- 0:07Speaker 1: Far from carrying each other to and Natty to carrying
- 0:10Speaker 1: each other.
- 0:11Speaker 2: On the air, there's control.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Live from the Raising Canes studio.
- 0:19Speaker 3: It's off the bench, all right, welcome back here, off
- 0:40Speaker 3: the bench, our number three on a Friday, Friday, Friday
- 0:43Speaker 3: tripod rolling with you.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Got Lady Kyne sent across the table for me.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Jake is uh enjoying little Biloxi, Mississippi right now. Nine
- 0:53Speaker 3: New World Series, Go, Memphis Go. I'm sure he's probably
- 0:58Speaker 3: I hit three home runs already at least. Good luck
- 1:04Speaker 3: to them, Jake, you know, coaching his tail off one.
- 1:09Speaker 3: How long it's gonna be coaching baseball?
- 1:13Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:15Speaker 3: All right, our number three, This is a Friday nine
- 1:19Speaker 3: to ten, nine o'clock hour, and guess what we're actually
- 1:23Speaker 3: gonna hit you with?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Some real sports?
- 1:25Speaker 4: What I know?
- 1:28Speaker 3: Do y'all think that we're more sporty when Jake is
- 1:31Speaker 3: not here?
- 1:33Speaker 5: I think that we are equally sporty at all times.
- 1:38Speaker 2: And how much is that?
- 1:41Speaker 5: I think we talk about sports more than y'all think
- 1:43Speaker 5: that we do.
- 1:44Speaker 2: I think we're seventy percent. That's probably true. Actually, I
- 1:47Speaker 2: feel like we're doing a little bit more with.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Jake because like I feel like I need to get
- 1:52Speaker 3: the sports information out there the sports show.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Yeah, Jake's been a little off the rails recently, which
- 1:58Speaker 2: I love, always, which I love. Yeah, all right, let's
- 2:03Speaker 2: go to the basketball court.
- 2:05Speaker 3: We got some updates. Will Wade make it some moves
- 2:08Speaker 3: on some non Europeans.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Not a European player, not a pro player.
- 2:14Speaker 6: Why kid out of high school Jordan Bender tradition, Yes,
- 2:18Speaker 6: six eight left handed.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Forward, barely know her that's why they added him. Yeah,
- 2:25Speaker 2: for the joke, for that.
- 2:26Speaker 6: Yeah, he doesn't really have there's really not a ton
- 2:30Speaker 6: on him. I mean, he doesn't have a recruiting ranking
- 2:32Speaker 6: right now, not a ton of highlights on him. But
- 2:34Speaker 6: in the state of Florida where he comes from, uh,
- 2:37Speaker 6: he played for Maurice Bates UH at Northside Christian High School,
- 2:41Speaker 6: which reece s Bad's Florida legend NBA champion with the
- 2:44Speaker 6: Golden State Warriors. Like, that's a guy you want to
- 2:46Speaker 6: play for, A guy who also played forward, So he
- 2:49Speaker 6: certainly loaned under the right kind of coach. So yeah,
- 2:52Speaker 6: Jordan Bender added to the UH LSU basketball roster, and
- 2:56Speaker 6: I he's probably gonna feel a little out of place, definitely.
- 3:01Speaker 7: Is anybody speaking loose?
- 3:03Speaker 2: Anybody and translator, He's like, I just got to hang
- 3:05Speaker 2: out with coach Wade.
- 3:06Speaker 3: Yeah, that's gonna talk to about Will. So he's in
- 3:08Speaker 3: all right? So he is high school?
- 3:11Speaker 6: Yeah, but he will be on the twenty twenty six
- 3:13Speaker 6: roster for LSU basketball. He's just a late signing.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Okay, So a late signing that means he's graduating now
- 3:19Speaker 3: or he'll be a senior in high school and they
- 3:21Speaker 3: graduated at the end of the enroll early than you play.
- 3:24Speaker 6: He probably graduated in like May, I would assume, and
- 3:28Speaker 6: just enrolled after. But no, he will be on Wade's
- 3:31Speaker 6: first team.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Okay, I got no clue at the base of the
- 3:34Speaker 3: basketball timeline, the yearly schedule, like when signing days are
- 3:38Speaker 3: supposed to happen, when to high school kids normally sign well.
- 3:42Speaker 6: I mean remember Wade said, what August the roster may
- 3:47Speaker 6: not be finalist still August, so I mean right.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Before the semester national signing Day for basketball? Is that
- 3:52Speaker 3: not a normal thing? Is it not as big people
- 3:55Speaker 3: like colic football. It's it's more like baseball, where it's
- 3:57Speaker 3: kind of like you.
- 3:58Speaker 6: Can kind of wait around, you can choose. Yeah, interesting,
- 4:03Speaker 6: like you could sign early. You can kind of get
- 4:06Speaker 6: your feelers out there. There's not like one concrete day.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Interesting.
- 4:11Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean he's joining six foot eight. You needed
- 4:14Speaker 6: a little bit more size on this team. Left handed forward,
- 4:18Speaker 6: two way player, lefty, Yeah, lefty.
- 4:21Speaker 2: We'll keep filling out that roster.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Hopefully you don't have to rely on freshmen, but I
- 4:28Speaker 3: guess in basketball freshman can make a big impact pretty quickly.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Well, look, maybe it's one of the guys.
- 4:34Speaker 6: That's like we talked about with Wade Wade Kiffin yesterday
- 4:38Speaker 6: with the running backs, Like you want to make sure
- 4:40Speaker 6: of experienced guys, bring in some freshmen, get them developed.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Maybe it's the same thing.
- 4:44Speaker 6: Hey, this guy can be on the team two three
- 4:46Speaker 6: years because a lot of these former G League players
- 4:48Speaker 6: and your league guys, they could be one year rentals.
- 4:51Speaker 6: I mean, that's that's how it works in basketball more
- 4:52Speaker 6: than any other sport really. So bring him in, let
- 4:55Speaker 6: him sit for a year, learn, and then hey he's
- 4:57Speaker 6: ready to go year two.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Yep.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Well, Will Wade's goal for year number one is to
- 5:02Speaker 3: just win the crowd, and that is it. When the crowd,
- 5:06Speaker 3: that means you got to be respectful, You got to
- 5:07Speaker 3: win some of the big games, you got to win
- 5:09Speaker 3: some of the win some games you're not supposed to.
- 5:13Speaker 3: But you don't necessarily have to win the championship this
- 5:16Speaker 3: year in year one, just win the crowd. I don't
- 5:19Speaker 3: know how well that started or how well it's going.
- 5:22Speaker 3: What the court of public opinion out there for LSU
- 5:25Speaker 3: fans are really thinking, or if they really are formulating
- 5:28Speaker 3: an opinion of the performance so far. Certainly we've talked
- 5:33Speaker 3: about it, you know, at a couple of different times
- 5:35Speaker 3: about how certainly the roster management is unconventional to say
- 5:42Speaker 3: the least, but it all remains to be seen. We
- 5:44Speaker 3: are living in a new world of college athletics. The
- 5:47Speaker 3: world that is getting developed, and the story is being
- 5:52Speaker 3: written and rewritten, seems like on a daily basis. So
- 5:56Speaker 3: it's a little refreshing to see more of a traditional
- 5:59Speaker 3: signee here, not a high school good player. So excited
- 6:01Speaker 3: to have them on campus, certainly, So let's stick with
- 6:05Speaker 3: basketball to another story that talked about it yesterday, it
- 6:10Speaker 3: looked like, outside of a life threatening situation, a war
- 6:20Speaker 3: wartime situation. It looked like my absolute hell on earth. Yeah,
- 6:28Speaker 3: New York City yesterday hosted the New York Knicks celebration parade.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Everybody has a prey, rightfully, so when you win a championship,
- 6:38Speaker 3: fans want to be able to celebrate in close proximity
- 6:41Speaker 3: to the team. They want to be able to show
- 6:42Speaker 3: their appreciation for galvanizing a community, bringing people together.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Sports does that.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Sports brings people from all over the world, all over
- 6:53Speaker 3: a country, all over a community, whatever it is, it
- 6:55Speaker 3: brings people together and a way that nothing else in
- 7:00Speaker 3: life can. Look at the World Cup, look at what
- 7:03Speaker 3: it does, Look at the Olympics, look at everybody. How
- 7:06Speaker 3: those things and what the Knicks did this year improbable.
- 7:11Speaker 2: It's been so long since.
- 7:12Speaker 3: They've done it that that story is also the same.
- 7:17Speaker 3: It brought an entire city together. We talked yesterday about
- 7:20Speaker 3: how baseball, like the Knicks, are one of the few
- 7:24Speaker 3: in a large metropolitan area like New York that pretty
- 7:29Speaker 3: much everybody in the city cheers for one team. In
- 7:32Speaker 3: baseball they don't do it. Football, they don't do it.
- 7:35Speaker 3: But basketball it kind of brings everybody together. Oh my god,
- 7:40Speaker 3: it's a little over the top that parade yesterday looked
- 7:43Speaker 3: like the absolute worst place.
- 7:48Speaker 2: On earth again outside of life threatening stuff. I get it.
- 7:51Speaker 3: Chef told us yesterday rockets flying over his head is
- 7:54Speaker 3: I got it's we're not comparing anything. Okay, Why are
- 7:59Speaker 3: y'all thing like absolute idiots?
- 8:03Speaker 2: I guess they are idiots.
- 8:06Speaker 7: This is why the basketball gods for the longest time
- 8:09Speaker 7: did not let the Knicks have a championship. They're destroying
- 8:13Speaker 7: their own city.
