🚨 SILVER and GOLD Investor! 🚨- THIS Will SHOCK You - (MASSIVE News Update for Gold & Silver Price) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:00
Massive news stories in the silver and gold market.
• 0:03
If you needed reasons to invest into silver and gold, we don't
• 0:08
just have one. We have multiple that we're
• 0:10
going to cover today. Thank you for being here.
• 0:12
Thank you for being part of the basement.
• 0:14
Let's get started by what I think is some just absolute
• 0:17
shocking, shocking news information regarding the silver
• 0:23
and gold price. This is a post from Solvnet hug.
• 0:26
Look at his username, my precious silver.
• 0:30
Get a load of this guys. The monkey business traders at
• 0:32
the Comax, right and the LBMA think it's a good idea that the
• 0:37
gold to silver ratio be at 88. OK.
• 0:41
The relationship between gold and silver in red price can be
• 0:46
tracked back thousands of years. We have that benefit as silver
• 0:51
and gold investors. We have thousands of years of
• 0:54
history, not a decade like some other crypto currencies, those
• 0:59
types of things. No, we have thousands, multiple
• 1:02
thousands of years. The gold to silver ratio.
• 1:05
For those of you who don't know and need a quick review, it's
• 1:07
early, it's the day after Thanksgiving.
• 1:10
You may have destroyed some brain cells yesterday.
• 1:12
The gold to silver ratio measures the number of Oz of
• 1:15
silver that you need to buy one ounce of gold.
• 1:18
You simply divide the current gold price by the current silver
• 1:22
price and that will give you the gold to silver ratio.
• 1:25
The gold to silver ratio for over 5000 years had been between
• 1:31
  1:00 to 1 and 15 to one 5000 years.
• 1:36
I did a little mathematics for you guys.
• 1:38
I based off a $2600 gold price, which we're going to check on
• 1:44
the gold and silver price here real soon.
• 1:45
But on a on a $2600 gold price, if you divide that by 15, which
• 1:51
is the higher end of that 5000 years of data, we would have a
• 1:55
silver price right now, today of $173 per oz.
• 2:04
I mean, it's crazy. I had to look you in the eye,
• 2:06
$173 per oz 5000 years history, not five years, not 50 years,
• 2:16
not 500. No, we're going to go one more
• 2:19
zero. We're going to go to 5000 years.
• 2:22
OK, now let's get back to this because it gets even crazier.
• 2:26
And then we're going to go check on the gold and silver price.
• 2:28
I promise you, we may even take a look at the US debt clock to
• 2:32
make sure that's not overheated as well in green.
• 2:36
There have been, there have even been times and places during
• 2:40
that 5000 years where silver has been valued over gold.
• 2:46
We don't need a calculator for that one.
• 2:48
That would mean the silver price would be above $2600 per oz
• 2:52
Orange. Then up until 1980, the ratio
• 2:56
was mostly 25 to one to 40 to one, except for World War One
• 3:00
and World War 2 periods. Then it jumped to the current 50
• 3:04
to one to 90 to one that we have now.
• 3:06
And we'll calculate the update when we go out the pin backs and
• 3:09
check on the gold and silver price.
• 3:11
But we've been in the 50 to one to 90 to one gold to silver
• 3:14
ratio for the last 30 years with the average of about 60 to one.
• 3:19
Let's do some quick math 2600 divided by 60.
• 3:23
If we had to say that would be $44.00 silver.
• 3:26
Isn't that what we're talking about for Christmas?
• 3:30
  Come on. Right.
• 3:31
It's the Christmas season here. Let's go, Silver traders.
• 3:34
Let's get that price up to $44.00 per oz.
• 3:38
Here we go. This is interesting.
• 3:40
The gold to silver ratio in the universe is 1 to one.
• 3:43
I didn't know that. You know, to me, that was
• 3:45
  shocking. I didn't realize there's only as
• 3:48
much gold and as silver in the universe.
• 3:51
Now, you know, how do they really know?
• 3:53
But you know, these scientists, because we all trust science,
• 3:57
must have figured that one out. The available gold to silver is
• 4:01
actually, they say below 1 to one mining might we hear this
• 4:06
all the time, is at a 7 to one ratio.
• 4:09
That means that for each one ounce of gold coming out of the
• 4:12
ground, there's only 7 oz being mined.
• 4:15
And it's so critical that we remember that of those 7 ounces
• 4:21
of silver, unlike gold, most of the silver is now being consumed
• 4:26
by industry. Solar panels, batteries, all
• 4:29
that stuff. You know, that whole story.
• 4:31
Price history for 5000 years, 1 to 15 to one.
• 4:35
Earth's crust, 19 to one in the comex, 88 to one.
• 4:39
And there's our friend the tinfoil hat monkey explaining it
• 4:45
all. That must be that must be from
• 4:48
one of the YouTube channels coming from the Comex or the
• 4:52
LBMA. That's what we're dealing with
• 4:54
right now, guys. That's the crazy messed up world
• 4:57
that we are living in. It doesn't make any sense.
• 5:00
Let's run out and take a a quick look and see what's going on at
• 5:03
the gold and silver price. If you looked yet this morning,
• 5:07
I OK, so we were, this is not updated.
• 5:11
We were at $2640 last time we were together basement dwellers
• 5:16
and checked silver was at $30.23.
• 5:20
We're getting this little gold triangle that would be the
• 5:23
Pembeck's magic button because as the years roll forward and we
• 5:27
continue to press this button, those numbers will only go
• 5:30
higher. And OK, gold's up $14.00, not
• 5:34
  bad. Silver up $0.38.
• 5:36
Now this morning when we woke up, those prices were much
• 5:39
higher. We'll talk about why they've
• 5:41
dropped here in one second. But I do want to say thank you
• 5:44
and mention to you also the channel sponsor Pimbex Pi MB EX
• 5:51
Fun to spell, even funner to save money.
