Mega Edition: How Prince Andrew Passed The Buck When it Comes To His Settlement With Virginia (7/9/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: Up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Hope
0:04
that everybody's off to a great start to their weekend,
0:07
and hopefully the rest of it is even better. Last
0:12
night we were talking about the fact that Carolyn, one
0:17
of the witnesses from the Glen Maxwell trial, corroborated the
0:22
fact that Virginia called her and told her about her
0:26
experience with Prince Andrew. And when we were discussing that
0:31
last night, we were talking about the settlement and if
0:34
this would you know, settle out of court maybe, And
0:38
it looks like Virginia wants nothing to do with that.
0:42
I said that last night as well. I thought that
0:45
perhaps she would want to see this all the way through.
0:49
And there's an article in the New York Post and
0:52
the headline is Prince Andrew's sex accuser wanted five million,
0:56
but will no longer accept a payout, And I kind
1:00
of figured that was the path we were on. This
1:04
is about something bigger for Virginia at this point, and
1:08
it's not you know, people will frame it, oh, it's
1:11
about the money. It's about the settlement, and I think
1:15
it's well beyond that at this point. When we're discussing
1:18
Virginia Roberts. I think she's at the point where she
1:22
just wants to see this all the way through, and
1:25
her saying that she will not accept a payout at
1:28
this point definitely signals that. So it's gonna be interesting
1:33
to see what transpires here as far as this payout
1:38
or settlement or what the deal's going to be. But
1:43
it certainly looks like at this point that Prince Andrew
1:46
better have his trial pants on right. You know, he
1:50
talked about not wearing the right kid. I'm not wearing
1:52
the right kid around London to go to the ball. Well,
1:55
you better have the right kid on to go to court,
1:57
my friend, because it sure looks like that's the path
2:01
you're on, and it sure looks like that's the trajectory
2:04
that we're all going to be experiencing because according to
2:09
this article and just looking at Virginia's history right as
2:13
an outsider, it would signal that she is not interested
2:17
in the payout here, that she wants to go all
2:19
the way. So we're gonna jump into two articles this morning,
2:24
the one relatively short one here from the New York
2:27
Post talking about this payout, and the other one I
2:30
want to get to is the one I was telling
2:33
you that discusses the different scenarios for Maxwell once she's
2:37
in jail. How considering her crimes, she won't be at
2:42
a minimum security club fed type place, but more than
2:46
likely at like a medium security. So we're gonna touch
2:51
on that as well. But first, let's take a look
2:53
at this article from the New York Post and let's
2:56
see what Lee Brown has to say. Prince Andrew's sexecuser
3:01
wanted five million, but will no longer accept a payout.
3:06
Prince Andrew's sexecuser had sought five million dollars to settle
3:10
out of court, but will no longer accept a potential
3:13
payout because she wants the case to go to trial,
3:15
according to a report, And like I said last night
3:18
when we were talking, I figured that this was the
3:21
case just from following Virginia's history and you know, seeing
3:26
the way that she has proceeded here, I I really
3:30
didn't have any doubt, honestly that she was going to
3:32
pursue this to the very end and really turned the
3:35
heat up on Prince Andrew. Virginia Roberts issuing the sixty
3:40
one year old UK royal for allegedly having sex with
3:43
her three times. Starting when she was just seventeen. That
3:47
makes it seem kind of like, you know, I they
3:50
just had sex and now she regrets it. It's not
3:53
the case. She was seventeen years old and she was
3:56
flown to England by Jeffrey Epstein and Galline Maxwell with
4:00
the express purpose of having sex with Prince Andrew. That's
4:05
why she was brought there, little seventeen year old girl.
4:08
Remember seventeen years old? Oh well, the age of consent
4:12
in England is sixteen. Yeah, guess what what if it
4:15
was your daughter? How would you feel then? Would it
4:18
be the same thing? Would you still have the same
4:19
blase attitude about it? Somehow? I highly doubt it. Sources
4:27
told The Telegraph that she initially sought a settlement of
4:30
five million dollars from Andrew, ten times the five hundred
4:33
grand she got from Jeffrey Epstein, the late pedophile, who
4:37
she says ordered her to have disgusting sex with the Prince. Well,
4:41
Inflation's the son of a bitch, isn't it. You got
4:43
all these wacky ass lame politicians out there telling us
4:46
how great inflation is for poor people. Yeah, okay, sure,
4:51
spoken like somebody who's never been poor. Before, and the
4:54
same goes for this. Oh well, it's ten times the
4:57
amount she got from Epstein, well ten years later, a
5:02
whole bunch of years later. That's how it works, right,
5:06
And frankly, five millions not enough. Not only I would
5:11
sue him. If it was me, I would sue this
5:13
dude for the five million. I want the Crown Jewels
5:16
of England. I want Sandringham. I would go crazy. I'd
5:19
ask for all kinds of wild shit if it was me,
5:22
just to prove a point. But now that, But now
5:27
that the case looks set to go to trial this year,
5:30
the longtime accuser is no longer willing to settle out
5:32
of court, the paper sources said. Robert's, a founder of
5:37
the nonprofit speak Out Act reclaim Sore helping sex trafficking survivors,
5:43
wants to instead show the legal consequences for those praying
5:46
on young girls, The paper said, And look, this has
5:50
been Virginia's purpose and intent for quite some time. If
5:54
you just follow her posts on Twitter and what she
5:56
has to say there, she is, uh, you know, had
5:59
a It certainly would seem like she has had enough
6:03
and there's no more retreating for her. It's biting down
6:07
on the mouthpiece and moving to the center of the
6:09
octagon to throw bombs at this point. And that's what
6:12
you have to do with bullies, right. You can't run
6:14
from bullies. You can't expect them to stop because they won't.
