- 1:38Speaker 2: Let's talk about the next wave of opportunity as far
- 1:42Speaker 2: as I sput a video in the group chat all.
- 1:45Speaker 1: The day, Yeah, we'll talk about that.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Sure.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Yeah, So I mean the video it was interesting because
- 1:53Speaker 1: we had talked about this maybe a month ago when
- 1:55Speaker 1: you're like everybody's talking AI. Everybody's talking AI and they're
- 1:59Speaker 1: talking GPU lose and that's great, but none of this
- 2:02Speaker 1: works without power. And we've talked about who could lead
- 2:09Speaker 1: in this space, So where the space is headed, and yeah,
- 2:12Speaker 1: long term, we know the solutions, but we don't have
- 2:14Speaker 1: a long term idea. Right. This needs to be immediate,
- 2:17Speaker 1: especially if, like we said, this is a national security
- 2:20Speaker 1: issue and so you start thinking short term. Who could
- 2:23Speaker 1: be the short term people who can actually benefit from it.
- 2:26Speaker 1: We've seen Caterpillar when we were talking about gas turbines
- 2:29Speaker 1: and it was like, yeah, so there's a near term
- 2:31Speaker 1: solution in terms of natural gas turnbines. The company that
- 2:35Speaker 1: I've been studying and I think has a great lead
- 2:37Speaker 1: in it. And you guys, can you know, let me
- 2:39Speaker 1: know what you think is going to be ge of
- 2:42Speaker 1: or over so g Right, this is another one of
- 2:45Speaker 1: these companies that was part of ge split off and
- 2:48Speaker 1: now it has become its own company and the reason is
- 2:50Speaker 1: because of those gas turnbines right now, right twenty twenty four,
- 2:54Speaker 1: we'll see what the twenty twenty five numbers are. They
- 2:57Speaker 1: captured thirty four percent of the global gas urn by
- 2:59Speaker 1: market it thirty four percent last year. That number is
- 3:04Speaker 1: going to increase as we see more AI data centers
- 3:06Speaker 1: put online. Right, we don't have nuclear reactors to fulfill
- 3:10Speaker 1: the power that's needed. We don't have solar, we don't
- 3:14Speaker 1: have it yet. What we do have is a gas
- 3:16Speaker 1: turbines and they're doing that. Why did I like it? Though?
- 3:19Speaker 1: Right outside of that market share that they're dominating in,
- 3:22Speaker 1: and that's I'll give you a power that's almost one
- 3:26Speaker 1: hundred and six megawats, right, or two over twenty thousand
- 3:30Speaker 1: megawats in orders for twenty twenty five. Who are their partners? Amazon? Aws?
- 3:36Speaker 1: Who else on the US grid? Duke Energy? Who else
- 3:39Speaker 1: in renewable energy, next error Energy? Who else in developing engine?
- 3:46Speaker 1: Chevron might have heard of them? Right? This is the
- 3:49Speaker 1: real reason. Though not only is this this domestic thing.
- 3:53Speaker 1: If you look at their international partnerships, you start to
- 3:56Speaker 1: see a picture that's being painted. Right. These data centers
- 3:59Speaker 1: are not just going to be in America, although we
- 4:01Speaker 1: would like them to be. They're being built all over right.
- 4:05Speaker 1: The number one thing that I loved was I saw
- 4:07Speaker 1: that the ge Saudi advanced turnbines. They've partnered with them,
- 4:13Speaker 1: And so why does that make sense to me? Well,
- 4:16Speaker 1: in May, we've watched a conglomerate of our most brilliant
- 4:21Speaker 1: minds in the world of business and AI go to Saudi. Yep,
- 4:25Speaker 1: how did they go? They went to go announce infrastructure
- 4:28Speaker 1: in AI and starting to build that infrastructure. They also
- 4:32Speaker 1: don't have the time. So if I start seeing American
- 4:36Speaker 1: companies partnering with Saudi companies to provide energy that tells
- 4:40Speaker 1: me there's something there and they something you can build on. Now.
