- 1:29[SPEAKER_08]: As I know, I'm talking about a hot topic.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_08]: You know, most people will talk about Nolan Wells.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_08]: And I will get into that a little bit.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_08]: Because I do got a skip from his mom and dad.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_08]: I'm going to go in here.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_08]: But Miss Harris, Jihaila Harris is what I'm going to talk about today.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_08]: This is a for you old that was missing for over a month.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_08]: And out of Akin, South Carolina.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_08]: And if there's always guys, I do.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_08]: episodes about things that really happen in our world and how the world ignores us or how we may play a negligence in our own demise.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_08]: In this instance or this application episode,
- 2:24[SPEAKER_08]: They did her dirty man, they did a real dirty, and her paris is the one allegedly who did it to her.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_08]: And I'm here today to speak up and tell people in general, and this has nothing to do with
- 2:55[SPEAKER_08]: a great loss, my condolences go out to that family, to the father, to the mother.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how to say this without offended people, but I will tell you that everybody
- 3:24[SPEAKER_08]: They tolerate you because there's a need to tolerate you, but they do not like you.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_08]: They hate your guts.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_08]: And if they can get rid of you, my all means necessary, they will try it.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_08]: But all means necessary, you are being tolerated, you're not light.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_08]: So as a man, and that came up in the 80s, I've seen racism, I've seen discrimination, I've seen the movements, I've seen our first president, second president, whatever you want
- 4:21[SPEAKER_08]: status you want to put on this, I seen it.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_08]: And I tell my kids all the time, they don't like telling me stuff because people put a narrative on men, but they don't understand what a man's position is because they're not even men that's putting a narrative on men.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_08]: As a man,
- 4:48[SPEAKER_08]: We have a duty to protect our family, provide for our family, keep them safe, and be the one that takes that beat in verbally, because we should be tough enough to understand what's going to come with the decisions we make.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_08]: But again, a lot of times,
- 5:17[SPEAKER_08]: that this man, or this particular situation, he won't relate with, he won't understand.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, you don't need to tell him, you do what you want to do with, we'll break it down later.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_08]: And I want you to understand, that is the worst thing you can do to any man is leave him out in the dark.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_08]: on decision-making or put a narrative on that person that they won't understand the situation.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_08]: All because you know what he's going to give you is information that cannot be denied.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_08]: Understanding of the things you don't see, you can't deny it.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_08]: So when I look at Nolan Wells, I wish his father would have put his foot down because in total his son knows sometimes you gotta say no.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_08]: Sometimes you got to be that person, that no one else understands, no one else likes, I can't stand them.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_08]: But I rather have my child mad at me in the room, than dead in the coffin.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_08]: at her friend's house.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_08]: Then dead in a alley.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_08]: I rather my son or my daughter be upset with me, where we can sit down and talk about why you upset, just saying I should have done this to prevent it.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not blaming the parents.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not blaming anyone, I'm just saying everybody that's around you don't like you.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_08]: They tolerate you.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_08]: And as parents, we have to teach our kids it's all right to be by yourself, it's all right
- 8:10[SPEAKER_08]: It's all right to say no to some activities, it's all right to put boundaries to keep your children safe.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_08]: That's all I got for you today.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_08]: We're going to get into it.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_08]: And I want you to understand that
- 8:36[SPEAKER_08]: This episode is dedicated to the twins, boys who was hung in Georgia, dedicated to the four girls that drowned out in England or three girls that drowned out in England to every female or male that was hung this year.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_08]: And they said it was a suicide.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_08]: and it is so sad that they hide behind the parents' power positions to get away with murder, to get away with assassinations, to get away with just killing our youth, taking them out,
- 9:35[SPEAKER_08]: We focus on the NBA.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_08]: We focus on the NFL football.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_08]: We focus on Major League Baseball, but we cannot focus as people on all the missing kids that are being found dead.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_08]: All the people that's being hung at these college dorms on these institutions, the kids that come up missing.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_08]: Why we can't come together and solve these crimes?
- 10:08[SPEAKER_08]: Why we can't put it in to the black market of child pornography?