6:18
The only way to deal with a bully is to
6:22
three piece them up. That's it's the only way, and
6:25
that's what Virginia is looking to do here, to piece
6:28
these dudes up. She believes that accepting a payout from
6:34
the scandal scarred son of Queen Elizabeth the iond would
6:37
not advance that message. The UK paper said, I agree,
6:41
it really wouldn't right. All it would do is open
6:43
the door for more people to try and you know,
6:46
demean her and call her somebody who's just looking for
6:48
a payday, when in reality it's a lot more than that.
6:53
Her lawyer, David Boyce, previously confirmed that her cap had
6:57
offered the Royal the chance to enter a tolling agreen,
7:00
which would have given Andrew time to negotiate a settlement privately.
7:04
The Prince never accepted the offer and instead initially tried
7:08
to dodge getting served the Manhattan Court papers in the suit.
7:12
According to previous hearings and filings. Well, we remember that
7:16
old boy was duck and in dodging like rip Torn
7:19
was throwing wrenches at him. The dude's an absolute clown,
7:23
a joke, and an embarrassment to a great nation. I mean,
7:29
I can't tell you how many great people I know
7:31
from the UK, and I can't tell you how many
7:33
of them were mortified by the behavior of this scoundrel
7:36
ass scumbag. His lawyers have since fought to get the
7:43
case against him dismissed, claiming that Robert's settlement with Epstein,
7:47
which was made public last week, also covers him from liability. Ah,
7:51
I thought you never met her. How could it cover
7:54
you for liability if you have never even met her?
7:56
Oh wait, that's right, you lied. You did meet her,
7:59
and you were with her at Gallin Maxwell's house, and
8:01
you were with her at Tramp and you did have
8:04
your arm around her, and you can sweat Okay. So
8:09
basically what I'm trying to say here is you're a liar.
8:13
As of Friday, Judge Lewis Kaplan had yet to issue
8:16
a decision on the motion, but at a hearing Tuesday,
8:19
the judge appeared to suggest the settlement was not clear
8:22
enough to keep the Prince from getting sued. Roberts for
8:26
years has insisted that Epstein and is now convicted madam
8:29
madam no co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all around
8:33
scuzbag Glain Maxwell forced her to have disgusting sex with
8:37
the Prince three times in London, New York, and on
8:41
Epstein's private island in the Caribbean. Andrew's legal team has
8:46
called the lawsuit baseless and said he unequivocally denies Robert's
8:50
false allegations against him. Well good, you're gonna have your
8:53
chance in court. It seems like buddy, to defend yourself
8:56
because it doesn't look like Virginia is interested in settling
9:00
out of court with your bitch ass. So buckle up, homie.
9:03
You better call your boy Marty Singer, you better hit
9:06
up Brettler, and you better get ready. Maxwell was convicted
9:11
of sex trafficking and other charges December twenty ninth in
9:15
Manhattan Federal Court and faces up to sixty five years
9:18
in prison. She was accused of procuring victims for her
9:22
buddy Epstein and engaging in some of the abuse as well. Well.
9:25
At least they're getting that right. Nowadays the papers are
9:28
at least saying she was taking part in the abuse. Now,
9:31
I guess one step out of time, huh. Her lawyers
9:35
are now pushing for a mistrial after two jurors have
9:38
admitted swaying deliberations with tales of their own childhood abuse
9:42
that they may not have declared before being picked for
9:45
the panel. Epstein killed himself in a Manhattan jail cell,
9:49
allegedly in August twenty nineteen, while awaiting trial on sex
9:53
trafficking charges. So I wanted to touch on this article
9:57
just real quick, because we brought this up last and
10:01
I was just taking a shot in the dark here,
10:03
taking a guess when I said I didn't think that
10:06
Virginia was going to be interested in a payout here,
10:09
and that she'd be interested in going all the way.
10:11
And I just I wake up this morning and I
10:14
see this article. So I figured we'd add this to
10:16
the front end of the other article I had ready
10:20
for us to go. So it gives a little bit
10:22
more context, right, and a little bit more of an
10:25
idea of where Virginia is and what her game plan
10:28
is going to be. And I'll tell you what, folks,
10:31
I cannot wait for this to go to trial. All right,
10:36
so let's check out our next article. This article is
10:39
from Fortune dot com and the authors are Bob van Vories,
10:45
Chris Dolmich, and Bloomberg. Headline, Glenn Maxwell's prison won't be
10:52
like the Camp Cupcake where Martha Stewart served her sentence.
10:58
Glenn Maxwell's high society days are over as she faces
11:02
years in a prison that's likely to be harsher than
11:05
the so called Camp Cupcake prison where Martha Stewart served. Now,
11:09
there's all kinds of different prisons, as you well know,
11:12
you have high security, maximum security prisons, medium security prisons,
11:17
low security prisons, prison camps, all kinds of wild stuff.