- 8:13Speaker 3: They're destroying their own city. They've taking it. It's complete
- 8:17Speaker 3: mob mentality. Look, they hate their jobs right now. They're like,
- 8:23Speaker 3: I don't want to be here.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Hate their jobs.
- 8:25Speaker 3: They are climbing on street balls, They're climbing onto buildings,
- 8:30Speaker 3: they are climbing onto cars.
- 8:33Speaker 2: But for what what are y'all doing?
- 8:35Speaker 7: Like truly for what?
- 8:36Speaker 3: This is a a per situation. Yes, this is like
- 8:41Speaker 3: the movie The Perch.
- 8:42Speaker 7: Like celebrating is one thing I think all cities whenever
- 8:45Speaker 7: you're celebrating, it gets a little crazy, like everybody's having fun.
- 8:48Speaker 7: But this isn't even fun. This is them just like
- 8:50Speaker 7: vandalizing it, like messing buildings up. I don't understand it.
- 8:55Speaker 2: That was an NYPD cup car. They were all just
- 8:57Speaker 2: sitting on.
- 8:58Speaker 7: I know we can't obviously can't show it, but I'm
- 9:00Speaker 7: sure people saw the video of the lady on the
- 9:02Speaker 7: light pole that like hit another lady off, threw her off,
- 9:07Speaker 7: and then the other lady tries to like she starts
- 9:10Speaker 7: t working in her face.
- 9:12Speaker 2: She tried to.
- 9:13Speaker 4: Kid right there.
- 9:14Speaker 6: Yeah, well then and then the girl who pulled the pants,
- 9:17Speaker 6: they all didn't know what else there is. She just
- 9:18Speaker 6: starts spanking her kids. It's like, what are we doing here?
- 9:21Speaker 6: Guys just went from a fight to something entirely different.
- 9:25Speaker 3: It's it's it's absolute anarchy. Yeah, it's insane, and you're
- 9:29Speaker 3: so right. They turned to celebration. They are not there
- 9:32Speaker 3: to celebrate. They might be wearing next jerseys, but this
- 9:37Speaker 3: is a purge situation. This is absolute anarchy, and that
- 9:40Speaker 3: all they wanted to do, all they really wanted to
- 9:43Speaker 3: do was go and vandalize their own city.
- 9:46Speaker 7: Yeah, they just wanted to.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Like a bunch of absolute idiots. So like, I know
- 9:50Speaker 3: where this isn't the end of a weekend but an
- 9:54Speaker 3: absolute weekend loser. Yeah, people of New York City, Right,
- 10:00Speaker 3: You're an awesome city.
- 10:01Speaker 7: Yes, I love New York, but but my god, I
- 10:08Speaker 7: never going after they win a championship.
- 10:11Speaker 3: I kind of like the easy thing to be like that,
- 10:13Speaker 3: think like you've been there before, but like, my like,
- 10:15Speaker 3: what what gives people the right to, like you get
- 10:18Speaker 3: together and just be an absolute ass? Yeah, and destroy city?
- 10:23Speaker 3: Like how much damage? How much money did of damage
- 10:27Speaker 3: that they do? I don't know. And that's how I
- 10:29Speaker 3: don't that's not even an old man thought. It's just like,
- 10:31Speaker 3: don't be a criminal.
- 10:33Speaker 7: Get together like celebrating cool, You're not celebrating. You're literally
- 10:37Speaker 7: just causing chaos.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Like I don't know what this guy did. He's got
- 10:41Speaker 2: three of them.
- 10:41Speaker 3: After Yeah, did you see the one person that was
- 10:46Speaker 3: passed out or overdose or something.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Yeah, they'd use a narcan to save his life.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Yeah, in the middle of the pre what he was
- 10:53Speaker 3: passed out and so they wake him back up, and
- 10:56Speaker 3: the lady that saved him, he starts like trying to
- 10:59Speaker 3: kiss her.
- 11:00Speaker 2: I got I gotta read the way I got it.
- 11:05Speaker 7: That is actually insane.
- 11:09Speaker 6: See here's the dude right here. He wakes up after
- 11:12Speaker 6: they give him narcan. Broh, Like, let's let's not do that.
- 11:20Speaker 7: Yeah, that makes me really uncomfortable.
- 11:23Speaker 8: Right.
- 11:24Speaker 2: The whole thing made me uncomfortable.
- 11:25Speaker 3: Yeah, we talked about like it was a little bit
- 11:27Speaker 3: innocent yesterday, talking about because there was the scenes of
- 11:29Speaker 3: people just trapped side like shouldered shoulder underground in the
- 11:32Speaker 3: subplay system because they couldn't get out of the tunnel
- 11:34Speaker 3: because there's so many people on the streets. Like how
- 11:37Speaker 3: that would just give you clastrophobia, and like that's my
- 11:39Speaker 3: absolute nightmare. But the rest of the day just turned
- 11:43Speaker 3: to grossness.
- 11:46Speaker 6: We'll say the best club was Tyler Collick of the
- 11:49Speaker 6: New York Knicks. Yeah, get mistaken for a fan. So like,
- 11:52Speaker 6: if you don't know Tyler Colick doesn't play a ton,
- 11:55Speaker 6: not even super tall. I think he's listened like six one,
- 11:57Speaker 6: six two. Does it look like an NBA player? And
- 12:00Speaker 6: cops like grabbed and we're about to throw him out,
- 12:03Speaker 6: and an assistant coach for the Knicks had to come get.
- 12:04Speaker 3: It racial profiling, I mean, yeah, that's not and that's
- 12:17Speaker 3: a short it's a short cop too, with a big
- 12:20Speaker 3: old nice beard. He's not that much taller than him.
- 12:23Speaker 6: Yeah, generic looking white guy, but he's not. He's not
- 12:25Speaker 6: that tall either, which hurts him, Like he's not one
- 12:27Speaker 6: of those seven footers.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Look the assistant coach comes and gets him. That's so good.
- 12:31Speaker 2: He's like, yeah, he's actually on the team. That's like, no,
- 12:34Speaker 2: this is actually a professional basketball player.
- 12:37Speaker 7: If I lived in New York while this was happening,
- 12:39Speaker 7: I would think that something was going down.
- 12:42Speaker 2: I'd be pissed, Like.
- 12:43Speaker 7: I would be staying indoors and I would be like, no,
- 12:47Speaker 7: the like you said, the literal purge is happening out there.
- 12:54Speaker 7: Can you imagine the people that work, like on Wall Street.
- 12:56Speaker 7: I don't know where, I don't know where this was held,
- 12:58Speaker 7: but the people that work on Wall Street, they're these
- 13:01Speaker 7: like high saluted people and they're trying to just get
- 13:05Speaker 7: to their fancy Wall Street jobs and they have to
- 13:07Speaker 7: deal with that.
- 13:08Speaker 6: Imagine you're not even like a fan, like you're you're
- 13:11Speaker 6: in town for business. You fly in, you get to
- 13:14Speaker 6: the airport, you try to get down the streets, and
- 13:15Speaker 6: you're dealing with this crap.
- 13:16Speaker 2: No wild Oh, we're gonna take we're from we're from
- 13:19Speaker 2: the South.
- 13:20Speaker 3: We're gonna take our family to New York City to
- 13:22Speaker 3: see some musicals, have some good food. We're gonna play
- 13:24Speaker 3: a summer trip, maybe break away from a little bit
- 13:27Speaker 3: of the heat. We know it's hot there as well.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Break away from the heat. I gotta deal with this almost.
- 13:33Speaker 7: The next one. We'll be there during the championship parade.
- 13:36Speaker 3: And we love parades. We love getting beads thrown. It's
- 13:42Speaker 3: good family fun.
- 13:44Speaker 7: Well, then you end up in the middle of a riot.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Middle of a heroin circle or something.
- 13:50Speaker 2: I mean somewhere that was going down. I mean somewhere
- 13:54Speaker 2: everywhere anyway, it's gross.
- 14:00Speaker 7: Bash him in the chat said free twerk spinking's and
- 14:02Speaker 7: y'all complaining.
- 14:04Speaker 6: True, not everybody should be tworking true, and maybe maybe
- 14:09Speaker 6: not like literally sitting on top of like a light
- 14:13Speaker 6: on a light pole.
- 14:14Speaker 2: It's probably not the place to do it. Chaos, no
- 14:18Speaker 2: wall in order around here?
- 14:22Speaker 5: We back to blue yeah, and then isn't law and
- 14:24Speaker 5: order in New York?
- 14:27Speaker 7: And there's none?
- 14:32Speaker 3: All right, we are going to do something weird.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Okay, we're gonna break on time. Whoa that is weird?
- 14:42Speaker 2: All right?
- 14:42Speaker 3: I know we're gonna break on time on a Friday.
- 14:44Speaker 3: It's crazy as a full moon.
- 14:46Speaker 2: I don't know. To stick with us right here and
- 14:47Speaker 2: off the bench. Off the bench to russell Pools dot com.

- 15:06Speaker 2: They have two landscape architects right there on staff.
- 15:10Speaker 3: So if you call them, say hey, man, I really
- 15:12Speaker 3: don't know what I want, but I know I want

- 18:40Speaker 2: The way, any specific reason or just because you're patriotic.
- 18:43Speaker 4: Because we're playing Australia today, we were.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Talking about how stupid the Ausse's are.
- 18:47Speaker 4: So it's like it's like the most likable country outside
- 18:50Speaker 4: of America. And I hope none of them have a
- 18:53Speaker 4: good day to day. I hope they all stub their
- 18:55Speaker 4: toes on everything. And since we're on air, I'm not
- 18:57Speaker 4: going to say how I really feel, but I was.