- 10:15[SPEAKER_08]: Why we can't come to an end and stop these people that are doing harmful things and our community?
- 10:31[SPEAKER_08]: All the rich football players, people of political position, no one is doing nothing or I applaud people that keep putting the light on, keeping awareness on this situation
- 10:58[SPEAKER_08]: And I know, I know, I know, I'm sorry, guys, I'm so sorry.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_08]: Y'all been missing this work.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_08]: Y'all been missing me, get up here and walk in and do what I do.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sorry.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_08]: I've been really overwhelmed with work and I've been putting that pain in.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_08]: But I get so fed up at what I see that the news and media want to recover.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_08]: They want to discover
- 11:27[SPEAKER_08]: Venus William sister hurt me knees and they're not in the tournament.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_08]: No, I don't care Who cares?
- 11:35[SPEAKER_08]: Autos celebrity uh golf tournament with uh curry curries in it out.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_08]: Charles broccoli hit no a Puh uh uh uh Doing a birdie or whatever.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_08]: I don't care Give me something of substance
- 11:56[SPEAKER_08]: Something, something, something and it's not there.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_08]: All they give you is with the man, you know, the orange man in the White House, to the black people built, he's right there and there.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_08]: That's all we get.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_08]: I'm tired of it.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_08]: Give me something.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_08]: So your boy had to get in the lab and I had to get you out of this work.

- 13:51[SPEAKER_08]: They got a breakthrough of what happened to her now.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_08]: Here we go.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_05]: Ken County Sheriff and Marty Sawyer and we're gathered here and I'm gathered here with all these law enforcement partners to make the hardest announcement that I've ever had to make in my 36 years career and law enforcement.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_05]: and evidence, leads us to believe that four-year-old Javea Harris is deceased.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_05]: It's the outcome that we all feared and sadly, it's the outcome that we must face.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_08]: Imagine being able to build an app with your name.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sorry guys, I got to let this play.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_08]: All right, I got you.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_08]: Here we go.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_05]: Our search for Jivellia drives on.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_05]: We are continuing to put massive law enforcement resources to work to recover Jivellia and bring her home.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_05]: we all hope and pray to find her alive.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_05]: Let us extremely important to bring her home to her family.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_05]: And it's important to bring her home for us.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_08]: Now of course guys, this is... We're currently sure.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_08]: This is a very, very touchy story.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_08]: and right now law enforcement don't know where she's at exactly and what really took place is one of the first news media coverage is that I wanted you guys to hear here we go searching an area of interest right now not in a can count and i am not disclosing where that's at
- 16:23[SPEAKER_05]: If in fact, Juveye's body is where we think it is, it's going to be a difficult time for everybody there.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_05]: And we don't need anybody from the outside.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_05]: Outside a long enforcement trying to access that area.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_05]: Today, I'm announcing that we have arrested Juveye's parents.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_05]: We've arrested her dad, 23-year-old,
- 16:53[SPEAKER_05]: and her mom, 22-year-old, Michelle Herring.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_08]: These two individuals are still kids.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_08]: Young people, 23, 22-year-old, and tell you the truth, might not have any business having a child and then go and do this after the child is here.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_08]: Child's already four years old.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_05]: for homicide by child abuse and filing a false police report.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_05]: Additional charges may be forthcoming.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_05]: We'll figure that out as the investigation goes further.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_05]: We have spoken to Javea as extended family and we'd ask that you respect their privacy.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_05]: We only imagine what they're going through.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_05]: resource available to find your value and to bring her own safely.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_05]: I want you to pay close attention these next two sentences.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_05]: This is very important.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_08]: Gosh, I see the man.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_08]: Man is shaking his hands and shaking.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_05]: He's really touched by this one called on June 30th.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_05]: When that call was made, he was already too late to save your
- 18:22[SPEAKER_05]: At this time, our investigation supports the shit in the seas, for at least a month.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_05]: I want to express my sincere gratitude to every law enforcement agency, local, state, and federal, and all revolving to your five departments in the
- 18:52[SPEAKER_05]: This whole journey for the past three or four days, in this heat and long hours, there's too many agencies, the name, but I am one of the name of you that played the key role and supported the Ink County Sheriff's Office in this operation.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_05]: Special agent and charge, Kevin Moore, with the FBI field off from Columbia, you'll hear from him in just a minute.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_05]: Chief Keel with State Law Enforcement Division.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_05]: Sheriff Rowland with a, it's Phil County Sheriff's Office.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_05]: Sheriff Kuhn with a Lexington County Sheriff's Office.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_05]: Sheriff Boone with a curse y'all County Sheriff's Office.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_05]: Sheriff Gino Brantley with the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_05]: And Chief Barranko and John Simon Daykin and North Guests Department of Public Safety.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_05]: A big thank you goes out to Paul Matthews
- 19:50[SPEAKER_08]: I want you to know that a lot of people play the part and come together to solve this.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_08]: It's never easy to accept death.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_08]: death is exactly what it means.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_08]: It takes away something or someone we love.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_08]: And in this essence or incident, this for you old and have a chance.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_08]: Could you imagine a four-year-old girl who possibly claims to her father, because the opposites they claim, you know, that's daddy little girl?
