- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Microsoft wins approval for a sixty nine billion dollar acquisition
- 1:07Speaker 3: of Activision Blizzard. This is something that we talked about
- 1:12Speaker 3: for a while. I guess it's finally approved. What will
- 1:16Speaker 3: this do for both companies. What will this do for
- 1:19Speaker 3: the stock of Microsoft? And it's just a good play
- 1:23Speaker 3: a lot of money. Sixty nine billion dollars Activision Blizzard.
- 1:27Speaker 3: We're talking about Activision Blizzard.
- 1:28Speaker 4: Activision Blizzard.
- 1:29Speaker 5: If you have a gaming console, you have private perfect
- 1:33Speaker 5: purchase one of their games called a Duty, probably being
- 1:35Speaker 5: the biggest, one, biggest, one of the biggest ones in the.
- 1:37Speaker 4: World the world of was it Minecraft they also are
- 1:42Speaker 4: part of but I.
- 1:44Speaker 5: Mean active actively is one of these companies that historically
- 1:49Speaker 5: hasn't had a system, but they just have the games
- 1:51Speaker 5: to put out.
- 1:52Speaker 4: This merger makes sense.
- 1:53Speaker 5: So the issue here was are they taking competition out
- 1:57Speaker 5: of the space?
- 1:58Speaker 4: Right?
- 1:58Speaker 5: And so when you look at from the UN the EU,
- 2:02Speaker 5: I'm sorry, and you look from the FTC. That was
- 2:04Speaker 5: the investigation. It came back in Micropofre's favor, which is good.
- 2:07Speaker 5: This is good news for the brand news. So one
- 2:10Speaker 5: of the areas that the regulator's question was if Activision
- 2:14Speaker 5: Games just being on Microsoft makes it a complete US
- 2:17Speaker 5: giant and knocks out competitors such as Sony and other
- 2:21Speaker 5: streaming platforms. They ruled that it doesn't, and actually one
- 2:24Speaker 5: of the benefits that it does do is that it
- 2:27Speaker 5: allows people who have purchased games from a streaming standpoint
- 2:29Speaker 5: to now have the game in the cloud.
- 2:32Speaker 4: So if I have Call.
- 2:34Speaker 5: Of Duty, right and I come to your house and
- 2:36Speaker 5: you don't have Call of Duty, we can't play it.
- 2:39Speaker 5: But now if I come over it's in my cloud.
- 2:41Speaker 5: I can now play on your system, which is like
- 2:44Speaker 5: revolutionary in the gaming world, right because it rather than
- 2:47Speaker 5: buying it because I'm over your house or I'm out
- 2:49Speaker 5: the country and I have to I don't have my console,
- 2:51Speaker 5: I have to buy the game again, it now becomes
- 2:53Speaker 5: a cloud space. And does Microsoft have that infrastructure already
- 2:57Speaker 5: in place. Absolutely, So that's that's a that's a plus
- 3:01Speaker 5: for them in the business side. The only part of
- 3:03Speaker 5: it that's interesting is that, yes, that's the European judgment,
- 3:08Speaker 5: they still have to get past the FTC, the Federal
- 3:12Speaker 5: Trade Commission here in the United States, they still have
- 3:14Speaker 5: to answer the Sony and so this is a win
- 3:18Speaker 5: from the European standpoint, but they still have some battles
- 3:20Speaker 5: to face here in America.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree, but I think this is a good
- 3:23Speaker 2: sign that this will swing in their favor.
- 3:26Speaker 6: And normally when people are worried about monopolies being formed.
- 3:29Speaker 6: Usually it is the consumer that is raising an issue
- 3:33Speaker 6: about the monopolies or they're not receiving like fair enough treatment.
- 3:36Speaker 6: But as far as what it does for the value
- 3:38Speaker 6: of Microsoft, it makes them even bigger.
- 3:42Speaker 2: If we look over the.
- 3:43Speaker 6: Last six months, they have returned twenty seven point seven
- 3:46Speaker 6: six percent. Over the last five years two hundred and
- 3:49Speaker 6: seventeen percent all time's three hundred and nine thousand percent return.
- 3:53Speaker 6: This is definitely over the next few years pushing to
- 3:56Speaker 6: that four hundred dollars mark profit margins and Microsoft are
- 4:00Speaker 6: already great, there is that thirty six percent, which is
- 4:02Speaker 6: amazing for trillion dollar company, and it gives them more
- 4:07Speaker 6: market share in the space that is needed. Like if
- 4:08Speaker 6: you look, most people may not love business right, but
- 4:12Speaker 6: once you get hooked into those video games Call of
- 4:14Speaker 6: Duty that have crashed Bandicoot, I think they have Tony
- 4:17Speaker 6: one of Tony Hawk's games.
