- 0:35Speaker 3: I believe this is going to be our finest hour.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Chris X.
- 0:56Speaker 7: Oh, man, the weekends get here sooner and sooner, don't they?
- 1:01Speaker 8: Especially when you get to celebrate Fridays 24 hours ahead
- 1:04Speaker 8: of everybody else. Good afternoon and welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:09Speaker 8: I'm the aforementioned X-Man. Got Cash O'Lean flying the mothership.
- 1:13Speaker 8: He is going to do his best to keep us
- 1:16Speaker 8: safely from bouncing off the skyscrapers here for the next
- 1:19Speaker 8: couple hours as we come bearing that gift beyond price
- 1:23Speaker 8: that is almost free, ladies and gentlemen. We bring you
- 1:26Speaker 8: the spirit of talk radio and we bring it to
- 1:29Speaker 8: you here on our Friday show on Thursday.
- 1:32Speaker 7: That is right.
- 1:32Speaker 8: We do our Friday show on Thursday, 24 hours ahead
- 1:35Speaker 8: of everybody else because the Amigos take over tomorrow from
- 1:39Speaker 8: 4 to 6. So we go ahead and start our
- 1:41Speaker 8: weekend off right now, 24 hours ahead. We always manipulate
- 1:43Speaker 8: the time-space continuum and then bump our Friday show to Thursday. Lukasz,
- 1:49Speaker 8: did you realize such technology was available when you came
- 1:53Speaker 8: on board with this program that we're able to do that?
- 1:55Speaker 9: There were rumors in the hallway, but nobody would commit.
- 1:59Speaker 8: OK, so but now you see you've seen behind the curtain,
- 2:03Speaker 8: you've seen the wizard. Now, you know, these things are possible.
- 2:09Speaker 2: I'm not telling.
- 2:11Speaker 8: That's part of the nondisclosure he has to sign in
- 2:14Speaker 8: order to do the program. But nonetheless, we're here live
- 2:16Speaker 8: from Studio X on our Friday show on Thursday, which
- 2:19Speaker 8: means we'll talk about whatever is on your mind today.
- 2:24Speaker 7: 281-558-KSEV, 281-558-5738.
- 2:28Speaker 8: We got some clips from last night at the GOP
- 2:31Speaker 8: convention in Dallas. It's still going on. It's taking place today.
- 2:36Speaker 8: President Trump is casting his second term.
- 2:38Speaker 10: As the greatest two years in the history of the presidency.
- 2:43Speaker 8: He's, of course, rallying voters to support Republican candidates in
- 2:46Speaker 8: the upcoming elections at this historic midterm convention in Dallas.
- 2:51Speaker 7: It's going on today. President Trump, I think, is supposed
- 2:53Speaker 7: to speak again tonight. I think J.D.
- 2:58Speaker 8: Vance has given the keynote tonight, but Trump spoke last night.
- 3:03Speaker 7: Oh, man, dude's a stand-up comedian. P.T. Barnum doing his thing.
- 3:09Speaker 7: And he also.
- 3:10Speaker 8: promised to issue a $ 5, 000 dividend to every citizen if
- 3:14Speaker 8: Republicans can keep the majority in both the House of
- 3:17Speaker 8: Representatives and the Senate.
- 3:21Speaker 7: And Democrats are losing their mind.
- 3:22Speaker 8: It's funny, the Democrats that are trying to buy your
- 3:24Speaker 8: vote constantly are now upset by this.
- 3:28Speaker 7: And Trump perhaps did pretty good. We'll get into that.
- 3:32Speaker 8: Also, a Republican senator has said he is already drafting
- 3:36Speaker 8: a bill that would send out $ 5, 000 checks in response
- 3:39Speaker 8: to a proposal made by President Trump last night. This
- 3:43Speaker 8: is Senator Bernie Moreno. He wrote out on X. Lukash,
- 3:48Speaker 8: are you ready for that $ 5, 000 check from the federal
- 3:50Speaker 8: government on the tariff dividends?
- 3:53Speaker 9: I only believe him when I see him.
- 3:57Speaker 7: Man, you're already way ahead of me. There's that. So
- 4:01Speaker 7: we'll get to that.
- 4:01Speaker 8: Also last night, Representative Brandon Gill, who, by the way,
- 4:05Speaker 8: is going to be speaking at the Faith Fest coming
- 4:08Speaker 8: up here in a couple of weeks, which I'll be
- 4:09Speaker 8: there getting recording interviews.
- 4:13Speaker 7: From what I heard, the morning show. That's right. With
- 4:16Speaker 7: Wayne E.D.
- 4:17Speaker 8: And Craigermags is supposed to be there.
- 4:19Speaker 7: It's on the 25th and the 26th.
- 4:20Speaker 8: It's actually the 26th, which is a Saturday. But on
- 4:24Speaker 8: the Friday, I guess there's things going on there as well.
- 4:28Speaker 8: So I'm going to head up on Friday. So I'll
- 4:31Speaker 8: probably miss Craigermags and Wayne E.D. But I think they're broadcasting.
- 4:38Speaker 8: They're supposed to in the morning. It'll be from 7
- 4:40Speaker 8: to 9 a.m. That's our new morning show. But I'll
- 4:43Speaker 8: be there recording interviews on Saturday for playback the following week.
- 4:47Speaker 8: So I've done this for the last few years, and
- 4:49Speaker 8: everybody really likes the interviews because I generally can get
- 4:52Speaker 8: some really interesting people. It's Texas Values puts this on.
- 4:56Speaker 8: It is always a great event. And Brandon Gill will
- 4:59Speaker 8: be there in their keynote address on Saturday. Well, last night,
- 5:03Speaker 8: he generated another viral moment during his speech at the convention.
- 5:09Speaker 8: And he says he's not sorry about it at all.
- 5:11Speaker 8: We'll get to that.
- 5:12Speaker 7: Also, this is.
- 5:18Speaker 8: It's been one year, a year ago today, a radical
- 5:22Speaker 8: Democrat murdered Charlie Kirk in cold blood in Utah University.
- 5:28Speaker 8: A lot of people are there saying, hey, you know,
- 5:31Speaker 8: it's the just like tomorrow is the quote unquote anniversary
- 5:34Speaker 8: of 9-11.
- 5:34Speaker 7: No, no, no.
- 5:35Speaker 8: I don't I call it a memorial. It is a memorial,
- 5:39Speaker 8: one-year memorial for Charlie Kirk, who was murdered. I still— I
- 5:43Speaker 8: didn't know Charlie Kirk, never met him, watched plenty of
- 5:46Speaker 8: his videos. I'm still not really over what they did
- 5:50Speaker 8: to him because, unfortunately, the mission was accomplished to a
- 5:55Speaker 8: certain degree. They murdered him. They tried to murder the movement. Now,
- 5:59Speaker 8: the movement has actually grown— But there was such a
- 6:03Speaker 8: split in the universe with all of these weirdos like
- 6:07Speaker 8: Tucker Carlson and, you know, what's her name, Candace Owens
- 6:11Speaker 8: and all of these weirdos in podcast to stand. They
- 6:15Speaker 8: were all once again, they were all.
- 6:16Speaker 7: On Trump's side. And for some reason, that seemed to
- 6:19Speaker 7: be the catalyst for the split.
- 6:20Speaker 8: Now, not that it may have had nothing to do
- 6:22Speaker 8: with it. But from my perspective, that triggered the split.
- 6:26Speaker 8: And now you've got once again, which triggered some support
- 6:29Speaker 8: on the Republican side. So now you've got these crazies
- 6:31Speaker 8: like Tucker Carlson and going off and saying that.
- 6:35Speaker 7: Trump needs to be impeached. I don't.
- 6:38Speaker 8: He's a weirdo. And obviously, Fox News reigned him in
- 6:41Speaker 8: pretty well. But but but the assassination of Charlie Kirk
- 6:47Speaker 8: really upended the movement.
- 6:49Speaker 7: That's not over.
- 6:53Speaker 8: But we'll talk a little bit about that today. And
- 6:55Speaker 8: also today, I have some Chris X files, which I'll
- 6:57Speaker 8: get to here a little later in the program. I
- 7:00Speaker 8: tease this on yesterday's program because of the article is
- 7:05Speaker 8: from intelligent fly dot news. And it's entitled End of
- 7:10Speaker 8: Life Visions.
- 7:11Speaker 7: What can happen before you die?
- 7:12Speaker 8: The dead come back to visit and dementia patients suddenly
- 7:17Speaker 8: come back as well. So I'll get into this here
- 7:20Speaker 8: a little later in the program when we get into
- 7:21Speaker 8: the Chris X-Files.
- 7:23Speaker 7: This is what I was referring to yesterday.
- 7:24Speaker 8: And I've actually seen some of this literally happen.
- 7:30Speaker 7: So it's not like this is completely foreign now.
- 7:33Speaker 8: Well, once again, I'll get into it later. And it's
- 7:36Speaker 8: a very strange article, but it it's an article that
- 7:41Speaker 8: talks about what actually happens. And I think it's very
- 7:44Speaker 8: strange that this is not just a, you know, we
- 7:47Speaker 8: hear stories about people who are, you know, getting close
- 7:50Speaker 8: to passing and then they see their relatives and loved ones.
- 7:53Speaker 8: Turns out it's not just a one-off. It's not just
- 7:55Speaker 8: every now and then it is a very common occurrence.
- 7:58Speaker 8: And we'll get into that, but we got to do
- 8:00Speaker 8: this first. It's still our Friday show Thursday.
- 8:03Speaker 6: Everybody's looking forward to the weekend three.
- 8:09Speaker 7: I wish we had the camera set up on Lukasz
- 8:11Speaker 7: in the booth. You can see him dancing in there.
- 8:14Speaker 7: He drops down, does the splits.
- 8:18Speaker 11: Yeah!
- 8:19Speaker 8: He gets pumped when Rebecca Black plays. And then he
- 8:24Speaker 8: starts headbanging when this happens.
- 8:25Speaker 7: It's Friday, Friday.
- 8:27Speaker 12: Gotta get powerful Friday.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Everybody's looking forward to the week.
- 8:34Speaker 7: You can still see my video. YouTube, Rebel, X, Facebook.
- 8:46Speaker 5: I still don't.
- 8:51Speaker 7: Know why I can sing like that now.
- 8:57Speaker 8: Lucas, do you have any theories why I can sing
- 8:58Speaker 8: like this now when I actually used to be able
- 9:00Speaker 8: to sing well?
- 9:02Speaker 9: Wait, this isn't singing well?
- 9:06Speaker 7: Well, I don't know. He's not necessarily my opinion.
- 9:12Speaker 9: I mean, Leo is worldwide famous.
- 9:15Speaker 7: This is true. He is. Leo Morciolo. He's YouTube. I
- 9:19Speaker 7: don't understand, by the way, this whole digital world. I don't.
- 9:23Speaker 8: Listen, we're on AM 700 KCV. The Voice of Texas
- 9:26Speaker 8: has been there for 30 years plus.
- 9:29Speaker 7: We're still there. Still doing it. The rumors of our
- 9:33Speaker 7: sale were highly exaggerated.
- 9:35Speaker 8: We weren't sold. So everything is still the same. But
- 9:39Speaker 8: we have added this digital component. Of course, we have
- 9:41Speaker 8: our new app, which if you have not seen our
- 9:43Speaker 8: new app or downloaded it, you need to download it
- 9:46Speaker 8: either via your Android or your smartphone, your iPhone, which,
- 9:50Speaker 8: by the way, I saw the videos of.
- 9:51Speaker 7: The new iPhone. Crazy. It's a flip phone.
- 9:55Speaker 8: It's kind of what Lucas was referring to the other
- 9:57Speaker 8: day when I was referring to the old school.
- 9:59Speaker 7: Tiny flip phones.
- 10:00Speaker 8: The little weird ones that didn't really have any other
- 10:03Speaker 8: smartphone capabilities.
- 10:05Speaker 7: Well, these are major smartphone crazy.
- 10:08Speaker 8: It's like an iPad that flips in and turns into
- 10:12Speaker 8: a phone.
- 10:13Speaker 7: Very strange. But we've added in different elements.
- 10:16Speaker 8: We started streaming the video of the programs, which you can,
- 10:19Speaker 8: all of our local shows here, you can catch on
- 10:21Speaker 8: the interwebs, whether it's on Rumble or YouTube or our
- 10:25Speaker 8: Facebook page, the KCV radio, or our Twitter X account.
- 10:30Speaker 8: Of course, I share them on mine as well to
- 10:31Speaker 8: make sure you guys can go see them.
- 10:33Speaker 7: So if you want to go watch the videos.
- 10:35Speaker 8: But what I don't understand is, I've pulled a video
- 10:39Speaker 8: off YouTube, and that's, well, a couple of videos, basically,
- 10:41Speaker 8: off YouTube. Rebecca Black's Friday, and then I mixed it, too,
- 10:45Speaker 8: with Leo Morciolo's Frog Leap Studios Friday. And then somehow
- 10:50Speaker 8: that got us banned in Russia for playing that. So
- 10:52Speaker 8: I don't understand.
- 10:53Speaker 7: We're told that we're not supposed to play.
- 10:58Speaker 8: Digital copyrighted music. You need a digital copyrighted license to
- 11:02Speaker 8: do so.
- 11:04Speaker 13: Still.
- 11:06Speaker 8: I don't understand why in the afternoons we can't do it,
- 11:08Speaker 8: but still somehow in the mornings they've somehow... If we
- 11:11Speaker 8: can manipulate the time-space continuum, apparently they can manipulate the
- 11:14Speaker 8: digital space continuum. So they're still doing it in the mornings,
- 11:18Speaker 8: and other shows do it too. It's not like we're
- 11:20Speaker 8: playing their entire songs. It's simply bump music, which we
- 11:24Speaker 8: have the ASCAP rights to do.
- 11:26Speaker 7: Over the airwaves.
- 11:27Speaker 8: And for our stream over at kscvradio.com, where you can
- 11:30Speaker 8: stream the show or download on our podcast, or the...
- 11:35Speaker 8: listen on the app on your phone as well. For
- 11:38Speaker 8: some reason we can do that. I don't understand this.
- 11:42Speaker 8: I don't know this world at all. It's just bizarre.
- 11:47Speaker 8: So I haven't quite figured that out. Maybe one day
- 11:50Speaker 8: someone in the know can actually explain this to me
- 11:53Speaker 8: and why it is that certain shows can do it,
- 11:55Speaker 8: some can't. Once again, I just, I don't know. From
- 11:59Speaker 8: what I'm told, I don't think Dana Lash plays any
- 12:01Speaker 8: of her music on her podcast.
- 12:08Speaker 7: But it does air over the apps and the internet streaming.
- 12:11Speaker 7: So I don't get it. I don't know.
- 12:16Speaker 8: But one thing I do get is that Donald Trump
- 12:18Speaker 8: is a stand-up comedian. And he spoke last night. He
- 12:20Speaker 8: said a lot of stuff. I'm only going to play
- 12:22Speaker 8: a couple of clips because they're all long.
- 12:23Speaker 7: And I edited them down.
- 12:25Speaker 8: I edited out applause and other stuff so they're a
- 12:27Speaker 8: little shorter than they would be.
- 12:29Speaker 7: But, my Lord, they're long and they're hilarious. This.
- 12:34Speaker 7: President Trump talked a little bit about Ken Paxton last night.
- 12:37Speaker 7: You need to take a listen here. And I have
- 12:39Speaker 7: to say this about Ken. It's so insulting. And I
- 12:41Speaker 7: hope he doesn't get insulted. He said, sir, you can't
- 12:44Speaker 7: say that.
- 12:45Speaker 2: I said, I have to. They didn't even put it
- 12:49Speaker 2: on the.
- 12:49Speaker 5: Teleprompter, but I don't use the teleprompter that much.
- 12:52Speaker 7: He's our first insult comic president.
- 12:54Speaker 2: They said, sir, you can't say it.
- 12:56Speaker 7: You just please.
- 12:57Speaker 2: It's not good.
- 12:58Speaker 7: But I said it once before and he went through
- 13:01Speaker 7: the roof. I got to say it again.
- 13:03Speaker 5: So they just said how wonderful he is and how
- 13:05Speaker 5: we have to. But I said it a little differently
- 13:08Speaker 5: because the fact is that some may not like.
- 13:12Speaker 7: The way he dresses, I don't. I love how he
- 13:14Speaker 7: randomly shouts.
- 13:15Speaker 5: May not like, although tonight he looked very spiffy in
- 13:17Speaker 5: his blue suit, I must tell you.
- 13:24Speaker 2: But they may not like the way he talks. I
- 13:29Speaker 2: can see that, you know, not everybody.
- 13:31Speaker 5: A lot of people don't like the way I talk either,
- 13:33Speaker 5: but we do get crowds.
- 13:34Speaker 2: We do get crowds. They don't like the way I talk.
- 13:38Speaker 2: And then they say, you can't say this, sir.
- 13:40Speaker 7: That's so insulting. Please, sir.
- 13:42Speaker 5: These are my analysts that get a lot of money
- 13:45Speaker 5: for telling me a lot of nonsense.
- 13:48Speaker 2: He rips those analysts.
- 13:49Speaker 7: Sir, please don't, sir.
- 13:50Speaker 2: So I talked about dress.
- 13:52Speaker 5: You know, some people don't like the way I look either.
- 13:54Speaker 2: You may not like the way he looks. But here's
- 13:58Speaker 2: the news. In the history of Texas.
- 14:01Speaker 5: He is the single greatest attorney general you've ever had
- 14:05Speaker 5: and maybe the top attorney general.
- 14:08Speaker 2: In the whole United States. So I am very sorry, Ken.
- 14:14Speaker 7: I hate it to do it. Somebody else did that recently.
- 14:17Speaker 7: Who all that by Chris Acuna? And I'll go backstage. Sir,
- 14:22Speaker 7: you shouldn't have said that.
- 14:23Speaker 2: He may not dress right.
- 14:24Speaker 5: He may not talk exactly perfectly. And he may not
- 14:28Speaker 5: be the best looking guy I've ever seen.
- 14:31Speaker 2: But you know what he is?
- 14:32Speaker 5: He's the greatest attorney general in America. And he deserves
- 14:39Speaker 5: to be your next senator. I'm sorry, Ken. Where the
- 14:45Speaker 5: hell is he?
- 14:47Speaker 7: I'm so sorry.
- 14:48Speaker 2: He'll never speak to me again, but that's okay. We
- 14:50Speaker 2: have to elect.
- 14:51Speaker 8: Trump is so hilarious. God, he's, once again, he's our
- 14:54Speaker 8: first insult comic president. He's the Don Rickles of the presidency.
- 14:59Speaker 8: He rips Ken Paxton to shreds and then says, and
- 15:02Speaker 8: then he talks about the record, which is what I've
- 15:05Speaker 8: been saying all along. That's the one thing, once again,
- 15:08Speaker 8: the Democrats want us to ignore Ken Paxton's record and
- 15:10Speaker 8: then also ignore James Tallarico's record. Pretend James Tallarico never
- 15:15Speaker 8: did or said any of the things that he's done
- 15:16Speaker 8: or voted for, and then vote for him because now
- 15:19Speaker 8: he's a moderate, even though he's clearly not. And then
- 15:21Speaker 8: you have to ignore Ken Paxton's record of success and
- 15:25Speaker 8: all the good things that he's done, and yet that's
- 15:28Speaker 8: how you have to vote. I like how they're always
- 15:30Speaker 8: putting those rules in place for us. But that's how
- 15:35Speaker 8: the propaganda works. That's how you convince people that a
- 15:38Speaker 8: guy who is a leftist wackadoodle Talawaco.
- 15:41Speaker 7: Talacreepo, as we've been called.
- 15:43Speaker 10: And Trump is so funny because Trump is like, any day,
- 15:47Speaker 10: he goes talking like this. He's very Brooklyn. Listen, we
- 15:52Speaker 10: got the thing going on here. You may not like
- 15:54Speaker 10: the way he dresses. You may not like the way
- 15:57Speaker 10: he looks, but he's the best.
- 15:59Speaker 7: He just starts screaming. It is hilarious. And he wasn't done, actually.
- 16:06Speaker 8: He's had some more stuff, and we'll play that in
- 16:07Speaker 8: the next segment. You're listening to Chris X Radio. It
- 16:10Speaker 8: is our Friday show on Thursday. Let's go ahead and
- 16:12Speaker 8: take a break. The show goes so fast. That's why
- 16:15Speaker 8: I try not to play too much audio. But sometimes
- 16:19Speaker 8: when you've got audio like this, you can't not play it.
- 16:22Speaker 8: And Trump, when he's talked about Talafrico, Talacripo, oh, my God,
- 16:29Speaker 8: is it funny.
- 16:31Speaker 7: This is why Trump wins.
- 16:33Speaker 8: No matter how much hatred and lies they tell about him,
- 16:37Speaker 8: 365 days, 24 hours a day, seven days a week,
- 16:44Speaker 8: Trump is still able to resonate with the American people
- 16:47Speaker 8: because he is far closer to us than any of
- 16:50Speaker 8: these politicians will ever be. And he's freaking hilarious. So
- 16:54Speaker 8: when we come back, we'll play that, and then we'll
- 16:56Speaker 8: get things going. We'll also make room for you if
- 16:58Speaker 8: you want to join us. It is our Friday show
- 17:00Speaker 8: on Thursday, 281-558-KSCB, 281-558-5738.
- 17:05Speaker 7: We're just getting started. Don't you go anywhere. We'll be
- 17:08Speaker 7: right back.
- 17:13Speaker 2: You're listening to Chris X Radio. Chris X Radio, the
- 17:17Speaker 2: voice of Texas.