- 20:46[SPEAKER_08]: Could you imagine her eyes trusting in her father and he went and took her out?
- 20:57[SPEAKER_08]: Could you imagine the mother?
- 21:02[SPEAKER_08]: a psychological, where they were in, the presence of mine of knowing this came out of you, and now you're going to take it out.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_08]: You could have killed yourself.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_08]: at life.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_08]: Often time we make decisions, not based on factuality or reality, is based on emotion.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_08]: As a human being, we need to block out the emotion when making decisions and try to make it based on factuality, what's actually going on in your life?
- 22:14[SPEAKER_08]: What can you do to improve your circumstance?
- 22:19[SPEAKER_08]: And it's sad that this young girl never had a chance.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_08]: You know, how she died is even worse than them killing her or finding out she was murdered or finding out she's missing is how they did it and for them to kill her and then poor
- 23:01[SPEAKER_08]: and the chemicals aid up her body, and they poured all the remains of her into a lake.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_08]: That is some of the most graphic, horrible, disgusting things our person can do to someone else.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_08]: to their own child.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_08]: Speechless.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_08]: I'm gonna give you some more.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_08]: Here we go.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_06]: on the WCNC Charlotte app, we want to head now to Aiken County, South Carolina, where happening right now, the Aiken County Sheriff's Office, providing updates into the investigation to the death of four-year-old Jabea Harris.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_06]: Let's take a listen to it.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_01]: I thought you're your head now.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_01]: So at the end, we go ahead and ask those questions.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_01]: So, thank you.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_08]: here we go.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_05]: Good morning.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_05]: I'm Marty Sawyer and I'm the sheriff in Aking County.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you for being here today, especially the citizen of Aking.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_05]: That's coming in.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you for being here.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_05]: And I'm here to provide an update on the investigation that we've been where we've been investigating the death of four
- 24:55[SPEAKER_05]: These updates never get easier to share.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_05]: This past week has been heart-wrenching for everyone.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_05]: But we've seen an outpouring of support and a cancany and a massive joint law enforcement effort to search for and now to seek justice for Jivella Harris.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_05]: Personally, there's some very harsh words that I would like to use about Jimaria and Michellea and their actions.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_05]: But I will not do that.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_05]: And I will not do that to protect and maintain the integrity of this case.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_05]: but I will tell you this.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_05]: I will not refer to them as mom and dad.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_05]: A mother father.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_05]: They don't deserve that title.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_08]: That's the truth.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_00]: Looking for an easier way to get that LL.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_08]: I gotta go through this one.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_08]: Here we go.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_08]: We wrap back at it.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_05]: I stand before you saying this is one of the most difficult, deeply disturbing and emotionally taxing investigations.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_05]: This office is ever worked and is waive heavily on this share office.
