The workforce: More workers under 21, outside main cities, and flexible
Businesses are wary of expanding their permanent workforce and prefer a core team supplemented flexibly according to demand. The share of workers under 21 has more than doubled but older people also seek employment. COVID and October 7 have had an impact.