11:22
And Martha Stewart was able to serve her sentence at
11:26
a low security camp where you know, it's like a
11:29
dormitory style setting, and you know it's very lax, if
11:34
you will, if prison can be lax, but there's no
11:37
like regulations like there are in a high security facility
11:42
where you know, you're only out on the yard for
11:45
so little amount of time, that kind of thing, whereas
11:49
at a low security place you have a lot more freedom.
11:52
And in some of these places there aren't even fences
11:57
around these camps. Now. I know when I went and visit,
12:00
as did people I care about at a federal lockup
12:03
in Lompoc, they were at a low security portion of
12:06
the prison, and they could have literally walked right out
12:11
of the jail if they wanted to. But then when
12:15
you get caught, and you will get caught, you go
12:18
to a hire security facility after that to serve out
12:21
the rest of your term, plus whatever they tack on
12:24
for you walking out of the facility. So that's kind
12:27
of a deterrent for people at these low security facilities
12:34
to not leave right. They don't want to get any
12:36
years tagged onto it, and they don't want to go
12:39
and do hard time. I know, if I was going
12:41
to prison or jail or whatever, I'd much prefer to
12:44
go to one of these camps. But when you have
12:47
the charges that Maxwell has, and you've been convicted of
12:51
what Maxwell has been convicted of, you're not going to
12:54
Camp Cupcake. You're going to at least a medium security
12:58
level facility, and things are going to be a lot
13:02
tougher on her, a lot more regimented. Maxwell, the ex socialite,
13:09
co conspirator, general all around scusbag of disgraced financier pedophile
13:14
Jeffrey Epstein was convicted Wednesday on five counts tied to
13:17
sexual abuse, including the most serious charge of sex trafficking
13:21
of a minor, which carries a maximum sentence of forty years.
13:25
Because she was convicted of sex crimes, Maxwell won't be
13:29
assigned to a minimum security prison camp like the one
13:32
in Alderson, West Virginia that house Stuart, with a dormitory
13:36
style housing and limited fencing, according to prison consultant Justin Paperney.
13:41
And that's what I was just talking about. It's like
13:44
you'd be shocked, right. I was under the impression that
13:47
jail or prison, you know, was like you see in
13:49
the movies. Then when I went and visited the people
13:53
that I went to see while they were doing their sentence,
13:56
it was a kind of, you know, shocking to me
14:00
that they could have literally just walked out of the
14:02
facility if they wanted. Alderson has been called Camp Cupcake
14:08
by critics who faulted for its custody conditions and activities
14:12
that include progressive relaxation. Well, I don't know about all
14:16
of that, but I'm a big fan of rehabilitation while
14:19
people are in prison, and especially if you're in there
14:22
for nonviolent crimes, what we should throw people who were
14:25
arrested for nonviolent crimes right into the mix with the
14:28
rest of the act, the real scumbags of the world. Nah,
14:31
I don't think that's the right way to go about
14:33
things either. Now, progressive relaxation, I don't know what that
14:37
even means, to be honest with you, So I can't
14:40
tell you if I agree with it or not. But
14:42
I am a fan of rehabilitation when people are in prison,
14:45
except for the most heinoused of crimes, right these kinds
14:48
of sex crimes or you're a murderer. Look, you can't
14:52
rehabilitate from stuff like that. So if Maxwell is given
14:58
closer to the high end of what she faces, she'll
15:01
likely end up in a medium security prison. According to Paperni,
15:05
who runs White Collar Advice, which advises clients facing prison,
15:09
She's imagine, imagine you're facing prison and you got to
15:12
call this guy and get a game plan on what
15:15
you should do when you get to the whoscal forget it.
15:19
I mean, I don't even know what I would do.
15:21
I don't even like being confined, you know, at my
15:25
desk for eight hours, never mind being in jail or
15:28
a prison cell. It seems like the most terrifying thing
15:32
in the world to me, honestly, having my freedom freedom taken.
15:36
I can't even imagine. She is probably in shock and
15:42
will be for some time, said ingrid Let. Her house Oaken,
15:45
a former executive at Tiffany and Company who spent ten
15:48
months at Alderson after admitting to stealing from the company.
15:52
With proper counseling, she can make her sentence productive if
15:55
she focuses on giving back, meaning helping others and taking
15:59
full responsibility for her actions. Nah, this again, this isn't
16:02
a white collar crime. This isn't somebody who stole a
16:05
couple of bucks, somebody who stole people's lives. Literally, this
16:12
lady is a life vampire. And you know, I don't
16:16
care what she does while she's in there. There's nothing
16:19
that can take back what she did. She needs to
16:21
do the full sentence, whatever that may be. Maxwell's attorney
16:26
said late Wednesday that she will appeal the verdict. Maxwell's
16:29
trial judge didn't set a sentencing date for the for Maxwell,
16:33
who still faces trial on two perjury counts. That trial
16:36
hasn't been scheduled. The decision where to house Maxwell will
16:40
be up to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The Bureau
16:43
doesn't comment on individual cases, but factors considered in assigning
16:48
inmates include the security and supervision the inmate requires. Any
16:52
medical or programming needs, separation and security measures to ensure
16:56
the inmate's protection, and other considerations include proximity to an
17:01
individual's release residence. According to spokesman Donald Murphy, Yeah, that's
17:06
nice in a concept, right, How often do they practice it? Though?