• 5:55
When you buy gold, silver and platinum group metals, they
• 5:59
always have a great selection of products.
• 6:01
The same things that you're going to find the same exact
• 6:05
things on the other big online bullion dealer websites, but
• 6:11
you'll find something different at PMBEX.
• 6:13
  Their prices are ultra competitive.
• 6:16
Look, a lot of times when I buy from PMBEX, I'll save at least a
• 6:20
dollar, sometimes even $2.00 per oz per.
• 6:24
And I buy a lot of sovereign coins, the South African Kruger
• 6:27
ants or the, OR the, OR the UK Britannia as I bought and I'll
• 6:32
save one or two dollars, not total, but per coin.
• 6:36
So look, I'll never tell you what to do, but you may benefit.
• 6:40
And I know that a lot of the basement dweller community has
• 6:43
benefited because I've received overwhelmingly positive response
• 6:47
from checking out Pembex. Let's go, let's check on the,
• 6:52
let's do the, the updated gold to silver ratio.
• 6:55
I promised you that. So we're going to divide 2652
• 6:59
divided by $30.62. OK guys, here we go.
• 7:05
Here we go. Let me get you back on the
• 7:07
screen here. How's everybody doing this
• 7:09
morning? Hope you had a good Thanksgiving
• 7:12
86 to one. You just simply divide that gold
• 7:15
price by the silver price and that'll tell you that if you
• 7:18
want to get you want to trade these.
• 7:21
I don't know why anybody would, but to each their own, right?
• 7:25
I've made mistakes plenty in my life.
• 7:27
You can ask Susie, if you want to trade these, come on, focus
• 7:32
these American Silver Eagles for one ounce of gold.
• 7:36
You're going to need 86 of these.
• 7:38
You're going to need 4 tubes, 4/20/20 coin tubes plus probably
• 7:44
another seven or eight of these to go to your local coin shop
• 7:47
and say I want to trade silver for gold.
• 7:50
To me, it's out of control. It just, it doesn't make any
• 7:54
sense. Sense, especially when we look
• 7:56
at history. I mean, come on man, 5000 years,
• 8:00
5000, I never really thought about that.
• 8:03
We are at a big advantage being silver and gold investors
• 8:06
because we're not, again, we're not talking about 50 years or
• 8:09
  500 years. We're talking about a 5000 year
• 8:12
old market. Have you thought about this?
• 8:14
Have you thought about that? Right?
• 8:17
Do we need to do a review? Basement dwellers, I think we
• 8:21
  do. I need to review.
• 8:22
I kind of forgotten about this. Gold and silver have been
• 8:26
valuable for 5000 years. 3004 thousand.
• 8:30
Whatever number you want to use. Hello.
• 8:33
Right. And now they're trying to
• 8:34
convince us that in the last couple 100 year are well, really
• 8:38
since 1971, these things are valuable.
• 8:41
  Federal Reserve. No, Yeah.
• 8:44
This is based on confidence. Confidence, right?
• 8:48
  Confidence. Yeah.
• 8:50
No, 5000 years. And on top of that, just because
• 8:54
we're slow learners and fast forgetters, you suffer from that
• 9:01
ailment like I do. I'm a slow learner and a fast
• 9:04
forgetter. Not only not only do we have
• 9:07
5000 years, but on top of that. But wait, there's more.
• 9:10
There's more. I got a better deal for you on
• 9:12
top of that. Not only all that time, but
• 9:16
everywhere. Just like silver and gold, it
• 9:19
permeated the crust of the Earth, right?
• 9:23
They've also permeated every single corner of the Earth
• 9:28
everywhere. Gold and silver are also
• 9:31
valuable. You can't say that, Buttercup.
• 9:33
You, you know, this is probably the most universally well, it is
• 9:36
the most universally accepted piece of Unicorn fart dust on
• 9:40
the in the universe. But you can't even say this.
• 9:43
I can't if you let me ask you a question, if you had a choice,
• 9:48
somebody, I came to you and I said I'm going to put you in a
• 9:51
in a vessel, a nice vessel, but a vessel and you're going to
• 9:56
you're going to instantly be transported somewhere on the
• 10:00
planet. What would you rather have?
• 10:02
Would you rather have, you know, 3030 thousand, 30,000 of these
• 10:08
suckers or would you rather have man?
• 10:11
My math is horrible 30,000 a thousand of these.
• 10:16
I hope you said 1000 of these. That's all I can say because
• 10:21
it's valuable everywhere. It's valuable in Kentucky.
• 10:26
It's that you guys, you guys, I ask you all the time.
• 10:29
I, I said, please put in the comments where you're from
• 10:32
because it's so cool to see where all of us are coming from.
• 10:35
Every corner of the planet where YouTube's allowed to be shown,
• 10:39
  right? That's a fact, right?
• 10:41
So you're going to want the gold and silver.
• 10:43
All right, we got a lot more to talk about.
• 10:47
You know what though? Let's all have a quick sip of
• 10:49
coffee. OK, let's do an update.
• 10:58
What's going on? OK, well this is big news.
• 11:00
We got a lot of big news, so well, here's why.
• 11:03
Gold and silver. When I woke up this morning,
• 11:05
silver was up 660 cents an ounce, $0.65 an ounce.
• 11:09
Now it's up what, $0.30? What did we just say, $0.34,
• 11:12
which is good. I'm not complaining.
• 11:14
Why did it go down? Real simple.
• 11:16
The Comex opened, it happens 73830 Central time where I am
• 11:23
  here in St. Louis, MO.
• 11:25
It happens, right? That's when the price gets
• 11:28
slammed down, right? So that's what's going on there.
• 11:31
But we got big news in the dollar index.