- 18:59Speaker 4: I was yelling in the car this morning by myself.
- 19:02Speaker 4: USA ain't nothing with doing all the chance. I'm fired up.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Sorry, they're a country full of ray guns?
- 19:09Speaker 4: What happened? Gun ray gun?
- 19:15Speaker 2: The breakdancer from the Olympics.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Oh my god, what an incredible moment.
- 19:20Speaker 5: Is a red blooded American speaking.
- 19:22Speaker 4: Of you and I got to talk about some stuff.
- 19:25Speaker 4: It's a big day. Oh yeah, that was great this move.
- 19:29Speaker 4: That's when I was like that she gets it. You
- 19:32Speaker 4: know what's funny about that? And let's get into it.
- 19:34Speaker 4: She has like a degree in like kind of of
- 19:38Speaker 4: like like it's like African ritual dancing or something. It's
- 19:42Speaker 4: like a very serious She got mad when everyone was like, hey,
- 19:45Speaker 4: you're an objectively bad breakdancer. She's like First off, I
- 19:49Speaker 4: am not.
- 19:51Speaker 2: I got a degree.
- 19:52Speaker 7: Watch the sick headspin.
- 19:54Speaker 4: They were like, that's all, It's just it's so bad.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Can we play it Taylor.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Video?
- 20:03Speaker 4: But she she got like offended that everyone was making
- 20:06Speaker 4: fun of her. She was like, actually, I have a
- 20:07Speaker 4: degree in this, and it's actually she brought.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Up a uncultured basically like.
- 20:13Speaker 4: She's like I went to It was the equivalent of saying,
- 20:16Speaker 4: I'll just say it's like the clot of somebody being like, no,
- 20:17Speaker 4: I'm not this way. I have a black friend. That's
- 20:19Speaker 4: like basically what she said. Got it And it was
- 20:21Speaker 4: like can't do that? Ye cannot do that? Terrible dancer,
- 20:25Speaker 4: not like me.
- 20:26Speaker 2: I'll just say it.
- 20:28Speaker 4: That's basically what she said. It was.
- 20:29Speaker 3: It was a whole thing during during the Friday it's
- 20:32Speaker 3: nine o'clock hour, no one's listening.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Yeah, true, Why is that in the Olympics. Well, I
- 20:36Speaker 4: don't know if it will be anymore.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Not after that, no after like after like there was
- 20:42Speaker 3: actually a probably good break dancers there, but everybody talked
- 20:46Speaker 3: about her.
- 20:46Speaker 4: I do I love the Winter Olympics. I hate watching them,
- 20:49Speaker 4: but I think the Winter Olympics are always funny to me.
- 20:52Speaker 4: Because they're they're all the sports are stupid. Like every
- 20:54Speaker 4: single sport in the Winter Olympics is really dumb. It's
- 20:57Speaker 4: basically just like do you think you could survive this?
- 21:00Speaker 2: What's the one man there?
- 21:02Speaker 6: They're climbing the mountain and then once they get to
- 21:05Speaker 6: the top, it's like our ski back down.
- 21:07Speaker 4: All of it is, all of it is survival. Like
- 21:09Speaker 4: that was cross country skiing and shooting guns.
- 21:13Speaker 2: The biathlon that was so that was the one we
- 21:15Speaker 2: talked about.
- 21:15Speaker 3: It was like somebody was just really good at that
- 21:17Speaker 3: and they're like, I'm gonna make that because I want
- 21:19Speaker 3: to win it.
- 21:19Speaker 2: Go bet, Yeah, we're just going to do that.
- 21:22Speaker 4: The frozen downstairs remember that guy yea frozen and it
- 21:28Speaker 4: was like it was like a lingering injury.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Yes, well we talked about the people making their downstairs. Yeah,
- 21:33Speaker 2: we talked about the enhancements for the ski jump.
- 21:35Speaker 4: But get a little bit more he did the.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Yeah there, they're not down If you think any sports
- 21:42Speaker 3: dumb when you like look at it from just like
- 21:44Speaker 3: very elementary like track, you run in a circle.
- 21:47Speaker 4: What's the one where you run around the circle and
- 21:48Speaker 4: then you jump over a hurdle into water. That was
- 21:51Speaker 4: pretty dumb too. It's pretty inconvenient to add that to
- 21:55Speaker 4: the trash water.
- 21:57Speaker 2: There goes right gun where they're traditional.
- 22:00Speaker 7: What are you even talking about? She looks cool as hell.
- 22:03Speaker 5: Look at that.
- 22:05Speaker 4: It's my dog getting up. That's Pepper right there. Every
- 22:10Speaker 4: single day I do use a lot of foot momentum
- 22:14Speaker 4: to get out of bed.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Who's this person that's breaking in herself?
- 22:18Speaker 4: Oh?
- 22:21Speaker 2: They can't. They the one of the most venomous snakes
- 22:24Speaker 2: in the world.
- 22:26Speaker 7: Cool, you're flying to yourself?
- 22:28Speaker 4: What do you think her husband? And this guy's like,
- 22:31Speaker 4: actually good, Oh that was cool, Carrie.
- 22:34Speaker 2: He freezes. He freezes because she said bad. He's like
- 22:37Speaker 2: doing this right to break it.
- 22:40Speaker 7: Around like a given.
- 22:41Speaker 4: I didn't realize it was a back and forth. She
- 22:46Speaker 4: should have had a rat battle next after this.
- 22:49Speaker 2: That would rega she studied the traditional.
- 22:52Speaker 7: To be fair, it doesn't really look like that guy
- 22:54Speaker 7: is doing much different.
- 22:55Speaker 4: He's I don't know how you got that out of
- 22:57Speaker 4: this video. Feels like they're a lot everybody know.
- 23:01Speaker 7: She just made that same exact moment.
- 23:04Speaker 4: Have we talked about the problem special Olympics that the
- 23:10Speaker 4: pair of Winter Olympics, all right, so they have they
- 23:13Speaker 4: have blind downhill skiing. Okay, I just always felt like
- 23:17Speaker 4: that that was yes they do, Yes, they do. I
- 23:21Speaker 4: always found they have two of them to go, they
- 23:22Speaker 4: have somebody that goes down with them, and they're they're
- 23:25Speaker 4: like hollering at each other so he knows where to
- 23:27Speaker 4: go or she knows.
- 23:28Speaker 3: I've always found the pair of Olympie fascinating and like
- 23:30Speaker 3: way more impressive. Ye any like athletic thing. I've agreed,
- 23:34Speaker 3: it's incredible.
- 23:35Speaker 4: We also say that it's if you get your kid
- 23:39Speaker 4: into blind downhill skiing, might be the worst pair ever.
- 23:42Speaker 4: That's yeah.
- 23:45Speaker 3: You know, I don't know how it all starts, but
- 23:47Speaker 3: I see how it's where it ends up, and it's
- 23:50Speaker 3: pretty pretty impressive.
- 23:51Speaker 4: I bet Cev wondered to be good at that because
- 23:53Speaker 4: he's not really blind.
- 23:53Speaker 2: You know, he's not.
- 23:55Speaker 7: Hell Keller probably would have.
- 23:56Speaker 3: Killed she definitely is not blind. Nord, not all the
- 24:01Speaker 3: way maybe legally, legally, legally.
- 24:05Speaker 4: Going somebody hollering at him behind.
- 24:09Speaker 2: That is right, That is incredible.
- 24:11Speaker 6: I know what happens if your speaker messes up but
- 24:15Speaker 6: you can't hear.
- 24:16Speaker 4: That would not be funny.
- 24:17Speaker 3: I mean, that's difficulty. Let's go, we're going to difficulty.
- 24:24Speaker 2: You don't want. I find this incredibly Yeah, awesome, You're welcome.
- 24:28Speaker 4: I can't do that topical with sight because it's happening
- 24:31Speaker 4: in four years from now, So topical because the top
- 24:34Speaker 4: of the mountain that's there, it is.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Did you were you listening to the show earlier? I was,
- 24:39Speaker 3: did you listen?
- 24:40Speaker 2: I know, did you listen to us talk about them?
- 24:44Speaker 4: So I was, I was coming out of the circle
- 24:46Speaker 4: k you know, the one in Baton Rouge. I was.
- 24:51Speaker 4: I was leaving there with your meat six and I
- 24:54Speaker 4: just got an armful of meat six and get into
- 24:56Speaker 4: the car and you guys, I didn't know it was
- 24:59Speaker 4: full of me fistful of meat. I mean, just really
- 25:02Speaker 4: two hands on it. And it was and you guys
- 25:05Speaker 4: were talking about EMUs, and I was like, what is
- 25:07Speaker 4: happening right now? What's going on? So but yeah, you
- 25:11Speaker 4: guys need you to go through it.
- 25:14Speaker 5: Again if you really don't need to touch on the who.
- 25:17Speaker 4: Won the wars? Actually won it?
- 25:20Speaker 2: They won the war? What a victory for birds? They
- 25:22Speaker 2: didn't kill anyone.
- 25:24Speaker 4: That's how did you win? Then? Because America, Yeah.
- 25:29Speaker 7: Two birds, one bullet, wars one bullet.
- 25:32Speaker 4: So it was a Cold War cold.
- 25:33Speaker 3: No, some some EMUs were tragically killed. Oh but they won,
- 25:37Speaker 3: Oh yeah, they won.
- 25:39Speaker 4: I mean the people retreating sound like a war I've
- 25:41Speaker 4: ever heard of. Brother, I've watched a lot of wars.
- 25:46Speaker 4: That's cool, though. Good for the EMUs. What are they
- 25:48Speaker 4: doing now? What were they?
