First Call | Our BOLDEST Auburn Football Predictions vs. Southern Miss

The Auburn Daily Network · Sep 11, 2026 · 7m

It's Friday, so we're planting some flags before Auburn takes on Southern Miss.

Auburn is 1-0 under Alex Golesh, but after an ugly offensive performance against Baylor, I'm ready to see the Tigers make a STATEMENT in Week 2.

And the Auburn Daily crew has some bold predictions.

Could Xavier Atkins take an interception to the house?

Could Auburn rush for 300 yards?

Is Jeremiah Koger about to explode for 100+ yards and two touchdowns?

Could Keshaun Singleton have an even bigger performance after stepping up against Baylor?

I'm also predicting Byrum Brown stays on the field into the second half…