• 11:34
We're going to quickly go look at the DXY index because we are
• 11:39
moving down, down, down. This has been a pretty big move,
• 11:43
the DXY here guys, which you can see is the dollar index, OK,
• 11:50
right there where my arrow is. Wow, It really took a dump this
• 11:55
morning, but then kind of came back.
• 11:57
But however, let's just look at A at A at a three month chart,
• 12:01
which will show you that just a few days ago, the dollar gone up
• 12:05
as high as one O 7.5 and now we're down to one O 6.
• 12:09
These are massive moves, as a matter of fact, OK, the dollar
• 12:14
at this point is heading into its biggest weekly loss in three
• 12:19
  months. The dollar index is.
• 12:21
This is a bunch of bogus. You know, this is like comparing
• 12:25
the best toilet paper in the bathroom, however you want to
• 12:27
say it. You know, the dollar, the euro,
• 12:29
the yen, I think the Swiss francs, some other stuff.
• 12:31
But it does unfortunately still for now, when we're measuring
• 12:36
the the value of silver and gold in dollars, if that's what we
• 12:39
choose to do, maybe you're in Canada, you use Canadian
• 12:42
dollars, maybe you're in Europe, use euro that whatever.
• 12:45
But if we're going to measure the price of silver and gold, if
• 12:48
we're going to make that mistake, which we all do all the
• 12:50
time, right, that we're going to measure the value.
• 12:54
And that's not the value, that's the price.
• 12:56
I'm sorry I screwed up the price of gold and silver in U.S.
• 13:01
dollars. The DXY index will have an
• 13:04
impact as it continues to go down.
• 13:07
It will be a very supportive factor for the gold and silver
• 13:11
  price. It's been a week.
• 13:12
Let me show you this quickly because this is good news.
• 13:14
You ready? This is massive good news for
• 13:17
all gold and silver investors and I'm going to explain to you
• 13:21
why right now, if I can, if I can see where my dollar, it is
• 13:25
my dollar index chart and there we are.
• 13:28
OK, we're on it, baby. OK, This is why for those of you
• 13:33
who are new, but for those of us who aren't, we need some good
• 13:35
news, right? We're in the holiday season.
• 13:38
The reason why, guys, is this quite simply, OK, we're going to
• 13:42
get the crayons out, all right? This is why you can be very
• 13:48
happy about the fact that your United States currency is a
• 13:52
bunch of toilet paper because between 2001 and 2011, during
• 13:57
this period, where the where the dollar went down from what about
• 14:00
1, I don't know where it was maybe about 1/18, it got pretty
• 14:04
high all the way down to 75. And during this period, silver
• 14:09
went from this, can't do that, hold on here.
• 14:13
Silver went, we won't give up. Silver went from this $5 per oz,
• 14:21
look at that, getting good at this to this 50.
• 14:30
They added a zero, $50 per oz during that period.
• 14:35
Now we have President Donald Trump, who wants a weaker
• 14:40
dollar, right? We are still historically very,
• 14:45
very high on this chart. I'm sorry for those of you
• 14:48
who've seen this before, but this is this is like, oh, I'm
• 14:52
going to use a word that starts with the letter P, but I won't,
• 14:56
  we won't. OK.
• 14:57
Look, you know where we are right now, We've only been above
• 15:00
it for a few years. And on top of that, right,
• 15:04
Donald Trump in just the fiscal situation of our country, right,
• 15:08
all indicate to us that we're going to get another one of
• 15:12
these in the dollar. And it's not just in that
• 15:15
comparison mode that we're talking about because guys, the
• 15:18
reality is compared to 2001 when silver went from $5 to $50,
• 15:25
think about this, right? Two big major factors that will
• 15:29
add even more rocket fuel to the price of gold and the price of
• 15:33
silver in the coming decade. OK, We've got massive
• 15:37
geopolitical uncertainty. Wait till you hear scary
• 15:41
developments in the Ukraine. We'll talk about that in a
• 15:43
second. But on top of that, we are in a
• 15:46
fiscal situation in this country that is just abdominable me look
• 15:53
for I have a list of other. It's incredulous.
• 15:56
You'll be dumbfounded, right? This is way different here.
• 15:59
Let's just go back. This will be interesting.
• 16:01
We're going to go on The Time Machine.
• 16:03
Here's the US debt clock. Let's go over here and look at
• 16:08
the United States debt. But OK, 36 trillion.
• 16:12
But if we go into The Time Machine and we go back to the
• 16:15
year 2000 when this bull market in gold and silver took off,
• 16:21
when silver went from $5 to $50, look at how different things
• 16:25
were then. We had a $5 trillion national
• 16:28
  debt. Are you kidding me?
• 16:30
I didn't realize it was that. Oh, my gosh, that's absolutely
• 16:34
crazy. Right now we have a $36 trillion
• 16:38
national debt in in the year 2000.
• 16:40
We did not have world wars breaking out.
• 16:43
Right now. A lot of people say a lot of
• 16:46
people are talking about the fact that we're in, you know, I
• 16:50
hate to even say it, but WW3, right?
• 16:53
  I mean, it's not, it's a, it's a scary situation.
• 16:56
Since we're here, let's just go check right here.
• 16:59
See the yellow arrow? It's circling.
• 17:02
It's circling just like the dollar is circling the drain.
• 17:06
I'm not saying the dollar's going to go away during my
• 17:08
  lifetime or whatever. Who knows?
• 17:10
You never do know. But I think it's easy to say
• 17:13
that based upon the laws of my Texas Instruments calculator,
• 17:17
the dollar's in big trouble. The dollar to silver ratio has
• 17:21
reached yet another new recent high 1037, which means that for
• 17:28
each one ounce of silver being dug up out of the ground, the
• 17:32
toil that people are putting in right That's it's a big work to
• 17:36
get silver out of the ground. None of us can do it ourselves,
• 17:39
right? We can raise chickens, we can
• 17:41
grow crops, we can do a lot of things, but I don't think any of
• 17:45
us listening right now think about that can go out today.