- 25:50Speaker 2: They are still living?
- 25:51Speaker 7: They're off brand ugs, the off brand ugs. There's boots
- 25:55Speaker 7: called EMU boots, and they're like off brand ugs. They're
- 25:57Speaker 7: like cheaper ugs.
- 25:59Speaker 4: That's cool.
- 25:59Speaker 2: One of them works for Liberty Mutual.
- 26:01Speaker 7: True that Doug and Doug.
- 26:05Speaker 2: It's fine.
- 26:07Speaker 3: If you say marketing doesn't work. My five year old
- 26:09Speaker 3: walks around saying liberty Bivity.
- 26:12Speaker 4: Yeah, they kind of killed it. I didn't know the
- 26:16Speaker 4: EMUs one that war. I didn't know that was a war,
- 26:18Speaker 4: to be honest. When did that happen? You can say
- 26:21Speaker 4: after World War One? I don'd say. You could say
- 26:22Speaker 4: seventeen thirty eight. You could say nineteen ninety four.
- 26:25Speaker 2: They shot at a you know, twenty thousand of them
- 26:27Speaker 2: with machine guns.
- 26:30Speaker 6: It says they were armed with ten thousand rounds of ammunition.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Birds about you.
- 26:36Speaker 6: I don't know how you killed twenty thousand birds with
- 26:38Speaker 6: ten thousand bullets.
- 26:40Speaker 4: But that's what they were working and lose the war.
- 26:43Speaker 4: They were treated three soldiers. They were as, yeah, that's cool.
- 26:49Speaker 4: They should do a stone mountain about that. They should
- 26:51Speaker 4: make one of those.
- 26:52Speaker 3: So we just we talked all of that because we
- 26:55Speaker 3: actually think there's a chance they're going to beat America
- 26:58Speaker 3: today too.
- 26:59Speaker 2: No no shut.
- 27:00Speaker 4: We're a favorite or minus won sixty five money line favorite.
- 27:03Speaker 4: If you're into that court sort of thing.
- 27:05Speaker 3: That's actually pretty big and group playing soccer because you
- 27:08Speaker 3: can draw, you can draw, So I think against could
- 27:12Speaker 3: we just beat the brakes off of Paraguay. Paraguay we
- 27:14Speaker 3: were like minus won ten.
- 27:16Speaker 4: Yeah, have you seen? Uh would see. But the thing
- 27:18Speaker 4: is Turkey supposed to be the best team in our group. Turkia,
- 27:20Speaker 4: Turkey and Australia beat them two.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Oh.
- 27:24Speaker 4: Also the draw thing. I don't know if you guys
- 27:26Speaker 4: have been keeping up with the betting part of the
- 27:28Speaker 4: World Cup, but I'm a I wouldn't say degenerate, but
- 27:30Speaker 4: dedicated for sure.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Cole days ago.
- 27:32Speaker 4: Yeah, like the they're up, it's like europe eighteen hundred
- 27:35Speaker 4: units or eighteen eighteen units. I think it was like
- 27:38Speaker 4: if you bet the draw in the first round of matches.
- 27:41Speaker 4: So eighteen games, twelve of the eighteen games and then
- 27:44Speaker 4: a draw. You do you would have been up eighteen
- 27:46Speaker 4: units in the first.
- 27:47Speaker 7: For some that he's writing all this down like eighteen units.
- 27:53Speaker 4: What a hero hu is?
- 27:55Speaker 7: He didn't kill anyone.
- 27:55Speaker 3: I mean he got to keep the final million, but
- 27:57Speaker 3: that's probably half a billion.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Now, yea, all the draw?
- 28:01Speaker 4: Did you get one one to one point five?
- 28:04Speaker 2: He got one to one point five.
- 28:06Speaker 4: I think you and I were talking about this yesterday.
- 28:08Speaker 4: A friend of mine was was talking with him, and
- 28:10Speaker 4: ironically enough works for a company that's like a it's
- 28:14Speaker 4: like rooted and gambling, and he was like out in
- 28:17Speaker 4: Lubbock last week and I was like, I don't want
- 28:19Speaker 4: to even piece this together as why, but he was
- 28:21Speaker 4: telling me about some of the stuff behind the scenes
- 28:22Speaker 4: and how it's going to like actually help Texas Tech
- 28:24Speaker 4: because if you think about it, like the pr is
- 28:27Speaker 4: awful for everywhere, but what it is going to translate
- 28:30Speaker 4: into is then being able to say, listen, we'll go
- 28:32Speaker 4: to bed for all of our guys, no matter what
- 28:33Speaker 4: they're not worried about. Clawed back or what do you
- 28:35Speaker 4: call it. I'm not gonna call back any of the
- 28:38Speaker 4: money it's one to one point five million, so he.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Let's just let's just stop. Yeah, this is a pr move.
- 28:44Speaker 3: I mean, see if we can escape this, escape this
- 28:46Speaker 3: summer right without anybody talking about it.
- 28:49Speaker 2: So just keep the money, agreed.
- 28:51Speaker 4: So, but it also it's translated into their recruiting is done.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Yeah, just super fired up about it.
- 28:58Speaker 4: His Bucky, uh, his agent, which is odd since he's
- 29:05Speaker 4: in trouble for it now. It's like his lawyer being like,
- 29:07Speaker 4: well they did it first. Yeah, Like yeah, that's tough man.
- 29:09Speaker 3: Well that's like from the beginning, like when this was
- 29:11Speaker 3: all going down, I was like, why isn't Cincinnati like
- 29:14Speaker 3: in trouble, Like it's usually the university that takes the
- 29:16Speaker 3: brunt of the punishment because of a kid's actually right,
- 29:19Speaker 3: it's usually that it happens under your watch.
- 29:22Speaker 5: But Texas Tech wasn't, Like they weren't getting pendled.
- 29:25Speaker 3: This is like the one thing that that you could
- 29:28Speaker 3: do that like the at least the school doesn't take
- 29:31Speaker 3: some sort of Yeah.
- 29:32Speaker 7: Yeah, so I think that Cincinnati should definitely be scrutinized
- 29:35Speaker 7: for it. I'm just what rule did they break?
- 29:38Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 29:39Speaker 3: Or does everybody just trying to sweep this under the road,
- 29:42Speaker 3: be like, can we just stop talking about it?
- 29:44Speaker 2: It was bad for everybody. Yeah, h since we're on it.
- 29:50Speaker 6: Soarsby's agent said the twenty six teams have contacted him
- 29:54Speaker 6: from the NFL.
- 29:55Speaker 2: I think that's a lie.
- 29:56Speaker 4: There's no way that Falcons are about to pay this man.
- 29:59Speaker 6: I can't twenty six teams didn't need a quarterback.
- 30:03Speaker 4: No, but he did.
- 30:04Speaker 6: He said, oh yeah, about twenty six teams. I'm like,
- 30:06Speaker 6: so all but eight, you expect.
- 30:07Speaker 3: Us to believe that if they had they it's because
- 30:10Speaker 3: they have the Jets. They had an r s v
- 30:13Speaker 3: P on the pro day invitation on July tenth at
- 30:16Speaker 3: that high school, and they're all calling to say they're
- 30:18Speaker 3: not coming.
- 30:19Speaker 8: Yeah, we don't want Where would he have gone in
- 30:23Speaker 8: this year's draft and.
- 30:25Speaker 2: This year's I don't know. I have no clue.
- 30:27Speaker 6: I'm not trying to be too hard on him. I
- 30:29Speaker 6: just hear so many people say he's a first round talent.
- 30:31Speaker 6: I don't know about that saying that.
- 30:33Speaker 2: Dude.
- 30:33Speaker 6: Everybody in the ESPN's like, he's a first round talent,
- 30:35Speaker 6: So we'll see what they do in the you know,
- 30:37Speaker 6: he's not.
- 30:37Speaker 3: I've seen a lot of people trying to make comparisons,
- 30:39Speaker 3: like where he would get drafted, was like, well, if
- 30:41Speaker 3: he would have come out last year or whatever, like
- 30:44Speaker 3: same kind of talent level as a Tyler shuck, Right,
- 30:50Speaker 3: he's a good player, he's not.
- 30:52Speaker 4: He's not that, but in the market, like like I
- 30:55Speaker 4: think Sam levit's really good. I don't know if I
- 30:57Speaker 4: just don't know yet if he's a first round talent
- 30:59Speaker 4: because we haven't seen we haven't seen him play basically
- 31:01Speaker 4: in a year and a half or last last year. Yep,
- 31:05Speaker 4: but soors be, I feel like he's better than Soresby.
- 31:08Speaker 2: Do you think that, oh, fully healthy? Love it?
- 31:11Speaker 6: Yeah, I would take a fully healthy will get punished
- 31:13Speaker 6: by the NFL.
- 31:14Speaker 2: No, you don't think so.
- 31:15Speaker 4: I think. I think he's not going to get picked
- 31:17Speaker 4: up or paid.
- 31:18Speaker 3: Punished by the NFL by like not getting an opportunity,
- 31:21Speaker 3: not like a physical Oh you're pundy, you're suspended, but
- 31:24Speaker 3: like punished by the NFL policing this.
- 31:27Speaker 2: You're not gonna person one.
- 31:29Speaker 7: I think one person will invite him out for.
- 31:31Speaker 2: Like a practice.
- 31:33Speaker 7: I think at least one team will invite him for
- 31:35Speaker 7: a practice.
- 31:35Speaker 6: He'll get he'll get a Yeah, he'll get a u
- 31:37Speaker 6: df A try.
- 31:38Speaker 2: Something like that. I'll I'll still say that.