- 17:44Speaker 16: from Baker Mortgage. A cash-out refinance can get you back

- 20:43Speaker 7: You know, if the mic's hot, can I just kick
- 20:45Speaker 7: in with some Beasties?
- 20:47Speaker 20: Yeah, boy!
- 20:48Speaker 8: Did the Beasties ever even say that? Oh, the Beastie Boys.
- 20:58Speaker 8: All right, welcome back to Chris X Radio. It is
- 21:00Speaker 8: our Friday show on Thursday.
- 21:01Speaker 7: That means we'll talk about whatever is on your mind today.
- 21:04Speaker 5: 281-558-KSEV.
- 21:05Speaker 7: That's 281-558-5738.
- 21:05Speaker 8: The weather's outside. It seems to be a little bit frightful.
- 21:09Speaker 7: Not cold. But it's cooler. I'll say that. It's only
- 21:18Speaker 7: 89 degrees over in my area as of right now. Oh,
- 21:21Speaker 7: hold on.
- 21:22Speaker 21: Nope.
- 21:22Speaker 7: It's raining a little bit. It's dropped down to 86.
- 21:25Speaker 8: How's the weather looking out the window here at the station, Lukasz?
- 21:29Speaker 7: Is it raining or just cloudy yet? How's it looking?
- 21:32Speaker 9: It's overcast. It hasn't been doing much. You know, I
- 21:35Speaker 9: got a little sprinkle over in Katy earlier, but now
- 21:39Speaker 9: it's just a big old threat.
- 21:41Speaker 20: Okay.
- 21:41Speaker 22: All right.
- 21:42Speaker 7: I imagine you have some weather you can play for
- 21:44Speaker 7: us here in a bit. I imagine he'll do that.
- 21:47Speaker 9: I know a guy.
- 21:49Speaker 7: You know a guy.
- 21:50Speaker 8: All right, so if you're out and about and you
- 21:51Speaker 8: do call in, use your hands-free device. Unless you're a
- 21:54Speaker 8: run-on Robert in Pearland, I don't know if he knows
- 21:58Speaker 8: how to use a hands-free device. I don't think his
- 22:01Speaker 8: Chinese phone that he uses has hands-free capabilities.
- 22:05Speaker 7: I really don't. In fact, there's no telling what he's got.
- 22:09Speaker 8: He got his phone not here from Earth.
- 22:14Speaker 7: It's not from Earth. It's not from the moon. It's
- 22:17Speaker 7: not from Mars. Much further away, I do believe. I
- 22:20Speaker 7: believe he.
- 22:20Speaker 10: Got his phone from possibly Pluto. Okay, maybe Pluto.
- 22:25Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 22:25Speaker 10: Very icy world. Kind of like the lamestream media. Can
- 22:29Speaker 10: we go ahead and deport them all to Pluto?
- 22:33Speaker 8: Donald Trump was hilarious last night at the GOP convention
- 22:37Speaker 8: in Dallas. The historic GOP convention. I wonder if they
- 22:41Speaker 8: will continue doing this. This is right before the midterms.
- 22:45Speaker 8: If the Republicans are able to hang on to power
- 22:48Speaker 8: and win the House and the Senate, I imagine this
- 22:51Speaker 8: would become a regular occurrence because historically speaking, this is.
- 22:54Speaker 7: When the Democrats take back power.
- 22:56Speaker 8: And then you've got the 24-hour propaganda cycle via ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNOW, CNN,
- 23:04Speaker 8: just on and on and on and on and on.
- 23:06Speaker 8: Mainstream media, the course of Hollywood, academia, they're constantly beating
- 23:12Speaker 8: that drum. Republicans bad, Republicans bad, Republicans bad.
- 23:15Speaker 7: Look at gas prices. They're so terrible. They're the worst ever. Well,
- 23:19Speaker 7: it's not.
- 23:21Speaker 8: It was worse under the Biden regime. And there was
- 23:24Speaker 8: no logical reason for it other than terrible policy. But
- 23:28Speaker 8: now that something's happening, I get it, though. That does
- 23:31Speaker 8: affect you in your pocketbooks. Not everybody's rich. We're not
- 23:34Speaker 8: rich like y'all. Not everybody's rich. So you feel it
- 23:38Speaker 8: when you're filling up that tank. And when it costs
- 23:41Speaker 8: you a lot more, when you're having to fill up
- 23:42Speaker 8: most people drive. You don't have to fill it about
- 23:45Speaker 8: every week or so. How often are you filling the tank, Lukasz?
- 23:48Speaker 8: Do you do it every week, every couple of weeks?
- 23:52Speaker 9: On a good week, it's like every nine days. On
- 23:56Speaker 9: a busy week, it's every Friday.
- 23:59Speaker 7: Okay. So you feel it when the gas prices are up.
- 24:02Speaker 7: You can definitely feel it at the pump?
- 24:05Speaker 9: I just close my eyes and remember that I'd rather
- 24:07Speaker 9: drive than walk.
- 24:10Speaker 7: Well, this is true.
- 24:11Speaker 8: And then that now, since that's the case, you're going
- 24:13Speaker 8: to like the trans-loving, you know, Tala Freako and vote
- 24:15Speaker 8: for him, right?
- 24:17Speaker 20: Who?
- 24:17Speaker 12: No.
- 24:18Speaker 9: No, I don't think so.
- 24:20Speaker 8: Well, Donald Trump gave his assessment of Tala Freako, Tala
- 24:23Speaker 8: Creepshow last night in his speech. And I think you
- 24:28Speaker 8: got to hear this.
- 24:29Speaker 7: Once again, Trump, the dude is a stand-up comedian.
- 24:32Speaker 8: He is so at home performing in front of 20,000, 30,000 people.
- 24:36Speaker 8: By the way, the place was packed. The media tried
- 24:39Speaker 8: to say, they can't give away tickets. No one's going
- 24:41Speaker 8: to go. And then it was funny. At one point,
- 24:43Speaker 8: I heard Trump talking about, he.
- 24:45Speaker 7: Said, look at that guy. That guy over there got up.
- 24:47Speaker 7: He's going to the bathroom. He's going to be gone
- 24:48Speaker 7: for two minutes.
- 24:49Speaker 10: The media is going to take a picture of that
- 24:51Speaker 10: one empty seat and say, nobody's here.
- 24:54Speaker 8: That's pretty much how they operate. They lie at all times.
- 24:58Speaker 8: And then Trump gets them back.
- 24:59Speaker 7: And he goes... Well, Trump does his thing. Take a look.
- 25:02Speaker 5: He described himself as a person who hates Christianity, says
- 25:06Speaker 5: that God is transgender. He called the American flag a
- 25:10Speaker 5: complicated symbol of hate, claimed that the Ten Commandments are
- 25:14Speaker 5: a form of fascism. And when he was asked what
- 25:17Speaker 5: he loved most in the world, he said, I love
- 25:21Speaker 5: transgender children, which he was also somebody that hated eating meat.
- 25:31Speaker 2: But he ran a campaign to beat meat.
- 25:33Speaker 7: He called it beat meat. I don't know what the
- 25:36Speaker 7: hell he meant by that.
- 25:41Speaker 5: These people are going to tell me what the hell
- 25:42Speaker 5: is he wants to beat meat.
- 25:45Speaker 7: Trump is so damn proud of you.
- 25:52Speaker 5: But it was bad for his image, so he started
- 25:55Speaker 5: eating meat. And he recently... It's getting worse. I'm getting
- 26:00Speaker 5: myself in trouble.
- 26:00Speaker 2: It's getting worse.
- 26:04Speaker 7: That was so damn funny.
- 26:07Speaker 5: But he was recently seen having a barbecue and eating
- 26:11Speaker 5: a lot of meat.
- 26:12Speaker 21: A lot of meat.
- 26:15Speaker 2: But that's what happened.
- 26:16Speaker 5: He ate it and then he was seen running backstage
- 26:20Speaker 5: to a room and throwing up all over the place.
- 26:23Speaker 2: He doesn't like meat.
- 26:26Speaker 5: He also loved wearing masks, and he was seen wearing
- 26:29Speaker 5: a mask just a short number of months ago. Any
- 26:32Speaker 5: guy in Texas that's wearing a mask a few months ago,
- 26:37Speaker 5: this is not.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Going to be your senator. It's not going to work out.
- 26:43Speaker 7: Not going to work.
- 26:46Speaker 23: So getting back.
- 26:48Speaker 5: Freedom-loving patriots of Texas are going to defeat Talafrico and
- 26:52Speaker 5: elect Ken Paxton to protect the.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Lone Star State.
- 26:58Speaker 8: So Trump is doing his thing. And Trump is very
- 27:00Speaker 8: effective when he does this. And he's so freaking funny.
- 27:05Speaker 10: I don't know.
- 27:06Speaker 8: He's running a campaign to beat meat. But then he
- 27:09Speaker 8: started eating meat. I love how he just randomly screams.
- 27:14Speaker 8: He's simply doing dynamics, which is hilarious. The guy's so
- 27:19Speaker 8: freaking funny. And what's hilarious is this literally drives leftists insane.
- 27:23Speaker 8: The people who suffer from TDS literally go insane. Lucas,
- 27:27Speaker 8: is it just me or was that funny as hell
- 27:29Speaker 8: what Trump just said?
- 27:30Speaker 9: Oh, he's on fire, dude.
- 27:33Speaker 8: It's freaking hysterical. You can't have this conversation with a Democrat.
- 27:37Speaker 8: They just get angry and get mad and can't stand
- 27:41Speaker 8: it because they understand he is connecting not only with
- 27:44Speaker 8: the audience, but the viewers watching. This is how he
- 27:47Speaker 8: builds momentum. And then they're throwing, what, $ 10 million behind
- 27:51Speaker 8: Paxton from Trump's PAC. And then now you've got more
- 27:54Speaker 8: money coming from Elon Musk's PAC.
- 27:57Speaker 7: And it's so funny.
- 27:59Speaker 8: Because you got Democrats that are so upset that now
- 28:03Speaker 8: they're actually spending money in the race.
- 28:06Speaker 7: Somehow they're able to.
- 28:07Speaker 8: Go ahead and spend $ 100 million, and no one's supposed
- 28:10Speaker 8: to question that. But if you start spending money for
- 28:12Speaker 8: your candidate, oh, that's terrible. And then Trump made the
- 28:15Speaker 8: big promise last night. He promised to issue $ 5, 000 dividend
- 28:20Speaker 8: checks to every adult citizen if Republicans can maintain the
- 28:23Speaker 8: majority in the House of Representatives and the Senate.
- 28:27Speaker 10: He said, your vote will decide whether our country stumbles
- 28:30Speaker 10: at the starting gate of the next 250 years or
- 28:34Speaker 10: surges forward and never, ever looks back. Vote Republican and
- 28:40Speaker 10: we will leave the world in our dust for generations
- 28:43Speaker 10: to come. So he's basically doing this saying the tariffs
- 28:47Speaker 10: are generating money, which a dividend should go to every
- 28:50Speaker 10: adult citizen. Now, it's funny because basically what he's doing,
- 28:54Speaker 10: and if you listen to Dana, she was alluding to this.
- 28:57Speaker 7: He's buying votes.
- 28:59Speaker 8: That's what you would say. That's what Gina Hinojosa is
- 29:01Speaker 8: trying to do. But there's a big difference. She wants
- 29:05Speaker 8: to take the rainy day fund here in Texas that
- 29:07Speaker 8: is used for emergencies and take that money, your tax
- 29:10Speaker 8: dollars that they've taken and put in a rainy day
- 29:12Speaker 8: fund to help people out whenever we have hurricanes or
- 29:15Speaker 8: terrible situations. She wants to drain that in order to
- 29:18Speaker 8: buy your votes. He wants to take it off dividends
- 29:21Speaker 8: from tariffs. For those who don't understand, places like the
- 29:26Speaker 8: United Arab Emirates, places like Qatar, there are teenagers driving
- 29:30Speaker 8: around in Ferraris.
- 29:32Speaker 7: You know why their people are so rich over there?
- 29:35Speaker 8: Because their citizens get dividend checks from the government because
- 29:39Speaker 8: of all of the oil all of the oil they
- 29:45Speaker 8: sell so they're so bloody rich Trump is changing that
- 29:50Speaker 8: dynamic with Venezuela now Iran us producing our own oil
- 29:57Speaker 8: We literally could head in that direction if our dirtbag
- 30:00Speaker 8: politicians were either, one, not so stupid, or two, not
- 30:03Speaker 8: so myopic, or three, not so controlling that they wanted
- 30:06Speaker 8: to go that direction. We literally could head that direction
- 30:10Speaker 8: and make everybody in America rich. But there's only one politician,
- 30:16Speaker 8: and I do mean this, only one that is willing
- 30:19Speaker 8: to do that, and it's a guy that didn't spend
- 30:20Speaker 8: his life in politics.
- 30:22Speaker 7: It's Donald J.
- 30:23Speaker 21: Trump.
- 30:23Speaker 7: He's the only one remotely interested in that.
- 30:26Speaker 8: Doing tariffs that all the other countries do on us
- 30:28Speaker 8: it's hilarious everyone's like trump's so terrible putting tariffs on
- 30:32Speaker 8: canada and canada responded by putting more tariffs on the u.s
- 30:36Speaker 8: more they already have tariffs on u.s products somehow that's
- 30:39Speaker 8: okay but for us to do that oh it's the
- 30:42Speaker 8: worst thing ever what it's pure insanity But Trump went
- 30:52Speaker 8: on and highlighted, once again, his policies, the accomplishments. The
- 30:55Speaker 8: other thing, too, is left the propaganda media, they're not
- 30:57Speaker 8: going to discuss any of the accomplishments of this administration
- 31:01Speaker 8: or what Trump has actually done. They're only going to
- 31:03Speaker 8: focus on Iran and oil prices, and that's it, because
- 31:06Speaker 8: that's all they've got. And they'll run some dirtbag like
- 31:10Speaker 8: James Talafrico, who's a total weirdo.
- 31:15Speaker 7: And then pretend that he's not a total weirdo.
- 31:17Speaker 8: There's that Fox News interview where literally he just, he
- 31:20Speaker 8: backtracks everything that he said, but he also prefaces it
- 31:24Speaker 8: by saying, well, I would vote for a bill that
- 31:26Speaker 8: would prevent, you know, men from participating in women's sports
- 31:29Speaker 8: if they got an advantage or if it endangered the
- 31:32Speaker 8: lives of women or the health.
- 31:35Speaker 7: It absolutely does.
- 31:37Speaker 8: There's no, you don't put a qualifier on there, but
- 31:40Speaker 8: that's how the dirtbags operate. He wants to pretend that
- 31:43Speaker 8: he's just a regular guy And then Trump said, now,
- 31:48Speaker 8: this worries me. He said, we're doing better now as
- 31:51Speaker 8: a country than we've ever done before. He said, Iran
- 31:54Speaker 8: is in shambles right now, and he predicted oil prices
- 31:57Speaker 8: will come down after the midterms.
- 32:00Speaker 7: That's too late. They need to be coming down before that.
- 32:07Speaker 8: Right after the election, oil prices are going to be
- 32:09Speaker 8: tumbling downward. They're going to be tumbling down, and we'll
- 32:12Speaker 8: get them down. I think with gasoline, we'll get below.
- 32:14Speaker 7: $ 2 a gallon. Okay, but the problem is people are impatient.
- 32:19Speaker 7: People don't have memories.
- 32:20Speaker 8: People can't function, obviously, because they still believe the media
- 32:24Speaker 8: is news. The news is actually news and not propaganda.
- 32:31Speaker 8: That needs to already be trending that direction ahead of time. Otherwise,
- 32:34Speaker 8: I think it's going to be rough.
- 32:37Speaker 7: Rough sailing. All right, let's take a very short break
- 32:39Speaker 7: because we're way over. We'll come back.
- 32:40Speaker 8: We've got Mark out and Brenna. Mark, hang on for me.
- 32:42Speaker 8: We'll get to you here on the other side. It
- 32:44Speaker 8: is our Friday show on Thursday. We'll talk about whatever
- 32:47Speaker 8: you guys want.
- 32:48Speaker 7: To talk about.
- 32:48Speaker 6: 281-558-KSEB, 281-558-5738.
- 32:49Speaker 7: You know, Trump is literally P.T. Barnum. And he's hilarious.
- 32:53Speaker 8: All right, it is our Friday show on Thursday.
- 32:59Speaker 7: We'll be right back. Don't go away. We'll be right back.