- 26:47[SPEAKER_05]: All these other law enforcement agencies, all these people behind me that's worked
- 26:59[SPEAKER_05]: I am truly sick and to share what this investigation has uncovered.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_05]: From the moment Jivelle was reported missing, to share softness as well as our law enforcement partners and first responders, we responded with urgency, determination, and compassion.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_05]: that I would have never imagined.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_05]: Now understand, I cannot discuss all the details.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_05]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 27:55[SPEAKER_08]: I'm going to rewind it guys.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_05]: Understand that I cannot discuss all the specific details in this case, but at this time, I can't share that a few human remains were recovered in an area known as Cedar Creek
- 28:23[SPEAKER_05]: These remains were immediately sent to state law enforcement divisions and through analysis.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_08]: So they found the remains a few remains of her body and upon and he took it to the labs and now we got a training pass and by we're going to find out what's what.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_05]: I won't also share with you that through forensic evidence, statements and analysis, extensive and deliberate efforts were made to destroy and conceal evidence following your day as death.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_05]: the use of corrosive chemicals, and other tools that were used to accelerate the destruction of her little body.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, it is.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_08]: We're going to another train, man.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_05]: Bird.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_05]: What remains were left in Jivellia, until the Cedar Creek River was born.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_05]: These subjects went through great links to cover their repulsive and revolting actions.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_05]: In my 37-year career and law enforcement, I've never, ever heard of anything so horrific.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_05]: As a result of this information, it's unlikely that the entirety of the debate is body
- 30:26[SPEAKER_05]: are any other remains and this point forward will be recovered.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_08]: I want to stop there because y'all heard them.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_08]: They use chemicals on purpose to destroy the little girl body, to just erase her existence period.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_08]: Yep, that's what they tried to do, erased her mere existence in life.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I know what they, what they need to do with the parents, right?
- 31:12[SPEAKER_08]: We need to do the same thing that they did to that girl, today, damn parents.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_08]: But do it to her, do it to them why they are live.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_08]: They all need to be relaxing.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_08]: Now, here's a close out.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_08]: So sad guys, this is no well's parents speaking about him.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_10]: Doing this because we want answers.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_09]: Christine Wells Wandsley and Elmore Wandsley say their son Nolan went out for a fun boat trip to Horn Island with a bunch of his high school friends.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_09]: Late on July 4th, his mom says her heart dropped when she saw one of Nolan's friends calling.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_09]: What did he say?
- 32:06[SPEAKER_10]: thought he was with you guys.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_10]: You know, he's like, no, nobody's talked to him.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_10]: We left the island.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_10]: And I think he's at 3 p.m. Time out.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_08]: Time out.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_08]: See, this is what I'm saying, man.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_08]: I hate the break this down.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_08]: How your son goes somewhere and you let somebody call you and act you have you seeing your son or talk to your own son.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_08]: This is your son.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_08]: You wait to talk to your son?
- 32:36[SPEAKER_08]: See, we got a problem, y'all.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_08]: Long have mercy.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_08]: Wait, I want me to talk about this crap.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_08]: Thanks for whining this.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_08]: I'm a break it down.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_09]: Nolan went out for a fun boat trip to Horn Island with a bunch of his high school friends.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_09]: Late on July 4th, his mom says her heart dropped when she saw one of Nolan's friends calling.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_09]: What did he say?
- 32:57[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, said, hey, Miss Christine.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_10]: Have you seen Nolan?
- 33:00[SPEAKER_10]: It all.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_10]: And I said, no, thought he was with you.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_08]: See, I thought he was with you.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_08]: We have a problem.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_08]: We have a problem.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_08]: My kids don't go nowhere across these crossed town all around the world.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_08]: And we don't talk.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know nothing about my son every day.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_08]: He talks to him.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_08]: What we're talking about?
- 33:30[SPEAKER_08]: We're too damn comfortable.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_10]: Guys, you know, as I know, nobody's talked to him.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_08]: Look at the father just sitting there, he don't know nothing, even.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_10]: I found the island at, I think he's at 3 p.m. and he wanted to stay because he was talking to a girl.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_09]: That friend's mother, a local judge, posted on Facebook that Nolan told the boys, he was going to stay on the island.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_08]: But the first of all, let me rewind this, because I'm about to let y'all go, I'm not going to hold it.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_08]: If you guys want me to go deeper, I go deeper, just believe it in the comments or whatever.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_08]: where he said he was going.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_08]: And I don't know if you know what island mean, but that means you need some type of transportation to get there and some type of transportation to go back home.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_08]: So if he said he's going to stay there,
- 34:29[SPEAKER_08]: Then, how was he getting back home?