- 31:40Speaker 3: I think that the NFL is silently sending verbal memos saying.
- 31:47Speaker 4: I don't think he's good enough to make it either way,
- 31:50Speaker 4: and so I don't I think that they could phrase
- 31:52Speaker 4: it that way, but I don't think that's what's happenings.
- 31:53Speaker 4: I think he's he's just not good enough.
- 31:55Speaker 6: Right again, going back to the people like, oh, could
- 31:57Speaker 6: you give up all the second round pick? Nobody should
- 31:59Speaker 6: rapt this kid in the second round. Anyways, the tape
- 32:02Speaker 6: is just not he's good. He's a good college quarterback.
- 32:05Speaker 4: He's a good college quarterback in a year where it's like, hey,
- 32:07Speaker 4: here's the pool of quarterbacks that are going to be available,
- 32:10Speaker 4: here's his leaving, here's I think about all the players
- 32:11Speaker 4: that are retained this year. Like, like, dude, I remember
- 32:13Speaker 4: having this conversation with Clark Brooks, who does the the
- 32:17Speaker 4: evils and rankings for on three for the portal, especially
- 32:19Speaker 4: like or specifically, and him telling me and I listen,
- 32:22Speaker 4: I love Leonora Sellers. I think he's going to be

- 36:46Speaker 2: Talking about how stupid the Ausse's are.
- 36:49Speaker 4: So it's like it's like the most likable country outside
- 36:52Speaker 4: of America. And I hope none of them have a
- 36:55Speaker 4: good day to day. I hope they all stub their
- 36:57Speaker 4: toes on everything. And since we're on air, I'm not
- 37:00Speaker 4: gonna say how I really feel, but I was. I
- 37:01Speaker 4: was yelling in the car this morning by myself. USA

- 37:08Speaker 2: Sorry, they're a country full of ray guns.
- 37:11Speaker 4: What happened.
- 37:16Speaker 9: Ygun breakdancer from the Olympics, Oh my god, an incredible moment.
- 37:22Speaker 5: Is a red blooded American speaking of.
- 37:25Speaker 4: You and I got to talk about some stuff. Today's
- 37:27Speaker 4: a big day. Oh yeah, that was great this move.
- 37:31Speaker 4: That's when I was like that she gets it. You
- 37:34Speaker 4: know what's funny about that? And let's get into it.
- 37:36Speaker 4: She has like a degree in like kind of of
- 37:41Speaker 4: like like like it's like African ritual dancing or something.
- 37:43Speaker 4: It's like a very serious She got mad when everyone
- 37:47Speaker 4: was like, hey, you're an objectively bad breakdancer. She's like,
- 37:49Speaker 4: first off, I am not.
- 37:53Speaker 2: I got a degree.
- 37:54Speaker 7: Watch the sick headspin.
- 37:56Speaker 4: They were like that's all. It's just it's so bad.
- 38:02Speaker 4: Can we play it? Taylor? But she she got like
- 38:06Speaker 4: offended that everyone was making fun of her. She was like, actually,
- 38:09Speaker 4: I have a degree in this, and it's actually she
- 38:11Speaker 4: brought up.
- 38:12Speaker 2: A uncultured basically like.
- 38:15Speaker 4: She's like I went to it was the equivalent I'm saying.
- 38:18Speaker 4: I'll just say it's like the Clovin somebody being like, no,
- 38:19Speaker 4: I'm not this way. I have a black friend. That's
- 38:21Speaker 4: like basically what she said got it And it was
- 38:23Speaker 4: like can't do that. Ye cannot do that. Terrible dancer,
- 38:27Speaker 4: not like me. I'll just say it That's basically what
- 38:31Speaker 4: she said. It was. It was a whole thing during.
- 38:33Speaker 2: During the Friday it's nine o'clock hour, no one's listening.
- 38:36Speaker 4: Yeah, true. Why is that in the Olympics. Well, I
- 38:38Speaker 4: don't know if it will be anymore.
- 38:41Speaker 3: Not after that, no after like after like there was
- 38:44Speaker 3: actually a probably good break dancers there, but everybody talked
- 38:48Speaker 3: about her.
- 38:48Speaker 4: I do I love the Winter Olympics. I hate watching them,
- 38:51Speaker 4: but I think the Winter Olympics are always funny to
- 38:54Speaker 4: me because they're they're all the sports are stupid, Like
- 38:56Speaker 4: every single sport in the Winter Olympics is really dumb.
- 38:59Speaker 4: It's basically just like do you think you could survive this?
- 39:02Speaker 2: What's the one man there?
- 39:04Speaker 6: They're climbing the mountain and then once they get to
- 39:07Speaker 6: the top, it's like our ski back down.
- 39:09Speaker 4: All of it is, all of it is survival. Like
- 39:11Speaker 4: that was cross country skiing and shooting guns?
- 39:14Speaker 2: What is the biathlon?
- 39:16Speaker 4: That was?
- 39:16Speaker 2: So that was the one we talked about.
- 39:17Speaker 3: It was like somebody was just really good at that
- 39:19Speaker 3: and they're like, I'm gonna make that because I want
- 39:21Speaker 3: to win, to go better.
- 39:22Speaker 2: Yeah, we're just going to do that.
- 39:24Speaker 4: The frozen downstairs Rember.
- 39:26Speaker 2: That guy, yeah frozen.
- 39:30Speaker 4: And it was like it was like a lingering injury.
- 39:32Speaker 6: Yes, well, we talked about the people making their downstairs. Yeah,
- 39:35Speaker 6: we talked about the enhancements for the ski jump. But
- 39:37Speaker 6: get a little bit more.
- 39:38Speaker 4: He did the.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Yeah there, they're not down.
- 39:43Speaker 3: If you think any sports dumb when you like look
- 39:45Speaker 3: at it from just like very elementary, like track, you
- 39:48Speaker 3: run in a circle.
- 39:49Speaker 4: What's the one where you run around the circle and
- 39:50Speaker 4: then you jump over a hurdle into water. That one
- 39:53Speaker 4: was pretty dumb too. It's as pretty inconvenient to add
- 39:56Speaker 4: that to the trash water.
- 39:59Speaker 2: It goes right gun where they're traditional.
- 40:02Speaker 7: What are you even talking about? She looks cool as hell.
- 40:05Speaker 4: Look at that. That's my dog getting up. That's Pepper
- 40:10Speaker 4: right there. Every single day I do use a lot
- 40:14Speaker 4: of foot momentum to get out of bed.
- 40:17Speaker 3: Who's this person that's breaking inst me herself? Oh they can't.
- 40:24Speaker 2: They the one of the most venomous snakes in the world.
- 40:28Speaker 7: Cool, you're flying to yourself.
- 40:30Speaker 4: What do you think her husband? And this guy's like,
- 40:33Speaker 4: actually good, Oh that was cool, Carrie.
- 40:36Speaker 2: He freezes because she's so bad. He's like doing this
- 40:40Speaker 2: right to break it.
- 40:42Speaker 4: Around like given I didn't realize it was a back
- 40:45Speaker 4: and forth. She should have had a rat battle next
- 40:50Speaker 4: after this. That would be.
- 40:53Speaker 2: She studied the traditional.
- 40:54Speaker 7: To be fair, it doesn't really look like that guy
- 40:56Speaker 7: is doing much different.
- 40:57Speaker 4: He's I don't know how you got that out of
- 40:59Speaker 4: this video. Feels like they're doing a lot.
- 41:02Speaker 7: Everybody know she just made that same exact moment.
- 41:06Speaker 4: Have we talked about the problem special Olympics that the
- 41:12Speaker 4: pair of Winter Olympics. All right, so they have they
- 41:15Speaker 4: have blind downhill skiing, Okay. I just always felt like
- 41:19Speaker 4: that that was yes they do, Yes they do. I
- 41:23Speaker 4: always found they have two of them to go, they
- 41:24Speaker 4: have somebody that goes down with them, and they're they're
- 41:27Speaker 4: like hollering at each other so he knows where to
- 41:29Speaker 4: go or she knows what.
- 41:30Speaker 3: I've always found the pair of Olympic fascinating and like
- 41:33Speaker 3: way more impressive any like athletic thing.
- 41:36Speaker 2: It's incredible.
- 41:37Speaker 4: We also say that it's if you get your kid
- 41:41Speaker 4: into blind downhill skiing, might be the worst pair ever.
- 41:44Speaker 3: That's h you know, I don't know how it all starts,
- 41:49Speaker 3: but I see how it's where it ends up, and
- 41:52Speaker 3: it's pretty pretty impressive.
- 41:53Speaker 4: I bet Cevie wondered to be good at that because
- 41:55Speaker 4: he's not really blind, you know.
- 41:56Speaker 2: He's not.
- 41:57Speaker 5: Hell Keller probably would.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Have killed she definitely is not blind.
- 42:02Speaker 3: No, not all the way maybe legally legally, legally blind.
- 42:08Speaker 4: Somebody hollering at him behind.
- 42:11Speaker 2: That is right, That is incredible.
- 42:13Speaker 6: I know what happens if your speaker messes up and
- 42:17Speaker 6: you can't hear.
- 42:18Speaker 4: That would not be funny.
- 42:19Speaker 3: I mean, that's difficulty. Let's go, we're going to difficulty.
- 42:26Speaker 3: You don't want I find this incredibly.
- 42:29Speaker 2: Yeah, awesome, You're welcome.
- 42:30Speaker 4: I can't do that topical with sight because it's happening
- 42:33Speaker 4: in four years from now.
- 42:35Speaker 3: So topical because the top of the mountain that's there,
- 42:38Speaker 3: it is. Did you were you listening to the show earlier?