- 35:49Speaker 24: From the KSEV Weather Center, tonight expect a chance of
- 35:52Speaker 24: a thunderstorm this evening, then becoming partly cloudy and humid
- 35:55Speaker 24: with a low of 74. Tomorrow will be partly sunny
- 35:57Speaker 24: and humid with a chance of a thunderstorm in some
- 35:59Speaker 24: areas and a high of 93. Tomorrow night there could
- 36:02Speaker 24: be a thunderstorm early, then turning mostly cloudy, warm and
- 36:05Speaker 24: humid with a low of 78. Moving on to Saturday,
- 36:07Speaker 24: anticipate humidity with intervals of sunshine and clouds, along with
- 36:11Speaker 24: possible afternoon and evening thunderstorms and spots and a high
- 36:14Speaker 24: of 93. With the KSEV Weather Center forecast, I'm AccuWeather
- 36:17Speaker 24: meteorologist Jason Catarina.
- 36:24Speaker 12: And now, back to Chris X Radio on The Voice
- 36:27Speaker 12: of Texas.
- 36:29Speaker 25: We'll have Holly.
- 36:38Speaker 7: Hansen on the show this week.
- 36:40Speaker 8: And her and I always have the debate, the Van
- 36:42Speaker 8: Hagar or Van Halen. She's a Van Halen with David
- 36:45Speaker 8: Lee Roth, which I love that too, but also I
- 36:48Speaker 8: like the Van Hagar better. This is incredible, very different
- 36:51Speaker 8: than Van Halen, which my favorite Van Halen album is
- 36:55Speaker 8: the Fair Warning album, which is incredible.
- 36:58Speaker 7: That's with David Lee Roth.
- 37:00Speaker 8: But my favorite Van Halen is with Sammy Hagar. Well,
- 37:03Speaker 8: this is Black and Blue with Sammy Hagar as Van Hagar, basically.
- 37:06Speaker 8: And we both can agree that we love this song.
- 37:09Speaker 8: Of course, I love everything off this album.
- 37:12Speaker 7: It's OU812. I love how they went into that 51-50 phase.
- 37:16Speaker 8: We're using the mental codes and then the arrest codes
- 37:20Speaker 8: and then went with OU812, which is hilarious. That was
- 37:23Speaker 8: kind of something I think they were doing in my
- 37:25Speaker 8: early years in late middle school, early high school. All right,
- 37:31Speaker 8: welcome back to Chris X Radio. It is our Friday
- 37:33Speaker 8: show on Thursday. We'll talk about whatever is on your
- 37:36Speaker 8: mind today.
- 37:37Speaker 7: 281-558-KSEV, 281-558-5738. Do you want a $ 5, 000 dividend check from
- 37:39Speaker 7: the president? From tariffs?
- 37:48Speaker 8: Some people are really upset by this. Some people love it.
- 37:51Speaker 8: Some people want one. I think Lucas had the best response.
- 37:56Speaker 8: Believe it when I see it. Let's go to the
- 38:00Speaker 8: phones if you want to join us. 281-558-KSEV. Let's go
- 38:04Speaker 8: to Mark listening in Brenham. Mark, thank you for hanging on.
- 38:07Speaker 8: Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 38:10Speaker 26: So, Chris, I think Trump did the impossible last evening.
- 38:16Speaker 26: He has Democrats complaining and worried about the debt increasing,
- 38:23Speaker 26: and that's unbelievable in itself. They've never met a program
- 38:29Speaker 26: of giveaways that they didn't like, so I find it
- 38:32Speaker 26: interesting now to hear them talking about the debt and
- 38:35Speaker 26: how this will impact the debt, and we don't have
- 38:38Speaker 26: a surplus, and so on and so forth.
- 38:41Speaker 6: And on.
- 38:43Speaker 26: Another note.
- 38:45Speaker 26: I'm really getting tired of hearing people say, oh, and
- 38:49Speaker 26: we have this debt and China has bought up so
- 38:51Speaker 26: much of our debt. I'm just curious, what do they
- 38:56Speaker 26: think China is capable of doing or can do regarding
- 39:01Speaker 26: calling our debt? I mean, what are they going to do?
- 39:05Speaker 26: It's a joke. If the United States decided to default
- 39:10Speaker 26: on its debt tomorrow, sure. It would upend the world,
- 39:14Speaker 26: but there's nobody coming here to collect. So I guess
- 39:18Speaker 26: these people that are worried about the sky falling, we
- 39:22Speaker 26: shouldn't be running in a deficit. We shouldn't be in debt.
- 39:24Speaker 26: But again, it's just amazing how these buzzwords. just freak
- 39:31Speaker 26: people out.
- 39:33Speaker 7: Mark, first of all, your points are really good. It
- 39:38Speaker 7: is hilarious.
- 39:39Speaker 8: But then again, when it comes to Democrats, the only
- 39:41Speaker 8: standards they have are double standards. For some reason, they
- 39:43Speaker 8: don't care or even mention it when they run the
- 39:46Speaker 8: debt up historically, which if you go back and look
- 39:48Speaker 8: at the majority of the debt that has been run
- 39:50Speaker 8: up in the last 20, 30 years— Well, it's obviously
- 39:53Speaker 8: the Democrat administrations and then the Republican administrations have also
- 39:56Speaker 8: run up a lot of debt. So there's there's that, too,
- 39:58Speaker 8: but not nearly what the Democrats do. So the double
- 40:01Speaker 8: standards are ridiculous. But then you make the point that
- 40:04Speaker 8: I go back to about China.
- 40:07Speaker 7: They're the ones buying up most of our debt. China.
- 40:09Speaker 14: OK.
- 40:10Speaker 8: You're absolutely right. I do believe it would upset the
- 40:12Speaker 8: world for sure. But China is not going to be
- 40:15Speaker 8: able to collect on this debt. In fact, that's why
- 40:17Speaker 8: I think maybe because clearly the politicians have information that
- 40:21Speaker 8: we don't have. Why nobody seems to care about the
- 40:24Speaker 8: debt that are in charge, because you're right. There's going
- 40:27Speaker 8: to be no calling of that debt. And at a
- 40:29Speaker 8: certain point, I guess maybe they are predicting at some
- 40:32Speaker 8: point there'll be some kind of war or skirmish with China.
- 40:35Speaker 7: And at that point, the U.S. will go, you know what?
- 40:37Speaker 7: Eat your debt. Here you go. You're not getting this
- 40:39Speaker 7: money back. I'll see you later. And I think that
- 40:42Speaker 7: may have something to do with it. I don't know.
- 40:46Speaker 26: If you think about who is China's number one consumer
- 40:50Speaker 26: of their output and their product, we are. And they
- 40:54Speaker 26: certainly can't self-perpetuate by consuming their own production. They have
- 41:00Speaker 26: to have us.
- 41:01Speaker 13: And we.
- 41:02Speaker 26: As the taxpayers in this country, we, unfortunately, I don't
- 41:08Speaker 26: like to buy Chinese product. I do my damnedest not
- 41:10Speaker 26: to buy Chinese product, but sometimes you have zero options.
- 41:15Speaker 26: And we are sending them back their debt payments a
- 41:20Speaker 26: thousandfold in the consumption of their goods. So, again, I
- 41:25Speaker 26: hear all this stuff about... Look, I'm very much an independent.
- 41:30Speaker 26: I'm a conservative independent, but... I hear all this stuff
- 41:33Speaker 26: about trillions of dollars in debt. It's funny money. It
- 41:37Speaker 26: means absolutely nothing. And so, hey, Trump, you want to
- 41:42Speaker 26: sit– you want to buy votes and send people $ 5, 000?
- 41:44Speaker 18: Fine.
- 41:44Speaker 26: You know what? I'll pay them $ 5, 000 to stop sending
- 41:49Speaker 26: me political texts. It's like they– It's horse hockey, quite frankly. But, hey,
- 42:00Speaker 26: he's entertaining. He absolutely can make the Democrats turn over
- 42:04Speaker 26: in their grave.
- 42:06Speaker 7: Yeah, thank you for the call, Mark. Yeah, he is
- 42:08Speaker 7: absolutely P.T.
- 42:09Speaker 8: Barnum, and he's a stand-up comedian. He's our first insult
- 42:12Speaker 8: comic president, and he's hilarious. A lot of people feel
- 42:15Speaker 8: exactly the.
- 42:16Speaker 7: Way that you do. This is funny money.
- 42:18Speaker 8: I won't say it's funny money, but there's a reason
- 42:21Speaker 8: why China buys our debt. They know they're making so
- 42:23Speaker 8: much money hand over fist with us buying their crap,
- 42:27Speaker 8: because that's what we do.
- 42:27Speaker 7: We buy a lot of their junk. And they know that.
- 42:31Speaker 8: So us being a global market, because we are the
- 42:33Speaker 8: global market, if we continue to buy that stuff— now, Trump
- 42:36Speaker 8: comes in, and then he starts doing tariffs. We'll— If
- 42:40Speaker 8: they would leave Trump alone and allow him to do
- 42:42Speaker 8: the tariffs that all of the other countries in the
- 42:44Speaker 8: world have on us and allow him to do the
- 42:47Speaker 8: same thing, we literally, over a period of less than
- 42:50Speaker 8: 10 years, could eliminate that $ 40 trillion in debt. We
- 42:53Speaker 8: could eliminate it. We could get rid of it because
- 42:56Speaker 8: of the income coming. Not only that, but also what
- 42:58Speaker 8: Trump is doing with Venezuela and Iran and the oil
- 43:01Speaker 8: and that kind of stuff and us being, you know,
- 43:03Speaker 8: self-reliant on oil and then being a net exporter of it.
- 43:07Speaker 8: We could literally change the world dynamic. But the entire
- 43:10Speaker 8: world is so terrified, that includes Republicans and Democrats, of
- 43:14Speaker 8: doing that.
- 43:15Speaker 7: They're so scared that, oh, my God, because they don't
- 43:19Speaker 7: know what they're doing.
- 43:20Speaker 8: They will continue to run down that rabbit hole of, oh,
- 43:23Speaker 8: you just can't do this. Why is it that everybody
- 43:27Speaker 8: else can do it, but we can't? Well, no one's
- 43:29Speaker 8: been able to explain that to me properly, in my opinion.
- 43:33Speaker 8: I've been told, oh, you're going to pay for it.
- 43:35Speaker 8: But no, I'm not. The only thing I'm paying for
- 43:38Speaker 8: is higher gas because it's traded on the open market.
- 43:41Speaker 7: That's it.
- 43:43Speaker 8: So why are we paying higher gas? Because every time
- 43:45Speaker 8: the instability hits, the price goes up. If we control that...
- 43:50Speaker 8: That would really knock that down as well. You know,
- 43:54Speaker 8: I hate to say because I'm like, oh, 4D chess
- 43:55Speaker 8: or 5D chess and Trump's playing that.
- 43:57Speaker 7: He literally is.
- 43:58Speaker 8: Not that he's he's a very stable genius. OK, he's
- 44:02Speaker 8: a stable genius, but he's a billionaire. He's good with money.
- 44:05Speaker 7: He's good with the economy. He knows what he's doing.
- 44:08Speaker 7: And people have forgotten.
- 44:09Speaker 8: We have such short term memories of what four years
- 44:12Speaker 8: previous to Trump to look like. What was happening during
- 44:15Speaker 8: the Biden regime, the Biden hole? It was a big
- 44:18Speaker 8: hole with a bunch of politicians with their hands out.
- 44:21Speaker 8: We had fraud going out of every single direction, and
- 44:24Speaker 8: nobody wants to stop it except Trump and Elon Musk
- 44:26Speaker 8: and conservatives. And they try to villainize anyone that stops
- 44:30Speaker 8: their fraud because, once again, you get people on a
- 44:33Speaker 8: gravy train, they don't want to let it go. And
- 44:36Speaker 8: there is an element to the funny money aspect of it,
- 44:38Speaker 8: I truly believe.
- 44:39Speaker 7: I'm not an economist. I don't play one on the radio.
- 44:42Speaker 8: But I do watch what's happening, and I watch these
- 44:45Speaker 8: people that literally could not care less about the national deficit.
- 44:49Speaker 8: It's like, well, maybe there's something to it. All right,
- 44:53Speaker 8: tell you what, let's take a short break. I was
- 44:54Speaker 8: going to go to Paul, but Paul, we're over, so
- 44:55Speaker 8: hold on for me. We'll get to you right on
- 44:57Speaker 8: the other side. I want to make sure I have
- 44:58Speaker 8: time to get to your phone call. You're listening to
- 45:00Speaker 8: Chris X Radio. It is our Friday show on Thursday.
- 45:03Speaker 7: We'll talk about whatever's on your mind.
- 45:07Speaker 8: Once again, if the great Orange Wanda wants to send
- 45:09Speaker 8: me a check for $ 5, 000, I'll happily take it. I'll
- 45:12Speaker 8: take it and then offset the IRS, which has been
- 45:15Speaker 8: weaponized to come after me to get more money than
- 45:18Speaker 8: I've already paid them.
- 45:24Speaker 7: Who's winning in that deal? Spoiler alert, it's not me.
- 45:30Speaker 8: I'm so sick of the weaponized agencies coming after American citizens.
- 45:34Speaker 7: 281-558-KSCV. I'm Chris X. We'll be right back.
- 45:42Speaker 2: You're listening to Chris X Radio. Chris X Radio. On
- 45:45Speaker 2: the voice of Texas.
- 45:48Speaker 28: When it comes to garage stores, no one knows more.
- 45:51Speaker 27: Than the doctor.
- 45:52Speaker 10: Garage store doctor.
- 45:56Speaker 14: If there's just one piece of advice I could give
- 45:58Speaker 14: every homeowner, it's this. If your garage door spring breaks,
- 46:01Speaker 14: don't try to fix it. Those springs are under incredible tension.
- 46:05Speaker 14: They're designed to lift the garage door that can weigh two, three,
- 46:08Speaker 14: or even 400 pounds. When they fail, they can be
- 46:11Speaker 14: dangerous without the right tools and the right training. Hi,
- 46:14Speaker 14: I'm Tommy Mello, CEO of Garage Door Doctor. The good news,
- 46:18Speaker 14: most spring replacements are very straightforward when performed by an
- 46:21Speaker 14: expert technician. We use high-quality springs designed to last a lifetime.
- 46:25Speaker 14: And we stand behind our work so you can have
- 46:27Speaker 14: confidence every time your garage door opens. When it comes
- 46:31Speaker 14: to springs, leave it to the professionals. Locally operated, focused
- 46:35Speaker 14: on serving families and the community better. Save $ 100 on

