Speaker 1: Come out and say you're a gay man to try
26:10
Speaker 1: and use that as a defense? That's gross and offensive
26:14
Speaker 1: to a whole entire community of really good people. Harry Dreyfuss,
26:21
Speaker 1: the son of actor Richard, also claimed Spacey groped him
26:24
Speaker 1: when he was 18 years old. Spacey has also been
26:27
Speaker 1: accused of a number of sexual assaults in England between
26:30
Speaker 1: 1996 and 2013, including one claim he performed a sex
26:36
Speaker 1: act on someone asleep. Police have handed over their investigation
26:39
Speaker 1: to prosecutors who will decide whether to charge him. Spacey
26:43
Speaker 1: has denied the accusations. Oh, I'm sure he has. And
26:47
Speaker 1: it's funny, they turned it over for the police to investigate. Yeah,
26:51
Speaker 1: I'm sure that's going to go a long way. I'm
26:53
Speaker 1: sure the police are really going to investigate this all
26:55
Speaker 1: the way to the nines, huh? Come on, man. Kevin
26:59
Speaker 1: Spacey as a character witness? What's next? You're going to
27:04
Speaker 1: bring up, oh, I don't know, insert dictator here as
27:08
Speaker 1: the human rights chairman? All right, so I just wanted
27:13
Speaker 1: to touch on the Kevin Spacey outline here real quick
27:16
Speaker 1: before we actually dive into the article. So this is
27:19
Speaker 1: an article from the Daily Mail, and it was authored
27:23
Speaker 1: by Nick Enoch. Headline, Prince Andrew wants disgrace actor Kevin
27:28
Speaker 1: Spacey to help him clear his name by telling juror
27:31
Speaker 1: in Virginia Roberts' sex assault lawsuit that Ghislaine Maxwell was
27:36
Speaker 1: his guest during guided tour of Buckingham Palace in 2002.
27:43
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew allegedly wants disgraced actor Kevin Spacey to help
27:47
Speaker 1: clear his name by telling a jury in the Virginia
27:50
Speaker 1: Roberts sex assault lawsuit that Ghislaine Maxwell was Spacey's guest
27:54
Speaker 1: during a guided tour of Buckingham Palace in 2002. We
27:58
Speaker 1: know that's BS. We know that's a lie. We know
28:01
Speaker 1: that's garbage. But this guy's going to sit here and
28:04
Speaker 1: attempt to run this kind of yap on us. A
28:07
Speaker 1: photo taken during the private tour, which was organized by
28:10
Speaker 1: the Duke, shows Maxwell and Spacey smiling as they sit
28:14
Speaker 1: on the Queen's and Prince Philip's coronation thrones. Andrew had
28:18
Speaker 1: invited Spacey for the tour of the palace. Ghislaine Maxwell
28:21
Speaker 1: came with him, not as a guest of Andrew's, the
28:24
Speaker 1: source told The Sun. Oh no, but was she a...
28:27
Speaker 1: This is so hilarious to me. Honestly, it's really ridiculous.
28:30
Speaker 1: But he was at your daughter's wedding. He was at
28:33
Speaker 1: the 2000 Jubilee. He was at all of these other events.
28:36
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell had run of the palace. But just on
28:39
Speaker 1: this occasion, she was, you know, you want us to
28:42
Speaker 1: believe that she was Kevin Spacey's guest. Kevin Spacey's plus one.
28:46
Speaker 1: What are you doing hanging out with all of these molesters,
28:49
Speaker 1: all of these human traffickers, all of these sick bastards, Andrew?
28:55
Speaker 1: I don't know one person that abuses women or children.
28:58
Speaker 1: You're in a whole room full of them every single
29:00
Speaker 1: time you walk into a room, it seems like. The tour,
29:06
Speaker 1: which showed Maxwell and the American beauty actor... Larking around
29:10
Speaker 1: in the throne room... Was arranged for former U.S. President
29:13
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton... Who was a friend of Spacey and other VIPs.
29:18
Speaker 1: So again, another guy who's accused of being a sexual abuser.