- 42:40Speaker 3: I was, did you listen?
- 42:42Speaker 2: I know, did you listen to us talk about them?
- 42:46Speaker 8: Or so?
- 42:47Speaker 2: I was.
- 42:47Speaker 4: I was coming out of the circle k, you know,
- 42:50Speaker 4: the one in Baton Rouge.
- 42:52Speaker 2: I was.
- 42:53Speaker 4: I was leaving there with your meat six and I
- 42:56Speaker 4: just got an armful of meat six and get into
- 42:59Speaker 4: the car and you guys, I didn't know it was
- 43:01Speaker 4: full of meat, fistful of meat. I mean just really
- 43:04Speaker 4: two hands on it, and it was and you guys
- 43:07Speaker 4: were talking about EMUs and I was like, what is
- 43:09Speaker 4: happening right now? What's going on? So but yeah, you
- 43:13Speaker 4: guys go off. I don't need you to go through it.
- 43:16Speaker 7: Again if you really don't need to touch.
- 43:18Speaker 4: On the Who won the wars actually won it?
- 43:22Speaker 2: They won the war?
- 43:23Speaker 4: What a victory for birds?
- 43:24Speaker 2: They didn't kill anyone.
- 43:26Speaker 4: That's how did you win then? Because America?
- 43:30Speaker 7: Yeah, two birds, one bullet, a peaceful wars one bullet.
- 43:34Speaker 3: So it was a cold war cold No, some some
- 43:36Speaker 3: EMUs were tragically killed.
- 43:38Speaker 4: Oh, but they won?
- 43:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, they won.
- 43:41Speaker 4: I mean the people retreating sound like a war I
- 43:43Speaker 4: ever heard of. Brother, I've watched a lot of wars.
- 43:48Speaker 4: That's cool. O. Good for the eus. What are they
- 43:50Speaker 4: doing now? What were they?
- 43:52Speaker 2: They are still living?
- 43:53Speaker 7: They're off brand ugs, the off brand ugs.
- 43:56Speaker 5: There's boots called EMU boots and they're like off brand ugs.
- 43:59Speaker 7: They're cheaper ugs.
- 44:01Speaker 4: That's cool.
- 44:01Speaker 2: One of them works for Liberty Mutual true that Doug
- 44:05Speaker 2: and Doug. It's so fine.
- 44:09Speaker 3: If you say marketing doesn't work, My five year old
- 44:12Speaker 3: walks around saying liberty bibity.
- 44:15Speaker 4: Yeah, they kind of killed it. I didn't know the
- 44:18Speaker 4: EMUs one that war. I didn't know that was a war,
- 44:20Speaker 4: to be honest, when did that happen? You can say
- 44:23Speaker 4: after World War One? I doesn't say. You could say
- 44:24Speaker 4: seventeen thirty eight. You could say nineteen ninety four.
- 44:27Speaker 2: They shot at a you know, twenty thousand of them
- 44:29Speaker 2: with machine guns.
- 44:32Speaker 6: It says they were armed with ten thousand rounds of ammunition.
- 44:36Speaker 4: Birds about you.
- 44:38Speaker 6: I don't know how you killed twenty thousand birds with
- 44:40Speaker 6: ten thousand bullets, but that's what they were.
- 44:43Speaker 4: Working and lose the war.
- 44:45Speaker 2: They were treated three soldiers.
- 44:49Speaker 4: As yeah, that's cool. They should do a stone mountain
- 44:52Speaker 4: about that. They should make one of those.
- 44:54Speaker 3: So we just we talked all of that because we
- 44:57Speaker 3: actually think there's a chance they're going to beat America
- 45:00Speaker 3: today too.
- 45:01Speaker 2: No, there's no shot.
- 45:03Speaker 4: We're a favorite or minus won sixty five money line favorite.
- 45:05Speaker 4: If you're into that court sort of thing.
- 45:07Speaker 3: That's actually pretty big and group playing soccer because you
- 45:10Speaker 3: can draw, you can draw, So I think against whould
- 45:14Speaker 3: we just beat the brakes off of Paraguay.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Paraguay. We were like minus went ten.
- 45:18Speaker 4: Yeah have you seen? Uh would see? But the thing
- 45:20Speaker 4: is Turkey supposed to be the best team in our
- 45:21Speaker 4: group Turkia, Turkey and Australia beat them too. Oh also
- 45:26Speaker 4: the draw thing. I don't know if you guys have
- 45:28Speaker 4: been keeping up with the betting part of the World Cup,
- 45:30Speaker 4: but I'm a I wouldn't say degenerate, but dedicated for sure.
- 45:33Speaker 2: Cole days ago.
- 45:34Speaker 4: Yeah, like the they're up it's like europe eighteen hundred
- 45:37Speaker 4: units or eighteen eighteen units. I think it was like
- 45:40Speaker 4: if you bet the draw in the first round of matches,
- 45:43Speaker 4: so eighteen games, twelve of the eighteen games and then
- 45:46Speaker 4: a draw, you do, you would have been up eighteen
- 45:48Speaker 4: units in the first.
- 45:49Speaker 7: For some that he's writing all this down, like eighteen units.
- 45:55Speaker 2: What a hero?
- 45:56Speaker 4: Hu is?
- 45:57Speaker 7: He didn't kill anyone.
- 45:57Speaker 3: I mean he got to keep the five million, but
- 46:00Speaker 3: it's probably half a billion now.
- 46:03Speaker 2: All the draw?
- 46:04Speaker 4: Did you get one one to one point five?
- 46:06Speaker 2: He got one to one point five.
- 46:08Speaker 4: I think you and I were talking about this yesterday.
- 46:10Speaker 4: A friend of mine was was talking with him, and
- 46:12Speaker 4: ironically enough works for a company that's like in it,
- 46:16Speaker 4: that's like rooted and gambling, and he was like out
- 46:19Speaker 4: in Lubbock last week and I was like, I don't
- 46:21Speaker 4: want to even piece this together as why, but he
- 46:23Speaker 4: was telling me about some of the stuff behind the
- 46:24Speaker 4: scenes and how it's going to like actually help Texas
- 46:26Speaker 4: Tech because if you think about it, like the PR
- 46:29Speaker 4: is awful for everywhere, but what it is going to
- 46:31Speaker 4: translate into is then being able to say, listen, we'll
- 46:34Speaker 4: go to bed for all of our guys no matter what.
- 46:35Speaker 4: They're not worried about, clawed back or what do you
- 46:37Speaker 4: call it. I'm not gonna call back any of the money.
- 46:40Speaker 4: It's one to one point five million, So.
- 46:42Speaker 2: Let's just let's just stop. Yeah, this is a PR move.
- 46:46Speaker 3: I mean, see if we can escape this, escape this
- 46:48Speaker 3: summer right without anybody talking about it, So just keep mining, agreed.
- 46:53Speaker 4: So, but it also it's translated into their recruiting and
- 46:56Speaker 4: then yeah, just super.
- 46:58Speaker 2: Fired up about it.
- 47:00Speaker 4: His bookie, uh, his agent odd since he's in trouble
- 47:07Speaker 4: for it now, it's like his lawyer being like, well
- 47:09Speaker 4: they did it first. Yeah, Like yeah, that's tough.
- 47:11Speaker 3: Well that's like from the beginning, like when this was
- 47:13Speaker 3: all gone down, I was like, why isn't Cincinnati like
- 47:16Speaker 3: in trouble, Like it's usually the university that takes the
- 47:18Speaker 3: brunt of the punishment because.
- 47:20Speaker 2: Of a kid's actually right, it's usually that it happens
- 47:22Speaker 2: under your watch.
- 47:24Speaker 5: But Texas Tech wasn't, Like they weren't getting pendled.
- 47:27Speaker 3: This is like the one thing that I've that you
- 47:30Speaker 3: could do that like the at least the school doesn't
- 47:33Speaker 3: take some sort of Yeah.
- 47:34Speaker 7: Yeah, I think that Cincinnati should definitely be scrutinized for it.
- 47:38Speaker 7: I'm just what rule did they break?
- 47:40Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 47:41Speaker 3: Or does everybody just trying to sweep this under the road,
- 47:44Speaker 3: be like, can we just stop talking about it?
- 47:46Speaker 2: It's bad for everybody. Yeah, h since we're on it.
- 47:52Speaker 6: Soarsby's agent said, the twenty six teams have contacted him
- 47:56Speaker 6: from the NFL.
- 47:57Speaker 2: I think that's a lie.
- 47:58Speaker 4: There's no way that they're about to pay this man.
- 48:01Speaker 2: I can't.
- 48:03Speaker 6: Twenty six teams didn't need a quarterback, No, but he did.
- 48:06Speaker 6: He said, oh yeah, about twenty six teams. I'm like,
- 48:08Speaker 6: so all but eight, you expect us to believe that.
- 48:11Speaker 3: They had they it's because they have the jets. They
- 48:14Speaker 3: had an r s v P on the pro day
- 48:17Speaker 3: invitation on July tenth at that high school, and they're
- 48:20Speaker 3: all calling to say they're not killing.
- 48:21Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, we don't want Where would he have gone
- 48:25Speaker 8: in this year's draft.
- 48:26Speaker 2: And this year's I don't know. I have no clue.
- 48:29Speaker 6: I'm not trying to be too hard on him. I
- 48:31Speaker 6: just hear so many people say he's a first round talent.
- 48:33Speaker 6: I don't know about that saying that. Dude, everybody in
- 48:35Speaker 6: the ESPN's like, he's a first round talent, So we'll
- 48:38Speaker 6: see what they do in the you know, he's not.