• 17:49
If I told you today you need to go generate an ounce of silver,
• 17:54
but it has to be silver that's in the ground.
• 17:56
I don't know that any of us can do it.
• 17:58
But for each one of those oz that probably in Mexico or Peru,
• 18:02
somewhere like that is being dug up today.
• 18:04
The United States government, our, our trusted leaders in
• 18:08
Washington DC are creating 1037 dollars of paper Unicorn fart
• 18:14
dust dollars, paper dollars right via the M2 money supply,
• 18:19
which if we go over here, we can take a quick look at then we're
• 18:23
going to update our spreadsheet. There's the M2 money supply.
• 18:26
It's only what, 21 trillion? And if you look back again, this
• 18:33
is really relates to the debt levels, we were only at under 5
• 18:36
trillion in the year 2000. All right, let's go update our
• 18:40
  spreadsheet. Here we go.
• 18:41
We've been for those of you new people, we got a lot of people
• 18:45
joining us here in the basement. This is where we've been
• 18:47
tracking the dollar to silver ratio, the paper dollars being
• 18:51
created. And again, if we go back just to
• 18:53
a little over a month ago, we were only at 729, which alone
• 18:58
was astounding. But now we've jumped up all the
• 19:01
way, gosh, almost by 400 additional dollars just in a
• 19:06
month, 400 additional dollars being created for each one ounce
• 19:12
of silver coming out of the ground.
• 19:15
This is big, right? I'm not saying that the silver
• 19:18
price should be 1037, but just that idea for each one ounce,
• 19:23
right? This stuff here, you know, let's
• 19:25
look at something different. This came from Big 10 to
• 19:28
Silvershire, one of my favorite. This is beautiful.
• 19:31
I'd like a whole lot of these, but one's enough, right?
• 19:34
Look at that. Isn't that beautiful 1 oz for
• 19:36
each one of these, over 1036 thousand 37 of these are being
• 19:44
created. And don't forget, just since
• 19:46
we're showing, doing show and tell, this is the way it used to
• 19:50
be back in the good old days, right?
• 19:53
And then some damn fool invents the wheel.
• 19:56
Listen to the white wall squeal, right?
• 19:58
  It won't focus. It's dry.
• 20:00
  There it is. Silver certificate.
• 20:04
This was back in the 30s, right? Some of you guys might remember
• 20:08
that this was redeemable for silver.
• 20:10
All right, we're all over the place.
• 20:14
So the dollar's going down. Look, here's the scary situation
• 20:17
there is. There's one thing that as silver
• 20:20
and gold investors we always have to keep a close eye on.
• 20:23
That's uncertainty. And what breeds uncertainty more
• 20:26
  than anything else. War.
• 20:29
OK, we are in a war right now. Some people say we're in World
• 20:33
  War three. There's, there's a big reason
• 20:35
why we want to keep an eye on war 'cause when countries are at
• 20:39
war with each other, they don't trust each other, right?
• 20:42
And they don't want to hold each other's Unicorn fart dust paper
• 20:46
money because of all the uncertainty.
• 20:49
The uncertainty about what's going to happen, what'll be the
• 20:52
final outcome, the uncertainty about who will be the new
• 20:55
leader. Will it be worth anything?
• 20:57
People want gold during World War 2, right?
• 21:01
This is what I've been told and what I've read.
• 21:03
In World War 1, the United States was a massive
• 21:07
manufacturing company. And when the European country
• 21:10
said, hey, we want to buy stuff from you to help with our war
• 21:14
efforts, we said, hey, that's great guys.
• 21:16
We like that idea, right? We like business.
• 21:19
But we got one thing, one catch. And the catch is you got to pay
• 21:23
us with gold. Think about it and think about
• 21:28
what's going on right now, Ma. Let's go see.
• 21:30
This is getting scary escalations in the world.
• 21:34
We are in a geopolitical channel.
• 21:36
But we will keep an eye on this because this will create an
• 21:41
environment conducive for the gold and silver advise.
• 21:45
Vladimir Putin threatens the Ukrainian capital with his new
• 21:51
  hypersonic missile. Let's repeat that.
• 21:56
The president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, threatens the
• 22:01
Ukrainian capital with a new hypersonic missile.
• 22:07
OK, this is crazy, guys. And it's getting worse in the
• 22:11
United States. I'm sorry, is, is, is, is is
• 22:15
almost stocking the situation. In some ways it feels like right
• 22:18
now there's another day, another record setting Russian missile
• 22:22
and drone attack on Ukraine at a moment the West is escalating
• 22:26
it's support to Kia. We're going to look at that
• 22:28
briefly here in a second. Putin announced to security
• 22:31
officials at their Security Treaty Organization summit that
• 22:36
100 drones and 90 missiles were launched at Ukraine over the
• 22:41
last 48 hours quote in response to deep strikes inside Russia.
• 22:51
  Next. It gets better, worse.
• 22:53
However you want to say these have included attacks with US
• 22:56
and UK supplied long range missiles.
• 22:58
Yes, we are giving missiles. We are giving technology, we are
• 23:02
giving intelligence to the Ukrainians to strike inside
• 23:07
Russia, as you probably already knew, which Russia has
• 23:09
acknowledged killed and wounded some people in the cursed
• 23:12
region, OK, he said. We carried out a comprehensive
• 23:15
strike. Putin said it was, this was
• 23:18
yesterday. It was a response to ongoing
• 23:20
attacks on our territory using US supplied at a Atacam's
• 23:26
missiles. He further warned that the
• 23:29
Russian Russian military is actively monitoring the
• 23:32
locations of Ukrainian Ukraine's long range weapons to determine
• 23:37
where they are and issued a fresh warning over his new
• 23:41
Orschnik ballistic missile that nothing can stop, he said.