29:23
Speaker 1: I mean... Were they going for like the Guinness World
29:26
Speaker 1: Book of Records for the most sexual abusers in a
29:29
Speaker 1: room at the same time? Because there has to be
29:32
Speaker 1: some kind of record that they're looking to set with
29:34
Speaker 1: all of this scum together. The Duke of York wants
29:38
Speaker 1: to distance himself from Max. who is set to be
29:41
Speaker 1: sentenced on sex trafficking crimes on june 28th that is
29:45
Speaker 1: not going to happen we're going to continue to pound
29:47
Speaker 1: home the point that galaine maxwell was not only great
29:51
Speaker 1: friends with jeffrey epstein she was great friends with prince
29:54
Speaker 1: andrew and in fact she was greater friends with prince
29:57
Speaker 1: andrew Then she might have been with Epstein to start out.
30:01
Speaker 1: Her and Andrew were tight, real tight. And we've heard
30:04
Speaker 1: also that they might have been, you know, involved in
30:06
Speaker 1: a bit of a tryst. We've heard the same about
30:08
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell and Bill Clinton. Kind of a pattern being
30:11
Speaker 1: established here, no? The source added, if Kevin can convince
30:17
Speaker 1: a jury he was the crucial link with Ghislaine rather
30:21
Speaker 1: than Andrew, it distances the prince from her somewhat. And
30:24
Speaker 1: that's crucial. Boy, again, talk about clinging on to the
30:28
Speaker 1: wreckage around the downed ship. This isn't going to help you.
30:33
Speaker 1: Did you just not hear what I just read about
30:35
Speaker 1: Kevin Spacey? Do you think the court doesn't know that
30:38
Speaker 1: about him? So you're just going to trot this guy
30:40
Speaker 1: up there and say, hey, look, you know what? Here's
30:42
Speaker 1: an idea. I got a great idea. Why don't you
30:44
Speaker 1: just get Keith Ranieri out of jail and R. Kelly
30:47
Speaker 1: out of jail and have them come and be witnesses
30:50
Speaker 1: for you as well, you epic moron? Andrew also believes
30:55
Speaker 1: such a gifted actor and public speaker could be a
30:58
Speaker 1: very compelling asset in front of a Jerry. Oh yeah,
31:00
Speaker 1: real compelling asset. As if nobody knows what Kevin Spacey's
31:04
Speaker 1: up to. You mean to tell me if you were
31:06
Speaker 1: sitting on a Jerry and some fool trotted out Kevin
31:09
Speaker 1: Spacey as a witness or whatever, you wouldn't choke on
31:12
Speaker 1: your peanuts? Give me a break. This guy's an ass.
31:17
Speaker 1: Another sick bastard. Another fellow traveler. And you want us
31:21
Speaker 1: to believe what he has to say about someone's character, huh?
31:24
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, sure. I'm completely sold. I am on board.
31:28
Speaker 1: A hundred percent. Said nobody ever. Other men subsequently came forward,
31:35
Speaker 1: alleging Spacey had made unwanted advances and sexually harassed them.
31:40
Speaker 1: Spacey has continued to deny all assault allegations. Earlier this week,
31:45
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew demanded a trial by jury. What other kind
31:48
Speaker 1: of trial is there? I mean, really? A trial by judge?
31:51
Speaker 1: That's not going to happen. I mean, if he was
31:52
Speaker 1: really bout it, bout it, and he was really the
31:55
Speaker 1: Prince of England, he would have demanded a trial by
31:57
Speaker 1: combat like Tyrion did when he was captured by the Starks.
32:02
Speaker 1: But no, of course, trial by jury. Too bad it's
32:05
Speaker 1: not the old days, right? You know, when like politicians
32:08
Speaker 1: would have a problem. They'd leave the Senate or Congress
32:11
Speaker 1: and go out back, take 20 steps away from each other, then,
32:14
Speaker 1: you know, have a duel, shoot each other or whatever.
32:17
Speaker 1: I mean, a trial by jury. What other kind of
32:19
Speaker 1: trial are you going to get, you stupid idiot? Trial
32:25
Speaker 1: by jury as he hit back of accusations of rape
32:27
Speaker 1: and sexual assault made by Jeffrey Epstein's sex slave, Virginia Roberts. Now,
32:32
Speaker 1: how about Jeffrey Epstein's survivor, Virginia Roberts? Sex slave? What
32:37
Speaker 1: is this? A harem? In the 7th century? In his
32:42
Speaker 1: official response to claims made against him by Mr. Roberts
32:45
Speaker 1: five months ago, the Queen's son issued 41 denials, rejecting
32:50
Speaker 1: all allegations of wrongdoing, but said a further 40 times
32:54
Speaker 1: that he lacked sufficient information to admit or deny other claims.
32:57
Speaker 1: I mean, it's not like he was there or anything.