- 46:47Speaker 20: Leon was about to leave the military.
- 46:49Speaker 29: My biggest concern was, what am I going to do next?
- 46:52Speaker 20: He found out about my computer career and their military
- 46:55Speaker 20: transition program.
- 46:55Speaker 30: The Cyber Warrior program takes you from not knowing anything
- 46:59Speaker 30: about a computer at all to being a subject matter expert.
- 47:02Speaker 20: How long is that going to take?
- 47:03Speaker 29: In the span of four months, I was able to get.
- 47:05Speaker 20: Four Chris X here to tell you about Humble Amco
- 47:09Speaker 20: Transmission and AC Specialists.
- 47:22Speaker 7: People who know go to Amco.

- 47:27Speaker 8: of my vehicle's needs. With complete car care, they'll take
- 47:31Speaker 8: care of all of your auto needs as well. Always

- 47:49Speaker 12: And now, we return you to your regularly scheduled dose
- 47:52Speaker 12: of common sense.
- 47:53Speaker 2: Chris X Radio.
- 47:55Speaker 7: Chris X Radio. Welcome back to Chris X Radio.
- 48:08Speaker 8: You've reached the final segment of the first hour, but
- 48:10Speaker 8: don't go anywhere. We've got hour number two locked and loaded,
- 48:13Speaker 8: ready to roll. So we've got plenty of time to
- 48:15Speaker 8: get to you and your calls here on our Friday
- 48:17Speaker 8: show on Thursday. We'll talk about whatever is on your
- 48:20Speaker 8: mind today. 281-558-KSCB, 281-558-5738. Let's go right back to the phones.
- 48:27Speaker 8: Pick up with Paul out in Mose City. Paul, thank
- 48:29Speaker 8: you for hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 48:33Speaker 31: Hey, Chris.
- 48:33Speaker 11: How you doing? Talking about Trump's payment here, which state
- 48:39Speaker 11: currently pays a dividend to its residents?
- 48:44Speaker 7: I'm sorry, say that again. What did you say?
- 48:47Speaker 11: Which state currently pays an annual dividend to its residents?
- 48:54Speaker 7: You know, this is, I don't know. I can't remember.
- 48:56Speaker 20: Alaska.
- 49:00Speaker 7: That's right.
- 49:03Speaker 11: Going back to 1982, the annual dividend then was $ 1, 000,
- 49:09Speaker 11: and it varies from year to year depending on how
- 49:13Speaker 11: much oil revenue they have, and they take the state's
- 49:17Speaker 11: operating budget out of that. And, you know, going back
- 49:21Speaker 11: in the 80s when coming out of the oil embargo
- 49:27Speaker 11: and oil was so high and we developed the Alaskan resources,
- 49:31Speaker 11: they had more money coming in from oil, from severance tax.
- 49:35Speaker 11: They didn't know what to do. So they scrapped the
- 49:38Speaker 11: state income tax and started paying their residents an annual dividend.
- 49:44Speaker 7: Yeah, that's true.
- 49:45Speaker 11: Just imagine if we would keep that up and develop
- 49:48Speaker 11: what we have here and bring back our manufacturing with,
- 49:54Speaker 11: you know, some tariffs and especially key manufacturing that we
- 49:59Speaker 11: need for national security.
- 50:02Speaker 8: Paul, there you go, making way too much sense. We
- 50:04Speaker 8: could never do that. We could never afford to be
- 50:06Speaker 8: a rich country, could we?
- 50:08Speaker 11: I mean, how could we ever argue with Obama? Them
- 50:13Speaker 11: jobs are gone. Or Biden. And, you know, we'll just
- 50:18Speaker 11: ban fracking and stop that stuff. I mean, it only
- 50:23Speaker 11: ran up oil price of gas how much? And then
- 50:27Speaker 11: his midterms were coming for him. And what did he
- 50:30Speaker 11: do to get gas prices down? Start releasing oil from
- 50:34Speaker 11: the strategic reserve? You know, short-term price drop? No plan
- 50:39Speaker 11: to refill it?
- 50:41Speaker 2: Amazing how that works.
- 50:42Speaker 11: You can't beat them Democrats for planning.
- 50:47Speaker 7: You know what? They control the propaganda. Thanks for the call, Paul.
- 50:50Speaker 7: Like I said, you made a great point.
- 50:52Speaker 8: Yeah, they're already doing it in Alaska, which I always
- 50:54Speaker 8: forget that for some reason because I've never been to Alaska.
- 50:57Speaker 8: But I should probably go there because it's, first of all,
- 51:00Speaker 8: kind of an amazing state.
- 51:02Speaker 7: But you're right. They do that.
- 51:03Speaker 8: They do that in the United Arab Emirates. They do
- 51:06Speaker 8: it in Qatar, these oil-rich nations. And that's– I don't
- 51:09Speaker 8: know if you guys have ever gone on YouTube and
- 51:11Speaker 8: watched the videos of these teenagers driving around the cars.
- 51:16Speaker 7: In fact– I think it was Qatar.
- 51:20Speaker 8: There's one thing where there's all of these really super
- 51:22Speaker 8: high-end vehicles that are left in parking garages. And they're
- 51:27Speaker 8: just sitting there. They're collecting dust. And people are like,
- 51:29Speaker 8: why are these cars left here? And it found out
- 51:31Speaker 8: they stayed over the time. They didn't want to pay
- 51:33Speaker 8: their fines because they were getting fines for parking. And
- 51:36Speaker 8: I guess it was expensive.
- 51:37Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 51:38Speaker 8: But it didn't matter because these kids and these people
- 51:41Speaker 8: are so rich, they can just afford to run out
- 51:44Speaker 8: and buy another one. So not only can they afford
- 51:46Speaker 8: these Ferraris and Lamborghinis and super high-end vehicles, they can
- 51:52Speaker 8: afford to leave them in parking garages because they don't
- 51:55Speaker 8: want to pay fines.
- 51:57Speaker 7: They'll just go buy another.
- 51:59Speaker 8: This is how much oil revenue that we have allowed
- 52:02Speaker 8: those on that part of the world to have because
- 52:05Speaker 8: the rest of the world's consuming oil. The last thing
- 52:08Speaker 8: we want to do is make ourselves reliant upon it.
- 52:10Speaker 8: The Democrats do this green energy garbage. Now, it doesn't
- 52:14Speaker 8: mean we shouldn't have green energy, absolutely. But for that
- 52:17Speaker 8: to go, we literally could make the United States like
- 52:22Speaker 8: that or some form of it, maybe not to that degree.
- 52:26Speaker 8: But we could do, instead of just Alaska paying a dividend,
- 52:29Speaker 8: we could have the entire country paying a dividend. As
- 52:32Speaker 8: you just mentioned, as Paul just said, on tariffs, on oil,
- 52:38Speaker 8: imagine how much money. That's what Trump says. And the
- 52:40Speaker 8: vast majority of people, one, don't understand it, or two,
- 52:44Speaker 8: they're too ideologically bent to ever believe something like that
- 52:48Speaker 8: could happen.
- 52:50Speaker 7: We have examples.
- 52:52Speaker 8: There are literal examples we can look to to see
- 52:55Speaker 8: how it's being done.
- 52:57Speaker 7: We need to do that.
- 53:01Speaker 8: But so many politicians on both sides of the aisle
- 53:04Speaker 8: are so scared of it.
- 53:06Speaker 7: Because what happens if you make the American people rich? Well,
- 53:11Speaker 7: guess what?
- 53:11Speaker 8: Well, now we're not so dependent on the government, are we? Well,
- 53:17Speaker 8: I would much rather be dependent on getting my dividend
- 53:19Speaker 8: checks than being on welfare taxes. But the Democrats don't
- 53:23Speaker 8: see it that way. They get more control on the
- 53:26Speaker 8: other direction.
- 53:28Speaker 7: All right. Thanks for the call. Appreciate it. Great comments.
- 53:30Speaker 7: All right. Our number two is up next. We'll be

- 53:50Speaker 32: Trump promises the war will end after the midterms. Correspondent

- 53:56Speaker 7: Several U.S.
- 53:56Speaker 33: Fighter jets at a Jordanian military base were damaged by
- 53:59Speaker 33: Iranian strike Wednesday. Iran's state media had previously said Tehran
- 54:03Speaker 33: targeted U.S. assets across the region in retaliation for American
- 54:06Speaker 33: attacks on Iranian oil tankers. Yemen's Houthis seized the key
- 54:10Speaker 33: Red Sea port of Mocha on Thursday, according to military sources.
- 54:13Speaker 33: If confirmed, the move would make it easier for the
- 54:16Speaker 33: Houthis to target ships transiting the Baba Mandab Strait, a
- 54:19Speaker 33: crucial waterway for Saudi Arabian oil exports. President Trump said
- 54:22Speaker 33: Wednesday that Iran is desperate to affect the U.S. midterm
- 54:25Speaker 33: elections and mused that the conflict would end right afterward.

- 55:03Speaker 32: a new congressional map backed by President Trump for Missouri's

- 55:16Speaker 32: a legal battle that lasted nearly a year. The decision
- 55:19Speaker 32: could change candidate choices for over a million voters. Missouri's

- 57:12Speaker 35: To my fellow Republicans who supported John Cornyn. and won't
- 57:16Speaker 35: vote for Ken Paxton. You're about to give control of
- 57:19Speaker 35: the U.S. Senate over to the socialists that now run
- 57:23Speaker 35: the Democrat Party. Their plan is to pack the Supreme Court,
- 57:26Speaker 35: give statehood to D.C. and Puerto Rico, so as to
- 57:29Speaker 35: add four new Democrats to the Senate and control the
- 57:33Speaker 35: Electoral College. Do you really want that on your conscience?
- 57:37Speaker 35: And don't think for a minute that somehow progressive socialist
- 57:41Speaker 35: turned moderate James Tallarico won't support the Bernese team. He
- 57:46Speaker 35: won't have a choice. Or another election for six years.
- 57:50Speaker 35: We all know what it's like to support crap candidates
- 57:53Speaker 35: when a Republican primary is over. We've held our nose
- 57:57Speaker 35: and voted Republican so many times that the smell doesn't
- 58:00Speaker 35: stink anymore.
- 58:01Speaker 7: It's your turn.
- 58:02Speaker 35: Whatever problems you have with Paxton, and he's got a few,
- 58:06Speaker 35: pale in comparison to the damage that will be done
- 58:09Speaker 35: if you allow a Democrat to win a Senate race
- 58:12Speaker 35: in Texas. Besides, he doesn't sport any swastikas, his relationships
- 58:18Speaker 35: with women were consensual, and he thinks Hamas is a
- 58:22Speaker 35: bunch of murderers. With Tallarico, you get men playing in
- 58:25Speaker 35: women's sports, the DEI agenda, unfettered illegal immigration, and handcuffs
- 58:31Speaker 35: on police, not criminals. So starting with John Cornyn's Senate buddies,
- 58:36Speaker 35: John Thune and Rick Scott, get over it before it's
- 58:39Speaker 35: too late. Spend the money. Saying I told you so
- 58:43Speaker 35: might make you feel better, but only briefly. Besides, we
- 58:47Speaker 35: wouldn't be in this position. If Cornyn had retired and
- 58:51Speaker 35: let a new generation take over, Texas Republicans read the
- 58:55Speaker 35: polling and knew he was done for. But you all seem.