- 48:39Speaker 3: I've seen a lot of people trying to make comparisons,
- 48:41Speaker 3: like where he would get drafted, was like, well, if
- 48:43Speaker 3: he would have come out last year or whatever, like
- 48:46Speaker 3: same kind of talent level as a Tyler Shuck, right, Ike,
- 48:52Speaker 3: he's a good player, he's not.
- 48:54Speaker 2: He's not that.
- 48:55Speaker 4: But in the market, like like I think Sam levit's
- 48:58Speaker 4: really good. I don't know. I just don't know yet
- 49:00Speaker 4: if he's a first round talent because we haven't seen
- 49:02Speaker 4: we haven't seen him play basically in a year and
- 49:04Speaker 4: a half or last last year. Yep, but soors me,
- 49:08Speaker 4: I feel like he's better than Soresby.
- 49:10Speaker 2: Do you think that, oh, fully healthy love it?
- 49:13Speaker 4: Ye?
- 49:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I would take a fully healthy will get punished
- 49:15Speaker 2: by the NFL. No, you don't think so.
- 49:17Speaker 4: I think I think he's not going to get picked
- 49:19Speaker 4: up or paid.
- 49:20Speaker 3: Punished by the NFL by like not getting an opportunity,
- 49:23Speaker 3: not like a physical Oh you're pund of, you're suspended,
- 49:25Speaker 3: but like punished by the NFL policing this.
- 49:29Speaker 2: You're not gonna personal one.
- 49:31Speaker 7: I think one person will invite him out for.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Like a practice.
- 49:35Speaker 7: I think at least one team will invite him for
- 49:37Speaker 7: a practice.
- 49:37Speaker 2: He'll get he'll get a yeah, he'll get a U
- 49:39Speaker 2: d F A try something like that. I'll I'll still
- 49:42Speaker 2: say that.
- 49:42Speaker 3: I think that the NFL is silently sending verbal memos saying.
- 49:49Speaker 4: I don't think he's good enough to make it either way,
- 49:52Speaker 4: and so I don't. I think that they could phrase
- 49:54Speaker 4: it that way. But I don't think that's what's happening.
- 49:55Speaker 4: Is I think he's he's just not good enough.
- 49:57Speaker 6: Right again, going back to the people like, oh, could
- 49:59Speaker 6: you get the second round pick? Nobody should drafted this
- 50:02Speaker 6: kid in the second round anyways, The.
- 50:03Speaker 4: Tape is just not he's good.
- 50:06Speaker 2: He's a good college quarterback.
- 50:07Speaker 4: He's a good college quarterback in a year where it's like, hey,
- 50:09Speaker 4: here's the pool of quarterbacks that are going to be available.
- 50:12Speaker 4: Here's just leaving. Here's just I think about all the
- 50:13Speaker 4: players that are retained this year. Like like, I remember
- 50:16Speaker 4: having this conversation with Clark Brooks, who does the the
- 50:19Speaker 4: evils and rankings for on three for the portal, especially
- 50:21Speaker 4: like or specifically and him telling me and I listen,
- 50:24Speaker 4: I love Leonora Sellers. I think he's going to be
- 50:26Speaker 4: much better this year. But he would, thank you. He
- 50:29Speaker 4: would have been a top ten player in the portal
- 50:32Speaker 4: this past year. And that's coming from the guy making
- 50:34Speaker 4: the rankings.
- 50:36Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 50:37Speaker 3: If based on what he did win four. Yeah, last right,
- 50:43Speaker 3: we're gonna talk about that. We're gonna talk about how
- 50:44Speaker 3: good or bad Lenora Sellers is when we come back
- 50:47Speaker 3: with Chris Marler here and a Marler Friday right here
- 50:49Speaker 3: and off the.
- 50:50Speaker 1: Bench, off the bench.
- 50:53Speaker 2: You got plumbing issues, just just emotionally emotional plumber. And
- 50:58Speaker 2: I don't know if they can fix that.
- 50:59Speaker 3: A central the experts when in any anything plumbing, we're
- 51:03Speaker 3: talking water lines, we're talking gas lines, we're talking toilets,
- 51:07Speaker 3: whatever it is, maybe aulture house, and we were talking
- 51:10Speaker 3: with residential, commercial everything. They've done everything for.
- 51:13Speaker 2: Me a house, a place of business, whatever it is.
- 51:16Speaker 3: They are the experts, a third generation company, They've been
- 51:18Speaker 3: doing it a long long time. They are absolute experts
- 51:21Speaker 3: at everything in the plumbing game. So there's nothing too big,
- 51:23Speaker 3: there's nothing too small. But they can't handle nothing too
- 51:27Speaker 3: crazy either. So look, if you have a project happening,
- 51:29Speaker 3: you want to go tankless with that water heater and
- 51:31Speaker 3: never run out of water hot water again, that's the
- 51:36Speaker 3: worst start. A hot shower ends up in a cold shower.
- 51:39Speaker 3: Can't do that. Now with Central Plumbing, they're gonna install
- 51:41Speaker 3: that tankless water heater. It's gonna be incredible. So anything
- 51:44Speaker 3: water lines, anything gas lines, go Central. And they also
- 51:46Speaker 3: have twenty four seven emergency service. So get that peace
- 51:48Speaker 3: of mind that is something happens, they can fix it
- 51:50Speaker 3: no matter the time.
- 51:51Speaker 2: Right over there, Central Plumbing Dot Org.
- 52:11Speaker 1: From the locker room to the airwaves. It's off the
- 52:13Speaker 1: bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 52:18Speaker 2: All right, welcome back here off the bench we are.
- 52:23Speaker 3: Friday, got us a going all the way, super excited.
- 52:29Speaker 2: Get your legs up, dude.
- 52:32Speaker 7: Did you just ploil your hamstring?
- 52:33Speaker 4: I think so.
- 52:33Speaker 3: I haven't stretched a lot that had been so good
- 52:36Speaker 3: if you had fallen backwards.
- 52:37Speaker 2: Yeah, yourself.
- 52:41Speaker 4: Out.
- 52:41Speaker 2: We just laugh at all.
- 52:43Speaker 4: Right, now we're going too far.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Well, the mics are out.
- 52:47Speaker 4: I mean it would be awesome.
- 52:49Speaker 2: We got video footage.
- 52:52Speaker 4: She doesn't pick up. He doesn't want to do the
- 52:53Speaker 4: funeral for him. Everything's the worst. We move into his
- 52:57Speaker 4: office immediately, take all his snacks.
- 52:58Speaker 2: We just dump him out. Yeah, dogs are homeless.
- 53:02Speaker 4: We make them a wee get a birdie's thing.
- 53:05Speaker 2: First off. Now it's too far.
- 53:09Speaker 4: Thing, but just to make fun of them again.
- 53:12Speaker 2: All right.
- 53:13Speaker 3: Anyway, you were talking about at the break how bad
- 53:16Speaker 3: Laurence seller sucks.
- 53:18Speaker 4: Laura, yea, Laurence Sellers is pretty bad.
- 53:21Speaker 3: I don't think. I mean so my word count is
- 53:27Speaker 3: up this morning and all the last two days. Yeah,
- 53:29Speaker 3: it runs together fine.
- 53:30Speaker 7: Nobody is talking about Laurence Sellers or Brent Soresby. Yeah,
- 53:35Speaker 7: we need to be talking. They're like Heisman front runners.
- 53:38Speaker 3: Hey, hand in the air. I'm named dumb y'all understanding
- 53:41Speaker 3: what I'm talking about. So again that Marl was talking
- 53:43Speaker 3: trash about I was not.
- 53:44Speaker 4: Actually, I think is gonna be very very good. I
- 53:48Speaker 4: why are you laughing at that?
- 53:49Speaker 2: Are we think? Two varies in there, very very very
- 53:53Speaker 2: very very good.
- 53:54Speaker 4: What do we talk about? What if we talk about
- 53:55Speaker 4: SEC quarterbacks in general, because I don't think that does
- 53:57Speaker 4: the audience want to hear about Lenor's No, no, who
- 54:02Speaker 4: do you think the best quarterback is? Who's Who's the
- 54:04Speaker 4: quarterback in the SEC that we're not talking enough about now,
- 54:07Speaker 4: but we will be at the end of the year.
- 54:09Speaker 2: Trindor, Dad Chamblers, I mean, yeah, nobody's talking about him.
- 54:16Speaker 6: Got Oklahoma MATERI yeah, because because he wasn't the same
- 54:20Speaker 6: after that injury and they rushed him back. If you
- 54:22Speaker 6: want to pay your leases that week, he wouldn't even
- 54:24Speaker 6: played in that game, and they.
- 54:26Speaker 4: Just started They didn't play anybody in September, like the
- 54:28Speaker 4: Michigan game. Michigan was garbage. And then then they had
- 54:31Speaker 4: to start actually playing real teams and his his numbers
- 54:34Speaker 4: just plummeted. Now, they still won games, but a lot
- 54:37Speaker 4: of that was the defense.
- 54:38Speaker 6: I mean, I want to have the purple old take,
- 54:43Speaker 6: but like Sam love it, maybe when he's the guy
- 54:47Speaker 6: that I'm talking about enough that at the end of
- 54:48Speaker 6: the year, like coming all over, we are collective nationally.
- 54:53Speaker 4: Okay, maybe maybe he's never playing the portal, but maybe.
- 54:57Speaker 3: Like thirty eight shows across the country, So like, are
- 55:00Speaker 3: other people talking about him?