- 34:32[SPEAKER_08]: If you came with four people to the island, you would think if these are your friends, your people, they would say, no, Nolan, we came together, we're gonna leave together.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_08]: How was this possible for him to say, he gonna stay there with the girl.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_08]: Now, in deeper context,
- 34:57[SPEAKER_08]: He is the only colored person with them.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_08]: They all white.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_08]: He is a football star, very light, very much liked in the community allegedly.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_08]: Could people that like you don't do this to you?
- 35:17[SPEAKER_08]: People who care about you don't do this to you.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_08]: Ain't no way in the world my son is going somewhere and we're not in contact every day.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_08]: 15, 20 minutes every day.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_09]: Families Attorney Ben Crump says another teenager said Nolan was going back with his friends.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_09]: It's unclear who Nolan was with when he disappeared.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_09]: Do you think there's a possibility that your son drowned accidentally?
- 35:59[SPEAKER_08]: And this is what a lot of people don't get.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_08]: Stop talking to media because when you talk like this, the defense know how to angle to stop what your beliefs are.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_08]: They shouldn't have said nothing.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_08]: They shouldn't have said nothing.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_08]: They shouldn't have spoken on the news.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_08]: It's too late to talk now.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_08]: Who should have asked all these questions or been real active in your son's life?
- 36:32[SPEAKER_08]: Now, I'm not blaming them, but I'm blaming them.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not saying they'd a problem, but they'd a problem.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_08]: Because it starts at home, at home,
- 36:55[SPEAKER_08]: People tolerate us.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_08]: They don't like us.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_10]: It's late because of the way the stories are just so inconsistent and how that day went.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_10]: It's just, you know, we can't say for sure.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_10]: And I don't honestly, I don't know how to answer that.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_09]: Monday, the college athlete's body was recovered in the water.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_09]: The location of Nolan's phone,
- 37:25[SPEAKER_08]: If the boy drowned, he drowned all by itself.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_08]: He was in the water with nobody around him.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_08]: That's what they trying to say.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_08]: They trying to say nobody saw what went on with this young man in the water.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_08]: Are you serious?
- 37:39[SPEAKER_08]: There's no adults at this island.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_08]: No one was there, no police, no type of security.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_08]: No one knows nothing.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_08]: We don't have no cameras.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_08]: We don't have no cell phones, recordings, nothing.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_08]: This is all foolishness.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_08]: I'm telling y'all, this is the biggest effort I've seen in a while.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_10]: his mother trected to a friend's home back on land.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_10]: He natures the love of their homes and to that's his means of communication.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_10]: If something happens, you need your phones.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_07]: There are hundreds of people in the island.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_07]: Nobody sees what happens.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_08]: Thank you.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_08]: Thank you.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_08]: Lisa Loya, you know, Benjamin Crompton saying no one's seen nothing.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_08]: No one know nothing.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_08]: How do you get the phone for the boy in the water?
- 38:30[SPEAKER_08]: Then the kid calls saying, have you seen him?
- 38:31[SPEAKER_08]: They're going to delete an island with you?
- 38:34[SPEAKER_08]: You know, when you left the island, he wasn't with you.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_08]: But this is what I'm saying.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_08]: They act like everybody's stupid.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_08]: I ain't got time for this.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_08]: You don't want to get me hot.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_08]: So I go up here and bark on at these people like they ignorant.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_08]: I don't all that.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_08]: But I get real emotional when stupidity is so blatant.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_07]: and he stayed behind and doesn't ask for his phone.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_09]: We asked about this issue from the fourth, which many on social media suggest shows an argument involving Nolan.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_09]: Do you hear your son in that video?
- 39:07[SPEAKER_09]: I can't say, yeah, you're native.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, the videos too can be congested.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_10]: You see him in the video?
- 39:13[SPEAKER_08]: I do not, just because... Yeah, it's a way to video a shot.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_08]: It's very difficult.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_09]: Attorney has repeatedly invoked race.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_09]: Do you think that race may be involved in what happened to your son?