- 4:19Speaker 2: People are on that platform for hours.
- 4:20Speaker 6: So look at the kind of ads that you can
- 4:22Speaker 6: even deploy there, and that mind share and time share
- 4:26Speaker 6: that you have a user there.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Amazing acquisition. If they get this pass.
- 4:30Speaker 6: Through the United States would definitely push them eventually past
- 4:33Speaker 6: four hundred bucks and it's probably the second greatest company
- 4:38Speaker 6: publicly traded of all time.
- 4:40Speaker 2: And I can.
- 4:40Speaker 6: Argue if Barmber wouldn't have ran Microsoft for those ten years,
- 4:46Speaker 6: there probably will be no trillion dollar market cap for Apple.
- 4:49Speaker 6: That's probably I think from the time he ran it
- 4:51Speaker 6: to the time he left, I think the stock was
- 4:53Speaker 6: down seventy percent over a decade.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Microsoft is on an incredible job.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Gaming culture is bigger than ever. Yeah, that Call of
- 5:05Speaker 3: Duty has been, you know, one of the top games,
- 5:09Speaker 3: if not the top game forward decade. So yeah, the
- 5:14Speaker 3: Xbox Microsoft's gaming to integrate that completely with one of
- 5:20Speaker 3: the top games, I think it's beneficial for sure. I
- 5:23Speaker 3: guess you know, the risk would be if another game
- 5:25Speaker 3: comes out that becomes bigger than that next year.
- 5:28Speaker 5: The other part of it is that and this is
- 5:31Speaker 5: from a Sony standpoint, right if Activision is now a
- 5:34Speaker 5: part of Microsoft, they've been emerged.
- 5:37Speaker 4: That's worry was Hey, they'll make it exclusive for Xbox. Yeah, Ernest,
- 5:44Speaker 4: what's up?

- 7:34Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:37Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 7:41Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 7:46Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 7:50Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 7:53Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christine nom the United States
- 7:57Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under said Trump, attempted illegal border
- 8:02Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 8:05Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 8:09Speaker 1: were here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 8:13Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day. Imprisoned and deported, you will
- 8:17Speaker 1: never return but if you register using our CBP home
- 8:20Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally,
- 8:24Speaker 1: do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws,
- 8:29Speaker 1: border and families will be protected sponsored by the United
- 8:33Speaker 1: States Department of Homeland Security.
- 8:35Speaker 5: That's a huge concern, right because now you're losing now
- 8:37Speaker 5: on millions of gamers that won't be able to play
- 8:39Speaker 5: it on your console. From everything they said that they're
- 8:42Speaker 5: not looking to do that, right because that loses money.
- 8:44Speaker 4: You don't want to lose money, so you keep it open.
- 8:47Speaker 5: But another thing that works in that favor when we
- 8:49Speaker 5: talk about the European Commission that they've had judgments in
- 8:53Speaker 5: the past, and every judgment that they've had, the United
- 8:56Speaker 5: States when it had to have his judgment has kind.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Of leaned in the same in the same favor.
- 9:01Speaker 5: So that works for the deal getting done, which is
- 9:04Speaker 5: great for Microsoft and great for gaming. Like I said,
- 9:07Speaker 5: that's revolutionary, right if I don't have to repurchase the
- 9:10Speaker 5: game because I'm not with my console, that's the game change.
- 9:13Speaker 5: And now you're really using technology to your advantage. Like
- 9:15Speaker 5: that cloud service piece is really really important, and that
- 9:17Speaker 5: adds to the expansion of that vertical right, because now,
- 9:22Speaker 5: how much is the cloud service going to cost you?
- 9:24Speaker 5: If you can outstore all your games up there.
- 9:26Speaker 6: A zor is going to grow as a result tremendously
- 9:30Speaker 6: because we know kids are going to eat up a
- 9:31Speaker 6: bunch of playing time and a bunch of space on there. Anyway,
- 9:34Speaker 6: when we're looking at it, so they have I if
- 9:37Speaker 6: I came to you and said, hey, Tesla is now
- 9:39Speaker 6: going to run the office space, They're going to put
- 9:43Speaker 6: the call of Duty in the car and they have
- 9:45Speaker 6: a cloud service, everyone will be like, Tesla's going to
- 9:48Speaker 6: a thousand. That iteration that I just created for you
- 9:51Speaker 6: is Microsoft's.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like that quiet.