32:59
Speaker 1: Not like he lived through this. How would we expect
33:02
Speaker 1: him to have any information on these claims? He wasn't there.
33:05
Speaker 1: He didn't take the picture. He had nothing to do
33:07
Speaker 1: with this. His fingers are too fat. He can't sweat.
33:10
Speaker 1: He's allergic. I mean, am I the only one that
33:14
Speaker 1: sees the ridiculousness of it all here? Am I the
33:18
Speaker 1: only one that sees what's going on here? This guy
33:21
Speaker 1: is playing big time games with everybody. Okay? He's never
33:26
Speaker 1: going to admit to what happened. Never going to own up.
33:28
Speaker 1: None of that's ever going to occur. The guy is...
33:32
Speaker 1: He talks about, oh, I am an honorable man. I
33:34
Speaker 1: want to do the honorable thing. He doesn't have an
33:36
Speaker 1: honorable bone in his stupid body. He also submitted 11
33:42
Speaker 1: defenses calling for the case to be dismissed, including that Ms.
33:46
Speaker 1: Roberts claims should be barred by her own wrongful conduct
33:53
Speaker 1: and unclean hands. What does that even mean? What they're
33:57
Speaker 1: saying is that Virginia is responsible for helping Jeffrey Epstein,
34:02
Speaker 1: you know, make things happen. You know, she shouldn't be
34:05
Speaker 1: considered a victim here because she has unclean hands. And,
34:10
Speaker 1: you know, Prince Andrew should get off because of that. Well,
34:14
Speaker 1: we all know that she was a little kid when
34:16
Speaker 1: she was groomed. We all know that Jeffrey Epstein and
34:21
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell molded her. into that. They normalize that. They
34:27
Speaker 1: use the grooming process to get her there. And for
34:30
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew to attempt to act like that is a
34:34
Speaker 1: quality defense, to act like using what she went through
34:38
Speaker 1: as a crutch for his own depravity is a good idea?
34:42
Speaker 1: I don't think it's going to work out so well
34:45
Speaker 1: for him, folks. I really don't. His decision to go
34:49
Speaker 1: ahead with the case puts him in a contravention with
34:52
Speaker 1: the royal family. whose sources say are desperate for him
34:56
Speaker 1: to settle and avoid the spectacle of a trial in
34:59
Speaker 1: New York later this year during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
35:03
Speaker 1: And we already know that the royal family is not
35:07
Speaker 1: happy about this. They've come out and said it, or
35:10
Speaker 1: at least through sources have said that they want him
35:12
Speaker 1: to take a plea deal. They want him to get
35:17
Speaker 1: out of court, settle out of court. And it doesn't
35:20
Speaker 1: look like Andrew is going to go that route. It
35:22
Speaker 1: looks like this dude really thinks that if he goes
35:25
Speaker 1: to a trial by jury, it's going to end up
35:28
Speaker 1: well for him. A source said Andrew was on a
35:32
Speaker 1: collision course with the palace over this. Earlier this month,
35:36
Speaker 1: the queen swiftly and ruthlessly forced Andrew to step down
35:40
Speaker 1: from his remaining royal patronages and demanded he fight the
35:44
Speaker 1: case as a private citizen. Well, I wouldn't exactly say forcefully, right?
35:48
Speaker 1: The queen probably wasn't too happy that she had to
35:50
Speaker 1: make Andrew get rid of those titles. She loves him.
35:53
Speaker 1: That's her favorite son, according to all of the reports.
35:56
Speaker 1: So one would believe, or one would think anyway, that
35:59
Speaker 1: she wasn't happy about this. So the whole, uh, Ruthlessly
36:04
Speaker 1: and swiftly. Yeah, swiftly about three years, four years too late,
36:08
Speaker 1: five years too late. So not too swiftly, okay? Andrew
36:14
Speaker 1: has not officially responded to the 73-point civil claim as
36:17
Speaker 1: his lawyers almost immediately... Had not officially responded to the
36:22
Speaker 1: 73-point civil claim as his lawyers almost immediately applied to
36:26
Speaker 1: a New York judge for it to be thrown out.
36:29
Speaker 1: That was dismissed earlier this month. meaning he now needs
36:32
Speaker 1: to formally answer the accusations against him, including claims that Ms.