• 23:45
He warned that more of these Orschnik deployments would be
• 23:48
necessary if Ukraine continues its attacks on Russian
• 23:52
territory. Importantly, he said that this
• 23:54
advanced weapon for which there is no defense, there's no
• 23:59
  defense to this. OK.
• 24:01
I don't know if you saw the videos of it coming out of the
• 24:03
  sky. It's like science fiction.
• 24:06
It's crazy. Will quote target decision
• 24:09
making centers in Kia. The Russian leader boasted that
• 24:13
the missile can turn targets into dust and that the multiple
• 24:17
launches of the hypersonic hypersonic weapon could be,
• 24:21
quote, comparable to a nuclear strike.
• 24:24
Oh my gosh, is this really happening?
• 24:28
He described it could reach speeds of around 3000 kilometers
• 24:31
per second. Oh boy, and unleash temperatures
• 24:35
and energy like the surface of the sun upon impact.
• 24:40
Now, all of this is what is going on in our world right now
• 24:44
guys. Again, the reason why we want to
• 24:48
monitor these situations, right? We are not in favor of any of
• 24:51
this happening is because it will be a reason why you and I
• 24:58
already know the reason, but more people will likely as
• 25:02
uncertainty goes up in the world, uncertainty on a
• 25:05
geopolitical war level, but not only that, uncertainty on an
• 25:11
economic level and this is all feeds into each other will will
• 25:15
generate more and more people who get scared right now.
• 25:19
You know what it's like to be scared.
• 25:22
I know what it's like to be scared, right?
• 25:24
We're scared because we're doing the work.
• 25:27
We're digging into what's really going on in the world.
• 25:31
But as more people are forced to recognize what a lot of us
• 25:34
probably already know, they'll get scared and they'll want to
• 25:38
get on the gold and silver lifeboat.
• 25:40
But guess what, Buttercup? There's only so much room on the
• 25:43
gold and silver lifeboat. That's represented by the
• 25:45
available inventory of investment grade retail,
• 25:50
investment grade silver and gold that's at the online bullion
• 25:53
dealers, like what Pembacs has on the other, and at your local
• 25:56
coin shop. It's a very small amount of
• 26:00
silver in particular, right? And when it's gone, it's gone.
• 26:04
Have we ever seen it go bye bye? You ever you ever have you ever
• 26:07
experienced what it's like when silver becomes very difficult
• 26:11
than I have twice in the last five years, five years.
• 26:18
I just that just hit me in the last five years.
• 26:22
I remember C19, right? It became very difficult to get
• 26:26
silver. You've heard me tell the story a
• 26:28
zillion times. I sat right over there at my
• 26:30
desk on a Saturday. It was the Saturday after it all
• 26:34
blew up on the C 19 and I bought some silver a lot.
• 26:38
For me, it was a bit was one great purchase that I made.
• 26:40
And guess what? It took like six weeks for it to
• 26:43
come. And then after that, silver was
• 26:45
very difficult to find. And remember what happened
• 26:47
during the little banking crisis, just what 18 months ago
• 26:51
when, when the, when the premiums on American silver
• 26:53
Eagles, right? Silver was like $25 per oz.
• 26:57
But to get a silver Eagle, you had to pay $50 per oz.
• 27:01
So yes, these things absolutely do happen.
• 27:05
And we're not making it any better because look at this,
• 27:07
we're going to spend much time on this one, guys, but we want
• 27:10
to just just to show you what's going on.
• 27:12
This is from Reuters. This was 2 days ago, exclusive
• 27:17
President Joe Biden, we know he's anyway readies a $725
• 27:24
million arms aid package for Ukraine.
• 27:28
So that's what sources say, what we're going to say so they can
• 27:31
escalate this war situation. You see what we got down here.
• 27:34
We read this real quickly. U.S.
• 27:36
President Joe Biden is preparing 720 weapons package for Ukraine,
• 27:42
two US officials said on Wednesday.
• 27:45
The outgoing president seeks to bolster the government in Kiev
• 27:48
before leaving office in January, according to an
• 27:51
official familiar with the plan. Biden plans to provide a variety
• 27:54
of anti tank weapons from U.S. stocks to blunt Russia's
• 27:58
advancing troops, including landmines, drones, Stinger
• 28:01
missiles and ammunition for high, high Mars.
• 28:05
So apparently, let's just say, let's just say what you know,
• 28:10
I'll just say it out loud. Apparently Russia is winning in
• 28:15
Ukraine. You know, the whole situation.
• 28:18
  It's just it's, it's, it's, it's a situation that is a silver and
• 28:21
gold investor. It is critical that we that we
• 28:25
keep a very close eye on it. the Fed was laughing at you.
• 28:30
How does that make you feel? Hold on a second.
• 28:33
We don't know how much longer we're going to have him around,
• 28:37
OK, But he was laughing at you. Actually he wasn't there
• 28:40
apparently, but the Fed listen to this.
• 28:44
OK. Were they, were they laughing at
• 28:47
you and me though? Or were they laughing at the
• 28:52
sheep ball? You be the judge.
• 28:54
You be the judge. I listened to Judy Shelton,
• 28:57
right? You know Judy Shelton, right?
• 28:59
She's the gold bug. Trump tried to put her on the
• 29:02
Fed. I was listening to her last
• 29:04
night and she talked about notes from a meeting that happened in
• 29:08
1996. And this was when they
• 29:10
determined around 1996, the Fed determined that they would have
• 29:15
a 2% target for inflation. OK.
• 29:18
And then as they were talking, basically they, they sought,
• 29:23
they all started laughing because they were like, should
• 29:26
we have 0% inflation or 2% inflation?