- 55:01Speaker 4: I mean, well, and I guess maybe not. I think
- 55:04Speaker 4: the the thing for Levitt is that, like I had
- 55:08Speaker 4: this conversation with somebody the other day where it was like,
- 55:09Speaker 4: if you if he gets injured, what does the offense
- 55:12Speaker 4: look like? And it obviously takes a step back, It'll
- 55:13Speaker 4: be at its max if he is the starting quarterback
- 55:16Speaker 4: at LSU for the entire twelve to sixteen game season, right,
- 55:20Speaker 4: But I just am a firm believer that whoever is
- 55:23Speaker 4: the quarterback for Kiffen, no matter where they are from
- 55:26Speaker 4: where they're on the depth chart, I think he can
- 55:27Speaker 4: make them into a really good player. With the thing
- 55:31Speaker 4: with Kiffin that he does better than anyone else is
- 55:32Speaker 4: he maximizes the talent around his quarterback and then whoever
- 55:35Speaker 4: also is the quarterback. Like Blake Simms had thirty four
- 55:39Speaker 4: hundred yards passing for Alabama and he was Blake Simms.
- 55:42Speaker 4: Jacob Coker National Championship. Jalen Hurts actually like he was
- 55:47Speaker 4: the sec player the heres a freshman. You think about
- 55:49Speaker 4: what he did with Dart, what he did with Matt
- 55:51Speaker 4: Corral who was really really good. And then obviously Trinidad,
- 55:54Speaker 4: who wasn't as mused to be the starter. He was
- 55:55Speaker 4: like an afterthought. They got him in June.
- 55:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 55:57Speaker 3: Now, and I said it at the time too, This
- 55:59Speaker 3: was like back when we were still courting Lane. He
- 56:03Speaker 3: did get a little lucky with Trinidad. Now luck is
- 56:05Speaker 3: a strong word, like nobody's coming from fair state. And
- 56:08Speaker 3: then having that like playing like he did, Like there's
- 56:11Speaker 3: something to be said for putting him in the right
- 56:13Speaker 3: in the right position. That's what Lane's really good at.
- 56:15Speaker 2: But the plays that were being made.
- 56:17Speaker 3: By Trinidad were professional plays, like they were, but like
- 56:22Speaker 3: he improved every single week and got like that doesn't happen,
- 56:25Speaker 3: Like you're not gonna go just get a random small
- 56:28Speaker 3: school gut and make them that they you can make
- 56:30Speaker 3: him good.
- 56:32Speaker 2: But it was a combination of Lane having the right
- 56:34Speaker 2: situation and him just being but.
- 56:36Speaker 4: Also he's the one that found him and he's the
- 56:38Speaker 4: one that put him in that position.
- 56:39Speaker 3: Oh he gets all the credit, yeah, certainly, but how
- 56:42Speaker 3: he performed was like it's like finding Tom Brady in
- 56:45Speaker 3: the sixth round.
- 56:46Speaker 4: Sure, I think I think the thing, maybe a better
- 56:48Speaker 4: point would be that whoever the starter is in Lincoln's
- 56:52Speaker 4: office is gonna put up good numbers and they're gonna
- 56:54Speaker 4: they're gonna be really good. But I do think I
- 56:58Speaker 4: think Levit's gonna be, like I don't know how accurate
- 57:00Speaker 4: a pastor was. I think he was ninth in the
- 57:02Speaker 4: country and QBR his freshman year.
- 57:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean he was. He was sixty three percent
- 57:06Speaker 2: on the year or something like that.
- 57:07Speaker 4: I mean, he was good and that was gonna come
- 57:10Speaker 4: to different conference Officely, it's gonna be a little bit tougher,
- 57:12Speaker 4: and it's gonna be the toughest season for everyone in
- 57:14Speaker 4: the SEC because there's nine conference games. But I just
- 57:17Speaker 4: I'm a firm believer in whoever starts in that Offen's
- 57:19Speaker 4: gonna be really good. I do think that it's gonna
- 57:20Speaker 4: be was the best quarterback in the SEC this year?
- 57:23Speaker 4: This year, I think it's I think it's ourd in
- 57:25Speaker 4: two years. I mean, like, I think it's Arch. I think,
- 57:28Speaker 4: especially with the talent they have around him. The big
- 57:30Speaker 4: thing with Texas last year is that they lost four
- 57:33Speaker 4: there's three to four starters in the offensive line. They
- 57:35Speaker 4: lost players top two backs.
- 57:37Speaker 2: Three starters on the line.
- 57:38Speaker 4: The three receivers right, and everyone just kind of assumed
- 57:42Speaker 4: they were going to be them. Being number one in
- 57:43Speaker 4: the preseason was one of the dumbest things ever because
- 57:45Speaker 4: it's like, you don't have you don't lose all of
- 57:47Speaker 4: that and then just be like, well, Arch was really
- 57:49Speaker 4: good in high school.
- 57:50Speaker 2: We talked about it earlier.
- 57:51Speaker 6: Anybody that thought Archer Manning was going to go into
- 57:53Speaker 6: the horseshoe week one and beat away, everyone thought that
- 57:56Speaker 6: was never going to have.
- 57:57Speaker 4: You should remember at Medya Days the Texas the Texas.
- 58:00Speaker 2: I was talking about how it was he looked like
- 58:01Speaker 2: Beyonce walkin.
- 58:03Speaker 4: It was one of the weirdest things. Like I'm not
- 58:05Speaker 4: ever going to pretend like I'm a big Jay journalist,
- 58:08Speaker 4: but I will tell you right now that the people, yeah,
- 58:09Speaker 4: hand up Marler. But the people that were like talking
- 58:12Speaker 4: to to Arch, like the questions with me in like,
- 58:16Speaker 4: h Josh Tipple, you or switching your offensive system this year?
- 58:19Speaker 4: You got a couple of guys from the Trench wortl
- 58:20Speaker 4: what do you think the quarterback needs to doing?
- 58:22Speaker 2: Improve?
- 58:22Speaker 4: So like, hey, Arch, what's your favorite smell? Like so
- 58:29Speaker 4: Texas media is it's one of the weirdest things I've seen,
- 58:32Speaker 4: because it's like, I like a lot of people at Texas,
- 58:36Speaker 4: they get very very indignant about being like Texas is
- 58:41Speaker 4: the best. Have you ever heard of Texas? And for
- 58:43Speaker 4: a program that's won one national title in the last
- 58:45Speaker 4: fifty something years, that's pretty bad.
- 58:47Speaker 2: What was his favorite smell? I think it was corn
- 58:50Speaker 2: dogs the corn do.
- 58:51Speaker 4: Yeah, because the State Fair. He's a big state Fair guy.
- 58:54Speaker 2: So this is a good, deep earlier question.
- 58:58Speaker 6: Maybe not that we're talking about the most but the
- 59:00Speaker 6: most intriguing to me, it's maybe Kamorio Taylor in Missisippi
- 59:04Speaker 6: State Man.
- 59:04Speaker 2: I just don't know. I don't know.
- 59:06Speaker 4: I think he's gonna be awesome. He's gonna be so
- 59:08Speaker 4: much fun to watch, right.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Is going to be there?
- 59:10Speaker 6: But passing like he completed fifty five percent of his
- 59:13Speaker 6: passes last year, but I mean, hell man five touchdowns,
- 59:15Speaker 6: only one turnover.
- 59:17Speaker 4: Average, touched down two starts at end of year, and
- 59:19Speaker 4: he averaged like three hundred and thirty yards.
- 59:21Speaker 2: Of What's he gonna do the whole year?
- 59:22Speaker 4: I don't know if his ceiling is going to take
- 59:24Speaker 4: like like like, if he plays to the highest of
- 59:26Speaker 4: his ceiling, does that make Missippi State an eight win
- 59:29Speaker 4: team at best.
- 59:30Speaker 2: I don't know, probably not even that. I mean, that's
- 59:33Speaker 2: a bad roster. I think.
- 59:34Speaker 3: I think the answer for me is gonna be joon
- 59:37Speaker 3: withth here like second year. Like, don't forget about his
- 59:39Speaker 3: playmaking abilities at Washington State. Before he got there, we
- 59:42Speaker 3: were talking a lot about him going into the last season.
- 59:45Speaker 3: No one's really that I've heard, really talking about him
- 59:47Speaker 3: because the Oklahoma what they've gotten the top five at
- 59:50Speaker 3: one point last year, didn't they Yeah, like they were.
- 59:52Speaker 4: Making read they're a sports sutting that more often you would,
- 59:55Speaker 4: you would probably hear about him a little bit more.
- 59:56Speaker 4: Also continuity, he's got six off. It's a woman that
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: had at least six starts, which that math makes no
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: sense to me, but that happen. And he's got his oc. Also,
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: Keeling Russell might be pretty good.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: Just saying oh, yeah, I got a good card.
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: If he wins the job, Kealing Russell's job, Yeah, Kealing
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: rus is on the.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Job, we'll see. Man the board loves Austin Mack. I
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: mean he's brought into two spots with him. I member.
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: He did also scored three points in the rosebull.
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: Win in winning a job and getting a job. If

- 1:01:09Speaker 1: Off the Bench, Off the Bench, all right, tigers turn talkers.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: This is off the Bench.
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: Where yeah, shut it over there, Marler. All right, man,
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: we're closing out the week right here. Feeling very patriotic,
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: even even Taylor. I saw him thinking about cheering for America. Yeah, oh,
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: what do you mean cheering on? He wore an Australian shirt?
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: Are you also?
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: We were you an Australian shirt?
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: Mexican?
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: I made it screen, which is stupid. Their flags red,
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: white and blue, but they were green in.
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: Every How would you wear that today?
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: How would you do it?
- 1:01:58Speaker 6: You know there's a chance I don't give a crap
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: a Australia or their colors, so I didn't know he meant.