- 59:29Speaker 19: 40 years. At 281-441-4179 and let him explain how this
- 59:34Speaker 19: problem can be minimized with professional pruning. You see, when
- 59:38Speaker 19: the tree canopy is too thick and dense, the tree
- 59:40Speaker 19: can be completely blown over and tree limbs broken, causing

- 1:00:35Speaker 2: Chris X Radio. What we need.
- 1:00:38Speaker 5: Right now is a clear message to the people of
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: this country.
- 1:00:42Speaker 32: This message must.
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: Be read in every newspaper, heard on every radio, seen
- 1:00:46Speaker 5: on every television. This message must resound throughout the entire interlakeness.
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: And now, your host. I believe this is going to
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: be our finest hour. Chris X.
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: Now, follow Tom Oliverson, Dr. Tom Oliverson.
- 1:01:14Speaker 8: He's a state representative on TwitterX.com. He was posting the
- 1:01:21Speaker 8: Houston Chronicle article with Democrat Senate nominee James Talafrico, where
- 1:01:27Speaker 8: he knows that he opposes letting transgender athletes play in
- 1:01:30Speaker 8: girls' sports if it endangers the safety or fairness, which.
- 1:01:34Speaker 7: We know that it absolutely does.
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: There is no fairness, and there are many cases where
- 1:01:39Speaker 8: it endangers the safety, and there is no fairness in
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: any of them.
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: Dr.
- 1:01:45Speaker 8: Oliverson, who is a very kind individual, he's a doctor himself,
- 1:01:49Speaker 8: He's very good at what he does.
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: I've interviewed him many times.
- 1:01:52Speaker 8: I'll interview him again here, possibly over at the event.
- 1:02:00Speaker 7: Over there in Austin, over there near Cedar Park.
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: The event from Texas Values coming up here, the Faith Fest,
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: which is always a great event. I'm going to get
- 1:02:10Speaker 8: some interviews from there here in a couple of weeks
- 1:02:12Speaker 8: and then play them back the following week. But Oliverson
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: on Twitter put, responding, to talafrico's statement he's a liar
- 1:02:20Speaker 8: i was there on the floor of the texas house
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: when he admonished us saying trans women would kill themselves
- 1:02:26Speaker 8: because of our bill protecting women in women's sports a
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: zebra doesn't change its stripes i wonder if he has
- 1:02:33Speaker 8: any oceanfront property in arizona to sell us tell us
- 1:02:36Speaker 8: another one these are the lies that the mainstream media
- 1:02:40Speaker 8: will not tell They're busy telling lies like James Talafrico
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: is now somehow a moderate.
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: Good evening and.
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: Welcome to the second hour of Chris X Radio. I'm
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: the aforementioned Mex Man. Glad to have you here with
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: us on your Friday show on Thursday.
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: That's right.
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: We've assumed control of the broadcast. We'll maintain control here
- 1:02:59Speaker 8: for another hour. And then we'll turn things.
- 1:03:02Speaker 7: Over to Joey Pags.
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: And then we'll be back on Monday, God willing. The
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: weekend's already here. It seemed to get here really fast
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: because of the holiday. But since it is our.
- 1:03:10Speaker 7: Friday show on Thursday, we'll talk about whatever is on
- 1:03:13Speaker 7: your mind. We always do this. 281-558-KSEV, 281-558-5738.
- 1:03:20Speaker 8: I played the clips from Trump at the GOP convention
- 1:03:25Speaker 8: last night in Dallas. I've also got some audio I'm
- 1:03:28Speaker 8: going to play from Brandon Gill here, and we're going
- 1:03:29Speaker 8: to go right back to the phones.
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: In fact, Dr. Chris, hold on. You'll be up next.
- 1:03:33Speaker 7: If you want to get in line, 281-558-5738.
- 1:03:37Speaker 8: But President Trump said he's going to issue a $ 5, 000
- 1:03:40Speaker 8: dividend check to every adult citizen if Republicans can maintain
- 1:03:43Speaker 8: the majority in the House and the Senate. He's basically
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: taking a page out of the Democrats' book, but he's
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: doing it in a far better way because he's smarter
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: than all of the Democrats and all of the Republicans.
- 1:03:55Speaker 7: He really is.
- 1:03:57Speaker 8: Not that he's really a stable genius, but the guy's
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: smart and he's very good with money. He's literally made
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: billions of dollars out of millions of dollars. And once again,
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: the Democrats hate him so much. A lot of the
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: Republicans hate him too. Ask Marjorie Traylor Greene. Or Tucker Carlson,
- 1:04:16Speaker 8: which I don't know if he was ever a Republican.
- 1:04:19Speaker 8: But he was something.
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: So there is that.
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: Anyway, so a Republican senator said he's drafting the bill
- 1:04:27Speaker 8: that would send out these $ 5, 000 checks in response to
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: a proposal made by President Trump, said, I'll get a
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: bill ready so the Trump dividend can be passed immediately
- 1:04:35Speaker 8: after the November 3rd election. Senator Bernie Moreno, a Republican
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: from Ohio, wrote on X, said because Republicans and America
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: will win.
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: Vice President J.D.
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: Vance provided more details about Trump's promise and suggested the
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: payment won't.
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: Be given to the wealthier Americans.
- 1:04:51Speaker 8: During an interview with Fox News, Vance suggested it could
- 1:04:54Speaker 8: be paid for by U.S. tariff revenues, as the administration
- 1:04:57Speaker 8: imposed sweeping duties on most countries in the world since
- 1:05:01Speaker 8: taking office last year to match their tariffs they had
- 1:05:04Speaker 8: already put.
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: These are reciprocal tariffs, by the way. So there's that.
- 1:05:09Speaker 8: Representative Brandon Gill generated another viral moment during his speech
- 1:05:14Speaker 8: last night at the Republican Midterm Convention, and he says
- 1:05:17Speaker 8: he's not sorry at all. Now, Brandon Gill opened his
- 1:05:20Speaker 8: remarks with a land acknowledgement, a growing trend among Democrat
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: politicians who begin speeches by noting the Native American tribes
- 1:05:28Speaker 8: who historically lived on the land their events are on,
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: which is always hilarious. But Brandon Gill had this to
- 1:05:35Speaker 8: say last night.
- 1:05:35Speaker 25: Only appropriate that we kick this convention off properly with
- 1:05:39Speaker 25: a land acknowledgement. I'd like to acknowledge... that we stand
- 1:05:45Speaker 25: here today in the great state of Texas and the
- 1:05:48Speaker 25: United States of America, the ancestral homeland of great American patriots, pioneers,
- 1:05:56Speaker 25: and explorers who put down roots, fought for freedom all
- 1:06:00Speaker 25: over the globe, and bled and died to build the
- 1:06:03Speaker 25: greatest civilization ever known to man.
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: My friends, we live.
- 1:06:07Speaker 25: In the finest country in the history of the world,
- 1:06:10Speaker 25: and we're no longer going to apologize for that.
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: You know, it sounds like common sense, but once again,
- 1:06:16Speaker 8: in politics, things get twisted so much. Now, once again,
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: they want to make you believe the most patriotic thing
- 1:06:22Speaker 8: you can do is hate this country. That's what the
- 1:06:25Speaker 8: Democrats and unfortunately, some of the Republicans. Brandon Gill is
- 1:06:30Speaker 8: a Republican representative from Texas. So needless to say, he's
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: a little bit more aligned with us when it comes
- 1:06:37Speaker 8: to this sort of thing.
- 1:06:39Speaker 7: And rightfully so.
- 1:06:39Speaker 8: Like I said, I like Brandon Gill a lot, actually.
- 1:06:42Speaker 8: He's a very sharp guy. It's also been one year
- 1:06:45Speaker 8: since a radical Democrat murdered Charlie Kirk in cold blood
- 1:06:48Speaker 8: in Utah.
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: The trial is taking place now. We'll see how it goes.
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: There are some statements by Anna Paulina Luna and Steve Scalise.
- 1:06:54Speaker 7: We can get into that.
- 1:06:56Speaker 8: And then I've got the Chris X files, which I'll
- 1:06:57Speaker 8: get to that here shortly as well. But as always,
- 1:06:59Speaker 8: we're taking your phone calls.
- 1:07:04Speaker 7: 281-558-KSEV, 281-558-5738. It is our Friday show on Thursday, so
- 1:07:07Speaker 7: we'll talk about whatever is on your mind. Let's go
- 1:07:10Speaker 7: out to Cypress and pick up with Dr.
- 1:07:11Speaker 15: Chris.
- 1:07:12Speaker 20: Dr.
- 1:07:12Speaker 7: Chris, thank you so much for hanging on. Welcome to
- 1:07:14Speaker 7: Chris X Radio.
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: It's been a while since I've spoken to you, but
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: it's always good to go back and listen to your
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: podcast when I can't call you. And I have to
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: tip my 10-gallon Colorado cowboy hat to you for the
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: show you did after the passing of Dolly Parton. I
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: listened to it twice, and I have to tell you,
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: you did a great job.
- 1:07:40Speaker 27: Well, thank you.
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: And I just wanted to say that to you at
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: the start of the conversation today.
- 1:07:45Speaker 20: Yeah.
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: So yeah, I enjoyed that show so much. I listened
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: to it twice.
- 1:07:50Speaker 8: Wow, that's that's incredible. That's really kind words. And it
- 1:07:53Speaker 8: was that wasn't necessarily the show that I planned. But
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: as the show began and started, I mean, I had
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: to because she is an icon here in America and
- 1:08:02Speaker 8: to not recognize that. And in fact, many more ways
- 1:08:05Speaker 8: than a lot of other iconic characters. But once again,
- 1:08:08Speaker 8: she was a huge figure and a huge impact on
- 1:08:11Speaker 8: my life as far as my parents and many relatives
- 1:08:14Speaker 8: and many people that I've known because she's just been
- 1:08:16Speaker 8: around forever. my entire existence. And she was such a
- 1:08:19Speaker 8: great person and such a talented person. So I just
- 1:08:21Speaker 8: couldn't say enough nice things about her, even though I
- 1:08:24Speaker 8: think a lot of people are now realizing that, that
- 1:08:27Speaker 8: maybe a lot of people realized it then, but they,
- 1:08:29Speaker 8: you know, before she passed away, but especially now.
- 1:08:31Speaker 7: So thank you for that. I really appreciate it, Dr.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: Chris.
- 1:08:33Speaker 7: And I love hearing from you and it has been
- 1:08:36Speaker 7: a while. So I'm glad to have you back.
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: You know, I, as I told your call screener, I'm
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: interested in understanding why, there's been no real focus on
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: the Ohio gubernatorial race with Vivek Ramaswamy and what's happening
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: with the Senate race in Kentucky because Mitch McConnell seems
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: to have fallen off the face of the earth and
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: how they conceded the Georgia Senate race because it doesn't
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: seem whoever it is that's running against Ossoff is being supported.
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: You know, I love the attention that's being paid to
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: Kim Paxton and what I tell people when they ask
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: me about the polling with regards to Ken Paxton. You know,
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: my father, being the wise man that he was and
- 1:09:25Speaker 3: somebody that I consider one of the greatest men I
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: ever knew, always told me to his son with regards
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: to elections, the only poll that matters is the one
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: that you step into to cast your ballot. And I
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: just wanted to get your take on that. And then
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: before you let me go, I want to do a
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: quick reflection on on some iconic television shows that are
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: having their anniversary come up. So tell me what you
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: think about what I just asked you about these races.
- 1:09:56Speaker 8: I think your assessment is pretty solid. I know that
- 1:09:59Speaker 8: the Trump PAC... It will be pouring some money in
- 1:10:01Speaker 8: some of these races. It does seem in many ways
- 1:10:04Speaker 8: like the Ossoff race is— I wouldn't say it's conceded, but
- 1:10:08Speaker 8: we'll have to wait and see. These are races that
- 1:10:10Speaker 8: are going to cost a lot of money, as you mentioned.
- 1:10:14Speaker 8: But I know for a fact that there are various
- 1:10:16Speaker 8: packs out there. You've got, of course, the Trumps pack,
- 1:10:19Speaker 8: and then you've got— Elon Musk's back and they're starting
- 1:10:22Speaker 8: to pour money. I think what happened is the Republicans
- 1:10:25Speaker 8: got caught, I will say, a little flat-footed with the
- 1:10:27Speaker 8: unseating of John Cornyn here in Texas.
- 1:10:30Speaker 7: And this was the thing I've always warned about.
- 1:10:32Speaker 8: When you unseat an incumbent, it becomes an open seat,
- 1:10:35Speaker 8: and then it becomes anybody's game. And not only is
- 1:10:38Speaker 8: the grassroots who really unseated Cornyn, the conservative base, but
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: that doesn't include the general election, which is a completely
- 1:10:46Speaker 8: different election. So what it did is it fired up
- 1:10:48Speaker 8: the Democrats big time, so much so they're pumping $ 100- plus
- 1:10:51Speaker 8: million into the state, trying to convince everybody that Talafrico