17:12
I know my loved ones were scattered all over the country,
17:16
So I mean, maybe they help people like Maxwell get
17:20
a put someplace close to home, but when it comes
17:23
to the rest of us, forget it. Inmates and higher
17:28
security facilities are generally confined to cells rather than rooms
17:32
and endure more intense security procedures. Those prisons tend to
17:36
house people who are convicted of more serious crimes, have
17:39
longer prison sentences, and are more prone to violence. So again,
17:45
if you're somebody like Maxwell, you beyond all measure want
17:50
to get to a low security facility. She's not built
17:53
for this life. What She's gonna hit the r and
17:55
she's gonna g up, someone's gonna check her and she's
17:59
gonna g up and chin check that person. Yeah right,
18:03
she's gonna walk in. She's not gonna have her paperwork hoop,
18:06
none of it, and she's gonna get exploited and beat
18:11
up and who knows what else that's if she's on
18:14
the general yard. She's not gonna hit the general line though.
18:17
See during the whole entire lead up to the trial,
18:21
her team kept talking about how she wanted to be
18:23
in the general population, and I laughed and laughed and
18:27
laughed and mocked them for that. So I want to
18:29
see how quickly they're talking about general population when she
18:33
gets the prison. Somehow, I doubt they're going to bring
18:37
it up. They're gonna want her and protective custody. Oh,
18:40
she's a high level inmate all of a sudden, she
18:42
needs to be protected, That's what they'll say, and I
18:45
get it. I agree, but let's be real. It's like
18:50
still anywhere she goes will likely be an upgrade from
18:52
the Brooklyn Federal Lockup, where she's been held since charged
18:55
in July twenty twenty with helping Epstein sexually abuse underage girls.
19:01
Prior to her conviction, Maxwell, the daughter of the British
19:05
media tycoon Robert Maxwell made numerous complaints about her conditions
19:09
at the Metropolitan Detention Center, a jail that federal investigators
19:13
have deemed among the worst in the US Bureau of
19:16
Prison systems. Well, guess what, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
19:22
Where did you think you were going to go and
19:23
do your jail time? You thought you were going to
19:25
hang out at the Waldorf And you're, you know, pay
19:27
for your security to protect you around the clock while
19:30
you sit around and need bond bonds. Wrong, enjoy the
19:35
MDC and all of the shittiness of it, because guess what,
19:40
how many countless people have been through those doors, how
19:44
many countless people have sat in those same jail cells.
19:49
It's just the way it goes, Glenn Maxwell. These are
19:51
the rules you and your friends have put on the books,
19:53
right you and all your powerful buddies in DC. Well,
19:57
you reap what you sew, don't you. She's enduring arguably
20:02
the worst and filthiest prison in the country. It's a jail,
20:05
not a prison, said Paperny. Wherever she serves her time
20:08
will feel like Disneyland compared to where she is right now.
20:11
I don't believe that for a second. When you're in
20:15
this lock up, there's the hope that you're getting out
20:17
and going home at some point when you go to
20:19
this prison and that you know, gate closes. Oh, it's
20:22
a rap for you. It's all been a startling turn
20:27
for Maxwell, who was arrested at a million dollars one
20:29
hundred and fifty six acre estate in New Hampshire and
20:32
on the New York City townhouse that's sold in twenty
20:35
sixteen for about fifteen million, as well as a London
20:39
home in Belgravia. Federal investigators found that MDC prisoners have
20:45
been beaten, raped, and held in inhumane conditions. Maxwell has
20:49
complained about being held in solitary confinement under twenty four
20:52
hour surveillance and being awakened every few hours each night.
20:56
I mean, that would be the least of her problems.
21:00
If she was on the general line, she'd be exploited, extorted,
21:04
you name it. She said. Conditions left are exhausted and
21:13
unable to properly help prepare her defense. Of the one
21:17
hundred and fifty seven thousand, five hundred inmates currently in
21:20
the federal prison system, fewer than eleven thousand, around seven
21:24
percent are women. According to the Bureau of Prisons, of
21:27
its one hundred and twenty two prison facilities in the US,
21:31
only twenty nine house women, and eleven of those are
21:33
short term lockups, like the MDC where Maxwell was held
21:37
for trial. Her future home will be based on the
21:40
classification she receives from federal prison officials, said Jack Dohnson,
21:45
a prison consultant who worked for the Bureau of Prisons
21:48
for more than twenty three years. That will depend in
21:51
part on the length of her sentence and a determination
21:54
by prison authorities whether Maxwell, who has a US, UK
21:58
and French citizenship, presents a risk to escape. Now. As
22:03
much as I want to pile on here a risk
22:06
to escape, I highly doubt that now. A risk to
22:09
run and a risk to try and avoid charges, definitely,
22:12
but we're not I mean, she's not Andy Dufrayne, right,
22:16
She's not digging a hole through the wall and climbing
22:18
through the septic system anytime soon. So that's probably the
22:23
last of my concerns when it comes to Maxwell. If
22:27
Maxwell has given a more lenient sentence, she may be
22:30
headed to the low security federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut,
22:33
known for housing Orange is the new black author Piper
22:37
Kerman and reality television star Teresa Judas said PAPERNI, Yeah,
22:42
that's one of the prison in Danberry is notorious for that.