- 4:44Speaker 1: GV is a big boy heavyweight. If you're in EYL,
- 4:47Speaker 1: you you know that what that means, right. These are
- 4:49Speaker 1: companies that have large options contracts. So we looked inside
- 4:53Speaker 1: the ETFs that have them and we put a few
- 4:56Speaker 1: out there. FBX is one of those that actually has
- 4:59Speaker 1: pulled back a little. But energy is going to be
- 5:02Speaker 1: a story and I think GeV is going to be
- 5:05Speaker 1: the one that is going to be leading that story
- 5:07Speaker 1: here in the very near future, but definitely long term
- 5:10Speaker 1: as well.
- 5:11Speaker 2: And I want to say once again, all energy companies
- 5:14Speaker 2: are not created equal. I'm seeing it in this space too.
- 5:17Speaker 2: There's a lot of startup or new IPO energy companies
- 5:21Speaker 2: that are trying to position themselves. I want to be
- 5:23Speaker 2: very clear that's a winner. Next Era has been one
- 5:26Speaker 2: of my favorites, has been in stock Club forever. But
- 5:29Speaker 2: can we round out what you think the big four
- 5:32Speaker 2: would be in terms of energy so people don't invest
- 5:34Speaker 2: in maybe the thirteenth best energy company. Duke is a
- 5:39Speaker 2: legacy company. I think that that's going to benefit as well.
- 5:42Speaker 1: This is one that we actually covered in our last
- 5:45Speaker 1: Mastermind and somebody actually put in the chat maybe it
- 5:47Speaker 1: was there. I have beat your energy is there as well.
- 5:49Speaker 1: YEP is one of my favorites.
- 5:52Speaker 2: That's a great four.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I think Constellation will have a say in this as well.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Obviously when we start talking about their partnerships with Microsoft.
- 6:00Speaker 1: I think Consolation plays a role in this. GV plays
- 6:03Speaker 1: and roles. I know some I knew it. This is
- 6:05Speaker 1: a very small audience. I knew somebody was going to
- 6:08Speaker 1: put okay.
- 6:08Speaker 2: L O.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Yes, we had they had a nice pullback. If I'm
- 6:12Speaker 1: picking my four, I would probably pick those four, and
- 6:15Speaker 1: then I would have as an askers, I would put
- 6:17Speaker 1: okay l O just yea as a fifth, just because
- 6:21Speaker 1: I understand the story. I understand nuclear and how that's
- 6:24Speaker 1: going to be powering us at a more efficient level.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Short term though, what's going to be the solution? And
- 6:30Speaker 1: so that's why I think GV is going to be
- 6:32Speaker 1: the leaded here. But yeah, that's that's a solid four.
- 6:35Speaker 1: And again, if you can't decide, hey, this one's a
- 6:39Speaker 1: little bit too much, I've said it before, excel you spiders.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Energyf is just a solid place and if you want
- 6:51Speaker 1: to go look at some of those companies, go look
- 6:52Speaker 1: at the top two or three four in there. We
- 6:54Speaker 1: probably said them already, put look at the top two,
- 6:57Speaker 1: three and four in there. Because again, if we're looking
- 6:59Speaker 1: at the body, right, if this is a body, you
- 7:02Speaker 1: need fuel right in order few to work, these data
- 7:06Speaker 1: says are going to need power or none of the words.
- 7:08Speaker 1: All those companies, the GPUs, the connectivity, none of it
- 7:13Speaker 1: works if it doesn't have power. This episode is brought
- 7:17Speaker 1: to you by P and C Bank. A lot of
- 7:19Speaker 1: people think podcasts about work are boring, and sure they
- 7:22Speaker 1: definitely can be, but understanding of professionals routine shows us
- 7:26Speaker 1: how they achieve their success little by little, day after day.
- 7:31Speaker 1: It's like banking with P and C Bank. It might
- 7:33Speaker 1: seem boring the safe plan and make calculated decisions with
- 7:36Speaker 1: your bank, but keeping your money boring is what helps
- 7:39Speaker 1: you live or more happily fulfilled life. P and C