• 29:30
And then somebody said, well, if we don't, if we have 2%
• 29:34
inflation, what we can do is make sure everybody gets a 1%
• 29:38
raise, which they'll be happy about, but they won't realize
• 29:42
that we're still stealing from them because inflation will be
• 29:46
higher than their raise. And they all started laughing.
• 29:50
OK, apparently. Well, that was when Alan
• 29:52
Greenspan was the head of the Federal Reserve.
• 29:55
And even our old friend Janet Yellen at the time was not the
• 30:00
head of the of the Fed, but she was like a governor, like a
• 30:03
local governor or something. Apparently they all laughed.
• 30:06
They all thought it was funny that that the, that the, the
• 30:10
sheep all or like Goldman Sachs likes to call us The Muppets,
• 30:14
right? Weren't smart enough to realize
• 30:17
right, that if you give that if you give them a 1% raise, but
• 30:22
you keep inflation above that right, that they're getting a
• 30:26
screw job. OK, They they thought that was
• 30:29
funny and they thought oh, we're because we're so smart, right?
• 30:32
The average people won't get it. But think about this think about
• 30:35
  this. People are waking up.
• 30:39
  Are you woke up? Congratulations.
• 30:41
Wakey, wakey, right, Wakey, wakey, good morning.
• 30:45
You woke up at some point you realize like this stuff, make
• 30:49
sure I got the right one. This stuff right under the best
• 30:53
case of scenarios is going to go down by 2% your raise at work,
• 30:59
right? Unless you work for yourself and
• 31:01
set your own prices. But none the less isn't going to
• 31:03
  keep up. And guess what?
• 31:05
Unions are realizing this. We saw what the UPS drivers did.
• 31:11
So they're laughing at us, right?
• 31:12
And that's their intention to devalue the dollar.
• 31:17
How do we protect ourselves from a dollar?
• 31:20
I mean, are you kidding me? Do you?
• 31:22
I want you to look at this. Do you really think in in 10
• 31:27
years, in 50 years that what this buys today?
• 31:32
Think about what you can buy with that.
• 31:34
You can't even get a Mcchicken at McDonald's anymore.
• 31:37
That really bummed me out. I used to like the $1.00 mix,
• 31:39
but that's a great example. You know what?
• 31:42
Five years ago, I could buy a Mcchicken sandwich with this.
• 31:47
You can't buy a Mcchicken with this anymore.
• 31:49
Now you need two of these to buy a damn Mcchicken sandwich.
• 31:52
  That's where we're heading, right?
• 31:54
But I guarantee you, right? Yeah, I could probably buy
• 32:00
whatever you could buy with this 10 years ago.
• 32:03
You can probably still buy today.
• 32:05
All right, I digress. We got a lot more to go through.
• 32:11
Is Europe going on the gold standard?
• 32:13
Is Europe going on the gold standard?
• 32:17
Is the world going back to the gold standard?
• 32:19
I just want to point out a couple very quick things that
• 32:22
indicate that the popularity of gold and silver are percolating
• 32:28
and rising throughout the world right now.
• 32:32
Guys, it's not just us, right? Think about the Costco dads,
• 32:36
right? Costco, it's a big deal.
• 32:39
They're selling gold, right? They were selling, I don't know,
• 32:41
I haven't got an update on silver, but they were and
• 32:43
probably still are selling silver right now.
• 32:47
  Costco. Costco let's.
• 32:51
Have a quick drink, drink, drink.
• 32:52
A coffee. I really appreciate you guys
• 32:54
  being here. Thank you.
• 33:01
Over 500 people. Sorry, I'm losing my voice. 500
• 33:09
  people the day after Thanksgiving.
• 33:11
  I almost forgot. Thank you.
• 33:13
OK. If you want to come join us.
• 33:16
It's a big honor, right? What we talked about is gold and
• 33:20
silver. You can subscribe to the
• 33:22
  channel. You can leave comments.
• 33:23
You can make great friends. We're going to do our best
• 33:26
together together, right, to navigate these choppy water.
• 33:31
So please consider subscribing. Super chat, super thanks.
• 33:33
Always super appreciated. Oh, and if you give this a
• 33:36
thumbs up, that helps get the word out to more people.
• 33:38
Why would it be a big deal if Europe's going on the Gold
• 33:41
Center? Why is it a big deal that Costco
• 33:45
just take a step back? Imagine if three years ago we'd
• 33:49
said to each other right when we first started meeting down here
• 33:52
in the basement guys, that Costco is going to be selling
• 33:55
gold and it's going to be selling like crazy.
• 33:58
OK. Now we're getting other, other
• 34:01
these and we're going to touch on these quickly because we've
• 34:03
talked about them a lot the last few months, but we got Texas,
• 34:07
Texas, Texas is right, has bills, has has legislation
• 34:15
pending right that would establish 100% gold and silver
• 34:20
back transactional currency. We've got things like this
• 34:23
wisdom tree, right? The big financial company is, is
• 34:28
has has put this out the power of gold in the palm of your
• 34:31
hand, a 100% backed gold solution, 100 physical, right,
• 34:38
backed by one hundred 100% physical metal, right that you
• 34:42
can use with a Visa card. I mean, and then and then we get
• 34:46
  this. This is crazy.
• 34:50
Right, we we have. Some real interesting develops
• 34:53
in Europe is finalizing preparations for a gold
• 34:57
standard. OK, this came from the Money
• 34:59
Metals Exchange. Jan Newenhoose, this guy's
• 35:03
smart. We're just going to read a
• 35:04
couple paragraphs and look at a couple crazy charts.
• 35:07
Countries outside of the eurozone zone but inside the EU.
• 35:12
Those that one day might join the EU, like Poland, Hungary and
• 35:15
the Czech Republic, are positioning for a new gold
• 35:19
standard. We're getting all these news
• 35:21
reports coming out. Poland, right, massively
• 35:24
  increasing their gold reserves, right.