22:47
You see a couple of mob guys that have been
22:49
through there, You know that kind of deal. But Dohnson
22:54
said the Bureau will likely assign a famous convict like
22:57
Maxwell to a secure facility away from I'm a major city,
23:01
making the Danburry Prison not far from New York less likely.
23:05
They're never going to put her near New York or
23:07
anywhere you're going to have reporters camping out on the road.
23:10
He said, Well, this is America. Anyone can get to anywhere.
23:13
I get the idea that it's a lot easier to
23:16
access Danberry than it is to say, Lompok. But wherever
23:20
she goes, there's going to be the media following. The
23:26
differences between a minimum security camp and low security Federal
23:29
Correctional Institution or FCI can be dramatic, said Larry Levine,
23:34
founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants, who served more than
23:37
ten years in federal prison and now advises convicted criminals
23:41
on how to survive incarceration. I've had several friends due
23:46
time in federal prison, and every single one of them
23:49
has come back and said it was a miserable experience.
23:54
I can't even imagine ten years, no thank you. Camps
23:59
often have a relatively high proportion of non violent white
24:02
collar offenders, and violence is rare. Violence is more likely
24:06
in fcis, which can house bank robbers, drug dealers, and
24:10
people convicted of sex crimes. So while camps don't have
24:13
perimeter fences or armed security, fcis have two secured barbed
24:17
wire fences with roving armed security. He said the doors
24:21
to camp housing unit doors are never locked, a contrast
24:25
to fcis, where inmates are locked in at night, and
24:29
that I was trying to make that comparison earlier to
24:31
you folks. It really is night and day between the
24:35
low security and medium security even and when I talked
24:41
to my family members and friends who would serve time
24:44
in federal facilities, they told me themselves the huge difference
24:49
between minimum and even medium, and how it was much
24:55
more enjoyable, if anything can be enjoyable to be on
25:00
the low security yard. Several consultants said Maxwell's notoriety and
25:07
nature of her crime helping Epstein victimize teenage girls may
25:11
make her a target if she is still in denial
25:14
that she did not contribute to the actions taken by
25:16
herself and mister Epstein. She will be a pariah both
25:19
inside and outside of the prison, said letter Has o'cun,
25:23
who consults for white collar advice. Maxwell's education, wealth, and
25:27
former jet setting lifestyle will set her apart for most inmates.
25:31
She said, for sure, she's gonna get exploited if she's
25:34
on the yard, folks, there's no doubt about it. Jeffrey
25:37
Epstein was in the holding cell for what a few weeks,
25:41
and he was being exploited. You gotta remember, these prisoners
25:45
have all day to sit around and come up with
25:48
ways and plots and different scams, and that's what they do.
25:54
While Maxwell will have an advantage because of her access
25:57
to cash for food, clothing, makeup, and running, shehes that
26:00
other inmates can't afford. This can cause jealousy in others.
26:04
Let her house. O'coon said. Maxwell will likely be assigned
26:07
a job well where she'll make a paltry twelve to
26:10
fourteen cents an hour. Do it and don't complain. Let
26:14
her house. Oaken advised the worst thing she could do
26:17
is whine about her situation. That is for sure. If
26:21
you go to prison and you start whining and acting
26:23
the fool crying about your circumstances, you're in for it.
26:28
And Glenn Maxwell, she better hope she goes to one
26:31
of these low security facilities. Folks. I've been saying it
26:33
from the jump. None of these people are built for this.
26:36
These people aren't from the street. They're not criminals in
26:40
the sense of the word that you expect when you
26:43
hear about prison. These are cowards who victimized young girls
26:48
and vulnerable people. And when they get to prison, well
26:54
guess what the hunter becomes the hunted Because these kinds
27:00
of crimes they don't go over very well in prison, folks.
27:04
And somebody like Alane Maxwell with access to all this
27:07
money and affluence, you got to know from the beginning
27:13
she is going to be extorted, exploited, and the rest
27:16
of it if she's put on the main line. So
27:19
I would expect lan Maxwell to end up in some
27:21
kind of you know, secure setting as far as the
27:25
shoe or protective custody, not on the main line. And
27:29
depending on what the charges are, I mean, the sentencing
27:32
is obviously I'm guessing she's gonna end up in a
27:35
medium security facility. But when you have her money, you
27:39
never know. So there you have it, folks. That's the
27:42
article I was telling you about a couple of days ago.
27:45
I wanted to just touch on that real quick to
27:47
get an idea and give you folks an idea of
27:50
what might be coming next for Maxwell as far as
27:53
her incarceration. So that's gonna do it for me this morning,
27:57
and there will be more more episodes out throughout the day,
28:00
some context episodes, and like I said, I have a
28:03
three part series about the War on Drugs and Gary Webb,
28:06
so I'm gonna post that today as well. All Right, everybody,
28:10
I hope you all have a great day and I
28:12
will be back later. If you'd like to contact me,
28:15
you can do that at Bobby Kapucci at ProtonMail dot com.