- 39:24[SPEAKER_08]: You hear this?
- 39:25[SPEAKER_08]: I know it in the guest this lady is doing the interview.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_08]: I'm just breaking down what the facts are.
- 39:29[SPEAKER_08]: This lady going to ask them, who is Caucasian?
- 39:32[SPEAKER_08]: Act black people.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_08]: I'm telling y'all.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_08]: The video I want to play this, you know.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_08]: Do you think race played a part I'm not laughing at the man deaf I'm just laughing at the way media portrays everyone to be ignorant and stupid This shit is so this is hilarious.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_08]: Excuse my French.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_10]: This is hilarious I don't want to believe it is, but I don't want to believe it is there's patterns, right?
- 40:07[SPEAKER_08]: You had patterns before you sent this ass on that damn trip
- 40:11[SPEAKER_08]: They were hanging blacks all left and right all over the country all over the world.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_08]: They were hanging black people kids coming up and missing you had patterns that y'all didn't pay attention to you had just said go ahead and go you didn't know the boy was up missing you ain't talked to you son it turns a pattern's how people treat people you ain't paying attention
- 40:36[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, so many things have happened.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_08]: And so many things have been swept under a...
- 40:42[SPEAKER_08]: So, whether he's talking about this case, or other cases, and y'all still just say, effort, you got in action, no questions with police going to be there, any type of security going to be there?
- 40:54[SPEAKER_08]: Wait, like, what's going on?
- 40:58[SPEAKER_08]: Who's a dope, wrong witch?
- 40:59[SPEAKER_08]: Are you not, you're not a dope?
- 41:02[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, kids!
- 41:06[SPEAKER_09]: they say they want their son to be remembered as a sweet soul.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_02]: This is he just, he just had a big heart like to really know that no land to have as your brand wishes.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_02]: It was something special.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_02]: Do you worry that you might have trusted too much?
- 41:24[SPEAKER_08]: Sometimes not just he trusted.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_08]: They trusted.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_08]: It wasn't a thing where he trusted too much.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_08]: You're supposed to be the overseer for him.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_08]: You got to know when to say no, as parents.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_02]: I feel, and that was something we always talk to him about.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, mm-hmm.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_03]: So with that family's going through Kate Snow joins us now and Kate the family has ordered their own independent autopsy.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_09]: They have Tom and we should note that authorities to this point have not said what the cause of death was and also the results of that autopsy.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, and I'm not going to say what the call of the death is.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_08]: Because yeah, he drowned, but he got some bruises on that body.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_08]: I put money on it.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_08]: I give you a conclusion on this, you know, I get y'all back in it to to see what's really going on with Nolan Wells.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_08]: But y'all, that's how that's our episode.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_08]: And you know, I'm sorry that I blocked a little bit.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_08]: I can't, yeah, no, I can't do this, man.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_08]: I try to talk easy.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_08]: I try to, excuse me.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_08]: But ignorant is blessed and people just, you know, too much trusting and too many people that just tolerate your mere existence in this world, they tolerate you, they don't want you here, they don't want you around them, they don't want you eaten, they don't want you making the money you making or even seeing you as often as they see you, they only want to see you for the bad minimum.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_08]: I hate that the reality of life is that.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_08]: But that is what it is.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_08]: And y'all can sit here in these mirrors or in your lifestyle that you live and act like it doesn't exist.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sorry.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_08]: It does exist.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_08]: And the bodies that's in the milk, the body that's in the cinematography, the bodies that are missing prove that people don't like people.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_08]: That's my conclusion.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_08]: That's what it is.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_08]: Until you come into the reality of life that everybody that sees you and talks you don't like you, you are at risk.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_08]: When you know you at risk, you act that way, you protect yourself that way and you're moved.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_08]: Like you know better.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_08]: I'm your host, your main McCrimon.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_08]: This is a many on block podcast.

- 44:01[SPEAKER_08]: It's my opinion, I might be wrong, who knows?
- 44:04[SPEAKER_08]: But the facts are the facts.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_08]: It can't be denied, protect yourself at all times.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_08]: Happy Sunday, peace.