• 35:27
The Czech Republic, hungry, same thing, OK, to prepare for a
• 35:32
monetary system based on gold, They are buying gold to equalize
• 35:38
their reserves to the eurozone average.
• 35:41
This is fascinating, guys. And we've heard this talked
• 35:44
about over the last couple years, but this I think really
• 35:48
sums it up. And we got a couple charts I'm
• 35:49
going to look at here with you in a second.
• 35:51
This balancing of gold deserves in Europe is a key topic I've
• 35:56
written about extensively. So basically I'm going to look
• 35:59
you in the eye here and then we're going to look at these
• 36:01
charts, what they're doing in the Europe, in Europe, OK.
• 36:05
When you look at at the size of the economies of the individual
• 36:10
European countries, Germany, France, Italy, for instance,
• 36:14
they hold about 4% of their GDP, whatever their GDP is, they have
• 36:20
about 4% of that number held in physical gold reserves.
• 36:26
It's very representative to the size of their economies and
• 36:30
smart people. And then you hear things like
• 36:32
with the Dutch central banker said like these these, these
• 36:37
people there, there are is a little secret.
• 36:39
There's some people out there who think that the Europeans,
• 36:43
why else would they be doing this, right?
• 36:45
Why else would they be doing this?
• 36:47
Because look at these charts, right?
• 36:49
The charts don't lie. The charts absolutely do not
• 36:52
lie. Let's go down to this first.
• 36:55
One well, this is just interesting to look at the
• 36:57
  official gold reserves by region.
• 37:01
This is this is not this is a little bit of a sideshow little
• 37:04
sidekick, but look at this back from 1950.
• 37:09
Blue is Western Europe, orange is the United States of America,
• 37:13
and green is the rest of the world.
• 37:15
Remember the US, right? We were backing the world's
• 37:18
currencies with gold and we just went down, down, down, down.
• 37:21
And now supposedly we're about here at 8000 metric tons.
• 37:26
Think about this, guys. This is Western Europe.
• 37:29
This was after World War 2. They just been through a war
• 37:32
like we talked about earlier. They were like, hey, guys, get
• 37:36
your hands on as much gold as you possibly can.
• 37:39
And look at how their gold reserves shot up, right?
• 37:42
And they dropped a little bit. And then around the mid 90s,
• 37:44
they dropped a little more. But still, these Western
• 37:47
European countries are holding collectively much more gold than
• 37:51
the United States. And what's equally astounding is
• 37:55
the green line, which is the rest of the world.
• 37:57
That'd be like China, the bricks countries.
• 38:01
The green is the bricks. Nobody talks about the bricks
• 38:03
  anymore. I will.
• 38:06
Right here's the BRICS countries, right?
• 38:08
This is not that long ago. If we just go back, what about
• 38:11
15 years ago, the amount of gold held by the rest of the world or
• 38:17
the BRICS countries has gone from about, it's doubled,
• 38:20
absolutely doubled. Now, if we zoom back in on
• 38:24
Europe, this is interesting. Here we go, Eurozone country.
• 38:31
Gold reserves versus GDP. OK, so here's metric tons of
• 38:35
gold. On the bottom are all the
• 38:38
countries listed out all right, And this is probably this is
• 38:43
probably their GD PS over here, but OK, the gold shaded area is
• 38:49
their gold reserves October very recent data.
• 38:52
The dark area is their GDP, right?
• 38:56
And look at how similar, I mean, you look at Austria, Belgium,
• 39:00
but then look at France, right? France almost perfectly has a
• 39:05
representative amount of gold relative to their GDP.
• 39:09
And I think that's about 4%, somewhere in that range, right?
• 39:12
Look at Germany, same thing. That's the biggest economy in
• 39:16
the Eurozone. Look at Italy, right?
• 39:19
  They're a little short. They're actually, they've got a
• 39:21
little more gold from a ratio perspective than they do their
• 39:26
GDP. Look at the Netherlands right
• 39:30
there, a little bit short. Spain is the only outlier.
• 39:33
So guys, this idea that we could be heading back towards a gold
• 39:37
standard in the world is real and happening, OK?
• 39:41
It's not just the Costco dads. It's not just Texas, it's not
• 39:46
just all these companies, including Wisdom Tree that are
• 39:50
that are that are that are inventing and and putting out a
• 39:55
real world 100% gold back solutions to make gold and
• 39:59
silver more functional. It's also Europe.
• 40:02
It's all and it's obviously going on.
• 40:06
In the rest of the world, outside of the United States and
• 40:09
Europe, right, the Eastern world, right, we can see where
• 40:12
their gold holdings are going. This is, I think, real.
• 40:15
And I think it's something that's going to happen.
• 40:19
OK, that, you know, And then we have Judy Shelton, right, who
• 40:23
Trump tried to put on the Fed last time he was president,
• 40:26
who's got a new groundbreaking book out getting all kinds of
• 40:29
attention. If they put Judy Shelton, Oh my
• 40:32
  gosh. And there's even more.
• 40:34
They put Judy Shelton on the Fed.
• 40:36
  Hold on. I got a zinger, a zinger, a
• 40:37
kicker for you here, right? And she gets her her wish, which
• 40:41
is at minimum that we have U.S. Treasury bonds backed by gold.
• 40:46
That could be huge and maybe even more.
• 40:49
But then it gets even more exciting because remember,
• 40:53
remember this person. Hold on, I'll be right back.
• 40:55
  Don't leave. Remember her?
• 41:01
Where is she? We can't feed her.
• 41:06
  Remember her? Janet Yellen, right?
• 41:09
The one who, when she was on the Fed Board of Governors, laughed
• 41:12
at us because we weren't smart enough to realize that inflation
• 41:16
is stealing from you, Huh. And then she became the head of
• 41:20
the Federal Reserve, and then she became the Treasury
• 41:25
  Secretary. Hi, everybody.