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: is not a leftist weirdo and he's just a normal
- 1:10:57Speaker 8: guy and he said some things, but he didn't believe it,
- 1:11:00Speaker 8: which he completely does believe everything that he said, and
- 1:11:03Speaker 8: he's running a campaign against himself. Well, this campaign now
- 1:11:06Speaker 8: is going to cost Republicans... millions and millions and millions
- 1:11:09Speaker 8: of dollars that may not have poured into the state
- 1:11:12Speaker 8: because one, John Cornyn already had a lot of money
- 1:11:15Speaker 8: and was able to raise money pretty well, but it
- 1:11:17Speaker 8: opened up. Not that he would win, but it changed
- 1:11:20Speaker 8: the narrative. So those are the higher profile races. So
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: there's some higher profile races that are taking place. As
- 1:11:26Speaker 8: far as the ones that you've mentioned, there will be
- 1:11:29Speaker 8: money spent. I don't know because we don't get to vote,
- 1:11:31Speaker 8: you know, like in Ohio. So I don't get to
- 1:11:33Speaker 8: vote for the governor or Senate in Ohio. So I
- 1:11:35Speaker 8: don't really focus on that with being a local talk
- 1:11:37Speaker 8: show as much as say others would. I try to
- 1:11:40Speaker 8: keep things, you know, we get to vote for president,
- 1:11:43Speaker 8: which is clearly why I talk about Trump and J.D.
- 1:11:45Speaker 7: Vance and, you know, on the national level. But when
- 1:11:47Speaker 7: it comes to the.
- 1:11:47Speaker 8: State politics, I don't tend to dig into the minutia
- 1:11:51Speaker 8: that a Because once again, here to us in Texas,
- 1:11:54Speaker 8: it means something to us. But that being said, we
- 1:11:57Speaker 8: don't have any control over those races. So that's often
- 1:12:00Speaker 8: why you'll hear me not talk more about them. But
- 1:12:02Speaker 8: I do believe the Ohio race may be a little
- 1:12:05Speaker 8: bit more competitive.
- 1:12:06Speaker 7: We'll have to see.
- 1:12:07Speaker 8: But these are states that, you know, you see how
- 1:12:09Speaker 8: Ohio flips back and forth. We'll see as far as Ossoff.
- 1:12:13Speaker 8: he's got a lot of momentum right now. I think
- 1:12:15Speaker 8: he's sitting on a lot of money. So we'll just
- 1:12:17Speaker 8: have to wait and see kind of how that ends
- 1:12:19Speaker 8: up playing out and what sort of money the Republican
- 1:12:21Speaker 8: machine can actually pour into those races.
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: Now, real quick, you know, this year will mark the
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: 75th anniversary of I Love Lucy. And her kids are
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: lobbying CBS to do what they did at the 60th
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: anniversary of the series and rebroadcast the premiere. This is
- 1:12:39Speaker 3: also the 65th anniversary of the Shirley Boots series, Hazel. Man,
- 1:12:45Speaker 3: what a talent she was. She was one of the
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: first actresses to ever win the Golden Globe, the Oscar,
- 1:12:51Speaker 3: and the, what's the Broadway thing? I always forget, the
- 1:12:58Speaker 3: Tony Award for her talent. And this is also the
- 1:13:02Speaker 3: 50th anniversary of what's happening, and there's only two of
- 1:13:05Speaker 3: those guys left. Raj and Dwayne are the only ones
- 1:13:10Speaker 3: left because Daniel Spencer is. I'll give you a credit.
- 1:13:13Speaker 7: Dr.
- 1:13:13Speaker 3: Danielle Spencer passed away last year. You know, she had
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: a cancer that she went into remission, and then the
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: cancer returned. You know, you and I are in the
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: same age bracket. So, you know, I always like to
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: reflect when you allow me to, and I call you
- 1:13:32Speaker 3: on a Thursday, you know, because we can talk about
- 1:13:34Speaker 3: anything we want. And, you know, I love this, that
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: these shows have an anniversary and the apps are A
- 1:13:42Speaker 3: lot of the apps have these shows on. And Amazon Prime,
- 1:13:47Speaker 3: to me, has become like when we had VHF and
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: UHF television because there's so much content there. And while
- 1:13:54Speaker 3: I don't have time, but when I feel nostalgic, my
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: wife and I, we like to sit back and we
- 1:13:59Speaker 3: like to laugh and we like to remember and we
- 1:14:01Speaker 3: like to reflect about our grandkids because we have six
- 1:14:04Speaker 3: and there's two more on the way, so we'll have eight.
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: And so, you know, we like to share with them
- 1:14:10Speaker 3: because our oldest, Michael, our oldest grandchild, Michael, is almost 10. So,
- 1:14:15Speaker 3: you know, we like to go back because you and
- 1:14:16Speaker 3: I had that time, you know, when we had the
- 1:14:19Speaker 3: antenna TV and, you know, we went from turning it
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: and when the knob would break off of it, you
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: used the pliers to the remote control and everybody thought
- 1:14:28Speaker 3: they were in high cotton, right? And so, you know,
- 1:14:31Speaker 3: I like to.
- 1:14:31Speaker 32: Go back and reflect.
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: And I have a 17-year-old. And, you know, well, he'll
- 1:14:36Speaker 3: be 18 this month. So, you know, I like to
- 1:14:39Speaker 3: go back and revisit all these things with him. And,
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: you know, he said, you know, some of them he
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: found boring, but some of them he found very interesting.
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: Like he's in the Alfred Hitchcock Presents because, you know,
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: that's not boring, that's mystery. And so, you know, it's
- 1:14:53Speaker 3: sort of like all in the family turned 55 this year.
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: And so, you know, I like to just take a breath,
- 1:15:01Speaker 3: take a step back from everything that that's chaotic in
- 1:15:04Speaker 3: this world. And, you know, I go back to, there's
- 1:15:06Speaker 3: no such thing as a quieter, lesser time. But, you know,
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: it's those times, you know, where television was television. It
- 1:15:13Speaker 3: was about making us laugh, making us cry, and make
- 1:15:15Speaker 3: us wait. And, you know, you don't get that anymore. So,
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: you know, that's why I like to wax on a
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: little bit when you allow me to and I get
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: to call you. And I thank you for allowing me
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: to do that today.
- 1:15:26Speaker 7: Well, you're right, Dr. Cruz.
- 1:15:27Speaker 8: You and I are from a similar generation, and things,
- 1:15:29Speaker 8: at least as far as television was concerned, was a
- 1:15:32Speaker 8: far simpler time. First of all, the ones you mentioned,
- 1:15:35Speaker 8: I grew up watching I Love Lucy, and even though
- 1:15:37Speaker 8: it was in reruns when I was watching it, I
- 1:15:39Speaker 8: was still watching it.
- 1:15:41Speaker 7: Hazel, I used to watch that show.
- 1:15:42Speaker 8: I had no idea that she had won those awards
- 1:15:45Speaker 8: that you were speaking of, so I didn't realize she
- 1:15:47Speaker 8: was that talented, which is amazing. What's happening, when that
- 1:15:51Speaker 8: show was on in the 70s, I loved it and
- 1:15:54Speaker 8: watched it, loved rerun, and Raj... And like I said,
- 1:15:57Speaker 8: I remember we lost Cheryl a few years ago. So,
- 1:16:00Speaker 8: I mean, I love those shows. And then you talk
- 1:16:03Speaker 8: about all the family. They're all gone. Well, I mean,
- 1:16:06Speaker 8: we lost, you know, Meathead here in the last year
- 1:16:09Speaker 8: because of his crazy son, which is terrible. But that
- 1:16:12Speaker 8: being said, going back and watching these shows, it brings
- 1:16:15Speaker 8: us back to a simpler time, a calmer time, if
- 1:16:17Speaker 8: you will. And it brings us back to when something
- 1:16:20Speaker 8: that you just so articulately, eloquently said, is that the
- 1:16:26Speaker 8: fact that these shows were done well. This is back
- 1:16:29Speaker 8: when Hollywood and when they did shows like Hazel and
- 1:16:32Speaker 8: All in the Family, everything wasn't PC. That didn't come
- 1:16:35Speaker 8: about yet. But everything was done so well and there
- 1:16:38Speaker 8: was always a message. And it was usually a good message,
- 1:16:41Speaker 8: which ended on a good. So that TV, I can
- 1:16:44Speaker 8: go back and watch those shows.
- 1:16:45Speaker 7: And I love them.
- 1:16:45Speaker 8: Just like we talked about the rifleman in the past.
- 1:16:48Speaker 8: I love that show. And I'll go back and watch
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: on some of these streaming channels. Just watch one episode
- 1:16:53Speaker 8: after another, just like I'll do with the old Twilight
- 1:16:56Speaker 8: Zone episodes. Occasionally there's like the X-Files from the 90s.
- 1:17:00Speaker 8: But those shows from the 60s, 70s. In the 80s,
- 1:17:04Speaker 8: we really don't have anything like that on television anymore
- 1:17:08Speaker 8: because not only has the medium changed, but those who
- 1:17:11Speaker 8: are in charge of it have changed. So we don't
- 1:17:13Speaker 8: get that messaging we used to get. And I've mentioned before,
- 1:17:16Speaker 8: and I know you've probably heard me, I'll watch the
- 1:17:18Speaker 8: K-dramas or the K-comedies because it's a throwback to like
- 1:17:21Speaker 8: our shows were back in the 80s. And I don't
- 1:17:24Speaker 8: hate the actors yet. They haven't politically offended me in
- 1:17:28Speaker 8: one way or another to where I don't like them,
- 1:17:30Speaker 8: so I can't enjoy what they're actually doing.
- 1:17:33Speaker 29: But I love when you go back and reminisce. Hey,
- 1:17:35Speaker 29: can I ask you one more question?
- 1:17:37Speaker 14: Sure, go ahead.
- 1:17:37Speaker 3: Are you over? Okay, real quick. You know Shelly Fabareus
- 1:17:41Speaker 3: passed away too, right?
- 1:17:42Speaker 7: Yeah, she just passed away. It was a week or
- 1:17:44Speaker 7: so ago, so yeah.
- 1:17:45Speaker 3: No, no, it's been two weeks now. You know, she
- 1:17:48Speaker 3: did the song Johnny Angel. She was in the Donna
- 1:17:52Speaker 3: Reed show. And she didn't get much credit for it.
- 1:17:55Speaker 34: But, you know, if you go.
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: Back and watch those episodes, she was a hell of
- 1:17:59Speaker 3: a sidekick for Craig T. Nelson when he played coach.
- 1:18:03Speaker 29: I just saw a couple of.
- 1:18:05Speaker 3: Those the other night, and they're real funny. Thank you, Chris.
- 1:18:09Speaker 7: Well, thank you, Dr.
- 1:18:09Speaker 11: Chris.
- 1:18:10Speaker 8: I always appreciate your phone calls because, like I said,
- 1:18:12Speaker 8: you do have a great history, especially of the history
- 1:18:15Speaker 8: of television, which there is some really good value in
- 1:18:18Speaker 8: those shows that you talk about.
- 1:18:19Speaker 7: You mentioned Coach. I loved Coach. I loved Dauber.
- 1:18:22Speaker 8: Dauber was hilarious on that show, but the Coach Craig T.
- 1:18:25Speaker 8: Nelson was fantastic. I've heard he's a good conservative, too,
- 1:18:28Speaker 8: which makes me like him even more. But these people
- 1:18:30Speaker 8: are very old now. But you go back and watch
- 1:18:32Speaker 8: those shows. I like the original Cheers. I love Frasier.
- 1:18:35Speaker 8: Frasier was a spinoff of Cheers. So you go look
- 1:18:38Speaker 8: at these shows and the way they were and the
- 1:18:40Speaker 8: way they were done, the way they were written was
- 1:18:41Speaker 8: a lot better. The way they were filmed was a
- 1:18:43Speaker 8: lot better. And the technology wasn't anything close to what
- 1:18:46Speaker 8: it is today.
- 1:18:47Speaker 7: So it's a very different world. We've got... it's that
- 1:18:50Speaker 7: old adage.
- 1:18:50Speaker 8: Now we've got all the technology in the world. And
- 1:18:52Speaker 8: then people are going and making these AI things. And
- 1:18:55Speaker 8: it just it doesn't have that human element. AI music
- 1:18:59Speaker 8: doesn't have that human feel to it. So it doesn't
- 1:19:02Speaker 8: work as well. I remember when I recorded a CD
- 1:19:05Speaker 8: with a buddy of mine, you know, when we got
- 1:19:07Speaker 8: out of college, we recorded a CD, just him and
- 1:19:10Speaker 8: I put it together. We recorded it in a little,
- 1:19:12Speaker 8: literally in a barn out in Wharton, Texas by a
- 1:19:14Speaker 8: guy who built a studio.
- 1:19:15Speaker 7: In his barn. And it was funny.
- 1:19:17Speaker 8: One of the things that we did, we used a
- 1:19:18Speaker 8: drum machine on some stuff. And then of course we
- 1:19:20Speaker 8: all played. So it still had the human feel, but
- 1:19:22Speaker 8: there was less, there was, like I said, there wasn't
- 1:19:25Speaker 8: the quite the dynamics that the older stuff had. And
- 1:19:28Speaker 8: the same goes for, these films and these television shows,
- 1:19:32Speaker 8: which is why, like I said, every now and then
- 1:19:34Speaker 8: I do the same thing, Dr.
- 1:19:34Speaker 24: Chris.
- 1:19:35Speaker 8: I'll watch those shows. I haven't watched Hazel in a
- 1:19:37Speaker 8: very long time or, you know, All in the Family,
- 1:19:40Speaker 8: but these are great shows. And you watch, I go
- 1:19:43Speaker 8: back and look, Archie Bunker, Carol O'Connor. That guy, what
- 1:19:46Speaker 8: an amazing actor, because you believed he was Archie Bunker.
- 1:19:49Speaker 8: And Edith, you believed that was Edith. And Meathead, you
- 1:19:52Speaker 8: believed he was a meathead. Turns out he was a
- 1:19:54Speaker 8: bit of a meathead.
- 1:19:56Speaker 7: But then, of course, the.
- 1:19:56Speaker 8: Daughter, and then you mentioned Shelly Fabers. She was incredible
- 1:20:01Speaker 8: a little bit before my time. But still, I remember
- 1:20:04Speaker 8: her on those shows.
- 1:20:06Speaker 7: Amazing.
- 1:20:07Speaker 8: These people were all extremely talented. And what's funny, that's
- 1:20:10Speaker 8: what I've seen about the K stuff. The K-pop stars,
- 1:20:13Speaker 8: they're all triple threats now. They can sing, they can dance,
- 1:20:16Speaker 8: and they can act. And that's why Korea is sort
- 1:20:20Speaker 8: of going through its 80s. you know, medium that we
- 1:20:23Speaker 8: were going through. Anyway, okay, so we're way over, but
- 1:20:26Speaker 8: thank you for the call. Always good to reminisce and
- 1:20:28Speaker 8: good to hear from you, and I'm glad you brought
- 1:20:29Speaker 8: up some of those other races as well. This is
- 1:20:32Speaker 8: our Friday show on Thursday. This means we'll talk about
- 1:20:35Speaker 8: whatever is on your mind.
- 1:20:36Speaker 34: 281-558-KSCB, 281-558-5738.
- 1:20:36Speaker 7: Always good to hear from Dr.
- 1:20:38Speaker 10: Chris.
- 1:20:43Speaker 7: I know, like I said, you're a much smarter guy
- 1:20:45Speaker 7: than I am.
- 1:20:46Speaker 8: And your knowledge of 60s, 70s, and 80s television is
- 1:20:51Speaker 8: vastly superior to mine.
- 1:20:53Speaker 7: I watched all the shows. I'm there with you.
- 1:20:55Speaker 8: But, boy, you know so much more. But I had
- 1:20:57Speaker 8: no idea Hazel was such an acclaimed actress.
- 1:21:01Speaker 7: But I believe it. Because on that show, on that
- 1:21:03Speaker 7: television series, she was Hazel.
- 1:21:07Speaker 8: That's not an easy feat to get people to buy
- 1:21:09Speaker 8: into characters that you play that well. That's why people
- 1:21:13Speaker 8: often get, you know, typecast when they're really good actors.
- 1:21:17Speaker 7: All right, let's take a break. We'll take more of
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: your calls as the program goes on. When we come back,
- 1:21:20Speaker 7: maybe we're going to do some Chris Hex files. You're
- 1:21:22Speaker 7: listening to Chris Hex Radio. Don't you go anywhere. Got
- 1:21:24Speaker 7: some interesting stuff we'll get to on the other side.

