Helsley and Bautista Rehab Updates | Baltimore Orioles News
Orioles bullpen watch: Ryan Helsley gears up for his first rehab game this Saturday with Norfolk after elbow issues sidelined him earlier this season—he’s been throwing live BP and boasts 8 saves in 15 innings with a 4.11 ERA. Meanwhile, Félix Bautista, recovering from shoulder surgery, is set for his 8th rehab outing, already clocking 98 mph fastballs and striking out 7 in 6 innings. Both arms are crucial to the O’s rotation—and their progress could reshape the bullpen’s future. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn. Advertise on…