28:19
That's Bobby c ap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
28:25
You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore
28:29

28:33
can be found in the description box. Everry one and
28:38
welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. It looks like we're
28:42
getting some more answers about how Prince Andrews bitch ass
28:47
plans on paying for his lawsuit. We've heard before that
28:51
the Queen and his brother Charles, we're going to pony
28:54
up some dough to help him out of this bind. Well,
28:58
now the Sun reporting that Charles is about to pony
29:03
up seven million pounds to help his brother get out
29:09
of this absolutely terrible position he's put himself and the
29:14
family in. So now imagine being his brother. Imagine being Charles.
29:19
You got your own bullshit going on, nobody really likes
29:22
you anyway, and now your molester ass brother shows up
29:27
and he's like, hey, look, dude, I'm gonna need to
29:28
borrow seven million pounds because you know, I was hanging
29:31
out with Epstein and yeah, I kind of was a douche.
29:36
Imagine what your reaction would be. But this dude has
29:40
to come out of the pocket now and come up
29:42
with the seven million pounds to pay for his brother's nonsense.
29:47
Now we know that Prince Andrew certainly doesn't have that
29:50
kind of doe on hand. He's a grifter. He's lived
29:53
in the basement down at Balmoral for how long, still
29:57
becomes a married man and still lives on his mom's
29:59
proper you know the deal. So he didn't have that
30:02
kind of dose sitting around, and the big question was
30:06
where's he gonna get the money to pay Virginia. A
30:10
lot of people were speculating it would come from here
30:13
or there, but the obvious point of origin for this
30:18
money was always the royal family. And the question becomes
30:22
will there be any public money used? According to this article,
30:27
there will be no public money used. But I kind
30:30
of find that hard to believe, considering the Royals are
30:34
funded by the people of England. Know, oh, I know
30:37
they have these land grants and everything, But where did
30:39
they get all of that stuff? Did it just magically
30:42
appear one day they woke up and the easter Bunny
30:46
of property showed up and gave them a bunch of land.
30:50
Or was that land granted to them by the will
30:53
of the English people, the subjects of the UK, Because
30:57
let's remember, everything that the royal family has, it's because
31:00
the people of the UK have decided that it's theirs
31:03
to give to them. So when they say the money
31:07
doesn't come from the actual citizens of the United Kingdom,
31:10
I find it laughable. It's not like the Queen or
31:13
Charles have ever had a real job, right Their job
31:16
has been to administer the country as royals and do
31:19
whatever it is that the royals are supposed to do.
31:23
The real question, though, is if these royals were gone tomorrow,
31:26
would it really affect life that much? Would the people
31:30
of the UK's lives be affected that much? They're nothing
31:34
but figureheads at this point, and I don't know why
31:37
they're afforded as much respect and as much honor as
31:40
they are, to be honest with you, again, just the
31:43
opinion of an outsider, but it seems to me that
31:46
all they do is take advantage, just like your run
31:49
of the mill, shitty politician would. And then when things
31:54
go south for them, when you know, Prince Andrew gets
31:57
caught up with Jeffrey Epstein, they have nothing to say
32:01
about it. Oh, this is Prince Andrew's problem, the whole
32:06
run on nonsense that we've gotten from the Crown this
32:09
whole entire time. Frankly, I'm tired of it, Sick of
32:13
the Crown, sick of the royals, sick of all of
32:15
these so called elites, and I'm certainly sick of this moron,
32:19
Prince Andrew. So the fact that he had to grovel
32:23
to his brother and ask for some money That's kind
32:26
of a bit of justice, isn't it. We know that
32:29
they don't like each other in the best of times,
32:32
So now the clown prince has to go to the
32:36
crown Prince and ask him for seven million pounds. That
32:39
has to be a kick in the shorts for sure.
32:42
So at least we can take that from all of
32:45
this and have a little bit of joy in that,
32:47
at least the fact that he had to grovel and
32:49
ask his brother for this money. It's sad, though, when
32:55
you really think about the whole entire thing and you
32:57
look at it. What a pathetic human being be in this, dude,
33:02
the whole world at your feet. Go anywhere you want,
33:06
spend time with whoever you want, do whatever you want,
33:09
and don't you don't have to pay for any of it.
33:11
But that's not good enough for you. You have to
33:14
hang out with Epstein. You need more. Oh, I have
33:16
to have more. I need private jets, I need young
33:19
girls running around all over the place. When in reality,
33:24
somebody like this could have used their great influence for
33:28
great good, but he chose not to do that. So
33:32
that's why I think he's such a scumbag. Folks, That's
33:34
why I think, out of just about all of the
33:37
people involved in this, this dude's one of the worst.
33:41
He had the whole entire world at his fingertips. Imagine
33:45
being the Prince of England and making these choices and
33:48
then expecting anyone to have any sympathy for you. I mean,
33:51
besides the lady of Ektoia, eh, I don't know anybody
33:56
that has sympathy for this clown. All right, So jump
34:00
into this article from the Sun and let's see what
34:03
they have to say about who's picking up the tab
34:06
for Prince Andrew and his stupid ass behavior. Headline Charles
34:12
loan to Andy Prince Charles bankroll shamed Andrews seven million
34:16
dollar pounds sex abuse payout to Virginia Roberts. This article
34:21
was authored by Matt Wilkinson over at the Sun. Prince
34:28
Charles is to bankroll broke brother Andrew's multimillion dollar sex
34:32
abuse payout with a loan to save the family honor.