- 1:24:34Speaker 2: And now, back to Chris X Radio. Chris X Radio.
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: On The Voice of Texas.
- 1:24:52Speaker 7: Boy, we do need a memory. I'm sorry, a remedy
- 1:24:55Speaker 7: for today. Get back to some of those memories.
- 1:24:58Speaker 8: When those simpler times, I know you can never truly
- 1:25:00Speaker 8: go back to the simpler times, but boy, it's great
- 1:25:03Speaker 8: being able to go back and revisit them, whether it's
- 1:25:05Speaker 8: on television or, and that's the great, once again, it's hilarious.
- 1:25:09Speaker 8: Once I learned to cut the cable, which I did
- 1:25:12Speaker 8: the cable television and started going with the smart TVs
- 1:25:15Speaker 8: with the apps or the fire sticks, you can get
- 1:25:16Speaker 8: those and started realize that, man, I.
- 1:25:19Speaker 7: Have thousands and thousands and thousands.
- 1:25:22Speaker 8: Of channels that are HD with great shows that, This

- 1:25:29Speaker 7: It's so much better.
- 1:25:30Speaker 8: And that's, like I said, so I really, like I said,
- 1:25:33Speaker 8: I really agree. And I always love when I hear
- 1:25:34Speaker 8: from Dr.
- 1:25:35Speaker 7: Chris.
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: Always a great call. All right, welcome back to Chris
- 1:25:37Speaker 8: X Radio. I'm the aforementioned X-Man. I think it's time
- 1:25:40Speaker 8: we step into the world of the weird, maybe the
- 1:25:42Speaker 8: world of the wacky, but also sometimes the world of
- 1:25:45Speaker 8: the unexplained. I think it's time we check in with
- 1:25:47Speaker 8: the Chris X-Files. And, you know, I hate when I
- 1:25:55Speaker 8: click on the wrong bit. That's just the Chris X Files. Here,
- 1:25:57Speaker 8: we're going to go to the right one. Mark Allen
- 1:25:59Speaker 8: would be so upset.
- 1:26:01Speaker 37: Imagine a place in the darkest corners of your mind.
- 1:26:04Speaker 37: There's a man sitting there with a microphone. His name
- 1:26:08Speaker 37: is Chris X. Now grab your tinfoil hats and take
- 1:26:13Speaker 37: a journey with him into the Chris X Files.
- 1:26:21Speaker 8: All right, from the Chris X-Files. This is from an
- 1:26:24Speaker 8: article over at intelligentfly.news. End-of-life visions, what can happen before
- 1:26:30Speaker 8: you die? The dead come back to visit, and dementia
- 1:26:34Speaker 8: patients suddenly come back. This is an interesting article, so
- 1:26:38Speaker 8: I wanted to make sure that I covered this. I
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: touched on it yesterday. There are some things human beings
- 1:26:43Speaker 8: have been reporting for so long that eventually science has
- 1:26:46Speaker 8: to stop rolling its eyes and at least ask what
- 1:26:48Speaker 8: the hell's going on. In the final stretch of life,
- 1:26:52Speaker 8: around the final three days or so, quite a few
- 1:26:54Speaker 8: of us are starting to talk to people that nobody
- 1:26:57Speaker 8: else can see.
- 1:26:59Speaker 7: It's not a random people either. It's not just random people.
- 1:27:02Speaker 8: Maybe it's a mother who died 30 years ago or
- 1:27:04Speaker 8: a husband who went first or a childhood friend or
- 1:27:08Speaker 8: maybe even a beloved grandparent. And most of the time,
- 1:27:11Speaker 8: the dying person doesn't seem frightened or.
- 1:27:14Speaker 7: Confused by any of it. In fact, it's quite the opposite, actually.
- 1:27:18Speaker 8: They may recognize whoever they're seeing right off the bat,
- 1:27:21Speaker 8: speak with them like it's no big deal, and then
- 1:27:23Speaker 8: come away from the experience totally relaxed and comforted. Then
- 1:27:27Speaker 8: there's another strange phenomenon that scientists are seeing that are
- 1:27:30Speaker 8: happening with the dying. Some people with advanced dementia who
- 1:27:34Speaker 8: hasn't recognized her daughter in eons suddenly says her name.
- 1:27:38Speaker 8: It's like they snap back into reality, maybe just for
- 1:27:41Speaker 8: a few moments. All of a sudden, a person who's
- 1:27:44Speaker 8: barely spoken starts talking clear as day. Someone who seemed
- 1:27:49Speaker 8: completely gone suddenly looks, talks, and jokes or remembers like
- 1:27:53Speaker 8: the person their family thought they had lost. Sometimes it
- 1:27:56Speaker 8: lasts minutes, sometimes hours, and then they fade again. Hospice doctors,
- 1:28:03Speaker 8: dementia researchers, and neurologists and major medical institutions are now
- 1:28:07Speaker 8: studying these things because whatever they are, people keep reporting
- 1:28:10Speaker 8: them over and over and over again. And science doesn't
- 1:28:14Speaker 8: have a neat and tidy little answer for whatever this is.
- 1:28:18Speaker 8: The story goes that there's the three-day rule. About three
- 1:28:21Speaker 8: days before death when many people start seeing someone who
- 1:28:24Speaker 8: has already died and it goes way deeper from there.
- 1:28:27Speaker 8: The three-day countdown isn't settled science. There isn't some known
- 1:28:33Speaker 8: biological alarm buried deep in your skull that starts flashing
- 1:28:36Speaker 8: 72 hours remaining. End-of-life dreams and visions have been reported hours, days, weeks,
- 1:28:42Speaker 8: and even months before death. Now what research does suggest
- 1:28:46Speaker 8: is that it becomes more frequent as death gets closer,
- 1:28:49Speaker 8: particularly visions involving people that the patient loved and lost.
- 1:28:54Speaker 8: That brings us to Dr. Christopher Kerr. a hospice doctor
- 1:28:58Speaker 8: who asked one of the simple questions. He's a physician
- 1:29:01Speaker 8: and a neurobiologist who runs hospice and palliative care in Buffalo,
- 1:29:08Speaker 8: New York. Back in 2011, instead of just brushing off
- 1:29:13Speaker 8: what dying patients were describing as dreams, confusion, medication, or
- 1:29:18Speaker 8: somebody's grandmother getting mystical at the finish line, Kerr and
- 1:29:21Speaker 8: his colleagues started interviewing hospice patients about what their patients
- 1:29:25Speaker 8: were actually experiencing. Their 2014 study included 59 patients and
- 1:29:30Speaker 8: 453 interviews. 52 of those 59 patients, about 88%, reported
- 1:29:37Speaker 8: at least one dream or vision that they felt extremely
- 1:29:40Speaker 8: vivid and real. Patients dreamed or had visions involving both
- 1:29:46Speaker 8: living and dead loved ones, past experiences, travel, religious figures,
- 1:29:50Speaker 8: and pets. But as death got closer, visions involving the
- 1:29:55Speaker 8: deceased became more common and those tended to be among
- 1:29:58Speaker 8: the most comforting experiences the patients reported.
- 1:30:01Speaker 7: Kerr explained it this way.
- 1:30:04Speaker 8: Quote, as our study participants got closer to death, they
- 1:30:07Speaker 8: tended to focus on the people they have loved and lost.
- 1:30:10Speaker 8: That's way more interesting than just saying people dying hallucinate
- 1:30:15Speaker 8: because these experiences seem to have a theme. The people
- 1:30:18Speaker 8: who mattered come back and the dying person feels reassured.
- 1:30:23Speaker 8: And strangely often, somebody is getting ready to go somewhere.
- 1:30:26Speaker 8: And this is where it gets really interesting. Apparently, everybody
- 1:30:30Speaker 8: is packing. One of the most interesting details in research
- 1:30:33Speaker 8: is how often travel pops up. Patients talk about leaving,
- 1:30:36Speaker 8: preparing for a trip, waiting to be picked up, going somewhere,
- 1:30:40Speaker 8: or seeing somebody who seems to have arrived to accompany
- 1:30:42Speaker 8: them to go somewhere. The Hospice Foundation of America actually
- 1:30:47Speaker 8: includes this sort of thing in its information for families
- 1:30:50Speaker 8: about what may happen near death.
- 1:30:53Speaker 7: That's how often it happens.
- 1:30:55Speaker 8: The Hospice Foundation of America reports that they may talk
- 1:30:59Speaker 8: about trips or activities related to travel, such as packing
- 1:31:02Speaker 8: a suitcase or getting on a plane. Now, does that
- 1:31:05Speaker 8: mean Grandpa is waiting for an Uber in the afterlife?
- 1:31:08Speaker 7: No, science can't tell us that.
- 1:31:10Speaker 8: But apparently Grandpa talking about packing his bags isn't unusual.
- 1:31:15Speaker 8: A ton of people are packing for a similar trip.
- 1:31:18Speaker 8: And there's another important wrinkle here. Is it just delirium?
- 1:31:22Speaker 8: That's obviously one of the first explanations that people reach for.
- 1:31:26Speaker 8: The body is shutting down, medications are involved, oxygen levels
- 1:31:29Speaker 8: can change. Then there's infection, organ failure, dehydration, metabolic changes
- 1:31:35Speaker 8: that can affect the brain near death and can absolutely
- 1:31:37Speaker 8: produce confusion, delirium, or hallucinations. but Kerr's research tried specifically
- 1:31:45Speaker 8: to separate those patients from ones they were studying. Participants
- 1:31:48Speaker 8: were assessed for delirium. Patients were cognitively compromised in ways
- 1:31:53Speaker 8: suggesting delirium weren't included in the research. Kerr has described
- 1:32:00Speaker 8: the end-of-life experiences his team studies as much more organized,
- 1:32:04Speaker 8: personally meaningful, and clearly remembered than typical delirium. That doesn't
- 1:32:10Speaker 8: prove grandma actually saw grandpa, but it does mean simply
- 1:32:13Speaker 8: waving all this away as a dying brain goes bonkers
- 1:32:16Speaker 8: doesn't fully explain what is happening. Then things got even
- 1:32:21Speaker 8: more interesting. Because sometimes the person doesn't see somebody else
- 1:32:26Speaker 8: come back.
- 1:32:27Speaker 7: It's actually them who returns.
- 1:32:29Speaker 8: When someone with dementia suddenly seems like themselves again, it's
- 1:32:34Speaker 8: called terminal lucidity. Or, if it's not clearly tied to
- 1:32:38Speaker 8: imminent death, it's called paradoxical lucidity. This is when someone
- 1:32:42Speaker 8: with severe neurological decline, particularly dementia, suddenly, totally out of nowhere,
- 1:32:47Speaker 8: regains abilities and awareness that seem to be gone. They
- 1:32:51Speaker 8: may recognize somebody or remember an old story, speak like normal,
- 1:32:54Speaker 8: ask for food, sing or crack jokes. Basically, for one
- 1:32:58Speaker 8: small amount of time, the person family remembers comes back
- 1:33:01Speaker 8: to life. The Cleveland Clinic reports terminal lucidity or the
- 1:33:05Speaker 8: surge is an unexpected episode of clarity and the energy
- 1:33:09Speaker 8: before death. It doesn't usually mean somebody's getting better. That's
- 1:33:14Speaker 8: what makes it so heartbreaking. Families can understandably see mom
- 1:33:18Speaker 8: sitting up, talking, eating, or recognizing everybody and think she's
- 1:33:22Speaker 8: suddenly turned a corner.
- 1:33:24Speaker 7: But it's usually not a corner. It's just a window.
- 1:33:28Speaker 8: The Cleveland Clinic says these episodes can last anywhere from
- 1:33:31Speaker 8: minutes to hours and often occur during the last days
- 1:33:34Speaker 8: or weeks of life. And researchers recently got a much
- 1:33:36Speaker 8: better look at how common these episodes are. 151 dementia patients,
- 1:33:40Speaker 8: 267 lucid episodes. A 2025 multi-site perspective study involving NYU, Langone,
- 1:33:51Speaker 8: VNS Health, and Bellevue followed people with moderate to severe
- 1:33:55Speaker 8: dementia by having caregivers document unexpected periods of mental clarity.
- 1:34:02Speaker 8: The researchers enrolled 151 patients. What happened shocked everybody. Of 151,093, 61.6
- 1:34:06Speaker 8: reported lucidity. I'm sorry, of 151, 93 reported lucidity, 61.6%,
- 1:34:20Speaker 8: with 267 distinctive events that were consistent with reality. That's
- 1:34:25Speaker 8: 93 out of 151. The events included appropriate awareness of
- 1:34:29Speaker 8: what was happening around them, old memories resurfacing, recovered abilities,
- 1:34:34Speaker 8: and nonverbal communications. It's important to note that these were
- 1:34:38Speaker 8: caregiver-reported events, not 267 moments caught on brain scanners proving
- 1:34:43Speaker 8: that damaged brain magically could rebuild itself. But 267 documented
- 1:34:49Speaker 8: episodes is still enough to make researchers very interested in
- 1:34:53Speaker 8: figuring out what is going on. Because if a person
- 1:34:56Speaker 8: appears to have lost certain memories or abilities and then
- 1:34:58Speaker 8: suddenly gets them back again, even for a few minutes,
- 1:35:01Speaker 8: raises one hell of a question.
- 1:35:04Speaker 7: Where were they?
- 1:35:06Speaker 8: And this is where the brain gets seriously weird. You've
- 1:35:08Speaker 8: probably heard the idea that the brain simply shuts down
- 1:35:10Speaker 8: as oxygen disappears. Turns out, at least in a few
- 1:35:13Speaker 8: dying brain scientists have actually been able to monitor things
- 1:35:18Speaker 8: that may not be that quite cut and dry. In 2023,
- 1:35:21Speaker 8: a Michigan study researchers examined EEG recordings from four comatose
- 1:35:27Speaker 8: patients who had died after cardiac arrest while being monitored.
- 1:35:31Speaker 8: After their ventilator was removed, two of the four showed
- 1:35:34Speaker 8: a rapid surge in gamma wave activity, including activity in
- 1:35:38Speaker 8: part of the brain researchers associate with conscious processing, dreaming,
- 1:35:43Speaker 8: visual experiences, and other complex brain functions. Four patients is
- 1:35:48Speaker 8: a really small study, but none of them survived to
- 1:35:50Speaker 8: tell researchers whether they really experienced anything at all. Now,
- 1:35:54Speaker 8: burst of brain activity isn't necessarily proof of conscience or
- 1:35:57Speaker 8: proof that the dead, you know, Aunt Betty was standing
- 1:36:00Speaker 8: next to the bed chit-chatting with them. But researchers described
- 1:36:03Speaker 8: that findings are intriguing as very early evidence. But it
- 1:36:08Speaker 8: does make an old picture of the dying brain simply
- 1:36:11Speaker 8: flickering and going quietly into the darkness a little more complicated.
- 1:36:15Speaker 8: And scientists now want to catch these lucid episodes while
- 1:36:19Speaker 8: the person is experiencing actually hooked up to machinery. So
- 1:36:23Speaker 8: now they're putting EEGs in people's homes. Sam Parnian, researchers
- 1:36:27Speaker 8: at NYU Langone, are conducting an NIH-backed project roughly involving
- 1:36:32Speaker 8: 500 terminally ill people with dementia whose life expectancy is
- 1:36:36Speaker 8: less than a week or a week. Instead of hoping
- 1:36:39Speaker 8: somebody happens to be in a hospital EEG lab where
- 1:36:43Speaker 8: that suddenly appears, They're bringing the equipment to the patients.
- 1:36:47Speaker 8: Research plan to use the in-home EEG to record electrical
- 1:36:50Speaker 8: brain activity along with the audio and video while caregivers
- 1:36:54Speaker 8: document that looks like the episode of lucidity. In fact,
- 1:36:58Speaker 8: NYU Langone reports, how do you have lucidity at a
- 1:37:01Speaker 8: time when the brain is assumed to not be functioning?
- 1:37:05Speaker 8: The researchers want to know whether anything measurable changes in
- 1:37:08Speaker 8: the brain before or during or after these moments. For one,
- 1:37:12Speaker 8: science may actually be sitting with cameras rolling while grandma
- 1:37:15Speaker 8: suddenly recognizes everyone again. So what happens the days before
- 1:37:19Speaker 8: you die?
- 1:37:20Speaker 7: Maybe nothing.
- 1:37:21Speaker 8: There's no universal three-day rule. Some people have end-of-life dreams
- 1:37:25Speaker 8: weeks earlier. Some have them hours before death. Some never
- 1:37:29Speaker 8: report one. Some experience lucidity.
- 1:37:31Speaker 7: Many do not.
- 1:37:32Speaker 8: The dying process varies enormously from person to person.
- 1:37:36Speaker 7: It's personal.
- 1:37:38Speaker 8: Dying people really do report remarkably vivid dreams and visions.
- 1:37:42Speaker 8: Deceased loved ones showing up with surprising frequency and travel
- 1:37:46Speaker 8: and departure are recurring themes.
- 1:37:48Speaker 7: Some people with severe dementia.
- 1:37:50Speaker 8: unexpectedly regain flashes of memory, recognition, and personality, and scientists
- 1:37:55Speaker 8: still don't fully understand why. Maybe someday there will be
- 1:37:58Speaker 8: a clean neurological explanation of it all, but for now,
- 1:38:01Speaker 8: science is doing the only useful thing it can do.
- 1:38:04Speaker 7: It's finally paying attention.
- 1:38:06Speaker 8: Maybe the strangest thing about dying is that just before
- 1:38:09Speaker 8: the mind goes quiet, love sometimes gets the last word.
- 1:38:12Speaker 8: There's a very interesting article published And I've experienced, well,
- 1:38:16Speaker 8: I didn't experience it, but I was told with my
- 1:38:19Speaker 8: uncle passing away recently, he had dementia. All of these
- 1:38:23Speaker 8: things occurred with him. He's a perfect example. And I've
- 1:38:27Speaker 8: heard this with other people that I've known. It's from intelligentfly.news,
- 1:38:32Speaker 8: end of life visions, what can happen to you before
- 1:38:34Speaker 8: you die. All right, there's your Chris X-Files for the day.
- 1:38:36Speaker 7: We're way over. Let's go and take a break. We'll
- 1:38:38Speaker 7: come back.
- 1:38:38Speaker 8: If you want to get in, I'm so over now.
- 1:38:40Speaker 8: We'll try to get a phone call or two in
- 1:38:42Speaker 8: here before we run out of time. But, uh, That
- 1:38:46Speaker 8: article was just, it's fascinating. One, I'm glad scientists are
- 1:38:49Speaker 8: now studying this. I'll just finish this with, to quote
- 1:38:54Speaker 8: the great Prince Rogers Nelson, there's something else, the afterlife.
- 1:39:04Speaker 7: All right, 281-558-KSEV.
- 1:39:05Speaker 8: You're listening to Chris X Radio.
- 1:39:07Speaker 7: We'll be right back. Don't you go anywhere.
- 1:39:15Speaker 2: Chris X Radio.
- 1:39:20Speaker 38: After a hard rain, you can see them. The water
- 1:39:23Speaker 38: stains on the ceiling are the dripping water from a
- 1:39:25Speaker 38: recessed light. Now you start to get nervous because you
- 1:39:29Speaker 38: know leaks can cause big problems.
- 1:39:32Speaker 23: Once the water enters the structure, the trouble starts. Water
- 1:39:35Speaker 23: weakens rafters and beams over time. It soaks through drywall
- 1:39:38Speaker 23: and damages the insulation in your home.
- 1:39:41Speaker 38: And Roland, don't forget about mold. It grows fast in
- 1:39:44Speaker 38: our humidity and causes all kinds of health problems.
- 1:39:48Speaker 23: I'd really hate to see you spend thousands on expensive
- 1:39:50Speaker 23: structural or drywall repairs or mold removal projects, especially when
- 1:39:55Speaker 23: we can fix those leaks quickly at Tejas Roofing.