36:36
Speaker 1: Roberts was trafficked to him by his friend, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein,
36:41
Speaker 1: and forced to have sex with the Duke on three
36:43
Speaker 1: occasions when she was 17. And we all know that
36:47
Speaker 1: he is forcefully denying all of this, and you have
36:50
Speaker 1: to be, you know, reaching at whatever's around you so
36:55
Speaker 1: you don't drown if you're calling on Kevin Spacey to
36:57
Speaker 1: be a character witness. She says this amounts to rape,
37:03
Speaker 1: sexual assault and battery as she seeks unspecified damages thought
37:07
Speaker 1: to be in the millions of pounds. Andrew's eight admissions
37:11
Speaker 1: were limited to information already public, such as he is
37:14
Speaker 1: a U.S. citizen and resides at UK citizen and resides
37:18
Speaker 1: at Royal Lodge in Windsor Estate. So, again, he didn't
37:22
Speaker 1: give us anything in that response. Right. Nothing we didn't know.
37:26
Speaker 1: He didn't provide anything new. He admits his walk with
37:32
Speaker 1: Epstein in Central Park in 2010 and staying at the
37:35
Speaker 1: pedophile's Manhattan mansion on the same trip. Both caught on camera.
37:40
Speaker 1: But in his rebuttal of Ms. Roberts' complaint, Andrew denies
37:43
Speaker 1: he ever sexually abused her and refuses to admit or
37:46
Speaker 1: deny his assertion that she was Epstein's victim. I mean, wow,
37:50
Speaker 1: he won't even give her that. He won't even admit
37:53
Speaker 1: that Virginia Roberts was abused by Jeffrey Epstein, even with
37:56
Speaker 1: all of the evidence that we have. even though she's
37:58
Speaker 1: been paid out by the estate, even though, I mean, really?
38:02
Speaker 1: That's the kind of obtuse jerk-off we're dealing with when
38:06
Speaker 1: we're talking about the Prince of Nothing. He even, quite remarkably,
38:12
Speaker 1: given photographic evidence of their relationship over the years, denies
38:15
Speaker 1: being a close friend of Epstein's girlfriend, and now convicted
38:18
Speaker 1: sex trafficker, Ghislaine Maxwell. Andrew's legal team also reject Ms.
38:23
Speaker 1: Roberts' accusations that he refused to cooperate with U.S. authorities
38:27
Speaker 1: in their investigations of Epstein and his co-conspirators, despite officials
38:31
Speaker 1: claiming he has done just that. And I posted an
38:34
Speaker 1: episode yesterday detailing this. The Department of Justice came out
38:38
Speaker 1: and said this dude wasn't cooperating. I mean, what more
38:41
Speaker 1: do they want? He hasn't cooperated, he hasn't done his
38:45
Speaker 1: honorable duty, and that's just where we're at. Those are
38:48
Speaker 1: the facts. Andrew makes clear he continues to dispute Ms.
38:54
Speaker 1: Roberts as a resident in the state of Colorado, which
38:57
Speaker 1: allows her to bring the case in the U.S. Now
38:59
Speaker 1: a 38-year-old mother of three, she lives in Perth, Australia,
39:03
Speaker 1: and has understood Andrew's legal team is still intent to
39:06
Speaker 1: pursue this in a bid to get the case thrown out.
39:10
Speaker 1: MailOnline has contacted Kevin Spacey and Buckingham Palace for comment. Well,
39:15
Speaker 1: you know that they're going to try and get it
39:16
Speaker 1: thrown out, and it shows you honestly how weak... Their
39:20
Speaker 1: defense is this is what they're going to hang their
39:22
Speaker 1: hats on. Again, technicalities, loopholes. It's not about innocence because
39:27
Speaker 1: they know if they go that route, they're in big trouble.
39:30
Speaker 1: Andrew has no evidence to help him along the way here.
39:35
Speaker 1: All the evidence that we've seen so far is evidence
39:38
Speaker 1: pointing directly against him. So when you're using Kevin Spacey...
39:45
Speaker 1: as your life preserver, as somebody that you want to
39:48
Speaker 1: bring in front of a jury, I'm of the opinion
39:53
Speaker 1: that you are good and screwed. All right, folks, that's
39:57
Speaker 1: going to do it for this morning's update. I'll probably
40:01
Speaker 1: be back later on at some point with another episode.
40:04
Speaker 1: We'll see where the day leads us. But as usual,
40:07
Speaker 1: there will be some context episodes coming your way. All right, folks,
40:11
Speaker 1: hope everybody has a great night. If you're looking to