- 9:54Speaker 5: Even like now when we're sending like files to Google,
- 9:57Speaker 5: it's like, all right, well you can pay ten nine
- 10:00Speaker 5: for two hundred gigs of storage. Well you get enough
- 10:03Speaker 5: people to pay nine ninety nine for two hundred gigs
- 10:06Speaker 5: of storage. I mean one game is like seventy gigs
- 10:08Speaker 5: of storage, yes, not to include the add ons that
- 10:10Speaker 5: come with it, you know, I mean the downloadable content
- 10:13Speaker 5: that you get on top of it, on top of
- 10:15Speaker 5: saving inside of the game. So you can imagine where
- 10:17Speaker 5: they have a package where it's like, yeah, we're saving
- 10:19Speaker 5: there's going to be a terabyte of storage and that'll
- 10:23Speaker 5: be the bare minimum. And now that becomes nineteen ninety nine.
- 10:26Speaker 5: Just think about what that does to the vertical of
- 10:28Speaker 5: a zoor.
- 10:29Speaker 6: Yeah, the enterprise value of Microsoft is currently a two
- 10:32Speaker 6: point zero eight trillion. Revenue is at two hundred and
- 10:35Speaker 6: seven billion, Like, this is just a monster of a
- 10:40Speaker 6: And another great point to look at is if you
- 10:42Speaker 6: look at institutional ownership, so that's pension funds, mutual funds,
- 10:46Speaker 6: et cetera, seventy two percent ownership is there. This is
- 10:51Speaker 6: almost a perfect company. It shows no signs of slowing down.
- 10:55Speaker 6: I know sometimes the audience get tired of me talking
- 10:57Speaker 6: about Apple and Microsoft and two inde's. But a trillion
- 11:00Speaker 6: dollar company in the last three months is up fifteen
- 11:05Speaker 6: percent to almost double the s and P of eight
- 11:08Speaker 6: percent of the month, and over the last five years
- 11:10Speaker 6: is up two hundred percent. Like that's an easy win
- 11:13Speaker 6: while most things are down, and they continue to innovate
- 11:16Speaker 6: and get better over time.
- 11:18Speaker 4: Yeah, a lot of analysts that have.
- 11:22Speaker 5: Raised the price on it for the end of the
- 11:23Speaker 5: year to three twenty three, twenty five. So it's currently
- 11:26Speaker 5: sitting at like three ten, which is optimistic. Right, you're
- 11:29Speaker 5: telling an almost a fifteen dollars increase over the next
- 11:31Speaker 5: six months.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Yeah, we think it happened.
- 11:34Speaker 6: I agree, I have it at fourteen by the middle
- 11:37Speaker 6: of next year. Continued a hole for the long term.
- 11:39Speaker 6: And it's crazy because earlier in the years that were
- 11:41Speaker 6: to twenty four So hell of a return for one
- 11:45Speaker 6: of the safest companies in the world, Like, especially in
- 11:49Speaker 6: a recession. I know they keep delaying saying that we're
- 11:51Speaker 6: in a recession. Right, we got to talk about your
- 11:54Speaker 6: boy later, big t. He went on CNN and dominated
- 11:57Speaker 6: by the way. But in a recession things tend to condense.
- 12:05Speaker 6: And if they can get this one to go through.
- 12:07Speaker 6: While they're making their iterations on aim, interested to see
- 12:10Speaker 6: what kind of data they pull to your point where shot,
- 12:12Speaker 6: Like what if another game comes out because Fortnite really
- 12:14Speaker 6: is like the kid's version of Call of Duty. And
- 12:16Speaker 6: I'm wondering what all that data in the cloud if
- 12:19Speaker 6: they begin to build games and buy a developer to
- 12:24Speaker 6: make games off the data that they're collecting in the cloud.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Wants to have Activision under underneath their win.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Nintendo just did that, which is crazy. Yep.
- 12:34Speaker 5: They literally took the feedback and the data from.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Zelda the what's it called the Breath of the Breath
- 12:42Speaker 4: thing It's called. So they just released part two and.
- 12:44Speaker 5: Again got a perfect ten out of ten rating. But
- 12:47Speaker 5: all they did was they took the data and the
- 12:49Speaker 5: feedback from the first game. They say, like, this is
- 12:50Speaker 5: a ten out of ten, how can we improve? They
- 12:52Speaker 5: implemented it to the new one.
- 12:55Speaker 3: Well play my graduates from my school being forced back
- 13:01Speaker 3: drop drop.
- 13:06Speaker 5: Droft.
- 13:16Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 13:20Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 13:24Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 13:28Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 13:32Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