- 1:40:20Speaker 7: And now for the bonus round.
- 1:40:22Speaker 2: Who imposes property taxes? State government. Nice try, but no.
- 1:40:29Speaker 21: Local governments.
- 1:40:31Speaker 2: Correct. And we have a winner.
- 1:40:34Speaker 17: Here's Governor Greg Abbott on his plan to control property taxes.
- 1:40:38Speaker 27: The state of Texas does not impose a property tax.
- 1:40:41Speaker 27: Only local governments impose property taxes. One of the reasons
- 1:40:45Speaker 27: why your property taxes are going up is because local
- 1:40:47Speaker 27: governments are increasing their spending. So the first thing we
- 1:40:51Speaker 27: got to do is to stop the spending that leads.
- 1:40:55Speaker 7: To property tax increases.
- 1:40:57Speaker 27: You should have a say on whether or not your
- 1:40:59Speaker 27: property taxes go up. It should be a vote that
- 1:41:01Speaker 27: requires two-thirds vote before any property tax increase can ever
- 1:41:06Speaker 27: be imposed on our fellow Texans. You're going to be
- 1:41:08Speaker 27: able to live in your home for the rest of
- 1:41:10Speaker 27: your lives without being priced out of it.
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: Protecting homeowners. Lowering property taxes. That's Governor Greg Abbott.
- 1:41:17Speaker 27: Political ad paid for by Texans for Greg Abbott.
- 1:41:21Speaker 31: The best in financial talk and more. Money Matters, every

- 1:41:33Speaker 21: Sprained wrist, ankle twist, broken thumb, can't make a fist,
- 1:41:36Speaker 21: busted knee, surgery. That patch of ice you didn't see.
- 1:41:40Speaker 34: Where pain starts, Jernavix Suzetrogene begins. Jernavix is a non-opioid
- 1:41:45Speaker 34: 50 milligram prescription tablet for adults with moderate to severe
- 1:41:48Speaker 34: acute pain that reduces pain signals before they reach the brain.
- 1:41:51Speaker 21: Tendon tear, nose repair, tripping on that broken stair, dislocation, operation,
- 1:41:57Speaker 21: moped crash while on vacation.
- 1:41:59Speaker 34: Do not take Gernavix with CYP3A inhibitors. Avoid use with
- 1:42:03Speaker 34: grapefruit or liver problems as these may increase side effects.

- 1:42:15Speaker 34: and elevated muscle enzymes.
- 1:42:17Speaker 21: Joint displacement, knee replacement, fell on marbles in the basement,

- 1:42:33Speaker 2: Fake news hates us. Fake news hates us. Chris X Radio.
- 1:42:37Speaker 7: Chris X Radio.
- 1:42:50Speaker 8: You know, I occasionally rage against the machine. I used
- 1:42:55Speaker 8: to love rage against the machine and now they're rage
- 1:42:57Speaker 8: for the machine.
- 1:42:57Speaker 7: So I was for that. I hope you enjoyed those
- 1:43:02Speaker 7: Chris X files.
- 1:43:02Speaker 8: That was a really long one, much longer than normal.
- 1:43:05Speaker 8: But since we just sort of went through this with
- 1:43:06Speaker 8: my uncle who had dementia, who passed away, literally he saw,
- 1:43:10Speaker 8: you know, my dad, his brother spoke to him. My cousin,
- 1:43:13Speaker 8: you know, she was, she was there and talked to
- 1:43:15Speaker 8: him after he, and then his sister and he had
- 1:43:18Speaker 8: moments of clarity and, And I've heard this in other cases,
- 1:43:21Speaker 8: other people who've had loved ones shortly before their loved
- 1:43:24Speaker 8: ones pass.
- 1:43:26Speaker 7: My cousin was.
- 1:43:26Speaker 8: Also telling me at one point, he was seeing a
- 1:43:29Speaker 8: light that was on him and something, he was holding something.
- 1:43:32Speaker 7: And he kept trying to give it to her. And
- 1:43:35Speaker 7: it just... These are things we can't explain. Anyway, it's fascinating.
- 1:43:39Speaker 8: Welcome back to Chris X Radio. Once again, we're almost
- 1:43:41Speaker 8: out of time. I went so long with that last segment.
- 1:43:44Speaker 8: I've got very little time in this one. Then we'll
- 1:43:45Speaker 8: come back and wrap things up. But it's been one
- 1:43:48Speaker 8: year since a radical Democrat murdered Charlie Kirk and a
- 1:43:51Speaker 8: Republican study committee members are commemorating the first memorial of
- 1:43:57Speaker 8: Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk's assassination. It was clearly
- 1:44:01Speaker 8: a political assassination. And reflecting on the influence on young
- 1:44:05Speaker 8: Americans that the conservative movement, political debate.
- 1:44:09Speaker 7: And faith one year after his death. Charlie was very
- 1:44:12Speaker 7: much a Christian. He was conservative.
- 1:44:14Speaker 8: He, believe it or not, was not what they painted
- 1:44:16Speaker 8: him out as. He wasn't a hateful individual. He believed
- 1:44:19Speaker 8: in talking to anyone and he let people say, have
- 1:44:22Speaker 8: their say. And then they got really furious at him
- 1:44:24Speaker 8: and projected their anger onto him when they couldn't debate
- 1:44:28Speaker 8: because their arguments were also, you know, surrounded with emotion
- 1:44:32Speaker 8: and misinformation. And whenever he went through, he used facts
- 1:44:36Speaker 8: and logic and he knew the Bible better than they did.
- 1:44:40Speaker 8: He was a 31-year-old husband and father of two, and
- 1:44:43Speaker 8: he was addressing an audience of around 3,000 people and
- 1:44:47Speaker 8: discussing gun violence with a student when he was shot
- 1:44:51Speaker 8: and killed.
- 1:44:51Speaker 7: Now, the trial is on under the kid who most.
- 1:44:55Speaker 8: Likely shot and killed. Basically, he's already admitted to it.
- 1:44:57Speaker 8: They found the rifle. They found everything with it. So, basically,
- 1:45:03Speaker 8: the trial should be a slam dunk, should be over
- 1:45:06Speaker 8: relatively quickly, but his wife and.
- 1:45:10Speaker 7: Some others are there. We've had these.
- 1:45:11Speaker 8: I was mentioning the podcast to stand folks, people like
- 1:45:16Speaker 8: she's such a disgusting individual. Candace Owens somehow trying to
- 1:45:22Speaker 8: link his wife to the murder, which is just because
- 1:45:25Speaker 8: she took over turning point. And this is where the
- 1:45:27Speaker 8: podcast world gets really weird. And there's been a rift
- 1:45:31Speaker 8: in that dimension since that happened. And I think this
- 1:45:34Speaker 8: is where, unfortunately, these political assassinations have been effective because
- 1:45:39Speaker 8: it split up the conservative movement to a certain degree.
- 1:45:43Speaker 7: Now there's a lot of infighting.
- 1:45:44Speaker 8: Now there's more infighting on the left with the Democrat
- 1:45:46Speaker 8: Socialists of America, you know, taken over in many ways.
- 1:45:51Speaker 8: So that's what makes this election a really strange election.
- 1:45:54Speaker 8: But it also makes it a weird situation because the left...
- 1:45:58Speaker 8: who has had a penchant for political violence over the years,
- 1:46:01Speaker 8: has now changed the targets of their violence. You know,
- 1:46:05Speaker 8: when they were forming the Ku Klux Klan to go
- 1:46:07Speaker 8: after African Americans and black people in our country and
- 1:46:11Speaker 8: voting against civil rights, they've simply changed the target. Now
- 1:46:16Speaker 8: they go after conservatives, Republicans, Christians, and political violence has
- 1:46:22Speaker 8: been the name of the day. And we're talking they
- 1:46:25Speaker 8: will murder you. Ask House Majority Leader Steve Scalise when
- 1:46:29Speaker 8: a crazed Bernie supporter tried to murder him and other
- 1:46:32Speaker 8: Republicans when they were simply practicing baseball for the congressional
- 1:46:35Speaker 8: baseball game on a field. And he got shot in
- 1:46:38Speaker 8: the hip and almost died. This is why we need
- 1:46:43Speaker 8: Secret Service. This is why they need security. Because there
- 1:46:46Speaker 8: are crazy people that will murder you for disagreeing with them.
- 1:46:50Speaker 8: And you can't agree with them because they're crazy.
- 1:46:55Speaker 7: Are they criminally insane?
- 1:46:57Speaker 8: No, they know what they're doing. They're just insane. All right,
- 1:47:00Speaker 8: let's take a break. We'll come back, wrap up today's show.
- 1:47:02Speaker 8: You're listening to Chris X Radio. I can't believe it's
- 1:47:04Speaker 8: been one year since Charlie Kirk was murdered. And the
- 1:47:09Speaker 8: whole situation still bothers me because of the rift that
- 1:47:11Speaker 8: occurred after, which makes no sense to me unless you
- 1:47:15Speaker 8: live in Podcastistan, which is just another bizarre place that
- 1:47:19Speaker 8: is not the real world, but it manipulates real people.
- 1:47:24Speaker 7: All right, 281-558-KCB. I'm Chris X. Let's come back. We'll
- 1:47:27Speaker 7: wrap up our Friday show on Thursday. Send John your

- 1:48:17Speaker 16: all the scary stuff we've been through it's still true
- 1:48:19Speaker 16: that timing is everything and the time to buy is now.
- 1:48:23Speaker 16: But don't go looking without a solid pre-approval in hand.
- 1:48:26Speaker 16: And this includes an application and a detailed discussion about
- 1:48:29Speaker 16: property taxes. If you didn't have the talk, You know,
- 1:48:33Speaker 16: about property taxes, you really don't know what you're pre-approved for.
- 1:48:36Speaker 16: That should make you wonder what else they may have
- 1:48:38Speaker 16: left out. Mortgages are personal. Let's face it, we're dealing
- 1:48:42Speaker 16: with your home and your money, and it doesn't get
- 1:48:44Speaker 16: much more personal than that. When it's the largest transaction
- 1:48:47Speaker 16: that most people will ever be involved in, imagine having
- 1:48:50Speaker 16: someone on your side looking out after you. What a concept.

- 1:49:45Speaker 2: And now, back to Chris X Radio. Chris X Radio.
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: On the voice of Texas.
- 1:50:06Speaker 8: Welcome back to Chris X Radio. You've reached the final
- 1:50:08Speaker 8: segment of the week. That's right, we're done already. I
- 1:50:11Speaker 8: know it was a short week. because of the Labor
- 1:50:14Speaker 8: Day holiday on Monday. So it was a short week
- 1:50:15Speaker 8: we got here while we get here before everybody else.
- 1:50:19Speaker 8: Even the Labor Day holiday couldn't stop us from moving
- 1:50:21Speaker 8: our Friday show to Thursday. So you guys have been
- 1:50:24Speaker 8: good today. We had an interesting show. The weather's still
- 1:50:26Speaker 8: a little squirrely out there. So if you're out there on.
- 1:50:29Speaker 7: The roads, be careful.
- 1:50:31Speaker 8: I want you to be safe so that way when
- 1:50:34Speaker 8: you're driving. I know our signal has gotten better, and
- 1:50:36Speaker 8: I think it's still going to even get a little
- 1:50:37Speaker 8: bit better. Our signal got better with our engineer on vacation.
- 1:50:42Speaker 8: I can't explain that one. But they've been working on it.
- 1:50:47Speaker 8: So it just so happens the approval came through, I guess,
- 1:50:50Speaker 8: and we got a little bit better signal.
- 1:50:51Speaker 7: I've noticed it's a lot better in my area. I'm
- 1:50:54Speaker 7: over in the Cypress area.
- 1:50:56Speaker 8: Man, even the nighttime signal is good, and I noticed
- 1:50:58Speaker 8: it's a lot better than it was. I know in
- 1:51:00Speaker 8: certain areas of time, it drops down for power, so
- 1:51:03Speaker 8: the nighttime signal isn't quite as good. But ours, man,
- 1:51:07Speaker 8: in the last week, it jumped up drastically in my area.
- 1:51:10Speaker 7: It comes in very well. But we're still constantly working
- 1:51:13Speaker 7: on our signal.
- 1:51:14Speaker 8: Of course, don't forget, wherever you don't get our show
- 1:51:17Speaker 8: very well on AM700 KSCV, you can always download our app,
- 1:51:22Speaker 8: the app on either iPhone or Android. So you can
- 1:51:26Speaker 8: go to the Play Store or the Google Store, the
- 1:51:27Speaker 8: App Store, download it. Our app is fantastic. You can
- 1:51:30Speaker 8: listen to the show there.
- 1:51:32Speaker 7: You can go in.
- 1:51:32Speaker 8: You can watch the video. It'll take straight to YouTube
- 1:51:34Speaker 8: to watch the video. We now stream the video on
- 1:51:37Speaker 8: YouTube and Rumble. We stream it on Facebook and TwitterX.
- 1:51:43Speaker 8: You'll notice I've been playing with the lighting. I got
- 1:51:45Speaker 8: a new webcam. I had to get a new camera.
- 1:51:48Speaker 8: The other one was good, but it's amazing how outdated
- 1:51:51Speaker 8: it was in just a couple years. So I got
- 1:51:53Speaker 8: a new cam, and it's got those built-in light filters. So, like,
- 1:51:56Speaker 8: the first show with it, I was like, man, I
- 1:51:57Speaker 8: was all washed out. And then I did one that
- 1:51:59Speaker 8: looked like it had a shadow. But now I think
- 1:52:01Speaker 8: we got it worked out. Lukash, how's the lighting looking?
- 1:52:03Speaker 8: Are we looking okay on the video?
- 1:52:05Speaker 7: Looking great. All right. It's almost as though we pay
- 1:52:09Speaker 7: him to say that. Maybe I did.
- 1:52:13Speaker 8: But it looks a lot better, so you can actually
- 1:52:14Speaker 8: watch the show. And you can see my crazy patriotic shirt.
- 1:52:17Speaker 8: I've got my Stars and Stripes shirt on today, which
- 1:52:19Speaker 8: is probably my favorite of the America 250 shirts I bought.
- 1:52:23Speaker 7: This was one of them I bought.
- 1:52:25Speaker 8: I love these shirts. They look hilarious. But it's also
- 1:52:28Speaker 8: very bright, so it kind of brightens up the shot, too.
- 1:52:30Speaker 8: And then I'm, of course, live in Studio X, which
- 1:52:33Speaker 8: nobody else has a Studio X.
- 1:52:35Speaker 7: I do like Wayne E.D. 's studio, which is his office.
- 1:52:38Speaker 8: It's very dark, like the walls are black, and he's got, like,
- 1:52:41Speaker 8: Marlon Brando on the wall.
- 1:52:44Speaker 7: So I really like his office.
- 1:52:45Speaker 8: They're still working on it, getting things lined up with him.
- 1:52:49Speaker 7: But I really enjoy Wayne E.D. 's new studio.
- 1:52:51Speaker 8: So you guys make a point to tune in to
- 1:52:53Speaker 8: our morning show with Craigermags and Wayne E.D.
- 1:52:57Speaker 7: They start calling themselves the mob guys. Come on. That's
- 1:53:01Speaker 7: who Wayne E.D. goes after is the mob guys.
- 1:53:04Speaker 8: Whether it's the politically elected mob or people that are
- 1:53:07Speaker 8: just jacking other people around. Wayne E.D. is a mob guy.
- 1:53:14Speaker 8: He's one breaking up the mob. But anyway, I always
- 1:53:17Speaker 8: enjoy Wayne E.D.
- 1:53:18Speaker 7: When he filled in. I'm glad he's on board now.
- 1:53:20Speaker 7: So you guys tune in to that. But we're done
- 1:53:22Speaker 7: for the week. We're out of here.
- 1:53:23Speaker 8: The Amigos take over tomorrow from 4 to 6. Make
- 1:53:25Speaker 8: an appointment to tune in every Friday for the Amigos.
- 1:53:28Speaker 7: And God willing, we'll see you on Monday. Have a
- 1:53:30Speaker 7: great weekend.