• 41:28
Well, guess what? She's going bye, bye.
• 41:32
What? To get a new box because the new
• 41:34
Treasury Secretary, Scott percent, a billionaire.
• 41:38
Donald Trump proposed new Secretary Scott Percent, a
• 41:42
billionaire. There's so much this is.
• 41:47
Crazy. OK, just like 3 1/2 weeks ago
• 41:51
was on a podcast and said, as I've already told you 8 times,
• 41:54
but I'll keep repeating this 'cause I think it's the biggest
• 41:56
story for gold and silver investors that nobody's talking
• 41:59
about. The reason why is he's on this
• 42:01
podcast, the Billionaire's Podcast, and he discloses that
• 42:07
his largest single investment is gold.
• 42:12
Remember, he's the person who's going to be heading our Treasury
• 42:15
Department, his personal largest investment, his largest holding.
• 42:20
As he said, it is gold, that he watches gold very closely, that
• 42:24
he's fascinated by the fact that the Polish central bank is
• 42:29
buying gold and now in the Polish central bank said they
• 42:32
want to go up to 20%. But it gets even more
• 42:34
interesting when you realize that Scott percent, he worked
• 42:37
with George Soros. And on top of that, what Stanley
• 42:42
Druckenmiller, some other people know the other guy, Jim Rogers,
• 42:47
right? He was a close associate of Jim
• 42:49
Rogers. You know, Jimmy Rogers, right?
• 42:52
You may, if you're around the golden silver.
• 42:53
He's like one of the gurus. I mean, like the gurus.
• 42:58
Jim Rogers loves gold and silver.
• 43:00
Look it up. OK, Stanley Druckenmiller, I
• 43:04
know speaks very favorably about gold.
• 43:08
Stanley Druckenmiller, if I, and I believe I, I remember this
• 43:12
correctly, has major investments in the gold mining companies.
• 43:16
  Guys, it's happening. It's a big deal.
• 43:19
You know it's, it's going to be a big deal.
• 43:20
Let's go to a subscriber comment, one of you, right?
• 43:24
I always encourage you guys leave comments.
• 43:26
We read them. This one I thought was a real
• 43:29
humdinger. This is this is the reason why,
• 43:33
right? You, you've made a decision to
• 43:35
own silver, to own gold, right? Here's the reason why I thought
• 43:38
this was outstanding and I want to read this to you.
• 43:42
This came from our friend Super Apex 2128.
• 43:46
He said, by the way, the very definition this is oh, hold on.
• 43:50
I need to preface this. This is when we're talking about
• 43:53
  price versus value. OK?
• 43:55
So when we look at this, let's use this one.
• 43:59
When we look at silver, so heavy, it's hard to pick up
• 44:03
sometimes. When we look at this, right?
• 44:05
When you look at, I want you to look at an ounce of silver.
• 44:08
We make this mistake like we talked about earlier, thinking
• 44:11
this is worth $30 or whatever and we will update the silver
• 44:14
and gold price here in a second thinking it's about that we
• 44:17
think about price in dollars. Big mistake.
• 44:20
We need to think about this in terms of Oz.
• 44:23
What will it get us? Right now, I'll get you about 8
• 44:26
cartoons of eggs or eight cups of coffee at Starbucks.
• 44:30
Whatever the case may be. We make that mistake to think of
• 44:34
price versus value, right? And it's real easy, right?
• 44:38
They talk to anybody in the crypto world that they love
• 44:41
price. That's all they talk about is
• 44:42
price, price, price, price. Why do you own Bitcoin?
• 44:45
Because it just goes up. I don't even know.
• 44:47
Did it hit 100,000 today yet? Who knows, right?
• 44:50
Yeah, I just buy it because it goes up.
• 44:52
Why do you buy Apple stock? Because it just goes up, right,
• 44:55
right, right. That's the emotion value.
• 44:58
Understanding value takes work. And I want to congratulate you
• 45:02
because if you own gold and silver, you put in the work, why
• 45:07
is this valuable? You know the reasons why, You
• 45:09
know the fundamental reasons why that's value.
• 45:14
And guys, the reason why fundamentals are important is
• 45:19
because fundamentals always, always, always win.
• 45:25
  Always. Throughout history, fundamental
• 45:28
value always wins. Oh, and by the way, any other
• 45:31
form of money ever created by man?
• 45:34
Synthetic money, paper money, electronic money.
• 45:37
OK, up till now then maybe, maybe things are different.
• 45:44
I don't think so, but up. Till now any form of synthetic
• 45:47
man made money has failed. Let's get back to this comment.
• 45:51
You guys want to hear from a fellow?
• 45:53
Basement Dweller Enough, Enough of Ron.
• 45:55
By the way, he says the very definition of a bargain is
• 46:00
something which is mispriced by the market relative to its true
• 46:05
value. Does that make you think of
• 46:07
silver in particular right now? Right.
• 46:10
Something that's mispriced by the market relative to its true
• 46:12
value. Indeed, price does not equal
• 46:15
value and vice versa. OK, The price does not equal
• 46:21
value. At this point, precious metal
• 46:23
quote UN quote speculators are very much in the position of the
• 46:27
1st man who discovered money as we know it.
• 46:29
Back in his day, nobody realized the value of money, so the price
• 46:33
of gold was far less than what it became when everybody
• 46:37
realized that it was the best possible means of exchange.
• 46:40
The market has yet to wake up to the long forgotten value of
• 46:45
precious metals and when it does, the price of precious
• 46:48
metals will reflect their true value once again.
• 46:53
I mean, what a great and you know what, think about this,
• 46:57
right? What a great comment, right?
• 46:58
Price does not equal value. We know that, you know that.
• 47:03