34:36
Now can you imagine take a minute and think to
34:39
yourself what you would say to your brother if he
34:41
showed up after all of this nonsense and he's talking about, hey,
34:45
can I borrow seven million pounds? I guess It's a
34:48
little different for normal people, right, we don't have the
34:53
reputation of the royal family to worry about like Charles does.
34:57
And I'm guessing, and obviously this is a guess. Charles
35:00
is saying to himself, I don't need this bullshit. This
35:03
is the last thing I need, So I guess I'll
35:06
just pay this try and make this to go away,
35:08
so when I take the crown, I can put this
35:10
behind me and say, hey, look I did what I
35:12
had to do. We punished Andrew blah blah blah blah
35:16
blah blah blah. But the reality of the situation is
35:19
this is never gonna go away no matter what. This
35:22
is a stain on the Windsor family. This is a
35:25
stain on the Queen, as much as people don't want
35:27
to admit it. And it is certainly a stain on
35:30
old Uncle Touchy. And the fact that the crown was
35:34
silent for so long, the fact that the crown was
35:37
inactive for so long, people aren't going to forget that. Now.
35:41
There's some loyalists to the crown, some people who feel
35:44
like the Crown can do no wrong, and those people
35:47
are hopelessly lost. But all kidding aside. It's such a
35:53
bad look for them that I don't understand how they
35:57
think it's going to go away or anyone's going to
36:00
forget about it, especially considering that Virginia is probably going
36:06
to write a book at some point or speak about
36:08
what happened. I know, according to the deals, she can
36:12
talk until after the Jewbilee, according to reports, but after
36:16
that it's game on. The Prince of Wales seventy three
36:23
is stumping up most of the agreed seven pounds, with
36:26
the Queen also chipping in, but no public cash is
36:29
being used. See I find that hard to believe. What
36:33
was the Queen out there working the night shift at Arby's,
36:37
Prince Charles down there by the river cleaning it out.
36:41
What do you mean where are they getting this money from?
36:44
Oh it's from that property. It's from their holdings, you
36:47
mean the properties and the holdings that the British people,
36:50
the citizens of the UK, have granted them. So they
36:54
are getting the money from public. It's just a roundabout way.
36:57
Oh okay, understood. Let's not act like these are, you know,
37:00
independently wealthy people who have created something to help society.
37:05
They're not elon musk. You know they're not any some
37:09
great innovators. They just happen to be born into the
37:13
right family. The unemployed Duke of York sixty two now
37:18
has ten days to deposit the money so that his
37:20
accuser for Jinia Roberts will drop her sex abuse for it.
37:24
So get that bag ready, go and drop it off,
37:27
you and yours. I'm scaring at him right now in
37:29
his stupid English soldier uniform or whatever the hell he's wearing.
37:35
And god damn he looks goofy in it. What did
37:37
you ever do to win all of those medals? Bro?
37:39
What a clown? Maybe I should just dress up like
37:43
a night from the eleventh century and where you know,
37:46
all sorts of arms and house colors and run around
37:50
like a jackass like this dude, just like Jeffrey Epstein. Huh,
37:54
nice outfit, bro. He will pay back Charles and her
37:59
Majesty ninety five when he gets the cash from the
38:02
seventeen million pounds sell of his ski shallet in Verbier, Switzerland,
38:06
which could take two months. So his brother fronted him
38:09
the dough obviously, and his mom helped him out. And
38:12
he'll get it back when this sale for the ski
38:16
shallet is all said and done. Now the question becomes
38:19
how is he able to afford that in the first place? Oh,
38:22
I'm guessing he used public funds, right, You see what's
38:25
going on here? They'll say one thing, but in reality,
38:27
if you follow the money, it's obvious where all of
38:30
this money comes from. So just be real about it.
38:34
One thing I have learned since we've been covering this
38:37
case is that the Royal family is as far away
38:41
from real as possible. Sheriff Joe Lombardo, if he fails
38:45
to repay Andrew, will lose money from the will of
38:47
the Queen, who is believed to have funded his legal battle.
38:50
So it's basically coming out of his future settlement or
38:55
future money from his mom's purse when she passes on
39:00
her will or whatever. So either way, Charles is getting
39:04
his money back. Imagine that, though, Imagine not having trust
39:08
in your brothers so much that you have to have
39:11
in writing that if you don't pay me back when
39:14
mom dies, it comes out of your portion. Yeah. That
39:17
sounds like a real loving lifestyle, a real loving family.
39:21
You Royals can keep all of that weird shit. The
39:25
son understands that it was Prince Charles, who told Andrew
39:28
to settle last month after lawyers said the Duke would
39:31
give a witness statement to rape accuser Miss Robert civil
39:34
case in New York. So that definitely rings true. This
39:38
guy doesn't want to deal with this. We've talked about
39:41
this a lot. He's gonna be king soon and the
39:44
last thing he needs is Uncle Touchy, the clown prince
39:48
dragging him down. The crown Prince. It is not a
39:53
position he wants to be in. He's not loved by
39:56
the people the way the Queen is. He's not a
39:57
beloved figure. So when the Queen passes on and he
40:02
takes the throne, there's gonna be a lot of animosity
40:06
from a lot of people. I'm guessing the people who
40:09
might have been friendly to the Royals because of the Queen,
40:14
A lot of that's going to end. Charles hasn't made
40:16
a lot of friends as far as it goes, So,
40:20
you know, the things that the Royal family are used to,
40:26
they might be winding down. The Royals feared to repeat
40:31
of his heavily criticized Newsnight interview in twenty nineteen. Yeah,
40:35
you think you think Emily Maitliss gave him the business
40:39
and busted them up in that interview while throwing him
40:41
basically softball questions, How do you think a seasoned interrogator
40:47
would handle it if he was in a room with Andrew,
40:49
with this dude's sitting across from him, or a video deposition.
40:53
Even we've all seen this guy blundering, buffoon his way around.
40:57
Zero chance he has any ability to outwit a seasoned
41:02
prosecutor who was interrogating him. So yeah, Charles is like, look,
41:06
you've already done enough damage. Here's the seven million pounds.
41:10
Go pay off your fine, you dumb asshole, and then
41:13
kick rocks, beat it in it. Andrew told of his
41:17
dealings with convicted pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, found dead in
41:22
jail in twenty nineteen while held on sex trafficking charges.
41:27
So we all know about the interview. We all know
41:29
how terrible it was, and it was so bad it
41:32
wasn't even a car crash. We're talking Hindenburg level of
41:37
explosions here. He said he had no recollection of ever
41:41
meeting miss Roberts, but was accused of having sex with
41:45
her three times in two thousand and one when she
41:47
was seventeen. Speaking on the decision to loan Andrew the
41:51
money of the source said, there were family discussions about
41:54
how to take a little from here and a little
41:56
from there. Imagine all of these rich people, Oh, will
41:59
take a little for here, a little from there. Just
42:01
go open up the bank account and pay it out
42:03
and be done with it already. Once once the money
42:06
hit from his the sale of his house hits the
42:09
bank account, he can pay back his brother and whoever
42:12
else has lent him money. But that payment of Virginia
42:16
has to be paid on time. He can't rely on
42:18
selling the chalet the chalet too many things can go wrong,
42:22
and the court won't wait for property queries. Yeah, that
42:26
sounds about right. Look, the court has an established deadline.
42:29
Either you pay up or you don't. The court doesn't
42:31
give his shit one way or the other. So you know,
42:35
old grifter griftington over here had no money on the side,
42:39
didn't have a rainy day fund, So of course he's
42:42
gonna go to mommy and big brother to try and
42:44
help him out. And this is why people find all
42:49
of these folks so disgusting and condemnable. They're just gross people.
42:54
Every time they get themselves in a jam. They can
42:56
run to mommy, or they can run to their buddy
42:59
banker to get held out, while the rest of us,
43:01
on the other hand, have to go hat in hand
43:04
to the bank to try and get a loan or whatever.
43:07
And then when you get there, you're not even dealing
43:09
with human beings anymore. You know, you're on the phone,
43:11
dealing with some automated system. Punch your numbers in. You're
43:15
not even a person to these banks, folks. A friend
43:23
of Andrew added he has no income or money to
43:26
repay a bank loan, so the family is the only
43:28
way to guarantee the payment. Makes sense. We all know
43:32
that he has no income. Well again, squandered his whole life.
43:35
This dude could have become a scientist or whatever you
43:38
wanted to be. Instead, he's jet setting around like a playboy.
43:42
Thought the tap of unlimited dough was always going to
43:45
be running and he had no other plans. Just goes
43:49
to show you what a short sighted buffoon this guy is.
43:55
Prince Andrew, who lives with ex wife Sarah Ferguson at
43:58
thirty one room Royal Lodge at Windsor. Will pay Miss
44:02
Roberts around seven pounds. It includes a sum to her
44:07
charity for sex trafficking survivors. A spokesman for Prince Andrew,
44:11
who denies Miss Roberts claims, did not comment, nor did
44:15
spokesman for Queen and Prince Charles. Yeah, no shit, they
44:18
want nothing to do with it. They want nothing to
44:21
do with commenting on this and the Crown and the
44:25
Royal House. It's been the same since the beginning. You
44:28
would think that they'd come out and they would force
44:30
fully condemn all of this, but they haven't. Oh, Prince
44:36
Andrew's dealing it with it on his own, blah blah
44:38
blah blah blah. But at the same time he's going
44:41
to them and using them as if they were an
44:43
ATM machine. So the idea that the Royals aren't paying
44:50
for it, or that the people aren't paying for it,
44:53
I guess if you're looking at it from this obtuse angle,
44:56
you could say that, But really, where does all of
44:59
their wealth, meaning the royals, get generated from in the
45:02
first place? The people? So the people are paying for this, right,
45:11
not a great situation for the Royal family to be in,
45:14
and it's certainly not a great situation for Charles, who
45:18
is getting ready to take the throne, and I would
45:22
guess that as things move along and things continue to evolve,
45:28
we'll see less and less of Andrew anywhere. That's probably
45:32
going to be a stipulation by Charles. Look, dude, we
45:35
don't want you around, we don't want to see your face,
45:37
and we don't certainly don't want to see you trying
45:39
to pop back up into public life. There's definitely going
45:42
to be stipulations. He didn't just get this money for nothing.
45:45
That's not how these royals work. Everybody has a chit
45:48
to pay, even if it's your family, and that's exactly
45:53
what we're going to see here in my opinion. Now,
45:55
Prince Andrew is certainly indebted to his brother and that's
45:59
certainly not place he wants to find himself. All Right, folks,
